Nice sandy beach, cristal clear water and sun-beds options - cafe area with paid sun-beds or public beach area where you can use your own umbrellas. This is one of the most crowded beach but you can always find a spot. Water sports are also possible option here.

Hands down our favourite spot of the whole holiday — honestly one of the nicest beaches I’ve ever been to! The sand is soft and lovely (though fair warning, it does get scorching hot in peak sunshine!), and the water is absolutely crystal clear. I’m usually a bit hesitant about swimming in the sea, but I felt so confident here because the water was so clear and calm — you could see everything around you. It made for such a relaxing swim. The beach itself was clean, spacious, and never felt overcrowded. There were several shaded areas available too, which is great if you don’t have your own umbrella. One of the best parts is the convenience — there are three beachside bars/restaurants right there, plus a water sports provider if you’re feeling adventurous. The clear waters also made for perfect snorkelling — we saw loads of little fish without having to go far at all.

A small but nice beach with crystal clear waters and fine sand hidden in a bay with a beach bar with parking nearby. It is a well-sheltered beach where you can walk peacefully when strong winds blow on the island, it is only slightly affected by waves due to the bay and the huge rocks in the water on the side of the beach

Beautiful beach! Long stretch of sand, plenty of spaces to lie down in peace. Sand had good fine coarseness to it and was clean. Nice couple of restaurants for a bite/Cafe if you want to save money from the sunbeds.

Crystal clear water, shallow and ideal for families and young children, sandy beach. Sand can get very hot, so take flip flops/shoes. Plenty of car parking at the top and the steps down are not too steep, but can be a bit sandy/slippy. Loads of sun beds and parasols to choose from at ok prices and there is a large section where you can lay towels and take umbrellas. Several public toilets and a couple of beach bars which are great for snacks and drinks - prices are quite high though. Overall a great beach and facilities.

Clean beach with little to no wasps. There’s plenty of parking and it’s easy to walk around. The water is crystal clear and not crowded at all. The service at the beach bar is a bit lacking though the staff can sometimes come across as grumpy, and the prices for food and drinks are quite high. €20 for a chicken sandwich with fries and around €8 for a beer. Soft drinks were about €3.50. Renting the sunbeds is also rather expensive. In October we paid €30 for two beds and an umbrella. So if you come often, that can add up. There’s also a very cute orange cat wandering around. He likes to lie in the shade near you, but be careful, he tends to scratch if you try to pet him!

This is a truly superb beach. The water is crystal clear and it is isnt a huge walk from the main road. Plenty of car parking for scooters and cars. We were only staying about a 10 minute walk from the beach and it was perfect for anyone staying at san lorenzo village or within that area. We never bothered with getting any sun loungers. Plenty of room for you to bring your umbrellas to enjoy the day. Supermarkey sells them for €20 which is a short walk. Zorbas restaurant also do takeaways to bring down. Honestly a fantastic beach.

Lives up to its name! Lovely landscaped bar/restaurant. The host is super friendly and helpful. Lovely drinks on offer and great, fresh food. Homemade pizza and crunchy fresh salads. Really happy to find this place.

Excellent cocktails at fair prices, the service was really friendly. The atmosphere is really good and the place looks very nice. The only downside is that the place was a bit empty but that depends on when you come.

Tonight I went to the cocktail bar Eden, what a beautiful garden they have there and the music that was played there was an atmospheric quiet lounge sound that made the cocktails taste even better. For me the ultimate holiday feeling.

Cool bar in a garden, good cocktails, a bit slower service even though it was a Sunday night and only a few guests were present, but that is on par with any other average Greek venue, so you can't blame them. Good music in the background (80s pop, reggae, etc.)

Didn’t ate but went for a drinks and the drinks were really good. You have a lot of options. The service is really nice. Didn’t need to wait long and the location looks really nice, so was the atmosphere but a bit empty for such a good place.

Absolutely beautiful beach, with soft, clean, golden sand and the clearest of water. Tucked away as it looks as if they are building a seafront hotel. We were there from lunch time onwards and there was very little construction noise. The lapping of the waves in the shallow water, was the only thing we could hear from our sun loungers! Absolutely blissful. Two loungers and a grass umbrella for 20€. Great price for May. Big bonus is a snack bar serving drinks, alcohol and snacks. Extremely friendly and helpful service and I had the most delicious Greek salad baguette. A hidden gem of a beach and the best I've been to in a long time!

Very nice beach. Sandy but large pebbles going in to the sea so can be painful walking in to the water. There is a new construction on the south end of the beach which is a bit of an eyesore. Longers and parasols a little expensive in my opinion but you may be able to sneak onto the ones owned by the hotel and there are many of them. Sea is clean and good for snorkelling with a few rocky areas. There is a snack cafe and shower and toilet. Access is very easy with ramps and steps. A few cigarette ends and bits of rubbish on sand but not much. Plenty of space in August. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

Nice beach. Sunbeds to rent which take up most of the nice sand to lie on. Good drinks stand, friendly workers. Not the most scenic walk there with all the construction.

There are some parking spaces behind the construction site. The first part of the beach is small and the waves reach all the sunbeds. There is a bigger beach, if you walk a little bit and jump some rocks. There is only sand and the water is very nice.

Quiet little Sandy beach, perfect to get away from the crowds. A toilet, shower and changing room. And the best little bar serving the most amazing gyros. The owner of the bar totally looked after us, and even helped us book a taxi back to the ship. €20 for two beds and a parasol, get there early as they fill up. Wonderfully chilled tunes in the back ground. Yes there is a hotel being built directly behind, but it didn’t ruin our visit. Would go again totally. Thank you.

Small beach with a small canteen and few sunbeds. They are building huge hotel units right above this small beautiful beach so honestly idk how it will look like in a few years! The water is clear, it has sand and it is shallow so perfect if you have young kids

Gradakia Beach is a decent option in the Lassi area. It's a smaller beach with soft, gray sand and clear water. The beach is organized with sunbeds and a beach bar, which is convenient. The sunbeds and refreshments are priced fairly for the area. The beach offers a relaxed atmosphere, making it suitable for a quiet day. It's easy to get to by car, and there are views of the surrounding area. Overall, it's a fine place to spend some time if you're looking for a low-key beach experience.

It is nice, but very small...it is sandy beach and often,water isn't clear, it gets crowdy...across the beach, there is clear shallow lagoone where you can get trough the stones and enjoy the little caves, snorkeling without crowd

Rocks, cliffs, no beach, no sand. Not a beach. Down a steep hill to get to, then you realise there's no beach and have to walk back up. There is a road you can drive down there on. No toilet, no cafe, nothing good there. Unless you like to sit on rock. Not good if you're looking for a beach.

Truly breathtaking. I like sandy beaches so this is not exactly for me, but you have to see this beauty.

We came here for dinner one night and thoroughly impressed with the food, staff, service and music. So proceeded to come back from breakfast and then lunch! Cannot find a fault with service, food quality or, staff friendly and chatty all times of the day! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back next year!

Mel’s in Lassi is such a gem! After trying it on our first day, we loved it so much that we ended up coming back every single morning of our holiday. Everything we tasted was excellent, from the bowls and pancakes to the omelets, wraps and drinks. The portions are generous and always beautifully prepared. What really made the difference was the staff: so warm, welcoming and genuinely kind that we felt at home day after day. The cheerful atmosphere, with its colorful American diner style, made every breakfast feel fun and unique, a perfect start before heading to the beach. We’ve been to Mel’s several times, and every visit has been wonderful. The food is simple yet delicious, but what truly makes this place stand out is the staff. They’re always so friendly and personable, which makes our time here thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommend for breakfast or lunch!

We ate here the first night of our stay as we were so tired and it was next to our hotel. Food was excellent, absolutely huge portions. We didn’t have a cake but they looked delicious too. Not posh by any means but cheap and cheerful.

Absolutely lush food! Husband had croque madam and I had pistachio pancakes and it was all so good! Service was fab and really lovely vibes & decor!

Was okay -Gives green king vibes if you are from the UK. wouldn't recommend to be honest. Very busy but not sure why maybe large menu, pleasing picky families that don't know any better. Food came way too fast, not fresh, mousaka was bland, and frozen oven chips, meat pie was pretty bad not a good example of Greek food. Maybe pizza was better if you came for that. Staff were effecient

The food was fantastic, large portions especially for the price and quality. The atmosphere was pleasant for the time, not too busy, but not too quiet. Staff on the other hand were friendly but personally was not a fan of how they stand over watching you as you eat. 100% recommend to anyone staying in the local area.

What a disappointment, it looks like a soup kitchen. We ordered rib eye and steak, prepared medium rare and we received cooked dry pieces of meat that could be pulled apart like strings, like pulled beef.  Some rice and fries were served with it. This was definitely not worth the money.  But what really bothered us was the arrogant owner who does not understand at all how to deal with guests, and with his staff, who he really barks at while they work very hard and are very friendly. But he has absolutely no control over his kitchen. All the people at Kefalonia are so very friendly, but if you want to meet the onely one who is not, go to Blue Sky.👍🤣

I ordered chicken souvlaki for 11.80 Euro, it was very small portion in relation to the price. One small piece of tomato and one slice of cucumber is a joke… There wasn't enough tzatziki to eat with the whole meal. By the way tzatziki was average… Waiters were nice there!

The food & drink was fine but the atmosphere was rotten. Most of the servers were pleasant but there is a manager of some sort who spent half the night screaming at his staff and being aggressive towards guests.

The atmosphere is typical Greek, a blue and white themed tavern. Staff is fine, not bad but not helpful when asking for advice. The biggest downside was wine. We ordered a house wine, which has good taste but was served warm at room temperature. Don't know if that's usually a thing here but I personally prefer nice cold wine. Also we ordered sea food risotto which was good and kephalonian meat pie which was also tasty. Overall a good place to eat, but wine was a really big negative experience for me.

So, we’ve ordered Kefalonian omelet WITH tomato sauce, but the first thing that came was “scrambled eggs” without any sign of tomatoes. The “fried” zucchini were awful, 5 pieces of it, the only thing that was “delicious” was the water and the fanta orange. Never go to this restaurant, because the service and the food was terrible. 😅

We used this pool bar in September 2025 for the time between having to be out of our villa accommodation and heading to the airport. A great view from a bar/taverna with a pool with plenty of terraced Sun loungers, shaded seating and a nice restaurant area. Pool and sun loungers are free to use as long as you patronise the bar/taverna. Pool is a nice size and toilets and showers to use. Really nice views over Lassi. And only a 10 minute drive to the airport. Perfect the last day of our holiday.

Great Pool bar, perfect for sundowners. Good choice of cocktails and bar food. Chilled music and surroundings make it ideal for couples or small groups of friends. Spectacular sunset views. Small incline to walk up from the main road, parking also available.

Loved this place! Amazing views over Lassi, stunning cocktails and Erica is really warm and welcoming and great fun! Look out for the signs of how to get to it when you are walking along the main strip in Lassi. It's a steep walk up but totally worth it for the views and the welcome!

The only place worth coming to for proper cocktails at worthwhile prices. Loved watching the sunset whilst having a well made drink. I wouldn’t bother going any where else.

Well worth the walk, great view of Lasso and surrounding area, hill would only be an issue if I'll or unfit.

The beach is very nice. The bar is reasonable, doesn’t get too crowded, there are a lot of umbrellas and not that many toilets 😂. The one thing is that the stuff that takes the orders from the beach is way not interested in what they are doing. It all feels like you are asking them to do some real heavy lifting. And they are hard to get as well. It is more expensive than other parts of the island, or at least the places we tried. So five stars for the beach and 2 for the service at the beach bar on the beach.

2x sunbeds + umbrella = 40€ Get the most use by going early, also when the sun is directly above the beds as when it hits an angle it's hot af on white legs. Food and drinks are pretty good if you don't mind the costs. Flagging down a server can be difficult though, as they look similar to the guys who manage the sunbeds but they do not take food/drink orders. Sand and water is beautiful. Good facilities. Nice views. Easy day.

Yes beautiful beach in a stunning location costa costa however €40 for a sunbed & cover is probably great for a whole but even 1 hour is the same price! BEWARE of the rank taxis waiting on the road Charging Double the Fare to get you back to your ship/hotel that left a bitter taste and will probably stop me using them again!!!

Such an amazing public space, so good, this is a lovely beach. Casta Costa cafe is fine, very nice but I will say it's fairly expensive, probs because you have nowhere else to go. In fairness, it's a very comfortable cafe, of the beach, where you can lounge and take in the sun. Very good for a lovely morning!

Okay…. Not the cheapest of bars, but it’s good food so there is no let down…. Safe and lovely clean beach. Two sun beds $30 - $50 per day…… Staff constantly checking to ensure if you need refreshments or food bought to you. Scan code on your sunbed for menu and pay (Apple pay) Flights taking off, you can see end on runway in the far left of beach… I went 3 days in a row, £££££££… 🫣🫣 And I’d definitely go again

Unfortunately, fell below our expectations, at least when it comes to food. We’re a young married couple, and we got day beds with an umbrella (x2 for 30€). Staff were friendly and facilities are good, but otherwise a bit underwhelming. We got meatballs and a club sandwich to share, we didn’t finish either, wasn’t great. More of a family beach spot than a happening beach club tbh.

A long beach that is always bustling. The sunbeds are not the cheapest, and the prices at the beach are similar, but in return, the shore is clean and there are decent restroom facilities. The water is shallow for a few meters, but about 10 meters from the shore, you can no longer touch the bottom. Overall, it's a great place. There's free parking with plenty of space for cars, and the beach is about 100–200 meters from there.

North part of the lagoon v.nice would give 4/5 stars. You can follow a path from the bridge on the western shore all the way to the far southern tip of the lagoon. The path turns from slabbed tiles to wide gravel, w/chair accessible, benches every few hundred metres, some lighting+rubbish bins. However the further round you go the more unloved it becomes. Finally ending in a temporary fence blocking access to a lorry park on the edge of this fragile eco environment. The jetty is long time closed which is a real shame as with some TLC this would make a spectacular viewpoint for a very different view back to Argostoli. The prevailing wind direction also means there is a solid 4ft of rubbish floating and lapping up against the shoreline.! Every bit of rubbish that enters the bay looks like it eventually ends up here.!

Super nice spot for spotting carettas! You can see them perfectly right by the bridge. Rather go in the morning.

We were quite disappointed by the state of the park around the lagoon. It was quite dirty and we had a hard time finding the way out. The boat trip on the lake was however quite pleasant.

We had an excellent stay at Irilena apartments in June 2019. The views are great, the cleaning team does a fantastic job, and overall the apartments have everything needed for a short stay. You will particularly enjoy it if you, like us, like spending your evenings on the terrace watching the sunset over the sea and if you have a rental car and don't mind driving up and down a few hills. I have to say that on arrival we found that the biggest terrace apartment we had booked was not big enough for us but the owner Agis really went out of his way to accommodate our needs and make our stay enjoyable. Big thank you for the outstanding vacation we had on Kefalonia!

Been coming here for the last 6 years, my wife & I love irilena studios they are spotless clean, in a beautiful setting with great views over the beautiful bay. There's a hot tub here with sun loungers, you can relax in it & watch the sun set, or just chill around it all day if you wish, the cleaners do a great job & clean & change the sheets & towels regularly, every one who looks after these apartments are very friendly & helpful a big KUDOS FROM ME👍👍👍

Excellent property with a stunning view. Amazing seasides in near distance. The owner and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend it!

The villa itself is a marvel, built to the highest standard - it was akin to Swiss quality, where every detail is accounted for and nothing is left to chance. Every nook and cranny of this modern villa radiated class and elegance, striking a perfect balance of comfort and style. It was spotless, superbly maintained, and everything looked as good as new. The bed was especially impressive - large and extremely comfortable, promising a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. Perhaps the most breathtaking feature of this villa is its unrivaled location. Boasting the best spot for watching the sunset, the privacy it offered was unparalleled, allowing us to enjoy the spectacle without any disturbances. It might not have a sandy beach right at its doorstep, but the direct access to the beach it does provide was just as satisfying. And for those who prefer the feel of sand beneath their feet, the closest sandy beach was conveniently located nearby, just a short walk away. Location-wise, Via Lassi couldn’t be more perfect. It is surrounded by a plethora of shops and a wide array of restaurants for those evenings you choose to dine out. Getting to Argostoli was a breeze, whether you choose to take a leisurely 15-minute stroll or hop on a bus during the tourist season. To top it off, we were welcomed with complimentary fruits and a bottle of wine - a lovely touch that further enhanced the warm, homely feeling.

I spent an idyllic week with my son at Via Lassi! Every detail has been thought of to ensure a moment out of time: perfectly equipped bungalow, breathtaking view (best spot to admire the sunset), private beaches with turquoise water and even a private pontoon. And what can I say about the extreme kindness of Eleni and the owners. My 7-year-old son said he was in heaven here!

Via Lassi was perfect from the moment we stepped through the gate. Elena was so welcoming (the loveliest person you will meet!). We rented the 2 bedroom apartment and it was stunning. The views were just incredible and the private coves made you feel like you had a little piece of Kefalonia all to yourself! We can't wait to come back. Thank you for making our stay so memorable ❤️

We visited on a Friday, it was not overly busy, you can rent umbrella and two lounges for €15 and they ask you not to eat your own food but to buy food they supply the beach is a beautiful beach. The sea is calm and clear and makes for a good swim as it does not drop off too quickly. We didn’t see many children on the beach mostly adults we thought it was good value for money with the umbrella and two lounges the food was reasonably priced. There is a small amount of parking up on the road and then a short walk down to the beach that is quite easy. We stayed for around six hours and was very enjoyable.

This place is absolutely beautiful – one of the most stunning beaches we’ve visited. The water was clear and pleasant, but the seabed is rocky in many areas, so if you want to get close to the cave-like rock formation, be careful.

One of the best beaches in Greece. Get there before mid-day if you need an umbrella and chairs ($15) as it was full when we went. Clear water, sandy beach, caves, rocks, great for snorkelling, snack shack, shower, toilet. Not accessible for all however. Don't come here so there is more space for me next time! Haha

Access is via a dirt path, easy to walk down in 2–3 minutes. Two sunbeds with an umbrella cost €15. You can also sit freely on the sand. There is a bar serving cold drinks and snacks.
