Great place to spend an entire day! Here's some pointers to get the most out of your visit: Bring bug spray. There are bugs. Use sunscreen. There's minimal tree cover. Bring water. There are no water sources throughout the park. Plan which trails you wish to hike beforehand and have a navigation app on your phone to ensure you don't get lost. Many of the trails are interconnected. Safety first! Maintain a safe distance from the edge at all lookout points to prevent accidents.

Really amazing place to visit if near grand junction / Fruita. We did the drive and stopped at various view points. Really beautiful to see. We were lucky and saw a group of big horn sheep as well, be careful driving so you don’t accidentally hit them, they were on the road around a corner and could easily be hit. America the beautiful pass is accepted here also.

As part of a cross country road trip we spent a night in grand junction after being at several national parks in Utah. The next morning we did the scenic drive through Colorado national monument. The scenery was amazing. I would honestly say CNM was just as beautiful as Utah’s Parks’s, but with a lot less crowds. We stopped at a number of scenic pull offs to take in the views, but didn’t get a chance to see everything we wish we could have seen due to a time entry at a hot spring in glenwood springs. After being in 9 national parks on the trip we finally saw a big horn sheep at a very close distance too. If you are anywhere close to CNM, highly recommend seeing this park.

Amazing park!!! We were headin’ to another park when we spotted this one on the map. What a big ol’ surprise! We pulled in with the RV, spent the night, and woke up early. Took a nice three-hour stroll on that gorgeous monument trail. Powerful experience, y’all. Don’t miss it!

Amazing views and a very nice drive. Plenty of viewing areas. Went today, on a Monday morning just after sunrise and there was hardly anyone around (the way I like it). Would definitely drive this again and make time for some of the hikes!

Its an evening day in the summer, fall or winter and you are wanting to have a nice quite hour long drive to yourself or with friends, this will be a location you can return to over and over, enjoying yourself everytime!! The views are stunning, the visitors center is open 8am-5pm with restrooms, and outside water is accessible at any time fountain and faucet style access. Each one of the plants is labeled for fun facts as well. There are so many look-out stopping points throughout your drive, short hikes to get your spirits up and body moving!! This will be a must-see for anyone travel around the area. Pack a lunch or just go to sit on the rocks and breathe in life. Please pack your trash out if you bring it in, and this amazing place will stay amazing for everyone!!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s birthday at your location. The staff made her feel special by recognizing her day and giving her unlimited play, which really added to the experience—thank you for that! I did want to share a little feedback about the rewards program and signage on walls. The sign on the wall, especially the one by the food bar windows, show $15 unlimited play from 11–4 on Tuesdays was clearly displayed and permanent. Unfortunately, when we asked about it, and walked with staff over to it, it wasn’t honored and we were told that it’s fall now and not accurate. We are still on summer break from school, it’s not fall yet. It was a bit confusing since the signage seemed permanent, and we weren’t sure why it didn’t match what was being offered. By the time I got a break and was able to take a photo of the sign, they had put this temporary sign up. Prices are supposed to be offered as listed and that is the core issue here. I couldn’t believe they changed the sign and didn’t honor what it clearly said. We spent about $375 on activities and arcade games, but the rewards app only credited $11 for the two drinks we bought. It looks like none of the gameplay was picked up for rewards, so we missed out on nearly $40 of free play that would have made a big difference. We did mention a couple of things to staff, like games locking up and the sign details, but the issues weren’t really resolved when it came to signage and rewards. Overall, we had a fun birthday outing, but the rewards system left us feeling a little disappointed compared to the great time we had otherwise. I’m sharing this in hopes it can help smooth things out for families like ours who love visiting.

Eh. It was ok. Pricing for it was. They seem to hiring young kids and give them no training so service is terrible. Water park is decent but arcade was lacking for the kids. Laser tag was good and they liked the laser maze

The team was amazingly helpful at Bananas. Amelia helped us get our purchase corrected for the perfect package and for the entertainment we wanted. The splash pad area was nice, but the water pressure in the climbing areas is a little too high for little ones to navigate the stairs. There were some shady spots to sit, but you're pretty much going to sit in the sun if you purchase the water park add-on. Trey was so kind to help my son find a cup for water when he got a little overheated. He also made some recommendations for local fun spots to try. I wouldn't recommend the arcade for anyone under the age of 10 because our 5 and 2 year old children flew through the points and only won a few tickets each, which wasn't enough for any prizes. The arcade games were seriously hard to play for even my husband and myself. We swiped the card, and it would take points but wouldn't let us play because it needed more credits. Crazy! The arcade has to be my main reason for not being able to give this place 5 stars. There is a lovely vibe in the place, and it is a good place to kick the heat while it is turned up outside. Be ready to pay for pretty much each and every amenity separately because even the unlimited packages are extremely limited. 👌

I was put in charge of the “Family Fun” basket for my church’s annual auction fundraiser. I came in and talked to Samantha, who did not hesitate to offer a donation. If you plan on visiting the arcade the best days to get your cards are on Thursdays and Fridays because of the deal of $20 for an extra $20 worth of credits. You don't have to spend any extra time there to get them those days. They have deals for other things other nights so pay attention to the deals and plan ahead if you want the most bang for your buck. They also offer military/veteran and student discounts for high schoolers and college students. Helpful and friendly staff. If you happen to go in at a time that isn't busy. If you're likely to get extra time on the go carts. They did some revamping with some changes I don't care for such as now it's nearly impossible to win on the claw machines. They did make it so you could get the deals on the arcade cards at the machines with exception to military discounts and possibly student discounts making it easier to get what you need without standing in line if you just want to use the arcade.

Awesome place for both adults n kids. Me n the hubby played mini golf while the kids did go karts. Then spent a little too much in the arcade but ended up with 15,000+ tickets and lots of goodies from it. I imagine in the summer when the water parts are open it would've been even more awesome.

Really beautiful!! I loved the tortoise, and the cats as well as the rainforest area and the outdoor Garden! The outdoor Garden has fruit trees!!! I recommend for something to do with the elderly, a cute mid day date place for sure!!

A fun stop to see some butterflies, tortoise, turtles, koi and beautiful plants! The mission behind this place is very cool. Consider leaving a little extra donation on your visit. 🙂

What a beautiful place. The greenhouses are filled with interesting insects and turtles. It was amazing to see a butterfly coming out of a cocoon. There is a tortoise that is pretty fast moving and not afraid at all. Outside is set up nicely too. We came on a very windy day, but still enjoyable. Love, love, love that staff of all abilities work here! Thank you!

We had a nice time at the gardens, despite it being winter. It was nice and warm inside. Lots of butterflies and tortoises and even a resident cat. There are some amazing plants and blooms inside. I can't wait to check out the exterior gardens when the weather is a bit warmer. Although it being winter during our visit, we still explored the gardens and had a nice walk and enjoyed the sculptures. The staff was very friendly and there was a little gift shop with kids of cut and fun it's got sale.

We were surprised by the amount and diversity of plants and animals. Worth the visit.

They were very courteous and didn't make us feel bad for coming in an hour before close. The turtles all had names and were just chilling, plus the few cats just roaming the premises. Great variety of flowers and lots of pollination going on.

This is the best playground park we have been too. They have plenty of space for parties. Lots of different playground equipment. And nice bathrooms . I didn't even take pictures of it all.

It's a great park for pickleball, it has a dog run, baseball field, soccer field, handball court, picnic area, gazebos, a pond, tennis courts and it's very convenient to get to. It's a very quiet nice place to hang out. There is plenty of parking spots. Plus there are some very quiet places also. No matter what you want to do you should be able to do it here.

Great park for a wide range of ages. Nestled in a sports field complex they have two playgrounds that are divided by age group. One is for 2-5 and the other is for 5-12. They even offer a wheelchair swing! There is a small duck pond next to the playground so bring some bread to feed the 🦆 if you wish! Decent amount of shade on the structure, covered picnic area, clean bathrooms.

This is a very nice, new park. We had a pull through and the site was very level, well groomed with smooth gravel, concrete patio with fireplace, and the grass lawn was well maintained. The small dog park was close to our site and was clean. There is another large dog park but we didn't use it. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is very close to I-70, but surpritje noise was not that bad. They have some privacy fence so think that helps a lot. Easy access, but use the directions the park recommends and not the route Google maps suggests if coming in from the west.

Go to place to bring little ones. The kids love it. Nice walking paths, soccer fields, duck ponds, baseball/softball fields with their own separate playground, main playground has a separate area for smaller kids. Plenty of parking around the park.

This is a great park, and has just about any sports activity you're looking for. I went for the dog park, which has 3 different sections and has not been busy anytime I've gone there. Right off the highway for those traveling through whose pups need a run out. Not used to parks like this where I come from.

We visited this park today, it has several fields, a dog park, little ponds, tons of wildlife, and a phenomenal park. The play structure has all ages and physical abilities in mind, they even have a wheelchair accessible swing! There is a gazebo for parties, a grill, and would be a joy for a birthday party in the spring and summer. Definitely, we'll be headed back there.

Stopped in for a quick bite on a busy Friday. Lunch special was just right - huge slice of your choice of pizza (there were 4 options available, all of which sounded tempting + they pop your slice back in the oven for a touch of heat and crisp after you order) choice of a side or Caesar salad and soda for $9 (students with id can get it for $8.25). We both had the Caesar salad and noted the delicious homemade dressing, large shavings of fresh parm and crisp clean lettuce. Hub had Punk’s Pesto Mania and I had Pablo’s Special. Crust is made daily and fired to perfection - thin and savory. We sat at a table facing the sidewalk. Perfect people watching spot and a fantastic lunch. Win win! Stop by, SUPPORT OUR LOCAL! ❤️🤘

A hot day is a good day for pizza, and Pablo's didn't disappoint. The cheese was perfectly melted, the pizza was piping hot 🔥 and the service was splendidly sufficient. 👌 They offer a variety of wine and beer to pair with the pizza 🍕. I really enjoyed the laid-back blonde in the chilled scene at this sweet spot. The fountain drinks offer creative choices, and the toppings are fresh. I was on a business trip and found this spot very close to my hotel. It was around lunch time when I ordered and it wasn’t very busy. I had a Pepperoni slice, which had plenty of pepperoni on it. It wasn’t greasy at all and had the right amount of crisp for my liking. I also had the Punk’s Pesto Mania. It was a crispy slice, not too much pesto, not too much feta, nice even balance of toppings. The 2 slices and a drink cost around $12.00 not including tip. There is a lunch special that includes a slice, drink, and salad. Student special as well!

Ok, so I haven't had many pies that I didn't like. So take my opinion with a grain of salt. This is a top-tier pizza place. The crust, sauce, and toppings a pretty close to prefect.

I recently visited Pablo’s pizza and was genuinely impressed by everything. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. The restaurant has such a warm atmosphere and my pizza was well made. I got the basilisk and the pesto mania and I would recommend to anyone with a love for pesto. Best pizza I’ve had in a while and I will be back. Overall great experience!

It is EASY to see why this place is a longstanding local favorite. Great food, courteous staff, and a relaxed atmosphere make this the perfect place to grab a meal with family, friends, or coworkers. Hands down some of the best pancackes I've ever had, same could be said for the green chili sauce. I will most definitely be back!!! Also, the pancakes are actually unlimited, and they bring you 3 huge pancakes to start.

Had breakfast here on 9.24.2025 and was served by Jaycee. She was Spectacular!! Fabulous service and full of great conversation. The food here is delicious and the portions are hefty. Definitely will eat here again and highly recommend to anyone traveling through Grand Junction. THANK YOU JAYCEE!!!

Made a reservation a day before for a party of 6 and when we arrived, we were seated with 3 mins towards a back room. One of our family members has a walker and she was able to navigate to the area. It became extremely busy after we got here and the server took our order and got our food to us with 20mins. Loved how they checked on us to refill out coffee. Pork lion and eggs I ordered and the steak and eggs my husband ordered was a bit tough and had to add some seasoning. Pancakes were thick and we could only finish one.

The portions are generous! The orange juice is fresh squeezed! All the food I've seen looks great! I had fruity French toast and my mom had the senior pancake meal.😋

Neat restaurant with hefty servings and really fun train themed decor. Get a spot by the windows to watch the trains in the yard. Definitely a place you can fill yourself up! The cinnamon roll side alone can easily feed a grown man. Good variety on the menu and we left satisfied every time. Hope to come through town again and eat here once more!

Came in and decided to try dinner here as they had BBQ. Service was ok. Nobody appeared exactly happy… on to food. 1. Loaded Mac ‘n Cheese with pulled pork, sauce on side. Large portion, but arrived barely warm. Mac was mushy but flavorful and pulled pork was pretty good. 2. Street tacos. Chicken was super dry. Pork was great! Cute place, meh BBQ.

The gelato and ice cream are pretty good, though a step below great. The service here, however, is great and the team should be complimented for being friendly, accommodating, and just the right level of chipper for an ice cream shop.

Yum! We loved this treasure of a place during our recent visit to Grand Junction. Very large portion for the prices. They have a large variety of items as well. I really enjoyed my milk shake - caramel brownie. My husband and kids got the layered Sundaes - some of the toppings probably could have been chopped up a bit more, but that’s not really a huge issue. Lots of different options for the sundaes and malts and shakes. Plain ice cream cones there was limited availability but I suspect most don’t go for that. Good prices for cones/cups too. We also got the huge pretzel with cheese sauce which didn’t disappoint. My kids loved the hot dogs. Highly recommend! We will be back.

No more hot food? I got an idea: how about you take down the hot food menu inside, off the website and off google maps? I brought my whole family here for dinner and a treat after a baseball game and was advised at the counter that they no longer serve hot food: at all. Won’t be back!

I am a travel nurse from Georgia who was introduced to Graff Dairy by a co-worker. I was more than thrilled and excited because I thought I had found something unique. I came every day or every other day until 12/02/24. I arrived at just about closing time. I decided to order a larger size of ice cream instead of the typical cup. I can not remember if the young man who serviced me said it was a pint or large. I paid 9.85 which included a 25% discount and a tip. I have a Boy Scout discount card. I could not wait to get home and enjoy. When the container was given to me, I knew something was wrong. The ice cream was like in a soupy state and dripping down the sides of the container. It did not have the purple berry looking color I was use to...I believe it was called Huckleberry. I had purchased this flavor many times before. It looked like soupy vanilla ice cream. I called out to the young man who had given me the container. He would not turn around. I yelled, Sir, Sir, Excuse Me....he walked faster and faster and hurried back into the store. He heard me.....Another gentleman came outside and I got his attention. I advised that the ice cream was soupy and did not have the color I was expecting. This young man advised that what I had was indeed Huckleberry ice cream without the coloring. He walked away. I was puzzled. I went home and tasted the ice cream. I knew immediately that something was wrong. The product was like soup (not firm/semi firm at all like I had experienced in the past) and it did not have any flavor to it at all. It tasted like very sugary melted cream. I was very upset!!!! I took the product back the next day and was treated very rudely by someone who said her name was Genevieve (not sure if she was telling the truth). She said she was the manager on duty. Before I could get my complaint out of my mouth, she said we can't take that back. I asked, Why? She said, I do not know when you bought that. I advised that I had purchased it the night before just before closing and she continued to say, I do not know when you bought that. I tried to inform her that it was not the product that I ordered but she talked over me and would not allow a two way conversation. I pulled up my banking account to show her the charge and she said that did not matter because a refund could not be given. Proof of purchase/ receipts are not given or even offered to the customer. I stopped coming after this incident. I had a very bad taste in my mouth. This is wrong!!!!.....I reached out via the website for a refund and of course I was ignored.

This place is SO good! They have interesting flavors of the week that they change every Wednesday or Thursday. Some are quite strange. Nothing will ever stop me from coming here, though! I wish the farmland was still there, as they got rid of it before I was born. Would come here again!

I had the all beef hotdog, ice cream, and more. Please see photos. I used a credit card and found out you can get a discount for cash. It’s a drive through, you’ll see the menus in my photos. Overall I will be back. Enjoyed the food! There are tables outside but too cold for me. (Winter) There was a person who came to the vehicle and took our order and we paid. Look forward to going back! We didn’t eat there took it home and ate the all beef hotdog and simply forgot to take a picture. Now I have a good excuse to go back.

Very nice park. Lots of shade and green space. Ample parking. Playground is fun for all ages and the pool is very big with a big slide. Free splash pad in summer. Haven’t checked out the stadium yet but hope to soon.

This is a big place that has a golf course got a swimming pool huge track very nice facility for the track Housewives baseball field and quite a bit of parking. I've been to lots of great track meets there and I've been to a couple great cross-country meets their and the pickleball courts are fairly new and there's a lot of them very very nice

We went for 4th of July fireworks show and were amazed at how easy it was to find parking AND a great place to watch the fireworks. I was delighted in seeing a swimming pool area very close to baseball field. We don't have little ones but I hear there are nice playgrounds too. Bathrooms were close and people were being safe with the mini grills they had brought for food. Overall I thought this is great park that's spacious and nice

I love this place. In the summer, sometimes I go here and just sit in the grass, under a tree, and enjoy the breeze. There is a playground and a pool, even though I think you have to pay to use the pool. Diving classes are taken at the pool, I heard. I recommend this place!

Lincoln Park Golf Course is simply the best value in the value for golf. The affordable green fees, the very good playing condition of the course and the friendly knowledgeable staff make it great experience. I play here as often as I can.

Fun park. Good for younger and older children. Nice grassy area dm lots of shade. Pavilion looked clean and good for parties.

I've been coming here since I was a kid (when the rocket was still on the ground and climbable) and now I bring my kids. It rarely has sketchy looking people and is always well kept. The playground equipment is in great condition 🙂

I absolutely love this park and love how when they redid it they found a way to keep the old rocket there. I played on it when I was a kid and my kids did to so it's a pretty special place for us. Now I play there with my grand babies

An awesome park for friends and family, a very safe friendly environment or a family can be and have no worries. Restroom amenities as well as water fountain. A huge park to play at with lush green grass and a huge jungle gym!

Nice park, clean rest rooms, has grass and picnic tables. Actually pretty cute and impressed being a smaller neighborhood park. Only negative thing is they changed the ticket so you can no longer climb up into it.. boo! But the rest is pretty awesome

I too have shopped there and now I also work there and the manager Chelsea and the owner SP are the best, our customers are also some of the nicest people I have met and I believe that kindness spawns from great customer service. I have frequently visited this location for many years and I have always been pleased with their variety and customer service. Now I have the pleasure to work there and how the owner treats his staff and customers speaks volumes about his service to the community. SP is a very kind young man who actually cares to do right with the people around him. He genuinely likes to help everyone and has a tremendous amount of patience with people. He is always open to suggestions regarding his business and loves bringing in new requests. Since I have become part of the staff not one single day has gone by that I haven't seen him working hard along with his crew. Also the points card program he continues to do is very neat, who doesn't love a free drink every now and then?

New owner is HORRIBLE. I bought beer in a keg for a party, and the price was different than what I was quoted on the phone. When I returned the empty keg, the owner tried to charge me a "rental" fee for the tap but that was not listed on the receipt, just "deposit". He did not want to give me the full deposit back. He kept arguing with me but finally gave me the full deposit, and told me never to return to his store. Don't worry about that. I will spend my money at stores where customer service matters.

We LOVE Orchard Mesa Lanes! We take our grandsons to bowl during the day when the rate is $2.00 a game and $2.00 for shoe rental. Since we have 4 grandsons, this is a fun and affordable family outing! It's definitely worth checking out.

Been going here for many years and its sad to see the building and equipment falling into disrepair. I use to buy hour lane rentals but the lanes malfunction often enough that its not worth it anymore with the wait for the workers to break from the counter to fix a lane because they seem under staffed most times I play anymore

Orchard Mesa Lanes is a great place for friends and family to enjoy an evening of fun, or serious bowlers to bowl leagues and tournaments! I can’t say enough about their incredible staff!

They have junction square Pizza best pizza in Grand junction they have an antipasto salad that is absolutely amazing the dressing is the best I've ever had

First time. Downhills were awesome and so many potential lines. Rock rolls and drops for days. I couldn't figure out a good climbing trail above middle elevations. Should have tried to get some local input before I rode. Would be a fun shuttle area. 😁

Plenty of trails to explore and mostly well marked! Cell phone reception is mostly available and thus, you can check the routes as you go. Plenty of parking on a Saturday and saw very few people once away from the parking lot. 12+ miles with a mix of trails and some were very challenging (hike a bike), but it’s only for very specific spots. Trail maps are not everywhere but when you do see them, they are very detailed. Bring water for your dogs!!!! I saw several owners putting their pups at risk and please say something if you see this (I did).

First time riding it, and it was awesome. Some of the people who ride are rude. But for the most part, people are friendly. If you're looking for fun trails, I recommend this one.

Lunch Loops is a rugged park south of downtown Grand Junction, full of terrific hiking and mountain biking trails. It's also a fantastic place to experience ancient geologic strata, including the Morrison Formation's 145 million year old Brushy Basin member - most famous as a depository of Jurassic-era dinosaur fossils.

Great system of trails for all levels. Trailhead is clean and has some picnic tables.

Clean and decently well marked. Great location for some pedaling loops that are easy to stack or ride in 30 mins to an hour. There are great views at the top and along eagle trails. Restrooms are located at the trail head and are usually fine unless someone forgets to put the lid down. There is a small pump/dirt track that isnt super well maintained, and a couple benches and picnic areas.

Absolutely horrible experience with Carl the driver today. Today as I was boarding a bus that Carl was operating, there was a wheel chair bound patreon entering before me. Carl immediately got up and screamed at me to get off the bus ( after I paid for my ride) because he wasn't in his seat. This man seams miserable every time I encounter him. Maybe he should do a different job if he must be rude to the customer as though we are an inconvenience to him. This is horrible customer service. If you are a future rider please believe if you encounter him you will probably have a rotten experience as I did.

Whoever was paid to put together the route map and schedules...well...they should give the money back. There is no clear designation of arrival times at the various stops, and the entire map is printed in such small print that people my age do not stand a teeny chance of being able to read it. I really wanted to give the system a try this summer, but the poorly designed schedule is going to make that impossible.

terrible service, you're lucky if you see your bus at all. would never recommend and wouldn't use with an option. Better budget extra time if you absolutely have to use them.. not the least bit reliable

I was literally across the street from the station and they were pulling out at 4:15 and my short little legs could not make it across the street to board. So I waited at the corner and gestured if I could be let on as she pulled in front of me. The driver looked at me and shook her head. This was at about 4.16, one minute past their leave time. I've used transit in Chicago and Denver, both systems where the busses ran more frequently than this one. This one only does one way loops every hour, it doesn't even run two busses on each route headed opposite directios, so if you miss your bus you wait an hour. In my case, due to where I needed to go, it puts me behind THREE hours. One to wait for the betraying driver to return, another to get on the bus to go back to the station (remember, one way loops), and a third to get to my final destination. In Chicago, if a driver sees you that close...they stop. Their job is to transport people after all. I don't know what these guys job is I hate poor policy and management. Because I'm short and couldn't run fast enough and the driver clearly had orders to be merciless.

Some drivers are very courteous but most of them are just rude to passengers. Many of the people who ride the bus here appear to not be best off, financially. I think some drivers just get on a power trip because they feel they can be rude to people with no consequences. It’s pretty terrible way to be.

The senior bus service was delightful to ride to get to the places needed for shopping. The Route 3 bus does a great job to get me where I need to go to make connections with other routes. I have it fairly good to be serviced by both kinds of transportation. Five stars on services received in the month I have lived in my new home. Kudos to you G.V.T. !!! Drivers are great, bus system is a total mess. Fares are high no transfers, buses run late very often if their not breaking down. Disabled rates do not apply between the hours of 10 am to 2 PM (strange). Do not be in a hurry to get to where your going the buses start late and quit early, good luck

Visited labour day weekend. Its a great spot to paddleboard the river, but the features are like mini slides less rapids

This new development along the Colorado river reminded me of walks I have had in the past back home in Europe in the best way imaginable.

Everyone enjoys what how the city is developing this area. And we appreciate what it’s doing to the property value. Please respect the area and keep it safe and fun for everyone!

onderful spot to cool down on a hot day and splash in shallow water with the fam. We like floating down it in lifevests so you get wet but can float over the rocks easily. Beware of crowds after 11am or noon and unintentionally rowdy older kids after 3pm. With that said, everyone has been extremely friendly, supportive and playful and it's just a really great family vibe. Rules to be aware of: no glass bottles (a lot of us are barefoot), no dogs in the diverted river section, and nobody is supposed to go on the wilderness area side of the water (so you can regularly see some neat wildlife while playing). You can park at the amphitheater or up past the butterfly SUP ponds at the boat launch and easily access the walking trail.

BEWARE!!!!! Water levels can change drastically! Picture shown above was slow and safe may 26th! June 20th water levels were twice if not three times as high and no signage was posted until halfway down! Saying “dangerous waters” and at that point it connected to the river ***** Lazy river connects to the river****** NOT SAFE without life vests for anyone. There should be more signs and warnings water levels can change from safe to dangerous in a matter of days/weeks. I think people underestimate the river runoff and how drastically the river level/speed changes from runoff and gets people into trouble! SUP should make people/ parents more aware that the river is ever changing and never safe without life vests even this supposable “lazy river” I was specifically told the lazy river was safe for kids that is absolutely not true!

Miss Star has helped my young daughter grow so much over the past year! She is ecstatic to go to class and she talks about it every day. “Can we go to dance please?” I love bringing her here!

Jessica and staff are great instructors, focusing on the dancer as a well-rounded person with excellent dance technique. Our daughter who is 11 years old has danced with Adagio for 4 years now, and feels like part of a family. She has made some of her best friends in class! Her abilities are improving every semester, and she continues to love going to class every day... We couldn't ask for more in a dance company!

We loved going to Adagio when we lived in the area! Courtney is so amazing and kind, she makes the class really fun for the little ones and I love seeing the creativity that is brought into dance class.

My family loves Adagio! The family atmosphere is wonderful. Jessica is the most accommodating owner/instructor. Our daughter looks forward to every Saturday morning to go to ballet with her. Adagio has found the creativity with there teaching techniques. It took us a couple tries in this town to find a dance studio that actually cares about the fundamentals of dance before vanity. They make dance beautiful again!

Wonderful experience with our 2 year old at Adagio. Miss Jessica was fantastic with teaching and always brought joy and fun into the Bugs Preschool - Dance With Me class. The recital was well put together and our daughter had a blast! Made great memories for our first dance experience! Definitely recommend Adagio!

My daughter started the Dance with Me Ballet Bugs last fall and loves it!! She has always been musically talented and I am so happy we put her on dance, but I’m even happier that we found Adagio!! The staff is AMAZING and my daughter has blossomed so much! She has gone up two levels already and is exploring hip-hop and accordance. She has been begging for ballet all summer and can’t wait to go back. Adagio is truly our dance family.

If you are looking for a dance studio where your child will grow in love and appreciation for dance, then Adagio is the place! The dance instructors are amazing and extremely knowledgeable with years of dance experience! With class sizes kept small, dancers have a more close knit and personal learning experience that allows their abilities to just flourish! I’m so thankful we found Adagio Dance 4 years ago! It has been the best experience!

My daughter LOVES going here. She has so much fun and the instructors are patient and enjoy what they do. A few weeks ago during the norovirus craze only 2 kids including mine showed up for the Thursday 615 class and the 2 instructors had so much fun with the two. They got to spend a lot of one on one time. And you can tell the instructors loved working with them. Lots of laughing and giggles that day. Definitely recommend.

I enrolled both of my girls (ages 4 and 7) this summer and so far have been very happy with our experience. My girls really love "Miss Peggy." I appreciate her compassion with the children but that she is also very serious. She knows how to deal with the little ones and I think she (they) are good at picking up on their skill levels and placing them in classes that fit the child. I look forward to a long career for my girls at Colorado West.

We’ve been attending this gym for 7 years. I’ve had 3 daughters attend. Ranging from age 2-13. One being special needs. The staff and coaches are amazing. They meet the girls where they are at, the push to become better not only physically but mentally. Such a positive encouraging environment.

I have been going here for about 4 years. I love the coaches and the environment so much. My favorite coaches are Maddie, McKayla, and Sue. They all helped me get a skill I needed for competition. If I were you, I would definitely come here! 🤸🏽‍♀️

We've been going to GWG for over a year now and my daughter loves it there. All of the coaches have been wonderful and Terri is the best. Even with the crazy of Covid, CWG has been amazing.

Our experience with the cardio kickboxing class for the last few summer months have been subpar. One class was canceled, one ran short by 15 minutes, most classes began 5 minutes later than the start time, and one started early with no boxing bag stands left available. While other classes might be more consistent, this specific class lacked consistency with time and with the instructor. If you’re looking for good cardio, I would suggest a class at a gym as this does not seem to be their specialty.

Our daughter really loves her classes here. They are awesome, especially considering a 3 year olds attention span is as long as her pinky. We will be bringing her here as long as she is interested.

Great place to learn karate. The Sensei here takes the time to invest in his students. The staff here are like family.

Bad management! Never open when they are supposed to be, lots of angry mom's and dad's! Would not recommend wasting your money! They do not allow you to do makeup classes.

The school has been great for my family. my son especially has grown so much since attending classes... love it.

We used this park as a take out spot for our group that floated the river. Good parking and the take out is easy. A bit rocky right now due to the low level of the river. Be aware that it is part of the state park system, so it will cost $10 per car.

We had two campsites at Island Acres last weekend with just electric. My husband and I stayed in 19A next to the bathrooms. The smell that came from the men's restroom was horrible due to no toilet cover. My daughter's family stayed in 23. There campsites was covered in ants because there was stuff spilled under the table. There was no grass and the goat heads are so bad that we were constantly taking them out of our dogs feet and our shoes. Most of the trees are dying due to not being watered. We will never camp there again.

Well kept high desert oasis with expansive trails by the river, a lake, ponds, playground, campsites ($36-$46 for day fee plus site), hot showers, a laundromat. Three parts to the park with a short drive between the different day use areas and camping area. Fishing areas available at the 2 of 3 we visited. Laurel the park ranger recommended one of the countries best Farmers Markets in Palisade 9am-1pm, great coffee and snacks right across the street at the gas station across the street, too.

Went fishing here with my daughter, son in law and a couple of the grandkids. We caught a bunch of Rainbows and Bluegill. It was fun and a great couple of hours well spent! We also got to see a lot of fish get restocked while there.

This is our favorite place to Camp locally! We are counting down for spring.Island acres is always our first camping trip of the season and we are never disappointed. We love this Campground rain or shine! There's plenty of walking paths and plenty of room to ride our bikes. In The heat of Summer our favorite thing to do is play in the river! The ponds are also a great place to paddleboard or fish. If I never traveled outside of Colorado there are plenty of places to vacation for the rest of my life and this is one of our favorite places!

Had electric at site but no water. Staff is very courteous an knowledgeable. Bathroom is an out house with no lids on the toilet ( seat yes). You can imagine how hot an smelly it was. They do have a tin half shell covering over the picnic table to help give some shade.

I recommend the membership if you have kids or Grandkids! This is a fun place! I love the animal exhibit and the mining hallway! Grandma loved it!! I think it's great for ages 6-12, maybe if you have a more advanced 5-year-old. However side note: Eureka offers summer programs for parents to work during the day and for kids to be entertained and learning simultaneously! My niece and nephew loved it! Eureka also does early morning and latchkey programs for parents who work earlier so they will come and pick up the kids keep them safe and entertained and drop the kids off at school, after school the kids will be bused to Eureka and they get to do fun activities for a few hours so parents can work until 4-5

This is a good place for families to go and encourage their children to learn more about the sciences. You can get a free pass from Mesa County library.

It's always great to take my friend's son to visit Eurkea. His curiosity gets piqued with all the excellent displays and exhibits. They do a great job of explaining everything for young kids.

Super cool place to bring the kids. Lots to see and do. Learning without them really knowing they are learning. Heck, I even learned some stuff. Cool experiments to do and lots of fun stuff to see and do. Good gift shop as well with reasonably priced items. Been there twice and both times were good. Worth the price of admission. Only negative, is there was a family whose parents just let their kids do whatever they wanted and hog some of the experiments and exhibits. Not an issue with the center itself, just more of something to be prepared for possibly as it seems some folks use it to babysit their kids.

We spent the afternoon here during a recent day trip to Grand Junction, and it did not disappoint. The price was great, and it was fun for all ages - we went with our three boys (13, 10, 6), my parents who are in their 70s and my 28-year-old brother. Everyone had a blast. They really pack a lot of fun into one floor; and to make it fun for all ages is quite the accomplishment. We all learned a lot while having fun. Very hands on exhibits. It wasn’t very busy for being a Saturday. Highly recommend visiting!

What a awesome museum! We all really enjoyed all the hands-on displays and experiences. It's clean, well thought out and educational. They have a good play ground outside and a super fun water table that shows the Grand valley water systems. Everything is interactive and great for kids and adults. Can't wait to go back!

I didn't know if my grandson who is 12 would like this place. Turns out he has a great time. It was a fun place to spend some time at.

Really beautiful!! I loved the tortoise, and the cats as well as the rainforest area and the outdoor Garden! The outdoor Garden has fruit trees!!! I recommend for something to do with the elderly, a cute mid day date place for sure!!

Bigger than anticipated! It was a great casual stroll through the gardens. Plenty of spots for sitting and chatting, reading, or just enjoying a cup of coffee. The green house was particularly interesting and still in full bloom even in early fall. Conveniently located next to a park, extensive bike path and disc golf course. Staff was very friendly!

It was so much fun taking my granddaughter there!

A small, charming botanical gardens. Includes a tropical rain forest, butterfly house ( with a large tortoise!) and an outdoor Western Historical Garden. The outdoor area also included perennials, annuals, a small Japanese Garden and fruit trees of the area. Gift shop was reasonably priced with many things for children. I appreciated that their volunteer program gave opportunities to developmental challenged adults who were all pleasant and sociable. I would highly recommend.

A fun stop to see some butterflies, tortoise, turtles, koi and beautiful plants! The mission behind this place is very cool. Consider leaving a little extra donation on your visit. 🙂

The price is right and my whole family had fun. The butterfly room was definitely a highlight and it was a surprise to see that huge turtle just chillin in the middle of the walkway! The gardens were beautiful and there was even a fun little castle outside.

We had a nice time at the gardens, despite it being winter. It was nice and warm inside. Lots of butterflies and tortoises and even a resident cat. There are some amazing plants and blooms inside. I can't wait to check out the exterior gardens when the weather is a bit warmer. Although it being winter during our visit, we still explored the gardens and had a nice walk and enjoyed the sculptures. The staff was very friendly and there was a little gift shop with kids of cut and fun it's got sale.

Kids have a fantastic time here. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Can get hot during the summer with the swamp cooler trying to keep up. Bring your own water, because the kids will get thirsty jumping.

Very fun place to visit. We went during toddler time. Super busy surprisingly during the weekday with lots of people in line but it went fast. The computers were down the day we went so we got in for free but would have been worth the money. Lots of trampolines, inflatables and video games to play on and with. Even adults get to play which was fun. Foam pits were fun as well. You can buy tickets in advance but I don’t think you will get in any sooner since there is no separate line for prepaying. You might consider signing the waiver online prior to going though.

This is a very poorly maintained establishment. There is a noticeable smell as soon as you walk in. Several of the equipment is broken, missing, or doesn't operate as intended. There were dead bugs littered all over the floor and inflatables, indicating that they are not regularly cleaned. Despite prices that are similar to other trampoline parks, they seem to struggle to maintain the same quality as other trampoline parks. All of the concession machines that we tried were broken, and only took cash. All of the game machines that we tried were also broken, and only took coins. The machine that was supposed to convert bills into coins was also broken. The only thing I can say in this establishments favor is that the staff was very friendly and polite, although not particularly well-trained. There was only one staff member that I talked to that knew how to unlock any of the games to allow us to play.

One of the coolest places in town. I've spent a lot of time in this building since they opened in 2014! They really value family time and developing new and exciting activities for everyone to participate in. Every year they add or change something to keep it fresh! highly recommend. I love bringing friends here as well!

Took a group of 8 for an adult birthday party. Everyone, from mom and dad to teenage cousin had an absolute blast! Absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to for more than your typical fun park go karts. Process was smooth, staff was kind, racing was fun and exciting. Basically as long as you weren't running each other off the road and flipping karts.. anything goes!

Our group had a blast racing! Jesse and his team are top notch. The racers all said this is the funnest and best go kart track they’ve been on. It’s wide with hills and plenty of curves, and the karts ran great!. We will be back next time we come to Colorado!

This speedway is truly awesome! The karts were fast/well-maintained by the staff who were happy to give us tips on racing. Pride of ownership and passion for karting is here and this is now my family’s favorite activity in the Grand Junction area!

My Uncle brought me here 35 years ago when I stayed with him as a kid. While driving through, I had to stop and do it again as a 50 year old adult. It was and still is amazing and those carts are so fast. Awesome

Jesse is amazing as is the staff. We mostly come here for our state series but we do stop in to practice occasionally. The track is always in great shape and the rental karts are well kept. Worth a visit!

This was such a fun experience! I went with my coworkers after we wrapped up our season and it was fun and safe for everyone. The staff was so helpful, friendly and awesome. Will definitely be coming back!
