Nature & Parks
Otsiningo Park in Binghamton, NY is a popular green space offering a variety of activities for visitors. The park features numerous trails, playing fields, community gardens, and hosts a seasonal farmer's market. It is open year-round and provides opportunities for hiking with its 1.8-kilometer trail along the river.
Here tonight for the festival of lights drive through lightshow. Very worth it. Nice layout...easy to pull over for those slower and wanting photos. Great Santa! 25.00 per carload. They let you go around more than once which was great.

The paved walking path has plenty of room to avoid other dogs while walking. It's a very pretty walk along the Chenango River.
Elizabeth M — Google review
So I would describe this property as a nature park with a few sport entertainment features. The park is large and beautifully manicured as it flows along with the adjacent river. Fishing lake, playground, volleyball courts, soccer and ball fields and a outdoor stage are a few of the features. Parking is plentiful and as with the rest of the property, clean and well maintained. Kudos to the city or county for providing this awesome park for the community. I had full bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming.
Will H — Google review
I came here for a nice safe place to run outside that’s paved and has some scenery. Was not disappointed. 😎☀️ Lots of parking, pavilions, playgrounds, courts, people fishing, and open spaces for family activities. While busy, it is nicely spaced out so there is some privacy if wanted. Highly recommend if looking for a place to enjoy the sunshine with friends.
Jordan H — Google review
Great place to go for a picnic and a nice 2 mile walk.
Domingo S — Google review
This is a beautiful park with ample picnic areas, restroom facilities, amazing playground for the kids, walking and biking trails. The park itself has a loop walking trail that is approximately 1.25 miles. Paved, mostly flat with a few small inclines that average about a 13 foot incline. There is also an additional trail that is connected and runs along the river easily adding a few miles round trip. This park is beautifully maintained, security patrolled and open year round until dusk. During the season and holidays the park has areas decorated by community events such as pumpkin displays and one of the most wonderful Festival of Holiday Lights I have ever seen.
Ronnie P — Google review
Been here quite often for 5k race and running on my own. The running areas are well paved. Lots of parking. Good for runners and walkers that want minimal incline/decline and paved path.

Public swimming pool
Recreation Park is a delightful oasis nestled in Binghamton, known for its charming blend of natural beauty and recreational facilities. This park features a refreshing pool, an enchanting carousel—one of the many that make Binghamton the Carousel Capital of the World—and expansive playgrounds perfect for families. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the well-maintained fields and courts, including recently renovated tennis courts with eight individual playing areas.
Rec Park is truly a hidden gem that I’ve had the pleasure of living next to for over a decade. Though it’s small, the park is absolutely beautiful and perfect for those looking to relax, read a book, or enjoy a peaceful walk with loved ones. The park offers plenty of tables to sit at or the option to hang your hammock under the shade. One of the highlights is the recently renovated tennis courts, with 8 individual tennis fields available for players. There’s also a well-maintained soccer field, two baseball courts, a basketball court, ball field, and spacious ice skating field. During the summer, the outdoor swimming pool is a refreshing escape and a favorite among visitors. One of the park’s most unique features is the historic carousel, which is almost 100 years old and adds a nostalgic charm. The playground is another standout, not just for kids but for adults who can’t resist checking it out too. On weekends, the park comes alive even more when a vending truck stops by, serving delicious fried fish. Whether you’re looking for recreational activities or a peaceful retreat, Rec Park offers something for everyone.

Beautiful park, well maintained. Many people use the walk trails, play ground, baseball area and tennis area this time of year. I walk my dogs there and they love it.
Faith H — Google review
Lovely open space, 2 baseball grounds, multiple tennis courts, and pickle ball embedded in those courts. Community swimming pool with life guards, kids' play area, and basketball court are also present. Great place to walk and ride cycles, sit around, and have a picnic. Amazing security with continuous patrolling by the park rangers. You can also find a lot of parking spaces all over the park. We can also find food trucks and ice cream vendors to cool off during the hot summer day.
Dhruv S — Google review
Everywhere needs parks like this! This park is easy for parents to access with young kids but still tons of fun for big kids. We stayed here an hour but my kids could have played here all day. I love how inclusive this park is. Truly, everywhere needs parks like this.

This is a large park which contains one of the 6 Binghamton Carousel Trail carousels. A great place for families. Lovely pool. Park contains a nod to Rod Serling of Twilight Zone infamy as he grew up nearby. This carousel is celebrating its 100th birthday. Google said carousel closed...we called ahead... This was not accurate...it was open. Lovely playground and good parking as well.

This city park is loaded with entertainment features including but not limited to playground, basketball courts, tennis courts, ball fields, soccer field, 🎠, tree house, walking trails, ice rink and ample parking. Architectural Buildings
Nestled in the heart of Binghamton, the Phelps Mansion Museum is a stunning example of 19th-century architecture that beckons history enthusiasts and curious travelers alike. Originally constructed in 1870 for Sherman D. Phelps, a prominent local figure, this magnificent brick and stone mansion showcases exquisite period furnishings and intricate design elements. Designed by renowned architect Isaac G.
Very interesting. It was once used as a women's club. I found it disheartening that all the married women were identified as Mrs. Husband's Name. I realize it was some time ago, however these women lost their first names in the pictures. The architecture was beautiful. This is the last of the homes on Mansion Row.

We recently visited this museum, and I can truly say it is worth a visit. From the very beginning, the atmosphere draws you in and makes you feel as though you’ve stepped back in time. Our guide was outstanding — knowledgeable, engaging, and ready to answer every question. The way he presented the historical facts made the entire experience both informative and captivating. Being inside the house itself felt surprisingly comfortable, as if the history around you came alive. You could really appreciate the beauty and craftsmanship of everything on display. I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit. The guide was exceptional, and thanks to him you genuinely feel immersed in history. Thank you, Helen

Beautiful preserved mansion in Binghamton that conveys the spirit of gilded age. Mansion is brick constructed not only on exterior but also its interior walls. Guided tour was quite informative. There is ample parking next to the mansion and near the library. Area might be sketchy though as I saw person shooting up drugs in mid-day at library’s parking lot.
Mike Z — Google review
Awesome little museum. It’s a miracle that so much of its history gets preserved til today (thank you, Monday Afternoon Club). I am mesmerized by the vintage furniture and the abundance of shapes in this house. Animal elements ranging from fish, squirrels, birds, griffins, lions fill in the nooks of this house. Adorable! I hope more people get to visit Phelps Museum and to see how women’s club is involved in the story of this house. Tour guide Joe knows the inside out of this house, thank you for leading us through history!
Jenny J — Google review
The Phelps Mansion is a magnificent Gilded Age home located in Binghamton, NY. The house was built in 1872 by architect Isaac Perry, who also worked on the NY State Capitol building. The mansion was owned by Binghamton businessman Sherman Phelps. Altogether, the house has 9 bedrooms, four bathrooms, a full kitchen, and has fireplaces in almost every room. Some of the best highlights of the house are the wood carvings that can be seen in different rooms. The staircase is also a stand out because of its large size and black walnut woodwork. You will also notice that most of the rooms are very “tall” and have high walls and ceilings. Most rooms also have large mirrors to create a brighter atmosphere. The dining room is one of the best rooms in the house with its long dining table and intricate wood carvings located around it. The library also is unique with its fireplace. Many other rooms in the house are decorated with artifacts from Binghamton’s history. Be sure to check out the paintings throughout the house as well. Most of the furniture in the house is not original to it, but the house goes out of its way to depict what the house would have looked like when it was first built and at the height of style. The Phelps Mansion offers both guided tours and self-guided audio tours. It is best to buy a ticket on their website for a tour. It is possible to buy a ticket at the door. The Mansion does a great job exhibiting the history of Sherman Phelps and his family, but Binghamton as well. This is a great place to visit in Binghamton.
Ryan M — Google review
The house is absolutely spectacular. I have already been there twice and intend to go back. The staff is super nice and very informative. Can't wait to return and see the house during the holidays (I've heard it gets decorated). Truly, this piece of history has hit the jackpot when it comes to being preserved and kept as it would have been when it was built. Others are not so lucky. But, I'm sure glad some are. Stepping into this house is almost like stepping into the world of any history lovers dreams. All of the furniture is antique. The woodwork is utterly impressive. And the house has a very rich (no pun intended) history. As a bonus, even the bathrooms that visitors can use are quite nicely decorated, beautiful, and clean. One hundred percent would recommend that people visit. Edit: Went to see it decorated for Christmas and it was gorgeous.

My husband and I immensely enjoyed our house tour with Joe, our very knowledgeable, easy-to-understand tour guide. The property is well-maintained and happily will be preserved as a reminder of Binghamton’s rich past history. Being from New Jersey, I knew nothing of the area at all and this tour enlightened my curiosity.

Video arcade
Located on Clinton Street, Robot City Games and Arcade is a haven for arcade game enthusiasts. Boasting a collection of 125 games, including 31 pinball variations, visitors can revel in the nostalgia of playing classic games from the 70s, 80s, and beyond. The arcade has been a staple in Binghamton for a decade and offers an extensive selection of gaming consoles and accessories for sale.
Really a lot of fun! 3 of us played games for a about an hour for $10 worth of tokens. Had lots of classic games. My favorites were frogger, the Simpsons pinball, mappy, and Tetris :) in the front part of the shop it was a blast from the past browsing thru all of the old Nintendo and PS2 games.
Jillian R — Google review
Got to admit this place is pretty cool for an arcade center! Certainly enjoyed the visit here so far!
Thomas B — Google review
This arcade is absolutely phenomenal, especially if you’re a fan of racing games. Cruisin’ USA, Cruisin’ Exotica, Crazy Taxi, Ridge Racer 2, Hydro Thunder, and at least 4 or 5 other absolute bangers. Dozens of pinball tables. Oh and a vintage game store. Absolutely wild quality here. Could easily spend half a day just playing all these games.
David N — Google review
Staff was decent! An amazing amount of games. A decent bit where slightly over priced but worth the money for the finds and to help a local business. The arcade section was to die for. Pinball and retro arcade machines wall to wall. Felt like I was walking back into the 80's
Connor M — Google review
Talk about a walk down memory lane! You can really make your money go far playing these older games! Highly recommend
Greg M — Google review
Had issue with a game. They let me return it to exchange for a different copy. Played some pinball games afterwards with my 4 year old who is obsessed with their Jurassic Park pinball machine! The atmosphere seems nice and inviting. I've brought my kids here 3 times and every time is a win! It's a nice place to go when you are bored, sitting at home with the kids. ♥️
Mya F — Google review
Where else can you go to play this many old school Atari and Nintendo games and tons of antique pinball machines. All the vintage console systems available for purchase and pretty much any game for them you could want.
Thomas C — Google review
Wow...Didn't know a place like this existed. The "store" part of this place is simply amazing. For someone like me, who grew up in the 90's, this was a very nostalgic experience. They sell tons of games, consoles and accessories, ranging from the 80's through the 2010's. They had old Atari, original NES and Sega consoles and games, as well as newer PS4 equipment and games. So many rare things to see you only thought were available on eBay. The arcade portion is equally as impressive. Again, I think those who grew up in the 80's - 2000's will truly appreciate this place as many of the arcades there are from that era. There isn't really anything newer than 2005 in there. There are lots of pinballs as well that looked cool. You can change your dollar bills for token (4 tokens for $1) and most games cost 1-2 tokens to play. My only gripe was that a bunch of games I played (more than half of the 8-10 I tried) had faulty controllers. Either the joysticks or buttons were unresponsive. Again, I'm not sure if the younger generation can appreciate this place as most of this place is for an "older - now 30's and 40's crowd". There aren't really any newer games there. I would like to return with my brothers (30 y/o and 40 y/o) who I both know would love this place. I was told parking on the street in the front is fine.

Zoos & Aquariums
Ross Park Zoo, located in Binghamton, is a long-standing zoo and animal conservation center that offers an opportunity for families to spend quality time together while learning about wildlife and the importance of animal conservation. The zoo showcases a diverse range of species including birds of prey, big cats, panda bears, lemurs, wallabies, red wolves, and endangered animals. Visitors can engage in various activities such as Nature Play, education stations, face painting, and informative talks.
It was a great place in our life. My kids saw the old Telephone 📞 which they never saw before they learn about the old phone and all the history they also try it how to talk in old Telephone. The zoo is clean and all facilities are very good. The other interesting thing is the wishing well, my kids put coins in and make a wish for a new back pack and new animals in the zoo .
Jenkins E — Google review
This is a cute little zoo, but it could use some TLC. It’s on the smaller side—we spent about 45 minutes walking through and took our time. The animal selection was nice, though we did notice a strong smell around some of the enclosures. That might be because you can get closer to the animals here than at most zoos, which is both unique and surprising. I loved seeing the wolves, artic fox, red pandas, and I learned that porcupines can climb (who knew!?) It was also neat to see the peacocks full plumage open! Some areas of the grounds, like the garden statues, are a bit worn and could definitely use a refresh. That said, I really liked the little hidden shack along the walking path—it made for a cute photo op! The staff was friendly, there was no wait to get in, and the admission price is super reasonable. I think the zoo has a lot of potential to grow and probably just needs a bit more funding to really shine. I was even thinking a variety of animal encounters (even for an extra fee) might help with fundraising—but I get that it’s probably more complicated than it sounds. If you have kiddos, it’s definitely worth a quick visit!
Elizabeth F — Google review
We brought our family to the Ross Park Zoo for a few hours. It is absolutely beautiful and if you are bringing strollers, definitely take the path left and around the circuit to make it easier otherwise it is all uphill. The staff were fantastic, especially the young woman in the gift shop/admissions office. What a fantastic outing. For those with ND children- the atmosphere was very quiet when we went with very few guests on a Thursday. I had these concerns prior, so I thought that I might share- not overstimulating at all for our sensitive littles. Also the playground was a nice break in the day. 14/10, will visit again. :)
Paul D — Google review
It’s such a cute zoo with surprisingly good variety of animals! This is the first time I’ve seen sand cat and pallas cat. The enclosures are all nestled among trees, the wolf enclosure especially is very spacious. It seems like the viewing areas are also well planned, I could get good pictures of pretty much all the animals. Additional note for parents: the family bathrooms are quite spacious, which is a huge plus for taking kids there.
Mei H — Google review
Not bad, have bunches of animals to explore. Not really that neat but it’s a fun place to spend the day specially if you have kids or as a date with beloved ones. Just get ready to take a mountain walk for a mile. A lot of the animals felt like they are very weak or not well fed however they have a few nice and unique animals as well.
Nishat T — Google review
Very nice zoo. Everything was clean and all the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to see all the animals moving around. There is plenty of shade for boot days
Nina L — Google review
This zoo was much smaller than I remembered. However it has a clear 1 mile path around it. We enjoyed the penguins and it does have a small snack shack.
Samantha H — Google review
It’s a small zoo, but with some cool animals. You get a closer look at some of the animal than you might at bigger zoos. It’s a fairly easy walk that can be done within an hour without rushing.

Let me just say this. I do not write reviews on places, but I absolutely LOVE Discovery Center! I’ve been going there since I was a kid and I still love going and carrying on the tradition with the new adds to the family. Each time I go they have new things !! I’m now almost 20 years old and still LOVE going..sometimes I think I wanna go more than the kids. It’s so nostalgic for me… prices are amazing!!! Never done a bday party there but they seem so fun! And there’s things close by to eat as well! The store is my favorite thing there! (Last pictures are me and my little sister 🥹)

This place is absolutely perfect for young kids! They had just set up Halloween decorations and it was so cute and themed. Its almost like a big circle with a big playground situation in the middle and a lot of themed areas surrounding the outside. It was extremely easy to navigate. My kids could have spent an entire day here! It was also extremely affordable, which makes it much easier for us to plan another trip back! I also felt that it was very very well thought out from the layout, to the designs, to the decorations. The minor details were absolutely incredible. And it was full of educational elements through play!

Exceptional learning center indoors and outdoors. Wishing the weather was better because the outside areas looked amazing. Indoors they Featured Kids Cultural Kaleidoscope and wow was it fantastic. Plenty of activities, very friendly presenters and staff at each station. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of this center.

This place is underrated for how amazing it is. It was so great for kids (and adults, who are we kidding) who get overstimulated after overexposure to loud noises. There were so many different types of play areas, including dental, auto mechanic, tree house, bugs/insect, firefighter, and grocery store (and more!). The outdoor garden area was beautiful with activities and engaging all ages all without being insanely expensive. We will definitely be back!

Very fun and had lots of activities for our growing and learning toddler. Even us adults had our fun. Everything is so well kept which is so hard to find nowadays especially with an interactive museum of sorts. Staff was very friendly and all exhibits are extremely well thought out. The imaginary play is leveled up here as all the details are there. I can’t wait to bring her back each year as she continues to grow and learn.

Visitors can explore permanent displays like Focus on Nature and Earth From Space as well as changing exhibits such as Era of Change and Nature Trek.
The Christmas tree forest and decorations in the mansion are exquisite this year. Have been there many times since my childhood. My former husband was the second director there, and took great pride in the work there. I highly recommend a visit to the planetarium along with a visit to the museum any day of the year.

Quite unique combination of historical mansion, natural history, modern art museum and more. Combined old/modern architecture of the museum is memorable and surprisingly well-fit together. Every floor of mansion is connected to modern building’s wing. It is also rare occasion for me that I liked modern art exhibitions as good as historical mansion’s visit. Taxidermy collection of local animals was one of highlight’s of the visit. Plentiful parking is on the side of the building and behind its back.

Great place for the family to visit during the Holiday Season; Beautiful collection of Christmas trees; Touring the science center and mansion was worth the time…Great experience.

Visited today for the festival of trees. As usual the Christmas trees were amazing! The mansion is beautifully decorated for the festivities and even had live music today. Its worth seeing at Christmas and family affordable! 12-2024 Return visit. I love how different things look this year. Motivates me to make this an annual christmas destination. Very fun, very inspiring.

Went here for their holiday Christmas tree set up and wow! It exceeded my expectations. Very beautiful and educational. They had so many displays with information about Christmas traditions around the world. I loved reading them and learning about other cultures. The price to enter and view this display was insanely cheap and we got to see the entire museum and mansion. The mansion is gorgeous and there are bathrooms and elevators readily available. I highly recommend this Christmas tree event. They do it every year and it's really great

It's a very worthwhile place to see with an eclectic collection. There were many beautiful prints of Windland Smith Rice Awards "Highly Honored nature photography. Each with a description. One room had a huge model train layout complete with a Drive-in theater and a garage with flickering light representing welding. Art by Linda Ciallelo and several other artists are displayed. The Nature Trek room has over 150 stuffed and mounted specimens from Lee J. Loomis. He estimated he had mounted over 10,000 birds, mammals and fish.. They are beautifully presented in several scenes in a realistic way. There are also samples of the mammal's fur to feel. The Roberson Mansion was built in 1904-1906 in Italian Renaissance Revival style. There is free off the street parking.

This place is lacking the science part of the Museum :). The planetarium closed way too early. When we went on a Thursday the last show was 2 pm for a 5 pm closing. ????? The train and town set was impressive. The mansion was amazing. The whole museum could have been more interactive. More information that’s visual and moving rather than static. Mirabito Stadium, formerly known as NYSEG Stadium, is a popular destination for sports enthusiasts and families in Binghamton. Home to the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, a Double-A affiliate of the New York Mets, this stadium offers an exciting baseball experience. With a seating capacity of 6,012 and various amenities such as luxury boxes and a group picnic area called Lupos Dugout, it provides an enjoyable environment for fans.
We always have a great time at the Rumble Ponies games—it’s truly the highlight of our summer! The stadium is clean and well maintained, with several food and drink options. I especially love the liquor/wine slushy stand—so good! They do a great job with themed nights and giveaways, and Dog Day is always a favorite! Parking is easy, cheap, and super convenient. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful too. My only wish is to see the mascots out more often, but I get that those costumes get hot! We’re already looking forward to our next game!!

It's a nice stadium, unfortunately not all the vendors were open due to low attendance but that was a darn good cheesesteak. The seating areas and the railings were all in really good condition. And just to highlight the stadium and its activities, the hype man between innings did a great job pumping up the crowd and keeping us energetic between innings. Props to him as well for saving a toddler who was unintentionally running into danger, he sprinted to make sure that girl was okay. All in all a real fun stadium with quality workers there and I look forward to going back on a busier night.

One of the best ball games I have been to in a while. The stadium was easy to get around and the fans loved their team. Located about an hour away from Cooperstown making it a great addition if you are not from the area and are visiting the Hall of fame. The Binghamton Rumble Ponies played like pros.

A really beautiful minor league ballpark. Kind of a throwback: no cursing, no booing, no disorderly conduct. Just a great crowd in a great ballpark having a terrific time. Probably seats around 6000 people. Clear sight lines no matter where you sit. Plenty of parking. We had a really good time. ♿️

Mirabito Stadium is a nice place to see a baseball game! Sightlines are excellent from nearly every seat in the park. You are never too far away from the action. During warmups, it is easy to see and even talk to the players. The stadium does offer nice views of the surrounding hills and you can also see some buildings in downtown Binghamton. The historic Marconi Tower is right next to the stadium and is also visible from the stadium. The stadium offers excellent food choices. Lupo’s Grill offers spiedies; a regional classic. Off the right field line, there is a nice deck you can watch the game from while having food or drink. There are also some picnic tables behind the right field wall. Food prices are typically high, but the prices are comparable to other minor league ballparks. The Rumble Ponies have a team store near the front of the stadium that offers an extensive selection of Rumble Ponies merchandise. Ticket prices are very reasonable and you can get good seats for a low price. The team provided plenty of entertainment and prize activities during breaks in the action. It is best to park in a paid parking lot during the game. Parking spots are available near the stadium, but there are a lot of foul balls that leave the stadium and hit cars that are parked near the stadium. All and all you can’t go wrong at Mirabito Stadium. It offers good seating at fair prices with a chance to see the MLB players of tomorrow.

I have been coming here since 2010. Love this little ballpark and watching the game I love with family. Easy to park here a few bucks extra but totally worth it. Great value for your dollar. Pic is from 2025.

I went for the 4th of July Rumble ponies game, and it was packed with new experiences as an international student. 1. Got a student discount at the ticket counter, i.e., got my ticket for 6$ instead of 21$ (behind the batter base) 2. Fully packed stadium means vibes all around. Everyone has drinks and food cheering for the Binghamton team. 3. Food, drinks, team's merchandise, and raffle tickets can be found as you enter from gate 3. 4. In between entertainment was amazing with games like chugging a beer, races for kids, hotdogs eating competition and more, also shirts and hotdogs were thrown out from the podium. 5. At the end of the game, all the kids were allowed to enter the ground and run the bases. 6. The Ending, the 15-minute fireworks show, was amazing and mesmerizing to watch.

The Ross Park Carousel, located at the heart of Binghamton Zoo in Binghamton, is a historical gem and a must-visit attraction. This 1920 carousel features 60 jumping horses, two chariots, and an original Wurlitzer organ. Housed in a charming wooden pavilion, it's a beloved gift to the community from the Endicott-Johnson family. The carousel offers an exciting ride with its fast-moving horses despite some being in disrepair.
Ross Park zoo is coming along beautifully, lots of work been done and continuing. Great Job all involved.people should seriously think about supporting our zoo!!!

I was disappointed to see the conditions of the roads and parking at this park. My first time to visit and wanted to ride the carousel, only to see a sign that it was closed for repair. Signage in the park is horrible, which is a shame because it looks like it is or was a beautiful park. The kids gardens looked fantastic and their were quite a few kids and families in there. Didn’t check out the zoo, but I’m kinda glad I didn’t. I hope that it is good for the animals. Please spend some money to make the park even more enjoyable for more people. These parks are needed.

Drove from Scranton because the website says it's open. Started walking towards the open gate when a guy starts screaming to get out of here the zoo is closed. No sign saying closed. The other side of the park with the education center was open. The zoo and carousel was closed. Wasted 3 hours of our day on the trip. Website still says it's open.

Public library
Broome County Public Library, previously known as the Binghamton Public Library, was established in 1904 through a generous donation from Andrew Carnegie. It was designed to function not only as a library but also as a community center. The first floor of the library is home to an extensive collection of 14,000 books including fiction and non-fiction titles, audiobooks, eBooks, and audio-visual materials.
It's quiet and large, lots of seating to sit down with your books, your home- work, papers, lab top, phone, tutor, sponsor, journal, or maybe just yourself. There's indoor seating of well lit areas, and a duller more serene lighting, there's an out side area all closed in with greenery 😊 There's children's sections, teens, studies, and educational sections, and then there's adult and seniors.

A standard of my hometown, the BCPL has seen better days. Originally located on Exchange Street, the library was a comfortable place to crack open a book and spend a few hours in a beautiful building. Now, relocated at a former supermarket site, it provides free WiFi, a decent selection of DVDs, books and other materials. Not as wonderful as the original, but necessary.

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon about 3pm trying to do some remote work. the parking lot was a pot hole disaster with individuals having a disagreement in the parking lot while smoking on the curb, tried to use the bathroom before doing work they had one bathroom working and a homeless guy was taking residency in the one toilet, while another was taking a bath in the sink. skipped bathroom after waiting 20 minutes to just work, found tables occupied by sleeping individuals. cool looking library but it is crazy. I felt unsafe walking around with my expensive work laptop.

Broome County Regional Farmers Market is a beloved year-round market offering an array of local and semi-local products. It's a great Saturday morning activity where you can stroll through the Cutler Botanic Gardens or visit the nearby Taste NY store after exploring the market's offerings.
Next to impossible not to love the local or semi-local offerings here each Saturday. Fresh picked fruit and vegetables, homemade baked, pickled, foraged, fermented, smoked, prepared, tapped goods. See favored vendors like Heller Farm of Unadilla produce each year outside of the pavilion itself. Then you can go enjoy Taste of NY and Cutler Botanic Garden across the way.

I've never been here before and this place was amazing! I bought goat yogurt and lotion from a creamery, local honey for my son severe allergies and the lady was very knowledgeable about the allergies... She told me to start him out slow because she'd almost sent her son-in-law into anaphylaxis by giving him a whole teaspoon, I'd have never thought about that. I got locally made amazing smelling candles, a tail mix of dog treats that are all natural, caramel puffcorn, there were a couple local restaurants selling food, I tried a rice cake for the first time... Extremely spicy and not for me but my daughter loved it. Every weekend they are there, I came home with a bag of stuff... Oh candy we also bought homemade candy... And spent $70. Oh I also got fresh tea leaves for troubled tummies and three jars of fresh jam. We had a great time, and I don't know if you've got teenagers but that doesn't happen a lot lol. My daughter and I have decided to make this a standing date for every other Saturday. I don't say amazing much... But as you can tell I really enjoyed this place. Oh and they have fresh eggs for $5 a dozen at one table, I never thought I'd say that that was a cheap price but you can't beat that price these days! And everyone was so nice and full of information about their products. Next time I'll go back for fruits and vegetables and starter plants for my gardens.

Awesome laundry detergent. Top notch produce and vegetables, several meat vendors, guy in the front room is wicked nice and cool, provides really cool candles, body lotions, car cup holder accessories etc. You'd be a very interesting person to not get anything there or not enjoy this farmers market. This is such a beautiful church. In fact, this is another building that was designed by legendary architect from Vermont, Isaac Perry. He is also credited with building the infamous “Castle on the Hill” and the Phelps Mansion. Needless to say, this church is a gothic architectural treasure. I came here for the blessing of the Easter baskets and the priest was so welcoming and friendly. It was lovely to see so many people there with their Easter baskets filled with items to be blessed to prepare for Easter. I’d love to come back to this church.

I own (a literal) ton of Mac equipment. I have no doubt my amps will hold their value if kept in excellent condition - I need another one and the used prices are hardly any less! My headphone MHA200 is dead silent where as my Audeze King Mk II had all kinds of problems from the start. I may copy their reference system one day. And no tariffs! Long live McIntosh!!

I bought my RS200 to pay homage to my father who was a die hard McIntosh fan. I have been collecting component audio systems from other audiophile brands for a few years now. All I wanted was a bit of help to update the firmware because the system wasn’t updating with the phone app. I sent two inquiries through their web portal, called the factory and received a “well I don’t have one in front of me and everyone else is in the warehouse”, sent an email as requested and it has now been two weeks since that email and still nothing. Don’t get me wrong, the RS200 even with its quirks is an amazing sounding unit. The customer support is beyond disappointing however. It truly is a tough pill to swallow that the US based company my father and many of my friend’s fathers qualified as the pinnacle of home audio can’t seem to take ten minutes to help their customers.

After buying a product through a private seller, I have to say I am rather disappointed in the quality of McIntosh. The radio I own had wiring issues to the motherboard and some screws were lose. I had to go in with my own tools to fix this issue, which I shouldn't have to do anyhow. After fixing, the quality of the sound is not up to par. One half of the outer box broke due to how cheaply it's made and had to super glue it back together. I use to rely on Sony products until I came across McIntosh to try out, but I think I will be going back to Sony products after my experience with McIntosh.
Manbob — Google review
If you buy replacement faceplate glass from McIntosh, be forewarned it will not look like the original glass in your unit. The green lettering and marker lights will be much dimmer and as a result your unit with the replacement glass will not be a visual match for your other McIntosh units. I took my C15 preamp to the local McIntosh service center to replace the glass which had been broken; they ordered the part from McIntosh and put it in for me at a total cost of almost $500, and I ended up with a poor looking result. My C15 is way dimmer than my other Mac pieces. I called McIntosh to ask what's with the low quality glass they are selling now and all they could say was they are unable to manufacture replacement glass that will make my unit look like it did before the glass was broken.
Brad — Google review
I have owned McIntosh equipment since the 1980s And I’ve always Recommended it to Friends but no longer. I just spent $500 with one of the service agents to replace the glass In my amplifier. The glass is absolutely horrible and nothing like the original. The Light dispersion does not work very well And many of the functions are no longer illuminated. The color of the blue is different. The whole thing is a disaster. It was returned to the service center And they told me it was the glass and that McIntosh Was aware of the problem, but there was no remedy. The service center did their best to get it close, but it’s not like the original at all. I wrote to the company multiple times beginning two weeks ago and all I get is response saying my complaint has been forwarded to someone. No phone calls no emails. No nothing other than that message. It’s hard to believe because the last time I had a Problem they were all over it and made it right. This time chirping crickets and they continue to sell this defective glass. Very disappointing indeed after all these years of quality. Must be the new owners changing stream, like Nakamichi And all the rest that have died

Although this year is sort of a warhorse review, and I am not a fan of Elgar, since graduation, your finding the extraordinary Annie Jacobs-Perkins was a masterstroke. Her encore selection of a piece by Andrew Norman(?), something I have never heard, was stunning. It is wonderful to feel that Classical music is still alive, and I would thank her for reminding us so. I would also thank you for the access you provided, for young people to attend. An audience, only of old people, is sad to behold, and their presence is a restorative.

I have to admit that I personally enjoy concerts more when I am familiar with the music. I acknowledge that an orchestra has an obligation to perform music that challenges their skills. However, my limited musical knowledge means I am more interested in movie, Broadway, popular music and well-known classical music. The "May the Fourth Go With You" concert was great. My wife and I totally enjoyed it. Of course, it did not hurt that my birthday is May 4.
