Fantastic experience. We did the main museum and the mirror maze. Everyone in our group (from age 3 to mid 50s) had a great time, there was something for everyone. Loved the interactive parts, like making the tallest man stand up and walking through a tunnel that made you dizzy. The mirror maze was the best I've ever seen, we will definitely be back next time we visit the Gold Coast.

Came in a few days ago and my family and I had such a fun and memorable visit to Ripley’s! From start to finish, the experience was filled with excitement, weird and wonderful exhibits, and really friendly staff. A special shoutout to Liv, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the visit. She made the experience even better with her upbeat energy and knowledge about the attractions. One of the highlights was definitely the Mirror Maze. It was such a cool challenge and way more disorienting (in a good way!) than I expected. The lights, reflections, and twists had us laughing the whole time trying to find our way out. The 7D Theatre was another must try. It’s like a video game, a roller coaster, and a movie all rolled into one. The effects were awesome, you actually feel like you're part of the action. Definitely worth it if you're into interactive, adrenaline pumping fun. Overall, Ripley’s is a perfect spot for families and those looking to have a good time. Definitely a worth it experience. It's basically a walk through experience with different rooms and effects. Very trippy and it was also extremely dark pretty much the whole way through. It could also get very loud at times. Some rooms event felt scary and my friends were screaming heaps through them 😂. Overall I thinks it's worth it. Maybe don't go in with smaller one day tho as they could get scared. It's $30 for adults. Overall o recommend 👍👍

This place actually exceeded my expectations. Booked online for a last minute date night. Would definitely recommend going at fringe times as we only ran into another group of people one time and it's definitely more fun when it's just you and your crew. The attraction takes a satisfying amount of time to complete and the set up is really effective. It's hilariously disorientating, magically futuristic.

We did this attraction on a whim while in Surfers today. It was well set up, felt very much like a Tokyo Team Borderless experience but with of course, an Aussie twist. Moving through the rooms was a decent pace and not too scary for our youngest (6).

It's ok... But certainly not worth $93 for a family of 4. We walked through not fast and was only in there for about 15mins. Like don't get me wrong, it's cool in some parts... But definitely not worth the hype and definitely not worth the price. Got to the end and we all said "is that it?"

A great way to deal with stress, a heartbreak, a midlife crisis, or any tragedy imaginable! It was always a great distraction from the pain I felt that I'd escape by going into their Escape Room, and I can't wait to take my 4 lovely daughters here so they can experience this high tech experience themselves! Emily is a great, smiley staff member there and she is a Kiwi Margot Robbie that's pleasant to all customers! This place is more than worth the admission cost! Margot Robbie would be proud!

Truly an otherworldly experience. Went during the school holidays and is a must visit. 4th dimensional rooms filled with lights, smoke machines, moving walls, and the list goes on. If you need a thrill then look no further then infinity. Definitely a memorable experience and will look forward for another thrill when I come back!

Very old and dated most figures don't resemble the real characters and very much no where as good as other wax museums I've been to. The horror chamber again forced to do as a large tour group and stuck listening to a tour guide giving a lot of inaccurate information. Definitely save your money give this a miss.

Very friendly helpful staff, Enjoyed walking through at own pace . Bit out dated, would be nice to see more pop stars. Enjoyed the history of it all though. Especially enjoyed the tour and hearing all about the old days with punishment etc . My daughter also very enjoyed the shared knowledge she even saw a wax figure she had learnt and studied about at school.

It was a good place to visit. Most of the wax models looked like the real person. All the wax models are behind glass. The torture room tour was very interesting and the tour guide was very knowledgeable.

We had a great time there and the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. The only issue was that probably the venue needs a bit of renovations other than that highly recommended especially to families with children and adolescents.

Really enjoyed coming here. Staff were super friendly, the upstairs was cool seeing all the different celebrities and figures. Some look better than other but to be expected. There was also some cool replicas of crowns and jewels. The chamber of horror was really cool. Its a guided tour and the guy running it knows lots of historical facts etc which was really interesting to learn about. It was definitely a cool experience and 100% worth a visit rain or shine

Great experience, good options to suit different use cases and budgets. We went with 180 min pass for my son (11). This also allowed us to do Air hockey together (is yellow & unlimited for duration) and both could do mini golf (just tapped twice). in the 3 hours, he got in 50 games & the mini golf (in hindsight, I guess we could have done mini golf last to extend the overall time). That said, 3 hours was plenty & for $65 at $1.30 per game I thought was great value. We were not rushing, but going steadily. Also collected 660 points in this time (enough to get a few smaller chocolates/lollies). we were there from around 12 pm - 3pm and was steady but not crowded, that said it was building up at 3pm and was getting a bit harder to do some games. Overall represented a fun afternoon & given we could both do some aspects for $65 for 3 hours essentially for 2 people was good value for us. One improvement would be to mark in the website that “featured games” are blue card readers. Also it seems mini bowling is actually a Feature Game, not a Major Attraction despite being listed under Major Attraction (i.e. this was better than the site indicated).

Best Timezone and best arcade I've been to anywhere in the world. Lots of variety and good value. I got the $65 timed play pass and enjoyed 3 hours on lots of games, rides, and attractions. I suggest skipping the bowling, putt putt, and go karts if you're an adult as they are kids sized. But for timed play you get unlimited rides on the orange 2D motion sim which is lots of fun! 3D and 4D motion rides however are limited to 2 rides and were excellent. If you're with friends the $80 top up is better as you also get a free plush toy during August and can share the card. Note most interactive games are red category, you'll earn tickets when you play. The prize shop is also the best I've ever seen. Very reasonably priced and everyone can walk away with something. Mostly for kids though. If you register an account on the app TWO days before, then buy a card in-store, you'll get a bonus $10 in 2025. Minimum reload is $35 using the app. Or top up the physical card in-store with cash. Link the physical card to the app so you can tap-to-play with your phone so you don't need the card

First time experience in time zone, went with my two young stepsons. 6&9. Expected to cost me a fortune. Ironically put $100 down on a card for $160 in credit. Surprisingly when we left I checked the timezone card and I still had almost $100 left in credit. They played on numerous games, drove the dodgem cars etc for an hour and a half and had a thoroughly good time, as I did watching their excitement. I great time had by all. I would definitely suggest an exciting couple of hours to spend time spoiling the kids for being really well behaved.

Always good fun! They add new machines and games all the time. Can be really busy during peak times but there are plenty of games to play. Overstimulation central with loud noises, people and lights. No trip to surfers is complete without a couple hours here though. Air-conditioned and out of the sun, good bathrooms.

The biggest timezone I have been to. It's huge, has laser tag, glow putt putt, bumper cars and more. Lots of food and drink options children didn't want to leave.

The new layout surrounding the rhythm games is abysmal, and I have to wonder how the managers decided it was a good idea. They moved maimai, a game with a consistently large line, to a small area with barely any seating area that was directly in a popular walkway to a Cavill Ave entrance. In contrast to the previous layout, which had ample seating and large open areas to ensure that the large amount of players wouldn't get in the way of the general public. This is terrible for both the regulars who play and normal visitors.

They sell everything from clothes, shoes, candles, handmade arts and crafts, handmade souvenirs and much more. There’s always live entertainment going on and it’s a dog friendly market. The location couldn’t be better being that it backs directly onto the beach. It’s a very popular market so it gets very crowded. The market is always full of life and very vibrant. There’s a few food trucks around so you can grab something to eat or drink while you’re looking at the stalls. Or you can go to one of the many restaurants close by. The Markets are held every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 4.00pm until 9.00pm. They have been running since 1995. I always enjoy coming back to these markets and would definitely recommend. I love traveling, but I think this was the most beautiful sea I’ve seen so far. It was so transparent, clean, and blue—and not too deep, so everyone could enjoy it. I don’t know how to swim, but it was perfect just to dip my feet in. The sand was sooo soft, you wouldn’t even want to wear shoes.

I had a great time strike bowling here! loved the different activities like escape room or the holy moly golf. Staff where lovely and helpful.

Amazing experience! Zach and Laura were so lovely and inviting, bringing a bubbly and exciting vibe as soon as you walk through the door. They explained everything perfectly and were transparent about group sizes and wait times we were sharing the space with. They made the whole experience so wonderful and made me know as soon as I walked in that I was in for laughs and fun all around. Had so much fun, will definitely be back again. We celebrated my hens at Holey Moley and honestly, it could not have been more perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and completely embraced our theme (yes, we came dressed as grannies 👵🏼🧓🏼). The laughs started before we even hit the first hole, and the night just kept getting better from there. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly—from keeping the drinks flowing to making sure we were all comfortable and having the best time. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being part of the fun with us, which made such a difference. A very special shout-out to our Function Host, Beth. She was an absolute superstar! Beth checked in on us constantly without ever being intrusive, kept the energy high, and made sure nothing was too much trouble. She went out of her way to make sure my hens felt extra special and tailored just for us. Her warmth and enthusiasm honestly elevated the whole experience, and we were all so grateful for her care and attention. Between the hilarious mini-golf courses, the great music, the cocktails, and the incredible service, Holey Moley gave us a night we’ll never forget. Thank you to Beth and the entire team for creating such a fun, relaxed, and memorable atmosphere—it really was above and beyond anything we expected. Holey Moly is a great place for Ten pin bowling. Lovely atmosphere and great food nibbles. We thoroughly enjoy our time there. Toilets are spotless and lots of other things to do including Miniature Golf and much more.

My husband and I loved it! Great drinks specials and great mini golf challenges. When we travel we love going to play mini golf and holey moley never fails us! The novelty scenes are always great fun too

We went to Holey Moley to play on the virtual darts board. We were about to play when we were told there was an error with the booking system and we’d have to wait an additional 45 minutes. The workers were very helpful and gave us 18 holes of mini golf free of charge (we had the option of any activity in the venue) and we were then able to play darts. Would totally recommend as the activities were very fun and staff will be very helpful.

No prices listed anywhere. Really unhelpful and unfriendly service. However, the minigolf was extremely fun. Funky holes and lots of picture opportunities. They don't do a mini golf and bowling deal which is weird and either cash grabby or just silly. Would live to try the escape rooms, maybe next time. Went in the weekday so no one was right behind us making us go fast so it was an enjoyable experience

Classic holey Moley. Great for a drink. Interesting mix of holes. Party atmosphere and didn't have to wait for too long. Only complaints are the usual - pretty expensive for such a short course. Many of the holes are barely a par 2, reachable in one shot with just a fun design. I think best done as a large group with a night of drinks

Zoomed to the top in seconds — the lift was impressively quick! Once you're up there, the 360° view of the Gold Coast is absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall good vibe. However, it felt a bit pricey for just the observation deck, especially since there's no additional attraction included and no concession price for students. That said, there’s a restaurant and bar upstairs if you want to make more of your visit. Great spot for first-time visitors or anyone wanting a bird’s-eye view of the city!

Our recent family excursion to Sky Point provided an exceptional experience. The panoramic vistas from the 77th floor were truly awe-inspiring, and we were pleased to discover that the coffee and food prices were surprisingly reasonable. Contrary to our initial expectations, the cost was comparable to that of a standard restaurant, which was a pleasant surprise. The breathtaking scenery, coupled with the rapid elevator service, contributed to a memorable and gratifying experience. We anticipate revisiting Sky Point on our next trip.

SkyPoint was absolutely worth visiting! The 360° views of the coastline, city, and hinterland are stunning — especially around sunset. It’s such a great spot to take photos and really appreciate how beautiful the Gold Coast is. There’s also a nice café and bar at the top, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy the view a bit longer. The staff were friendly, and the elevator ride up was super fast. Highly recommend adding this to your Gold Coast itinerary!

Amazing tower. We have tall building in Melbourne but not that nice. This one is so much better. We were there for night dining but still need to pay to get up there so that make dinner very expensive. But still good were great we enjoyed very much! Nice cake too!

The timing of your visit makes a big difference, as the crowds tend to build up in the late afternoon leading into sunset. When we arrived at around 4:30pm on a weekday, it was already quite busy, with plenty of visitors waiting for the sun to dip below the horizon and capture that perfect photo. 📷 One thing worth noting is that seating can be a bit of a challenge. The seats near the windows are in high demand, as everyone wants the best vantage point for both the views and the experience. It works on a first come, first served basis, so if you want a prime spot, it’s best to arrive earlier than you think you need to. Many people settle in with drinks and snacks and simply enjoy the atmosphere while waiting for the main event — the sunset. 🌇 Despite the crowds, the overall vibe was enjoyable. The bar staff were reliable, friendly, and handled the rush smoothly, which made the experience more relaxed. We also tried the SkyPoint signature cocktail, which is highly recommended if you’re visiting. 🍹 The combination of stunning views, refreshing drinks, and a lively yet comfortable setting made our visit memorable

A Must visit for Goldcoast. The tower is tall and spacious at the top, giving a vibrant view of the city. I would recommend to travel during the evening, so that you can see both the day and evening view. The lift is super fast, taking under 40 seconds to the 77th floor at the sky deck. The place also hosts a coffee shop, so you can enjoy and relax a couple of hours easily in there while taking the view of the city from all sides of the tower.

This was so much fun!! The rooms are super clean, staff are absolutely lovely and it was plenty of fun. I would suggest if you are medically ill to keep that in mind as this is FAST PACED and I did struggle a fair bit - but don't let that discourage you as not all rooms are fast paced! The scrabble room and the memory room were easy-accessible and I could do with ease. Such a fun experience for sure.

Great place to hang out with friends. The atmosphere is amazing in here. There is so much to do, my personal favourite is the escape rooms. The arcade, bowling, and mini golf was fun to do with the family. Having lunch here was absolutely delicious. They had the best tasting food and the theming was amazing inside. There is also a beautiful balcony view. It is overall a great place to hang out with friends and family. The staff are super funny and kind to all their customers, making the experience fun.

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have been to the hijinx hotel, although the entrance to the attraction is dodgy and questionable, there is such a fun high quality novelty to the theming inside! Please note it can be extremely overstimulating the first time you enter. Additionally, I would recommend booking on a weekday as it is almost half the price as weekends!

We really enjoy visiting Hijinx Hotel, it’s such a fun and unique experience! That said, the food offering lets the experience down a bit. It’s mostly deep-fried, with very few healthy options available. While my husband and kids are fine with the indulgent choices, I struggle to find anything suitable, there’s no salad or lighter alternatives, which makes it hard to enjoy a meal there. The wait times for food can also be quite long. Some of the bar staff have come across as a little unfriendly, which is surprising given how fantastic the team running the games are, they’re consistently upbeat, welcoming, and really make the experience memorable. We’d love to see some improvements in the food and service areas to match the energy and creativity of the rest of the venue.

This place was epic! We were here for our daughters 16th and had a great time. Challenge rooms were lots of fun and mini golf also excellent. The staff made the experience even better. Special shout out to Courtney, Jason, the bar staff and team running the challenge room. We will be back for sure.

The Hijinx Hotel is a wonderful place to spend a day, with immersive group games, an arcade AND bowling!!! You can book an immersive game for a group and you’ll be invited into ten unique game rooms, where you will work together in a team and build everlasting bonds. This activity is a must when visiting Gold Coast, and that advice coming from a local. Please come here to bond and have a blast!!!

Wanted to do this for 2 years and could never make up my mind. Finally, a couple of days back, I had to do this as a part of a challenge!! It’s not for the faint hearted. Can’t believe I was screaming the whole time. It was such an amazing experience. The view from the top is spectacular. Rewatching the video with everyone around is so embarrassing. All in all, such a fun experience.

Only for the brave 💪 Exhilarating and daring experience! Best done during the day, so you can see all the sights of Surfers. Night time is glam, with all the lights, if you prefer. Absolutely recommend 👌 😃

I have a fear of heights, but I did it. It's actually a once in a lifetime experience. I've been to theme parks, but this blows all of that out of the window. It's fun, but you will think like the strap is gonna open when you're rotated downwards, which is really scary! Overall goes up as high as the very tall buildings in the area, but most of it will be just a blur. The experience is about 1-1.5 minutes long. I would recommend to those seeking a new experience. My head is still spinning.

Went here a few weeks ago with my girls and the staff was super nice showing us videos of others having lots of fun!! Really got the girls out of the comfort zone and pushed them to do it! It did not disappoint! It is a bit pricey but the video is hilarious and we watch it every time we need a laugh! Thanks to the really kind staff they were so helpful!

Absolutely amazing ride! This is the 4th time i went on the slingshot in my holiday and each time got more and more fun and i even realized that you can spin it around if you kick your legs and lean back! Every time i came the staff were very kind and had the best jokes. I wish they could close later than 10pm, but i guess thats because of a council requirement. Overall, this is the best ride i went on in my whole life. Absolutely amazing!

Ended up being really fun, despite my tears in anticipation. The Screamers Bar upstairs is such a cool vibe, the bartender Raven was fun and friendly, and made great cocktail samples.

Lots of fun for all ages. Took adults and kids ages 4,8,10 and 12 (also had our 1 year old but he didn't play any games haha) Went in and the lady was lovely so service was already great. We got right in to it no waiting around. She explained how to use everything and went straight into the room . The room has plenty of space with couches and chairs . We chose the sports one and played various games. Archery, table tennis, weight lifting , diving and a few others. You get 2 rounds of each game and you can share it however you want but you are on a timer. All my kids really enjoyed it and came out happy Book ahead and you it will run smoothly Cons: It was a big hot as no air con but still comfortable enough Running event you don't run you just have to hit the boost circles but still have plenty of fun

We stayed at Surfers and found Holoverse while going for a walk through Cavill. I wish I had gotten the names of the staff as they were absolutely amazing! My nearly 3 year old is Dino obsessed and everything had her so excited she honestly had the best time, and so did I! I didn’t set my expectations too high walking in as entry was extremely reasonable compared to other local attractions ($29 for me and little miss was free) but it honestly blew us out the park. We had the best time chasing and running from dinosaurs. The lady who helped us while there was so great with my daughter who’s normally very shy with strangers and went above and beyond to make our experience the absolute best! We will definitely be going again to try out the other rooms!

It was definitely a fun experience. I believe this is suited more for children as the graphics aren’t out of this world. We had a lot of technical issues in the beginning. The glasses weren’t working and the animation was glitching. The service was amazing, the lady who set the room up for us kept coming in trying to fix the problems that occurred. The space was clean and comfortable. Only one person can interact and see the animation in its full form. The other person needs to sit down and watch while one person interacts. Each animation is pretty short. So if you were a big family you would have around two turns each. They also sell dinosaur toys at the entrance which are large and cheap. I highly recommend their toys and merchandise. Is this attraction worth $30+ each? No it definitely isn’t. Ripley’s was a lot less and had a lot more going on. Although I enjoyed my experience it wasn’t of the utmost amazement. Maybe when the graphics are better in the future I would highly recommend this.

This was an amazing experience for us! Myself, my husband and our 1 year old son did the under the sea experience and it was so much fun! Our son loved looking at all the animals and was reaching out to try and catch all the fish. After the hologram experience, we received a recorded video of us (which was a great surprise!) a card with credits to play some kiddie scratches where my son won a dinosaur and a car 3D build puzzle and received a lucky dip prize. Overall this was such a fun family outing and a great way to end our honeymoon. Thank you to Tam who was so lovely and really kind to our son, along with Zakk and Huda who were at customer service and helped make our experience enjoyable. Thank you!

A total surprise, didnt expect heaps however this was legitimately awesome, 3yo loved it as did the wife and I, the underwater marine advendure was great 👍 2 years later, still epic 🤙 now 5yo loved more than before, did dinosaurs this time and as good as the underwater. See you again next year 🤣!

I’ve just done the Dinosaur experience with my 5/8/11 yr old and 2 twelve year olds - so much fun! Tamara and Ava took great care of us and everyone had an awesome time! Everyone got a turn interacting with the holograms and everyone also won a prize afterwards. 😄

I had an amazing time with the kids, watching their faces light up as they saw dolphins perform for the first time. My kids were full of excitement exploring the penguin exhibit and learning about marine life in a fun, hands-on way. The kids were thrilled to interact so closely with the animals. The rides and shows kept everyone engaged, creating a perfect mix of adventure and education. It was a joyful and memorable day, filled with laughter, learning, and shared moments of wonder by the sea.

We had a really good time at Sea World! The park is clean, well maintained, and easy to get around. The seal and dolphin shows were definitely the highlight entertaining, informative, and beautifully done. It was lovely to see how well the animals are cared for. The only downside was the food options there were very limited vegan and vegetarian choices, which made it a bit tricky to find something suitable for lunch. Hopefully, they can expand their plant-based menu in the future. Overall, a great experience for families and anyone who enjoys marine life and fun shows!

Spent the day at SeaWorld recently, and enjoyed it. Liked all the shows, especially the dolphin one! Was grateful that they had a proper sit-down restaurant that served health food. My husband and I both had the bowl each. which was as delicious as it was nutritious 😋 We were disappointed with the water ski show though. Gone were the impressive multi-acrobatic moves. All we saw this time was a show between two rival gangs and some boring stunts. We also did the helicopter ride. The 10 minute deal is the best in my opinion. The pilot was very informative; he doubled up as the tour guide Overall SeaWorld was a great experience 😃

Loved it! A shame the dolphin show isn't available at the moment. Fortunately we caught the last day. Our two year old grandson had a blast on the Junior rides. Wait time was reasonable. Staff were pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance. The app allows you to know what time each show is on. Highly recommend visiting if you are on the Gold Coast.

Absolutely loved our visit!! We got to see every show and ride every ride we wanted to with minimal wait times. No missing the shows because you were waiting 60 plus minutes for a ride like movieworld. So many grass spots to eat, so many food options, eve low gluten. The park has been done up and is so true to the theme. The rides are fantastic. The staff are so efficient and friendly. Can safely say this was our favourite theme park and we love SeaWorld!!!

Sea World on the Gold Coast is a fantastic destination for families with kids. It’s incredibly family-friendly, and there’s something fun for everyone. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the whole park feels safe and well-managed. The dolphin show and stunt performances were absolutely unforgettable – both entertaining and impressive! Every attraction we tried was fun and engaging, from the animal exhibits to the rides. Overall, it’s a great place to spend the day with your family. Highly recommended!

HOTA Museum is colorful and impressive from the outside, a perfect blend of art and nature. Just walking around the grounds already lifts your spirits. I was really looking forward to visiting, but unfortunately Gallery 2 was closed this time — I hope to see it on my next visit. The poster art exhibition was vibrant and beautifully captured the spirit of its era. And the view from the top floor was absolutely stunning! You can enjoy a panoramic view of the Gold Coast city and ocean — definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful free museum experience and a welcome change of pace from the Gold Coast's beach scene. The gallery's distinctive, colourful architecture makes it a landmark in itself. The gallery spans six levels, showcasing a significant collection of Australian art. However, the best feature might be the view: head straight to the rooftop bar for a panoramic photo of the city, looking out over the Nerang River and Surfers Paradise. The entire HOTA precinct is accessible and great for exploring on foot, with beautiful parklands and a sculpture walk around the lake. It's easy to get here, either by enjoying a scenic walk or conveniently taking the HOPO ferry directly to the grounds.

HOTA is more than just arts, it is located in landscaped surroundings and has three restaurants. There is a sculpture walk around the lake and a map can be downloaded from the website. There is plenty of parking and the first 4 hours are free. So whether you are into the arts or not there is something for everyone.

Attended the school eisteddfod. First time to this location. Well laid out, wheelchair friendly. There is open air metred parking. There is a bistro canteen type restaurant as well as a snack kiosk. Ample seating area both inside and outside seating areas. There is also a bar inside the venue for thirsty visitors like me. Overall, a great experience.

It’s a spacious and nice place for families to spend time together. However, I think the exhibition could be improved. Many galleries were closed in preparation for the next exhibition, and overall, I still felt it was quite a small art center.

Lovely museum and free to enter! The artwork was wonderful to see, and the viewing deck at the top offers amazing views. Staff were lovely too. The only downside was that I wished there was more artwork to explore!

A great place to visit and get involved. A month ago a visted to see a floating art instalation. And last week I came to a Greek Concert and food experience. I have not visyed the theatre and gallery yet They have a nice coffee shop next to the theatre.

We had an amazing time at Fox in a Box on the Gold Coast doing the Prison Break escape room! The challenge was the perfect mix of fun and difficulty, especially for our first escape room experience. The puzzles kept us thinking but never felt impossible, and every little success felt like a real achievement. The game master really elevated the whole experience—he played the role of the jail warden brilliantly, staying in character and adding so much to the atmosphere. When we needed a nudge, he gave us clever, cryptic hints that kept us on track without giving too much away, which made solving the puzzles even more rewarding. Overall, the immersion, attention to detail, and well-balanced challenges made this an unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be back to try more rooms!

We had Chloe for the other side escape room. Her energy was amazing and she really committed to the experience. We absolutely loved her as our game master and hope to have her again. We ended up doing two escape rooms back to back for a birthday. We have never had a problem with this company everyone has been lovely and helpful and really quite funny. Absolutely love and hope they bring out more rooms soon as we’ve completed them all.

We had a fantastic time in the prison break room. Its a great family friendly room, with a good level of difficulty, not easy, but also not super hard. Lucy was a great host, getting us in the zone and super friendly. The room setup was immersive and we had a blast trying to figure it out. We had so much fun and keen to do another one when we can.

Had a great time doing the Prison Break room. Enjoyed some of the more unique puzzles that stood out as well as the realism and production value of the room itself. Our game master Tia was fantastic, especially in the warden role and made the experience that much more immersive and enjoyable.

The zombie lab room was definitely challenging and a lot of fun! It took us a bit to get going but then it was all go go go. Our game master Danni was wonderful, giving great hints and enhanced the experience. There were some really great props in this room. Thanks for the wonderful experience

My friends and I had the absolute best time at the Wild West themed escape room. Our host, Nat, was so much fun and did such a great job and was super accommodating and engaged. I also really recommend dressing up and getting in character, makes it so much more fun! We will definitely be going again!

Nice place right in the surfer paradise. Always busy and lots of people around. It's open until late morning, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I loved the pizza and the pizza platter pack was a good value. Good choice of beer and drinks. They don't have beer towers tho, however they have a good variety of cocktails.

Come to celebrate with family last night for our VIRGO BIRTHDAY DINNER. Food was great, tasty & everyone loved what they ordered too many to tell you as we had a party of 30 (including 4 young children). Compliments to the chef last night an AMAZING JOB for bringing our food out at timely manner. Atmosphere was lively, watching games live & all main sports on screen catered for everyone. Staff was lovely.

Chicken Parmi ($29): It’s served with chips and a salad. This might be the best chicken schnitzel I’ve ever had. The coatings are extremely crunchy and the chicken is fresh and tender. The tomato sauce, cheese, and ham do a lot of tricks to the schnitzels. The chips are also delicious, well seasoned, and not greasy. Besides, non-alcoholic drinks cost from $3 to $5.6, Lemon, Lime & Bitters $5.8, Red Bull $8.3 (smallest size). The entrance to the restaurant is right next to the gate to shopping centre and you can easily come here by the light rail and get off at Cavill Avenue. The security will tell you to show your ID before entering the pub. The bartender is quite nice and he’ll give you a pager to collect your food at the pick up section. There are a lot of TVs playing sports matches and I like the music played and how spacious it is compared to other restaurants. You scan the QR code to see the menu and a lot of dishes and drinks are customisable. Overall, superb food, relaxing vibes, great staff and security, a 9.5 out of 10!

“I had a great time at the Surfers Paradise Beer Garden. The atmosphere is awesome – open, fresh, and perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. There’s always something happening here, from live music to sports on the big screens, and even fun games like giant Jenga and Connect Four which makes it different from your usual pub. The food was fresh, tasty, and good value, and the drink selection had plenty of options. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which really made the experience even better. It’s the kind of place where you can chill out in the afternoon with a drink or kick on into the evening with a bit more energy. Monday night. Public holiday. Cavill Ave pumping as usual. Debating on where to go for dinner and found this place, which I last frequented on a football trip 20 years ago! Obviously it had had a few updates since then and upon walking in had a great vibe! It was busy but not packed so getting a table for 6 was relatively easy. Great yet simple menu. All the staples were there. There was a mix up with our order and an ordered Parmi was missing which they quickly rectified. It’s a place that oozes partying and late nights however for us on Monday needing a feed, it was great!

Absolutely worst Caesar salad I’ve ever had made, asked for grilled chicken as an optional $6 extra was given some sort of morrocan chicken and the sauce was like white water. No way that was a Caesar sauce was disgusting and staff couldn’t have given a stuff they all looking at each other. Do not go here if your looking for a quality meal in surfers, husbands calamari also cold and rubbery. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!! Waited for seemed like ages too and the place is empty and now we know why!

Vapiano is an absolute gem! The pasta is fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic — every bite feels like a trip to Italy. Their cocktails are outstanding, perfectly crafted and full of creativity. The atmosphere is warm and lively, making it a great spot to enjoy with friends or on a date. We were served by Manu, the bartender, who was incredibly efficient and always smiling. He really made our experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

A great location with a buzzy atmosphere. Staff were young, relaxed & helpful. There were a couple of little mistakes with the food. We asked for chilli on the side for 2 of the pasta dishes but were already mixed through, making it a little too spicy for personal preferences. The pasta dishes were a little gluggy but were all tasty.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Vapiano, where the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pasta was perfectly cooked, rich in taste, and complemented by vibrant, high-quality ingredients. What truly made the visit memorable was the excellent service from Mary. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. Her warm attitude and professionalism added a personal touch that elevated the whole experience. Vapiano, with its delicious dishes and Mary’s outstanding service, definitely left a lasting impression.

Amazing place to dine in with friends and family. Very welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff as well. Shout out to the chefs Mary and Glorvic for making mouth watering pizzas and pastas. I highly recommend this place if you want good quality food at an affordable price.

They take great care during the initial briefing and provide raincoats and storage for possessions. All of my family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were cold and wet, but still wanting more by the end. All the staff were very friendly. On the bookings side, I think they need a little work. My booking time was flip flopped around between sessions on the day a few times due to various reasons.

The jet boat adventure was amazing. I joined with my 5-yrs and 7-yrs sons, and both of them enjoyed as much as I did. Josh was one of the best. He did so many slides and 360-degree spins whenever he could. We all had great fun during the 40 mins tour. Highly recommend.

Paradise Jet Boaring is a great experience to have in Gold Coast and Sufers Paradise. It feels like I'm a Gold Coast(Sufers Paradise)resident as I saw everthing in there. Not to mention Josh, the best driver who explains the great spots there and cares passengers thoroughly. Highly recommended! :)

I travelled to the gold coast with the family. (2 adults and 2 kids). What an experience to be honest, worth every cent. Pamela was our instructor and was amazing with us and the kids ( 6yr and 8yr). So patient and always smiling, super friendly. Her instructions were clear and concise and made it fun, which at the end of it all, is the main purpose of it. Oliver who was the other instructor who took us up and down the wind tunnel. He does it with such grace that makes it look like he was born flying. The whole family had a blast, especially the little ones. It can be a bit intimidating but with good professional instructors things flow easy and super fun. The flying seems endless when you are in there, just you and the feeling of weightlessness. Wowww. When you do it, tell them to take you up and down the tunnel.🥳. I would recommend it to anyone who has not done it before, you wont regret it.

I was a little nervous at first but all the staff and Instructors were great. It’s an awesome, fun experience. You’ve got to give it a try.

We did iFly Surfers Paradise. It was such a great experience. The whole crew are really nice friendly people, very chilled and relaxed which makes a really welcoming, relaxed environment. We had Stevie as our first instructor - he was great and really made the experience that much more for my eldest son. He was encouraging, informative and safe. Second son wasn't so sure, but the instructor was really chilled with him and got him to relax, really appreciate this approach. Totally recommend these guys, worth the money and something the kids will remember. Thanks for the fun!

This sign is a must to see if you come here! The world's most nostalgic beach is definitely here in Surfers Paradise. Even Taiwanese best beach is much inferior to this. Besides, I love how fresh the air is and the breeze from the ocean makes you feel like you are staying in a utopia. Furthermore, the rainbow appeared when I was going to leave Gold Coast for Brisbane, the most beautiful moment of this trip!!! Every time I came here, I felt a large deal of nostalgia! This golden beach is unbeatable in the universe!

Interesting sign. Great to see day or night. Good location as it is the main tourist strip of Surfers Paradise. Right next to the beach. Well worth a look whilst in the area.

Surfers Paradise is a true gems. Stunning view of the beach where it meets with the skyscrapers. It a must go place in Gold Coast. On the other side of the road located of bars and clubs along with shopping center. And Not to forget your food cravings by having mouth watering food from near the surfers paradise.

Luckily these beautiful sand sculptures were not damaged by the recent rains. The artwork is amazing and inspiring. Very enjoyable and fulfilling to see. Thank you Gold Coast

A must visit in Gold Coast, especially during a weekend night Lots of places and things to see, lots of people, but very peaceful and safe. Even a police office with a motorcycle is nearby for tourist to take pictures. : )

Not a great place. Not recommended. The worst playground among those we visited in Gold Coast and Brisbane, Sydney areas. Old and dirty, Dusty everywhere, very run down. Not the same compare with those photo. Train is not movable. Ceiling lights were not turn on, the whole area is dark. Not much variety of plays. Staff were not friendly. Price is similar as other newer indoor playground. Why would I bother to return when there are heaps better choices around the areas.

We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday party at Doodle Bugs and it was absolutely amazing! The team went above and beyond to make the day so special. We had a Spiderman theme and they didn’t just stop at the basics, they even added a splash of pink to tie it in perfectly for our girl. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the whole setup feel really personal and unique. The play centre itself is fantastic, clean, safe and packed with so many fun things for kids of all ages. The staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about making sure everything ran smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! All we had to do was turn up. Highly recommend Doodle Bugs for anyone planning a kids party. Thank you for making my girls birthday one to remember! 💕🕷️🎉

Came here with our 2.5 yo and 10 month old on a rainy day while on holidays. Kids had such a fun time and the facilities were clean and well maintained. We also had some fresh sandwiches and coffee for lunch which were great!

The people and everyone here are exceptional but by name I’m compelled to mention, both Lexi and Amanda, and even now I smile as to the above and beyond treatment in every way that they gave to our family and all in attendance. Everyone has different perspectives and we all inevitably see things differently, and yes they may be good reviews and bad reviews of even sunsets and sunrises. But for our daughters birthday this place and the people affiliated with it, gave us an incredible unforgettable day of pure love and joy. We had an awesome time at Zone Bowling Surfers Paradise! We came in for a fun day out and ended up playing bowling, darts, and pool—everything was so well set up and super enjoyable. We had my son Klaus 7th birthday party in Surfers Paradise Timezone. There were 20 kids at the party. Matilda and Brooke were amazing and they were very patient with the kids. They made the party so fun for everyone. Highly recommended both girls. Thank you for having us. Klaus had a blast on his birthday party.

Brigitte had an amazing Sunday morning party Cheyenne was the organiser and was terrific, was a low maintenance morning for the parents to chat and free coffee. As we watched the kids run their muck around playing every device! Finally to the bowling where a little disappointment to the party girl was time for Cheye to step up and didn’t disappoint and party girl loved the morning happy happy happy:-)

My son had his very first surf lesson here today, and I can't express enough how grateful we are for this wonderful experience. Kira was absolutely incredible with my son — she was kind, patient, and incredibly skilled. Thank you so much for making this such a memorable and joyful moment for him. He hasn't stopped talking about it and is already eager to return!

We had a really good time at our surf lesson! (29/08/25). We had a 2hr lesson and learnt quite a lot for only being beginners! And we were also able to hit some waves! The instructor who took us was very helpful too!

Had an great time learning the basics of surfing at Go Ride a Wave. Both instructors Taj and Lewis were super enthusiastic, very helpful and patient. They each had some great tricks to improve form and made time for each student. Sam in the shop was also super friendly too. Highly recommend if your a complete beginner or if you just need to brush up on the basics. Cheers guys!

Had one of the best experiences with the Go Ride a Wave team! Super friendly staff and made us super comfortable throughout the whole lesson. With the great support from Dan, Kiara and Luis I got to catch some waves and surf!!!! Recommend this for anyone looking to start their surfing journey.

We had such a fun lesson! Our instructors Valentine and Alina were amazing, they explained everything really well and were super nice. As a beginner this course is really helpful and we felt save the entire time. Would definitely recommend :)

I did a 2-hour surf lesson this morning at Surfers Paradise and absolutely loved it! The whole experience was so much fun and really well organised. Huge shout-out to our instructors Kiara and Blake – they were so friendly, patient, and made everyone feel confident in the water. They explained everything clearly and gave great tips to help us actually stand up and ride the waves.

Awsome time had by my teenagers. Hassel free and easy to book will be back for sure. Photos taken were also high quality and make for great memoirs. Thank you to all involved.

My 14 and 16 year old kids were sceptical at first, but absolutely loved the sunset climb. It was beautiful. And Emily was an excellent guide - so enthusiastic and lovely. Highly recommend.

My partner and I did the SkyPoint Climb this morning and were lucky to get a private tour with our instructor, Jessie. He was super friendly and made us feel safe the whole time. The views were amazing, and the whole experience was way better than we expected. It felt personal, relaxed, and honestly just unforgettable. We would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting the Gold Coast. Big thanks to Jessie for making it such a special day!

The SkyPoint Climb was an amazing experience, the views are absolutely stunning and the staff were super friendly! However, I think a few things could be improved. I didn’t receive much information beforehand and the website was a bit unclear about arrival times and what to expect. The photo pricing also felt quite high compared to other experiences like the Harbour Bridge and Adelaide Oval climbs, where we received more photos for a lower cost. The digital photo package is $60, which seems very steep for only two photo stops along the way with average quality not print quality. Overall, it’s a great experience with incredible views, but clearer communication and fairer photo pricing would make it even better.

The view from the top was breathtaking — you can see the entire Gold Coast, ocean, and city all in one panoramic scene. The guides were super friendly, made us feel safe the whole time, and kept the experience fun and exciting. It’s definitely a must-try if you visit the Gold Coast — thrilling but not too scary, and totally worth it! Views so good! Even my knees stopped shaking! Highly recommended!

We had an unforgettable experience with skypoint climb this week at surfers paradise! We had Corey as our climb leader and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very safe the entire climb. With awesome photos at the top and some added local sightseeing and history this experience is a must do if you’re in the area. Highly recommend 🙌

Lots of fun for wide range of ages. There is a separate area for smaller kids and toddlers. You willneed to be mindful that there are sessions that are about 50min each. You will need rubber grip socks which you can purchase at the venue. You will also be fitted with a life jacket. For the parents there is a coffee station with snacks. Lifesavers are present. There are also lockers available for your valuables. Please also be aware that you need to sign a waiver for any participants. Can be done online from website. Use sunblock on arms and face, it gets hot out there.

Epic aqua park! The best water obstacle course we have ever seen. Easy to purchase passes and grippy socks and play away. Friendly, helpful staff and very safe. My kids had a blast!

Sheeeeesh. I am still outta breath. A few things that were stated you’ll need were stamina and strength, 2 things I have nothing of. My kids however, smashed it. I “had to” do it as well as a parent as the youngest refused to do the junior park so I followed her around for 100 minutes. We booked 2 sessions and loved every chaffing/nipple rash (due to the life jacket) minutes of it. A must visit if you have the time.

We absolutely love GC Aqua Park! We bought the summer pass and come every weekend — it’s the highlight of our week. The setup is awesome, the staff are always friendly and make sure everyone’s having fun safely, and the atmosphere is just great. It’s such a good way to get outdoors, burn some energy, and have a laugh with family and friends. Highly recommend the summer pass — totally worth it!

Experience It was really engaging with different obstacle courses with many different level of difficulty for different age groups Atmosphere There was a lot of people at the time, there was music playing in the background, on the clean ocean water and sand. Service Life guards were nice, the staff members were really friendly, helpful and helped us understand the safety briefing

When I say we had the best time what I mean by that is WE HAD THE BEST TIME! Budget friendly, kid friendly, EVERYTHING friendly. We drove past on our way home from theme parks and my 11 year old just had to try it. We booked online for the next day even pre signed the waiver. All we had to do was show up on time. We will be back from Sunday just to do this again!

Beware!!!! Terrible, the WORST for events. Hectic as we had paid for a birthday event which sadly does not care to create a space for any event to set up, clean & prepare for a next event. The table next to ours was unclean, as if a garbage bag of waste was left on it during their table hire. We downgraded the size of our table to avoid being next to that rubbish which impacted the space for our guests not being able to sit during their table hire party. Beyond awkward to host and apologise for its duration. We feel sorry for the staff that adjustments have not been made by management. Such a shame.

Nice and quiet good place for the whole family. Plenty of things to do and see. Wheelchair friendly paths, and they have a liberty swing here as well. Well maintained area. Toilets are close by. Wonderful beaches as well. Plenty of parking space but it's paid parking. Nice and easy paths to walk on. Highly recommend going to have a look at 😊😊.

This is our family’s favourite park on the Gold Coast! Our kids absolutely love it! there’s always a great variety of activities to enjoy. The park is beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for families, kids, or anyone looking to relax or stay active outdoors. I also love that my favourite cafe, Barrel Espresso, is right there, it makes every visit even better! Kudos to the Gold Coast Council for doing such an amazing job keeping the park safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.

This park is definitely a paradise for kids who love playgrounds because you can literally name all kinds of playground equipments here including the rare ones I’ve never seen before. Moreover, there’s even a water park called Aqua Park but you need to buy a ticket for that, which isn’t free. Or you can just build sandcastles and play with water on the river beach. On the other hand, I saw a bunch of people having great picnics on the BBQ areas and simply on the grass. There are tiny lodges with benches where you can lay down and relax as if you’re in a sauna, and a large pier that has long benches with the most magnificent views and it’s also a ferry stop and great fishing spot. It has a decent number of pubic toilets in the park and if you are hungry, there’s a seafood restaurant and an espresso shop. The welcome sign near the front gate which is made of grass and flowers looks amazing and memorable. If you are taking the light rail, I suggest you disembark at Southport instead of Broadwater Parklands because there are much more shops and restaurants near Southport station. To top it off, the park is much bigger and more versatile than I imagined. It’s absolutely an excellent place for both adults and children to visit.

Broadwater Parklands is such a great place to spend the day. Super open, peaceful, and right by the water. There’s always space to walk, have a picnic, or just chill under the trees. It’s also perfect for kids — there’s a big playground area where they can run around and have fun. The views of the Broadwater are beautiful, especially in the late afternoon. Families, runners, kids on scooters — it’s got a little bit of everything. Clean, safe, and just a really nice vibe overall.

Great centrally located parkland with lots to offer including outdoor gyms, cafe, swimming pools and lots more.

First time I’ve been here and I’m embarrassed to say I never knew anything about this Park. I mean… Who doesn’t want to see peacocks roaming around and geese that are obviously in family packs? Wild birds that have made themselves at home in this Park. A hidden lake and water features are obviously a drawing card for these birds… we even saw a ‘lone’ Curlew. It was limping but otherwise quite unperturbed with the other birds about. Hoping it had a Mate that wasn’t too far away. So many little hidey holes around… noticed the Gold Coast Tent community were residents of the Park as well. If anything, their areas were kept very clean and tidy… a sign of the times, something the authorities should be sympathetic towards but can also understand people not coming here as it’s confronting to see a lot of the Tents. I wasn’t bothered, would probably feel safer here than some other well known Parks. Plenty of seating around, BBQs, water, toilets. Saw a 10yr Olds’ Birthday party in full force by the little stream that runs thru the park. Plenty of Parking and plenty of ‘shade’ for the tourists and locals. Can even get your feet wet in the water ways….. Would love to come back and stay for a few hours. Also….don’t feed the Birds’! Signs are in the Park to let you know.

I simply loved this place. The highlight for me was getting an opportunity to feed the birds and interact with them! There are quite a variety of birds, including peacocks, water birds, and of course, pigeons whom you could feed out of your hand! The beach is a stones throw away, which you can reach by simply crossing the bridge. Lovely place to visit with family and friends. Free parking is available on site.

My favourite park. This is one of the best park on the Gold Cost. Beautiful place and nice facilities, two playgrounds, two public toilets, BBQ, lots of benches and shades. Lots of car parking space too. It's so nice place for walking around and picnic!

This park is so tranquil and peaceful. We visited on an extremely hot day but it was a few degrees cooler because of all the big shady trees. All the birds are so beautiful and we saw a number of peacocks. Easy access, plenty of parking and disability access also. Very tidy and well maintained park. And great playgrounds for kids. Big foots cave is pretty cool too

Macintosh Island Park is a wonderful oasis of a park close to Main Beach, Narrowneck and Surfers Paradise. With plenty of shade amongst the trees, there is a lake, plenty of birdlife (such as peacocks), a play area, picnic tables, all in a peaceful and tranquil location just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Main Beach and Surfers Paradise. A wonderful place to escape the crowds for an hour or two.

Great stadium for watching the footy — the atmosphere is solid and the facilities are good. However, ticket prices are noticeably higher compared to many other NRL venues. The free Play NRL Rewards system is poorly set up, with only one small bay available that fills quickly, even when the stadium is half empty. If the Titans want to grow their supporter base, they need to do more to bring junior players and families into games. Other NRL clubs are doing a much better job engaging their local communities.

Great smaller stadium - easy to get in & out. Train station is very close .... & free Buses from Firth Park & Pacific Fair Shops. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Just needs a couple more food carts/venues that sell barista coffee!

We had a great experience at Cbus Stadium! The location is fantastic and the venue itself is super clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, guiding us to the right seating area and ensuring everything ran smoothly. It really added to the positive atmosphere of the day. The only downside is the lack of dedicated parking or off-street options. Public transport is the main method of access, which might not suit everyone. Luckily, we found parking through the local Raptors NRL team just behind the stadium for $10, which made access quick and easy. Overall, a great stadium experience—just plan your transport ahead!
