Be sure to go one of the free tours, so that you can see everything in action even if you can understand the guide. The mud dying and weaving process is a traditional technique unique to the island and you can bring your own things to dye if you want to. There are also various other things like T-Shirts, handkerchiefs, eco bags etc that you can choose from. Prices vary. Be sure to call to make a reservation to get your preferred time slot, but they may have openings later in the day if you just show up and ask as well.

We visited the aquarium in the late afternoon. You can see all the exhibits in about 45 minutes to 1 hour. It is nice to learn about local marine life. They have sea turtle feedings frequently. You get lettuce at the aquarium and get to feed the turtles.
