Proper little gem this place. The drinks were banging, staff were sound, and the vibe was spot on. Ended up staying way longer than planned, definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

​The Wooden Pub in Paphos has an absolutely unbeatable location. Situated right on the seafront, it offers a truly spectacular setting with breathtaking views of the ocean stretching out to the horizon. It’s extensive and thoughtfully curated, offering a wide array of options from beautifully crafted cocktails to a brilliant selection of beers and wines. The staff are clearly passionate and skilled, ready to mix a drink to your exact taste. A real highlight for me was the lovely local cider they serve. It was crisp, with a subtle sweetness and a wonderfully clean finish—a perfect, refreshing choice that felt like a true taste of the region. This spot is a must-visit for its serene location, excellent service, and genuinely impressive drink offerings.

Great pub for a light lunch and refreshments. My wife and i always visit here when we are strolling around the harbour. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Mini games on the table if you fancy a quick game of Domino's or connect 4 ... nice touch! Guiness is excellent!! ❤️

Lovely little bar on the sea front. Amazing selection of ales, craft beers and cocktails. Food was really good for the price and a beautiful seating area to relax right in the sun. Artwork was really cool and also has a pool table by the bar. Would recommend visiting this place if down by the harbour

The food was OK, the drinks are very nice, the staff look bored and unfriendly. The view and atmosphere are nice. The English breakfast is far behind from what I imagined. I would recommend this bar for the drinks and the view only.

We had a good time at Alea! The food was tasty and well-prepared – definitely worth the visit. We had to wait a little for our meals, probably due to how busy it was that evening. The restaurant was quite full and a bit loud, so if you're looking for a quiet atmosphere, that's something to keep in mind. Overall, the quality of the food made up for the wait, and the staff was friendly despite the rush. I’d recommend it for those who enjoy a lively dining experience and good cuisine.

The staff weren’t very attentive. I ordered an espresso and a pistachio tiramisu. The coffee was fine, but I was quite disappointed with the tiramisu. There were literally no ladyfingers, just a layer of some sort of cake on the bottom of the dessert. The “cream” was with weird texture as if it was made with gelatine. Too much cocoa powder on the top, too sweet overall, no balance. Do not recommend.

Good atmosphere but my coffee wasn’t very sweet despite asking for it extra sweet with vanilla. But the view was lovely as it was positioned nicely on the harbour front. I will also mention the vegetarian options were lacking if you were looking to eat here.

Chose this restaurant on our first night purely by chance and we’re really impressed by the food. Sushi was amazing as were the chicken kebabs and carbonara. Service was a bit rushed and they forgot some items. However we were impressed overall and revisited again a few nights later and service was less rushed but still a little “forgetful”. Atmosphere was cosy and prices very reasonable considering proximity to sea front. Highly recommended

Lovely seaside restaurant. Varied menu and very nice food. Service wasn't particularly great but made up by quality of food. Only down side is the tall tables and seats rather have a proper table and chairs which they do have but in short supply.

Lovely place by the sea but sadly it’s kind of a tourist trap, expensive and not as great, had probably the worst coffee in Cyprus here

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Despite having made a confirmed booking three weeks in advance for a very special occasion, everything was completely messed up. The worst part? I was never notified that my reserved spot was no longer available. I only found out after arriving at the venue — on the day itself — that my booking had not been honored. This last-minute surprise completely ruined my plans, forcing me to scramble to find an alternative location at the last moment on what was supposed to be a memorable and special day. To make matters worse, the staff made no effort to offer any compensation or even take responsibility for their mistake. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was astounding. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this place, especially if your booking is tied to an important event. Unreliable, unprofessional, and disappointing.

Excellent food for this kind of place. I recommend the steaks but pasta is very good as well. Good fresh salads. The service is very good and they make you feel good and unique. The music is very nice, and most nights, they have a DJ.

Went here as the place we were intending to eat at was closed but glad we did. Food was delicious, had the prawn saganaki and a meat platter to share and both were great. Massive selection of wines including loads of local options, they also had a good whisky selection.

Disappointed with mussels. They were offal and really dry and the bread cramps were tested like sand. I hope they change them. Other wise great service, fantastic selection of wines. Enjoyed my evening with great people.

Really nice food and cocktails here, especially the halloumi and carpaccio starters. For the mains we ordered the king prawns and chicken skewer. It was also very tasty however a bit too salty for our liking.

The Boulevard Bistro Wine bar is at the excellent spot, with amazing vibes. Good music, great shisha, lovely cocktails. The food menu is a bit small, and the steak price is overpriced (36€). We ordered a salmon (22€) and tagliatelle pasta with shrimps (20€) and 2 glasses of wine and 2 cocktails. The food was very delicious

Amazing place for a coffee or breakfast. We ordered the Brunch Bun with extra chicken and bacon and it was amazing very tasty. I can recommend this place! The coffees are also very good quality. The overall design of the place is so authentic.

Best Pizza in Paphos by miles! We went there twice even though our trip was short! Their mortadella and walnut pizza is just so so good. But we also tried their delicious pepperoni pizza, and their truffle pizza which was fine too. But that mortadella pizza is a knockout! Salads and drinks were very good too, my favorite was their sweet potato salad. Owners are engaged with their guests, loved meeting Marcos. Staff was friendly and service was on point.

Wonderful place with amazing owners. Surprisingly, the food gets better and better every year. This year they’ve introduced delicious brunches and their own fresh pastries. It’s a great spot for a pre-party or to celebrate a special occasion. They also have large, comfortable tables for big groups – which is quite rare in Cyprus. Highly recommended! Pizza, cocktails, and desserts are simply top-notch!

We visited Rum and Jam in Paphos old town as a group of 16 and had an absolutely amazing time. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality – Andreas, the owner, truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He was incredibly humble and accommodating, which really made the afternoon special. The food was top-notch – the fresh baked sourdough bread was a standout and set the tone for the rest of the meal. The pizzas were delicious, with a perfect crust and fresh toppings. We also enjoyed a great selection of cocktails, each one expertly made and full of flavor. It’s not easy to cater to a large group, but the service was smooth, friendly, and efficient throughout. We all left with full stomachs and big smiles. Highly recommend Rum and Jam for anyone visiting Paphos – whether you’re in a big group or just looking for a cozy night out with fantastic food and drinks. We’ll definitely be back

Wow, was recommended this bar by a member of staff at the Louis paphos breeze and it didn't disappoint, I've had cocktails in some decent bars in London my the mixes here were a level above, the staff and the drinks are incredible, as we're the crowd and the DJ, I can't recommend a visit to this bar enough, it's that good. We didn't eat but the food we saw was every bit as good as the drinks we were served.

A few days ago, we visited this place. We sat in the garden and enjoyed the view. The garden design was very interesting. The music was pleasant. The waiter helped us choose our drinks and accurately anticipated our desires. We will definitely come back!

Had a fantastic experience here. The chicken burger, the tropical cocktail, the staff, the vibe were all 10/10. Make sure you go before 10pm on a weekend to get a table. When we were leaving around midnight the place was so crowded and people were waiting for a table.

What I really liked about this place was the music—think early 2000s bangers that keep the energy up without overwhelming the room. There was a DJ so they probably play different kind of music every day. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it easy to chill and chat with friends. Staff were friendly and quick. Drinks were spot-on too—tasty, well-mixed, and reasonably priced.

The place is good for clubbing as well as a more casual evening outside at the terrace. The bar is located in the Old Town of Paphos and it’s easily accessible by public transport, by car or by foot depending on where in the city you’re staying.

Was there last Saturday night and my mind was blown away,. The place was packed and the two bartenders kept making drinks all night long. Even though it was super busy the bartender with all the tattoos was very friendly and patient with us he took his time and explained everything about their cocktails. Great lad and an amazing multitasking bartender.

Super nice place. The waiters were diligent; they helped us choose a cocktail and checked if we liked it. The food was very nice; we got pepperoni pizza, and it was enough for two people. Also, we got some salty nuts with our drinks. Overall, I really recommend this place, and I will definitely come back there when I visit Cyprus again. 5/5. It's a must-visit place if you are in Cyprus.

Amazing place! Warmest welcome I've ever had! Waiter and bartender are absolute legends! Drinks are fantastic, the Kyoto Mule is one of the best cocktails I've ever tasted. The music was just perfect when I was there, some soul, Motown, jazz and so on. Can't recommend this place enough! Price: ~9€ for a cocktail. Cash or card

Awesome cocktails and beer. Unfortunately they are incredibly pricy for the neighborhood. Great sound system, pumping music, so you cannot talk, but dancing is not allowed, and you most not stand on the street either. Certainly not for me.

One of my favourite bars in Paphos. Always something happening there with great music, nice crowd, and excellent cocktails. It can get crowded on weekends so booking might be necessary, other than that it's a really friendly place

The Amy Winehouse tribute show was lovely, though the fish and chips was a bit too greasy. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

Didn’t eat but did see the meals they looked delicious. Went to see Elvis Tribute which was fantastic had a brilliant night, amazing voice and also some comedy thrown in which was hilarious we loved it so much we went back for the Back to School Night 80’s and 90’s Tribute again was brilliant had another fantastic night. Atmosphere was fab and service to your table was quick and friendly. A must visit

Put the entertainment to one side for a minute. Sapphire is deserving of its five stars simply for its service, food and ambiance. The owner, Vicky, made booking a breeze with her friendly and prompt replies and on the night every single member of staff was an absolute delight, friendly, welcoming and efficient. My steak pie was home-made and absolutely delicious. I'd go back just for that but every dish that passed me on its way to other tables looked really good. Clearly a lot of love and effort has been put into making Sapphire a cut above the average Paphos bar experience with its cute and comforting diner-style design creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere. As for the entertainment, I've only seen Chris rocking his tribute to Elvis, he's a lot of fun, and it was great to see Vicky joining him on stage for a duet, she has a great voice. It was so good to see this couple's passion and effort in making this show bar a great destination in Paphos, I felt every ounce of their passion for what they are doing.

We went for a friends birthday Friday night. The food,drinks and waitress were good however the entertainment was horrible. Their singing was good but it was the revolting and vulgar sexual jokes every two minutes that ruined the whole night. I was putting up with the act so that my friends birthday wouldnt be ruined by me or us leaving. The blatant disrespect for those attending especially women. Talking about a clitoris, swinging dicks and other sexual content is not tongue and cheek. Would have been nice if they stuck to singing or find some new material.. I definitely will not be going back.

Best live music venue in paphos!! If you're staying at the St. george Hotel, it's a must visit! Only 5 mins walk. Thanks to all the performers and staff that gave us 3 great nights!!

We tried the Sunday roast buffet at Sapphires and left quite disappointed. The overall quality of the food wasn’t great — the “roast” potatoes were more like boiled ones, and most of the dishes lacked flavour. The tomato starter soup was okay, but it was the only thing that really stood out. We did let the staff know it wasn’t the best, and while they appreciated the feedback, the service itself could have been sharper. The place was busy, which is good to see, but it feels like the bar could benefit from some investment and a bit more care in presentation. Unfortunately, it just didn’t live up to expectations, and we wouldn’t rush back for a Sunday roast.

We waited long for the service (which was no surprise because there was only one waitress). People were very nice, but long waiting, bad food and weird tribute show (I was expecting at least some characterization, not only different clothing) that wasnt even funny and starter way past time it should.

One of our favourite places to go every year. This year we returned as usual for our favourite cocktail however it had been taken off the menu, we wait all year for this cocktail mentioned it to the waitress and she said I’ll see what I can do came back with the cocktail! Amazing food , literally everything we get is always good. I'd recommend going with a group of friends so you order different dishes to share. Definitely get the goats cheese salad, shrimps, mini burgers, ravioli, dips, calamari and pair everything with a bottle of chilled Persefoni. Can't go wrong with this. If you don't want it to be too crowded, avoid going on Fridays and Saturdays.

Food was great, the staff was really kind but the music (in my opinion) too loud (it was 23h, maybe thats why); you could barely speak with each other.

We ate here on our first night in Paphos and it exceeded expectations. One of the best Tapas I’ve personally ever had. Plenty of choice. For 2 people, I’d recommend around 6 dishes. The location is great, not even a 5 minute walk to the paphos old town. Highly recommend!!

The food is tasty and good in portions but it could be a bit more flavourful. The staff is not very engaging. The whole vibe is not truly local but more international. Overall nice place and good food but would recommend experiencing a more local restaurant.

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to during my travels. The food was beautiful and good. We ate every night during our 5-day stay. The team is also welcoming, funny and kind. The "chef who speaks a little French" and Alexandra who took good care of us, brightened up our meals. I 100% recommend this restaurant.

The waiter was very friendly, but the food took quite a while to arrive—even though we were the only ones in the restaurant at 1:00 PM. That said, it was worth the wait: the food was excellent, and the prices were fair.

A vibrant addition to Paphos' nightlife, Kalua - Cocktails & Meze/Tapas Bar brings a chic, modern vibe to the city. The atmosphere is undeniably a highlight—with sleek decor, comfortable seating, and a buzzing energy that makes it a perfect spot for a night out with friends. The meze and tapas are well-executed, offering a tasty and satisfying accompaniment to the drinks. The food is fresh, flavorful, and shows a creative flair. ​However, where Kalua stumbles is in its drink menu. The bar has clearly aimed for a highly curated and original cocktail list, which is commendable in theory. Unfortunately, this approach comes at the cost of traditional classics. The selection is heavy on "spin" drinks—unusual combinations and inventive presentations—but you'll be hard-pressed to find a well-made, classic mojito or an Old Fashioned without a surprising, and often unnecessary, twist. For those who appreciate a new take on mixology, this might be a plus, but for me, the lack of dependable, traditional cocktails was a real disappointment. While the service is friendly and the ambiance is excellent, the cocktail list left me wishing they had included some reliable mainstays among the more experimental options.

WOW, what a gem of a place!! Outstanding food, by far the best we have had on our holiday. Absolutely delicious and lovely ambiance. The fried calamari just melts in your mouth, the hummus is the best ever, the filo feta with sesame seeds is so yummy! We also had the king prawns, cheese croquettes which were so tasty. My virgin mango daiquiri was sublime, you have to try one! All in all, excellent service, you might have to wait a little for your food to come out but when it’s this good, fresh and hot you really don’t mind.

Fantastic tapas and the cocktails are incredible. Both have great variety and quality ingredients. The staff are very friendly, especially Costa who looked after us. Wish we found this sooner. Would recommend to anyone! We have come at the start of the season so it was a little quiet, but don’t be put off, you’ll be missing out otherwise! Great atmosphere and cannot wait to come back. They have a wood fired pizza oven and you can tell you’re getting a hand made pizza made with passion. The owner came and chatted asking how the food was and mentioned that he’d cooked the pizza. He chatted about the oven temperature and the dough , a real insight into what goes on behind the scenes when you get a proper pizza. The other staff were brilliant too explaining the menus and drinks. There is entertainment every night and the place is huge, not just what you see from the front entrance.

We spent most of our holiday evenings in Paphos at this bar, and it was always a great time! The owners, Tony and Nina, are very kind (although Tony seemed a bit reserved – Chef, please don’t be afraid of us Poles, we don’t bite 😅). The whole staff is lovely, and a special hello to our fellow Pole, Alicja. As for the food, we highly recommend the pizza – it was absolutely delicious! The dough was perfectly seasoned and fluffy, just ideal. The evening parties with music were fantastic! If we come back to Paphos next year, we’ll definitely visit this place again. Great bar with friendly staff, good prices and a good selection of drinks. Had the mac and cheese which was just superb and perfectly sized portion. I just wish I had discovered this place earlier during my stay in Pafos. Will definitely come back next time I'm in town.

We were in Paphos for a holiday recently and came across the Monara sports bar. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent especially “Antonio’s” pizzas. We saw two shows while we were there, the Ed Sheeran Encounter and a local rock band called Mid Life Crisis. Both were brilliant. Thanks everyone at the Monara you helped us to have an amazing holiday👍

Fantastic night! We got there around 7:30pm and had our tea. We ordered grilled halloumi & breaded halloumi starters, for main we ordered lamb chops and a beef burger. Everything tasted lovely. Throughout the night we enjoyed a good selection of spirits whilst listening to The Mid Life Crises band who was epic! Make sure you visit this bar, it has everything you need & more!

It was such a lovely night! We went there with my daughter and all her friends for her birthday party. The waiters staff everyone was super joyful and amazing always a smile on their faces making it so much better. And Jim who hosted the Karaoke was literally so amazing the best person we could've had, super joyful, dancing all the time sang our daughter happy birthday like 3 times he is just so great. We would definitely go again and recommend this place!! We loved it so much and loved all the people there. Thank you so much for giving us the best night!!!! 🙏🌹

A must go place. Such a amazing atmosphere a great view and the staff are lovely, the food was amazing and came out so quickly and the staff are so helpful with choosing and recommending foods, & it’s not expensive at all, for 2 of us we spend less than 25€. I could sit there all day. And the owner is so welcoming and sweet to everyone that came in we had such a great time there 100/10 would recommend even just to stop by.

The place is extremely child-friendly, and we enjoyed a fitness shake and a coffee – everything was really delicious. The service was excellent, and Niko, who served us, was very attentive and gave us a real feeling of family. Highly recommended!

This is probably the best spot in town! The food is amazing, the prices are extremely reasonable, the service is always excellent, and the location is simply stunning. It's a must-visit. If you like sweets I would recommend the pancakes 🥞

Walked in fancying a drink after a day of walking about. Was greeted by a really friendly waiter/server, made me feel right at home. I mentioned i like the craft ale and talked about the Humour beer they had in. The place was great - nice view, shaded at about 3pm. The beer was fantastic. It's a great place to while away a few hours. I wasn't hungry so couldn't comment on the food, but the staff made this place great. Might walk up again tomorrow for a quick drink or two

We've been here on a warm summer day and it was a bit too hot to sit outside during lunch time. I'd definitely recommend sitting inside where the ac is on. The food was ok, nothing exceptional but filling. We tried some of the brunch options and some of our fried eggs were a bit overcooked and not as runny as they should so I'd suggest the scrambled eggs as a safer alternative. Coffee was also fine and you can park at the municipal parking right across the road. Service was really good and professional so I'd recommend checking it out nevertheless.

The sushi was beautifully presented and tasted good, but it wasn’t particularly surprising or out of the ordinary. It was well-prepared and enjoyable, just not remarkable. However, the duck bao was outstanding(one of the best I’ve ever had). The duck was incredibly juicy, the sauce packed with flavor, and the bun was perfectly soft and delicious. I also loved the restaurant’s ambiance; the modern design and well-thought-out decor created a great dining atmosphere. Overall, a solid experience with an exceptional bao that I would definitely return for!

The food was really good, everything we ordered was tasty. We ordered quite a few firsts to share and a main for each. The service was also really good. Aside from the music being a bit too loud at times, the atmosphere was great.

I recently visited Soho79 Cocktail and Sushi Bar and was really impressed. I tried several sushi platters, as well as creating my own combinations from the menu options, and not once was I disappointed. The sushi is fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The bao buns are also a must-try — both the chicken and the shrimp were incredibly fresh and delicious, definitely a great choice if you want something beyond sushi. When it comes to drinks, the bar offers plenty of cocktail options. I went for the Pornstar Martini, and it was absolutely fantastic — well-balanced and full of flavor. Overall, Soho79 is a perfect spot if you’re looking for high-quality sushi, tasty bites, and great cocktails in a stylish setting. Highly recommended!

Delicious. We've had a selection of sushi from a few places in Paphos during our stay and without question this is the best. You do pay for it though. The menu is good, with a good selection of both food and drink. The service is also nice. I wouldn't describe the staff as friendly (although there was one guy behind the bar with a huge smile on his face), but they were professional and polite. If you enjoy sushi then it's a must! If you live in the UK or have been to London and know Sticks n Sushi, then imagine that minus the sticks part of the menu and a shade or two off the service/quality, still very very close.

The food was one of the best sushi I've tried. Every piece was fresh, well presented, and tasty. Our drinks were well served as well. The size and taste were very good. The place is very well decorated with a good atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. The price is fair for what they provide. I'd definitely return.

We went there just to have a cocktail, but when the waiter came over, he told us there were no seats available because everything was booked. The strange part is, the place was half empty — only one table even had a reserved sign on it. We couldn’t really understand why we couldn’t sit down for just 20 minutes. In the end, it’s probably for the better, but it left a very unwelcoming impression.

Had to wait 20 min to order, waited 20 min for our drinks. Servers never payed attention to us, despite constantly dancing, singing and taking shots with the table next to us. Only good thing was the dj despite that this bar isnt it

We had a lovely evening here. Super cool and unique cocktails for a reasonable price. My partner got to try some new whiskey he hadnt had before. Live DJ with great music and really kind staff. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun evening.

We went to Chernobyl bar last night and it was amazing! The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, and the drinks were mind-blowing. What really made the night stand out was the staff—they were so engaged in our experience, adding a personal touch that made everything feel different in the best possible way. Chernobyl isn’t just a bar—it’s an experience. The team is incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about their cocktails, and you can truly taste the love and creativity in every drink. Everything was perfectly balanced, from the cocktails to the energy. The music was also just right—great vibe, but not too loud, so you can actually enjoy your conversations. If you’re in the area, Chernobyl is an absolute must-visit. I can’t recommend it enough!

Highly recommend visiting these cocktail bar if your around the area. Their masters in their craft. We tasted a rang of cocktails and we were happy with them all, we probably would have stayed in there all night should we have not been on a budget!

An amazing bar to visit. It has its special concept based on Chernobyl and both the interior and cocktails names and outlook seem to be influenced by the tragic events in the atomic power plant. Cocktails are definitely attractive- and their presentation is also amazing. They also bring nuts, water and chips as a compliment. The only thing I did not like was the music but it is on me. The service is absolutely friendly and kind and you can become a friend with these people for 1-2 hours you spend there. It is a must visit when you are in Paphos.

The place was nice and also the cocktail; the service instead was awful. The waitress with short hair was really rude: I've simply asked if the juice was 3 € (not complaining or nothing) and her answer was " yes this is a bar not a supermarket". So if you go in this bar avoid asking questions 😅

Waitress is really kind and very fast, the fastest in the whole Paphoss. Drinks were delicious and perfect prepared. During Happy hour also very good prices. We were absolutely stisfied.

Great bar with a relaxing atmosphere. Cocktails amazing especially Pina colada. Little ginger/white cat opposite so sweet with a funny meow. Wish we could bring him home.
