Turkish restaurant
Turkey Central Restaurant, a beloved establishment in Doha since 1988, is renowned for its top-notch Turkish cuisine at affordable prices. The generous portions and reasonable prices make it a hit with both locals and expats. The menu features mouth-watering options like mixed grill and mezze platters, served with delectable sides such as hummus and tabbouli.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved the experience at Turkey Central Restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The Mixed Appetizer Platter was a highlight – delicious varieties like hummus, baba ghanoush, and yogurt dips with warm Turkish bread. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality Turkish food in Doha. Will definitely visit again!

Authentic Turkish flavors, cozy ambiance, and excellent service—Turkey Central is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious, hearty meals in Doha!
Asiya K — Google review
Turkey Central restaurant is a no frills attached eating joint. It has decent ambience and the staff is very friendly and polite. It's the food that matters and this place makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended.
Amit K — Google review
One of the famous and most busiest Turkish restaurant in Qatar. For its fame and delicious mouth watering food you will have full satisfaction. Though this restaurant has huge seating capacity, still It is very difficult to find a table to seat for crowd. Even if it is very busy and crowdy, still you don't need to wait for that long to get your freshly cooked order. Food they serve is mindblowing. Service is really good. It was my first time. But I loved everything a lot.
Niamat B — Google review
We’ve been to Turkey Central Restaurant so many times—dine-in and even through Talabat—and it never disappoints! The meat, whether it’s chicken, beef, or lamb, always comes out hot, juicy, and fresh. And don’t even get me started on the freshly baked Arabic-Turkish bread... seriously addictive! Appetisers are made fresh and great for sharing. I’m no Turkish food expert, but this place always impresses. Go for the fresh juice over canned drinks—you won’t regret it! Parking can be tricky during peak times, so plan ahead. Staff are helpful once you get their attention. A wallet-friendly spot with fresh, local flavours. You’ll keep coming back for more!
Aizu — Google review
The chili salad and hummus served with the appetizer were really good. We ordered the mixed grill plate — the chicken was soft and tender, but the beef wasn’t as tender as expected. The lamb had a slight odor, though I really enjoyed the chicken kebab and tikka boti. I also tried a small shawarma, which was quite good. The service was quick as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must-Try Authentic Turkish Restaurant in Al Sadd – Turkish Central (Mirqab Al Jadeed) We had an amazing dinner at Turkish Central Restaurant, located on Mirqab Al Jadeed Street, Al Sadd. Among the many Turkish spots in Qatar, this one truly offers authentic taste and generous portions. We enjoyed a full spread including: 🥩 Mixed Grill Platter – perfectly grilled kebabs, tender chicken wings 🍟 French Fries – crispy and golden 🥗 Mixed Appetizer Plate – a highlight! Freshly made hummus, mutabbal, spicy ezme, labneh, olive salad, and carrot yogurt dip — all rich in flavor and freshness 🫓 Warm, soft Turkish bread that paired beautifully with every dish The place is very popular, especially on weekends, so arriving early is a good idea if you want to avoid waiting. ✅ Authentic Turkish cuisine ✅ Family-friendly environment ✅ Great value for quality and quantity 📍If you’re in Doha and love real Turkish food, this spot is absolutely worth a visit!

Sukar Pasha Ottoman Lounge is a stunning rooftop restaurant located in Doha, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Persian Gulf and the city lights. The lounge serves Turkish reinterpretation cuisine, traditional dishes, and a selection of drinks for guests to enjoy while taking in the magnificent terrace.
This is an Ottoman-style Turkish restaurant. When I visited again after two months, one of the staff members actually remembered me from my last visit with my friend, such a nice touch! The restaurant is pretty spacious and divided into different areas, non-smoking, private rooms and a shisha lounge. One of the staff even gave me a little tour and explained everything. There are also private cottage style seating areas outside by the beach. The luxurious chandeliers really stood out and the furniture inside gives off a very elegant, high-end vibe. The meat was tender with no smell and the bread was fresh and delicious. They also have a Turkish coffee corner inside with dozens of types of coffee on display. If you’re into Turkish coffee, you’ll probably find a favorite here!
Lamiya — Google review
It’s my second time at this restaurant. My first was a blast, second was just underwhelming. I came for the authentic Turkish flavors, but found food looking nice & tasting mid (dumplings + main dish). Our choices might’ve not been the best, I recommend asking for the bestselling dishes. The salad however was 10/10. Excellent service, beautiful view and place.
Rafah — Google review
Incredibly tasty food with some unique twists. The service was great and the marble luxury interior and sea view sets the scene for such a glamorous dining experience. Check out the food pics.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If only we could give six stars!) Our experience at Sukar Pasha Ottoman Lounge in Katara was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty — greeted with a refreshing complimentary lemonade and seated on the smoking side, which featured plush seating, large green TVs, and private rooms perfect for relaxing, watching football, and soaking up the opulent atmosphere. Our server, Malek, was exceptional — attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. The complimentary spicy hummus with warm bread set the tone for an incredible meal, and every dish that followed was equally divine. The knafeh was the undeniable star — delicate, rich, and easily the best we’ve ever had — perfectly paired with premium tobacco served in a seashell bowl for an elevated Shisha experience. Between the lavish décor, impeccable service, and truly outstanding food, Sukar Pasha exceeded every expectation. Whether you’re spending an afternoon enjoying Shisha and football or indulging in a luxurious dinner, this place is pure magic. ✨

This was one of the best meals I had when in Doha. I opted to sit on the rooftop Terrace which was such a vibe. While I was waiting downstairs, they brought me an appetizer on the house just to make my time comfortable. The food was out of this world and the service was the same. Next time I’m in Doha I’m definitely coming back and recommend this place to anybody visiting.

It was a great experience with good food and decent service. All the staffs including Togrul provided uncomparable expericnce, and I will def come back.

The place is wonderful with delicious food and very good service. We were sitting outside on the terrace and our waitress Michelle was very friendly and helping on making our choice of shisha’s flavour. Highly recommended 👌🏻

Shujaa Restaurant, located adjacent to the pet zone area of the Souq in Doha, is a popular spot known for its delicious and budget-friendly kebabs. It's considered one of the best places for cheap eats in the area and offers great value for dining out. While it may not be ideal if you're in a hurry due to long lines, it's a fantastic place to people-watch while enjoying tasty meat and hummus dishes.
This place was great, I am not sure why there are many 1 stars... Too many woke / princess-types are put off by how busy it is and expect 'fairytale' customer service... It is a busy place with a lot of locals - indicating how great the food is - it tasted great. I knew what I wanted and appreciated they are busy. - They don't have time to be messed around with which I imagine why there are a few 1 stars...
Benjamin G — Google review
No frills food. Place was busy around 2pm. Chicken kebabs were nice n fresh. Fries were good too. They serve chapatis with the kebabs and a salad which I didn’t touch as didn’t wanna get sick (tourist) The man at front desk taking the orders is very rude to foreign customers pushing them to order and obviously bad mouthing them In his own language . Hygiene not the best as expected in the middle of a market. Flies all around the joint.
S Y — Google review
Really enjoyed the food here. Although you are rushed out, its all part of the efficiency to sit people down. Food is great, atmosphere is great, staff are friendly.
Kevin A — Google review
Shujaa Restaurant is one of the busiest spots in Souq Waqif. It’s always crowded, but the staff somehow manages to find you a seat if you wait a little. We tried their kebab and tikka - the experience was decent, though not as great as expected. The food comes out really fast once you’re seated. Overall, a one-time try kind of place, more for the lively Souq experience than the food itself.
Safvan K — Google review
Good food for sure. The kids n my sis love their kebabs. M fond of them too but honestly I dread going here everytime but kinda have to tag along family. I don’t like the waiting n the atmosphere n ambience… but anyways good n tasty food.
Firdaus M — Google review
Worst restaurant inside Souq Waqif . Nasty behavior from the staffs and owner. They look at the customer and they will decide what you want to eat and they will say no place to sit and Minimum we have to order more than 100 QR. if not only parcel. They will judge you by looking at you and esoecially Indians. I never seen such bad behaviour from any hotels including star hotels. Just for bare minimum barbeque this is the behaviour. I dont want to even rate 1 * for the cheap behavior from the staff and owner. Just for the money minded and dont even think about going to this worst place. Go to Kabab Tayyib inside Souq waquif which is authentic and founded in 1937 and enjoy the food and the service. The best…
Roopraj — Google review
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant during my todays visit at 7:30 PM. The staff displayed unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, which made us feel very unwelcome, as if we were there for free food rather than paying customers. Additionally, the restaurant lacks proper customer service and hospitality standards. The cashier and some of the staff behaved rudely and showed no basic courtesy or understanding of how to treat guests. I strongly suggest that the management provide proper training in communication and customer service education to that rascals, and hire staff with at least basic behavioral and professional skills. We ordered the mixed plate for QR 40, but the portion served was very small, only four skewers , which did not match what was advertised or expected as eight. Moreover, there was no proper dining space available, and the advertising seemed misleading. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and disappointing. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both service quality and staff behavior to avoid such negative experiences for future customers.
Nazzry N — Google review
We had a very disappointing experience at Shujaa Restaurant in Souq Waqif. The staff were extremely disrespectful they spoke to customers in an unpleasant way and showed no sense of courtesy. We were asked to wait for more than two hours for dining, with no proper communication or apology from anyone. After the long wait, we finally decided to take away the food instead, but that turned out to be another disappointment. The food quantity for takeaway was much less compared to what they serve for dine-in customers, which felt very unfair. On top of that, the taste and quality were far below expectations and not worth the price at all. Overall, a very poor experience bad service, disrespectful staff, unreasonable waiting time, and unsatisfactory food quantity and quality. Definitely not recommended unless the management seriously improves their customer service and food standards.

Hasan Kolcuoglu Restaurant, located in Plaza Al Hambra, Medina Central, Doha, Qatar, offers a delectable menu featuring Adana Kebab, Chicken Thighs, Sarma Beyti, Chicken Wings, Tavuk Kebab and more. While some diners found the food to be delicious and enjoyed their experience with attentive service from staff like Mr. Nishat and Mr.
We had a family lunch in Hasan Kolcuoglu restaurant Pearl branch. Wonderful staff, called to confirm our presence. We booked a long table for 16 people. Ordered 2 meter kebabs, 2 Sultan Sofrasi Platter. Each set comes with 3 cold and 4 hot appetizers, 4 drinks and 2 dessert plates. Such a huge quantity which is enough for more than 20 people. Amazing food, very tasty and great service. Had complimentary tea after our food. Thank you Hasan Kolcuoglu restaurant wonderful staff.

I've recently visited this restaurant for my birthday with my family and the food was absolutely delicious! The ambience was nice and the staff were friendly enough to celebrate my birthday. They even had traditional trial outfits to click photos. Overall this place is good for the price and absolutely recommended!
Anish S — Google review
Unfortunately, the overall experience was a big dissapointment! All kinds of the ordered meats were tasteless & quite dry as most of them were overcooked. Especially the lamb chops, combining with the knives that shouting for "sharpening!!" as they didn't cut at all, made it an ordeal! Moving on to the desserts, for those who knows the Turkish delights these are far from the original ones! E.g. Kazandibi! Pleasant exception, the polite and helpfull personell!. Money for value? Non existent.
VG 0 — Google review
This kebab meal was an absolute standout — perfectly grilled, deeply seasoned, and served with all the right accompaniments. The meat was tender and juicy, with a beautifully charred exterior that gave it a smoky, mouthwatering flavor. Each bite delivered that ideal balance of spice, herbs, and natural meatiness.
Dina S — Google review
We order VIP Meter Kebab and it was more than enough to fill 5 people! It includes 4 differ humus, unlimited bread refills, salads, lamb chops, mini shawarma rolls, mutton pieces and include 4 free soft drinks and desserts of your choice! Totally worth it! I loved the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and supportive! Tip: if you have Vodafone Mybook you get 50% off! Which makes the meal tastier!!
Ashish S — Google review
Atmosphere was nice, service was okay despite stuff being forgotten. It was a bit disturbing to have the waitresses pace back and forth to check if we’re done eating. Taking stuff away from our table while some of us are still busy. The food was a bit bland and tasteless despite the spices (compared to typical Turkish restaurants). Mid overall
Imam D — Google review
We ordered chefs special grill, adana kebab, tavuk sis, tavuk izgara, strawberry smoothie. The person who served us named kamran served us and provided good service. As far as food is concerned adana kebab was good. The other two dishes tavuk izgara and tavuk sis was not tender and juicey so had to be eaten with sauce.I found it dry.Their special grill was served in style and looked tempting. It had a base of eggplant and grill contained chicken kebab, pieces and chops with a topping of cheese. It contained chicken which was tender but chops were hard. Overall experience was ok. Overall food can be rated at 6/10.Total damage was reasonable using urban point.

We had a truly delightful experience at Hasan Kolcuoğlu! The food was absolutely outstanding — rich in flavor, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every bite reflected the care and skill of the excellent chef, whose culinary expertise deserves a special mention. What made our visit even more memorable was the warm and attentive service by Mr. Murad Ali, our waiter. He was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail added a personal touch to our dining experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy authentic, delicious food with exceptional service. Will definitely come again! We tried again yesterday with a big group. A Royal Feast at Hasan Kolcuoğlu – Pearl Qatar We had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Hasan Kolcuoğlu in Pearl Qatar! From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top-notch—special thanks to our dear friend and waiter Morad Ali, who served us with such warmth and attentiveness. We ordered the Sultan Sofrası and the famous Meter Kebab, and honestly, words fall short! The kebabs were juicy, perfectly grilled, and packed with flavor. The variety of appetizers was a delight, each one more delicious than the last. And the desserts—just wow. Everything was served fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Turkish taste. If you’re in Doha and craving a royal Turkish spread, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Usta Turkish Kebap & Doner is a popular spot for authentic Turkish cuisine, featuring a diverse menu prepared by skilled Turkish chefs using high-quality ingredients. While their specialty lies in kebabs and doners, they also offer an array of appetizers, salads, desserts, and beverages. The friendly staff ensures a pleasant dining experience. However, some customers found the portion sizes relatively small compared to the prices.
This is the first restaurant when you enter the area, so it gets all the hungry people😂 We were very happy about the food. The hummus was so smooth and tasty. The babaganoush chicken was interesting. The star of the table: even though I didn’t like much the condiments, the combination with eggplants was a winner. I had a try from all other foods, and the most I like the shredded meat from the photo - I forgot the name of dish. The cheese and parsley pide was also very tasty. The salad too. I honestly liked everything we ordered. The service is pretty good. The waitress was friendly. The only inconvenience we had was that one of the dishes was forgotten. We almost finished everything before the pide got to the table. The drinks were all very good: the strawberry lemonade was on my taste - not too sweet, not too sour. Overall I am happy with the experience.

It’s our first time here but will definitely come back. The staff are very friendly and welcoming especially our waitress Myla! She constantly came and checked on us as well as did small talk which I always like when going out. Food was delicious and authentic Turkish style.

I stopped by Usta Turkish Kebap & Doner for a late lunch after a four-hour sightseeing tour. I actually spotted it while on the tour bus and decided to check it out after the tour. I ordered a spicy Kebab wrap with a side of hummus, and for dessert, I had a baklava with vanilla ice cream sandwiched in the middle. The dessert experience was definitely the highlight. The waiter added a fun twist by doing a little "magic trick" with my food – he flattened the ice cream next to the baklava with a fork and knife, then cut the baklava in half and put the ice cream in the middle, creating a delicious sandwich. It reminded me of the Salt Bae, and it definitely added a bit of entertainment to my meal. The service was very professional and straight to the point. The food was tasty – the kebab meat was thinly sliced and flavorful. I’d recommend this place if you're looking for a quick bite or want to enjoy hookah in a laid-back setting.

It’s a Turkish restaurant with decent food, nothing extraordinary. However, I didn’t like the way the ketchup was served. It’s also important to mention that there is a step at the entrance, which makes it difficult for people with disabilities to access. Additionally, the staff’s attitude was not very welcoming or comfortable.
Rody A — Google review
Visited Usta again, and it remains one of my favorite spots in Souq. Their menu has so many good options, but my all-time favorite is the lamb bits, you can never go wrong with this dish. Service was excellent, Miss May was approachable, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The passion fruit mojito is also a must-try, super refreshing in this hot weather. Special thanks to Mr. Halil for taking the time to check on us. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back!

One of the best restaurant’s in souk wakif, food was great, and the shisha is one of the best we had. Went twice during our one week trip to Doha.

We were at the other mediteranian restaurant nearby and were very disappointed with the service untill we came to this place, the food was really good. The atmosphere is very chillax and the service was very prompt and professional. We had a good time! And i would like to recommend the hostess Clair, she was professional and exceptional. Would definitely coming back again !
Phitchaya T — Google review
Nice place with a variety of dishes and a cool covered area on the second floor for shisha, great atmosphere and prices have been increased compared to the old menu. I wish that since we are in a Turkish restaurant, the price of a cup of Turkish coffee was less than 26 riyals, as it is the most expensive among other restaurants in the place.

A very nice restaurant in Souq Waqif, Doha. Me and my wife had a very pleasant evening, having dinner. Good food, great vibe with all cultural mixture and in the end, a special shisha flavor with a turkish coffee. Thank you Damasca!

I absolutely loved the food here! The restaurant has an amazing vibe; warm, cozy, and beautifully aesthetic. The service was quick, and we didn’t have to wait for a table (probably because it wasn’t rush hour). The portions were generous and perfect for two people. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the great experience. Overall, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy authentic Syrian food in a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend! 👍

A charming and flavorful dining experience that stands out among Levantine restaurants in the Gulf. The setting, food, and atmosphere come together beautifully. --- ✅ Positive Aspects: • Delicious and distinctive food: The dishes are rich in flavor and noticeably better than many Lebanese, Syrian, and Arabic restaurants in the region. • Beautiful ambiance: The decor blends traditional and modern elements, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. • Cultural setting: Being located in Souq Waqif adds a nostalgic and heritage-rich touch to the experience. • Highly recommended: A great place to enjoy authentic Levantine cuisine in a memorable setting. --- ❌ Minor Drawback: • Slightly high prices: The menu is priced above average, but the quality and ambiance justify the cost.

The restaurant’s décor is even more beautiful than in the photos, truly stunning, both inside and out. The staff are very welcoming to everyone, and the food is delicious and prepared quickly. It’s also worth mentioning how incredibly helpful the staff are; when I needed assistance, they didn’t hesitate to help.

Service was flawless. Food was amazing. Vibes were immaculate. Food could do with a bit more spice but it is Syrian cuisine and I'm unsure on how much spice they use. We ordered the BBQ platter for 2 with fries and it was more than enough for us. We will try to come again when we're next visiting Qatar. Shukran

Everything about this visit was perfect. The atmosphere is elegant and peaceful, with a stunning view of the marina and beautiful sunlight! A truly relaxing setting. The place is spotless, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. We were served by Niel and Sajidali, who were both professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Exceptionally friendly staff! They made us feel welcome and did everything to ensure we had a great experience. A true role model for other restaurants — this is what customer-centric service looks like. It’s not accidental. It’s intentional, thoughtful, and done with care. Quality like this doesn’t come cheap! It comes from genuine effort to make a difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Doha.

A truly wonderful Levantine restaurant located in Porto Arabia, The Pearl. The ambiance reminded me of old Turkish caravanserais, and the staff uniforms resembled traditional Ottoman palace attire, which added to the authentic charm. Before the meal, we were offered a delightful sherbet made with rose and lemon juice, followed by a generous selection of 7–8 small mezes. The main courses were hearty, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive – special thanks to Abdur Rahman for his warm hospitality. There was also a mandolin player who completely won me over – he was both very friendly and entertaining, adding a joyful atmosphere to the evening. I truly enjoyed my experience here and cannot wait to return!

Persian restaurant
Parisa Souq Waqif is a luxurious Persian dining destination in Doha, known for its dramatic architecture and traditional Persian cuisine. The restaurant boasts opulent interiors adorned with hand-painted scenes from Persian legends, intricate tile mosaics, and thousands of sparkling mirror pieces collected from Iran. Ornate chandeliers illuminate the space, creating a mesmerizing ambiance.
We visited this Persian restaurant in Doha and were very impressed with the atmosphere and service. The décor was stunning, almost like dining at a king’s table, and the staff were extremely attentive, making the whole experience feel special. The food was good and nicely presented, but based on the high expectations set by the ambiance, I was hoping for a bit more in terms of flavor and uniqueness. Overall, a wonderful place for a memorable evening out, especially if you are looking for an elegant setting and top-notch service.

The atmosphere was amazing. A must see for visitors to Doha. The rush at the restaurant says alot but unfortunately, the food does not share the same story. I would rate the food as very ordinary, just average. Serving size was reasonable but I have seen better serving sizes in Persian restaurants. Service was good, food came quickly and waiters were active all the time. Waiting time was over an hour as we had gone without reservation.
Yunus G — Google review
Having been to Iran I can say the food was excellent and ingredients were authentic. The atmosphere is great. The decor was beautiful and staff was very kind. I highly recommend this restaurant in Souq Waqif. I do recommend reservations. It’s busy.

We had a wonderful meal at Parisa in the Souq Waqif — everything was delicious, but the rice pudding was the absolute standout! We ordered the lemon mint, chicken kebab with saffron rice, and a cucumber salad to start. The complimentary bread and garlic sauce served at the table were such a nice touch and so full of flavor. The real star of the experience, though, is the atmosphere. Parisa is overwhelmingly beautiful — from the intricate mirrored walls to the shimmering chandeliers and the stunning Koi pond in the middle of the restaurant. It’s so enchanting that people often stop in just to take photos and admire the space, even if they aren’t dining. The prices are a little higher than average, but completely fair given the location and the experience. Overall, an unforgettable meal in one of Doha’s most magical and iconic settings.

Guests can expect generous portion sizes and incredible flavors, from the spectacular seafood tajine to the flavorful taktouka salad.
Came here on the recommendation of both Michelin guide and entertainer. Place did not disappoint. Prices are reasonable and food is excellent, especially the breads they serve as starters. Fatima provided excellent table service

I ordered the Lamb Couscous, and it was okay. I really liked the ambience and the decoration of the restaurant, as well as the Moroccan background music, which added a nice touch. I also enjoyed the complimentary bread served with olives and olive oil — a nice, thoughtful touch. However, I was disappointed with the attitude of the waiter — it felt a bit aggressive and interrupting, and it was obvious that proper customer service training was lacking.
Ali H — Google review
We came here based in the Michelin recommendation. I would say there are way better restaurants in the souq that are better. Service was extremely slow. Food took 35min to come. It's morrocan style but it didn't blow us away. Couscous and lamb leg was probably the best fish. The mixed grill is reasonable but not a lot on it. Restaurant is rather empty and feels a little cold. Bit harder to get to as it s adjacent to the souq. Has a Shisha lounge.

Fantastic meal with warm service. All the dishes we tried were delicious. The salad was refreshing and well-balanced. The fish Tagine was fresh and cooked just right. The lamb Tagine was very tender, and the prune apricot sauce delicious. The dessert platter and mint tea were a great way to end the meal on a sweet refreshing note.

Yemeni restaurant
Bandar Aden Restaurant in Doha offers a fresh take on authentic Yemeni cuisine, featuring must-try dishes like Mandi, a slow-cooked meat and rice dish that's a real showstopper. The menu also includes traditional stews like Saltah and Fahsa, served with chewy Yemeni bread and zesty salsa. It's known for its affordable prices and unique dining experience, making it a favorite spot in Souq Waqif.
It was so amazing the first time, I returned before I left Doha. I had my first experience eating on the floor. It was unexpected because I never knew that this was an actual "thing". I was pleasantly surprised and it is the highlight of my trip as it relates to dining. The place was bustling but super fast and excellent service . Very clean establishment as well. Shout out to my waiter - Abdullah, whose suggestions were on point and he recognized that we had never eaten on the floor before. He made the experience most memorable. He also remembered us on our second visit and did an excellent job, once again. Be mindful- IT IS A LOT OF FOOD!! The rice was the most delicious I have ever had , ever 😋 😍!!

One highlight was the bread — it was on another level, fresh and delicious. The service was good, and the staff were attentive, making the experience pleasant. I also liked the cozy ambience, which made it a comfortable place to dine. Overall, I had a great experience and would come back again.

This was the best value meal I have had in a long time. The meals were large, fresh and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. We got there about 543pm and there were few tables left. By 627pm a short line had formed. We sat outside and watched the crowds go by. Do yourself a favour and try this Yemeni restaurant.

Very authentic! Although regular table service is the norm here, we were allowed to sit in the carpeted booth and eat in a more traditional way. Service is very casual, but super quick, and the food is ready in minutes. I can't even begin to name the dishes we tried as a local friend ordered for me, but I get the impression anything you order here will be good, hence the queue outside! Prices are incredibly reasonable. Remember to take off your shoes if you are seated in the booth.

Nusr-Et Steakhouse Doha, located in the Sheraton Grand Doha, is a chic destination offering Turkish cuisine with a focus on high-quality meat. The restaurant is renowned for its owner, Nusret Gokce, also known as Salt Bae, who gained fame for his flamboyant serving style. However, beyond the celebrity persona, Nusr-Et Steakhouse prides itself on top-notch ingredients and exceptional food.
I had by far the best steak of my life here. I know Nusret is more expensive, but the prices are absolutely fair: Don't forget, for this price you get a perfectly cooked steak, several delicious appetizers, a show for each dish and an absolutely beautiful ambiance. I don't even need to start with the staff. You're served by 5-6 waiters simultaneously, and everything is perfectly coordinated. The service outside the restaurant was also excellent. A buggy takes you from the parking lot across the hotel grounds to the restaurant and back again.
Selman G — Google review
Listen. It's too pricey for what you get. The meat is great quality and top tier. That's great! But the serving sizes for the price, that's where the gap is between reality and expectations. The AC can't handle the heat and the humidity, which makes the experience lacking, and that's where there is AC, god forbid you will have to visit the restroom.

I honestly cannot understand some of the bad reviews. We experienced excellent service, delicious, well prepared food, perfectly trained staff & had the best view in a restaurant ever. And all that for 160QAR. Yes, you heard me right: 3 course lunch special - 39€ Salmon Tartar as a starter, 140gr filet mignon including a side as a main course & delicious Baklava as dessert. The food was absolutely a top notch, but the waiters who served us was unbelievably rude, we were asking him for some questions related to the food on the menu and he kept ignoring us purposely as he wasn’t interested in answering our clarifications, and was only ready to take the orders straight away. (He ignored us 3 times in a row). When I asked him the reason for this attitude he was even ruder by saying Im not ignoring you. I’d rate the whole experience with full stars but he really wasn’t the right person for such a premium restaurant like Nusret.

Unfortunately, I have mixed feelings about this place... The breakfast was without a doubt excellent. A large selection of dishes, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Unfortunately, things weren't as good in the evening. The steak was nice cooked but unfortunately a bit flavorless, and the service was a bit sleepy. Layali Al Qahira is an Egyptian restaurant in the heart of Souq Waqif, which offers very tasty dishes. The staff are very welcoming and show great attitude towards their work. I ordered mushroom cream soup and lamb shank. Both were tasty and flavourful. The only thing that could improve is the service in terms of proper cutlery. Only a soup spoon was served, and I had to have my main dish with the same small spoon. Other than that, the place met all the expectations and is recommended.

I ordered the Mulukia Chicken, and it was delicious. The Mulukia itself was tasty and full of flavor, though I felt it was a little too salty; if it were just slightly less salty, it would have been perfect. Overall, I had a great experience and would consider coming back.

We were actually planning to go to a different restaurant, but after finding out we needed a booking for a table, we had to turn back. That’s when we came across this spot by chance. At first, I wasn’t too sure—we walked in and the atmosphere was a bit gloomy, which I’ll be honest, I didn’t really like. But the food made up for it! It’s an Egyptian restaurant, which I had never tried before, and I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors were rich and unique. I had the falafel sandwich and also tried the chicken sandwich—both were really flavourful and moist. You could tell everything was made fresh. Overall, it turned out to be a good experience. Despite the ambiance not being my favourite, the food definitely won me over. I’d recommend it if you’re looking to try something different and tasty!

Went to this Egyptian restaurant on our last night in Doha. Ordered chicken+potato+tomato cooked in a clay pot along with a vegetable dish. Both the dishes came with rice and flat breads. The quantity served was more than sufficient and the taste was really good. Considering the quantity served, the prices were good. The Egyptian tea served was refreshing too. The service was a bit slow. Maybe because it was the weekend and the restaurant was almost full. The staff were helpful too. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant.

The team at this place needs finesse in service. The waiters are friendly and do most with what they know, but they lack something. It’s a shame coz they are at a prime location. The duty manager or maybe supervisor during our visit, he was sooo friendly… to the arab guests He approaches every table and greets them. But never approached us, just passed us by, didn’t even recognize us when we walk past him when we left, maybe coz we’re Asians, or maybe coz he’s busy on his mobile 🤷🏻

We have been eating here occasionally for the last 4 years. Great quality food for very reasonable price. We tried Rice with lamb and it was the best. Grilled chicken and mixed grill are also very good.

Barbecued sea bass was good . Fast service. Parking is always challenging, therefore a take out is the best option.

This restaurant is exceptional. Food quality and portion size is good and consistent. Quick delivery and amazing drivers, especially Dinon and his colleague (I don't know his name).

It's a small Turkish restaurant with some amazing Value for Money dishes. It's light on the pocket in comparison to the Restaurant's in Doha. I tried the Spicy Salad and Half Grilled Chicken. Along with Spicy Salad Turkish bread was served, which was really soft and tasted too good with chicken. Salad portion was also good and taste was also decent. The grilled chicken was juicy and had the right amount of spices. The entire thing is more than sufficient for a single person

I have been ordering my outdoor meals from Royal since I first came to Doha. The restaurant is located very near ti Dafna District. It is not difficult to find a parking there. In addition, there is a petrol station ⛽️ beside the restaurant. The restaurant services many types of food: Birayani chicken, meat chicken, grilled chicken, Kafta, shawrma. The have a section for fruit juice. The restaurant has two parts, one public and one for families 👪. Staff there are so friendly and helpful. Right beside the restaurant, there is Baskin Robins and other shops

Popular Arabic restaurant in Doha, which I used to frequent very often for lunch. Top quality Arabic grills and excellent shawarmas - both lamb and chicken. They also used to serve a spicy version also. Value for money, excellent service. Also try out their rice and chicken curry...truly Royal. Today we had mix grill and it was good enough for four of us.

Great business lunch option, not 1, not 2 but 3 drinks included (water, soda and coffee or tea). Price is more than reasonable and you get, soup, main dish, bread and spreadable plus a dessert trio.

I would like to say perfect quality and kind service. I visit the Landmark branch and tried the Dondurma( ice cream) which is brought from Türkiye. It was delicious. Natural taste. Ambition is good. Service was fast and quality. Thank you Adil for his kindness and good service.

I had a very disappointing experience at MADO Restaurant Despite it being Ramadan, they didn’t serve water, which is the most basic courtesy for fasting guests. Good hospitality means accommodating all customers, especially during important occasions. This lack of consideration made the experience unpleasant, and I won’t be returning. I hope they improve their service and show more respect to their customers in the future

Was an excellent experience overall. We started of trying the Pistachio and Walnut baklavas, they were flavorful and moist. Enjoyed them. The tres leches cake, had a great texture to it, capped off nicely by the layer of caramel on top. We rounded off the meal, by ordering a cafe latte and cappuccino, which was served in an unique manner with a piece of chocolate and water. The coffee was good. A special mention to the staff at Mado, who were brilliant with their service. The wonderful attitude of the staff and the food, make it a place you want to go back to again at the earliest chance.

They sell heavy cream as hand made cream (kaymak) with a highly sugary low quality honey. It took a while to have plate after they bring order pieces. Service is low quality, and the tables are not clean. Avoid if you want decent food with good service.

Mado’s desserts are excellent, but when it comes to lunch dishes, they don't quite meet the same quality. I tried the grilled chicken yesterday, and unfortunately, some pieces were not cooked well.

We visited this place on a Saturday night. We saw it on the entertainer and really wanted to try it. I ordered the nazik kebap and the others ordered the shish taouk and the kebap keraz. They gave is a basket of zaatar bites with labneh that was really good. We received our meals. My meal was okay, the taste wasn't amazing but it was very good quality. The shish taouk was really good and the portion was good, as well as the kebap keraz. Friendly staff and great ambience. The prices are pretty reasonable given we can use the entertainer. We had lunch today at Ohanos, a mediterranean restaurant. The entrance is a big Blue door, which is nice and goes well with the Hawaiian name. When you enter, you cross beside the kitchen area which is openly displayed showing the cleanliness and tidiness of work. We highly recommend: 🍽️ Traditional Hommus and Beetroot Hommus were tasty. The beetroot in the hommus tasted on point. 🍽️ Their Adana Kebbeh was delicious, it is a bit chili with also chili paste on the side. 🤵🏻 The service was great and everyone was so helpful and welcoming.

Habeeb is very popular turkish restaurant in Doha, matar el qadeem area. They are famous with their authentic turkish food especially the meats. Very delicious food, and they do provide daily cooked dishes as well. I usually pass by the restaurant whenever i am in qatar. Yesterday night we ordered 3 shawarma from habeeb. It was very rush time in the restaurant. We waited little more time in the vehicle. The shawarma we ordered was spicy but after eating it we feel like eating too much spicy . The shawarma was utterly flop and we feel like eating shawarma with chilli powder. It was totally disappointing experience. We didn’t expect this from Habeeb restaurant.

I’m disappointed with the person who prepared the chicken shawarma. The menu says “Big Chicken Shawarma,” but the stuffing inside was very little. He didn’t add tomato paste, didn’t heat the bread, and I just bought this 10 minutes ago. I had to heat it in the microwave myself. I always eat at this restaurant because they usually prepare good food. Please ensure your staff maintains the same food standards for all customers, regardless of nationality. They don’t even give the receipt just 39 QR change.

Fattoush did NOT really seem as a “decent”plate at all, due to lacking any pieces of baked khubz and was drowning in vinegar. You could taste only hard peppers and no smell of spice. Pizza Beef Peperoni had actually tasting OK, but you will be priced 5 qr for requesting “extra cheese”, which really makes this an OVERPRICED item for about 30cm diameter pizza. Honestly, there are many places in Doha which can do better both in Taste and Price. Beef Kofta with rice was tasty , but had less meat weight (up to 150gr maybe) when in general restaurants serve about 250gr / person. Rice was the only part very deliciously cooked here. The area has seatings with deep back spacing, which makes both chairs and couches not confortable to rest your body, making this place feel more as a fast-pace dinner rather than a restaurant. Some pillows on them would make so much difference. The rest of the environment is fine, family friendly.

I ordered here to try out one of my favorite sandwiches, German Doner. I was surprised to see the logo of another restaurant which I know well but don‘t particularly like. It seems both restaurants are one and the same - not fair, they should tell you that. The Doner Kebab sandwiches are bad imitations the famous German sandwich. The chicken doner obciously does not come from a doner skewer but from normal chicken breast cut in small. Sorry, this not the German doner, and tastes bland. The vegetarian doner is ok, but nothing special. Salad and bread are fresh though.

Anadolu Restaurant, located in the bustling Matar Qadeem neighborhood of Doha, Qatar, is a hidden culinary gem offering a delightful array of Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisine. Situated conveniently near popular landmarks, this restaurant provides an easily accessible treasure trove of delectable dishes at reasonable prices. Visitors can savor menu highlights such as Chicken Bukhari, Mix Barbeque, Grilled Fish, Eggplant Kebab, and more.
Turkey Anadolu Restaurant: A Hidden Culinary Gem in Matar Qadeem Tucked away in the vibrant neighborhood of Matar Qadeem, right next to Papa John's, Turkey Anadolu Restaurant is a delightful surprise for all those who crave a burst of flavor without emptying their pockets. It stands at the crossroads of Lulu to Fire Roundabout and the end of Matar Qadeem Main Street, making it an easily accessible treasure trove of delectable Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisine. The aroma that welcomes you as you enter is a prelude to the mouthwatering delights that await. From the moment you sit down, it's evident that Turkey Anadolu takes its culinary craft seriously. The shining star of their menu, in my humble opinion, is the Chicken BBQ. For a mere QR 17, you are served a generous portion of half BBQ chicken, cooked to perfection over smoky coals. It's accompanied by a mouthwatering assortment of pickled vegetables, two varieties of fresh Arabic bread, a generous heap of crispy French fries, and an array of sauces, including creamy garlic, tantalizing hot sauce, and luscious mayonnaise. If you're in the mood for something different, the Chicken Shawarma, priced at just QR 7, is another crowd-pleaser. The well-seasoned and perfectly spiced chicken is wrapped in warm pita bread, creating a satisfying flavor explosion. For the pizza aficionados, the Chicken Wahaj Pizza at QR 20 is a treat for the taste buds. The blend of flavors on the crispy crust is a symphony of delight. What truly sets Turkey Anadolu apart is not just the quality and affordability of its food but also the splendid assortment of condiments they provide with every order. It's a condiment lover's dream, enhancing the entire dining experience. The recent interior upgrade adds to the charm of the place. With a retro Turkish look, it creates an inviting atmosphere for both families and individuals. The addition of a family section, along with well-maintained amenities, makes this restaurant a comfortable place to dine. While the dining area is spacious with two sections, it's interesting to note that Turkey Anadolu is often bustling with online orders and deliveries. This suggests that they are dedicated to serving their customers not only in-house but also beyond their doors. In conclusion, Turkey Anadolu Restaurant is more than just a hidden gem; it's a culinary adventure waiting to be explored. Their delicious dishes, affordability, ample condiments, comfortable amenities, and efficient service make it a top choice. Not to forget, the cool air conditioning is a blessing in the warmer months. Whether you dine in, order online, or simply swing by for a quick bite, Turkey Anadolu delivers an authentic Turkish and Middle Eastern culinary experience that's worth savoring.

We went there for a quick dinner before our flight. We tried the Mix Barbecue plate, Chicken Shawarma and Shawarma with Mozzarella. The food was fresh and reasonably priced. The Barbecue was the best among the ones we ordered. Ambience is ok for a Turkish fast food joint. The Mayonnaise was sour which was the only let down, hence the 4 stars. The service was great and we would visit them again.

If you're on the hunt for an authentic Turkish dining experience, look no further than Doner Istanbul. Nestled in Umm Salal Ali and Al Aziziyah, this restaurant offers a delightful array of meat and chicken kebabs served on skewers alongside traditional Turkish bread, grilled tomatoes, onions, pickled onions, and fresh salad. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with friendly staff that make you feel right at home from the moment you step inside.
An excellent spot for authentic Turkish cuisine! The kebabs were incredibly juicy and full of flavour — cooked to perfection with a deliciously smoky finish. A special mention to the Alinazik kebab – an absolute must-try! The tender minced meat served over creamy smoked eggplant was heavenly and truly stood out. If you’re a fan of Turkish flavours, this place should be on your list. Highly recommended!

Very decent shawarma wrap, juicy, meat was done properly. Lemon mint was good too, not too sweet. Will be back to try other dishes. Update: So I went here for a real meal. The salad plate is not bad. Mutabal and hummus are fine, I had better, but some other salads were really tasty. Muchamara is nutty, and they also had another one with walnuts and honey(not sure), these were good! Surprisingly, the coleslaw was actually really good. Usually I never like it due to excess amount of mayonnaise, but this one was done really well. Falafel was crispy outside, nicely done, not oily. From the mix grill I enjoyed lamb chops the most, these were moist and very soft, without much of a lamb smell. The rest of the meats were a bit overcooked in my opinion, and maybe a bit under seasoned. Baklava with ice cream was really good! I wish they also had kunafa, but it was not available. In the tea they put a cinnamon stick, nice hint. For all these dishes I paid 140qr, that is cheap for what you get. So, this restaurant is definitely worth coming back!

Absolutely loved the food at Doner Istanbul Qatar! The flavors were authentic and rich, especially their Ali Nazik – perfectly creamy with a smoky touch. The kebabs were juicy, well-seasoned, and grilled just right. If you’re craving real Turkish taste in Qatar, this place is a must-try! One thing to note – it’s very crowded, especially during peak hours. I had to wait around an hour to get a seat, so I highly recommend booking in advance or going early. Totally worth the wait though!

An Authentic Turkish Delight – A Must Visit! We had a fantastic dining experience yesterday at Doner Istanbul! From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The star of the show for me was the Ali Nazik – my personal favorite! The smoky grilled eggplant blended with creamy yogurt, topped with tender, flavorful meat was simply divine. Every bite was rich, comforting, and full of authentic Turkish flavor. It’s a dish I could come back for again and again! We also tried the Beyti Kebab, which was juicy, well-seasoned, and beautifully wrapped in lavash, topped with yogurt and tomato sauce – pure perfection! Jabal Lebnan Restaurant is a popular Lebanese eatery in Qatar, known for its delicious shawarma. Located in the heart of Doha, it offers delivery services to various areas. Customers have praised the unique taste of their spicy shawarma and appreciated the fast service. However, some suggest avoiding dining inside due to the heat and smoke. Despite being slightly pricier than other options, many believe that it's worth trying out.
Service is good. Shawarma is delicious comes with little lettuce and garlic sauce. Spciy one is preferred more.

I flew 15 hours from Sydney Australia to eat their world famous chicken shawarma with their signature red sauce cooked over the coals. It was worth the trip, the best shawarma in the world but a country mile.

One of the best Shawarma’s in Qatar. Spicy 🌶️ Juicy 🤤 and everything that one would want in a shawarma. Portions are BIG.
Jasmine S — Google review
I personally didn’t like the viral spicy chicken shawarma. It’s not a traditional shawarma. If you have hate dry shawarma, you will not have a problem with this shawarma as it is the complete opposite. They even toast the shawarma on the charcoal. The tahini ruined it for me primarily (who puts tahini inside a chicken shawarma?) but also the garlic sauce was way too much making the shawarma extremely heavy. Love the guys here, they gave us falafels and tahini fries for free. So 5/5 for their service. 5/5 on price too. But taste I had higher hopes.
LionOfGod — Google review
This outlet was recommended by a friend and the visit didn't disappoint. I ordered a big shawarma and the taste was really good. Customer service is pretty ordinary. The inside sitting space is very limited but you can take one of the public benches to enjoy the food. There are a lot of cats nearby, just a note of caution. Car parking is a challenge here.

The food is so delicious. The price is very affordable. And their service is amazing specially the Moroccan guy that working there he is really great and he has high standard of customer service, this is my first time I’m going to the restaurant and because of the service and the delicious food. I will be a regular customer.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ I highly recommend this restaurant
Ghada M — Google review
Pros: Enjoy genuine street-style shawarma, distinctively prepared with a unique grilling method and an added touch of oil on the bread post-assembly, enhancing its flavor. However, be aware that this can make it quite rich. If preferred, you have the option to request it without grilling. Cons: The service tends to be somewhat laid-back, and finding parking can be challenging.

Dawah Restaurant Pakistan is a hidden gem nestled in the vibrant streets of Qatar, inviting food lovers to indulge in authentic Pakistani cuisine. With an extensive menu that showcases the rich flavors of Punjab, this eatery is particularly famous for its Chapli Kebabs, which are a must-try for anyone visiting. The ambiance may not be extravagant, but it’s all about the food here—each dish is crafted with well-balanced spices that leave diners craving more.
Great selection of authentic Pakistani food and a very quick service. We got our food within 10 mins and the kabab meat was super tender and resembled authentic northern Pakistani flavors in terms of taste and spice level. Recommend it to anyone looking to try authentic Pakistani restaurant.

The Chapli Kebab was main reason we visited here and they kept our expectations up to the mark. As an Indian i heard good about Pakistani food served at Qatar and wished to taste them, and was really good. We had Chalpi Kebab, Chicken Kadai, Dal fried curry with bread. Bread was exceptionally big enough for 4 of us. Parking was not easily available, we parked behind the building. Food rates was a bit higher than other places but worth having them. As a welcome, we get a soup look-a-like dish (donno the name 😅 ) but that was also good. Tastes like സംഭാരം, mixed with choped mint leaves, but a bit more thicker than സംഭാരം,. Not mentioni g about ambience, as it is a restaurent as usual. Pros :- * Less crowded, well mannered staffs with good service. Cons :- * Rates are a bit higher.

I don't recommend this restaurant at all! Food is below average! mutton karahi was all bones and not cooked well! Even served in a plate not in a hot pan! Chicken Biryani felt like it was made from leftovers and time fragments of chicken are there! Bread was ok. The table plastic disposable sheet was dirty and most probably not changed between customers even I've seen them changing it when making up other tables but seems they forgot to change mine. The place is noisy! Prices would be ok if the food is better.

Based on reviews, I order online my food, and it's ok ok not that much. What hyped is created for them' My order was Afghani pulao Chapli kebab Haleem Starting with pulao, very dry meat quality quantity, both very poor not recommended at all, Chapli kebab was good juicy, not overcooked, Haleem was perfect in taste and richness of flavors of spices they used.

The restaurant مشاوي العربي in Doha is a popular choice for those looking for delicious shawarma. It provides an enjoyable dining experience, with a well-lit dining area that allows you to see the full action as they prepare your meal. The food was fantastic and I would highly recommend it.
The kababs Shwarma were amazing — perfectly spiced, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was full of flavor, and the portion size was just right. Highly recommend for kabab lovers

I just had the most amazing shawarma at this place! 😋 The flavors were incredible, and the service was really friendly. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area! 🚗💨 #shawarmalover #googlereview

I ordered a Large shawarma today from here and to be honest it not like before. Paid 14 Qar for the large shawarma and all i could taste was bread. Very less chicken and the bread was folded multiple times, it was very dry and very thin. Served me a snack and not a meal. Honestly i saw all the bloggers post about this but its not worth 14 bucks. There are many places where the shawarma is much better and for a cheaper price. Totally do not recommend
Ralston F — Google review
First, looking at the reviews I was impressed with their monster shawarma, and after reaching there soon I learnt there was no such thing as monster shawarma. Now, have a look at their shawarma quality. The brunt and hard-to-chew bread ruined the meal 😔. When it torn down to the real ingredients, just check how much oily it is, let alone any sauce inside. Overall, very ordinary, dry and extremely oily shawarma. I recommend don't squander your money and most importantly your health. Extremely disappointed, and will never visit again. PS: The other two photos are of the next day, after making it hot for lunch.
Qasim M — Google review
Tried this spot on a friend’s recommendation for shawarma. Honestly, it was average- didn’t feel very fresh, though portion size and service were decent. Prices are good, but the food was only okay overall. Seating is more suited for a small group (around 4 people), not ideal for larger gatherings.
Huda C — Google review
Perfectly done! One of the best shawarma places here in Doha. Dining area allows you to see the full action. How they prepare the meals and how they cook it as well. It was a nice experience.
Ervin ( — Google review
This is truly a taste of the basic Turkish style # shawarma found in Doha. The kitchen is right next to the guests tables where we can watch how the staff make each shawarma. It's not an everyday scene, but many restaurants are much more conservative than we think, so they wouldn't do this without their skills and confidence. The flavour, with chilli mayonnaise sauce and just the right amount of cabbage, was balanced and nice. The name of the restaurant was written on the wrapping paper, which I felt was a source of pride. I'm not sure why, but I feel like the taste of shawarma wrapped in paper is better than that wrapped in aluminium foil.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Doha, Khosh Kabab is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Iranian cuisine. This charming eatery specializes in a delightful mix grill kebab platter that features succulent mutton kebabs, tender chicken kebabs, and flavorful kofta. Accompanied by fresh rocca leaves, dips, and crispy fries, each bite is a celebration of taste.
This place was great. The food arrived fast, tasted great and was completely filling. I enjoyed the lively environment and normal people. Thank you.

KHOSH KABAB restaurant, very good spot for BBQ lovers that offers fresh, tasty and juicy BBQ dishes. While it is a bit pricier compared to similar restaurants, the flavor makes it worth it. The staff is friendly and professional, but since they prepare food on order, the service can be a bit slow. The atmosphere isn’t particularly attractive, but the delicious food keeps you coming back. It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Qatar for all sorts of kebabs. While takeout is available, I highly recommend enjoying your hot meal in the restaurant. Parking can be difficult to find, and the streets are often crowded. This place is best suited for bachelors or men, as there isn't much seating available, making it less ideal for families. Overall, BBQ is a must-try for kebab lovers!

First of all the food is excellent, especially, the lamb chops and the new dish grilled fish "Tilapia". It is really a must to try them. Secondly, the Al Morrah Branch has more options for parking and the place is very family friendly place. Lastly, Mr. Ali, his family, and their staff are very friendly and accommodating. You have not tried the best lamb chops in Qatar until you have tried Mr. Ali's (Khosh Kabab) lamb chops!!!🔥🥩😋

Lamazani Grill is a small Arabic restaurant known for its delicious kebabs, which are grilled to perfection on skewers. The menu offers a variety of meats that are juicy and tender, served with hummus and salads. The restaurant has garnered praise from locals for its friendly staff, reasonable prices, and fresh food cooked live on-site. Customers have enjoyed the ambience and service while savoring dishes like yogurt chicken and mixed grill.
Clearly one of the best places to get chicken/mutton skewers in Qatar. I go at least twice a week and it never fails to impress. You can even buy their skewers raw to cook at home (over charcoal).
Alex K — Google review
There's no need to explain much about Lamzani. I've been in Qatar for many years, and it's a decent spot for BBQ. I’m not sure why everyone says it’s cheap—if you multiply the cost of each skewer by 4, it's almost the same. They did increase the price by 1 Qr per item 😂. But overall, it’s still a good place, and we eat there often.
Mufeed E — Google review
Do not buy the boneless BBQ chicken from them. Every time I purchase it, I encounter the same issue. Which is always burned,When I go to speak with them, they say they cannot do anything about it. This isn't just a problem at this branch; I've experienced the same story at all their branches.

Ali Baba Turkish Restaurant - Ibn Dirham is a delightful spot that embodies the essence of affordable dining without compromising on flavor. While it may not boast an upscale ambiance or impeccable service, it more than makes up for it with its mouthwatering Turkish cuisine. The chicken shawarma here is particularly noteworthy—juicy and generously filled with tender meat and crispy fries, making every bite a treat.

I recently placed an order for two shawarmas, specifically requesting a spicy version. However, the level of spiciness was excessively high, making the dish difficult to consume. I have included accompanying photographs for clarification on the preparation. It is important to note that an increased level of spiciness should not lead to discomfort during consumption.

The place is not bad, especially if you live around it's a nice place to come and spend time. But the food quality is below the expectation, kababs were not tasty, and they are cooking them, not on charcoal. Shisha was average. Service was fine but not wow. Hi all I wanted to share some exciting news about a fantastic dining spot I recently discovered in Doha, Qatar. If you’re planning to dine in at Aloosh Restaurant, be prepared to order your food 24 HOURS in advance—yes, you read that right! Otherwise, you’ll end up waiting forever. I went in expecting a decent meal, but instead, I waited so long I could’ve cooked it myself at home twice over. Their definition of “fast service” must be a joke, because unless you pre-order a day before, don’t expect to eat anytime soon. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend unless you enjoy being hungry for hours.😫🤷‍♂️

It was a great experience starting from the beauty of the place, the decoration which reflects the 🇮🇶 Iraq culture, the portraits, the walls and the colors all amazing! We really enjoy every single detail! The food is made typically according to iraqi recipes, we had dolma and it was excellent, sour and prepared with great stuffing, the lentil soup taste v. good with fried bread, the seafood cream soup is good as well, the okra is super*extra*100 🎉👏times delicious!!! my family tried the kabbab and they said it is good too, the most notable thing that they keep providing the table with fresh super hot yummy Arabic breads with sesame which have a killing taste and smell everywhere!!! the prices are good for some dishes but not the others, will visit this place aaaagain Hope you find this helpful 👍

Food was ok Kabab was very good and Dolma was not like we expected, however the staff was very rude and clearly had no idea how to run a restaurant. I felt like I was being watched the entire time, as if they thought I would leave without paying. Kebabbq Tonight, located in Bin Mahmoud, is a Pakistani restaurant known for its flavorful kebabs. The menu features a variety of options including mutton shish kebab, chapli kebab, and fish and prawn tikka kebab. Additionally, the restaurant offers the option to pair their kebabs with biryani in choices such as mutton, chicken, chicken tikka, or lamb.
🌟 Absolutely Blown Away by Kebabbq Tonight’s Pan Asian Delights! 🌟 I’m honestly still savoring the experience — this is hands down the most authentic and flavorful Pan Asian meal I’ve ever had! 🍗 Chicken Chili Dry was a total knockout — perfectly crispy chicken strips tossed in a bold, garlicky chili sauce with just the right heat. The crunch of the peppers and the sesame touch made it chef's kiss 👌 🍛 Chicken Manchurian was rich, saucy, and comforting — tender chunks of chicken drenched in a deep, savory gravy that balanced sweet and spicy in the most addictive way. 🍚 And those Egg Fried Rice? Fluffy, aromatic, and full of fresh veggies and egg – not greasy at all, just perfectly seasoned and ideal with both mains. This wasn’t just a meal — it was a full-on flavor journey. I’ve tried Pan Asian food many times, but this was the first time it truly hit the mark. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and made with real care. 💯 Highly recommend Kebabbq Tonight if you’re craving real, soul-satisfying Asian cuisine. This place just raised the bar! I recently ordered zatar and fatayer from this bakery. When I had the spinach fatayer, I felt something sharp stuck in my throat. I tried to remove it, but it was lodged in there, causing discomfort. After 20 minutes of trying everything I could, I finally managed to get it out — only to discover it was a sharp, wooden-like object, as seen in the attached photo. This experience was extremely distressing and has left me traumatized. I never expected to encounter such a dangerous foreign object in my food. Items & Cost: 1️⃣Hummus & Romali Roti - Qar 14 2️⃣Custom Manakeesh (Arabic Flatbread) - Qar 22 3️⃣Shawarma Arabic Mix - Qar 30 . My Opinion: 1️⃣Starting with the appetizer - Hummus, It was okay, but the romali roti they gave alone with the hummus!?! 😱 Tissue paper thin! I've never gotten such thin roti before with hummus and it was absolutely delicious! A combo i've never tried before. I really liked the thin roti!! 👌 2️⃣Custom Manakeesh (Arabic Flatbread) - Guys we didn't wanna order just one type of manakeesh so I asked the chef if he could mix it up for us and make different types of manakeesh into one flatbread and he was happy to do it! 💯 This was my favourite item here - the different layers here were Kashkaval Cheese, Zaatar, Sujok (meat), Pepporoni & Tomato! Like I said in the reel, each bite & each slice tasted unique and amazing! 🔥 It was sooo thin and crispy too! Please show this photo to the chef and ask him to prepare it for you! 😀 3️⃣Shawarma Arabic Mix - It was like almost 2 shawarmas, one of chicken and one of meat sliced into pieces. It was really well toasted and filled with garlic and tahini! Meat one had tahini and the chicken one had garlic, and they gave extra dips of garlic, tahini and pickles on the side too! 🤤 Overall a great meal and I would recommend all of you to check out this place! 💯🤍 My Rating: 9/10 🔥 For more reviews, follow my page on Instagram 📸 QTRfoodie

First of all, Lovely interior i should say. seating arrangement is enough for a small crowd and there is a big variety of bread and other food from cake to normal bread. Not the most busiest place I know therefore they recognise you if you go there often and kinda remembers how you like your food. In my case I always get one shawarma without any spices or chilly and one spicy shawarma and they are generous to offer you a carbonated samagra pomgrenade or orange juice bottle. These shawarmas are different from other shawarmas in Qatar. Some might not like it but the spicy sauce and the bread wrap reminds me of shawarmas in Oman. Nice place, good food and very nice people.

It is really surprising to find a restaurant with this great food and excellent service to be so quiet. We didn't mind this though because we were so well serviced that this was like the cherry on top of a great 2 weeks holiday.

Friendly and prompt service. Good food! Free naan and bottle water. Nice salad and dessert tables too. We ate there twice (buffet) during our stay in Qatar.

As usued to in other branches, the quality of the food and services is excellent with high level of consistency and authenticity. This branch offers very nice seating area. The tables and chairs are clean and well maintained. There is enough space fir parking though in the middle of the busy Alsadd area.

Hopeless ... service is bad ... only good thing was their hummus from appetizer. Remaining tasted bad.. quite expensive and not worth... meat was tasting blunt

The place is very nice. The food is very tasty and I think is healthier than the same food you will be eating in other places. I especially love eating the lamb kebabs. Its very delicious. I truly like this place and easily recommend it to anyone. Highly recommended. Thumbs up. :)

If you're on the hunt for a delightful culinary experience, look no further than Aljazeera Kabab Restaurant - IRANI. Nestled conveniently near the Qatar Museum, this charming eatery specializes in mouthwatering Iranian kebabs that are bursting with flavor. Each dish is served piping hot alongside freshly baked bread and delectable dips, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Authentic Iranian kebab restaurant with delicious, perfectly grilled kebabs, saffron-infused rice, and fresh bread. The flavors are rich, and the portions are generous. Warm atmosphere and great hospitality make it a fantastic spot to enjoy Persian cuisine in Doha!

Come here because i heard that the kebab is great. Small place, clean, service is ok, relaxing place, it's good to gather with friends and family. They have family area upstairs. My concern is just the stairs. Small and steep. Other than that, it's all good and might come again for more. Good kebab, well cooked, fresh salad, nice rotti, great laban, and the mango juice is so refreshing. I wish they had beef beside chicken and mutton. Affordable price. Strategic location. Easy access from metro station.

⭐ 5/5 Stars 📅 Visited: 24/10/2025 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Group of 4 (Dine-In) We had an excellent dining experience at Aljazeera Kabab Restaurant - IRANI. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and were attentive throughout our meal — they made sure our table was well taken care of and checked in just the right amount. We ordered grilled chicken, kubos with rice, and tikka skewers, and every dish exceeded our expectations. The grilled chicken was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and had that lovely smoky aroma that only comes from a proper charcoal grill. The tikka skewers were tender and full of rich spices — each bite was flavorful without being too heavy. The kubos were soft and fresh, pairing beautifully with the fragrant rice that was fluffy and perfectly cooked. The presentation was simple yet appetizing, and the food came out hot and fresh. You could really tell everything was made with care and attention to detail. The portion sizes were generous — ideal for sharing — and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food we received. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, with a cozy ambiance that made it easy to relax and enjoy our meal. Whether you’re visiting with family or friends, it’s a great place for both casual meals and special occasions. Overall, we were very impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere. Aljazeera Kabab Restaurant - IRANI truly delivers on authentic Irani flavors and excellent hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon — highly recommended to anyone who loves good kababs and grilled dishes done right!

Great food as ever.If you're looking for the best Iranian kebabs and BBQ, you must visit Aljazeera Kabab Restaurant near the Qatar Museum. I've been a regular for the past four months and have never been disappointed. I might get some flak for saying this, but their kebabs and food are much better than those at Kebab Al Tayyeb. The food is simply amazing, and above all, it's great value for money. Definitely a must-visit spot for kebab lovers. Very reasonable as well.

We found this after visiting the national museum around noon in August 2023. Very easy menu for foreigners like us and the waiter was very friendly Tea was really good as well as food. Not overpriced (rather reasonable!).

Went to see what’s all the hype is about and concluded that’s it’s a mediocre one time experience place. The food is not something out of ordinary but it is what you pay for. No way near the taste you get in Bahrain for similar product. Also do ask for and check your bill for items that you’ve ordered.

I tried their chicken tikka and chicken, kofta kebabs. It was very juicy and very flavorful along with two rotis and. And they have enough space for families and overall it was very good experience. Satisfied👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Lebanese restaurant
Beit Jeddi Restaurant in Doha is celebrated for its exceptional chicken shawarma, which is wrapped in a unique thin bread and stands out with its zesty, lemony flavor. The addition of crispy french fries and creamy tahini sauce sets it apart from other shawarmas. Visitors rave about the tranquil experience that comes with savoring this delectable dish at Beit Jeddi, making it a personal favorite for many.
This restaurant is one of my personal favorites. Their shawarma’s are so amazing that as soon as you break a piece of this bread with your jaws, your mind, no matter how turbulent it is, turns into a tranquil experience. This restaurant is amazing!!
