Turkey Central restaurant is a no frills attached eating joint. It has decent ambience and the staff is very friendly and polite. It's the food that matters and this place makes it worth every penny.

One of the famous and most busiest Turkish restaurant in Qatar. For its fame and delicious mouth watering food you will have full satisfaction. Though this restaurant has huge seating capacity, still It is very difficult to find a table to seat for crowd. Even if it is very busy and crowdy, still you don't need to wait for that long to get your freshly cooked order. Food they serve is mindblowing. Service is really good. It was my first time. But I loved everything a lot.
We’ve been to Turkey Central Restaurant so many times—dine-in and even through Talabat—and it never disappoints! The meat, whether it’s chicken, beef, or lamb, always comes out hot, juicy, and fresh. And don’t even get me started on the freshly baked Arabic-Turkish bread... seriously addictive!
Appetisers are made fresh and great for sharing. I’m no Turkish food expert, but this place always impresses.

The chili salad and hummus served with the appetizer were really good. We ordered the mixed grill plate — the chicken was soft and tender, but the beef wasn’t as tender as expected. The lamb had a slight odor, though I really enjoyed the chicken kebab and tikka boti. I also tried a small shawarma, which was quite good. The service was quick as well.

We had an amazing dinner at Turkish Central Restaurant, located on Mirqab Al Jadeed Street, Al Sadd. Among the many Turkish spots in Qatar, this one truly offers authentic taste and generous portions.

When I visited again after two months, one of the staff members actually remembered me from my last visit with my friend, such a nice touch!
The restaurant is pretty spacious and divided into different areas, non-smoking, private rooms and a shisha lounge. One of the staff even gave me a little tour and explained everything.
There are also private cottage style seating areas outside by the beach.
The luxurious chandeliers really stood out and the furniture inside gives off a very elegant, high-end vibe.
The meat was tender with no smell and the bread was fresh and delicious.
They also have a Turkish coffee corner inside with dozens of types of coffee on display. If you’re into Turkish coffee, you’ll probably find a favorite here!

It’s my second time at this restaurant. My first was a blast, second was just underwhelming.
I came for the authentic Turkish flavors, but found food looking nice & tasting mid (dumplings + main dish). Our choices might’ve not been the best, I recommend asking for the bestselling dishes.

Our experience at Sukar Pasha Ottoman Lounge in Katara was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty — greeted with a refreshing complimentary lemonade and seated on the smoking side, which featured plush seating, large green TVs, and private rooms perfect for relaxing, watching football, and soaking up the opulent atmosphere.
Our server, Malek, was exceptional — attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. The complimentary spicy hummus with warm bread set the tone for an incredible meal, and every dish that followed was equally divine. The knafeh was the undeniable star — delicate, rich, and easily the best we’ve ever had — perfectly paired with premium tobacco served in a seashell bowl for an elevated Shisha experience.
Between the lavish décor, impeccable service, and truly outstanding food, Sukar Pasha exceeded every expectation. Whether you’re spending an afternoon enjoying Shisha and football or indulging in a luxurious dinner, this place is pure magic. ✨
This was one of the best meals I had when in Doha. I opted to sit on the rooftop Terrace which was such a vibe. While I was waiting downstairs, they brought me an appetizer on the house just to make my time comfortable. The food was out of this world and the service was the same. Next time I’m in Doha I’m definitely coming back and recommend this place to anybody visiting.

This place was great, I am not sure why there are many 1 stars... Too many woke / princess-types are put off by how busy it is and expect 'fairytale' customer service...

Shujaa Restaurant is one of the busiest spots in Souq Waqif. It’s always crowded, but the staff somehow manages to find you a seat if you wait a little. We tried their kebab and tikka - the experience was decent, though not as great as expected. The food comes out really fast once you’re seated. Overall, a one-time try kind of place, more for the lively Souq experience than the food itself.

Worst restaurant inside Souq Waqif . Nasty behavior from the staffs and owner. They look at the customer and they will decide what you want to eat and they will say no place to sit and Minimum we have to order more than 100 QR. if not only parcel. They will judge you by looking at you and esoecially Indians. I never seen such bad behaviour from any hotels including star hotels. Just for bare minimum barbeque this is the behaviour. I dont want to even rate 1 * for the cheap behavior from the staff and owner. Just for the money minded and dont even think about going to this worst place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant during my todays visit at 7:30 PM. The staff displayed unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, which made us feel very unwelcome, as if we were there for free food rather than paying customers.
Additionally, the restaurant lacks proper customer service and hospitality standards. The cashier and some of the staff behaved rudely and showed no basic courtesy or understanding of how to treat guests. I strongly suggest that the management provide proper training in communication and customer service education to that rascals, and hire staff with at least basic behavioral and professional skills.
We ordered the mixed plate for QR 40, but the portion served was very small, only four skewers , which did not match what was advertised or expected as eight. Moreover, there was no proper dining space available, and the advertising seemed misleading.
Overall, the experience was unpleasant and disappointing. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both service quality and staff behavior to avoid such negative experiences for future customers.
We had a very disappointing experience at Shujaa Restaurant in Souq Waqif. The staff were extremely disrespectful they spoke to customers in an unpleasant way and showed no sense of courtesy. We were asked to wait for more than two hours for dining, with no proper communication or apology from anyone.
After the long wait, we finally decided to take away the food instead, but that turned out to be another disappointment. The food quantity for takeaway was much less compared to what they serve for dine-in customers, which felt very unfair. On top of that, the taste and quality were far below expectations and not worth the price at all.
Overall, a very poor experience bad service, disrespectful staff, unreasonable waiting time, and unsatisfactory food quantity and quality. Definitely not recommended unless the management seriously improves their customer service and food standards.

We had a family lunch in Hasan Kolcuoglu restaurant Pearl branch. Wonderful staff, called to confirm our presence. We booked a long table for 16 people. Ordered 2 meter kebabs, 2 Sultan Sofrasi Platter. Each set comes with 3 cold and 4 hot appetizers, 4 drinks and 2 dessert plates. Such a huge quantity which is enough for more than 20 people. Amazing food, very tasty and great service. Had complimentary tea after our food.

I've recently visited this restaurant for my birthday with my family and the food was absolutely delicious! The ambience was nice and the staff were friendly enough to celebrate my birthday. They even had traditional trial outfits to click photos. Overall this place is good for the price and absolutely recommended!
Unfortunately, the overall experience was a big dissapointment! All kinds of the ordered meats were tasteless & quite dry as most of them were overcooked. Especially the lamb chops, combining with the knives that shouting for "sharpening!!" as they didn't cut at all, made it an ordeal! Moving on to the desserts, for those who knows the Turkish delights these are far from the original ones! E.g. Kazandibi! Pleasant exception, the polite and helpfull personell!. Money for value? Non existent.
This kebab meal was an absolute standout — perfectly grilled, deeply seasoned, and served with all the right accompaniments. The meat was tender and juicy, with a beautifully charred exterior that gave it a smoky, mouthwatering flavor. Each bite delivered that ideal balance of spice, herbs, and natural meatiness.
We order VIP Meter Kebab and it was more than enough to fill 5 people! It includes 4 differ humus, unlimited bread refills, salads, lamb chops, mini shawarma rolls, mutton pieces and include 4 free soft drinks and desserts of your choice!

We had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Hasan Kolcuoğlu in Pearl Qatar! From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top-notch—special thanks to our dear friend and waiter Morad Ali, who served us with such warmth and attentiveness.
We ordered the Sultan Sofrası and the famous Meter Kebab, and honestly, words fall short! The kebabs were juicy, perfectly grilled, and packed with flavor. The variety of appetizers was a delight, each one more delicious than the last. And the desserts—just wow. Everything was served fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Turkish taste.
If you’re in Doha and craving a royal Turkish spread, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

We were very happy about the food. The hummus was so smooth and tasty. The babaganoush chicken was interesting. The star of the table: even though I didn’t like much the condiments, the combination with eggplants was a winner. I had a try from all other foods, and the most I like the shredded meat from the photo - I forgot the name of dish. The cheese and parsley pide was also very tasty. The salad too. I honestly liked everything we ordered.
The service is pretty good. The waitress was friendly. The only inconvenience we had was that one of the dishes was forgotten. We almost finished everything before the pide got to the table.
The drinks were all very good: the strawberry lemonade was on my taste - not too sweet, not too sour.

It’s our first time here but will definitely come back. The staff are very friendly and welcoming especially our waitress Myla! She constantly came and checked on us as well as did small talk which I always like when going out. Food was delicious and authentic Turkish style.
I stopped by Usta Turkish Kebap & Doner for a late lunch after a four-hour sightseeing tour. I actually spotted it while on the tour bus and decided to check it out after the tour. I ordered a spicy Kebab wrap with a side of hummus, and for dessert, I had a baklava with vanilla ice cream sandwiched in the middle.
The dessert experience was definitely the highlight. The waiter added a fun twist by doing a little "magic trick" with my food – he flattened the ice cream next to the baklava with a fork and knife, then cut the baklava in half and put the ice cream in the middle, creating a delicious sandwich. It reminded me of the Salt Bae, and it definitely added a bit of entertainment to my meal.
The service was very professional and straight to the point. The food was tasty – the kebab meat was thinly sliced and flavorful.
I’d recommend this place if you're looking for a quick bite or want to enjoy hookah in a laid-back setting.
It’s a Turkish restaurant with decent food, nothing extraordinary. However, I didn’t like the way the ketchup was served. It’s also important to mention that there is a step at the entrance, which makes it difficult for people with disabilities to access. Additionally, the staff’s attitude was not very welcoming or comfortable.
Visited Usta again, and it remains one of my favorite spots in Souq. Their menu has so many good options, but my all-time favorite is the lamb bits, you can never go wrong with this dish. Service was excellent, Miss May was approachable, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The passion fruit mojito is also a must-try, super refreshing in this hot weather. Special thanks to Mr. Halil for taking the time to check on us. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back!

We were at the other mediteranian restaurant nearby and were very disappointed with the service untill we came to this place, the food was really good. The atmosphere is very chillax and the service was very prompt and professional. We had a good time!

Nice place with a variety of dishes and a cool covered area on the second floor for shisha, great atmosphere and prices have been increased compared to the old menu. I wish that since we are in a Turkish restaurant, the price of a cup of Turkish coffee was less than 26 riyals, as it is the most expensive among other restaurants in the place.

A truly wonderful Levantine restaurant located in Porto Arabia, The Pearl. Before the meal, we were offered a delightful sherbet made with rose and lemon juice, followed by a generous selection of 7–8 small mezes. The main courses were hearty, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious.
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive – special thanks to Abdur Rahman for his warm hospitality. There was also a mandolin player who completely won me over – he was both very friendly and entertaining, adding a joyful atmosphere to the evening.

It is a great place to dine in and enjoy your time with an authentic atmosphere. The food is very delecious with a wide collection to choose from which could satisfy every taste. They have the wonderful musician Mazin Qabbani who would transfer your experience into a whole new level. It was a great dinner experience for us which we would very well revisit the place to enjoy it again.

We had a wonderful meal at Parisa in the Souq Waqif — everything was delicious, but the rice pudding was the absolute standout! We ordered the lemon mint, chicken kebab with saffron rice, and a cucumber salad to start. The complimentary bread and garlic sauce served at the table were such a nice touch and so full of flavor.
The real star of the experience, though, is the atmosphere. Parisa is overwhelmingly beautiful — from the intricate mirrored walls to the shimmering chandeliers and the stunning Koi pond in the middle of the restaurant. It’s so enchanting that people often stop in just to take photos and admire the space, even if they aren’t dining.
The prices are a little higher than average, but completely fair given the location and the experience. Overall, an unforgettable meal in one of Doha’s most magical and iconic settings.

I ordered the Lamb Couscous, and it was okay. I really liked the ambience and the decoration of the restaurant, as well as the Moroccan background music, which added a nice touch. I also enjoyed the complimentary bread served with olives and olive oil — a nice, thoughtful touch. However, I was disappointed with the attitude of the waiter — it felt a bit aggressive and interrupting, and it was obvious that proper customer service training was lacking.
We came here based in the Michelin recommendation. I would say there are way better restaurants in the souq that are better. Service was extremely slow. Food took 35min to come. It's morrocan style but it didn't blow us away. Couscous and lamb leg was probably the best fish. The mixed grill is reasonable but not a lot on it. Restaurant is rather empty and feels a little cold. Bit harder to get to as it s adjacent to the souq. Has a Shisha lounge.

All the dishes we tried were delicious. The salad was refreshing and well-balanced. The fish Tagine was fresh and cooked just right. The lamb Tagine was very tender, and the prune apricot sauce delicious.
The dessert platter and mint tea were a great way to end the meal on a sweet refreshing note.

I especially recommend the Tagine Laham (slow-cooked lamb) and the Moroccan Mohalabiya dessert, both absolutely delicious. A wonderful dining experience I hope to repeat!

It was so amazing the first time, I returned before I left Doha. I had my first experience eating on the floor. It was unexpected because I never knew that this was an actual "thing". I was pleasantly surprised and it is the highlight of my trip as it relates to dining. The place was bustling but super fast and excellent service . Very clean establishment as well. Shout out to my waiter - Abdullah, whose suggestions were on point and he recognized that we had never eaten on the floor before. He made the experience most memorable. He also remembered us on our second visit and did an excellent job, once again.

This was the best value meal I have had in a long time. The meals were large, fresh and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. We got there about 543pm and there were few tables left. By 627pm a short line had formed. We sat outside and watched the crowds go by. Do yourself a favour and try this Yemeni restaurant.

This is my favorite spot to eat when I’m in Doha! Just look at that plate — all of this for only 60 QAR (about $16). The portion was huge; I couldn’t even finish it! Definitely bring a friend to share. I highly recommend trying the buried meat lamb plate — it’s incredible. I had by far the best steak of my life here. I know Nusret is more expensive, but the prices are absolutely fair: Don't forget, for this price you get a perfectly cooked steak, several delicious appetizers, a show for each dish and an absolutely beautiful ambiance. I don't even need to start with the staff. You're served by 5-6 waiters simultaneously, and everything is perfectly coordinated. The service outside the restaurant was also excellent. A buggy takes you from the parking lot across the hotel grounds to the restaurant and back again.

The food was absolutely a top notch, but the waiters who served us was unbelievably rude, we were asking him for some questions related to the food on the menu and he kept ignoring us purposely as he wasn’t interested in answering our clarifications, and was only ready to take the orders straight away. When I asked him the reason for this attitude he was even ruder by saying Im not ignoring you.

Came for dinner last Thursday, we ordered fillet mignon, and my husband had beef saslik a side of the house salad side of chips and jacket potato. The potato came and was cold they changed it but still cold. My fillet mignon was melt in the mouth tender it was perfectly cooked and gorgeous. We had the kunafa with ice cream for dessert
The food and the place are beyond description, and my opinion is always biased when it comes to this restaurant. I truly enjoyed everything… but the Istanbul branch still has the most amazing flavor. ♥️

Layali Al Qahira is an Egyptian restaurant in the heart of Souq Waqif, which offers very tasty dishes. The staff are very welcoming and show great attitude towards their work. I ordered mushroom cream soup and lamb shank. Both were tasty and flavourful.
The only thing that could improve is the service in terms of proper cutlery. Only a soup spoon was served, and I had to have my main dish with the same small spoon. Other than that, the place met all the expectations and is recommended.

It’s an Egyptian restaurant, which I had never tried before, and I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors were rich and unique. I had the falafel sandwich and also tried the chicken sandwich—both were really flavourful and moist. You could tell everything was made fresh.

Went to this Egyptian restaurant on our last night in Doha. Ordered chicken+potato+tomato cooked in a clay pot along with a vegetable dish. Both the dishes came with rice and flat breads. The quantity served was more than sufficient and the taste was really good. Considering the quantity served, the prices were good. The Egyptian tea served was refreshing too.
The service was a bit slow. Maybe because it was the weekend and the restaurant was almost full. The staff were helpful too.
Overall, we enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant.
As a big fan of Egyptian food, I was keen to try this and it didn’t disappoint. I went as a solo traveller at dinner (but soon joined by a feline companion!) and they really looked after me. Gave recommendations on how much to order for one person, what to get alongside the dish I knew I absolutely wanted (Koshari) and the food was great although bigger than the waiter had indicated! Basta is a really lovely place to visit when you’re at Souq Waqif. The waiter (Saer), was super friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my time at the restaurant—great atmosphere and service. If you visit, you absolutely have to try the Dallah (Arabic coffee), it’s delicious! Highly recommend!

It's a small Turkish restaurant with some amazing Value for Money dishes. It's light on the pocket in comparison to the Restaurant's in Doha. I tried the Spicy Salad and Half Grilled Chicken. Along with Spicy Salad Turkish bread was served, which was really soft and tasted too good with chicken. Salad portion was also good and taste was also decent. The grilled chicken was juicy and had the right amount of spices. The entire thing is more than sufficient for a single person

The have a section for fruit juice. The restaurant has two parts, one public and one for families 👪. Staff there are so friendly and helpful. I love this place, for some reason their food make me happy, best hummus and lentil soup in Qatar!! The attention is very good, the prices are super good and the portions are big; a lot of vegetarian and vegan choices, they do delivery for free as well.

I had a very disappointing experience at MADO Restaurant Despite it being Ramadan, they didn’t serve water, which is the most basic courtesy for fasting guests. Good hospitality means accommodating all customers, especially during important occasions. This lack of consideration made the experience unpleasant, and I won’t be returning. I hope they improve their service and show more respect to their customers in the future
Was an excellent experience overall. We started of trying the Pistachio and Walnut baklavas, they were flavorful and moist. Enjoyed them. The tres leches cake, had a great texture to it, capped off nicely by the layer of caramel on top. We rounded off the meal, by ordering a cafe latte and cappuccino, which was served in an unique manner with a piece of chocolate and water. The coffee was good.
A special mention to the staff at Mado, who were brilliant with their service. The wonderful attitude of the staff and the food, make it a place you want to go back to again at the earliest chance.

They sell heavy cream as hand made cream (kaymak) with a highly sugary low quality honey. It took a while to have plate after they bring order pieces. Service is low quality, and the tables are not clean. Avoid if you want decent food with good service.
Mado’s desserts are excellent, but when it comes to lunch dishes, they don't quite meet the same quality. I tried the grilled chicken yesterday, and unfortunately, some pieces were not cooked well.

The entrance is a big Blue door, which is nice and goes well with the Hawaiian name. When you enter, you cross beside the kitchen area which is openly displayed showing the cleanliness and tidiness of work.

He didn’t add tomato paste, didn’t heat the bread, and I just bought this 10 minutes ago. I had to heat it in the microwave myself. I always eat at this restaurant because they usually prepare good food. Please ensure your staff maintains the same food standards for all customers, regardless of nationality. They don’t even give the receipt just 39 QR change.

Fattoush did NOT really seem as a “decent”plate at all, due to lacking any pieces of baked khubz and was drowning in vinegar. You could taste only hard peppers and no smell of spice.
Pizza Beef Peperoni had actually tasting OK, but you will be priced 5 qr for requesting “extra cheese”, which really makes this an OVERPRICED item for about 30cm diameter pizza. Honestly, there are many places in Doha which can do better both in Taste and Price.
Beef Kofta with rice was tasty , but had less meat weight (up to 150gr maybe) when in general restaurants serve about 250gr / person. Rice was the only part very deliciously cooked here.
The area has seatings with deep back spacing, which makes both chairs and couches not confortable to rest your body, making this place feel more as a fast-pace dinner rather than a restaurant. Some pillows on them would make so much difference. The rest of the environment is fine, family friendly.
I went there and used the urban point voucher so it was a good deal. Like people said, the pizza is delicious and authentic. Chicken wings with bbq honey tastes good also. Absolutely will come again next time to try another menu

I ordered here to try out one of my favorite sandwiches, German Doner. I was surprised to see the logo of another restaurant which I know well but don‘t particularly like. It seems both restaurants are one and the same - not fair, they should tell you that. The Doner Kebab sandwiches are bad imitations the famous German sandwich. The chicken doner obciously does not come from a doner skewer but from normal chicken breast cut in small. Sorry, this not the German doner, and tastes bland. The vegetarian doner is ok, but nothing special. Salad and bread are fresh though.

The Barbecue was the best among the ones we ordered. Ambience is ok for a Turkish fast food joint. The Mayonnaise was sour which was the only let down, hence the 4 stars. So I went here for a real meal. The salad plate is not bad. Mutabal and hummus are fine, I had better, but some other salads were really tasty. Muchamara is nutty, and they also had another one with walnuts and honey(not sure), these were good! Surprisingly, the coleslaw was actually really good. Usually I never like it due to excess amount of mayonnaise, but this one was done really well.
Falafel was crispy outside, nicely done, not oily.
From the mix grill I enjoyed lamb chops the most, these were moist and very soft, without much of a lamb smell. The rest of the meats were a bit overcooked in my opinion, and maybe a bit under seasoned.
Baklava with ice cream was really good! I wish they also had kunafa, but it was not available. In the tea they put a cinnamon stick, nice hint.
For all these dishes I paid 140qr, that is cheap for what you get. So, this restaurant is definitely worth coming back!

Wasn't sure what time they open so I sent them a message thru WhatsApp and they promptly replied. During Friday's they open at 12:30
We ordered the following Beyti Kebab, mix meze appetizer small size, mutton Ouzi claypot with mama rice, tabbouleh, fresh juice avocado drink & water. We enjoyed all the food it was delicious.

One thing to note – it’s very crowded, especially during peak hours. I had to wait around an hour to get a seat, so I highly recommend booking in advance or going early. Totally worth the wait though!

We had a fantastic dining experience yesterday at Doner Istanbul! From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home.
The star of the show for me was the Ali Nazik – my personal favorite! The smoky grilled eggplant blended with creamy yogurt, topped with tender, flavorful meat was simply divine. Every bite was rich, comforting, and full of authentic Turkish flavor. It’s a dish I could come back for again and again!
We also tried the Beyti Kebab, which was juicy, well-seasoned, and beautifully wrapped in lavash, topped with yogurt and tomato sauce – pure perfection!
The Mama Rice was buttery, fragrant, and paired perfectly with every dish on the table.

I personally didn’t like the viral spicy chicken shawarma. It’s not a traditional shawarma.
If you have hate dry shawarma, you will not have a problem with this shawarma as it is the complete opposite. They even toast the shawarma on the charcoal.
The tahini ruined it for me primarily (who puts tahini inside a chicken shawarma?) but also the garlic sauce was way too much making the shawarma extremely heavy.
Love the guys here, they gave us falafels and tahini fries for free. So 5/5 for their service. 5/5 on price too. But taste I had higher hopes.

As an Indian i heard good about Pakistani food served at Qatar and wished to taste them, and was really good.
We had Chalpi Kebab, Chicken Kadai, Dal fried curry with bread.

Parking was not easily available, we parked behind the building.
Food rates was a bit higher than other places but worth having them.

I love the food in this restaurant, very tasty and well balanced spices. I had mutton shinwari, first time I try and loved it, l will definitely visit again and try more dishes. I ordered a Large shawarma today from here and to be honest it not like before. Paid 14 Qar for the large shawarma and all i could taste was bread.
Very less chicken and the bread was folded multiple times, it was very dry and very thin.
Served me a snack and not a meal.

First, looking at the reviews I was impressed with their monster shawarma, and after reaching there soon I learnt there was no such thing as monster shawarma.
Now, have a look at their shawarma quality. The brunt and hard-to-chew bread ruined the meal 😔.
When it torn down to the real ingredients, just check how much oily it is, let alone any sauce inside.
Overall, very ordinary, dry and extremely oily shawarma. I recommend don't squander your money and most importantly your health.
Extremely disappointed, and will never visit again.

Tried this spot on a friend’s recommendation for shawarma. Honestly, it was average- didn’t feel very fresh, though portion size and service were decent. Prices are good, but the food was only okay overall. Seating is more suited for a small group (around 4 people), not ideal for larger gatherings.

This is truly a taste of the basic Turkish style # shawarma found in Doha. The kitchen is right next to the guests tables where we can watch how the staff make each shawarma. It's not an everyday scene, but many restaurants are much more conservative than we think, so they wouldn't do this without their skills and confidence.
The flavour, with chilli mayonnaise sauce and just the right amount of cabbage, was balanced and nice.
The name of the restaurant was written on the wrapping paper, which I felt was a source of pride. I'm not sure why, but I feel like the taste of shawarma wrapped in paper is better than that wrapped in aluminium foil.

KHOSH KABAB restaurant, very good spot for BBQ lovers that offers fresh, tasty and juicy BBQ dishes. While it is a bit pricier compared to similar restaurants, the flavor makes it worth it. The staff is friendly and professional, but since they prepare food on order, the service can be a bit slow.
The atmosphere isn’t particularly attractive, but the delicious food keeps you coming back. It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Qatar for all sorts of kebabs.
While takeout is available, I highly recommend enjoying your hot meal in the restaurant. Parking can be difficult to find, and the streets are often crowded. This place is best suited for bachelors or men, as there isn't much seating available, making it less ideal for families.
Overall, BBQ is a must-try for kebab lovers!

First of all the food is excellent, especially, the lamb chops and the new dish grilled fish "Tilapia". It is really a must to try them.
Secondly, the Al Morrah Branch has more options for parking and the place is very family friendly place.
Lastly, Mr. Ali, his family, and their staff are very friendly and accommodating.

We went to The Village Restaurant Qatar for breakfast. The Village Restaurant is at Midmac Salwa road Doha Qatar. The Village has three branches we went to Slawa road branch and enjoyed the breakfast. We have ordered Beirut Breakfast Tray and American breakfast. Food was good ambiance also nice, we would recommend The Village for breakfast.
The food was great we ordered Basmati rice chicken and also Lamb kofte. The kofte tasted great! The Basmati rice needed more salt and spices but overall it was a good delicious meal!
The place has completely changed. Based on my last experience, the food isn’t what it used to be. The rice used to be fragrant moist and smelled of saffron, it’s not like that anymore. Unfortunately this used to be the best Persian/ Indian in town.

There's no need to explain much about Lamzani. I've been in Qatar for many years, and it's a decent spot for BBQ. I’m not sure why everyone says it’s cheap—if you multiply the cost of each skewer by 4, it's almost the same. They did increase the price by 1 Qr per item 😂. But overall, it’s still a good place, and we eat there often.
Do not buy the boneless BBQ chicken from them. Every time I purchase it, I encounter the same issue. Which is always burned,When I go to speak with them, they say they cannot do anything about it. This isn't just a problem at this branch; I've experienced the same story at all their branches.

We sat outside in the courtyard. Service was slow, and a lot of smoke from hookahs. Food was very good though. We had to leave eventually as they turned the sound up way too loud for the television.
The food is amazing and very delicious. The service is very poor and not organise. There are no enough staff and waitress available to take the orders. If you don't like smoking I don't advice you to there.
The place is not bad, especially if you live around it's a nice place to come and spend time.
But the food quality is below the expectation, kababs were not tasty, and they are cooking them, not on charcoal.

The food is made typically according to iraqi recipes, we had dolma and it was excellent, sour and prepared with great stuffing, the lentil soup taste v. good with fried bread, the seafood cream soup is good as well, the okra is super*extra*100 🎉👏times delicious!!! my family tried the kabbab and they said it is good too, the most notable thing that they keep providing the table with fresh super hot yummy Arabic breads with sesame which have a killing taste and smell everywhere!!!

Food was ok Kabab was very good and Dolma was not like we expected, however the staff was very rude and clearly had no idea how to run a restaurant. I felt like I was being watched the entire time, as if they thought I would leave without paying. When I went to the counter, they shouted the counter girl name to alert her , even though my wife and daughter were still sitting at the table. A very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

We’ve visited KebaBBQ couple of times and we also bought takeout. Their food and services are amazing. We’ve tried multiple starters and main courses, all of them were delicious with very authentic Pakistani taste. Their prices are very reasonable.
Mr Arif & Mr Jalal along with their team were super attentive, they’ve made our visits more special, served fresh food and tailored one of their main courses to cater for kids. Don’t forget to try their karahi, desi chai and Kulfi. We’d definitely visit them again on our next holidays in Doha. There’s plenty of free parking spots available and its a very kids friendly place.

I recently ordered zatar and fatayer from this bakery. When I had the spinach fatayer, I felt something sharp stuck in my throat. I tried to remove it, but it was lodged in there, causing discomfort. After 20 minutes of trying everything I could, I finally managed to get it out — only to discover it was a sharp, wooden-like object, as seen in the attached photo.
This experience was extremely distressing and has left me traumatized. I never expected to encounter such a dangerous foreign object in my food. Please ensure better quality control to prevent such incidents in the future. This was not just unpleasant; it was a health hazard. I will definitely think twice before ordering here again.

1️⃣Starting with the appetizer - Hummus, It was okay, but the romali roti they gave alone with the hummus!?! 😱 Tissue paper thin! I've never gotten such thin roti before with hummus and it was absolutely delicious! A combo i've never tried before. I really liked the thin roti!! 👌
2️⃣Custom Manakeesh (Arabic Flatbread) - Guys we didn't wanna order just one type of manakeesh so I asked the chef if he could mix it up for us and make different types of manakeesh into one flatbread and he was happy to do it! 💯 This was my favourite item here - the different layers here were Kashkaval Cheese, Zaatar, Sujok (meat), Pepporoni & Tomato! Like I said in the reel, each bite & each slice tasted unique and amazing! 🔥 It was sooo thin and crispy too! Please show this photo to the chef and ask him to prepare it for you! 😀
3️⃣Shawarma Arabic Mix - It was like almost 2 shawarmas, one of chicken and one of meat sliced into pieces. It was really well toasted and filled with garlic and tahini! Meat one had tahini and the chicken one had garlic, and they gave extra dips of garlic, tahini and pickles on the side too! 🤤
Overall a great meal and I would recommend all of you to check out this place! 💯🤍

First of all, Lovely interior i should say. seating arrangement is enough for a small crowd and there is a big variety of bread and other food from cake to normal bread. Not the most busiest place I know therefore they recognise you if you go there often and kinda remembers how you like your food. In my case I always get one shawarma without any spices or chilly and one spicy shawarma and they are generous to offer you a carbonated samagra pomgrenade or orange juice bottle. These shawarmas are different from other shawarmas in Qatar. Some might not like it but the spicy sauce and the bread wrap reminds me of shawarmas in Oman. Nice place, good food and very nice people.

It is really surprising to find a restaurant with this great food and excellent service to be so quiet. Friendly and prompt service. Good food! Free naan and bottle water. Nice salad and dessert tables too. We ate there twice (buffet) during our stay in Qatar.
As usued to in other branches, the quality of the food and services is excellent with high level of consistency and authenticity. This branch offers very nice seating area. The tables and chairs are clean and well maintained. There is enough space fir parking though in the middle of the busy Alsadd area.
Hopeless ... service is bad ... only good thing was their hummus from appetizer. Remaining tasted bad.. quite expensive and not worth... meat was tasting blunt
The place is very nice. The food is very tasty and I think is healthier than the same food you will be eating in other places. I especially love eating the lamb kebabs. Its very delicious. I truly like this place and easily recommend it to anyone. Highly recommended. Thumbs up. :)

Come here because i heard that the kebab is great. Small place, clean, service is ok, relaxing place, it's good to gather with friends and family. They have family area upstairs. My concern is just the stairs. Small and steep. Other than that, it's all good and might come again for more. Good kebab, well cooked, fresh salad, nice rotti, great laban, and the mango juice is so refreshing. I wish they had beef beside chicken and mutton. Affordable price. Strategic location. Easy access from metro station.

We had an excellent dining experience at Aljazeera Kabab Restaurant - IRANI. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and were attentive throughout our meal — they made sure our table was well taken care of and checked in just the right amount.
We ordered grilled chicken, kubos with rice, and tikka skewers, and every dish exceeded our expectations. The grilled chicken was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and had that lovely smoky aroma that only comes from a proper charcoal grill. The tikka skewers were tender and full of rich spices — each bite was flavorful without being too heavy. The kubos were soft and fresh, pairing beautifully with the fragrant rice that was fluffy and perfectly cooked.
The presentation was simple yet appetizing, and the food came out hot and fresh. You could really tell everything was made with care and attention to detail. The portion sizes were generous — ideal for sharing — and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food we received.
The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, with a cozy ambiance that made it easy to relax and enjoy our meal. Whether you’re visiting with family or friends, it’s a great place for both casual meals and special occasions.
Overall, we were very impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere. Aljazeera Kabab Restaurant - IRANI truly delivers on authentic Irani flavors and excellent hospitality. I've been a regular for the past four months and have never been disappointed. I might get some flak for saying this, but their kebabs and food are much better than those at Kebab Al Tayyeb.
The food is simply amazing, and above all, it's great value for money.
Definitely a must-visit spot for kebab lovers. Very reasonable as well.

Went to see what’s all the hype is about and concluded that’s it’s a mediocre one time experience place. The food is not something out of ordinary but it is what you pay for. No way near the taste you get in Bahrain for similar product. Also do ask for and check your bill for items that you’ve ordered.
I tried their chicken tikka and chicken, kofta kebabs. It was very juicy and very flavorful along with two rotis and. And they have enough space for families and overall it was very good experience. Satisfied👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
