My favorite tea house in Columbus! I’ve been here multiple times and I always leave with a full belly and happy attitude. The staff is so friendly and kind, and very excited to suggest their favorite teas and drinks. Their quiches are lovely and the desserts are always delicious too. They use very good quality teas, the taste is always strong :)

Excellent tea house. The tea and food are superb - we had the traditional full tea (stacked service) and one of us had quiche. The tea sandwiches, scones, and cakes were delicious! Just one note. Don't expect fast service. We were having a family get together and celebrating a grandchild's birthday so we were not in a hurry. We had reservations for 12:00. Arrived early at 11:45 - table was ready. Ordered pretty quickly because we knew what we wanted. Tea did not arrive until 12:30. Stacked tea service did not arrive until 12:45.

First time here and it was great! Friends and I did the vegan afternoon tea service and it was excellent! The tea house was able to accommodate all our dietary needs which was fabulous! The pastries and sandwiches were soooo good!! Great selection of teas to choose from as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you again for accommodating our dietary needs!

Absolutely-delightful teas and foods, top-notch. Our server, however, while pleasant and polite, was less than engaging and seemed disinterested within our overall-experience, and the hostess seemed interested within only the laptop-computer upon the central-station up front, rarely diverting her attention elsewhere. Also, being clad entirely within faded denim seems an odd choice for such a venue, and a distraction from the entire "tea experience." The Cambridge Tea House was a worthwhile outing, within total, however, the staff could possibly benefit from some additional guidance and training.

Came by to celebrate for my birthday. I came an hour early for tea service so I began with a selection off their breakfast menu. I started with a pot of their Winter White Earl Grey, very fragrant, just a note weaker than a proper black Earl Grey. With that I had the Walnut Pesto and Squash crepes, they were delectable. With the crepes came a lil fruit salad- mine came with pineapples that were a bit past due, and I was surprised by the presence of a slice of banana. Next I had the Tomato Bisque, which was more of a creamy, chunky soup than a more traditional smoother bisque. The cup of soup came with a single cracker, which was delicious crunched up and added to the soup. Finally 11AM came and I began my Afternoon Tea service. I had the Tower of London, which after the fragrant Earl Grey just didn’t hit the spot. The savourys were very tasty and my current scone was scrumptious! by the time I came to the desserts I had finished my pot of tea and asked for a box to take them to go. My brother and mother each had one and said they were very yummy. Edit: Stopped in again with friends and family to enjoy tea service and were disappointed that everything we wanted to order was out and the kitchen was closed before everyone finished putting in their orders without notifying us of a last call. Overall service was disappointing this visit.

We went at 2pm and couldn't get afternoon tea. The sandwich was tasty but the carrots were not tasty at all. Not worth it for paying $60 for a sandwich, salad and drink. The decor and staff were nice though. I would recommend going at a time when you can order afternoon tea.

Amazing Vibes. Great Drinks. We came for dinner service, and were very impressed by the service, atmosphere, and drinks. The food was tasty, but nothing incredible for its price point. However, for afternoon tea, cocktails with friends, or a date night, i think this place is the perfect venue.

Super cute restaurant. Came here for dinner and for tea time with my best friend. All of the pastries/sandwiches/desserts were light and delicious. We had the best tea (I can’t remember which one now but it was with milk). The dinner and drinks menu is also superb. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute British-esque atmosphere!

I paid $12 (+$10 to add salmon) for a Caesar salad to go after our dinner here so that I had something for my lunch the next day. Ordered at 8pm, opened around noon the following day. It was a bowl of browning lettuce - no cheese, no croutons, no dressing… 😭. The salmon was delicious, but I ended up taking it home and buying a Caesar salad kit to have it with. HUGE waste of money and super disappointing upon opening for lunch. I had pasta with shrimp for my actual dinner the night before and it was alright, 3.5/5. Cocktails were great.

Pretty good, pretty pricey. Cocktails and the Cinnamon Bun Apple Pie dessert were our highlights. Really impressed by the Fortune Teller and Old Fashioned cocktails in particular. Food left a bit to be desired considering price - lacking salt and flavor overall. Truffle fries and wasabi aioli were excellent though.

The Chicken Sandwich with sweet chili ginger, cucumber and cabbage slaw, and wasabi aioli was incredible—every bite was spot on. The truffle fries with garlic aioli were just as good. We also tried the spinach and artichoke dip, which had great flavor but was a little watery. My husband ordered the meatloaf and had only good things to say, though I was too full from my meal to try it myself. I’m already looking forward to coming back for the tea service. The cozy library-inspired vibe inside was the perfect touch.

We’re already planning our next visit for the incredible full-tea service for two. We've heard it's a relaxing, transportive experience—a true escape from the hustle of modern life. It sounds like the perfect way to spend quality time with friends, and we can't wait to go back. Stopped in to see how if we found a new regular spot- we have not! The lunch portion fajitas were good and a good portion. The chicken tenders and fries caused me angst. They charge a $4 up charge for anyone over 12 getting the same portion of food- this always blows me away. I asked the server and he told me he would ring it at the 7.95 under 12 price. I told him we were prepared to leave as I wasn't paying $4 more since they didn't offer a hi Ken tenders appetizer for my son who doesn't enjoy Mexican fare. We could have and should have just left, but he confidently indicated it was not big deal, "I got you". We ordered and enjoyed some of the chips and salsa provided. We also had water to drink. When they brought the chicken tenders and fries I was suprised by what I saw. They literally cut a tender in half and we got 2 chicken tenders and fries, and as you can see from the inside, little chicken inside. 🤯 my mind was blown 😂 we laughed and decided to just eat and we could grab my son something in the way home if he was still hungry. Then the bill came and the server didn't have me, as you can see it was charged as the price with $4 more. After a long discussion with him (he tried to say maybe it was the service fee that was different 3% service charge for using a credit card! I explained that the record shows the cost of $4 more and 3% of $100 would only be $3 so that couldn't be it...the manager came over and he explained the policy and how he doesn't set prices. I explained that I understood, but we were going to leave until the server told us he would just charge the $7.95. The manager didn't know how to refund the bill to correct, had to call someone, ended up reprinting the record and took my card again. The server came over and said he did it right, must have been the POS...um no - the machine doesn't know how old someone is... Just own it dude. Ultimately, I am waiting to see when the credit occurs, they did not provide me with a credit slip and there are 2 charges on my credit card as of today. I don't think we will be back.

I come here about once a week the service and food has declined every time I come the service and food got worse. Today was the cherry on top. Server was rude when I asked for no bacon on my popper as I don’t eat pork this is a request I make every time and it has never been a issue today he insisted he couldn’t do that I explained I get it that way every time. My food comes out my steak was suppose to be medium when I tell you it was burnt to where I couldn’t chew it also my salad was placed on a hot skillet making my guac and lettuce cooked which is not how it is served I know because I eat here so often. When I told my server he was rude and said I don’t know what you want me to do I put it in medium I’m not the kitchen. When I told he he could just take it off I’m fine on a remark he snatched food and stormed off. No apology for the inconvenience just attitude. When I was he was the manager her informed me he was the manger on duty. His name was angel. I been rocking with them for yearss but it the quality is nothing how it use to be between servers and the food.

I've been to Cazualas many times and the food is always absolutely fantastic. It's what keeps me coming back. Unfortunately what keeps me from coming is how terrible the service is here consistently. Most of the time is pretty standard, but some days (when they aren't even busy) it takes 10-15 minutes to find our waiter/waitress. I had to ask 3 different servers for our checks the last time we came in. There seems to be a heavy focus on to-go orders so maybe I should try that instead since the food is very good.

In Columbus for work from Ontario, Canada for the week staying near Cazuelas Mexican Cantina and had a craving for Mexican. This place does not disappoint. Food was incredible! Ordered a Miami Vice Margarita and was also not disappointed! Service was fast and courteous, will definitely be back for more when we are here for work again!

Spent a few hours here while our kids were at a concert down the street. Great service! Mathias was awesome! We both got Chimichangas and they were delicious! I was very happy with all the vegetarian options and their willingness to modify ingredients! The plantains were so good! Great chips n salsa and queso! We would definitely return.

I ordered a quesadilla that said it came with tomatoes, sour cream and romaine lettuce mix and instead had green chili peppers, corn and some kind of radishes. When my spouse went to correct the order, he specifically mentioned no onions because of a food sensitivity, which I had mentioned the first time. I got the original ingredients listed on the menu, but the tomatoes had diced red onion, the lettuce was wilted and brown and smelled rotting. Disappointing and inedible.

I came here several times. It is a great Mexican restaurant with crazy vibe and a decent patio. But I am pretty sure that their best item is the free corn chips and salsa. Chips are crispy and salsa tastes perfectly sweet and little spicy. However, the other items, like tacos, fajitas, or stewed pot, are mediocre.

My first time eating at this restaurant, the ambience was very nice. The food was different for me. I did taste the banana waffles. The tea is nice with a large selection. It taste pretty good. I got 6 fried chicken dumplings for $8 and they’re probably the best dumplings I’ve had at a restaurant ever. I also got a zucchini soup that was SUPER great! The service was very good, other than our check was split wrong but they fixed it right away. I’d say it’s pricey, but for Columbus it’s reasonable. Would go again!

I’ve been a Zen Cha loyalist for over a decade, regularly visiting their Short North location. But this weekend, I finally tried their Bexley spot—and I was so impressed that it might become my new go-to. Right away, I noticed that the service and atmosphere in Bexley are a step up from the Short North location. The tea selection is just as expansive, and I ordered my longtime favorite: cinnamon mint chai—which, as always, did not disappoint. We were a little bummed to find out that the Bexley location doesn’t serve tea scones like the Short North does. But we opted for the cinnamon waffle instead, and honestly? It was out of this world. Topped with flambéed banana, candied walnuts, and whipped cream, it was a perfect substitute for the scones. Overall, Zen Cha remains a must-visit for any tea lover or sweet tooth, and I’ll always be a fan. But going forward, I might just switch my loyalty to Bexley—especially since it’s in a charming, walkable area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Came here yesterday and had the lunch special and some bubble tea. Everything was absolutely delicious. Service was a little slow. Atmosphere was really nice too, definitely catering to the local customer base.

Very wide tea selection and cute atmosphere, lunch was very delicious, cute lil lunch deal with fresh food. I am leaving a review specifically for Mack, our server. She was incredibly time efficient and was checking in on us quite frequently even though the restaurant was packed and she was the only server. It was kinda amazing to watch. I know they’re hiring but she’s killing it, I had to stop by later and try to get the manager, but they weren’t there so I hope they see this!

They never disappoint. The service is always friendly and timely. The food always tastes so fresh and I have yet another favorite tea. Their taste test tea (that's a mouthful) was so refreshing! It was my husbands first time dining there and I think we have another husband approved restaurant! :)

My first time going and instantly welcome with good customer service and good vibes. The desserts was delicious and creamy and the topping was perfect with the little crumbles on top. Coffee served was so good, I’ve never had a coffee where I didn’t need to add anything to make it better. 10/10 for the cheesecakes and coffee. Very cute, and very large coffee house with yemeni coffee. They have a large menu with multiple options of how you can get your coffee - take out, dine in, served in a kettle. The adeni yemeni latte is a delicious cardamom flavored coffee with condensed milk that is delicious. Highly recommend trying the coffee here. It’s also a cute place for after school hangouts, study dates, or any date! They also have sweet treats - the latte cake definitely tasted like coffee and was delicious

I’ve visited Qamaria before, but recently I’ve noticed some new faces especially a new guy who just started working there, along with Rissal (I hope I’m spelling her name right!). I drive around 1 hour just to come to Qamaria, and every mile is truly worth it. From the moment I walk in, I feel like more than just a customer—I feel genuinely valued. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the drinks are always top-notch, and the new staff member has brought an extra level of hospitality that makes each visit even more special. His kindness and positive energy really stand out. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so appreciated. Qamaria has honestly made me fall in love with Yemeni culture. Highly recommend!

Love this Qamaria branch so much! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I especially want to shout out Jana and her coworker Reisha, they made the experience even better. I really loved the Qamaria latte, definitely one of my favorites in Columbus! I also tried the caramel milk cake and it was sooo good. Jana recommended that my brother try the mango dragonfruit drink, and he ended up loving it too!

Qamaria serves some of the best Yemeni coffee in town. Smooth, spiced, and always satisfying. The vibe is chill, the staff is welcoming, and the drinks speak for themselves. Highly recommended

Stopped at this location while traveling on 8/2/25. It is one of the few Starbucks open late. Although this location seemed clean and the staff were friendly, my iced mocha was not really that good. I have gotten enough of these over the years to know how long it takes to make one. When I was handed my drink about 40 seconds after ordering I knew I was in trouble. It just wasn’t made right. Make sure you taste your drink before leaving.

I am reviewing this Starbucks location based on accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The front entrance has a curb, but to the right side there is a flat area where physically impaired people can access the entrance. The door pulls open and is wide enough for wheelchairs to enter. Additionally, there is plenty of space inside to store to order items desired. The menu has relatively small font, but has direct lighting to consider those with visual impairment. There are different types of milk for people that have dietary restrictions and preferences. Inside, there are two restrooms that are wheelchair accessible. The lighting is fairly dim and the main loud noises come from the machines used to make coffee and music is played quietly. This may be difficult for those with sensory sensitivity. There is some seating inside as well as outside where people can sit and enjoy their food and drinks. There are two handicap parking spots to the right of the store. Workers are always friendly and willing to help the customers.

I had a great experience in the drive-through this morning! Lauren and Andrew were so friendly, happy, and kind—it truly made my day. It was such a refreshing way to start the morning, being greeted by genuinely nice people. On top of that, my iced coffee was made to perfection. Big thanks to the team for the excellent service and perfect coffee.

I commend the staff assisting us in the drive-thru this morning. I ordered Caramel ribbon crunch. I was satisfied and happy the way she took care of my order. Great job!

Terrible drinks, particularly, hot chocolate, even though the drink is not a latte somehow the store managed to put a pound of foam in a tiny little cup, even though a specific instructions were given, they always get it wrong. Fox in the snow is the best place for any caffeinated drinks, and hot chocolate. Too bad they close so early. I’m done wasting my money at Starbucks.

This coffee shop is really good and at a prime location. I request the manager to please make some more sitting arrangements. Is it possible to take out that couch and add a large desk over that place? So that more people can sit. Its very hard to find sitting place currently.

First and foremost this place has really good coffee. Whether you drink drip coffee, cold brew, or you like espresso, they make it well. They also have really good matcha tea (ceremonial grade). It’s a small shop but the atmosphere is nice, and the people who operate the shop are very personable. This spot makes you feel like it’s your own personal little coffee shop. Good people and good coffee, nothing more, nothing less.

The interior definitely looks different from some of these older pics, but definitely still a great vibe. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the prices were reasonable, and I got some of the coolest looking latte art I've gotten in a really long time. Will definitely be back

Third Way is such a gem! We stop in almost every day—the space is beautiful, filled with plants and art, the staff are wonderful, and the vibe is creative and welcoming. Between the great coffee, community events, and Friday night drinks, it’s truly one of the best parts of our neighborhood.

I love this place. The cat mural sold me before I walked in the door. Very friendly staff with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Coffee and pastry options are limited but interesting and excellent. I like a place that does a few things very well!

Third Way is truly something special. The people, the atmosphere, the drinks, the community it curates, and the inviting nature are something you can’t find just anywhere. This is a place where people feel welcomed and loved instantly. They support local and feature local beans, baked goods, and chocolates and host many pop ups featuring local businesses. The owner, Tim, deeply cares about the Hilltop community and has fostered something special in creating this neighborhood gem. I will continue to support their mission and drink their amazing seasonal lattes. Big love from Westgate!

From the moment you step in, you feel like you belong. Someone will greet you with a friendly or funny greeting (depending on if you've been there more than once) and get served amazing coffee. The atmosphere is amazing with nice, cozy seating, great outdoor spaces in the summer, and more than enough events happening if you're looking to get to know the neighbourhood. 10/10 don't miss out🙌🏽 P.S: tell em Shepherd sent you and you won't get a discount, but you might get a "Ok, nice!"

Nice little coffee shop! Service was friendly and fast. Great prices. Coffee is strong so be careful when ordering an espresso. I can remember when this was the local barbershop which adds to its historical charm. Didn't try any of the baked goods but they all looked delicious.

Despite its small size and limited seating, this charming café was filled with warmth and nice details. A kind elderly man, likely the owner, greeted us with a lovely welcome and bid farewell to customers with a caring touch, creating a cozy atmosphere. We visited for coffee and reading, the coffee was delicious and unique, However, its limited seating makes it better suited for take-out than lingering over a book.

Talip was awesome and so is everything in here. I ordered the Smooth Ride and it was everything. My friend loved his Buckeye MOA and his Turkish Bagel which was almost like a croissant. Also I ordered thr flat bread and had yummy gooey cheese on the inside.

I had high hopes for Air Espresso Coffee in Westerville, but my experience fell a bit short. The shop is in a cool historical building, which definitely adds some charm, but the space itself is very tight and crowded. If you’re hoping to sit, relax, or get some work done, this might not be the best spot — there was very limited seating and not much room to spread out. When I visited (on a busy weekend), they were out of several key menu items — no blueberry, no matcha, and no food options available at the time. It was disappointing, especially on a weekend when you’d expect them to be fully stocked. I’m not sure why a place wouldn’t plan better for their busiest days. Overall, while the location has some character, the lack of space, limited menu availability, and no food made it hard for me to enjoy the visit. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a spot to sit and sip while you read or work or just want to relax.

On this weekends coffee run, we gave Espresso Air a try and I was honestly disappointed. We got a Strawberry Matcha and a Vanilla Latte. The Matcha was nice and the strawberry wasn’t overpowering, but the Latte was just straight up Gross.. Little to no vanilla flavoring and the coffee tasted watered down from the first sip. It could've been a bad day, but I don’t think I’ll come back

Topped off w personal and professional service. I'm 2022 I wanted (needed?) a LOT of Baklava for a special event and Presto! I got an entire pan of super fresh, super delicious home made baklava the next day. 5 Star excellence!

Came here twice both on weekdays around lunch time. There was a little line (1-2 people ahead of me both times). Ordered a Turkish coffee and they told me there there would be bits of ground on the bottom. My order came just like they said it would. It was my first timing having coffee that like. I’m indifferent to this type of coffee. Also ordered the Turkish Bagel. This was warmed and I loved the melted stuffed cheese. I then ordered a flat white with oat my second time here. I believe I saw a sign saying their oat milk was made fresh in-house. Overall the flat white was amazing - best in uptown! The texture was great. Loved the taste of the espresso mixed with the oat milk. There are two indoor tables and two outdoor tables.

Ordered a latte but got what tasted like a black coffee. They don't provide sugar or stirrers either to sweeten your drink according to taste. The pina colada slush was nice. So much choice too as the menu is really extensive, they just need staff who have better knowledge of the products so that they can advise accordingly. I asked about a few of the drinks hut the server didn't seem to know much.

If you like boba tea or popping Pearl drinks, it's a good place to try if you know what you're ordering. I had never been here before and the staff just looked at me with an expressionless face anytime I asked a question about a product or what was good to drink, I let them know that I had never been here and was just curious and I ended up just picking eliminate with mango popping pearls and it was pretty good but the stuff was just not polite, not helpful at all. If you're going to have younger employees working, maybe teach them the art of smiling and customer service

It's a good bubble tea store! They have a ton of options, so someone a little pickier like me is able to find something to drink. There's milk tea, green tea, slush drinks, yogurt drinks, and more. I'm a little iffy on tea flavors, but I love the grapefruit yogurt tea with bubbles. The service is quick and effective and there's a good amount of seating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to someone (me) who had never had Boba tea before. It was really delicious and they had so many options! I can't wait to go back 🥰

Best gourme pizzas and super friendly owners, our go to spot on campus- and the cinnamon pie is my favorite desert , just try ot wont regret!

Unfortunately, after trying a couple of slices of the Cottage Inn Pizza, I experienced some stomach discomfort, which is likely due to my own sensitivities. However, the pizza was very well-received by my mother and younger siblings, who seemed to really enjoy it.

You had one job...... Read the customer's order, and confirm the items are correct before they leave.. Reed and confirm all orders, is that so hard because the delivery people are not allowed to open the bags to make sure that the correct items are in the bag. It's your job Cottage Inn Pizza

Highly disappointed. First time ordering maybe last. Ordered pizza sub with pepperoni, pizza ham and light sauce. Sub was burnt, dripping with sauce, nothing but ham and tasted terrible! Also ordered the apple pizza it too was burnt. Very disappointing!! If I could give it negative stars I would.

This was the WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD!! This was my 1st and last time to have this pie. I paid 30 bucks for pizza and salad and soda. The salad was 9.00 for a salad my 5 year old would eat alone. The pizza was burnt. The only thing they didn't ruin was the Pepsi. I've had better pizza in a school lunch!

I never heard this place before i thought it was local but it is franchise but local owner. Very quick, hand made, great taste and like helping local owned businesses and usually service is better than managed by the managers. This location service was great and the guy who served us was actually the owner. While ordering can see where they make the pizza as well and place was spotless very clean location. Delicious coffee and the warmest, sweetest, smiliest welcome the moment we walked through the doors. A gorgeous cafe with an excellent fresh brew of beans and selection of milks. Plenty of coffee prudes (like myself) chatting and working away. A great little laptop spot!

Very friendly and welcoming staff! I was in town on vacation and stopped here every morning. The medium roast coffee is delicious. The pastries especially their pop tarts, donuts and croissants were absolutely delectable. I look forward to returning the next time I’m in town!

Great cafe, great vibes, the best coffee in Columbus for your money. If you're someone like me who likes to know where your cup came from, talk to the staff here, they know their product and love what they do! Very informative! Buying beans in bulk is also a huge draw to here which more cafes should offer.

Amateur coffee snob review: The latte and the Americano that my wife and I got were spectacular and the taste of the actual coffee flavor was spectacular and cannot be praised highly enough. Aka I could actually taste the fruitiness of the coffee with different flavor note characteristics Not to mention the price of my Americano and my wife's latte were likely half the price of any major coffee franchise in the United States, and yet the quality and attention to detail was over the top. My wife absolutely love the little coffee art on top of her latte even though it was a to-go order. Very nice touch ☺️ Their house blend beans 'the ranger' from what the guy at the front desk told me were the coffee beans they used for espresso shots. All their bean appear to be roasted in the house (cuz I could see the roasting machine in the back) and are absolutely fantastic even pulling a shot on my home machine. The can that these beans came in even was extremely aesthetically pleasing and like any coffee roaster who knows what they're doing, the roast date was clearly printed on the side

My first visit here. I love this place. Heard about this place through word of mouth and didn't realize it was in my neighborhood. Great vibe and the coffee is incredible. I am definitely making this spot one of my regular favs.

The coffee is good, though, its not exceptional. The prices are outrageous - an iced flavores latte, not even a large one, was $7.70 at the register, before tip. Considering Columbus has so many other coffee shops that are also in better locations (this one is pretty far from anything), its not possible to justify paying $8 for a latte. If you live in that neighborhood you can go to Safari, a small Somali cafe with $4 lattes. Or, you can drive the extra 10 minutes and go to literally any other Cafe near downtown and pay $3 cheaper on average for the same quality.

My absolute FAVORITE coffee shop in Columbus. The coffee is great as well as the bagged beans for making great coffee at home. The staff are kind and plenty of parking. But what I love is the vibe - really feels like part of a community. I run into people I know almost every time I go there. So grateful for this amazing addition to the neighborhood.

I love boba and this place can do no wrong. If you love milk teas, you'll love Brewed Leaf. There's a ton of parking outside in the plaza, some seating inside, and they do offer pick up and delivery. They also have board games available if you dine in and have group hangouts. It's a great space and great place, with great products! I usually get the Taro Milk Green Tea with pudding, Mango Milk with nata jelly, and I also really like their Wild Rice Milk with pudding. The Wild Rice is super unique, you can't get the rice topping at any other places around Central Columbus. I just tried the Lemon Winter Melon Tea and it's fabulous and has real lemons. The size of the drinks are super reasonable for the price, I paid $11 for two large drinks. Brewed Leaf has never raised their prices and always maintained their quality! If you like fruit teas, they make very good fruit teas as well. Staff is always super nice and accommodating! The owner is super kind and so nice, and honest about their drinks. We love this place and their drinks! Overall, this place is cute, gets lots of light, and drinks are good! I would recommend this place for casual dates, boba, and small group hang outs.

This is a legitimate Asian owned business... So I think there are some cultural and language gaps which exist that cause the experience to be less than ideal. I was looking forward to trying something different but I think we had a hard time understanding each other so I ended up with something that was not exactly what I invisioned. It was good but not great definitely not good enough to get me back - the store could be cute but needs some TLC - what's up with all the boxes?

Got rose milk tea (50% sugar, light ice) and winter melon milk tea (70% sugar, light ice) with boba! The tea is delicious. I liked how the rose one came with real rose petals on the bottom that tasted great! Really hit the spot. Should’ve tried out the wild rice topping option!

This is a great place. Love the atmosphere and the aesthetic of this place. They have little tables that you can sit at to just hang out and chat, but they also have an couple board games that you can play as well. Now the tea. I haven't tried all the flavors but I had taro green milk tea when I was there. You can customize what you get as well. You can get ice and regular bubbles like a standard bubble tea or you can get things like red bean or wild rice. You can customize the amount of sweetness as well based on a percentage. Standard level is 50% sweet. Overall nice place. Best bubble tea I've had so far in Columbus.

Have been here twice in two days--my favorite bubble tea place ever (and I've been to many). The first time, I got the "fruit party," which was a medley of fruits (cantaloupe, strawberry, watermelon, etc) in a passionfruit juice. It was so refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. We were told that they only make 10 a day, so definitely give it a try. It is a novelty drink, so expect to spend $6-7 on that. The other drinks are very reasonably priced. I got a regular taro root tea the second time, with wild rice as an add-on for $4.30 after tax. I also really like how they have a variety of add-ons beyond your usual boba, from wheat germ to fruit jelly. The setting is very calming--a great place to catch up with friends. I can't recommend this place enough!

We’ve tried most of the bubble tea places in Columbus. This is our favorite to go to!! Love the cheese foam topping on brown sugar/ winter melon fresh milk and the owner is friendly too! Authentic, great bubble teas that never disappoint!

Our favorite bubble tea place in Columbus - the boba is excellent in flavor and consistency, and you can taste the actual tea. You can choose the amount of sugar and ice. They recently re-opened for dine-in, and the small sitting area is nicely furnished.

My fiancée and I came in today (Wednesday around noon), and ordered a muffin and a smoothie. The muffin prices were good, but balanced by the disappointing muffin, which completely lacked anything inside of it, while having chocolate chips on the top. This is consistent with my fiancée's blueberry muffin a few years ago, which had no blueberries inside, just on the top. The smoothie was priced in a pretty average way, but tasted watered down and like it was half ice, which was disappointing to say the least. The service was okay. The barista didn't notice us when we came in, and we didn't really feel like we were greeted upon entry. This wasn't necessarily a problem, just didn't contribute to the visual atmosphere, which was very cutely decorated. The outside (well-shaded) tables were locked up and closed despite it being a perfect ~70-75 degrees in the shade today. My guess from the other reviews is that this might be an excellent place to go for good quality coffee, but the non-coffee offerings felt slightly below average in both quality and in price to us.

I was just stopping by to get a coffee before going on a bus and I was obsessed! 🥺 The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming with the aesthetic decoration. The owner and the staff are professional, fast, and friendly. And the latte are sooooooo good! 1000/10. I have to grab another cup of pumkin spice latte before leaving. Thank you so much guys for this place. If I am back downtown Columbus, I will definitely be back here for a cup of latte. ☕️

I got the cookies and cream blended beverage, my friend got a chai tea iced latte with brown sugar and carmel drizzle. We both agreed this is one of the best coffee shops we've tried in Columbus! The lady working was wonderful and we really enjoyed talking to her. We both paid around $5-6 for our coffees.

My "Go To" coffee shop.. Everyone is always so friendly, and their coffee is always hot and right on time!! Quite a few specialty items as well if you want to reward yourself with a delicious treat!! The ambiance is cool for work, or to catch up with a friend!! I can't say enough great things about this place.. I have been going since I worked in the building, and now that I no longer work there, I still try to find my way back as much as I can... AND will continue to do so!!! Highly recommended!! They didn't give me an option to put a few more stars! 9/5!!

Do not go here if you want to work. I sat to work here for 30 minutes fully planning on purchasing a coffee once I had a lull in my tasks. The barista came up and kicked me out saying I was taking up space when they were multiple empty spots next to me. It could have been handled in a much more professional and respectful manner but I was reduced to feeling like an intruder at a public cafe. Do not recommend.

Cozy but also cramped And for how busy it was, the staff still made time to talk to me while making my drink. Great espresso especially given the price. It's cheaper than some well / coffee \ pot stuff. It's a little on the acidic side than what I'm used to but still really good.

The food is great, big fan of stopping in some mornings and getting a coffee. I've tried quite a few things from their menu and think i really enjoy a simple cold brew with a shot of sweetener. They can really make everything here and ita usually really quick

This place is a PERFECT third space! Simple yet effective menu with a great happy hour as well. Ill definitely be back with my laptop to work here! I got the espresso martini and it wasn't my absolute favorite but im excited to try other drinks :)

I personally do not recommend the matcha. It is not that great and doesn't have the fresh light green color that quality matcha tends to have. This is a cute spot, and I'll definitely come back, but for a different drink this time.

I love everyone who works at this Bada. I've never had as many positive experiences and interactions as this cafe. I genuinely appreciate and respect the staff, and the drinks are consistently delicious every time I visit. :)

I absolutely love Bada Bean! Such a homey, comfortable place that gives off such a nice community feel. The service is prompt and accurate, and all the workers are very friendly. The coffee is delicious and so is the food! The new breakfast burrito is amazing 😍 I love coming here!

A nice discovery. I didn’t know about the existence of this coffee place, but I was really surprised as soon as I got there. The environment is modern but cozy. Baristas are great and very polite. The coffee is very very good. I had an Espresso and a Vanilla Latte and I loved both. I for sure go back there… and it is a great space to work too during the day. I am not sure I will go there for drinks, but I really recommend to go there for coffee.

I generally like the atmosphere and service at this location, but the Wifi and even cellular connection has been unreliable in my experience. If you’re seeking out a coffee shop to get work done in, it might be a better use of time to go elsewhere. Good drinks though. If you’re just seeking a quick treat, it has a lovely ambiance.

We’ve worked with this incredible local, woman-owned bakery and café for numerous company events, and they never miss a beat. Every experience has been seamless—the team is amazing to work with, incredibly organized, and always delivers exactly what we need (including exceptional gluten-free options!). The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. They make my job so much easier, and I’ll continue to use them again and again. Highly recommend!

Stoped in for the first time today. The people working were very welcoming and answered all of the questions I had. The sweet treats I picked up for breakfast were incredibly delicious, especially the coffee cake and chocolate chip cookie. The atmosphere was great as well. The espresso was smooth and tasty. Can’t wait to come back to try the savory offerings and maybe sit with a book for awhile.

I had really high hopes coming to win wins because I came awhile ago for pancakes and they were delicious. But I was highly disappointed, the cookie was raw. Don’t get me wrong I love a good cold sandwich but the ciabatta shouldn’t taste like old cold refrigerated bread.

I discovered this cute little bakery on a popular food waste app and the treats I’ve tried are divine!! I legit love, love, love their frosted sugar cookie. It’s the best!!! I’ve also had an iced latte from there before and it was really good!!!

Posh Teatime Co. recently catered a wedding tea for a close friend. It was amazing!! Consistently beautiful and thoughtful presentations, worked well with the confines of the venue (a private home) and fantastic teas. I really recommend their company. If they were based in LA, I would have already booked them. Wonderful friendly warm and professional staff. All in all, an outstanding experience.

I didn't visit the actual restaurant but they had a truck at the Book Festival. The peach tea i had was amazing!! And their setup was pretty adorable! Absolutely loved it and will be visiting the restaurant sometime!

They don't have bathrooms. The drinks are overpriced for how average they taste. They only have one small room to enjoy your tea/coffee/dessert. It seems like a great place to order desserts to go but not really place to hang out. They do have Wi-Fi.

A little hole in the wall, with the best cupcake I have ever had. They use traditional recipes without filling everything with sugar. Their bubble tea is really good, and the lady owning the place is really nice and helpful. I will return for sure...

Slightly expensive for Gahanna area in my opinion but they serve a great cupcake and good macaroon. Cute sitting area is available, but take out is also an option. The cake batter flavors are my favorite, as well as the chocolate cupcake with peanut butter frosting. Enjoy!

My wife and I have been here a few times, and really enjoy the flavorful treats and coffee. We made a half hour journey this evening specifically for this bakery, and arrived at 5:15, only to be told they were closed, over an hour before the posted close time. Please update your hours, it is a disservice to your customers.

Delish is all I can say! The best macarons I've had since my sister and I went to Paris! We stopped in after walking at Creekside and had an amazing Lavender bubble tea. The staff was really nice and offered us a sample of their red velvet cupcake that was on the food network. Great find in Gahanna and we will be back!

My friend and I visited the establishment one afternoon. With cases full of bakery items, we were told they didn't have anything to eat. A marker board mentioned quiche, which we were told was just warmed up if they had any (which after my friend asked several times we were finally told they didn't have any). Since it was a hot summer day, we both ordered cold drinks, which were good. Neither my friend nor I have any interest in returning based on the poor communication and service.

When you walk in you feel like the building is about to fall apart. The workers never are friendly and don't seem to enjoy their jobs. The baked goods always taste like they have been sitting out for a couple days. The tea is good but not worth the money.
