La Villa Madie is an upscale restaurant offering refined Mediterranean cuisine and breathtaking sea views from its terrace. Run by Chef Dimitri Droisneau and his wife Marielle, the three-Michelin-starred restaurant requires a smart casual dress code. The menu features standout dishes like grilled Mediterranean rouget with almonds and fennel in urchin-and-saffron sauce.
I visited this exquisite restaurant for lunch with my wife to celebrate her birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance was truly enchanting, with stunning decor that harmoniously complemented the breathtaking views surrounding us. Each dish was crafted with a thoughtful blend of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The presentation was a feast for the eyes, while the flavors danced across our palates, leaving us in awe of the remarkable cooking. The staff provided an exceptional level of service, taking the time to thoroughly explain the intricate details of the food and wine pairings, all in English. Their warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home. Having dined at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants, we found La Villa Madie to be our favorite of them all.

The place is simply amazing . The service was excellent, no mistake or error. The wine list is super and real good pricing, except for the first growth Bordeaux- everything else was priced very reasonably. The food presentation and quality is up to three star. The chef visited every table- nice gesture. The atmosphere is magic. We will definitely return!

After making a later booking, we decided to arrive about an hour early due to our hotel’s check-out time. We were pleasantly surprised by how effortlessly the staff accommodated this. As we walked through the restaurant to the outdoor terrace, we were greeted by a stunning view from our table. We initially dined outside but moved indoors later due to a change in the weather. The food was exquisite, both in taste and presentation. Unfortunately, a flight cancellation that evening prevented us from fully savoring our meal. However, the staff graciously expedited the service, allowing us to complete our meal while reworking our travel plans. They even packed the petit fours for us to enjoy on our way home!

Brasserie du Corton Review (Not to be confused with La Villa Madie ***) The food was excellent. Really delicious and well executed. The highlights were the beef and oyster tartare, something that was novel for us. Also the veal dish where the meat was cleverly hidden inside the vegetables was a fun dish as well. Quite tasty! The negatives: It was really hot on the balcony, and there was no option to sit inside with air conditioning. There were no fans or anything to help with the heat on the balcony. Inside the "dining room" it was very disorganised and seemed like some of the staff's personal effects were just laying around. On a day with 34 degrees Celcius, perhaps having an air conditioned room for lunch would have been a good idea. The service was not good either. This is honestly not a place where you would expect to have to serve your own wine. But our glasses sat empty for 10 minutes plus, and our white wine bottle sat in the bucket while waiters walked back and forth. This is France, right? The country that invented gastronomy and wine service? The restaurant downstairs has the highest culinary distinction from a certain tire company, right? If you want to respond with "oh well, if you wanted that level of service, then go to La Villa Madie." Wrong. There are many hotels that have the brasserie - fine dining restaurants combo, and their levels of service are comparable. That was not the case here. To be fair the food was excellent, and on a less hot day in the spring or fall the balcony would have been lovely. Installing some ceiling fans would go a long way towards thermal comfort in the summer on the balcony, with the added huge bonus of keeping flies and mosquitos away from guests. The wine service and organisation of the inside dining room need improvement.

With a stunning view of the sea, we enjoyed the best dinner I have ever had. The dishes showed so much finesse, intriguing flavour combinations, evolving tastes, and a perfectly cohesive menu (a.o. sardine/caviar and anemone). The recommended wine pairings were fantastic (a.o. a heavenly Gavoty Clarendon from 2015, and a Gros Noré Bandol from 2015 as well: kudos to the sommelier), and the staff was warm and attentive. This is a dinner I will never forget!
Anton S — Google review
The food was beautiful and very good, but I was never overwhelmed by the flavors the way I’ve experienced in the past while dining at 3 Star restaurant at almost 400€ a person. I recommend trying it yours. The wine list was stunning and the service impeccable, not to mention the view.

We loved this meal. Incredible experience and our sommelier was amazing

La Brasserie du Corton, not the 3 Michelin star La Villa Madie; a bit disappointing for the price - 3 course meal for 70 euros. Between the two of us we had steak and oyster tartare, braised leek, fish of the day (local white fish, texture similar to tuna), fig and lemon tart dessert. Cant say any component of the dish was really that memorable/unique.

Located in the charming town of Cassis, La Nonna D'Oro is a moderately priced restaurant offering delicious local cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood and delectable desserts. The restaurant provides a cozy atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating options overlooking the picturesque marina and sea. Despite its Italian name, the menu mainly features local dishes including an array of fish and meat options. Guests praise the attentive and efficient service provided by friendly waitstaff.
Came for lunch and everything was so delicious and fresh. Right by the harbor with great views. Was authentic and not a tourist trap (like some of the nearby places).
Elizabeth F — Google review
Mediocre food, way overpriced. The dishes we ordered, a truffle pasta and a grilled piece of fish, tasted shockingly bland considering the price we payed (38 € each for the two dishes). The spaghetti with some garlic and cheap olive oil we made in our hotel room the night before was much more satisfying and cost a twentieth of the price. I guess you are simply paying for the harbor view and the convenience here. The service was fine. Overall not terrible but definitely not worth the price.
Hampus G — Google review
In general, the atmosphere is great, just in front of Port de Cassis. The service was not too bad but not friendly enough. I was not hungry so I went for the salmon tataki but it is more likely the salmon steak. The price is pricey but compared to other restaurants it is the average price in Cassis

Nice restaurant just by the water, everything was cooked nicely and the service was excellent. Great place to have a dinner in Cassis
Damla — Google review
It s a tiny restaurant , few spots outside and for inside as well . The food is amazing , fresh and tasty . The portions are pretty good as well . If you are outside you are facing the tiny port and the sea . Short menu but a lot of choices at end between the Fish and meats . Even if the name is Italian , mainly it’s more local food and not Italian food . The fish were excellent . Very nice waiters as well , fast and polite , attentive to the customers . A bit pricey but worth it from my opinion
Denis D — Google review
Great food, but rushed out before we were ready to leave We had a reservation for dinner, with no mention of any time limit. After finishing our meal, we weren’t asked if we’d like more drinks. Instead, we were given the bill without asking for it. A few minutes after paying, the waiter asked us to leave so the table could be given to waiting guests. A real shame, because the food and atmosphere were excellent. Tip: ask about time limits before booking.
Melina R — Google review
A very nice place for dinner indeed! The burrata was creamy and delicious with the pesto sauce and veggies, the salmon appetiser was actually 2 huge fillets of salmon - wow! the sea bass was very nicely cooked and seasoned (but I wasn't too crazy about the risotto), and the truffle pasta was as creamy as can be. Our waiter was attentive and it was quite an enjoyable evening.
Amanda W — Google review
My gf and I we went there trusting on the reviews (now I regret it). I ordered a prawn risotto (38 euros) and I received salt with rice and three miserable prawns, probably they were as astonish by the level of salt in the dish as I. I am not a big foodie, so I am not so picky but that was very salty and when I highlighted to the server didn’t react ( expected). I am just a review but hope that they improve and if you go keep this comment in mind.

French restaurant
Bar De La Marine is a bustling brasserie that offers a perfect spot for people-watching with its comfortable chairs and a view of the harbor. Visitors can enjoy an aperitif, glass of wine, or coffee while observing the lively atmosphere of the port, including tourists, locals playing petanque, and fishermen selling their catches. The cafe also serves delicious dishes such as Caesar Salad and Tuna Tartare.
Go for breakfast - it was perfect. Omelette was delicious, pancakes were fluffy, yogurt with granola was creamy and light. The setting was ideal
Andrew B — Google review
The bouillabaisse was an acquired taste so I won’t comment on it. Other than that, the tuna was great!
Jacqueline C — Google review
Stopped here for a drink during the day. As it was close to lunch time, the waiter wasn't inclined to allow us have seats without agreeing to order food. We ordered fries with our drinks, and he wasnt pleased and was very rude. Plenty of free seats around so there was no need to hold the seats like he was trying to do.
John B — Google review
I don't understand the bad ratings - I found this place extremely good and would definitely come back. Even though I was there on a Friday evening and it was packed, the waiters always had an eye on us and we never needed to wait long to pass another order. We tried several cocktails that were all amazing - taste, decoration and ingredient wise (compared for instance to the little bar just on the right). The food was delicious as well, very flavorful and nicely arranged. And lastly the interior is very pretty too. Price wise there is not much difference to the other places close by, it's all a bit elevated 🤑 Really liked this bar 💗
Sarah — Google review
The worst meal I have had in my life (only saving grace is I have not gotten food poising - as of yet). This flavorless meal will set you back about 30 euros and it should be a crime to even take a single cent. To top it off, the service people are not the friendliest.
M O — Google review
Absolute gem on the harbour front in Cassis! We meant to only stay for a drink but we were delighted that we stayed for dinner too. Amazing service, ambiance and quality meal. We had the octopus and the seabream and both were INCREDIBLE!
Nora K — Google review
I have been asking couple restaurants nearby, they all are not welcome us as we did not make reservations in advance. No reservations in advance for Saturday night in here, luckily, they can get a table for us even indoor, still great. We ordered fried fish, pan fried scallop and carbonara, they are all good indeed, though it takes time to prepare😅 We are not in hurry, this is fine. Actually this is a great place to have a drink and chat, great music to admire sunsets 🌇 In terms of price, pretty costly for a cocktail honestly. It's about €13 per glass, it's fine for us.
Lulu L — Google review
The good things about this place: the nice waiter, the bread and the location. However, we were unhappy about the service. They served another table first (french speaking costumers), the food was cold and average at most.

Restaurant Le Bonaparte is a french restaurant located in Cassis, France. The food is excellent and the service friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant for seafood lovers!
Absolutely loved our experience at Restaurant Le Bonaparte in Cassis! The seafood was incredibly fresh and full of flavor — every dish we tried was perfectly prepared. What made it even more special was the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The boss is genuinely one of the friendliest people we’ve met, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A true gem by the sea — highly recommend to anyone visiting Cassis!

As an American, this was an amazing experience. Out of several restaurants in Cassis I've gone to, these were the KINDEST people you could encounter. I highly highly recommend. Also the food was phenomenal and they can give great wine recommendations for people who don't know the French wine profiles.

€20 for two course lunch with a coffee - the fish comes with amazing sauce and the dessert is a apple cooked in sugar and shaved in a spiral like way. Absolutely amazing, authentic and homey. Would recommend.

First time in cassis - was recommended a couple places but this was a standout. I tried going to another restaurant and the food wasn't as good. Ended up eating here three days in a row and ordered the moulees gratinees (mussels), provencal fish, and bouillanbaise. Don't miss out on the mussels - a new fave! Great service, the staff were accommodating, warm and friendly - lovely overall atmosphere and tucked away in the little alleyways ✨

The ambiance is cozy, you come like to the home restaurant. Staff calmly and politely. The food is simple, tasty but overpriced

The staff were great, felt very taken care of. Bossman brought the live lobster to the table and made it say “bonjour”! Yummy fish soup, amazing brown butter lobster all deshelled for me (most helpful of them) and loovely poached apple dessert with chantilly. Ambience in the cool summer night and chatter in the alley very charming.

Delicious food and would highly recommend. Staff work hard and seem passionate about providing a high quality service.

Jean Marie has been running this restaurant for the last 32 years. The cuisine is fresh and the owner is very friendly. Today, we enjoyed the menu du jour for $20, which included a main dish, dessert, and a coffee (see picture). It was delicious. This recommendation from a local customer did not disappoint us. Merci Jean Marie 😃

Monsieur Brun is a great place to go for a sundowner. The drinks are reasonably priced and the staff are attentive. The location is perfect for people watching and the view from the restaurant is amazing.
Perfect place for lunch facing the harbor. Caesar salad was excellent, server pleasant and mercifully spoke English, and also accommodated my Iced Tea request. Be sure to ask for the butter for the bread, French butter is amazing.

The restaurant Mr. Brun is the perfect place to have all the see food dishes you can imagine, the menu is now amazing but honestly this is the right place to have oysters, shrimps, sea urchin, etc. the prices were quite fair and the location is right next to the Port so you can have an amazing lunch while the sun is shining. Servers were nice and the food came in time.

Great restaurant overlooking the port. Excellent food, and large portions. The steak tartare was fabulous as where the chips cooked in lard! Music choice was good to.

Nestled just a stone's throw away from the lively port, Le Patio offers an intimate dining experience with its elegant Art Deco dining room and a charming shaded terrace. The restaurant boasts a gourmet Italian menu featuring fresh seasonal ingredients imported directly from Italy. From delectable mozzarella to flavorful seafood dishes like linguine alle vongole, every item is expertly prepared and beautifully presented.
Our final evening in the area and we ate dinner here. Definitely saved the best to last. Not one complaint or suggestion for improvement. Some previous reviews moaned about the amount of prawns in the linguine, which is just silly because they were enormous.

Lovely service from start to finish. The food was freshly made and very good value. The chocolate mousse dessert was a standout
Oscar S — Google review
We were recommended Le Patio by our accommodation host and we are so happy with this reccy. We enjoyed the mussel starter and then the linguine aux gambas. It was so delicious. The ambience is lovely and the staff were attentive and friendly.

Le Patio was an exquisite experience- special in comparison to the many other dining experience we’ve had in Cassis. The ambiance cannot be beat, it is quaint and intimate, the service was truly exceptional and the food was amazing! Highly recommend the Tuna Tartare!
Courtney M — Google review
While the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The service felt rushed and stressed, which took away from the relaxed dining vibe. Although the starters were quite good, the main courses were a real letdown. Both the pasta and the risotto were overcooked and drowned in grease. Unfortunately, we left feeling underwhelmed and won’t be returning
Ludvig E — Google review
Lovely restaurant, great food and service! The Cassis wine was delicious. Recommend the prawn pasta and the mussels to start 👍🏼
E V — Google review
what a delightful experience — we went to have lunch here, and were welcomed into the little corner of the restaurant that had aircon (what a blessing) we ordered the stuffed mussels which came to our table still sizzling! the steak surprised me because while it looked sparse on that plate it was a tender piece of meat, the beans were delicious and the mash potatoes incredible — the seafood was delicious; the standout was the tuna with capers — with the octopus a close second place (it’s like a beef bourguignon with octopus) really friendly, prompt service and we didn’t wait long for our food to arrive

Fresh, quality ingredients and friendly service. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. That rare experience where our children (aged 11 & 13) were treated as humans with a lovely Menu Enfant of quality, tasty, well balanced meal and choice of dessert (no nuggets, fries, glace here!). French restaurant
Bar Le France is a popular spot in Cassis, especially when the sun is shining. It offers a fantastic drinks menu and affordable food options. In the mornings, it operates as a bring-your-own breakfast coffee shop, although some find the coffee slightly bitter at times. However, it's highly regarded for its value as an evening aperitif bar with great staff and a prime location on the old port.
Excellent food. The steak was one of the better steaks I've had. The value for money is at the top of my list. Good cocktails.
Deepak J — Google review
The service at this restaurant was the worst I’ve experienced in France. They obviously ONLY want native French speakers. I know some French and was trying to order in French, trying not to be the ugly American expecting him the know English. He spoke very fast and got POed when we only ordered wine, berating us to the French patrons around us. The waiter did the same to other non natives in the restaurant. The waiter pushed a table against ours and was obviously trying to get us to leave. If you aren’t a native French speaker, avoid this place. I have no idea about the food and I won’t. Every other establishment we visited in France for two weeks at least seamed to appreciate the attempt to speak French and our business.
Chuck F — Google review
Typically rude. These men are so unhappy. Should change their lives. They have a minimum of 16 euros on card so if you want a quick drink and no cash, good luck. We had 7 euros cash and it was 8 euros. No way could they be kind and let us off. No, he made me walk to the bank 10 mins which is 6 euros fee to withdraw minimum of 20. Great. So back I came. They couldn’t care less. Still made me pay 12 euros for 8 euro drinks. Shouted at me on the way out after I expressed my frustration. Stay well clear. They don’t have to make an effort. Cassis does it for them.
Tom M — Google review
This is a bring-your-own breakfast type of coffee shop in the mornings but the coffee can be a touch bitter occasionally, otherwise 5 stars. In the evenings this is one of the better value aperitif bars in Cassis. Great position. Great staff.
Ron L — Google review
Just some fake waiter pretending the card machin doesn’t work because of the bad weather the day before. Come on, there’s no correlation between heavy raining and the card machine. Just be honest and say you prefer cash. Or better, just admit you wanted more cash so you don’t have to declare and pay taxes. So ridiculous to fake and give false excuses.

Nice location on old port. Traditional cocktails and drinks. They also have a limited menu and good ice cream. They have live music on weekends during summer and they also have large TV's for important games.

Met this very loving husband, and down to earth son of Jo and Gaby, Bruno. The owner of La Maison de Jo & Gaby. Great place and lovely Rosé from Cassis of course, a must try Hot Sex Baby Ginger Rum, and mix Tapas.❤️ He named the place after his parents to pay respect. Also, his parent’s name and wedding date were engraved on his wedding ring apart from his wife and wedding date. 😊 So sweet and lovely person. La Maison de Jo et Gaby – Our Cassis Local We stopped by La Maison de Jo et Gaby for an evening drink and a light snack, and it quickly became our go-to spot in Cassis. The red wine was lovely, and the charcuterie board was just what we needed—a perfect pairing for a relaxed night out. Though the France vs. Scotland rugby match was happening, we actually enjoyed the absence of TV screens, which allowed for a more intimate, old-school ambiance. This place is all about good conversation, great wine, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Bruno, the son of Jo and Gaby, was a fantastic host—friendly, engaging, and clearly passionate about the place. His hospitality made us feel right at home. We consider La Maison de Jo et Gaby our “local” while in Cassis, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, laid-back spot to unwind.

Amazing experience, best wine and wonderful service. The owner/ server puts to rest all stereotypes that the French dislike North Americans. What more do you want from a local wine bar!! Bruno is an amazing host and makes you laugh and feel welcome all at the same time! almost missed out on this place because we didn’t explore this one street in Cassis! the store is bright, and inviting with a small number of seats for eating inside… here you’ll find the legendary tarte tropézienne — light, airy, and mild; it is an absolute wonder — the staff were super friendly and we didn’t wait at all I’d also recommend the mini beignet — the best snack in the world! and there is a plethora of boulangerie staples to choose from if you want something more savoury (or cheesy) not sure why google keeps flagging this review

Not many options for boulangerie/patisserie but when this one is so good you don’t need to go anywhere else. From baguettes to sweets, the quality is unmatched. Worth every penny.

Good service and product quality. Opens at 7 am, card payment from 5 euros

Amazing patisserie. Amongst our 2 repeated visits, all 6 or so different items we got from here were amazing. Ate all too quick before any pictures could be taken. Highly recommend!

The classic Tart Trop was amazing. Tried a few other things as well and everything was delicious. Staff were very friendly... Can't wait to go back

Nice food, arrogant service. If you call people who buy at your shop names, you will not see them again. If I order in (bad) french, I can also understand you calling me names!
Markus W — Google review
Everything looks delicious, but I think we just bought the wrong cookies. The m&m cookies were really dry and the brioche bread was kinda stale or something. But the cake that looked like a pudding was delicious!
Elise — Google review
It is rare to say this in France, but we got two items from this bakery and they were not very good. We got pizza and an eclair.

Nestled in a charming locale, "Terroir et Marée" is a delightful little restaurant that offers an inviting atmosphere and warm hospitality. While the menu may be compact, it boasts an impressive selection of high-quality dishes. Diners can indulge in fresh seafood like shrimp and expertly grilled tuna, sourced directly from local fishmongers. The veal dish is also noteworthy, accompanied by crispy fries and a flavorful ratatouille.
Lovely selection and great service. Really appreciated the effort of the staff answering our questions in English. Great vegetarian options and delicious food! Thank you

Fantastic deli and meat/fish market. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We sampled an assortment of pre-made appetizers and side dishes. Also grabbed some shrimp and a roasted chicken for dinner in. Everything was very tasty and fresh. The staff recommended a great white wine we really enjoyed. The store is spotless and goods beautifully presented, and all reasonably priced. Lunch is also served, but we didn't get to try it.

If you're in Cassis and looking for a delightful start to your day, L'Amour du Pain is the bakery you won't want to miss. This charming boulangerie and patisserie opens its doors early, offering a cozy spot for coffee or tea alongside their mouthwatering baked goods. Renowned for their traditional baguette, known as "le tradition," it's truly a standout that locals rave about.
Best in Cassis. I review because so many other reviewers have steered me as far off course as a politician with a mandate. This place is 5* all the way. The traditional baguette is top top top, and the pastry chef knows his biz like Rupert Murdoch knows, destroying humanity. The framboise tart is a case in point. Perfect short crust shell...perfect hazelnut genoise followed by a firm, but very good creme patissier and of course, well conditioned berries. I'll return most days this week so as to achieve my sumo-competitive weight gain goal.

Can't believe this bakery isn't rated higher and had to read through some reviews to understand why. All of the bad reviews seem to be about the service (which I found nothing wrong with, never lasted more than a minute or two, and not the criteria I use for choosing which bakery I go to). Anyways, best baguette (le tradition) in Cassis without a doubt!
Josh S — Google review
Excellent pattiserie just on the outskirts of Cassis. Freshly made bread (all kinds of loaves) and dozens of different baked goods and pastries. We've picked out bread and treats from here almost every morning as a start to our days exploring the Calanques. Very friendly staff that put a lot of love into their goods. Some tables to sit inside or outside to enjoy your coffee and croissant. Highly recommend!
Andrew G — Google review
I bought the best baguette I ever had. Even the day after the baguette is still very delicious. They do know how to make the best bread. They have almost everything sweet to eat, too bad I'm not allowed to eat sweets anymore the next 10 days. Will buy more tomorrow, thanks
Geh K — Google review
We tried several pastries here, often on our way to climbing. They were always delicious and fresh, a real reward after sport :) The staff was always very nice and patient although there were a lot of clients. There are enough places to park outside. We also tried the sandwiches and they were fresh, tasty and big enough for an improvised lunch.

Grain De Folie is a charming coffee shop located in the oldest part of Cannes, Le Suquet. The area boasts medieval streets built over a Roman settlement and offers stunning views from Musee de la Castre. At Grain De Folie, visitors can indulge in oriental coffee scents and enjoy freshly roasted coffee on-site. The shop also sells handpicked roasted coffee beans from around the world.
A lovely little place to sit and enjoy the surrounding life. It's clear to see that locals come here as the owner is a very friendly lady who knows her customers well. I'd recommend coming to beat the heat of summer or getting the last bit of caffeine before hiking to the calanques.
Dylan F — Google review
They sell loose tea and coffee beans and only have tea and coffee on the menu but no espresso machine— just an automatic nespresso thing where they push a button. You should not specialize in tea and coffee and not even make a proper cafe. Thoroughly disappointed. Very cute place though and very nice woman— such a shame to be serving this.
Sabrina H — Google review

Rileigh G — Google review
Great spot for speciality tea and to buy speciality coffee beans.
Josh C — Google review
The most disappointing coffee I’ve ever had. All the reviews are either fake or sponsored because no way this place knows how to do coffee. Even a normal store bought instant coffee would have more flavor. It was literally just water and a splash of coffee.
Aiman K — Google review
Went in looking at rating and reviews but the Cappuccino tasted like water. The lady was kind enough to add another espresso shot to it but I believe the type of coffee used is not good

Cafe Glacier Liautaud offers a great dining experience with delicious food and excellent service. The spectacular view adds to the ambiance, making it a perfect spot for a meal. Customers highly recommend trying the plat du jour and poke bowl while enjoying the stunning view of the Calanque tour ticket booth. Additionally, visitors praise their refreshing Aperol spritz and accommodating service, as they even fulfilled a special request for a negroni not listed on the menu.
The food and service is very good, and the view is is spectacular. I had the plat du jour which was a dos de cabillaud with risotto and my wife had the poke bowl with Tuna. We were very pleased with our meals and could watch the line at the Calanque tour ticket booth as we ate. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Fallon R — Google review
I recently visited this cafe with my family to get some ice cream and drinks, it was quiet when we visited. As we are a group of tourist, I understand there is an obvious language barrier however I felt the behaviour of the manager to be boarder-line rude. I was queuing for the only loo on the premises when the man, who I believed to be the manger, came over to me and started asking whether I enjoyed my drink. (We had only sat down 10 minutes ago and had not yet been served so I hadn’t even ordered a drink). I explained I haven’t had one, but he kept insisting I had. Then he went on to question me about what drink I had had, and again I explained that I hadn’t ordered one yet. He then told me the loo’s are for paying costumers and that I had to leave. I pointed at my family, who were seated with menus, and told him we were about to order, but no, again he told me I needed to leave and didn’t believe they were with me. Eventually he left me alone, left me without any apology. Then I went in the loo with the broken door handle and then back to my table where our order had to be taken twice as there was a system mess up. The manager even came over to our table to check everything was alright… still no apology from him. I understand there was a strict policy for only paying costumers but a simple apology would have been nice. There were so many little things that made our visits unpleasant. Overall I would not recommend this place!

Best aparol spritz of Cassis. Very good service, on request they also made a negroni which wasn’t in te menu. The view is amazing and I definitely recommend this place!
Saar — Google review
Scrambled eggs were lazy and bland, with a flower thrown on top for show. Bread was stale and rock hard. Levantine eggs were served hard-boiled instead of poached, with two dry, inedible breadsticks. With two coffees and two juices, it came to 60€ — not worth it. I don’t recommend.

Bakery
Boulangerie Lion is a charming bakery known for its wonderful baked goods, including traditional bread and pastries offered at fair prices. While the owner may initially come across as reserved towards tourists, making an effort to speak some French and approaching her politely can lead to a friendly interaction. Visitors recommend arriving early in the morning for warm croissants but advise checking the bakery's opening days to avoid disappointment. The bakery has garnered a local following and offers a delightful atmosphere.
Cosy Quick and delicious boulangerie for a standard breakfast. Welcoming stuff. Payment by card is permitted from 4 euro (2 coffees and boulangerie items will be enough for that).

STOP and look no further! The absolute BEST baked goods I’ve had in my life! The chocolate croissant literally melts in your mouth!! The brioche is yummy and pizza is so good! Baguette is perfect for some sandwiches! Everything was fresh and soooo so yummy! We literally turned back for more as soon as we finished our croissants it was that good! Highly HIGHLY recommend! And the price is unbelievably affordable! Back home I’d be paying 3-4x more for a croissant that does not compare, again, do yourself a favor and stop by!!!

A very cute place to find wonderful baked goods. You will find traditional bread and pastries. The prices are very fair for homemade quality and very tasty treats. The owner can be a bit brief towards tourists, but I found if you attempt to speak some French and approach her nicely, she will do the same.
