Restaurant
Café du Palais is a long-standing family café in Reims, France, housing an extensive art collection ranging from paintings to photographs and even a Chagall sketch. Visitors can indulge in a generous plate of delicious food and save room for the legendary desserts, particularly the Baba au Rhum. This charming restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience in the heart of Reims, making it a must-visit for those looking to savor both art and gastronomy during their time in the city.
Needed to sit down on the way to the cathedral and settled in here on the patio. Received excellent service, delicious champagne, so decided to stay for lunch. The escargot pasta, pate and smoked salmon salad were all fantastic. Great experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Café du Palais in Reims, thanks to Nathan, our incredibly polite and kind server. He patiently guided us through the menu despite our many dietary preferences—vegetarian, chicken-only, no seafood, no pork—and made us feel truly welcomed. His warm attitude and genuine helpfulness made our visit extra special. Thank you, Nathan, for your exceptional
Bindu C — Google review
The whole experience was fantastic. The staffs were super friendly to our 3 year old son, the food was delicious, and of course the champagne was brilliant. We would definitely recommend to our friends to visit!
Mm — Google review
We had a wonderful experience at the Cafe du Palais. Everyone welcomed us when we entered this very busy restaurant. We were lucky that we had made reservations online in advance. It was a short walk from the cathedral, so it fit nicely into our plans. The food and the service were exceptional. The pasta with escargot dish was delicious and filled with escargot. Our server was very warm and made it his job to see that we were pleased with our meal every step of the way. He made this very “French” experience memorable for us!
Dane M — Google review
Meh, the experience didn't match the high Google rating. Duck confit was ok, but I got a nice piece of plastic (unwrapped for picture) at the top of my side salad which I didn't bother getting returned. The waiter also took forever to pour my champagne glass... After 35 minutes waiting and asking a few times, he finally filled it the first time. I get the check at the end and see I got charged for 2 glasses, which they did correct after I informed them. Just an ok lunch.
Joe D — Google review
Enjoyed our first meal in France at this establishment. Really large portions! Our server was very friendly and professional despite it being extremely busy. Sat inside and was very charmed by the decor and people. Many locals were also dining there which we took as a good sign. Will be back!
Haelim O — Google review
Waitors are very friendly just busy so not as attentive, but they respond if u need something. The foie gras was delicious! The duck was a little on the sweet side. Lots of rum in the rum cake! My friend really liked her foie gras pasta dish. But it was very very warm inside for us in October.

Nathan is the best, he is the man of the place who tells you the dishes the champagne and wines as per taste buds. Thanks for a such a wonderful Experience it’s all bcoz of Nathan🤗

Haute French restaurant
Fine dining restaurant
French restaurant
Nestled near Place Royale and the cathedral, Le Millénaire is a local culinary gem that has undergone a contemporary transformation. The restaurant offers refined, seasonal French cuisine in an elegant and modern setting. With its central location and attractive ambiance, it provides the perfect backdrop for enjoying amazing local dishes.
This was the best meal of my life, no exaggeration. So glad I went to this place before its inevitable Michelin fame, it’s undiscovered. Would love to come back. Highlights: the service was ASTOUNDING!!! They were so coordinated. It felt like I was in a ballet. Additionally the food was so creative but bursting with flavour. I especially loved the mushroom puree, the little tarts, the steak course, the beet course and the chocolate dessert. They did an exceptional job with the wine pairing as well. The white wine matched the curry sauce in the fish SO well. The dining area is modern and minimalistic. I love that the menu is set and secretive. They do not work with pork at this restaurant if that is a dietary concern.
Isabella G — Google review
I was lucky enough to dine here, and it was honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in 2025 so far. The service was spot on, several waiters and waitresses looked after us seamlessly, working together like clockwork, which was a real pleasure to see. The champagne was flowing, and that cheese board…omg. Thanks team for looking after us.
Attila D — Google review
Le Millénaire matched our expectations. Great food, nice wines, excellent service. The price is on the steep side but that was not surprising. We had the 7 course tasting menu and it was more than enough food even though the portions didn't feel very large. Prepare to spend a few hours for the full experience, you won't be disappointed.
Jari A — Google review
This has taken the top spot of our food experiences in France, Spain, Portugal and Andorra. We have attempted to eat at as many Michelin restaurants as possible. My wife and I personally believe Le Millionaire should have a second star, their service, attentiveness and above all else their exquisite food was an absolute highlight! We chose the 9 course dégustation with wine pairing. They were the only restaurant in France to use a couple of wines from outside of France in their wine pairing menu. Which means in our eyes, the sommelier and head chef are really taking pride in what wines pair perfectly with their food. My wife has a unique allergy and this wasn’t any issue what so ever. Although all of the dishes were absolutely amazing. My favourite dish was their scallop dish, we were informed it was prepared in such a way for the first time that night, to suit my wife’s allergy. I’m unsure how to praise them more. If you’re seeking the best of the best this should be the only restaurant on your radar! Included are pictures of our beautiful food:

✨ Our minds were blown at Le Millénaire in Reims! From the surprise 9‑course blind tasting to each edible masterpiece, Chef you’ve truly earned that Michelin star ⭐️ Congratulations! #LeMillénaire #FrenchFineDining
Varanit A — Google review
Every city I go I always try 1 to 2 Michelin starred restaurant. Le Millénaire has good ambience, attentive service, above average food that worth a 1 star. Cons for me: the fish course and the juz for the beef course were quite salty. And the lady serving me was coughing all night so it was kind of unpleasant.
Patricia S — Google review
We did their 9 course meal with a bottle of champagne. Total bill for two ppl was about 600 euros! I would recommend 7 course meal it was a lot of food! Great service and atmosphere!

French restaurant
Le Foch, located in the heart of Champagne, is a culinary gem offering inventive French cuisine and an extensive wine selection. The restaurant is led by Corinne and Jacky Louaze, known for their expertise in seafood. Their elegant space perfectly complements the refined dishes on offer, such as shrimp ravioli, mussel curry, braised scallops with anchovy paste, and pike perch roasted with wild rice and acidic beet.
Beautiful place, high quality service ans excellent food. First, I was welcomed with 5 various amuse-bouches, really nice! I decided to take menu gourmand: scallops&oysters tartar, lamb meat with cereals, apricots and dates, amazing choice of French cheeses and chocolate dessert. Every single meal were outstanding, thank you very much for this wonderful experience.

Everything was what one would expect at a Michelin-starred (2003) restaurant. Creative dishes, good quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and overall a great culinary excellence with a substantial menu dégustation. We were celebrating our anniversary and a birthday; they took note of that and added a nice subtle touch to the dessert course 😀Class act!

Bravo! We had the signature dish, sea bass in clay, as part of our menue. The whole menu convinced throughout with magnificent pairing of natural flavors of the ingredients: Masterful, minimalist, perfect, brilliant. The handling of the drinks and food, from the decanting of the 2016 white wine, then into the ice, and the fileting of the fish in the clay crust: expertly and perfect! Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!

One of the best meals in Europe out of 3 weeks of eating nonstop in Michelin restaurants . This restaurant deserves 2 Michelin stars as the food quality is amazing, the value for $ is incredible and the service is on point, the wine list is extensive and the cheese cart is to die for as is the the coffee menu offering 10-12 selections.I can’t say more! It is amazing must visit for true lovers of gastronomy and wine.
Frank C — Google review
We had heard Le Foch was a great deal. We had heard the food was good. We went and were still stunned. First of all, the food is truly excellent. Almost every dish was an absolute hit. We enjoyed the food here more than we enjoyed far more expensive and storied restaurants in Paris. Second, the price is criminally low. Of course, we are anchored a bit too high having come from Paris, but we felt we were paying half as much as we should have for the meal. That said, the service is really mediocre. They do not have enough staff, and the speed and quality of service do not match the fine dining experience you'd expect. But still, absolutely 5 stars because the food and price are just out of this world.

My favourite restaurant in Reims! The Michelin star is well-deserved! We did a 5-course lunch menu. Absolutely delicious! Great service and great ambience. A must visit!

For a break in my Michelin Stars Challenge in Paris (and 3 stars in France, follow me for all the reviews), I went to Reims. I wanted to try two local references (the third stars is coming later). The establishment. What’s interesting here? You get a feeling it’s the establishment of choice for a Michelin star night for a local. Of course you have 2 and 3 stars around. But if you want « just » a one star, with a family feeling, with a good ratio of locals. It’s the place. The manager who is also the wife of the chef and the wine expert, is the spirit of the room. The cuisine is quite personal. The chef expresses himself, but without being too present. He has a true personality. Bottom line, you won’t go wrong food wise. The crowd is the upscale outside of Paris crowd, but the food and the service makes you easily for this and spend a good time. Understandably a solid one star

Seafood restaurant
Le Bocal, located behind the fish shop Etal de la Poissonnerie des Halles near Reims market, offers a true local French dining experience with its simple yet high-quality seafood dishes. With just fourteen seats, this eatery focuses on showcasing the freshness and quality of its seafood without overwhelming it with heavy sauces or elaborate sides.
This was the second time we visited Le Bocal (first time was in 2022) This time I even planned our route via Reims so we could eat here. The service is always superb, reservation is easily made. The waiters all speak english, so your order will be taken correctly! You can even make up your own platter with the waiter. He or she will give certain suggestions and you just have choose! Service always comes with a smile, and the food is just amazing!

Amazing experience, food, drinks and value. Complimentary amuse bouche to start. Madagascan jumbo shrimp, spider crab legs , Jumbo crab legs, Bottle of LP, whole baked sole, vegetable and cucumber/rice for circa €160. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly, helpful and food was staggered in such a way that we were there for over two hours just savouring every moment. You can basically create your own seafood platter with a huge range of options. Really special meal. The best meal I have had in a while.
Lloyd B — Google review
BEWARE, there is a new chef and none of the TripAdvisor reviews and photos of food exist anymore. I got the most disgusting tuna tartar and when i tried to order from photos the staff said- oh that’s the old chef. The new chef appparently doesn’t cook- it was not good and i feel sick now. I am attaching a photo of the beautiful food i expected. The picture with my fork is of the disgusting mayonnaise oil - canned tuna would be safer. The caviar was decent but this photo is of the 5x bigger portion they served than I ordered, for 5x the price. I think this was an honest mistake but still- if i hadn’t noticed before eating, that would be a 120 euro mistake for me. Be aware that the TripAdvisor photos and reviews are all of the former chef. Very sad. The champagne was quite good and there are many places in the area that look quite good!

Came here for lunch on Saturday, 9 August and enjoyed every moment of it. Our waiter Laura was very friendly, patient and attentive considering we dont speak a single word of French. Ordered the no 2 oysters, tapas, hot clams, sashimi and wasabi tobiko roe and they all tasted delicious and fresh. The oysters had some sweet taste to them and honestly i could have asked for more! We were offered to either sit outside or inside and we chose inside as it was pretty hot and we were the only ones inside. Air conditioning was a plus and all in all a lovely experience 😋
Arif Y — Google review
We ordered different seafood as appetizers and main courses, each ingredient was very fresh, the shrimp was sweet, the oysters were well seasoned, the scallops and fish for the main course had just the right texture. Reservation in advance, the wine list is reasonable priced, recommended!

We went for lunch to Le Bocal yesterday (Saturday) and absolutely loved it. The seafood was exceptional, and full of flavor. The restaurant is small and cozy, with a cool seaside vibe, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Service was excellent, and they have a great selection of champagnes. A real gem in Reims!
Juliana M — Google review
We had a spectacular meal. The service was great, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!!
Rachel M — Google review
We arrived too late on Friday night to eat, but decided to come back on Saturday morning to pick up some oysters, to take home for dinner that night. We made a selection of the six different types of oysters on offer, they were expertly shut for us and packaged on ice so we could take this back to Germany with us. Would definitely recommend, service was friendly, and the seafood looked really fresh.

We never had Moroccan food before and wanted to try it and we were not disappointed! We ordered a chicken tanjine, mixed meat couscous and fried spinach and cheese bites (the menu is not online and I don’t remember the exact names). They take online reservations and have menus in English.

Must Go, See, Eat, Drink here! Cannot speak more highly about this secret gem. Delicious, authentic , flavourful, rich food delivered on heavy, warming tagines. The chicken with caramelised pear and cous cous le riad were both Kings of our meal. Don't feel guilty about ordering pastilles on the side, not to be overlooked with delicate pastry and spices. The wine was gorgeous, light and floral and the staff so welcoming. Our best meal in Reims!

Brasserie
French restaurant
Located in the heart of Reims, Brasserie Excelsior offers an elegant dining experience with a traditional French menu and seafood platters. The restaurant, housed in a lavishly appointed mansion, is known for its seasonal dishes and regional cuisine. With a beautiful terrace for sunny days, it's a great place to enjoy quintessential French and Champenoise flavors while soaking up the atmosphere of this charming city.
Great place to have dinner. Some classics on the menu that tasted well. It is quite a fancy place, with lots of tables inside and outside. It is very nice to sit outside during a hot summer day. The food is not very expensive and comes in decent portions. The staff is friendly and served us quickly. Overal a good semi-fancy restaurant.
Reinier D — Google review
Very fancy, chic and surprisingly affordable restaurant. We had dinner inside, but expectedly during summer it would be even better outside. The menu consists of many, French orientated, different options. The wine and of course champagne options are very good. Unfortunately the staff is not really friendly, a bit distant and very hard to approach to order. Also it takes quite a while to get your food and during our dinner we see them making multiple mistakes at other tables (as multiple other guests were complaining). Quality of the food was sufficient, as per the pricing, but not in line with the style and atmosphere of the restaurant. So overall not sure if I would recommend.
William D — Google review
Very good Brasserie. Elegant space with a nice dinning room and leafy terrace. I had the Menu Excelsior 40euros. Included champagne, wine, appetizer, main and dessert. It was great food and gene rous. Will have a salad for dinner. Staff was formal, polite but nice.
Jason H — Google review
Amazing restaurant that got recommend to use by another chef. The old school French atmosphere is amazing! Priced very decent for the quality of food that gets served. Very extensive wine menu, with some wines available per glass. Personally I would wish that they had the Chablis per glass, but went with the Taittinger champagne instead. Can’t go wrong with Excelsior. Also the staff is very friendly, speaks English very well and they offer an English menu. Definitely would recommend Excelsior ❤️ !
Mark V — Google review
We had lunch here and were shocked to find that the chicken was served with baking paper still attached. When we asked for an apology, the manager’s attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. It felt as if they assumed we were just tourists who couldn’t speak French, and therefore didn’t deserve proper respect. Truly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Never coming back, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.
Chiouyus — Google review
Creative flavors in a green garden setting This brasserie pleasantly surprised us with its inventive dishes and relaxed vibe. The food was solid, with some truly creative flavor combos — like a gazpacho served as dessert and a vegetarian poké bowl beautifully plated on a dish instead of in a bowl. For those who enjoy it, foie gras is also on the menu. The real highlight? Dining outside, surrounded by lush greenery. A lovely spot for a leisurely meal with something special on the plate.
Raoul — Google review
Absolutely horrific. Were seated at 9:30, and no one spoke to us until almost 10, and only to take our orders. We waited until 11:45 for our dinner to arrive. Our waiter left for the night in the middle of waiting on us and we were never told. The food came out cold and bland and we had items on our bill that never arrived. The atmosphere was nice, but for the price of the food, you’d do better at any restaurant along the promenade. If you’re French, I’m sure that you will have a lovely experience. You could clearly see that everyone seated in my area were not French and most tables complained about the service.

Under the expert guidance of Chef Ansel Fabrice, guests can savor authentic French cuisine crafted from fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from local artisans. Lovely Cosy Family run business!! The husband is the chef and his wife in the front. The food was 10/10. The flavours were next well, all food was cooked to perfection. My lamb was so juicy melted in my mouth and my partners cod dish was also cooked to perfection. They have a lovely cave style dining area.

This is a homey place. The food was good at best. However, that cool looking room in most pictures smells quite musty. There is a rusty metal bar going through the posterior lower part of the room. By the AC. The room has a carpet, that seems old and part of that musty issue. Why would you have cheap looking, old carpet in a small restaurant? When you look closely at the bricks they have dark mold in multiple areas. The knives to cut the steak are not sharp, making me obliterate my stake while cutting it. The steak was medium well, i wanted it medium rare. Just… a lot of details for this well intended restaurant are lacking. Not overpriced. Modest wine list.
Alishia M — Google review
Second time in Reims for me and stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant in the corner near the Gare on a Tuesday night. It was 7pm and asked the Miss host if I could dine without a reservation and they let us in. Both Misses who hosted us were very warm and friendly and with my broken French, still allowed me to continue tried speaking in French. On a tangent, I am of Japanese decent and believe that language plays a huge roll in perception in the world and always felt if visitors in Japan could learn just a little Japanese, the experience would be 10x better. The nuances of things change dramatically and the hosts (I later found out they both speak very good English) allowed me to converse with them in French. I really appreciate the time they spent dealing with my ego and very appreciative of their hospitality. I think most of the seating were underground level and felt like I was dining in a beautiful old wine cellars which hit my taste 120%. Every time I visit a basement I keep imagining converting it to my man cave. Now for the food and champagne side, you are in the best brut region in the world. I had a demi-bottle for two of us which was perfect for my non-alcohol tolèrent body and the food was beautiful and very tasteful. A lot of local ingredients in season. I love sauerkraut and learned the dish they served had it under the fish we ordered and is the Alsace regions specialty. My travel buddy loves asparagus and the white asparagus soup (potage??) he said was best he has ever had. I always love restaurants serving great seasonal local ingredients that is not common to me. Price wise, coming from California and stopping by at Paris, is very accessible and nothing that would break your bank. I don’t want to say “cheap” because as a restauranteur myself I don’t want to give impression that the restaurant is underselling itself at all but compared to what you get for spending 75-100 USD for two in America, I say what we received in food and services is something that would easily cost me 150+ per person in Bay Area. (I know this is bad American habit but had to put it in here) Thank you Ms.s for taking us in and not rushing us during the dining experience. I was happy with the hospitality but the city was very pretty and after the great food, I wanted to stroll around and see the beautiful buildings as it matched the food very much. I am looking for place in France to remote/work in the future and this restaurant gave me +2 pts for choosing Reims as a contender.

This experience was nice, but we were disappointed there were only cold starters as a choice. The wine choice is good, and I really enjoyed my duck breast starter. We sat in the cellar, which was nice, but upstairs is good too.

Cosy cellar and absolutely great food for a fair price. Very sweet staff as well. Do make reservations, best response is through the form on their website.

We had a healthy cook with warm welcoming here😋. A French family running restaurant, cosy atmosphere ( no idea how summer is) in September when we visited Reims. Should reservation !

Anna-S-La Table Amoureuse is a comfortable bistro with a neighborhood vibe that offers elevated takes on familiar dishes. Located next to the music conservatory just south of the Cathedral, this restaurant is bright and jolly, adorned with paintings by the owner. The menu features classics that change with the seasons, such as foie gras terrine and smoked salmon for starters, and mains like braised veal sweetbreads or beef tenderloin in red wine sauce.
Excellent place for dinner! The service was great and very friendly. It is a cute restaurant with very nice owners. The food was delicious. It came very quick and there was enough choice. The wine was great and the staff was happy to explain a lot about the wine. The prices are very low for such high quality food. A top recommendation in Reims!

The best thing is the Palette of desserts! Menus in plastic and paper napkins should be changed to something more elegant. Service was excellent!
Alessia M — Google review
French restaurant that serves seasonal and classic menu’s more pretentious than a bistrot. Interiors would love a renovation and the plastic menu’s are absolutely a no go, dirty and unclear. That said some dishes were tasty and well made and some others less, overall it has a good price quality for Reims. Waiters were kind but sometimes forgetful. Small wine list but with some great picks.

Nestled just a short stroll from the bustling Place de la Republique, "A l'Ere du Temps" is a charming creperie that promises an unforgettable culinary experience. This delightful spot specializes in both savory and sweet crepes, as well as gluten-free buckwheat galettes made from pure black wheat. The menu features an array of delectable dessert options, with handmade delights like chocolate sauce, salted caramel, whipped cream, and apple compote crafted right on-site.
Highly recommend this place for savory crepes and galettes. The owner is really helpful and happy of customize the crepes based on personal preferences. The quality of food is impeccable, fresh vegetables and ingredients make every visit worthwhile. I would also recommend the organic cider 🙂

I only like to leave positive reviews or none at all but A l'ere Du Temps was exceptional. I felt I really had to share my experience given their write up on Lonely Planet and generally positive Facebook reviews. It seems they are at the point of hanging their hat (their guaranteed trade) off of such reviews. My experience was terrible - the worst I've received in all of France. I arrived at 9:17pm, alone, cold and hungry after a long day. They advertise their closing ti,e as 9:30pm, so when entering by myself to a basically empty venue on a Tuesday night I would expect that's ok and to receive a quick crepe. Instead, the staff member was so rude, I felt so unwelcome, he basically pretty much steered me out the door by the shoulder and told me to go away. I've never been treated with such astonishing rudeness in my life and I wanted to tell other people walking to this venue expecting the nice experience they might have read about in Lonely Planet that they should perhaps look at the many other cafes, bistros and restaurants dotted about the city. Try them out as this place is not worth the experience if you value any form of customer service.
Bryony N — Google review
Closing time does not mean anything to this place. I should have read the earlier reviews. My family and I showed up at 9pm on a Saturday to have sweet crepes and we were refused entry though their closing time is 9:30pm. Even the begging kids could not convince the staff to let us in after a long walk from the center of Reims.

Trésors de Champagne is a stylish store and bar offering tasting sessions in a sleek setting with bottle ceiling lights. For those looking to sample Reims specialties, Maison Fossier is the place to go for its famous pink biscuits, while Plus de Bulles and Trésors de Champagne offer opportunities to taste and purchase champagne. Boucherie du Forum is known for its delicious Reims ham, best enjoyed at classic brasseries like Boulingrin and Cafe du Palais.
Trésors de Champagne is the perfect stop to taste wines from small producers across the region. The design is intriguing with bottles floating above your head, waiting to be pulled down to tell you more about the various producers. The selection of wines available to taste is impressive, too, and the staff are welcoming and kind. We ended up tasting the 9 bottles available and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We fully intended on returning to the shop to pick up a few bottles before catching our train, but ended up running out of time. Will definitely be going back to taste more wines and bring some home next time.

Highlight of our trip to Champagne! Loved it. Loved all of the champagne tours, but this one was awesome, 23 small independent champagne houses own the shop, all champagne are vintage (don’t quote me on that) so each one is so different. We did the 3 grand crus champagnes and 6 premier ones (I think), for 60€, was great. Will visit again. 🍾
Stu P — Google review
A specialty store and bar that offers tastings from 28 small champagne houses. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, able to make recommendations and offer advice on what suits your palate. A surprise find but one that I recommend to any visitors to Reims. Thanks for an amazing afternoon!

Beautiful place to enjoy some boutique champagnes from the region. Great sampling packages available as well as by the bottle. Enjoyed a nice food platter with some champagne. Great knowledgeable staff on hand to explain everything about the champagnes!

Cute bar with friendly staff. They have a few champagnes on rotation each week and you can try their tasters. It’s great value for money
Claire L — Google review
This tasting room houses bubbles from a cooperative of 24 smaller champagne growers. It's well laid out with a map on the floor and intriguing bottles on the ceiling describing more about each producer. The staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable during the tastings. Tastings start from €8 a glass, or €20 for 3 glasses. Overall I enjoyed the experience but felt that the quality of champagnes I tasted here didn't really stack up to some of the other small producers I visited. It's still a nice experience and a welcome break from the big Champagne houses though.
Tash S — Google review
We did 2 separate masterclasses with Simon during our time in Reims. If you are new to champagne, this is the best way to learn more about the region and the grapes. If you already enjoy champagne, this is a great way to learn more about the independent winemakers in Champagne. Personally, I find the boutique champagne houses to have more expression of the grape and the terroir (Simon can explain why), which makes these bottles more enjoyable than the run-of-the-mill bottles that you can find anywhere. They offer a variety of tastings, but I found the masterclasses to be a great value of both time and money.
Sara U — Google review
We loved our experience here. We sought it out specifically because it is focused on small producers where the vineyard owners make the wine (similar to many Oregon wineries where we are from.) Being in the wine industry ourselves, we really appreciated the stories behind each wine and the unique bottlings that we tasted (100% pinot meunier? Yes please!) We are planning on ordering a case to ship to us back in the US. Out of all the Champagne houses/experiences during our trip, this was our favorite besides Taittinger and Lanson. Highly recommend; the staff is knowledgeable and the visuals are great for learning about the region and where individual producers are located!!

Restaurant
Racine is a renowned 2 Michelin star restaurant located in Reims, known for its intimate setting and minimalist decor. The chef, Kazuyuki Tanaka, who previously worked with the acclaimed Regis Marcon, skillfully combines influences from Champagne and Asia to create technically refined dishes that prioritize fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs. The restaurant offers artfully plated tasting menus with impeccable wine pairings. In addition to its culinary excellence, Racine also houses a small museum showcasing its history.
Did the 6 course tasting and the experience lived up to the bill of a 2 Michelin star restaurant. The food was exceptionally creative, with lots of unique flavors but the most impressive thing to me was the plating. Each dish was pure art. Read some recent reviews re: the staff and chef being unfriendly but I did not have that experience. The staff was highly professional and did not engage in a lot of banter, but were friendly and did their job exceptionally well. Spoke to the chef after dinner who asked in detail how our meal was. The whole experience lived up to the elegance that you’d expect from its stature.

Excellent 2 star restaurant with every dish very meticulously prepared and crafted. Price is aligned with other 2 star. You will definitely taste and see the Japanese influence. Professional and warm service and you get to speak to the chef and he also cones to serve you too. We opted got cheaper wine and the sommelier was very helpful and great suggestions

Incredible journey between France and Japan in minimalist and small setting. We went there with 5 others guests for my sister’s 30th birthday at lunch time. Arrived at 12:45 and left at 5:45 with the 9-course menu which is actually a 12/13 courses menu. The combination of French & Japanese cuisine, two high precision ones, always create special emotions and this menu was another one, similar to Kei, that we tried before he got his third star. If I were to highlight two things it would be this: the cooking technique, with probably the most beautifully cooked lobster & langoustine that I have every tried. And the boldness of flavors, with for instance strawberry & beetroot mixed with pigeon. A special mention to the sommelier who succeeded in guiding us throughout the meal and proposed decently priced wines that paired superbly well with the meal (we went for bottles instead of the pairing) Food wise, this was worth a 3* restaurant to me. I’ll definitely come back.

Upon our recent visit to Racine, my wife and I, along with a group of discerning friends, found ourselves immersed in an overall enjoyable dining experience. Nevertheless, it is with a certain reluctance that I must note a discrepancy we found between our expectations and the delivered culinary performance. Given Racine's esteemed recognition as a two-star Michelin establishment, we anticipated a gastronomic adventure that would stand out in our collective experience, which encompasses countless visits to Michelin-awarded restaurants around the world. Unfortunately, the quality of the cuisine we encountered did not quite meet the elevated standards we've come to associate with such accolades. Despite the warm and engaging ambiance of the restaurant, the culinary execution fell short of the precision and innovation that usually characterize Michelin two-star establishments. This resulted in a culinary experience that, while far from unsatisfactory, did not live up to the high bar set by our past experiences at comparable restaurants.

An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The food was exquisite, beautifully presented, and full of surprising, perfectly balanced flavors. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable — they made the evening feel effortless and special. Truly deserving of every star. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a world-class dining experience.

What a great restaurant! Surprising dishes and I love the champagne pairings. We chose to go for the Suki menu with champagne pairing. We started with a lot of mise en bouche (small one biters) followed by not 1 but 2 amuses bouche! Every dish was great, bold flavors and very beautifully plated. I really loved the capers and anjovis in the dessert with raspberry and lychee (yes, in the dessert and it was great!). I would love to come back! A must try restaurant in Reims!!
Lan V — Google review
We came with the highest expectations (not really a surprise given it is a two star restaurant), but left rather disappointed. The seven cause menu turned out to be about 20 individual dishes, all very intricate and complicated. And that was really the biggest challenge: dishes that were barely more than bite size consisting of 10 and more ingredients, sometimes with competing flavors. Of all the dishes we tasted, there was literally only one where we thought " wow, this is great, I want more of this". The rest just kind of floated along, it was clearly not bad but nothing was a culinary highlight. We ordered the individual wine with each course for 95 Euros, only to find out that we were charged for the champagne during the amuse bouche courses (3 of them) extra. One feels slightly cheated, not that the additional 40 euros per person really matter at a total price of $750 for two people for dinner, but it didn't feel right. Service was okay, but not more than that. It had none of the perfect orchestration one would find at a Bocuse or Robuchon where the service and the incredible attention to detail matches the perfection on the plate. Most disappointing however, was the arrogance of the chef. Racine is it tiny restaurant with six seats and less than 10 employees. The Chef came to the table twice to pour some sauce, never once bothered to say hello or to utter a word and did not have the gratitude to come to the table at the end. The team at Racine appears to have fallen in love with the fact that they have two Michelin stars and they are playing with food rather than celebrating flavors. Most importantly, they have forgotten that they are in the hospitality business and none of the dinner felt this very special touch, the spirit of warmth and generosity of arriving at someoned house and feeling just wonderful about the whole thing.

Haute French restaurant
Restaurant Le Parc is a must-visit 2 Michelin-starred dining spot located in the luxurious Hotel Les Crayeres in Reims. The renowned Chef Philippe Mille, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, offers an unforgettable culinary experience with elegantly reinterpreted classic dishes available in 4 set menus. The menu features inspired dishes such as black truffle-stuffed scallops, venison back on vine branches, and raw milk Chaource cheese.
One of the few fine-dining restaurants I recommend. Each dish was well-executed, with complex flavors and textures. We had the 180euro menu with the 120euro wine pairing. The amount of food was just right. Service staff were friendly, and highly knowledgeable somms.

We are foreign visitors, and we have dined at many Michelin starred restaurants local and abroad. It wasn’t until we arrived at Reims that we noticed that the chef changed. We made our reservation several months ago in our country, at that time, the chef was still the previous one. ( And it was through google review that we discover the chef has changed.) We consider this as a kind of “fraud”, since no one has ever contacted us about the alter in chef. Our reservation time was 6:30in the afternoon, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were lead to the garden. This is our first time being led to other places before dinging in our experience in Europe. People from the restaurant didn’t told us that we have to finish the whole bottle of champagne before we could get into the restaurant and start our dinner, therefore, it was until 8:40 that we finally get into the restaurant. The snack served when we were waiting were melted and collapsed, we suppose it was due to the high temperature and the long waiting time. The champagne and wine are really good, however, despite the desserts, the other dishes are far from satisfying. The dishes are all salty, and we couldn’t taste layered flavors in the dishes, as other restaurants have. (For example, we can only taste saltiness in the meat, since the meat is salty, and the sauce is also salty. As for the dish made from cheese, we could only taste the flavor of cheese.)

Give them more Michelin stars!! This was by far one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had both in the US and traveling abroad. From the staff to the food and ambiance, it was a 10/10. Thank you to Les Crayeres & Le Parc for making our friend Holly’s bday so special!

A true 5 stars experience!! My husband and I had the most extraordinary dinner here while vacationing in Champagne. We had the Summer menu with wine pairing experience and it was a great discovery. We enjoyed every dish which was decadent with the best ingredients: caviar, sea urchins and lobster were standouts. The wine pairings were all champagne and perfectly completed each dish. I highly recommend the restaurant as it was the most memorable experience we have experienced. The service was also outstanding.

A truly fabulous anniversary lunch — every detail perfection! 💫🍾 We celebrated our anniversary with lunch at Le Parc inside Les Crayères, and it was absolutely fabulous from start to finish! Exquisite food, impeccable service, beautiful atmosphere — and that stunning setting within the hotel just elevated the whole experience. When we arrived, they first seated us in the lounge area where we started with glasses of champagne. We ordered two glasses of Flora Debout and two of Billecart-Salmon Rosé, both of which were excellent. They served us a lovely selection of hors d’oeuvres to pair with our bubbly while we relaxed and looked over the menu. Once we were ready, they guided us to the dining room — we got the best table by the window, and the room itself was absolutely gorgeous. The four of us chose the Plaisir de Table menu — a five-course tasting — though it turned out to be quite a feast since they include several surprise bites in between courses to keep things interesting. 😊 Our menu included Candied duck foie gras, John Dory filet, glazed Mallard duck breast, Farm Langres cheese, and Grand Cru chocolate from Indonesia. Every dish was flawlessly executed — the flavors balanced beautifully, and the proteins were cooked to perfection. The bread and butter were also outstanding (and for me, that’s crucial — it sets the tone for the whole meal!). Service was attentive and polished throughout. Even though a few staff members seemed newer or in training, everything ran smoothly. Toward the end of lunch, they surprised us with an extra dessert and a candle to celebrate our anniversary — such a thoughtful touch! At one point, the sun was streaming through the window, so I asked if they could lower the shades — and to my amusement, they controlled this mechanized awning outside right from inside the dining room! It was such a cool little detail that made us all smile. 😄 Even the valets were wonderful — warm, friendly, and eager to share a bit of the hotel’s history and their current renovations while fetching our car. All in all, it was an extraordinary dining experience — elegant yet welcoming — and absolutely worthy of its two Michelin stars. Next time I’m in Reims, I’ll definitely be back, and I’d love to stay at Les Crayères as well. With drinks, the total came to around USD $1,200, and honestly, it was worth every penny for such a memorable celebration. ✨🍽️🥂

Our third visit. I can't believe they are only 2 stars. They are the best restaurant in paris for us. Always welcoming. Great wine list especially Bourgognes and Champagnes on great price. I don't drink wine in restaurants because of the price but here I do. Also they have rotating champagne on glass which is hard to find in the US.

THIS IS A REVIEW OF A VEGAN 5 COURSE SERVICE, AND NOT WHAT IS TYPICALLY SERVED TO THE AVERAGE CUSTOMER, SO PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN READING. VEGETARIAN / VEGAN SERVICE UPON REQUEST DURING RESERVATION I enjoyed the attentive staff and atmosphere. Upon request, there were no weird tensions when asking for a vegan meal. The chef prepared a 5 course option for me. The dessert course was so good and not just a boring fruit salad, and if you know, you know that this is a feat. I do have to say that I feel like maybe the chef wasn't well-versed enough with vegan cuisine to present something totally unique in every dish. I noticed that 2 of the dishes essentially contained the same ingredients but prepared them in a different manner. So, there was no new flavour experience to be had there. However, I am very critical with my food, so perhaps I am just being a little uptight. The effort is so much appreciated, so please know I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to dine here. For the price, I expected absolutely wpuld have liked more of a "wow" reaction for every plate, and I got that for 3 of the 5. I wouldn't come here a second time as a vegan, but I think it was worth the experience. Considering the lack of veg options in the area (vegan specifically), this was quite delightful. The staff was so so so good. Pur glasses were never empty, the champagne was delicious, and bread was always offered in between. Every dish was explained to us. The champagne and wine menu was much too big for me to tackle and ask about which ones were vegan, so if you plan on consuming and the filter process concerns you, definitely know what you'd like ahead of time or call ahead to inquire. My favourite courses were the first and last. NOTE: if you do not consume honey as a vegan, this needs to be mentioned, as one of the desserts presented to me contained this ingredient. In the middle of the service, the chef made their rounds to every table to ensure everything was alright, and that's a nice touch. You can really tell that they love what they do, as well as the staff. Thanks for the lovely evening.
Laura J — Google review
A very good restaurant but came away from the signature menu experience with little memorable or that I would reflect on as exceptional and suited for a 2 star restaurant. Two of the six dishes were fairly bland, the others were all very good, particularly the duck. The location is beautiful and service is very attentive, however one of the wine pairings did not suit my palette and I asked for an alternative wine. The restaurant charged me for the extra glass, which I found rather surprising, especially since the wine pairing did not offer any “top ups.” Overall a nice meal with creativity / surprise effect of the signature menu, though not one that I will be actively seeking to return to.

If you’re after top-tier cocktails and genuinely attentive service, L’Apostrophe in Reims nails it. We walked in one evening with our travel bar book—basically the world’s most finicky cocktail list. Pierre, the bartender, dove right in like a pro, instantly clued in on what was in our book, and picked one of the trickiest drinks to make. The result felt like a masterpiece—the kind of cocktail only a master mixologist could deliver. After we left the bar, he and the rest of the staff actually checked on us from outside—totally unexpected and incredibly thoughtful. The food that followed? Just as unforgettable: beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious. If you want classy cocktails and a staff that makes you feel seen, book this place. The next day at noon, I went back in (couldn’t help myself) and was greeted by Perrine, a young woman whose poise, kindness, and perfect English added another layer to the experience. Two visits convinced me: a rare full-five-star winning spot

EDIT: Second time coming back and our experience is still fantastic as ever! 💖 The servers here are absolutely wonderful 💖 definitely one of the best restos in the city center! 💖 Been wanting to try L'apostrophe ever since I moved to Reims! 💖 I've been passing by it for a while now and i was always in awe how elegant the facade was from outside. I'm happy to say it was equally as beautiful inside! 💖 I went here around 7:30pm and was seated immediately. Despite the busy dinner service, it's not too hard to be seated as the place is deceivingly big inside! The Mojito was great. It had just the right amount of punch to it. Most restaurants make the mistake of putting too much syrup that you can't even taste the rhum so I recommend this one. I had a Carbonnade de bœuf and I'm still raving about it! The beef was tender and the sauce was not overpowering. My partner had a filet de bar. It was cooked perfectly, was not too salty and the veggies complemented it well My only comment is: steer away from the Asian dishes! They are far from authentic and you are better of just trying some of their other offerings. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and I see myself coming back to try other dishes in the future!

We had an amazing lunch here! Highly recommend and would eat here again for sure! Phenomenal. The split pea soup was the best I've ever had, and that was agreed by the whole table. The wild boar stew was very good, tender and paired well with the fries. My friend liked his herring dish. Whatever starter they gave us was sooo good, some sort of thin carb with a dip. We came here based on the Michelin Guide. It did not disappoint. We did not book but fortunately were able to get seats at the bar. I’d recommend booking! The service and waiters (especially Elliot) were amazing. Top class and quintessentially français. Elliot’s moustache was particularly fabulous. We had the jardin set menu and champagne. And the food was unbelievable. The flavour. The execution. The culinary skill. Top class and highly recommended to anyone who is interested in great food and French service. Do come here and enjoy!

Visited this place 3 years ago - had great service and experience. This time the experience was very poor. We came early for dinner. Waited forever for menus. Had to remind the staff that we had ordered water also. Some of the people in our table did not receive a fork for their meal. Wine pairing this time for the set menu was boring. Had to request for pairing for dessert since no-one asked if we wanted anything, nor once showed up during our dinner to check on us. It just seemed we were not welcome there this time.. seasonal menu was tasty though.

It was really beautiful experience. We travelled for bussines trip from Prague and came for dinner. Wonderfull place, nice service, tasty menu. Really, we recomend to visit this place. One of the best spots in Reims. If you'll not decide for degustation menu, you should go for steak. Enjoy 🥂

Champagne Taittinger offers custom tastings and guided tours of its cellars, which are carved from Roman mines. The family-owned Champagne Michel Fagot is located in the prestigious village of Rilly-la-Montagne, at the heart of the Montagne de Reims vineyard. Led by Olivier Fagot, the estate continues its tradition of producing refined and elegant champagnes inspired by sustainable viticulture and biodynamic techniques.
Great experience to learn how Champagne is made. The first half is a tour of the tunnels where they store the bottles for the second fermentation to add the bubbles. The tunnels are several Kilometers long and the oldest tunnels were built by the Romans. At this location, only about 5% of their production is stored here and there must be millions of bottles. Very impressive. Next is the Champagne tasting. We had 3 unique tastings with very generous pours. The tasting room was a large private room with very comfortable couch chairs and decorative champagne memorabilia throughout the room. Highly recommended for novice or experienced Champagne drinkers.
Mike D — Google review
Very traditional champagne tasting, with guided tour and 2 glasses to try at the end. Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. Tour lasted 1 hour. Final tasting room a little underwhelming, not enough seats for guests. The cave is fun to walk around as its limestone and is UNESCO. The shop is pretty expensive and clearly they want a certain clientele unfortunately. We got there a little early and had a lovely 3 course meal at the newly open restaurant.

Just perfection! I cannot express enough how amazing our experience was here. Firstly we had to change our booking last minute due to sickness and they were so accommodating. We arrived at 10:00 and didn't leave until the evening, it was just fantastic! The staff were all amazing, from the entrance to the restaurant. The new restaurant was superb as well! Would highly recommend.

Americans leaving this review. We traveled from Colorado, USA, to see the champagne house that we named our son after. I used to work in the wine industry and have drank hundreds of champagnes and have been on many wine tours. So the expectations were very high. We booked the "Comtes in an instant" tour for roughly $500 EU for my wife and my two sons, ages 12 and 14. First off, for that price, you should be treated and greeted with a glass of champagne upon entry to the tour. You begin by watching a movie about the area and house of Taittinger. We did enjoy that. The tour begins by going into the cellars with roughly 100 steps below ground. I forget our tour guides name, but she was pleasant and knowledgeable, but very austere with her personality. A little draw back there. After the cellar tour, you went back to the main level tasting room. Your kids get fancy grape juice(no food) and are told to sit quietly. Humpf... Next, you get 3 champagnes to taste, and the pours are tiny. You do get into the blends, the age info, etc. Honestly, it was a bit of a disappointment. If it were not for the experience of finally visiting my son's namesake, it would have been another overpriced tour. So I took matters into my hands by visiting their bar area and pegging the bartender with questions. They poured a few complimentary glasses for us after we showed them our son's passport. We enjoyed that extra attention. We then went to the gift store and spent about $250 on wine and gifts. If you're not infatuated with this winery like me, go directly to the bar area, order a plate of food, get cozy with the bartender, and try 4-5 different glasses of champagne. Then, pull up Wikipedia and learn about the history of this iconic winery.

A Champagne House mirroring professionalism. Everything is well in order, the tours are well organized, the guide was speaking perfect english, with lots of knowledge about the house, history, cellars and good communication skills. The tasting was delightful. Two suggestions for improvement: some water during the tasting would be great and also you should be allowed to finish the tasting in the lounge. We had to leave a little bit early but were allowed to take one glass to the gift shop.
Dragos D — Google review
Fabulous tour! Matilda from London was our guide for the English tour. She did great leading us around the caves, through the history of the place, and the tastings at the end. The caves were incredible to see, and the history spanning centuries was wild to hear! Delicious champagne as well. We’ll definitely recommend this to friends and family.
Morgan — Google review
Incredible experience! I waited a whole month for this — and it did NOT disappoint. The history was fascinating… maybe a tad long (felt like I aged a vintage myself 🥂), but our guide Alena, who casually speaks Russian, Belarusian, English, AND French (show-off 😂), knew every little bubble about champagne history. It was interesting and never dull. WARNING: DRESS LIKE YOU’RE VISITING THE ARCTIC. It’s freezing in there! The next day, three out of our group of five were sporting fevers — so basically, we brought back more than just memories. 🥶😂
Alena T — Google review
A wonderful experience spread over a couple of hours. Sampled some vintage champagnes, along with a few more & walked around the caves, where the temperature was around 10C. Our guide was informative and super friendly.

One of the best places to eat in Reims. Traditional and well cooked French food, excellent flavours, good service. Don’t be in a rush as the meal takes some time, but that is part of having a meal such as this. Don’t miss it.

One of the best restaurants I've visited in Reims. Excellent service which is not something typical in France. Great food! Would've loved a bit of low volme background music though.

A wonderful restaurant featuring an amazing array of regional Champagnes and wines. The food is prepared with tremendous skill. And the service is impeccable. We had the special lamb dish and pork chops for out main course. We started with the escargot with it's unique preparation with roasted hazelnut and pumpkin emulsion. A true dining experience.

We had the pleasure of dining for lunch before going to champagne houses in the afternoon. We’ve been to Le Crypto twice now and it has remained at the top of our dining list in France. The service is friendly and accommodating to novice French speakers, the price/quality is excellent, and the variety of offerings is really great. We recommend trying the locally produced rataffa (spelling may not be correct!) with dessert.

After eating in different great restaurants in Reims, we had even greater expectations from Le Crypto. The only dish that was really good was the soup! The other dishes were average. I would have rated it 4 if the prices matched the flavours, but for what we paid, it was a bad value for money.

Loved this restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient despite it being full on a Saturday night. I'd suggest booking. There were several menus to choose from. A la carte and the 39 euro Prix fix, the 59 euro ser menu and the 85 euro tasting menu. All nine members of our party found something delicious and the restaurant catered a dairy intolerance. It's about 10 mins walk from the town centre of Reims so you'll see the less touristy side of town. The photos are lentil soup, beef and pear crumble and a Madeleine. Enjoy!

Today we tried what I would call one of the little gems in Reims. The chef truly brought magic to our table for dinner tonight. We got offered some of the best freshly sliced cured ham on the house. Soon after my croque de Reims with truffle starter blew my mind. The flavors were dancing in my mouth. Such pleasure!!!! My Pluma ham main was perfection on a plate. Finally the dessert was certainly the best orange tarte I have eaten in France. The service was on point and everyone was so sweet and helpful. It was a pleasure to dine at au petit comptoir this evening. Very simply put, this restaurant fulfills your senses without being heavy on your pocket. A must try while in Reims.

A brilliant restaurant in Place Drouet d’Erlon. Lots of outdoor seating and two levels indoors. It is right near the statue and fountain with great views of the rest of the Place. The menu is broad and the prices reasonable. Service was fantastic. We had snails, the pork terrine and the vegan burger. All were so delicious and generous in size. Highly recommended!

Nice place for a dinner. Staff is very friendly and is quick to help. Location is ok, on a busy street with many other restaurants. Quite some cars that drive by the roundabout next to the tables however. Food was delicious. Lots of stuff on the menu and it all looked good. Not very expensive. Would come back a second time!

Easy French dinner with very informal setting and relaxed atmosphere. Food was really good, especially the brisket and the ribs. Fries were excellent. Personally I would prefer actual mayonnaise or more rich sauce to accompany the ketchup. No reservation needed, just queue a bit and voila! Recommended😊
Eerik H — Google review
The washrooms were clean and well stocked. Waitstaff was friendly, attentive and we were able to order order in English. We had the Brisket and quinoa burger which both came with fries. The brisket was tender and melted in your mouth. Quinoa burger had half an avocado lettuce and tomato, delish.
Andrew U — Google review
Just okay really, I don’t know who’s writing these reviews but I found the mushroom pasta lacking flavor, like zero seasoning and the brisket was tender but the sauce was very run-of-the mill. If you’re looking for a quintessential French bistro, look somewhere else.
John S — Google review
Unfortunately, the food was really disappointing — it felt like eating at a cheap diner. Almost everything was overly sweet. Our server was kind, but she forgot my order, which didn’t help the experience. That said, the location is lively and fun, which was a nice plus.

3 experiences in 2 months ; I can't get enough of this authentic Italian restaurant ! Enter Cristian, the head chef. Super friendly, welcoming every customer in his small & always packed restaurant. Italian decor, quotes, paintings ... the lot to accompany this culinary journey ! We ordered a mix of antipasti, excellent mozzarella / prosciutto / focaccia and others home-made and exquisite ! The pasta was awesomely delicious ... all 3 types> My favourite was the homemade Lumaconi with stuffed with Angus beef, ricotta, mozzarella and truffles). The paccheri and the seafood spaghetti were equally savoury ! We also had a bottle of Calabrese wine "Muranera" with was a marvellous matching with the food ! Lastly, the tiramisu and panacotta were something to envy ! Thank God for this authentic address in Reims !

The restaurant is more spacious than it looks from the outside. The menu has a small selection of dishes, but it's quite good. However, there's a kid's menu, but no high chair for children 😔

The hostess is one of the least friendly person you can have. She feels entitled to change your order that it suits her. She creates a hostile environment where you feel like you have to eat as quickly as possible so she can reuse your table quickly. Also changed our bill at the end! Make sure you don’t get scammed in this place!!!!!

This was terrible , if we could have given a 0 we would. Service is very slow, pretend to not speak any english and let’s not start about the food and drinks. Juices should be “fresh” which comes in a bottle for €7,50. When confronting the server with it, she comes back with the same drink in a glass? Prices are way too high and coffee is seriously disgusting. Also, there was plastic in the food. Long story short: do not go here!!

The restaurant is truly a hidden gem. I was so happy to find this restaurant and have an amazing dinner at a very reasonable price. The food was amazing. Some of the best I’ve had for a long time. I really enjoyed it. However the level of service was significantly lower than the quality of food. As a non-French speaking guest I didn’t feel welcome. It didn’t only feel as if it was due to a language barrier, but a general hostility towards non-French speakers (which also included another table). Beautiful food but I wouldn’t recommend. I’m sorry that this is the case since I wish all the best for you.

Nice wine bar with a great champagne selection that is served by the glass. They seem to like brut nature and extra brut champagne styles here. There is plenty of choice in interesting still wines by the glass as well, and I tried Ratafia for the first time in my life. The wine list is only available online, has a focus on French wine, and has such an extensive range (over 40 pages) that it can seem little bit intimidating. We have been drinking wine by the glass, we really enjoyed drinking "mystery wine", the content of the glass was a great surprise. The food we had was nice, however the focus of this bar is wine. We would definitely come back and try some more wine if we are in Reims again.

Food was good. No pics but my wife and I had the cheese-plate. It was great and had a decent selection. If you’re a foreigner they do speak English. But I always recommend to know a little bit of French when in France. 🙃. They were really busy in the evening with music playing. Great choice of music that evening :). There is a club in the back which has a separate entrance. I don’t have any concrete feedback but it’s seemed fun when glancing inside during my way to the bathroom.

Great bar split into 3 distinct sections - buzzing and huge courtyard out the bar, more relaxed inside lounge and seats outside. We did not eat, but marvelled instead at the champagne options Would love to see more wines by the glass, but the by the bottle list was impressive. Lots of other busy places around made for a great Friday night.

During my vacation in Reims I notice that Le Clos is one of the most popular bars in the city. The bar is huge and is divided into three different environments: Terrace bar, Wine lounge and Garden bar. I loved the style of the bar and the way in which each environment has characteristics that are different from each other. In the terrace bar it is very relaxing and facing the market, the wine bar is inside with a very rustic decoration and several bottles of champagne and wine around the bar and the Garden bar is more like "club" style with louder music, fewer places to sit, game tables, has a large bar and serves various types of snacks. I really liked the place and the prices are not expensive depending on what you decide to drink. The waitresses are super attentive, very friendly, they are super customer focus. Someone of them won’t speak english, but they will do everything possible for you to understand them and them to you. My only criticism is the security guard at the door of the Gardem bar, he is very unfriendly, thick, 0 customer service, but that didn’t ruined the great time I had on this bar.

Busy little spot in the heart of Reims. Laid back service, decent tapas and pretty much one choice of champagne by the glass, more by the bottle. Lots of cool kids and older couples mingling, smoking and generally having a good time.

Great atmosphere, easy going staff, speaking English. Indoor lounge for a relaxed setting, and an outdoor terrace for fun. Big choice of drinks, great champagne is served at a price that you would pay at a shop. We had great time playing pinball and drinking our champagne the whole evening. Will come back again.

Côté Sushi Reims is a delightful fusion restaurant nestled in the heart of Reims, France, where culinary traditions from Peru and Japan come together to create an unforgettable dining experience. The menu boasts a variety of dishes that cater to both vegetarians and meat enthusiasts alike. Diners can savor flavorful options like miso soup, Udon noodles, Mahi-Mahi ceviche, and Donburi Gyoza Nikkei alongside exquisite sushi combinations that showcase the best of Peruvian-Japanese cuisine.
One of my friends recommended this restaurant to me. What an amazing place. Why didn’t I go there before. My daughter loves sushi and this place is ‘the best’ to have sushi without hesitating how the quality must be and in peace. It’s a big size restaurant but out of this world!! Quiet, vibrant, ambiance was soothing and representing Japanese culture and style . Top notch in quality, quantity also the top class customer service. Every dish was mouth watering, carefully selected ingredients, portion size was just perfect. We went on ordering and didn’t feel we had enough. When it comes to the quality I am too fussy and hygiene I am an OCD. But here, the hygiene level was 10/10. This is the only second place in France I found was fresh and hygienic. Presentation was 👌👌, I give 10/10. Staff was super professional and approaching also deserves 10/10. Dessert was melting in mouth. Yummy yummy mochis. Many of my friends already dined there after I told them and were all praise to the team. I would recommend this place without any hesitation. If you are visiting Reims, France and if you are a sushi lover, this is the place to go. Quality for the price we paid was worth it. Being a restaurant owner myself I know what it means to have perfect review. All the best Côté Sushi. Keep it up. You keep up the quality and the hard work going, money follows.

This was my first visit and really loved the food. I must say each and every dish was nicely cooked and it was tasty. They really took a bit time to bring the food but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend people to try the Hot section and also the Japanese delicacies. I will visit again soon.

What to say! A fabulous sushi restaurant with a Peruvian twist. I had sashimi, salmon and tuna, served with rice. It was delicious, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced. Service was also very good. Reasonably priced drinks also. They have more adventurous items which I'll be trying on my next trip. Go there!

Probably one of the best Thai food I ever had in Europe. Meat is very well seasoned and the noodle was yummy too.
K. Z — Google review
I cannot express how wonderful my experience was here! My long quest of finding a legit Thai restaurant has finally come to a close when Koboon appeared! 💖 Coming from Southeast Asia and having stayed at Bangkok myself, i can attest that the Pad Thai I ordered here is as authentic as it gets! 💖 It was well seasoned, syrupy and sweet, just like a traditional Pad Thai would. The only thing that put me off was the cilantro. I thought it would have been perfect without it! My husband ordered a Kai Thai which i also loved. It reminded me a lot of the Filipino Chicken Adobo! 💖 The wings were tender and well seasoned and the rice was not overly flavored with the sauce from it which i appreciate The Mango Sticky Rice was sadly a bit underwhelming. I wish there would have been actual Mango chunks instead of the mango compote it was served with. The service was fast and the staff was very helpful and friendly! I was very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back! 💖

Food was good, affordable and generous with the meat, but very greasy. Service was difficult: the waitresses were hiding behind a column and we had to seek them out repeatedly to obtain water
Daed — Google review
Indeed, it is the best Thai food. Had dinner here and returned for lunch the next day so I can taste more of their menu. The pad Thai was on point, and very close to the authentic version. Tom Kha Soup was also spot on, but I guess it’s adjusted to be less spicy to cater to local taste. My favourite has to be the green curry with rice, so creamy and delicious, just the way I love it. The best part, you can choose from prawns, chicken or beef for any of their dishes. Nems was also super nice.. crispy and full of filling. Chilli lover like me will be pleased as they offer freshly cut chillies when you ask. Portions are generous and service is friendly. I wish they will open a branch in central Paris! Food : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Value : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ambiance : ⭐️⭐️⭐️

(Translated by Google) Delicious pizzas! I admit I had difficulty with the "real Italian" side, eating only frozen pizzas I wasn't used to. However, it is excellent and very good, despite a pizza slightly burnt on the edges, the service was perfect and the place as warm as the employees. It's very beautiful, although it may lack space between tables. For lovers of Italian food, I recommend it!

(Translated by Google) I didn't like the fact that they changed the price of a pitcher of wine from €15 to €25 without warning me in advance or mentioning it on the bill. It's not my problem if it was undrinkable; the wine was far too green; you have to know how to serve a decent wine for a €15 pitcher. Serving a bottled wine was not my choice, but the restaurateur's. Good pizzas, but the toppings on the crust were minimal. In short, this "final bill" ruined our evening, given the way we were treated. I wouldn't go back.

Food is really good and staff is friendly. Just enough dishes on the menu that everyone will find something they like and I believe everything is home made. Sichuan food is delicious, flavourful and spicy and it's nice to be able to have it when I'm back in my hometown! (Translated by Google) First of all, very good pizza, the wood-fired oven makes all the difference!! Very fast service, and the manager allowed me to eat with my dog. Friendly staff, no problems. So why not a 5? If I were only considering the food, it would deserve it, but the first problem is the lack of restocking; I was told there were no more picon, no more morreti, etc. Personally, I came on foot, but for someone with a car, good luck parking. Lack of atmosphere; you could only hear the people at the bar on the ground floor, which didn't bother me personally; I don't come for that. Otherwise, as I said, the food was impeccable, nothing to complain about.

No beer shows up after 10 mins and there is only one other table. But I can see my beers next to her. The girl literally let the beer sit on the counter as she was on her phone for 15 mins while she was surfing the web. I went and got them myself. All she said was “Sorry I forgot”. As for the Pizza, after 30 mins I went back in and ask about whether it was ready. “You didn’t order one” she said. I confirmed ONE HAM PIZZA and two beers when I ordered. What a joke. As a Vietnamese, Pho was normal for me, not much meat inside. The food looked not fantastic as Asian restaurants in Paris. Normally I stay away from restaurants on the main street from tourist overload but this seemed like a good choice to sit and watch people while waiting on friends. If I could put zero star for the service I would . I sat there for 30 mins with nobody talking to me . When they finally came to give me the card I waited another hour for a soup brought by someone very unprofessional, unruly and without manners . The food taste good but their service makes the place unappealing. I’m a tourist and I left with a very bad opinion of this particular restaurant . Train your employees or just do a pick up service so you won’t have to deal with people .

First time in this restaurant with a friend, and since we've never had an authentic Vietnamese meal, we ordered several small dishes to get a general taste of the menu and the cuisine ! It was really good, though some dishes were less tasty than others. Edamame, sweet potato fries and the veggie roll were good and packed with flavour ! The beef crispy samosa was DELICIOUS. The coco chicken was alright, lacked a bit in flavour ! The least tasty entrée was the Bánh Bao Ga, bland stuffing and lacked in flavour ! We had a nice experience and will definitely be going back to try some more !

Owned by a couple that seems to know everything about wine and cheese. So many delicious options we went back every day of our stay in Reims. This place was probably my favorite place in all of France. The smell is amazing.

Excellent service, the lady explain different champagnes clearly. If you are in hurry to find a good champagne made in Reims, this is the place you should take a look.

Great, albeit pricey little cheese shop, with several other foods and wines. Great for stocking up or picnic. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The restaurant Il Duomo offers excellent Italian cuisine with a breathtaking view of Reims. The portions are reasonable, and the service is impeccable. It's a great place to eat and drink.
We went to the rooftop for some champagne and enjoy a beautiful sunset. The 2 staff were very helpful, professional and friendly and would recommend visiting the rooftop.

Nice restaurant, part of the hotel, Nice friendly service. The food was good but it was pity to get so many “pois chiches” with the fish. Not enough vegetables. For the rest tasty. The atmosphere was ok but the chairs not comfortable.

The food and service was great. I was nervous that the food wouldn’t fill me up, but I was more than satisfied.

Do not book here!!!! We booked a table for 8 a month ago online (table got confirmed) and it got cancelled 15 minutes before arrival (we were already on our way). Scandalous behavior from such type of restaurant. Now we’re left to find a new restaurant for 8 people on a Saturday evening at 20h. Thanks but no thanks. Disgusted. Picture with confirmation of reservation made by my friend.

Came in for a drink late in the afternoon. Nice view, but really nothing more. Drinks overpriced. Staff seemed very busy.

Great little Italian restaurant with excellent service! We walked in without reservation and they accommodate us even though they were all booked. Food didn’t disappoint, good flavor and big portions
Gabriel A — Google review
Great food, great service and the best view on the cathedral in town. Just be attentive when going there als it’s on the top floor of the holiday Inn and easy to miss.

Americans not welcome. Forget the green Covid passport form the EU, if you have the white vaccine card from the US, the non English speaking worker will not accept it although it is accepted everywhere else in France. Every other resto in Reims accepts the Covid card as noted in France’s guidelines.

Wine bar
Le P'tit Coq is a charming wine bar that invites you to indulge in an evening of sharing and camaraderie, whether with family or friends. Nestled in the heart of Reims, this cozy spot boasts an impressive selection of grower champagnes and a delightful array of tapas that highlight seasonal ingredients. Guests rave about the beautifully presented dishes like tuna tartar, Vitello tonato, and burrata, all served in generous portions.
Lovely wine bar. Happily surprised by the great tapas they serve! We ordered wine by the glass since I had to drive, so a bottle was too much but the house wines were great! We had the tuna tartar, Vitello tonato and the burrata and all were delicious, beautifully presented and generous portions. We also had desserts; the crème brûlée and the moulleux and they were also very delicious. Service was quick and friendly and we really enjoyed the ambiance and playlist! You go guys! We will be back if we are close by again.

Welcoming, friendly and simply an amazing wine list. The food is great. You see my priorities. Could hang here every week.

A fantastic tapas experience in the center of Reims. A wonderful grower champagne list and changing menu items featuring seasonal products.

Cosy and popular bar. Limited food menu but good wine selection. Only one staff member serving a packed restaurant
