Embark on a romantic escape by starting your day at the enchanting Restaurant White Rose, where a cozy atmosphere and local flavors await. This charming eatery offers an array of multicultural dishes, from hearty Bulgarian beef stews to flaky Italian calzones, all served in generous portions at reasonable prices. Don't forget to indulge in their delightful ice cream sundaes for dessert!
Off season and they were still open. Light meal and perfect. Shopska salad, chicken soup and garlic bread. Mmm. Was very tasty and large portions. With beer. Decent pricing at 15BGN for all. Highly recommend!

The restaurant " White Rose ", Nesebar is one of few that work whole year. We were looking for lunch. Surprisingly, the restaurant had guests on almost all tables. We have been seated immediately. The waitresses were very kind and gave us the menu immediately. The restaurant offers a daily menu for dining; It comprises about 20 meals, so we could choose from soups, mains, salads and dessert. The service was quick, food was delicious, particularly chicken and spinach soup, rollo Stephany, fish with salad, and garlic bread. The restaurant has friendly staff. I recommend it for families with children as it has kids' meals. We definitely will visit The White Rose again for dining.
Daniella B — Google review
White Rose Restaurant, located in the newer part of Nessebar, is a beloved dining spot that captures the essence of Bulgarian hospitality with a modern twist. Family-run and warmly inviting, this restaurant has built a strong reputation for its relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, and diverse menu that caters to both local tastes and international preferences. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between rustic charm and contemporary comfort. With cozy indoor seating and a pleasant outdoor terrace, it’s ideal for both intimate dinners and casual meals with friends or family. Whether you're visiting during the bustling summer or the quieter shoulder seasons, the atmosphere remains welcoming and unpretentious. What truly sets White Rose apart is its menu. Traditional Bulgarian dishes such as Shopska salad, grilled meats, and hearty stews are served alongside a range of international favorites like pasta, seafood, and vegetarian options. Every dish is made with fresh ingredients and served in generous portions, making it a satisfying and flavorful experience. Their grilled offerings and house specials are especially popular, often praised for their taste and presentation. The service is another highlight—attentive, accommodating, and genuinely friendly. Staff are known for their helpfulness, often offering personalized recommendations and ensuring that guests with dietary needs are well taken care of. In terms of pricing, White Rose offers excellent value. The combination of quality food, generous portions, and fair prices makes it a favorite for both tourists and locals. Overall, White Rose Restaurant is a standout choice in Nessebar. It offers a perfect blend of tradition, flavor, and warm hospitality, making it a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable meal in a relaxed and charming setting.

Fantastic meal after waiting 10mins in a queue, we had plain muscles, Greek salad, prawns and Sea bass, 2 glasses of red wine and 1 draught beer. All were excellent fantastic value at 55BL + a well deserved tip. Please try this establishment out you won’t be disappointed, fantastic service too, we were not pushed out either after our meal as more people were queuing to get in. This has been edited as we went again last night and the food was fantastic however once we had finished our food we were asked to leave as the queue outside was too big and there were children in the queue, we still had drinks to drink. So be careful to eat and drink at the same time otherwise you’d be asked to leave. Not a good way to keep customers so we will be giving this one a miss. 🥲
Gary B — Google review
Great atmosphere and fast service—the food arrived extremely quickly and tasted nice. The prices are much lower compared to some other restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend the garlic bread, shopska salad, and chicken kavarma. Highly recommended for a quick bite if you are in the area. Lunch menu is available (it tends to get really busy during lunchtime).
Aleksandr S — Google review
Lovely atmosphere, generous portions! The food was delicious 😋 All the tables were taken, but the wait wasn’t long and the dishes were prepared quickly.
Anastasiia B — Google review
Excellent value for money! The dishes are delicious, generously portioned, and offer a great variety. Service is quick, and the staff is kind and attentive. It’s a popular spot, so you often have to wait in line for a table, but it’s definitely worth it. Card payment is accepted, which is a big plus.
Dóra L — Google review
Amazing service on an off-season evening. I had a very early dinner but it was fantastic and fast. Had Sicily salad, Bulgarian potato pie, and baked custard for dessert. All so well done. The white wine is also excellent. Affordable, great portions, friendly staff, and if you sit outside, a cute neighborhood cat. The menu was expansive and did I mention affordable? I will be going back during my short stay. Very impressive. They even have non-alcoholic cocktails.

Old Sailor is a seafood restaurant known for its quality service and a variety of dishes featuring seafood and fish specialties. The menu includes shrimp, highly praised sea bass, as well as lamb, chicken with pineapple and curry, along with an interesting selection of local wines. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating options. Visitors have praised the friendly staff, reasonable prices, great food quality, and the picturesque view of Nesebar's old history.
Wandered into this place by chance, we left full, happy, and in love with the seafood platter! The staff were wholesome and lighthearted, like dinner with old friends. Beautiful spot, beautiful and delicious food, I definitely recommend a vist

Delicious food with a great service and location! This restaurant has never disappointed. Few restaurants can maintain the same amazing food quality from year to year, and Old Sailor has done it multiple years in a row. Personally, I have been visiting each year since 2021 and the food has been very good every single year! My favorite shrimp and mussels.
Karina S — Google review
The seafood is delicious. We had steamed mussels with bread to sop up the juices and the squid rings. Both outstanding. But you will leave with a strong garlic flavor. Not unpleasant for me.
Julia K — Google review
We are on a family holiday in Bulgaria for the first time. A friend of mine said this place was a must go. So we went to celebrate my sons 10th birthday. He's a Seafood lover and we all loved the food. It was a party of 6 adults and 7 children. We ordered a huge selection and the bill was a very reasonable 580 lev. Would go again if I find myself in the location again. Highly recommended

I was coming here to eat at this restaurant since ages and was so happy to be able to come again today. I always eat this amazing octopus. Its tender, juicy and savory. This is the best tasting restaurant ever!!! The staff and Chef of this restaurant are so polite and nice. Each time they give me a smile into my face. Im so excited to be able to come next year and the year after too. If youre able to come here i recommend the octopus with their selfmade mashed potato. Their wine collection is to die for!! Recommend!!

Morris is a restaurant in Sunny Beach that offers delicious food at affordable prices while providing a serene seaside view. The staff is always friendly and there are often live performances in the evenings. One of the highlights of Morris is its extensive selection of Bulgarian and European beers. Located on the beach promenade, this popular establishment serves a wide array of dishes, including classic Bulgarian cuisine, as well as fish, seafood, Italian, English, Mediterranean, and continental fare.
This place was the best! We loved Jimmy he made the place 10 times better, because of him we went back to this place another time. The food was okey but because of Jimmy we remember it as the best food we had!
Evelyn A — Google review
The food was underwhelming to say the least, the veggies were from a frozen mixed bag and simply boiled. Tasted of nothing, the rice tasted like boil in bag. Meat and fries were ok. The restaurant itself was pleasant and cozy, the live performance was great! But it was NOT worth the money.
Becca — Google review
After reading the reviews of this place I decided to give it a go for an evening meal. Well...I can say I say I'm glad I did. The food we ordered was all tasty with no complaints. Me and my partner both ordered the chefs special which I can honestly say was delicious. There was live music as well which was great entertainment whilst we ate. The service was spot on and we felt very much looked after. I only put 4 star due to the price. The prices are in the slightly above average bracket for the location and in comparison to other places in the same area serving the same sort of dishes but the food quality is good. We sat down at 8.30pm and there were plenty of seats. Overall I would recommend stopping here, you will not be disappointed.
Gary — Google review
Food was very good, waitresses spoke English and were friendly and helpful. There is nice live music and the singers are actually quite good, we enjoyed the atmosphere. Prices are bit high for the area, but portions are quite large. Luckily the staff was friendly enough and we got the rest of the food nicely packet to go.
Antoniu G — Google review
Excellent restaurant all around! The food was delicious with loads of choices to suit any taste. Everything we tried was full of flavor and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch—friendly, fast, and attentive. Honestly, nothing to complain about. A perfect spot for a great meal. Highly recommended!

It's not in the centre It's out the way ,but it's worth coming. Food is delicious and service is fast. If you don't come here it's your loss.
Glenn — Google review
I come to Sunny beach every year, and my daughter has been to this place several times with her friends. She always told me how great it was. Then our friends went there too, and they also said it was fantastic. So, I finally decided to try it myself, and I have to say — it did not disappoint! It’s a bit pricier than your typical local restaurant, but that’s understandable since it’s in a tourist area. The food is really good — the pizzas are excellent — and the service is top-notch. Even the owner served us personally, and he was very friendly. You can go there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and it’s always a safe choice. If you’re looking for a place you can count on, Morris is the way to go!

Old Nessebar, situated on a rocky peninsula extending into the Black Sea, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a popular tourist destination in Bulgaria. The town is renowned for its picturesque wooden houses and churches. Connected to the mainland by a man-made isthmus, Old Nessebar offers stunning views of the sea from its charming restaurants and traditional shops. Visitors can enjoy delicious seafood dishes and European cuisine while taking in the breathtaking scenery.
The place is wonderfull. At the terrace you can see the whole sea while enjoying your food. The service is perfect, dishes are served quickly, at the same time. Food is also delicious. Fish is great, soft, not dried. For kids pancakes with chocolate are the choice. We have found the restaurant much too late...
Mikolaj — Google review
Really nice place, crowded, but it’s a visited/touristic spot thus this was expected. We really liked the streets and arhitecture, we went there everyday to discover something new. Nice to take walks and see the old buildings and ruins. We ignored the shops with souvenirs as they could kind of ruin the vibe. Totally one of the nicest places from the Bulgarian sea side resorts
Steflix — Google review
If you want to visit the old town to see nice and unique architecture and ancient style streets - don't bother. Plenty of tables selling all kinds of cheap colourful plastic stuff... toys hanging everywhere, very crowded... especially if you are visiting with kids - you could not see any architecture.
Adelina P — Google review
Old Nessebar is a nice little isle for a sight seeing trip during a holiday at Sunny Beach Bulgaria. Nice historical place with some authentic old architecture and plenty of toerist shops. Also seem to have regular interesting activities during summer.
Tim S — Google review
I did not spend the night in the old town, but I have bought souvenirs from various shops. It is very beautiful, the prices are OK and the personnel was very polite and helpful. It was a worthwhile experience!
U B — Google review
Very bad expensive. Refrigerator is not connected to the permanent electricity of the hotel. It is connected to your room key. Means when you are out, the refrigerator doesn't work. The worst hotels in the world don't work like that. The size of WC is tiny: 22x26 cm!!!! It is a torture using the WC. The blankets have no cover and when I asked for that, they simply ignored me. Never again this place. Never.
Syrusphoenix — Google review
The whole island a massive tourist trap. We managed to find only two streets that were not flooded with booths selling unrelated crap (Lafufu dools, Pokemon key rings, Brainrot towels). The vendors cover the houses with accessories that have nothing to do with the place. People use loudspeakers to promote their stuff. Some walk up to you trying to sell you some jewelry. My whole family were disgusted. We came for UNESCO sites and we're badly disappointed.
Jakub P — Google review
If you are staying nearby a visit to Old Nessebar is a must. We stayed in Sveti Vlas and got the boat over, which was nice too. It's a nice relaxed environment with some great history and nice places to eat too. We went in June and was told it got really busy in July and August, with narrow streets it could get very crowded.

The best restaurant you will ever visit! The service is impeccable and the waiters are very polite. There's a huge selection of dishes on the menu, with options in all languages. The fish is cooked perfectly and tastes delicious.
Delicious food, great service, just amazing!

I don’t recommend this place. Ordered a beef burger and it was horrible, i suspect the meat was not even beef, cooked too much and probably old meat. I would avoid the place if traveling here.
Catalin G — Google review
I think we were on the busiest day of the year, but we had a reservation. Beautiful seaview! The staff was friendly. There were quite a few quirks though, especially with cutlery that got taken away, then you had to re ask for it. The food was... Average. Their sea platter salad was good. The sea platter main dish was below average, especially considering its price and compared to other restaurants in the neighborhood (la familia for example). Squid parts in it were very chewy, some impossible to cut and chew. The Angus steak, ordered rare, came almost well done and had to be sent back. It did get replaced without hassle. All in all, 3,5 stars
Brigada B — Google review
Excellent food, nice staff and stunning sea views. The prices were reasonable, well below UK prices, as you'd expect for Bulgaria. The cocktails were great too, although the consistency was lacking as we had a couple of Aperol Spritz and they all tasted different. The only reason they missed out on a star was the food temperature. It was only slightly warm, and while delicious, it was a bit cold by the time I'd half eaten it. Also, we were sat with a sea view and they have see-through plastic blinds that you can pull across when the sea breeze gets a bit nippy... We pulled them across after we'd eaten and they were filthy and covered bird poo! Overall, an excellent restaurant and lovely food. I'd go again and definitely recommend if you're in the area. They definitely should clean those blinds though! P.S. why was my review marked as fake!? The pictures are proof that I visited this restaurant with my wife... I've got better things to do with my life than write fake reviews!
Lee C — Google review
Good food . Nice view , good vibe, friendly staff. We bought a burger , Adana kebab and a bottle of wine and 2 soda. 100 Leva. The only thing that was not OK was the burger bun. It was good but a burger must have a burger bun , not a donner bun.
Bogdan O — Google review
My wife and I travel to different countries and love to visit a new restaurant every day, always following reviews and ensuring they are genuine. Yesterday, there was a buzz about the restaurant "Emona," which was recommended to us on TikTok and Google Maps. I reserved a table on a special Bulgarian website, and we arrived on time. The table was ready, we were seated, and given menus. Everything was fine until the waiter spoke to us. Five minutes after receiving the menus, I asked the waiter about the cocktails, as there were only two listed. This was the first place we've ever visited with only two cocktails on the menu. When I asked if we could order something not listed, the waiter rudely responded, "This is a restaurant, not a bar. Order what we have." I was shocked. In a restaurant that everyone praises so highly, such treatment of guests was surprising. I decided to overlook it. Our cocktails arrived, and while they were tasty, they were completely non-alcoholic, even though we ordered alcoholic ones. Another five minutes later, the waiter approached, and I placed my order. He noted everything down, and I mentioned that my wife hadn't decided yet and asked him to wait a minute. However, my wife made her decision just five seconds later. I told the waiter, and he rudely replied, "So, should I write down your wife's order now, or should I come back in a minute?!" I said we were ready to order. I don't want to describe how I felt at that moment; I considered calling the manager to request a different waiter but didn't want to ruin the evening for my wife by causing a scene with the management. The food we received was good but not as exceptional as the internet reviews suggested. We've eaten at less well-known places with lower ratings and prices where the food was much better. The prices at this restaurant are not $$ as listed on Google, but $$$-$$$$. The price does not match the quality and presentation of the food. For a chicken kebab at 32 LV, they could at least serve a sauce, as the kebab was bland and unsalted. The same goes for the potatoes. In all other places, potatoes come with a sauce, but not in "Emona." At the end, when we received the bill, the waiter pointed to the total with his finger and said, "service not included," hinting that I should tip him. I really didn't want to give him a penny because we've never been treated so rudely by a waiter. However, I gave him a small tip out of principle, as that's how I was raised. But after visiting this restaurant, we were left with only bad impressions of wasted time and money. I do not recommend this place as it is heavily advertised but does not live up to the hype. If you want to discuss this with your waiter, we had a table at 9:30 PM for two people, and we were served by a middle-aged waiter with very short hair. The waiter was around 45-55 years old.
Dmytro H — Google review
Very cute spot, one of my favorites in the area that has the sea view. Food is really nice, our server was attentive and kind. Had the captains sea plate and it was BOMB!!! Definitely would recommend ❤️✨

I had a very nice experience. The food was great — fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We didn’t have to wait long, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was efficient. I’d definitely recommend it for a good meal in Nessebar. We ate:fresh mussels cooked in wine, fried calamari, eggplant in tomato sauce, tarama roe spread, fish. We were 3 times and the experience was the same. - very good.

The Funny Pub is a family-friendly establishment located on Flower Street, the main beachfront strip in Sunny Beach. It offers traditional Bulgarian dishes and British pub classics like burgers, lamb shank, and fish and chips, as well as other international cuisines. The food is served late into the night with live music and cabaret for entertainment. While prices are slightly higher, the portions are generous and the meals delicious.
Very good pizzas! Pizza pepperoni is HOT! :) Nice staff, will be coming back!

Honestly a tourist trap. Food wasn’t tasty, and service was strange. We asked to have the leftovers packed, they just gave me a box and bag to pack myself. It also took too long for the food to arrive. We ordered drinks but weren’t told about the “buy one, get one free” deal, so we ended up with more drinks than we wanted. Not recommended.

Great place! The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. In the evening, a rock band plays, which creates a great mood. Special thanks to the young waitress — she was very sweet, attentive, and friendly, and served us quickly and with care. All the dishes were brought out promptly. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back! Highly recommend 👍

though i’d love to leave a better review, i am doing so for the sake of others. i’d never like to bad mouth any buisness, and i have to firstly say that we found the staff to be absolutely lovely and very accommodating and the food was gorgeous. However, there was a 2-for-1 cocktail deal on, and both me and my mum had 2 vodka- based cocktails each, which were incredibly strong. If you’re coming from the UK to bulgaria, be prepared for the alcohol measurements which are double what you would get served in the UK. I personally didn’t enjoy the cocktails and followed up with a malibu and coke to wash it down, which is a drink i’m very familiar with. I know 100% that whatever they gave me was not real malibu, as it tasted like marshmallow if anything. I think if a business is not serving a branded spirit that you have requested you should be made aware of that. Within 30 minutes of having these drinks I was violently throwing up in a taxi back to our hotel. I assumed it was because the vodka just hasn’t mixed well with me, but it soon became clear that I was really really unwell, and within 30 minutes both me and my mum were incredibly unwell. I was sick over 10 times within the night, and both me and my mum were layed up in bed for the next 2 days of our holiday. I had been warned before coming to Bulgaria that there is a trend for places to serve bad alcohol, but it’s only after I have experienced it that I can 100% say that we both had alcohol/methanol poisoning, as it is the only thing that we both consumed within the previous 24 hours. We were later told by a local that even she has had this in Bulgaria 3 times with the vodka that is served particularly. If you are going for food and the entertainment, I would recommend. If you are going with the intent of drinking, I would go anywhere near.

Plakamoto in Nessebar offers stunning coastal views and a diverse menu featuring everything from steak and chips to sophisticated fish dishes. The restaurant provides an ideal setting with seating options between shade and sunshine, creating a charming atmosphere under a huge fig tree. Guests can enjoy friendly service and unique offerings like fig liqueur and fig ice cream made from the tree's fruits. While some visitors have noted slightly higher prices, many praise the delicious food, beautiful location, and attentive waitstaff.
We were theere for lunch. Entire family including 2 years old kid. The whole experience was great, it was a wonderful way to try new items. The soups and the kavarna were probably my favourites, and the desert though, it was possibly the lightest and perfect 'melt in your mouth' I've ever had. On top of all this, the service was phenomenal and our waiter helped us choose and provided great detail of each dish. I would definitely come back!!!! And so we did a few times already

It's a nice place with a beautiful view to seaside. The chicken soup was extremely good, but the salmon pasta didn't really have much flavor.

Amazing view from the terrace. A big fig tree in the middle creates an amazing atmosphere. Food is great, especially the grilled fish. Homemade ice cream with green figs jam and blackberries is very tasty. A good variety of wines. Portions are big. Service is quick, efficient and very friendly.

The food was excellent! The swordfish was transported iced, not frozen; the texture and taste matched my expectations. The dessert we had was quite unique. Home made ice cream nougat, with fig jam from the old fig in the restaurant's yard. Really good!

Restaurant Stariya Kavak is a great place for seafood lovers, with dishes such as Mediterranean and European. You can also enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner here. The atmosphere is very friendly and the service is great. The prices are affordable too!
Visited this restaurant with friends during a holiday to Sunny Beach. It's in a great location, right in the heart of Old Town Nessebar. I opted for the four cheese pizza along with a mussel salad on the side. The salad was particularly delicious, with plenty of fresh mussels. One friend also had the four cheese pizza, while the other chose the burger, all dishes were of good quality and well-prepared. The wine selection was solid; we chose the Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, which was fairly priced. Service was quick and efficient, perfect for a lunch stop while exploring the area.

Nice experience. I'm always wary when the menu is large, usually means most of the food is frozen and reheated by Chef 'Mic'. So went for the tuna salad and potatoes no problems at all. My wife had the catch of the day, a fish dish. Recommend the place, but suggest ask for the dish of the day to ensure its fresh.

Good food, fast service and nice employees. We had lunch, was not after som fancy food, Just a nice meal, at this place gave us that.

Location of the restaurant is great, the atmosphere is really nice. The lady who served us was very lovely. Unfortunately the food was not as expected. The garlic shrimp was nice but the seafood pasta had no taste, i didnt enjoy it that much. The pork with mushroom sauce was okay but the sauce was very very heavy. For the prices I think you could find another restaurant that is better.

Fish and chips - good, fresh. Cheesecake - tasty. Deep fried calamari - tasty, fresh, recommend. Carbonate - okay, a lot of room for improvement. Overall the experience was really nice. We couldn't complain about the service. We like the food.

At first I thought it's a tourist trap. Owner approaching people on the Street. But after small talk we decided to stay. Considering the size of portion, the prices are good. We had wonderful time at the restaurant. English speaking staff. Worth to visit and spend some time with amazing view to the ancient ruins.

One of the best places to enjoy great dishes at really affordable prices for an expensive summer resort. The waiters are extremely polite and pleasant to talk to, ready to take care of any visitor. The place is quiet, clean and you have a choice of dining at a sunny or shaded table. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the surrounding is amazing. The service is quick but the food is not prepared in advance. The fish soup with a toast is a must!

Nestled along the picturesque shoreline of Nessebar, Restaurant Kristal offers a delightful dining experience with stunning views of the beach. This charming family-run establishment is known for its warm and inviting atmosphere, where friendly staff cater to your every need. The menu boasts an impressive selection of seafood, Mediterranean delights, and European dishes that are sure to tantalize your taste buds.
This restaurant is in a prime location of the old Nessebar and the view is breathtaking. This was our second year visiting the restaurant, and we were once again impressed by the amazing, homemade food. We usually return because of the fresh and delicious fish, but this time we were particularly impressed by the homemade desserts. Thank you for the wonderful meal! We give the food a 5 💫 and 6 💫 for the homemade aivar/ljutenitsa /traditional grilled roast 🌶 and aubergines spread and 6-star for the lovely dessert /homemade biscuit cake 😋😆❣️

We were a family, only 3 persons, on a Sunday evening, so it was crowded, but they invited us to a table of 6. Lucky us! The drinks came quite rapidly but for the food we had to wait for about half an hour. The food was fresh and tasty. The view with the sunset and the see was astonishing! We enjoyed our visit there!

Absolutely fabulous meal had here on a Friday early evening. Recommend to pre-book as it appears to get extremely busy. This was our holiday 'Date Night' & it certainly didn't disappoint. Food was spot on. Service was brilliant and the views over the harbour just wonderful. Watching the fishing boats come in and preparing their catch. Very generous size portions and very good prices. We will be back next time we visit Bulgaria.

Second attempt to get in based on good reviews, we managed to book this time though, just gave them a call and booked for 6 of us for father's Day. We weren't disappointed! The food was delicious 😋 and portion size surprised us. Very generous portions and fantastic food at fantastic prices. Food for 6 of us. 2 children and 4 adults, that was three starters and 6 mains with 4 soft drinks and 2 beers come to around £70! We are used to paying more than that just for myself, my wife and kids back home in the UK and not even for food this good! Definitely recommend, but I would suggest booking to ensure you're not disappointed 👍🏻

We had a really great experience tonight at this restaurant. Amazing views, super friendly staff and delicious food. Very professional and friendly. Very helpful for me also as a vegetarian and had a good selection. It was reasonably priced as well. A special shout out to the staff - especially the young waitress with dark hair as she gave us her phone to call a cab and also Nicki who was helpful and friendly. As we were finishing our meal, it began to rain heavily and they quickly moved everyone inside and also helped us call a taxi service so we could get back to our town. Otherwise we would have been quite stuck as the rain turned into a huge thunderstorm. In the rush to move everyone inside as the rain got heavier, we paid quite quickly and realised there was no service charge and we didn’t get to leave a tip but we will be sure to leave double next time!

Akropol is a lovely eastern european restaurant that serves delicious seafood and barbecue. The owner is very welcoming and the atmosphere is perfect for a romantic meal. The food is top quality, and the prices are reasonable.
Incredible food, superior service. Clean, well appointed decor. Close to the harbor in Nessebar Old Town. Freshest seafood I've had in years (fried calamari and a shrimp dish) and the most amazing homemade bread. The combination of Macedonian and Bulgarian food is perfection by this restaurant's owners. Prices are excellent also. I can't say enough good things about this place. We're headed back in two days, and my only regret is I wish we'd found it sooner during our holiday.

The food was great, some of the best I've had in nessebar. The waitress (who was also the owner) was very polite and they served the food so quickly that we had to ask them to slow down! Unfortunately, I can't give this five stars because you can't pay with card here, cash only.

Really great restaurant! Very nice and fast service, speaks English, the host is great, he even gave us a free taste of his rakya. The food was amazing, we had grilled mackerel and shrimps and both were great made and flavored. The craft beer was also great and we will definitely be back!

Best food we had in Nesebar! We had sea bream (it was accompanied by a very good garlic and balsamic vinegar sauce) , stuffed squid and homemade bread. We also received some mix of condiments (paprika, chilli), which was a great addition to the meal. The owner was very nice and friendly and the atmosphere was lovely.

Nice family restaurant. The service was great and we got the blue fish grilled instead of fried since my girlfriend can't eat wheat flour. They were excellent. I had their specialty which the waitress recommended: a "meatball" filled with cheese and bacon. Amazing! The menu is filled with delicious meat dishes and there is only a few fishes available. If you have had your fill of the local fish and want to eat meat this is the place! The prices are also wery resonable comparet to other restaurants just few steps away.

The food is great, the price is cheap compared to other restaurants in Nessebar. The music is great, the location looks beautiful! 1 portion of mussels (1000 grams), 1 coffee, 1 bottle of water, 1 homemade bread and 1 dessert (also homemade) only 26,5 leva!

Restaurant Condor in Sunny Beach is an exceptional dining establishment that stands out among all others. The cuisine offered here is truly remarkable, bursting with incredible flavors and reasonably priced. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring a satisfying experience for every customer. One cannot leave this place without trying their delightful homemade lemonade; it's simply exquisite! If given the opportunity, I would frequent this restaurant regularly.
Absolutely fantastic best place in sunny beach by far, the food was unreal very very tasty and a decent price. Staff were great and you will not be dissatisfied coming out of here, they're fresh lemonade is a thing of beauty ! I would come here all the time if I could. Food is good but not amazing. We had to wait 1 hour to get food for three people even though, our order was very simple. Also I ordered tomato juice, which had ruined taste. Wonderful place. They always manage to find us a table next to the windows so we have the best view. We waited for 20-30 minutes outside, while the wannabe waiter "smooth talked" us into waiting for just 10 minutes for a table, and when there was an available one, they didn't let us through, but let a group of 6 in front of us (who came much later than we did). Just for the sake of making a little more money off of them. Doesn't deserve the 4.4 stars, only interested in gain and no service. Wholeheartedly do not recommend especially if full.

The steak house, Jupiter Steakhouse BBQ, offers brilliant food and excellent service during the early evening. The happy hour drinks are fantastic. However, the casually dressed guys outside who try to attract customers and the football shirts and flags theme inside may not appeal to everyone. Nevertheless, the live band adds a pleasant background noise. JUPITER STEAKHOUSE - AVOID ⚠️ I am likely to get hate for this, but this year was my ninth year in Sunny Beach, every year I have been I have recommended Jupiter Steakhouse just off Flower Street as being welcoming, friendly, and having great drinks. This year, the staff were rude, snappy, and resembled sales people. If you didn’t spend a certain amount, or ordered food, you got snarled at and were barked at. Albeit being end of season and there were always tables free, you felt being an inconvenience for taking up a table - 20 lev, 10 lev, regardless, is still money, for somewhere that wouldn’t have got money from you occupying that table. Quite shockingly, the owner was part of the problem, we have a 4 month old that wasn’t very happy that night and decided to leave after a drink, but the owner came out ‘you need to order more, everyone else spends more money, one drink doesn’t pay bills’ in quite an argumentative way, despite saying about our child, we were ordered to get one more drink and then he sent a waiter to take our order. I refused, paid for the one drink and left. One night, we did order cocktails, which had no alcohol in, they were practically mocktails. Why would I want to buy more of a s**t drink? It is not just him, as soon as you say I don’t want food I just want a drink, staff attitude changes. Never have I known a place in sunny beach being ungreatful for business despite them being against hundreds of other bars and restaurants. You see on their fan page the staff smiling and are happy, they clearly have their favourites (those that spend 100lv rather than 10lv)

We’re stay in town for 6 days and choose to eat here every day. Every dish has been outstanding. Lamb stew, chicken dish , the amazing fish soup, and salads are fresh and delicious. The salad platter with dips, my favorite. My only complaint with that is that you serve dips without bread to dip included??? The waitstaff is so friendly and attentive. Without hesitation I recommend this cosy, shaded restaurant.

Amazing food and service. We were caught in a storm but the restaurant had expanding over covers. The staff even brought out blankets but being British we're used to a splash of rain and it was still 21c but what a kind thought. We had Shopska salad and followed up with Lamb Satch in a sizzle bowl. It was amazing lamb soooo tender. Tbh we laughed because there was so much we could have shared. Our waiter was an absolute Gem with good English very friendly. Service was attentive, but not at all intrusive. Bulgarian wine is well worthwhile the Noble black sea rosě was light and crisp. There is a small children's play area which young parents found useful. Old Gentleman playing a violin 🎻 for background entertainment. Vines full of grapes are picked then turned into house wine we were told. We give our recommendations to anyone to eat here.

Saloon Clio is a cool, brightly coloured ice cream shop in the heart of town that is sure to be high on the list of destinations for the young and young at heart. The range of flavours available is spectacular, as is the quality of the ice cream itself. Prices can be a bit high but this seems to be offset by the attractiveness of the interior and friendly service.
Stopped here for a quick dessert. The ice cream is incredible. I got the blueberry cheesecake in a waffle cone. Largo amount for a fair price and it was delicious! The Turkish Tea and Pumpkin Baklava were also delicious. Staff is very friendly and efficient!

Ideal for families with children and couples, the place works quickly. Thank you again.

Nessebar's tourist-heavy summer scene usually means ice cream vendors cutting corners on quality. As someone professionally involved in gelato, I can immediately distinguish good product from tourist trap nonsense - and CLIO genuinely surprised me. Professional assessment: Ordered seasonal plum gelato and waffle with ice cream. The balance was spot-on - texture, flavor intensity, sugar content all optimally calibrated. Waffle was excellent quality too. This isn't mass-produced tourist fodder; someone here actually understands craft. Beyond ice cream: Coffee varieties are clearly curated - good quality beans and proper preparation. The pastry display looked promising (didn't try, but presentation suggests they take baking seriously). Even picked up a couple of jam jars to test at home. The setting: Comfortable seating, friendly staff, clean space. Perfect setup for a proper 30-minute break from Nessebar's crowds. Location is convenient - right side immediately upon entering. Best for: Quality seekers, gelato connoisseurs, anyone wanting a proper break from tourist traps.

A nice ice cream place with a wide variety of options, including some really outlandish ones so there's something for everyone. Everything is homemade so be sure to check it out. I tried two of the strangest flavours I could see - tarator (cold soup with cucumber) and lytenitsa (a pepper-based spread) and the taste was identical to the real things, which was quite impressive. The tarator taste I really liked as it not only tastes like the real thing, but also weirdly works quite well as an ice cream.

Best ice cream place on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast that I know! Marvellous goat cheese with pears, strawberry sorbet, pistachio, vegan chocolate or black vanilla. You must try to work your way through the chaotic queuing but it is worth it, a must stop at Old Nesebar, even if you’re not going for the UNESCO City, go for the Clio ice cream!

Unbelievably fresh place, hidden near the entrance of the old city of Nesebar. They offer a real variety of ice cream and sweet dreams. For the ice cream I can mention the taste or Beer ice cream and Лютеница one. The second one is untranslatable for me. The saloon has a great seats looking to the shipyard.

The garlic bread at Bar & Dinner "Sirena & Delfin" is excellent, while the fish choices are satisfactory and have a delightful crunch. There is a restricted amount of outdoor seating available, but the ambiance is pleasant.
Great place to eat. The food is just fabulous and great value. George the manager is so efficient and a lovely friend person, he is so welcoming every time you meet him he never forgets your name. All the staff are great.
Agnes C — Google review
Staff very nice, food bland and tasteless. Tried 5 types of seafood and was tasteless. Only exception 2 shrimps and fried potatoes were good. Prices medium, overall not worth, i don't recommend and won't go again.
Alex C — Google review
We are extremely disappointed with this hotel! We received arrogant and poor service from the bartender who was outside by the pool — the man was in his 20s. I saw him drinking while on the job, talking about disgusting and inappropriate things. Our cocktails were terribly made, the glasses were not even clean, and the guy started telling me about his personal life without me asking him anything. His behavior was absolutely disgusting and rude! We will definitely not be coming back!
Х Н — Google review
Food with no taste. Chicken not seasoned and very dry. Everything was totally bland. My friend was served a soup and a main together and I had to wait another 15 minutes for mine main. Do not recommend.

This is a nice place with good food. We ordered a skillet that we thought was for 2, but it easily could had been enough for 4 people. It was absolutely delicious! I fully recomend this place.
Negrea C — Google review
Very good garlic bread, the fish selection is alright and tasted fresh and crispy. Limited outdoor seating, but nice atmosphere.

Two stars for the waitress which was really nice the potatoes where also great, the rest was garbage, snails, fish and pasta, tasteless and the snails were like rubber, the squid was tender but again tasteless.

Great staff, fast delivery. It is decently priced compared with the places around and the food is very good. Totally recommend it!

Located in Nessebar Old Town, the Ice Cream Saloon “Clio 2”- VETONI is a must-visit for ice cream lovers. The friendly owners offer some of the best gelato and vegan options in the area. The interior has a nostalgic American candy shop vibe from the 80s, providing a unique and enjoyable atmosphere. With a variety of vegan ice creams, cakes, tarts, and cookies available, it's a refreshing find at the Bulgarian seaside.
We were staying in a hotel just across this spot. We came back every day to take something sweet and we were never disappointed. Highly recommend 🙏🏻

Absolutely amazing place! The desserts and ice cream here are on another level—every bite is a perfect blend of creativity and flavor. You can tell everything is made with care and top-quality ingredients. The people working here are incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the treats are this outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth or just looking to treat themselves!

Great vegan options (gelato, sorbets, a tart and truffles ) and options in general. Lots of different cones, truffles, cakes, tarts the works to choose from! A lovely little.ohrside seating area. The ladies were so lovely and helpful - we went everyday as our little treat

great homemade icecreams but not sure why they make ‘lutenitsa’ and ‘tarator’ icecreams sometimes

Clio is a fantastic spot for ice cream lovers. The variety of flavors is impressive, from classic to more unique options like lemon sorbet. The quality of the ice cream is outstanding, creamy and rich in flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, Clio is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious homemade ice cream 🍨 I highly recommend!

Phenomenal! Gelato with classic and interesting flavors (violet, pear) and a perfect texture and level of sweetness; beautiful patisserie, Turkish coffee, and even local liqueurs. Stop here!

Totally the must-be place in Nessebar if you love sweets. They make great wafers. Lemonade the best I’ve ever drunk. You can also drink tasty cocktails. It’s family business which makes this place much more enjoyable and cosy. Well deserved 5*.

Restaurant
La Veranda Nesebar is a highly recommended restaurant known for its pleasant ambiance, delectable cuisine, and efficient service. With a short waiting time and friendly staff, this establishment offers a remarkable dining experience. The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious with various lunch options available. Furthermore, patrons can enjoy the incredible view of the sea while savoring their meals.
In a city with maybe hundreds of restaurants, we ate here 3 nights in a row, out of 5 nights spent in Nesebar! That's how good the food is ;) The service was quick and irreproachable! Victoria, the waitress, was also one of the reasons we came back, being such an excellent professional and a very warm, sociable and nice person! Thank you very much Victoria, for making us feel so good here! 🤗
Handra A — Google review
Ridiculously understaffed. Incredibly slow service. Food was not good at all, old ingredients used, very basic, poor flavours. Only really ate the food as I was so hungry from the delayed service. Reserved a baby seat with the booking and this was confirmed but no baby seat provided. On the plus side there were amazing views and atmosphere. I would steer well clear.
Charles B — Google review
Really cozy place with a lovely atmosphere and great seaview. Pretty tasty dishes - must taste! We’ll come again.
Sarka C — Google review
The restaurant has beautiful views and a nice situation. However, the atmosphere was tainted as a number of tables were complaining about the bad food and extremely slow service. Our experience was also one worthy of complaint. After ordering, the food came out in no order whatsoever, with mains arriving before starters and some food arriving almost 2 hours after we ordered. I personally ordered prawns to start, which were okay but quite bland, and a steak for main. The steak arrived, not as I’d expected but rather resembling a squashed meatball covered in cheese. It looked unappealing to say the least. The steak was still cold in the middle and was clearly cooked from frozen (poorly) Thankfully, I sent this back and they removed it from the bill, however after waiting for 1hr45mins, it was a shame to leave the restaurant still hungry. Another member of our group ordered the 400g fresh fish from the menu, only to be told after 2 hours that the last fish had been taken to another customer and there was now no fresh fish available (bearing in mind this is meant to be a fish restaurant). They then brought the smallest fried fish I’ve ever seen, which was finished in 3-4 bites and was more like 40-50g. The servers tried to argue that this was acceptable but, quite frankly, the whole experience and entire establishment is a joke. This is quite literally the worst dining experience I have had in the last decade and, with over 15 years experience working in hospitality, I like to think I know what I’m talking about. I would strongly recommend steering well clear of this restaurant, or be prepared for a huge disappointment.

Very nice service (the nicest waiter) and view, unfortunately the seafood risotto was too salty and the shrimp (in some cream sauce) was not cooked (I am assuming they just threw the shrimp in the sauce without frying it before)

Amazing place! Highly recommended. In 1 weeks holiday time we went there twice and planning to spend last evening there as well. Food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is amazing and could not ask for a better service. Thank you!

This restaurant is right on the beach and we found it completely empty around eight o'clock in the evening. It was amazing having the whole place to ourselfs and a view to the darkening beach. We had drinks, wine, water and fish with garnish. All was excellent and the service lightning fast. The prices were very reasonable too as you can see.

(Translated by Google) The service in the restaurant is under all criticism! We waited 20 minutes to be given a lunch menu, we were only given one sheet for a table of 8, and we didn't even get a simple menu. After we were given this slip, we waited another 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Few staff, who for the number of tables are incompetent to do their job properly. Plus they gave us glasses that were dirty and we had to ask for others, which were not the cleanest! What is happening on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast? Then why do we choose to go on vacation in Greece and not here.

Located in South Sunny Beach, across from The House, Lotus Restaurant is a highly anticipated dining spot. The enthusiastic greeter eagerly invited passersby to sample the delectable cuisine. If you are in Cascadas you should definitely try it. It is really nice atmosphere, not big variety but very delicious food . Even my very picky toddler was satisfied. The staff are great with kids . ( It is a block table and the deserts are great especially the 🍨). The price for one adult is 25 euro which is great price for what they offer.

(Translated by Google) At the entrance I was offered a buffet dinner for 25 euros. The choice of dishes is poor. I took risotto with seafood, which turned out to be cold and tasteless. As a result, 100 leva were withdrawn from my card, which is not 25 euros, but 51!
