Nissley Vineyards, located in Bainbridge, offers a variety of activities for wine enthusiasts. The vineyard produces 30 different types of wine from 14 varieties of grapes grown on their 30-acre plot. While self-guided tours are currently unavailable, visitors can still enjoy tastings and purchase bottles to savor on the premises where picnics are encouraged.
Visited during the week. No one else around. Beautiful grounds and helpful, knowledgable staff. Each wine I tried was fantastic. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely return.

I can't wait to visit had a lovely tasting at the outlets in landcaster recently the customer service absolutely amazing. The young man at the counter was so wonderful. The entire staff was welcoming. The store was set up so nice great prices and the wine taste amazing. Definitely worth the drive from baltimore 👌 see u again soon. Thank you so much.

Do not ask questions unless you wanna be looked at sideways…they’ll pull out a book and attempted to answer, but very lack all knowledge regarding wine. Strictly reading from a book Will also let you know if it had been any busier they wouldn’t have any time to help you answer any questions regarding any of their wine. Cheeseboards are the ones you can purchase at Hannaford’s or any local grocery store. Nothing made here in House. Absolutely beautiful atmosphere and music was amazing. Highly recommend skipping this place and going to the next if you’re in the area other than it’s beauty, you will be disappointed If ownership could step up and get proper service here, it would really elevate the game No spit jar for wine No water unless you wanna pay for it No extra glass from switching from red to white or dry to sweet. Just truly taken back that NO staff has any wine knowledge. Very much a slow day and was more concerned with sitting in the staff lounge than learning there job. Wendy did try to be a learn some wine knowledge together. Overall beyond disappoint. Due to service alone. Very curious who owns this place and if they are remotely aware.

Great place to stop by and get some wine or a wine infused slushy and crackers. Was super hot and there’s no indoor seating that I was aware of, but friendly workers and got myself a mango slushy since that was one of the options. Had to sit inside my car because it was 93° out and I was not suffering sitting in the heat LMAO. Definitely recommend on a cool fall day.
Lauren — Google review
Came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had a lovely time! Beautiful winery and fantastic wines! I’ll have to come back with my husband! The wine slushes are so tasty!
Katelynn C — Google review
We made a quick stop on our anniversary and this place was so cute! Arlene was a pleasure to talk to and the wine was very good. We hope to make it back again when we are in the area!
Jessica K — Google review
We went on a Tuesday afternoon and had the entire place to ourselves on a beautiful September Day. A very relaxing experience. The gentleman in the tasting room was very attentive and kind. We even got a visit from the owners' sheepdog! Hubby does not like wine but they had about 5 local beers available and he was pleased with the ones he tried. I enjoyed the cab franc and the oak Chardonnay, both delicious!
Linda L — Google review
We were a large group who reached out ahead of time to make sure the venue could host us/were prepared with staff. We arrived and were turned away or told we had to purchase tickets to the band on site and were not allowed to partake in a tasting. Our coordinator spoke with Dawn via email and then in person at the venue. She was rude and completely disregarded what she had told our coordinator via email in advance of our arrival. Would not recommend this vineyard. There are much kinder, more welcoming places in the area.

Waltz Vineyards Estate Winery offers a wonderful experience for wine enthusiasts. Visitors can enjoy tastings and learn about the different wine offerings from the congenial staff. The beautiful grounds provide a picturesque setting to savor their exquisite wines, such as the Rock Red, while overlooking the stunning sight of Lancaster county. Becoming a member is highly recommended for those who want to receive quarterly selections and exclusive benefits. However, it's advisable to make reservations in advance due to limited evening hours.
This was my first visit and found that it's best to make reservations before you go as it does get busy here. I was still able to do a tasting here though without one and was seated in the barrel room which was amazing. The tasting included 5 wines along with water to rinse your glass between changes. They also offer meats and cheeses to go along with your tasting which is great if you want to enhance the flavors of your wines. All of the wines I tasted here were great and I would recommend going to this place if you never have before. Lastly the people here were very friendly and even gave us a bit of history about the winery before we ordered.
George T — Google review
We had to make a stop for a bottle of wine 🍷. The staff was outstanding. The view was outstanding. The wine is one of the best that we have tasted. Great job 👍
Michael S — Google review
I decided to take a trip to the winery and wanted to see what it was it was all about. To my surprise everyone that greeted me was very friendly and they made and sold so varieties of costum wines. You have to come check it out!
Nick M — Google review
Went with 3 friends and did a taste sampling of 5 wines. Wide selection to choose from. We also ordered a side order of crakers and cheese with chocolate. Samples are served in tube that you pour into a glass. All wines we tasted were very good. We spent about and hour and a half tasting and talking. No one rushes you. We then went on a short tour of the wine storage room full of barrels and got a brief history of the Waltz company. Had a great time only negative bottles to buy were expensive, $27 and $36 for the wines we liked. Cheapest was $17 a bottle. Beautiful area very scenic.

The owners are from PennState Ag Sci. We were hosted as a group to explore the place and their work. It was an amazing experience and they have great wines!
Praharsh P — Google review
A fantastic afternoon for Althie and I to visit the winery, listen to music on the lawn and have an amazing tasting for each of us to enjoy 5 wines. Keith and the entire team were knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. Also the charcuterie tray was delicious. Recommend highly & we will be back soon! Thank you for a great afternoon. Sincerely, Althea and Ed Rolfe, Chester Springs 🍷🥂
Ed R — Google review
Waltz Vineyards has a great selection of wines! They have several award winning wines as well. There are options of different charcuterie trays you can get with different cheeses. The prices were affordable and the tasting was $15. As you can see in the picture, the tasting was very unique as they were in test tubes and you can pour them into your glass for an awesome experience. Liz was the best and so friendly! She was very knowledgeable about the wines and super sweet! Go check it out today! They suggest making reservations on Saturdays, but you can make one during the week too online!
Andrea D — Google review
Came here for the first time and was not disappointed! Their wines are great (on the drier side for the most part but still fantastic) and we really enjoyed their selection of cheeses to try also! The wine tasting experience was excellent and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back!

Vineyard
Grandview Vineyard is a charming family-owned wedding venue nestled in the picturesque hills of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Since 2009, this lovely vineyard has been cultivating top-quality grapes for an array of wines. Visitors can indulge in wine tastings amidst the serene surroundings with stunning views of the vineyard. The winery offers a surprising variety of wines across different categories, and guests have the option to select their own five wines from the list or choose from preselected options.
There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to have hosted our June 4th styled shoot at Grandview Vineyard. This space is truly a gem—elegant, versatile, and absolutely breathtaking from every angle. The natural light, the vineyard views, the indoor-outdoor flow… everything about this venue is inspiring. It provided the perfect canvas for our creative vision, allowing every detail—from the tablescapes to the florals, the dance floor to the bar cart—to shine in a cohesive and stunning way. Whether it was a romantic bridal portrait or a wide landscape shot, every photo taken here felt elevated by the beauty and character of the space. But what truly sets Grandview apart is their team. From the very first inquiry, they were responsive, welcoming, and so generous with their time and support. They made me feel valued, supported, and excited to bring the shoot to life. You can tell they care deeply about both their couples and creative collaborators, and it shows in every interaction. Whether you’re planning a wedding, event, or styled shoot, I cannot recommend Grandview Vineyard enough. It’s a place where elegance meets heart, and it will absolutely leave a lasting impression on everyone who steps foot on the property. Thank you, Grandview, for opening your beautiful space to us and for helping make this shoot a true dream come to life. I can’t wait to be back again!
Stephanie B — Google review
As an East Coast and Central PA wedding photographer specializing in refined, elevated, and graceful imagery, I love venues that offer both natural beauty and thoughtful design and Grandview Vineyard truly delivers on both. Nestled within the vineyard, this venue is a unique space for couples looking to create a celebration that feels both romantic and timeless. The ceremony location offers a sense of intimacy and privacy that immediately sets a heartfelt tone. The light and airy quality of the space, especially during golden hour photos in the vineyard, adds a dreamy softness to the day’s images. The tented reception space is not only spacious but incredibly versatile. I’ve seen couples make this space their own in the most meaningful ways, from floral installations to personal touches like custom cocktail napkins featuring their pets. It’s a joy to photograph weddings here, and I look forward to returning again and again!

Disappointing Experience at Grand View Winery! I was really looking forward to my visit to Grand View Winery in my weekend stay in PA, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The place was incredibly crowded and felt more like a theme park than a relaxing winery. It was so busy and loud that it was nearly impossible to enjoy a conversation or take in the surroundings. To make matters worse, the food was very disappointing — bland, overpriced uncooked pizza and honestly some of the worst I’ve had at any winery. To top it all off, they brought us plastic utensils, which made the whole experience feel cheap and poorly managed. Most frustrating of all, most of the servers didn’t seem to know anything about the wines when we asked for recommendations. For a place that markets itself as a winery, that was really disappointing and showed a lack of care for the guest experience. The manager ( lady) who was training the new hires tried to save the service experience which I appreciate by apologizing and bringing the second pizza after I sent back the first one, but at that point, it was already disappointing at so many levels Overall, if you’re looking for a peaceful day of wine tasting with good food and knowledgeable staff, I’d recommend going elsewhere. Grand View Winery seems more interested in packing people in than providing a quality experience.
Nassima T — Google review
I recently visited Grandview Vineyard for a wine tasting and opted for the chocolate, cheese pairing with five different wines. It was a fun experience overall, and my favorite by far was the Gold Rush Margarita wine. if you enjoy sweet wines, this one is definitely for you! That said, I’m giving four stars because the customer service fell short. Our server was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. She asked us to place a card down to start a tab but then immediately charged it without letting us know. When we asked why, she replied, “This is what we do for everyone.” However, we noticed several other guests were not asked for cards at all, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and even discriminatory. As four young, beautiful Black women, we couldn’t help but feel that we were being treated differently and whether intentional or not, it was disheartening. The wine and the scenery were lovely, but I hope Grandview will address staff behavior so that all guests feel equally welcome.
Roseline C — Google review
what a great selection of wines! the sweet wine selection was incredible, but there’s plenty of dry options as well! the atmosphere is very cute, great for taking photos. we saw a wedding and a bachelorette party taking place, so it’s also great for parties. shout out to our server Mikaela (who’s name i might have misspelled)! they were super busy but she and her coworkers were super attentive and made us have a great experience. if you like sweet wines, you HAVE to try the gold rush margarita wine
Amanda H — Google review
I've been multiple times I've become a member love coming here. The staff is wonderful, very friendly. The wines are delicious Sports and prices are reasonable the food is good with a reasonable prices. The atmosphere both inside and on the deck is relaxing. Every time I've been they've had live music which is enjoyable and not overwhelming for having conversations or just listening. I highly recommend visiting them. I also have a Tasting Room I can't say enough good things about Grandview
Maria D — Google review
Always a great time coming here!! From the live music, the wine of course (and local craft beer!) as well as the friendly staff. And cannot forget the amazing view!!
Kevin A — Google review
This is an amazing winery from the scenery to the staff. You are greeted and welcomed as soon as you arrive. The staff is very helpful to find a wine that suits your taste. Their wines are delicious, from dry to sweet. You have to try the new Grande Rouge, a great Bordeaux style of wine. For those that do not like wine, there is beer and cocktails. The deck overlooks the vineyard and is so peaceful. A must have place to visit.

Thorn Hill Winery, located in Lancaster PA, offers award-winning California wines that transport visitors to the Napa Valley. Despite its strip mall location next to a Sushi Restaurant, the winery's tasting room exudes the ambiance of wine country.
Me and my husband had a great time for our first visit yesterday, the entire staff was amazing. Elaine and the new lady constane were knowledgeable and welcoming. Definitely coming back, visited from baltimore.
Alicia G — Google review
I went to Thorn Hill with a friend for their wine tasting which was $50. The wine was very good, however if you’re also serving olive oil for tasting and a delicious chocolate sauce please go the extra mile and pair the olive oil with a baguette and the chocolate with something other then crackers.

My most favorite spot for Riesling. Always feel welcome and greeted by Rachel’s smile. Wish them lots of luck of the business!
Sam S — Google review
The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon “O” is fantastic! This wine is luscious, full bodied, and a bargain considering the wines of the world! My husband and I paired this with braised beef short ribs-a marriage made to delight! “O” is rich in color - dark garnet- with gorgeous flavors of dark fruit, cherry, blackberry, cassis, chocolate, and hints of coffee. To top things off, the tannins are mellowed and balanced. I hope Amy, the winemaker, will keep developing wine of this caliber.
Suzanya H — Google review
The experience was great. Rachel was amazing! We had a group of 11 people and Rachel was working alone and wasn’t expecting such a large group especially since we didn’t have reservations. She was very professional, pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Rachel for being Amazing! “ Expect the unexpected” 🤗
Lakeya G — Google review
Beautiful tasting room with an amazing staff and clientele. Kelly was fantastic telling us about the wine and a pleasure to talk to. The wines are amazing and the Chardonnay and Merlot were incredible. Merlot gets a bad rap and the most expensive and sought-after wine in the world has Merlot in it. For the quality of the wine the price is more than reasonable.

Great winery to enjoy California wines with friends. Enjoying a 2013 Old Vine Zinfandel. It has aged well. Wish I had another bottle
Jamie D — Google review
We had a bridal shower for my daughter here. We had an entire private room to ourselves which was beautifully decorated, with private bathrooms. Wine was delicious. Rachel, the owners daughter was our personal server for wine. She even helped us decorate! If your looking for somewhere with good fair rental prices and good customer service this place is a gem.

Nestled in the heart of Pennsylvania, Mount Hope Estate & Winery is a captivating destination that beautifully marries history with the art of winemaking. This 19th-century mansion serves as a vibrant hub for wine enthusiasts, featuring a delightful wine shop and tasting room where visitors can sample over 20 varieties of their handcrafted wines, alongside beer and cider options at select locations. Beyond its impressive beverage offerings, Mount Hope is renowned for hosting various festivals throughout the year, including the beloved Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire.
Amazing! You don't need to buy tickets if you're just going to the winery and it is so worth it. $5 for 5 tastings and you get to keep the glass. Any tastings are $1 and you can go through the whole menu. Definitely worth it and very cute spot. There's place to sit while tasting though, keep that in mind!

The place has a lot to offer with plenty of activities for both adults and kids. The food is good, though definitely on the pricey side. Sundays get really crowded, so expect a lot of people. Overall, a fun spot but a bit expensive.

My first time at the fair and what an experience!!!! So much to do there and many cool lil gift shops and stands. Parking was super easy also. We can't wait til next year to visit again!!

Went to the PA Renn Faire and as always....it was amazing!!! The costumes, the food, the ale!!! Parking was a breeze and there was virtually no wait. Scotch eggs y'all!!! Also the Peach Vanilla Cider. That was from another planet!
Luke N — Google review
The Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire is always a great time! The entertainment is usually great, the food is always excellent, and just the overall environment is fun and enjoyable. It is a rain or shine event so you better be prepared because they don't stop no matter what the weather does. Yes it's harder to enjoy when it's raining, but as long as it is warm enough just suck it up and enjoy yourself! The Jousting is always awesome, the idea of living the medieval life speaks to my soul LOL.
Rob W — Google review
The grounds were exciting and diverse. The characters were talented, well dressed, and extremely entertaining. Though, during the final Pub Sing on the last day of the season, one of the main characters, King James of Scotland, kissed his right hand man. I don't care what each person's personal deviant affiliation is, that's between them, their partner, and God. What bothers me is when they put their preferences on display on the main stage without giving the audience a choice as to whether or not to watch. There are many children in the audience and mine were left with questions I was not prepared to answer during a fun family outing. The last time I went to the PA RenFaire there was no signs of sexual preferences or innuendo on display for the main story line events. We steered clean of all the shows that were marked Not Suitable For Children.
Grom1778 — Google review
The rennfaires are always so much fun... expensive, but fun... haven't really found any food that I'd order again. I need to plan to stop somewhere for breakfast beforehand next time.
Karley B — Google review
We go here for the Renaissance Faire and it's a hoot! Semi permanent structures add to the setting as you step into a fantasy world based on ye olde England. Some merchants, including food, only take cash.

Nestled in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch country, Thistle Finch Distillery is a charming small-batch distillery that invites visitors to explore its warm, brick-walled tasting room. Founded in 2013 by Andrew Martin, this unique establishment pays homage to the local folk art with its namesake mascot—the distelfink bird. Housed in a historic tobacco warehouse in downtown Lancaster, Thistle Finch specializes in crafting exceptional spirits, particularly rye whiskeys made from locally sourced grains.
Enjoyed coming back here, liked it more than I had remembered. We had a nice quick dinner at Burley Bar and Thistle Finch Distillery. Ordered the Wedge salad, and since tacos were on special, two of each the chicken and beef. They were also nice enough to make the elote pretzels without the finishing seasoning and give us cheez dip since that's what the kids prefer. Overall very nice and very good with a few small and tasty surprises
Ryan Y — Google review
Booked an afternoon tour of the distillery. It was a fun way to spend the afternoon and interesting to learn about the distilling process. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions well and was very familiar with her script. That being said, perhaps the tour coins be updated a bit to be more of an interactive experience (use more questions to engage the audience) di the information is more interesting to hear and the audience is more engaged. The tour includes many samples (it would be hard to keep up and try everything you are offered). I wasn't a big fan of most of the alcohols, but some of the alcoholic lemonades and sodas are really delicious and go down easy. I purchased a t-shirt while there. It is the softest one I own and has washed up great! The entrance and parking were a bit tricky to find, so give yourself a few extra minutes. I did not have the change to eat or order drinks at the bar so I can only comment on the tour
Marilu D — Google review
The Thistle Finch was quite a find. They have their own distillery. They sell their own tees, which I am grateful to buy. It is also 1 of the oldest distilleries in Lancaster, which I was very grateful to check out.

HIDDEN GEM! Best wings, ever. Poached Pear salad - I’ve had many of these salads over time but this was the best one I’ve EVER had. “Pink is the new black” cocktail, extremely on point; the first drink I’ve ever had where you can literally taste each note in a specific order. Loved this place and definitely plan to begin visiting regularly!
Jo S — Google review
Only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because we didn’t get to try the bar or food out. We came for the tour/tasting and man was it AMAZING!! Luke was phenomenal, informative and funny. It is a little tricky to find so make sure you give yourself ample amount of time before you go.
Taylor H — Google review
If you are a whiskey drinker, Thistle Finch is a must. First, the building has that olden day charm, so you know the atmosphere is going to be right! Take the tour and you will learn some very interesting things. The food is great, the bar tender was awesome and the drinks, you will want more!

What a fun place! We originally purchased a Groupon for a tour and TShirts but really had a great time here. The bourbon was better than Bulleit and while that is a controversial point of view for my bourbon loving kin, they use the same facility and it's smoother. The rum is magic with it's spice profile and is the 1st one I've ever tried that I want to drink by itself. The building used to be a tobacco drying warehouse and the atmosphere is electric. The bartender Nate was friendly and knowledgable! The food was great and the drinks inventive. Our tour guide Jim was full of great facts and had a laid back and happy personality. This is such a fun day trip!

Bought a deal on local flavor for a tour and tshirts for 2. Wow - an amazing time. The building in itself is amazing, an old tobacco warehouse built in the early 1900’s, add to that the awesome distilling gear and it’s just awesome. So the tour also is full of great information and stories about distilling and its history in Lancaster. At the end of the tour comes the much anticipated tasting! They offer tasting of every product that they have in stock. So that in itself is worthy of the price of the tour. Afterwards we went to the bar and had several beverages, some food and some awesome chats with both the bartender and some folks we met on the tour. So the nuts and bolts are: you have to book your tour date and time online. I highly suggest you use google earth to preview the location as it’s up a small alley in the middle of a residential area and their signage is minimal. Be forewarned- your wallet will take a hit as their beverages are so good!

Nestled in the charming town of Lititz, Appalachian Brewing Company is a delightful destination for beer enthusiasts and casual diners alike. This open and airy brewery boasts an impressive selection of housemade beers, including their flagship Water Gap Wheat Ale and Hoppy Trails IPA, alongside seasonal specialties that keep the menu fresh. Not just for adults, they also craft delicious non-alcoholic sodas like root beer and ginger beer.
Our server was very sweet and social. It was clean inside, and not too loud at this time of year. We weren’t too hungry and got root beer, ginger beer, pierogies, a pretzel, and fried pickles. Nothing wrong with any of them, and everyone enjoyed everything. Their Appalachian root beer was smoother than typical root beer and very good. Overall a great experience :) would come back!

Met 3 other friends for lunch today. At first the hostess seated us at a high top table adjoining another table of 6 ppl. We were not asked if we wanted high or low table. I asked the hostess if we could move tables because the table aside off was loud and I couldn't hear the person across from me. We moved to a low top table which 1 of my friends preferred. 1 friend ordered the pulled pork sandwich. I ordered the po boy and another ordered a burger. Our sandwiches came with fries or chips. Another friend ordered the mile high meatloaf which came with gravy and makes potatoes. 1 friend and I also ordered a beer. We all seemed pleased with our food exempt the peppers in the meatloaf. The atmosphere is rustic timber inside, cozy environment.

These guys at ABC put out a nice menu and deliver it to your table in the form of really good food and beverages. We love their ribs and burgers and always try their specials. It’s always fresh and always handcrafted, and always hot! The root beer is crazy good! It gets really noisy and busy on the weekends, but in a good way. They have never let our family down. Have good food and good fun at the Appalachian Brewing Company!

This really is a nice local brewery with a relaxed and casual ambience. The service is excellent, attentive, prompt, and not rushed at all. Their brew selection is plentiful and great. Cocktail selection, even though limited, is wonderful - they do make stiff drinks! The food, particularly their sandwiches that we tried, were hot, flavorful, and perfect. This definitely is a nice place to grab a relaxed meal in Lititz. Would certainly be coming back.

Waiter was a blast, very hospitable and knowledgeable, appetizers and main course came out quickly! Mountain nachos and the pierogis 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻. Beers were also phenomenal!! Highly recommend the expresso stout! Just a great place to hangout with friends or family. Great atmosphere! Will be back!

Great pub style food. Customized a few items to be vegan. Amazing pretzel. Brewed their own Root Beer along with the other beer and liquor choices.

Don’t come if you have a food allergy- they won’t accommodate!!! I’m a “mugger”… we are here at least 3 out of 4 weeks- We are often getting apps- tonight- they RAN OUT of MY first choice!!!! Then in the “replacement” -half the apps have peppers- I’m horribly allergic. I get physically ill. Does the manager, “Josie” care? NO- instead of coming to have the discussion, she sent our poor waitress over to our table. This 20something “manager” (Josie) says I can instead settle for a smaller app/same price instead of accommodating. (6 halves of egg rolls- 4 of them have peppers- I requested to have all without- she said NO.) And when I finally order- see the picture of the “chicken wing ish” they gave me!!!! Last year as a “mugger” until they get a manager that doesn’t curse at their staff - yes- we witnessed this twice from this “manager” and instead, she punishes the customers….

In Lititz, the ABC is well run, has a great staff, and the food and beverages are awesome. It might not be a long the main road, but it's worth the effort to walk or drive there. The building it is in has great character, and one can eat outside on a nice day or enjoy a table in the generous sized dining area. And they do really good takeout. If you're looking for a meal to go, don't worry about not getting a food portion for your money.

Mount Hope Wine Gallery is a delightful destination that welcomes visitors year-round, offering a unique blend of experiences. Nestled along the Lincoln Highway, this charming spot features an array of festivals, a theater, and a Victorian-style wine shop alongside its winery. Locals have discovered the convenience of this second location for restocking their favorite ciders and meads without having to travel far. The gallery boasts an impressive selection of wines and friendly staff who are eager to assist guests in finding their perfect bottle.
Never a bad experience. Right on a main road so it's easy to find. I always do a tasting and walk away with at least a few bottles to go. Super friendly staff and great product
Allison S — Google review
The mount hope winery was very cute. They had a broad wine selection and the staff were friendly. There is a large gift shop here as well. There are no food options available in the winery portion and on the Saturday we went the Brewery above was unexpectedly closed which was disappointing. I am hoping to return when both locations are open. We did end up buying a few bottles of wine to enjoy.

After a day of shopping we decided to stop in and do some wine tasting. We had a great experience here, wine and beer was good. Specifically Rachel was amazing! She was working wine tasting and the register, running back and forth, all with a terrific attitude and smile!
Donna O — Google review
We love all the wine and the cider. Quick and easy growler refills. The beer was delicious too. I highly recommend allowing time to walk around and taste so you can get everything you want. The staff are always friendly and courteous. This is one of a few locations. It's very cool some of the wine is renamed for the local area.
Rick B — Google review
Great wine, I wish staff will be so great and sweet as a wine that they are sales. We didn't feel welcome at all, we were the only visitors there at this time and 3 staff members brushed us out, we insisted to get help.
Maria G — Google review
I'm a local and had no idea there was another location out on Lincoln Highway. Now that I know... Well, I see many more visits in my future. I tend to glaze over the touristy places, but I do love the Mount Hope ciders and meads, so not having to go all the way out to Manheim for a restock is great news. They have a great selection at this second location with much of the same merchandise as the "home" location. The sales person was very helpful! I'm just regretful that I didn't know about it sooner!
Meredith H — Google review
My husband and I stopped here last Saturday for a wine tasting and a bottle before going out to dinner. The wines were alright. I can't say I loved any of the ones that I tried, but my husband found the selection of meads interesting. The main reason for the reduction in stars was the service. The lady that served us was incredibly rude. She didn't acknowledge us when we walked up to the tasting area, but rather just scowled at us. Finally, I asked if we could please do a tasting. She continued to just scowl until she rudely asked for our IDs, which we happily provided. She was rude throughout the tasting and made the experience rather unenjoyable. There are other wineries we love with staff that is friendly and enjoyable.
Sara M — Google review
We stop here every time we are in the area. Did not do any tasting today as we were in a hurry. I was buying wine for gifts and the staff could not have been more helpful. It’s always a pleasure coming here and they are very knowledgeable about the wines. Bought some ciders this time also.

Return customer for good reason; the work ethic is impressive as the staff never stops moving and or doing something. Very good chance you'll find a beer you truly enjoy. The food is delicious and the flavor profiles are inspiring. Keep the magic going and I'll be back again and again. Update: When the pizzas are so good you buy a hat and ask the Chef to sign it! Thank You

This is a beer review.. Found a 4 pack of the Hegemony Imperial Stout in Hummelstown.. It's nice to see someone can make a decent imperial these days. I've been looking at the pizza photos though.... Is it possible that someone in Central PA actually makes a decent pizza.. I'm skeptical but it looks pretty good. Have to take a cross county thrift trip over and see what that's all about. cheers.

No wonder their pizza was rated one of the best craft breweries for pizza in the state. It was amazing!!! Do yourself a favor and get the BBQ chicken pizza and soft pretzel. They do have a few sound dampening panels in the eating area, but it was still very loud. My husband and I sat next to each other and had to really raise our voices to hear each other. That won't deter us from going back, but maybe to sit outside in the spring/ summer/ fall.

I will say when I think of Ephrata, I don’t really associate the town with good breweries but they have them. St Boniface hits the nail on the head with great beer, food and service. The pizza is excellent and one of the top items here. Fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Their is a ton of variety when it comes to beer and there is an outdoor seating area for when it’s nice out.

The Warehouse Hotel is a contemporary property located in a convenient area away from the hustle and bustle. It offers comfortable rooms and suites, with free Wi-Fi and parking for guests. The hotel provides access to fitness facilities at the largest sports complex in North America, perfect for staying active during your stay. Additionally, there's a bar/restaurant on-site where you can unwind after a day of shopping.
Arrived early and were permitted to check in early. Great bonus. Rooms were super clean and quiet. We had a great time at the Forklift and Pallette. The food was excellent and the bartenders were awesome. Not recommended for a romantic weekend but if you want a great hotel at reasonable price close to all the good stuff in the Lancaster area This hotel is so cool.
Linda — Google review
I stayed at this hotel 4 times and was pleasantly surprised, and then on the fourth trip. I see 2 charges unbeknownst to me or approved for $110 ... I called and spoke to a manager, and she said, the room had a smoke smell. So they had to charge me to deodorize it. But she didn't charge me the full 250 because she said she was doing me a favor I asked her if there was ever an issue the 3 prior times that I've stayed there and she said no! there were no notes. I had complained when I first arrived with the front desk with an elderly woman that there was a smoke smell. In my room, but it wasn't enough to make me switch.I figured somebody may have been smoking somewhere on the floor.. This hotel caters to a lot of sporting events. people and teenagers of all ages ..After having a discussion with the manager, she said there was nothing. She could do, and she had to trust her. hotel maid manager that the smell was in my room and only my room. I tried 2. Let them know that I don't smoke, haven't smoked and I certainly didn't pick up smoking that week. Along with horrible pillows and bed no water pressure, it made me reconsider staying somewhere else which I do in Lancaster weekly for business..I strongly suggest comfort Inn and suites The rooms are twice the size. The staff is twice as helpful and they have a complimentary breakfast.. Besides being 50$ cheaper a night.. I will never stay at the warehouse again and I suggest you read the other reviews before you make your reservation.

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0 stars. We have been to Spooky Nook many times but never stayed at this hotel. We stayed here last weekend and had a horrible experience. The front desk was not helpful and not very nice. The wallpaper in one of our rooms was peeling off. The carpet was dirty. We were charged with an additional $250 cleaning fee but the room was never cleaned. The restaurant closes early on Sunday and there is no easily accessible dinner places around. If you have an event at Spooky Nook, stay away from this hotel. There are many other excellent hotels nearby with better accommodations, cleaner rooms, well maintained, efficient and helpful staff and better location with food and other establishments nearby. Lesson learned.
Ciarah Y — Google review
Deplorable Housekeeping and Unacceptable Conditions The room was in extremely poor condition — outdated furnishings, broken furniture, and a general lack of cleanliness. Hair and dirt were found throughout the space, indicating it had not been properly cleaned or maintained. For the amount of money paid, this level of quality is completely unacceptable. I expected much better and will not be returning unless serious improvements are made.
Deana G — Google review
Attached to the sports center which was great but the noise level was terrible. You can hear everything from the lobby, in the hallway and outside. Finally called the front desk at 1:10am to ask that something be done about the lobby noise. So much for getting a good nights rest before a tournament! The rooms could use a serious redo. Lots of rust in the doors and wallpaper falling off the walls. The front desk was responsive with the noise.

This review is for the restaurant in Warehouse spooky nook. Whoever manages this I don't know buddy. We are blessed with a lot of good places to eat this is not one of them. Went there yesterday we were given a seat and basically watched everyone that worked there run in circles for thirty minutes. I think the lady that was going to be our waitress walked around our table more times than I can count never said hello never took our order and there was a time she walked up to our table, six different times and walked away. Nobody looks at you that works there place is a mess. There's a big quilt, show going on, say you would think these guys would be ready to make some money but nope.... so we left no one even noticed time. This is the second time we were there. This is the second time it was this way and that was about a year ago. I put this on management..
Chris S — Google review
We stayed here for the quilt show. The suite didn’t have enough chairs for the occupants. Inadequate dresser, hanger space and linens also. Bathroom is extremely small. Shower is ridiculously situated. Staff were nice but furnishings are spare.
Teresa — Google review
I I’ve called several times trying to book a room. The staff I spoke with have been both incompetent and rude. Today I spoke to Tyler, the general manager. He kept me on the phone for over 30 minutes but refused to assist. I’ve stayed at this property over a dozen times. Tyler kept insisting I book online, but I explained I was online and unable to book. Despite this, he repeatedly apologized but would not accommodate the reservation. Even while I was online trying exactly what he suggested, he still wouldn’t help. He became aggressive. This is unacceptable. I will absolutely look for another place to stay. Tyler, in my opinion, should be terminated.

Waltz Vineyards Wine Shop is a charming, family-owned winery nestled in the picturesque hills of Manheim, Pennsylvania. Visitors can enjoy tastings in their cozy tasting rooms located in both Lititz and Intercourse, where knowledgeable staff share insights into the winemaking process.
Great wine shop! We visited this twice before and really enjoy the wine and wine samples. I got the Crow Woods Cabernet - it was very rich and had a unique taste to it. My husband really enjoyed the sweeter wines. Definitely recommend checking out this shop while in Kitchen Kettle Village.
David N — Google review
We visited the Village for the first time this past Friday. As many of the shop owners were unbelievably nice and friendly, the winery absolutely disappointed us. Upon entering, the woman was handing two people slushies and ringing them out. We were not greeted. I saw the sign pointing for tasting and stepped to that side of the bar. After standing there, we were still not greeted, not given any instructions for a tasting, not even "I'll be right with you." Instead the worker continued to talk with the two people and then started a whole conversation with the young child with them. After about 15 minutes of no acknowledgement, my husband and I left. I LOVE a good winery experience. What a disappointment!
Anna D — Google review
Hours says open to 5. Staff is unfriendly and claimed no further seating at 4:30pm. They seemed to already be closing up. Doesn't say anywhere on your website that you can't be seated at 4:30pm. Find new staff these two ladies are killing your business. Place was dead only 2 people at outdoor patio. Find new staff these women shouldn't be waiting on people. I can't even give them benefit of the doubt. Last time I came here one of them followed me and accused me of only coming in to look for a bathroom to use. She was totally disrespectful, as I was only going to see if any seating was available. I have no interest in visiting this place ever again. Looking at other reviews it looks like the owners have done nothing to address poor staffing as many other people had to deal with these two rude female staff yet apparently they are still working there.

We had a wonderful experience here. The lady we met at the counter gave us wonderful recommendations. We had two glasses of wine and some cheese and cracks with it while sitting next to a heater in the Fall weather. Perfection🙌🏻

Was there this past weekend. I understand they were busy but two of the women working there behind the counter were extremely rude and ignorant. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. I walked out and will patronize friendlier wineries I've been to from now on.

Xavier D — Google review
3 of us were visiting from out of town. We walked in with only 1 other customer in the shop. We were not greeted or even acknowledged. We proceeded to find our own menu on the other side of the counter, looked over it for a few minutes. Still no one greeted or asked how they could help us or if we wanted to try anything. After another associate walked out and completely ignored us we walked out. At that point one of the associates yelled as we were walking out if we’d like to taste anything. Of the dozens of wineries I have been to over the years I have never experienced anything quite like this. Stay away as there or many more wineries, breweries, restaurants and people to do business with in the area that are much better.
