Wineries & Vineyards
Located on Tamborine Mountain in Australia, Witches Falls Winery is a renowned establishment offering wine tasting and cellar door sales of their handcrafted wines. Founded by Jon Heslop, the winery has garnered accolades including a five red star rating from James Halliday. Visitors can enjoy a flight of six wines for just $6 and indulge in picnic experiences among the stunning vineyards.
I will review Boxer Brewery separately. They are on the same location, but both were incredible experiences for different reasons. We had just walked the Witches Falls Loop and were looking for rehydration. Naturally, we typed “winery” into Google and were led here. It proved to be some form of divine intervention… We immediately felt as if what was happening outside the gates could wait. Set on small acreage with two vineyards, this place could be on an other planet - an unhurried, friendly planet. This is a family winery that’s been going about 20 years. There was a wide range of different wines and some very tasty offerings to accompany them. My beautiful wife had a cheeky verdelho and we had Camembert, mixed Mediterranean olives and the most incredible pork. I got a few beers from the brewery next door. All of these embraced each other as though they were long time lovers, sharing this affection with us. The seating outside was comfortable and with the beverages and food I could have spent the day here. The staff were extremely personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The magnificent Julia (not Julia Goolia from “The Wedding Singer”) had the most sunny and attentive attitude. There was a wine club if you’re keen to stock up on the significant options on hand. Sitting next to the vineyard in the cool surrounds of Tamborine was a fabulous experience and the most sensuous bit of serendipity.

This winery is stunning! Lovely views of the vines, incredible selection of ciders, beers and wines. The staff were excellent. Although busy, still were calm, collected and attentive especially the lady in the winery. Beautiful wines and cheese and selection of nibbles to match. The musician was also spectacular and totally added to the vibe. His voice was magic. Very talented! Highly recommend this winery. We loved it.

1 Star — If I could give zero, I would. I’m sitting here right now wondering how a place like this even calls itself a winery. Let’s start with the basics: our table wasn’t even cleaned. Glasses, plastic cups, and leftover mess from other guests just sitting there — completely ignored. The wine tasting? Absolutely pathetic. The pours were laughably tiny — like they were afraid we’d actually taste the wine. And get this: everything was served in the same glass without even rinsing between pours. Ever heard of cross-flavor contamination? Clearly not. The service was a whole new level of terrible. The waitress (bec) couldn’t be less friendly if she tried. No smile, no effort, nothing. And the person pouring the wine didn’t even bother to say a single word about what we were drinking — just dumped a splash in the glass and walked away like they had somewhere better to be. No water offered, huge gaps between tastings, and an atmosphere that screams “we don’t care.” This was supposed to be a winery experience, but it felt more like punishment. Save your money, your time, and your sanity — there are plenty of other wineries that actually understand hospitality

We were given complimentary wine tasting here arranged by our hotel and we were so happy we took advantage of it. The staff at Witches Falls were lovely and went out of their way to make it a great experience. We tasted 6 wines of our choosing. The wines were great and we did purchase some to take home. I’d recommend the wine tasting here.

I did the wine tasting here today and LOVED it. The whole experience felt relaxed but still premium; no rushed feeling, no pressure, just genuinely good wine and lovely staff who explain each pour in a fun, approachable way. You sit outside surrounded by trees, fresh air, beautiful views, and it honestly feels like the perfect Tamborine moment. I tried different styles (reds, whites, and a few experimental ones) and each one had personality; not generic supermarket wine vibes. You can taste the quality. It feels unique and local, not commercial. It’s one of those places where you sit, sip, laugh, and think “why don’t I do this more often?” If you’re on Tamborine Mountain, definitely book the tasting; it’s such a cool way to enjoy the day and it feels like a mini getaway without travelling far. Highly recommend , great wine, great vibe, great staff. 🍷✨

Went to a couple of wineries this weekend and we all enjoyed this one the most. The wines were beautiful and the atmosphere is perfect. Our waiter was excellent and really made us feel at home. Also the boxer brewery next door is great.

We visited Witches Falls Winery on Friday and had an incredible wine tasting experience. We sampled six different wines, each with its own unique character, and loved how the tasting was guided. We also created our own cheese board with a selection of local produce, creamy cheeses, salami, olives, pâté, and house-made relishes, the perfect charcuterie board. A special shoutout to Denzell, who served us on the day. He was so lovely, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable with his warm hospitality. The relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect way to spend the afternoon, and the sun setting over the vines added such a beautiful touch. If you're heading to Mount Tamborine, Witches Falls is a must-visit for a relaxed afternoon of wine, food, and gorgeous surrounds.

I visited Witches Falls Winery a couple of days ago and was served by Talon and Lea, who were both really friendly and made the visit really enjoyable. The winery itself is such a beautiful spot. It’s peaceful, relaxed, and a great place to spend an afternoon. I did feel a bit sorry for the staff, as they seemed to be managing quite a lot at once, but they handled it really well. With a little extra support and attention to detail, this place could easily be one of the best in the area. Overall, I had a lovely experience and would definitely come back.

Cedar Creek Estate Vineyard & Winery is a stunning destination nestled atop Mount Tamborine, just a short drive from the Gold Coast. This scenic winery boasts breathtaking views and offers an array of experiences, including a charming cellar door and delightful restaurant. It's also an enchanting wedding venue with multiple ceremony sites, such as a non-denominational sandstone chapel that overlooks the vineyard and a serene lakeside garden arbor.
From the moment we booked our consultation, we walked out knowing this is where we want to have our wedding. Delia toured us around the place and talked us through what was included. She took our requests and built up our vision up until our big day. The communication was amazing - any concerns and we were emailed, contacted and notified immediately. Delia advocated for what we want along the way and was just amazing in every way. The wedding day itself had an unpredictable weather and instead of panicking, Delia assured us that they will do anything and everything to ensure the day is up to our expectations. From the chapel, to the reception everything was done beautifully. Chris and I could not be happier with how everything was. Our guests also could not stop saying how amazing night was. The whole place was picture perfect. Can’t wait to keep reliving one of the most amazing day of our lives by going back here every year. Thank you to Delia, Jade and the rest of the team for giving us such an amazing memory. It was everything we ever wanted and more. Honestly just an amazing team 💕

An absolutely beautiful wedding venue. We got married in the chapel that had the perfect country charm. We then hired the terrace for 3 hours to host our lunch time reception that was a casual catchup after the ceremony. The venue was also perfect for the photos and not having to leave to capture them was a huge bonus. The staff were great in helping us set up and prepare for the big day. With their expertise the day ran smoothly. Thank you.

05.08 25. Had lunch at here today. What a woeful lunch. Nothing like the past (confit of duck, salmon , etc) classy food in the past. Not this time. Meals represented somthing like very poor senior citizens club meals). The stir-fried vegetables were like mixed frozen vetebles- watery and flavourless.the Barramundi was blanched and tasteless. The salad a few pieces of lettuce leaves and no dressing. The lassagna was craggy and tasteless. I thought last time was bad so thought we would give it another go. Sadly it was worse. I only finished the barramundi because I was desperately hungry. The wait staff was good however they didn't bother to ask if we enjoyed lunch - clearly they knew what the answer would be. Never again. Very disappointing. Don't waste your time or money. Plenty of other good places on the mountain.

We went yesterday for the wine tasting and had an amazing personalised experience. The person serving us let each person decide their own wine to taste with no complains and was incredibly knowledgeable. We appreciated his service and time which made it very unique. Only thing I would comment to change is, perhaps better seating for when having the wine tasting / outdoor perhaps, although we did like to stand after being seated all day 😊 Thank you so much and we would definitely love to come back !

We had the most amazing wedding at Cedar Creek Estate! The whole team, especially Delia and Jade, were so helpful in the lead-up and on the day - I didn’t have to think about a thing. Everything ran so smoothly, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend this beautiful venue!
Samantha C — Google review
We had a wonderful wedding celebration on 11.10.25 at Cedar Creek Estate Vineyard & Winery. Jade and Delia were very professional, approachable, responsive and a delight to work with throughout the entire process. The venue is stunning and everything came together really well with their assistance. I highly recommend this venue and team for your wedding!
Micah P — Google review
Thank you, Jade and Delia. It was amazing to work with both of you. From day one, everything was so well coordinated. You were always prompt with email replies and did your best to accommodate all our requests. We had to make several changes to the food menu, and each time, everything was handled efficiently and without delay. On the wedding day, the entire process was smooth and stress free. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Jade and Delia took care of coordinating both our guests and suppliers. It was such an incredible evening, and as the bride, I was able to simply enjoy the moment. Thank you so much! A small recommendation for improvement: Since we had chosen a wide selection of wines, it would have been helpful to display a list of the available options included in the package. Many of our guests weren’t aware of the full selection we had organised.
Kethaki J — Google review
We had our wedding ceremony at this venue Nov. Overall venue wedding service is very supportive, quick reponse via email and phone. Wedding food package tastes great for all three courses, the food materials are quite fresh. Wines choices are plenty, cedar red is excellent, we bought a few bottles back home as well. The venue environment is pleasant during Oct-Nov for photo shots. If the wedding come across rain, the venue has covered deck. If you need the guest to come up this place, it is better to use exit 57 on M1, this path is way much easier than the primary GPS suggestion.

Nestled just a short drive from Surfers Paradise, Mount Nathan Winery is one of the oldest vineyards in the Gold Coast region. What sets this winery apart is its on-site beehives, resulting in a range of honey and honey-based products. Visitors can enjoy wine tasting straight from the barrels and observe the busy bees at work. The venue offers a relaxing experience with friendly staff and an opportunity to feed sheep and alpacas, making it family-friendly.
Great place, my partner and I loved it. Very accomodating family owned business, beautiful tasting wine, we’ve been to so many wineries (and big named wineries) and this was definitely one of our favourite. A beautiful location, We fed the sheep too which was great fun. Definitely going back!

Absolutely amazing experience! Have been twice to do the tasting with the take home photo bottle and loved it. A small family winery producing absolutely fantastic wine! Beautiful views, lovely proprietors and quality products. Love supporting small businesses like this.

This winery is honestly one of the best in Queensland if not the whole country. Every time I come to Queensland, I always make a stop to this winery. Some of the best wines I ever tasted were made here! The owners are extremely friendly and are happy to share the history of the winery.

Feeding the alpacas and sheep, as well as tasting the wide variety of wines and honey produced at Mt. Nathan, will remain one of the most memorable moments of our trip to Australia. Thanks to the warm hospitality of Paul, We truly had an enjoyable time. Thank you!

Visited the winery for the first time today 25/08/22. I was so impressed. The staff member that conducted our wine tasting was fantastic, funny , professional, knowledgeable Top☝️ and very experience in all the wines we tasted and the history of the winery. Highly recommend a visit here and taste the very unique and beautiful wines they produce onsite. 🍷🖐🙂 please go and visit you will enjoy 😉.

My wife and I did the wine tasting on the weekend and we were both blown away by the quality of the wines. So much so we took a box full of wines home but only after we shared a tasty cheese platter out on the deck. The weather was great so overall it was a terrific visit to Mount Nathan. Will definitely go back. Cheers.
Mark V — Google review
We spent a pleasant afternoon sitting on the deck at Mt Nathan Winery sipping on their wines. A lovely venue, with friendly staff, which makes for a very relaxing experience. However the highlight was feeding the sheep and alpaca. As soon as anyone ventured near their paddock they come running to the gate to greet them. A great idea to keep the kids occupied while mum and dad are wine tasting!

Massive Shout out to Mount Nathan Winery who have played a big part of our festive celebrations. Our loved ones recieved gifts of wine this year and feedback has had 100% positive feedback. We celebrated with mt nathan bubbles which was embraced. The Chardonnay paired with the seafood platter perfectly with everyone at the table all offering such great feedback. Celebrations with SB also well received. We are so greatful to be able to give this family business a plug, offer our support and recommendations.

Tamborine Mountain Distillery, located on the scenic Tamborine Mountain, is a highly acclaimed and decorated distillery offering an extensive selection of spirits and liqueurs. The venue exudes old-world charm with a touch of whimsy, reminiscent of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. Visitors can explore the gingerbread house-style buildings adorned with black and white spades while vintage gardening tools lean against oak barrels.
What an extraordinary experience! It’s no wonder this distillery has won so many awards. The range and quality of their products is incredible. We had 3 tasting paddles, as couldn’t narrow down our choices to try! The flavours of the liqueurs and spirits are so unique and superb we purchased 7 different bottles to take home. Angie’s service was excellent; So friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We went back a second day just to enjoy the surrounds and the ambience of this jewel in mount tambourine (& the cheese platter)! Definitely worth a visit if you’re visiting the Gold Coast.

We visited the Mt Tamborine Distillery today for our 20th anniversary. We don’t drink often but decided to give it a try as we wanted to bring family in Europe some local gifts next year and thought this would be perfect, to combine the anniversary with some tasting for a bit of novelty. And we are so glad we did. The staff were amazing. We especially had a great chat with the gentleman who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us a tasting of the herbal liqueur soon after we arrived which was a very nice surprise which we also ended up buying. A lovely complex liqueur. We did the $10 (each) tasting and chose 8 different flavours in total. Firstly all I can say while we had some favourites, they were all very high quality and very smooth! You can see why they have so many awards. There were no bad flavours we tried and there were many many more on the menu to try for future visits. We also had an extra tasting of the orange agave liqueur which really gives Cointreau a run for it’s money. Very tasty and punchy. The place itself is also very charming and welcoming. We left with a bottle of the herbal liqueur and chocolate mint, but will be back every year now on our anniversary to pick up a bottle or two and try some new flavours. It’s such a special place and worth a visit. It was never on our radar prior to this. Thank you for your hospitality today. We had a great visit. Very memorable.

Omg we just loved this place! Gordon was an amazing host, full of knowledge and history about his distillery. We did a craft your own citrus cello masterclass & absolutely had a great time making our own bottle to take home. Sampled some lovely liqueurs, stayed and had a cheese Board with some drinks. Thank you so much Gordon for your time & hospitality! Can’t wait to visit again. You’re a bloody legend 👏

A gorgeous distillery making vodkas gins and Liqueurs. So many to choose from. Tastings of four only cost $10. We also got a cheeseboard which was quite reasonable at $20. It is really quite quirky inside and there’s plenty of places to sit. They also do tours of the distillery. They definitely had some delicious things to choose from.

Incredible experience, staff are beautiful people and generous. Lovely atmosphere and great vibes! Cheese platter was yummy and we loved all of our tastings today! 10/10 experience

Myself the wife and 2 of our friends attended the spirit making class and all I can say it’s well worth the money and time , Gordon and his staff made the time go so fast I made a vodka and the wife did a gin . We will be back to do a rum class well worth a visit just for a tasting and if you have the time do the making class

We had Yuzu tasting in this place, overpriced with very unfriendly and demotivated staff. No explanation on what they are serving and it was only few drops of Yuzu on ice in each glass, Very poor experience.

Nestled along Long Road Gallery Walk, Mount Tamborine Vineyard & Winery offers a delightful experience for wine enthusiasts. The cellar door is conveniently located opposite the popular German cuckoo clock shop. Visitors can savor a variety of champagne, schnapps, wine, and beer while exploring the vineyard out front. The venue boasts a rustic atmosphere with beautiful gardens and a charming gift shop.
Lunch here 24th October great. Plenty of spaces inside , out front, centre patio or side verandah. Great value meals approx $26 wine and beer on tap.

A lovely cafe situated on the "bustling" Main Street of Mount Tambourine. The architecture of the restaurant, cafe and wine cellar are beautiful and so well thought out for the area. Like an inviting winter lodge to return to, to take shelter from the chill and cold outside. There are outdoor seating for the sunny days and warm cozy interior (there's even a fire place!) within the restaurant to seek all types of refreshment. From tapas like dishes, to hearty soups with fresh bread or more substantial fairs to choose from. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Although the prices are a bit steeper than other cafes, I appreciate that the extra was clearly distinguished by the inviting atmosphere and terrific staff. I think this would be a particularly lovely spot for overseas visitors looking for something quite unique and special to experience.
A L — Google review
Lovely wine tasting experience. Wines were chosen carefully based off our pallet and the staff was very informative and friendly. The vineyard out the front is a great place to explore while travelling down the Gallery Walk, and the decor of the venue is done up just beautifully with a gift shop attached as well.
Braden H — Google review
They make lovely wines BUT their customer experience is horrible and I’ll never buy their wines again. I visit the Gold Coast once a year and love to visit local wineries to taste and meet the wine makers. We wanted to visit the cellar door on the Thursday before Easter. Google says they are open. Their Facebook page says they are closed. I call their only number, a landline. No answer (a recommendation to them - maybe have an answering machine with a message that includes your current opening hours). After several attempts via phone with no success I assume they are closed. So we decide to visit the following Tuesday. Google says they are open at 10am. Their Facebook page also says they are open at 10am. I call and again, no answer. Just to make sure I send an email and ask if they are open (six days later and I still have yet to receive a response). I try again and call on Easter Sunday and hooray! Someone answers and confirms, YES they are open this coming Tuesday. Great, so we arrange plans to drive an hour to specifically come up and visit this cellar door to taste and order wine to send back home. We arrive at 11am. It’s closed. The sign out the front says it open from 10am, but no. It’s closed. We spoke to the man in the front stall out the front of the cellar. He say no, they are closed on Tuesdays. I am furious, wasting an hour to drive up specifically for this cellar door experience and I tried everything in my power to confirm they are open and they are closed! It’s incredible- it’s like you don’t want customers. They have no webpage, no instagram, no voicemail, don’t respond to emails, different opening days on Facebook and google and when you finally speak to someone they lie to you that they are open on a day they are actually shut. And the worst thing is, it also happened to me last year too. I relied on their Facebook page opening hours and drove up just to find out it was a day they were closed. But they don’t tell anyone - such a horrible experience and although they have great wines, I’ve wasted too much time on these people to waste another cent on them. Don’t be like me and waste your time on this cellar door but visit the other reputable wineries in the area that actually value their customers.

Service is excellent. Owners are really friendly. Love the visit here today. So many things to see. Lots of parking on the road when its empty. Make sure to come a bit early to get parking spaces. Not bad experience. Worth the visit when you come around.

Beautiful place, from the gardens to the rustic atmosphere, nice food and great wines, and gift shop. Love visiting here, awesome location and very enjoyable.
Paula G — Google review
Service can't fault the lovely girls that served us but have never been so disappointed with the food and drinks. Salmon bagel with spinach leaves that looked days old and wilted plus mushy. Chips were nice and crisp. Now the smoothies were the biggest disappointment at $9 each. The choc peanut one didn't even taste close to chocolate and peanut butter more like a porridge and the Amazon kick was ok but the granola in it made it impossible to drink as lol the big chunks of museli and nuts kept clogging up the straw ( we had to ask for the smoothies thicker straw as they were served with a normal soft drink straws). For $40.50 it was a huge waste of money and when you spend $40 on a bagel and 2 smoothies that are so blah you just walk away feeling really ripped off.

Yes, even an attraction for wine lovers. A must for those looking for something to pair with their chocolate or cheese.

Tamborine Mountain Coffee Plantation is a charming spot nestled in the rainforest, offering a delightful array of breakfast and lunch options such as okonomiyaki pancakes, karaage chicken bowls, and pulled pork benedict. The plantation provides an idyllic setting for a rainforest getaway, where guests can wake up to the melodious tunes of singing birds and bask in the warm sunshine.
HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous venue! Food was amazing, great coffee (the know how to make a magic coffee) beautiful setting, friendly & helpful service. Visiting from Melbourne & taking a drive up to the falls, searching for a good coffee & yummy food. So many cafes & eateries in Google but I'm so glad we got it right!!! This place has it all. Amongst lush green trees, sound of birds in the background & a large seating area in the cafe, indoors & outdoors. The day was perfect for outdoor seating. If I lived locally this venue is beautiful for functions.
Vassal — Google review
Beautiful surroundings with lots of seating options. The food was reasonably priced and it didn’t take long to arrive. Order at the table via the app or you can go to the counter and order. The food was really lovely as was the coffee. They also sell coffee beans and a few other things inside the shop. It was quite cozy with a lovely fire going inside. Plenty of off Street parking. Definitely recommend a stop here if you’re in the area.

Mount Tamborine Plantation Cafe is a gorgeous spot that absolutely exceeded my expectations! As you enter, you're greeted by a stunning venue that looks perfectly set up for any celebration, big or small. The seating area is absolutely gorgeous and I can only imagine how lively and packed it must be on weekends. I made a quick stop for a coffee, and while the unique flavor wasn't quite what I was expecting, the overall experience was still incredibly enjoyable. The staff members were lovely and welcoming, which made all the difference. Next time I visit, I'll definitely ask to try a different roast, but my brief stop left a lasting positive impression. Whether you're looking for a beautiful spot to relax or a special venue for a celebration, Mount Tamborine Plantation Cafe is a must-visit.

Must try the excellent coffee flight. The Chicken Karaage rice bowl is excellent. Baja eggs benny is good. Pulled pork burger is quite plain with too much mayo.
Melizarani T — Google review
Popped in for a weekend brunch and could not fault the place. Service was prompt. Food was fast and delicious. Had the Baja Benny which was so good it didn't even need seasoning. The rhubarb crumpets were deliciously sweet not not sickly. We even added some of the pork belly bites and has brown soldiers on the side which were so tasty!! Leftovers to take away with us and had to grab a piece of cake for the road. Coffee is strong. Awesome. Staff were lovely and attentive.
Jess C — Google review
Definitely recommend before you stop in before mt tambourine! Smaller size mugs so you get a balanced creamy bold coffee and the hash browns/ pork belly options were great without being greasy. Lovely atmosphere outside to suit both individuals or families with young children.
Summer — Google review
Food portion sizes have gone down massively and yet prices have gone up. Karage chicken burger is more like a slider burger but for $25.90 chicken was overcooked stringy and chewy, chips were cold and dry. Shame as it’s such a beautiful venue with so much potential if they had a better menu. Will not be coming back..
Alexander C — Google review
This place is one of the best coffee spots in town. We often drive up just for their amazing coffee and to relax in the beautiful outdoor seating area. A must-visit if you’re in Tamborine Mountain

Black Hops Brewery in Burleigh Heads is a local favorite on the Gold Coast, run by three passionate individuals who have turned their dream into a multi-award-winning reality. The original brewery, Black Hops HQ, is located in Burleigh Heads, while Black Hops II in Biggera Waters offers an upscale production brewery and taproom with 16 beers on tap.
A must visit on the Gold Coast. Delicious, expertly crafted beers. The barrel aged Saison was heavenly. Great service and a cruisy venue. Do this one, then walk around the corner to precinct and you will have an afternoon you won't forget in a hurry. So good.
Dave G — Google review
A beautiful venue for craft beer enthusiasts! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves trying different kinds of beers. During our visit, there was an event full of energy, with everyone wearing cowboy hats and having a great time. We tried their tasting platter, which included Ginger and Apple Cider, Low Carb Pale Ale, Pacific Ale, and Lager. Each beer was better than the last. The venue also offers a variety of board games, adding to the overall fun experience. Highly recommended for a lively and enjoyable outing.

Check out Black Hops Brewery - 15 Gardenia Grove, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 Heads We popped in today for a quiet beer. This microbrewery hidden in the backstreets of Burleigh is a little gem and if you haven't gone and checked it out then you need to put it on the list. A good variety of beers on tap or you can grab yourself a tasting platter and sample a few. They also have takeaways in the fridge so you can grab a roadie. 🍻🍺

Popped into Black Hops Brewery on a Saturday at 12:30pm, keen for some food and a few drinks — as you’d expect at lunchtime on the weekend. But there was no food available when we arrived. We were told the food truck wouldn’t be ready for another half an hour. Honestly, that’s pretty disappointing planning for a Saturday midday crowd.
R W — Google review
Would highly recommend a stop by! Great little brewery. $16 for a paddle of 4 tasters. Ginger cider available for those who don’t like beer. Mostly Ales - IPA dominant. Recommend trying the Geodie - much lighter than we thought and a nice surprise! Plenty of seating arrangements and was a good vibe with music but not too loud. Plenty of tables, an arrangement of merchandise and the chance to buy bottles of stock and larger casks for those more local. No tour on offer just tasting.
Bethan H — Google review
Black hops brewery has a great selection of craft beers, we ordered the tasting paddle, I must the portions were generous. I noticed they were providing brewery tours, explaining the beer making process.
Paul F — Google review
Cosy spot set back from highway, unsuspecting location, but welcoming boutique brewery when you get there. Only open Wednesday to Sunday and closes at 6 on Sunday evening, so go in time to try a few on the menu. We recommend Send It or Lay Day for good all round beers that taste like beer. Ladies may enjoy Pink Mist, with raspberry finish- tho has a strong unusual aroma. Beaut place and friendly staff. No food there.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, Hampton Estate Wines offers a charming experience for wine enthusiasts. The estate's cellar door presents an inviting ambiance, allowing visitors to sample a diverse selection of wines including whites, reds, and fortified options. Guests can savor the wines within the elegant main house or opt for an alfresco experience on The Green or Glasshouse Deck.
Darcy welcome us with open arms and invited us in with her fun personality. She made this wine to stop my favourite of the day. She proved to us why Hampton estate wine is a must do! Her excellent service and witty responses led to a fun and engaging time at Hamptons… Based off of Darcy alone we would love to attend again and we will be sure to see her soon. If you come to Hampton estate wines Darcy our server was a must have!

We recently had our wedding at Hampton Estate Wines, and I truly can't speak highly enough of the experience. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly efficient and supportive—they made the planning process feel seamless. We had several pre-wedding planning meetings where every detail was carefully discussed, and their professionalism put me completely at ease leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, the staff were absolutely outstanding. Everything ran smoothly, and I was able to relax and really soak in the moment knowing we were in such capable hands. Now, let’s talk about the food—wow! It was absolutely divine. My guests are still raving about the salmon; some even said it was the best they've ever had at a wedding (or anywhere!). Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour—clearly prepared with care and high-quality ingredients. The cabins on-site were another huge highlight. They were gorgeous, comfortable, and so convenient.. If you're looking for a wedding venue that offers stunning scenery, amazing service, incredible food, and a stress-free experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Hampton Estate Wines.

Hampton Estate Wines was the perfect venue for our wedding! The staff were communicative and helpful throughout the planning process, especially Ashlee, who went above and beyond to support us leading up to the day. The venue is stunning, our ceremony and reception spaces were beautiful and created such a magical atmosphere. It was so convenient that they had onsite accommodation where Joel, I, and our bridal party could stay, which made the day even more special and relaxed. When it started to rain during the ceremony, the team effortlessly moved everything to the backup location for our cocktail hour, we didn’t even realise they had done it at the time! Our guests loved the food, which received so many compliments. We couldn’t recommend Hampton Estate Wines more. Thanks team for having us and making our day so special.

We booked and paid for 4 nights, but only stayed 3 Bed Very uncomfortable. Had a body hole in the mattress. Which was painful as I sleep on my stomach. Fire Only fire starters, matches and a bic lighter ( which did not work)to light fire. Hard wood kindling would not burn with the fire starters and we were unable to start fire for 2 nights. Had to go foraging in the garden for sticks to start a fire, as air con was far too noisy. Bath Guest book says only use what is provided for the spa bath, nothing was provided Bath had another guest hairs in it, so not cleaned properly. Water pressure so bad took 1/2 hour to fill bath half way. Cleanliness Floor of bathroom was filthy, white towels became brown after moping up over spray from shower cubical. Grout was filthy. Has never been cleaned properly. TV TV reception really bad, guest book says bad reception on stormy days, it wasn't stormy. Could not get channel 10 A very disappointing stay we actually left a night early. We were both in discomfort from the bed. Very uncomfortable unit Reception unattended. No one on site

Hampton Wine Estate offered a great location and friendly staff service for our two night visit but fell short of some basic expectations. On arrival there wasn't a reception. The main building which doubled as a bar, restaurant and function area was we we booked in. The staff behind the counter were doing multiple rolls and not always available. The room. Our room flooded water under the glass shower screen onto the floor of the toilet. A once opened entry to the room next door had been sealed up but left unfinished and not painted . Same as was the bottom of the bathroom frame. The original door hadn't been hung properly and had a swinging door at some stage. This left an unpleasant looking marks off the paint frame before they decided to install a sliding door. Still not fixed. The air conditioning rattled when turned on and we had to turn it off at night on our first night to get some sleep. So cold up there. These were reported the next morning and a male handyman was attending to my report before we left for the day. On our return nothing had changed . Nothing fixed. Overvall this is ment to be constructive criticism and only hope that it is taken that way which helps you improve upon your business and property. But we certainly we not happy. Good luck.

Really nice room, was really happy with it and couldn't fault it. Great location because it was close to everything especially great because there was a Woolies next door. Was welcoming and friendly and we had a great view. Would have been far less stress if we had a dedicated parking bay instead of having to choose between the 5 given. Apart from that, we really loved staying there, you guys were awesome. Thank you!

I had a great experience at this hotel! With ocean view The staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Asha, who was very kind and accommodating she let me use the swiming pool after my check out and made sure everything was comfortable during my stay. Her warm attitude really made a difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back again!

We had a lovely vacation here last week. The room we booked had a beautiful beach view, and the staff were friendly and approachable. The location was perfect. However, one minor issue was that the fridge wasn’t working properly and had been turned off when we arrived, causing some water to drip onto the floor. We didn’t report it since the landline phone wasn’t working at the time.

We had a great stay in a two-bedroom spa apartment on the 26th floor. The view was superb as was the location and facilities in our apartment. There did seem to be quite a lot of waiting around for lifts but otherwise, a great stay and would definitely return.

I WAS SEXUALLY HARASSED AT MANTRA HOTELS AND THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING!!! I stayed at the Mantra Hotel with some friends for a getaway, whilst the location of the hotel is fabulous, the staff was horrific. First of all, only one of seven elevators were working for the first two days. The multiple times we went out of the building, it took minimum half an hour to wait for an elevator. For such a busy hotel, it needs to be more efficient. Second, and most of all, I was sat with my friends at the pool where we got sexually harassed by a group of boys. When we rang the front desk they said they would send security out, twenty minutes later no one had come, we rang again and the girl on the phone, who seemed utterly clueless, said I’ll give you securities number and you can call them yourself. When we queried on the fact that’s actually HER JOB, she said nothing. We went to the front desk as we were angry and frustrated, not only at a group of boys showing porn and banging on the glass and security not coming, but the fact the girl on the phone seemed apathetic at best. When we got to the desk, she side eyed another man the whole time and gave us not even a slither of sympathy for guests who were SEXUALLY HARASSED ON THEIR PROPERTY. As someone who travels frequently, I will never stay at another Mantra Hotel, or seen something as appalling as this. I am absolutely disgusted at their poor management.

Bel Air on Broadbeach is a casual resort with airy units featuring balconies. The 4-star aparthotel offers 9 room options and various facilities including parking, WiFi, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and a cafe. Guests have praised the welcoming and hospitable staff who accommodated early check-ins by providing access to the pool area. The location is described as amazing, with proximity to Pacific Fair and the beach.
Great location, complex has character and flair. Stayed in one bedroom apartment with my sister. King size bed perfect for each of us to sleep comfortably. Helpful friendly staff. Pools and spa not too busy in July. Great little coffee shop too. Easy walk to beach and Pacific Fair.
Christine S — Google review
Right across the road from the tram/bus stop so perfect spot to get anywhere from. The room was nice. Furnishings modern, bathroom a little dated but clean and tidy. The only criticism would be that the shower over the bath wasn't particularly easy to get in and out of and an older person may really struggle with that. Other rooms may not be as high of a bath
Lilijana P — Google review
We love returning to the Bel Air. The rooms are large and the beds comfy. The pool area is amazing. We choose to stay here because they have an outside pool a spa and an inside pool which is great for the kids. Its across the road from Pacific Fair and 5 minutes to the beach. We had a small problem this time and the did not hesitate to change our room which we really appreciated. Most of the residents are lovely and friendly and all the staff are great. Would highly recommend this place
Sandra G — Google review
We stayed in an ocean view unit in the east tower which was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The resort is large, bright and has excellent facilities. Our only disappointment was the outside noise from construction opposite and traffic. The rooms double? glazing was not very soundproof. We appreciate the resort isn’t responsible for outside noise. Apart from that our stay was excellent. The staff were very obliging and friendly.

We stayed at the Bel Air over the school holidays. Having never been to the Gold Coast before, we were pleasantly surprised with the level of excitement service and facilities at the Bel Air. The room was spacious and clean with a fantastic view. The bed was so comfortable. It was a welcome place to come to after a day out. The deal breaker though was the beautiful outdoor facilities including the spa, indoor and outdoor pools. We enjoyed these immensely. The Bel Air is within walking distance to shops, cafes, the beach and bitumen walking tracks for those who enjoy exercising (we certainly did). Thank you for your impeccable service and hospitality. We will most definitely be back soon.

A great location close to train and bus stops. About 3 blocks walk to the beach or Oasis Center. Reception were friendly, very helpful and prompt, eg when the safe wouldn't open, or my cellphone was left behind, or we needed instruction on how to work the TV! Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with more than expected. The outdoor pool was a bit cold but we enjoyed sitting in the sunny surrounds.

Had 4 nights here. LOVELY 1 bedroom apartment. Lots of space. TV in lounge and bedroom 👍 very clean. Comfortable king-size bed. Parking underneath, comes with room. Great location, right opposite Pacific Fair, Tram stop, Casino. Very good communication from the moment I booked 👍 very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Very disappointed with our apartment this year. Have been staying at Bel Air for many years now and have always had lovely apartments and service . 1142 badly in need of a paint job.. looking shabby and dated. Floors filthy.. had to wash ourselves.. bathroom light not working.. sink plug not working. Requested two queen bedrooms. One had single beds pushed together and no bedspread only a sheet. Requested bedspread from reception and was told nothing available . Asked if we could change apartments .. not possible. Receptionist did not want to know. Disappointing all round 😟.
