Had a fantastic stay in the Hotel Bulow May 2025. Location is ideal, near train station and a few minutes walk from centre. The staff are super professional and super friendly. Rooms lovely and comfortable. We had some fabulous meals, the food is of a very high quality. We thought the breakfast was the best we had seen in any hotel, anywhere. A really special place.

Wonderful Stay at Hotel Bülow Palais We stayed a few nights at Hotel Bülow Palais and had a very pleasant experience overall. While the building has a classic, historic exterior, the interior is beautifully maintained and feels recently refreshed. Breakfast offered a variety of healthy choices and was complemented by friendly and attentive service. The bar was also a nice spot to relax, again with excellent service. One of the highlights was the spacious sauna and wellness area – very clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

The suite was beautiful, with elegant furnishings and a carpet that was clearly well maintained—nothing felt worn or outdated, which made the space all the more comfortable and inviting. While the hotel itself is gorgeous, what made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They were absolutely top-notch—friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They remembered us during our stay and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really set this hotel apart and made us feel at home. The location is also ideal—just a short walk to many of Dresden’s main attractions, yet tucked away on a quiet street in a charming neighborhood, which made it the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was fantastic and an experience we would highly recommend. Although we didn’t get a chance to visit the spa or try the breakfast buffet this time, we look forward to both on our next visit. This is without a doubt a 5-star hotel in every sense. We cannot recommend it enough and will certainly be back!

A wonderful hotel with the friendliest staff I've ever seen in Germany as well as luxurious conditions. We had 5 people across 3 rooms and everyone was impressed. If I had one complaint (a minor one) it's that the young lady taking breakfast orders didn't seem to understand us very well and didn't always bring what we asked for, but it was close enough. Everything else was superb. Highly recommend.

This hotel deserves a 5 star rating just on the basis of excellent customer service. It is located 10 mins walk away from the center of Dresden, but the area around it is also pretty great. They have underground parking. The rooms are finished in an older style, but everything is super clean. The only con is if you open the windows, it gets kind of noisy at night with vehicle noise. The customer service aspect is incredible. They provided a turn down service, the person who did that went the extra mile and placed my luggage on the luggage stand, put a nice towel on the washroom floor. When checking out, the person offered me a bottle of water for the road. Small touches like these are absolutely incredible. They also had a pair of slippers, along with individual bottles for lotion, shampoo and body wash (such a rarity and breadth of fresh air when every other hotel puts gross reusable ones in the washrooms).

This is a beautiful five star hotel that offers unmatched service in a pleasant atmosphere. It so happened that they also offered unmatched prices for their rooms this holiday period of July 2025. I had booked a superior room which was indeed superior to any of the 18 hotels rooms I had lived in for the past 18 days of my roadtrip to the sub-arctic areas of Scandinavia from Switzerland, except that it opened on the inner court yard. There is everything you need for a comfortable life including a fruit basket and a Nespresso machine, and at 6 p.m. you will hear a knock on your door; it's the maid who arrives to organize your room for the night. After check-in you are offered a glass of well chilled crémant d'Alsace and if you are a cigar smoker there is a cigar room with plush English leather sofas in which youn can enjoy life without disturbing non smoking guests thanks to a potent roof aspiration fan. A nice bar and a restaurant completes the picture so well you do not need to go out to survive. Breakfast is up to the star rating with the best possible black teas, various egg dishes and good bread and freshly pressed orange juice. There is a lot to learn here for other hotel owners. Highly recommended.

This review is long overdue, but I am only now catching up on my reviews after months of travelling since February. This has to be one of my top five favorite hotel stays ever. When an establishment is great it delivers without pretentiousness. Everything hit the mark here, and without a big announcement. This is a stay for still elegance. I am in my late thirties and found the crowd to be more mature. No one is shouting anything. It was a nice five days of enjoying life in Dresden. The Room: I had a deluxe room. The bathtub was perfect, and I loved that they had Molton Brown soaps and bath salts. Also a proper hairdryer. The room overall was spacious, and relaxing with a decent minibar and thoughtful furnishings. Everything was the extra mile and noted. The Location: Just a short walk to Old Town, but you're right there. It was a great way to be centrally located whilst experiencing a calm only a few extra minutes tucked away can provide. The Food: The main restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience. I had the onglet (I still remember even now despite it being 7 months ago), the oysters, and a regional wine that I wasn't expecting to like but did. The bar made one of the best negronis I have ever had. On the weekends they had a pianist, and I am always a sucker for a piano bar. The atmosphere is relaxing, classy, yet chill. I only had the breakfast one day out of my stay, but the head chef who runs the operation makes it her world for those few hours. It was a wonderful experience eating and drinking there over five days. All the staff involved were lovely. With every glowing five star review, I want to offer some constructive feedback as someone who travels all over the globe. So two points: 1. The bed labelled as a king or queen bed was a conjoined bed that didn't remain conjoined at all. I would fall through the middle if I rolled over. If I come with my partner next time, this would be an issue; but honestly a solo traveller shouldn't have to deal with this either. For a hotel that has all their boxes checked, this was one miss. The bed shouldn't float apart. 2. The gym is really nonexistent. The machines barely worked, are old, and it feels like it's in a cluttered room as an afterthought. My suggestion would be to just admit defeat unless you are going to expand the area and / or upgrade the equipment. Get rid of the machines in this space and have a small stretch, yoga, meditation type area. This would compliment the spa area more than what is there now and make more sense to the image. I wasn't in Dresden for the gym so I didn't care much, but it's just an observation. Regardless of the two points above, I cannot imagine giving the rating of my experience of this hotel anything but a 5/5. I look forward to returning in a few months. The food, room, and atmosphere really made it a top experience in my travel history.

Coffee was good. I didn’t enjoy the cake a lot. I think it was too dry. However, the ambiance was great! It felt like a small Italian cafe in the middle of Dresden with all the antique furniture & plants around. I really enjoyed the space! I’m giving it a 4 for the ambiance!

My 2023-2024 years as a permanent visitor: This is a pure love from the first glance! So cuit and cozy...loving spending here evenings and mornings. In year 2025 evrth has changed in a very sad way, the coffee is not hot enough, very often - without of foam (creme) on capucino or milkcoffee, the service is quite indifferent and even sometimes rude (not every person, but it is about young staff). It is so pity, the cafe had a great potential and a very nice atmosphere, inside and outside.

I've been visiting this place for very long time now. It's very sad and unfortunate that such cute and cozy place has such horrible staff. Completely ignorant and rude, never felt more disrespected in a café. I miss polite service and matcha latte from 2 years ago. It's not same place anymore. Hot chocolate just a mediocre cocoa, just sad.

Really nice and calm terrace with a cool ambient with lots of plants and old nice furniture. The coffee is good. The cake was fine but not great. And unfortunately, the last time we visited the soft ice-cream machine was broken... Additionally, maybe it was just peak time, but they seem to be slightly short in staff. Just one person for taking care of inside and outside queues does not seem to be enough. The waitress was quite overwhelmed.

I would book direct next time (not through 3rd party). It might have been cheaper but the request for “2 people, 2 beds” did not get forwarded to the hotel reception. So there was some scrambling last minute for staff to make the adjustments. However, the hotel is beautiful, fabulous location. Staff was exceptional.

In my opinion, this is one of the best Steigenberger hotels. Perfectly located in the very heart of Dresden, directly overlooking the Frauenkirche. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and elegantly furnished, offering a high level of comfort. The breakfast buffet is outstanding – extensive, fresh, and beautifully presented with regional selections. Service is consistently professional and courteous. Overall, a truly exceptional hotel that represents the Steigenberger standard at its finest.

Great location close to all the places you want to see in Dresden. Great service at the front desk; they stored my bike for me just off the lobby so I didn't have to deal with it. The room was nice, fancy modern design, everything in the bathroom is very modern and works well. Good lighting on the bathroom. Some of the furniture (bedside table) is a bit scratched up, presumably because it wasn't designed with durability in mind. One of the light switches doesn't do anything so it was a mystery what it's purpose was. Same for volume control knob in the bathroom - usually those are for a speaker that relays the sound from the TV but in this case it did nothing. The small fridge is totally silent when running, which I appreciate. There is an electric kettle with instant coffee and several kind of tea bags. The curtains keep out all the light when closed. The mattress is comfortable, the down comforter is very good, just the pillow is not what I'm used to - filled with feathers and squished down into an odd shape. Theoretically you could request one of 3 kinds of alternative pillows from the front desk but that seemed a bit complicated. There is an air conditioner control panel and it worked well. The controls are Un-intuitive but I found the explanation in the TV system / guest services info. The room is quiet. No noise from other guests, just a bit of noise from cars in the cobblestone street below, but there are very few cars.

Excellent hotel in the historical city centre. Very good & absolutely clean rooms, comfortable & monumental classical styled. Location is beautiful - you will be live in the middle of historical centre. Take off 2 stars, because despite the fact our room-number was preliminary fully paid they took 58 euro from my card (don't why & for what, may be safety deposit ?) & after 2 months I still don't get it back 🤷

I have had a very enjoyable stay, i needed a couple of days to rest, have a nice bath and it was all meet. Bedroom linen is very soft, room spotless clean and all staff is very attentive and friendly. I came because of the weekly discount. Probably wouldn't be able to come in full price but rather than that I cannot fault anything.

Another visit to Dresden would mean another stay here—top choice.

Really great place to stay, and St Nicolas visited on 6th! Very helpful staff, lovely breakfast. Very close to Christmas Markets, although there are many nearby restaurants, when the markets are on they can be booked up. Think about it before starting the day, the reception team would have helpful advice, they felt that they may have been able to help, but we’d already used the markets!

I've mixed reviews about this hotel. My biggest complaint is that they didn't have a receptionist on Sundays or after 5pm. I had to use the intercom to the sister hotel to get in. No, on-site gym or even a bar. Not what I would call 4 star. However when staff where their, they where very friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms and internet worked well enough for me to do my work. Nice location with good options for places to eat. Would I stay here again? Yes, if the price was rite.

Huge rooms and a big bathroom. It's definitely not new but very well maintained. Friendly staff. Almost no noise! Good price for what you get. Can highly recommend. Nice hotel in the baroque quarter, just a few steps away from the Augustus bridge and the old town and all of the great sight seeing Dresden offers. The area offers a lot of nice little shops where you can find unique stuff like old books, tailored suits and antiques.

Today I took my friend who’s in Germany for her first German breakfast and it was a great experience! We came here on a Wednesday morning but didn’t make a booking but the whole place was almost completely booked out. I guess reservation definitely recommended:) We ordered the Saxon breakfast and salmon French toast which were both fantastic. However, we would not call it a French toast, it was more like a pumpernickel with light egg marinade topped with very tasty smoked salmon. My friend enjoyed her breakfast a lot, it was a very big portion that could have been shared probably too. We got one black coffee and a small oat latte with our food (latte art is not a big culture in Germany) which was a bit weak and very milky but still ok. The price was a bit expensive but the overall food experience was amazing!

I simply cannot recommend this place enough. From the warm welcome to the great staff & the delicious food & the book collection, it’s my favourite breakfast spot in all of Dresden. If you don’t give it a try you’re honestly missing out..

It’s a weird place. The portions are pretty decent. Not much English (fair enough) but led to some order confusions. They had soy milk for coffee but the latte wasn’t very good. Service was nice and atmosphere a bit stuffy. They have gluten free rolls.

Took friends here for dinner. Loved everything service food and atmosphere, we had a curved sofa and round table idea for party of 5 or 6 diner.

I did not have a pleasant experience with the service, the food was delicious, but my 2-year-old daughter was eating fruit, because I did not find anything small and they told me that I could only order food from the restaurant or the girl would not be able to eat anything then. I don't understand how it could harm them if she only ate fruit when minutes ago I had bought her an ice cream and they made me keep the fruit.

Loved the place, the food and the hospitality. Great place to dine with friends and family. The staffs were very friendly and attentive. The food was equally amazing, we had the sweet potato sticks, and we loved it. The beef roulade and the club sandwiches were great too. Would absolutely recommend the place if you're looking for a nice brunch or an afternoon get together. Would love to be back when in town.

Learning about Dresden’s history before visiting made the trip even more enjoyable, and we were lucky to be there during a local festival, which made our experience more special. Most of the hotel staff were kind, and the location is excellent — very central and convenient for sightseeing. However, we had a few issues during our 2-night stay. The daytime temperature was over 30°C, but the air conditioning in our room was not working. On the first night, it was so hot that we couldn’t sleep well. When we asked the staff, they said it was an automatic system and would turn on once it got hotter. Unfortunately, it turned out the AC was broken. On the second day, it got even hotter—to the point where it was difficult to breathe, and even after taking a shower, we were sweating again. We informed the staff once more and were finally told the AC was malfunctioning. Although they offered to move us to another room late at night, we were already exhausted from a full day of sightseeing and had too much luggage to move, so we ended up staying in the same room. We couldn’t sleep well either night due to the heat. Also, the swimming pool is too deep for children. I would not recommend this hotel for families traveling with young kids who enjoy swimming.

As my friend is a member here, we stayed for 3 nights during our visit for the first time. The hotel looks nice from outside, inside the room is simple as pretty old hotel. However, the bed is comfortable, same as at other Hilton brands as the Hilton standard. The service is nice at the reception upon check in throughout checking out. The executive lounge is small but nice, happy hour is from 6-8pm, the food and drinks are adequate. The breakfast is good, however, the Asian breakfast is minimal. Otherwise all good. The facility like gyms, hot&steam sauna are good, the swimming is ok. The location is good, just in the center of the old town. Many restaurants surrounded by and great sunset spot by the river. Overall we had a good experience here.

stayed at the Hilton Dresden for about five nights for academic reasons, as I had to take an important exam. I chose this hotel because I wanted a comfortable, quiet stay with modern facilities and service that matched Hilton’s international reputation. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations, and I feel it is important to share my feedback. Although I appreciated being assigned a room with a nice view, my request for a higher floor was not met, as I was placed on the second floor. This would have been a minor issue if not for the more serious problems I encountered. The bathroom was particularly disappointing: the toilet had a strong smell of urine, indicating a lack of proper cleaning, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the shower experience was poor, with fluctuating water temperature and pressure making it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the bathroom facilities felt outdated and unworthy of Hilton’s brand image. Another major downside was discovering that access to the pool comes with an additional €3 per day charge. I find this policy unreasonable and disappointing, especially for a hotel of this category, and it was the first time I had ever been charged to use a pool after staying in dozens of hotels worldwide. This practice, along with other extra charges —such as for umbrella rentals—, left a negative impression. Breakfast also failed to meet expectations, offering limited variety and basic presentation for the price charged. As for the hotel bar, while the atmosphere was pleasant, the cocktails were underwhelming; for instance, the caipirinha lacked flavor and the Cuba Libre had little alcohol. Overall, Hilton Dresden does not live up to the Hilton name. My stay felt comparable to a standard three-star hotel, yet at a much higher price point. I would not return to this property and cannot recommend it.

I've stayed at a few Hilton hotels but I have to say this was probably my least favourite. The room was okay but the staff were not friendly. We paid to have access to the lounge which was nice but the staff not so much The location was lovely and I enjoyed the many restaurants and shops around the hotel. Disappointingly I did have some items taken from my room, I'd bought a few keyrings and bracelets from a local shop and after the first day the cleaners had been in they were gone. Obviously I have no proof as these were left in the cupboard above the fridge rather than the safe. Very annoyed as the bracelets were for the evening event that was taking place that night.

Old non renovated rooms. Air conditioning non existent. Untrained staff struggling with most of the things. Shower water temperature keeps fluctuating between hot and cold. Rooms need deep cleaning. Great location and the building looks great from the outside. Everything else is rotten.

just have to come to Dresden for business very often and I do want to enjoy the gold membership benefits…but you don’t feel the staff treated you differently. Even coming here so often they stay insist to see my ID…I just wonder if they couldn’t see me visiting here every week in the system? The reception might have the worst attitude I have seen among all the hiltons I have seen .. two starts for breakfast and fitness team..they are very friendly…

Excellent location in middle of old town, gym has many different static machines. Rooms a little cozy but bed and pillows are excellent. Room controls actually say "cooling only", but the entire building is kept at a good warm temperature. Got a good deal on the business floor as well.

Location in front of the church. Was choir here, then the musicians. The food is great. Took spinach-something, my friend took big salad. Rotbier was good, too. Beautiful waitress. The only advice is to improve ventilation, was a bit hot there.

Cosy laid back vibe, delicious food and also important friendly welcoming staff whether you are just visiting the city or not. I was looking for clean, not so heavy food and found this wonderful place about 5-8 mins walk from the Zwinger Palace . It’s away from the main touristic crowds and you can just sit and enjoy the outdoor or indoor atmosphere ! It’s vegetarian / Vegan mainly but does have a good breakfast of cheese and cold cuts too for those that fancy this . Cute store in the basement with good alternative gifts and some sustainably and regionally sourced foods . Love their shashuka and tried their Guarana coffee alternative . Their iced tea variations are good too. A homey neighbourhood vibe. Definately be back

Food was very tasty. I took vegan baked feta. Focaccia was of enormous size. The portion was substantial. The menu has a list of allergens of all types, v.helpful.

Fair, fresh, friendly We went to the aha café because of their vegan options. We tried the large vegan breakfast and the home made granola with oat drink. Both was very good although we're not very fond of cheese 'imitations'. The fresh apple carrot juice was amazing and so was the cocoa with oat drink and spices... The staff was very friendly and attentive and I liked the way they designed their menu cards - all unique and with some information e.g. on the employed cocoa and coffee... I guess, it's not suitable for large groups and wheelchair-drivers might only acces the ground floor.

We discovered this amazing and cozy restaurant in Dresden. The food and the service were so good. The soup was delicious, filling and adapted tp everyone's tastes (tofu or sausage). Very good. Thanks for the meal !

Lots of vegan options for breakfast and lunch. I got the lupini gyro which was deconstructed and the three dip focaccia. They have an English menu.

They have an english menu that explains how to speak some german which I liked as well. The food was excellent and the waitress was very nice. If youre an American you should tip 20% here. They are used to 10% but if they give good service in Europe you have to respect it bc its not like restaurant industry in the states! Very impressed with this cafe/restaurant as an American tourist in Dresden!

Take a seat. Be ignored. Choose what you want whilst you’re still being ignored by the waiting staff. On the eventual arrival of the waiting staff you are told that they aren’t serving what you’ve choosen, all the while you are watching other members of the waiting staff serving what you’ve just asked for. We left. I’m sure otherwise it’s a lovely place.

A nice cafe with great views of Elbe in Dresden. This cafe is right next to Bruhl's terrace which has excellent views of Dresden old town. We ordered a beer and an apfelstrudel. Liked both. Would recommend.

Lovely place, great view of the river and great atmosphere. The service is wonderful and the cocktails are really nice.

Sadly we could only get a cake and drinks here because they had closed the kitchen, but I thoroughly enjoyed the Eierschecke! Great view right on the river with lots of parasols for a shady retreat on a hot day. Perfect spot for a quick rest and a snack.

The breakfast sandwiches were average and the coffee was bad. There was too much foam in the latte and barely any coffee. Service was friendly and they speak English perfectly. It's open early so that's helpful for people who get up early. Too many coffee places nowadays open way too late at 10 or 11am.

I’ve been in Dresden last week and had breakfast at DreiBig twice… they have a salami sandwich in a triangle shape that was the best bread I ever had!! Soft inside and crispy outside, delicious!! My husband had another sandwich that was also very good The place is small but there is a lot of sits outside to enjoy the view

Came here for lunch. They have lots of nice baguettes and cakes at relatively reasonable prices. They also tasted nice! There were quite a few empty seats even though it was around noon. It is located right next to Kreuzkirche in Dresden.

i suggest to avoid this abomination at all costs. it’s way smaller then in the pictures and there’s way less variety. at the request of an english menu they laughed at me. i asked to the girl at the counter if one specific item contained cheese and she laughingly said no. when i started eating i found out there was, in fact, cheese; which i cannot eat. the food is cold and not heated up. nothing that we ordered was good. heavily suggest not stepping foot here. it’s bad as it is, but for tourists it’s straight up a trap.

Good choice for breakfast in town. It was tasty and hearty, not overpriced and the location is also very nice. We tried Rüherei mit Schinken and a Käsefrüstuck and were completely satisfied with that choice

Nice bakery with decent cakes and pastries, right at the steps of the gorgeous Holy Cross Church. Nice poppy seeds cake. Extra thanks to the guys at the counter for taking the time to explain things in English, thumbs up.

Small coffee shop at the corner. Downstairs is bit narrow and untidy but they have upstairs room as well which is offer more space. Latte, Milchkaffee and cakes was yummy with very friendly service. Recommended!

Charming café with ultra-friendly staff and excellent coffee. We really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and top-notch coffee. However, our experience with the Eggs Benedict didn’t quite match the glowing reviews—we were hoping for a runny yolk, but the eggs were almost fully cooked, and the bread was a bit on the dry side. Maybe we just caught an off day. We'd still come back for the great service and coffee!

A lovely café in Dresden, perfect for a relaxed brunch. I had an egg-based dish that was generous in portion and full of flavor — truly delicious. While the coffee wasn’t quite to my taste, the food more than made up for it. One small curiosity: the tea was served in what seemed to be a water glass — a bit unusual to me, though likely traditional in this region. Overall, we really enjoyed our brunch and would gladly visit again.

I had breakfast at Oswaldz Café and liked how calm and cozy it felt: you can actually hear yourself think and chat without shouting. The food was tasty and looked nice, but even though the menu said it came on a soft brioche, I got a dark, crusty loaf instead (so be sure to double-check if brioche matters to you). The coffee was good enough to make the wait for a while, but my meal took quite a time to arrive. I ended up finishing two cups before it came, so it’s better for a relaxed morning than a quick stop.

It's a popular place, even for breakfast but our experience wasn't that good. We took the extensive breakfast option for two 27 (euro), expecting something complete. The coffee was good but served was before the breakfast, the breakfast itself looks good at first sight, it includes 5 sorts of cheese, but the salmon was extremely salt and the fruit (canned?) was brown of color, looking old and dull of structure. You can see it on the pics if you take a closer look. Quite a disappointment for us. Although I guess it's nice if you go all out on the cheese :)

We went for a Brunch on a working day (it was not crowded), but sadly we experienced a terrible service. Not only we waited for over an 1h to get our food (more than 30 minutes for a piece of cake and coffees), but they were also very unprofessional. Firstly, the so called list of allergies that they are supposed to have (it's even written at the bottom of their menu) was inexistent. Well, it was not and we had to ask for the spread jar to read ourselves the ingredients and make sure it was fine for the allergies. They did not even apologised about it, when it could have cause a big issue with a client's health. Regarding the food, the cheesecake was not really good. Texture and consistency is not amazing and it definitely doesn't taste like a cheese cake (tried many vegan ones that were way better and closer to the original one). I also had a bagel, which was supposed to come with some kind of vegan sausage. Sadly, it resulted in a too-hard bagel bread filled with some spread, lettuce, cucumber and half slice of vegan cheese. Truly a shame for the price and specially for the time waited for it. Only positive things were the nice place they have in the inner terrace, and the avocado toast, tasty and cheap. Deffinetly not the best place to visit in Dresden.

I went there with the anticipation of getting a bagel and was a bit disappointed that they only offer savoury foods and bagels on weekends. I‘ll definitely be back for more and those bagels but it would be great to have a little more options during the week too.

We visited today. What an amazing experience and a MUST visit when in Dresden. Founded in 1878-1880 by Paul and Friedrich Pfund, this is considered to be the “Most Beautiful Milk Shop in the World”. The shop is so beautifully decorated with amazing tiles in Neorenaissance style by Villeroy and Boch. We tried a cheese plate and it was very good. The shop endured WWII which is an amazing. There is a cafe upstairs. We loved amour visit and cannot recommend enough. Historical.

No photos can ever express how beautiful this store is. You feel like you are inside of a treasure box. If you love cheese, then even more so, as they sell many kind of cheese here - German specialties, as well as imported ones. I got here one of my favorites - Mimolette. The buttermilk is definitely worth a try. It's good, and I know my buttermilk. Plus just a euro for a glass to enjoy in a such beautiful place . We came later in a day, and there were still a lot of people, but not overcrowded. This store has to be on every visitor list.

Surely worth visiting, it’s like a diary shop with tiles everywhere, even on the roof. Located in Neudorf, the newer part of town, which you can easily access via tram. Around there are basically no parking places, so come preferably by public transport. Definitely a more atypical visit, but therefore the more interesting. If you know you have a big order/ event order upcoming then you should get another staff person. So, basically I was denied service even though I simply wanted bagels to go.. no bagel sandwich .just bagels. Not a great first impression.

Dies traf jedoch auf derart vehemente, fast schon aggressive Ablehnung, die mich wirklich fassungslos machte… Die 6-Jährige ist vor Schreck sofort vom Stuhl abgesprungen und mein ob der Reaktion geäußertes Unverständnis führte schließlich zu eingangs genannter Bedrohung… Kaum zu glauben, aber wahr! Auch wenn ich mich nach wie vor über so viel Unsinn und Herzlosigkeit ärgern könnte, bin ich überzeugt, dass KARMA das schon richten wird. Interessant fand ich, hier anhand bereits vorhandener 1-Sterne-Bewertungen zu sehen, dass offenbar auch der Kaffee mies ist. Wen wundert es.
