Amazing food, and amazing service. They don't overcharge you because you are a foreigner. They only have kosheri, but this is the go-to place for it. It was crowded, we had to walk up several floors. This was the first dish we had in Egypt. We had no stomach bug after it. It tastes AMAZING.

Koshary Abou Tarek is a must-visit when you’re in Cairo! The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the service is truly outstanding. I've been here to try the traditional Egyptian dish "koshary." It was pretty good, and you can adjust the sauces according to your preferences . This restaurant has its own festive song that kept being played all along. We sat outside, and it was lovely seeing the people walking while enjoying the meal.

Might be a very touristy place, but the koshary was good and the vibes are great, people were literally dancing in the streets. I got the smallest size but it was a big enough portion.

A true Egyptian food experience. Only one dish is served here and therefore the food arrives quickly. Also ask for a dessert. Good value for money

I love the ambiance of the place; however, the servers are hard to call since they are facing their backs at you. The food is totally recommended! I will always order the blue cheese salad! It's 10/10. Brisket beef came to us after 30 minutes, and the meat was very cold, like it was from the freezer, and they just defrosted it and served it with a hot sauce. I had to call the server to change it, and the manager apologised to us and gave us the same beef. The meat is warm, not even hot. At the end, we had not finished eating it. They offered us churros and looked after us the whole dinner.

Great experience overall. When you sit to dine you are given both menus for Chicken & Ribs as well as Butcher's Burgers which is great!! Ended up ordering from Butcher's Burgers as the Texas Brisket sounded good Overall, all food was good and nothing i could complain about from the food to the service. Would go back to try other items on the menu as well. Expect to pay about 250EGP per person as of Sep 2022.

A five star restaurant, the quality and taste of food were marvelous, the fried chicken was so so so crispy, and came with very big portions. I have tried almost every wings restaurant among Cairo and those were the best ones!!! They were really big and the dynamite sauce was perfect combined with the blue cheese dip. A must-try restaurant that is bit pricy but quality, taste, and portions worth every penny you will pay. You can pay about 150 EGP / person and get stuffed with best food out there.

This is one of my favorite little hidden gems in Zamalek. Anything in Iconia is wow. This is a bit of a late review as I've been coming here for years now but Christmas time was the best. They brought a Santa out and everything. My family and I ate at Chicken and Ribs that day. The food from there is never a disappointment and the waiters are always attentive. The apple pie is awesome and I order it every time we go. Also one thing we love is the turkey legs (not pictured) but I highly recommend. It's huge and the turkey must be like a dinosaur really haha. This area of eating is also so enjoyable because it is away from the noise of the street and you can actually hear yourself talk. The choices to eat there are Chicken and Ribs, Butchers Burger, 30 North, and an ice cream place and there's a little convenience store too. Also Inside Iconia there's a bookstore. It's an all around fabulous place.

Chicken wasn't clean; had some nasty looking black substance on the inside and the breading was drenched and oil and had an odd bitter aftertaste.

We had our first meal in Egypt here and tried their Hamam Mahshi (stuffed pigeon), Molokhia and Vegetables Meat Tajin. It was delicious. The place is also big to cater for big groups of diners.

If you are looking for actual good Egyptian food, you have to try this place. I’ve been 2 weeks in Egypt, and I struggled to find authentic Egyptian food. Yesterday our tour guide recommended this place to us, and it didn’t disappoint! We are tourists and they were very friendly even though we didn’t speak the language. Everything tasted fantastic and the lamb chops were one of the best one I have eaten. Thank you for making our trip even better with this place.

This is a local Egyptian restaurant. I have been to Cairo third time, and first time here. We were the only foreigners there, and the staff was very friendly and clean. (It seems they use disposable utensils for cleanliness and efficiency, but it would be nice if they had more forks and knives.) The grilled food is wrapped in foil, which at first I thought was a delivery service I know. I think it's for heat preservation and cleanliness. The lamb ribs are JMT! The flavor goes well with soju or wine. (They don't serve alcohol)

Delivery from Semsema was… fine. Nothing to rave about, nothing to cry over. The mombar could definitely use a little more spice to wake it up. Still, as the saying goes, hunger is the best cook — and on an empty stomach, even ‘just ok’ does the job.

Definitive review for this popular place: Bread: below average. Seems industrial and not fresh. Chewy. Meat: below average. Beef and lamb that were ordered were bland, overcooked and completely dry. Sauce: above average. Good sauce! Service: 0. Absolute garbage. I would have left if it wasn’t for the fact that you have to pay in advance. There is a well organized number system where each order is labeled and should be prepared in the chronological order. But the sight of the waiters must be completely impaired because they do whatever they want and will act as if you didn’t exist. Bottomline: go somewhere else

Street shawerma comfoet food. Serves one of the best egyptian style shawerma. Go there to eat in your car or walking/standing. Still great.

In the heart of the town, next to the Tahrir Square and close to hotels such as Semiramis intercontinental and Ritz Carlton. The cashier could understand English, so it made selection easy as the presentation was mostly in Arabic. Enjoyed the spicy chicken, and the atmosphere was jovial and welcoming. It's definitely a place to visit once more.

Wonderful. I went in this branch a couple of weeks ago.i went there about 12PM it was a bit crowded and I Ordered a dinner meal + rizo ( not spicy both of them ). In about 20 minutes my order arrived. Food was hot , fresh and delicious. Definitely would recommend it

Unprofessional staffs with rude behaviour unexpected in this KFC branch. Chicken was oily and not crispy. Staffs on the counter and the manager need to learn a minimum education to serve the customers. No hygiene. In this KFC Tahir square branch requires immediate action to change all stupid staffs and management.

The place was filthy. The screens for self ordering didnt work. It didnt have any Sandwich nor chicken nuggets nor tenders. They gave us barbecue sauce gone bad. Terrible experience.

The food tastes OK, the staff is young and un experienced. Make sure to repeat your order specially if you request specific items. The decorations is fabulous and suitable for young people gathering, WC need maintenance as water very low pursuer.

Ambiente is oke but I wait 45min for my food. They don’t have beef and don’t have cheese .. after my 45min wait I try to eat but the chicken was raw and in a bad condition. Never again . For tourists I would recommend the bazooka restaurant . Was the worst fast food I had

Probably the worst expierence I've ever had in a while. First, the AC wasn't working upstairs so we had to move again down stairs in a cramped spot. It took them 45 mins to prepare 8 pieces of chicken. Everytime we asked they would tell us "it's getting fried". The chicken was so dry and RAW on the inside. The coleslaw portion is literally one spoon. I was so grossed out. Never going back again.

They are also one of the popular fastfood chains in egypt. Their food seems to be a little oily and to talk about the ambiance its great and they are friendly as well sometimes. But the bad thing is their waiting its literally too much which will make you hate the experience it takes atleast 15 minutes and more for the food to be served. The restroom is small but kept neat and tidy.

I ordered a wrap from the heart attack manyal branch and it was disgusting. About 3 layers of bread and a tiny piece of chicken that tasted contaminated and polluted, kind of tasted like petrol?? It is clear that the quality control and hygiene is non existent and I will never buy from this branch again.

The place itself is tiny, just like any other fast food joint. And honestly, the food is pretty average. So, I'm judging it mainly against other places in the same category. Now, if you're craving some real fried chicken, Heart Attack actually delivers. Unlike some other places that give you mostly fried breading with a token piece of chicken inside, they actually serve up some decent-sized chicken pieces. The prices are mid range in this category as well.

Feeling let down by the lackluster flavors at Bazooka Fried Chicken Egypt بازوكا فرايد تشيكن today. The fried chicken was passable, but the rice was a disappointment - no taste, no flavor. Even their sandwich fell flat without any tasty notes. On a positive note, the staff were polite and the place tidy. It's disheartening to see customers littering such a clean environment; we should all do our part in keeping spaces like this pristine for everyone to enjoy. Hoping for better food experiences ahead...

After waiting for 30 minutes, the food came cold, the bread is not fresh as well as the vegetables, and the hot honey strips “the food in the picture” taste is sooooo bad. I don’t recommend this restaurant at alllllll

As a tourist and mostly women, they took about an hour to serve us. A lot of men came after us and cut through the queue to te served before us. The service was efficient but the checkout/kitchen was terrible (the order wasn’t even complete at first). But overall the chicken was good and juicy, better than KFC.

The only con is that there isn't a prayer room like the Tivoli branches in Nasr City and Helioplis. Other than that it's a great place, bit compact but with a beautiful, sleek design.

The food was terrible, it wasn’t hot and the fires as well was bad and the order wasn’t correct or organized and the overall experience was bad. Also, it took 2 hours and a half to receive the order while the app says that we were supposed to receive it in maximum 15 mins. The staff attitude is completely unprofessional and not decent. Overall it’s low money for low quality food. Never ordering again.

First of, This meal cost 175 EGP, so you would expect high quality burger patties, but it felt like chewing into rubber with no texture whatsoever, my friends ordered the chicken sandwiches and they said it was nice so stick to the chicken.
