Island
Boracay is a small island located in the province of Aklan, about 315 km south of Manila. It is renowned for its stunning white-sand beaches, vibrant nightlife, and numerous resorts. The name 'Boracay' has various origins, with one theory linking it to the local words for bubbles and white, while another suggests it refers to the island's white cotton-like sand.
Just got back from a 6 day visit. I thought it may be overrated but it was not. It is really a nice place to visit. So far the best island I’ve been to in the Philippines. Lots to do, great beaches and good restaurants. It was just at the end of algae season but the algae wasn’t bad in Station 1. I stayed in station 2 at the Boracay Uptown. Good hotel. Getting to and from the island is time consuming. Suggest using Southwest Tours for transportation. Cost a bit more but very convenient and easy. Worth the extra money. All in all I was very pleased with Boracay and plan to return.

A beautiful island that I am so happy to have visited! Has a lot of infrastructure (malls, resorts, restaurants), but still has a bit of island charm, especially when you look at the sunset.
Rachel R — Google review
Beautiful island paradise. I am glad there have been many improvements compared to the past decade. The infrastructure has improved. I am glad they have e-trikes, better boats to bring you to the island. Everything is quite organized, they even have assigned seat numbers on the boat. The beach is clean and there are police on patrol. There are maby places to eat. The only downside is that most restos tend to be pricey. Nonetheless, I would definitely come back.
Chewy C — Google review
The island, hotels, restaurants and malls are fantastic. Beaches are clean, safe and truly beautiful. Check them out for spectacular sunsets and swimming. The only thing that let's this island resort down is the constant barrage of street and beach front sellers /halkers. Every few steps you get harassed by someone trying to sell you food, massages, adventure boating and activities. These people are just trying to make a living, I get that. But as a tourist there to relax after working all year to afford a holiday and UNWIND it's very off putting . The beach front sellers in particular are VERY annoying. I also wasn't allowed to vape, drink or eat food on the beach, but the working girls who come out after dark offering "sex massage" are free to sell their bodies with no policing whatsoever. A huge double standard 🤦

Boracay Island is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. The beach is very clean, with soft white sand and clear water. There are many fun things to do—like swimming, island hopping, and watching the sunset. There are also lots of good restaurants, bars, and places to relax. The people are friendly and helpful. I had a great time and would love to visit again!

Great place for holidays, sea and beach are simply stunning. The island is surrounded by good vibes, people are nice and friendly. The sunset here is wonderful! Nightlife is good too! It looks like it rains often in December but people don't seem to be concerned

Escape the typical tourist activities and delve into the rich history of the Philippines at Motag Living Museum. Located near Boracay in Malay, Aklan, this open-air museum offers interactive experiences such as rice planting and carabao plowing, providing a hands-on learning experience of traditional Filipino farming and crafts. Immerse yourself in folk customs, games, weaving, and authentic island food while enjoying music and dance shows.
Will never forget this wonderful experience of 19th century rural life in the Philippine Island of Boracay. Beautiful people guiding us through the daily life, customs and farming. Greeted by the family singing good wishes and welcoming. Babies, children and adults all working the village farming, weaving, harvesting and cooking. try the popped rice, ala pop corn, Grandma rolling tobacco leaves into cigars. A rich experience.

Lovely group of elders and young women showing us the local cultural and traditional village life of Aklan. Warm hospitality and lots of love

It is a great stop if you want to experience and learn about the filipino culture before the modernization of Boracay. The manager Amy is really acomodating and she took care of every detail since the pick up point ( cagban jetty port ) , taking the guests to the museum and taking us back to the port. The staff is also very kind. I definitely recommend it. Please be sure to book at least 1 day in advance. The entrance fee is only 850 php .

Valuable place you can visit. The place was thatI wanted to go the most during this trip, It was the best place during the trip. It is a beautiful place in one corner of the earth. It is a place where young people and elderly people want to preserve the region, the earth, and old traditions. There are kind and beautiful people, and beautiful tradition. Also, I was able to be inspired to live an eco-friendly life in response to the climate crisis. Thanks for Amy,Perlie, village people and Daywa. - recommend it to the younger generation, students, and family travelers. - It located at the mainland of boracay 15 minutes travel from caticlan jetty port to museum. - can take trike - need at least a day before the visit. - with a minimum of 4 person per tour. - open 10am and 2pm - The tour will take up to 2 hours maximum. - The inclusion is whole tour inside museum with guide explain everything, can experience all activity old ways of living, we also serve local snacks, buko juice and lemon grass with ginger tea. Visit Motag living museum for a more authentic experience of Boracay and to support the local community. The tour takes max 2hours and it is only a 15 min trike ride from the airport/ferry port. You need to book a tour to visit- contact via messenger. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Niels E — Google review
Absolutely awesome experience! They were super warm and friendly and showed a lot of interesting techniques that were previously used in life here on the island. My wife would say the highlight of the entire Boracay trip was when they let her ride the water buffalo here.
Kit L — Google review
On our way to Boracay, our family stopped by this museum and it was very much a worthwhile experience! It feels more than a typical museum because all of the exhibits involve real people showing how they live. It is also very interactive so we were able to participate in many activities like drawing water from wells, riding carabao, planting rice, weaving fabrics, and tasting fresh coconut water and other delicious snacks! The welcome and goodbye songs made our presence feel appreciated, as did the wonderful people and tour guides. I would highly recommend anyone going to Boracay to visit this place for an unforgettable, authentic experience and would love to visit again one day!
Devonte G — Google review
This place was amazing. So glad we stumbled across it on trip advisor (it's not highly advertised, but really well reviewed by everyone who's been there, us included). We literally made the trip to the area just to go see this place and it was totally worth it for such a unique and immersive cultural learning experience. As far as we know, it's the only living museum of its kind in the PH, but I really hope this model is adopted elsewhere (here, home, and abroad). Such a great way to learn about and preserve a culture. Since they do have to prepare so much in advance, like the carabao and rice planting and the food they serve you (delicious btw), and arranging for the elders to come, they do need to know you're coming. Just call or text the number listed on TripAdvisor or here on Google maps (no need to arrange a 'tour' - when we were there the going rate was ₽700 ea and totally worth every piso!). They do a 10am and 2pm every day except Mondays and they can combine groups. We texted the night before for the 10am and another group called while we were there for the 2pm on the same day and both were fine, so they don't seem to need a lot of notice, but they won't be around if they don't have any bookings (and might not have enough supplies if you pop by and join a group that's made a booking), so avoid disappointment and take the moment to text/call before you go. Bonus: we totally ended up tacking on a Boracay daytrip as a side-trip, "since we were in the area." From the reviews we read, most people do it the other way - stay on Boracay and do a daytrip to get away from the beach and crowds. If you're doing it from Boracay, just hop on any ferry back to Caticlan and get a trike there for your 10am or 2pm booking. The trike drivers all know the way and it shouldn't take more than about an hour total from the port on Boracay, depending on the ferry you choose. No need to fall for any of the 'all inclusive' package scams that overcharge. Either arrange for the trike driver to come back and get you in about 2hours or take the lovely walk down to the main road and flag the next one going your way

Pangihan Cave, located in Malay, Aklan, offers an exciting and adventurous experience for visitors. The cave is known for its natural beauty and thrilling exploration opportunities. With its stunning formations and intriguing passageways, Pangihan Cave is a must-visit destination for those seeking an unforgettable adventure in the heart of nature.
its nice adventurous
JD A — Google review
There are tours in the nearby town to get to this cave. I just followed the signs from the road and it led me to forested paths which would be easy to slip on or get lost (if the paths disappear). Arrived at the entrance of the cave after a 30-minute walk around the paths. I didn't go in since I didn't have any equipment. If you want to go for yourself, I would recommend a waterproof torch and a helmet at a minimum. The caves looked really old and small so there might be paths inside the cave which could get you lost. At the very least it was an interesting walk to get there.

Epic Boracay is a popular spot located at the heart of DMall on Boracay Station 2, right by the stunning White Beach. It's renowned for its vibrant beach parties that draw in crowds from around the globe. The restaurant offers a delightful fusion cuisine blending Western and Asian flavors, crafted by top local chefs. By day, it operates as a resto-bar and transforms into a lively club as night falls, often extending the dance floor onto the beach for an unforgettable experience.
As I did not dine here, I cannot make any comments as to the food. I came here for the huge Halloween party. A large extension was set up on the beach itself, right outside the club. It was decorated very well, with lighting, fixtures, and even a big disco ball hanging from a palm tree. The main stage was enormous, with smoke machines, neon lights, and video screens. All together, it created a unique true beach party that's rarely seen anywhere. I absolutely loved it! Happy Halloween 🎃

Waterfront restaurant, prime location, with great outdoor and indoor (air conditioning) seating. Food is excellent, we had fresh oysters, salads, ceviche, fish tacos…. they are all very tasty! It’s a perfect place to watch the magnificent sunset. We came here three days in a row. You may want to get here a bit earlier to get a table for sunset. Happy hours are from 10 am to 10 pm. I heard it’s one of the most popular night clubs in town.

Love the food in this cafe. It’s right in front of the beach with sick view. I’m been here 3 times and have always been served by Jay. He has the best customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

love love loveeee this place!! the food is great—some dishes can be a bit heavy depending on what you order, but still super good. what i loved most though was the atmosphere. it’s so lively, so pretty, and right on the beachfront. we ate here during sunset and it was honestly one of the most beautiful views i’ve ever had while eating at a restaurant. unforgettable experience.

I dont know but me and my friends find their orders all bland tasting. Cubra Libre is so watered down, can hardly taste the rum perhaps with all the melted amount of ice they put upon serving. Marinara lacks umami and some umph! Was told that they ran out of clams so I was told theyll make it up for the rest of the toppings, then just found 2 pcs of shrimp and 2 pcs of mussels. The pizzas are mediocre. Location wise its right upto the beach. Its a busy place where most of the tables are reserved at 7pm, upon finishing our meals at around 8:15pm thos tables are still unoccupied. I think their tables are not strategically planned to gain and reserved to have customers. They could have done better. Not coming back.

Nestled at the edge of Boracay Station 1, Aplaya the Beach Bar & Italian Food offers a delightful blend of Italian cuisine with Mediterranean flavors. The name "Aplaya" means beachfront in the local language, perfectly capturing its prime location facing the pristine shores of White Beach. Its outdoor seating area provides a picturesque setting for casual dining and sipping on cocktails, especially during their popular sunset parties.
Food is great. Staff are nice, especially Joenalyn, he made sure we are seated comfortably and assisted us when we had questions. Ambiance was really nice, it was right in front of the beach, the photos were great. Went there for lunch and unli margarita at night.
Kristel — Google review
We came to Aplaya every day for lunch during our stay - it’s such an amazing place! The food is absolutely delicious. We’re from Russia, and honestly, the pasta and pizza here are much better than in Moscow, even though we have some of the best restaurants in the world. The cocktails are fantastic, too! They can adjust everything to your taste if you have any preferences, and they always do it with a smile. The team is super friendly and helpful, and they use great-quality ingredients. We highly recommend the Aplaya restaurant in Balacay - it’s truly one of the best dining spots here! 🇮🇹 ❤️‍🔥

We were walking along and dipped in for a cool drink. Mango shakes are delicious! It's directly on the white sand beach so the views are amazing. Super friendly staff. So relaxing! Sitting here right now considering if we should try a pizza. Edit in: pizza is great! And, hot coffee is served in a double walled glass mug - a nice touch.

I eat here often! Love the vibes and food it top quality! Im obsessed with the Rambo focaccia! Real vibey atmosphere, I haven’t found a place like this on the island! Also fun club on level 3!

We ordered pizza, coffee, and a shake for to go just now, and unfortunately, the barista was very sarcastic and condescending when answering our questions. My friend asked if they had a Spanish latte, and he replied, “This is an Italian restaurant,” in a very dismissive tone. I mean, many Filipino, American, and other cafés or restaurants also offer Spanish lattes, so that response felt unnecessary. When we clarified about the double espresso, he was also quite cocky. It’s a shame because the rest of the crew seemed friendly and welcoming, it’s just unfortunate to encounter a barista with such an attitude. P.S. Their packaging is very basic, spilled easily and they don’t even provide a cup sleeve for hot coffee.
JoLee — Google review
Aplaya has always been our go to spot for about 2 years. Drinks are always the best! 10/10 Food 10/10 Service 10/10 Staffs are very friendly and approachable. Our favorite Quatro Pizza and Mojito. Shoutout to Kuya Jao, the best bartender in boracay and Kuya Jude, Arman, always friendly!

Great Location, and its in front of the beach. The Staff we're really friendly. The Price is reasonable and I really like the menu choices. Plus, it has a bench on the front where you can seat, and enjoy the view and watching people go by.

Came by to meet friends and have a coffee. Chatted with the owner and learned some great new places which we didn’t know even after years of visiting the island. Summer Place in Boracay is a popular bar known for its vibrant nightlife scene. Run by the lively Captain Joey, it offers a great opportunity to immerse in native culture, music, and drinks. The club is celebrated for its incredible music, inventive cocktails, picturesque setting, and inviting ambiance. Great bar. The atmosphere, music, and lighting are all great, the only drawback is that it's not on the beach. Will definitely visit again.

Summer Place Boracay is the go-to spot for nightlife on the island! The music, the energy, and the beachfront vibe all come together to create a fun and unforgettable night out. Whether you're dancing with friends or meeting new people, the atmosphere is always lively and welcoming. The location is perfect—right by the beach in Station 2—so you can enjoy the ocean breeze while partying. The DJs play a good mix of music, and the crowd is diverse and full of good vibes. Drinks are reasonably priced and the service is fast even when it gets busy. If you're in Boracay and looking for a fun night, Summer Place is definitely a must-visit! 🎶🍹🌴

I love the place! If you really want to go to a happy party place and show your killer dance moves and social skills, this is the best bar for you 😁 My husband and I enjoyed our night here! By the way, there were 2 DJ's on this bar. The upper floor has mild music and the lower floor has wild music 🎵
Yessah — Google review
DJ is clueless. Bro, if no one is dancing, that means your music selection is horrible. But you don’t seem to care with your endless directionless music that does not make people move.

Nice place with good music. They provide you dance floor inside. This is non smoking bar, only sisha and vape is allowed. If you want to smoke you have to go to smoking area. Staff eas nice. Playing hits music with video behind the dj.

I used to be one of the best customers but my view changed after the very bad treatment of the security guards last time with me. They do not respect customers👎
WOLF Z — Google review
The place is beautiful. Specially with the light effects. There is a Dj booth in the middle of the dance floor. And an open area too if you want to talk with someone
Jeremy N — Google review
The vibe and the place itself was great. Just didn’t appreciate the foreign girl at the entrance, idk if she’s the owner or a manager. Either way, she gave us a promo and said she’d give a handful of us free entrances and placed us at the VIP table in front of the DJ but did not disclose the hidden charges. We moved to a different and more intimate table after we cleared the issue out. We had a blast and the experience would’ve been perfect if it weren’t for that hiccup.

White Beach in Boracay, Philippines is a renowned tropical paradise with a 4-kilometer-long stretch of powdery sand and crystal-clear waters. It's considered one of the world's top ten beaches and offers diverse lodging and dining options. The island also features attractions like Puka Shell Beach, sunset sails, and thrilling dive spots such as Crocodile Island and Crystal Cove.
By far the most beautiful sunset we have ever seen. The beach has crystal clear waters with white sand and the coconut trees make it the most tropical scenery. Is for sure one of the best tropical beaches in the world.
Eleanna S — Google review
Beautiful white sandy beach with many palm trees and every day an amazing sunset view. Many small shops and restaurants and cafes all along the entire beach. Very nice options. The only downside is that every 3 metres a person approaches you to sell you a boat trip and part boat or massage girls etc. They are relentless and can really spoil the beach sometimes.
Jan P — Google review
Lovely long beach, white sand and clear water, plenty of local on the walking side of it, there’s a wonderful sunset pretty much on every clear day and heaps of things to do. Not too further in the water few different diving and scuba spots, mostly accessible with ferry but not only (go all the way south to the rock hole for free snorkeling from shore, lovely reef)
Nico M — Google review
It’s a paradise with coarse white sand. We chose to stay at the beginning of the station 3. Station 1, Station 2, which is the main area of the beach by the mall and Station 3, which is more quiet and more of the party spirit. Water is calm and clean. Beach is clean and pristine. Sunset was gorgeous to watch by the beach 🏖️. Grateful to be here.
Olu W — Google review
Beautiful white sand beaches. The touquoise blue water is lovely. The place is absolutely packed with tourist and peddlers mostly trying to sell you massages and tours. There are lots of little shops, bars and restaurants. Most of the shops are selling little touristy items. There are lots of security guardd around at all times on almost every corner. None of the peddlers seemed overly aggressive or pushy, like in other tourist destinations. The ocean in front of the beach is chocked full of party boats and paragliders. There isn't anything quaint left in this area, It's become similar to Mexican resort towns. It's easy and affordable to get around on the electric motorcycle shuttles.
Ben M — Google review
The White Beach in Boracay is simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. The view is absolutely stunning, with the sky turning into a canvas of warm colors as the sun dips below the horizon—an experience that's both peaceful and unforgettable. The beach itself is well-maintained and clean, with soft white sand and clear, inviting water. It’s a lively place, with lots of people gathering to enjoy the view, take pictures, and soak in the atmosphere. Despite the crowds, it doesn’t feel overwhelming—instead, it adds to the vibrant and festive vibe of the area. In the evening, the energy shifts as music starts playing from a stage set up along the beach. The party atmosphere kicks in, with upbeat tunes and people dancing or just enjoying the moment. It's a great mix of natural beauty and fun social energy. Overall, experiencing White Beach in Boracay, especially at sunset, is a must. Whether you're looking for relaxation or a bit of nightlife, it offers the best of both worlds.

Beautiful beach, fine white sand. There are 3 stations to the beach. Station 1, Station 2, which is the main area of the beach by the mall and Station 3, which is more quiet. Clear, calm and warm water. The beach is clean. And, the sunsets are beautiful to watch by the beach.
Sandra O — Google review
The sand is white, the water is clear. Sunset is pretty. But there was algae everywhere, too many people and locals trying to sell things to you all the time. If this was the first white sand beach I’ve seen, sure, it would have been amazing to me, but that’s not the case and there are lots of white sand beaches in the Philippines and other countries in SouthEast Asia that are less crowded and overall prettier and better in every way. Overhyped and overcrowded beaches are not what I really enjoy.

Paraw Beach Club is the ultimate destination to experience the vibrant nightlife in the Philippines. With a laid-back ambiance, diverse international cuisine, and an enticing happy hour from 4-8 p.m., it's the perfect choice for an affordable and enjoyable evening out. Renowned among locals as one of their top picks, this club boasts a spacious dance floor and delectable drinks that keep visitors coming back for more.
We spent a week there and had an amazing time. The food was delicious with reasonable portions, the staff were friendly, and the drinks were great especially the fresh fruit juices and milkshakes! It’s also the only place we found where you can eat and drink right on the beach, which was a big plus. We stayed at a resort with beach access, but they didn’t allow drinks on the beach, so this was a real highlight. The location was also pleasantly calm and not too crowded during the day, which made it even more relaxing.

We had breakfast at Paraw Boracay, and the place was very calming and peaceful. We ordered Tocilog (the meat was tender) and Tapsilog—simple, authentic, and delicious dishes. Dennis, one of the staff, was very accommodating, kind, and hospitable. He always made sure everything was okay for the customers. A job well done! Great staff and a great environment overlooking the beach. Highly recommended!

Great view of the beach. Didnt get to taste the food but the drinks were alright, went for their B1G1 happy hour promo while waiting for the sunset. Luckily got a great view on my last day on the island. Would definitely go back to try out their food. Minimum 500 pesos for QR payments.

Great chill place for cocktails for sunset and until midnight. Happy hour for almost until midnight. Just make sure you ask for happy hour Menu. They not always present it to you

Food was not good. The place is run down and unsanitary. They had molds in their tables and their staff was inattentive. They charge 12% vat on top of your bill. We ordered mineral water thats 250 ML, it costed 73 pesos inclusive of the VAT. Paraw use to be so good now its just neglected. Their manager is nowhere to be seen. Their staff looks like they didnt want to take our order or assist us at all. Very disappointing.

We dropped by Paraw Beach Club in Boracay last night (17.09.2025) to relax before heading back to our hotel. The place was nice and most of the staffs were friendly. But when I paid for our drinks, the same staff member (gay) who took the payment and giving the change ignored my hand (which was already out to receive it) and insisted on handing it to my husband instead, saying “thank you, sir.” He was also unfriendly (is it bcos im filipina?🥲) It felt dismissive, since I was the one who paid he saw it lol (my own money) Aside from that moment, service from the rest of the team was good and we enjoyed the vibe.

The menu offers a fusion of local and international cuisine, featuring a carefully curated selection of dishes from around the globe.
Good service, good food with very good portion sizes, and a lovely view of the beach and coconut trees. This was our primary place to eat while in Boracay. None of the dishes disappointed us. The service is quick. Has both indoor and outdoor seating.

It was a rainy morning in Boracay, and since I skipped breakfast, I decided to stop by this beachfront restaurant for lunch — and I’m glad I did. Ambiance The setting was beautiful and very laid-back. I sat right by the beach, enjoying the relaxing ocean view and fresh breeze. The table and chair setup fit the tropical vibe perfectly, and the music was just right — not too loud, creating a calm and easygoing atmosphere. Service The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. They checked in at the right times and made the experience feel smooth and pleasant. Food & Drinks I ordered the fresh spring rolls and a pizza, and both were delicious. The spring rolls came with a peanut-style sauce that was rich, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the fresh ingredients. The pizza dough was another highlight — soft, with a light crisp on the outside, and clearly made fresh. To go with it, I had an Aperol Spritz, which was refreshing and went perfectly with the warm beach weather. Price The prices were reasonable, especially for a beachfront location. Given the quality of food, service, and the setting, it felt like good value. Overall I had a great experience having lunch here. The food, the service, and the beachfront ambiance all came together nicely. Whether you’re stopping by for a full meal or just want to relax with a drink and enjoy the view, this place is definitely worth a visit. I’d gladly come back.

We love the food here! I wasn’t able to take a picture of the other dishes, but everything we ordered was amazing! We especially loved their kare-kare and dinakdakan. The happy hour drinks were also great! 👍🏻👍🏻

Order the watermelon salad!!! It’s REFRESHING!! I wish they could add more feta cheese. Typical kanto fried chicken is better than their winner fried chicken. It’s dry and hard. The ribs were just ok. The hummus in the salmon bowl was good. Ube champorado tasted very artificial, but i like the malagkit rice. Service was good.

Bring your girl/woman here, guaranteed she will be in a great mood! Ambiance and food, no wonder this resto/bar/cafe is always on top lists of women vloggers. Calamari and mixed meat platter was cooked with great quality. Mojito was so refreshing we did 2 rounds of the B1T1. Their storm shield is nicely done, very clear and maintains the nice view.

We visited for a cocktail drink where they offer a buy one take one of it. We enjoyed the ambience as we were drinking but find the drinks too bitter for me for someone who doesn't really drink. We visited during sundown so we were not able to have a view of the beach eince it was already dark outside. All in all, we enjoyed our drinks and our visit. Probably going to visit during breakfast for their famous champorado next time.

Great breakfast spot in Boracay! Loved the latte with the cute star cookie and the Eggs Benedict was rich and tasty. Cozy vibe, worth a visit.

Great cafe. The eggs Benedict was really good. Also the apple crumble and selection of small chocolate balls but sadly the rum ball that we got very excited about didn’t have any rum flavor at all. Good atmosphere and service though and conveniently located in DMall

I came here specifically for their Lemon Meringue Pie, and it didn't disappoint. The best I've had in a long time, and I always search out my favourite dessert whenever I travel. The cafe has gained a loyal following among food enthusiasts who rave about their signature dishes like the Bacon and Mango Cheese Sandwich, Choriburger, Espresso-Caramel Pancakes, and Avocado Bacon Smash.
We dined at Sunny Side Café and had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a very warm welcome by the staff. We ordered their famous Wagyu Beef Tapsilog and Champorado (good for two) — both were delicious and definitely worth the price. The place is budget-friendly, and the staff are incredibly accommodating and efficient. Truly world-class service! The stunning Boracay beach view, along with the nice weather and refreshing sea breeze, made the dining experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for great food, excellent service, and a beautiful beachfront atmosphere.

I ordered Heirloom Rice Champorado ₱350 which used brown rice and I prefer it from the Sunny Side Champorado ₱490. They have AC but it's not consistently on, on my 1st visit it was on but on my 2nd visit it wasn't on. They accept card payment. Takeout cost additional ₱25.

I tried the other branch of The Sunny Side Café and was happy to find that the menu and overall vibe are just the same as the original, cozy, welcoming, and familiar. for 2800 peso, it was the best deal I had. Together with my friends and two other acquaintances, we had the whole island to ourselves for the whole afternoon. Amazing place to dive !!! We arrived from the mainland from a little path at the wrong place and they picked us up with the boat. Usually you should take a boat, the best way is to call /contact them. The team was really cool and the food tasted amazing!! You can do snorkelling and very nice Cliff jumping from 3-5-8-15 meters 🔥 Thank you so much!!

The most beautiful diving spot i have ever been. Please don't forget to take photo of the diving board when the boat approach to that place. Snorkling and stand paddling are other activities i've done there. This place is a must when you plan to travel Boracay!

A must! Don't miss! Amazing cliff jumping. Highest is 15 meters. I think you can only book this via Ariel's house. It is worth every penny. The drinks and the food is okay, but the site will leave you happy. Maybe not the place for kids. I would say 15 years +. "Dive on in"

Nice place with clear waters and simple activities. 4 hrs of cliff jumping, kayaking and just snorkeling pass by in a breeze. Lunch was delectable too. Try to pay in pesos as the usd exchange rate might be more than the peso price.

Spanish restaurant
Restaurant
Dos Mestizos Restaurant is a popular dining spot in Boracay known for its excellent Spanish cuisine, featuring traditional recipes from Filipino-Castilian households. The restaurant's menu includes crowd favorites such as paellas, tortilla de patata, salpicao de vaca, callos, and bacalao. Recently relocated to Station 1 along the Main Road, Dos Mestizos offers a cozy and intimate setting where guests can enjoy a hearty feast.
We’ve been returning to Dos Mestizos for the past 15 years, ever since my mother—who’s a true foodie—first introduced me to it. I’m happy to say that it still delivers many of the classic Spanish dishes we’ve come to love. While it’s a little bittersweet to see that a few old favorites are no longer on the menu, the overall experience remains warm, satisfying, and full of character. I still strongly recommend dining here—not just for the food, but also for the ambiance. It’s the perfect place to unwind over a good glass of wine and a few simple but delicious tapas. A true Boracay staple.
Iggy B — Google review
We decided to try this Spanish restaurant in Boracay and it did not disappoint. The tapas were impressive, especially the calamares fritos (which reminded us of Spanish chipirones) and the croquettes, which had a creamy filling and crisp exterior. For our mains, we ordered the Paella Negra and Lomo de Vaca, both of which were flavorful and satisfying. For dessert, the panna cotta and crème brûlée are simply perfect. Felicitaciones al propietario! Keep in mind that prices are on the higher side, which is typical for fine dining on an island.
Gerald ( — Google review
The tapas were great, literally some of the best tapas I’ve ever had, especially the octopus and meatballs. BUT the paella was NASTY. It was so expensive for Boracay, but the taste was horrendous, it tasted like someone pissed in it. Literally tasted like a toilet. Smelled like one too. Services were bad by Philippines standards. They were very cold and not very helpful. Also would be good if they fix their door sign.
Kales L — Google review
This day I had a taste for pizza and my driver said this is the best place on the island. The food was great and service was even better. Real wood fired pizza. This place is a pizza and Spanish resturant. Fyi they even have wifi! Highly recommended!

Salpicao De Vaca ⭐️ - Beef Tenderloin in garlic and olive oil Gambas Al Ajilio ⭐️ - Shrimps sauteed in olive oil and garlic Ensalada De Pulpo ⭐️ - Octopus marinated in olive oil. chili, and citrus Ensalada Verde ⭐️ - Farm fresh mixed green salad in Queso Manchego, herb vinaigrette
Bea L — Google review
Appetizers were great. Beef and the gravy tasted good. Chicken was alright. Paella needed more improvement but overall dining experience is good! Friendly staff.
Stevhy R — Google review
Undoubtedly the finest Spanish cuisine you can find in Boracay! The highlight of our dining experience was definitely the succulent pig suckling, and the anticipation was well rewarded. The restaurant also boasts an impressive array of Spanish wines, offering a perfect complement to our meal. What made the experience even better was the reasonable pricing. It's a rare gem to discover exceptional Spanish food in such a picturesque location without breaking the bank. We left the restaurant with satisfied appetites and cherished memories.
A. M — Google review
I recently visited this Dos Mestizos Restaurant and honestly, it was quite disappointing. The service was fine, but the atmosphere was nothing special certainly not worth the high prices they charge. We started with chorizo and potato tapas, which were just okay, but far too salty. Next, we had the tomato salad, which felt overpriced for what it was just four pieces of lettuce, a single tomato slice, about 5 grams of cheese, and a basic vinaigrette. Definitely not worth the price. Then came the calamari soup, which, once again, was excessively salty. It had a decent amount of seafood, but the overpowering saltiness and what seemed like an overuse of chicken stock cubes ruined the flavor. For the main dish, we had tiger prawns with potatoes (listed as “Langostinos en aroma de azafrán” for 1,850 pesos). Unfortunately, the prawns had the same overly salty taste as everything else, if not worse. Four small, salty shrimp with potatoes for that price? Ridiculous. Honestly, a top-tier hotel in Dimall serves the same type of food for half the price and with much better quality. I initially chose this place based on positive reviews, but after my experience, I have a hard time believing they are real. The restaurant is overpriced, the food is excessively salty and lacks depth, the atmosphere is nothing special, and while the service was acceptable, it wasn’t outstanding. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend.

I grew up in Michelin starred kitchens as my dad is a chef. I have traveled to over 100 countries exploring the food. Nonies is easily in my top ten all time restaurants. We went here 4 times in just 3 days and ordered the menu up and down. Every dish and drink is handmade, every plate has a flavor twist to it that throws you for a loop. Whether it's a play on consistencies, flavor profiles or even temperatures. This is food that is crafted with an immaculate amount of skill and passion. If this restaurant existed in New York, London or Berlin I would bet my hat it would be on its way to a Michelin star. Exceptional work, I am utterly impressed and in love with this kitchen.

This was the best meals we had at Boracay! Sign boards were not obvious but the place is a vibe. Came here for lunch and ordered Jackfruit Dip - can't really taste the jackfruit, but it was an interesting appetiser. I ordered the Bisket Tagalog and it was the best meal ever! Who knew sweet potato mash would go well with a hint of coconut. It tasted really good, beef was very tender, and portion is just nice, definitely a must try dish! Since the food was good, we came back here for dinner and this time I ordered the chicken & pork adobo. Suuuper crispy lean pork belly, and juicy chicken with organic black rice. This goes so well with the adobo sauce. We also ordered tofu bruschretta as appetiser, was pretty interesting how the tofu was fried to crispy and used as a base. There was no crowd when we were there, price was decent too, avg around 500 pesos per meal, definitely a must try when you are in boracay!

Coffee shop
Breakfast restaurant
Real Coffee & Tea Cafe, established in 1996 by Lee and Nadine Rosaia, was among the first cafes on Boracay. The cafe lacks modern amenities like internet access and air-conditioning but offers a cozy atmosphere. Situated at Sea World Station 2, it provides a picturesque view of White Beach from its bamboo-adorned upper floor. Patrons can savor hot beverages, sandwiches, pastries, and breakfast meals while enjoying the serene beach scene.
I decided to try their coffee because I wanted something local instead of Starbucks. When I first tasted it, it felt like real, homemade coffee. It was so much better—plus, the place wasn’t crowded, and I was able to get a seat facing the beach. Everything felt very homey; it reminded me of the old days. I really love this café and highly recommend it to others. Honestly, I prefer it over other coffee shops, and it’s actually affordable.

The place is cozy, and the owners are very approachable. The staff warmly greeted us and even thanked us for dining in. The restrooms are clean, well-stocked with water, and feature helpful reminders. Their calamansi muffin is delicious, and the brewed coffee is rich and flavorful. It’s also fascinating to see photos on the tables and walls showcasing the history of their business and the people who have dined there. If you’re looking for a comfortable spot with a great view, this place comes highly recommended. They also serve all-day breakfast.

Very simple but authentic place. The second floor has seats facing the beach. I hah mango with calamansi without sugar and tasted real fruits and felt healthy. The added sugar is optional which I appreciate since I don't like sugary drinks and foods. Good place for quick stop and rest. They offer foods too.

It was an underrated spot. Beautiful view of the beach here. I like that they kept the nipa hut aesthetic despite being surrounded by modern minimalist cafes. We had Mocha and Pineapple Lassi and also Brownies for Sweet Lovers Great place if you just want to appreciate the view while having coffee or snack. Staff are really kind too. They also have sugar, and cinnamon at the table if you need it. They accept card payments here too.

Bought calamansi muffin. The muffin is available in small and big size. There are also breakfast meals available and different options of drinks. The price is on the higher side but they accept card payment if you don't bring a lot of cash. The store is traditional looking and you might miss it if you're looking for a big storefront.

Real Coffee & Tea Cafe is an iconic, old-school Boracay spot known for its cozy, no-frills ambiance and famous calamansi muffins. A must-visit for a taste of authentic island charm, the cafe offers a delicious and tangy calamansi muffin—a favorite among both locals and tourists. It's also a great place for a hearty all-day breakfast or a relaxing coffee break with a view of the beach. Don't be surprised if the muffins sell out—they're that popular. So make sure to order ahead before you fly out. My all time favorite from their menu is the Tuna Melt. It fills just enough for lunch, with a generous serving of tuna and cheese and fresh veggies. Make to get a cup of their Real Coffee - one shot espresso added to a their brewed coffee. It will surely get you charged for the day.

My experience at the hotel was incredible from the moment I arrived. The place has a charming decoration that combines perfectly with the natural environment. The prices are on the slightly higher side, but the vibe of this resto makes it worth it! I loved their iced latte and chicken and fries—so good! Plus, the beach-front swing and stunning view made the whole experience even better. Definitely a chill spot to unwind. 🫶❤️

The prices are very high compared to the other places. The portions are really big tho. So it is okay for sharing. We got ceasar salad it was okay, tacos had too much rice and very little salmon. Tofu bowl was semi okay, was too much rice and didn’t quite match to quinoa mix. Healthy drinks were really watery and missing the flavour. We paid over 2k+ just for the below dishes. That is quite expensive.
Vicky S — Google review
Went here with my friends one rainy day and the restaurant’s assistance when I left my umbrella is praiseworthy. The swing facing the beach would have been cool without the wind breaker but even with it, still nice. Did not really go here for that though. Went here for their acai bowls. One of us tried their crispy shrimp and she went back for it a couple of times during our stay.

I think that this place is pretty overrated. Ambiance is good, yes and staff are friendly. It’s just that the prices are too high and I think it is not worth it. The cake was too hard to eat and very sweet. The shake is quite delicious but definitely not worth the almost 400 price.

Just took 1 star because service on attention and attentiveness needs to improve and they didn’t have the powder for the acai bowls for 7 days in a row. I was going every day for acai bowls but they ran out of supplies to make them properly so whoever is in charge of inventory needs more training to not run out of stock. Everything else is good. Oh and also please put more vegetarian options for salads, mushrooms, veggie burritos, etc. for us vegetarians as we are a growing population.

Cafe Maruja has some really nice seatings. We had a great time here. I really like their smoothie bowl and their mocktail selection. The table was spacious and there's no mosquitoes too. They have live music too. When we went, wifi is not working but they do have wifi. I'll defo come back here for the smoothie bowls again if I am in Boracay

The place is super beautiful! For real! However some food is not so good. One dish did not have a side that supposed to come with it and we have been told only when it came out. Burgers are too heavy! Even a cure blue bun could not save it 🤣 Almost impossible to eat by one person! Drinks and deserts were great! Had to wait forever for someone to take our order and to clean up before deserts. Conclusion - great place to come for coffee, Drinks and deserts, hang out and chill. The atmosphere is awesome! As for the food - choose what you order, it might be hit-or-miss.

Tambisaan Beach, located on the east side of Boracay, is a hidden gem often overlooked due to the fame of White Beach. This destination boasts breathtaking views, featuring crystal-clear blue-green waters and pristine white sands that epitomize a tropical paradise.
Tambisaan Beach, tucked away on the quieter northern end of Boracay, offers a welcome respite from the bustling crowds of White Beach. This pristine stretch of sand is a hidden gem, perfect for those seeking a more peaceful and secluded beach experience. The water is crystal clear and calm, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing on the shore. The sand is soft and white, inviting you to walk barefoot and soak up the sun. While the beach itself is stunning, the real charm lies in its tranquility. It's a great place to escape the noise and commotion of the main tourist areas and reconnect with nature.

Tambisaan Beach – A Peaceful, Secluded Spot in Boracay We had the chance to pass by Tambisaan Beach on our way to Bolabog Beach Resort, and it’s a hidden gem worth visiting! Located near the Tambisaan Jetty Port, this secluded beach offers a quiet escape from the crowded tourist areas of Boracay. What to Expect: • Peaceful Atmosphere – Perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy nature without the usual crowds. • Clear Waters & Scenic Views – Ideal for a quick stop to appreciate the beautiful coastline. • Nearby Port – Convenient if you’re arriving or departing from Tambisaan Jetty Port. Getting There: We chartered a multicab for ₱350, which made the trip smooth and convenient. It’s a great option if you’re exploring different parts of the island. If you’re looking for a quiet and scenic spot off the beaten path, Tambisaan Beach is definitely worth a visit!

It's one of the stops on the snorkelling tours. We visited via e-trike and had to pay the driver to wait for us. The beach is small and while the shallow water was inviting, there were many boats docked. Also the local children kept asking for money. Possibly better if we had done the snorkelling.
Michelle C — Google review
This was the best snorkeling on Boracay Island!!! And, one of my top snorkeling places ever! Of our 6 hours here, I was face down in the water for about 4 of them! There is an abundance of sea anemones, clown fish, and lots and lots of other tropical fish and live coral. Some highlights include a sea slug, black eel, black and white banded sea snake, lots of starfish all different colors including blue, red, yellow, brown, etc. There were lots of schools of fish and also these fish that hung out in small groups of about 6 and looked like greenish feathers hanging vertically in the water. Also saw this fish that is about 5 -6 inches long with a white skiny body that looked skeleton like and the head of a seahorse (may be a seahorse) but it was laying flat on a rock not wrapped around anything and didn't have the body of a seahorse... saw 2 of these. At low tide, I was floating about 3 feet above the reef in many spots. Gorgeous!

I must say this place was amazing. The best snorkeling I've ever done so far there was no one there, and it was so peaceful. I'd highly recommend it if you want to be away from all of the tourists on white beach. The water was so clear and the amount of fish 🐟 omg. I found a huge shell 🐚 a octopus 🐙 and lots of starfish. The amount of coral 🪸 and life out there was so cool.
Bruner R — Google review
Tambisaan Beach is a hidden gem in Boracay, offering a more tranquil and laid-back atmosphere compared to the busier White Beach. The beach is less crowded, making it perfect for those who want to enjoy the natural beauty of Boracay without the hustle and bustle. The water is clear, and the beach is clean, with fine white sand that's ideal for a relaxing day under the sun. It's also a great spot for snorkeling, with some beautiful coral formations and marine life just a short swim from the shore. One of the highlights of Tambisaan Beach is its local charm. You’ll find a few small eateries and shops run by friendly locals, offering fresh seafood and snacks at reasonable prices. It’s a nice way to experience a more authentic side of Boracay. The only downside is that it's a bit off the beaten path, so getting here might require a tricycle ride or a bit of a walk. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the crowds, Tambisaan Beach is definitely worth the visit.

As an embarkation point, this place is organized and efficient. If you are sensitive to strong sun, wear a hat and have a long sleeved top. The people operating the boats are experienced and friendly. If you need portage, they ask for tips normally in 100 to 150 pesos range depending on your luggage. Passengers normally schlep their own bags on and off the boats. The speed boat ride is only 3 to 5 minutes.
Roger G — Google review
It's okay. Not clean and no fine sands. Mostly used for sky parachute sport. There is nice walk along the water with some cafes and small food places.

Two Brown Boys, affectionately known as 2BB, is a local favorite in Balabag, Boracay. It offers huge and delicious burgers with a cozy island vibe that contrasts the bustling atmosphere of White Beach. The Bacon Blue Cheese Burger is a standout item on the menu, featuring a juicy patty complemented by caramelized onions and blue cheese.
Went there for lunch. It was a beautiful sunny day. Burger we got was amazing. Patty was juicy and perfectly cooked. We were told that they’ve ran out of their regular brioche buns, but we didn’t really care because it was just all delicious. There was a very sleepy dog on the counter where we were at, she was the cutest.

What a delicious burger!! After a couple weeks in the Philippines I was craving a juicy burger and Two Brown Boys did not disappoint. So many good options to choose from on the menu and the prices and portions were well worth it, I definitely didn't leave hungry! Bonus points for the cute doggo that kept me company while I journaled about my travels. The service was friendly, the location great and easy to get to from most anywhere- I went back a second time during my stay and they had great live music that really set the vibe. Be careful on those stairs though, they are steep!

Damn, this spot is our ultimate go-to for burgers and buffalo wings in Boracay! They offer low-carb, bunless burgers—and even have low-carb drink options too. My husband loved it, and we always leave the place so full and satisfied. Definitely coming back here on our next Boracay trip! ❤️🫶

I was reccomended to go to Two Brown Boys by my two friends as they said the burgers were amazing. Although maybe I had to try the Bacon Mushroom Melt burger that they had because I'll be honest the Sir Matt burger I had was very disappointing something about the meat patty didn't taste good. But the carbonara pasta was Amazing! Good portion size and awesome flavour that I had to come back again the next day to try another one of their pasta dishes the creamy chimichuri chicken which was a bit spicey and was even better than the carbonara.

Two Brothers is a really nice burger joint with a decent price and a great portion. We ordered the Heaven & Hell and the Mexihund Burger - both were super filling and tasty. Only problem we ran into was quite a few items on the menu weren’t in stock (due to low season) but it wasn’t reflected on the menu, so it felt a bit like a guessing game when trying to order.

Mr. D La Bettola in Balabag is a must-visit for pizza and coffee lovers in Boracay. While some find their food a bit bland, their pizzas are highly recommended, with a genuine wood-fired oven and fantastic crust. The homemade tomato sauce and well-seasoned pizzas offer an authentic and satisfying dining experience. The place also offers a relaxing atmosphere away from the tourist crowds, making it an enjoyable spot to savor great pizza.
Fabulous food! It's a small unassuming place but their food are divine! We went there after seeing the reviews here on Google and I'm so glad it didn't disappoint! Love the All Meat Pizza, Bolognese and Tiramisu. The only negative is the coffee, I guess probably because they have no electricity (brownout all over Boracay for the day) which might mean no properly brewed coffee.
Grace D — Google review
The Margherita and Pepperoni pizza was okay. It was flimsy and the cheese wanted to slide off. But no problem, just fold it like a sandwich and be done with it. But had I known I was only going to get 10 pepperonis, I would have ask for extra and be charged extra. Nice little spot and staff were friendly.
Jeff G — Google review
Found this quaint Italian restaurant thru some food bloggers. The quattro formaggi pizza was good! Loved the crust! The carbonara was a little bland but just add a little more pepper. Seafood wasn’t available due to red tide…sad…couldn’t order my favorite vongole pasta. Liked their cold caramel macchiato. Would recommend this restaurant for those who are on a budget.
Carla A — Google review
Best pizza on the island hands down. Genuine wood fired oven with fantastic crust. The tomato sauce is made in house and the pizza was seasoned well. It really felt like good, honest, food. They have beers and pizza comes out quick. Short walk from the promenade away from all the tourists crowds. Also enjoyable was the relaxing atmosphere and no annoying techno music. Highly recommended for great pizza. Priced very well, under P1000 for two pizzas and two cokes.
Aman B — Google review
Hole in the wall little italian place. None too expensive, and only a few seats. But one of the best restos on the island. We came back quite a few times for the month we stayed. Their pizza is the star of the show, contender for the best I've had in the Philippines. Fantastic wood fired crust. Housemade tomato sauce, excellently seasoned and bursting with flavor. Quality cheese, toppings, even housemade pesto and pancetta. If you want to try more than one, they are happy to do a half and half - we tried a half pesto chicken/margarita pancetta. It was delicious. This rest however, isn't outshined. They have a few flavorful pasta dishes. A couple excellent panines. House roasted coffee, excellent mix selection for their mochas. You could easily stop by for a coffee alone. The food is deceptively simple, not too many ingredients or fancy techniques, but the chef has gone out of their way to ensure everything is done to a determinedly high standards. If you can score one of their desserts, as they aren't always in stock- certainly do so. Both the tiramisu and chocolate cake we tried, were to die for.
Nick S — Google review
Great little restaurant tucked away on a side street near the watersports beach, serving a wide range of food and drinks. They have a big brick fired pizza oven - pizzas were very good! Friendly staff too and a nice quiet location away from the crowds.
Rohan M — Google review
Suuuuper yummy food! Their pizza (baked via brick oven) is authentic and amazing! I also loved the aglio olio seafood pasta. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Loved our stay in this simple yet homey resto! It was just unfortunate that there was no tiramisu that time.

Diniwid Beach is a tranquil and unassuming stretch of white sand located at the northern tip of Yapak, away from the bustling crowds of White Beach. It offers a serene tropical charm without the beach party vibe. Nearby, visitors can find dining and shopping options in a picturesque setting. The area also provides opportunities for watersports such as sailing and waterskiing over vibrant coral reefs.
One of the best secluded beaches in Boracay to rest and meditate. Worth the 1hr walk from Station 1. Same white sand beach as Station 1 and Station Zero. Visit in the morning after seeing the grotto
Jarryd T — Google review
Small but really nice beach. Much less busy than nearby White Beach. Many boats here on the beach and nice palm trees. Plus some small restaurants and cafes. There's a walkway along the rocky part of the beach that leads to White Beach and some nice views of both beaches from the corner spot.

November 26, 2024 around 6:30 am We walked here from Station 2 to Diniwid Beach. I love the trail that they made that leads to the Diniwid Beach. The beach is pebbly and have some dead corals too. Many boats are parked by the sands of the beach. The trail ends in Diniwid. I thought this trail will end up to Puka. I was wrong. The keyhole passage that links Station 1 and Diniwid looks stunning during sunrise. There are many who are walking and running along the beach. It helped me feel safer. Always get yourself a buddy or companion while walking, jogging, or running. Don't trust Boracay's beaches.

This was the best place to come if you get tired of the tourists around white beach. Ssshhhh! Don’t ruin it and tell everyone else. Not a party spot, this is a quiet spot for older people to relax and escape the madness

It's very small strip of white sands with abandoned boats and debris. Not far from last section of the white beach .there's small store sells cold drinks and snacks
Hussein A — Google review
There are few people here compared to the other areas. The local dogs are very friendly to tourists as well. Watched the beautiful sunset here with my wife and daughter. The a few cons of this place is getting to this place is a bit challenging especially for older people or with babies and the place gets swarmed by flies/mosquitos when it starts to get dark. Willy's Rock is a famous and picturesque spot in Boracay, known for its stunning rock formation and castle-like structure. It's a popular place for taking silhouette shots and capturing beautiful sunsets. The rock features a grotto of Mother Mary at the front, which can be accessed by climbing up stairs through the clear waters and white sand. Located near Station 1 and just a short walk from Station 2, it's easier to access during low tide.
This is one of the iconic places that Boracay different with other beaches. We visited around 3pm+ where it's low tide, it is walkable to the rock and it's not crowded that time. If it's high tide, you will actually needed to swim over there. This attraction is free of charge and easily to find from station 1. It's not required to hire a tour guide to bring your here. Just monitor the tide and you can visit anytime during your convenient time.
VT — Google review
It's a good photo spot in station one but be careful going up and down the stairs as it can get slippery. What I like most about Willy's rock is how it is a good place to swim as their are school of fishes swimming around and sometimes they swim around your feet which can feel a little exciting. You can also place your small personal stuff in the rocks around but make sure to swim just close by. When we visited, it was not crowded and we were able to swim freely around it.
Hillary C — Google review
Interesting place to see and quite iconic for pics from white sand beach. You can walk up in high or low tide but in high tide you need to access the steps via the ocean but it’s normally a short walk across the sand and easily accessible without needing to swim.

Visiting Willy’s Rock was such a beautiful experience. It’s one of the most iconic landmarks in Boracay and truly a must-see when you’re at the island. The rock formation with the grotto of the Blessed Virgin Mary is stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset—it feels peaceful and picturesque. Since it’s right on the beach, you can easily stop by while enjoying your walk along White Beach. The place gets busy with tourists taking photos, but it’s still worth visiting and capturing the view. Definitely one of the highlights of my Boracay trip!

Puka Beach, located at the northernmost tip of Boracay, is a serene escape from the bustling party scene of White Beach. The 800-meter stretch of white sand is adorned with shells and rocks, offering some of the clearest waters on the island. While not as fine as White Beach, Puka Beach's sands are mixed with corals and shells due to deeper waters. Visitors can enjoy activities like crystal kayaking and appreciate the tranquility away from large crowds.
November 26, 2024 around 5 pm The sand is coarser compared to the sands in the Boracay stations beaches. The waters are deeper and have stronger current than the station beaches. Not suitable for toddlers. There are some boats, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. that you can rent. They always have a wooden 'Puka' sign where you can take pictures. There are some kids that will offer help. They'll demand some tip though. They got a Puka Beach sand castle decor with a date on it. The artist will charge a Php20 for some pictures. They got some souvenir shops at the entrance of the beach. You can buy their famous Puka shell bracelets or other Puka shell accessories for remembrance.
Vergel S — Google review
This is a good place to visit as it is not crowded unlike the main beach. This is the famous place for the crystal kayak b3cause of its wonderful view. Puka beach is a common place for island tours and staying here may not be enough because of the time limit. The good thing is, this place is accessible by etrike if wanting to stay longer. There are also several photo spots such as sand castles but may cost a "donation fee" where they can also include taking your photos.
Hillary C — Google review
Remote island for swimming only, you get harrased before you even get off the boat. Other than that beautiful beach and clear water, strong currents depending on time of day you may go 11-1 was fairly strong. Still ok whilst standing up in the water. Just be careful not mention of the currents.
Ken M — Google review
We got dropped on the beach here on by boat and had a wonderful time with the family. This beach would have to be one of the prettiest beaches in the world especially if you get a clear sunny day. The colour of the water is turquoise blue and the sand is so pure. It’s a stunning place to relax and is the ultimate paradise. People would wait their whole lives to tick off a place like this on their bucket list. People will tell you it has a lot of vendors. If that’s not your thing walk through to the end of the beach it’s phenomenal. I think many people miss the best part of the beach.
Paul H — Google review
I came to this beach via island tour boat but you can access it by land also on Boracay using the local transports. I would recommend coming here really early or near sunset because afternoon gets pretty busy. There are quieter spots on the beach too - if you go further up the beach. The beach itself is amazing! One of the most beautiful ones I’ve ever been to. You just can’t miss this paradise. Super clear blue water and soft white sands. Picture perfect - Instagram worthy - paradise holiday vibes. Whatever you want to call it, Puka Beach it is. Lots of boats come through so be careful swimming but again there are less crowded spots too. You just have to walk a bit (in the scorching sun). There are lots of sellers here too but they seem nice. They try very hard to make a sale so you have to be strong to say no. They managed to tug my heart strings and I bought a bunch of stuff but I also asked for major discounts. All in all, a must visit beach on Boracay.
Shayan N — Google review
We reached Puka Beach, the final stop on our hop-on-hop-off tour. The beach itself was pristine with no seaweed, and we found it to be surprisingly uncrowded. After a quick seven-minute walk from where the bus dropped us off, we only spent about 20 minutes enjoying the scenery before deciding to head back to our hotel.

Nice, wide beach with white sand that’s open to the public. There’s plenty of space to lay out a towel, have a picnic, and enjoy the sun and sea. You can also ask the locals to take you kayaking and snorkeling in Sigbin Cave and Ilig-Iligan Beach.

I went to this bar 3 nights in a row. It’s a great spot to meet new people. Great music and vibes. But it smells quite a bit. And there can be rude people here including the bartenders. But as long as you behave and smile, you are most likely going to have a good time here. Order quickly and move on. Drinks are super cheap and mad strong. Not quality alcohol though. You get what you pay for here. Overall though it’s a really fun party spot by the beach on a budget.

Always a great time at the Exit Bar! There seems to be no night during our stay in boracay where we didn't end the day at Exit Bar. It has this very distinct atmosphere that isn't intimidating, soulful with great music yet intimate enough. It's not too loud, and the drinks are great. Let the barterder decide the drinks for you, you'll be shocked how much it is to your taste.

Magic Island Boracay is a small islet located between Crystal Cove and mainland Panay Island. It's known for its impressive cliffs that are perfect for cliff diving, with different levels of heights to challenge your bravery. The island can be reached by pumpboat from Tabon Port, just a minute away. While it's included in most island hopping tours, the main attraction is the platforms for cliff jumping at six different heights.
Magic Island is a fantastic spot, but if you're not into cliff jumping, it might not be the best destination for you, as this is the primary activity available. The island offers a variety of jump heights, ranging from 3 meters (10 feet) to 10 meters (32 feet). The highest jump I attempted was 7 meters (22 feet), and it was already quite terrifying—good luck to anyone brave enough to try the 10-meter jump! There is an entrance fee of 250 pesos (approximately 4.27 USD as of July 24, 2024) to get in, which is something to consider when planning your visit. Overall, Magic Island provides an exhilarating experience for thrill-seekers and cliff jumping enthusiasts. If you're up for the challenge, it's definitely worth the visit.

A good place to include as one of your itineraries if you plan to visit Boracay Island. A great place to visit to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature just simply sitting by the seaside, taking a dip in the ocean, and doing some water activities, such as cliff diving and many others.
S. L — Google review
We did Island Hopping private tour and we end up here and didn’t go to the other islands my kids loved the jumping area. The water is so clear and you can do snorkeling and see fish and beautiful corals. The food is great too. They also have fresh sea urchin. I highly recommend doing the stop here even if you don’t jump just swim and snorkel. The lifeguards are very helpful and friendly and one of them was kind enougj to show his talent in making bubble rings, just amazing. Don’t miss this place when you go Island hopping in Boracay!

Fun place to do cliff diving. Area is clean and quiet. Feels very local and probinsya vibes but its nice! There’s a variety store in it if one needs snacks but could get a little pricier than mainland but understandable. Equipped with lifeguards and staff who assist in cliff diving.
Karlo — Google review
A small island included in most of the island hopping tours. It’s main attraction are the platforms it has of like 6 different heights for cliff jumping. I managed the 7 meter one but didn’t manage to go of the 9 or 10 meter ones which I am annoyed at myself about. People around to assist if you get into trouble with the choppy water below. Not much else to do there besides this… and a small feee to get onto the island which most tours don’t include.
Henry B — Google review
Cliff diving is a must when visiting this island! Don't fret because they have life jacket for the non-swimmers. They have different level of cliff diving! If you want to try the level of your bravery, you opt for level 7 or 9. They have paluto-which is you can request what dishes you want to eat. Going here, one can ride a pumpboat located at Tabon Port, limited pumpboat navigates through this island. This is just a minute away from the said Port.
Mikol B — Google review
Honestly! Nothing much abt this place. It's only attraction is cliff jumping, for thrill seekers, you can hop in and have fun. It's really a small island and there is entry fee for this and u can be there for the whole day diving again and again!
Rajkumar M — Google review
Some people might like it...but personally think it's a disgusting tourist trap...it is a pretty island, but would be far better if it was natural and not max commercialized. Think amusement park, not tropical island.

Crystal Cove is a captivating two-hectare resort located off the coast of Boracay, specifically on Laurel Island or Tiguatian Island. The highlight of this destination is its remarkable caves adorned with fascinating rock formations, providing an excellent backdrop for photography. Visitors can also explore a mini museum and aviary, as well as indulge in swimming and snorkeling activities.
amazing! me and my family went there. so many beautiful crystals. I suggest take pictures, since it's once in a life time opportunity. I miss there.
Mikaela Q — Google review
One of the famous places for island tours in Boracay. It has a beautiful view on top and has a large vast space where it can be considered as one of the best places to take photos. There are two coves in the area. One is located near the famous Crystal Cove photo spot which can be steep and narrow. The second cove is better which takes a few minutes walk to reach the area. The entrance/exit was not my cup of tea because there were many insexts in the area which can be uncomfortable. An entrance fee is needed to enter and is not included in the island tour or you will have to stay on the beach if wanted.
Hillary C — Google review
I really enjoyed our stop at Crystal Cove Island during the island-hopping tour in Boracay. The place is beautiful, with its crystal-clear waters and unique coves that you can explore. Walking through the caves and seeing the view of the ocean was such a refreshing experience. The island has great spots for photos, swimming, and just relaxing. It’s definitely one of the highlights of the island-hopping trip, giving you both adventure and a chance to appreciate nature’s beauty. A must-visit when you’re in Boracay!
Kayce S — Google review
Another spot we stopped by during our private island hopping tour. Not sure this place was worth 300 pesos but it did have some nice picture worthy spots. Nothing to do on the beach so you might as well pay and go in. The coves were okay, but you need to be careful going down the spiral stairs and standing on the rocks—it’s also dark down there, I wouldn’t swim in that and the water was splashing all over the place. There’s a tiny bathroom near cove 2 but it’s dirty and no toilet paper!

Crystal Cove is a must-visit when you are in Boracay. Upon arrival, you'll need to pay an entrance fee of 350 pesos to explore the island. There are two coves on the island, both of which are fascinating to explore. The second cove is my favorite because it features a tunnel that connects two areas, making it a bit more fun and adventurous. Overall, Crystal Cove offers a unique and enjoyable experience that adds to the charm of Boracay. Make sure to add it to your itinerary!

The alluring view of the sea complements the views inside the crystal cove. During our visit the calmness of the sea fills the heart's longing for peace and quiet.

Better to rent a boat to come here so you can stay longer and you can come & go anytime you want. We joined a group tour and we had just 1hr to check the area. It was also windy and wavy that day that’s why we were not able to swim at the caves.

Restaurant
Pares Hilton in Boracay is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike to enjoy a comforting bowl of hot pares. The restaurant offers a great view of the shoreline, making it an ideal place to relax and savor their delicious dishes. Their best seller, Beef Pares, is known for its generous portions of beef with tasty sauce, accompanied by flavorful fried rice. With prices that cater to budget-conscious diners, Pares Hilton provides value for money.
The food was delicious and the service was good. If you want to eat a local food try it here. The price was reasonable and affordable and you can try their drinks. Recommended to try their mango shake like it's really delicious!
Manuel B — Google review
Pares Hilton is at a beachfront location, offering diners a pleasant view of the beach. However, the portion sizes are notably small, especially considering the higher-than-average prices. The food quality is average. Similarly, the shakes are unremarkable and do not offer value for money. While the ambiance is appealing, the overall dining experience falls short due to the high prices and modest portions. The service is ok.
Travel R — Google review
This is perfect after morning stroll since the place is beachfront. The food is also good. I know some people claim that the portion is off for the price but they are offering unli rice and soup. If you are craving for a silog, you can check this out.
Kaiserin E — Google review
Can say much about the pares and Lechonsilog. Beachfront establishment prices will add to your tab. Tough meat and not crispy lechon. Small Pepsi @ 90 pesos
Elmo B — Google review
It’s a place where you get decently priced food that also tastes good. It’s a great place to just taste regular food, just Pinoy food, ambiance is great and it faces the ocean. Food serving is just the right amount.
Vhon A — Google review
Very great chill view of the Shoreline. Good food indeed. God the best seller Beef Pares and it didnt disappoint. Very beefy with generous tasty sauce. Fried rice was delicious as well. The area just gets a little hot and humid during kunch time probably from the sun plus the cooking happening just beside the resto tables. But it’s must try especially for those on a tight budget as prices can go only for 200 pesos or less on most selections.
Karlo — Google review
A small nook offering breakfast meals and pares. This is a good place to people watch and enjoy the beach view without spending too much. I enjoyed their pares specially pairing it with their chili garlic!
Jyn B — Google review
We ordered pares, and porksilog pares come with unlimited rice, and the price is cheaper here. The shake is good; we ordered banana chocolate peanut and avocado peanut. The view is beachfront, so it is relaxing and refreshing. It is cheaper here compared to other restaurants, and the food is served hot and fast. Unfortunately, sisig is not available when we dine.

Red Pirates is a trendy and stylish spot on the island with a unique beach garden cultivated with care. At night, it transforms into a tribal council-like setting lit by torches. It's located near Angol Rd and offers cozy bean bags on the beach for relaxation. The atmosphere is chill, with candlelit spots adding to the ambience. They also offer sunset sailboat rides. The bar serves great cocktails and has reasonable prices, happy hour deals, and friendly staff.

Awesome bar serving great cocktails inside, on the beach or in a nicely created "park" in between. Reasonable prices, great happy hour deals and very friendly staff. You can order food from the neighbouring restaurant or just buy snacks from street vendors.

This place was very close to our hotel so we decided to try it. This small bar is located right on the beach. They have several options of seats: you can seat inside on a bar, choose a nice private table in bushes or chill right on the beach. We enjoyed our evenings there. The prices are reasonable, atmosphere is romantic and relaxing. Also they have live music.
Natalia — Google review
Great place, the shakes are nice, people are chill beyond belief, the night out atmosphere is Great, live performance is lovely and bartender is professional. The chairs in the bar can get a little to uncomfortable, the mosquitos are bit of a pest, the space is a little cramped and the toilet room is typical :) Overall it's great because it's a bar being kept in a time capsule 😊😊😊 And That alone compensates everything.
Sleepy A — Google review
Nice little nook just beside Angol Rd. You can have food from nearby Tree House delivered to your nice comfy bean bags on the beach. Place is cozy, comforting, relaxing and well shaded from the sun. Candle lit spots outdoor on the sand lends much to the ambience and atmosphere. People were not rowdy when we were there. Had a lovely mango shake delivered pretty quickly. The staff don't bother you and that's a plus. They also offer sunset sailboat rides on their very own. Well thought out thematic bar. Music : Live band with didgeridoo on some nights. Wise to bring your own music with portable speakers :)

Nigi-Nigi Nu Noos is a popular spot among expats and visitors in Boracay, known for its lively atmosphere both during the day and at night. The bar offers a mix of classic rock music and live bands, creating a vibrant ambiance for patrons to enjoy. It's not just a place to grab drinks; it also serves as a restaurant where you can savor delicious food while having some beer. The friendly staff adds to the welcoming vibe, often surprising guests with complimentary shots.
I like this place very much. I went there for 4 consecutive days on the island. I like the atmosphere of the store, the good songs and the enthusiastic service staff.
Cherry惠 — Google review
Right on the white-sands beach at Boracay station 2, a restaurant and more traditional oval shaped bar in one, with night-time live music. Frequented by older expats at the bar counter, as well tourists enjoying the food and drink, it's a pretty good setup and seems to be orientated to an Anglo-Saxon vibe. I tried a solo afternoon beer and fish and chips seated at the bar - hard to go wrong with that and I blended in easily with the other guys hanging out. Food was c+ in quality but ok for bar food.
Simon C — Google review
Located in a prime spot, Nigi-Nigi seems to be a popular choice, especially among European visitors. Unfortunately, my breakfast experience left much to be desired, primarily due to the lack of attention to dietary needs and a somewhat unwelcoming attitude from the staff. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find no clear indication of allergy-friendly or vegan options on the menu. When I inquired about vegan choices, the server simply pointed back at the menu I was holding, implying there were none. While I understand that not every restaurant caters to all dietary restrictions, a simple "I'm sorry, we don't have any vegan options available" would have been perfectly acceptable. Instead, the non-verbal response felt dismissive. Even when we asked if any modifications could be made to the existing menu for an additional charge, the server simply handed the menu back without offering any suggestions or alternatives. This lack of helpfulness was quite disappointing. It also seemed that other patrons were experiencing service issues. I overheard another table asking about their missing orange juice, which they had ordered with their meal that had already arrived. The staff's reaction appeared visibly unhappy as they prepared the drinks, and there was no apology offered for the delay. Overall, while the location of Nigi-Nigi is undoubtedly appealing, the service I encountered was far from satisfactory. A little more attentiveness, clearer communication regarding dietary options, and a more positive and apologetic attitude from the staff would significantly improve the dining experience. It's a shame, as the location holds promise, but the way customers are treated needs considerable improvement.
Birte R — Google review
We had our lunch here to try their seafood and wanted to not get ripped off. You have the choice to choose the amount of seafood you want to make sure that you know what you are paying for. You can also have the choice on how it is cooked. We enjoyed dining in because of the ambience and it was not too crowded. The price we had was reasonable and we were able to enjoy our meal. We had lobster, clams and squid. The lobster and squid were cooked the way we wanted but the clams were lacking in flavour. All in all, we enjoyed our experience and glad that we didn't get ripped off.
Hillary C — Google review
Good food. Good atmosphere. Good service. Nice place to relax and have a few beers. I really enjoyed their onion rings. Reasonable prices as well. Good live band at night.

We inquired about their "paluto" for seafood and they did not disclose the prices when we asked them. They just said "150 pesos per paluto" and THAT'S IT!!! After they asked us to have a seat, we were shocked that the bill was over than what we expected based from their information and they are forcing us that they showed the final amount before we took our seat but then THEY DID NOT. LOL!!! Besides, the shrimp was overcooked and the lapu-lapu was easily torn apart!! it was not cooked well. They will do everything to mislead pass byers.

This place is like a bar and resto, you can enjoy your food with beer, you can drink in the bar and they have an amazing live band that can rock and roll. The people I talked to in this place are all friendly and over all has a good vibe. I was able to talk to the band members and they were so down to earth. I love their pizza seafood and all meat flavor are my favorite and I get those 2 for the price of 1 which is 650 pesos only. The waiter also got us 2 rounds of free shots talk about hospitality. I really enjoyed the company of customers, the friendliness of the staffs, the pizza and beer, and lastly good music of classic Rock n Roll!

The experience of syphon coffee brewing was worth it, not sure about the coffee bean they're using but it's not my cup of coffee, low acidity, very woody and earthy textures. They brew it in front of you so that would be a great experience and you get your money's worth. Ordered breakfast platter as well. It is a big serving, good for those heavy breakfast eater, I almost finished mine but I was super bloated after. Although it was a big serving the taste of the food is not what you will remember, it is average. Their service is meh. Feels like eating at a fast food. I recommend it for people who would like a good drinkable cup of coffee. If you also like yo experience syphon brewing this a good place for you. But if you want to eat good breakfast, maybe you should take your money somewhere else.

Coco cafe is just ok. The coffees are too sweet and the red velvet we ordered is just ok. Nothing special. The staff are friendly and nice though. Normally I would give this place 2 stars, because the last time I was here in 2019 and now in 2023 there are big differences. The furniture has seen better times and fells a little bit shabby. The prices are ok for a bar on boracay. Sometimes the Ladyboys are annoying, because some of them will approach you. When we were there in the evening there were always around 4-7 ladyboys hanging around. The funniest thing and thats why I gave 4 stars....you saw a lot of foreigners trying to approach the Ladyboys, in the first moment not knowing that they are no real girls. That was the best entertainment on boracay while drinking, before going to the exit bar. Would recommend!

Chris A — Google review
Might be the worst ‘resort’ in Boracay. Booked an ATV tour to leave at 11am and return at 2pm. We spent an hour sitting on the beach waiting to leave. And then spent 1.5 hours more sitting around at their ‘resort’ waiting to return. No communication. Completely disorganised and incompetent. We got back at 4.30pm and half the time had been spent waiting for them. Despite having their own boat and their own jeepney (ie no need for public transport or paying drivers), they insisted on making unrelated groups of tourists with different programs and timetables wait hours for each other in order to travel in overloaded vehicles and boats instead of running the transfers with any greater or more convenient regularity. All the trips were only 10 mins, so it wouldn’t have been difficult or expensive to be more regular given they have their own vehicles and boats. Appalling customer service. But the bit that gets me is the disrespect. Ok, I’m on holiday. But you don’t get to disrespect the value of my time. Maybe I have other plans, but they didn’t give two hoots, or even ask if it was ok to wait. Avoid at all costs unless you love sitting around in the sun waiting for rude people to acknowledge Iyou

When the clubs and night spots begin to wind down at Station 2 & 3 - this is probably where the party is headed. Popular among the locals.

If you're seeking an adrenaline rush in Boracay, look no further than Will's Cliff Diving and Zipline. This exhilarating experience allows you to scale the island's towering cliffs before taking a daring leap into the inviting turquoise waters below. It's a must-try for thrill-seekers and those looking to embrace adventure amidst stunning natural beauty. Whether you're an experienced jumper or trying it for the first time, this activity promises unforgettable moments that will leave your heart racing and your spirit soaring!
Had a lot of fun here. The zipline was fantastic although short. There is not a bunch of ziplines, just one and back. The slide and jumping platform were fun. For the cost I would do it again. What they don’t tell you on the beach… the ride is the back of a small truck, or transport is long. It’s a 30 minute ride there… then you wait up to 40 minutes before getting your ride back to the boat. Once we got to the boat were were informed the boat driver was going to eat lunch first. Very much the customer experience in the Philippines. It is what it is. Roll with it, or be mad all the time lol
