L’Umbracle Terrassa is a stunning landscaped walkway adorned with Valencia's native plant life and captivating sculptures by renowned artists. This expansive open-access garden spans over 17,000 m2, offering a delightful Mediterranean flora and contemporary art pieces. At night during the summer, Terraza Mya provides an enchanting setting for enjoying drinks under the moonlight.
One of the best clubs I have visited. Cheap entry available before 12:30 pm, amazing lights and venue. Loved the other music rooms, DJ in the main area was ok as well. Music wasn't too loud. Only issue was the high price of cocktails and beer, but not unusual for nightclubs like these.
Ilona — Google review
They kicked me out for reasons I don’t know. They told me I couldn’t come back. The club is nice, small, with questionable music, but the staff makes the rules as they see fit. They threw me out and now I’m not allowed in anymore.
Fabio R — Google review
Best club experience ive ever had, i would definitely recommend going there and getting a table. They played our song request and put our flag up, which i didnt expect they would do, amazing service and the securities were really nice
Seb — Google review
Absolutely horrible. I’m 28 and all the people were 20 yo. But that’s fine but the Dj played radio with no volume . Even at the normal bar music is louder. The bartender was extremely slow and rude . I was waiting for 30 minutes to To order and only they don’t serve martinis. They only were able to serve sex on The beach or mojito was was pretty much a Juice . Also, she was going to send me to another line since I was ordering for Martini and apparently they don’t make those. I changed my mind to Bacardi and juice and “ bartender” with absolutely no experience told that it’s not a cocktail. Meantime it cost me $30 to get it . Absolute horrible experience. Don’t go!
Yana A — Google review
Guest list and free entry before 1a.m. is a scam. The line is huge and although we got there at around midnight, curiously, it almost didn't move and everyone had to pay since it was past 2a.m. when we got to the entry. It feels like they just make you wait so that once you are in the front you have to pay since its past 1a.m.. Be ready to pay full price if you really want to go. The place is beautiful and the drinks are good, is this trick really necessary?
Joana N — Google review
The atmosphere was amazing. Great layout. Make sure you go upstairs, and do not stay in Mya. Music was okay - got better near the end of the night. Entry was €26 online. Drinks were reasonable, but not great (€13).
Emily — Google review
waited 1.5 hrs in the line, paid €25, waited another half an hour for drinks (included in entry fee). music was good but it was sooo busy! downstairs is much nicer, there’s 2 rooms - 1 is super techno vibes & the other is afro beats. there was actually space to dance
Kavya T — Google review
We were genuinely looking forward to visiting this club after seeing so many positive clips about it on TikTok. We had free entry tickets through Erasmus and arrived approximately 30 minutes before 1:00 a.m. While we could have come earlier, the queue barely moved, it was obvious they were deliberately holding it up so that, by the time you reached the entrance, you would be charged. We reached the ticket scanning point at 1:02 a.m., only to be told we had to pay €21. We decided to leave. We might have considered paying if the staff’s attitude had been better, but the whole situation felt like a calculated tactic to force payments. Meanwhile, the line for guests without Erasmus tickets moved much faster, and they ended up ahead of us at the scanners. In my opinion, this is a poor business practice that drives customers away rather than attracting them. We weren’t the only ones disappointed, many people around us had the same experience and left. Overall, it felt unprofessional and dishonest.

Disco club
Mya Club is a trendy and futuristic dance club located in Valencia, right next to the popular City of Arts and Science. It caters to local young people, Erasmus students, and international tourists. The club can accommodate over 2500 guests across three distinct rooms featuring various music genres such as EDM, pachanga, hip-hop, Latin, techno/DnB/house, and commercial.
Really fun for everyone, the staff at the bar wasn’t overly friendly but they were probably rushing. Definitely worth visiting!
Anna _ — Google review
Entrance is 26€ (inc. 1 drink) which is so expensive. If you are going at the weekday it’s not worth of your money. Also 33cl Heineken beer is 7euros. One of the most expensive club I have ever been. Not recommended!
Emre A — Google review
i read the other reviews in advance but had none of the issues with waiting in line or getting in, i do have to say we were with 3 pretty girls. their was no line and even though we entered after midnight we still got a free drink. if you do pay its very expensive tho. it is true that the music was pretty bad, it just felt kinda cringe to sing along, but there was still a good atmosphere which made up for it. overall it wasnt perfect but i did have a really fun night, much better people than at marina.
Juli — Google review
First you have to get past the unfriendly security guards who are pushing people around, then pay 26 euros to get into a nightclub where two of the three dance floors were closed, and if you're thirsty you have to pay 7 euros for a pint. The atmosphere there is bipolar; one moment everyone is dancing quietly, and the next thing you know, two men are shouting at you because you accidentally bumped into them. I believe this place has a lot of potential, but they need to change things about their atmosphere and their prices.
Brent V — Google review
Great experience this club. Great atmosphere and ambiance. The club Mya below had better music.
Amit J — Google review
Sorry but what is with this clubs?? We wanted to go in with friends but they did not let us in because one friend was wearing shorts and I wasn't wearing long sleeves. I don't know are a we in church or something. It would probably be fun inside but can't say because the security was so rude. Honestly find something better guys.
David C — Google review
The dj was really good and I loved that there were multiple club rooms in one place. We had access to the club above, umbracle or something like that, but mya was so much better!! Def would go again. Sad that it's not open on everyday of the week.
Selena G — Google review
Not the fault of the venue, but the taxi's are a nightmare. Very poor organisation. Good music, stunning venue, expensive but it's an experience.

Marina Beach Club in Valencia offers a unique blend of entertainment and dining with stunning views of the Mediterranean. Situated between the beautiful Las Arenas beach and Valencia's Marina, it surprises visitors with its spectacular vistas. The complex includes the Marina Restaurant and Portet Restaurant, offering a wide range of leisure activities. Whether you're there for a techno party or to enjoy the swimming pool during daylight, this club provides a lovely ambiance, good service, and an array of food options.
this was my first experience at a beach club, and officially one of my favourite places on earth. the view is amazing, and the club is lovely with such a nice pool and seating. the beach beds are great, i love the straw umbrella and that it comes with a cocktail! big cocktail glasses, too. you get your money’s worth. their chips are also so yummy, highly recommend ordering those to share after having at least 1 drink and when you are feeling the alcohol. it’s perfectly sobering.
Rakel — Google review
I was pleasantly surprised that it was cleaner and fresher than I expected. Pool was nice. Service was good minus one rude guy. $30 bar tab was included in my entry and I had 4 drinks and didn’t even use it all. The views from the pool towards the beach are lovely. I’d go back. I’d recommend getting there before 1pm.
Cyndi G — Google review
We reserved a sunbed for two people at the Beach Club (130 €). The pool and the club itself are beautiful, and the music was really good, although very loud. Unfortunately, the service was neither attentive nor professional. Our lunch arrived after about 20 minutes, which was fine, but the drinks only came when we were almost finished eating. The food itself was tasty, but we were only allowed to eat on the sunbed and not at a table, even though the terrace by the beach was completely empty. The empty plates then stayed with us for about three hours, along with the small table. In summary: a nice Beach Club with a great atmosphere, but the service does not match the price level.
Jonas F — Google review
Sunbeds were too expensive for what it was. We reserved ahead what we thought was two loungers and an umbrella but when we got there we had to share the umbrella with someone else so we didn’t have much shade and that was why we booked in the first place. It was also very far from the water at the beach. Additionally, we were told we had two servers when we got there that would come by and they would get us another table since the table was already in use by the other person under the umbrella. We were there for 2 hours and no one came by. I finally flagged someone down when they were getting orders for the person next to us. We ordered and the people next to us got their food and ate their food and our drinks never came. Finally went to see what was going on and then they finally brought our drinks. Also, we never got the table. For the price we paid, this is not the service expected.
Madeline M — Google review
The club was okay overall — music and setting were decent — but my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of the security staff. One of the guards grabbed me roughly by the arm, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The atmosphere felt tense and grim after that, and I decided to leave early. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for those looking for a safe and relaxed night out. The security team clearly needs proper training on how to handle situations with respect and care.
ReviewsCanadian — Google review
Sooooo worth it! The price is pretty affordable for being there all day. You get served by staff whenever you need something, and their food was delicious. A great spot if you’re looking to go to the Beach in Valencia!
Emily C — Google review
they told us to buy a drink at the bar and than we could choose a place to sit at the pool. but after we bought two cocktails and went to a sunbed they said we could only sit on a couch in the shade even though there was enough space in the sun.
Mara T — Google review
Nice place for a calm relaxing day. Food was good. Came here 2 with friends. Beds were comfortable. But it looks like this place is getting more expensive every year.

Incredible flamenco show. Buy tickets in advanced and show up early for closer seats. Nice ambiance and really good service when you enter the bar. Prices are good for drinks and out seems they do swing dancing on Wednesdays. I can see this being my favorite bar if I lived here.

Good, old timey bar with a mini stage in the back. Service a bit slow, but you won’t mind that with the good sound system that they have. Really enjoyed it, especially the local reggae events.

Amazing authentic local atmosphere. Servers were nice and drinks are good and affordable. Good authentic Spanish fiesta!!!
Marko R — Google review
The atmosphere was amazing, vibrant, friendly, and full of energy. The music was on point and the crowd was super chill. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly comfortable, whether you’re dancing or just enjoying a drink. Definitely a must-visit spot if you want to experience the real nightlife vibe of Valencia!
Messaoudi R — Google review
Amazing retro music. They have both a bar section to set down & a bar with a dance floor. Great vibes and music. And the location is perfect, it's 2 minutes walking distance from the central market of Valencia. I highly recommend it if you're into retro music.

Really nice bar We had some fun the other night So bad the dart game didn't work because we can here at firth to play with it Otherwise the ambiance and atmosphere were cool,we had an amazing night dancing

Best place for nightlife we found in Valencia, great vibes, lovely people. Funky night was awesome!
Eszter V — Google review
Spacious. Good views of the stage from all corners of the room. Great choice of drinks and good prices and service. Visited on a weekday and it still had a good crowd. Got busier around 10.30pm. There was a jazz night which involved excellent brass solos by various people in a band and a blonde jazz artist who sang beautifully. There was a reggae gig night after, but we left by that point. Definitely recommend as someone who visits London based jazz nights.

Cute artsy place to stop by for a drink, based on the reviews I suspect your experience may vary by time of day. We were there early evening so it was easy to get a table. The inside is very artsy/modern and I believe the artwork is for sale. I had a couple glasses of wine and my friend had beer, so I can't attest to any of the food or other drinks. Decent pricing and the staff were attentive.
Vearthy85 — Google review
Agua de Valencia! Great place, cozy! No menu so you have to rely on reviews to order. We paid 10 euro for 0.5 liter of Agua de Valencia, we 😍 loved it! 4 euro for tinto de verano! Also great
Nadezhda P — Google review
Really good service and great vibe. Drank sangria outside later on in the evening and ended up getting to know the people sat next to us, playing cards with them. Great place. Would return! Sangria jug €10 which was more than enough to share between two.
Bekah W — Google review
We visited Valencia from the UK and visited this place twice. Once when it was raining but we had to return the next day to sit outside in the beautiful courtyard with the locals. The drinks are very reasonably priced and the staff are excellent. We of course tried and loved the Agua de Valencia! Must visit to sit outside with the sound of the fountain and people having a wonderful evening.

After only 5 mins here you’ll realise you’re in one of the most vibrant bars in Valencia. We came on a Saturday night and it was packed - chaotic even - but the vibe was awesome. Everyone spilled on the street, dancing, talking, enjoying music :)
Andrew D — Google review
One of the most popular places in Valencia. They have really good drinks. I loved the sangria over there. And their craft beer is amazing. You should definitely taste it. We went there for Saturday evening and could not get inside as it was so packed. Luckily found a table outside. Next time for sure go there early and try to find a table inside.

I don't mind the price even if it is more expensive than most places you are playing for the quick service and massive selection of music great to go with groups

the club was nice overall but my friend got assaulted which i told the security guard on the box floor (he had blonde hair and was very skinny for info). he didn’t care at all and wasn’t even ready to help, he just wanted us to leave him alone !

The staff is extremely rude and untrained. Only one person in the entire business could make a martini. What a joke with a cover. Music was lame and the place is full of college kids.

only one star because they refused to let me in because they’re homophobe, i really hope they can change the people judging people based on how they are dressed, btw i study fashion and they don’t understand anything

Most of the guards are mad confused. They can’t tell anybody’s age to save their own lives. Some guards are goofy and funny af though if you become friends with them. Anyway, this club mainly has younger crowd (locals) and music played is mostly reggaeton. There is no significant difference from the dance floor vs VIP in my opinion. Overall a great hop in hop out club.

Hawaika is a unique tiki bar located in Valencia, offering a captivating tropical paradise experience. The fusion of Hawaiian-inspired decor and enticing cocktails creates a laid-back atmosphere, providing an escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The bar features bamboo furniture, aquariums, and fountains to enhance its exotic ambiance. Guests can relax in this tranquil oasis while enjoying music that evokes the spirit of Hawaii.
Bar with custom made glasses in awesome form, theme music, dry-ice cocktails and generally a great experience for 2 to 4 people groups. I'd like to say the cocktails were waaay to sweet/sugar for me, but the experience is what counts here. The milkshakes were great. No food here, just popcorn and some nuts. You better check the menu beforehand as there are a gazillion varieties.
Marin K — Google review
One of a kind Tiki bar. They are very friendly, and I really liked the system where you just sit and chill, and have a button to call them and ask for a drink whenever you want it. Cocktails are super cool and tasty, and prices are great. One of my favourite places in Valencia!

Exquisite Cocktails, Enchanting Atmosphere, and Unique Glassware This cocktail bar surpassed my expectations with its enchanting atmosphere and captivating aesthetic. The standout feature, however, was the exceptional selection of cocktails served in the most unique and charming mugs. The flavors were exquisite, offering a delightful variety of tastes and combinations. The overall experience was truly unforgettable, making it a must-visit destination for cocktail enthusiasts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hawaika! We went on a Tuesday night at 9pm. The service was excellent and the drinks were inventive. They have a lot of unique drinks with fun presentation. Most of the drinks are somewhat to very sweet (not a lot of spice) and we loved what we had. We also liked the layout - there are lots of individual spaces for 2 to 6 people
Dawn S — Google review
Good cocktails and products, beautiful locations. I put 4 stars because they don't allow to pay separately and when you are in a big group is a big problem.
Gianluca F — Google review
On holiday in Valencia, best cocktailbar om the planet? Really fun. Dont be fooled by entrance, all the people are in the back.
P P — Google review
ADVANTAGES: - Interesting interior and vibe. - Privacy feeling because of the way tables are separated. - Presentation of cocktails is amazing and leaves impression. - Great variety of cocktails. - Nice welcoming with Hawaiian necklaces. DISADVANTAGES: - Quality of alcohol is terrible. I don't know what they are pouring in those cocktails but it's the first time in a long time we all had headache next morning after just one cocktail. That speaks volumes. That actually ruined the entire experience. Owners should to concentrate not in quantity but in quality. - You can't separate your bill. If you hang out with friends that can be an issue. Personally we were not warned about it. As well receipt they give you on the table includes items but not prices which is weird. - Stich next to the enterance might be Hawaiian themed but I'm more than sure that bar owner is violating Disney copyrights and for me as Disney fan that doesn't sit right. In a mind that company uses image in several places with intension to be a franchise. - Camera guy following dancer with camera during each dance looks creepy and makes you feel uncomfortable. I understand that you might need photos or videos but there are other better ways to do this. VERDICT: I don't see myself coming back any time soon unless plan would be to drink virgin cocktails. Bad alcohol ruins all the experience.

One of the coolest bars in Valencia, it's a bit to walk from the center but definitely worth it. The drinks are not expensive, considering how amazing they taste and how fancy they are. The interior of the bar is really nicely decorated, everything according to the theme. Amazing place for a date. It's possible to also get some of the drinks without alcohol, which is really nice. Definitely recommend.

Disco club
Play Club is a laid-back nightclub situated in the fashionable Ruzafa neighborhood of Valencia. It offers an unpretentious atmosphere and plays techno and electronic music, making it a great choice for partygoers. The club hosts themed parties, live karaoke events, and Friday night concerts with an eclectic mix of electronic, pop, and R&B tunes.
Came first time to explore a new place. Dj Carlos and program manager of the club was very welcoming to us. The club has two floors with really good club vibe environment and offering both non mainstream and a bit more mainstream music with high quality professional djs. We ordered a glass of vodka and gin at the fair price of clubs. The bartenders were very kind with the amount of alcohol they put, one drink felt like two. Felt like a low key hidden gem of the city with a real club vibe. Recommend you to go if you want to feel the real spanish party experience.

Worst disco in Valencia: -Strict and very annoying staff -Bad quality cocktails -Very poor quality of the music and horrible sound The smoking area does not exist and they pressure you to be quiet and smoke fast. Ah and it is also expensive
Marco F — Google review
Cool venue. Nice relaxing vibe. Good band playing funk on the night I visited. Was 5 euro entry with a beer. Quiet an arty/student vibe. Very casual dress code. Lots of attractive young women, if your in the market.

Fun place, got a good deal on drinks+entry. Definitely check online before paying for entry at the door, could be cheaper. Music is good, bathrooms were very clean and nice which was a pleasant surprise. There were a couple of creepy dudes though, the type that look like they want to skin you and wear you, so be aware of that 🤷‍♂️
Shreya M — Google review
Horrible experience had. Entry was 12€ with an included alcoholic drink. In my opinion this was not worth the price, the place shouldn't warrant more than 10€ for entry. The DJ didn't seem to bother or didn't know how to mix two songs together for a transition. There where multiple cuts of the music because the DJ apparently couldn't keep down the noise level (this happened around 5 times during the night). Long story short I would've much preferred to have a Spotify playlist instead of DJ Obtuso. They sound system has nothing to envy either it sounded flat like my mobile phone's speaker. It's a place for older people, I'd say most of them where 27+ years old, thought this would mean a little more respect for our group of younger women, but men were disgusting and touchy. We had multiple situations where a friend had a bad time and we had to get out. Oh and by the way if you want to get out for some fresh air you have to pay an extra 2€ (?!? I have never seen this business tactic before, it's very scummy) you could not pay but you'd have to pay 12€ again to get back in. Similarly pervy where the bouncers. They weren't sure if it was a 18+ night or a 21+ one so they "made an exception" for us. We should have taken this as an early warning of the night to come, but we didn't really know the area and we wanted to have some fun. Silly of us... Anyway, I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Mauro B — Google review
We were here on a Friday night, 2:30 am and the club is looking completely empty. Soundsystem works partially, only the right side of the club has terrible audio with virtually no bass. The one nice thing is that you get a free beverage with your entrance ticket. Avoid this place and go to a different club,
Niels R — Google review
If you are looking for a good night out in Valencia just KEEP WALKING!! The MUSIC is NOT what they say, mainly Mainstream Pop in the first floor and EDM and comercial electronic beats upstairs. The ENTRANCE is €15/18 but the EXIT its 2€ more just for smoking or taking a break. The WORST is the rudeness, aggression and abuse of power of the bouncers.
Elizabeth P — Google review
Quick service at the bar, quick entry, 12 euro on a Saturday night. Music downstairs was 90s and 2000s alt rock, upstairs was reggaeton. Gets really hot upstairs.

Disco club
If you're on the hunt for an unforgettable night out in Valencia, look no further than Deseo 54. This vibrant gay nightclub has been a staple of the local nightlife scene since 2003, offering an electrifying atmosphere right in the heart of the city. With its prime location easily accessible by foot or public transport, it’s a must-visit spot for both locals and tourists alike.
Very friendly and available for every inconvenience, I lost my AirPods and they were so kind to find it for me. O encourage you to go and have FUN !!!!
Mark C — Google review
This was my first experience at Deseo54. Initially, I had a good time, but this changed after the following experience. My friend went through a very disturbing situation in the bathrooms which was caused by two men in the bathroom. We tried to inform the staff, but instead of offering help, they were unhelpful and making fun of us. We ended up calling the authorities, and to make matters worse, they were incredibly rude and dismissive towards my friend. I expected this place to be a very friendly and respectful environment where the staff is oriented at helping people out, but this was certainly not the point. Very, very disappointing.
Hannah W — Google review
I used to enjoy coming to this club with my friends, but after what happened on our last visit, I would strongly warn others to be careful. A close friend of mine had a very distressing experience in the bathrooms, where he was taken advantage of by two strangers in a locked cubicle. He was completely caught off guard and left the club in tears. When we approached the staff and security for help, they dismissed his experience and even made inappropriate comments about what happened. This place is known for having a certain kind of activity in the toilets, which we weren’t aware of at the time. If you plan to go, please be extra cautious—especially in the bathroom areas. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who prioritizes safety and respectful management.
Ayla U — Google review
My friends and I went to Deseo a few times in October and November, when we were in Valencia for Erasmus. The last time we went one of my friends was assaulted in the male toilets by two strangers. Our group left the club and told security what had happened. They said there was nothing they could do to help, dismissed how serious the assault was and said he should just “try to forget about it”. They also tried to get us to come back into the club, where the assaulters were still circulating, by offering my friend a free drink, even though he was visibly very upset. Nightclubs can be dangerous places and it is deeply concerning that the people who are supposed to keep us safe would treat a customer like that, especially a young student who has been preyed on by two older men. Before we had loved the club, but after this experience we no longer felt safe there.
Liv M — Google review
Visited this club multiple times and initially had good experiences, but on our last visit, something unacceptable happened. A friend had a very distressing incident in the bathrooms due to the behavior of others. We tried to report it to staff but did not receive the support we expected, so we had to call the authorities. They were extremely dismissive and rude towards my friend. This club is not safe at all.
Tilly N — Google review
Quite a fun club. Went on a Friday. It was fairly mixed.
Ludo — Google review
I used to like this club, but after a terrible experience, I can no longer recommend it. The toilets are unsafe, and staff/security showed no concern when a serious incident occurred. Be very cautious, especially in certain areas of the club (e.g. toilet cubicles), and don’t expect support if something goes wrong. We had to involve the authorities ourselves. Not a safe place.
Ailsa H — Google review
Average music on the main room, nothing that you don't hear anywhere else. The DJ was on his phone all the time, and he couldn't care less of giving a good performance. Upstairs, the music and DJ were better, however the sound was so loud it was unbearable to stay there for a long time. Drag show was nothing spectacular. It's a shame that such venue with amazing layout and conditions can't provide with a better show and music, looks like they just got very confortable on presenting an average night.

Got to the club fairly early, no queue and the security weren’t going to let me and my mate in at first and said we needed a ticket. He then had a change of heart and we went in. Once in, it was brilliant, fantastic sound system and amazing music. Cool people, made loads of friends.

Great club with a friendly atmosphere and decent staff. don't show up drunk, in shorts or sandals etc and you'll get in - door policy is still a thing. Deep house downstairs, you can still have a conversation (would be nice with bigger bass bins!).

nice club but the “girl” that runs the door is the most miserable, impolite, self-centered person who will insult you for asking questions. everyone else on staff is fine, but if she’s there - good luck. such a shame. would not recommend.

Nice location ruined by depressed and unfriendly staff. Music was boring. They charge you 3 euros to go in the outdoor area, scammers!

A club with a lot of potential, but the weirdest experience. The sound guy left his position to start a random fight in the crowd, thereby scaring the crowd away. My best friend entered an open toilet, only to suffer the mishappening of finding a male threesome, narrowly escaping the unfortunate calamity of becoming involuntarily involved. Kudo's to the cleaning lady/bodyguard for the solving though.

La Fabrica de Hielo is a unique cultural space located in the emerging Cabanyal neighborhood of Valencia, just a short distance from Cabanal Beach. It is housed in a former ice factory and features an industrial-chic decor. The venue hosts a diverse range of events including live music, dance performances, theater shows, and art exhibitions. Visitors can relax on mismatched sofas while enjoying a glass of wine or Aperol spritz and sampling food from the onsite food trucks.
Really cool place to go for drinks, burgers, and tapas near the beach. It’s super funky inside, with lots of industrial decor. We visited twice last week and preferred early evening when it was a little quieter, and it’s perfect for pre dinner drinks. But if you want live music and nightlife go later. Local beer and local wine, good burgers, and a very laidback, cool vibe. Plenty of seating though suspect it gets packed later! It’s different than any other drinks place in the city and I’d definitely recommend. Dog and kid friendly.

Can get busy but is nice and have fair priced drinks and food. About 9 euros per dish and 3 to 5 euros per drinks. Good vibes. Would recommend.

Visited La Fabrica tonight as a solo traveler to catch the live band tonight. The venue has great vibes and was packed. Get there early to get a seat. Drinks were good and not overpriced. The musicians and their friends were friendly and welcoming. It was a great way to end my first day in Valencia.
The T — Google review
During my month in Valencia, it became clear that there's always something to do, including a free jazz show at one of the coolest bars I've ever stepped foot in! Right near the beach and you'll find yourself swept away by the industrial, yet cozy feel of La Fabrica, tapping your foot to the live music while grabbing an ice cold pint. Go for the Turia, a local and spectacular beer. Complete with food, so you don't need to worry about searching for somewhere else to go. Arrive early to grab a seat if there's a band on. Side note: the band was awesome!

Amazing place to hangout and drink some beer. Not like a regular bar, but a place where you can enjoy a company of friends, beer, food, live music and just chill around in a nice environment. The vibes are brilliant! ✨
Tamar B — Google review
Lovely location with cool decor and a sweet vibe, with multiple venues for concerts, comedy, etc. Love the multiple bars in rooms. BUT, drinks are overpriced, food service is anything but inviting, and the quality of the food (although edible) is not impressive. The kitchen DID however follow directions on accommodations, which is a big +! We will return when the event calls for it, but I would not seek this place out as a place to land for the evening based on the lack of attentive service.

La Marina de València has become an iconic site in the city, featuring trendy restaurants and bars by the sea, offering activities throughout the day. It's a highly recommended place for year-round strolls, with festivals and concerts adding to its vibrant atmosphere. The area boasts a beautiful and expansive promenade with a skating rink for all ages, children's play areas, sailing excursions, and even spaces where people gather to dance to their own music.
Our journey from Antalya to Valencia turned into a true sailing adventure. We took our time, making stops along the way to enjoy the Mediterranean ports. We visited the Greek islands, cruised along the Italian coast, spent some time in the Balearics, and only then set course for Valencia. In total, the voyage took us about three weeks, but every stop was absolutely worth it. When we finally arrived at La Marina de Valencia, we were immediately impressed by its scale. The marina is spacious, well-organized, and provides great protection from waves and strong winds. The staff was efficient—they met us at the entrance, helped with mooring, and provided all the necessary information. For a long-term stay, this marina is incredibly convenient. It offers electricity, water, 24/7 security, showers, laundry, a service area for maintenance, as well as shops, restaurants, and even sports facilities. The city center is just a short ride away, and the nearby beaches are within walking distance. We stayed here for two weeks, taking care of the boat, relaxing, and exploring the city. Valencia is vibrant and full of character, with a charming old town, modern districts, and amazing local cuisine. There were also plenty of activities right in the marina—windsurfing, seaside walks, and even regattas in the bay. The weather was mostly pleasant, though we did experience a couple of windy days, which made us appreciate the marina’s excellent shelter. Mooring remained comfortable even in rougher conditions. Overall, La Marina de Valencia left us with the best impressions. It’s a fantastic spot for a long stay after a major crossing, with top-notch facilities and a perfect location. If we sail through the Mediterranean again, Valencia will definitely be on our list of stops!
Yachting — Google review
The marina is beautiful, located at the end of a canal with plenty of space for easy maneuvering and docking at the central pier. Docking assistance is prompt, professional, and very helpful—truly excellent service. The pier also features a welcoming area for crews to relax. Nearby, there's a lovely promenade that leads to a beachside avenue full of lively bars and restaurants—perfect for a pleasant stroll. While a taxi is needed to reach the city center, they are readily available and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great value for money. I’ll be happy to return soon!

Nestled in a charming alley near the cathedral, Cafe de las Horas is a must-visit spot in the vibrant El Carmen neighborhood of Valencia. The cafe offers a cozy interior adorned with delightful decor such as cheeky cherubs, elegant chandeliers, and baroque paintings. While they have a small terrace, the real charm lies inside where you can admire the blue ceiling adorned with golden stars and exposed wooden beams.
Cafe de las Horas was recommended to me as the best place in town to come and try the famous Agua de València cocktail. The interiors are decorated in an elegant style, with a few extravagant touches. We preferred to sit outside, because it was very noisy inside, although you could still talk. We were given a table straight away without having to wait, but after a short while of being seated there was a bit of a queue. All the staff members are young, courteous and quick. I recommend this place for a pre-dinner aperitif or an after dinner drink.

I loved the interior design. At first, I sat outside, but after seeing the pictures, I decided to move inside — and I'm glad I did! The staff were helpful and polite. We tried the rum cake and the walnut cake, and had a cortado and a liqueur coffee. It was my first time trying liqueur coffee, and I found it a bit strong. Other than that, the cakes were delicious and the prices were very reasonable. If you're looking for a nice place to relax, I think it's worth a try.

We had a nice time here, its got great decorations and pretty ok Água de Valência. We paid 22euros for a 1litter pitcher, there was also option for takeaway for 20euro. Overall nice stop to refresh and have a chat with your friends while freshening up.

Highly recommend!! At first, you wait outside for about 10 minutes until they assign you a table, then they seat you. We ordered a cheese platter which was 👌🏼 perfect for two people, and of course the Agua de Valencia (12€ for two). Everything was delicious. Inside (where we sat) it was a bit noisy, but that’s only because it was very crowded.
Adda P — Google review
One of the famous places to get the Agua de Valencia drink (please don’t call it cocktail…). I might offend some Valencian locals, but it tastes very similar to a mimosa. A bit better because they use fresh orange juice. They also have some snacks and actual cocktails The interior goes crazy here - impressive. Service could be more attentive. Prepare to wait 10-30min to get seated

Our first time to try a “silent” disco.🪩 You will be provided a pair of headsets which was 3 settings: to change music along with the light. Just leave an identification card and you get to borrow one. You can also get in by registering at the website in advance and there are themes to dress up. It was prom night when we went. Props to the security for allowing me to leave my collector’s item beer bottles that I had with my bag. I was able to take it upon leaving :)

An item of clothing was taken from me on the dance floor (I accept that this was my fault) I wanted to check outside to see if someone had it but the guy on the front desk wouldn’t let me out unless I paid €2 to leave. He didn’t even try to understand - just kept repeating the same thing. I have worked in clubs for many years. I found this very utterly ridiculous.
Adrian C — Google review
I had a very unpleasant experience at this club. I asked for a refund because we were not allowed to use the same services as other customers (headphones), even though we had paid the entrance fee. Instead of offering a fair solution, the manager called security and we were thrown out. Even worse, the manager took my phone from my hand to delete a recording. Aggressive, abusive behavior and a complete lack of respect towards customers. I do not recommend this club to anyone.

This is not a queer club by any means, and not fully queer-friendly either. My visit on the night of June 11: It's a shame that there are still people who don't take it seriously when someone paints a German World War II cross on their arm with neon paint as a "joke". I was very disappointed with the security people and the people at the ticket office, who turned a deaf ear when I tried to point this out to them. High Cube is a popular club in Valencia that opens every day from afternoon until late at night. It offers a diverse range of music, including reggaeton, pop, and house. Situated in an amazing location by the water in the port area, it provides a great vibe for visitors. The outdoor setting adds to its appeal, although it can get quite warm. Despite having a VIP area, the service is decent and they offer shisha as well.

This bar is found in an incredible location in Valencia. It sits in the port on the water as an extension of the marina. It is great with a nice vibe. However, it is fully outdoors and gets very sticky. Service is ok and even though they have a VIP area it is not really a VIP area. They serve decent shisha here!

If a lower review were possible this place has earned it. Bouncers were blatantly disrespectful and discriminating today due to my use of a knee brace and compression stockings that I utilize due to a medical condition. They had no respect or regard for my situation and blatently told me that I was wearing pijamas and needed to put on heels (which of course is not an option for me). I would not recommend this club to anyone as it is not a welcoming environment. As a travel agent I was highly disappointed by the treatment I received and hope that management takes steps to correct their bouncers disrespectful and discriminatory actions towards all clients, especially those whom are disabled or with special needs.

(Translated by Google) Lousy! It took 40 minutes to bring us the food, the portions were small and not funny for the price. The waiter was hostile from the beginning, we asked him to clean the table and he responded rudely. I don't recommend it at all, horrible value for money. In addition, the reheated food was cold in some places. (Original) Malísimo! Se demoraron 4o minutos en traernos la comida, las porciones pequeña sin gracia para el precio. (Translated by Google) Slow service, since one of the two waiters there (with long hair) was arguing the entire time (with the other waiter, with the cook and, later, on the phone). A shame because the location is very good and the craft beers are excellent (€3/third). The terraces are very pleasant and there is always an atmosphere in this bar. (Original) Servicio lento, ya que uno de los dos camareros que había (con melena), estuvo todo el tiempo discutiendo (con el otro camarero, con el cocinero y, después, por teléfono). Jazz club
Located in the heart of Valencia's historic El Carmen neighborhood, Jimmy Glass Jazz Bar has been a beacon for live music enthusiasts and jazz aficionados since its establishment in 1991. This intimate and inviting venue has witnessed countless memorable performances, making it an essential meeting point for local and international musicians. With a warm and authentic atmosphere, the bar offers tapas, cocktails, and live performances by emerging artists as well as established international acts.
Jimmy Glass was definitely what I needed, researched this place before arriving to Valencia and was not disappointed! We truly enjoyed SongAh Chae and trio this past Friday and will return this Friday coming! Thank you so much Chevy for continuing the love of Jazz and for sharing it with us Jazz Lovers! Very good atmosphere here - staff are friendly and the place is intimate. Reservations are by email and definitely worth doing if you want a decent table. Some light food food options which aren't worth mentioning but a cocktail menu that pays homage to some of the great jazz bars of the world.

Very nice small and comfortable jazz Bar with passionate owner serious about jazz. Service was great, environment very friendly, and the Jazz this night was straight ahead and just what we needed. Highly recommend you search them out if you make it to Valencia Spain and you like and love some serious jazz.
Gregory B — Google review
Complete scam and rip-off! I just walked in to grab a beer. The price at the bar was €3, so I bought it and paid by card. Later I noticed they charged me €18. Why? Because there's a €15 entrance fee, which no one told me about. They just silently added it to the card payment like it’s normal. This place is a blatant scam. I don’t care about the jazz or the atmosphere — if the first thing you do is cheat people, the rest doesn’t matter. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ripped off.
Simon N — Google review
One of the worst experiences I have ever had in any bar, anywhere in the world. We went to Jimmy Glass Jazz Bar in Valencia hoping to enjoy some live jazz. At the entrance there was a sign “We are sold out,” but when we entered we saw free seats at the bar and thought it was fine to ask. From the very beginning, the staff acted as if they couldn’t understand what we were saying, even though I speak fluent Spanish. I simply asked for a non-alcoholic mojito (Virgin Mojito), and the waiter looked completely lost, went to ask his colleague, and still came back without understanding. When I repeated — in clear Spanish — that we just wanted an alcohol-free mojito, instead of trying to help, another staff member came over and started lecturing us aggressively, saying we were talking too loudly. I apologized immediately, not once but several times: “I understand, I’m sorry.” Yet he kept going on and on, repeating himself as if he enjoyed humiliating us in front of everyone. Then he said if we wanted to listen to the music, we had to pay 17 euros — which would have been completely fine if it had been explained politely. But instead, everything was done with arrogance, rudeness, and hostility. Even after my apologies, they kept staring at us with contempt until we finally had to leave. I have never encountered such unprofessional, rude, and disgraceful behavior in a bar. The staff was ignorant, aggressive, and completely lacking in basic respect. It ruined what should have been a nice night out. Avoid this place at all costs — there are plenty of wonderful spots in Valencia for jazz and good service. This bar is an embarrassment to the city.
ALI U — Google review
Great place, super ambience, it almost has a nice sleezy cellar like feel to it. The prices are moderate and the covid hygiene measures are high shock is reassuring.. The trio playing tonight we're of a very high standard and delivered what the audience we're hoping for. Although not the largest of bars the audience we're well spaced. The stage is not too large but the musicians seem comfortable and this adds to the intamacy of this venue. When you are in Valencia, if this is your cup of tea, book a table. Not to be missed. If you find this review helpful please like. Thank you.

I had a tough time with my internet not working and then trying to reset my phone causing my SIM card to become locked. What’s worse was my QR code that has been working fine in all places didn’t work here. Despite all the craziness, the server here was very patient. He gave me the wifi password and pin to get my phone working again. I ordered the Agua de Valencia which was supposed to be for 2, but what can you do when you’re traveling solo? It was quite good. Overall, I really like the atmosphere of the place. It’s very laid back and the staff were very helpful. I would come here again!

Rumbo 144 is a popular nightclub among university students, located near the student district of Valencia. It draws a younger crowd and is known for its lively atmosphere. The club offers a bar serving cocktails, video DJs, and VIP spaces. On Wednesday nights, it hosts an Erasmus night that attracts international students who party until dawn. Visitors appreciate the affordable drinks and cool lighting inside the club. While some mention variability in the crowd, many enjoy the good music and efficient service provided by the staff.

Do not go here. The bouncers are extremely cruel. I went out for a smoke after paying in and they wouldn’t allow me back inside. Even with my ticket, they were having fun throwing me from one side of the line to the other for their entertainment, saying my ticket was not for their club even though it had the exact address on it. They were enjoying having me at their mercy because my Spanish wasn’t good enough to argue with them.
Leona M — Google review
The club was fine. The bouncers were the problem. They were unnecessarily aggressive towards my friend and me and, in my opinion, belong in jail. Without reason they threw us out and started pushing en hitting us. I broke my wrist in the process. The club screws you over every chance they get. I would recommend to skip this one.

One of the worst clubs I’ve ever been to. Do not go here, especially if you’re a woman. You have to pay 20 euros in cash to enter and then when you go outside for a cigarette they charge you 5 euros to come back in. Complete scam. I was unaware of this and tried to reenter - when I touched the door, the security grabbed me by the arm and wouldn’t let go. So hard that I actually have bruises this morning. I can’t believe that in this day and age, there are still men that behave like this working on the doors of clubs. He did exactly the same to my friend when he came to explain that it was a misunderstanding. Meanwhile, the staff working on the desk are all laughing and watching (and getting paid to do so). Horrible experience.

Discoteca Spook is a multi-space club located near the Mediterranean sea, offering stunning beach views from its terrace. With over 10,000 square meters of space and a capacity for up to 2,000 people, it's conveniently situated just 10 minutes from Valencia's city center. The club features four distinct and well-equipped spaces designed to ensure the success of any event or gathering.
Dope club with atleast one great event (been on Miss Bashfulls perfomance)! The bouncers were really nice and helpful for us tourists who didn't really get the rules of the club instantly, and made a couple mistakes during the event. Upon entry, even though we had a backstage ticket which was evidently shown, the let's say - cashier told us "sorry, you have to pay 15€ more for backstage access". After showing the ticket to a bouncer he helped us to get the backstage access and a premium drink included in the ticket. Everything went well after this slight problem. The stage is really great and interesting, with a nice backstage platform behind the artists. The sound system rocks as well! Overall recommended, but be precise with your tickets!
Adi — Google review
I had a really nice evening at Spook. The venue is genuinely impressive – big, well-organized, with great sound and lighting, especially on the main stage. The crowd was actually a vibe too – lots of good energy and friendly people all around. That said, Spook is definitely a commercial club. If you’re looking for an intimate, musically curated space, this probably isn’t it. The main stage played mostly commercial hard techno and hard trance – very one-dimensional and not really dynamic. The second floor had better music (more house-oriented), but unfortunately the DJs there weren’t mixing cleanly at all, which kept throwing off the flow (speaking from 02:00 until late). I paid 25 € for entry, which is on the higher side for Valencia. At the door, I was told (as a tourist) that I had to buy a 5 € wristband if I wanted to leave and re-enter the club. But as far as I could tell, people were generally able to go in and out — they just clocked that I was a tourist and tried to sell me something extra. I didn’t buy the wristband because it felt like a scam, and there was no mention of this rule anywhere online. Someone inside the club approached me when they noticed I was alone and said I should be a bit cautious as a tourist — that there are people who might try to pickpocket, scam or even get aggressive. Personally, I didn’t experience anything like that, and most people were really kind, but it’s something to keep in mind. The best part of the night was walking down to the beach afterward – just 5 minutes from the club – and watching the sunrise. That moment was genuinely beautiful and the perfect way to end the night. Summary: If you’re into big clubs with great infrastructure and high energy, Spook can be a solid experience. But if you’re looking for intimate vibes, deep musical journeys and DJ finesse, this probably isn’t the place for you.
Enis L — Google review
Bring earplugs. I don’t know if it was the party I’ve been to or its default setup, but the levels of the music is beyond acceptable, it hurt my ears. Definitely louder doesn’t mean better, focusing on better sound experience with a specialized sound engineer is highly recommended. Young woman at the door was dismissive, bar service ok except for another young woman absolutely not having her day. I believe many people have an amazing experience there and they love to return. Well I hadn’t 🤷🏻‍♂️
Alexandr S — Google review
Amazing venue, went on June 14th, very good DJ’s, and the outside area had me flabbergasted! Didn’t really feel like grungy techno-bunker with crazy dancers and cages, so if you like good techno but a chiller, less grungy atmosphere this is the place to go!

I personally don’t think you should mislead with selling tickets: drink all night. Now we paid a lot more for nothing, because the backstage area… I wouldn’t call that backstage but VIP. For the rest pretty good venue, but sound system just boom boom.

Yesterday was perfect, good vibes, good music. I am not giving 5 stars as it was only cash, at the entrance and at the bar. I never ever carry cash with me these days, but I was lucky that I had some yesterday! But I only got 2 drinks.. if I would be able to pay by card then I would definately have more drinks. It is very rare nowadays to have only cash.

Everything about this place sucks. We got the free entry tickets which was cool, but the music was way too over-hyped. Also, we went out for a smoke, and when we came back to go in, the security guard was being a jerk about it saying we had to pay even though we showed him our tickets again. My jacket was inside that I paid to get checked and I had to go inside to get it, so I told him that and walked past him to go get it. He was very disrespectful and followed me the whole time and tried to get me kicked out for no reason. I feel like these people have nothing better to do. The music wasn’t even that good unfortunately but luckily we only paid for my jacket and one beer. I highly do not recommend this place. ):

Nylon Club offers an alternative underground vibe and plays indie music, making it a great option for those looking to avoid mainstream clubs. The music ranges from indie pop to tropical indietronic, catering to a diverse crowd. With liberal entrance policies, the club is recommended for those tired of commercial music and typical club scenes. While drinks can be pricey, the venue's two floors provide different atmospheres, with the upstairs area being particularly enjoyable.

The Mercat Central de València is a vibrant and historic market housed in a stunning Modernista building adorned with colorful tiles. It is one of the oldest food markets in Europe, offering an authentic glimpse into daily life in Valencia. The market boasts a diverse collection of stalls, each separated by type, where locals shop for regional produce such as live eels, various prawn varieties, and giant hams.
This is a spectacular market situated right in the centre of town offering food, fruits, meats, dried fruits & nuts and lot more especially the various varieties of freshly cooked Paella! The place is very clean, well looked after and well managed.

So much food to discover and eat. Wine, croquettes, empanadas, sandwiches, paellas but also a lot of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. It is a delight to walk around and immersive yourself of what this foodhall has to offer.

The Central Market in Valencia is absolutely incredible. The building itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and a vibrant, bustling atmosphere. Inside, the variety is endless fresh produce, spices, cheeses, baked goods, and so much more. It’s a feast for the senses, with colors, aromas, and flavors everywhere you turn. The vendors are friendly and passionate about their products, and it’s the perfect place to sample local specialties or pick up something unique. Whether you’re shopping, snacking, or just exploring, this market is a must-see in Valencia. Truly one of the highlights of the city.

A food lover's paradise. Everything you could want in a market is here: wine, chocolates, meat, fish, you name it - all fresh and of incredible quality. Try the sea urchin paste (2 EUR per spoon). Delicious.

worried it would be a tourist trap but it is so genuine and refreshing and the products in here are fresh and local. thank you to all those local vendors for being patient with my limited spanish and for allowing us to experience your culture

Valencia's central market is a scrumptious feast for multiple senses. Surrounded by fresh vegetables, fruits, produce and meat you experience colors, sounds and rich flavors. Several stalls tempt you with bread, delicious baked goods and appetizers. The building is architecturally and aestically beautiful with local handmade tile work, ample ventilation, and natural light. Feeling..... You find tourists like us sauntering, discovering and experiencing amidst the locals living and hustling to manage and welcome customers. North America hosts farmer's markets however, very few are at this scale and embedded within a beautiful building.

Nice place to roam and get inspired. But nothing was calling me. I am pure veg so didn't get attracted to most of the stalls. Smell was also really strong that day. But it's nice to know that the building is having it since 100 years going on as a tradition

Mr. Pedro has a very good ham for sale and at a more affordable price than others. There are several types of ham, but the most expensive one is very good and worth trying. The nice thing is that he speaks English, is nice to his customers and can prepare any quantity you want on the spot (even sliced and vacuum-packed). We will come back to him.

Bioparc Valencia is a unique zoo that houses nearly a thousand animals from 150 different African species. The park features specially designed habitats to ensure the well-being and comfort of the animals, offering visitors an immersive experience in various natural habitats. From vast savannas to dense forests, visitors can observe antelopes, giraffes, rhinoceroses, hyenas, buffaloes, leopards, gorillas, and elephants in recreated wild environments.
The best zoo I have every been! I spent a whole day just walking and enjoying animals. The whole park is very good planned, animals are close like lemurs hanging over heads. There is a lot of places to seat and rest and just watch animals playing or making their daily activities. The zoo imitates the natural habitat of animals, there is a lot of caves, waterfalls, animals are not separated in caves or an limited area, so it’s such a great experience to see them together and happy. I highly recommend to buy tickets online to skip the queue. Also there is one restaurant, for menu of day (19 euro) you can have a soup, main dish, dessert and drinks. The restaurant has a beautiful terrace so you can eat watching animals. Definitely I will come back!
Wiola M — Google review
Fantastic experience for everyone who want to enjoy a day (takes more than a couple of hours for a decent tour) with animals. I like that it's not you classic (and sad) Zoo, here animals have a good amount of space and are nourished and looked after. There is great variety and there are multiple places where you can rest and relax. The ticket price is not cheap, but it's something you can expect to keep those animals in the best possible conditions.
Fabrizio D — Google review
Lovely park. Easy to get too we caught a bus. Lots of shelter there on hot days. Lots of vending machines for a cool drink. Plenty of bathrooms. Buggy parking. A few cafes. Easy to get around the park for any level of fitness. The animals all ilooked n great condition. The lemurs like to go for walks so watch out for the tails in the air. Spent a few hours there and really enjoyed the place. I would recommend a visit whilst in Valencia.
Dolores M — Google review
I really enjoyed visiting this zoo! The place is huge and very well kept, with an amazing variety of animals — including some really rare and beautiful species. You can tell the animals are well cared for, and the enclosures are clean and spacious. The only downside is the ticket price — it’s a bit expensive, especially for families. But overall, it’s a great place to spend a few hours, relax, and see lots of incredible animals. Definitely worth visiting!
Артур — Google review
We bought tickets before so we didn't queue long. However our guide had noted that in August most of the locals are away so not sure what waiting times are like otherwise. It is a well thought out zoo. We got to see the majority of the animals. They have tried to consider shade and shelter as you walk around but be warned it can be a very hot affair in spite of this. We had temp of about 26 degrees Celsius and it felt really, really hot. But the good thing is the animals were not trying to hide. The animals talks seem to only be offered in Spanish which was a bummer but they created a space at the front for small children which was great if you actually understood Spanish. It is a non refundable ticket so do keep this in mind when you choose a day and time slot. I actually booked it on the day for that reason. My daughter had food and ice cream from the restaurant on site. It was not the cheapest but when they are hungry they are hungry! I would recommend but do take sun hats and drinks. Visit earlier in the day during hot weather. Take snacks unless you're prepared to spend more on food.
Melinda ( — Google review
Very interesting walk-through zoo. Quite easy to reach by bus. Can easily spend a good three quarters of a day walking through and having fun with family. In order to enter it is recommended that you buy the tickets online before, otherwise you will end up waiting for half an hour to three quarters of an hour. The issue was not the long queue as much as disorganisation by the personnel selling / scanning tickets. They could have done a lot more and faster if they opened one or two more selling stations and organised the queues a bit more (people were skipping queue and it was not nice!). Zoo is recommended for families of all ages but especially for children. If you go do not miss the AR underwater experience. It is a must for circa Euro 5 (each person). Quite original and good. The only downside was the buying of slushy drinks from the park (actaully from all over Valencia!). You had to buy a refillable cup. Whilst I understand this option to reduce plastic waste, the probability is that you cannot keep on going around Valencia with the cup to refill each time and this custom of selling slushy with cup seems to be all over the city. So you either buy a cup each time (which is not environmentally and financially friendly) or opt for another drink. The rest was all positive and very recommended. The souvenir shop was ok but could do with a good upgrade of original products to sell.
Oliver F — Google review
Beautiful park, very clean! Loved when you can walk near the animals. Worth every penny! Recommend 5* You can buy tickets online much cheaper if you are buying in advance like 1 week or more.
Muradi T — Google review
As a scientist, I loved it and would return. Animal enclosures were truly beautiful and resembling the wild, and the animals were sometimes housed together for better quality of life. The best part is that the day was packed with talks and events included in the ticket price.

Cathedral
The Metropolitan Cathedral–Basilica of the Assumption of Our Lady of Valencia is a stunning Gothic-style cathedral that is renowned for housing the Holy Grail. Visitors can also explore the historic Miguelete tower, which offers panoramic views of the city. The cathedral is located in Valencia's city center, making it easily accessible on foot. Nearby attractions include the Plaza de la Reina, the Silk Exchange, and the Modernist Central Market.
Valencia Cathedral – A Place of Power, Peace, and History This is more than just a church — it’s a living piece of history in the heart of the city. Built on the site of a former mosque, the cathedral beautifully blends Gothic, Romanesque, Baroque, and even Moorish elements. Every corner tells a different story. 🔔 Don’t miss the climb to the Miguelete Tower — the panoramic view of Valencia’s old town is absolutely breathtaking. 💎 Inside, you’ll find one of Christianity’s most sacred relics: the Holy Grail, believed by some to be the actual cup used by Jesus during the Last Supper. 🎫 There is an entrance fee, but it’s absolutely worth it — the audio guide, stunning interior, and powerful atmosphere make it unforgettable.
Marianna R — Google review
Beautiful cathedral with stunning architecture and rich history. The interior is impressive, with magnificent artworks and a peaceful atmosphere. The climb to the tower is definitely worth it for the great panoramic views over Valencia. A must-see landmark in the heart of the old town.

Great touristic attraction, well organized by self touring headsets, no need to join groups or guides. Prices are very reasonable and they have offers for families. The facility is accessible for wheelchairs including the museum inside the cathedral.
Faris K — Google review
Both a house of God and a home to some of the finest religious art in the world. I'd recommend getting the audio guide tour, which was both informative and very easy to follow. I am now convinced that the Holy Grail is indeed real, and located in Valencia Cathedral. Definitely take the extra trip up the tower (accessible after you exit) for amazing views over the city.
TeamMorden — Google review
The cathedral is absolutely stunning and steeped in rich history. The family ticket, priced at just 22 Euros, was excellent value—especially as it included an audio guide that made it easy to explore and learn about the cathedral’s fascinating past at our own pace. One minor drawback: during our summer visit, it did get quite stuffy inside, and a few ventilators would have made the experience more comfortable. Still, it was a memorable and worthwhile visit that we’d highly recommend.
Marisa S — Google review
We visited as a family during the week. The family ticket was €20, which included the use of an audio guide — a brilliant way to actually take in the history, not just run through the cathedral snapping a few photos. It was interesting, accessible, and there’s plenty to see and be amazed by. Well worth the visit!
Eva — Google review
Beautiful cathedral with rich architecture and a calming atmosphere—though sometimes disrupted by tourist behavior. The €10 entry includes an excellent audio guide, which helps you understand the cathedral’s history and its role in Valencia. Highlights include the ceremonial altar and the museum with historical artifacts. Plan 1–1.5 hours; last entry at 17:30, closes at 18:15. All in all, it’s a cultural visit—very rewarding if you’re interested in history or religion, but less exciting if you’re not into those themes.
Emma V — Google review
The Valencia Cathedral is absolutely stunning and a must-see when visiting the city. The architecture is breathtaking, blending Gothic, Romanesque, and Baroque styles, and the interior is filled with beautiful details and history. One of the highlights is the chapel that houses what is believed to be the Holy Grail, an incredible piece of history that makes the visit even more memorable. Climbing the Miguelete tower is also a must, offering sweeping views over Valencia that are worth every step. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and awe-inspiring, making it easy to linger and take it all in. A true highlight of Valencia and highly recommended.

Horchateria De Santa Catalina is a long-standing cafe in Valencia, known for its traditional decor and delicious offerings. The cafe has been serving its patrons for over two centuries with sweet gastronomic delights, including the best churros in Valencia. The interior is adorned with classic Valencian style decorations, such as painted wall tiles depicting pastoral scenes. Visitors can indulge in creamy horchata made from crushed tiger nuts and enjoy soft churros dusted with powdered sugar.
This place was recommended by locals to try Horchata, taste was really good and I recommend it. We also ordered ice cream and were positively surprised with the portion in such touristic area. Staff is very friendly and they offer practical service, just have a seat and order. I consider prices are reasonable in such area. Decoration gives very nice vibes.

It's one of the most famous places to try Horchata with Fartons as these items are originally from the Valencia region in Spain. There's a huge place to accommodate many people. Poor mobile network as you enter completely inside of it. The ambiance was great, it was so elegant. We were asked to pay the bill for each order which was a bit strange. We've tried the items below: Horchata liquida - it was so good 😋 Fartons to dip in horchata - personally i didn't feel so special about the combo but they were good Churros - crunchy but not very hot Hot chocolate - tasty, thick in consistency 🤤
Dhruthi N — Google review
I don’t get it why this place have so much good reviews. Let me explain. When I entered to cafeteria nobody said anything. No hi, no show where I can sit, NOTHING. So I just get my table and sit. After few minutes waitress come over. She took order and after few minutes my order was on the table. Reading all those „good” reviews I expected something special, yeah, it was. Chocolate was just ok, rich and creamy. Churros was cold and chewy. Farton was just a bland dough, no taste, no sweetness. Thats a fact. Horchata wasn’t my taste but it’s just my opinion, some people can like it. In the middle of my lunch waitress just brought a check? No questions how good lunch was, how you like that, nothing. Whoooo… Ok, so is this yours customer service? Got it. When I want to make some pics (for review)of food they sell, one of lady shouted on me: NO PHOTOSSS!!! Maybe in response they will explain, why can’t make photos of food? What do you have to hide? It could be a really nice spot for horchata and churros, because inside the cafeteria looks REALLY nice, with THAT mood. I like that. But besides that, nothing is right there. Maybe all those things happened because I’m a tourist and they don’t like tourists. (Spanish people spraying water on tourist in 🇪🇸- you can see that on news) Or maybe they are like they are. I don’t know 🤷 but that was my first and LAST time. Beware of that place, especially if your are TOURIST. NOT RECOMMEND THEM
Adrian W — Google review
Great ice cream with variable tastes, amazing coffee and refreshing drinks. Churros is available in the menu as well. Tables outside at the beautiful Plaça de la Reina.Indoor interior is cosy. Smoking outside tables is allowed. The service is very kind. Recommended!

Orxateria de Santa Catalina is a must visit! The churros were crispy outside and soft inside, perfect with the rich, thick hot chocolate. Basically heaven for any chocolate lover. Personally I’m not a fan of horchata, but my friend loved it very much. The sweet bread sticks with powdered sugar were delicious. Friendly service, fair prices, and a stunning interior makes it well worth the stop! (*Sadly you can’t take photo’s of the interior.)
Zil — Google review
Churros should be eaten with the chocolate dip. Texture of the chocolate dip is thick yet not too sweet. However note that chocolate dip has to be ordered separately. First time trying Hotchata, nothing to compare but it was sweet. Service is terrible, didn’t feel welcoming.

Average churros and beverages. It won’t wow you, neither will it disappoint you. I guess part of the fun is its nostalgic setting, If you factor that novelty, maybe a 4 star at best.

Located near Playa de la Malvarrosa, the restaurant offers a privileged dining experience by the sea.
So far the best food to have in Spain, not only the paella but other seafood options like oysters, small clams and fried calamari. Sweets is from another world (orange and pumpkin cake) atmosphere, service and food are all excellent and exceeded my expectations

The food: Calamari, Valencia salad and the lobster paella were delicious. It’s a very busy restaurant so waiters are not particularly patient or thorough. It’s definitely the best paella I ever had though

A truly lovely local experience! This was the best Paella 🥘 I’ve ever had, cooked traditionally over a bonfire. The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, and the service was professional and welcoming. We started with a fresh salad and crispy calamari—both delicious. The traditional Paella was definitely the right choice, especially compared to so many other places in Valencia. Pre-booking is highly recommended, as locals also suggested. The décor creates a great vibe, and despite being busy, everything was spotless—hygiene standards were excellent, including the toilets. As a tourist, I also loved being able to watch the Paella cooking process, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Valencia!

Its one of the best restaurants in Valencia. But its very busy, reservations are recommended. They also close early at 16:00. We didn’t have a reservation so we sat at the bar are, there no paella is available. They say they have the best ones. We had riso bolito and it was ok. Not like paella. Everything was delicious. Staff was kind and attentive. Its located by the beach , far from the center.

Casa Carmela is a special spot—right by the beach yet with an elegant, roomy interior. The staff were warm and attentive, and the food was excellent, especially their Moluscada salad and octopus with ink. I was glad to have pre-ordered their famous Valencian paella, often praised by locals, and it fully lived up to its reputation. After lunch, you can simply stroll over to Malvarrosa Beach—perfect for a quick dip and chill in the summer heat!

The paella was good, not great. The wood fire gave a nice flavor. It just felt and looked like a paella factory. Service was not personable and more interested in up selling. It’s very popular among the international students and expats for its cozy and cheerful atmosphere. Orders are taken by the waitress on the table, not on the bar. I appreciate its wide range of beverages. Everyone could find his own favorite.

We visited Ubik Café and, unfortunately, the coffee was undrinkable. We ordered the brunch menu and a flat white, but the oat milk was burnt and the grind size seemed off. The coffee was so sour I couldn’t drink it and left it as it was(as u can see from the picture)—I ended up going to Blackbird nearby, where we’d had a great experience the day before. This might have been an isolated issue, but before leaving, I shared my feedback with the waitress. She kindly asked why I hadn’t said anything earlier. I thanked her and left. The reason I didn’t mention it sooner is that, after serving us, she never checked back. The staff was polite, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here for coffee.

Nestled in the vibrant Ruzafa neighborhood, Fierro is a culinary gem that beautifully marries Mediterranean flavors with an Argentinian twist. Under the passionate guidance of German Carrizo and Carito Lourenco, this restaurant has become a canvas for creative interpretations of traditional dishes. Drawing from their rich experiences at renowned establishments like Vuelve Carolina and El Poblet, they infuse local produce with everyday tastes while allowing their creativity to shine through.
Michelin loveliness! This is an experience. We did the evocation tasting menu with the wine pairing and my taste buds thanked me. The sommelier and the chef were so friendly. We tasted the food then they revealed what it was, which I loved. So you weren't judging the food. This was such a lovely find where you are spoilt for choice. Would definitely recommend!

I had decided for my trip to Valencia to book a couple of Michelin-starred restaurants. I chose Fierro for the tasting menucand I am glad I did. Every aspect of the meal - from the service to the presentation to the quality and creativity of each dish - was perfection. I can't wait to return.
Steven M — Google review
I had read some mixed reviews about Fierro before booking, with people mentioning the music, the mood, and the concept itself. Still, I decided to go for the full tasting menu – and I’m so glad I did. The experience was absolutely wonderful. Both the dining room and the kitchen worked in perfect harmony, with a unique synchronicity between service and cuisine. Throughout the evening, even the chefs came out to serve and explain some of the dishes, which added a personal and authentic touch. The progression of delicate dishes paired beautifully with a crescendo in the music, making the whole menu feel like a carefully designed journey. The vibe here is very different from many Michelin-starred restaurants. While I also appreciate the luxury-first approach of classic fine dining, Fierro puts conviviality front and center, surrounded by excellent wines and exceptional food. It never feels intimidating to chat with the people at your table, the servers, or even the chefs – the atmosphere is more relaxed and conversational, while still maintaining the highest culinary standards. This is an experience I would recommend to anyone with an open mind for new ways of dining. The cuisine is innovative, but what really sets Fierro apart is how the entire experience goes a step further towards what truly matters: enjoying great food, sharing smiles, and having a memorable time. The Fierro, which seats a maximum of 10 people, has opened in 2015, so there will be a 10-year anniversary surprise menu on that day... the staff are not revealing what is served. Only after the courses will the structure of the meal be explained. Sometimes I already know before the explanation, sometimes I am really curious because not everything (or anything at all) can be deduced from the food. I find the concept exciting, but at the end of the meal I would have liked to have received more than just a printed overview with the names of the 10 anniversary courses, as the English explanations provided by the Spanish restaurant manager were sometimes difficult to understand. Things also move incredibly fast at Fierro. 14 courses plus espresso plus bread in 2 hours and 10 minutes. It's the chef's philosophy, and I like it when things don't drag on forever, but the pace was actually a little too fast for me. My rating of the food is purely subjective (0 = acceptable, appropriate for the level of the restaurant, - worse, + better) We are greeted with an empanada with a good level of spiciness (-) and pickled vegetables (-), followed by the first appetizer from the 10-year menu, oysters under a seaweed coin (-). Everything tastes good, but is not quite up to par in terms of creativity. In many fine dining restaurants, the focus is on giving an insight into the chef's creativity in the aperitifs, but this is somewhat different here due to the 10-year-menu concept. We continue with a wonderful combination based on pumpkin. Hidden beneath the crackers are small cubes of blue cheese and roasted nuts. It's pretty to look at and fun to explore (0). Next up are cotton fish and mascarpone in praline form with peanuts—crunchy and delicious. (0) The high standard continues, and for the next course I get to lend a hand myself (“Criolla Style Prawn”) and squeeze the head to get to all the flavors: gamberino on a bed of tomato, bell pepper, and onion (0) A delightful surprise: spaghetti that turns out to be potatoes on the second bite, with hollandaise sauce and Bressaola from Iberica pork (+). The camouflage and deception continue in the next course. What at first glance looks like far too much caviar turns out to be tapioca with trout caviar hidden inside. Sprinkled with octopus. Great texture (+) The first meat course consists of sweetbreads with Mornay sauce and a kiwi and apple compote (0, the jus a bit strong in flavor after the more restrained profiles that came before). “Baby squids” are definitely not for me. The small squids are tough and unfortunately leave a slimy taste in the mouth (- -). The last savory course breaks my heart a little. The pigeon is cooked to perfection, but the presentation doesn't quite measure up. Really, really unfortunate. (-) The pre-dessert is called “Corn Tocinillo” (-) The first dessert is chocolate, a grapefruit foam, orange cream, and citrus caviar - I would have preferred to eat this right after the pigeon—very creative, well-rounded flavor, great (+). The meal is rounded off with a few cheese creations, accompanied by a granita with mate (0) The service is attentive and very friendly, and it's also nice to chat with chef German after the last course. Recommended.

The service was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. The Argentinian/Mediterranean fusion is very interesting. Some of the dishes were playful and creative, others were more straightforward (although not at all boring), but everything was expertly prepared and very delicious. My favorite dishes were probably a pasta dish with mussel(?), the prawn with “risotto,” or the beef crudo. But there were truly no disappointments on the menu. Congratulations to the chefs.

So amazing. Needless to say, you do expect the best of the best in restaurants like this, but Fierro and it’s amazing team elevate this to the next level. Every dish carefully and deliciously curated didn’t disappoint at any step, my favourites were the oyster salad, beef and duck dishes. The maridaje was glorious, and we are already planing to come back only to try the without alcohol one that they make themselves. Very cozy and intimate as there are only four table, and the service run smooth, friendly and warm overall. Still waiting for that bread to go tho(joke, because you will love the bread!)
TheJuliaHuesa — Google review
A small, cozy restaurant with refined dishes. I really enjoyed the pairing (a mix of wine and non-alco drinks), which perfectly complemented the food. The only drawback I would note is that the description of the dishes was quite modest, and it was difficult to clearly hear the sommelier. Overall, I recommend it to slightly pampered gourmands 🩶

A very unique experience with amazing food and very good service. We were a table of 6 and some arrived late but they were very accommodating and also a last minute dietary requirement which they executed without any problems and the alternatives looked amazing! The whole evening was a game with us having to guess the ingredients, wondering what the next course will be (you receive the menu at the end) and it was a very well orchestrated dinner. The service of all staff and chefs were amazing, paying attention to all the little details. Definitely deserving of its Michelin star. Highly recommended. Price is definitely on the high end but you definitely will not be disappointed.

Cocktail bar
Restaurante Vuelve Carolina is a contemporary and vibrant space that offers an innovative global dining experience. It is one of the restaurants run by Quique Dacosta, a well-known Valencian chef. The restaurant features tasting menus with creative and diverse dishes, including midday options starting at 29 Euros and evening menus from 37 Euros per person.
Secured a reservation online for Saturday night on the patio. Had a wonderful time. Dinner was very relaxed. Service was excellent and food was fabulous. Heartily recommend. We decided against the set menu and ordered a la carte. Well worth it, although come with a large appetite to make the most of everything on offer. The pizza carpaccio and the beef meatballs in green curry were absolute standout items. Desserts were great and the Qiqe Sopresa was so much fun.

Vuelve Carolina is a bar-restaurant by a 2-Michelin starred chef (the Michelin restaurant’s entrance is next door). The design and the overall atmosphere are lovely. The cocktails list looks very extensive and the bar seems professionally run. The dishes are creative. They combine some local motives with oriental flavors and techniques. One thing that completely stood out and, quite frankly, ruined the experience was the service at the table. It was completely inappropriate. Our waitress couldn’t explain anything about the dishes (not an issue of a language barrier). The glasses and the plates were not taken off the table when they should. The menus were brought and taken back at completely unclear points in time. The dishes were brought out of order. The overall sensation was that of a complete chaos. Frankly, I don’t believe that the waiter/waitress should be blamed in such cases. It is a matter of responsibility for whoever manages the service. Respectfully, you cannot have such a service at a restaurant (bar) of this level.

The food and the interior of this beautiful restaurant are really great and nice. That being said, our evening was unfortunately disturbed by 1 waitress, who had a very difficult time understanding what attentiveness and friendliness means. From the first until the last moment, she wasn’t able to serve us in a proper manner. Please do yourself + guests a favour and find another profession. (Lady, short hair and piercings) Luckily, there was an additional waitress who is made for the hospitality sector and was able to still push the atmosphere up. The 1 star is for you, redhead 😉

This is a nice looking bar-restaurant both outside and inside. We went in later at night, about 10pm, to finish off the night with a cocktail and dessert. The service was helpful and attentive. However, there was a constant, overwhelming odor in the restaurant - bar area. The odor was similar to sewage / bathroomy urine smell. We ate as quickly as we could and exited. We were disappointed.

I’ve been at Vuelve Carolina for dinner. The restaurant atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. We chose the “Around the World” tasting menu. The dishes were delicious, and I loved the fusion of different cultures, both between the various courses and within each dish itself. It’s definitely a restaurant I’d recommend for an excellent culinary experience that’s still accessible to everyone thanks to the great prices. The waitress who served us was super nice and friendly.
Christian F — Google review
Really enjoyed the evening. We arrived at 20.30 and were placed at a table alllll the way in the back. Eventhough there was space in the front. We didn’t really understand why. Would be nicer to sit in the main area. Our waiter was Iñaki. He was a true star! Super friendly and helped us explaining the menu and gave recommendations for a pregnant woman. The food was a whole experience. We really enjoyed our evening here (despite the poor placement all the way in the back)

Incredible!!! And so affordable too! The set menus are amazing value for money and every dish is an explosion of flavours. Service was personable and pleasant. The only minor thing is there was a bit of a draft because the door was kept open during lunch. Highly recommend!
Niels B — Google review
We got the menu accompanied by the cocktails. the food and cocktails were good, tasty and of quality. the service was not the best (one would expect a bit more in such an establishment), the waitress had troubles explaining the dishes (in spanish) and also some of the plates were left on the table even though the next course already arrived. overall it was a nice experience though.

Live music bar

Flamenco theater
Café del Duende, located on Carrer del Turia, is a cozy and intimate venue that offers live performances of traditional flamenco music and dancing. The café hosts shows from Thursday to Sunday, featuring talented local singers, guitarists, and dancers. The atmosphere is casual and reflects the local Valencian vibe with simple decor.
We had really good time! Check online the time for the show, be there 1 hour before to book the ticket. You can choose a drink which is included in 18eur price.
Jana K — Google review
My wife, our two children (ages 9 and 17), and I had a wonderful time! The music and dancers were fantastic. Arrive early, as it’s a small bar and fills up quickly. Also, bring a small snack to pair with your wine, beer, or other drinks, as they don’t offer food. Overall, a great experience!

When you visit Spain, you must see Flamenco 💃🏼 a great bar with beautiful event. You can check on website the schedule. Costs 20€ per person with a free drink. Shows last about 1 hour. For choosing more good places, you need to come a hour before the show. All three times , there were different events. Like it a lot.
Nataliia T — Google review
An exciting experience that you shouldn't miss! The show lasts about an hour, and as mentioned in previous reviews, it's best to arrive early if you want a good spot with a clear view of the stage. They start opening the doors at 7:30 PM, with the main show starting shortly after 8. The entrance fee includes a drink.
L. N — Google review
Excellent flamenco show. The place seems to be always packed, likely due to the quality. Fair price (20 euros) with 1 complimentary drink included. The hosts are very polite, and do their best to make the whole experience more enjoyable. Definetively will go again if I visit Valencia in another occasion Arrive early in order to guarantee your seat (no reservations available)

The Great really local place with authentic Flamenco dance. Definitely, it's worth visiting - wherever in Valencia I vist this place again and again. A small, climatic 'Cafe' which looks like a bar with real and authentic flamenco dance on a small stage. You've got a chance to 'touch' sth just from here, presented in a nice and dynamic form. It's open usually from Thursday to Sunday, but up to the season it can change. Shows start at about 9.00 p.m.. As the place is small just for about 70-80 people come at least half an hour before. With the ticket (18€) you get a drink in the price: beer, a glass od wine, or Sangria. The performing group is 'Great' - the leader- a singer, the classical quitar player and two dancers, they really try to do their best!!! The performance full of emotions and it's really superb experience. The staff of the Cafe very nice and friendly. The show lasts just about 50 minutes. Being in Valencia it's definitely a must-see.

We went for the Flamenco show. What a power and emotion, simply fantastic. Really recomendable. We checked online for the time and were there a bit early.
Dick K — Google review
We attended a Flamenco show here and it was the most incredible experience! This show was directly recommended to us by a local restaurant owner. She said it was her favorite show in all of Spain. Nonetheless, we were blown away! Your ticket comes with a free drink as well. Be sure to get there 30-40 minutes before opening as to get a good seat. The place does fill up and they put people wherever they can for the show. You will be seated next to strangers as well at a table, as we were. We enjoyed getting to know the other tourists attending the show and the overall atmosphere. The show itself was a fantastic experience and will keep you on your toes the whole time. Don’t forget to throw your rose at the end!

Taberna Vintara at Plaza de la Reina offers a delightful dining experience with a fantastic ambiance and an enticing menu. This traditional Spanish tapas bar is known for its excellent rice dishes, broken eggs, meats, tapas, and wines. It's the perfect spot to savor authentic Spanish cuisine in a vibrant setting.
Favorite bar! The location is amazing! The sangria is delicious! And the tapas are beyond praise! The staff is very nice! I recommend 💜💜💜

Service was good and the staff were friendly. Food however was just ok. But it was super overpriced. Most expensive place we ate in Valencia and the food was just mediocre. Avoid unless you like tourist traps. There are much better places to go then this with much better food at more reasonable prices. You're paying for the location here.
Phill P — Google review
We were very dissapointed about the service… We wanted to order still water and coca cola at 18 pm. This was not possible because the waitress said ‘it was cocktail time’ and we have to drink something above 10 euros. It’s unbelievable that nowadays you can’t order a non-alcoholic drink at a reasonable price…
Noortje L — Google review
Appauling treatment. Obviously get enough business to treat customers like scum! Waiter told us the owner had said they would not sell soft drinks. We challenged this as we had been to the bar the day before. He went to ask his boss and he said the owner had said he wouldn't sell soft drinks and we had to order food. We left.

Museu Taurí is a small museum in Valencia that offers an insight into the history of Valencian bullfighting. Visitors can explore the process and emotions involved for both the toreador and the bull through informative videos. The museum showcases historical costumes, images, and information about famous fighters. While it may be basic, it provides a worthwhile experience for those interested in learning about Spanish culture and the sport of bullfighting.
Very thorough museum explaining bullfighting. Arena was closed, but it was still a great experience. Disturbing, but great.
Eszter V — Google review
Positive tip, even though entrance isn't expensive, on Saturdays it's free. On the down side (I'm not sure if it is the case every Saturday) I couldn't visit the bullring as they said that is closed. Hours do indicate Tuesday to Saturday 10am till 7pm, and Sundays 10am till 2pm. There were no entertainment scheduled this weekend, so that wouldn't be the reason for the ring to be closed by 2pm (I was there around about 2pm). The museum part is small but was still worth swing. I would recommend it, as it doesn't take more than 30minutes out of your schedule.
Egbert S — Google review
It’s a great historical building and the small museum is housed in one corner of the bullring building. The museum is small but beautifully presented with historical events and the exhibition. However, there’s no lift to the three floor that has to climbed by narrow stairs!
Mas H — Google review
Not all days both museum and arena are open to see. Its nice that they told me that before I go in but I had to go back the next day to see them both. Not much to see at the arena. If I wasnt with TVC to pay with discount I wouldnt go.
Radosveta P — Google review
We did not went to museum, but we bought tickets for the bull fight in the arena. It’s XXI century and they still kill animals for fun. I strongly advise against going there, especially for kids, women and all people with weak nerves. Standing applause for killing bull - horrible. The worst spent 15 EUR in my life.
Hugo P — Google review
A small museum of bullfighting where you can find history, costumes, and images. If you're in Valencia, I recommend a visit. During our visit, entrance was free.
Dejan P — Google review
Pretty basic museum but for €2 it was worth it to get a history of Valencian bullfighting history and to read a bit about famous fighters who have graced the hallowed circle

Lake
Albufera, which means lagoon in Valencian and originates from the Arabic word "al-buhayra," is a unique natural park located just 10 kilometers south of Valencia. Originally a saltwater lagoon, it was transformed into a freshwater lake during the 17th century due to irrigation from the River Jucar and River Turia. The area is considered the largest lake in Spain and is home to a diverse range of native species.
You have to go by boat, it’s amazing. Definitely check out “Visit Albufera” for a quiet experience due to their electric motor. You can even bring your dogs!!!!
Maike B — Google review
We went mid week! Took bus EMT 25. We have gone weekends before and it’s busy! It’s tranquil on the weekdays hardly anyone around (Oct 8) weather perfect. We took a boat out for half hour 4€. The boat guys can’t speak English but they really try hard to speak slowly in Spanish to help you understand. We then walked toward the beach El Saler. Very few people there. I think this is one of the nicest beaches we have been to. There are no bars or restaurants close by though. Great place to spend the day.
Doris L — Google review
The albufera was great and very beautiful, but it was hard to get there. I would recommend taking a car and going to the following places, El palmar and Embarcador de l’albufera. To get there from the center of Valencia you have to take the bus 25. The bus will coast 1.50€ per person and children under 6 years old don’t pay.but don’t get tricked there are different types of buses there is one that goes to El embarcador and one that goes to El palmar, before entering you should ask where it’s going. Another way to recognize the two buses is that one says El palmar and the other one says Valencia. If you go to el embarcador you can take a boat there for 4€/adult and 2€/kids, the staff is very friendly and they will explain it, the tour will last 35 minutes but you can’t eat there, if you want to eat you have to go to El saler(the village next to it). In el saler you can eat at Ca Teresa(very recommended) and go to the beach of el saler. Or you can go to El palmar(much more options for restaurants) and also take a boat from el embarcador del palmar. In el palmar there is also a beach but you have to walk more. It is very complicated to go but definitely worth it because it is very beautiful. These are different photos of L’albufera(el embarcador) sorry, I don’t have photos of El palmar.

Really beautiful nature area where you can try traditional valencian paella at reasonable enough prices. Many restaurants offer a 3 course meal and boat ride package which is worth taking advantage of, or if you don't want to eat its around 4 euro for a 45 minute boat ride. Take the boat at sunset for really breathtaking views.
Megan O — Google review
The boat tour is OKish, but the beauty of the natural landscape, floral and fauna make it an interesting visit. Better if you complement it with a Valencian rice lunch in the nearby township of El Palmar
Yuri P — Google review
Albufera lake is the largest lake in Spain and it's also the greatest place to see sunset. You can also enjoy a 30min boat trip (+- 5€/person) or you can just walk around or have a picnic on one of the malls with an amazing view on this amazing lake.
