I've been at Le Bikini for the first time for a DJ set and the expectations were high because everyone told me how good it is. It's even better. One of the best sound systems in the world. Amazing crowd. Nice people only. Good visual and light. Please take me back!

really big place with different vibes, some chill some party. lots of games to play such as petanque and babyfoot, has a pool. some tapas such as the squid was really delicious but others like the padron peppers and patatas bravas were cold and too oily. service was okay, had many different servers, some nicer and more competent than others. overall, the experience was nice :)

Came here on our holiday and wanted to find the best 'underground house' music venue we could. I've grown up and had the opportunity to go some iconic club nights in the UK, such as back to basics leeds, sankeys in manchester, Trade in London etc and was looking for a similar club atmosphere...a bit of research led me to Le Cri de la Mouette and my partner and I can honestly say we have had one of our best nights out...full stop. From the moment with security, to the entrance/bar staff and other party goers it was such a nice atmosphere. The music was to notch, quite deep house but with some eclectic bits thrown in for good.measure, but it really is the people you meet that make a night special and.we met so many. Made we wish I lived in Toulouse

Victor Hugo Market is easy to find and very pleasant to explore. The outdoor area is lined with fresh fruits and vegetables — I even spotted some porcini mushrooms (planned to buy them later, but they were sold out by the time I came back 😂). Inside, you’ll find all the classic European market goodies — cheeses, meats, olives, and more. I was amazed by a beautiful little cake for €4 — couldn’t resist buying it, and the vendor even gave me a lovely box for it. At the far end, there’s a fresh seafood section with oysters, salmon, and all kinds of seafood. I chose a dozen oysters for €18 plus €2 for opening — €20 in total. Slightly salty, incredibly fresh, and so delicious that all twelve disappeared in just a few minutes!

Typical french market , long established. So many choices of stalls for products sourced locally. Very friendly and helpful shop keepers. The place is crowded with locals. The choice of French fromage , wines and patisserie is mouth watering. I keep coming back to the place.

I am told this place is the place where everyone wants to go. I Don know why?? Because the thing is they serve beer by the meter, what they actually mean is, they will serve you 14 halfs, which if you place the plastic cups next to each other will cover a meter. The beer is not great, not my preferred type of beer, it is most definitely a bit rough and ready, but it is cheap, depending what you have it is around €3 per half. I will not be rushing back

Definitely overrated in my opinion. You can't take a plastic cup outside to have some air. Inside there is no cosy vibe whatsoever, only flashy white lights.

Chez Tonton was recommended by our Airbnb hosts. It had a fun atmosphere and was packed. Do be aware that it is a bar for youngsters, the college crowd. My wife and I are middle aged and we seemed to be a decade or two too old! They told us they didn’t have any red wine!?! Hate to give it a low rating just because we aren’t the target audience. If I were still in college, it would be a 4 or a 5 star.

Visited this nightclub/bar on my last night 29/08/24 at approximately 00:30 in toulouse the door staff refused us due to the shoes my girlfriend was wearing I have done security for 10 years I think this is ridiculous especially as we are tourist and in any of my venues that I MANAGE I always try to accommodate tourist no matter the sercumtances appreciate a reply on the matter as I find this unacceptable I appreciate all security and know that the job is hard as I do it myself In a managerial role but when this happens to people visiting the city with nothing more than good intentions it's money your turning away from your premises and I would like to add that she was dressed well in a blue dress and high heel sandles I was in a jeans and t-shirt I would also like to add that the door staff was not rude but just don't believe this is a acceptable reason for refusals and think you need to address the issue I also told him to have a good night and showed no ill intentions towards him

The downstairs area was ok but too many people for the space and my clothes reeked by the end of the night of smoke. Not to mention the price of drinks is crazy. Average age was probably late 20s to 40s. It was a strange night to say the least.

A beautiful restaurant on Capitol Square with a fantastic atmosphere. They have gluten-free bread and a menu with all the allergens marked, but virtually all starters and several main courses can be adapted. The waiter confirmed each dish with the chef. I had the ceviche, simply removing the croutons, stuffed eggs and the Angus steak with a different sauce prepared by the chef. Everything was delicious. They even have several gluten-free desserts. Unique, beautiful and delicious place in dowtown Toulouse. The place itself is captivating, a mid-19 th century restaurant will be enough to have a delicious experience. Food was good as well, it was a great experience, beautiful served and good quality, not remarkabky unique dishes though but not a tourist trap. The place is small though, so it can get a bit noisy as it gets full. Also, the toilets are clean but small and nothing to do with the spactacular dinning room. The Convent of the Jacobins in Toulouse is a beautiful and peaceful place. The interior is striking, with its elegant brick columns and calm atmosphere. Although the exterior is currently under renovation, it’s still well worth a visit. Built in the 13th century by the Dominican Order, it holds great historical and spiritual significance, especially as the resting place of Saint Thomas Aquinas.

This is an incredibly beautiful building. It’s worth taking a couple of hours just to enjoy the building aside from anything on display. The exhibitions are incredible and the acoustic for music amazing. The gardens are just so gorgeous. Make sure you allow enough time to visit.

Along with the cathedral, this is a must see in Toulouse. It is five euros for adults to enter, but it is absolutely worth it. With the restoration work that is going on the exterior. The entrance is via the refractory. In here, several of the lunettes have been removed from the walls and are being restored on the ground. The church chapter house and other areas are absolutely fascinating. There are many audiovisual guides which explain some of the amazing architecture and history. It would be very easy to spend an hour to two hours, marveling at this beautiful building.

An absolute gem of a building. Lots of very interesting information placed around the building in French, English and Spanish. It’s a privilege to be able go around a building with such historic roots. It’s very peaceful and calming. We spent 2 hours there. Highly recommend. There are also toilets available and the venue is wheelchair friendly.

Their menu emphasizes the ingredients in their cassoulet and it's true that the Toulouse sausage they use is absolutely fantastic. The cassoulet dish itself is well executed and lives up to the hype, slightly too dry for my taste. Honestly I can't say it is the best, since there are just so many out there. I'll try some other dishes next time.

The warm decor is inviting to savour delicious specialties from the area and local wines; we has a cassoulet served in the typical dish, one assiette toulousaine (magret, saussice de Toulouse and confit), bread and an assiette (a plate in English) of 3 cheese with a delicious green salad with a croustade flambee (Armagnac) plus 2 espressi. Red wine was local: a Gaillac. Staff is Great: so smiley and so nice! Price is good! Nice decor!

A lovely resteruant with the friendliest staff and a great atmosphere. The wine the waiter recommended was very tasty. We had the Prestige menu and the Cassoulete was amazing and so filling.

I was seated without a reservation with no problem. I had the extra ordinarily tender lamb shank cooked in honey and served with a good selection of garden vegetables. I asked for and received a petite salads vert even though it was something not exactly on their menu. The man and woman running the dining room were excellent. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The wine recommendation was outstanding. This is a place not to miss.

It got a great mood with good music, the dancing floor occupies the main area of the ground floor with many seats around, there's some table upstairs accessible by small stairs at the side. It is largely set outside with a fine restaurant and several bars that go on serving until the early morning. The party and the associated DJ's really start going at 11pm onwards - turning it into an outdoor nightclub. The crowd is relatively young but with some older people here and there. Prepare to dress quite nicely, even by French standards or you will not get in.

I know these guys have high profit margins because everything is ridiculously expensive but seems like it costs them 2 dollars to make. I ordered a sandwich for 10 euros and when it arrived the bread was soggy and disintegrating from the watered down sauce. I could barely pick it up and I wish I didn’t because it tasted disgusting. Restaurant Emile is famous in Toulouse for its cassoulet. Even though it was a hot summer evening, we did enjoy the dish. Luckily, we made a reservation as the restaurant was fully booked. The desert was also excellent.

When a Grande Dame walks in with a walking stick, takes a seat alone at a table for 4 and the staff don't object on a busy, sunny afternoon and immediately deliver her favourite Champagne, you instantly know this is the right place for a great lunch. We dined here on a busy Thursday afternoon, ordered starters, mains a few wines and dessert, and everything was superb. Scallops still attached to the shell, cod loin grilled to perfection on a bed of perfectly seasoned potatoes that was a main course we wanted as a starter, was sublime. My Sweetbreads main was perfection on a plate, and the star show, the local Cassoulet, was delivered with a good luck wish of 'bon courage' as it was so large. If you're in Toulouse, go!

Just wow! What a dinner. The food here was incredible. We had the foie gras as starter and then the magret de canard for main. Absolutely delicious. Every detail. The terrace is super nice in the square with lots of restaurants around. Totally recommend!!

You have to reserve your table in advance especially on weekends and holidays. We ordered smoked salmon and duck liver for starters. Both were great and better than expected. We ordered duck breast and grilled cod fish for our main dishes. Both of them were good. For dessert we ordered warm chocolate cake and orange sorbet which was very good. The service was great and fast. The atmosphere was cozy and nice. I recommend it to anyone's who wants to try French food.

My first meal in Toulouse and I picked this 1 Michelin star restaurant to try. Thankfully I booked it quite last minute as it was a last minute trip and I managed to get a table. The location is on a quiet street near the university but I managed to find it. Managed to arrived a little early and was able to enter the restaurant to get to my seat. The staff there not many were able to speak English so there was one who could speak quite good English and he was the main server to my table for the night. Since I wanted to do a degustation menu for dinner, there were 2 types of menus available. I decided to go ahead with the surprise menu as I wanted to surprise myself and see what the chef would come up with. Throughout the meal, I didn't have the menu and only knew what was in the dish when it was served. Most of the dishes were seafood based which I liked, and some of the dishes were surprising as I have never tried the combination of ingredients before. It was quite refreshing and unique to me that these combination could complement so well and great job to the chef. A truly good meal and nothing to fault about, its 1 star Michelin and yet it doesn't burn a hole in the pocket. Before I left at the door I actually met the chef and got a handshake. A nice way to end the meal and kudos to the entire team!

We had a wonderful evening in September 2025! The food was, of course, excellent, but the service was the best I’ve ever experienced. From the very start, we felt cared for and treated with genuine respect. Everyone had a twinkle in their eye, offered information and answers in a warm and friendly way, and showed great understanding of our limited French — though everyone spoke excellent English. Even three weeks later, I still think back on the experience with gratitude. Monsieur Sarran even came to the tables at the end of the evening, and we were grateful for the opportunity to thank him. What a delightful experience. Thank you!

Amazing experience! I thought it was over rated being it’s a celebrity chef owned restaurant but in fact, it’s reasonably priced for lunch at 75€ for amuse bouche, aperitif, entree, plat, desserts, coffee and inclusive of wine pairing. Drinks are almost never inclusive of lunch menus in haute-cuisine establishments, so this was a good deal. Plates are elevated, even if they do the twist on your favorite bacon and eggs for brunch, as we came for lunch..It was still a pleasant foodie experience. The flavor construction of the dishes are excellent! The location is good, quiet street at the back of the university area and going to Compans-Cafarelli. The car parkings available right in front by the street. Decoration is tasteful and elegant but not stuffy and pretentious. Service is impeccable, servers are professional but not stuck-up or snobbish. The hostess/host were friendly and smiling. Even Michel Sarran himself came to visit every table and I complimented him on giving such a good dining experience. He was nice. Well deserved of a Michelin star. I keep coming back!

Disclaimer: the 4 stars are related to the expectations we have from a Star restaurant and do not have an absolute value. The food, the wine and the service are great. Compared to other restaurants of the same category we missed something. The menu is definitely creative and interesting, but next to some absolutely outstanding courses we also got a couple of dissonant notes in particular regarding the dessert. The wine advices from the sommelier for each plate were absolutely outstanding ( worth 5 stars ).

Great lunch! was Highlight was the dessert and petit four. Had the duck for main course, it was tender and not over seasoned. I was slightly thrown off by the spring rolls for appetizers, they tasted good, just not what I would've expected in the middle of toulouse. Overall delicious lunch, really enjoyed the wine pairing and great value!

This is a wonderful and endment Theatre. It has a modern foyer and has been beautifully painted inside. I was fortunate enough to see the Capitole Oper ballet company in a tribute to Maurice Ravel. They were accompanied by the opera Orchestra and it was a wonderful show. Then to be sea of the theater means that the sound is wonderful. I was in the back of a side loge quite high, but if I still could see this stage without an issue. I got an H euro ticket by lining up one hour prior to the performance, which is when returns are re-sold.

Really amazing experience to watch ballet

The performances are AMAZING, staff are lovely and super helpful. The super high up seats at Paradise have indeed reduced visibility but it's acceptable (I didn't even realized they were at first), at the front-er seats the quality is perfect. I was very impressed with the mise en scène of Nabucco by Verdi and Norma by Bellini. This theater's interpretation of Orphée aux Enfers also has a nice touch of humour and a unique variation in the final part of Act 1. The ballet performances are nice. I'd keep updating in the future cause you just have to come back here! (I painted a scene in their Norma 2025 out of my impression)

Stunning theatre. Today's performance of Rusalka was epic. The building has excellent acoustics and if all the performances are as good as this, I'd be there every week if I lived here.

Great experience! Very emotional show after years of not going to the Opera. The Ballet team of the Capitole are great and the different directors have added their true spirit to Chopin and Mozart. All the staff from top to bottom showed amazing manners and etiquette. We felt great at all times! Keep it up 👍🏻👍🏻

This restaurant is nice. The service was very good. The open fire concept was fun, but the main dining room did get pretty smoky, and it definitely lingered on our clothes, so be aware of that if you're in the main indoor area. While the presentation of the food was great, and the cook on the steak was perfect, the flavor was a bit lacking.

We had a lovely lunch at La Braisiere. The staff are lovely and were kind and patient with our rubbish French. I would highly recommend a couple of glasses of the house rosé, the foie gras ravioli and the fillet steak with mushroom sauce. The fillet was perfect - order it saignant (on the rare side of medium rare)

Excellent food: I had Magret and Mousse au Chocolat. The Magret was exactly au point, with Roquefort sauce, which goes well with it. The Mousse was an extremely generous portion, very well made with dark chocolate and whipped cream on the side. Loved their homemade bread, not so much the baked potatoes, which were a bit soggy.

The food and service were excellent, however the table was given to us was not suitable, although I asked to change our place, my request was rejected. Besides a bug was on the table two times, which is not pleasant.

Ate here twice on the same day! Lunch was really excellent with delicious food, great value, interesting wines by the glass and brisk service. At dinner the food was still good but the service was disastrous. It seemed like we were on the invisible table and each stage of service took an age, which was disappointing. Still, I'd recommend, particularly for a cassoulet or duck lunch.

Great museum we'll laid out. Modern with cafe and toilets. Great exhibition of natural history stuffed animals and dinosaur skeletons. Takes about 4 hours.

I have been to a lot of natural history museums and this is quite wonderful. Enormous display of animals; educational sections on earth science, taxonomy and speciation; thought provoking display of artifacts demonstrating basic commonalities of human cultures. I would have enjoyed even better if there had been English translations. The temporary exhibit on domestication of plants and animals. did have English and was brilliant for all ages.

Very modern and well organised museum. On top of the museum visit you can as well visit a small but cute botanic garden.

We went during happy hour (3 to 6 p.m.) and everything was €12.90. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was very pleasant and air-conditioned.

This is an excellent vegan and vegetarian restaurant where you pick the type of options you want as a buffet, it is very well priced and the food was of really high quality. Can highly recommend this restaurant, the desserts especially were amazing.

Bring your appetite to get the most from this all-you-can-eat buffet! Plenty of vegan options, and they were all good, except I want too impressed with the dessert. The chocolate cake was dry and the fruit crumple was too sweet. But the hummus was some of the best I’ve had, and the noodle salad was fresh and tasty.

I spent a wonderful couple of hours here trying some sensational wines and learning about different wine regions in France from the fabulous Lea. The atmosphere is cosy and intimate with a few seats outside. A great place to slow down and experience something unique. Fantastic guy working in the kitchen. Six stars for service (not five)

This was a fantastic stop during our wine bar tour. They have so many wines that you can sample to see what you enjoy before choosing a wine to have an entire glass of.

Small friendly wine bar in a cobbled street in the old town. It has an ingenious system that allows you to try a wide variety of fine wines by the sip (degustation) or glass. We experimented with some wines we we'd have been wary of trying if we'd had to buy a whole bottle. Short menu of wine-friendly small plates. We had tuna cerviche and Serrano ham, both excellent. Great, knowledgeable service. Recommended.

This wine bar won its price for a reason. You have like 30 wines available in closed dispensers that you can access with a card. You see what each wine costs depending on the amount you want and simply choose and touch. The total amount is written to the card and paid when you leave together with the food. You can have just wine or a few appetizers, but the available menu easily works for dinner as well. Our host was very kind, each of the 2 evenings we went there. Very welcoming, open and eager to exchange a few words about her work, wine and life in general. And don't worry: she speaks English with perfection.

Excellent little wine bar. You can try so many kinds of wine with their pouring system and I thought all were reasonably priced. The Iberico Ham and polenta frites were also incredible. Overall, we adored this spot!

Fantastic place! We're not very much into wine but we'd hard that even though the tapas were great and we did have a great experience. The bar is very nicely decorated, it has wine auto-service and dozens of different wines. The atmosphere is very classy and the tapas are really different. There is a tasting menu of 24 tapas for 25 euros (good value!) and even though the tapas are small, you get full. The only "but" is that it was such a long dinner but I guess if you're having wine you cannot drink and eat fast as well as enjoy it. Anyway... 100% recommended!

Wonderful place! Had a great time there, for a birthday. It's been a long time I didn't eat such sophisticated and refined food. More than a meal you'll go for a gastronomic trip with excellent wines along the road. You'll be taken care of by very a pasionate and highly-skilled staff. Count at least 50€ per convive for a menu with wine. I definitely recommend this place.

The decor is outstanding ! the retro tableware is so beautiful, just like that of our Grandmother kitchens. The large choice of teas. The cakes and patisseries are very delicious, and there are different kinds, the assortment changes often. In summer make sure to taste their Ice tea, home made with fruit flavors ! Every time I am in Toulouse I make sure to have a cup of tea with a cake in Bapz, it's really a unique place with a special atmosphere. Kind stuff and good vibes!

A chic teashop with very sweet staff. Food was tasty and fresh, although some variety and less veg options would have been ideal to target also people who don't like to eat veg. Portions are very generious, they also give you one slice of fresh white bread.

This is like a museum inside with cakes and sweets everywhere. After trying the banofee and a lemon cheesecake i can say that 5 stars is an underestimation. Definitely worth the pit stop if you stroll around the city of Toulouse.

One of my favorite restaurants so far. Near airbus construction site, you'll find a beautiful old building inside a wonderful garden. The food is as tasty as in a 1-star restaurant, but cheaper (cheapest menu around 35€). They have one of the most complete wine menu of the region. You'll be served by professionals and passionate waiters, which makes eating there a true experience. I highly recommend this restaurant 😋

We went for lunch and we're invited. A good experience. The waiters were busy because of a group so service kinda started slowly but staff was very friendly and professional. There was no baby chair in the restaurant. The dishes were tasty and portions quite big. The cactus parfait for desert was great. The garden is huge and a bliss for young kids.

To sum it up..Food is quite the high-end Brasserie type. Good enough if you’re looking to bring colleagues staying near the airport for a French dinner. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good for what it is but for a foodie experience at it’s price, I wouldn’t recommend. I came here expecting it’s gastro haute-cuisine. I wasn’t surprised to be disappointed though, as it’s not a restaurant that’s Michelin rated. I thought maybe they were just overlooked, but no. Since the restaurant is just next to the airport, expect a lot of people in suits here talking about the aerospace industry. Foreigners talk loud so expect the noise. Place is not spacious and tables not far enough from each other. Decor made me feel like I was in an expensive restaurant in the 90’s. They have a sommelier that is also the one at the cashier when handling your check, she is perhaps the owner. She didn’t have the attitude of a staff. Waiters are quite friendly but in general I felt weirded by them, can’t put my finger on it exactly but they seem figgety. Our waiter even joked it’s hard for her to speak English and gave a nervous laugh before she explained the menu, but I’m quite 50-80% of the customers here every night are foreigners. Half the room on the evening we came are foreigners, and I could here her waitress-esque flirting with them in English. Anyhoo, just the staff vibe was a bit off. The decor was quite off, like it’s almost good but almost failing. The house and the garden is lovely though, could be good for events.

I visited Le Cantou for lunch on a Friday afternoon and had an amazing time. The restaurant grounds are beautiful and include a pond with fish. I had the €38 tasting menu which was brilliant and great value for money considering the choices and how good everything tasted. The pork belly starter of the day melted in my mouth, the beef stew was packed with flavour and the deconstructed tiramisu with coffee ice cream was delicious. I would highly recommend visiting if you're in the area.

The place in a nice garden and the house is an old nice and charming building. The closeness to the airport and HQ of “Airbus” is practical for those who come from there. The service was friendly but in my eyes not highly professional (serving dishes at different moments, explaining the dishes so long that they were already cold, forgetting the text for the text). The food was nicely prepared, the products fresh and from good quality. Nevertheless I was not satisfied with the taste combinations of the food and well the way the food was prepared can be further improved (frying time of different products, usage of oil, “crispness” of vegetables). As well the wine suggestion for my dishes did not fit that well and could be highly improved, especially with such a great variety of wine list. The airplanes which fly directly over the house every few minutes disturb a calm dinner but nevertheless the place is cosy and welcoming.

We had a proper dinner in this place. It was a delicious food overall. Impressed with scallops appetizers and the mango desert! But the main dish lamb was average for me with a bit rigid meat.

Great food, great ambiance & great location if you are crazy about planes. The weather was warm enough to sit in the outdoor patio for dinner. Our pleasure in sampling the very French cuisine was interjected by overflying aircraft on the approach path of Blagnac airport every few minutes. The manicured lawns are a real pleasure for the senses only to be superseded by the fresh and delicious Fois Gras. Good selection in the menu. I tried the Canard Escalope to follow the Fois Gras. Cooked just right the duck was simply perfect. Try this restaurant. If the interference of planes is a bother, get a table inside the tastefully decorated farm house.

Great location, good vibes but definitely book upfront. We arrived at 14:15 for lunch and the chef had already left.

This restaurant should be avoided. Very bad experience, poor service, disrespectful waiter, and to top it off, he overcharged us without us realizing until later. No apology was given either.

This is my favorite guinguette in Toulouse! I love the atmosphere, the sand, the small airplanes landing and taking off in front of you. Cocktails are pretty good, there is some nice finger food, but it's not really vegetarian friendly.

This is a large place, with multiple areas and different themes where many groups can come while having a feeling of privacy. The food is ok and the service effective.

This is the worst casino I have ever been to! The food was awful and the place looks like a drab and old 80s function hall in desperate need of updating then when we tried to go and actually gamble we were told that we needed our passports physically with us to enter the actual casino, no other form of ID is accepted and we left very disappointed!

We came for a concert to the nice theatre here. As visitors from outside France, we were not accepted in the casino without our passport, that we did not have with us. The photo IDs that we presented or a copy of our passports were insufficient. We wanted to have a drink before the show, and we could not, as the bar is in the casino and we were not allowed in. The cafe brasserie would not serve drinks without food. So here we were, two Canadians at 70, rejected from all these casino places. Luckily the concert was good! Some rules do not make much sense...

Very nice place to visit with anice restaurants and bar, the shuttle service starts at 12:00 pm from the city centre of toulouse to the casino. I have tried their lunch there several times and it was a great experience. Only to not that the day time it is mainly for old people while after 7:00 pm the place turns for the youth groups.

I don't know of another restaurant which is more perfect for a Sunday morning brunch. Staff excellent, dining room is a good room which is cosy and comfortable. Menu is very good with a buffet which gives you everything you need. Will be coming back and recommending it.

Les Abattoirs is a large and impressive contemporary art museum located in Toulouse. The museum is housed in a former slaughterhouse building, which adds an interesting historical layer to the visit. The transformation of this industrial space into a vibrant cultural center reflects Toulouse’s commitment to preserving its heritage while embracing modern creativity. Inside, the galleries are spacious and thoughtfully curated, with clear signage that helps visitors navigate the diverse exhibitions. The collection features a wide range of contemporary artworks, including paintings, sculptures, and installations by both French and international artists. For lovers of modern art, Les Abattoirs is truly a must-visit, offering an engaging and enriching experience in a unique setting.

This converter building is a superb space for display contemporary art. There was an extensive installation of the work of Mickalene Thomas. Some of this was quite challenging, but a brilliant exhibition for which people were lining up to enter. There are several levels and to see some of the permanent collection you need to go upstairs. Downstairs, you will see an amazing curtain from the Theatre designed by Picasso. There are three lockers into which you can store your bags. A wonderful experience.

Gallery on three floors. The exhibition was not quite the type of modern art I like too much but regardless the gallery is nice. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent space for expos of contemporary artists. The Mikalene Thomas expo was truly inspiring and thought-provoking

The museum itself is very open and easy to navigate. I simply didn't like the current installation at all. There's one theater curtain that was a dual work by Picasso and a contemporary whose name I've already forgotten. There were interactive and video art pieces that are not my preferred style but perhaps other will find their meaning.

It’s worth to visit. A lot of space in the building so you can see everything. But they could have put some words in English along with the French. And don’t try to go to the restaurant! They told me it was all booked this Sunday even if I was just a single person. I found it strange that you can book a table in such a restaurant that is close to the museum.

Charming and fascinating museum of antiquities tucked in a lovely corner of Toulouse.

5 euro a little overpriced for a very short visit. The staff were not very friendly. The exhibits were interesting and were well displayed but there was no information about George himself. The garden had potential but lacked benches to sit. I think I would have been quite happy just to see the outside of the building which is really lovely. It's a way out of town but no toilets or refreshments available.

Information is only in french, and even that's pretty limited. Entry is cheap and free for students, and the (downstairs) egyptian collection is a bit more elaborate. All in all a nice small museum to cool down on a hot day, but not something to base a daytrip around.

Great little museum with amazing asian and Egyptian antiquities in a very peaceful part of Toulouse near the canal and the Jardin des Plantes. This is our 2nd visit with the kids. They really liked it also. A little bit macabre with the Egyptian mummy. Hopefully the original objects will be returned to their respective countries museums and replicas carefully made instead. In the meantime great place with kids

Quite small, I visited the place during 30min and that was enough for me. The location is nice. The collection itself is kind of complete but I think you need to be an connoisseur to really enjoy what's there. It's not my kind of museum but that's my personal opinion.

The 2nd best museum in Toulouse. NOT to miss. Mesmerizing architecture and beautiful garden in the background. Alongside amazing items from Japan and China and an actual MOMMY from Egypt. Best to visit on a sunny day cause you go straight out to the gorgeous Canal du Midi and the Port Saint Sauveur.

Popped in a couple of times during a brief stay in Toulouse. The first was to escape the weather but I found myself going back the next day. The flat white was excellent. It’s table service and there’s a special section at the back if you wish to use a laptop. The staff and friendly and happy to chat. I didn’t have any of the pastries but they looked wonderful. Highly recommended if you’re in Toulouse and need a good coffee — especially the weather or not.

This cafe seriously has the best coffee in Toulouse and I've been to many around here so can highly recommend it. I got the iced latte and it was strong without the milky taste. The outdoor and indoor seating was nice too.

Cozy place with delicious food and amazing V60 coffee. I liked the coffee so much I got a bag of beans to make at home.

I had the savoury pancakes which were really original and delicious. The coffee is great too. They offer free tap water and their cakes look amazing. The service was very friendly and eating at the terrace overlooking the water is very pleasant.

We had a Great Oat Milk Cappuccino here, while our view from the upstairs window was cozy and comfortable! Would definitely visit again.
