The Colleoni Chapel, located in Bergamo, is a stunning 15th-century funerary chapel known for its colored marble exterior and frescoed ceiling. This Italian Renaissance masterpiece is dedicated to Saints Bartholomew, Mark, and John the Baptist and features an overwhelming mass of decoration that dazzles the eye.
The tickets are 5 euros (used to be free), however I think it was worth to pay, since I could not take my eyes off the artwork. Very beautiful and majestic, worth a visit

Asking an entrance fee AND not being allowed to take pictures is unacceptable. Especially because of all the damage the catholic church has caused to humanity Allowing free visits is the least they should do for reparations
Frank — Google review
For €2.30, you get to see one of Italy’s most beautiful chapels. The details, colors, and sculptures are just incredible
Nassreddine E — Google review
A true gem in Bergamo! The architecture is stunning, and the details inside are incredible. Definitely worth a visit if you're exploring the old town!

The Colleoni Chapel in Bergamo’s Upper Town, Piazza Duomo, is a Renaissance gem commissioned by Bartolomeo Colleoni as his mausoleum. Built between 1472 and 1476 by Giovanni Antonio Amadeo, it replaced part of Santa Maria Maggiore, sparking controversy. Today, it stands as a symbol of artistic and historical grandeur.
Dr. H — Google review
Absolutely spectacular baroque church!!! Limited hours. Check website. Weekends can get a little busy but this is the most special church we have seen in Europe so don’t miss it! Have fun!
Wayne B — Google review
While many are drawn to the quirky three testicles on Colleoni's family emblem outside on the fence (which is definitely worth a peek or even a touch for good luck), I highly recommend stepping inside. And see its ornate architecture, frescoes and sculptures. It's clear Colleoni wanted to leave behind a truly remarkable legacy. It's a powerful and beautiful testament to his heritage. Don't miss the chance to explore the interior – it's an unforgettable experience! And you just need to put 1 Euro (or more to enter).
Kirill B — Google review
Unmissable. I gazed for ages at the ceiling, the misericords, everywhere is beautiful. €2 to enter. Up there with the Sacre Couer.

La Marianna is a renowned bar and pastry shop known for its delicious fiordilatte gelato enriched with large pieces of dark chocolate. The idea for this delectable treat originated from the recipe for stracciatella alla romana and has been a specialty at La Marianna since 1961. The cafe, currently managed by Niccolo Panattoni, offers seating in a charming shaded courtyard, making it an ideal spot for breakfast or a snack before or after an afternoon concert.
I'm cheating to write this review, because my wife has a special bond with this place. She first sat here writing in her journal in 1998. Even if you don't have a long-term tie to this cafe, you'll really enjoy sitting here. Such a calming vibe.

Very nice place, especially in the evening, great taste of atraciatella and other cakes ❤️ Thanks fot the experience 🙏🏼
Silvia P — Google review
Day trip to Bergamo, I stopped by to try Stracciatella (chocolate chip gelato). It is a birthday place of stracciatella. I am not big chocolate chip ice cream person. It was creamy and it was good. I wanted wafer cone, it is only come in 3 scoops, 4.50 euro. The wafer cone was okay. The other two favors were pistachios and strawberry. Stracciatella was the best of the three. Is it better than other gelato, not really.
Jay S — Google review
The original stracciatella ice cream. Yes,this is much more delicious than anything sold as stracciatella. I became a fan. 🤩 Also tried polenta e osei which is a local specialty and very tasty. Crispy sweet polenta outside and some kind of cream with almond and apricot jam inside. Don't forget to try coffee with zabaglione as well, I loved it!!
Kimberly C — Google review
At La Marianna, the birthplace of Stracciatella, simplicity turns into perfection. A scoop of history, a taste of tradition, and the delicate balance of cream and chocolate that has enchanted the world since 1961. Pure Italian elegance in a cone.

Good Gelato, cozy place, and options of dessert. Even it is chill, the outside terrace is a good place to relax. Gelato recomended: Stratiachella Pistachio
Daniel P — Google review
A Perfect Afternoon at La Marianna – Gelato, Aperol, and Sunshine after a walk from the castello di san vigillio. During my recent visit to Bergamo’s charming Città Alta, I had the pleasure of stopping by La Marianna at Largo Colle Aperto, 4. Seated on their spacious outdoor terrace, I indulged in their specialty affogato a delightful combination of rich espresso poured over their signature La Marianna’s original 1961 creation, stracciatella creamy gelato. Complementing this was a refreshing Aperol Spritz, perfectly balanced and served with a smile. The gelato was creamy and rich, with generous chocolate shavings that melted perfectly on the tongue. It was evident that high-quality ingredients were used, making it one of the best I’ve tasted. The ambiance was serene, with the sun casting a gentle glow and the world leisurely passing by. It’s no wonder La Marianna is renowned not only for inventing the iconic stracciatella gelato in 1961 but also for providing such memorable experiences. If you find yourself in Bergamo, I highly recommend taking a moment to relax at La Marianna. Whether you’re a gelato enthusiast or simply seeking a tranquil spot to unwind, this establishment offers both history and hospitality in equal measure.

Campanone, also known as the Civic Tower, is a medieval tower located in Bergamo's Upper Town. Standing at over 52 meters high, it was built in the 12th century and offers panoramic views of the old town and its mountainous surroundings. Visitors can access the observation deck via a staircase with around 230 steps or take an elevator for convenience.
The best vantage point in Bergamo! Highly recommended if you would like to get a really nice panoramatic view of Bergamo and it's surroundings. The tower itself has a lift built-in nowadays which takes almost to the very top. You then just need to climb a few steps to get to the bell floor for best possible sightseeing experience.
Alexander K — Google review
Such towers were very popular all over northern Italy during the medieval ages. They expressed the wealth of families who built it, but very few remained today. This tower is in the very center of Bergamo upper town, on the main Piazza Vecchia square. Entry ticket of 7 Euros includes climbing the top with an elevator, as well a small archaeological museum down. Views from up (there're two platforms) are stunning, with both upper and lower Bergamo, as well half Lombardy on a clear day
Dejan B — Google review
Probably the highlight of my day in Bergamo! I arrived 5 minutes before they opened the doors and I had the tower for myself for about 10 minutes. The view is truly spectacular! Tickets are only a couple of euros and you can also combine the campanone and the museum inside which was interesting but the view is what makes it so worth visiting!
Marc-André G — Google review
Hearing the bell ring while soaking in those amazing views of Bergamo—that’s a cool moment!
Zongle — Google review
Amazing view from the top of the tower and a very good interactive museum.
Martin K — Google review
🎫 Currently 7 euros but includes 3 parts to the visit. Stunning tower right in the main square, 52.76m high. You can walk up or take the elevator, handy! The views are wow 🔔 Then you can visit the remains of the Podesta Palace of the family, some ruins and then a lovely little museum on the history of Bergamo 'Museo Delle Stories di Bergamo". Lots of activities going on this year in general. Definitely worth it!
Betsy C — Google review
Stopped by the is town on the way from Milan to Garda. It were many things to do, to shop and good food around. Bought 12 Euro ticket/person to go in Campanone which this same ticket can be used to access another 4 museums nearby as well. The exhibition has been presented brilliantly, so we enjoyed everything here a lot. The only down side is that it all in Italian so we had to use translation application most of the time.

Buy a combined ticket online for the historical museum which includes this Bell's tower. Incredible view from the top with elevator access if needed. A must to discover the beauty of the old city and the nearby hills.

In the heart of Bergamo Alta, Piazza Vecchia is a bustling square surrounded by historical landmarks. Pallazzo della Ragione is considered one of oldest Italian municipal buildings. Back in the 12c it housed the city council and other administrative offices, while during the Venetian period served as a court. It divides two main squares in old town - Piazza Vecchia and Piazza Duomo, between which you can roam through ancient palace arches. Plaques in those arches explain the history of all buildings around

(Translated by Google) The Palazzo della Ragione in Bergamo Alta is an authentic medieval jewel, among the oldest municipal public buildings in Italy, built between 1183 and 1198. Developed between Piazza Vecchia and Piazza del Duomo, it served as the administrative, judicial and aggregation heart of the medieval city. Originally facing the basilica, between 1453–63 it was reoriented towards Piazza Vecchia to enhance the new city hub. Veramente stupendo
Dario C — Google review
(Translated by Google) It's very beautiful, but what I find truly interesting is the fact that it has been used several times to host contemporary art installations... the dialogue between the past and the present is often re-enacted, as in the Cattelan sculpture currently located there. It depicts a homeless man slumped on a bench, intent on pissing himself... and it's no coincidence that it was placed there... the Palazzo della Ragione was the place where justice was administered, so this statue is a clear social commentary that unfortunately remains relevant...

The Palace of Reason has served as a government seat, courthouse, library, and theater. Its elegant architecture and rich legacy place it at the center of Bergamo’s cultural and civic life. Deeply cherished by locals, it remains a symbol of the city’s enduring history and communal pride.
Dr. H — Google review
(Translated by Google) This building was built in 1198 as a town hall, making it the second oldest town hall in Italy after the Roman one. Previously, the main façade faced the Piazza Duomo, where the entrance staircase also stood. After fires in the 13th-16th centuries, the building underwent significant reconstruction. The main façade was reoriented north, toward the Piazza Vecchia, a new staircase was added to the side, and the old one was dismantled. After annexation by the Venetian Republic, the building housed the Palace of Justice, a name it retains to this day. Since Napoleon's time, the building's civic significance has gradually faded; it has been used as a library, and for a time, it even stood empty. It is now used as an exhibition space. The frescoes, ceilings, windows, and the entire interior are 16th-century, but the exterior retains elements from the 12th.

(Translated by Google) Built between the late 12th and late 13th centuries, it is one of the oldest municipal buildings in Italy. Its stone façade features a loggia with pointed arches overlooking Piazza Vecchia. During Venetian rule, the building was used as a courthouse, hence its name, as the judges "rendered justice" to the citizens. Under the portico, there is a sundial carved into the marble pavement, dating back to the 18th century, which marks the local midday and the date. The upper floor houses the Sala delle Capriate, where contemporary art exhibitions are organized in collaboration with the GAMeC of Bergamo. They tell you MISINFORMATION. I do not recommend getting any information here. Lady working here (brown hair, glasses) obviously does not like her job. She "advised" us to get bus tickets from the tabaccheria at train station and we paid nearly 7 euros MORE for these tickets, she did not tell us you can buy the ticket straight inside the bus, which are WAY CHEAPER. Not very friendly!
Klaudia W — Google review
*****FINE EUR70**** It should have been a nice day in but NOT Bergamo. We were ripped off by bus inspector, accused and fined us getting to the bus to the Bergamo old town without ticket. The bus website said we can buy the ticket on the bus also ticket machine not working. In the crowded bus, we saw the ticket inspector in the bus so we waited to buy ticket from her. When she came to us, she just accused and asked us to pay fine for getting to the bus without ticket. "I JUST DO MY JOB" that is all she was saying. NO she did not do the job. She abused authority. Without judgeing fairly if we are genuise tourist or ticket violation. Moreover, the city looks not friendly many immigrants wondering aimlessly, armed policemen. Train station officer is not helpful, bus driver looks angry, bus inspectors not welcome Sure many tourists have a good time but why should we take the RISK.

Had a great time in Italy, Milan, just finishing off with a quick day trip to Bergamo. Unfortunately the whole trip has been ruined because of a bus ticket machine that wasn't working and a ticket inspector who decided to fine us instead of helping. So my advice is avoid Bergamo, if you must come don't travel by bus...

Panino Giusto has been delighting food lovers since 1979, earning a stellar reputation for its exceptional panini and dishes. This beloved eatery prides itself on sourcing high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients that respect the seasonal nature of Italian cuisine. Whether you're craving a fresh panini, focaccia, or pizza at the airport, Panino Giusto stands out with its commitment to quality and flavor.
Panino Giusto exceeded our expectations with its warm ambiance, high-quality dishes, and flavorful menu. The highlight of our visit was Paola, our waitress, who provided exceptional service—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. A must-visit for great food and top-notch hospitality!

Valik — Google review
Panino Giusto at Orio al Serio Airport in Bergamo Milano offers an impressive dining experience despite the bustling airport environment. The sandwiches, as expected, are amazing. I enjoyed a smoked praga sandwich, while my girlfriend had a salmon one. Both were delicious and maintained the high standard that Panino Giusto is known for. The service was commendable, and we appreciated having a place to sit down and relax even though the airport was quite crowded. The spritz drinks we ordered were also quite good, adding to the overall pleasant experience. However, the price is on the higher side. Spending 15 euros for a sandwich feels steep, which is something to consider. Despite the cost, Panino Giusto provides a nice spot to unwind before a flight, with quality food and drink in a comfortable setting.
Andrea R — Google review
If you come from a Foreign Country you need to try Panino Giusto, it’s the real big company that do fast food but with the Italian quality and products. You will spend more than an avarage fast food but it’s really the best panino that you can eat in Italy. I ate Esagerato and Baita that they are amazing, dessert and coffee are good too, it’s not my first time in this place. Unfortunately it’s located this in the airport so it’s loud as all Italian people, but is the best place to eat if you’re waiting your flight.
Sascha B — Google review
Had a one-hour break at the airport and decided to skip the usual McDonald’s (which is just across) and try this place instead, and….what a great decision! We had two paninis, the Tartufo and something like Jolly, and they were honestly incredible, considering that it was an airport food. Fresh, flavorful, and way more satisfying than your typical fast food at the airports. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something tasty and a bit more special during your waiting time!
Karolina G — Google review
Spent 19 EUR for two incredibly delicious vegetarian sandwiches. We were blown away by how good they were and would have wanted more. They were prepared quite quickly. We didn't seat at their table as there was a 15 minute waiting time, but we got the food to go and sat at the common area tables. Out of all the eating options available in the Bergamo Airport, this place is definitely worth it.
Mihai P — Google review
Bought the absolute cheapest thing on the menu (a tiny ham-and-cheese toast, €7.80!) just so I could use a socket and charge my phone as there’re no sockets in the airport. After I paid and sat down, the waitress came over and told me I’d have to spend more money if I wanted to sit at a table. Total scammy attitude they just want to squeeze every cent out of you. Honestly felt unwelcome and ripped off.

They will charge you three euros for the service which wasn’t really fair for a pizza but to have a conclusion I think this bar and restaurant is a good one and I don’t know why they have the rate of 3.9 and I think they deserve more than that. You definitely can’t find better places to have pizza but try drinks here. They are better than their pizzas. First time here, I ordered a Caipirinha and it was the best cocktail I had

Sweet Irene in Bergamo, Italy is a delightful spot known for its high-quality and delicious treats. Located at Via Sant'Orsola, it offers a variety of freshly baked pastries, cakes, chocolates, and confectioneries. The store also caters to dietary preferences with gluten-free options and plant-based snacks like cappuccino with oat milk. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy some sweet indulgence.
Very cute café with great music and plenty of glutenfree options for me that were delicious and very special - like a chestnut brownie with red pepper! :D (The owner informed me that there may be traces as they use the same kitchen)

The place is very welcoming, with a nice, warm atmosphere and, despite the small area, it doesn't feel cramped. Their best asset is a very vast tea selection, with high quality leaves and a wide array of flavours, with more than reasonable prices. As for the food, they have a good selection of pastries, in which you can find many vegan or gluten free options, as well as a few of both. However, because of the choice of flour, some sweets feel a bit dry, so I recommend always ordering with a nice beverage.

The Gaetano Donizetti Theater, also known as Teatro Donizetti, is a beautifully restored 18th-century building in Bergamo. Named after the renowned composer Domenico Gaetano Maria Donizetti, the theater hosts a variety of performances including opera, jazz, and drama. The venue's grand auditorium provides a stunning setting for cultural events throughout the year.
Beautiful theatre, newly renovated. Fantastic LA FAVORITE…except the totally unnecessary, far too long „ballet“ which Donizetti only composed to satisfy the Parisians of that time…but if you include it then please not in such a choreography or whatever that is…

Palazzo e Giardini Moroni is an extravagant 17th-century palace located in Bergamo Alta. The interior boasts stunning Baroque architecture and a rich art collection, with opulent frescoes adorning the walls and ceilings. Visitors can take a self-guided tour through several rooms inside the palazzo and explore the beautifully landscaped gardens at the back. The rose-filled gardens feature neatly clipped topiary and offer picturesque views of the surrounding mountains, providing a serene setting for relaxation.
When visiting Citta Alta, and if you interested in seeing a beautiful building with fantastic interior, you should visit Palazzo e Giardini Moroni. We spent one hour visiting the place. After climbing the first stairs go to your right and watch the film (in the old kitchen), which will give you a very good introduction of the place and its history. There are English subtitles. Then go round in the rooms and enjoy. Also worth seeing the large garden. We were here in December, so the garden is looking much nicer in the warm season.

We visited the palace and gardens on Sunday and there were quite a few visitors. The palace rooms are spectacular, they are extremely well preserved and restored. There is also the possibility of a guided tour without exorbitant costs. The gardens are a breath of fresh air in the fortress. They are absolutely unusual for Citta Alta.

Very beautiful and very well kept. Nice for an hour-ish long detour. The garden is absolutely beautiful! The price in September 2025. for the palazzo and the garden was 11€ per person.

I had a self guided tour through the palace, the interior is stunning, walking up the staircase has a wow factor. It’s very beautiful. The gardens were lovely too. Definitely a place to visit if you’re interested in the baroque period, I thought the €10 euro entry fee was very reasonable too. I chose to visit around 11am on a weekday and it was incredibly quiet, the staff were very helpful. If you’re staying or visiting Cita Alta, it’s a must see, I hope to visit again in the future.

I've worked in gelato shops for many years and I know it's not easy to make it well (even if it looks like it). I don't know if this guy was in training or what, but he made a complete mess of the tub... I asked for three flavors and he basically filled half the tub with just one of the three. The last flavor obviously didn't fit any more gelato, so he barely put any in. He should be taught how to make tubs before putting him to work. The gelato isn't good at all; I know a lot about it, and it's truly awful. I definitely won't be going back, and I don't recommend it (at least for gelato, I don't know about the rest). While currently closed due to the pandemic, visitors can still explore the beautiful garden and capture breathtaking photos of the landscape.
You can reach San Vigilio Castle in Upper Bergamo's northern part by cable car. The stunning views you'll see during the cable car ride transform into a panoramic scene as you explore the castle area. From 500 meters above sea level, you can enjoy the surroundings from a 360-degree angle. The area is well-maintained and organized, and there is no entrance fee. It's a great place for hiking.

A typical tourist restaurant. The food was average, and there was no flexibility to order anything outside of the set menu. At least they managed to bring us tomatoes and mozzarella separately, as they weren’t able to prepare a Caprese salad. The pasta wasn’t bad, the most delicious one was the lobster pasta. However, the most disappointing part was that they added an extra bottle of wine to our bill, which we neither ordered nor drank. When we pointed out that we had only one bottle, they corrected the bill without any issues. Still, it left us with a slightly uncomfortable feeling, as it could have been an honest mistake or something less innocent. The only truly enjoyable aspect was the beautiful garden and its pleasant atmosphere.

Circolino Città Alta is a charming eatery located in the medieval heart of the Upper Town, housed in a former monastery turned prison. The restaurant offers a carefully sourced traditional menu and an extensive wine list. In winter, guests can dine amidst seventeenth-century frescoes, while in summer, they can enjoy the pleasant garden. The establishment prides itself on its meticulous search for raw materials and respect for tradition.
I visited Cirocolino twice with a cousin, and both times were absolutely wonderful! The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Along with the drinks, they serve bread, which is a lovely touch. The pasta, burger, and cheeses are all outstanding! The portions are very generous - more than enough to satisfy, and every bite is full of flavor. I especially want to praise the staff - today, the gentleman serving the cheese kindly looked for a colleague who speaks better English so they could explain the cheeses to me in more detail. That was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made my experience even better. I’ll really miss the flavors of this place! Also, the lady at the register is incredibly kind and radiates positive energy – it honestly makes you not want to leave. Highly recommended!

Very busy spot for dinner special at the weekend. Reservation was needed. We have ordered Rabit with polenta, beef with polenta and two pizzas + bottle of red wine and 2 Coca Cola paid around 80 euros with coperto. We didn’t have to wait long for our order. Everything was tasty. Portion was not to big. If you order only one dish (no starters) you might be a little bit hungry but then you have a space for dessert so overall is good👍

Arrived in Bergamo and had to try this place despite a couple of dodgy reviews. Walked in about 6pm and were immediately sat at a nice table. My family and I had a fantastic time. Great food (the steak was awesome!), really friendly staff who were helpful on food and wine selections and great fun. We were sat upstairs and we all commented how good the acoustics were for conversation at the table in a reasonably full restaurant by the time we left at about 9:30pm. As for the slightly negative reviews on here… Hey everyone has an off day, don’t let that put you off this great establishment. Cost wise… €170 for 4 people having 2-3 courses each, soft drinks and a decent bottle of local wine to complement the steak. We felt that was very reasonable considering the quality of the experience. We could easily have dined there without deserts and the alcoholic beverages for well under €100

Located in the medieval heart of Bergamo, in a building that once housed an ancient monastery later converted into a prison, Il Circolino di Città Alta offers cozy, atmospheric spaces that make for a truly memorable dining experience. We enjoyed an exquisite Italian lunch, with each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The pizzas were light and crispy, while the Caprese salad featured ripe, juicy tomatoes and a whole mozzarella, perfectly seasoned with fresh herbs. Very reasonably priced. The waiting staff were attentive and polite throughout. A wonderful spot — I’d definitely recommend visiting when in Bergamo!

The wine selection is also well-priced. And to top it all off, the service is outstanding. Our waitress, Ivonne, was both professional and incredibly friendly 😊

Great service and great vegan options! We were happy to find a traditional Italian ristorante that offers a variety of vegan options. It’s not listed on the menu but the staff helped out! 😊 Till now we ate the bruschetta with Tomate, the spaghetti pomodoro, we love the insalata mista but our highlight is the vegan polenta option! 🙏

Good pizza and with options to have it gluten-free and with lactose free mozzarella. Not many pizza places have both options. Service was okay, had the impression that the waitress was going to say no to my wife when she asked to have her pizza cut for her. She eventually took my wife’s pizza back to the kitchen to have it sliced up but she gave the impression that she was reluctant to do it. Not sure why but it’s a simple request. Not sure I would go back to this restaurant.

Everything that we ordered was delicious. The beer selection is good. My linguini with sea food looks very good, but some of the food needs to be cleaned from shells. It wasn't so comfortable and you need napkins. The tables are very close each others. Overall I could come back and will recommend to my friends.

Baretto di San Vigilio is a charming and romantic restaurant located in Bergamo Alta, offering refined cuisine in an elegant setting. The restaurant features a low-lit dining room as well as a romantic terrace with stunning views of the city and the Orobie Mountains. Housed in an old Bergamasque villa, Baretto di San Vigilio exudes English charm mixed with French bistro ambiance. The menu offers generous traditional cuisine with a modern twist.
Perhaps the best lunch we have ever had! Great food is an understatement and the service was first class. Couple that with a warm sunny day and sitting on the outdoor terrace - it couldn’t have been better. We had a spritz and two lovely bottles of wine between 4. The restaurant gave us various complimentary tasting dishes which were all delicious. When I asked for the bill it was way under my expectations at about $100AUD per head - the best inexpensive lunch I’ve ever had - plenty of room for a good tip to the happy staff and owners.

My husband and I researched restaurants in Bergamo before we left the UK. We came across this delightful restaurant online and called to book a table on the terrace for the evening we arrived. Well, what can we say! It delivered beyond our expectations in every way. We took the funicular railway and a few steps from the terminal & we had arrived at the restaurant with its outstanding view and twinkling lights. It was such a pretty setting. The buzz from the people dining on the terrace was just lovely, and we received exceptional service from the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly too. The menu choices were amazing, and the food was incredible! Every dish had flavours that set your taste buds going. We had a lovely rose wine recommended by their wine waiter, which did not disappoint. All in all, we had a truly wonderful evening, and we will treasure our memories of our time spent here. Highly recommended. Pay a visit when in Bergamo, you will not be disappointed!

We found out about this place from the Michelin guide and this was actually a second visit. We went in without a reservation and the staff were super accommodating. The food is so good, it has a familiar feel, like good ol' homecooked meals but with a special twist. I especially enjoyed the pumpkin appetizer, the carbonara and the truffle pasta. Not to mention the pittoresque setting which was so cozy in a rainy day.

One of the best experiences I ever had in Italy, amazing food, great staff. I would totally recommend this eating journey. We got here by accident just visiting Bergamo after some busy days in Milan, and were kinda disappointed to be honest. But I do recommend Bergamo and especially this restaurant. Great starters, amazing dishes. 10/10 experience

Important destination in Bergamo. Great food, excellent location, and super experience. Not all the service peolpe speak english - but it's not a big issue.

This is a Michelin star restaurant so you can expect prices to be high, but you do great food and great service. The food was amazing although I ordered the Cod with Polenta and expected it quite different but still delicious. I was able to taste the Octopus as a main dish and this was magnificent. A nice touch was all the complimentary little dishes in between courses and with the coffee. We were a party of 11 so I was lucky to try different starters and main courses and all the meals were exceptional. We had a lovely Bergamo white which was fruity and complimented our courses which were all mainly fish courses. A meal at this restaurant is not cheap but it's a culinary experience worth indulging in. I have to mention the excellent customer service which was delivered with professionalism and cheerfulness. There is only one thing that lets this restaurant down, and that is the toilets. First, they need to be cleaned during the clients being there as it gives a bad impression when there is no toilet paper or hand wipes.

Vineria Cozzi is a quirky and original restaurant located in the heart of Citta Alta, operating since the 1840s. The restaurant features eclectic decor, with vaulted ceilings and an easygoing setting. It offers inventive cuisine and a wide selection of gin at the bar. Situated near Piazza Vecchia, it combines tradition and innovation through its excellent food and wine offerings.
Fine Dining for Everyone! Never thought we would stumble into a restaurant of this calibre. Dishes were beautifully crafted but the art was in the execution of the balance of the matchmaking of the ingredients that made my taste buds dance and my heart sing. My Dark Cocoa Tartlet (savoury) was divine!!! If I am ever in Bergamo or in Milan, I will definitely come back to this under-rated restaurant again. The service was excellent. Tita looked after us wonderfully!!

We stumbled across this little gem on a short trip to Bergamo. The restaurant is so welcoming and the decor is gorgeous. The wine section was great, the service was fantastic and the free antipasti with each glass of wine was to die for would highly recommend.

This is the best GLUTEN FREE restaurant in the area. The menu has many GF options and the service is very good. I would suggest making a reservation during week-ends because it was quite full. Gourmet food with local ingredients.

I dined solo for the evening. I walked in and asked for a table and was seated somewhere towards the back for a nice quiet meal. The music was a fantastic playlist to go along with the food. I had excellent service with the waitress taking care of me for my time there. She made some excellent recommendations for the evening. They have many gluten free options to choose from here. Reading some of the other reviews was unfortunate to read. I had the opposite experience with my visit to this place without a reservation and walking in. I will definitely dine here again if I’m the Bergamo area.

Da Giuliana is a long-standing osteria in Italy that offers home-style pasta and meat dishes in a cozy setting. The restaurant has a relaxed vibe and a leafy terrace, providing an authentic dining experience. It is known for serving delicious Bergamascan food with generous portions at budget-friendly prices. The trattoria concept offers rustic local cuisine without pretense, creating a unique dining experience for visitors.
We went to this restaurant for a dinner, because it was recommended by many sources. When we entered we felt like we were part of Italian family - great service, the owner was welcoming the guests. As for the food, for dinner there is a formula: first and second dishes + salad bar (you can pick your veggies, and the selection is good) + dessert, all for 25€ It was a great experience, we were lucky to get a spot without a reservation - this place is very popular, so better reserve in advance

What an experience! It was super fun and delicious, we felt like it was the real deal. We were seated at a shared table, very kind waiter explained the menu to us (in spanish so we would understand), there is a salad bar, you get water, wine, bread and one or two course meal. The atmosphere is eclectic and so charming! It felt genuine and honestly it was a treat! Price is very reasonable too.
Ilka M — Google review
They are offering a fixed menu plus a buffet for 25 Euro. A carafe of wine is included. Our pasta dishes were very good. The pork chop was very dry and was not seasoned. Boring. The roast beef was boring too.. On one photo what we gave back uneaten. The dessert was too sweet. The salad buffet was nothing to talk about. The cheapest available stuff. Because we prefer beer over wine, we asked if it's possible to change the included wine to beer. One waiter said yes, another said no. Finally I ordered one beer - a Heineken was the only available one. What a shame, because there are very good Italian beers. So we tried the wines. Big mistake. The cheapest wines on the market I guess. The waiters were friendly, the waitresses acted if they hate their job. The chairs are maximal uncomfortable.

The famous and charismatic Giuliana runs a restaurant that is truly special in Bergamo. We tried the casoncelli(Bergamo special type of ravioli), the gorgonzola gnocchi, long cooked beef with green sauce, veal with polenta and for dessert we had a bergamo special polenta dessert and tiramisu. All these dishes came with a salad buffét with 20 different selections of salads, 1/4 bottle of wine, water, bread & coffee with the desserts for €25 per person. Fantastic service, unique athmosphere and really tasty food.

Fantastic view! Lovely food! Friendly service! It feels like a real family restaurant... but on top of a mountain! Get the #1 bus from the airport or rail station to Citta Alta (Upper Town). We visited this restaurant for the second time during a short family holiday at the beginning of September. This allows me to modify my previous review based on the food tasting. The pizza is delicious, with perfect dough, excellent toppings and seasoning. The staff are very efficient and discreet. I like that you can pay at the cashier on your way out. The biggest advantage of this restaurant is the view from the terrace. The view is worth every penny. :)

WOW. A must visit restaurant. A lovely walk up a long cobbled hill. The menu had changed and I couldn't see a vegan opinion. The waitress asked the kitchen and they made me a vegetable ragu with tagliatelle. It was excellent. The view from the open patio door was spectacular. Waiter service was attentive but not overpowering. A really nice, relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

One of the best views ever. Overseeing the whole of Bergamo and the amazing hills and mountains. The food was delicious. It is a mix of local Bergamaschi dishes like rabbit stew with polenta, and lovely tuna stake , they were kind enough to arrange a big table for us that would still come with a view and keep it as we were late due to traffic. The tiramisù was perfect and they have a very good variety of vines. It is a busy place and i reccomend you book and come on time.

Beautiful baroque cathedral. Came here while rehearsal for big mass. I found a chapel of holy cross very beautiful. There is a painting of Christus taking off the holly cross and in the dome painting Christus is painted with the cross and Father God and Holly Spirit as Holly trinity. There is also small and hidden Stations of the Cross, carved in marble. The cathedral has also a crypt, but was not accessible at the time of visit.

Bergamo Duomo is set on Piazza Duomo - a tiny and packed square with other religious edifices. It is the very first on the left, and you'll recognized it by its whitewashed neoclassical facade. However, behind it, when you enter, you're stunned with outstanding and beautiful art and decoration. We even found it more beautiful than the next door Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, as the decor is not that intense like Basilica's. Entry is free

Quite plain on the outside but rich in decoration in the interior. The Crypt area is very interesting and a must see when you visit. There are a few mini chapels off to the sides, so make sure you visit those also. As always with these Italian Cathedrals the floors and ceiling is incredible. The church is free to enter.

Beautiful walls from the venetians, free entry and a nice stroll on a good day. You really have to be there to appreciate exactly how grand, thicc and impressive these walls are. If you're gluten free and looking for a fantastic pizza restaurant with a great atmosphere, Ristorante Pizzeria Byron is the place to go! They have a wide selection of gluten free pizzas that all taste great, and their partner was happy with her pizza too. The only downside is that it didn't fit my preferences 100% - but I'm sure any standard pizza would be just as delicious. This is definitely one of my favourite gluten free restaurants in Bergamo!
Good restaurant with a lot of different options of Italian cuisine: traditional, lactose and gluten free, vegetarian and vegan, integral, pizza without tomato sauce etc. I’d take half a point for slow service but everything else was fine. We took 2 kinds of pizza, water, beer and 2 types of dessert. Hot chocolate pie was amazing! Raspberry cheesecake was very good too 👌🏻🍓

At Antica Osteria Del Vino Buono in Bergamo, the service was great, with staff that were very welcoming and friendly. We began with a shared plate of charcuterie and cheese, which offered a nice mix of flavors. This was followed by the ‘drunk’ risotto (daily specials) and ravioli; the risotto was fine, though it didn't stand out in flavor. The ravioli, filled with meat and topped with sage, bacon, and melted butter, was exceptionally tasty. The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant further enhanced our enjoyable dining experience.

I’m still thinking about the pasta weeks later, one of the most flavourful dishes I’ve had in a while. Service was lovely, well priced and good atmosphere inside.
Chelsea D — Google review
The food is pretty bad for the restaurant. They brought what they claim to be a “slowly cooked pork” within 10 minutes, which means it’s premade. Feels like I ate in a school canteen a very mediocre dish. The tomatoes they brought were not quite fresh either. The interior and service is good, but I’m disappointed with a food a lot, waste of money.

Lovely family run restaurant! The service was very friendly and welcoming. Our waitress had a great knowledge of allergies, specifically gluten free. Lots of old family recipes - all our food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back next time we are in Bergamo!

A wonderful local and authentic place to eat. Our waitress was so friendly, explained each plate and suggested wines to accompany the meal. It’s not expensive and the food is very good.

Very basic food done poorly. No excuse to serve tasteless, watery risotto. Worst meal we've had in Italy. The toilets stink and the smell wafts into the restaurant.

Rocca di Bergamo is a striking 14th-century fortress situated on the hill of Sant'Eufemia in Bergamo's upper town. It offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the Alps. The fortress houses a section of the city's history museum, providing an intriguing look into Bergamo's rich past. Visitors can explore remnants from the city's military history while strolling through the grounds.
This is La Rocca, a beautiful open air museum from Bergamo. 🇮🇹 This place is full of history (mostly monuments from WW2, even a tank that was well-kept). Some of the writings you'll find here tell stories from famous battles which took place between 1939 - 1945 (The Battle of El Alamein, Egypt, being one of them). If you're visiting Bergamo for the first time, don't miss out this great tourist attraction. Believe me, it is stunning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Favorite spot in Bergamo. Perfect for nice and a quiet walk. It gives great view of old and new town. BUT BE CAREFUL, IT CLOSES AT 9 PM. We got locked inside the park together with a few more tourists because we weren't aware if this. Luckily, guard let us out a few moments after and then took off in his car.
Veronika K — Google review
The fortress is super nice and the views are amazing and definitely worth it. But the museum inside will be useless for you if you don't speak Italian. There isn't a single English text in there.
Mojmír R — Google review
Nice views, the museum is ok but small. You wouldn’t miss much by just visiting the area around the main building.

Wonderful view over the city of Bergamo. So make sure you walk on the top wall of the fortress. In the Park aroud the fortress you do find military memory stones. We didn't visit the museum but just for the view it was worth it.

P40 Caffé, located in Piazza Pontida, is a top pick for aperitivo time in the lower city. It's known for its refreshing Hugo drink and craft beer selection. The café offers great focaccia and tasty sweet treats. Customers praise Gino, the amazing bartender who serves delicious cappuccinos with chocolate. The café has quick and friendly staff, offering good food and an extensive drinks menu with great cocktail options.
I bobbed in for some early lunch and was quickly shown to a seat in the window by the friendly waitress. She brought me a menu along with a bottle of chilled water and some crispy bread sticks. I ordered Casoncelli alla Bergamasco and a glass of valpolicella. My pasta was superb, and my wine was crisp and fresh. It's a great spot to sit and relax whilst watching the world go by. I would definitely reccomend lunch at P40 Caffé.

Nothing short of a culinary disaster. Avoid the chicken burger at all costs. Tasteless minced meat with rubber cheese on top and I try not to think about the sauce. The staff was really nice and energetic though.

Excellent Caffe with delicious Brioche! The place is nice, clean, and very chill. Although there are lots of people here, it seems like everyone leaves quickly so there are free tables all time. The coffee is delicious, but brioche (croissant 🥐) with creams steal all the show! Surprisingly, the food is relatively cheap also

It's hard to find a place for breakfast in Bergamo on Sunday! Fortunately, Botega Caffe Cacao is waiting for visitors first thing in the morning. A large selection of delicacies for breakfast and delicious coffee to go with it. There are crowds of visitors from the morning, fortunately, the tables get vacated every now and then. It's worth starting the day with breakfast at this place!

I was looking forward to coming here as a huge pastry fan. Ordered 2 pistachio cornettos, 1 to go and they were severely under filled with just a squirt of pistachio cream on the top. I opened it up to show in full the amount of cream. Very dry and unsatisfying cornettos, nice coffee but due to the disappointing cornettos I cannot recommend it.

(Translated by Google) Beautiful concert part of Bergamo Jazz 2025 (Stick Men). The theater has been adequately renovated and the rooms are quite warm. In addition to the stalls there are 3 tiers of boxes, in each of which 4 seats have been placed; unfortunately the most lateral boxes do not allow a good view of the stage and the seats in the second row are particularly compromised. Being a musical event it was still usable. The theater and festival staff were very courteous and helpful. (Original) Bellissimo concerto parte di Bergamo jazz 2025 (Stick Men). This is a sensational hotel and restaurant at the top of Bergamo. The views are second to none. Incredible dining spaces inside and outside. Service was first class and meticulous. We had a variety of starting dishes which were all incredible. The food is sourced very much locally. The main dishes of local lamb were sensational. Wine choices were incredible also. Their local cheese was utterly superb. This is a restaurant one would ideally book in advance and / or stay at the hotel. Thank you for.an incredible evening.

We had stayed here previously many years ago, and said we would always try to return. Luckily for us it is still the same wonderful place, filled with care and love, with every minute detail thought about. Comfy beds, beautiful decoration, stunning views, beautiful drinks and food, friendly staff, the whole place is just an oasis in the chaos of the world. If you can, try to stay here, you really really won't regret it, it will exceed every expectation of a hotel, and will leave you with a desire to reach that benchmark everywhere else. Thank you again, and thanks to Roberta again for my lovely birthday candle at breakfast.

Stayed here for 4 nights and dined in the restaurant for one night. It is situated in Vigilo, overseeing the beautiful Bergamo landscape, the comfort of the rooms, the amazing views, the tranquility is simply great. The restaurant and the dining experience was also top notch. Will definetly go there whenever i am in Bergamo. The only handicap may be, for some people, is the difficulty in reaching to the hotel with a car, there is a car park if u pay for it in the hotel but could be difficult for some people. The rest is just great unique experience

At Délice Maison, the charm of late-night service shines brightly, even when the clock strikes 10 PM and most places have closed their doors. The dedicated staff continued to welcome guests well past their official closing time, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. I indulged in a couple of mouthwatering sandwiches, including the Bufalino with Parma ham and a delightful Grana Padano option that left my taste buds dancing with joy.
The lady at the counter was absolutely lovely. She deserves all the appreciation for her positive attitude despite all the hard work The Orticella was very good.

I had the Apollo chicken burger at a cafe in the airport, and it was quite good. The ordering process was a bit chaotic, though. After paying, you receive a receipt and need to go to another counter where the food is prepared. It seems to operate on a first-come, first-served basis, which leads to some confusion and a bit of a scramble as people push to get their orders. This system made it take a while to actually get the food. Also, the way they heat the food made the bread and burger a bit soggy from condensation, but the taste was still decent. Prices are higher, as expected at an airport, but they're not too over the top compared to other places.

AWFUL!! i regret going here . when i was looking at what to get , a lady who works there came to us and started shouting on another language and dismissing me , she then said on english that they were closing. Then 2 minutes later i see her at the cash register with customers ( they obviously werent closing she just refused to serve me ) . When i noticed that i went to her and asked her why she refused to serve me , which she explained as : “ i was just pretending not to understand u “ . I had gotten my sandwich only when another worker came by and offered me a service . She is really unproffesionall and i dont know how she still has a job .

Terrible experience at this café. When I politely asked a question in English, the woman at the counter flat-out ignored me and my husband and literally no answer, no effort, nothing. Just a rude attitude then she spoke in Italian which I didn’t even understand. Moments later, she served another customer in Italian with a big smile and full attention. For a café inside an international airport, this is completely unacceptable. Basic courtesy should not depend on which language you speak. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Definitely avoid this place if you expect fair treatment and even the slightest bit of professionalism.

I had an awful experience at this coffee shop. I was handed a receipt and didn’t realise you had to give it back in as never experienced this during my two weeks in Italy, so and put it in the bin. I explained what happened and The cashier confirmed I paid and a barista made the coffee but a third ‘woman’ refused to give it unless I fished it out of the bottom of the bin. The other staff laughing and this third woman screaming at todays entertainment of the stupid tourists. I have never ever experienced rudeness and humiliation like from these people. Night club
Setai is a trendy nightclub located near the Orio mega mall in Bergamo. It's a popular spot for wining and dining, offering a vibrant atmosphere with disco-techno music spun by Italian and international DJs. The club attracts a stylish crowd who come to see and be seen, making it an ideal place to dress up and enjoy lively youth parties.
Good drinks, great sound

A friend of mine reserved a table several days before. After being all gathered together, she ordered two bottles previously agreed with a club employee. We were waiting for them to be brought there, so as to start the party without a dry throat. However, after half an hour nobody brought anything. So, a bit annoyed, she went to reiterate the order but she was told to wait. Another half an hour went by, till it turned out that our bottles had been mistakenly served to another table. Bad organization and management. To add insult to injury, we also found out that the party finished at 2.30, and we got merely pushed outside by bodyguards. Not a great experience, high expense for little in return. I'll consider carefully the next time I get invited there

I’m deeply disappointed by the racist behavior shown by this club. Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, or background has absolutely no place in our society – especially not in a public space meant for everyone. Racism is not an opinion; it’s a serious issue. I hope the management reflects on their actions and starts promoting diversity, respect, and equal treatment for all. Calling out this kind of behavior is necessary for change.” the security are not suitable for the job!!!

Perched atop the cable railway in Bergamo Alta, Caffe' Della Funicolare provides a stunning panoramic view of Bergamo below. It's an ideal spot for a morning meal or an evening happy hour with a sunset backdrop. The cafe offers an extensive selection of teas, wines, beers, and expertly crafted cocktails. Visitors praise the beautiful views, attentive service, and adherence to COVID-19 safety measures.
Beautiful view and friendly staff. Slightly expensive, but justified by the absolutely high quality of their menu. Covid regulations carefully followed (distancing, mask, temperature check, etc.) Recommended.

Stefan L — Google review
Amazing coffee but the stunning view is spoiled by a dirty cracked glass safety shield! Would not come again for that reason.
Harry R — Google review
Since this place is located just at the hill station of the cable car and at the entrance of the old town of Bergamo you could think it is a typical tourist trap that overcharges for bad service. But the opposite is true! Very friendly and honest staff, no one is luring you inside, and they care about their customers. Prices are not too high and the quality is very good. We got chips and peanuts plus a not too small sample of local food complimentary with our Hugos (well mixed). So the price level is fair enough. Toilets are acceptable. Get a place on the terrace and enjoy! the phenomenal view!
David L — Google review
It's not a restaurant but we have had food in there and it's very nice, certainly if you stay longer than expected and decide you need something to eat. The drink selection is good with nice wines and great cocktails, and the decor and view from the balcony are both impressive. We've now been to Bergamo 3 times and I wouldn't dream of going there and not visiting this place at least once.
Matthew T — Google review
It has a great view, maybe the best in Bergamo, especially if you can get out on the terrace, but my spritz was about €3 more expensive than the next cafe 30 seconds away across the square, so you pay for that nice view.

Le Funi is a stylish, modern hotel in the old town of Bergamo, Italy. It features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and a minibar. The breakfast area is under an arbored dining area in winter or on a shaded terrace in summer.
I stayed in Le Funi Hotel in early September 2024. It is in a great location- walking distance to Citta Alta. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean and the buffet breakfast on the open terrace was delicious and peaceful. By far the most outstanding thing about this Hotel was its kind, generous spirited, supportive staff. They provided exemplary service, advice and kindness. I had a fall while in Bergamo and everyone at the hotel- including the manager, kitchen staff, cleaners and receptionists supported me through a difficult time. I would highly recommend this stylish, artistic, wonderful Hotel. Helen Turner

Le Funi is a gem. Well located, charming, great service and truly a perfect stay to match the uniqueness of Bergamo. Located in Bergamo's città alta, Le Funi has the vantage point of being near the walled historic city and in walking distance to the even steeper parts of exclusive homes and views. Peaceful walks up and down staircases, within the walled city and around the perimeter of the walls are all in close proximity. Since the hotel is slightly outside the fortified walls and away from where all the tourists are, it is quiet and feels exclusive. You can be a part of the action of the city or choose to be remotely quiet and witness from a distance. I enjoyed room 202 and I believe this is THE room you must request. On the second and top floor. The room is on a corner of the building and has four windows with spectacular views. Even the bathroom has a window. Ample sunlight. The room is modern and efficient. Comfortable and quiet. I will request the same room when I return. The morning breakfast is like dining in a family home. Welcoming and cozy. Ample selection of items and great coffee. In writing to the management in advance, they accommodated my request for oak milk. The responsiveness of the management to emails is exceptional. No question is a bother. They were always quick to respond and accommodate. By the time I arrived, I felt as if I'd already been enjoying their hospitality.

This was my second stay at this wonderful hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The restaurant team were just as friendly and attentive, adding to the overall excellent service. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, which I truly appreciated, and the location is absolutely perfect — close to everything yet quiet enough for a restful stay. My room was very comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep. A special thank you for the lovely treat I received for my birthday — such a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more memorable. I will definitely be returning again. Highly recommended!

Absolute great price for value! The manager was extremely helpful, kind and friendly and even helped us with dinner bookings. The room is spotless! Clean, modern and well equipped. I have no criticism whatsoever!

A perfect place for your Bergamo Getaway! It is in the perfect location in the Upper Old City, has great freshly renovated rooms, and offers excellent service. During our stay, we encountered four different front desk attendees, and all of them were super attentive to our needs! Again - the location is perfect! Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices for all tastes and preferences. (Try all the cheese they offer.) There are many attractions in very close proximity to this hotel. There is Parking!!! I am thrilled! Thank you!

I stayed at the Le Funi Hotel from August 26th to 29th. The hotel is great, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The location is just right, a 10 minute walk to Citta Alta and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. The reception staff were very friendly and happy to provide information about sightseeing in Bergamo. The breakfast service was excellent and Lucia deserves special mention, as she greeted every guest with a smile and warmth. It was a pleasant start to the day and coffee was absolutely delicious.
Halina K — Google review
I very rarely post reviews as very few hotels stay long in the memory, but Le Funi is an exception, this hotel and the experience I had there will live long in my memory for all the right reasons. Paolo and his team make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, and this incredible boutique hotel situated only five minutes from the main square has the most breath taking views of Bergamo and on a clear day allows you to view Milan in the distance. To say that this is a relaxing hotel is a huge understatement, the rooms are spacious spotless and very well equipped ensuring a great nights sleep after a day of sight seeing in this beautiful historic walled city. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and I look forward to my next trip to Bergamo where I will certainly be staying at Le Funi hotel. Thank you Paolo and your team for making my trip to Bergamo such an enjoyable experience, keep up the great work.

Would have given them 0 stars if possible. Ordered an Aloha poke bowl and it’s the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. The rice was in cubes like it’s just been taken up from the refrigerator, the tuna was mushy and not in nice dices as shown in the picture. The edame beans were frozen dry. Don’t eat poke here! One bowl costed 16€.

At Berry & Coffee, the star of the menu is undoubtedly the vibrant array of red fruits. From luscious raspberries and blueberries to sweet strawberries, tangy currants, and rich blackberries, each ingredient is expertly blended to create delightful and healthy dishes. For health-conscious travelers seeking fresh options, there's a tempting selection of freshly made smoothies and fruit bowls that can be enjoyed on their own or paired with creamy yogurt topped with crunchy muesli.
I had croissants for breakfast, everything was fresh and tasteful.

Scammers, after telling us the price of two red bulls (10€) we said we changed our minds. The cashier told us we have to pay anyway because she already printed the receipt. When I pointed out that the receipt was not printed yet and the order could have been cancelled she proceeded to hit confirm and print the receipt. Greedy company, and greedy owners forcing their workers to scam people. Disgusting do yourself a favour. Do not shop them and let them close forever. Every year their price goes up by 20%. Also the food quality is poor and two day old with flies crawling all over it.

Rudeness, indecency and aggressive behaviour from the short red hair lady at the counter. No idea of customer care whatsoever. Strongly racist bias towards black people sat next by because they occupied part of the corridor, she started screaming at them whereas the white ladies occupying the same corridor with immense bulky luggage were left alone. I was instead rudely asked to leave immediately by vehemently tapping my table 3 times with her palm, because I was working on my pc after my coffee and juice and that was apparently not allowed (!!). Of course other people occupying seats after food and drink were left alone, maybe because they were chatting whereas I had a laptop open?! Never EVER experienced any treatment like this anywhere before.
