Fountains
King Fahad's Fountain, also known as the Jeddah Fountain, is a must-visit attraction located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It holds the title of being the world's tallest water fountain and can be seen from various parts of the city. Donated by King Fahd, it was constructed between 1980 and 1983 and launched in 1985.
A wonderful place to spend ur time. If u reach around 3:30pm, you would get plenty of free space to station urself. The water at the bay is very clear and u can spot beautiful fishes, even stingray. Loved the place. Its wheelchair accessible. No tickets required. Fountain starts at 6pm sharp.
Ahmed A — Google review
It is one of our regular evening spot. There is nice garden, play area for children and long side walk. Sitting in the lawn with the view of the fountain is something special. You can spread a mat and get some food and spend a quality time with your friends and family. In weekends car parking will be an issue.
Vardha — Google review
Very impressive especially during sundown. Hours of operation in Google is false. It starts at 6:00 every day. It's the highest fountain of it's kind
George T — Google review
Protip: Take your own food items and a matt to sit on. Wonderful place, especially for families. Good weather, awesome atmosphere, great views and no entry fee whatsoever. You can also enjoy with friends and have a nice chat there.
Haseeb J — Google review
I loved it there! It was a very peaceful place to visit! There was a play area for kids so children could enjoy their time while looking at the view! There were no tickets required!
Fatima K — Google review
The Tallest Fountain in the World! King Fahd's Fountain is an absolute must-see when in Jeddah. Located right on the Red Sea Corniche, this isn't just a fountain—it's a truly spectacular landmark. I visited in the evening, and that's definitely the best time to go. The fountain is lit up by over 500 colored spotlights, and the sight of the water jetting hundreds of meters into the night sky is breathtaking. The atmosphere around the fountain is wonderful. The corniche is a vibrant place to walk, with plenty of families and friends enjoying the sea breeze. It’s a great spot for a stroll, a picnic, or just to sit and take in the view. You can see the fountain from many different parts of the city, but being close to it really gives you a sense of its scale and power. It's completely free to visit, which makes it an accessible and fantastic option for a fun evening out. The only thing to note is that it can get quite crowded, so if you want to find a good spot, it's best to arrive a bit before sunset. A perfect place to relax and enjoy one of Jeddah's most iconic sights.
Reem S — Google review
Very nice, not too crowded just lovely place!

"King Fahad Fountain in Jeddah is a breathtaking sight! As the largest fountain in the world, it's a must-see attraction. The sheer power and beauty of the water shooting high into the air, illuminated at night, is truly mesmerizing. A great spot for photos and relaxation. Highly recommend visiting!"

Al Shallal Theme Park in Jeddah is a must-visit destination for families and thrill-seekers. This popular amusement park offers a wide range of attractions, including roller coasters, educational boat rides, and gravity-defying experiences like zero gravity. The lively vibes and joyfulness make it a top choice for tourists visiting Saudi Arabia.
The theme park was beautifully planned and maintained extremely well. It had special play area for toddlers, which was a relief. The cafes and restaurants were unique with good quality of food. The ticketing system was very quick and there was no waiting time of any sort. Bowling, ice skating, gaming arcades and all sorts of rides were available. Definitely a must visit if you are visiting Jeddah with children.
Berti R — Google review
A great spot for an evening out! Fun rides, nice food options, and a peaceful lake view. Perfect for kids and families to enjoy quality time together. 😍🎢
Hamad ( — Google review
For Saudi Arabia, it's a huge first, not like any other park like it I assume. But the thrill rides last somewhere between barely 3-50 seconds. You can only do those once even on your tags. The park opens at 4pm does to summer heat and stays open till 1am. I thought it would crowded and busy on a summer night because of the kids breaks from school but most of the people started coming in around 10. Even then you get your turn after 2nd or 3rd. Place is clean. Rides well looked after. Ice rink is great. Lots of indoor games for toddlers like sparky's.
Ume-IYMAN — Google review
Very good entertaining place. Games yard gives you a feeling of narrowness where all games are next to each other and with small or medium sizes to fit in the space. The internal games hall is the best there; Appropriate space with good attractive design, also it has a attractive games, I really enjoyed it and the ice skating arena. I recommend this park as it has many entertaining options and as it a very good place to have a nice time.
Nature E — Google review
Hi all, last week aug29th 2025 we visited....it's very nice experience we went for 140sar package it's completely worst it nd we r really enjoyed it👍must visit...all rides r working nd good management also..
Sameera 5 — Google review
Not recommended for kids under 7. Not enough number of rides for kids/ toddlers. Rides available have low thrill and some of them are out of service. Vibe and entertainment are dull for anyone group Prices against quality time provided are high Not recommend if you have visited any other theme park in your life, you will hate the experience at Shallal.
Abdul M — Google review
Very nice arrangements and I personally loved the ice skating track as my kids enjoyed a lot there. Entry fees of 35 sar is not worth. Management shall look into it to attract more people Thanks a lot
Mohammed N — Google review
This is a fun place but not if you are looking for large rollercoasters, there is only one real rollercoaster but plenty of other rides that have a good thrill, there's a nice boat ride which you can rent, not too pricey but can add up as most big rides or side attractions are not included in the wrist band. Nice in the evening time as it's more cooler!

Aquarium
Nature & Parks
Fakieh Aquarium is a must-visit destination for those seeking an immersive experience with marine life. Located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, it is the only public aquarium in the country and boasts over 200 species of sea creatures from the Red Sea. Visitors can marvel at sharks, groupers, string rays, napoleon wrasse, sea horses, green turtles, and more. The aquarium plans to expand its collection to include even more fascinating underwater residents like the sea dragon.
As an avid nature enthusiast, I was truly captivated by this extraordinary experience. The abundance of exotic aquatic species, many of which were unfamiliar to me, made it a memorable encounter. The reasonable pricing further enhanced the appeal of this destination, making it an ideal choice for family outings. I eagerly anticipate witnessing the dolphin show during my next visit.
Faisal K — Google review
Visited recently and had a wonderful experience! The place is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully designed. I really enjoyed seeing the variety of marine life — from colorful fish to unique sea creatures, it's a treat for both kids and adults. It's not too crowded, which makes the visit peaceful and enjoyable. The staff was helpful and polite, and everything was well-organized. A great spot for families, especially if you're looking for an educational and fun outing. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Jeddah!
Nabiha G — Google review
Worth to visit with kids . Rare and unseen creatures are there to impress us . Hats off to the one who is maintaining and keeping very clean and fishes are seems healthy . I went with my family with a family package. Ticket for family package is less compared to single tickets . But still the price is high ,they can reduce if possible it would be much appreciated and helpful for all people.
Jameel M — Google review
We visited this place a couple of month ago, the place is amazing. You’ll gonna love every single aquatic species there. Not just for entertainment but educational purposes too. If you wanna see and witness the greatness of Earth’s creatures visit this place and bring your friends or family’s. I assure you will get back home with knowledge and great experience. Plus their staff are very approachable🫶🏻

We had a wonderful time visiting Fakieh Aquarium in Jeddah! My daughter absolutely loved it, she was amazed to see so many different kinds of colorful fish up close. The displays are well-organized, making it easy to walk through and enjoy each section. It’s a great place for kids to learn while having fun, and it’s definitely worth a visit for the whole family!
Don T — Google review
A wonderful place for families and kids! 🐠🦈 Fakieh Aquarium offers an exciting marine world experience right in the heart of Jeddah. From colorful tropical fish to sharks and sea turtles, the exhibits are clean, well-maintained, and educational. The dolphin and sea lion show is a must-watch — super entertaining for both kids and adults! The place is well organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout. There are also a few restaurants and snack corners inside, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy a full day with your loved ones. I highly recommend buying tickets in advance to avoid long queues, especially on weekends or holidays. A perfect spot for a fun and informative outing! 🌊🐬🎟️
Jawad S — Google review
Very peaceful vibes, everything is incredibly clean and the animals seem healthy (only the penguins looked kinda depressed). However, the visit is too small for it's price. A lower price would make the size completely fair.
Chardin — Google review
I visited it the second time in a while... Last I visited it in 2017 and now in 2025... It's exactly the same as before.... Maintenance is beyond perfect. Its quite kids friendly and safe for kids to visit each time :) kids enjoyed really well Will visit again on my visit to Jeddah :)

Had the most wonderful time here- the beach is absolutely spotless and the facilities are stunning. The F+B supervisor Sherif Eldeeb is a legend (which he told us means ‘fox’ in Arabic- super interesting) took such good care of us and managed to find my husbands flip flop which he lost in the sea on a previous visit! 10/10 absolutely would recommend. Specialty Museums
Al Taybat International City Museum of Science and Information is a vast museum complex located in Jeddah's Al-Faisaliyah district. It showcases the rich history of the city and the Arabian Peninsula, featuring traditional Hijazi architectural style with ornate minarets. The museum houses an extensive collection of international Islamic artifacts, including ancient coins, modern furniture, Islamic scripts, ethnic attires, old currencies, and antique earthenware.
Love this place! So photogenic and has rooms full of treasures. They close at 12:00 noon for lunch, so make sure you come either early in the morning or after the lunch break. There is a lot to see, plan for more than 2 hrs.
Vic N — Google review
Credit card is accepted Entrance is a really confusing Better to ask you to the shopper nearby Forth floor chaos maze game and the humongous Arabic and Saudi Arabia culture and history It is definitely worth to visit! Minimum 2hours to see so plan 3 hours with time loss and break For me, it take 1 and half hours to quick quick glance museum walk + beautiful building photography History mania can plan a day Careful most of rooms doesn’t have air conditioner but passage has strong air conditioner
Gee W — Google review
The Al Taybat International City Museum is an absolutely enchanting destination that feels like a step back in time. The entire complex is a magnificent and detailed recreation of a traditional Hejazi house, complete with stunning carved wooden balconies, peaceful courtyards, and beautiful fountains. Simply wandering through its corridors is an experience in itself, as the architecture serves as the primary exhibit, showcasing the region's rich heritage with breathtaking artistry. Beyond the architecture, the museum houses an extensive and well-curated collection of historical artifacts. You'll find yourself on a journey through the region's past, with displays of traditional clothing, ancient tools, manuscripts, and home furnishings that offer a vivid glimpse into the life and customs of generations past. What truly sets this museum apart is its unique focus on the "Science and Information" aspect. Rather than a modern, interactive science center, it is a respectful tribute to the scientific and intellectual contributions of the Islamic world. Exhibits on early astronomical tools, traditional medical instruments, and the mathematical principles behind Islamic art are seamlessly integrated into the historical context. It’s an educational and inspiring experience that highlights the long and significant tradition of knowledge preservation and innovation in the Arabian Peninsula. The museum's serene atmosphere provides a welcome escape from the bustle of the city, making it a wonderful place for quiet contemplation and photography. It’s a must-visit for anyone seeking a deep dive into the history, culture, and intellectual legacy of the region.
Azi Z — Google review
Better place to see the historic things. Worthy place to visit with family and friends. Car parking is available but limited. Entrance fee is 50 SAR. Entrance of the museum is available in the right side of the miniatures. Better to ask the shop keepers about the entrance to avoid time waste.
A.abdul H — Google review
Fabulous - lose yourself in the magic of this beautiful site - perfectly restored. If only there was a cafe in the grounds, i’d be here every day! Outside the building are a number of antique shops you browse through.
Pit P — Google review
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but wow, it’s an entire architectural compound with an added bonus of a museum packed to the gills with historical home recreations plus rooms and rooms of paintings, art and objects. One hour, even two hours isn’t enough and due to the maximalist layout, I’d almost say it’s better to split it into two visits! It’s overwhelming. A must see in Jeddah.
K A — Google review
What an interesting place.. Plenty of the personal collections of its founder.. More 300 rooms to explore.. Make sure you allocate your time to thoroughly explore this private museum..
Soeharyo T — Google review
Very nice museum must visit if you come to Jeddah pretty old and not all the rooms does have AC but that is fine, the museum façade outside chose the old Jeddah houses and inside the main museum. It talks about Islam, prophet Muhammad, Saudi Arabia, and how it was united and many other things, also there are a lot of art from China Persia, and made different cultures

Nassif House Museum, located in the heart of an archaeological palace, is a former 19th-century mansion that has been transformed into a museum and cultural center. The museum boasts an impressive collection of archaeological tools, historical kitchen utensils, pottery artifacts, and antique photographs from a bygone era. Once the residence of King Abdul Aziz, the building features intricate sculptures and an elegant facade.
Like everything around here, it opens later in the evening. Free after 5pm. The top floor was being restored, so only the bottom level was open. It was still very cool to come inside to have just a taste of what life was like back then. Very beautiful!

Muesam Balad is a nice place to visit with a great local vibe. The streets are full of culture, art, and traditional architecture. It’s perfect for walking around, taking pictures, and enjoying Saudi heritage. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Jeddah.
SHAHRUKH A — Google review
This museum was a royal residence for consuls and merchants. It dates back to 1881, and it belonged for the Nasseef family until 1975, when Muhammad Nasseef turned it into a private library. And is now a museum. The museum was very interesting. I loved the displayed artwork and the concept behind them. The architectural details of it are truly remarkable. The building features traditional Hijazi design with distinctive wooden balconies, intricate carvings, and elegant arches that reflect the region's rich cultural heritage. Visiting the museum doesn’t take much time, as it is relatively small. However, they could improve the experience by ensuring the working hours are consistently adhered to and adding more staff to assist visitors and provide guided tours.

Mr.Otabek A — Google review
This was a very small but welcoming museum. There are interesting displays placed around that you can easily get to and see some of the local history. There is also a small area in the back where the kids can sit down and rest and color pictures in some air conditioning. So it's a welcome respite when you're walking around with little ones. Not much to see but it's interesting and the building is nicely restored so worth a few minutes of your time.

The park features various themed areas, including a 3-D cinema, arcade game zone, and bowling alley. With around 30 exciting rides such as Skyloop, Surfrider, Space Gun, and Big Wheel, there's something for everyone.
It's fun, not crowded, the rides are enjoyable, the tickets are reasonable (85 SR for all rides) and I'd recommend it over Shallal. However, 3 of the rides were closed (including the skateboard, which is allegedly permanently shut down) and I won't be returning because of that

Nice clean place. Cheap entry $17USD includes all rides. 2 negatives, Some rides were shut down and not enough places to sit down.

Beautiful place. I didn't have to wait. The rides were closed due to Salah, but they did open afterwards. It was fun. There were stops for food and slushies. The Ferris Wheel was fun to ride. There was a huge slide in which my children enjoyed. Recommend going.

After shallal it's goes to atallah park . Best for family. And there is different rides for adults which we don't get in shallal though. We missed roller coaster in this park which they could have included in this. Bowling and snooker was nice one though. Negativity is lack of good restaurant

Al Balad, also known as Historic Jeddah, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that offers a glimpse into the traditional Red Sea architecture of Saudi Arabia. This former walled city is filled with narrow alleys, historic doorways like Bab Jadeed and Bab Makkah, and over 10 ancient houses including Bait Nassif, Bait Matbouli, and Bait Nour Wali.
Old Jeddah, Al Balad, is a breathtaking glimpse into the past with its stunning historic architecture, vibrant souks, and rich cultural heritage. Walking through its narrow alleys, you feel the charm of centuries old buildings, traditional wooden balconies, and the warm hospitality of the locals. The atmosphere is magical, especially in the evening when the lights bring the streets to life. A must visit for anyone who loves history, culture, and authentic Arabian vibes! It’s best to visit during the winter months, as the summer heat and humidity can be intense. Cooler weather makes exploring the streets and enjoying the ambiance much more comfortable and enjoyable.

An stunning place. I’ve visited many times since my first trip in 2022, and every visit feels magical. The architecture is breathtaking, the streets are full of life and character, and the atmosphere is unlike anywhere else. It is a perfect blend of history, culture, and charm. I strongly recommend visiting. It is one of the most beautiful places in Saudi Arabia.

Al-Balad, or Old Jeddah, is a must-visit if you’re in the city. The historic charm of this UNESCO World Heritage Site is truly something special — from the unique coral stone buildings with intricate wooden balconies to the maze-like alleyways filled with culture and stories. Walking through Al-Balad feels like stepping back in time. The old merchant houses, like Nassif House, are beautifully preserved, and the atmosphere is full of character. Local markets (souks) offer everything from traditional sweets to handmade crafts, and the street food scene adds even more flavor to the experience. At night, the area lights up beautifully and takes on a magical, almost cinematic vibe. Whether you're into architecture, photography, history, or just soaking up local culture, Al-Balad delivers. A soulful, authentic piece of Jeddah that’s absolutely worth exploring.

A beautiful walk into the past, Old Town Jeddah is a charming blend of history and culture. The traditional wooden latticework buildings and narrow alleyways transport you to a bygone era. Had such a great time walking around here at night! The streets and buildings are just beautiful, and even though most stores close by 11pm, there are still a few open later. We walked around until about 1:30am and always felt super safe, there is also security around the streets. The streets are well lit and super clean, adding to the overall great experience. The whole area has a surreal feel to it , definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend it!

Jeddah Promenade, also known as the Art Promenade, is a unique and vibrant area in the city of Jeddah. This waterfront neighborhood offers a range of experiences and attractions that set it apart from other metropolises. Visitors can enjoy international events at the marina, take leisurely walks to the Jeddah Yacht Club, and relax with drinks at Celsius 95. I love the place. Recommended in winter for sure so you can enjoy the place as much as you can. Avoid the place in summer as it can get really hot and extremely humid. The place is full of cafes and restaurants with small shops. Great views of the sea and the entrance is for free with no fees.

Jeddah Promenade is honestly one of those places you just enjoy being in 🌊✨. I went for a walk around sunset, and the view of the Red Sea was absolutely calming. The breeze, the sound of the waves, and the way the sun hits the water—perfect combo for clearing your head or spending quality time with someone 🌅💬. The walkway is really spacious and clean, so whether you’re walking, jogging, or just sitting and watching the water, it feels peaceful and safe 🚶‍♂️🌴. There are lots of spots to chill, and it’s super family-friendly too—saw lots of families with kids running around, enjoying snacks and the open space 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🍦. I also liked that there are cafes and food trucks nearby if you’re in the mood for coffee or a bite to eat ☕🍔. It’s the kind of place that works for everything—solo walks, family evenings, or catching up with friends. If you’re in Jeddah, take a bit of time and walk along the promenade. It’s not just a nice view, it’s a vibe ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Weekdays you will get parking easily. Child play: There are lot of options for children playing. Food and Cafe : lot of cafe and food options available alongside the corniche. Most of them are coffee shops and Fast food centers. Mosque : There is a beautifully built mosque in the promenade premises. From the front yard of this mosque Yacht Club view is just awesome. I am writing this out of my love for your restaurant and concern for its standards. The presence of mold is unacceptable as it poses serious health risks. Additionally, having no functioning AC during the summer makes dining extremely uncomfortable. If you truly respect your customers, these issues should be addressed immediately. I have refrained from submitting a complaint to the authorities because I believe in your ability to rectify the situation promptly. Please take action to fix these problems and restore the quality we all appreciate.

If you’re craving basic Italian food. This is the right restaurant to go to. The portions are big actually. Fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms 6/7 Mushroom risotto 7/10 Lasagna 8/10 Chicken escalope 8/10 Chocolate pudding 3/10 The restaurant was very quiet and not busy. There were only two table even though it was a Friday.

My friend and I visited this place before we even order, the service gave us bread and butter (which was microwaved). Now, I will list down the dishes we ordered with their ratings: Passionate Lychee cocktail : 5/10 Nothing special was a normal cocktail. Margherita Pizza : 4/10 Crust was floppy, and the ingredients were not the best. Farfalle Al Forno : 7.5/10 This dish was nice, the best item we ordered. Tortelloni Ricotta : 1/10 We couldn't eat more than a couple of bites. I'm not quite sure if there was something wrong with that specific order or if this is what they actually serve. Polpettini Fries : 7/10 Fries and sauce were really good. The meatballs, on the other hand, didn't feel fresh or had any hint of spices. Overall, this restaurant has a lot of room for improvement.

The food quality is under average compared to the price. Pizza margarita was chewy and thick. The pasta was too cheesy. The level of service is low. First it took a while to get the order in. Waiter was not friendly and he was more concerned on moving on to the next table. Simply it is not worth it.

The space is bright and well-organized, with vendors selling fresh seafood individually. While the market can get busy, it maintains cleanliness and safety standards. Visitors can expect divided sales stands, cleaning stations, cooking kitchens, and limited seating areas for dining in.
What an experience, at the prices!!! Wow. A fraction of what you would pay at a restaurant. So if you love seafood, have the time, and want to save tons of money, this is the place. We picked our fish, we got someone to clean them, and someone to cook them, then went home. Will do it again. Especially if you have a big party to feed.

It was Friday afternoon. And I am amazed on the different kind of sea of fishes saudia has. MashAllah. Every small shop we went. There was something new or better you gind. We saw different kinds of fishes from parrot, seabass; hamour to lobsters, squids, shrimps, sharks, to local freshly caught of the day clams. It was very organised...you enter the big shop and you see tons of fish shops, you negotiate with them the prices and they give you in a double bag, you go beside the shop and take a number based on your weight of the fish to be cleaned and their is a large cleaning place. Where a lot of cleaning staff clean the fish like magic.

A Q — Google review
Overall good, the sellers should calm down abit. Good prices but not all the fish are available at all time.
Mohammad N — Google review
The current condition of the fish market is quite disorganized and in need of immediate improvement. One of the most pressing concerns is the lack of proper organization in the layout and operations. The market appears chaotic, with little to no structure in how fish are displayed, stored, and handled. This not only affects the overall efficiency of the market but also poses serious health and safety concerns. Another critical issue is the lack of adequate cooling systems. Fish are highly perishable and require constant refrigeration to maintain their freshness and quality. Unfortunately, the current cooling facilities are either insufficient or completely absent. Without high-level refrigeration, there is a significant risk of spoilage, which can lead to food safety hazards and economic losses for both sellers and buyers. Moreover, the presence of water all over the floor is a very concerning issue.

Who can rival such talent, effort and amazing work? Her studies of all mediums i.e. pencil, coloured chalk, water colour & oil are superb. Her perspective and capturing of scenes are unique. The arrest is gifted and she has captured Jeddah"s past in oil and shared it in her gallery for all to view. Each room in the artist gallery is dedicated to a study of pencil drawings, marriage scenes, boats at sea, or children at play. The gallery itself is beautiful and the displays are original. Everything meticulously thought out including the items on display of Hijazi combs, chole ( مكحله) eye make up etc. Her gallery is a must visit in Jeddah to understand how our ancestors or grandparents lived in old Jeddah. It is a landmark of significant importance particularly to artists. Her prints and graphics particularly on the costumes of Saudi Arabia is most remarkable. I would love the complete work in a book as it's a study..... The display in the sewing machines are remarkable. It just goes on, surprises and delights. The artist is to be congratulated on her imagination and hard work. The grand finally is the study on costume and the mannequins in beautiful wear of the Saudi region's. Well done indeed a most talented artist Who chose to share her talent and placed Jeddah and it's culture on the map. I am so proud of you particularly the artist is my aunt. Took the kids for ice skating, medium sized arena, mainly small kids were skating, thin ice not topped up properly, poor safety standards, no guard inside and when staff step in to help he doesn't wear proper gear, kids not wearing helmets, reasonably priced, no queuing, easy park, outdated building and medicore arcade area mainly targeting smaller kids, will not visit again
Armoured K — Google review
So I’ve recently been here and well I’ll say it’s a very abandoned place. You do have a range of activities including: ice skating, trampoline jumping, arcade games, and an indoor footballing area but it’s just not the same anymore. A few years ago you’d find this place packed with people now they added an entrance fee of 25 sar per person. Personally I think going to Red Sea mall would be my better choice due to it not having an entrance fee and offering a better selection of activities
Anas J — Google review
Minimum card you can buy is for 150 riyals. Besides the card, you have to pay 10 riyals per person entrance fee. You can play any games unless you buy the minimum card for 150 riyals. The ice skating started at 10:30 because of cleaning and maintaince of the rink at opening time.
Bareaah M — Google review
It was such a nice experience with kids. They really enjoyed a lot. We found the entire area pretty clean and tidy. The staff was vigilant and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for your kids.
Kazi Q — Google review
The arena is medium-sized, but unfortunately, the ice is of poor quality. According to the staff, it is never properly resurfaced due to a lack of suitable machinery. Skating on such ice can be hazardous, and we observed older kids speed skating without helmets, which added to the safety concerns. The music played during the session consisted of American rap songs with explicit language and inappropriate content. When this was pointed out, the staff promptly changed the music and explained that they were unaware of the lyrics due to limited language skills. Additionally, the area surrounding the rink was quite noisy, with repetitive and annoying sounds coming from nearby electronic games, which made the environment less pleasant overall.
Nadine F — Google review
Although a really amusing for the kids ,this entertainment place still needs big renovation… currently tried an icekart activity … my kids really enjoyed them and the cost is reasonable as matched with activity itself … time allowed was around 10-15 min which is well enough to complete 5-6 laps for a kid..

Al-Hamra Corniche, also known as Central Corniche, is a renowned destination boasting the world's tallest fountain, the King Fahd Fountain. This impressive structure was generously gifted to Jeddah by King Fahd in 1985 and showcases a base shaped like an essence burner symbolizing hospitality and warm welcomes. One can easily explore the hidden gems of Jeddah on foot while enjoying the various amenities scattered throughout the corniche such as service kiosks, restaurants, and stalls.
The most beautiful place for tourists in Jeddah. Specially are amazing the sunsets at the Red Sea 😍. You can walk along the coast and enjoy beauty of this beautiful city. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants too. It’s a great place for children. It’s affordable for wheelchair too. You can see the King Fahd’s fountain on the other side. Highly recommended 🌸🌸🌸🌸

It's a fountain which is very far from the park side. There's no lighting or any kind of fountain show like Dubai. A si gle fountain with no entertainment to attract people and make them feel comfortable. The sea water is relaxing along with some beautiful winds blowing in the evening. Mind relaxing spot but the fountain is not worth watching.

I had heard of the floating mosque but had never seen a picture of it. A group of us decided to go see the sunrise at the Jeddah Corniche by the Al Rahma Mosque. It was a lovely sunrise with a small amount of people present. Nice place to take your family, friends, or tourists to visit. Some people were wading through the sea which I enjoyed watching. I give it 4 stars due to the litter that was all around. Nice place for everyone to enjoy and handicap accessible.

The Jeddah Sign, a vibrant and iconic landmark along the Jeddah Corniche, has quickly become a must-visit spot for travelers exploring this beautiful city. While it may seem like just a large sign spelling out 'Jeddah,' it offers an excellent opportunity for memorable photos against the backdrop of the stunning Red Sea. Recently installed, this welcoming feature invites visitors to pause and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.
My recent visit to the Jeddah Sign on the new Jeddah Corniche was nothing short of extraordinary. This landmark, with its grand LED sign spelling out "Jeddah," has truly become an emblem of the city, drawing both locals and tourists. The area is a hub of activity and entertainment, offering something for everyone. From swimming and boating to dining at one of the six waterfront restaurants, the options are plentiful. The three nearby beaches reserved specifically for swimming provide a refreshing escape, while the fishing pier and marina for small boats add to the maritime charm. Not to mention the floating dock equipped with cell phone charging stations, a thoughtful touch for modern visitors. One of the highlights is undoubtedly the dancing fountains, which are a mesmerizing sight, especially at night when the entire area is illuminated by the glowing Jeddah sign. The coconut tree-lined roads and well-maintained pedestrian paths, adorned with lush lawns and trees, create a serene and picturesque environment. The jogging track, bustling with joggers, cyclists, and skaters, adds to the lively atmosphere. For families, the playgrounds with various play stations offer a fantastic array of activities for children. And as the sun sets, the waterfront transforms into a magical vista, perfect for capturing stunning photographs and videos for Instagram. Overall, the Jeddah Sign and its surroundings provide a perfect blend of relaxation, entertainment, and scenic beauty. It is a must-visit destination for anyone in Jeddah, offering an experience that is both invigorating and memorable.

Water Village is a family-friendly water park featuring pools, flumes, and tube slides. It offers buffet and patio dining options for visitors. The park is considered reasonably priced and suitable for children. Guests have noted the cleanliness and safety measures in place, including ample security personnel. The facility provides showers, bathrooms, changing rooms, and locker areas for convenience. While adults must supervise children, fathers are allowed to accompany smaller kids in the pools.
Best for kids and family... Always prefer to buy ticket online.. It's much cheaper than collecting tickets from counters.

Its clean and safe. We reached there on time of opening and it was empty at that time, so super clean and fun! They have lots of men for security and safety placed everywhere which gives a sense of protection. But mainly adults (parent or any other elder accompanying) have to supervise kids. They have showers, bathrooms and changing rooms also. There was a locker area but no keys to locker, so one have to use them on their own risk. Cafeterias were nice, food was fresh, lots of seating everywhere.
Ar Q — Google review
I visited the water park with my 5-year-old son while wearing jeans. We entered one of the large enclosed slides (the dark tunnel-type). It was extremely slippery and narrow inside — I got stuck midway and had to crawl out slowly with my son. Please avoid wearing jeans on these slides. Stick to proper swimwear for safety.
Raja B — Google review
The kids had a wonderful time at water village. The staff were helpful and friendly, although they couldn't speak English very well. The water park needs some maintenance, but it's still worth a visit and return visit! There's a musjid as well as a restaurant. There are showers and changing rooms too. If you forget your swimsuit, you can buy one at the store.
Nasreen — Google review
There are multiple well maintained water slides in the park. Try to get your tickets online, as they are cheaper than buying them at counter. Lockers were not working, so keep your valuables nearby or in your cars.
Aamir K — Google review
The Water Village is a great place for the whole family. I went there with my husband and son and he enjoyed every single moment and every single ride. The price was 129 per children and 39 per parent. The place was very neat, clean and was not overcrowded. There are lockers to store your belongings and outdoors showers. I saw many fathers accompanying their smaller children on the swimming pools, which is allowed. Women, however are not allowed to enter the water, as expected. There are plenty of seats in front of the swimming pools for the parents to seat and watch over their children My only negative comment is regarding the restaurant’s food quality and services because we had a very bad experience. We order juices, a pepperoni pizza and 2 grilled chicken sandwich. The order took an hour to be delivered. The juices came first, then more than 30 min later came the sandwiches but they were very cold and the bread was “as hard as stone” and completely inedible. The “pepperoni pizza didn’t had pepperoni, it was actually mortadela and barely any cheese. We did complain about the food and they were very understood and didn’ charge for the sandwiches. We only paid for the pizza and juices. The juices, in other hand, were very delicious and in large portions and I totally recommend drinking there and I hope they improve the restaurant food and services. Despite the bad experience at the restaurante, the overall experience was very good and we intend to come back many times.

I’d recommend only if your kids love space… not much to do but watch a short 20-30 mins film and if you want to watch another you pay an extra ~18 riyals (there are 4 movies) DONT buy the ticket for alshallal from here, get a separate ticket (from the main gate) after you finish from the planetarium (different door) or just calculate your plan ahead of time… Alshallal tickets prices have increased so much cause some games aren’t included in your ticket and paid separately… the last time I was here was probably 10+ years but still you’d pay so much nowadays than I use to remember…

Less rides, price was slightly on high sides as compare to other indoor play lands, but one thing is better than all other play land that arcade games tickets value are amazing, in the end you can claim lota of toys from tickets you won from arcade games, other than this all rides and activities are normal.

Overpriced games. The arcade games range from 18 to 25 riyals. Bad service. The staff has no clue what the age or height requirements for games and rides. Worst management. Instead of fixing problems, they act even worse than the staff. Rude and condescending attitude. If you go to the soft play area with a child under 3 years old, you won't know if they will let your child in or not. It's up to their mood in that specific day. Some days they allow it and other days they don't! Other than that it's a nice place.

I don’t recommend this play area for toddlers as they don’t allow kids under 2 years to play in the soft play area even with a companion, where as all the soft play areas that we go to allow all ages starting 10 months and up, I tried to talk to the management and they refused to let my 11 months kid in stating that it’s their policy and that he’s not capable of playing in the soft play area, they were rude and not friendly at all!!

I visited Safori Land with my nieces and nephews. The staff are super kind and the place is well air-conditioned. There are a few electronic games. The soft play area is divided into two sections: one for children under 5/6 years and the other for older kids. The first area is too small and contains only a ball house and two slides. In contrast, the older kids’ area, which is very close to the younger area, has a longer slide, a trampoline and a zip line. This makes it difficult for the kids to see their siblings while playing in such a small space. Additionally, only one parent or nanny is allowed to accompany the kids, which can be restrictive. There are also no chairs or seating areas available inside the park.

Overpriced and no chairs are available for parents waiting for the children.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff at this location. They did not handle my issue professionally and seemed unwilling to rectify the problem they created. One employee scanned two barcodes for me but only counted one. Despite showing her the receipt, she refused to look into the mistake and instead moved on to the next customer in line. I approached two other staff members for help, but they were also unable to resolve the issue. Ultimately, I had to call the manager, and it took nearly an hour to fix a problem that should have been addressed immediately. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the lack of support and professionalism from the staff.

Coffee shop
Roshan Café is a unique and authentic spot with a historical atmosphere, offering a variety of drinks and sweets. The café is adorned with old-time decorations that transport visitors to a beautiful era. It features an ambiance filled with the music of Umm Kulthum, Abdel Halim Hafez, and Farid Al-Atrash. Additionally, it is connected to a local traditional house turned museum which can be visited for free.
Roshan Cafe in Jeddah is known for its cozy ambiance and diverse menu, featuring a mix of traditional and modern dishes. It's a popular spot for both locals and tourists, offering a range of coffee, desserts, and light meals. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy good food, it’s definitely worth a visit!

Somehow disappointed by the place. First of all most of the old souq is being renovated so the quickest way there on Google maps turned out to be a long detour of about 15 mins all because they blocked the nearest access to the cafe’. Once inside Roshan Cafe has an ancient allure to it but somehow made me upset ‘cause the place has great potential but it is badly neglected. Limited choice of drinks and supermarket quality sweets on offer. We had the cold 🌺 hibiscus tea which was refreshing. Egyptian waiter probably sensed my disappointed and tried to make an effort by explaining in Arabic the history of the cafe’ and was kind enough to take some pics of us. He did however gave me back incorrect change so I guessed he kept his commission. Was advised that it gets lovely after 4 pm so perhaps my midday visit was badly timed.

Came across this place by accident when we were very hot, very tired and looking for a cafe to get out of the heat. Welcoming owner, beautifully cool, quirky cafe - like stepping back in time. Owner made us mint and lime ice cold drinks - just what we needed! Also got well chilled bottles of water to take with us. Didn't try food as just needed icy cold drinks. A great find and well worth a visit, so much more interesting than the usual coffee shops.

A must visit place! Very unique and authentic cafe with great service and friendly staff. This place offers a variety of drinks and sweets. Ordered turkish coffee with cake, mojeto, ice spanish latte, all very delicious and recommended. The place also is connected to an old local traditional house turned into a museum which you can visit for free even without order and its very nice! Highly recommended!

Not many shops open doing noon time, very comfortable, cool and decorated in an old building. Stopping by in the afternoon will save yourlife.

Cool interior and museum and a nice place to get a quick refreshment during your visit to Al Balad

Very nice coffee and a good stop while sightseeing the oldtown. We loved the coffee, the mint tea and the beautiful and cozy ambiance (traditional interior). The cakes were a bit dry and not worth the price (15 rial per piece)

When it comes to seeking thrills and bonding with friends, look no further than Paintball Jeddah. This exciting destination offers an excellent opportunity to engage in adrenaline-pumping paintball battles. While donning protective gear, participants should be prepared for the stinging sensation of paintball hits.
(Translated by Google) Laser Tag is a beautiful and fun game. I recommend trying it, provided that you have a ready team of no less than 4 people. The more people there are, the more beautiful the experience you will have. Me, my brother, and some friends, once wanted to try it out but were rudely unwelcomed for no apparent reason, excluding that one of the workers told us that we weren’t allowed cuz of our amount (only 4 people) but i still dont know the correct amount…matter fact i dont even know if the guns work from what iv heard from others online. Nevertheless its a nice place and i understand the reason to not let us in which is the amount yet no matter how many times i ask about the number the workers suddenly seem mad, like dude i just wana know how many ppl😭

(Translated by Google) Myself and the boys went to the memorization center. It was excellent, praise be to God. The shop owners were very cooperative and kind, and they provided us with ammunition for our weapons. They provide helmets, full-body suits, and gloves that you can wear while playing, then return them. My observations about the shop are that some of the weapons are hanging, and the karting (car racing) area seems to be for women, which I don't think is appropriate. They also have a drawing of Kratos at the entrance to the paintball area, and I think it would be better if they removed it because it's inappropriate. Otherwise, the shop is a masterpiece, praise be to God. May God provide for them.

(Translated by Google) Frankly, the protection is bad. There is no helmet to protect the head, and even the one that protects the chest area is almost destroyed. There is nothing to protect the shoes and weapons. It is an added advantage, and there are no gloves. I say that the experience is very bad and will not be repeated.

(Translated by Google) Honestly, the game was fun and exciting, but the problem was that the clothes were very difficult to find your size, and some of them were torn and without buttons or zippers. It was difficult to find a clean helmet, most of them were missing scratches and had old bullets on them, and the weapons were very bad, meaning that when you shoot suddenly, the weapon stops and you have to load it again. What was annoying was that it happened to me a lot, and its bullets were random and did not go in one direction. If they work on improving these notes, I will return to them again.
