Located away from the crowded part of the town, still close enough to hop in and hop out. With great views amidst apple orchard, its a beautiful property of Club Mahindra. Do visit Harmony cafe next door, in an apple orchard for snacks and coffee (different owner) for good ambience.

Not worth the price. The resort is very small compared to any other club mahindra resorts. They do not have basic medical kit which any resort claiming to be a 5 star property should have as these things are difficult to find in an emergency in hills. Also the hospitality in the resort was disappointing as compared to that in other resorts.

Facilities are amazing and worth exploring. The rooms and services are amazing. I had been there just one day but it was worth it as we had been allotted the top floor room with a wonderful view. Some of the places are quite close for visiting. April/May perfect season to visit.

Best property in Manali.. like around 9-10 year earlier this property was managed by Holiday Inn.. when first time i went to manali I was just 17 years old. After that whenever I went to manali I use to search for Holiday inn basically this property.. but luckily I found this property with Club Mahindra and its well managed by this group., 🙂 🙂

Very disappointed with the property. Rooms are not well maintained, old furniture and wooden cupboards. Stinking rooms. Food taste was below average. However view and locationwise good. Being part of hospitality and service industry, staffs are not welcoming and not even carrying a smile on their face while dealing with you. People looking for luxury property, this is way below the expectation.

Where should we begin with. Rooms are great, apart from few insects nothing bad. Oh yea, don’t forget to add breakfast and dinner in your package bec the food…. It’s more expensive than taj. Nothing below 700. Tea is like 250. Does it have gold? Will mr Ambani’s chef come serve. The bathrooms are great. Besides the staff is friendly and open. Let’s talk about main problem. The dining. Would rate it 2 stars. First of all there is a live counter for roti. Sounds fancy? Not at all. Either you stand and wait for your three rotis or go to your table and wait. And you’ll keep doing that because they will most likely forget it. And tell them about rotis or naan 10 minutes before serving yourself because they take a lot of time. Same for tea. Options are limited in terms of non veg. Another bad thing is the room service, gosh. We had to call 3 time in expanse of 25 minutes just to have basic amenities like dental kit and slipper’s. They are basic, why do we need to call them? Keep them in rooms. Overall experience was average. Been to Manali 3 times. Stayed at different places. This would come at 2nd place. Place can be improved for sure. Good luck.

Best resort in Manali, I don't think so there is any other better property in Manali. We loved the stay and what an amazing experience it was. Top notch service, restaurant areas and Gardens. Definitely recommend it for stay for chill & relaxed holiday!

Iv been to India multiple times over 30 years. This is by far the most pleasant clean, unique hotel with amazing atmosphere iv ever been at, in India. Food, hospitality, care, its perfect. Highly recommended.

This luxury hotel, located just 800 meters from Mall Road in Manali, is designed in a charming European architectural style. It offers unmatched luxury and ambience in the area. The poolside view is stunning, the staff is calm and courteous, and the surrounding views are simply breathtaking.

A very nice place for a family vacation in Manali. The cottages are lovely with a fireplace and a kitchen. The only ergonomic problem I faced was a Left sided toilet hand shower similar to some old ICF railway coaches. The food, service and ambience was great

Stayed there for 4 nights this month and everything was amazing. Rooms were clean, food was good but the most amazing part of the stay was the warm hospitality of the staff especially when we had kids and senior citizen with us. Special thanks to Daya and Yamuna for being so helping and kind. The other guys were also very kind. They took care of us as their own. Prepared the best jain food for us as per our requirement. Chef was very welcoming and supportive enough to always come to us and ask our preference to eat basis which he would prepare and serve us fresh hot food. Management was 10/10. The Hotel owner/ manager (I do not know his name) came n checked on us every single day during every meal so Thank you very much Sir😇. Best resort to stay with family.. Poor maintenance in rooms. Dirty bathrooms. Absolutely not worth the high room tarrif. Poor service in restaurants, waited for food for over 45 minutes. Half menu was not available. Uncooperative staff. Extremely slow service. Overall not recommended. You can find much better stays in Manali. Not sure how it got the 5 star rating, horrible service with rude staff. Most Google reviews are either fake or paid. You're paying for a 5 star stay but getting a 2 star property.

Pathetic.... We stayed there for 4 days with 90 percent time there was an electric power cut. There is no power back up , central heating or warm water. Night Receptionist was rude enough to say that though they have power back up but they usually wait for the supply to be restored.(though other staff are humble , polite, courteous, helping and proficient) Far from a 5 star , seems a bigger Dharamshala. Just stay away , don't waste your hard earned money and don't spoil your holidays.

I had a truly memorable and comfortable stay at Honeymoon Inn Manali. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality was evident. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink made using real flowers, which immediately set a positive and soothing tone for the trip. The rooms were impressively clean and beautifully maintained, offering a premium look and feel. The addition of a bathtub in the bathroom added a luxurious touch that made our stay even more relaxing. The hotel staff provided excellent service—everything we needed was already available in the room, including slippers, a full set of bathroom accessories, a hair dryer, a hot kettle, and a lovely variety of teas to enjoy. One of the most charming features of the property was the garden at the back, where I was delighted to find a real apple tree. It added a natural, peaceful vibe to the surroundings. We have now stayed at this hotel, twice in a span of 10 years and always had an excellent experience. The warmth, hospitality and service is unmatched and unchanged over the years. We stayed here on a trip immediately post marriage in 2015 and returned in 2025 with our 9 year old child. Rooms were excellent and very well maintained. Food was awesome, both the breakfast buffet as well as in room dining. Was so glad to have had my fav banana split again. The real gems of this hotel are their staff. They are so welcoming, prompt and eager to help. A must stay for honeymooning couples and families alike.

The best hotel in Manali in hospitality, courteous staff and all the amenities including buffet (food) , hygiene and coziness. The rooms are spacious with room heater and 24/7 hot water. The rooms are above average—spacious and comfortable. The food is good with a great variety to choose from. The location is excellent, just a 30-minute walk to Mall Road, and autos are easily available right outside the hotel. There’s ample parking space, which is a big plus. Stayed for four days in suit..nice stay . excellent view from windows..clean room with excellent service and tasty food..nice buffet breakfast..and yes travel desk was extremely useful, ready to help with transport and itinerary.. affordable nice car was arranged.. The Hotel itself is picturesque; the services like hot water; air conditioned rooms; the staff everything was perfect; although the playing area requires a little renovation; do consider the distance of hotel from Mall Road; other than that; parking facilities were nice; we were a family of 16 and it was overall a very good choice.

Hotel stay was pleasent and calm. Location approach road is bit difficult due to narrow spots/potholes. Traffic is mess sometimes specially over weekend. Stayed at Room (Maharaja category) which is spacious with proper lightening. Bedding was ok ok, not too bad not too good. TV worked well. AC facility available. Additional fan available too. Locker/Kettle available in room. Hot Cold water running fine. Washroom are just ok ok. Also, view from room are not that good. Its towards another structure at back, i guess staff quarters. Rooms have no balcony and just facing the garden and at its back there is hidamba temple forest so blocking all the view of mountains. And abv ours, thr were duplex, im sure the view from the rooms above are also same bcoz the hidamba temple forest trees are huge. The last leg to the hotel thru road is bit steep to reach by foot for elders or kids. Auto and local taxis are available from mall square though at bit high price. Hotel have parking available and their parking keeper is good enough to manage the rush. Food taste good at hotel. But variety is missing. Very limited choices. Chef should work on that. No Bar facility available at Hotel. Though seen people bringing their own drinks and drinking openly at roof terrace. No restriction by hotel which makes bit awkward for other guests (over heard other families too) Hotel have indoor garden which was ice on the cake. Loved it. Also, have indoor gym, pool table, fooseball table, carrom, chess. Except Gym rest of the ameneties really need servicing. The resort location is amzing ,snow-capped mountain view from gallery . We have stayed with a group of 25 people. All the Recieption official are very helpful and caring. They treat us not as a guest but as a family member. Housekeeping staff so helpful from the day you enter in the hotel till your checkout everything take care by them. I will recommend this hotel to stay with family nd friends.

Great Property i had ever experience. I came here with family and took a cottage for 03nights and 04 days. Beautiful view from there. And multi cuisine delicious food. Staff was so friendly, so polite and decent. We book a cab for sightseeing also, and they also helps us to book for us. Staff always ready to help u. I will love to be here again. Worst resort experience here. It spoiled all my enjoyment and mood Mainly hotel location is far (7-8 km) from city, there's no cab rikshaw to go city, after evening you have to spend all time in small rooms. Firstly rooms are not as shown in pics, outside noise,people talking, cars door open shut comes to listen in rooms. Second room facilities are not up to mark, I have to ask housekeeping for slippers, dental kit, shower cap, safe, locks which answers as they don't provide these facilities in the room, you have to ask reception for every of the above. Third rooms, bathroom doesn't have any hanger, even in bathroom no hanger for toilet paper too, very bad experience. No hot water continue in bathroom, they provide geaser which is too slow. After bathing one, the second person has to wait almost 30 min for hot water No lift in the hotel so you have to walk all the steps with luggage. Not one mineral water supplies daily, it's chargeable. Though reception lady and kitchen staff is very kind & polite but can't provide good service as they talk good. Candle light dinner is also done in the storage room here. Overall a very bad resort to stay here and sightseeing MANALI, I will suggest you all to not book this resort online without visiting. You will regret it if you stay here.

I recently stayed at Holiday Resort Cottages and Spa in Manali for 3 nights, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The booking was made through MakeMyTrip, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The hospitality and service were excellent. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A big plus was that we had originally booked a non-balcony room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a balcony room at no extra cost — a thoughtful gesture that truly made our stay special. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the washroom was hygienic. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning sights of the surrounding mountains — a perfect place to relax and soak in the beauty of Manali. The hotel also offers food, which was quite good. While the prices are slightly on the higher side, it’s understandable considering it’s a tourist location, and nearby restaurants charge similarly. Our breakfast was included, and it had a good variety including North Indian, South Indian, and even continental options. One downside was the lack of an air conditioner or ceiling fan in the room. They did provide a pedestal fan, but the room felt a bit warm during the day. A ceiling fan or A/C would have made the stay more comfortable, especially in warmer weather. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for its warm hospitality, scenic views, and overall comfort.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of services during my recent stay at Orchard Green Resort, Manali. Our experience was far below expectations, especially considering the premium rates charged. The major issues we faced include: • Extremely poor room service: Basic requests were delayed or ignored entirely. • No cleaning staff available: Throughout our stay, no one came to clean the room or the bathroom, which was highly unhygienic and unacceptable. • Very poor breakfast quality: The food lacked variety, freshness, and taste, which was disappointing. • Limited food options in the restaurant: There were hardly any choices available, leaving us with no option but to eat outside. • Overall services do not justify the high pricing: The level of hospitality and facilities provided were not worth the amount we paid.

I booked a last-minute deal and had a very short stay, checking in late at night and checking out the next morning. Because of the limited time, I didn’t get to fully experience the hotel's hospitality. However, the room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was also large and well-maintained. I did have to request a few basic amenities like toiletries and slippers, which weren’t provided by default. The location is excellent — just about 400 meters from Hadimba Temple, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Plus, the view from the balcony was amazing, offering a great way to relax and take in the surroundings. Breakfast was included with the stay and it was quite good — a nice way to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable short stay and great value for a last-minute booking.

We booked family room of Orchard Green Hotel, Manali. The rooms were okay.. had rustic vibe not like the luxury or modern looking ones. Had basic facilities. Food was okay.. to access the restaurant you need to go to the Orchard Green Resort restaurant as they share common food area. At reception they hardly have staff to attend you.. sometime you need to eat cold food. Room was fine because we needed a family room.. so we got two separate rooms having a common Passage and kids got bathtub to splash in. Outdoor area is good for kids to enjoy and for you to relax.

There was no sense of responsibility, no basic courtesy, and certainly no sign of hospitality. It felt like we were a burden rather than guests who paid for your services. The service was beyond poor—delayed responses, mismanagement, and a complete lack of accountability. It’s clear your team is either completely untrained or simply doesn’t care. For a place that claims to be a “resort and spa,” you’re running a setup that lacks even the most basic customer service standards. This experience was a waste of time and money, and I will make sure others are warned about it. I sincerely hope you take this as a wake-up call—because what you’re offering right now is nothing short of disgrace

They have posted beautiful photos of the hotel. But, it is under construction property. The access road to hotel is narrow and so crowded that you may spend an hour to cover 500 m stretch near hotel. Can be very exhausting after long day of sightseeing. Then you have to get down far from hotel and walk on steep slope to enter under-construction, dimly lit, scary ground floor. The people in reception call their head office in Delhi for everything. The staff is very unprofessional. No body picks up the phone on reception. You have to personally go there to register your request. Room service is also very poor. The view from room is unsighly, looking on shanties and laundry areas.

Worst Hotel Ever - No Less Than a Dharamshala This place is an absolute nightmare disguised as a resort. It's no less than a filthy dharamshala - maybe worse. The location is horrible, buried deep inside a narrow, broken lane that's hard to even find, let alone reach comfortably. The food was stale, cold, and tasted like leftovers. Half the items weren't available, and the rest was barely edible. The staff were rude, careless, and the manager was offering nothing but excuses for every complaint. The room had cockroaches and insects, the lift smelled disgusting, and sensors didn't even work properly. The kettle was broken and stinking, and the chairs were torn and filthy. The bed sheets were stained, the bathroom smelled horrible, and basic hygiene was nonexistent. Never, ever think of visiting this place. This was the worst hotel experience of my life - a total disaster in every possible way. Avoid it ...

Hill County Resort, Manali – Loved the peaceful vibe here. Waking up to mountain views was the best part. Rooms were neat, service was quick, and the whole stay felt super comfortable. Would happily come back again! 🌄✨

The most weird accommodation we all have ever observed...... The zero hotel service ever experienced. ... Food qualify really horrible..... No specifications mentioned for Veg and Non-vegetarian food at the counter... Again, I would add is, the worst bedding,blanket qualities...... Neither the discipline in the staff members, nor politeness..... Total zero ratings for Hill County..... Not worth to recommend anyone and it is required to take strict actions for the staff trainings and improvements. .. More to it, when we had the check out, they were about to fight with us, denied to carry the luggage.... Worst service..... Not satisfied at All.....

Not 4 star at all! just a copy of 4 star hotel! The Dining room only had three tables and the food options were extremely Limited and very less.The Gyser For Hot water was also not working properly.Only good thing was Service But i don't think Just services can Make it worth 4 star hotel.

Resort sandhya was a great experience!!! I had a fantastic stay!! Currently, Sandhya isn't as it is in photos on google since it has caught fire and stuff, they have made few rooms beside there main property. Rooms were decent(according to current situation), food was good and tasty and service was great. Overall it was decent, but it wasn't that good as expected.

Property is good calmly and the nature of staff and Manager is so good must visit properly, room are bit small but sufficient for 2 people food is also good 😊👍🏻

Primo is one of the best near-manali yet non traffic congested hotel in the area. We would always favour primo as our base of operations for exploring manali and beyond if we ever come back to manali again. The rooms were in good taste with excellently preserved amenities and furnishings. The service staff were professionally trained and looked like they liked working in the place (and thus provided fulfilling service). The manager on site was an excellent people understanding person and catered to some of our selfish requests without a beat. The food was fantastic (and i mean both the room service and meal buffets). While not exactly having a lot of options in buffet they had enough for a 3 course meal in dinner and a full indo-continental breakfast in morning. 10/10 on value. The parking area is good for most cars uncludong SUVs like us when we came here.

I've stayed in Victory resort for 4 nights. I must say I have never had such delicious meals before. The chef (Mr. Yashpal) has put a lpt of effort in every dish. I would recommend this hotel if you want to try Himachali delicacies. The staff is also super humble and polite. Overall loved staying here.

Positives: The hotel is located at the most premium spot. The service was good. The food was also good and tasty. We even got complimentary breakfast. Negatives: Considering our association with Karma holidays and our membership, this seemed to be the most below average property of Karma. Very disappointed! We got the Mountain View rooms on 1st floor, but were only seeing the tin shed from there. The doors were making noise, the balcony and washroom door was not even getting locked. We asked for room change to second or top floor, but were said that it does not belong to Karma group. We were very much let down with the property and could not believe that it belongs to Karma holidays. Really displeased!

Very well located resort having lovely views. Staff is extremely efficient in looking after the guests.We stayed here for 4 days and came back fully satisfied.We were guided with places to visit nearby and they arranged a good driver to take us around. Visited Karma Utopia Resort for the first time. The rooms were clean but housekeeping requires improvement particularly regarding bed linen and mattresses. The food in the restaurant was prepared in a very hygienic manner and was tasty . We liked the good behavior of everyone at the reception and the behavior in the restaurant was also very Good . The third floor of the property is with the owner. It will be more convenient and comfortable for the members, if the Karma Group is able to get the control of the entire Utopia property. Thanks to all the staff 🙏

For a karma property the experience was below expectations to say the least. The food spread was dull and lacked variety and positive vibes. The staff was courteous and friendly however the food was a major down point, even simple dishes such as dosa and pancakes were messed up. The rooms were not of a standard of a karma property. Overall a disappointing experience certainly never coming again and recommend the same to anyone else.

Stayed recently for 4 days. The room was Mountain View and waking up everyday to the lovely snow covered mountains so close to us was just amazing. To view it you can visit my instagram handle (riturandeep) . Loved all different dishes that we tried in their restaurant during our stay. We wanted to try local cuisine and the chef presented us tasty dishes on demand. On the whole enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed there for five Nights (from 2nd June to 7th June 2025) wonderful experience. Staff is very helpful ready to do everything to make guest comfortable.Mr. Sahil at reception is very helpful and nice person.Mr.Amit vansh's arrangements were very good. Receptionists Poonam made my son's birthday memorable.Chef Raju served delicious breakfast and dinner. In cooking staff Mr.Titu and Gaurav, Mamaraj, LavDev ,Roop Lal ,Nikhil gave very good services. Kunal and Teksingh (room cleaning staff )and all the servants kept the room clean thoroughly. All the staff of Karma deserve congratulations.

As a couple , it was our first trip together , we wanted to celebrate 1 month of togetherness as a 1 month anniversary in karma specially located in Manali . This trip for 6 days was a gift from my husband brother (who is member of karma from many years ). We literally got a best viewing room , it was crazy . I would love to post photos . They helped us with all travelling like all ( I m stressing this here , like anywhere ! )just informing them & they had it arranged . We were so enjoying the stay as a karma member , Tohid , he just kept us safe with all his suggestions and also arrangement ( he is from our hometown , may be we got special treatment 😂), aside from this he was very trust worthy , not only his all karma people . I need to mention one more person , his name was Sohan , who was Manali person , believe me he worked in kitchen and his food suggestions were crazy , like we ate whole 6 days According to him and all were so amazing. All celebrations were made and surprises were given to us by karma . It was just a wonderful memory for us . Thank you karma 🙏❤️, I will visit you soon 😍

We booked room by looking at google reviews and photos but it was misleading. Worst experience over all. Management has allocated us used rooms. Checkin time is 11AM but we got keys at 1:30PM. They kept us waiting 2-3 hours in cold. No washrooms as well. After waiting for 2-3 hrs we got a used rooms. We had to suffer on the first day it self.

The location of hotel is good and is close to mall road and hidimba temple. The rooms and linen were clean and tidy. Thanks to Ms Raksha. We stayed in the family room and overall it was a comfortable stay.

We have visited glacier hotel during the end of year Dec 2024. The view from here is so nice. Good food and service. All employees of hotel are so friendly and respectful. We took the breakfast and dinner buffet during our stay and food here is so good and healthy. They serve veg and non-veg. Raksha has supported and guided us in arranging the transport and the complete hotel package and thanks for that.

One star is for hotel snow heaven at manali . Worst experience. Hotel staffs behaviours are very unprofessional. Firstly after check in they provided a room which had a hole through which the television of our room and the next room was connected and the sound of the television of the adjacent room was coming to our room. Even the smell of the cigarette was coming into our room. After repeated complaints to the receptionist ( praveen) he didn't even bothered to look into our problems. Next day we have been shifted to another room, after complaining to the hotel owner. And the experience was terrible. Nearly about 10.30 pm they shifted us, to the worst room ( which according to them was the best room), water was leaking continuously from the hand washing basin. Water tap fitting and the bathroom lock was broken. And the intercom was not working also. So we have to go to the ground floor to complain for that. They assured that problems will be solved next day. But next day when we returned, the thing was same. And the staffs were so worthless that they didn't even bothered to provide water to us after repeated asking. So the whole night there was no water to drink in our room. Next coming to the quality of food- quality was not good. And if somebody goes late to the buffet area, then food will be finished. And the staffs are least bothered to refill the food containers. If there's a provision for negative ratings I would give negative stars for this hotel.

Hotel manager is rude to every guest, not Coperative ,they did not put ur luggage in car or taxi .food quality is also poor ,rooms are dirty ,no wifi,no TV working ,no Invertor , worst resort in my 10 yrs experience. Never go to this resort or recommend to any one family and friends .I don't know how they achieved 3 star rating .no facility of 1 star in this Resort .shame on services provided in this Resort

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Money paid was Worth. Service and utilities were quick and proper. The room balcony is having scenic memorable mountain view. The candle light dinner and food was icing on the cake. I recommend this resort both for family as well as couple.

Worst services of india are provided in this hotel .do not stay here if provided absolutely free room in this Resort. Stay on footpath in manali but never go to this resort. Our memorable manali tour totally spoiled by Manager of this Resort. Also don't recommend this hotel to any one.i would give O rating if Avaliable in Option.

the only complaint is the behaviour of the receptionist. he is pathetic, rude and arrogant in conversation. you will get a buffet breakfast only when all the rooms will be packed. if 2-3 rooms are packed you will get only 1-2 items for breakfast. same stands for the dinner. They don't offer any juice, fruits and bread omelet for breakfast. the rooms and bathrooms are quite huge. no complaints in regards to rooms and views from the window.

Super Friendly Polite and coperative staff with Great views and good food. If need snow then it will depend upon climate. Only thing I felt short is Heater must be provided along with room although They provide it on Rental basis that is Rs.500 per night which I bought till I stayed there but that was mini heater which was not enough to warm-up room at December winter.

I am from Vadodara and visited Aloka Resort, Manali with my family and stayed from 5-9 June 2025. First of all the location of the resort is best in view of traffic of Manali. Second thing is that it gives an excellent view of valley and river from the rooms. Environment is quite peaceful and relaxed . Rooms are excellent, very spacious. Cleanliness is excellent. I have no words to praise the staff of the resort - front office staff as well as staff in the restaurant are extremely polite, cooperative, always smiling and willing to help. Food quality and taste awesome.Breakfast and Dinner were very delicious. If I visit Manali again, I will definitely stay at the same place. I had a wonderful experience staying here. I strongly recommend stay at Aloka Resort, Manali.

The hotel location and view overlooking the Beas at Manali is excellent. You can see the mountain peaks. We enjoyed the infinity pool with it's 360 panoramic views. The staff were hospitable and the food was good. If you are looking for a relaxing break, this hotel is highly recommended.

Great experience staying at Aloka resort. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is polite and very helpful. The restaurant is excellent, breakfast and all other meals were ordered were delicious. Peaceful environment, we were staying here after a demanding trek and it was the perfect place to relax.

The rooms are substandard, with very cheap furniture. Not at all at 4 star level. The buffet spread was very poor. The staff will take ages to replace items when they are over. This hotel is a lot money minded and doesn't care about the customers. If you are not able to come to a conclusion with the hotel staff then they make a person known as Stan call you, and he is real rude. My suggestion will be to totally avoid this hotel. Update 19th june: Today, Mr Stan replied to my review below. This is an example of his rudeness. Even though I paid him 150 rupees for a half bowl milk from the breakfast. So much hungry for money

Aloka Resort and their staffs - 200 marks Best hospitality I have ever experienced. Food is excellent and hygienic Room service and cleanliness are beyond expectations. Mr. Vijay F&B Captain made our vacation so memorable and most pleasant. Hats off to Mr. Vijay
