The Breakers Palm Beach is a stunning Italian Renaissance-style resort located on a private beach, offering an array of amenities for guests to enjoy. With 538 guest rooms and suites, the resort has been modernized to provide luxurious accommodations with custom furnishings, plush bathrobes, flatscreen TVs, and free Wifi.
Older hotel, getting upgrades. Despite the age, the experience is exceptional. Beautiful estate Grounds, gorgeous tennis center, fabulous spa and pools. Multiple large grass areas, walking and scenic viewing areas. Large size, but still feels private and quiet. We ate at the steakhouse and seafood bar. The room was accompanied by a butler service, who arranged tennis, golf, spa, and directions for the kids center and kid activities."build a bear" was adorable Bungalow at the south pool was a perfect pool day.

Truly an amazing place. Service throughout the facility is outstanding. The lobby is like being in a European castle. 4 very nice pools, beachfront with nice chairs. For wine lovers there is the most impressive hotel wine list I've ever seen. 2 pages of DRC wines if you have the money

Weekend Getaway at The Breakers Palm Beach for our 50th anniversary. The architecture is phenomenal, dating back to 1926. While we had high expectations, we felt the service and food could be improved for a five-star hotel. We were upgraded to a suite, and on the first day, we hadn’t received our anniversary welcome gift, but it was a beautiful surprise in our room the next day. We were lucky with the beautiful weather, even though rain had been announced. The pools are stunning, and the beach is equally inviting.

The Breakers Palm Beach never disappoints! I’ve visited multiple times for galas, brunch, and dinner, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The property is stunning — timeless, elegant, and perfectly maintained. The service is always five-star, and every meal feels like a special occasion. From the ocean views to the attention to detail in every corner, The Breakers truly defines Palm Beach luxury. A must-visit whether you’re attending an event, dining, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. ✨🌴

As wedding filmmakers, we’ve had the privilege of capturing celebrations at The Breakers Palm Beach, and it’s truly one of the most exceptional venues in the world. Every detail of the property exudes timeless elegance—from the grand architecture to the ocean views and lush gardens. For couples, there’s no shortage of incredible backdrops for photos and films. Each space feels unique: from the Mediterranean Courtyard to the Ocean Lawn and the breathtaking ballrooms, every setting tells its own story. The variety allows us to create films that feel both luxurious and deeply personal. The staff at The Breakers are among the best in the industry—professional, kind, and endlessly accommodating. They work seamlessly with vendors, ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish. And the food? Exceptional. It’s some of the finest cuisine we’ve ever experienced at a wedding venue—thoughtfully curated, beautifully presented, and consistently praised by guests. For couples seeking a destination experience without leaving the U.S., The Breakers offers the perfect blend of old-world glamour and world-class hospitality. There truly is no better place to celebrate love. — Shelley Gibson, Pineapple Films

We enjoyed our stay with friends. The Seafood Bar is very cool. Fish swim under your glass and the view of the Atlantic is outstanding! We were offered a courtesy ride in their Maybachs to dinner, Worth Ave, etc. very nice! Brunch was also excellent!!

The Breakers is pure luxury from start to finish. The property is stunning — perfectly maintained with ocean views that never get old. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed, with every detail thought through for comfort. The service is exceptional. Every staff member goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Dining at the on-site restaurants is a highlight — each meal feels special, whether you are having breakfast by the ocean or dinner in one of their fine dining spots. The pool area, spa, and private beach are world-class, creating the perfect mix of relaxation and sophistication. You can feel the history and tradition of the hotel while still enjoying every modern luxury. The Breakers is the definition of timeless Palm Beach elegance. Once you stay here, it is hard to imagine going anywhere else
Seth L — Google review
Beautiful from the driveway to the ocean. The Breakers lives up to its name elegance, detail, and service that makes you feel seen. Rooms are spotless, service is polished, and every corner carries that historic presence of Palm Beach luxury. Only reason it’s not a full 5 is the prices they’re steep, but that’s the cost of class. Still, the views, beach access, and overall atmosphere make it worth the experience at least once in a lifetime. Louie K’s Up stamp: The Breakers reminds you that peace and purpose look good together it’s not just a stay, it’s a statement. 🌴✨🔥

The Brazilian Court Hotel & Beach Club is a luxurious boutique hotel in West Palm Beach, offering plush suites and studios with whirlpool tubs. This 1920s legendary hotel has been modernized for the 21st century while maintaining its elegant history, attracting celebrities like Cary Grant and Greta Garbo. The Spanish Colonial designed rooms exude coziness with dark mahogany wood. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, spa facilities, and high-class dining at Cafe Boulud.
I recently stayed at The Brazilian Court Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The service throughout the property was excellent, and everything—from the rooms to the common areas—was impeccably clean. The pool area was a highlight: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and a perfect place to unwind. However, the pool staff could have been more attentive. We were never offered menus or checked on, which felt a bit out of sync with the otherwise high level of service. We dined at the hotel restaurant, which has a lovely ambiance. One small point of confusion: the Friday evening menu featured a three-course meal we were excited to try, only to be told it wasn’t actually available on Fridays. It was a bit disappointing, and I found it odd that it remained on the menu if not offered that day. On the positive side, we thoroughly enjoyed the yacht outing and made good use of the house car service, which added an extra level of convenience and comfort to our stay. All in all, The Brazilian Court Hotel offers a luxurious and relaxing experience with just a couple of areas for improvement. I’d definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful stay here! The service from Meghan, Stephanie, Edgar, Carlos, & Dane was outstanding. We loved how the hotel offered transportation to different spots around the island on request and their response time via text was impressive. I loved the birthday amenity they added to the room!
Brianna D — Google review
The service and location were top notch. A perfectly situated Spanish gem in the middle of Palm Beach. Meghan was so nice and welcoming at check in and the complimentary ride on the BC one boat was a trip highlight. Thank you & we will be back.
Worth T — Google review
The Brazilian Court has all the makings of a Palm Beach classic—but sadly, it feels like a relic stuck in the past, in need of both a physical and philosophical refresh. From the moment we walked in, a strong odor of mold suggested that overdue renovations aren't just cosmetic—they're essential. The aesthetic throughout the hotel, while perhaps once charming, now feels dated and tired. More concerning, however, is the sense that this property is clinging to an outdated ideal of luxury. The sight of housekeepers dressed in traditional uniforms—dresses, no less—was surprising and uncomfortable. In today’s hospitality landscape, comfort, functionality, and respect for the staff should be prioritized over appearance rooted in nostalgia. Dining at the hotel was good, and the quality of the food was generally satisfying. However, the automatic 20% gratuity added to every bill left a sour note. While we’re always happy to tip generously for good service, a mandatory service charge of this kind suggests that staff may not be receiving fair wages—a concern that undermines the overall dining experience. The boutique on property, which could have been a vibrant extension of the hotel’s brand, instead felt like an afterthought—completely underutilized and missing an easy revenue opportunity. Despite these shortcomings, there was one bright and consistent highlight: the staff. Every interaction—from the front desk to bell service—reflected true professionalism and warmth. It’s clear the team is well-trained and deeply committed to guest satisfaction, even if the infrastructure and ownership vision haven’t kept pace. This hotel could be remarkable with the right investment in modernization—both in design and mindset. One can only hope that change comes soon.

We stayed at the Brazilian Court Hotel in Palm Beach for four nights. One of the nights was advertised as “free” on their website but the pricing lacks transparency. Our room was listed at $476 per night (before taxes and fees). When we received the bill, we saw that the “free night” was actually just averaged out over the four nights at a higher rate for the dates we booked ($599–$699). In other words, you’re not truly getting a free night — just a discount spread across your stay. Transparency here would go a long way. The highlight of the hotel is absolutely the staff. They are warm, attentive, and genuinely make the property feel welcoming. The building itself has charm and history, but it does show its age as it approaches 100 years old. Rooms are large but dated, and definitely not luxurious. Several amenities that drew us in were disappointing. The boat ride that was advertised never happened because the boat was under maintenance, though this wasn’t disclosed upfront. The bar was under construction, the gym was across the street, and the so-called spa left much to be desired. The pool is very small, and the jacuzzi is essentially just a bathtub. As for dining, while the restaurant carries Daniel Boulud’s name, the food, though fresh, lacked depth and flavor. If you order room service, note that there’s a service fee, a delivery fee, and a 20% gratuity automatically added. Again there’s a delivery fee for room service. Let that sink in. Overall, if it weren’t for the incredible team who work here, the hotel would have little to stand on. The staff deserve the utmost care and recognition, because they are what make this property special. Without them, there isn’t much else to recommend.

I was refused transport per website and 2 verbal confirmations regarding availability! The room was quite musty and it did improve but not great following notification to the front desk. There was no hotwater in room and very delayed response since i was on my way to a conference. In al honesty i did you use a not so nice word to describe the desk help who refused me transport to the manager. I redirected my description and still that is all the manager could focus on not the quality of their services. I had asked to speak to the manager in a private place as i was aware i was agitated and she moved me to main hall only 4-5 feet from front desk. My weekend conference/ retreat was ruined and we left early. The manager only got back to me today at my insistence and perseverance and she was immediately defensive again only focusing on “feelings” stating i was irrational and treated her staff poorly! I never even addressed the front desk person who was incompetent! I admitted i was agitated after no responsiveness. The actual problems were never addressed. When you are in the hospitality business there will be upset clients and it is prevailing on them to be hospital and understanding. Despite the location i would never recommend this Hotel! Try The Colony more beautiful and miles above in service.

This hotel is underrated. It was a 5 star experience all around. Every single Staff member was amazing. Seriously .. everyone. Meghan you were so helpful. Curtis, you made our dinner feel extra fancy and inviting. Andy, the perfect balance of professional and down to earth. Our housekeeping lady (I'm so sorry I did not catch her name) was so sweet and joyful and her red lipstick and smile looked stunning on her. And then our yacht crew... Chef's kiss! And I'm including the guy who drove us to the boat and back. I can't say enough good things about the staff and am disappointed in myself for not remembering everyone's names bc we came across deserve to be acknowledged here. My husband even made it a game of trying to beat the door/valet guys to getting the lobby door for me but I think he lost to them with a final score of 12-4 lol. As for the rest of it: The building history is beautiful preserved. Rooms are clean and spacious. The neighborhood is charming and safe. The pool is relaxing, and caters to the quiet ambience, instead of the party scene we're getting tired of seeing at most hotels nowadays. (Shout out to our cocktail server there too, and that passionfruit soda was a PERFECT refresher!). Hotel bar and restaurant were delicious, but for variety, you can also easily walk to other restaurants in the area (including buccans) . The hotel felt both small and big at once, in the best ways. It has all the services you might want (or need) at a big hotel: hair/nail salon, spa, restaurant/bar, pool, a small gym (sorry power lifters , it's mostly cardio, and a few hand weights), Pilates classes on the room iPad (though I believe there may be a yoga studio too). Yet its intimacy and personal touch reminded me of when I once stayed at a historic bed and breakfast, hosted by a lovely older couple. So did running into the same wonderful guests multiple times and having the kind of small talk that makes you forget they're strangers bc you both just comfortably shared a little piece of your world with each other (S, J, and B 🐕from NY who shared the pool and the yacht with us... As well as my "green goddess" lady who recommended Buccan... it was a pleasure to meet you all!). There's very little to not fall in love with here, and it was refreshing to step away from the commercial hotels. Without them overdoing the theme, it really did feel like we got a taste of the hospitality and character one would've experienced renting a nice hotel in the late 1920s. I seriously wanted to never leave. Ps: fyi for those on a budget: this place can get pricey quick. Despite it being rated 4 stars, expect 5 star prices (and service) if dining/drinking in the area (including restaurants outside of the hotel). All the prices are fair considering the quality. And the hotel's restaurant tabs rightfully include a 20% tip regardless of your party size, but they are by no means trying to be sneaky as the servers are always transparent in letting you know it was included. Zero complaints here, but just be financially prepared to come here with a relaxed mindset so you can fully enjoy the experience, and in return you'll be happy to also enjoy many services that you weren't expecting to be complimentary, like a ride anywhere on the island, and a 2hr ride on the hotel's beautiful yacht (-reserve early. -yes, it is shared between up to 8 guests. -don't worry, there is enough space to find your own sitting area). And of course, bring some cash, bc a tip to your housekeeper, bellman, or yacht crew is always a nice way to say thank you.
Aline F — Google review
This hotel could not be at a more perfect location for Palm Beach however there were too many issues with cleanliness and service for me to return. The Daniel Buloud restaurant is the only food option on the premises however it’s a real rip off. Bad food at a very high price. Restaurant aside, some of the corridors in the hotel had a musky smell. There were dirty dishes in the corridors that didn’t get picked up for a day. Seemed like no one really cared about the guests experience past reception. And if you are in the mood for coffee after breakfast you need to pay $8 per cup at the Buloud restaurant unless you request a coffee machine for your room.

White Elephant is a luxurious and historic Palm Beach hotel that features a courtyard pool, restaurant terrace, and suites. It is situated steps away from the white sand shores of the Atlantic coast.
We had the most wonderful stay at the White Elephant Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service that made our trip unforgettable. I especially want to shoutout Christian, who made our trip so special. He went above and beyond with his welcoming personality, attention to detail, continuously offering help, and always greeting us with a smile. It was a truly amazing and memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay at the White Elephant! Starting with a complimentary upgrade and a pickup from the Brightline, the trip was nothing short of exceptional. The staff and service were amazing - the car pickups made the weekend so easy. We loved enjoying the treats at the pool, delicious food at Lola, and the spacious room with a beautiful balcony! Thank you to all the staff for an unforgettable weekend! We will definitely be back.

This was our second stay at the White Elephant in Palm Beach and somehow it was even more incredible than the first. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a perfect blend of charm and luxury. The location is ideal, peaceful and elegant but just steps from everything you could want. Every amenity is top notch, from the pool to the bikes to the little thoughtful touches in the room. A special thank you to the lovely Karen at the front desk who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was warm, gracious, and genuinely kind. She made a great place feel even more unforgettable. We truly cannot wait to come back again!

Perfect place to stay for our first time in Palm Beach and a lovely girls weekend! The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The staff was so kind and went out of their way to help us with our every need. Karen was so amazing at the front desk and even reached out before our stay to help secure any needed reservations. The valets were so kind and told us to check out the convertible which turned into such a fun day of taking the scenic route and shopping!
Lauren B — Google review
Nice service (especially Christian on valet), clean, nicely designed rooms, and decent beds too. We quite enjoyed the happy hour in the lobby with complimentary wine and snacks. What we couldn’t understand were how the rooms, despite being recently renovated, made no consideration for soundproofing. We could clearly hear the adjacent room and that did not sit well at this price point and because of this, we wouldn’t stay here again despite the positives.
B. T — Google review
We stayed here for one night as our usual resort was unavailable at the start of our trip. The property is charming and well-maintained, with a clean and thoughtfully designed aesthetic. However, the guest rooms were quite small, and the sound insulation left much to be desired. As a light sleeper, I found it difficult to rest comfortably due to noticeable noise from adjacent rooms (including conversation) and hallway activity(such as all the doors closing). While the hotel has its merits, it may not be the best fit for those sensitive to noise.
Shreya J — Google review
An absolutely beautiful boutique hotel. Just 5 star treatment from the first check-in. Rooms were lovely, beautiful Italian bed linen, comfortable and two housekeeping visits per day . Wine O' clock between 4-5pm is a real treat. Exceptional service from a dedicated team who are friendly and helpful, genuinely interested in what you have been doing. I would recommend eating in Lola 41, the Michelin restaurant, superb service and the meal was delicious. The hotel offers valet parking and you have the option of using complimentary BMW cars for up to 4 hours. Great for a Publix - just over the road- and Worth Avenue is a short distance. Perfect stay!!!

We had the most amazing girls’ weekend at the White Elephant! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. A special shoutout to Sebastian, Christian, and Junior — they were absolutely wonderful! Each of them was so attentive, friendly, and genuinely made our stay feel extra special. Whether it was helping with recommendations, making sure we had everything we needed, or just greeting us with a smile, they made such a difference in our trip.

For golf enthusiasts, the resort is home to five courses, including the renowned Champion course redesigned by Jack Nicklaus. Additionally, guests can enjoy spa treatments and relax in nine outdoor mineral pools with healing waters from around the world.
Highly recommended!! From arrival to departure, the staff made our stay truly exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making our experience seamless and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Nickie at The Butcher’s Club. She wasn’t just knowledgeable—she recognized the importance of our special occasion and went out of her way to make the evening feel personal and memorable. Her thoughtful service added a meaningful touch that elevated the entire dinner. At the front desk, Ricard made us feel welcome from the very beginning with a smooth and friendly check-in. Teresa handled our check-out just as professionally—kind, accommodating, and ensuring we left with a great final impression of the resort. Another highlight was how wonderfully the staff engaged with children—always kind, patient, and genuinely caring. It made a big difference and helped our whole family feel comfortable and at ease. The combination of warm hospitality and attention to detail made this stay stand out—we’d happily return.

We stayed at the PGA National Resort for our babymoon and could not have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for—it truly felt like a getaway designed for relaxation. The property is beautiful, with a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The pools and grounds are stunning, and it was easy to unwind while still having so many options for dining and activities right on site. The range was very convenient to access and my husband loved every part of it. Every meal we had was fresh and delicious, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. What stood out most was the atmosphere—peaceful, elegant, and stress-free, exactly what we wanted for this trip before welcoming our baby. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already talking about when we’ll come back. Highly recommend PGA National to anyone looking for a memorable escape, especially for such a special occasion.

Stayed at the PGA 2 weeks ago and it was an experience. We were not there for golf, we decided to stayed there due to the location and on the website seemed like a great placed to stay. We went with our boat which parking was great for it. Rooms are a little bit dated but good. The reason I’m giving it 2 stars was the bellman services. On September 12 we arrived, we check in, which tat staff was great. Since we had our boat it needed to be parked far aways so we needed a luggage cart. We took one and the bellman yell at us that we could not take it, where we were going, we tried to explain but he kept yelling that it was a liability issue, which I completely understand, but he never offer to help and ended up yelling: “ahhh do whatever you want” to my boyfiend. That was so uncalled for. Sunday we got to go on our boat and needed a cart to bring our cooler to the boat, I was told again I could not use the cart and no one offer to help. When we arrive from the beach we stop at the vallet/lobby are to unload our cooler and beach bag and vallet immediately said: “this will be fast right?” when actually not even one minute passed and I was already done with my stuff. Monday was different they had an amazing bellman which finally was able to help us and we were able to check out with an amazing blonde lady who tried her best to provide us the best service, too bad we saw her on our check out. They need to improve service, people will come to stay and they may look different than a golf player but they deserve the same amazing service.

What an absolutely amazing place the PGA National Resort is. I played a 2 day event with the VGA there this past weekend. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the facilities were fantastic. This is definitely a place I plan to visit again and again. So if you're in the Palm Beach area then book your vacation at the PGA National and you will not regret it. They have fun for the whole family. There's golf for dad a spa for mom and the kids can enjoy the pool.

Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the spa, or grabbing a bite on-site, every detail was just right. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Had a great time , good hotel but need a little updating with the rugs all over the place. Feels a little stuffy. Big rooms but missing places to hang clothes and very small refrigerators. Great location lots to do and restaurants in the area. Great pool and service was great , except the waitress in the pool area kept walking into our pingpong game on purpose. Over all a good stay.

The courses were wonderful and the people there go out of their way to deliver great service. The accommodations not so much. We stayed in The Cottages #609. Not enough dishes/glasses for two couples. Ceiling fan so loud we couldn't use it, terrible mattresses. Very under par !!!! Not what we expected for PGA.

The Hilton West Palm Beach is a sleek business hotel offering polished rooms and suites, making it a great option for luxurious yet affordable stays in the city. It's conveniently located near the airport, performing arts center, and convention center. The hotel features a luxurious outdoor pool surrounded by palm trees as its focal point, along with an on-site bar and restaurant serving international dishes and tropical cocktails. Guests can also enjoy specialty culinary offerings and cocktails showcasing local mixologists' talent.
Beautiful, clean, staff attentive. I recommend people to valet because the parking is a hike. The hotel sits on like the corner of the entrance of the Palm Beach Convention. This is an ideal place to stay of visiting Palm Beach because it's at the heart of everything walkable. All the restaurants are within walking distance of this hotel. But the hotel does have a rooftop called the Tree House, so you may not want to go anywhere. I was there for an event in their ballroom. It was beautifully set up, and service was superb. I would definitely book an event here. Although the parking is a hike, maybe they could offer a trolley or some type of golf carter to the hotel from the back parking lot. Just an idea. I also notice people there for the bar for Happy Hour, and they have activities by the pool on the weekend. Nice pool, by the way. I didn't stay so I'm not sure about the rooms so I wasn't able to rate.

I stayed at the Hilton West Palm Beach in mid-August for a conference and had a great experience. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. They even held my luggage after checkout, which was really convenient. The weather was warm with a bit of rain, but overall beautiful, and the location was perfect. I was able to walk to the beach, though they also offer shuttle service if you prefer. The restaurants on-site were very good, and the overall atmosphere made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this hotel whether you’re in town for business or leisure!

4-Star Review for Hilton West Palm Beach Hotel I recently stayed at the Hilton West Palm Beach and overall had a great experience. The hotel is in an ideal location — close to everything you could want, from restaurants and shopping to the beautiful waterfront. The lobby immediately sets the tone with its bright, modern design and welcoming atmosphere. It feels upscale yet relaxed, with plenty of comfortable seating and a lively energy that makes it easy to unwind after a day out. My room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bed was plush, the linens fresh, and the bathroom well-appointed with quality amenities. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful it felt, even though the hotel is right in the heart of downtown. The only small downside was that some of the furniture, particularly the cabinets, could have used a more thorough cleaning — not a big deal, but noticeable enough to mention. Aside from that, the stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and professional, and the property overall is very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting West Palm Beach who wants comfort, convenience, and style in one place.

Very enjoyable stay, lovely spacious rooms, with complimentary Byredo toiletries. Great facilities, including a big pool, with plenty of sunloungers and activities like table tennis and other games. The gym was decent for a hotel and had plenty of towels, and a nice but limited selection of equipment and machines. Location is close to city place shopping mall which is lovely, and hotel runs a shuttle service to the beach, although we did not get a chance to try this. Staff were friendly and nice, although they did try to charge us for an upgrade, which was going to be the exact same room, just with a better view. There is no self-parking option here, and the valet costs $40-55. There is a car park, called Hisbiscus garage, which is a 5 minute walk away which has overnight parking for $22.29. Galley restaurant was quite good, but limited food options and the kitchens close at 22:30. I would highly recommend the tuna tacos. They also had a lot of activities planned, however our stay didn’t coincide with any of them. The only really negative thing is that they seem to put a charge on a lot of things, such as trying to use the phone, the parking, and half the sunloungers are reservation only. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at this location for The Pink Retreat. The place was very clean and had plenty of food options and shopping close by. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The Valet however is another story. They were sooooo slow getting our cars even when it wasn’t all that busy. They made us late to an appointment by taking 40 min to retrieve my vehicle. Can’t understand with the hotel knowing they had that many guests, they were THAT short handed on Valet. When I received my car back at the end of my stay it was full of leaves and dirty from the Valet. Valet was expensive so, you think you’d get better. There was no complimentary breakfast or coffee and the food was expensive and service slow. The room was nice but pillows AND bed were so uncomfortable! There are much nicer and more accommodating properties to stay at, I do not recommend this one. Do better Hilton!

This is not your average downtown Hilton. This is a fantastic property and superbly managed and staffed by people highly trained in the art of being. Brand Ambassador for Hilton Room was recently remodeled with a lovely view of the city. The pool area and outdoor bar is as nice as any resort. I ate at the Galley and I truly had a great experience. Chris made a custom mocktail for me, which was off the chain. Bambi at the front desk deserves a special shout out for going above and beyond. Note, I sometimes book at the Canopy, a sister property, but this is nicer for business people. A+++++ experience.

I fell getting out of the shower, the shower door is glass and the way it sits water just flows onto the floor. When I checked out I let them know what happened, they asked that I send them info in an email which I did and received no follow up after. I explained that I had back surgery in March, still did PT at home, and had follow ups with my Dr's coming up. I said if there were any changes to my back I'd let them know once another MRI was done. Nothing, no response, no one reached out after this. I powered through the short trip, had to take meds to get by. Had the MRI done turns out the disc reherniated. To the point now Im having difficulty walking bc of it. Most likely will need another surgery. If they had mats on the floor or different color tile in the bathrooms maybe you could see the water that pours onto the floor. Not to mention shower doors that kept water from spilling onto the floor in the first place, if you stayed in one of these rooms you know what I mean. The doors sit in the middle of a ledge and the rubber piece at the bottom isnt flush water runs right under it. If you're reading this be careful I'd hate for it to happen to someone else. I'll attach a pic of the door/lip/edge for reference

I stayed at this Hilton location before and unfortunately experienced bed bugs in my room. I noticed bites after my second night and later confirmed signs of an infestation. This was not only unsettling but unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I informed the front desk immediately. While they acknowledged the issue, the response felt indifferent — no urgency, and a follow-up stating no bugs, and no offer to make it right. I was told that a separate party would follow up after their “findings” I expected much better from Hilton, especially regarding cleanliness and guest safety. I strongly urge management to take this issue seriously and conduct proper inspections. I will not be returning to this location, and I encourage others to check reviews carefully before booking. STAY OUT OF ROOM 809

The Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront Resort offers guests a luxurious beachfront experience. With 4 miles of private beach, the resort also has an outdoor pool and two eateries. The Henry M. Flagler Museum and Norton Art Museum are nearby attractions.
Didn't stay over but had a day pass for the pool and beach. We had a wonderful staycation enjoying a beautiful Sunday. The sun was shining with a clear sky. The pool was just perfect. Had some yummy poke bowl and soft drinks. The staff was super quick and helpful. The beach was clean and the staff set us up with an umbrella and clean fresh towels. The perfect spot for a day getaway.

This was our first time staying at this particular hotel, although we often choose Hilton for our vacations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay — the location is excellent, with a beautiful and clean beach, well-maintained grounds, and a lovely lobby. The staff was polite and welcoming. Room cleaning was good as well. However, there’s one issue that needs attention: the cleanliness of the restrooms near the pool. For two days in a row, they were dirty — sand and paper on the floor, with no toilet paper or paper towels. I reported this to the front desk, but unfortunately, the problem wasn’t resolved. Also, on our last day, the air conditioner in our room stopped working, which made our final night less comfortable. Room cleaning was good 👍

Nice stay at Hilton, could have been better though! This property is under a remodel so be aware - they don’t tell you that when booking. Parts are closed off and you’ll have detoured hallways at entrance. One elevator was working at the time of my stay which made things a bit crazy trying to come and go. Parking is an absolute nightmare with the app. You have to put so much information into it just to register your vehicle and pay extra for it. I wasn’t happy about that aspect. Rooms are clean and absolutely beautiful, staff were helpful. Be advised ocean view is not ocean front. You’ll just have a sliver of a view. If that’s important to you then just be aware when booking the difference. They do offer valet and pool with cabanas. Marketplace was nice offering fresh coffees and small bites. Included in your stay is a 1 hour bike rental, 1 hour non motorized water sport rental, chairs and umbrellas for the beach which is a really nice! I’m sure this place is amazing when not under construction- so just ask if it’s finished before booking.

This boutique hotel is affordable and in a great location steps away from the beach. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and amenities plenty. The rooms are spacious and updated. Beds and pillows of average comfort. Housekeeping is spotty. They didn't always leave fresh glasses or extra towels even after we asked. The hotel pool staff is the only reason this resort didn't get five stars. They guarantee 2 chairs per guest but no one monitors this. Labor Day weekend was filled with people not staying on the property, occupying all the chairs, taking all the towels, propping the gates open to allow outside riff raff in and letting outside food in. It was disappointing at best. I would also suggest playing music at the pool for guests and having extra servers during busy times. It seemed like there was one server, maybe 2 for the entire pool.

Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience at the Hilton Singer Island. The location is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the beachfront access was unbeatable. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff, warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Leo at valet, he was amazing! He helped me immediately with my bags, held them until I was ready to check in, and was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay. He was always there if I needed anything. A truly valuable employee who made a great first impression. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and welcoming escape.

Stayed for 2 nights. It’s trying hard to be a resort but it isn’t. Some nice amenities, like a well-stocked market for snacks and breakfast items. It also has a nice beach-side bar/restaurant. But it kind of misses the mark of a resort. More like a hotel with a few upgrades. The area is just okay and the beach isn’t very nice.
Jana W — Google review
This hotel was not what I expected. With a one king-bed room being $350+ a night, I expected to be blown away. The room, the service, and the amenities were so underwhelming. I pay a resort fee to: get a free hour of e-bikes, but they don't work and the hotel employees had no idea what to do; to get service on the beach, and the drinks come to you warm. It was a little disappointing. However, every employee is really nice and the food inside the restaurant is fantastic. Also included in the resort fee is two chairs, a table and an umbrella on their private beach. This was super easy to use, and I personally loved that system. I would stay there again, but I would just focus on laying on the private beach and ignore the rest of it.

My family and I spent a day here on a resort pass. The pool was so nice! Clean bathrooms, yummy poolside lunch, iced Chai Latte from the market was delicious. It was relatively slow that Sunday, but they were constantly out of pool towels. We were using bath towels, which was fine but also a little ridiculous. They have cutest Free Little Library on the beach boardwalk. Went beachside and ordered cold drinks- was great! They have chaise and umbrellas for guests. Was very relaxing.

Nestled in the heart of West Palm Beach, The Ben, Autograph Collection offers a sleek and modern stay with a rooftop pool, two restaurants, and a trendy bar. Situated just 800m from Riviera Beach Amtrak Station and 7km from Palm Beach International Airport, it provides easy access to the city's attractions like Holiday In Paradise and Worth Avenue.
The Ben Autograph Hotel truly delivered an exceptional experience! From start to finish, the service was unmatched. Colby, Ana, and Courtney were absolutely excellent to work with — their professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent communication made the process seamless. What stood out most was the genuine care they showed. My client’s mother was experiencing some health challenges, and the team went above and beyond by welcoming her with a thoughtful bouquet of flowers. That small but meaningful gesture spoke volumes about their commitment to hospitality. This is hands down one of the best hotel services I’ve ever experienced. The Ben Autograph Hotel sets the standard for personalized, first-class service. I look forward to returning again and again!

When I was going to the hotel I was honestly a little concerned because I had read some reviews where people said they were disappointed with the service and customer service. Since I was coming to celebrate my birthday I had certain expectations and I really wanted everything to go smoothly. From the very beginning everything turned out much better than I expected. At check in we were welcomed with drinks which were amazing and the staff was so friendly and attentive. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed all the amenities, especially the rooftop pool. The sweetest surprise was that they brought me a cheese platter with a bottle of wine for my birthday. That was such a thoughtful touch and I really did not expect it. The room was spotless, the staff was helpful with every question I had, and overall the whole experience was just perfect. I honestly did not want to leave after that stay. If I come back to West Palm Beach this will definitely be the hotel I choose again.

An exquisitely decorated hotel and really love the book and the dog theme so tastefully incorporated throughout. The welcome drink (similar to a Paloma) was the best drink I had during my trip! I absolutely want to model my house off the rooms - from the flooring, to the fixtures, to the small details. Staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast in the restaurant was top notch too! Can’t wait to return.

I stayed at The Ben Hotel in downtown West Palm Beach for one night during a business trip, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel’s location is perfect — close to restaurants, businesses, and within walking distance of many local attractions. Despite being centrally located, it’s situated on a quiet side street, so there’s no street noise in the rooms. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself has a trendy, modern vibe with stylish décor that makes it stand out. There’s a well-equipped gym and a rooftop bar offering beautiful views of the city — a great spot to unwind after a long day. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a business stay. Overall, The Ben is a fantastic option for anyone visiting West Palm Beach, whether for business or leisure.

The Ben is one of our absolute favorite local venues! The hotel is beautifully designed, the location is unbeatable, and the level of service is always top notch. We’ve had the pleasure of working with their event team, and from start to finish, everything is flawless. Colby and Courtney are an incredible duo who make every event shine. Colby’s attention to detail and seamless communication paired with Courtney’s expertise in what the hotel offers, help to create a truly effortless planning experience. Together, they go above and beyond for every client, combining professionalism, warmth, and genuine care to ensure every event is flawless and memorable. The entire staff is equally exceptional - attentive, kind, and committed to making every aspect of your event run smoothly. The Ben and its outstanding team are an absolute gem in the Palm Beach area, and we can’t recommend them highly enough!

I’ve stayed at The Ben a few times for staycations and always enjoyed it in the past, but my most recent stay on July 10 was a major disappointment. I stayed for one night to celebrate my birthday before heading to the airport very early the next morning. A couple of weeks later, I noticed a $181 charge on my credit card, which my Bonvoy account indicated was for the minibar. I did not take anything from the minibar. I’ve now called the hotel twice, emailed once, and also filled out their credit card authorization form, since they claimed they no longer had my card on file to issue a refund. It is now October 3, and I still have not been refunded. After thinking back, I realized that a bottle of champagne had been sent to my room that evening because it was my birthday — but I did not order it, and if I had known I’d be charged $181 for mediocre champagne (which probably costs $20 at Publix), I absolutely would have refused it. Being sent champagne at hotels is not uncommon when celebrating a special occasion, but being charged when I didn't request it is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed in The Ben and the way this has been handled — or more accurately, not handled. After multiple attempts and months of waiting, I still have no resolution. Unfortunately, I’ll be moving my “staycation” business elsewhere going forward.

Derrick, Freddie, and Kyle, went out of their way to provide the best service possible, Derrick provided restaurant recommendations (meat market) Kyle assisted me with my luggage, and Freddie assisted me with all the valet needs, not to mention how beautiful the hotel was in and of itself. These gentlemen set a great example of how you should greet your guest upon arrival and left us a great impression on how our stay would be I highly recommend going to the ben for your stay. Very welcoming and very kind staff

Every detail of the Ben was spectacular - every person, from the valet to the check-in, to the bellhop, to the pool and restaurant staff (notably: Michael, Josiah, Michele, Ibeth, Kevin)- was so courteous, kind, accommodating, and helpful. The decor, the rooms, the food, and the energy/ambiance were perfect - we felt at home, but also in a very specially curated environment all at once. Proximity to downtown is great as well - and although we didn't use it, the shuttle service to nearby beach and other locations is so helpful. Only super minor thing I missed was a little overpriced gift/amenities shop that hotels usually have (we needed a charger!), but there was a CVS close by. I can't recommend staying here enough! We shall be back.

Grandview Gardens is a Spanish-style bed and breakfast located in West Palm Beach. The B&B offers vibrant and colorful rooms with free Wi-Fi, private terraces, and an outdoor pool. Situated on a quiet residential street, this Mediterranean villa showcases the architectural style popularized in Florida resorts during the early 1900s. The property features beautifully restored rooms adorned with antique-style furniture, tiled floors, elaborate mirrors, and bold furnishings.
We found Grandview Gardens while looking for somewhere to stay that wasn't a typical south Florida chain hotel, and we're glad we did. It's tucked away in Flamingo Park, just a few minutes from downtown but feels much quieter. The setup is pretty unique—there's a main house plus several small cottages scattered around the property. We got lucky with an upgrade to a suite in the main house that had a separate bedroom, living area, and kitchen. The pool area was wonderful. It's not huge, but the surrounding landscaping is really well done and creates a nice, secluded feel. Rebecca, who manages the place, was fantastic. She and her staff clearly care about making guests comfortable without being pushy about it. They helped to make the whole experience feel more personal. The rooms are clean and comfortable without being fancy. For what we paid, especially compared to some of the resort prices in the area, it felt like good value. If you want something with more character than a chain hotel but don't want to break the bank, this hotel is definitely worth considering. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in West Palm Beach.

We came to town for a concert but didn't want to be in the middle of downtown. We were still close to the venue but could enjoy peace and quiet. The estate is so beautiful with the various plants and I imagine it's even more so in spring. There's so much history with the building as well. We will definitely stay again.

My family just spent a long weekend at Grandview Gardens to celebrate my mother's birthday and we all absolutely loved it! My husband and I and my 21 yo nephew stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage, my sister stayed in the single room cottage and my parents stayed in a pool side room. The rooms, the grounds, the pool are all beautiful. It was a perfect set up for us. We were able to have a couple meals together in the cottage which was great. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood, historic district, and was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend it and would love to stay again.

My wife and I recently stayed at this lovely inn to celebrate our anniversary, and we couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—especially from Rebecca. When I mentioned it was our anniversary, Rebecca went out of her way to make our stay extra special. She surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. We had a private entrance , and garden area , a nice big kitchen and bookshelves with tons of books which my wife enjoyed! It was absolutely perfect—cozy, elegant, and full of charm. Rebecca helped me plan a floral surprise for my wife. She took care of every detail with such kindness and care, and when we walked into the room to find the beautiful bouquet waiting for us, my wife was completely delighted. Thanks to Rebecca and the rest of the wonderful staff, our anniversary trip turned into something truly magical. We’re so grateful for the extra effort and genuine hospitality, and we’ll definitely be returning in the future!

The health resort Amrit Ocean Resort and Residences offers a variety of pampering treatments to elevate your wellness. From yoga and hydrothermal circuit to traditional Chinese medicine, IV infusions and sound/light therapies, the spa will rejuvenate your spirit. The resort has already been given a Preferred Hotels & Resorts designation.
Fabulous day trip to the spa at Amrit. Booked a facial and that came with access to all of the amenities - beach (chair set up, wait staff for drinks and food), aayush (pools, hot tubs, cold plunges, saunas, steam rooms, salt room, etc). The views are great, amenities are very luxurious. Everyone was so nice. Luis gave us the tour of amenities and was so helpful. My facialist, Kurle, is simply amazing! I wanted a very gentle facial since we’d be in the sun all weekend, she did a very gentle exfoliation and lymphatic drainage which left me feeling relaxed and fresh-faced. I would recommend the Amrit spa to anyone and everyone and especially a facial with Kurle!

We had the best stay at Amrit Ocean Resort! The spa was luxurious. beach access was super easy with umbrellas and chairs available included! All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Ricardo and Joanne at the front desk greeted us with a hello and a smile every morning. Highly recommend the custom massage and going to your spa appointment early to use the amenities there. The only negative is that we had to leave!

The entirety of the resort was absolutely amazing! Their concierge Whit was the best!! He had amazing recommendations that we tried and loved, and was so intentive and personal! Nate the pool boy also made our trip relaxing and always made sure we had everything. The front desk staff could have not been more helpful. You cannot beat the customer service of this staff. Rooms and views were also amazing. Bars and restaurants down the street too. Take advantage of the spa even if it’s the day pass!

The Amrit was a beautiful resort. Staff were incredibly attentive, helping with pool towels, beach towels and umbrellas. We were always able to find comfortable beach chairs or cabanas, depending on wherever we wanted to sit. It never felt crowded. The beach is beautiful and clean. Some extra touches that I loved were bottles of sunscreen on the pool deck, multiple iced water refill stations and even some available sand toys for children. The complimentary yoga classes were wonderful - I would just suggest they advertise them more to incoming guests (I found the info myself on the website). We enjoyed brunch the last day at the restaurant overlooking the ocean, and it was delicious. A few cons are that we couldn’t find a light on our balcony at night (this might have something to do with the sea turtles?) and there’s not a ton to do in walking distance if you don’t want to stay on site for all meals, but you can easily get an uber to the local restaurants or sites.

I had the most incredible stay at Amrit Ocean Resort—it truly exceeded all expectations. The spa was absolutely phenomenal—so serene, luxurious, and the perfect place to reset and unwind. My family LOVED this hotel. We truly didn’t have a reason to leave our hotel when we had everything at our fingertips from being able to order lunch to the beach, to cold plunging and hitting the sauna in the morning. My room was stunning, with thoughtful details and the kind of comfort that instantly makes you feel at home. And the view from my room? Breathtaking. Waking up to the ocean every morning was everything. What made the experience even more special was the staff—every single person I interacted with was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care. From start to finish, it was a 10/10 experience. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning my return.

This resort is about as "fake luxury" as you can get. I personally have spent decades working in the hospitality industry, specifically AAA 5 Diamond resorts. Amrit Ocean Resort should get less than a one star rating. Parking is confusing, cleanliness is average at best. Im pretty sure that alot of the staff is "temporary" (maybe thats part of the problem). The service in Tula was embarrassing and the food is simply not good. If they have an actual chef he must of trained at McDonald's because thats equal to the quality of the food being served. My other half said the experience at the spa was equal to our experience at Tula, although the staff was nice, most of the amenities didnt work due to disrepair. What an absolute embarrassment. I've stayed at Holiday Inns that are better than this "luxury" resort. Honestly they should shut down and fire the entire management team.

Disappointed Stay at Amrit Ocean Resort – Needs Major Improvements We were really looking forward to a relaxing, luxury wellness experience at Amrit, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. Despite having a confirmed reservation through our Amex account, the resort claimed they had no record of it when we arrived. We had also reached out via both email and their website three days prior to ask questions about the layout and available spa services — we received no response. Not exactly the level of service you’d expect from a “wellness resort.” Check-in was another headache. We waited over two hours and weren’t given a room until 5 PM. After specifically requesting no housekeeping (we were hoping to take a nap after the pool and relax), we were still woken up by staff entering the room unannounced. Not only was this jarring, but it genuinely caused anxiety and a minor panic attack — completely counter to the calming experience we expected. The gym is disappointingly small given the resort’s wellness branding, and although the property is only about a year old, it already feels like a number of operational and service issues need serious attention. The restaurant was no better — slow service and underwhelming food. The only bright spot of our stay was Whit, who helped with our bags and made us feel welcome. He was personable, upbeat, and one of the few moments that made us feel like we were in good hands. Once we were finally placed in a room, it was clean and well-designed, but the stress we experienced leading up to it tainted the rest of the trip. This resort has potential, but they need to seriously improve their communication, organization, and overall guest experience to live up to their luxury wellness promise.

Amrit Ocean Resort and Spa on Singer Island may glitter, but it's certainly not gold! If you look beyond a glance, you'll not only notice how poorly maintained things are, but you'll also experience the culture of staff that is lacking in customer service training. Our breakfast experience was terrible, so much so that I had to go find a manager to speak to, and he never even resurfaced. (We just wanted more coffee, not sure why we had to ask 4 different people 6 times??) When I mentioned our breakfast experience to the spa attendant she remarked- yea, I've heard it's pretty bad, especially on Sundays. 😒 The Spa amenities were beautiful but several things didn't work properly or were completely out of order. The jets in the hot tub, only 1 worked, the steam room was closed, the whole place was just "clean enough" but far from spotless. When we were l couldn't get the valet app to work. I mentioned it to the valet who said, yea, sometimes it's wonky. I replied- this whole place is wonky. 🙄 When he brought my car around he said to me privately- you were right about what you said- this whole place is just... off. So don't trust the glitter, this place is overpriced fools gold.

AKA West Palm is a stylish residence-style hotel located in downtown West Palm Beach. The ultra-modern suites feature sleek design elements such as wood, stone, and steel. The hotel boasts lush landscaping around the sun deck and outdoor lounge area with stunning views of the expansive pool and water beyond. Guests appreciate the convenient location within walking distance to various attractions, including the train station and even Palm Beach. The rooms are described as comfortable and well-equipped, with some guests receiving upgrades upon check-in.
Had a fantastic stay at this hotel—everything from the rooms to the service was spot on. The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping and even the bartender at the pool. You could really feel they cared, which made the whole experience even better. The pool area is a great place to relax—plenty of chairs for sunbathing and the water’s perfect for a quick dip. The gym’s solid too—well-equipped and works for all fitness levels. One of the best parts? Many of the rooms come with washer/dryers and full kitchens, which makes longer stays super convenient. The studio rooms even have balconies or Juliet balconies. Plus, the location is perfect—easy walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely come back.

We stayed at AKA in June & we absolutely loved it! Upon arrival when we saw the room initially it was not what I expected based on pictures online & when I went to speak them the staff was wonderful finding the perfect room for us! We loved it so much that we are going back in September to celebrate our engagement! The location is perfect within walking distance to restaurants & nightlife. We highly recommend it for a stay cation or special occasion celebration! Be patient with the valet bc that did take longer than expected to get our car but that is the only issue we had. Overall very pleased & can't wait to go back!!

Absolutely loved everything. Stayed here 5 nights and it was the most comfortable stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and having washer and dryer in room was the best. Great shuttle service and driver Michael was very professional and kind. The Market has great sandwiches and coffee. All the staff was kind and courteous. Highly recommend this especially for extended stay.

Absolutely loved my stay. Room featured many amenities and housekeeping kept it impeccably clean. Pool was warm and fabulous to lounge by. The bike rental wound up being my favorite aspect as I was able to bike to the beach and restaurants. Front desk staff and the shuttle driver Michael were AWESOME! So kind, courteous, and helpful. Thanks AKA!

My birthday stay at the AKA was wonderful. The room with a view of the Intracoastal along with the beautiful, crisp and clean room was a delight. I'm so glad I stayed here - first time. The hotel was quiet, peaceful, and in close proximity to dining locales on Clematis Street. Easy access to the Circuit rides was great too. Friendly, helpful staff, and a credit towards the A. Market on Olive Street were much appreciated. We'll be back!

We had a fantastic stay at the AKA because the staff was great, the room was exceptionally clean and the location was in the center of everything including minutes away from the Kravis center. Michael the front desk manager ensured our stay was enjoyable by communicating before and during our stay. Thank you sir. The hotel has an electric cart that took us to our dinner spot downtown and all we had to do was text for availability. Pretty cool. The view from the big windows was great. We will definitely stay here again and thank the entire staff for making our stay enjoyable. Great job Housekeeping!

I am so glad I called Palm Beach Pool & Spa! My pool developed a yellow film thanks to the pool stores making me dump endless product in it. I called Andy and he came the next day! We made a plan to start from scratch and it worked perfectly. I had a million questions and he so kindly answered every one, every time without delay! I trusted him so much I decided it was time for a new pump and filter cartridge. He worked with me to meet my budget and had it up in running immediately. He’s the best and me and my pool are happy again! Thanks Andy!

We were in dire need of help. I had called several places, none of whom answered the phone. Andy answered and we had booked an appointment for the following day. He tried to squeeze me in that very same day but wasn’t able to. He did everything he said he was going to do, on time, and for the price we arranged. I can’t recommend Andy highly enough. You would be lucky to get on his schedule! Beautiful results every week.

David, Chloe, Renee and the Champion team were first class! They are professional, responsive, and set a great timeline and exceptions for next steps. We've had a few pools done over the years and this is by far the best of the bunch. High quality work at a fair price. Highly recommended! A+

If you are looking for great communication, best quality of product, great price and a timely implementation/install, Champion Pools & Spas is the company for you! Moreover, my interaction with the owner (David) and his project team (Renee, Chloe…etc) has been very collaborative and professional -- the team has resolved and addressed any concern in a timely manner (providing a level comfort throughout the entire process). I'm very proud of the final product, have received many compliments and excited to enjoy my backyard oasis for many years to come! Happy Customer, Dwayne Lacy

Champion deserves a 5-star rating because of their excellent people (owner, project manager, office manager, field crews, etc.). We selected Champion based on a very positive recommendation from one of our neighbors and the responsiveness of the owner (David) to our questions during the pool design and quote. The project manager, Renee, was fantastic to work with. She kept us well informed throughout every step and showed her dedication to correcting any problems we did encounter. The progress on our pool was very efficient until we hit an unforeseen major issue with the marble decking. We had selected Wynward Grey 12x24” (supplied by USA Marble). The marble was beautiful when first installed, but within a week, dark brown stains began occurring on about one-third of the pool deck. Progress on the pool was halted for about 2 months while trying to resolve the issue. There still is some debate on the cause of the staining, but it appears to be a combination of iron impurities in this particular lot of marble and the type of sand used in this area. The solution was to remove all the sand and marble, replace over 100 pieces, and then mud-set, grout and seal the marble. We are happy with the final result and now have a beautiful pool and deck. We would be very hesitant to use marble for pool decking in the future but would certainly use Champion again.

Champion Pools & Spas made my dreams come true. We are in love with our new pool and spa. It turned out so beautiful. Renee, Chole and the entire crew have been amazing. Our pool was done in a timely manner and the communication throughout the time was superb. The crews that worked on each and every step were top notch. They never invaded our privacy and always so respectful. Renee was wonderful to work with and kept us up-to-date on every step. She answered every question we had and gave us the best advice as if was her own pool. Renee would always stop by to look at the pools progress and to check on the workmanship making sure everything was perfect. I seriously could not be any happier with the way our Champion Pool turned out. Highly recommend them. If I could give 10 stars I would because we are so please with this pool company and their team.

My husband and I have thankfully had the opportunity to use Champion Pools and work with David Bram twice since 2016. They did a phenomenal job with no issues the first pool thus we decided to come back Two championbecause we knew we would get impeccable service and quality product. David has been in the business for close to 40 years and we trust him wholeheartedly. Our second pool was more challenging as there were houses on both sides, but David walked us through each process. All the contractors that worked on the property worked long , hard hours in the hot sun to provide the quality that we have today. I never heard any complaints and they all smiled at me when I had to walk through the construction site with my dogs. John and I would use Champion Pools again as long as David remained company owner. Without him there is no champion. I’m posting pictures of our last pool and then our current pool which is the first picture. I’m so happy with the end product.

Champion Pools built our pool and spa a couple of years ago. Overall, the experience was good, and the final result met our expectations. Recently, we noticed an issue with one of the valves managing the overflow water in the spa. I reached out to the owner, David Brams, and he responded promptly. He was professional and arranged for a service visit with his team to address the issue. It's been good to see that they remain very responsive even after the initial project was completed.

I have the pleasure of working with Champions Pools & Spas, Inc on different services during the last 3 years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very first interaction, their professionalism and commitment to customer service were evident. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. They took the time to understand my needs and provided tailored solutions that exceeded my expectations. The installation process was seamless, and the crew was punctual, respectful, and worked diligently to ensure everything was perfect. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and follow-up service. They made sure I was completely satisfied with my new pool and provided valuable tips for maintenance. It's clear that Champions Pools and his Owner David B, values their customers and takes pride in their work. Also the rest of the team are amazing If you're looking for a reliable and professional pool company, look no further than Champions Pool. Thank you for a fantastic experience!!!!

The Palm House is a beautiful hotel in a prime location on Palm Beach island. The lobby & pool areas are aesthetically pleasing! The room was very nice with all the comforts of home. The design team nailed it in every area. The hotel staff & valet were amazing. They were genuinely friendly, helpful & actually very pleasant to interact with. Our 3 day stay there was very enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at The Palm House Hotel and had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and Worth Avenue, which made exploring Palm Beach super convenient. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a fun, modern vibe. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, and the balcony overlooking the pool was a great bonus. We especially loved the pool area—lush, tropical, and relaxing, with attentive service throughout the day. One of the highlights was dinner at the Palm House Dining Room. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was both elegant and comfortable. We also appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bikes and beach setup service. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely return. Highly recommend if you're looking for a boutique hotel experience with great service and style!

From the moment i arrived at The Palm House Hotel, I felt like I had stepped into a private oasis. The boutique charm, combined with impeccable service and stylish design, made the stay unforgettable. Every detail, from the lush landscaping to the beautifully curated interiors, reflects a sense of relaxed luxury. The rooms are spacious, bright, and thoughtfully appointed—everything feels fresh, elegant, and truly Palm Beach. The location is unbeatable: just a short stroll to the beach, Worth Avenue, and all the best restaurants and galleries. The staff went above and beyond to ensure you feel welcomed and cared for. Whether you’re coming for a romantic getaway or a quiet retreat, The Palm House is a rare find.

Magical experience. I know we are hundreds of miles from Disney but Joshua MADE this experience. He was so sweet, attentive and great to talk to throughout our stay. The hotel is very beautiful and steps away from dining and beaches. The complimentary car service within a 2 miles radius. I’m pretty sure the pool was cooled. It was refreshing!

Well. I read reviews about quiet vacation in this hotel. At first we were relaxing in the pool, but at 6 pm we were asked to leave the pool, because the pool is open until 6 o'clock, how? Ok, we moved to the chairs by the pool to sit quietly, but it turns out that sometimes there are events there. And there was a modeling event that night with a lot of people and music. And we just wanted to have a quiet time. It was just a lucky thing lol. Usually, hotels should have conference rooms for such events. The rooms are big, modern. The fire alarm light above my bed was blinking all night! I'm glad I was safe, but could the bed have been moved elsewhere then? In general, the hotel is excellent. But if you want to relax in comfort and silence, find out in advance about the events in the hotel.

This new hotel is a gem, with stunningly elegant decor and super cozy, comfy rooms that scream sophistication. It’s peaceful, upscale, and has such a welcoming vibe. The staff goes above and beyond—think pressing the elevator button or holding the door as you approach, just pure thoughtfulness. The location’s unbeatable, just steps from Palm Beach’s top restaurants and a quick stroll to Worth Avenue’s shopping. The Japanese restaurant in the lobby? Absolutely phenomenal. As seasoned Palm Beach visitors, we were blown away by the amazing energy and experience. Highly recommend—you’ll love it!
Jenevieve C — Google review
Celebrated a birthday at the restaurant here, and we wish it had been a better experience. The property is stunning, especially the lobby, but they should put more effort into their dining. For the price of the dishes, the quality of fish is not great at all (not fresh and low quality). We’ve had better for 1/4 of the price. Would not recommend the lunch sets- the miso soup tasted off and unusual. Service was alright in the restaurant- attention to details on the reservation were overlooked. Details, like birthdays/celebrations/allergies, should be priority when you’re spending a lot of money. However, the valet guys were very kind and the best part there. We also had left a message with the GM and were told they would give us a call back with our concerns, but never received one. It’s unfortunate because it’s so beautiful and has a lot of potential.

I recently stayed at the Palm House Hotel and couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and so genuinely friendly—it made us feel welcome right away. The rooms are absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully decorated with a stylish yet comfortable vibe that made it feel like a true getaway. But my favorite part of the experience was Josh at the pool. He went above and beyond every single day to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was honestly refreshing to see someone love what they do as much as he clearly does. He never stopped moving, checking in with guests, and making sure everyone was well taken care of. He’s a real asset to the Palm House experience. Can’t wait to return!

My husband and I were in town to visit friends , and booked this Marriott . Upon arrival , we were greeted with a rude hello , and acted like we were a bother . As a Titanium member , I expected better . As someone who travels all over the world, and is in many hotels , what a disappointment. Told we had to wait , room not ready . No idea when it would be . Would have been nice if offered a drink at bar , or anything while we waited ..But , we waited in the lobby . Staff laughing and acting unprofessionally. Finally received a phone call that room was ready , and of course the staff was unaware . View of room nice , though dated . Problem is , attitude ruined it all . Customer service training needs to be done . Don’t stay unless you liked being treated badly .All staff needs training . Only bright spot was Valet . And don’t use the bar, the bartender made sure to let us know he was busy . Is that my problem… isn’t that your job ? Don’t go here!
Gatormom — Google review
I would give the service here a negative number if I could. I’ve stayed at dozens of Marriott’s and the level of professionalism here is one of a third world nation. There’s rude and being incompetent and then there’s this place. The only reason I give this place one star is due to the guys who set up your chairs on the beach. Good guys and sadly that was the best part of my stay. It’s a churn and burn place with no empathy for the paying client. I could go on and write a novel here but I want to erase this place from my mind and hopefully you read this and believe me and never give them a cent or your money. Oh and expect dirty and dated rooms. Picture and features border false advertisement at its finest

Currently staying here .. Rooms are outdated ..smell like cigarettes... on top of that you are charged for going to the hotels own beach .. smh..how am I paying for the resort but then the beach is an extra charge for umbrellas and chairs ... rediculous .. on top of that you are not allowed to bring your own shelter or chairs ... this place is horrible . Never coming here again . Wouldn't recommend anyone to come here also if I could cancel my reservation and go home I would . Only thing that was good was Alfredo at the front desk super nice and helped me out as much as possible other than thay ... GARBAGE...
Fidel G — Google review
Anything but “luxury” experience. The location is great, and the size of the 2BR suites is impressive but that’s where it ends. The suite was dirty with stains, table rings and lacked basic cleaning. Bathroom products (shampoo conditioner etc) were used and some Even empty. No hot water no matter how long you ran the gorgeous shower and oversized whirlpool tub. “Panoramic” windows are not panoramic nor open to near the ocean or experience the breeze. Marriott was wonderful during our stay however the “luxury suites” broker was horrendous. Did not respond to any inquiries nor answer our calls on our last day when we needed to cash in a later check out that “don’t worry your Marriott benefits apply” was promised. The owner is clearly making a quick buck at the hard earned reputation of Marriott And could care less once he processed your payment, required in advance … Clearly for a reason. If you want more luxury try a holiday inn. For the amount paid this was one of the worst trips I have taken in my lifetime.

Let me start by saying I have had high tea at some of the best, and also some of the local places. It is something our family loves to do. This was an absolutely horrible experience. We booked for our daughter's birthday. I called prior to our reservation to confirm they can meet our dietary restrictions and the person I spoke to verified that there was no issue. We showed up and they had decorated the table with confetti which was a very nice touch. Unfortunately, the table was by the kitchen so we had a front row view of the wait staff going in and out of the kitchen carrying boxes and setting up for dinner service. The rest of the restaurant was almost empty. Surely they could have found another spot to seat us. The waiter comes over to take our order and I remind him that I had called prior to our arrival with our dietary restrictions. Guess what? They were not prepared. After drinking tea for 30 minutes they finally offered my daughter a cucumber and cream cheese tea sandwich and an avocado and tomato sandwich. The scones didn't come out until after we were there for over an hour and they were burned and had raisins even though the menu said there were plain ones. When we asked for plain they said they didn't have, of course, so they gave me a credit of $26. The desserts that came with the tea were awful - all chocolate, very heavy, and tasteless. The final straw was when they brought out the scone to sing happy birthday they came out with a super creepy stuffed bear that sang - maybe it would be ok for a kid but our daughter is 20!! It was awful and creepy and made us all feel so uncomfortable. All in all, it was an awful experience and we will not be returning.
