Cafe Savoy is a must-visit. The chicken with cranberry is outstanding, tender and full of flavor, easily one of the best dishes I’ve had. The Latte of Savoy is equally impressive, smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is attentive, making it a place I’d return to without hesitation. What makes the experience even better is the history of Cafe Savoy. Established in the late 19th century, it has kept much of its original charm, with high ceilings and elegant interiors that reflect its long tradition as a cultural meeting place in Prague.

We popped in for a quick bit of breakfast. It’s a lovely building with a great old fashioned feel to it. We had breakfast croissants and a pancake which were all very tasty. It was incredibly busy at the time so we had to wait quite a while to be served, but it was well worth the visit

Beautiful old cafe with tasty desserts and hot chocolate. Service isn’t the most friendly but with these old style cafes they are machines that operate so quickly. It’s on the pricey side but I do recommend stopping by for a dessert and a drink as the sweets are very tasty and you get to see the old school classical Czech cafe. Just booked a reservation in advance.

Beautiful and elegant café with a charming atmosphere, definitely worth a visit. We ordered tea, hot chocolate, a round pastry filled with cream, a croissant stuffed with turkey and topped with cheese, an omelette, and an apple strudel. Everything was nicely presented and tasted good, but there was something missing overall, maybe a bit more warmth in the service or flavor to make it truly exceptional. Still, a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or a sweet break in a classic European setting.

We had breakfast here and it was our most expensive meal of the trip, even more expensive than our dinners. So yes, the food is pricey but at least it was good. I however might not return just for the nice decor, as I think there are other places around which are just as good but less pricey. They are very efficient though! And toilets were very clean.

Unfortunately we missed breakfast as they stop serving at 11.30. The food was amazing and you can see the bakery if you go down the stairs. The chandeliers are all recycled plastic and the building has an amazing history. Well worth a visit.

Make sure to make reservations before you go or else you'll be waiting outside untill someone leaves and they can take you in. (which is what i have done) Very beautiful design inside and very old palace looking. Prices were ok and the food i ordered tasted pretty good. I think it is a must go in Prague

Very flavourful sausages served with bread and mustard. There’s a convenient screen outside the shop where you can order. There’s limited space, but we were able to get a seat outside. If we had stayed in Prague for longer we would have loved to come back and tried some of the other dishes, like the burger or pastrami sandwich.

Came here twice during our two week stay in Prague. Both times, we took home meats to cook at home, and the cuts were the best. Recommend the cheeseburger, pastrami sandwich, and the Prague ham. The staff are kind and helpful.

One of the best sandwiches we ever had!! Amazing! They are well organised: you can order from a tablet outside the shop and wait for the employees to call your order. We took the sandwich with Prague ham...OMG. 100% tasty!

The absolute TOP when it comes to burgers. The meat is incredibly tender. All the ingredients are very fresh. Orders can be placed at the cash register or through the machine outside the restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the place is small, so there's not always a place to sit.

Easy to order by Kiosk! I tried Cheese burger and Pastrami sandwich. I prefer Pastrami:-) If not a big fan of rare, it could be hard to eat because the patty of burger was rare or more like blue rare:-) if patty is like medium rare, it would be much better! It’s dog friendly! It was already famous for Koreans so you can find the Korean language there. Staffs are very kind!

The food here is great, it's definitely worth a visit. We dined on the meatloaf, had a burger and also a pastrami sandwich. All were excellent. For the portion sizes it's very expensive - even for Prague - and prices definitely seem to have increased over the past few years as the place has made a name for itself... Would recommend but make sure to be mentally prepared for the prices.

This place sells great sandwiches! We had been recommended this place by a few people and we're not let down. You can go inside and order from the counter, or use the kiosk outside to select and pay for your meal. When your order is ready, they'll call your number and bring your food to you. There are some tables inside and several counters outside to eat your food. The ham sandwich was incredible and the meatloaf sandwich was really good. I got a little bit of food jealousy looking at the burgers too.

Yum.yum.yum ! In a world where Starbucks and Mc Donald's rule, this is the superb kind of small business that needs support! Beautifully designed , its a little piece of uniqueness in Prague. A place that hakens back to a Mom and Pops store . Elements of the 50's and 60's remind us of a simple time , where food was the hero. VERY WELL PRICED. Traditional tastes , and yes , you will meet the SISTERS ! GO VISIT !

Came here for the hype. Unfortunately they’ve missed the mark. Presentation wise looked nice but the taste was not there nor freshness. Taste is objective so no for my palate.

Great,visited after watching Kluci z Prahy video about chlebíčky. The salmon one is super good,levander lemonade too,the staff is very friendly. Glad that more people visit thanks to the video they 100% deserve the attention😊

Not as nice as the Cukrář Skála in Nové Město IMHO. A small place, friendly counter lady. A limited selection of pastries. The one I ordered probably looked better than it tasted. Coffee was good.

More for takeouts but you can still eat in the shop though the standing-only space to eat is quite limited. Orders are processed fairly quickly and the medium-rare beef pho is good. The fried spring rolls are huge and generous in fillings.

This is a GREAT place for TAKEAWAY. The food is great, but you'll need to take home or eat on benches across the place (make sure it didn't rain before). Portions are big and very tasty!

We had many Pho from Vietnam, Singapore to Hong Kong and the soup was too salty and lack some of the spices. The best supposed to be thinly sliced and not in small clumps. Where are the noodles? My bowl had so little noodles and the bowl was tiny, that’s not how it is in Asia other then those on the streets carts. I was expecting a lot based on all the good reviews.

The food is good, but if you buy a salad with mango and shrimps you expect shrimps to be there. In this case, the shrimps are only literally four, they look eight just because they are cut in half. No other shrimps in the middle, only on top. Pity!

Only cash is accepted, no cards. There’s no toilet, and cleanliness could be much better — lots of flies and hygiene in the kitchen needs work. They also use soybean sprouts, which really don’t fit this type of cuisine. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Today i came back here after long time coz i love the food however it he behavior of rhe serving lady in a hat and prada glasses was outrageous. She was terribly rude and didn’t want to help with minimum adjustment of splitting the portion in two while paying 2 bozes was no problem for me. Done that there many times, when i asked why she didnt want to do so. she simply said no and wanted me to leave with no food. Super sad story of a lovely restaurant. Maybe u should really consider improving your customer service.

This is THE MOST DELICIOUS Vietnamese food in Prague! I recommend to try their rolls at least :) But there is not much place to dine in, so it’s mostly takeaway or delivery option

A Perfect Spot for a Relaxed Brunch We decided to come here for breakfast on our final day before dropping our bags off at Bounce Explore. It was about a 10-minute walk from where we were staying. Walking in, the vibe was really chill—you could see why some people were there working on laptops. The space was modern, open, and filled with plants, creating a really inviting atmosphere. I think we just missed the breakfast menu (I believe it ended at 11), so we ordered from the brunch selection instead. After having quite a lot of meat during the trip, I went for the roasted pumpkin and beetroot with goat’s cheese, while my friend had scrambled eggs with ham. For drinks, my friend had a coffee, and I had a grapefruit lemonade. Everything tasted really fresh, was beautifully presented, and the service was great. The prices were also very reasonable. Overall, a wholesome, tasty brunch—definitely recommend!

It took us like 10min to get a menu from stuffs but they walked around us. Main course was fine. In lavender lemonade we didn’t almost feel lavender. They brought tea in a cup with already opened bag and put into water (a customer can’t be sure if this bag wasn’t use previously). The plates and cups are broken like somewhere in cantina for workers but not in a nice cafe. Bathroom is very dirty. I’m not sure if health and safety control would accept this…

My favorite place to eat in Prague. Unfortunately there is only one location out of three still in business. so you have to be quick if you want excellent tasting food and coffee. Th bread they serve together with the soup is also remarkably good.

Very cozy place. Ate there 2 mornings and both times breakfast was excellent, especially their sandwich. Americano coffee were from very good beans, would come here again just for that.

Manifesto Anděl is without a doubt one of the best places to eat, drink, and enjoy entertainment in Prague. I really enjoy the atmosphere here. On days when I want to relax and take it easy, this place works perfectly, especially during spring and summer, with a wide variety of restaurants and menus to choose from. However, during my most recent visit, the female staff at the cocktail bar were playing around and talking loudly inappropriately. Even worse, they were using several Czech swear words nearby, and we had to move seats to avoid the disturbance, which spoiled the atmosphere. I understand this is an entertainment venue, but the focus should primarily be on the guests’ experience. Courtesy and professionalism should come before playfulness. I hope the management will take this feedback and make improvements.

Great spot for a variety of street food, drinks and good music. The venue has a pool to dip your feet into which is perfect for cooling down on a hot day and they had a DJ on the Sunday that we visited. Would absolutely recommend!

I really enjoyed the diversity of offerings here. We didn’t get any two things from the same place, and each was great. Two of our favorites were the Cheesey bread boat from Flame and the pork Borsch from the Ukrainian place. Sorry, I can’t recall the name at the moment. The service was great, especially from the staff of the market itself. It was a bit inside, but not surprising as it was mid-October. Definitely worth adding this place to your list for variety and quality, service was a nice bonus!

This is a very great place to hang out and for everyone with different food preferences to come along. There is a large variety of food from different countries 😋. To can choose from coming for a drink, lunch, dinner or just for a quick snack. I will definitely recommend anyone visiting Prague to try this place! You can also dip your toes in the swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ 😉.

Very good Mexican food! Fresh ingredients, big portions, fast service. The only thing - I wish burrito had whole beans🫘 instead of bean pasta (to feel the texture better). And guacamole was a bit weird, very liquid - you can see it near the burrito (if it’s not a guacamole but just a souse - it still has not enough taste). In general I would like to recommend this place, I think you will be satisfied

We used to go to this place often for lunch. Especially during winter months. Unfortunately, the service degraded. We stopped going because we always got some random rude comment from the lady on the picture. Last time, she passively aggressively commented on me ordering before my female colleague did. I apologized and asked my colleague to order first. It happens often and is definitely not something I want to experience during my work lunch.

Typically soup place - which is what makes the top ratings. Great menu of soups - vegetarian and non, breads, rolls and sauces/pickles. Their homemade chilli sauce is amazing!! In summer they often do a cold soup too on the menu.

An interesting concept. Looks like a non fancy place. Most likely as a street food kind of place. Many people take the opportunity to have soup. Everyone can find their favorite meal. This week I went there three times. Each time I eat a different soup: a beef Borst - which was quite ok. The soup was lacking a taste, although there is an option to add salt, pepper etc. The second day, I ordered a creamy pea soup. Again, it wasn't creamy and it didn't have a deep soupy taste. The peas were mixed to a kind of rough texture. Which was interesting. Today, I got my favorite mushroom soup, which was supposed to be creamy. The mushroom was grinded rough. It didn't see any cream. The taste was good. I am going back in 14 days, can't wait to see what else they will cook. Many people come and go. So, I think that the problem with taste is my issue:D

I have been going to this place for at least 3 years now. Hands down the best soup place I have ever had and the best kachapuris in the city ❤️‍🔥I’ve always had chicken with estragon and the ladies never have failed me. The soups are always great. The pastry felt bit too greasy last time i was there, but tasted great. Its a little bit crowded when not in summer to eat out, but still great food can take away and eat back in the office

My colleague recommended this place, she goes there for almost every lunch, and it was not disappointing! We had really good soups, apparently they are freshly made. And the spinach cheese bread is better than pizza 😱 The seating area is small but nice. Highly recommend!

Great place with tasteful soups. After a couple of days in Prague, I was missing something liquid in the stomach and I found this place which I enjoyed very much. After using Google Translate to see what to eat, I saw that they speak english well. The prices are right and we enjoyed a big and small portion of Borsh with beef and a Georgian chachapuri with some 150 czk. Below a picture of the menu from that day and the beef borsh Unfortunately I discovered the place on the last day. If you come to Bucharest, you have to try a similar place called Ciorbarie.

My family and I visited Prague last week and had an amazing experience at Polevkarna. The woman who runs the restaurant was so welcoming and gracious. You could see how her and her family truly enjoyed sharing their culture and food with others. She was extremely helpful and offered excellent suggestions and recommendations. We enjoyed dumplings and the Georgian version of pizza which has to be one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted. Would go back every day! Thank you for a delightful dinner.

This cute little restaurant has in the past months become my favorite lunch destination in Prague. With a daily offer of a plethora of both vegetarian and meat soups and the different varieties of fresh hachapuris, it never fails to bring a smile to my face and to make me completely full. The pomegranate brownies are to die for and the Georgian wines are great and affordable. I also love the different Georgian sodas and their signature hot sauce could be bottled and sold on a commercial basis. The decor of the place is unmatched, although the little tables can get a little bit busy during lunchtime. Nonetheless, if you have a chance, stop by and savor one of their many delicacies!

Great Georgian food that is affordable and freshly made. We ordered three dishes and that was way too much for two people. The Khachapuri alone was enough for two people and it was delicious. We also had Khinkali: mushrooms, spinach, and beef. Beef was the best by far. Finally, we had Georgian Borscht which was amazing, though I can't really tell the difference between this Borscht and other ones I had in Austria, Hungary, and Germany.

I forgot to take pictures 🥹🥹🥹 This restaurant has become my go-to spot for lunch, especially for its comforting vegetarian soup and freshly baked khachapuri. Arriving between 11:00 and 12:30 means stepping into a bustling atmosphere, as it’s one of the busiest times of the day. Despite the rush, the variety of soups and khachapuri options, including excellent vegetarian choices, makes it well worth the visit. A highlight is the tangy and spicy sauce served on the side, which elevates the khachapuri to another level.

Went here everyday during my trip to Prague and really loved the soups the offer. They're not too expensive and you can choose between a big or small bowl. They also offer other things like dumplings or varieties of bread. Most of the soups are vegetarian and they offer different soups each day. My favorite was the pumpkin-carrot soup. The staff definitely knows english, so it's not too hard for tourists :)

My daughter ordered a fried specialty dish here. It took about 45 minutes to be served, and after several requests, we had to ask for it to be packed to go because we had tickets for a show. The egg in the dish was not fully cooked. That night, my daughter vomited several times and had diarrhea. The food was probably not fresh, which, combined with the undercooked egg, likely caused this reaction — or it may not have been prepared under proper hygienic conditions. Update to the owner’s response: We are very familiar with this dish and have eaten it many times in different places. We are aware that the egg in this specialty is not fully cooked. However, when it is fresh and handled hygienically, it normally does not cause any issues. In this case, the egg was likely not fresh or not handled hygienically, as my daughter experienced severe stomach problems with vomiting and diarrhea during the night. This strongly suggests that there may have been a problem with the quality in this instance.

Never expected such a lovely vegetarian food on the day of reaching Prague. Thanks to Airbnb lady for this recommendation. Excellent food, great service. This is situated in a very narrow street which is also interesting. The music inside was also very good.

I enjoyed my dinner here. This is a vegetarian restaurant but has plenty of vegan options. I had orange mint lemonade drink with a ginger shot, vegan burrito, and vegan snickers. Everything was delicious. Especially that snickers dessert was unreal. But I liked everything, the food felt nourishing and healthy. The restaurant has a very cute and relaxing decor and atmosphere. It's located very centrally.

Extensive menu with a variety but most food falls flat. We ordered 6 different items Including the tray for two and lakes a lot of flavor and tastes did not come together. We were placed in a room for 6 but table was not meant to eat on as glass and small. The area was pretty. Gyoza were very good. Absolutely delicious and really special vegetarian food which is arranged with so much love and in an extraordinarily unique way. If you want a really special dinner - expect an explosion of different tastes. Extremely recommendable: the broccoli steak, spinach chimney and the bun burger. Take care to leave space for mouthwatering desserts such as vegan snickers or mint Tiramisu. Really nice and friendly service.

We had a great experience! Thankfully we reserved because it was packed. Both dishes were amazing and to top it off, the mango tiramisu was absolutely delicious!

I don’t know where to start. Two vegetarians and dairy allergy walk into a restaurant…. And WOW. The food here is incredible. I strongly recommend the Tofuie gras, but to be honest, everything we chose was so good. The service was impeccable, and I haven’t even mentioned the cocktails. A must when visiting Prague.

Lehká Hlava exceeded our expectations. The dishes were inventive and flavorful and the presentation was lovely. I usually prefer meat, but even the vegetarian options were so satisfying that I would happily eat here again. The ambiance is charming and slightly whimsical, making it a memorable dining experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was delightful.

We went here as the pizza is highly rated. No wait even without a reservation, it appears small from the outside but upstairs is a large dining area. Neapolitan style pizza, the dough was excellent, though my pizza was a little light on the fresh tomatoes. Overall the pizzas were good and pasta got the thumbs up too.

When you enter next to the small kitchen, from which you can buy a fresh bread, you won't be expecting how big and different this place is upstairs. Huge, open restaurant, in modern style, which can be quiet comfy with views of the nearby square. Service was without problems. When it comes to the drinks the lemonade was good, beer quite standard. As for the pizza the margherita was better than Diavola which might be due to it being, a bit too burned for my liking. Otherwise ingredients are top notch and we enjoyed our food, though I expected a bit more from the one of top Neapolitan pizzerias. This is also probably the first place that I saw had a Neapolitan degustation menu, where you get few slices of different pizzas and a bit of various served here pastas coming at various times. Something like pizza hut pizza festival but much better.

Heaven for Pizza & Pasta Lovers! We went for the Degustazione Campania menu and got to try literally everything they make – and it was incredible! The experience started with a buffet packed with delicious starters and then came the real treat: they served us every pizza and pasta on the menu one by one. If you fall in love with a dish (and you will), you can ask for more of it – or just keep going and taste the whole lineup. It’s generous, flavorful, and a perfect way to experience the full range of what they offer. The food is top-quality, and the concept is brilliant – perfect for foodies or anyone who just can’t decide. Highly recommended! We were stuffed in the end but it was brilliant.

I'm glad we stopped here for dinner on our last night in Prague. We were a group of two and were seated quickly. We started with the shrimp appetizer, then each got a pizza. The pizzas are really big and can probably be split by two people if you order a salad or other side dish. We both left with two pieces that will be our breakfast tomorrow morning. The service was great and they spoke English which was helpful. There were a lot of groups and families there and they even had a play area for kids If I lived here, I'd be stopping in regularly!

Whenever we travel, we make it a point to seek out restaurants that hold the coveted Neapolitan pizza certification, and we were thrilled to discover this gem in Prague. On our first visit, the restaurant was completely full—always a promising sign—so we made a reservation for another night. It was absolutely worth the wait. We ordered a Margherita with buffalo mozzarella, spaghetti carbonara, tiramisù, and a ristretto. The pizza, without question, was the star of the evening. It ticked every box of an authentic Neapolitan: a beautifully blistered cornicione with just the right leopard spotting, a light yet chewy crust with that perfect balance of airy interior and satisfying bite, bright tomatoes adding acidity, and rich, creamy buffalo mozzarella melting into every slice. The flavors were honest, balanced, and utterly addictive. If we had had the room, we would have gladly ordered a second one. The spaghetti carbonara was tasty, though for our palate, the pasta leaned firmer than a classic al dente, making it slightly difficult to enjoy fully. The tiramisù brought mixed impressions: the mascarpone cream was silky and luscious, with a nice cocoa finish, but our portion seemed scooped a bit unevenly — mostly cream with only two small pieces of ladyfingers underneath. The balance felt off, and we also didn’t catch much of the usual liquor note that lifts the flavor. While tasty, it missed that classic harmony of espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone, and a touch of liqueur. Hopefully just a one-off plating issue. That said, we came for the pizza, and the pizza was, without question, off-the-charts exceptional. I would return in a heartbeat to savor it again and to try their other toppings. The restaurant is charmingly decorated, laid-back, and welcoming. We were seated by the window, with a lovely view of Prague streets that added to the atmosphere. The staff were kind, attentive, and service was reasonably quick, making the evening easy and enjoyable.

Food was AMAZING. We had pizza with Mortadella and pasta with Ragu sauce, and it was delicious. You have playground for the kids wich is also amazing. The stuff was super friendly and they have different person for order, payment, cleaning tables. Literally everyone knows his job. They have thought about every detail. 👍🏻 Especially i love the card you get when you pay. Go there and see what i am talking about.

Guláš with dumplings - one of the best I’ve tried recently. The flavorful meat, done right, is tender, juicy, and melts in your mouth. The dumplings are dense yet soft - just as they should be - and go perfectly with the guláš sauce. The ambience inside feels very Czech, like stepping back into the last century. I truly enjoyed it.

Nice milk bar style restaurant. You get a card on the way in, what you order is marked on it and you pay on the way out. The queue at 3pm was big enough but it all moved quickly. Food was good. Sauce was very tasty but I had better bread dumplings elsewhere. Potato salad was very nice. The beer didn’t taste great so I’d skip that the next time. The whole system worked very efficiently from ordering to paying. Good way to meet others as you’ll probably have to share a table.

Our tour guide recommended this place if we want to get authentic Czech food at low prices. He did warn us that at lunchtime, it gets very busy. After our tour finished, we went there and the queue was already near the entrance door. At first, I didn't want to wait that long in a line so got out looking for alternatives. However, givent that all the places around were 2-3 times more expensive and they were not serving local food, we got back in the queue. Once inside, we were given a paper that you need to keep with you throughout your visit, as the staff notea down the food you're having so they can charge you at the end. Be careful, losing that paper means they'll automatically charge you 500 CZK! We waited around 10-15 minutes max to get to the front. There, you take a tray and the cutlery you need and at the first station you tell (or point on the menu) the dishes that you want. The first waitress places the food on your tray and you can either request some sides, a drink or you can go and find a table to sit at. The staff are doing a good job at keeping the place clean. The interior is on the basic side, as this place is basically a canteen. Food served here is what's considered home cooking in Czechia. The portions are good for the price asked. I went for a pork schnitzel with potato salad, whereas my wife went for a beef goulash with bread dumplings. The schnitzel was nice, thin and crunchy. The potato salad had peas and carrots in it and it was seasoned ok. Didn't feel the need to put any extra salt or pepper. The beef goulash was nice, as well: the meat was well cooked, the tomato sauce was salty and hearty and the bread dumplings were plain on their own, but soaked in the flavour of the sauce very well. Overall it was good to taste the local cuisine. This is a very good recommendation for families who want to try Czech food on a budget.

I came to this restaurant with a simple goal in mind - try some traditional Czech food - and what I got was THE BEST FOOD I'VE EATEN ABROAD! Fresh, tasty, relatively cheap and big portions. Definitely a must-visit place!

The food were amazing. You can get the local taste of Prague here. The place seemed quite old and very crowded (which I appreciate). But you need to stand in the line for 10-15 minutes in order to get your food. That didn't seem like a huge problem for us since we were okay with that. But just a heads-up for those who don't like standing or waiting in lines.

I've been here a few times and really love the variety of food and the price. I went on a busy Saturday this time and although there was a queue, it didn't take too long and there was a guy managing the queues Vs tables on the other end. I think for tourists it's a great place to try Czech food, at a cheap price in a highly popular location. It's also great for expats and a lot of locals go there too!

Food had an exceptional price/quality ratio. Lots of choice and you's get your food relatively fast most of the times but it could take a short while during some hours and there wasn't always seating at those times. I'd personally recommend the spicy goulash

Amazing fine dining experience! Would highly recommend this spot if you are visiting Prague. We got the tasting menu and wine tasting and the non alcohol tasting. All very very good. Greta service. Also there is an open kitchen. So you can see the chefs working right in front of you. Very impressed!!

A few weeks ago we had dinner at Eska in Prague — amazing creative dishes with unique, locally sourced ingredients. Trendy yet cosy atmosphere, and top-notch service. They were especially attentive to my pregnant wife, making sure everything was perfect. Loved the in-house bakery and freshly baked bread. Highly recommend for modern Czech cuisine with a twist

Stunning food and great service. Coffee was delicious and the food was well executed and really well seasoned. I had the poached egg with fermented barley, mushrooms and truffles on my first visit and the omelette on my second - both excellent. They manage to get the food out to you really quickly as well (which is great when you're late for a flight). Definitely worth taking a short tram journey from the centre.

Wonderful bakery, bunch cafe. Loved the atmosphere, food was delicious and staff attentive and helpful. We came from brunch but couldn't help ordering the bread at the same time to take home with us back home.

As many others have noted, this is a great spot for brunch in Karlin. We came on a chilly Saturday morning around 11, and waited less than ten minutes for a table for two inside. Once seated, you can peruse the menu before standing in line to order at the counter. The line moves quickly and also gives you a chance to peak into the open floor kitchen to see all the madness of the bakery and food preparation. Our meal came in less than ten minutes and WOW, everything was so tasty. The Potatoes in Ash delivered on creamy salty goodness, and the breakfast platter with eggs Benedict, salad and panna cotta was a perfect montage of flavors both sweet and savory. It was a rich meal that last us feeling satisfied!

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was friendly. I want to give it a 4.5 stars cause of the egg fried toast sandwich (needed a sauce), but I would definitely go back. The cherry sponge cake was devine (said in a fancy voice)

I really like the breakfast in this restaurant. The decor is trendy and lively young crowd. The Chai Latte taste perfect and the Potatoes Ash was to die for.

I chose this restaurant for my birthday celebration and I’m happy with my choice. Great ambiance, the view outside is amazing. Service was great, the waiter was polite and friendly. The startes were okay, as a main dish I’ve had the best duck in my life, together with coconut rice the dish turned out to be very special. Huge wine list is a plus as well. Will definitely come back to try the registration menu.

We wanted to try out something new, that’s why we chose Sansho, a fusion Asian restaurant served by not-Asian-chef. The soft shell crab is absolutely the star of starters. Other dishes were amazing, too. The main dishes are full of right flavors, a bit too chilly to my taste. Overall, nice experience.

Casual fine dining. Atmosphere and service are both comfortably relaxed and classy. Asian fusion style menu. One of the best meals I've had in a long time.

The people and the food created an amazing experience that I will not forget. I have eaten a lot of food over the years but the fun I had eating the funky menu really put a smile on my face. The staff is beyond amazing and I really can't recommend this place enough.

Visited after a couple of years. Still very good place to go to. Relaxed, chilled and original. I am a bit tired of the Prague scandic style with overcombined ingredients list and sweat bread (brzlík) on the menu. So this place currently hits the spot of my needs. Uncomplicated and refreshing. We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant! The food is truly excellent – every dish was prepared with care, beautifully seasoned, and presented with great attention to detail. You can immediately tell that high-quality ingredients and a lot of passion go into the cooking here. The fresh flavors and well-balanced combinations really impressed us. Compliments to the kitchen! A very special thank you also goes to Laura, our server. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional from start to finish. The service was outstanding and the food delicious. You can taste the fresh ingredients and they are married together for a sublime dance on your palate. The sausage ravioli with nettle were something new to me and i am glad i tried it. The waiters were always attentive and ready to answer any question.

I stumbled upon this gem while walking around Prague. The stunning ambiance drew me in however the dishes sold me. Everything from the service to the food was absolutely exceptional. Our server Yuriy was so kind and knowledgeable, he was fantastic.

We had an incredible dinner at La Bottega. Our waiter Yuriy was amazing. He helped us pick the right dishes suitable for everyone at the table (2 omnivores, 2 vegetarians and a child) while also making sure we don’t order too much. We were really lucky to have a high table facing the open kitchen allowing us to see the magic being made there (and tasting it afterwards). Highly recommended

Our waitress Laura was an absolute star. The food was delicious and we were made to feel so welcome. I would highly recommend the restaurant and lovely waitress Laura to anybody!

I wait person was named Laura and she did an excellent job. She perfectly explained the menu and we ordered the Seabass for two and enjoyed our meal.

Just okay food and service. Make sure to check the bill before paying. They didn’t tell us chilli sauce costs extra and silent put it in the bill. I didn’t enjoy the food either. Something was off. They accept card payments. Sorry to say, not coming again.

Okay place to eat Japanese food in the heart of Prague! They have ramen, yakisoba, ramen burger, starters, and rice bowls. In my opinion every type of food has enough choices to choose from except for the rice bowls, I think I would love more options if I wanted to eat rice bowls. I ordered the Karaage rice bowl and Takana Tonkotsu Ramen. The Karaage was mid… nothing special. Although the ramen broth was not bad but I would’ve liked it better if my noodles were cooked a bit longer. Anyways the atmosphere of the restaurant was not bad, service was also good enough but would be better if they had more waitresses/waiters as they had only one serving all of us in the restaurant which sometimes mean you have to wait to be served. Overall great experience, would come back!

It's "good" but you realize something is slightly off, and it's that the broth is sweet and doesn't taste like the meat your ordered. Basically, the broth is made with something else besides the meat that it's supposed to come with, which takes away from the authentic taste that ramen should have. Supposedly the credit card machine was broken (as they supposedly are in 10% of all tourist spots in Budapest), and the exchange rate they gave us for paying in euro was highway robbery.

Before the pandemic, I had visited this place but wasn't really impressed with my experience. Unfortunately, this time around wasn't much different. The atmosphere was definitely nicer, but we were seated at a table that was a little low and it made for an awkward dining experience. I was hoping the Takoyaki would have some chunks of octopus and a creamy center, but it was just a plain fried seafood ball with some bonito flakes on top. The fried noodles were decent, but nothing to write home about. The ramen was just okay. The soup was super thick and I couldn't even finish it. For the three of us, we ended up spending close to 1500 CZK, which I thought was a bit steep. To be honest, I don't think I'll be returning. But hey, who knows, maybe in a few months I'll forget how it tasted and give it another shot. Oh, and they do accept card payments, just in case you're wondering.

This spot is really nice, we loved the atmosphere / design. The ramen were really fine. They brew their own beer and it’s good, more texture than usual Czech pils. We went there by chance because we passed by, and definitely a good surprise. We even stayed there a bit after our meal to chill out.

We came for dinner, it was half occupied. We ordered 4 types of appetizers, the mayonnaise dip for the shrimp was not good. Main dishes was not a big deal… Considering that they has good reviews, it was quite a disappointment. The price does not match the quality.

First thing first.. The food is amazing, gyzo is delicious and the ramen are near the original. But the service time was way too long (but we've got a 15 % discount), therfore 4 and a half star

Have been here couple of times already, only walking in however it was during the working day. I recommend making the reservation over the weekends to avoid waiting. The quality of the food is very good very tasty and fresh I believe many ingredients are imported from Italy directly. The atmosphere it looks like a market it can get hot inside because there are any fans not air conditioning. The service wasn’t excellent but not because of human performance it looked like they are understaffed unfortunately so the staff are very busy trying to perform but everything is slow or late. To take our order took more than 20 minutes in this time we didn’t even have drinks, our pizzas we could see at the counter under the heating lamps for a while and we saw the chef pressing the bell at least 2 this does reduce the food quality. Unfortunately very disappointed. I could’ve flown home to Italy and been served quicker... after an hour’s wait, the food was dry, bland and overpriced. Friendly staff, but far better, and faster, Italian options in Prague.

The charcuterie board was absolutely phenomenal — especially the cheeses, which were outstanding. The service was friendly and efficient, and it really left a great impression on me. I even ended up buying a few things from the shop — it’s not cheap, but everything is top quality and well worth it if you want to enjoy something truly exceptional.

It used to be good foods and price here few years back. I’m surprised with the price especially this mixed fried seafoods. The portion is just nice but still not worth for 599kc. In the past was around 300kc only together with the chips. Now it’s only with plain salads. Not only that, the waiter offered us the tartar dip and didn’t inform us it cost 69kc for half of the cup. It’s not even enough for whole seafoods. They also charged the tap water for like another 69kc. Totally not worth it anymore this place how it used to be.

My friends and I have been going to this place since 2014. I've always liked the atmosphere here. We hadn't been here for over two years. The atmosphere hasn't changed. But the prices are simply enormous compared to the quality of the food. We ordered two dishes, lemonade, coffee, and dessert for two people. The bill came to 1,800 CZK. Very expensive.

Produce is superior yet leaving with baked goods was a mistake. Breads not cooked fully, undercooked and doughy. $2.50 for one small bread and I bought three that I couldn’t eat due to it being raw in the middle. What a waste! Been coming here for years to buy produce and cook on my own, cannot but their cooked food from now on I will only do it from home. Sad.lady time I was here the pasta was overpriced and overcooked leading to them giving some free dessert which was also not worth the hassle. Learn how to bake. Learn how to cook pasta. You have the products from Italy now please do not disgrace the Italian people.

Amazing concept of a store, bakery, restaurant and café in one. Excellent people and food, the atmosphere here is unique, and the prices are reasonable.

Our first stop in Prague and it was the end of the day so they had limited selection. We came back Monday for lunch. Ordered herring, salmon, pepperoni and crab salad. All very scrumptious but my favorite was the salmon. Crab salad has a sweet taste to it and a crunch of pomegranate seeds.

Quaint little place where I had the open faced sandwiches and a dessert. Good value for money although if I were to repeat I'd probably stick to just the sandwiches. That said, highly recommended

One part of this place has little sandwiches with various combinations of ingredients and they are fantastic. Every single one we tried was great. The other part has sweet desserts which look and taste amazing, both parts have great coffee. Great place for a quick bite or snack.

Watched the Honest Guide about this place and was eager to try it. I ordered 8 pieces with different toppings. The topping were delicious, savoury and fresh. The bread is soft and tender but not soggy underneath. My favourite one is the potato salad with pickles and ham and my other favourite was a recommendation from the server. It is thin slices of duck which tasted smokey and the texture of proscuitto. It was delicious and the perfect choice. The cafe was warm and welcoming and literally a few steps from my hotel. The service was friendly and efficient . If get a chance, I will come to back to try more. Also the lemonades the passionfruit is tangy and slightly sour. Ugh so so good!!! I was so happy when I tried these sandwiches. Such a great combination of ingredients that just blows your mind. The lemonade was also really good, raspberry is my favorite. They have a pretty wide selection for choosing so everyone can get what they would want. If you are visiting Prague, you must try out this place.

This place was soooo cute!! You could choose from so many breads and they were amazing! Perfect place for a snack if you are not SO hungry, but hungry. I had the one with egg salad and ham - a slavic classic - loved it! And then an avocado one! Was also very good but the bread was a little dry. Definitely coming back when I’m in Prague again.

The place specialises in open sandwiches all looking more appetising than the next one. You pick the ones you want and then you just sit somewhere and get ready to feast. They are all delicious. We ordered different ones and i can only say that it's so good that you'll want more! But wait there is more! The shop doubles as a dessert shop, and that means you need to get your other stomach ready for another treat! Go there and try it all, you won't regret anything!!

Quick. Cool. Chilled. Worth going for a coffee no doubt. Its a very laid back atmosphere so you could be sitting on a chair, a box outside, a ledge, whatever, the coffee was nice. And the building across the road looks great. Order at the till and staff then bring the coffee to wherever you set yourself down.

We’ve been coming to this place a few times on different trips, and it always feels a bit different from other spots. The decor and vibe stand out — there’s a giant table in the middle, seating by the windows, a cozy area at the bottom of the stairs, and some outdoor seating as well. It’s almost always busy with customers, which is always a good sign. The drinks are consistently great, and the pastries we’ve tried have been very good too. While we usually stop by just for drinks, one pastry in particular — topped with fresh raspberries (see the photo) — was absolutely delightful. The tartness of the raspberry adds such a refreshing touch that the first bite brought an instant smile to my face. All in all, it’s a lovely spot for drinks and catching up with friends, or a relaxing stop if you can come when it’s a bit quieter.

Coffee is good and of good quality. We ordered flat white - can recommend. They don’t really to takeaway coffee - I think it would be great for them to let people know well in advance. Either you come with the reusable cup - or you lend a reusable cup from them (you get your money back when you return it), no single-use cups. They claim it for the ecology, but I doubt the efficiency of this approach and would love to learn if this really works (or how lending reusable cups help). In short - they need to tell people this well in advance somehow - eg sign on the door. Sitting inside is ok. There is a big communal table and a little space near the windows. For me it wasn’t too cozy though, but you have very few options. Service is friendly and professional.

I had the chance to try three drinks at EMA Espresso Bar, and each one was a standout in its own way: I began with a classic espresso—absolutely lovely, with a bright citrus note that hit just right. Clean, vibrant, and full of character. Next up was the Esprese Dino, a refreshing and clean drink that perfectly complemented the espresso. The grapefruit element tied the flavors together beautifully, creating a light, balanced experience. I ended with the Cascara Cream—a subtle, citrusy, and gently sweet drink with soft earthy undertones. It was both unique and comforting, the kind of drink that lingers in your memory. EMA is truly a fabulous spot for coffee in Prague—creative, quality-driven, and relaxed. Highly recommend for any coffee lover.

I was looking for a good coffee in the early morning hours in the city of Prague , and I found myself alone in front of this café. I went in—the place was so nice, beautifully designed—and I asked, “What’s the best coffee here?” The barista recommended a “Nicaragua” and that was actually the first time I ever tried it in my life. Since then, I’ve been hooked. The coffee is really high quality, and the flavor stayed in my mouth for hours. I sat at the bar—this bar, it turns out, is popular with the locals. I enjoyed my coffee while watching all the people inside the bar. The Czechs were really nice, laughing, smiling in the morning, chatting—it was such a memorable experience, one I still remember vividly to this day.

Lovely flat whites and amazing toasties! Coffee was an amazing Ethiopian espresso roast and I bought a bag of beans to take home, barista was helpful in picking a good roast for my home needs ☕️

Excellent place with great beers! Located a bit outside of the city center but still walkable if you have time. Vinohradsky make some amazing beers, and specially their lagers/pilsners are exceptionally good! I did also try a couple of New England style IPAs, and specially one called Esto Perpetua was really good! I visited during lunch time, and i had the slow-roasted pork marinated in soy sauce and rice. This was ok. Lots of seating both on 1st floor and downstairs. Well worth a visit!

Amazing place and staff! The servers were very attentive, super friendly, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Nicholas and Paja—we only planned to take a quick look but ended up staying. We had just left a so-called high-end restaurant because of misleading prices, and thank God we found this gem instead. Great atmosphere, honest service, and people who actually care about their guests. Highly recommended!

Awesome space. Looks like an airport terminal. We went on an unusually hot day so it was a bit toasty upstairs, the bartender recognized this and gave a fan for relief. Had a live jazz band in the downstairs lounge. Great beers and pleasant staff. They also can thier beers for easy enjoyment back at the room

Probably the best craft beer in Prague. They offer a great variety of locally brewed beers (including IPAs). The food is good, well-presented, and served in a very local and authentic environment. Unfortunately, the service is inconsistent. As much as we had super-friendly service, we also experienced some of the worst service we've had in Prague since living here. Overall, this inconsistency overshadows all the great things this place has to offer.

A gem I’ll keep flying back to visit. First visited in 2018 as a student from the UK which fast became my local. Recently visited again and it’s still as good as I remember. The beers the service the food - all incredible. I HIGHLY recommend the baked sausages with peppers and onions. I even replaced the glass I bought all those years ago. See you next time ❤️

Ate here on a rainy and windy day, and appreciated the clean and comfortable restaurant area as a respite from the outdoors. We ate from the weekend menu, and the food was modern, attractive and most important, tasty. (Venison goulash with dumplings and mushroom soup). The beer I tried was as per the description in the menu, and it was interesting to see into the brewery operations through the window and door. Clean toilets.

Wow! This place is definitely worth the hype, however, be prepared to possibly wait for a seat. The service was very nice, one of the nicest in Prague. We had brunch on a day that was quite busy in the cafe, and the staff immediately told us we might have to wait a little longer for our food (30 minutes,) however we received our food in 15 minutes. The food was fantastic. So much to choose from and the shakshuka was absolutely perfect. No complaints. They have very funky drinks to choose from as well. The interior is lovely.

This place is a hidden gem for a slow, quality brunch in a calm, laid-back setting. I had the fig toast—sweet, fresh, and full of flavor—and the burrata toast with jamón, which was the perfect balance of creamy and savory. The Vietnamese coffee was rich and bold, and the mimosa added a nice touch of sparkle. Great views of the square, super chill vibes, and flawless service. Definitely recommend if you’re after a peaceful brunch spot with great taste.

I was so looking forward to visit this place but left feeling disappointed. It was extremely crowded & noisy with screaming children and flies that wouldn't leave me alone despite the fact i was sitting inside. Even in the middle of the week, surprisingly, it was still so very crowded with too many screaming children. I got the matcha salted caramel which was very nice- mix well before you drink it, and in addition, got the hojicha latte. The hojicha flavor was good but the latte arrived lukewarm and it was disappointing. The staff is very nice and attentive despite how busy the cafe is. They speak perfect English, you can pay by card or cash. I'm really torn about what to rate this cafe. They change their menu often so it's nice if you're looking for seasonal unique drinks, but the vibe was so unpleasant that the whole experience was just not worth it unfortunately...

The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. The matcha latte with oat milk was slightly on the sweeter side, but I still really enjoyed it. The staff were genuinely lovely. Highly recommend! ☺️

I visited about two weeks ago. The waiter was very attentive, asking if I had any food allergies. My friend's Turkish eggs were amazing, and my oolong milk tea was also delicious. I regret not asking which brand of tea bags they used.

Turkish egg is so delicious that I would travel again to prague to have another dish. Drinks are also great. The only thing is that the place is small & you may have to eat in a hurry or share table with strangers.

Delicious food, friendly service, peaceful secret garden location. The cardamom on the pancakes was especially good. They also had high quality iced tea that was unsweetened, which I appreciated and haven’t been able to find elsewhere in Prague. They allowed us to move tables to sit outside, no problem.

This coffee house is a hidden gem. Serving the finest blends of coffee and also some excellent food. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, and the location, although a little unusual, is like an oasis in amongst the city blocks. There's an excellent selection of hot drinks, tea, coffee and cocoa, but you must also sample the food. We went here for breakfast twice during our stay. The food is excellent, well presented and prepared with love and skill. The eggs benedict will blow your mind! Not only is it a sculpture, a work of art, but the the flavours and texture will transport you to a very happy place. As with most local restaurants in Prague, the prices are very reasonable. Also, being in the heart of Andel, there are many places to visit and shop within a few minutes walk. If you're visiting Prague then don't miss out on this experience.

I really like the industrial atmosphere. The wear and tear inside looks wholesome and especially good under some sunshine. Reminds me of ruin bars in Budapest, but cosier and coffee focused. The service is very pleasant and the coffee is good. Can’t say much about the food - only tried one dish (pancakes) and they were nice: not too sweet, big portion. Also tried couple of different desserts - liked Misha the most - great combo of sweet and sour. One of the reasons to come back would be to try more breakfast options or to eat lunch, another - to enjoy the atmosphere again!

Excellent coffee, delicious breakfast and dining options, lots of sweets to choose from. What stands out is the location, a mixture of industrial grunge and modern chic, it's a very relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Staff are super friendly and attentive.

It’s a very cute spot to have brunch and breakfast. The ambiance is cozy, and the breakfast was really good. The Eggs Benedict was incredibly fluffy, and the yogurt bowl was quite large, which we loved.

Came here for brunch on Saturday with my friends. Very nice industrial place with great atmosphere. As we came around 11am it was a bit crowded but still found the place calm to sit and enjoy our time here. The staff is very nice and food and coffee is amazing! :)

The shop was beautiful and big to enjoy! Even Terrace! Food was excellent and staffs were so kind! And dog friendly🐶 I’d like to revisit and try to the breakfast later!

My honest review about this place is that it is special but the ribs are not as tasty as they look. 🍖 The friend onion was exceptional and huge!! The BBQ ribs were not tasty. Don’t get me wrong. It was not tasting bad. But it was not cooked as long as a perfect ribs should be cooked for sure. 🙋🏻‍♂️ The staff were very attentive and nice. ⏰ I didn’t have reservation and waited for around 10 mins to get a table. So reservations recommended. It was a great experience btw🤞🏻

We really enjoyed our meal - our first in Prague. Would happily come back, but of course we want to try other dishes from different places. It was at dinner and we didn't have a reservation, fortunately there was an available table near the bar. The music was nice and the server was friendly. We got 2 types of ribs (500g each), french fries with truffle sauce, and the battered friend onion. And we liked everything. I also got the homemade raspberry lemonade and it was very refreshing - not too sweet which I like. The only thing I wish was different was the lighting. As such, the pictures of the food aren't very nice. But they were really good. 👍👍👍 Overall rating = 4.5 Food = 4.7 Service = 4.8 Atmosphere = 4

I’d recommend booking. At 17:45 on a Thursday they were fully booked but I was able to sit in the passage at the entrance, which was pretty draughty. Was strange as there was a guy outside encouraging people to go in only for them to be told there was no space. The girl greeting was a bit gruff but waiters were nice if a little difficult to get their attention. I got the honey ribs and fries and the food arrived in about a minute. Meat was cooked well, not quite falling off the bone but almost there. It needed the extra sauce provided. Fries were nice and a good portion. Was more a 3.5 for my experience but I went with 4 as that’s what it would be if I wasn’t in the passage.

What a lovely restaurant, sat outside & enjoyed the brisk evening air. The wait staff were super polite & lovely, & also pleasantly accommodating. The BEST RIBS I've ever had! We ordered the pork knuckle (natural) and BBQ ribs (500g). Both dishes were super flavorful, crispy, and delicious. Service is extremely fast, friendly, and attentive. We were fortunate enough to be seated quickly even without a reservation, but there was a line that quickly formed behind us after we got there. After we were seated, we quickly got our menus and the server came back after we were ready to order. Regarding allergies, they don't use peanuts or tree nuts in their meat dishes (there may be some desserts or salads with tree nuts), but the waiter pointed out which dishes to avoid. I would 100% go back and encourage everyone else to check it out and order the ribs!!

As a foodie and a true carnivore who loves high-quality food, I have to say this place always leaves me wanting more. This isn't my first time here and definitely not the last. The service is quick and incredibly friendly. The waiters and staff are attentive, precise, always smiling, and truly put their heart into what they do. The food is simply wow no matter what dish you choose, you can’t go wrong. I’ve gone there so many times, I have tried almost the entire menu. The atmosphere is amazing and gives a real sense of home. I recommend that you'll get the 500 gram ribs from each meal so you can get as much meat and value for your money. Bottom line: this is a place you’ll fall in love with.

Accidentally came across this restaurant and since my craving for Vietnamese food kicks in, decided to give it a try. Food were great and amazing. Price is quite reasonable. Perhaps only thing that the restaurant need to improve on is their friendliness. During my visit, there’s a bit of an atmosphere that i wasn’t welcomed.

We ordered in the Restaurant but got tricked. They charged us extra just because we are foreigners!!! Afterwords: Why would I apologize to you after you scam us? You charged us extra just because you think that we don’t know about the currency in Praha? This may work once or twice but don’t think that your customers are dumb. Be aware about being scammed here! Just read the other customers reviews who has been tricked here! They also has been charged extra for no reason. It also happens with the locals in Praha and sadly also with the people from the same origin as I am.

Nice Vietnamese restaurant with a cozy family atmosphere. Food was great, really enjoyed the thai soup. The tofu is interesting because is fluffy (maybe breaded in egg? ). Big portions and reasonable prices, I will visit again!

AVOID if you have allergies or food intolerances. I have ordered a meal without carrots because of allergies. Not only did the server suggest that I can just not eat them (!?!), when I asked for replacement, the second dish ALSO had them, only the third one was actually prepared as ordered. No apologies for the mistake. It's a shame, as otherwise it's tasty and reasonably priced. It was my third visit there, and it will be the last.

Honestly the portion and the price kinda nice so cant judge much but the flavor could be better in shrimp rolls. I had chicken udon and it didnt look kinda wow to try it, a bit of dressing will be nice. My friend had glass rice with beef, and rated as 8.5.

Came here upon a recommendation from a friend who kept bragging about how good the food was. It didn't just deliver, it exceeded all expectations I had. Hands down the best food I've eaten in Prague!

Unfortunately, it was a very average experience. Small place, the staff wasn’t very nice and we did not feel welcome. There is no toilet. Seating areas both inside and outside. The food was okay. We had one classic and one with meat. The meat was good, the cheese was really weird and did not fit do meal. I would expect the sauce to be better. The prices high for what it was. Also quite a long waiting time considering it was afternoon and there was no one waiting..

How can place like this be cash only in 2023? Why? Avoiding paying taxes? Or bank fees? The prices are high already so just add 5% and we won’t even notice.🙀 They lost 4 customers just during my lunch visit because of not accepting card payment! So stupid! Food is good, I would spend there much more if I could pay by card! Do not go there until they accept cards!

One of the best places to go if you crave good Poutine. Doesn't matter what you chose from the menu it is always tasty and fresh. Portions are quite big, even the small ones. It can be crowded during lunch hours and there can be line, but it is worth the wait. They accept only cash. Definitely recommend to try if you didn't yet.

Super high-quality meals! They do their own cheese and meats and gravy. There are vegetarian options (fries with their BBQ sauce) and the fries are the best in town!! Good prices too! The Mississippi Poutine reminds me of true Southern BBQ. A Prague Must.

During lunch time very busy, had to wait for 30 minutes to got my order. That is because Poutine is very popular and really delicious. Very simple meal, pulled beef as topping on french fries with cheese and gravy. For 180 Kc perfect!

Okay, this is going to be a long winded, because as a Quebecois, I've eaten enough poutines to know what makes a good one. In no way do I consider myself an expert, and there are enough variations in Quebec alone, and there's no accounting for taste, but I can break down the pout' offered here, and you can make your own decisions. 1-fries : they appeared freshly made (cut in house), and were just crispy and greasy enough. This ingredient is usually the easy one, and it gets a perfect grade from me! 2-cheese : this is often where things go wrong. But not here! It's fresh cheese curds, so they've obviously done their homework, it's the real McCoy. If it's shredded cheese or cheese sauce, it's disco fries, not poutine. 3-sauce : this is where poutine enthousiests argue the most. The gravy here is pretty thick, and a dark brown. It kinda reminds me of the sauce at Lafleur. However, it kinda lacked a little flavour. It needed a little more zing, some spice and acidity. It wasn't the worst sauce I've ever had on a poutine, but it's the only part of the poutine at Garage that could use improvement. Overall, I enjoyed this little taste of home in Prague.

Authentic Vietnamese food but mostly from the north, I am coming from the South - Sai Gon and the popular in Vietnam nowadays is not up to date in here. Need to pay cash instead of cards so have to withdraw from atm near Tam Da Shop. Open in Easter 👍 in Norway, all shops close in public holiday 🫣

Discovered this place on Google Maps at random, took a bus out from the city center (30-40min) because we didn’t have anything better to do. So glad we did! It’s really strange to walk around on a cold and cloudy day, and feel like you’ve been transported to Vietnam. It’s not polished or beautiful (it’s basically an overgrown parking lot with warehouses and shops) , but there are few tourists if any and there’s an authentic atmosphere (including a lack of construction safety) any South Asian person will recognise. There’s a small pagoda, lots of little food stalls (quắn ăn) as well as restaurants. There were a lot of things I wanted to try, so I recommend walking around for a bit before deciding. I think it could be improved with a bit more greenery and planted trees, better toilet facilities and road repairs, but at the end of the day it’s not a tourist destination. If you enjoy experiences out of the ordinary, it’s worth the trip.

One of the best experiences I had in Praha. Must visit!

A unique experience of Vietnamese culture all in one location with big and small eateries, supermarket and a labyrinth of shops and businesses. If you wish explore the place in depth on foot, plan at least 2-3 hours. There are no sheltered walkways and the pavements are haphazard and uneven. For those coming by bus, recommended to buy a return ticket as there are no vending machines at the busstop. Do some research on whether you want to see or eat before you come as the locations can be far apart and the choices are many.

Cool, unique place in Prague. If they planted some palm trees, you’d really feel teleported to far Asia. Good prices, decent eateries too. The road access (heavy traffic often, stuck) and amount of parking places, could be better managed.

Great place to grab a quick Chlebíček to go or eat inside. Shredded egg and the shredded ham were very fresh and this definitely is a must try when visiting Prague. Price and quality is on pair. Highly reccomend You can also get fresh pastries there

Local vibe and local traditional czech food. We went here twice for a breakfast. A lot of options, fresh, really good and taisty. Good quality and quantity. Staff was nice and kind. You cat eat there (standing, no chairs) or takeaway. And the prices are more then very fair for center of Prague.

I went to there in early morning for twice while 4days stay in Prague. It is traditional and very tasty Chlebíček. English is available, but you just only point with your finger what you want to eat. Eat in place is very clean and very easy to find.

The service was friendly, but we waited a little more than to be expected for our food. My mongo beef was really nice. Red curry with duck was rather too sweet for our taste. But overall, a tasty dinner.

Amazing food, great location and great service. I am gluten-free and majority of the meals are coeliac-friendly, even some of the fried ones (they use rice and other flours instead of wheat, not everything though). Overall great experience, I end up eating here almost every week now :) But it´s better to book a spot in advance, sometimes they are quite full.

Based on the very high rating, we couldn't wait to have dinner here. Probably we were just getting our hopes too high. So in the end the place let us down a bit. The dishes were not as tasty as we expected. None of the dishes really stood out (expect for the Shrimari starter). Also the service left a bit to be desired.

Came in as it is a well rated place , and it was a bit of a mixed bag. (Viet / Thai concept was a bit odd to me) Pad Thai was good, and so were the shrimp rolls, but the Pho (had both beef and chicken) was missing flavor, which was a bit of a letdown. Their lemonade was also yummy. The service was friendly and very quick; it was very popular with a lunch crowd who suddenly filled up the place rather quickly and I see it being a good lunch break alternative if you are in the area, but I wouldn't drive out of my way to visit it again.

I did not expect to find such a great Vietnamese restaurant, by just walking in from the street. But I was happily surprised Pho Nem Prague. Superb food. Friendly staff and nice decor. You can pay with credit card, always a plus. I had rice with vegetables and duck. Perfect.

Excellent Prague style pho steps from vitkov,, lots of quality meat and a delicious 😋 broth ! The prices are good and the service is friendly. Highly recommended by someone like me who is very picky about my pho. Also, they have really good and plentiful pickled garlic 😋 (Dam T○I) which is for me, very important. Enjoy.

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, and we also tried the vegetarian option as well as the menu with mac and cheese. The sides were excellent we got the mixed pickles with spicy and sweet flavors, which were a great touch. Everything was beyond my expectations, and I will definitely be coming back!

Hands down the best meat in Prague. I bring every visitor here — friends, family, coworkers — and it never disappoints. The slow-baked meats are incredibly tender and full of flavor. You can mix and match portions, which makes it perfect for sharing and trying everything. Their side dishes are just as great — from creamy mac & cheese to fresh slaw. The beer and Kofola pair well with everything, and the buns are fluffy and fresh. It's not cheap, and if you're with someone super hungry, you might need double portions, but the quality is top-tier. Discovered it thanks to my colleague Peter from Lisci, and ever since, it's a must-stop. If you love meat, this is your place.

Those are the most juicy, smoked meat peaces I’ve ever had. The Ribs are just delicious 🤤 If you like smoked meat - you have to try. A bit pricey- but doable for once in a while.

We ordered the beef brisket. The quality meet the price definitely very tender kinda melt in the mouth. However, personally, a bit oily for me if to eat the entire thing but my boyfriend do enjoy it. Service is ordinary and the place is giving cool hipster canteen vibe.

The Birria Tacos were incredible. Actually everything we ordered tasted so good. There were free still water dispensers too. And unlike other Czech eateries, employees here do smile and give really good advice. I over-ordered last night and I'm patting myself on the back because my brunch is sorted! You can really tell the food is made fresh. Please open a branch in Switzerland!

It’s a very solid good restaurant for a weekday lunch . I definitely recommend I the home made ice tea. We often come here with my colleagues. The fried rice and the pad thai portions are small. The other menu items are usually have bigger portions.

Tucked away around the corner, you will find Old Hanoi. It is a cozy place, with lots of seating area. Friendly staff provide a welcoming experience. The food was pretty amazing, great taste and good portion size. All together, no complaints and definitely a recommendation!

As an Asian that have had authentic Vietnamese food in Vietnam and various other Vietnamese populated cities (LA, Houston, Paris, Vancouver, etc), choosing a Vietnamese restaurant while vacationing in Prague should had been the wrong choice. But did I regret the decision ? Absolutely not. What a pleasant surprise this was. From the decor, to the service, and the food. This is probably the best Vietnamese restaurant experience I’ve had. And to stumble onto this gem just few minutes away from our hotel was a surprising treat.

Careless staffs i told them make a Asian style no sweet because I came from Asia I liked spicy but still make sweet flavour. I specifically remind twice not one time . That mean Careless staffs not good for business and owner as well .

We’ve been to here for dinner plenty times but they’ve kept changing the menu and probably the cooks so it’s no longer my favorite bistro. We gave it a chance and hopefully we might get a quality better dishes as we got before… However they serve all the dishes with too many Paprikas what I didn’t expect for Vietnamese food and more the beef tripe was poorly prepared, had a noticeable odor and was overcooked which effected the taste. The dish was supposed to be rare beef shank with lime, but it wasn’t beef shank at all. The meet was cut into tiny scraps. If I have to give a solid, I’d give them 2 stars in common.

Really decent food. Mostly Vietnamese with some Thai. The fried spring rolls and steamed dumplings were bestifily executed. The crispy duck was very good and the noodle dishes were nice. Service was ok. Nice atmosphere. I would come back.

Not sure why the rave about the food. Ordered tofu fresh spring roll and mini chicken pho, both of which are very common Viet food. Coming from Singapore, this is considered subpar quality Viet food. Fresh spring roll has skin that’s too thick, not enough fragrance from the herbs and tofu has an odd taste. The chicken pho’s soup was too salty, quite obviously from prepackaged/msg filled broth. Didn’t taste natural or like the truly yummy Viet standard where broth is boiled over long time to give the rich, fragrant thick broth. Overall felt like I ate a quick put together meal that had no heart/soul into cooking.

This is really one of my favorite places in Holesovice! I like the peaceful atmosphere very much, the food is great, the cakes are mouthwatering and most importantly the staff is very competent and nice. They are very polite, kind and customer-friendly. I'm happy its in my neighbourhood, so I am a frequent customer :)

As a Vietnamese person, I find the food surprisingly good, and they provide good portions. I LOVE the fresh spring rolls, as they remind me of something my family would make. I had the bún bò Huế, and it wasn't bad. My only suggestion is to add more pineapple juice and shrimp paste—then it would taste just like in Vietnam. However, one thing I need to point out is that the servers are white-presenting individuals, which makes the experience feel less diverse. I believe this takes away from the authenticity.

I ordered the fresh spring rolls with prawns and the fried summer rolls. The fresh ones were amazing, but the fried ones were not nice with big chunks of root vegetables which made the taste unpleasant.

We came here for a lunch during weekend. I really like the interior and also menu that isn’t like at typical Vietnamese bistro. We have tried pho bo and fish soup and both were delicious. The service was also very nice and fast so whole experience was great. During summer you can seat either inside or outside.

We were surprised to be able to het a bowl of pho at 8.30 in the morning ! And it was tasty on top. Lovely space to get some authentic Vietnamese breakfast and some coffee :)

Love the interior of this place! I’ve had coffee here a number of times (Americano lover!) and it was really good and so were the sweets! Their fresh spring rolls are delicious, but their Bun bo nam bo (Vietnamese beef noodle salada) could be a bit more “Vietnamese” ... the flavor was not so distinctive. The staff is attentive and with a smile on their faces. Makes this place yet another great hang-out spot for food and coffee in Holesovice.

The lady that works here is very pleasant and the food is ALWAYS good and the portions are MASSIVE! These people don't skimp on meat and didn't open a restaurant only to make money but they genuinely want to feed you. Everytime i eat here, I leave feeling like the happiest piglet. 🐖

We came here a few times both to dine in and take away. The food is good in general. The portions are quite big and food is tasty. I appreciate that they don’t use too much of starch in food. On the other hand, they use heavily glutamate as I could feel tingling on my tongue once we left. The food that I can recommend here the spring rolls and pho bo. For take away spring rolls we waited about 35 minutes and it wasn’t even peak hour. I think it is one of the best Vietnamese restaurant in neighborhood.

I loved the experience here!! The waitress was absolutely adorable in her way of serving us. She was nice and gave a vibe of enjoyment and fun while doing her job. Her English was okay so we could communicate on a basic level without problems. She also told us about important information about the food, e.g. if it's vegan or things like that. The Food was also more than good! I'm a pho enjoyer and ate some here in Prag before, but at Pho 18 it was clearly the best. Thank you for that <3. Another thing is that a lot of Asian restaurants don't give the opportunity to spice your pho to your liking. (I think in the Czech Republic people don't like it thaaat spicy.) But here they give you a lot of spice you CAN but don't need to put into the soup, I appreciate that. All in all it was a great experience! 10/10 would recommend.

The best lunch I've had in Prague! Absolutely incredible. Everything about the main dish was perfect. The balance between vegetables and the sauce was impeccable. Home made lemonade for 15 czk was also really nice. 10/10 will come again!

I’m typically quite critical of food yet this place has left me swooning over its meals. Our hotel is nearby and this was our first official meal in Prague (less airplane food). I didn’t have high expectations, jet lagged and really just wanted to have something to eat. However this place exceeded all of our expectations - cooking filled with heart & soul, homely, warm and lovely. Service was really warm and welcoming. Counter staff (likely lady boss) could see we were abit confused considering the menu were all in Czech so she spoke to us in English and introduced what they had. She was smiley, friendly and professional which helped orientate us. We ordered eggplant & tomato soup although it was a little tart (which was supposed to be the case due to the tomato), the taste was overall very balanced and made you want more. We also had the apple tart and foccocia, which was not too bad, just a little soft for my liking. There was a constant stream of crowd and it really didn’t stop from 11am onwards, where they started selling their mains. As we were too full, we couldn’t order anymore and decided to come back again during our trip! Hopefully the mains wouldn’t disappoint when we go back! Do note that they change their menu daily less the pastries that they serve from morning.

This is the bigger of the 2 supermarkets in the mall. The smaller one is Billa in the lower ground floor. Prices here are higher than Billa but it’s conveniently located on the ground floor at the Kafka rotating head entrance. Good selection of usual groceries - they’ve got bread and some ready to eat meals as well.

High quality food. I specifically recommend the meat there. Fruits and veggies are fresh and farm quality. There is freshly baked bread and other bakery goods, as well as a great variety of dairy products. Most importantly the shop is clean, even during the busy hours, which is a testament to its good standard.

Totally love the toasts there, but I agree that the concept of the restaurant and the process of ordering and paying is super unnecessary and confusing. You need to order by the counter, then they give you a ticket you need to scan at a paying machine. Plus you can't really use all forms of payment at the paying machine. To be honest, for some time I even avoided going there because of that, so I'd definitely recommend a change. 😅

I have never felt so welcome. The staff is very friendly, they can really make you feel like they are happy to see you even with a stroller and a hyperactive baby. Bagels and soups are always very tasty. I can't recommend enough.

Tasty soups, a little overpriced in combination with the fact that we paid for large bowls and got served the small one. Not as overcrowded as one would expect during rush hour. Vegetarian options available but unfortunately not for the bagels. Vegans option are very limited as well. Really close to the metro and bus station.

Lived above this place for a month and was thankful they were there. Their brunch was delicious and their coffee was one of the best I ever had. I go for the cappuccino and the ladies there know what they're doing. My partner had some pancakes and then another day tried the Turkish Poached eggs....so good! They're super friendly and they give you a punch card! They have a garden in the back and it's just a cozy little nice coffee shop. Worth your visit.
