Breakfast restaurant
Tibits is a popular vegetarian restaurant chain in Switzerland known for its fabulous buffet featuring a wide variety of freshly-prepared dishes. The restaurant offers excellent choices for breakfast, lunch, and dessert, including Swiss salad with broccoli cubes and sauce, Buffalo Cauliflower Salad, Margherita pizza, Gazpacho soup, pasta, muesli, pancakes, Coconut Fried Rice and cranberry chai iced tea.
Excellent place for relaxing with gorgeous food after a long day hikking from Engelberg. Swim in the lake in the Peace with NATURE melody after all tourists are gone is a bonus😊 Sauna available upon request made our stay even more enjoyable🫠

Nice place! I love Tibits at most locations. The sandwich was tasty, drinks were refreshing, and the buffet had great options. A fantastic vegetarian spot with a lovely outdoor terrace!
Anisha J — Google review
One of my favorite restaurants in Berne! Delicious food and the buffet style food makes it very suitable for getting a quick bite. I love the interior and the staff is very friendly. There is always a great variety of food options and everything is vegan.
Julia — Google review
Nice family brunch. For 49 you get whatever you want + 1 cold and 1 hot drink. Not a big choice for picky eater kids, but still managed to find something.
Olha F — Google review
One of the two branches of vegetarian franchise restaurant Tibits in Switzerland's capital city. If you're vegetarian and craving a meal, look no further than here (or its nearby sister restaurant) to satisfy your appetite. But it's also a great spot if you're a meat lover and just up for a centrally located drink or dessert while in the city. Please note that there's no table service and that things can be slightly pricey, including some expectations (for better or worse) to round up your tip when ordering / paying at the counter. Also, be sure to be considerate of others, especially when using your laptop, as the place can get crowded quickly (the staff may also kindly remind you ;-). Otherwise, it's a fancy and conveniently located establishment that offers good-quality dishes and drinks.
Christian T — Google review
The restaurant is great to enjoy a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian buffets. The selection changes every day and you can enjoy a variety of cuisine there. I take a little bit of almost everything and weigh the plate to pay. The prices are in line with the Swiss standard. Also, you get a free bread / buns to the buffet 😃
Debasrita M — Google review
Being a vegetarian since the 70's, this place is a total enjoyment. I love this restaurant since the first time I stepped into it. The price is very good in relation to the quality. My best girlfriend and I come everytime we have the opportunity. We love the buffet modality because we can chose whatever we like in the perfect amount for us. With the pandemic we had to make a pause, it's been a loooooong wait, but now we are coming again keeping all the security messures. The different areas gives you the option of choosing also where to sit, whether it is in the main floor, upstairs, or outside. They keep growing and offering more services all the time. Forty years ago, a place like this was my dream, today is real. I just love 💘 it!!!
Fiore D — Google review
My wife loves the food here. Choose froM a variety of vegetarian dishes: cheese, falafel, potatoes, gebratener Rosenkohl or spinach. Enjoyed the dessert buffet. Location just next to the central station. On two floors. Service above average i.e. super friendly and effective.

Asian restaurant
In Fugu, a casual restaurant in Bern, diners can enjoy a variety of light Japanese and Thai dishes on the terrace. The sleek two-level eatery offers modern Thai and Japanese cuisine, with sidewalk seating available in the summer and brighter upstairs seating during winter. The menu features curry, noodle, beef, and fish dishes along with innovative desserts like bananas in fried dough with chocolate sauce.
The grill salmon on rice tasted really good and in good portion. I may have ordered the wrong choice as the pad Thai is not as authentic as I would expect. However, the service and ambience is great.
Chee L — Google review
We had a salad for starters, a pad Thai and fried rice. The dishes were good. The salad had a nice dressing and the friend rice was delicious. The pad Thai had a little too much sauce for my liking but the flavor was good. Service was great and really friendly. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere.
Laura N — Google review
Had lunch at Fugu with my family and I have to say it was amazing. The owner was extremely friendly and recommended menu items based on our palette and dietary restrictions. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fusion restaurant in Bern!
Jayven W — Google review
Food is mediocre. My friend didn't finish the plate because the chicken didn't taste fresh.. sorry. 4.1 rating is more realistic
S H — Google review
Nice asian (mainly Japanese & Chinese) in the center of Bern 🇨🇭 Friendly staff, at your disposal, the restaurant itself is very well presented, the tables are big and it’s spacious, for every dish you order you have sauces at your free disposal. The meal itself was very good & tasteful. I recommend you this place to stop by!
Da J — Google review
I come here every once in a while, because I know the food won't disappoint. The dishes are tasty and service is friendly. It is admittedly a bit pricey due to the location, but takeaway is 20% off.
H. R — Google review
We came this place and ordered the fugu platter, wasabi beef, tuna tataki — everything was more than wonderful!!! And we were sooooooooooo satisfied about the dessert - must order: Chocolate Chili Ice cream, and Fondant chocolat with Matcha ice cream — very authentic and original 🥰 The sencha and fugu blended tea are both super tasty to drink We highly recommend and will come back again ! Ps: weekend waiting time is incredibly long - we were angry at first 😜

Garden
Nestled in an old farmhouse in the Liebefeld neighborhood on the outskirts of Bern, Restaurant Haberbüni offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests to indulge in gourmet delights. The motto 'eat, indulge, enjoy' sets the tone for a dining experience that has earned GaultMillau points.
The find of a recent visit to Bern was this superb restaurant in the spacious restored hay loft of an old farmhouse on the city's outskirts. Haberbüni serves local produce in beautifully-presented dishes that marry tradition with a modern touch. We were there during game season and a dish of wild boar with chanterelles and wild herbs (including pine, spruce and wild garlic) was a stand out. The menu changes regularly to utilise the best of the season, but expect things like carrots 'tartare' using every bit of the carrot to create a clever vegetarian take on the classic beef dish; and a dessert of vanilla-scented sour cream with wheatgrass essence and a jelly of elderberries. Wine selection and service by the charming Dominic and his team is first class too!
Roberta M — Google review
The Haberbüni Bern is an elegant restaurant in Bern Liebefeld. We went there for lunch. They had daily specials and à la carte dishes available. I had the daily special - barbecue veal neck roast, a dark sauce (demiglace?), fresh seasonal vegetables and papardelle. The veal and the sauce were gourmet-level. This kind of dark sauce with roasting flavours is only served in high-level restaurants. The special also included soup and salad. For around CHF 30, this is more than fair. Prices for à la carte dishes, especially in the evening, are more highly priced. The service was professional, maybe a little reserved. Overall, Haberbüni Bern is a safe bet if you are looking for an elegant restaurant with an excellent dining experience in Bern.
Dani A — Google review
A great restaurant with a amazing outside sitting place. The garden is really lovely. The staff and service was just great as well. A great experience! Then the food, just amazing. A tasty composition of delicious ingredients. Definitely worth the money. A must visit in Bern!
Rico S — Google review
Good idea to turn a barn into a restaurant. It was difficult to find but we finally found it. The Christmas decoration was nice and food was excellent. They use very good quality ingredients and each dish is lovingly decorated. Good and attentive service. However the waiter was a bit uncomfortable towards a woman and prefered to look during explanations mostly to my partner. This may have something to do with the peasant character of the restaurant like converted barn, the name etc
Maryam M — Google review
Come, trust in the 6-course menu. That is all I will say

European restaurant
Marzilibrücke is a charming European bistro located in Bern, offering a cozy and chic dining experience. The restaurant features a light-filled eatery with a garden where guests can enjoy European bistro staples, including an array of delicious pizzas such as Napoli, Funghi, Tonno, Diavolo, and unique creations like Jura with Tete de Moine AOP and Rauchwurst or Sean Boston with Pulled Pork, Egg, Bacon and Cheddar Cheese.
A hidden gem in Bern – pure gold. Everything about this place was outstanding: the service, the atmosphere, the food – all of it. If you’re not a local, you might think it’s a bit tucked away, but honestly, it’s super easy to find. I highly recommend dining outside; they have little cabins that look like cable cars. And don’t worry about the cold – they’ve got heaters inside the cabins to keep you cozy. The service is warm and attentive – they make sure you’re always taken care of. The menus are only in German, but the staff speaks English, so ordering is a breeze. Plus, there aren’t too many options, which makes it even simpler. The sides for the cheese are fantastic – great flavor and just the right portions. Pick what you love most! And as everyone knows, cheese goes well with absolutely everything. If you’re in Bern, missing this spot would be a true tragedy.
Javier G — Google review
Went here for easter brunch and it was absolutely phenomenal. We had the most delicious assortment of breakfast items. From pancakes to different egg dishes to fresh fruit and amazing breads. We were a group of 15 and we served our hot drinks within 5min. The buffet was big but not too big as to feel like you’d miss out on something. Definitely will be back 10/10.
Luca — Google review
I recently visited this restaurant, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was very nice, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. The surroundings and scenery added to the charm, making it a delightful place to dine. The service was satisfactory but not outstanding, earning a solid 4 out of 5. Everything was handled efficiently, but nothing particularly stood out. One minor downside was the limited selection of wines on the menu, which could use some improvement. However, the food was very good, deserving a solid 4 out of 5 stars. It didn’t quite reach the level of excellence for a perfect score, but it was still highly enjoyable. All in all, I would recommend this restaurant for its lovely setting, good food, and decent service, even if there's some room for improvement in the wine department.
Bartlomiej M — Google review
Had lunch here today. Nice atmospheric place, if you don't sit in the sun. Food was OK, but not great, chicken wasn't tender, but very chewy. Had Sunday branch here before, was OK.
Olha F — Google review
Restaurant Marzilibrücke is one of the best hidden gems in Bern! Located near the Aare River, the outdoor garden seating under the shady trees is absolutely beautiful — perfect for a relaxed meal in a peaceful setting. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the brunch, which offered a generous variety of both sweet and savory dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and inviting. It’s a great spot whether you’re a local or visiting Bern for the first time. The location, quality of food, and calm vibe make it a perfect place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys good food in a scenic, relaxed environment. We’ll definitely be back! Namaste India Bern
Namaste B — Google review
We had the potato and lime cold soup and it was a tasty surprise (it comes in a glass with a straw). The buratta and tomato salad was tasty. The salad with chicken breast was also good (I would have preferred to have the sauce on the side, so I could have as much or as little as I wanted). The chocolate cake with double cream was great. Staff was very nice and service was good.
Ana C — Google review
The atmosphere is nice, it’s a nice terrasse but it’s extremely expensive. I paid 40.- for some veggie raviolis and tap water at lunch. Not worth the price, average food.
Marine B — Google review
One of the best places in Bern for brunch! In the summer, you can sit outside on a tree covered terrasse. The rich brunch buffet includes a large variety of cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits, breads as well as hot food. The price for brunch includes three hot drinks and the all-you-can-eat buffet. It's a popular place, so a reservation is recommended.

French restaurant
Zimmermania is a classic French bistro located in Bern, offering a refined dining experience with its white tablecloths and sidewalk seating. Since 1848, this cultural gem has been serving up traditional French dishes such as entrecote Cafe de Paris, escargots in herb garlic butter, and calf's head. The restaurant also offers lunch specials and a selection of wines from Switzerland, Italy, and France.

Beautiful place, fantastic service and food. The boss, however, was unfriendly and did not let us give a tip with the credit card. Very bad for the team as they deserved a tip.
Vincent P — Google review
One of our absolute favorite restaurants. Excellent food with no fuzz in a wonderful atmosphere.
Oliver B — Google review
When a place like this has such amazing reviews you almost always disregard the more negative ones. Unfortunately the negative reviews were right about this place. We were greeted at the door by a woman with a look of disdain but figured it was maybe because we were huddled at the door. The woman seemed like an owner/manager disregarded us entirely from that point until it came time to slap the check down without so much as a glance. We did have a nice British man wait on us to take our order but never saw him agatafter that. Bad service we can deal with but lackluster food at a premium price we cannot. I got the French onion soup, absolutely flavorless, as well as the pork main entree with green beans and gnocchi. The only thing that wasn't flavorless from the entree were the green beans. My sister got the veal entree which tasted more like cod. I actually told my sister I thought it tasted the way it looked, dull and grey. The 2 stars are for the escargot which were actually delicious once you could fish them out of their shells.
Melanie T — Google review
I loved this place. Exquisite food great menu to select from. Their fish soup was crazy good!
Vanda S — Google review
I wanted to start the evening with some oysters, after 15 min I got told that they were sold out. Which was okay, but it seemed to me that their attempt is to be really professional, so in the end it was a little bit disappointing. Afterwards I had the white asparagus with hollandaise. It was okay, I prefer my hollandaise to be more rich & thick, this one was airy & not really sticking to the asparagus which was poorly peeled. I was sitting outside & all seemed very hectic, waiting time was long, but still the service felt very heartly. The sauce for the entrecote was extraordinary! The Cremeschnitte was quite solid. I‘d try to sit inside next time with reservation. It‘s good but don‘t expect too much from the food.
Jasmin W — Google review
Very nice dinner date at Zimmermania. Atmosphere is nice, staff was very pleasant and thoughtful. We had the bone marrow as a starter and the saucisson vaudois + entrecôte as mains. We were not disappointed! Very tasty food. The double chocolate mousse au chocolat for dessert was heavenly. We can only recommend for a nice French dinner in a lovely street in Bern.

my favourite restaurant. the curry there is absolutely amazing and i can never miss out on this restauarant whenever im in bern!
William — Google review
The food and Service was fantastic. The waiter was really friendly and patient and honestly the food was exactly what you paid for. The food is delicious and rightly portioned according to the price thereof. One point or suggestion I would raise is the tables. The table we were seated at was not as fitting for that calibre of restaurant it is. But apart from that everything was really great.
Shay E — Google review
Pretty terrible if I'm honest. We had the spring rolls, satay, tempura shrimp, the fried Tofu and the Chiang Mai Surprise, and well, dear me, let's just say it's not that authentic. Deeply lacking in flavour, very oily, terrible tempura batter, dried out chicken, and meh spring rolls, ace for the same price as a much nicer meal we had at a much nicer restaurant at lunchtime. Service was very attentive and polite, but the food and prices, jeeez, total fail. The only thing that was relatively nice was the tempura, but the first batch has soggy batter and the second batch was completely over cooked with bullet hard prawns.
Samuel J — Google review
The staff as incredibly rude and noticeably annoyed by the guests. We arrived two hours before they closed and the already didn’t wanted to give us a table anymore. We had to wait around 40 min until the came to take our order and the restaurant was almost empty. We received the wrong food and it was sadly also cold. The terrace is very nice though with a great view on the parliament. I was very disappointed because it seemed like a nice place but the staff completely ruined the experience. I will not be going back there
Lina — Google review
Firstly, we had a decent experience overall. The waiter tried to show off with his pseudo-eidetic memory of taking our orders without writing them down. Surprisingly, our orders didn't come out right. Well, not everyone is rain man I guess. When we pointed out the mixup, the waiter decided to start a slightly heated discussion instead of simply fixing THEIR error. However, when we asked for the bill and showed our student IDs to claim the student discount, the waiter refused to accept them because of (quote):"I already printed the bill and can't change anything anymore, you have to tell us next time in advance". We weren't too amused but we still accepted our fate. We then asked to pay together and the waiter grabbed the bill without explaining anything and came back with a new bill. We were baffled because for some reason the previous bill of 109CHF somehow turned into 146CHF. So apparently, the initial bill was already discounted but just because we asked for the discount, he decided to overcharge us. The food was decent but this poor display of customers service is definitely not making us wanting to ever return again.
Chang — Google review
This is a quick Asian casual lunch or diner. The restaurant is one for up and it's not so easy accessible. The service was very friendly and we very quick we got what we ordered. The food was spicy and well prepared. We will return here sometimes. I can recommend this restaurant very much for a quick bite.

Great asian restourant in the hearth of bern city. Terrace with nice view. We ordered to try 2 different small soups witch size was bigger than expected and very tasty.Main dishes was also top. Recommend!

This used to be a favorite spot. Went there today again and my mom and I had the worst curry ever. It tasted like burnt plastic and expired food… When we asked for a new curry (my mom’s) the boss was extremely rude and came back with an entire different curry dish (she had green curry and he came back with yellow). Very disappointing, a waste of food and money.

Chinese restaurant
Huayuan is a hidden gem for hot pot enthusiasts and lovers of authentic Chinese cuisine. Nestled in the charming Fischermatteli-Quartier, this restaurant offers a delightful array of dishes that stay true to traditional flavors, making it a must-visit for anyone craving genuine East Asian fare. The hot pot here strikes the perfect balance between deliciousness and spice, reminiscent of what you might find back in China.
Nice and original taste, I recommend Peking duck, and the plum tea drink. Generally the dishes are a good size, you will enjoy it. it's one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area.
Thierry Y — Google review
Welcomed by the smell of nice food when we stepped into the restaurant. Ordered the scallion chicken, fried rice, sauerkraut fish and the pork neck bone soup. Highly recommend the scallion chicken, followed by the sauerkraut fish. The pork neck bone soup is big enough for 2-3 pax and is not a bad choice, though I find the soup to be lacking in some kick. Overall, authentic Chinese food and would visit again if I’m around the area. Only downside was the restaurant does not allow us to change the minced beef in the mapo toufu to minced pork.
Wendy K — Google review
We visited the restaurant yesterday for the first time, although we often order from them. The food is always excellent. We ordered starters, main courses, desserts, and drinks. I was just a bit sad because it was one of our group’s birthdays, and I had informed the staff in advance I was expecting a small candle on the dessert or one of those little sparkling sticks, but I think they unfortunately forgot. 😢
Cédric L — Google review
Can't understand why people rate this place good. Maybe they all blindly follow the gault millau recommendation. Maybe the gault millau guide is somehow related to the restaurant or it was the internship guy! The food was really bad and soo much glutamat, that my mouth did hurt afterwards. We ordered the duck and it was rubbery and lean meat. The skin super fatty not crunchy and no seasoning at all. Even Suan long has the way better duck and this is just a cheap restaurant chain. The fried eggplant and mapo tofu were swimming in oil and had no extra love and tasted like store bought already preapared sauce. The spicy beef was the only ok dish but the meat had soo much tenderizer and it was swimming for sure in 2dl oil, so it was quite unpleasant as well. Most annoying was also the timing and service. After 30min one orderer dish of the friend came and the rest of the table had to wait. After 1h slowly also not at once the rest of the order arrived and we couldn't eat together cause every dish came with a long time inbetween. When everyone was already finished with eating after 1h my dish came and when I said I waited over 1h there was no apology. They simply asked if they should bring away the dish again. Before we orderer the bill they offered a free coffee for the long waiting time cause they noticed we were angry. We didn't take it but at least one soft drink got cancelled from the bill. Positiv was only the nice deco of the house the service experience was horrible and the food was really bad and for sure not good for your health. Stay away from here!

Excellent quality Chinese food with extra large portion. The interior is comfortable and the service friendly and attentive. Our food was overall good, with some dishes like the eggplant or the duck outstanding, and some mediocre, like the spring rolls or the soggy fish dish. One thing we noticed was that two of the dishes (fish, tofu) came with just that, with no extra veggies added. So be aware that when you order those dishes, you may need some additional side dishes to balance your meal, or share plates. Update : one fun and unusual dish to try is the Mala Beef, it has a numbing and spicy flavor that comes from Sechuan peppercorns and peppers.
Beat S — Google review
The food we ordered is authentic Chinese food. 水煮牛肉 is a beef dish boiled with chilli and oil. It was spicy, oily, and delicious. I had to drain off some oil before eating it. I would recommend service staff to ask customers of their preference for less oil as some customers can deem excessive oil to be unhealthy. However, the use of oil is truly authentic when compared to Sichuan cooking standards that I have tasted previously. 麻辣香锅 was delicious when prawns were wok fried with oil and chilli. 卤鸭 is a braised duck dish that was fragrant with the savoury duck and braised sauce. Total price was 105 CHF. Each dish was on average 31 CHF but we ordered three bowls of rice at 3 CHF each and tap water was at 2 CHF. I can only say that one bowl of rice at 3 CHF is the same price I have seen in a restaurant in another city and tap water was chargeable as we did not order other drinks. 3 of us are Chinese speaking customers who ordered and sat outside as it was more cooling outside. Decoration was nice inside but the air can be quite hot and stuffy during summer. Service staff are friendly but a kitchen staff bellowed at me in Chinese as it was confusing heading out from the toilet to the dining area as the exit from the toilet area naturally led straight to the kitchen. I recommend the boss to put an exit sign for customers to turn left to the dining area and not head straight into the kitchen. Overall, it was a rare gem to find such an authentic Chinese restaurant situated around 5 - 10 tram stops away from Bern Train Station but found within the residential areas. Despite high prices ie 31 CHF per dish but food is worth the money considering they are meat or seafood and cooked in an authentic manner. A common debate would be the prawn dish is considered smaller to the beef dish and the duck dish but I would say a fair comparison must be made as prawns i.e. seafood tend to be higher in cost as compared to meat. Likewise, I ensured a positive experience based on the selection of high protein meat and seafood dishes as my experience would have been different if I ordered Mapo Tofu as it is a common challenge amongst restaurants for the tofu to be soft and silky while soaking in the spicy and savoury mapo sauce. So readers need to take this review with a pinch of salt and choose authentic chinese dishes to cater to your preference and adjust to your taste buds. Eating 重口味 ie strong flavoured food is not a liking that can be changed overnight.

My husband and I love this place and we have been regulars for the past few years now. We even drive the 50 kms from our home in Canton SO to visit when we are craving a nice meal out. Reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment as they are regularly full (at least when we visit on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings). Prices are great considering the quality and portions and the food is served so quickly. The owners are super friendly, too!
Mitzi D — Google review
A meal in most restaurants in Switzerland starts at CHF 25.00. But the buffet at this restaurant can fill you up for CHF 18.50. The food you get and the price you pay is well worth it. If you come to Bern, I recommend you to visit this restaurant and have a good meal. Wanna come back to have a buffet.

Vegan burgers and free flowing juices! Swing Kitchen is an interesting restaurant concept that aims to promote reduction of wastes and veganism

Today, my colleague and I visited Swing Kitchen for lunch after a long walk through Bern. By the time we arrived, we were already starving. The cafe has a beautiful yet minimalistic decor, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Since the restaurant serves only vegan food, choosing our meal was easy. We went for a combo that included a burger, fries, and unlimited soda. Here’s what we ordered along with our ratings: • Chili Burger – 4/5 • Cheese Burger – 4/5 • Fries – 4/5 • Soda Drinks – 3.5/5 We enjoyed everything about the cafe—the ambiance, service, and food. While the prices felt slightly on the higher side, the taste made up for it.

First time leaving a review after visiting many times (Bern and Zurich). Always such a great place to have vegan burgers! I try the seasonal options a lot but as well the regular burgers. I was never disappointed in the food or anything else. I will definitely come back for more!
Nathalia Z — Google review
I had to figure out that this is vegan. However it clearly say chick'n. But not chicken. This is cheating on who does not know the deal. Plus they were super unfriendly and did not know their own menu. They could have told me in advance. Its fraud to me. Super unhappy. So I took my time to come back to this review. Cuz the food was tasting actually okish, however the wrap has been microwaved to 100© celsius. Who likes steaming cucumber or letchuce? And the whole wrap was just like a mash of whatever. If i wanted this, I went to BK and it would have been better. The cole slaw was like 50% veggies and the rest salsa. The fake chicken nuggets were actually the best. Plus they forgot the hot sauce. Very sad.... Never coming back to this place....
Simon G — Google review
It was a great place for Vegetarians and Vegans. The choice of Burgers and Wraps were plenty. The taste was amazingly yummy 😋. Kim from the Swing Kitchen looked after us with warmth. The atmosphere, ambience, taste, presentation of food, cleanliness or the place was fantastic 😍. This place is 100% Vegetarian and Vegan and heaven for people visiting or living in Bern Switzerland.
Pankaj M — Google review
Unfortunately, everything was very greasy. The avocado bowls were smothered in a sweet, oily dressing. Definitely not recommended if you’re looking for a “light” snack. The portions were small but still quite pricey. On the plus side, the service was friendly. However, ketchup for the fries cost an extra 2 CHF.
Sebastian S — Google review
Great place to have lunch, as a vegetarian i appreciate having such a huge selection of items i can eat. The food was great, fresh and hot, also a big fan of the free refills ;)❤️ Theres also many seatings so finding a place is ni problem.

What a bad experience! We were there for a coffee and a "hot" chocolate. The product had no taste although it was well decorated. That day the place was not very crowded, but the staff was still stressed as F.... Nonetheless, we had to wait a long time to get our drinks. The only positive was the nice location in the old town. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Does the name Jul come from Juul

The Syrian-style falafel wrap is particularly recommended, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that make it a must-try for anyone visiting Bern.
A small and cozy spot! I had the chicken shawarma, and it was fantastic. The spices were well balanced, the veggies fresh and vibrant, and the meat and bread had just the right amount of crispiness. I absolutely loved it! Very friendly staff

Best Tibetan Momos in town! Be sure to add soup sauce, dried onions, soya sauce – and if you're up for it coriander – on top of your vegetarian, beef or mixed Momo dish. Enjoy!

Very neat place in the heart of old town in bern! Love to go there, sit by the window and look outside. They have a box with some games so it never gets boring. Food&drinks are perfect, a salad with a tea is my favorite. Service is amazing, very friendly and always time for a little chat.

Lovely place, very "gemütlich", perfect to work (plugs available, Wi-Fi, but not in the backroom). Unfortunately no ventilator. Also, toilets are worth a visit.
