Cocktail bar
Restaurant
Bar 1903 is a hidden gem that invites you to step back in time while enjoying an exceptional cocktail experience. Nestled in the historic Walker Library, which has stood for over a century, this intimate bar features just 36 seats, ensuring a cozy atmosphere perfect for romantic evenings or special celebrations. The extensive cocktail menu spans 160 years of history, showcasing unique recipes from various eras including pre-1880 classics and Prohibition favorites.
Awesome bar that is actually an experience. Serving classic, famous cocktails categorized by eras. Cocktails are delicious. Bartender friendly and knowledgeable.

Omg how fantastic. We waited 15 minutes for a place at the bar. We were so lucky because we got to watch all the drinks being made. I had a bloody mary, which wasnt on the menu yet, that had pickle and garlic infused vodka. That was so enjoyable. That was a delicious pickled okra on top. Oooooooooo yum.

An old library building from the 1900’s and with lots of history. It is a historic land mark and you can tell by the outside and some of the indoor atmosphere. It is a place with limited amount of seating, so reserving or going early is advisable. Has so much charm. The food is good, the drinks amazing. Not a place to read a book contrary to the name outdoor on the sign and the amount of books spread around. It gets noisy from the activity. Great place to impress someone or a first date.

Absolutely one the coolest boutique cocktail bars I’ve been in Friendly and PRO bartenders. Simply perfect experience.

Atmospheric and have some absolute wildcard drinks (see below, eggplant syrup!), incredible minds behind that wooden bar
Tomas V — Google review
I love to spend time this old library/new bar😍 I think, here is the best elite bar in the town!! There is not much food options. However, they have a quite extensive beverage menu which is amazing. Especially, the organization of the menu! I mean you are able to see what year and the glass type of the drink👌 I ordered TOFU sandwiches. Even though I like Asian cuisine, it was not to my taste. For the first time, I tried PİSCO/Grappa and loved it! 🍸 although it includes egg white 🫨and of course, HURRICANE and BLUE HAWAİİ ✨ 🍹
Senart — Google review
They don’t staff this place well. I always enjoy my drinks and food, but they have big city prices with small town service. Tables do not get bussed, waters don’t get refreshed, ordering is more like begging because the servers are stretched too thin, drinks take 15 minutes because theres one bartender making intricate drinks for a room of 40 people. Once again great food and drinks but the lack in service quality makes bitter the yummy flavors.

Always excellent! This craft cocktails are from many eras and super interesting. Food is on point. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Liberty Bar and Restaurant is a popular hangout in Tallahassee, known for its elevated pub fare, unique bespoke cocktails, and craft draft beer. It has garnered positive reviews and has become one of the busiest brunch spots in the area. The menu offers a variety of options from breakfast favorites to hearty omelets and refreshing salads.
We went to Liberty for brunch. The food was amazing. We had the soft shell crab eggs Benedict and the mushroom risotto Benedict. Both were delicious. Coffee was good. Mimosas were mostly juice and not a lot of champagne, but overall a great brunch. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience here but I must stick with 4 Stars. Staff manager was new but did a wonderful job. I felt the waiter was new also, so I prob just need to come back when they have a little more staff. I had excellent service and the food came out as ordered and timely. I do not like paying $13 for a shot of liquor from a $55 bottle but it is what it is. I did enjoy the house special for happy hour the House Old Fashioned Bourbon is nice. I really, really enjoyed the mussels and menu set-up. I designed the chandelier they have but did not put it on paper, it’s a Blanton’s bottle Chandelier and I love it!

My husband and I had our anniversary dinner here, and loved the food & service. I had the steak frites, and loved everything about it, from the way my steak was cooked, to the saltiness of the fries, to the dressed greens salad to their homemade steak sauce. I couldn't even eat all the fries and salad, but I made sure to finish that steak! Hubby got the fish & chips, which he craves all the time but almost never actually gets to satisfy that craving, and he absolutely loved it and ate every single bite!
Halie P — Google review
Not sure where to start here, but let's go here... Server, super pleasant and management accommodating. We left the parking lot because we couldn't find the restaurant, came back when we found it from across the street looking for an alternative eatery. Did wait.over 45 minutes for food (kitchen at fault for that) Wine was on point. Hubby ordered a makeshift mcrib (embarrassing lol) but he liked it. See pics. Rescue! They made my daughter a specialty drink off menu and she appreciates that as a of age, non drinker. Awaiting dessert.

Liberty is absolutely delicious! We love their seasonal drinks, and they always have a great selection of beers on tap. We love to share the loaded fries, but my favorite is the steak fries. Everything I have eaten there is amazing, and I would highly recommend. The staff is super friendly, and we love sitting at the bar to eat.

This place was unbelievable. Connor our server went above and beyond. We had the scotch egg which was one of the nicest I’ve had (and I lived in Scotland!), the chicken French toast was 14/10 and the steak and eggs were a must. The bloody Mary’s were perfectly spiced. Everything was perfect and can’t wait to go back.

Stumbled upon this restaurant and so glad we did. We were in Tallahassee for family weekend and everything was packed. We accidentally found this restaurant and it was PHENOMENAL. Best food the whole weekend. We sat on the patio. It was so relaxing and quiet. Our server was excellent. It was late and we had to order by 10pm. We ordered apps, dinner and desserts all at once. It was still brought out spaced nicely in between. 100% an exceptional experience. There were 3 of us, for apps we had scottish eggs, pork belly, and the warm potato salad. Dinner was 2 steak frites and one pan seared snapper. Dessert was the chocolate custard w/ raspberry whipped cream and blueberry almond pound cake. The steak frites came with a homemade steak sauce. Fries were perfect. It was OUTSTANDING! Every single item! I can’t rave about it enough. We will definitely be back when we come to FSU to visit. Even the water was delicious. The other restaurants we ate it I had to bring my own as it tasted terrible. This restaurant is TOP NOTCH. Wish I remembered our server’s name. He was awesome. 10/10 🙌🏼

Atmosphere was good, service was slow but all the employees were extremely nice. Started off with cocktails🍹 which was really good. Ordered food which was slow to come out. The fish was really good, the burger lacked flavor (under seasoned) and the fries were few and they were cold. the steak was cooked but the portion was small for the price and covered with to many greens and only a few fries. Overall I would go for the drinks and not the food.

Bullwinkle's Saloon, located in Tallahassee, FL, has been a popular spot since 1979 and is known for its high-energy atmosphere. The saloon features daily drink specials and hosts DJs and live bands to keep the crowd entertained. Its old-school saloon-style interior creates a relaxed vibe that attracts both students and alumni from the nearby campus.
Love this place always a blast especially on Thursdays! Bartenders amazing!. Music always a vibe except that one dj who just plays country and nothing else, they know who they are. One down side is the smoke machine, im always down for cool effects but yall need to chill with it lol. I know theres an outside but walking in with Smoke blown in your face for a good 6 seconds and its constantly going off while your waiting for your drink, it leaves me walking out with a sore and raspy throat😂 almost everytime.. Overall amazing place ill take that risk because its always a good time.

I’m frequent bulls quite often and absolutely love their staff however Olivia is so insufferable. Standing at the bar with my friends and is yelling at us that we’re wasting her time and she now needs to explain to us that we all need to be at the bar to get drinks. If you just made the drinks we would save sooo much time Olivia! refusing to give us our drinks because “we’re not all at the bar” hello???? Realized and was also buying a boat and THEN decided to serve us

Rudest staff I've ever encountered. I attempted to enter with a valid, state issued ID. Imagine my shock when the girl working the door said my ID is fake, and she's going to keep it! She wouldn't give back MY OWN ID, and I had a nice little game of tug-of-war to get it back in my hands. She said she can call the manager over and she did. She scanned my ID and the system shows, it was a valid REAL ID. Never coming back here.

I’ve never been happier than I am at bulls. And I’m not embarrassed to say that. Therapy is hundreds of dollars each week—but a moose membership is only $40 each month. Dishes I highly recommend: the blueberry muffin (shots) and key lime pie (shots). It’s the most fun I’ve ever had and the most well run bar (even when it’s crazy busy on Thursdays!!!) love you all 🫶

finally decided to check out bull’s with high hopes, as friends praise this place and go to AYCD thursdays every week. my partner and i, after waiting for half an hour in line, spent two hours at this establishment, only receiving a drink after 1 hour of waiting. we politely held our cups and watched as bartenders served those around us, and served those who came after us. a particular bartender on the rooftop served people who held their wet, dripping cups above my head and around me, as if i was nonexistent in their periphery. in addition to this, during our hour wait at the bar, one of the managers (wearing a shirt with “manager” on it lol) was present for its entirety. it felt as if staff were encouraged & trained to behave this way towards patrons. moreover, apparently there are around 12 bartenders staffed at a time, but it did not seem like there were even 6 (as busy as graduation weekend is). it felt as if we were wasting our time, and do not believe we will be returning to this establishment. however, i’m certain that other people have had much better experiences than us.

Nestled atop the AC Hotel Tallahassee Universities at the Capitol, Charlie Park is a chic rooftop bar that promises an unforgettable experience. With its stylish indoor lounges and breathtaking terrace views of Cascades Park, this venue is perfect for any occasion. Indulge in their signature cocktail, the "Lush Slush," a refreshing blend of Tito's Vodka and tropical flavors like passionfruit and guava.
We did not eat at Charlie park, but it was fun to get dressed up and go out for a proper cocktail. Their drinks aren't bad, and they have a nice view. The vibe is upper class with very cool music and couches to chill outside. It gets quite busy so make a reservation if you can. Our waiter was beyond friendy and helpful. He was fast and efficient even though we changed our drink orders. This is a good spot for bachelorettes and bachelors, for outings with friends and family, and even dates. We are really glad we came!

We went to Charlie Park for our anniversary. We found a parking space easily. Once we exited the elevator, we were greeted promptly by our host Emma. She was very pleasant and professional. We were a little early for our reservation, so we grabbed a drink. Tyler and Lawrence we working behind the bar. We got a cocktail (the rum one hehe) that was delicious. Once seated, Daniel greeted us and gave a few suggestions for us to consider. The lamb lolly’s were an excellent appetizer. For our main dishes, we got the lobster roll and the ribeye. Both were great, with the ribeye having a slight lead. We were going to get dessert, but had filled ourselves up. Haha. Daniel had the entire outside and he was kicking butt. To assist Daniel, Mia was bringing out our dishes to the table hot. Sam was holding all of it together. It was a great team effort. Kudos to Stacy, Chris and all of the above mentioned people. Kudos indeed!!

In I recently dined at Charlie Park and had an incredible experience! The Curry Pork Osso Buco was a standout dish, perfectly tender and bursting with flavor. The Mushroom Wellington was equally impressive, offering a delightful combination of textures and tastes. To top it all off, the desserts were simply divine—each one was a sweet masterpiece. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Charlie Park for anyone looking for a memorable culinary experience! Five stars all the way!

Diego our server was spectacular! He provided phenomenal, suggestions and guidance based on truly listening to what I like. Craft cocktails are excellent. Espresso martinis are a no go for Someone looking for true espresso in the martini so I opted for one of their Other seasonal cocktails. I was impressed with the Wagyu beef shareable plate. Not all Wagyu Is good. They did a great job. Every dish was beautifully presented full of flavor and evenly balanced. It was terribly loud inside and outside thus the reason for the 4 stars on the atmosphere But it’s hard to see if that would be something The staffer management could have any control over. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommended even for the most discriminating.

Everything was PER-FECT!!! ✨ an experience one of a kind. We had brunch to celebrate my friend’s grad pics and it was amazing 💖 Very pretty plating and everything was so so yummy. We recommend the Prosciutto Toast, the French Toast and the Burger a la Charlie. Our server Gavin was very attentive and professional with us. He also spoke Spanish that was very helpful to understand the menu. The manager also accommodated our requests and checked on us at the end of the brunch. The personnel is very professional and friendly! Would a 1000% recommend for regular and special occasions! ✨

The blackberry cheese toast is an absolute must-have—sweet, tangy, and perfectly balanced. I’d come back just for that. The Snow Sour cocktail was also excellent! The lush slush was way too sweet. The curry pork was decent. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re into creative small plates and craft cocktails.

Had an incredible experience at Charlie Park! The vibes were immaculateamazing views, great music, and honestly one of the most attractive and well-dressed crowds I’ve seen in a while. Huge shoutout to my guy Ethan behind the bar his service is next-level. Super attentive, on point with conversation, and had the entire bar under control with ease. You can tell he sets the tone for the whole atmosphere. Never had to ask twice for anything. If you’re looking for elevated service and a rooftop spot that delivers across the board, this is it. Charlie Park doesn’t miss. Thank you ethan!! Thank you charlie!!!

I saw a waiter who is approximately 6'3 245 lbs at Charlie Park, I've been coming since the oysters were on the menu (bring them back please!) After asking the waiter if he remembers me he says "no". He was at Palace last night after 12 am and was harrasing me because I was wearing a Miami Dolphins Dan Marino football jersey. The waiter was harrasing me last night. As I was eating the Curry Pork Ossi Buco (delicious) I notice the waiter. I told the manager Sam I felt unsafe with him here and I was helped by Bartender Preston. I asked the manager at least twice the name of the waiter but she was visibly irriatted when she had already provided her name and I told her I would write a review and she decided not to give me the waiters name. Nonetheless, she didn't give me his name. I was sick to my stomach because of the service from her. I decided to pay $87.48 and gave a $10 tip (not much sorry Preston). I told them to just give me the to-go for my family now so I can leave the premises myself since my request for the waiter to not be there was declined by the staff. In essence, I love Charlie Park, but I will not be dining in while he is at work due to this. Thank you all love - J

Potbelly's is a popular spot for locals and college students alike, offering a buzzing atmosphere with live music and happy hour drink deals. It's located near ONYX and Westcott fountain, making it a favorite among grad students and freshmen looking for their first club experience. The outdoor patio adds to its laid-back beach club vibe, while still competing with larger clubs in the city.
The venue to be and stay for a great time. The concert sound was superb! I really enjoyed the different vibes and how they space accommodates all type of people who want to enjoy a great dance music experience!

I went to Potbelly's for a Marauda show. I was not disappointed. I love the way the place is set up! It felt like being at a festival! The vibes from everyone was great and we had a ton of fun! Only downside is the drinks have next to no alcohol in them, especially the big cup which is $10. I literally watched one bartender pour the alcohol outside the cup and try to give it to someone and they complained about there being nothing in the cup. I get it's quantity over quality when it's super crowded but people are paying for alcohol and getting a tiny splash with 99% soda. 👎

Potbellys is a great venue in Tally for all 18 and up! We have attended multiple times and for parent's weekend booked a VIP table. So worth it!!! I recommend if you have a group of 8 or more for sure. Service was amazing and high energy. This is a college bar so if you are expecting calm and quiet...not for you. Go and enjoy the atmosphere and experience the college life with your students. A great time will be had. They have live entertainment regularly so check the calendar. Shout out to C & A who helped work with me on the VIP table. Excellent follow up and we were so glad we did it.

I visited this venue on Friday night, 1/14/2025. I arrived at around 1:00AM, just wanted to check the place out. They were to close at 2:00AM. The girl at the door charged me a $15 cover fee. Yet, she charged people behind me a cheaper cover. By the look in her face, I can tell this is not her first time doing so. That is a tricky game to play. She never knows who she is charging at the door, or who they know. Chill venue, just too young of a crowd for my taste, but music is good. Seems like a college vibe. Bartenders were very attentive and fast. Drinks were normal, low quality. To the owner please assure your staff charges everyone the same/fair cover, it's only right and avoids a lawsuit.

In the heart of Tallahassee, where the sun shines so bright, There's a place called Potbelly's, a true delight. With every sip of their drinks, my heart starts to soar, But it’s Albert beside me that I truly adore. His laughter's like music, a sweet, soothing sound, In his warm embrace, my happiness is found. We share all our moments, both big and small, With him and Potbelly's, I feel like I have it all. So here’s to the joy, the love, and the fun, To Albert and Potbelly's, where our hearts have begun. In this lovely Tallahassee, my heart's forever true, For it’s love that I treasure, and it all starts with drew.

I live a full BLOCK away from here, yet their music is so absurdly loud, it is able to make my windows shake. I can’t ever get sleep with it playing late at night, even past midnight.

Do not order Tito’s Vodka here! One shot is $18! The bottle of beer charge varies from $5-7 per bottle of the same beer! I’m not even a college student and I was totally taken advantage of!

Madison Social is a popular restaurant located in the vibrant College Town district of Tallahassee, Florida. It offers clever pub fare in a cool, industrial setting with a covered patio, making it an ideal spot for brunch with a lively atmosphere. The restaurant is known for its delectable food such as the famous spiced honey chicken and waffles, along with a variety of drinks including mimosas.
Our daughter goes to school at FSU. She was getting married and we called about doing a reception party/gathering with her friends to celebrate. (This was after calling multiple places that didn't even call back) Spoke with Rachel right away. She was GREAT! So easy to work with and great communication. We decided to rent out the side room with an open balcony. The rental, food choices, and flexibility were great. We decided to do a sit-down dinner and then open for social events afterward. When we get there they even had menus with there names on them and everything set up ready to go. We had 2 servers who were also amazing and did a fantastic job. Once the social event started, workers were on it!. From set up, service, attention to detail, accommodations, breakdown, and everything in between, it was done with ease. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Our daughter had an amazing time, and I can't thank them enough. I would recommend them to anyone I could.

Jake I can say without hesitation that Jake Panzella is the best bartender I’ve ever had the joy of being served by. From the moment I sat down, Jake’s energy, professionalism, and effortless charm set the tone for an unforgettable experience. He’s not just slinging drinks — he’s crafting experiences. Jake’s knowledge of cocktails is next-level. Whether you’re ordering a classic or looking for something off the beaten path, he nails it every time. He remembered my favorite drink after just one visit and somehow made it even better the second time. But what truly sets Jake apart is his personality. He’s warm, attentive, genuinely funny, and treats every guest like they’re the most important person at the bar. It's rare to find someone who can keep a whole crowd engaged while still providing personalized service — but Jake makes it look easy. If you’re lucky enough to be at a bar where Jake is behind the counter, stay. You won’t find a better bartender — or a better vibe — anywhere else.

Service and ambiance is always great here! Brunch is great and the view is gorgeous outside. Our server Jessica was wonderful and so attentive! She got our order out quickly and on point. Our food was delicious and drinks here are yum and they get you right. The mimosa pitcher is a steal. Aux never misses.

As y’all can see, food got demolished. I didn’t even think to take a picture of it when it came out. I literally just started munching away 😭 this was before and after my last bite lol was super good - I had the Good Day Toast & my boyfriend had the Chicken & Waffles, both were phenomenal and the service was lovely even with the post-church rush. This was our first brunch at MadSo but it for sure won’t be our last! 10/10 would recommend.

I had the time of my life at MadSo on game day. Kind of pricey to get in but had a blast. The wait time was too long for food so we just hit the bar since Bert was serving shots. Epic morning. We will be back.

Very mixed. The building is nice. 😎. The staff seemed uninterested in customers. I got a nice fish sandwich and 2 beers. I had to flag down the server to get a 2nd beer. They were very energetic to get a card to hold as I guess it must be normal here to skip out on the tab. The glass was dirty they brought for my beer…. I stopped her from pouring the beer to get a clean glass…. Beer abuse! All you need to do is look at it when you pick it up but that’s means a server has to give a shit. No one picked up anything including dishes that where sitting around or empty cans. The food was ok, nothing great but not bad. Beer is beer. Dirty glasses and staff that seem to not give a rip leave a lasting impression. I would skip it and find someplace else with personality. $14 sandwich, $8 beer. I guess that’s the norm but 👎 from me.

My daughter recommended we check out Madison Social this week, and I’m so glad we did! I was craving sweet potato fries and a margarita, and both absolutely delivered. The food was delicious, the drinks were really good, and everything came out in a timely manner. What stood out most was the service, every team member who stopped by our table asked if we needed anything else, and we felt completely taken care of from start to finish. My husband’s beer came out a little warm, but when he kindly asked for a colder one, our server quickly fixed it with no issue. Great vibe, great food, and great service. We’ll definitely be back. So impressed.

I’ve always really enjoyed the food and atmosphere at your restaurant, which is why I continue to come back. However, I’ve consistently had a disappointing experience with one particular server who I’ve been seated with multiple times recently. On several occasions, I’ve waited over 10 minutes just to be greeted at the table by Kai, even during times when the restaurant wasn’t busy. Service throughout the meal such as placing orders, receiving drinks, and getting the check has taken unusually long, often stretching the visit to over two hours. I’ve also frequently had to flag the server down just for basic requests like water refills. While I understand that every server can have an off day, this has been a repeated issue that’s impacted the overall dining experience. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it can be addressed, as I genuinely enjoy the restaurant.

Really nice rooftop bar with lots of seating. Heaters outside and good cocktails. A little on the pricey side for drinks, but happy hour is good. Pretty nice view of town as well. I'd come back.

Really nice atmosphere. The wings were nice. Drinks were really good. Met some friends there to catch up and watch a little football while enjoying some adult beverages. So, it's a perfect place to hang out and socialize.

Service was bad. Female bartender didn’t smile once at anyone including me. Wasn’t greeted at all really just pointed at. Food was OK. Took 30 minutes for a burger. Wasn’t aware that there was no kitchen on the top floor. They had to run food up eight levels. Food was uncovered while being run all that way. Over priced for what it is. Atmosphere was ok. Nice place to watch the sunset. I wouldn’t recommend at all due to prices and terrible service. Once and done for me.

Great views but slow service. We ordered one round of drinks with water and it took several attempts to get the water delivered to our table. We would have ordered more drinks but the service was way to slow. I wish the attention to the guest was as awesome as the views. I will try one more time when I’m back in town for a FSU game.

Amber she's super cute.. I'll definitely come back and HOPEFULLY I get to see her again!! She is great.. I told her I will leave her a feedback and this is exactly what I'm doing.. She is very nice, polite, fast and and a beautiful smile. She always asked me how my food was, how your drink's.. I understand she's doing her job.. Overall, I'll definitely be back before my academy is done and over with and I go back to county which I serve.. But I hope she see's this and I'll be back with some Leo friends..

Tallahassee is a hub for craft beer, and Proof Brewing Company is at the heart of it all. Their EightFive-O and Mango Wit are popular choices available in cans and on tap throughout the city. The brewery's spacious taproom & biergarden offers a great setting to enjoy these brews. What sets this place apart is its family-friendly environment, with an outdoor area designed for kids to play while parents relax with a cold beer.
I recently visited the Proof Brewery at 1320 S Monroe St, in Tallahassee, FL. I had a nice experience at this brewery. It's a large interior space with plenty of seating. I got there early and was able to have a nice talk with the bartender. A very nice place to enjoy on of their varieties of beer.

We had an out of town family get together at Proof yesterday. While the chicken buffalo wrap was a 7/10 it was the bartenders attitude towards my relative asking if they carry any NA brews that was downright rude. Saying why would they carry those, and flaty laughing about it making for a awkward conversation. Thats fine, better be glad I wasn't there hear this as I would have certainly served a lesson on manners. Definitely not going here again.

First time here. Place is spacious with a nice bar and a great outdoor beer patio with lots of sitting. They have a nice variety of on draft beers. We decided to get a flight and all beers came out great, so refreshing.

My new favorite brewery! Great selection of beers, I was able to get two different flights and I still didn't try them all. My favorite was the Ukrainian imperial stout. They were very busy but service was quick.

A great little beer garden with a huge selection of beers. There are some surprisingly tasty beers offered here! It's nice to see some brews that nail the fruity touches that other beers try to get. The garden is nice, it has plenty of seating, but I can see how it could get full on a busy weekend. There is a ping pong table, giant connect 4, and the sack throwing game. All the staff that we interacted with from start to finish were lovely and very helpful.

Guests can enjoy a new happy hour with refreshing cocktails like the "Coppa D'Italia" and indulge in a unique bar top exclusive burger made with a 6-ounce house ground patty inside a house-baked pretzel roll.
Great atmosphere and great vibe! Met a customer for a drink while on a business trip for a drink and then stayed for dinner with my family. We split a few entrees and everything was delicious. They got the baked Alaskan dessert and I opted for the cannoli. I recommend this place!

I was so solo, so I sat the bar, the three gentlemen working behind the bar were all excellent and worked fantastic as a team. Stephen helped me the most picking out perfect bourbon and making the best old-fashioned I’ve ever had. I also had the best octopus appetizer I’ve ever had and the best squid seafood pasta I’ve ever had. All the pastas are made in house. They helped me pair my pasta with a beautiful Tenuta Italian wine. Everybody sitting around me was friendly and happy and the place had a really nice vibe. Anytime I’m in Tallahassee will definitely come back here.

Atmosphere is upscale & quiet. The waitstaff was terrific! The food was good. The food (minimal portions & everything is a-la-carte) was delicious but for the price you pay you could feed your family for the week. FYI: You order a steak and literally you get a steak w/a sprig of rosemary for decor. Not even a smear of anything under the steak, not designer veggie……. Just a steak for &45.00-100.00 depending on steak choice. Any sides are additional ($10.00+ each). The sides for pasta $15.00+ is smaller than most places appetizers. So my take is “Know before you go”. You know it’s an upscale “aka” expensive place to eat and be prepared to pay a lot for very little food. The food is great….but you will leave hungry unless you spend more than you anticipated. Keep in mind my husband and I are not big eaters. Staff was amazing. They were well Informed and helpful. Advisement: rsvp and business casual at least is the attire.(no flip -flops, beach wear, or similar attire) Attached images $17.00 side of Butternut Ravioli.

While visiting the Capitol for some meetings we had an amazing night out at IL Lusso. Stephen and Eli were our primary servers and both did an excellent job catering to our every need. We started with the grilled octopus. After recently having it in Greece we were hopeful it would live up to that experience. It did. It was cooked to perfection! Notice the size of the sides. We mistakenly ordered three sides for two people. We were not prepared for the amount of food they brought! We enjoyed a great steak and Zucchini pasta for our main course. We capped off the night with their seasonal cheesecake special. If you are celebrating something special or looking for a high quality meal make sure to give them a try.

The red snapper piccata was cooked to perfection, we also tried the wagyu which had a great medium cook as recommended by the server. Top 5 in Tallahassee restaurant wise definitely recommend.

Thank you Il Lusso it was so awesome!

Joshua and others gave us great friendly service. I LOVED watching my wife having a near "Harry met Sally" reaction to EVERY piece of food she ate...bread, butternut squash soup, fish, mushrooms. My chicken was tender but too salty... but had great grilled veggies. I'd would have loved half the chicken and twice the seasonal veggies. Need more veggies options. Thanks!

You can also indulge in classic foods such as Sam Adams beer cheese dip with salted pretzels.
I’m visiting Tallahassee. I didn’t know what to do, so I came to the brass tap. Macy was my bartender, and she was so welcoming and attentive. I’ve been to many bars across the country, and I can honestly say Macy was one of the best bar tenders I’ve ever had. I will be recommending my friends, colleagues, and family.

My friend and I visited this evening. The white waitress walked passed us three times and didn’t look our way. A table behind us full of white people were seated and came in after us, and she went straight to their table without acknowledging us. Chase swiftly came in and took our order with no problem. This is a persistent problem here as this is not my first time here. The ambiance and the food are always good here but the service needs an upgrade definitely. Service should be the best experience but this is where the Brass Tap falls short everytime. Please train staff to acknowledge and service ALL customers.

I was pretty disappointed in this place. The bartender did not know how to make a soda bitters, so the server had to come ask my friend who ordered one to explain in detail. The drinks took a very long time to come out as well, I think around half an hour for the margarita flight. I ordered a pretzel which was perfectly fine, but nothing special and certainly not worth $9 in my opinion. The only real pluses were that they gave us a pitcher of water for the table and that there is ample parking.

The place is beautiful, but the service was truly disappointing. My partner and I waited far too long while over seven employees were just standing around talking and laughing with each other. Sadly, no one bothered to help us, so we eventually gave up and left for another place.

Visited The Brass Tap in Tallahassee's Midtown yesterday, parking was easy (at the time) and off street in the lot. We were hoping to catch some sun on the patio, but our timing was off. If you'd like to sun with a cold brew definitely go before 4pm, on the weekend, in the winter months. That said, the patio was spacious, clean and comfortable. There were a few dogs enjoying the fresh air too, so they're dog-friendly! There was ample seating both inside and out, we did end up inside at the bar for a couple draughts and share-ables. The nachos were a huge portion, well made with salsa and sour cream on the side. The chicken quesadilla was very cheesy and well portioned too. We will certainly be back to try more food and great local beer!

Cory, I believe that was his name was a great bartender. Did a great job and was informative. He and my husband talked beer and liquor and he genuinely did a great job of answering questions while also tending to other patrons. The beers and my husbands Gimlet were very good. Im definitely going back to try more things they make here.

Small midtown brewery, I've been coming here since they opened. Unfortunately they don't make my favorite, Sprinkle factor anymore, but the sensory overload is quite good. It gets busy and loud on the weekends, there is seating outside and garage doors when it's not too hot or cold. Can't remember if they're pet friendly or outdoor only. They've expanded a lot since I was last here. They distill their own liquor, have a coffee shop now and have several satellite tap rooms now. It's cool that mid town pies moved next door (rip bamboo house🙏🏽) so you can order there and have them bring it to you while you drink.

With multiple screens showcasing live games and an inviting atmosphere filled with music, it’s an ideal place to cheer on your favorite teams while enjoying a friendly game of pool.
Came here because it was across the street from the hotel and the reviews were good. Probably the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had and the sweet potato fries were excellent: waffle cut and came with real cinnamon butter. I don’t care anything about pool but this was some of the best food that you will get at a pool hall/dive bar. Employees are friendly, attentive and contribute to a fun atmosphere. If I lived here I would be a regular.

Came here with a few coworkers on my birthday. It was such a great day as I wish I would with a few gift cards and then we head off to Zingales do some billiards. It was tournament night so I was able to see some really good games. We had a really good time as the server was great. We had really good drinks and wings and the seem to be a great spot to hang out so we will definitely be returning on a normal day.
The T — Google review
The first time I walked into Zingales Billiards & Sports Bar, I expected a good night out. What I didn’t expect was to find a place that would feel like a second home. Over the years, it’s become the spot where I can relax, see familiar faces, and know I’ll be treated like family. From the start, the staff made an impression. Before long, they knew my name, knew my drink, and had it ready before I even found my seat. The food quickly became part of the ritual always on point, always consistent. But more than anything, it’s the people that make Zingales what it is. Taylor, Destiny, Rae, Trinity, Prince, Tiffany, Frank, Kristen, Michael, Tiffanie, Ashley, Britney, Misty, Kay, and Marcel each of them has added something special to the experience. They don’t just serve; they connect, they care, and they make every visit personal. They set a standard that still shows in the culture today. That’s why I keep going back. Zingales isn’t just a place to grab food or play pool it’s where service feels genuine, where community comes alive, and where you leave already looking forward to the next visit.
MARCUS D — Google review
I’ve been patronizing Zingales Billiards & Sports Bar for many years & have gotten to know many of their servers, bartenders, and even the owners. I am always greeted by name, my drink is usually made before I take my seat, and the food is exceptional. Taylor, Destiny, Rae, Trinity, Prince, Tiffany, Kevin, Frank, Kristen, and Michael are ALL amazing - and there are many others that have gone to do other things that were some of the best in the industry while serving at Zingales. I could not have chosen a better place to call “Cheers” where the conversations are endless & I feel welcomed. My experience may be different from yours now, but if you stay engaged, come often, show respect and show your sincerest appreciation for the service you are provided (& tipping 😉), you will agree that this place & the people that serve you are truly a gem.

Nice place! Lots of pool tables! Variety of food and drinks! They do serve at the table. Not very crowded but people start popping in around 9pm (which is when this review was written on a Friday) Definitely a place to hang out in groups or even with a loved one! You can also watch games here!

We had a great time tonight! Michelle was our server, and she was very attentive. She has a nice cheery personality. We had the Boom Boom Shrimp and Fried pickles. They both had great flavors! There was no wait for a table. The pool tables are nice and clean. The one downside was that I saw someone vaping at a pool table nearby. I didn't think that was allowed inside, with the clean air law. I have breathing issues, and the smoke makes it worse. I enjoy playing pool here. I hope to be able to come back.
Amy F — Google review
I had a very disappointing experience here. The server with dark hair and tattoos claimed to be the manager, but demonstrated very poor professionalism. She appeared overwhelmed in a fast-paced environment and was extremely rude, even screaming at customers and causing a scene. This behavior is unacceptable in any setting, especially in food & bar service. What’s more concerning is that she has a reputation for having issues with people of color, which aligns with the way my party and I were treated. Our money is just as valuable as anyone else’s, and we should be treated with the same respect. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that I cannot recommend this establishment.

What a massive disappointment to buy to go Lagers almost a year old. If your brewery is still selling Lagers from 6/20/23 on 5/25/24 just cut your losses and throw them away. Terrible look. Wish I could celebrate my 275th brewery with better beer.

The beer was great, especially the red (red beet) which was just fun. We visited twice during our weekend in town, the first time the beer was served in glass, the second, much to our chagrin, it was served in plastic. (We were quite surprised at a brewery that would use disposable cups for their beers, as it seems to show a lack of respect and pride for the craft.) There's a fun vibe and great beers, though!

Especially our sweet waiter, I only wish I could remember his name. It was my daughter’s 21st birthday so after celebrating at Westcott the night before, it was an elegant, classy way to end her day! We will return

We went there for an anniversary dinner. The food was really good. My husband went on and on about how his 8 oz sirloin was cooked to perfection. It was even good the next day as leftovers. The atmosphere/view was really nice. We had a reserved table. Eddie was our server and he was wonderful. Very kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Would definitely go again.

Amazing restaurant! Went here for an anniversary dinner and they made the experience a 10/10. The food was delicious and platted so beautifully. The drinks were great as well. The views and atmosphere were perfect. The service was impeccable. Our waitress Gabby was on top of everything. We will definitely be going back!

I came to visit my brother for university and the experience that we received from the staff was phenomenal. Our server, Eddie was not only attentive and efficient with his work, but he was also very personable and charismatic. Furthermore, the food was decadent and is something that I would recommend for any high-end visits or date nights. Their drinks are also reasonable for their price and quality. If you are looking for an experience to remember on a trip to Tallahassee with your friends and family, this is where I would highly recommend for a dinner night.

Got to go for the first time to Eve on Adam’s rooftop restaurant we dinned inside. We celebrated my friends birthday. Well let me mention that the whole staff signed a birthday card and they put it on the table. What restaurant does that? She also had the option to get a free drink or dessert on the house. She chose dessert. We want to rate this place five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent customer service. We even had the honor to meet the chef he is such a nice person. I highly recommend that you celebrate your birthday there.

I want to preface that the bottle girl I’ve been working with has been nothing but professional and I know is doing her job, but I can’t say the same about the Recess Management Team. I’m an alumni coming in for a game this weekend, reached out over a month ago to secure a table for me and my friend’s first trip back to Tally in a few years. We were confirmed for a table with a set minimum / sent the table deposit to secure our spot. Please explain why you accepted higher bids and kicked an already confirmed table out? I completely understand wanting to get more revenue out of the tables, but to give me 48 hour notice that we are being booted feels like bad business. Also, we haven’t gotten our deposit back because their Venmo is frozen so I have to wait 1-3 business days? But we had to send it to confirm our table that we didn’t get? Update: took over a week to get the deposit back.
Jennifer G — Google review
My 10 friends and I are alumni, in town for the Alabama game. I had contacted the bottle service girl/crew two months prior to the weekend. We booked a table with a set minimum that THEY told us. Gave them a deposit and everything. I was happy to pay whatever the minimum was. I got a call 3 hours before we were set to arrive, literally in the middle of the football game to tell me I was “out bid.” I wasn’t even given the option to pay more. Nothing was clear, so when we arrived not only was the promised table not available, they wanted to sit us in a section where there were literal picnic tables and chairs. There was no private space and it was just a disaster. We said it was just unacceptable and left. “We will give you your deposit back tomorrow.” Just a clown show of a bar….we weren’t their average non paying college kids. We were ready to have fun and celebrate this win. Lol…they missed out.

If you order a bottle and go to the dance floor and leave your bottle on the table, either the waitresses take your bottle or they don't secure your table (or bottle) and it walks away. Seems suspicious.

Went here for my first time on 4th of July night. Cover was $10. Worth it for the great rooftop atmosphere, fun crowd and great music from the DJ. $10 Bacardi buckets are a great deal too. Only complaint I have is that the bartenders of the indoor bar were a little rude and disrespectful with attitude. There were at least 5 bartenders and it took them a while to get my attention for a drink. They constantly walked past me multiple times knowing that I was trying to get a drink and they were completely ignoring me right even after seeing me at the counter. They need to learn to be more attentive to their customers. When I finally got someone's attention, I ordered a redbull vodka. Thought I was gonna pay between $10-15 but was charged almost $20 for it cause he made it a double which I never even asked for, and I think the automatic 20% gratuity charge is a little ridiculous especially if you're ignored multiple times and having to tolerate disrespect just to get a drink and still having to tip after getting bad service like that? Train your bartenders to do better and not ignore a customer right in front of their face when they're not even serving anybody else. May or may not come back to this place because of the rude bartenders, but still give props for the good vibes crowd and atmosphere of the place.
Jose O — Google review
Put a deposit down a table 2 months ago and they text us an hour before that we got “outbid”. There never was a bidding process, they just gave the tables away for the bottle girls’ friends. DONT GET A TABLE HERE. The girls were incredibly rude.

Clydes & Costello's is a beloved bar located in the vibrant downtown area of Tallahassee, making it a staple for college students and locals alike. Known for its lively atmosphere, this classic college bar truly comes alive during Friday Happy Hours when crowds often spill out onto Adams Street. However, if you're looking for a more laid-back experience, visiting during quieter times can be just as enjoyable.
I used to despise Clyde's but after having some great nights I don't remember, it is now one of my favorite places to go. The beerpong tourneys are fun and the two floors make for an interesting change in vibe.

Its a fun place, but never buy drinks here. They will tell you a drink is one price, charge you twice that, then refuse to refund you. This isn't just me saying this either, they systematically tell their staff to do this to increase profits. Its still usually a good time though, just be wary. If you do buy drinks, use cash and exact bills

The bartenders charge whatever they want. I bought 4 beers and each time the beer was a different price. It was originally 4 dollars. The next beer was 5 dollars. The next beer was 6 dollars and the last beer the guy told me there was a 10 dollar minimum and double charged me. Really unfriendly staff. Complete idiots behind the bar. Definitely won’t be back.

The Tallahassee Chain of Parks is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of downtown, offering a serene escape from the urban hustle. With its majestic oak trees, lush ivy beds, charming park benches, and an inviting brick fountain, it exudes a countryside vibe just steps away from Galley Alley. This picturesque area is perfect for leisurely strolls or quiet moments with a book.
It is a very nice and place to relax and read a book or bring a snack to enjoy. I believe the chain of parks we're once Stately homes and businesses based on the location close to the Capitol. There markets and events during the seasons including a Winter wonderland and the reading of the emancipation proclamation. Fsu has events there plus some Tallahassee residents have even gotten married down at the chain of parks. Cuban restaurant
Gordos is a popular Cuban restaurant in Tallahassee, known for its pressed sandwiches and other Cuban dishes. Since 1988, this no-frills eatery has been serving up delicious food made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The restaurant offers outdoor seating and is a favorite spot for locals to enjoy brunch or drinks with friends. While it can get crowded during lunch and happy hour, the food is consistently great and reasonably priced.
I am a regular here and the food and service is always so good! I usually have Leah, but today I had Roxanne and she was amazing. She’s so sweet! Highly recommend either of them if you come here.

Pros: The Cuban sandwich was great, it was my first time. The service was great. Cons: Fries were really salty. Bean empanada was nasty, tasted sour. The building is kinds strange. You park in the back in a gravel parking lot and enter in the back door. People might be out there loitering or on a smoke break.

normally have a goo or decent experience but today i went and ordered take out, after paying i was told it would be 10-15 min however after an hour i had to flag down someone to ask about my order, she immediately got it for me. Whoever had initially helped me forgot about me :( the food was cold when i got it so i assume it had been sitting back there for a while. and i was only more disappointed when i opened the box, it just made me sad after waiting an hour and getting such a sad box in return
Kara L — Google review
We went to this restaurant because a friend of my husband told him the food was really good there. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and my husband got the Gordo Burger. First of all, the food took a long time to arrive, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. My Cuban sandwich was the most unpleasant one I've ever had — it was all soggy and only had three strips of ham. I also ordered sweet plantains, and they came out burnt. My husband's burger was burnt and dry, and the paper towel roll had rust on the bottom. The server didn’t give us bad service exactly, but she wasn’t friendly at all. She basically threw the food on the table and asked us to bring the check to her because she had to go home. Apparently, this restaurant has a well-known name and is in a good location — maybe that’s why it’s still running. But the food and service? 4 out of 10.
Au P — Google review
Took over an hour to get four sandwiches, which were less than average. Fries were extremely salty, the steak sandwich was soggy and the server told us “I can’t go back there and cook your food” when we asked why it was taking so long. It was almost comical. We were recommended to go there because I guess it’s well-known, but we should have read the reviews. Management should really pay attention to the reviews before this place goes downhill.
Aura F — Google review
Gordos has a nice atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good meal. The service was excellent and our waitress was so cool that she even gave me two of their signature Gordos plastic cups, which I will be passing along to my FSU friends living in DC. The food is authentic and flavorful, with the picadillo being absolutely top notch. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving real Cuban food.

El Cocinero, a popular Mexican eatery in Tallahassee, has recently relocated to a new spot in Midtown near sister restaurants Liberty Bar and Hawthorn Bistro & Bakery. The menu at El Cocinero is centered around tacos and tequila, featuring creative fillings and traditional flavors prepared with authentic techniques. Whether you're a meat-lover or vegetarian, there's something for everyone on their adventurous menu, with favorites like fried avocado, shrimp, and steak tacos.
We love El Cocinero! Great food, decent setup. About half the seating is inside and half outside. Fun, interesting flavors for non-tradition tacos. Excellent selection of drinks. We love the queso fundido with chorizo and smoked jalapeños. Braised lamb shank in rice and beans was so good.

Everything about this place is fantastic. I don’t want to say too much, other than if you haven’t been, you need to. The food is fantastic. Genuinely delicious items. The waitstaff is always kind and super attentive, and very respectful. The drinks are yummy, and the ambience of the restaurant is good. Very fun time and I always look forward to coming back. The price point is a little bit high for a college student budget, but I think that’s intended when you look at the audience. The food is well worth it, and I can’t wait to go back!

El Cocinero has a fantastic vibe! The outdoor seating is wonderful on a nice day. The service was very friendly. The tacos are pricey, but very delicious. I got the Carnitas corn taco and a buffalo cauliflower corn taco. Both were highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint! The salsa, guacamole, and queso fundido were all amazing. The salsa was very refreshing. The queso was thick and creamy.
Jess Y — Google review
Went based on a friends recommendation. Thought well here goes nothing spending $45 on tacos, but I ll give it a shot. So stopped and picked up the 12 Tacos Kit to go box and an order of queso with the chorizo and smoked jalapeño. I called at 6pm, they answered the phone immediately, they were cheerful and polite, even checked with the kitchen to verify how long it would be. Said 20 to 30 mins, I was there in 25 and it was ready. Even after the 15min ride home. Food was fresh and still pretty damn warm. All I can say is dammmnnn! This food was fantastic unique and flavorful. All the accompaniments you could want, salsas that were awesome. Grilled chicken was great and the Al Paster and Potato Chorizo were amazing. The chips were crisp and fresh and have a great flavor by themselves and queso was unreal. A ton of food, this will feed 4 easy giving you your money's worth. All in a well put together open and serve box. Will definitely be returning for follow up 😁
Rob R — Google review
Wonderful atmosphere and great service from the waitress/waiter. I was disappointed in the food. The tacos were cold, greasy and wet (not in a good way), and I didn't like the corn. I was unaware that they charged for lemonade refill. Overly priced for subpar food. 2 stars bc staff was nice and very chilled atmosphere.
Denise L — Google review
Well we were very impressed! Not only is the restaurant very clean, the service was perfect and the drinks were strong. No need to get more than 2 drinks. Our server seemed very knowledgeable about the style and preparations of the food. The best thing about this location is it's authenticity. We just returned from Cozmel, Mexico 2 months ago and they nailed everything but the queso. Our Rating Scale 1-10 Score: Customer Service: 10 Host Wait Time: 10 Appetizer: 9 Entree/Meal: 9 Drinks/Bar: 10 Restrooms: 10 Atmosphere: 9 This is a great place to bring the family or for a casual date night. Come here for perfect drinks, great customer service, accurately prepared tacos and one of the best times you're going to have in a Tallahassee, Fl. Mexican Restaurant!
The T — Google review
The guacamole was very good, the chips were a little thick. The queso was a little tight (thick). The elote was good, but not as good as taco boy's. The soft flour tortillas were nice. The wings seemed home grilled, and had a good brine taste throughout. The smoke was authentic. I got lost keeping track of which taco was which after we got them. They were good.
Trey's E — Google review
Yummy tacos, and the elote (Mexican corn on the cob) was delicious. We didn't care for the rice & beans, but our waitress offered to take then off the bill, so we really appreciated that. Honestly though, even though I really liked the tacos we had (Al pastor, carnitas, butternut squash, fried green tomato, & babacoa), it's still not my favorite taco place in town, but I definitely wouldn't mind eating here again.

Bumpa's Local 349 is a charming, family-owned restaurant that has been delighting diners since 2018. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and delectable menu, it offers everything from juicy burgers and sandwiches to tantalizing tacos and appetizers. With daily specials, there's always something new to try! For instance, on Monday nights, you can savor their delicious pork sliders topped with homemade coleslaw and fried pickles for just $10.95.
We are not from Tallahassee, so this is a first timer review here. We typically try to go to places we have never heard of or been before - this place did not disappoint!!! The atmosphere was relaxing (went on a Monday afternoon), food was delicious and the server was helpful! I recommend trying their sliders! My husband had fried Brussels sprouts and loved them!

I recently visited Bumpa's at 2738 Capital Cir NE, in Tallahassee, FL. I had a very good experience at Bumpas..I sat at the bar and was greeted for my drink order. It was my first time and the bartender dude gave me some great advice on getting the churrasco tacos which were the daily special. The smoked Gouda Mac was awesome. Go check this place out!
Greg K — Google review
We were off to Bumpa's again and just like the first time we had a blast. Family, good friends and good food. And good service I might add. We had another awesome waitress. Wish I had gotten her name. But another great meal, and they even had a sandwich for me. Vegan lovers, try 'The Shroom'. I really enjoyed it and I think you will too. OLD POST: I ordered the bbq ribs. After sitting there for nearly 30 minutes, the waiter comes out to say there are no more ribs for the lunch shift, they are now preparing for the dinner shift only. But the waiter did recommend another dish, and I don't think it measured up to what I had ordered. I can say the Bumpas Rolls are delicious.

We had a great time sitting at the bar for dinner, drinks, and the game. The bartender was super friendly and provided great service. The sliders, onion rings, and lavash was perfect bar food. We would order those all again. The rest of the staff was just as friendly. Thanks for the evening as we were passing through town.

Shout out to Gracie, our server yesterday! I've had lunch there 3 or 4 times in the last few months. My group of lady friends has had the pleasure of having Gracie as our server. She is nice and does a great job. I have dietary issues and so I always order the chicken pesto sandwich modified to work for me. She take great care to understand what I need and it is always perfect! I like a lot of ice and so she kindly brings me extra. She's an excellent server!

Great buffalo wings. It was five of us and we ordered a variety of dishes and all were well prepared and presented. No complaints about the food, but it did take a while. I guess because we went there late, we had 3 different servers. But the last one took ownership, explained that the kitchen was running a bit behind and apologized for the delay and followed up with us constantly filling up our drinks. Unfortunately I forgot her name.

8/31/25. Got a table at 12:30. Placard a drink order and food order shortly after being seated. Got our drinks but no food. Waited for too long till 2. One order was brought out cold and the other was still being prepped. Absolutely disappointing as my family eats here regularly. Ended up paying for my drinks and leaving. Second time in the last month this has occurred.

We go for Friday fishfry every week, tonight it took a while for the food to come out and when it did the manager came right behind our food and said I have another order of onion straws coming because those looked to dark, sure enough a few minutes later he brought out a fresh not burnt order. Thank you Jonathan and our server Kate.

Nice outdoor seating. I ordered the Black and Blue salad. It was very small, only a tablespoon of tomatoes on the lettuce. Added the Grilled filet which was supposed to be medium and came well done and hardly more than a tablespoon or 2 of chopped bits. Ordered the warm rolls which the server delivered to another table. Then after several minutes the waitress came out and noticed they weren't for that table, so picked them up and tried to redeliver them to me!!! I refused them and said I really insisted on a fresh basket. Then a few minutes later came back with 2 more. The rolls-ridicuolusly expensive and what a side show. Life is too short to eat here again. Management???

Very relaxed place. It reminds me of a small town bars where the staff is polite and the drinks are cheap enough to get a light buzz. They have darts and pool tables and the people are not that loud so you can actually have a conversation with your buddies or your date.

Great place to grab a bite to eat & a drink. They have live music on the weekends, pool tables & dart boards. Great little spot.

Went to lunch there for the first time and it was great! Service was excellent, food was fantastic and we even had fun playing some of the games. Definitely recommend! Especially if you want to have a fun afternoon with the kids!

My husband and I went for a dinner date and this place by far exceeded my expectations. My whole experience from the food to the service to even the video games was redefined in the absolute best way. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We had a great time, it is our first visit since we were looking for houses in the neighborhood and we decided this place caught our attention, all the staff were friendly and they explained to us the promotions of the meals and the games. My burger was delicious and so were my daughter's chicken fingers. We had fun playing the games for a while and definitely had a good time. We are definitely going back.

On 10/24/25 I wanted to recharge my game card at 1124 the manager specifically said they were closing soon and would not accommodate As it was more than 30 minutes before midnight I found this both surprising and disappointing The man walking around cleaning was very kind to me though. He is tbe only reason I gave more than one star. He is the carrying all the stars.

First time here and my husband and I loved it! New date night spot for sure! We ordered burgers, and they were delicious ( extra points for getting the point of the meat right! Is not everyday that you get an actual medium rare when you ask for one!). Our server Kaydence was extremely kind and attentive. She knew the menu very well and was able to help us first timers decide what to order. She kept us updated on the status of the order and how long it would take, and made us feel extremely welcomed! Management when you read this, give this girl a raise! Will definitely be coming back for more good food and games!

Got the one hour bowl and 20$ game card. You don't get to play all the games with the card just certain ones and the one hour card doesn't allow you to redeem your prize. My family and I were highly disappointed with this establishment.

Went for our church outing.. Games worked properly, and the food was delicious. The only thing that I didn't like was we had a large group and most of us had a play card with an hour playtime. No matter how many games you played and won tickets...you aren't allowed to redeem them for a prize and that doesn't seem far at all. Large/Nice meeting room for groups and the bowling area is very nice.

Horizons Bar and Grille, a delightful addition to the Bannerman Crossings shopping center, opened its doors on December 14. This vibrant venue is perfect for brunch enthusiasts, offering a mouthwatering selection of classics like chicken and waffles, stuffed French toast, and shrimp cake Benedict. For those craving something heartier, the six-layer brunch bowl or steak and eggs are sure to satisfy. Don't forget to indulge in their fun cocktails such as Irish cold brew or zesty Bloody Marys.
First time at Horizons Bar and Grille and I enjoyed myself! I ordered Jimmy’s Lamb Chop and it was tender and the meat was very lean. The broccoli and mashed potatoes were also very good. The service was quick and prompt. Very satisfied!

My mother with late dementia asked to go out to eat for the first time in years when her sister visited last month. It was prime time on a Friday night. I called Horizons, explained the situation. The manager kindly saved a table for our little reunion outside where it was quiet and not overwhelming for her. The food was great. Our sweet server was patient and wonderful. So thankful to all who made that night special.

This was our first time trying this restaurant and I have mixed feelings. When we walked in, the two hostess made eye contact with us but lagged asking how many was in our party. Our server(s), one in training, were polite but they had no customer service skills. From the time we ordered drinks to getting the check, we probably saw them three times. Meanwhile, the male serve checked on all four of his tables multiple times asking for refills, explaining the menu, etc. - on top of him mentioning that he’s also a bartender. We weren’t notified of the happy hour, wasn’t asked if this was our first time - none of that. But again, they were polite. The food was pretty mid for the price, in my personal opinion. The bread was probably the best part of my meal! Whoever made the drinks is heavy handed and I’m not here to complain about that.! -Royal Street Shrimp and succotash: The hot shrimp were at the bottom of the dish but decently seasoned. Too many lima beans in the succotash and the peppers were in chucks! -Specialty grouper filet*: Fried nicely but the slaw was… DRY! -Salted caramel cheesecake: DELICIOUS! *Caesar salad had multiple wilted pieces and the dressing weirdly tasted like fish. I wouldn’t return but I’m happy I crossed this off my list of places to try.

Enjoyed a great meal here. The service was great. The food was real good as well. The steak was ok it was a little tough and not quite as flavorful as I would like but everything else met my expectations. The burger was juicy and fresh. The tuna appetizer was delicious and the star of the meal was the brussel sprouts. Overall the service was good. The server was attentive and made us feel at home. The atmosphere was ok, but I think it was a little confused. It looks and seems like it would be a casual/nice dining but then they have tvs like a sports bar. But is is definitely a step up from a sports bar. Overall had a good experience and would come back again.

Nestled in the heart of Tallahassee, The Hawthorn Bistro & Bakery stands out as a delightful spot for those who appreciate fresh, artisan baked goods. With an impressive selection of breads made right on-site—think baguettes, focaccia, and sourdough—this charming bistro elevates the sandwich experience.
We drove over to Tallahassee to stock up on some Costco items. We got hungry and decided to try a local sandwich place. Looking at Yelp we saw this place had rated very well and sounded exceptionally good. It was a great choice and did not disappoint at all! It looked nice outside with plenty of parking. The interior was very nice, clean and casual. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. The music was very low key but quite pleasant. There were lots of different choices on the menu but not overwhelming. The bakery portion where we ordered our food looked amazing (pictured) I had an Italian sandwich some chips and a pickle (pictured). My spouse tried one of their soups and a club sandwich. We also splurged and split a slice of their Apple Sour Creme Pie as well. They brought our lunch out 10 minutes later. It worth the wait, looked amazing and it was too. We especially loved the fresh bread and the sandwiches were large! If you are anywhere near Tallahassee you must try this Bistro & Bakery shop!

I knew they have the best pastries in tally. But I visited San Fransisco's famous bakery last week and found Hawthorn's croissant is even better. They provide a perfect heating service, and nicely allow to bring Lucky Goat's coffee. Their air conditioner is always freezing. Be warm up!

I went to Hawthorn Bistro for breakfast and tried a few things: the scone of the week (lemon poppyseed), the classic breakfast sandwich on brioche, and the beef hash. The lemon poppyseed scone was definitely the highlight — soft, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. The sandwich and hash were okay, but I asked for my eggs over easy and the yolk came out fully cooked, which was a letdown. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or coffee hangout. I’d love to come back and try their lunch menu, but as for breakfast, I’m not sure I’d give it another go. Still, it’s a lovely spot with great service and a lot of potential.

We tried several items on the menu, one was a Cuban style sandwich, a turkey sandwich, chips and a cookie. I also had an orange soda. Prices are on the higher end. Food was very good and fresh. It even came out quickly. Location is solid. The only downside is the service can be hit or miss. Seems a little disorganized at times. Other than that it’s a great place to grab lunch and try some desserts.

One of the best bistro I have ever been. The price for the delicious food was very cheap. The food is to die for. The service is with a smile and let me tell you about the food!!!!!! OMG! Best in Tally! Please don’t forget or even pass on their pies.😍😍😍😍😍 if you don’t try it this place you will greatly regret it!

I love focaccia bread, and so any time I find it on a menu, I want to give it a try. And The Hawthorn has been on my want-to-try list for a while! Finally made it there for a girls lunch with my aunt, mom & sister, and it was SO delicious. I got the caprese grilled chicken sandwich on focaccia bread, and it was sooo good. The pesto was amazing, the bread was delicious, the crispy melty cheese was so yummy, and the whole thing was honestly spectacular. My sister got the medianoche, and we shared a lot of bites back and forth, and hers was delicious too. My one complaint is that a side is not included, and for a $16 sandwich, I feel like some chips at the very least should be included at that price. But maybe that's just inflation these days... Regardless though, it was delicious, and I'd love to try more from their menu in the future!
Halie P — Google review
Lovely shop with great breakfast and lunch options. The deserts are always delicious and creamy, and the sandwiches are savory. I appreciate the staff doing their best during busy weekends and have never had a problem with customer service. Fully recommend the lavender cookie, the raspberry cream cake, and the blood orange tart in this picture.

Oddly, I've never eaten here, even tho I live only a couple of miles from the restaurant. My wife and I gave it a try at about 11:45 am on a busy Monday. My wife had a club sandwich, which was excellent. I had the medianoche. I've had this sandwich many times in MIA, and the pork and ham at the Hawthorne were the best that I've ever had. The bread was only so-so--I think. I'm not really sure because one side of my sandwich came out black. After I removed the charred layer, the bread was hard to evaluate. The scant service provided by one overworked guy taking orders and running cards at the counter and one overworked young woman running food to tables was such that I had no chance to bring my problems to anyone's attention. Problems? Well, yes. My sandwich was a mishap in another respect. My wife got her sandwich, and the server said mine was coming. Yes, it came--precisely 30 mins after my wife got hers (and after I'd eaten 1/4 of my wife's club). When it came, the server hurriedly mentioned something about a printer not working. Another problem was the unsweetened iced tea. The empty (self-serve) dispenser emptied a little before 12:30 PM and never reappeared by the time that we left the restaurant at about 1 pm. B/L, great meats, great bread on the club sandwich, avoid the medianoche (even if it's served unburned bread), and, unless you're ok paying $3 for one iced tea, stick with water. Actually, the price of the tea reminds me that I need to mention that, under the circumstances, I wasn't great with paying over $50 for our order (including a 25% tip paid when we ordered at the counter). Sure, the sandwiches are huge, but it seems that, at this price point, the Hawthorne could afford more than one overworked guy at the counter and one overworked girl running food from the kitchen to the tables.

Nestled in the heart of Tallahassee, DEEP Brewing Company has carved out a niche for itself since its inception in August 2016. Founded by local Ryan LaPete, this brewery is dedicated to exploring the vast spectrum of beer flavors and aromas. DEEP Brewing Company offers an impressive selection that spans classic styles like stouts and IPAs, alongside innovative brews that push the boundaries of traditional brewing.
My favorite of several good (Lake Tribe, Ology) to great breweries (Amicus, Oyster City, Proof) in Tally! Everything that we tried (brews and hard seltzers) was delicious, but I especially liked the Hef and the Hazy IPA. Nice indoor space, a large outside (mostly covered) porch (usually with a food truck), cool deep sea inspired merch, and awesome people. An absolute must-stop on your Tally brew-hop!

I recently visited the DEEP Brewery at 2524 Cathay Ct, in Tallahassee, FL. I had a nice time and experience my first time visiting this brewery. I went to the selection board and found a couple of beers I wanted to try. I enjoyed one of my choices. I really liked the decor and had an overall good experience there.

Octopus was delicious but just and arm! Come on, fine dining in a brewing bar. Okay. Their new place is pretty big and cool. The chairs have some design problem. 7 different people’s chairs fell to the ground within 10 minutes. Spoons and forks’ design is also problematic. Everybody’s spoon and fork in our table fell to inside of the plate or the table by sliding. Also, I ask for water and one of the waitresses told me there is a fountain and you need to get it every time!!! I was sitting with my 6-month old baby and having a dinner, she told me go get it by yourself!!!! I asked the another server and she brought me a glass of water! It was not that hard, thanks her. So, good place, very crowded, load music, great outdoor sitting areas, bad service, wrong industrial designs but it is okay. Oh! I forgot to say! They do not have table number. Maybe 10 times, The waiters kept bringing us other tables' food. Hope this reviews helps the company to improve themselves.

I did some research on the best breweries in Tallahassee and DEEP was consistently in the top three, so I decided to check it out during my travels. Needless to say, I was not disappointed in the product at all. The beer is excellent! You know a place located in a business park that all the locals rave about is gonna be great because they’re surviving on the product and not location. Definitely worth checking out! (Note: I took a pic of each beer after taking a sip. Minor mishap on my part)

Beer - is fantastic as always. Food - had the Carmine which was delicious and well thought out in ingredients and presentation. Atmosphere - the new location is awesome. Inside can get a little loud, but the outside seating is great. Parking - when it’s busy, parking can be a small pain point, but not too bad.

Visited DEEP Brewing Company for first time today. Have seen quite a few race about the cuban and even saw they bring in authentic cuban bread from Tampa. So, I obviously had to order the cuban "tampa" style. While I will say that it was a great sandwich...a "half" cuban for $18 is absolutely ridiculous. I repeat...a "half" a sandwich?!. I can get a whole cuban in South Beach for half that. Having lived in Tampa for 30 yrs and had more Cubans than I can count...that is insane you charge that much. Total bummer to what would have been a great lunch. 😟☹️

Black Radish Bar and Restaurant is a cozy spot where you can watch the chefs in action. Despite being mostly vegan and vegetarian, the food is surprisingly delicious. The restaurant supports local businesses and offers impressive gluten-free options. Located off North Monroe St, it may be a bit tricky to find but worth the effort for a unique foodie experience. Whether you're a meat lover or have dietary restrictions, this place has something incredible to offer.
Awesome spot in Tallahassee, open kitchen, super clean, Black Radish had a cozy and welcoming ambiance. Lots of greenery, they had a really well put together menu, with fresh ingredients and unique dishes. It reminded me of some very high-end places we've been to in larger cities. The prices, though, were very reasonable, and portion size was perfect. The drinks were excellent, and the food really was incredible. We had the Ribeye for two which came loaded with sides, it was cooked to perfection with an excellent sear, and the sides were well paired. We will be back!

Third time coming here, it’s 12/10 for foodies and vegetarians alike! I recommend this place to any and everyone coming through Tallahassee. They have seasonal menus throughout the year and that only keeps me coming back for more! The service is wonderful! Sat at the bar this time and the chefs were so kind and informative about the dishes. Food comes in a timely manner and is absolutely delicious 😋

The Black Radish is a rare gem in Tallahassee. Food is definitely fresh ingredients and delicious. The Vietnamese Salad with Chicken is piled high, I actually shared it. The dressing is light allowing you to taste all the ingredients. Acorn squash fritti is crispy outside and tender inside to perfection with a little drizzle. Whole ‘Piri Piri’ Chicken tender and moist with a nice spice kick. Sweet potato scarpinocc fresh pasta just tender and melts in your mouth. Great atmosphere whether sitting at the table or Chef’s bar seating. Matt has great knowledge and provides a great interaction with You. My suggestion would change the menu every two months but three is fine.
Amanda T — Google review
Decided to take my girlfriend here for her birthday. Man, what an excellent choice. The ribeye was easily the best I have had in Tallahassee and was paired with equally stunning sides. Service was with a smile and attentive. Was seated in front of the open kitchen design. As someone who used to work in kitchens, I can tell how fresh the ingredients are, as well as how clean and professional the kitchen staff is. Watched as they diligently washed their hands and changed equipment when there was an allergy on their ticket. Their cooks were also friendly, chatting us up while we waited for our meal. Chef and co-owner Matt came and spoke with us after our meal to ask us questions and for feedback. A clear professional who takes his craft seriously. The ambiance of the restaurant is semi-formal, which I prefer. The decor was clean and classy, without being stiff-necked in a way that makes dining experiences too formal for my taste. I'm a firm believer good restaurants should have amazing food with an energy that is welcoming and encourages its guests to be comfortable. Black Radish hits those marks and is a must stop in Tallahassee.

Very interesting culinary experience. I enjoyed the squid ink spaghetti, however, the bang bang bubble potatoes were the highlight of the meal. We also tried the lemongrass and ginger glazed eggplant ( our least favorite dish) along with the Orange Olive oil cake after it was suggested by one of their very pleasant staff.

Our favorite restaurant. My husband and I go at least every month and like trying different dishes every time we go. They absolutely never disappoint. We actually celebrated our wedding with some friends and have been here every time we have family or friends visiting Tallahassee. Staff is always super friendly! My husband’s favorite is the squid ink pasta and the mexican street corn capellacci and I love the bucatini with cashew cream sauce. We also love the orange olive oil cake so much that we’ve been ordering one to eat there and one to go. Definitely a must-go if you are in Tallahassee!
Constanza C — Google review
This unassuming curb side restaurant is a real treat! The decor is simple but tasteful. If I had one negative it would be the AC is cold so bring a top - this can affect the food temperature too. No plastic baskets, styrofoam plates or plastic cutlery in sight. The place is devoted to seasonal fresh produce and dishes built around vegetables (there are meat options). The flavours are amazing and really complement each other. There sustainability model and supporting local business is commendable. The service is attentive and knowledgable and it’s the only restaurant we’ve eaten in the last 3 weeks that’s cleared the starters before serving the main courses - and we stayed in 5 star hotels!! - simple but noticeable! A real foody place. Recommend booking or doing early sitting if not.

Good food and strong drinks! We got the sliders as an app and I almost didn't get a picture! The French bread pizza also didn't last long. I got that Buffalo chicken sandwich with the ginger slaw. I didn't particularly care for the side but everything was made with quality ingredients. We would differently go again.

The Cheese Louise was delicious and just a perfect blend of a grilled cheese sandwich and hamburger come together, it was a marriage made in heaven. My husband’s grouper sandwich, ohhh boy… The bun was bigger than the fish. He wanted and ordered the grouper fried but it arrived grilled. The portion of fish was very small, and it tasted like it was prepackaged and previously frozen, not fresh. Overall the waiter did a very good job, very attentive. the beer was good, the mixed drinks were very very good and that’s it, get a better grouper sandwich.

Smitty's is a vibe, and it's beautiful! They have great beers, cocktails, and shots on the menu, which are decently priced. We didn't have big portions of food, but the snacks weren't bad. I would be giving you guys a five star review. I love your food! When I’m in the area working, I always get lunch with you guys, Your wings are amazing. Your burgers are amazing everything I’ve tried. BUT today’s Cook must be in a bad mood, lol. I got the ribeye sandwich, tender meat but It was cold and no caramelize onions! The cheese wasn’t even melted, and I decided to try the jalapeño apple coleslaw, and it was just overwhelmed with jalapeños and I did not get any apples and it kinda looked welted too. I would have given you a five star review any other time, if I would have rated you in the past, but today I wasn’t happy. Update 7-10-25: it’s gone down to a 2 star now…😒 not very happy. Ordered wings, keep in mind you use to get 10 per order, now it’s 8 for the same price of 16.99. Got my wings and they were VERY small and not fresh. It says on the menu, “8 jumbo NEVER FROZEN wings” they definitely were frozen and very small. Paying 20 bucks for 8 tiny welted wings isn’t going to cut it. Might have to be done here for good, even though I like the owner. Thought he would be better than that.
Chad P — Google review
We visited Smitty's the Friday before Memorial Day and got great food and decent service. Pictured are the chicken strip, schnitzel, and mozz sticks, which were all delicious. The cocktails are tasty but not worth the price as they tend to fill the cup with ice. We did try the nitro mango wit beer from Proof, and it was tasty and smooth. When we came visited, patio seating was considered open seating, and we got a table immediately. We will return and update the review. I'd say 4.5 out of 5 stars since our server disappeared for a bit, but it was getting busier in the evening.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a popular chain that specializes in serving up an array of mouthwatering wings, tenders, and burgers, all complemented by a diverse selection of sauces ranging from sweet to fiery hot. Recently, they’ve revamped their menu just in time for the football season, bringing back fan-favorite flavors like hot barbecue wings and introducing exciting new options such as buffalo bacon sauce. While the Naked Tenders are delicious, some diners have noted their smaller size compared to expectations.

This is such a disappointing restaurant. We knew something was off when walking into an establishment on a Saturday night DURING the NBA Playoffs and see not only a small crowd, but several unclean tables sprinkled throughout the space. We had to ask the hostess to clean our table otherwise we were directed to take a seat at one of the “open tables” neighboring the active trash. We should’ve walked out then, but had been traveling from out of town and were desperately hungry and ready to sit down to watch the game. It’s evident that the staff working that night were very casual in their approach to cleanliness. It simply looked unkempt from the windows to the walls. They were also noticeably understaffed which created prolonged delays receiving our order of which the waiter repeatedly apologized for. Once our food arrived, the look of disappointment really set in. Ever experienced an episode of what you ordered versus what you got? Welp, we ordered a Cobb salad and wanted to substitute the shaved chicken for hand breaded chicken. The waiter did his best to accommodate but my goodness it just wasn’t enjoyable. The tater tots were sadly room temperature and dry but the picture below depicts the tots on arrival. *sad face* It’s very apparent that restaurant chains are having a hard time staying consistent with quality and price. We felt so shorted. But on a high note, the wings were pretty good but we recommend only trying the spicy garlic, teriyaki, or Asian zing. So overall this is not just a poor review of an establishment, it’s also an introspective look at our poor choices made along the way. We should’ve just left.

Also, while the dine in lunch special is reasonable (6 bone in wings/fries/drink $ or $13 for 10) they aren’t always as fresh & crispy. The waitstaff aren’t as pleasant (they weren’t to me anyways). I’d they aren’t your server they will certainly ignore you. My own wasn’t as pleasant until realizing I do tip!!! Smh

This place was horrible! The place was dirty, service slow, and food not good! I was in a party of six. We all ordered at the same time. However, it took forever and all.our meals came out at different times. Then the manager came out and informed me and a friend they had ran out steak for a Phillysteak. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my replacement that made me sick later on that night!

Came for the boneless wings, but we will be back for the service! We enjoyed the bbq and Buffalo boneless wings. The sauces were fantastic! The fries were extremely disappointing, but the wedges were good and would have been better if they were warmer. By the time I got the takeout home, it wasn't as warm as they could have been. Pay attention to your receipt with the online ordering. I noticed a $6 dollar difference than what it should have been. BUT! The manager immediately fixed it and offered an even better solution. She went above and beyond, and I am very grateful for that. Inside, the restaurant had a lot of seating and many TVs tuned to the game that was currently on. There are plenty of places to park and sit. Also there is a .99 cent take out fee. Overall, we will be back, but we probably won't order the fries.

Nestled in the heart of Tallahassee, The Huntsman is an upscale casual restaurant that has quickly made a name for itself since its opening. Celebrating its second anniversary, this culinary gem showcases a menu brimming with foraged, hunted, and farmed ingredients that reflect the essence of summer. Whether you're indulging in their unique Antelope or savoring a Cauliflower steak, each dish promises to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
Wow!!! The food was AMAZING! Everything we tried was so delicious! The crafted dishes are made with high-quality ingredients. The service was top-notch, Andrew was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. He made our experience so much better with the care and attention to detail that he provided. As for the our dinner the steak was soft and had so much flavor! The lobster was cooked perfectly! The drinks had a good amount of alcohol that we ordered a second round. The desert was so flavorful! Recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an amazing culinary experience with a great ambiance! Would definitely return on our next visit to Tallahassee.

My experience at the Huntsman was stellar! The food was unique and truly a gem here in Tallahassee. The service was attentive, personable, and intentional. Luis was our server and I will keep coming back just for him! He took his time with us, had great conversation, and offered incredibly tailored recommendations to our table. By the appetizers we wanted to invite him to sit with us! Highly recommend!

I was in town on business and got word from locals that The Huntsman was a must-visit spot—and they were absolutely right! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The food was exceptional, with thoughtfully crafted dishes that showcased fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service was top-notch, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff who made great recommendations. If you’re looking for a place that delivers on both ambiance and flavor, this is it. Definitely a spot I’d return to next time I’m in Tallahassee!

My husband surprised me with a special birthday dinner at the Huntsman. Let me tell you it was definitely an experience. The menu was very unique and not something you can find at any other restaurant I have been to. We started with an old fashioned and they were perfect!!!!! I am not one who likes to venture out of my normal so stuck with the filet and was delicious! All the dishes looked like artwork. All the servers were so attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

The Culinary Plot Twist I Didn’t See Coming The Huntsman didn’t serve me dinner — they served me a flavor intervention. Started with an old fashioned that made me question every watered-down cocktail I’ve ever tolerated. Then came the bread service, which… let’s just say if carbs are a sin, I’m going to hell smiling. And the wild game lasagna? Bechamel. Basil. Lemon whipped ricotta. Pomodoro. Caponata. A5 wagyu garlic bread. At this point I had to check if Gordon Ramsay was hiding in the kitchen whispering affirmations to my plate. Every bite was like a rich uncle flew in from Italy, shot a deer, and layered it in culinary gold. To top it all off, the service was just as impressive — attentive, friendly, and somehow always one step ahead without being overbearing. The kind of hospitality that makes you feel like you’ve been coming there for years. 10/10 would cancel plans just to eat here again. Possibly the best decision I’ve made all year.

Shout out to our server, Kumi, and the great chefs that prepared our food! Our visit was a few months ago, but it’s easy to remember how great the service and food was. Best meat loaf I’ve had that I can remember, and hopefully it will be on the menu for our next visit!

Elevated Fine Dining at The Huntsman – A Culinary Celebration Worth Remembering We recently celebrated our daughter’s graduation from Florida State University (FSU) at The Huntsman Restaurant and Bar, and the entire experience was nothing short of extraordinary. If you’re searching for the best fine dining restaurant in Tallahassee, Florida for a celebration, anniversary, or just an elevated night out—this is it. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere radiated class and comfort. The elegant bar setup instantly caught my eye, signaling that this is a place where handcrafted Old Fashioneds and curated cocktails are serious business. My Whistle Pig Old Fashioned was smooth, perfectly balanced, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. Andrew, our server, was exceptional—warm, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. His recommendation of the Rabbit Makhani from the main course menu stole the show. With its savory Indian curry, cardamom basmati rice, and garlic naan, it was so incredible I paused mid-bite on my 16oz Prime Split Bone-In Ribeye—which speaks volumes! Our table shared a variety of stunning starters: the A5 Wagyu Pierogies with hazelnut pesto and beet butter, the crispy eggplant with mascarpone mousse and pearl onion agrodolce, and a generously portioned charcuterie board that hit every note from salty to sweet. Dining in one of their private rooms made our celebration feel intimate and personalized. Even the valet team added to the experience by walking each of us to our vehicle with umbrellas during a light rain—pure hospitality at its finest. To top it off, we were gifted a bottle of WhistlePig 10-Year Single Barrel, exclusively bottled for The Huntsman. That thoughtful touch sealed the night as one of our most cherished family memories. Menu Highlights for Food Lovers: • Signature mains like Wood Fired Ribeye & Lobster, Guajillo Grilled South Texas Antelope, and Wild Game Lasagna • Creative preparations including Boar Bacon Wedge Salad, Fire Roasted Oysters, and Charred Octopus • A5 wagyu, elk filet, bison ribeye, and Faroe Islands salmon • Signature cocktails like The Huntsman, Black Gold, and Cafe Con Lechon • Top wine selection from Napa Valley, Paso Robles, Burgundy, and Mendoza • Vegetarian and gluten-free friendly with options like the Cauliflower Jagerschnitzel and Braised Jamaican Trumpet Mushrooms If you’re looking for a high-end dining experience with a wild twist, expertly crafted food, flawless service, and unforgettable ambiance—The Huntsman delivers. Treat your server like family, and they’ll treat you even better. We can’t wait to return. Hats off to Chef Skylar Stafford, Andrew and the whole team!

Poor Paul's Pourhouse is a beloved dive bar that has been a staple in the city since 1976. With its old-school, minimalist vibe, it transports visitors back in time with neon signs and low ceilings. This classic watering hole offers affordable drinks, a jukebox, and a pool table for patrons to enjoy while hanging out with friends. It's also known for hosting trivia nights and offering weekly specials.
Poor Paul’s is the pinnacle of what a dive bar should be. Everyone knows your name and it looks the same it did the day it was built, only with a layer of dust and cig smoke for added authenticity. Darts and pool to stay entertained. No better place to have a cold one and go back in time.
Alex P — Google review
This was the greatest dive bar in the state, probably the country. Shame on everyone that had anything to do with shutting it down. Thank you to everyone that worked here and everyone I shared bar space with. Most of all, thank you Jim Smith.

Met my future wife there in 1979. Came back last week to toast her after she passed. It had been 30 years since I passed thru the doors and it was all still the same as it was back in the day. We had a lifetime of fun in Poor Paul's. Now my kids can take over the dartboard and pool tables. Thanks guys.

I seek out "hole in the wall" bars whenever I travel and have been to far too many. This is easily the diamond in the rough that doesn't need any refinement. Being surrounded by chain restaurants and gas stations hurts my soul but Poor Paul's gave me hope. Go in, grab a cheap draft, well drink, jello shot, spin the wheel, and/or play pool. Funny, classic decor with great staff and patrons. I'll be here for a couple weeks and I'm hooked. If Chilis or Applebees is your thing, take a ride on the wild side and check out Poor Paul's.

Like stepping back in time, and at the same time incredibly welcoming and comfortable. Play games for bar bucks, bathrooms covered with hilarious old comics and walls scattered with graffiti. Pool, darts and sports on ,TV and YOU CAN SMOKE!

I always have a good time when I come here!! Classic good vibes bar, good jukebox music, pool, darts, chill vibe. There is cigarette smoke but I dont mind it (non-smoker) kind of comes with the territory though!! Also I just found out Tuesdays ladies drink free till 1 am!! Great place.
Brittney D — Google review
I moved away from Tallahassee and I still think about this place…sometimes I’ll connect to the jukebox and play Roundabout by Yes just to remind this place of how much I love it. The only bad vibes I’m this place are from the girls that open Superman’s britches. Pool is cheap and darts are FREE?! Pay attention to the happy hours too, seems like they've got one almost every night. Worried about going home smelling like a dive bar? Take a shower when you get home like a normal person. There's also plenty of seating both inside and out, making the perfect spot to stop by when you're in the area. Taco Tuesday is definitely recommended!
This is one of my favorite spots in tally! A great little bar to grab a fantastic beer, wine or cider. The bartenders are all incredibly personable and knowledgeable! Apartment complex
Nestled in the heart of Tallahassee, The Standard at Tallahassee, affectionately known as "Derd," is a must-visit destination for those seeking an unforgettable nightlife experience. While its exterior may appear modest with just one entry and exit door, stepping inside reveals a vibrant atmosphere filled with deep brick walls, mirrors reflecting the energy around you, and multiple televisions showcasing exciting events.
I am pleased to share my experience with Standard Apartments, which has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the community, I was impressed by the well-maintained facilities and the welcoming atmosphere. The apartments themselves are designed with modern aesthetics and functionality in mind, providing residents with a comfortable and stylish living environment. The attention to detail in the layout and amenities truly enhances the overall living experience, making it a fantastic choice for anyone seeking quality housing. Moreover, I would like to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service provided by one of the team members, Nick. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring a positive experience for residents are commendable. Nick goes above and beyond to assist with any inquiries and is always approachable and friendly. His knowledge of the community and willingness to help create a welcoming environment for all residents make him an invaluable asset to the Standard Apartments team. In conclusion, my experience with Standard Apartments has been remarkable, and I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a new home. Additionally, Nick's exemplary service further enhances the appeal of living here, making it a truly outstanding choice.
Shelby B — Google review
Negligent and unsanitary!!! The apartment failed to complete a proper inspection before move in. Our front door wouldn’t lock, and various appliances were obviously broken. There was food on the floor and the whole place reeked of mildew. Now at the end of the year, the apartment is charging us for appliances that were broken upon move in that we didn’t even realize were broken! They either didn’t do any inspection before we moved in, or they took money from the previous tenants and didn’t fix a single thing.
Elizabeth M — Google review
Do not live here. I lived here from August 2024-August 2025 and it was terrible from the start. Upon arrival, the place clearly had not been cleaned whatsoever and already had mold in it. The mold was a problem for the entire year and they do nothing to fix it. I had mold sickness for months. The location is close to parts of campus but is also neighboring bad parts of town, constant homeless people outside and breaking in. The exterior doors to the apartment were never locked despite the key fob scanner to unlock the door. The cleanliness of all of the outside areas was disgusting and very rarely cleaned. There were many roaches throughout the year, especially near the trash room. The trash room was the most disgusting room I've ever seen in my life, with the trash chute clogging up and causing trash bags to pile up to the point that the trash room would be open at all times on floor 2. Maintenance was incredibly slow which was bad enough with things breaking on a weekly basis. Doors came off hinges, lights came falling out of the ceiling, our sink collapsed out of the countertop. If you didn't list a request as emergency it would take up to a month before anything would get fixed. The parking garage was fine but very narrow and the apartment exterior doors in there were rarely locked either. They claim to enforce a pet policy but the courtyard was always full of dog poop. The washing machine was loud and the dryer was low quality to the point where it needed minimum 2 cycles before anything wasn't damp. The amenities were in poor condition as well. The grill worked but took 20 minutes to heat up. The gym had some machines but some were broken the entire year. The pool table was in working condition for maybe a month total and the foosball table had no balls. The stairwells were disgusting, there were multiple instances of human feces in the stairwell. Every hallway had a different distinct smell, all of which were gross. When I moved out, me and all of my roommates were given ridiculous charges for things that were either not broken, or had maintenance requests for. It took 2 months back and forth before we finally got a legitimate inspection report. The package room was a mess and I had roommates that waited months for packages. Overall would highly recommend not living here even if I was paid to.
Johnny I — Google review
Maintenance crew stole my AirPods. Front desk workers (college students) are great though. Nice gym and pool and good study rooms. Try to throw random fee’s at you any chance they get.
Oliver O — Google review
The location is close to campus, but the surrounding area didn’t always feel safe and comfortable, which made walking to class or the Strip a bit stressful at times. There were a few frustrating experiences during my lease — getting a garage parking pass took weeks despite open spots, and my bike was stolen from the secured bike storage area. The main issue came at move-out. I left shortly after the noon cutoff, and the leasing manager mentioned they’d try to have the $150 holdover fee waived since the delay was minimal. I appreciated that and expected a follow-up — but I never heard back, and the charge remained. I paid every fee on time and followed the rules, so I’m just hoping management sees this and considers following through on what we discussed. That small act of fairness would really mean a lot.
Andrew L — Google review
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Living at The Standard has been the most unsafe and disgusting experience of my life. Our apartment has been broken into by homeless men who linger outside with no resistance because this complex does not care about security. A homeless woman even told me that people were being found sleeping in residents’ apartments, and instead of arresting them, management HIRED THEM TO PAINT THE WALLS. When our belongings went missing, the staff refused to check the cameras at first and later claimed they saw nothing. Only when the police got involved did it come out that men had broken into our unit TWICE. This place is a money-hungry scam taking advantage of college students, with incompetent maintenance and zero concern for safety. Do not live here.
C D — Google review
Significant Mold Issue I had mold damage in my apartment at The Standard, and management refused to offer any compensation for the damage to my belongings and time spent away from apartment and has even tried to shift the blame on me. The damage was caused by a faulty AC system that had been complained about previously. Communication has been frustrating, and issues go unresolved. I wouldn’t recommend living here. Attached is the photo of my shoe when I returned from a short trip
Aakash T — Google review
if you’re looking through reviews thinking you won’t be the person to deal with a negative experience, you will be. this is genuinely the worst apartment with the worst management. the college kid desk workers are nice, but alexis is a joke of a manager and hates to do her job. super money hungry complex, you’ll get random fees for things throughout the year and still after you move out. guest parking is non existent and they make people pay by the hour. hallways are disgusting, and, the gate to the building has been broken for years, and none of the doors in the garage lock, they’re almost always broken. when they do fix them, it takes them weeks to a month. when we first moved in, my apartment was disgusting, and we put in a maintenance request for the carpets that literally made our feet black and they denied the request lol. i’m sure they charged the prior tenants to clean it and pocketed the money instead. roaches everywhere throughout the building and stairs, mold is disgusting in the apartments and vents and i was mold sick for months. i dont know how this apartment still runs but it shouldn’t be

Had a terrible experience here! Bouncer tried to imply that my ID is fake even though it was scanning and showing up under the light and everything and asked for my social media to verify it which is completely idiotic! They finally let me in after the second bouncer said my picture did look like me. The drinks were awful too; paid so much and could only taste the liquor not the mixer. Didn’t even get a straw or lime. People were just standing around, no dancing. Would not go back.

Bar
The Leon Pub, Inc. is a popular dive bar in Tallahassee known for its extensive beer selection and laid-back atmosphere. Despite its no-frills surroundings, it stands out with its diverse range of beers from around the world. The pub proudly maintains a smoking-friendly policy, making it a unique spot for those who enjoy a casual drink accompanied by a cigarette. With pool tables, darts, and foosball available, patrons can enjoy various activities while savoring their drinks.
The pub is kind of inconspicuous from the outside. It resembles just a run of the mill beer stop, like a place you would stop in to pick up a 6 pack. I only had a brief interaction with any of the staff, he was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend for the people who are in their 30s, not much seating, but a pretty relaxed feel. Not strongly impressed, but would visit again. Overall good experience.
Dustin B — Google review
I wanted to like the place, because I love dive bars. However the garbage piles of broken bar stools and unusable pool tables along with the stale (think basement smell) air kind of take over when you walk in. Bartender was friendly, and a good selection of bottled and canned beer. Not much for draft beers. Not the cheapest place either considering the environment. Kind of looked like they were between owners. The location is great and if I were in the market to buy a bar this one is prime for the taking, but I'm not, I just wanted a cheap beer. Or maybe I came in while they were doing renovations, I'll give it another try in a month or two.

Service is great Charlie Gill is genuine. The owner Bill is kind and very knowledgeable. I do hope one day he gets his taps up and running again. He had the best beer on tap I ever had. Still great selection of bottled beer and cans. Lots of history in those walls I hope to see them do well.

Super cool laid back dive bar. One of the last bars in town that let's you smoke inside. Coin pool tables. I'm pretty sure they have 1000+ beers to choose from. Old school jukebox. Great bar to wind down at.

This place is a hole in the wall, it's smoky, but it's fun! I wouldn't go there to pick up a date, but it's a good place to go relax and have a beer. The Leon Pub is a bar for the avid beer drinker. You and 3 of your friends should stop out, each of you grab a $20 and each by a pitcher of beer. This place made me a believer in beer, it converted me. It's the bar where everyone is friendly and if you go in a couple of times the bartender will know your name and what you're drinking. Cheers!

My favorite bar in Tallahassee! The Leon Pub has one of the best selections of bottled beer anywhere in Tallahassee, including all my favorites from Germany and around the world. The atmosphere is fun, with a range of ages represented and welcoming to all. The pool tables are always in use and there are darts and foosball in the back room. But as a dive beer, expect fewer sorority girls, and a lot more cigarette smoke. I try to get in here with friends every few weeks and I always find people to just strike up random conversations with in this friendly bar. Oh Leon Pub, don't change a thing!

The best dive bar in Tallahassee. If you love a good beer selection and don't mind smoke it's great. They have darts, pool, foosball and a pretty damn good juke box. It's dog friendly. Cancun's Sports Bar and Grill on West Call Street is a lively hotspot that perfectly blends the flavors of Mexico with an energetic sports bar vibe. Guests can indulge in mouthwatering Mexican dishes, from loaded fries topped with bacon to savory chicken quesadillas, all while sipping on refreshing Corona beers or customizing their margaritas. The atmosphere is welcoming and jovial, making it an ideal place for gatherings.
When I entered Cancun’s, the atmosphere immediately was jovial and comforting. My group arrived when there wasn’t a high volume of customers. Our waitress was prompt, efficient, and attentive to all of our needs and provided fantastic recommendations regarding food and beverage. The speed of service was very fast and was maintained even when more customers were entering. I ordered the loaded fries with bacon and tried the chicken quesadillas. Both entrees were very palatable and appropriately priced. In addition, our group ordered two margarita towers, lemon drops, and the 99¢ Tequila shots (a Thursday special). All of the alcoholic beverages were to our liking and the margarita towers specifically blew us away with their delectable taste. Lastly, a huge shout out and thank you to our server, Rosie, who was fastidiously serving us throughout the night regardless of how busy it got. Our order accuracy was 100% and we had no problems when the bill was being split. Overall, this establishment is amazing and one that keeps food standards, service, and cleanliness of greatest importance.

Slower service on Wednesday (11/5/2022). Received a cup that was unclean (it had visible lip marks that could easily be cleaned). Didn't notice the marks until after I started drinking my water with a straw. Asked for water in to go cups and the server gave it to us with no trouble. Though she didn't seem surprised that the cup was dirty which led my group to think this happens often. No customers were dining when we came in, so it is unfortunate that one of the first cups were unclean. I am currently sick with a sore throat & so is one of the people I ate with. This is unacceptable especially with different covid variants going around!

Managed to score a Table for 10 to watch the 2022 SuperBowl😯!! All were pleasantly surprised; food was great & 2 for 1 Frozen Peach Margaritas were awesome! +Bonus points for the waitress, she was definitely on point even with a full house & skeleton crew!

Nice deal for Taco Tuesday, but sit outside if you'd like to hear yourself think or make conversation. As far as the tacos go, the beef is consistently good but the chicken is hit or miss. Manager and wait staff are helpful when it comes to seating large groups at odd times. Mandatory "2-for-1" (you must buy two) margaritas seems like a questionable practice re: alcohol safety.

A small group of us went to this restaurant to watch the game and it was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. There was no one to greet us, and we had a hunt down a hostess to ask if we could get a table. When we finally got a table, nobody came to introduce themselves as our server, give us water or menus or anything until between 20-30 minutes have gone by and we had to bring it to the attention of a busser. When our server finally came, she asked if we wanted something to drink but we didn’t have any menus so we had to wait for her to go get us some menus. An extensive amount of time went by before she returned and we put our order in. They didn’t bring us chips and when I asked, she said they were out. Later on, I saw that other tables had chips so I had to go ask the kitchen to bring us some because once again, our server was nowhere to be found. We put our order in before half time and did not get our order until fourth quarter, meanwhile, larger parties around us were getting their food! after getting the attention of a busser, she came to our table to confirm our order because I believe our server forgot to put it in. The food was decent enough, we were given plastic silverware and no napkins. I had to ask our server multiple times for water and napkins and I ended up just getting them myself. When time came to pay, we noticed our bill was higher than the prices that were on the menus provided to us. When we inquired about it to our server (which once again never came back, we had to hunt her down to pay) she said that’s just the way it is. A manager came out who was a very young girl, and she explained that the prices were “many years old,” and that the “right prices were online, you should’ve scanned the QR code on your table” but we pointed out did not have a QR code on our table. She said that our table happened to be the only one with no QR code but told my mom “those are just the prices, love, it’s like a $2 difference.” This young girl spoke very disrespectfully to her and offered no apology or explanation. Needless to say we will not be coming back. The food wasn’t great and the service was appalling.

Went to visit Tallahassee to go see the campus where my son graduated from. I love the campus there. Stop by here to eat because I heard it was a great Tallahassee spot. The food was good not over the top typical sports bar type food. The service was on point I had a short waitress with big eyes I think her name is Molly. I visited with my mom is 82 years old and Molly seem to gravitate to my mom as a post to me. I think she has a thing for older people especially senior citizens. You could not be happier with the service left her a nice tip and if I do go back ever I will make sure I stop in.

Came in last week while visiting my daughter at FSU. The food and drinks were great as well as a really fun atmosphere. The service was spot on with a super friendly staff. Thank you for making our night out a blast. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

I had the best server ever!! Her name was molly and she was so sweet and caring! Took my order and brought everything I needed super fast!! Her banter was amazing and she had my laughing so hard at the table from her cute little jokes. Next time you stop in ask to be seating with Molly!! 10/10 she deserves a raise!

Night club
Bar
The Tally Strip is a night club with six different venues where you can enjoy dancing, drinking and live music concerts. It is a lively and popular place for people of all ages to have a good time.
Without the bouncers, this place would not be able to run. They were extremely courteous and professional, and they kept the venue safe through a presence which encourages good behavior. If trouble arises, they solve the problem quickly and discreetly through de-escalation rather than causing a scene. Can’t thank them enough for promoting a fun and safe environment!

One of the bartenders, Chris, told me he didn’t have a receipt for me to sign. He added a $7 tip to my order and stole money from my card. This place sucks.
Josie — Google review
This is probably one of the dirtiest clubs in Tallahassee. The bathrooms are gross and never stocked, every surface is sticky, and the service is slow. I know this is to be expected from a college bar but The Tally Strip takes it to a whole new level. This is an underclassmen haunt.

Lost my id last night 8/22/25 called cause they said call in the morning for a answer about my id but no answer at all and I called plenty of times
Jay S — Google review
Homophobic place that lets 18 year olds in They love letting freshmen undergrads in while blocking the entrance to my non-binary friend because they "couldn't bring a cross body bag in" even though it was smaller than all the purses of the freshman girls walking in. Wouldn't give any other reason for the cross body bag rule and then begrudgingly let my friend in after they put the bag in the car. This was after 10 minutes of asking "why" and not getting any response from the bouncers. So disrespectful for some of the actual legally 21+ people in the club. Drinks were bottom bar liquor and music was outdated. Venue was so dirty that you couldn't sit anywhere without getting dirt on your outfit. Fine if you want to get your freshman fix but if you're actually over 21, you might want to look elsewhere.
Aila J — Google review
Horrible staff at the door. Not checking id correctly they only looked at the birthday and let in 16 & 17 year old last night.
Miranda C — Google review
I was with one of my friends last night there and I walked away for two seconds and he got carried away and kicked out of the bar as I went to ask them why he got kicked out they didn’t really say anything and kicked him out with even without his phone I’ve seen a couple reviews about homophobia already and this might have been the reason kinda pathetic of a bussiness to still be doing this stuff in the big 2025
Skylar C — Google review
Used to love this place last year but can’t really get behind the ridiculous price increase of cover from 10 to 20 dollars. I understand that they did this because of covid to help bring business back but I’ve been recently and they were still very crowded. It also can take ridiculously long to get drinks sometimes even with a tip. Keeping the price raise just seems a little greedy at this point everyone else has been affected financially by the pandemic too. Edit: Was actually assaulted by bouncer here as a junior and my wallet was stollen and used to purchase a vape at roosters. The place is actually a joke and some of bouncer staff are borderline thugs. Please don’t waste your money at this greedy establishment.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile that instantly made me feel welcome. My waitress, THEE best, came right over to take my drink order. The bartender—though I didn’t catch her name—was so kind she even came to the table to make sure my cocktail was just right. When the food came out, it was hot, fresh, and absolutely amazing!

Overall, I had a good experience here. The only reason I don't give it five stars is that the wait for food seemed a bit long considering the place wasn't that busy. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since they just opened this location. The food was good, prices were about average and the staff was nice and friendly.
Roger V — Google review
the waitress was good but the food wasn’t I got the cheesy buffalo chicken dip and they served me canned meat and cheese it was truly unbelievable and disgusting! and the food is overpriced especially for how it taste and the caucasian people that came AFTER me and my black husband was getting serviced before us! it was truly unsettling $9 for the very small brownie and look at the canned meat and cheese…VERY disgusting! update! it was paper or something brown in my ice cream🤨

Bar@Betton is a cozy and comfortable neighborhood bar located in the Betton Hills area. It's a favorite spot for locals to enjoy great coffee, lattes, and delicious food made with quality ingredients. The bar offers a variety of lunch and dinner options from Food Glorious. Visitors can also indulge in delectable desserts like the unique banana bread old fashioned. The friendly staff and great service make it a hidden gem for breakfast, coffee, and even Sunday brunch.
On a cold north Florida evening I stumbled upon the brick covered corner watering hole that beckoned me to enter. The keeper of the bar greeted me with a gracious smile and an open heart so I established my place at the bar. What shall I consume this evening I wondered? A cold thirst quenching soda perhaps? Maybe a cold clear crisp refreshing drink of the capital city's finest water on tap? Then in a blink of an eye with the smooth subtle assertiveness of an old western gun slinger who is preparing for the showdown at high noon she had the most amazing suggestion. I don't know if it was her incredible intuition or just her straight forward rugby style way of thinking when she offered me something. I accepted not knowing how this would turn out but as i quickly discovered with an almost religious out of this body experience upon tasting the libation and it's pure orgasmic refreshing taste I realized in an instant this keeper of the bar was no ordinary bar tender. She was a true expert in her field perhaps part genius perhaps part maestro of mixology. She definitely could be an anthropologist one day that is all I know and her name is simply...Harris

Generally love this place for a good slice of cake. Went by tonight(3.29.23) after dinner and while looking at the cake display I noticed how dirty it was. The entire glass case is dirty and covered in dust and all kinds of smudges both on the inside and out. It was pretty unappetizing and didn't feel super sanitary.
Chrisse M — Google review
Went here after a quick Google search looking for coffee and dessert. I like the location, but not a lot of parking on a Saturday night, had to park out back. The dessert selection was great, but what really ruined our experience was the poor service. They screwed up my drink order and we were ignored for the most part. Managing the bar and the outdoor tables seemed to be the priority. Nobody was really manning the dessert and coffee bar. Shouldn’t have to badger the wait staff to place a small order. Our waitress eventually stopped by to see how we were doing. I said we were good and ready to pay the bill. After another 20 minute we took the initiative to pay the bill since clearly distracted waitress clearly forgot about us.

FGF offers great coffee, people staff and of course the food. My favorite quiet spot on Saturday morning to get coffee, lattes and the best dirty chai in town. Breakfast is amazing quality ingredients. It's worth the extra few dollars to eat and hang here once a week. Don't forget to check out Sunday Brunch, you'll be sorry.

Good beer selection, but their happy hour deals are not great ($5 house wine and $3 select domestic drafts). Atmosphere is fun and casual. Otherwise, cocktails are $9-10, and their menu is 3 sandwiches or a selection of small plates from Food Glorious Food, which is next door.

If you find yourself in Tallahassee for the weekend, make sure to check out The Table Lounge, a hidden gem that promises an unforgettable experience. The attentive staff, including friendly bartenders and charming bottle girls, ensure that every guest feels special and well taken care of. Security is tight here, allowing you to enjoy your evening without any worries amidst the lively crowd.
Visiting Tally for the weekend and came across this amazing hookah lounge. Omg. The music, vibe and most of all the service received was second to none. Security is tight thus making it a pleasant evening without any concerns given the large crowd at the place. The bar tenders and hookah girl were non stop, and ensure everyone was tended too. Met the owner Tommy who’s hospitality was welcomed and much appreciated. I definitely and highly recommend this business and will definitely be coming back.
