We purchased gold seating tickets which where we sat suddenly had no atmosphere. People were just on their phones most of the night and not really dancing. I have read on a few other comments on the reviews that this happens quite regular with the atmosphere. Overall drinks were good. We had a very good server who was very quick with the drinks. We didn’t have to ask the only annoying thing is they kept coming to us in the beginning trying to sell us upgraded tickets for the bottom Which did look fun but we could have a better view where we was so we could see the acrobats better down by the stage did look very fun. All depends on what price you want to pay. The show was very good. Definitely recommend if you do buy the gold tickets. Get there early so you get the better seats as if you’re sitting at the back you can hardly see the stage overall very good. Definitely eat before you go as well as the food portions are very small very handy snack size.

Went on a family evening, which is usually once per calendar month. My wife and I took our daughter, who is 15 also. Cost $261 for the 3 of us. A bit of a fiasco getting in. Was asked for ID, however the guy who sold us the tickets didn't make us aware. Si had to dig my heels in and insisted we wasn't carrying any. So we was allowed entry. At first we didn't really know where we was sat, but got told we we're standing. I kicked off and had to show proof of purchase, yet again. Eventually we was shown to our VIP seats. Once the show began, it was brilliant. Was like a carnival, mad house. But what a show. Our waiter was fantastic, and swift. The only other minor was the food was ridiculous. A hot dog or burger with a couple of chips. Other then that, was brilliant.

This was definitely so much fun, it was a a Whole night of entertainment. I do suggest buying tickets very early they do sell out. VIP would of been nice, but I ended up with gold. Get there early to get a good view, bathrooms are conveniently near by. Worth paying for party/full service. They make you part of the show.

Great fun was had here. We got a promo price of $40 USD for cover when we purchased the tickets from Israel before 8pm. He was really nice and patient in explaining the different ticketing options to us. The shows themselves were fun and entertaining. We definitely had lots of fun here even when we were just on the main floor without a seat or table.

This place was truly not your traditional night club. It’s almost like a twisted circus party atmosphere. The production was absolutely next level. The music was crispy clear, the lights were mesmerizing, and the production and actors were Vegas quality. Like top tier quality. It’s worth every penny. Only annoying part for us was the constantly upselling for tables and elevated seating. I totally get it, but it was one after the other. After awhile we were just constantly saying please leave us alone. Other than that, drinks were great and production was top scale. Totally worth the money.

It's an amazing environment, especially with the live shows. The downside is you have a swam of waitresses bothering you to upgrade to a higher sitting at a fee while, its quite annoying because they come to you every 20mins. There is also no service on the normal floor, so you need to walk up to the only serving bar to get a drink, which is part of your entrance fee.

La Vaquita Cancun never disappoints, and a big reason is the amazing staff! Manrique and Manuel made the night unforgettable! they were super attentive, fun, and made sure our group had the best experience. From the drinks to the energy, everything was on point. OMG, we had such an amazing time at La Vaquita last night! The music and overall vibe were incredible. Huge shoutout to our server Aaron—he went above and beyond to take care of us and was super kind. If you ever visit La Vaquita in Cancun, definitely ask for Aaron!

This place was a last minute stop but was the best stop we made. I was celebrating a friend’s birthday and this ended up being the perfect spot! Amaury was the best! He was so energetic and attentive. All of the staff were great and danced with us! This will be a must stop every time I come to Cancun!

I been going to Cancun at least 2x a year on average. La Vaquita is a super fun place to go! Ask for Cristoba he’s a great server and he will make sure you’re taking cared of. I say for the best service ask for a table which is not much meaning if your in a group of 4 or more tell them you want a table and it starts fair price on average $300 which gets credited to your table and drink on!

If you want a place where the workers take care of you and listen to a variety of genres (reggaeton, afro, 2000s, rap and hip hop) this is the place for you!! Dorian and Aaron took care of us all 3 nights that we came in! They love to party with you and make sure you’re having a good time! Thank you to the rest of the staff, they are all an amazing time!

Been there five nights during our vacations and we had fun every times. Friendly staff,very good hard rock and metal bands . Good prices too.

It’s a dive but I love it. The food isn’t great, neither are the drinks. The service isn’t the best, except for the female server, but there’s live music and a fun crowd.

We haven't tried the food but went there for a few drinks and to watch the live music. Everything was perfect expect the service. The waitress seemed annoyed to be there, lacked of smile, and was quite unfriendly with us. I feel bad to have given tips.

Anyone who says this place is too loud either needs to sit further back from the stage or not come.. this is a fantastic venue for local bands.. a must for all heavy metal or rock fans... prices are good and beer is cold.. can't ask for more.. staff are attentive... best Saturday night in cancun so far

Such a cute little hidden gem with delicious and authentic tacos and burritos. The service was excellent, and the vibe is beachy. Although it’s a small spot, they have a full bar and lots of food choices. Definitely recommend the catch of the day in a taco with cilantro tortillas. The salsa casera is excellent too. The portions are very filling - tacos more than burritos IMO. Jesus and Guatavo were so attentive and even brought us habanero salsa. Definitely a dive worth checking out!

If you come on vacation to Cancun, you absolutely have to try this place! The location is really nice, the staff is very welcoming and kind, I had a great time here. I got the burrito and the tacos completely customizable! They were very good, you could feel the freshness of the ingredients in every bite. ok, guys the cocktails are really amazing😂 800ml of pure happiness. The best place to eat in Cancun ! We went to Surfin Burrito 3 Times during our 2 weeks holidays. Special mention to Jesus, the bartender who make amazing 1 liter cocktails. Thanks!

We were told about this place and at first glance we were unsure but then we met Jesus. He talked us thru the menus. We had some amazing authentic food! Very reasonable prices and the drinks were great!

I honestly never leave bad reviews, but this one needs to be said. Last night my boyfriend and I were walking around Cancun when one of the many reps on the street stopped us to promote Congo Bar. The whole area is full of these people trying to sell you something, which already felt a bit much, but this guy seemed genuine. We wanted to have a fun night out, it’s our first time in Cancun, so we decided to give it a try. He sold us tickets for $35 each and insisted we pay by card, even though I said I’d rather pay cash. He took us to Coco Bongo to make the payment, which made no sense but we trusted him (clearly the two places are obviously connected). The moment we got inside Congo Bar, we realised what a huge scam it was. The place was nothing like what we were promised ,it had a trashy vibe, super loud hip-hop music, and people literally doing drugs in the bathrooms. Within five minutes of walking in, we looked at each other and said “nope.” We went straight to the front to explain the situation and ask for a refund. The staff member said he’d call the manager, so we waited... and waited. Over half an hour later, the manager finally appeared but had no idea what to do. Then they made us wait another 30 minutes for the same rep who scammed us in the first place! When the rep showed up, he started arguing with the manager, saying we shouldn’t get a refund. Honestly, it looked like he was the one in charge, not the manager. Eventually, they told us they “can’t cancel card payments”, which is just ridiculous. Basically, if you pay by card, you’re stuck no matter what happens. They refused to take any responsibility, and there’s no proper way to contact them — no email, no customer service, nothing. So now I’m going through my bank to dispute the payment. Congo Bar is a complete tourist trap. Don’t fall for the street reps, no matter how friendly they seem. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This club is definitely about the night life. Hiphop, reggae etc. Staff may be a little pushy to buy shots etc.

The food included in the gold member package is just fries, hot dogs n burgers. Server took care of us properly, most of the night. I do recommend to arrive early and check in before staring time so you can get access as soon as they open and take the better seats. I did not see too much difference between gold member vs first row gold member. I would also recommend to buy tickets in advanced. Good experience.

After clarifying that I am not American but Canadian they served me like a regular customer. Before they were ignoring my order and were really unfair. Not really a recommendation if you are white and want to be served equally… Also, one of the servers was very unfriendly putting a “reservation” tag in our table, although we said we had a reservation.

Whack... They hustle you for $65 USD for all you can drink (Bum Juice bottom shelf) then when you tell them you only want to go to drink they tell you $25 per person entry... Only to find out it's not as big as it seems outside... 3 steps 2nd floor** you can't walk cause place is small.. they don't take credit cards so they hope you pay with USD to beat you senseless with the currency exchange... SCAMx1000. Never again

A place to have a drink in the middle of all the tourists dancing and partying. All you can drink options are available. They're are some very beautiful dancers in the stages. You can see the whole inside of the place from the sidewalk. VIP and bottle service is available. The waiters and security were all really cool guys.

You don’t need to spend $100 inside cramped room… I had great time Be it daddy’s, coco bongo, Mandela, the city, every big-name club gets overcrowded. Congo bar is no exception, but its open, it’s not suffocated. That too in $30 USD and we were in, no lengthy line, no hassle. Party songs were grooving, 3-4 dances were at top counter dancing. This whole road was full of nightclub, beats, the bass sound coming from disco ll make you dance. While dancing you can have the view of other nightclubs. Their staff sometimes push who were there for a long time, but we had our drinks, enjoyed for an hour, danced like anything and then went to our hotel. Best $30 spend in the disco.

One of the worst nightclubs I’ve ever been to. The lady at the entrance was unbelievably rude and disrespectful, which already set a terrible tone, with zero respect for guests, it already ruined the night before stepping inside. Worst of all, I saw staff handing car keys to a drunk guy, absolutely unsafe and irresponsible. Complete waste of money and a serious safety risk. Stay away from this place

Had a wonderful time here! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. A shout out to Luis, Jesus, Joshua, for making our night extra special! The entertainment was exciting and surprising. They had fire dancers come out. Plus, they brought us shots of fruit juice to our table with a sparkler. The food was amazing! The sushi was of high quality, and the sauce was so good that I felt like drinking the dish. 10 out of 10 would recommend checking this place out while you’re in Cancun!

I had a fabulous time at Tora on my last day in Mexico this weekend. The sushi was amazing. The service was exceptional — great wine, Don Julio tequila and great party vibes. There was dancing and birthdays and family and laughs. I for one had my alone time and want to say Thank YOU for my rose and the love.

I came here for date night. They have a wide selection of drinks. The appetizers and main courses are amazing with tons of flavors. Highly recommend this restaurant, whether for date night, fun night with friends or family.

We chose to go to TORA for our anniversary dinner and I’m so happy we did. There’s nothing I’d change about our experience here. The service was incredible, we were honestly catered to. With the perfect table to view the sunset, we settled in for a romantic dinner which started with champagne anniversary toast, After a quick cocktail, we picked the perfect bottle of wine and began our Japanese culinary exploration. As it turns out the menu was perfect for us because it offered a combination of both cooked and raw delicacies for our enjoyment. The Tiraditos, Sushi Rolls, Short Rib Gyoza , the robota grill, and the desserts were amazing - the Miso Marinated Bacalao is amazing. Finding this kind of balanced Japanese Cuisine of this quality is a challenge anywhere, who would think you would find it in Cancun. Now, we know where to go to find the finest Japanese dinning with not only quality and atmosphere to spare but a live show that is truly captivating. A special thank you to Jesus and the team for making this such a special evening for us!

What vibe. the Beach Party was "banging". $80 US, include lounge chairs, drinks, food, DJ / violinist / Pool and VIBE (drinks/food to match your entry) I had points left over and gave some to others... security ensured a safe environment, upon entry and premises. Lets just say I can't show all my pics..

Great place to get beach beds for a decent price. Paid $60 total, however you get about $50 back in food/drink credit. Music was good taste but loud at times. Service and food were average. Shout-out to Said for the reservation!

A little bit dated but a good beach club in Cancun, pool, music, nice beach

We left our resort due to the beach being covered in seaweed. We wanted to enjoy the nice clean and blue waters from Cancun. We headed to Playa Forum and since found this place. They provide super nice chairs and umbrellas right a few feet from the beach. The food, drinks and service was very good. I would definitely go back.

The food is good and the view is spectacular. They have beach beds and a VIP area. What I dislike is that I had to pour out my water out of the bottle I had in my bag. Just to go though the building as we ended up on a public beach anyways. Senseless.

I had an absolutely great time here. Perhaps the most fun I've had in recent times. All guests seemed determined to enjoy the party atmosphere spurred on by the amazing staff and dancers. Service was attentive, which meant we didn't have to wait long to get our drinks and food. I'm already looking forward to another visit!

We went here on a Friday afternoon. It took a while to pick up but once it picked up it was fun. It wasn’t too crowded and the staff was friendly and attentive. Drinks were pretty good. I would say the music could have been better but the dancers tried their best to get us all in the mood. I would definitely come back here on another day or time.

Really great local restaurant to get your lobster taco fix on! Their coconut shrimp was OK. It wasn't your traditional coconut shrimp that is fileted and flat then breaded with coconut shreds. The lobster tacos was really good! The presentation was really pretty. The ribeye tacos were good but had some fatty pieces in it (which I discarded). Bathroom is well kept and nice. Would definitely come back again!

I am here tonight on my medical tourist "vacation" in Cancun, I love this place, service is top-notch, drinks are good (esp Don Julio tequila) beer is cold, ac is cold, and background music is quite good. So glad I found it, compared to other spots of this caliber in the hotel district of Cancun, it's a great place!

The restaurant was right next to our hotel apartment and we couldn't get a better dinner. Our waiters were really nice and tried everything to make sure, our little daughter is happy. They have draft beer for a really good price and the food was also very delicious. I had a burger stuffed with cheese - a great combination. Would definitely come again, when I'm around in this area.

Seafood is super fresh, big plates and withe awesome prices. They won't reap you off like in the hotel area! The drinks are delicious, love their margaritas! I went for this night club during my Cancun weekend trip. The club was quite lively and fun. There was an entry fees of roughly 25 USD which didn’t include any table or cover. The music was a good mix of Spanish and English songs. The crowd and vibes were good and I had a nice time.

We went to Mandala Night Club last night with a group of friends. We were really excited before going, but once we got inside, it turned out to be a terrible experience. They even took our table away from us, and the whole atmosphere felt like it wasn’t meant for guys at all. The table service we got for one hour was completely useless — not worth the money at all. We didn’t enjoy even a bit. Honestly, this place is not for guys. If you’re planning to go, don’t waste your money or time here.

Not a bad experience, just not what we were looking for. Service was good, staff was great and friendly and the place felt safe. Entertainment was good and the dancers were putting their heart into it. However it seems as it was more focused on the show than a party / dance nightclub and the crowd was rather dead for a Friday. Worth nothing, leaving there was very difficult. We tried and failed for about 45m to get an Uber. We eventually had to hail a cab to get back to our hotel.

We went to Mandala Nightclub last night with friends and had a very disappointing experience. We bought the open bar tickets with a table, but after just one hour, they took our table away without any explanation. It felt really disrespectful. The drinks were terrible — very low quality and didn’t taste right at all. Honestly, it was a complete waste of money. I would never recommend this nightclub to anyone. If you’re in Cancun and looking for a fun night out, avoid Mandala Nightclub — there are much better places around

Mandala security tell you you can't bring something in and either put it outside or throw it away. If you put it outside, they will go and steal it from you. I put something away where only the security saw me and then I saw him go get it after I went in.

Stopped here on our way to Tulum (American tourists), food was amazing, our server spoke fluent English (his name was Oscar), service was fantastic, and honestly the best margarita I’ve ever had. Excellent experience.

Had an amazing tim at the bar area, the pool is always clean and impeccable, I love the rustic feel of the decorations and hype ambiance, a very safe place to hangout at, specifically Felipe gave me amazing service, one of the staff gave me excelent service, didn't make me wait to order my drinks!

overall great hostel with a lovely atmosphere. the vibe is always good and its very easy to meet like minded people. the hostel also offers a lot of activities, so you are definetly not getting bored. especially the bartender edgar is doing an excellent job but honestly the whole team is awesome. would come back anytime!

This hostel is clean and the bar across the street always has promos. Happy hour every evening, and planned activities. There is a fridge but no microvawe. The atmosphere is great! Everyone is nice and friendly. Jus/ yaz was making me feel right at ease 🥰. Would definitely come here again!

Good place, good atmosphere, young, beautiful and fun people. The bar is part of a hostel. Although it's classified as a "night club" on Google, it has a relaxed atmosphere, nobody tells you to pay the entrance fee, …, in short, a good vibe.

Atmosphere is great, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is incredible. Everyone I encountered made me feel immediately at home. I definitely recommend this place and I will be staying again in the future. A million thanks to the beautiful Jus/Yas in particular - you're phenomenal!

We enjoyed our experience but it was a lil bit underwhelming overall. The staff were pleasant but for me the food was only “okay”…other than the lobster which was fresh and excellent. Sunset from the deck was breathtaking.

Me and my wife were staying at a resort and wanted to go out for a nice dinner since we were sick of eating the same food at the resort so we caught an uber and did some research to see what is the best, most popular seafood restaurant in Cancun this place came up so we went. The food was good we ordered a whole red snapper fish deep fried and 2 plates of shrimp. Everything was fine till the bill came I paid by visa and told the waiter I would give him a cash tip, I gave him 10% and left when I got to the front of the restaurant the waiter ran after me and decided to scolded me and say I am Obligated to leave minimum 18% tip ,I was honestly shocked that he chased me out of the restaurant and demanded more money . This is not acceptable specially, since the food bill was over $250 CDN dollars Just because we are on vacation and are tourist it doesn’t mean we came with buckets of money to throw on around.

Food was great! The restaurant itself feels like a museum… however, they did overcharged us on the oysters 🦪 and they didn’t correct it… we figured it was only 2 dollars difference so we paid the bill anyways, but the way / attitude which they dealt the issue is not pleasant.

Great service and atmosphere, but the food was not worth the prices. The shrimp cocktail was warm and wet, with no flavor. I had a steak and lobster meal. The lobster was ok, but the steak was over cooked and unseasoned.

Señor Frog’s – Cancun 🇲🇽 This spot was a whole vibe! The staff was friendly, fun, and super attentive. The DJ was spinning straight jams, we stopped by for lunch on a weekday so it wasn’t packed, which made it even better. They had extras floating around like a body paint artist (for an extra fee), a clown making balloon hats (for tips), and a “shot guy” walking around with flavored tequila shots (also for an extra fee). Cute lil entertainment touch while you eat. Now let’s talk food.... it was good, not mind-blowing, but definitely hit the spot. The drinks though? 🥴 Watered down like a kiddie pool. We had to grab extra shots just to give them some kick, and that should tell you everything. All that said, I still enjoyed the place and the overall vibe. If I’m ever back on the strip and hungry, I’d stop through again. Oh, and for my selfie queens👑 ,there are fire photo ops near the bathroom. Not my usual spot for pics, but the aesthetic carries all the way through.

This was my first time in Cancun and Senor Frogs did not disappoint. It’s such a fun atmosphere, great drinks and music. I want to give a special shout out to the staff especially the host for being absolutely amazing! They really showed us Canadians what Mexico is all about! Don’t miss out on Senor Frogs!

So, I recently tried out Chambao, a steakhouse that definitely lives up to its name when it comes to steak—but what really surprised me was how everything other than the steak completely stole the show! Let’s start with the bread and butter (literally). The moment they brought that warm, crusty bread to the table with not one, not two, but three different types of butter, I knew we were off to a great start. Each butter had its own vibe—herby, sweet, tangy—honestly, I could’ve made a meal out of just that and left happy. Then came the tuna tacos… and oh. my. goodness. Hands down, the star of the show. So good, I ordered them twice in a row without shame. Perfectly seasoned, fresh, and packed with flavor—like a little party in every bite. The mac & cheese? Solid. Creamy, cheesy, comforting—exactly what you’d expect and want from a classic. You really can’t go wrong there. Now, about the steak—it was good, don’t get me wrong. Cooked to perfection and well-seasoned. But funny enough, it ended up taking a back seat to all the other standout dishes. Overall, Chambao surprised me. Came for the steak, stayed for the butter and tuna tacos. If you’re heading there, trust me—don’t skip the starters!

I will start by saying that the food is good, the steaks were cooked really well and had amazing flavor but the experience is ruined by the pushy staff constantly trying to upsell you and hustle for more items. The prices are American steakhouse prices but the service is not. The waiters from the time you sit to the time you leave are trying to get you to buy the most expensive items, and are simply uninformed of the menu other than the most high priced items. When you refuse they try to ask over and over and convince you. They employ tactics to get you to think certain items are included like a side with your steak. We had sheesha, apps, steaks, sides, and drinks. The sheesha is high priced but not prepared well, with low end shishas and tobacco/coals/HMDs. The food is fabulously prepared I have to give them that. Cannot say enough about how good the food was. But the great food experience was ruined by the constant up selling, even while eating. I could not enjoy my food because I was being interrupted for up selling additional items. They include a 20 percent gratuity on the bill but the waiters push you to give them more on the side. Go for great food, and simply don't engage your waiter outside of what you want to order. Look at the menu on your own ahead of time. There is also a show on weekend nights during dinner post 9:00 that some would find fun but I found it meh.

We chose Chambao Steakhouse for a special celebration—our 6th wedding anniversary. The food was absolutely incredible; the Tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection, and the mac and cheese and surf and turf were delicious. The talent in the kitchen is undeniable. Unfortunately, our celebratory mood was completely overshadowed by the incredibly poor service. From the moment we arrived, the hostess was unwelcoming and our main waiter was outright rude. It was a deeply uncomfortable experience, as we felt a distinct and unfair difference in how we were treated compared to other guests. We had asked for a water-view table to make our anniversary dinner extra special, but despite arriving at 7 PM to an empty restaurant, we were placed at a table with our view completely blocked by a large, boisterous group. This lack of consideration, combined with the hostile service, turned a special night into a negative memory. should of just ate at the steak house at my hotel, which would of been free plus better service...

Irving and Juan Carlos served us at this beautiful restaurant. They were both attentive in serving us. Juan and Irving did a great job explaining every dish. They came back multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. They gave great suggestions to what to eat on the menu and explained the history of the restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant. They also have shows in the evening, but we went during the day.

Just had dinner here and I had to write a review IMMEDIATELY! Me and my family came to Cancun for vacation and this restaurant did not disappoint. For starters, the service was second to none. Shout out to Alex for being so attentive and overall an amazing server, great guy. He explained every dish in great detail. Not to mention he gave me a cake on the house to celebrate my graduation which I was not expecting whatsoever. The atmosphere there is stunning & the music is amazing. Definitely try the Truffle Mac n Cheese. I forgot to mention this earlier but every celebration there they always come out with flashing lights and sparklers for you to hold onto. Alex even told me to jump onto the chair and start dancing 😂. He also pulled me aside so I could watch another tables Tomahawk Steak show with the sparklers and told me to video which was great. Once again Alex was an amazing server, best I’ve had this entire vacation by far. Definitely ask for Alex as your server if you ever visit.

Wow!! This place was absolutely fantastic. Went for dinner around 9pm. When you walk into the resturant, it is absolutely stunning. Lights, and greenery everywhere. The ambiance is so breathtakingly beautiful. Dress cute and take lots of photos. There are plenty of places along the board walk for photo ops. Yes board walk - its a wooden walk way over the ocean to the resturant. Once you are seated, there are plenty of fans and the resturant is open air so there was a good breeze, and very comfortable. Everything was a 10/10 from the service to the food to the ambiance to the performances they have throughout dinner. Absolutely one of the best places I went to during the trip to Cancun!

Perfect perfect perfect. We dined at chamboa for my birthday and I have never been this impressed by a restaurant. I am telling anyone that’ll listen about the amazing service and food that we had. Every few minutes there was a show . From the cirque de solei off the side of the property to the fashion show. We also added hookah to our experience and it was the perfect touch. Mint and blueberry hookah was nice and light and didn’t burn when you smoked it. Aldo didn’t get any headaches during or after. We ordered the crab appetizer that was served hot as they grilled it and served it with warm butter. We also had the porterhouse to share with the truffle mash and asparagus. 10/10. There was never a lapse in service. At one point there was about 4 gentleman at our table catering to us. I will remember this place forever. With everything we had including the 2 cocktails our bill was $495 which included the tip.

Emiliano was an excellent server! The food and service were top notch. We were taken care of every minute of our time there. I love the little service details like new silverware after the appetizer and wiping the table throughout dinner. The bar is extensive with numerous options to choose from. If you like tequila and mezcal the options are literally endless! I highly recommend!!

We came from Canada and wanted to find a good place to eat Mexican food and enjoy a nice atmosphere! So we were happy to find this nice local restaurant "Cantina LA 20" where we also received amazing service from Kevin, Danny, and Adrian; they made us feel very special here! Thank you, and we will definitely come back again!

Perfection! Jorge Diaz was our server and his recommendations and service were absolutely superb. The musician, Oscar gave a performance that rivaled some of my favorite concerts! The Captain, Edward, gave wonderful assistance that really added to our experience. Just overall one of the best dining experiences ever. I will definitely be back!

This was the worst food experience we had in Cancún. Servers were cold, absent, and reluctant to speak to us or take our orders. We were a group of Latino tourists who had no problem communicating in Spanish. They served us the most terrible, almost inedible, food, and a couple of really unfortunate drinks. They told us at the end that it was cash only but happily took credit cards from neighboring tables and brought them the transaction terminal. When we pointed this out they reluctantly obliged and marched us up to the host station inside to pay at the bar. Bad food, bad drinks and terrible service. Avoid this place like the plague!

In general, this is a prett nice pub with incredible potential. For this reason, I gave two stars instead of 1. The main reason I think it deserves a low rating..they don't have Guinness or any Irish beer. They only sell local beers from Mexico. So call it what it is.. McCarthy's Mexican Pub.

Very great experience, live rock band concert, and amazing quality service. I enjoyed the beer, my wings, and the live rock concert. Highly recommend this place if you're in groups.

A really nice pub with great potential. Sadly they don't offer cider and nobody spoke English. We were able to communicate but it was a hussle. Also, they did not offer a menu card even after we explain we do not have Internet to scan the QR Code and see the menu. So, we did not see any menu and they did not seem to care really. Also, the bathroom was not clean at all.

The deal for the chicken wings was great! We weren't that hungry so we got one order of wings for two or us and a beer each, they were amazing. If we stopped at that it would have been a 5 star review! The mango chipotle were so dang tasty! We loved the wings so decided to order another order but couldn't find our server at all, once he finally came to check on us we ordered. The second set of wings came out really oily and not as tasty.

Beef nachos the most disgusting low quality beef I've ever seen. Not fit for dogs. No idea what cut it was but it was fatty and rubbery. The music inside so loud you can forget about talking to anyone without screaming in their ear. Nice view from outside and huge well priced beers though.

While it was once a hip place for a good night snack, the restaurant has suffered a severe drop in quality. The service is slow and cumbersome, the facilities are semi clean and half of the beers listed are unavailable. When I arrived, there was no one at the door to assign us a table. After walking in, we had trouble finding a table that wasn't dirty or had leftovers still there. Cristal, our waitress, was very nice and kind, unfortunately it took a while to get our orders and during the night she was rarely there when we needed her. 5 minutes after ordering she came back asking again for our order, as she had forgotten what kind of burger I ordered. I don't eat spicy food, so I had a really bad time with the chipotle burger I was brought (not the one I ordered) which only got worse because our drinks arrived late. In the past, this was one of my favourite places in town, it's a shame now I can't even recommend it.

This is our first time in the City Club Cancun. Mr. Ernesto, the manager was very kind and helpful. He really knows what he is doing and help us in a nice and professional way. I had a slice of pizza with pepperoni edible but no sauce so it was not something I would get again. Crust was also over it's time limit so they go by it is not old till it is sold.

Stop by this location to see what they had to offer. It was okay a little bit more expensive than I anticipated by comparison to other big box clubs. That was quite a few things in this location that I saw in the area big box clubs that was available for purchase.

A big box store. Unlike Sam's and Costco, though, this one is owned by a Mexican company, so it connects better with the needs of the Mexican market.

Thisnis a membership club like costco amd sams club. I believe it belongs to Soriano stores like walmart is to sams club. I am not sure about the membership prices. It seemed less crowded.

In automotive shop the mechanic didn't seem very knowledgeable or honest, avoiding to give any straight answer and didn't know how to interpret scanner results. Not recommended...

Would give the place 5 stars for ambience but as for the drinks it was too watered down. Both my mezcal drinks I could hardly taste the mezcal in it. Food was good but for a place that is meant to serve drinks it just serves juice !

I came to this place last year and everything was excellent but today, one year later, you have to pay cover plus the cocktails are a disaster, we got 2 different mezcal cocktails with "no alcohol (mezcal)" and too much ice in the drink, we pay expensive drinks only for orange juice basically, so bad, it's a shame.

Overall, really great experience! The place was nicely decorated and the drinks are priced just about par with everywhere else in this area. Servers were super friendly and attentive, and checked in with us multiple times. Only complaint was that although they had music and it seemed that people could dance, no one really was as there was not much of a dedicated dance floor on a Friday night.

This place is really chic and pretty. The staff is nice, but it doesn’t make sense to have to pay to get in. There is a 50 cover fee which is why I probably won’t be back, but Friday’s is ladies night and they get unlimited shots until a certain time. They told us “unlimited drinks” and it turned out to be shots which is super disappointing. They were playing house music, but it’s a pretty nice vibe overall.

Definitely try the Posca District to drink. Delicious. Music and lighting gave this place a great vibe as well.

It has a pretty good atmosphere. It's a restaurant/bar. When there is an event and a dj it does turn a bit more into a night club. Bottle prices aren't crazy and music is pretty good.

Best bar/speakeasy in Cancun, far from the typical Cancun bar. If you go to nice bars with amazing food and carefully crafted cocktails at home, this is your place. Built into a historic mansion in downtown Cancun, every detail has been thought out here. Great music too.

Just adding my review as I don’t think our experience was as bad as some of the other users. We went on a Thursday night. The entrance was $150, which seemed okay, and it included “open bar”. Certain types of drinks were free. Now, don’t expect fancy drinks. The tequila and rum drinks tasted the same. There is no actual tequila or rum bottle used by the bartender. It was premixed using those fountain soda guns and soda, so I don’t really know what was in the drinks. That said, it was an overall decent experience. The drag performers were good. I guess I thought certain English songs are so popular in the community that I would hear some of them play, but there was no English songs played by the DJ or performed. We are in Mexico so I can’t expect them to play my type of music of course. We didn’t order any paid drinks and stayed for about 2 hours.

visited 11:11 in Cancun and had a wonderful experience. I first went on a Wednesday for my birthday. The crowd was small, no more than 15 people, but the drag show was absolutely incredible. The performer carried the entire night until 2:30 a.m., interacting with everyone, taking song requests, and creating such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Later that week, I returned on Saturday and the vibe was completely different. The place was packed, the energy was high, and the shows were nonstop. Several drag queens and two dancers kept the party going, with great music and an amazing crowd. What I especially loved is that most of the guests were locals, with just a few tourists, which made it feel authentic and even more special. Getting there is simple with Uber, it drops you right at the entrance. Just across the street, there’s a local plaza with food stalls and artisan markets, which makes the area even more vibrant. Overall, 11:11 is a must-visit in Cancun if you’re looking for a fun, inclusive, and energetic night out. I’d happily go back many more times.

I recently this nightclub outside the tourist zone, and I had a great experience. The entry fee on a Saturday night was around $20 USD per person. There was a line, but it went quickly. The club was relatively small, so it was quite tight, but that was expected on their busiest night. The atmosphere was on point, and the music was excellent. They featured drag queens and gogo dancers, which added to the entertainment. Drinks were priced at around $14 USD each, which seemed a little steep for a local place. Overall, I would definitely visit again. I also used Uber to get there and leave, which was super easy.

I had an amazing experience. I’m American and not fluent with Spanish. However there’s two sides to this club, one that plays English music and the other that’s strictly Spanish. The staff was very welcoming. Fernando was security on duty the first night I came, and he was very protective and made sure I was safe. I strongly recommend anyone that’s looking for a club of diversity, please visit 11:11. U won’t be disappointed.

I was told by the cashier there was open bar on a Wednesday night but there wasn't, so I had to get to refund and leave. Went back on Friday, they had open bar but there's only one bar and the line had over 30 people in it so I had to do the shorter line and pay for drinks, otherwise you'll spend 30 minutes waiting for a sad pour. No other bars were open. Went to the smoking area and my non-nicotine vape was not allowed, I almost got kicked out. Cancerous cigarettes were ok, but no nicotine/free vapes. So they just support cancer but not less-harmful choices, make it make sense. Im visiting so I have no service and my friends can't find the place, I ask for the wifi information and they say the wifi is only for the staff, but the patio employee told me he's not allowed to use it either. So there's wifi but not for tourist or for employees, it's just there for no one. I went to the bar down the street, cheaper cover, better drag show, you can smoke and they have a server that comes to your table. Much better. Dont waste your time here.

Lame! You can smell the restroom through the whole bar! And to make matters worse, the bartenders make basically $25 lemonades. Do yourself a favor and pre-drink!

AMAZING experience at D’Cave. Music was a balanced mix of Spanish and English; the DJ was absolutely fantastic. I would go back for their atmosphere alone; the lights and visuals were incredible. Another plus — the club was fully air conditioned (to the point where a few members of our group had goosebumps). It was a welcome change to the humidity outside. We went on a Saturday night and it was packed; we thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely worth a visit!

Don’t go here. Staff is rude- bunch of underage people drinking and going off the rails. Just passed by again and saw 5 people throwing up on the side of the club.

You’re paying for the venue looks and a light show. Everything else is trash. The menu includes pizza but they won’t serve it inside the club you have to stand off in the side if you choose to order their fake pizza. The drinks are all weak and legit think they’re watering down liquors to save money. I ordered 3 drinks and they all were not what was expected, for example; my Long Island was a mai Thai and my strawberry margarita was ice with lemon. Daiquiris were good tho, just watered down and weak. They charge package deals then open the club up later in the night for a cover fee and the dress code was not enforced at all

This place was not the best.. The service was good but people at the restroom doors ask if you want to buy cocaine out in the open. When confronted, they said it is not "illegal" yeah right. There are a lot of crazy people and if you are into that than its good for you. It was empty the night I went and I swear someone roof-ied my drink because I went out of it that night and my eyes were dilated. I had an ok time but wouldn't go there again.

The club itself was not bad. We were told that it was a hip hop club by the promoters/owners which was the sole reason we chose this spot for a friend's birthday. They did not play even one full verse from a hip hop/rap song before it morphed back into damn techno, party, rager music 😒... If that is your type of music you're good but it couldn't have been further from the description we got. Also vip area/table was the smallest ever with a tiny coffee table. I pretty much expected this vibe, and wouldn't rate them as negatively if it weren't advertised so inaccurately and we weren't directly lied to... Oh yeah and apparently they still smoke cigarettes in the club so be prepared to leave smelling like an ash tray

Visited Cancun a month ago and ended up going to Palazzo one of the nights I was there. Great music the guests inside were all friendly. My friends and I paid $55 USD each and got entry into the club and unlimited drinks. If you're in Cancun and want to have a good night out go check out Palazzo.

A quintessential Cancun experience (exactly what you may imagine of a town built on Spring Break). The layout is convenient for wandering around, being made up of concentric rings of tiers over a circular dance floor. The failure was in the execution. The pricey entry fee does grant you open bar but they do not clarify that you're only privy to the lower shelf bar. Plus, gaining access to the club only grants you freedom to explore only half of the venue. Much as the video game industry has gone, you can pay for the game but too much is considered an add-on available for purchase.

It was a great time. How, I am originally from Mexico City so I know my way around mexican clubs. At the beginning the bouncer/ supposed to be manager did not want to give me and my 10 friends (6 women, 5 men) a deal. We were gonna come in and buy 2 bottle of tequila and pay cover at $35usd (we did not want open bar). So I walked to the side, talked with the main manager and explained I was not gonna be treated like that by a doorman, that I had 11 people and was there to spend about $15,000 pesos. That they either cut me a deal or I'd walk to another one of the clubs owned by the same owner, spend my money, have a good time and make sure to spend enough to speak with the owner so that he himself could deal with the managers at the other club. Sure enough, he spoke with the owner, got in without paying cover for anyone. Ended up buying 4-5 tequila bottles and having a great time however, it was upsetting to have to deal with a doorman with an obvious napoleon complex.

From the moment we arrived at Harry’s Prime in Cancun, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. A huge thank you to Jerry, Jair, and Fernanda for their outstanding service — their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made this dinner one to remember. We started with the artichoke and crab dip served with crostini, and it was divine — rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. For the main course, I indulged in the Caribbean lobster risotto, which was beautifully prepared. The lobster was generous and tender, perfectly complementing the creamy, well-balanced risotto. Dessert was a highlight in its own right — a light and refreshing cheesecake topped with fresh fruit that ended the meal on the perfect note. I also enjoyed two margaritas, both expertly crafted and just the right blend of tart and smooth. If you’re visiting Cancun and looking for a top-tier dining experience, Harry’s is an absolute must. The food, ambiance, and service are all five-star worthy. Can’t wait to return!

Absolutely Outstanding! Harry’s Grill in Cancun delivered the best dining experiences I have ever had. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and elegant, without feeling pretentious. The staff was beyond attentive, genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel like VIPs the entire evening. The food, simply perfection. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The quality of the ingredients and the care put into every detail was obvious. It was not just a meal, it was a true culinary experience. If you are in Cancun and want the perfect combination of world class food and impeccable service, Harry’s Grill is a must. I would come back here again in a heartbeat.

Harry’s was EVERYTHING & MORE. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was welcoming and the views were breathtaking. We were so happy to catch the sunset. It was beautiful! Antonio and Julio were our servers and they were always on top of everything. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Got a few cocktails and were amazing. Now the food? Wow! Everything was delicious from start to finish. We got the beef carpaccio, oysters, and a few other apps, a porterhouse with the Mac & cheese. The dessert was amazing, we got the Harry’s pie! He anticipated every need before I even had to ask, offered perfect recommendations, and delivered each dish with such pride and passion. It’s rare to meet someone who can elevate an already world-class restaurant experience to something truly memorable — but Rodrigo did exactly that. The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked steaks, beautifully presented dishes, and cocktails crafted with care. Yet it was Rodrigo’s personal touch that transformed a wonderful dinner into a night I’ll never forget. Harry’s Steak Bar in Cancun is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine dining, but if you’re lucky enough to be served by Rodrigo, you’re in for something truly special. We found Harry’s steakhouse and rawbar by chance and are so happy we did. We can honestly say it was one of the nicest meals we’ve ever had. Impossible to mention all the staff that looked after us but special mention to Yadir, Ovidio, Chali and Farfan who couldn’t have been more welcoming and attentive. The ambiance, service, genuinely top quality Steak and Seafood were absolutely faultless. Request a table on the terrace overlooking the water if you can, to make it even more special. Thank you team ‘Harry’s’, absolutely faultless.

Beautiful decor and restaurant. Julio & Jesus were very attentive and gave amazing service. Not their fault the steaks and sides aren’t delicious. The empanadas were good. Steaks and sides were under seasoned. Vanilla nitrogen ice cream was a fun experience. Cotton candy was a nice touch just too sweet for me. Paying same prices as USD, was hoping for yummy meal, Julio and Jesus saved the underwhelming food experience by going above and beyond.

We had a great first dinner during our stay in Cancun here! The staff were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the live entertainment from the waiters and really felt a good vibe. The decorations were very colourful and it was a fun experience.

It’s one the best restaurants we’ve visited in Cancun! The tortillas are incredible and so as the fresh juice. Here’s a big shoutout to the friendly staff - Javier & Maria - who recommended us the perfect dishes according to our needs and preferences. The washrooms are very clean and hygienic. Highly recommend!

Authentic Mexican Restaurant in the Hotel Zone in Cancun. It’s among the clubs and restaurants. It serves delicious Mexican cuisine. My family and I visit Cancun frequently. We have dined there many times. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is great. The atmosphere is fun and entertaining.

We went to this restaurant when we were starving. The marketing that I saw at the airport was spectacular. The place is very nice, near to the ocean. The service spectacular and great atmosphere. The food was good, not wow but good. We ordered octopus with shrimps, provoleta cheese, natural oysters and Rockefeller oysters. After that we decided to eat some meat, Arrachera. I have to emphasize that the food was good like I said, but the meat was we incredible. Tender, great flavor and perfectly cooked. You need to try here the meat and the Rockefeller oysters. A place to come when you are around.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint! It was my girlfriend’s birthday and we had an amazing time. The New York strip and Salmon were delicious and servers took care of us the whole night. They also gave us a complementary dessert and sang the happy birthday song in Spanish.

Puerto Madero offered a stunning view which enhanced my dining experience tenfold. I was able to take in the beautiful sunset as I dined. Ordered Razor Clams to start, they were delicious. Antonio was my server. Not only he helped me hand pick a perfect size catch of the day for entrée, he also made the best Lychee Martini. Grilled fish was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor. It was flaky and tender, the roasted vegetables were equally impressive. I enjoyed this exquisite meal from start to finish. Before closing the check, manager Rodrigo came check on me to making sure a flawless service was delivered. Thank you. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommend.

Get the sea bass and the grilled octopus, you won't regret it. The folks took good care of us on our first time. Food and Service was top notch.

This is a must check authentic restaurant. For one week vacation here in Cancun, we already visited it 3 times. It has fancy decorations and very professional service,ocean front view, and most importantly, the food are very delicious with a very reasonable price. we like the 'inside skirt beef' the most, it is very tender on hot iron pan, just like the Wagyu.

Came for the buffet. The food exceeded my expectations. It’s not exactly budget friendly but it’s also not outrageous. This is a must at least one time. I am not a fan of tipping… so I usually don’t… but I wanted to at this place. For those that know me… that says a lot.

We went on a Friday night and received spectacular service, this is the best food I've had in Mexico, the staff was very attentive of dietary restrictions / allergies. Everything was fresh and delicious. And it did not upset my stomach like most other buffet. Fair cost for the superior dining experience you will receive.

What a special place!! From beginning to finish everything was perfect. The staff, the food, the service. The host was very nice and friendly, so the waiters. I can't eat gluten, lactose and a few other things but they were so helpful and very knowledgeable about the allergies. (I asked one of the waiter who went to the kitchen, another guy came who works in the kitchen and showed me each item individually that I can have. I've never experienced this attention before.) - It was a relief not to explain what gluten is like other places. The quality of the food is exceptional, all the flavours just soo delicious. At the end of the meal they also made me fresh fruit without chilli as I asked them if it's possible since I don't like chilli on the fruit and they did it without hesitation. I'd would highly recommend this place to anyone!! :)

Extraordinary service, great flavors and definitely great value for the price and offerings. Unlike many similar concept buffet /meat restaurants, Divina Carne surprised us greatly. The building itself is broad, clean simple yet luxury and comfort is in the air. Julio the waiter who attended us from beginning to end started by explaining us the concept the packages and the suggestions. Following his suggestions we started with the meat and then little by little we went to the buffet area and tried some of the very many dishes. Julio the waiter was so right about getting started with the meat because the majority of the people goes straight to the Buffay and serves a lot of those dishes and by the time they have the meat they are already full. Kudos to Julio who recommended us to start on the opposite way.

Certainly I am a big fan of both Divina Carne and Brazilian churrasquerias…I have tried the Brazilian steakhouses in Sao Paulo, NYC, Dubai and San Juan, never disappointed me… During my last visit to Divina Carne in Cancúun, the service was good, friendly gauchos who prepared the meat right on the desired cooking point, the manager who also took care that all the salad bar items were available and the the waiter who was very attentive. Special thanks to Glaucio for showing me his Kitchen and great know-how. Good meat, great salads a nice atomsphere, which maches the vibe of Sunny Cancun.

Great deal overall. Very delicious food and was shock to know that they make their own bread. Their bread is a must try. I had the pleasure to try some of their wine options and I highly recommend them. I strongly suggest you make a reservation and ask Yessi to be your waiter. She takes very good care of your needs and is spot on with the recommendations.

This place is 5 stars across the board. Everyone is very patient with you if you speak a little bit of Spanish or no Spanish. The food is excellent. I would love to come back. Everyone is very attentive and polite. Such a great place.

Cocktails are beautiful presented and crafted ! Such a fun atmosphere with music and lights everywhere not to mention the seats right next to the water !!! 10/10 would recommend. Service was a slower pace but for this environment we get it ! Will be back !

I recently visited La Buena Barra while traveling and decided to treat myself to a birthday meal here. The service was excellent—I felt like a top priority the entire time. The staff was attentive and made my birthday celebration special. The food was pretty good overall. I particularly enjoyed the variety of sauces that were brought to the table, which added a unique touch to the meal. The steak was well-prepared and flavorful, making it a highlight of my dining experience. However, I did have a couple of minor complaints. The mashed potatoes weren't hot, and the corn wasn't good at all. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was positive, especially with the special birthday treatment. Overall, La Buena Barra provided a good dining experience, and I would recommend it for its excellent service and tasty main dishes.

The Staff & Atmosphere were phenomenal. The Steak however was very bland for the price. Not enough seasoning. Could taste the mezcal very good but other than that, no flavor. The presentation on the other hand was 10/10 And the mashed potatoes 10/10

We chose this place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary while on vacation in Cancun. Everything was fabulous, especially Marco and David, our servers. The steak on the salt slab was delicious as was everything else.

We were so glad we tried LA Buena Barra for dinner. This has been the best restaurant we've been to in Cancun over the years. We loved our view of the lagoon, and our food and drinks were great. We started with some tortilla soup, which is the best I've had. I then had the roasted salmon, which was so moist and flavorful. Then, their keylime pie was a great ending to the night. Would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in Cancun.

The restaurant is just amazing. We met the owner by chance on a boat tour and he recommended the place! Best decision to go there. The food was amazing, the waiter are very friendly and professional. And the best things to try are the special cocktails. They all come in different glas and made in a unique way and the taste delicious! I definitely will come back and I will visit the other locations across Mexico too.

Overall I had a good day with my family, which did not cost much at all. I used the 2 for 1 birthday deal for my partner and I, then a child price. Waiting to get it was 45 mins as I didn't have tickets before. The annoying thing about the wait was there was only 1 family in front of us. Once we were in we couldn't get lockers as nowhere had change, so bring the correct amount of pesos. I think it was between 210 and 250 pesos we just put the bags back in the car. Everything was okay, rides, pool, drinks, food. I would recommend it for a simple day out, but don't expect to be amazed.

It was a long wait to check in even with buying tickets ahead of time. Bring pesos for the lockers. There is an atm at the gift store if needed. Lots to do at the park. Food was good and loved the lazy river best.

Amazed by all the dolphins! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Swimming pool up top with a bar and food service. They have lockers for a few. If you ever get a chance, I recommend this park!

It's very small, but it's fun and the facilities/rides are clean and safe. It's worth it if you're using something like resort credits to purchase tickets. It was very empty when I went, there were practically no lines whatsoever. It's not in the hotel zone so it's a bit hard to get to. I recommend taking a taxi there and then taking a bus back because not all buses go that far and they are hard to find. A taxi will cost 200-300 pesos and a bus ticket will cost 12 pesos. It's mainly a water park. If you don't bring a swimsuit you might not have much to do. The wave pool makes waves very often, maybe around every 10-20 minutes. Apart from that there is 1 rollercoaster, 1 go cart track, 1 carousel, as well as multiple zip lines and a ropes course. The food from the buffet is good, especially the pasta and tacos. You also have the option of upgrading to an unlimited food and drink ticket.

Place is okay. Equipment is a little run down. All inclusive drinks and food & ice cream but, they limit you to 2 flavors on the ice cream and 1 per person. No towels and lockers are extra. Drinks are good.

Bad maintenance, bad service, bad food, since the arriving all the road is full of garbage and abandoned old buses. Not worth it at all. Beach beds dirty. Bad system to attractions long files and signing in every one. Go carts no nice too boring everything nothing exiting

We loved this place... Although it looks a little bit outdated it's fun for a day. A lot of water activities, kids had lots of fun. Food was decent (incuded In the entrance) definitely good to spend a day. Zip line was top notch. Recommend!

The most elegant and trendy Japanese restaurant in Cancún right now. Beautiful minimalist design with soft lighting and a refined Japanese aesthetic. Fresh, perfectly balanced dishes — every bite feels authentic and high-end. It has an intimate bar, a stylish smoking room, and even a hidden speakeasy behind the kitchen. Valet parking available, and there’s a casino right in front if you feel like continuing the night.

Absolutely blown away by our experience at Kai in Cancun! This place is a gem located inside Macao. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was great and the service was top-tier. Our waiter, Javier, was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel like VIPs the entire evening. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every bite was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. We highly recommend starting with the appetizers—Wagyu slider, Wagyu gyoza, natural edamame, tuna crispy rice, and salmon crispy rice—each one was perfection. We also tried three different rolls and every single one was fresh, flavorful, and expertly made. We will definitely return every time we’re in Cancun.

Amazing food and service July 2025 This was the best restaurant we have eaten at during our stay in Cancun. The food was beautifully presented, fresh and clean salmon, and just tasted amazing. The drinks were somewhat strong but smooth. You didn’t feel that kick in the back of your throat as with some liquors. The service was exceptional! Javier and Humberto were very attentive and kept our area clean at all times. Javier was knowledgeable of the menu and made us feel right as home. He even provided an English version of the menu to my partner without asking. Can read minds!!! We had an amazing anniversary dinner ❤️

Absolutely horrible experience, if lower than 1 star was possible I would. Firstly, we were there for our anniversary trip which we told them. All was good when we ordered drinks and we were one of only 3 tables in the restaurant however, once another table of 6 came it all went downhill. We were unable to talk to our server who seemed to forget about us and by the time we were ordering food the other table of 6 was already eating food and drinking! I’m not sure if they gave a tip upfront to prioritize their table or if the staff is just racist since we’re foreign and the other table was Mexican. We waited around 1 hour for food after ordering and I decided to not waste anymore time. Gave money for our drinks and left. Keep in mind the place is not even full there are only 3 tables being served still. We arrived long before the other tables and didn’t even order a lot but somehow didn’t get any food. The server said sorry with a very unapologetic attitude. Do not support these staff, do not support this restaurant. Just give them bad reviews and avoid eating here.

Great tacos and quesadillas, one of the best ones in Cancun! Prices affordable and spot on service. It was so delicious I had to come here twice! Locals eat here too, which would tell you alone that it’s a great spot for food. Vegetarian options are delicious too.

This joint brings the authentic flavor of Mexico City to Cancun, all the tacos we tried were delicious though I very much enjoyed the beef tongue and suadero loco tacos the most. Their home made sauces are varied and fresh and it's very reasonably priced for the area. 10/10 would eat here again.

Came on my first day in cancun and then went back each night for 3 nights. Absolutely loved the food. The service is awesome in here, the guys are really nice to chat to. Patient with my bad Spanish or helping me get by while speaking perfect English themselves. After days of eating resort food and feeling totally disappointed with the so-called “Mexican tacos” offered there, I decided to venture out and find something authentic—and oh boy, was I wrong to judge too soon. I found Taquería Coapeñitos, and it turned out to be one of the best taco spots I’ve ever tried. I’m sure there are even better ones out there, but this place easily ranks among the top. One of my absolute favorites was the Coapeñito Especial taco—it comes with chicharrón, which adds the perfect crunchy texture and incredible flavor. Every bite was satisfying and full of that true, local taste I had been craving. Another huge plus: the prices are very accessible. I ordered a bunch of tacos, left super full and happy, and only spent 480 pesos including tip. Honestly, for the quality and amount of food, that’s an amazing deal. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, and the food? Totally worth leaving the resort for. Highly recommended if you’re looking for real tacos with flavor, heart, and authenticity.

Great casual spot for top-notch tacos. We heard that this place has really good food and we were not disappointed. The homemade guac and salsas (hot! 😃) were delicious, but the al pastor and arrachera tacos were absolutely amazing. Even the chicken taco, which can be so-so at many taco places, was excellent. Drinks were good, service was fast and friendly, and the prices are hard to beat for a full service restaurant. It was so good that we went twice in the same day. Seriously.

Some of the best tacos we had in Mexico! The staff is very friendly, there is a big option of foods, salsas and starters! We loved the guacamole, tacos and quasedillas! We ate there two days in a row because we liked it so much! Would recommend!

Found this place on review sites as one of the longest standing restaurants. Good margaritas, very big portions for starters and good quality food, traditional French. Nice cozy and intimate setting. The only comment is that the English menu we had appears to have been missing some items that other table was eating - the pepper stuffed with sausage meat dish which we saw on review sites that we may have wanted to try. Perhaps it is worth to ensure all items are on the menu.

Great food! Super great ambiance with natural flowers and nice furniture. It's even very romantic! The wait staff is also super nice, they even remembered one of my friends i was dining with who hadn't been there in years! The food is also quite yummy and very fast service. They also have giant menus that make it easy to see. Nothing bad to report honestly, only been there once though.

Surprised by the 4+ google rating. Had a dinner with friend here and come here because of the website promotion. Overall, the experience was fine but we are not satisfying with the “unexpected tipping Magic show” and when we paid the bill the server didn’t let me put the tip amount but simply asking “20% is fine?”. I understood people always wanted to charge more but this is not professional. During the dinner, no one filled up the water for us, but the server come twice and check how is everything going. Even at Manhattan this quality of service doesn’t deserve 20%, I would say 15% for all respect would be maximum. Food: Food is not extremely special and the “famous coconut” pretty much like the curry chicken in Thai restaurant I have been in North America. Appetizers are okay and the Grouper’s taste is too sweet. Drinks: A bottle of water on the bill charged us $90 peso, and it’s not sparking neither Evian, just like the $99 cents one in New York Walmart. We also had two lemonade. Price: Overall, this dinner cost us 2500 pesos, which is more than the fine dinning we had at Ritz Carlton last night, I am the person okay with the price, you can charge whatever you can, but just delivering the same quality of food and service. Environment: it’s nice to see the lights and decorations but there are many mosquitos around us.

Great place with an interesting decoration, service is spetacular, waiters were very attentive to our need and did an awesome job. Food was awesome, we ended up getting a few different dishes and I believe it was the right amount, getting just one dish might live you a little hungry.

I really appreciated the effort they put into making great food here. The chef attends your table and is extremely friendly. However, I don't believe they make seafood to my taste. I still highly recommend this place but I wish they'd not over work lobster or shrimp. Expect them to be a little slow servicing tables.

If you are looking for traditional Mexican food don’t let the name fool you. It’s more an Italian restaurant with a Spanish flare. It looks like an old, authentic Italian restaurant (old). Outside it looks like a Spanish villa with some ancient statues and murals, it definitely needs some TLC. It’s a review so we give our opinion based on others experiences. The food is good but not great. The portions are just enough for you to eat and leave still feeling hungry even though you had appetizer, main and dessert. Chocolate cake a 3, Passion fruit mousse/tart 3, coconut cream good 4. Service its a 5, excellent!!!!!!! They are very attentive, amicable, knowledgeable. Don’t think that you are in Mexico and food it’s cheap. You pay as much you would pay if you would go to an US Italian restaurant. Prices are a bit to high for my opinion. The neighborhood is sketchy. We didn’t feel like walking around the Square/stores/food tents (but I still want to). Three people, 3 appetizers, 3 fajitas, 3 desserts, 1 beer, soda, lemonade $145 with 20% gratuity.

One of the first established restaurant in Cancun downtown. Super authentic and beautifully decorated. We made booking via WhatsApp. Took a couple of second and it was all organized and confirmed. Location is easy to find just minutes away from ADO Cancun. Menu can be downloaded online, but available in printed format at the restaurant. Starters are delicious and generous portion. Mains are well selected, mainly seafood, but plenty choice to meat eaters too. There's a separate section for authentic Mexican cuisine. Worth to try the mole! Desserts are simple but delicious. There's a magician in the staff who can entertain when he's available. Really talented gentleman, tricks are tasteful and enjoyable. Some tip afterwards recommended. In summary, lovely restaurant in the center with air-conditioned inside or open air outside sitting. Priced reasonably. All staff speaking English perfectly.

Had dinner on a Friday night with my two teenage grandkids. Excellent food, wonderful service, the waiters and other staff were very personable and friendly, and the three piece band was very good, at a very nice volume which didn't overwhelm conversation. The next night, the grands suggested going back! Both nights we spent about $18 each, including wine and a shared dessert one night, which I thought was very reasonable.

LOVE THEIR FOOD. I was here for a conference and it's right around the corner from the Cancún Conference center. I love the salmon in peanut sauce, I've had their Angus burrito and guacamole. All Excellent. I feel I found a gem while all the other restaurants are busy. I keep coming back to this one. Love the texture of the salsas and the spice levels. Nice website. Great staff.

This is a great restaurant. The octopus was cooked perfectly, I would highly recommend. The margaritas were made with premium tequila. A person gets what you pay for at this place. A really nice atmosphere, to enjoy an upscale meal. It isn't cheap, but it is very delicious.

Love the atmosphere at this restaurant. it feels like going to a small museum going to the restroom, so much to see on the way there. According to my nephew this was the best fish he had in while in Cancun and my octopus was pretty good, the only problem I had was that the skin was pretty slimy and chewy between the tentacles. Service was really good too, waitress checked on us often

I wasn’t impressed with the shrimp tacos — the strong lemon flavor and the shrimp were rubbery and tough, likely overcooked. On the bright side, the server was very nice, apologized, and didn’t charge me for the dish, which I appreciated. Overall, the staff was friendly, but it did take a while to get someone’s attention when I needed the check

I asked for the salad but wanted it with a burger patty and tofu as well for protein. The waitress told me I’d have to pay the burger price, which was more expensive than the salad. I said that was fine. But when my food was ready, she said I had to pay for both the salad and the burger — $500 MXN — which is ridiculous. I also got takeaway which explained the presentation.

I had amazing experience at Casa Tequila the food was so good and delicious the atmosphere was great thanks to the team and specially Tania she was very nice and helpful.

Best local, authentic food (and best prices) in Cancun. This is where local people go with established restaurants around perimeter and food carts with the local desserts. Multiple marquesitas food carts (a regional dessert that's essentially a stuffed crepe). Great music, people dancing, kids playing.

Definitely a must visit place when in Cancun, Mexico. It’s a very happening place during the evenings and nights with festival kind of vibes. I visited this place frequently and enjoyed various performances. There is something different everyday. You can enjoy good music and dance performances. Not to forget, the food options are amazing. Marquesitas, Churros and esquites are must try. I loved all the food options and they were all very affordable. There are both stores and food stalls on the street. There’s a shared space to sit and eat. Good place to experience Mexican food, performances and culture. My favourite place in cancun to spend the evening and enjoy the vibes. Carry cash for the food as they do not accept cards.

This square in downtown Cancun is pretty interesting to check out. There are often events happening, so you might catch a show or some kind of performance. I wouldn’t say there’s anything super unique about it, but if you’re not sure what to do in the center, it’s worth a visit. At the very least, you’ll probably find some good street food.

A fantastic place to go for live entertainment, great food, and awesome atmosphere. Found cheap parking a block away with free bathrooms at the municipal building. We went on November 1st so it was quite packed for Dia de los Muertos and it was worth it.

We drove here from the Cancun Hotel Zone. On weekends, the area comes alive with vibrant shows and entertainment. It’s a safe and welcoming place, and the local Mexican community is exceptionally friendly to visitors. Parking is easy—you can leave your car on the street without any trouble.

Just a natural hang out spot for the locals in Cancun. No big buildings and showy views, just good food to affordable prices and a place for families to unwind after a long day's work. Loved it, loved the food and the ambience!

My favourite place to visit for checking out local shops and trying authentic local food. The prices are much better than in the hotel zone, and the food tastes even better! One thing to note: most vendors don’t speak English, so having Google Translate ready will be helpful. I also found it difficult to get Wi-Fi here to call an Uber back, so keep that in mind. Other than that, I highly recommend checking out this spot when you visit Cancún.

Our surgeon friend who lives here recommended we go to this place. Wow, was he spot on! The service was amazing!!!! We had Eduardo the first night. He was charming and had a wonderful sense of humor. Made our dining experience amazing. He joked that he would see us tomorrow. Well, we did just that. Went the second night and going tight as well, our last night in Cancun. The skirt steak was beyond amazing! Best skirt steak we have ever had anywhere in the World. We ordered it two days in a row. The empanadas were out of this world. The house salad was insanely good. We were not accustomed to fresh hearts of palm is the USA. Wow, how amazing! The grilled provoleta Bandoneon was so good ! The grilled mushrooms were to die for. Topped it with a drink. The Carajillo, which is Licour 43 and espresso. Amazing !!!! Amazing restaurant and a must not miss while in Cancun.

Overall good food and huge delicious dessert (see picture). Beautiful place and great staff. Tacos were probably not the best choice and this is why I didn't give 5 stars.

It was cold when we sat down. They turned the ac down for us! I was surprised. They asked us. So service was great! Good good. They speak English, even tho I should know Spanish by now. Variety of Bread. And they were good. Red clericot was delicious and sweet. And the souffle potatoes were different and good. Like fries with no inside. Lol

I rarely give out perfect reviews. Perfectly paced dinner service, did not feel rushed at all. They take the Argentinian practice of dining and communing seriously. They would have picked up the pace if we’d asked but we were in no rush. The food was incredible, the wine a great match for the meat. You could open a fast food stand with their empanadas alone. The cheese appetizer sublime. Of the three sauces for the steak, the chimichurri was my clear winner. The servers were hospitable, professional, and on the spot. A pleasure to dine with. I can’t recommend it enough if you want a great steakhouse.

We came here for Christmas dinner and we loved it. dinner was high quality, staff was very friendly and the place very likeable. The wine selection is huge and any wine lover would go crazy over it. The octopus is as good as the steaks, but this place is famous for their meat and they don't dissapoint. The only con I can find is the limited imported beer selection. A must visit!

This restaurant was fantastic.. just what we were looking for in an otherwise commercialized Cancun, an authentic Argentinian Steakhouse.The food was amazing from the ceviche to our steak and the grilled chicken was unexpectedly divine , lightly seasoned yet perfect. The best part was certainly the service , the servers, the maitre d and the sommelier did an awesome job of making us feel like this is an experience. We found this place on our first day here for dinner and decided to celebrate my birthday here two days later which was nothing short of exceptional. Can't wait to go back!

Drink was huge 3L! We changed to margarita. Prices were good. Asada tacos were bomb! Menu had beer advertised yet they only had Victoria on hand. That was the disappointment. Bathroom was clean, no one was swimming to get water everywhere. It was a good place to sit on the roof and enjoy family and good food. The cheese fingers rocked! Shrimp tacos were good. Will def go back. Just be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs!

Overall- watered down drinks, bad service, and dishonest practices. We were skeptical and our fears came true. The drinks are unbalanced, overly sweet, inconsistent mixture of random low quality ingredients. Only thing consistent was low amount of alcohol across the board. So, we decided to get shots of mezcal. The mezcal we ordered turned out to be quite bad that had uncanny after taste of plastic. Then we decided to go with something familiar in form of captain morgan. After that shot, I was convinced that quality of alcohol is a miss. When ordering the jagger mojito, they forgot the Jagger shot in it. On pointing that drink was white and missing the shot, the waitress was confused. They don't know what they are selling. The guac was oxidized and chips soggy. An honest suggestion is to get a mocktail and add your alcohol shot. When bill came out, it had suggested tips but they proceeded to apply 25% without consent. We pointed it out and at this point the experience could get worse. The waitress started arguing that it's mandatory. We refused to budge. And they returned our tip money. We proceeded with tipping them 15% out of pity. The sad state of bars in cancun has left us with scarred experience and we won't recommend this to anyone.

Received terrible service and was ignored by our waitress. Waited 30 minutes for chips and guac and when we received it the chips were limp like they had sat in the guac for quite some time. Drinks and food were delivered to others around us before we got ours. Had to go to the bar for service. Ketchup was watered down.

Great service and food. The drinks were great. I ordered Mezcal and they brought out five different for me to try before serving me my choice. Very fun. The staff accommodated us being our first night and sped up service. Don't miss the corn soup appetizer and soufflé! I almost forgot, live piano with bass playing during dinner!

We were lucky enough to spend our anniversary night at the Kempinski hotel and had dinner here. From the start to end, the service was on point, top notch and excellent. They prepped the table with romantic candles and rose petals. The live jazz music was beautiful. Wine selection and cocktails are amazing. All the food on the menu is so delicious and beautifully presented. We had an amazing dinner and can't be more perfect than this. We had an amazing dinner. We will definitely revisit the hotel and The Club grill restaurant in the future.

Oscar and his team are the best! We thoroughly enjoyed dinner and the music. We are not dancers, but the dance floor was enticing. I was really satisfied with the meal, and the service is second to none. Perhaps the best duck I've ever had; top three at worst, and that's out of a large sample size! I can also recommend the corn soup, which I'm told has been the only soup on the menu for decades -- no need for any other offerings. We finished the evening with the Grand Marnier souffle and port. This is a five diamond restaurant, and it shows everywhere except the bill; very economical for find dining such as this.

Wanna be restaurant in a wanna be hotel. Almost empty place. Very cold atmosphere. Service is absolutely too much .not the fault of the great severs but it’s likely the way they were instructed to behave, such as to follow you to the bathroom and back as if you’re a 3 year old that will get lost. Food was good but didn’t justify a 100$ for a medium size Chilean seabass dish, especially when they forgot to serve the miso sauce that should go with it….. steak was less than average . First courses were good. Better choices in upscale restaurants in cancun. Would not return.

Out of this world food and service. Felt like a Queen. A complimentary aperitif and squash soup were also good. We ordered foie gras and octopus carpaccio. They were exciting and supple. The octopus was like nothing I had ever had and the foie gras was probably the best I’d ever had. For our main course, we had the rib-eye and sea bass. They were properly cooked and seasoned well. Still the appetizers were the shining stars. For dessert. We spilt a decadent chocolate mousse. At the end of the meal, I was presented a single red rose. Throughout the night, the waiters were so attentive. The only downside was the CONSTANT cries and screams of children from infants to toddlers having meltdowns at EVERY SINGLE TABLE. They even drowned out the live jazz piano. We were the only table without children. No fault of the restaurant, but ruined our very special night and made it not special.

What an unforgettable overall experience! Magnificent decor and atmosphere. Live piano player added to the overall ambiance.The wait staff was courteous, attentive, and professional and was very helpful to assist me with all of my selections. We had truffle burrata , arugula pear salad, homemade tagliatelle , lobster risotto and warm chocolate fondant. The quality and presentation in each course was impeccable. The tagliatelle was out of this world! We commented to the Maitre D as to the excellence of each course. He shared our comments with the chef , and the chef was kind enough to visit our table to thank us personally for our accolades and appreciation.When dining in Cancun, Fantino is a MUST!

Today, we had the pleasure of dining at Fantino (fine dining) in Cancún. On August 17, we celebrated one of our birthdays by enjoying an amazing, delicious, and perfectly balanced flavors pre fix six course menu, including an exquisite wine selection per dish, and an exceptional service. We highly recommend Fantino as one of the best in Cancún.

One of my finest dining experiences this year, and I certainly didn’t expect that from a hotel restaurant. The service is what made this dinner so very special. The servers and the welcome desk waitress were just the most attentive, lovely people who really took care of every one of us and every detail at the table. I love this about Mexico - three star restaurants in France don’t even compare. The elegant interior and the quiet atmosphere were just as special. Make sure you focus on local ingredients. I found the cooking to be absolutely excellent, but the octopus and dayboat scallops have probably flown in slightly past peak freshness. The Caribbean lobster, the fish and the shrimps were super fresh and amazingly prepared. The same goes for meats. Compared to the fancy restaurants just outside the hotel, Fantino is calmer, quieter, just as amazing in food and service, and equally priced. I’ve eaten here twice and I hope to be back, soon.

Cannot recommend this place high enough! We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton specifically after hearing great things about this restaurant and we were not disappointed! We were so impressed after first night dining at Fantino that we returned a second night. The catch of the day and the salmon were phenomenal. The homemade pastas were excellent appetizers and the desserts were amazing! The chocolate fondant cake is well worth the wait. The service was top notch! Adrian, Pedro and Alejandro took excellent care of us and we look forward to seeing them again soon!

Simply the best dining experience I've had so far anywhere! This place truly is incredible: delicious and innovative tasting menu, incredible presentation and ambience with live piano music. The service is absolutely top notch: extremely attentive, yet unobtrusive, professional yet with personable, with great attention to detail. I could go on and on, but it was simply the best dinner that everyone should experience. If you're staying at the Ritz, you have to go and even if youre not, make a trip here. 10/10 Worth every penny and highly recommended.

What a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the value was tremendous. I highly recommend this place to anyone who stays at the Ritz Carlton Cancun. The staff really went above and beyond, and all the little extra treats that the chef would send out were marvelous. I'm sad that we only went once during our three night stay. We'll be back.

This place opens until pases 2:00am which is very convenient if you are looking for an after. Food and drinks are good. The service not so much, it was a busy day but it wasn’t a one customer feeling annoyed by not being attended. Very local.

Came here alone for a late-night snack since I was staying at a nearby Airbnb, spent only ~150 MXN for three tacos/tostados, and the flavors were rich and well-balanced, packing a lot of meat too. A very good option for a meal in Cancún.

One of my favourite places for a couple of fish tacos and a couple of Dos Equis beer. Good ambiance and they had a good DJ. Music was not too loud.

We had breaded shrimp, a shrimp coctail and pulpo diabla. All were quite good. Friendly hostess and nice waiter. They appeared to be very careful with complying with the virus recommendations. The coffee was nothing to write home about but satisfactory. The orange juice was good. We will definitely stop in again if we are in the area.

The best fish I had on my trip. Got the chipotle and even added some spice to it with the complimentary habanero paste they provide. The verde salsa and rojo salsa were extremely tasty as well. Fish came out fresh with guajillo chili marinade and aguacate, the sauce tasted perfect and everything worked perfectly in combination with one another. My favorite spot on my trip, I would recommend everyone go check it out.

Mayanin was our amazing server who gave me and my twin sister spectacular service during breakfast. Excellent service, attention to detail and great recommendations, we went for the breakfast buffet and had such a great time, delicious food, amazing views and honestly the best service we have ever received from any restaurant. We visited from NC. Visited in June 19,25. It was my twin sisters first visit to Cancun !thank you for making it a memorable experience.

We had the breakfast buffet. There could’ve been a larger selection of food. They had an egg/omelette and taco station with fresh tortillas. The juices they had were very good. Their pork ribs in tomatillo sauce was good too. The food quality was good overall. In summary, it wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t bad either.

This is heavenly! You can have the most luxurious all you can eat brunch ever for $50pp including brunch cocktails and champagne. Everything is incredibly delicious and there is so much to choose from. Definitely recommend visiting!

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet all 4 mornings we were there! After our first day, the host greeted us by name. A couple of the days we had Angel as our server. My daughter needs to eat gluten free and although there were things on the buffet that were naturally gluten free, we asked if she could order things off the menu so they would be prepared fresh and hopefully free of cross contamination. She was in heaven - each morning she had gf pancakes and then she had chilaquiles, huevos rancheros and custom made breakfast enchilladas twice, they were so good! The buffet was amazing! All your typical breakfast offerings and then each day, the Mexican/entree side was different. Everything from grilled salmon, taquitos, gorditas, shredded beef, chicken mole, carnitas, beef burrito bites, mixed veggies, refried black beans, lentils, etc. They also had a chilaquiles bar with differnt kinds of yummy toppings - pickled onions, pico, sour cream, panela cheese, green and red sauce. They had the fixings for bagel and lox along with several cheeses and fruits. Lots of pastries and cereals for kids. A sweet lady was making french toast, pancakes, waffles and omlettes made to order. There was also delicious Mexican hot chocolate and coffee as well as a Mimosa and Bloody Mary station. I've had a lot of breakfast buffets and this was top notch!!
