Khamma Ghani Restaurant is an elegant Indian dining spot in Udaipur, offering stunning views of the surrounding lakes. The open-air terrace provides a 5-star ambiance with the Aravalli Range as a backdrop and Rang Sagar Lake below, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a romantic setting. This restaurant serves a variety of local and international cuisines, ensuring a delightful fusion of cultural charm and culinary excellence.
Had lunch here with my friends and really enjoyed the place. The ambiance is beautiful with different seating options, and we chose the side by Pichola Lake which made it even more special. We ordered fish, dal baati churma, veg platter and drinks. The dal baati churma was super tasty – and honestly, it feels best when eaten with hands rather than a spoon. The vibe of the place is great and the staff are very polite and helpful. Perfect spot to enjoy good food with a lovely view.

Visited this much-hyped lakeside restaurant recently, and while the food truly lived up to its reputation, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. First off, getting a lakeside table took almost 40 minutes, far longer than expected. Once seated, the service was disappointingly slow. When we politely raised the concern, the staff mentioned they were tired as they had been working since morning. Honestly, for such a large and popular restaurant, proper shift management should be in place if that’s the reason they’re giving customers. Another downside to the lakeside seating is the insects, they’re constantly hovering around, and you really have to be cautious while eating. The quantity of food was also quite less for the price charged, which makes it feel slightly overpriced. That said, the taste was absolutely fantastic rich flavors, perfectly cooked dishes, and clearly made with skill. So if you’re visiting purely for the food, it’s worth a try. But if you’re expecting good service, quick turnaround, or a comfortable dining experience, you might walk away a bit disappointed. Go for the taste, but keep your expectations low for service and ambiance.
KOPAL K — Google review
The restaurant has a nice rooftop setup with good vibes for dinner. Staff were polite but need a bit more training. Service was okay but didn’t really match the high prices. I also noticed a hygiene issue — a waiter dropped a spoon and put it back, which wasn’t great to see. The food taste was just okay, not bad but not impressive either. The menu cards looked old and rusty, and some tables were worn out at the bottom. A few spots could also use better lighting. I had heard a lot of hype about this place, but honestly, I didn’t feel it was worth it. Maybe the owner isn’t paying enough attention to small details that really matter. The place has potential, but right now it feels a bit overvalued for what it offers.
Divyaraj T — Google review
Another good lakeside fine dining restaurant. This place is known for food, service, comfortable seating and for it's ambience. It does serve veg and non-veg food. We had positive experience. Service food and ambience was delightful. We didn't not prefer it's famous lakeside seating location as it was stinking. All other location were good. You get live music( tabla and flute). We ordered vegetarian food and it was of normal taste which you usually get in any fine dining Indian restaurant. Dishes price seems to be middle to upper range. Staff were very polite and helpful. Overall we had a positive experience.

A Romantic Lakeside Gem with Delicious Food (Worth the Wait!) Khamma Ghani is a must-visit in Udaipur, especially for a romantic evening. The restaurant's location right on the lakeshore is absolutely stunning and creates an incredible ambiance. We went during a rain shower, which made the whole experience even more magical. The combination of the beautiful setting and the sound of the rain was truly something special. They offer a unique mix of seating options, from regular chairs to comfortable beds, which adds to the relaxed and intimate atmosphere. For our meal, we ordered the Khamma Special Veg, a mix of palak (spinach), corn, and paneer. It was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. We also tried the mushroom curry, which was yummy but a bit on the oily side. Both dishes went perfectly with the Mirchi Laccha Tandoori Paratha, which was flaky and well-made. The only real downside was the wait time. Our food took about 45 minutes to arrive, so it’s something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry. However, the delicious food and unforgettable ambiance more than made up for it. While the food is incredibly tasty, be prepared for some rich, calorie-heavy dishes. Despite the wait and the rich food, Khamma Ghani is a place I'd highly recommend for its romantic vibe and amazing location.
Varun K — Google review
Loved the authentic Rajasthani vibes at Khamma Ghani 💛 Tried dal baati and a few local dishes everything tasted delicious. The lakeside view adds to the charm. Best time to visit is around sunset to enjoy the golden view and cool breeze. It can get crowded on weekends, so be prepared to wait a little but it’s totally worth it. Highly recommended!
Sakshi T — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) Khamma Ghani is one of the best restaurants in Udaipur! The ambiance is beautiful, overlooking the lake and giving a perfect royal Rajasthani vibe. The service was quick and very courteous. The highlight of our meal was definitely the Laal Maas — rich, perfectly spiced, and cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and flavorful, easily one of the best versions I’ve had anywhere in Rajasthan. A must-visit place for authentic Rajasthani cuisine!

On our recent weekend getaway to Udaipur, we went to this picturesque restaurant at Udaipur. The restaurant serves great and tasty food which includes both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian food! The restaurant is located near Lake Pichola and the pics we clicked there were Insta Worthy!! However, the service was questionable, the food we ordered was served to us nearly in 20 minutes delay, the staff looked untrained and every time you ask them a question regarding food or waiting time, the all looked clueless. Rest other we are fully satisfied!!

Millets of Mewar is a top buffet restaurant in Udaipur, located near Pinchola Lake. It has earned a Certificate of Excellence for its high-quality food and service. The restaurant offers global dishes made with local, raw, vegan, gluten-free, and organic ingredients. Catering to health-conscious diners, it prides itself on being the city's first health food eatery.
I loved the food at this place. Must try : Special Tikki, Millet Daal Baati, Moms Veg Biryani, Veg Wrap, Rose Lassi The prices were also fine. Great experience and service The only drawback is that its not lake facing :(
Keshav A — Google review
Tried the fried rice here, and it was decent—not bad, but not particularly outstanding either. The flavors were okay, but nothing too memorable. That said, the place seems worth trying for other dishes, as the quality is reasonable. If you're looking for a casual meal, it could be a good option. Service and ambiance were fine too. Will likely explore more from the menu next time!
Shivani S — Google review
Millets of Mewar is a nice and cozy place with polite staff. It’s very close to City Palace, so it’s a convenient stop after sightseeing. We ordered Dal Baati and Pizza. They use organic and gluten-free ingredients, which is great if you like healthy food. But as a core Indian who loves strong spicy flavors, the Dal Baati didn’t have that traditional Rajasthani taste we were expecting. The pizza was good though, and we enjoyed it. We also tried watermelon juice, and it tasted pure — no extra sugars or artificial flavors. Overall, a good spot for clean and healthy eating, but don’t expect the usual spicy Rajasthani touch.

Best food, good staff and great ambiance. Located near lal ghat and next to city palace and Jagdish Temple. Good spot for photos too. The food was very tasty especially their millet khichdi and Millet bhel.

Everything is good here and taste is awesome. Must try is the rajasthani thali, coffee, paneer butter masala. It is near city palace. Lake pichola is nearby.

Sunny - the owner of this restaurant shared his experience about running the place. His story of resilience in this industry is amazing. The food is fusion between the modern and traditional roots of Rajasthan. Must try place if you are looking for a good ambience.

This place is one of the best you can find near City Palace, after a tiring session of long walks and taking pictures 😄 As evident from the name itself, try anything based on millets. I ordered pasta and millet veg biryani. Pasta had less vegetables than expected but millet biryani was unique and very tasty.

Restaurant Harigarh is a renowned lakeside dining spot in Udaipur, offering a charming open-air setting by the water. It's known for its authentic Indian cuisine and top-notch hospitality. The restaurant provides a relaxed and calm environment where you can enjoy mouth-watering Chinese, Indian, and Continental dishes all under one roof. With beautiful views of Lake Pichola, it's an ideal place to savor delicious food while taking in the refreshing breeze from the adjacent shoreline.
The restaurant is alright and people are mainly attracted here for the view. The staff is very helpful and even in rush hours they cater to everyone's minor needs. Food quality is average and a bit on spicier side. Also, especially on weekends when restaurant is working at full capacity, the staff mentions a minimum wait time of 40 minutes on the order. Make a reservation beforehand, will save your waiting time, as crowd starts pouring in 7pm onwards. The tikka dishes are good. Ambience is good. Good variety of alcohol and beverages available. They have live music on the weekends.
Shambhavi J — Google review
This lakeside restaurant has stunning views that are definitely worth the high prices - but only if you can snag one of the limited lakeside seats, which are usually occupied. Unfortunately, the service was slow and poor, and the place was extremely crowded. The food tasted good, but the takeaway box packaging raised some questions about whether it was prepared in-house or sourced from elsewhere. Despite the drawbacks, the view is breathtaking, and if you're willing to overlook the service issues, it's a lovely spot to enjoy a meal.

I tried the Paneer Pasanda with naan at Harigarh Restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. The dish had a rich, white creamy texture , dry fruits with a slightly sweet flavor that paired well with the soft, fresh naan. The lakefront ambiance added so much charm—it felt serene and perfect for a relaxed dinner. Service was attentive, and the staff made sure everything was served warm and fresh. A lovely spot if you want good vegetarian food with an authentic Udaipur view!

⭐ 1/5 — Hari Garh, Udaipur: Great lakeside view, disappointing food & value I visited Hari Garh Restaurant (Hanuman Ghat, outside Chand Pole, Udaipur) because of the lakefront location and the promise of authentic local food. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a classic case of view > food. What earned the single star • Stunning lakeside ambience. The terrace seating overlooking the water is beautiful at night and is easily the best part of the experience. Why the rating is so low • Below-average Lal Maas. The restaurant’s supposed “go-to” Rajasthani specialty was underwhelming in flavor and execution. For a dish that represents Udaipur for many visitors, it simply didn’t deliver. • Highly overpriced for what you get. My bill (attached) for one Lal Maas (₹840), plain rice (₹250), three tandoori rotis (₹60 each), fresh lime—salt & sweet (₹120 + ₹100) and bottled water (₹30) came to ₹1,596 with taxes (CGST 2.5% + SGST 2.5%). At several other good places in Udaipur, ₹800–900 comfortably covers a full meal for one—here that’s roughly the price of just the Lal Maas. • Value mismatch. The pricing feels driven by the location rather than the quality on the plate. When the signature dish is mediocre and expensive, the overall experience suffers. Bottom line Come for the view of Lake Pichola, but if you care about taste and value, there are many better restaurants in Udaipur to explore. For me, Hari Garh was overpriced with less-than-average food quality—not recommended.
Sagar A — Google review
We visited Harigarh yesterday to celebrate my son’s birthday, and I truly want to appreciate the team here for making the evening special. It was very difficult to find a lakeside restaurant in Udaipur that was willing to arrange last-minute birthday decor, but the staff at Harigharh went out of their way to help. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful they took the effort as if it were their own celebration. The food was excellent as well. Every dish we ordered was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and served fresh. The ambiance by the lake, combined with their hospitality, made the entire experience memorable and wholesome. Just one suggestion for anyone planning to visit: Avoid taking your car directly to the restaurant. The lanes leading to Harigharh are quite narrow, and there’s no dedicated parking space nearby. It’s much more convenient to park a little farther away and take an auto-rickshaw to reach here comfortably. Overall, we had a beautiful experience celebrating a meaningful day with great food, lovely atmosphere, and wonderful people. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful lakeside meal with warm hospitality.
Pankaj P — Google review
The view was just okay, but the food was honestly the worst I’ve had in Udaipur. We ordered pink sauce pasta, which they bizarrely served in a sabzi plate, and the pizza was awful – thick bakery-style crust drowned in ketchup instead of real sauce. It was so bad we had to leave the food, completely inedible. Feels like a tourist trap – overpriced and poor quality. Would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Also the guy who was performing live, ruined the experience. It would have been better if they just played music on speakers.
Pihu G — Google review
Food was average. Waiting period for lake side is a bit longer on the weekends. Live music was not that good. View is good and seating is very comfortable.
Sneha S — Google review
Giving one star rating just because of the lake side view. Staff here is extremely careless and food taste like torture. One of the biggest disappointment for us, they served chicken soup to us even after clearly ordering the veg one and ruined our night. Be extra careful while ordering here and better to avoid such horrible hospitality. They didn’t even had the decency to serve their customers, only lake side view for tourist is keeping their shop open.

While not exclusively dedicated to Rajasthani food, the menu features specialties like Laal Maans/ Dhungar, Junglee Maans, Soyta Maans, Papad Meti, Aloo Mangodi, and Mewari Khichdi.
Very nice serene place to hang out with family. It is just on the puchora lake. To reach here can be a challenge, if you just rely on google map and have a self drive car it can be a traffic nightmare.. Better to hire an auto and park your car outside the lake area. The old city streets are amazing to place to visit. Sitting on a lake side having delicious food can be a memorable experience here in tribute.

We visited this place on Saturday, fortunately we get chance to have dinner here in Night. Almost all seating arrangements are besides lack so you can enjoy the dinner with amazing views. Almost everything we ordered was good, however it is slightly overpriced. It costs us around 5k for three people. Service was extremely poor, most of the time need to call staff 3 4 times for order and for each items each takes average 30 minutes.
Nisarg D — Google review
Beautiful Atmosphere, But That’s Where It Ends The lakeside location and ambiance of this restaurant are undeniably beautiful – but sadly, that’s the only good thing about it. The food was overall disappointing. I ordered a sandwich for ₹475 – it was just tomato and cucumber, nothing else! Very small quantity, and it took half an hour just to serve that. Total waste of money. The pasta was the only item that tasted good, but again, the quantity was too less for the high price. The service was poor. Staff seemed untrained, had no knowledge of food preparation, and were not attentive at all. This place is clearly overhyped because of its location. There are many other restaurants around with similar views, but with much better food, service, and pricing. Overall – not worth the time or money. Definitely not recommended.
Dharamveer J — Google review
Visited this restaurant for lunch - it’s tucked inside narrow lanes, so best to go by your own vehicle since transport isn’t easily available from there. The place itself is pretty, with a nice location by the lake (though the lake water isn’t very clean). The staff was nice. We tried the biryani and pineapple raita - the food was okay-ish, nothing extraordinary, yet on the expensive side. Still, it’s a good spot to spend your evenings, relaxing by the lake and munching on some food while enjoying the view.
Akanksha V — Google review
Amazing view with great food on the ghaat of pichola lake. Evening dinners are best in candlelight. We had lunch here in winters and the service was amazing. Loved the vibes here and food. Great staff and location. A must visit restaurant on your visit to Udaipur.

It was a very special occasion for me—my first wedding anniversary and also the first Valentine’s Day of my life on 14th February 2025. I wanted the day to be truly memorable and beautiful. We planned a vacation in Udaipur for our anniversary, and I arranged a surprise dinner for the evening. While shortlisting restaurants online, I came across Tribute Restaurant. The menu looked good, and the location was absolutely beautiful. I found their contact number on Google and gave them a call to book a table. The staff was incredibly helpful with the table décor—exactly as I had shown them in the reference picture. Although we arrived 30 minutes late for our reservation, they still held our table and didn’t give it to anyone else. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience—the food was delicious and reasonably priced, the service was top-notch, and the ambience was perfect for a special evening. I highly recommend Tribute Restaurant for anyone looking to celebrate something meaningful in Udaipur.

Superb views over the river and great food. You can watch the fish eagles swooping down to feed as you tuck in dinner. A very popular location for tourists and locals alike with good reason.

Don’t order butter chicken if you are from north Delhi because they didn’t do justice with that. Butter garlic naan was perfect. The dessert which was apple pie with vanilla ice cream was also good but was expensive. Overall we paid 2000 for the food which was just quite average tbh. It did filled our stomach but not our soul. The setting was open and the view was beautiful along with the service which was fast and polite. So all the marks go to that.

The only good thing about this place is that you cover a nice view of lake Pichola which you can get at tons of other places along the lake. I had gotten a pizza and a cold coffee. The pizza had way too much cheese and the coffee tasted odd. The waiter asked me to shift to another table for no reason even though the place was nearly empty. Please avoid this place

Natraj Dining Hall And Restaurant is a must-visit spot in Udaipur, especially for those craving authentic Rajasthani and Gujarati cuisine. Located near the Railway Station, it's known for its pocket-friendly prices and delicious dal bati churma. The restaurant offers traditional vegetarian thalis with different assortments of Indian dishes. Despite its simple interior, Natraj takes pride in serving the best gluten-free vegetarian food.

Visited this place during our Udaipur trip as it was one of the most recommended spots for trying local food. We went for their unlimited thali, and it was truly worth the hype! Every item was unlimited, served with the same quality and no hesitation, no matter how many times you asked. The place was very hygienic, and the staff served with great effort every single time. It does get quite crowded—we even had to wait more than 10 minutes despite visiting in the off-season. Parking is also an issue, so it’s better to take a rickshaw instead of going in your own car. What stood out most was the personal touch—the owners themselves were going around, asking customers if everything was fine. That shows why they are so popular and still focused on improving. If you want to enjoy authentic, unlimited local food with great flavors, this is the place to go. Overall, definitely a 5-star experience in every way!

Natraj Dining Hall is a must-visit if you want to experience authentic Rajasthani and Gujarati thali in Udaipur. The food is served generously, with an amazing variety of dishes that capture the traditional flavors perfectly. Everything tastes fresh and homely — from the dal bati churma to their authentic Rajasthani and Gujarati thali in. The service is quick and friendly; the staff make sure your plate is never empty! The place can get quite busy during peak hours, so a little waiting time is expected, but it’s worth it for the quality and experience. The ambiance is simple and clean, more focused on good food than luxury décor. Overall, a great place for a hearty, traditional meal that truly represents Rajasthani hospitality.

A Disappointing Culinary Experience at Natraj Dining Hall and Restaurant, Udaipur. Today, I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Natraj Dining Hall and Restaurant in Udaipur, and I must say, it was incredibly disappointing. The food was utterly bland and lacked any real flavor. First, I ordered the Matar Paneer, and the peas were completely raw, as if they hadn't been cooked properly at all. Next, I tried the Tawa Roti, which was a tawa roti in name only – incredibly small and much less than expected. Finally, I sampled the Malai Kofta, and its taste was almost non-existent, unlike anything I've experienced before. Overall, the dining experience was very poor. I would not choose to eat at this restaurant again and would advise anyone against trying it.
Neeraj T — Google review
No words to describe the food and the service. Unlimited food at reasonable price. The staff serves with so much love that you cannot say no to them. Highly recommended for spicy yumm food.
Shiv S — Google review
You have to visit Natraj if you are in Udaipur. The food was very good and flavorful. For the introverts: they will serve you everything they have at first and then give you some time to taste things and they they keep coming to your to refill anything you'd like to eat more, they are more happy if you actually eat more food dont even think about being judged. You'd surely be coming out of this place with a satisfied tummy, just dont keep soo much expectations it's just taste like home.
Chaitanya S — Google review
Had a great experience at Natraj Restaurant! The place is not only aesthetically pleasing but also has a warm, old-world charm. It’s a generational restaurant, and you can actually see three generations working together, which adds a really special touch to the atmosphere. The staff is extremely responsive, cooperative and friendly
Tayab W — Google review
They arranged more tables in the banquet hall to accommodate more people due to the Diwali crowd with limited service staff. The manager had a bad attitude. He told us to find a table ourselves and if the table was busy, stand near the table you wanted to sit at.

Jheel’s Ginger Coffee Bar & Bakery is a charming cafe and bakery located on the picturesque banks of Lake Pichola in Udaipur. It offers a delightful experience of sipping coffee while enjoying the serene view of the lake. The menu includes an array of confectionaries, sandwiches, cakes, pizzas, toasts, and ice creams. With its authentic ambiance and delectable offerings, it has become a popular spot in town since its opening in 2011.
It is a really nice spot near Gangaur Ghat, just walking distance from the ghat. We went there for dinner and ordered pizza and garlic bread. The taste was really good and the quality was also better than expected. The best part is the atmosphere—very calm and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the ghat. It feels relaxing to sit there and enjoy your food. For the price, it’s totally worth it. It’s not too costly and gives a great experience. If you are in Udaipur, this is a must-try place for a good dinner with a view.

Totally loved it. The ginger coffee was super refreshing with that little kick, a perfect pick-me-up. The pesto sandwich, chef’s special omelette, and french toast are also really good. The place has this amazing lakeside view, and just sitting by the window with a cup of coffee, watching Lake Pichola, felt so calming. Cozy vibes, chill ambiance, and the staff were really sweet too. If you’re in town and want good food and coffee with a peaceful view, this spot is a must try.

Krishna Dal Bati Restro is a highly recommended restaurant in Udaipur, offering a compact menu focused on serving delectable Rajasthani thali at an affordable price. For just Rs250, patrons can enjoy unlimited servings of Dal, Bati, Churma, Boondi Raita, and other traditional dishes.
Loved the Dal bhati.. Traditional food Dal bhati, dal, lasan ki chutney, churma( sweet), mint chutney, white rice & chach.. All the items were good.. food is unlimited .. Typical mess style service.. Waiting time is there.. Must visit
Maturu T — Google review
Visited Krishna Dal Bati with high expectations after hearing a lot about Rajasthani cuisine, but the experience was quite average. They serve only one fixed platter priced at ₹350, which includes dal, bati, churma, rice, gatte ki sabzi, papad, and a couple of accompaniments. While the quantity is decent, the lack of variety or options was a bit disappointing. You can't choose or customize anything—it's take-it-or-leave-it. Taste-wise, the food was fine but nothing exceptional. The bati was slightly dry, and the dal was underwhelming compared to other local places. Churma was good though, and the staff were polite and attentive. Ambience is basic, and it can get crowded during peak hours with a bit of waiting. For ₹350, I expected either better taste or more variety. Overall, it's okay if you want to try a typical Rajasthani thali quickly, but there are better and more value-for-money options in Udaipur.
Astik S — Google review
Best Daal Bati Churma experiance. Perfectly cooked baatis, flavorful daal, and best churma. Service is exceptionally quick, with plenty of staff who are attentive and eager to refill your thali without even asking. A great spot for anyone craving traditional Rajasthani hospitality and taste!

Superb food and awesome atmosphere for Rajasthani Dal Bati , All items were delicious, Dal , Bati , Churma, Chatnis, Buttermilk Unlimited yummy food. Highly recommend and must visit whenever you go Udaipur.

Best place for Dal-Batti lovers. ₹350 per thali and you will get unlimited dalbatti. Staff are very polite and with smiling face. With dalbatti we had gatte ki sabji, cucumber, buttermilk, green and garlic(red) chutney, papad, chura(sweet), capcicum sabji, onion everything unlimited. We visited the place late afternoon around 2.30pm, hence there was no wait. Will revisit when next in Udaipur.

. . . . . . . But if your aim is to savor a pure, satisfying Rajasthani experience, this place delivers. Verdict: Krishna Dal Bati Restro is a flavorful dive into the heart of Rajasthan. For anyone craving soul-satisfying Dal Bati Churma in Udaipur, this restaurant is worth every bite.

I had an amazing experience here! The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully presented. Honestly, it’s some of the best food I’ve had in Udaipur. I was really tired after a long day, but the moment I started eating, all my tiredness just disappeared. That’s how comforting and satisfying the food was! The service was equally impressive — the staff were polite, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy tasty food with excellent service in Udaipur!

Udaipuri Restaurant is a unique dining spot in Udaipur, offering a purely vegetarian menu that combines Indian, Chinese, and Mediterranean flavors. Situated in the city center, it provides stunning views of Udaipur's attractions. The restaurant boasts a simple yet charming decor and attentive staff. Must-try dishes include Khumb ki Biryani and the Udaipuri starter platter. It's surprising how flavorful and memorable a vegetarian meal can be at this delightful eatery.
Loved the taste. Pander tikka lababdar and dal fry was really tasty. Ambience is good. Pure veg restaurant near shastri chowk. Not over crowded. Service is little slow but offers really tasty food. Well maintained, clean and neat place. Shapes of different animals are created in walls from kitchen utensils which is very creative. Also idol of Lord Ganesha created at billing counter is unique. Very good to visit for smll or large groups. Special Jain preparations also available. Cost wise it is good.
D S — Google review
The restaurant is located on shastri circle and is one of the top vegetarian restaurants in the city. The food we ordered was kind of good, the place looked good with some unique decoration. Washroom was dirty af. Hope they improve the cleanliness. We ordered their platter and it was good. Their kandhari kofta dish was pretty average and might visit the place again.
Akash V — Google review
Celebrated my child's birthday here. Initially while booking they promised service and specific starter item but on the day of birthday when guests arrived they denied the service and also mentioned limited quality will be available for starter which means not all guests will be given the starter. Guest count was given in advance and there was no extra guest in the celebration still the manager behaved rudely and denied service.

Ordered online from this restaurant. Sent spoiled and stale paneer ki sabji. Even after telling our concern to the restaurant they paid no attention and didnt address the issue. The paneer was clearly khatta and sada hua and aalu like texture. We all know what bad paneer looks like and tastes like. I ordered for a sick person and if they would have eaten the food they would have gotten food poisoning. The restaurant staff is rude and non responsive. Please friends don't eat here or order for your family and friends.

#review Udaipuri Restaurant which is situated on Shastri Circle Opp. Shastri Sweets is a pure vegetarian restaurant. Visited this place few days back. We ordered - Tomato Soup - Sweet Corn Soup - Udaipuri Starter Platter - Crunchy Corn & Spinach Salt & Pepper - Bhatti ka Paneer Masala - Udaipuri Dal Tadka - Kabuli Masaledar Chole - Jeera Rice - Breads ( Tandoori & Missi) - Papad - Butter Milk Before jumping on food would like to point out that we were the only customer at that time & then customers started coming after 30 minutes. Tomato soup was very thick & was of gravy consistency. Sweet & sour soup was good. Their starter platter is one of my favourite dishes which have 5 types of starter namely Gold Coin, Hara Bhara Kebab Palak Chaat, Spring Roll & a Paneer Tikka. Everything was delicious. Then main course started coming in, i specifically asked our serves as to what to order as we wanted something spicy in paneer so he suggested Bhatti Ka Paneer. It came though the dish was good but it lacked spice & cream made it a bit sweeter though. Then came Dal Tadka which was okay. Then Kabuli Chole which were totally bland neither they were tangy nor spicy just eating chickpeas in some kind of tari. All the breads were good. Restaurant like these which I use to count one of the best for their service & food didn't even get to par. All the dips & chutneys came after everything was finished. Service was very slow considering their were very fewer tables occupied. Our Total Bill Came to INR 2418 but with Zomato Pro we Paid around INR 2000 for it.
Lovish B — Google review
I would have given zero stars if it had an option. Ordered from zomato aloo prantha and cold coffee. No taste of coffee it seems like you are drinking sweetened milk that too of poor quality. No stuffing in prantha only wheat. They didn’t even packed it properly cold coffee spilled out of packing

This place is amazing to vist with family & friends and spend quality time. This is at shastri circle and popular for its north Indian dishes. They have a lot of option in their menu to choose from. We tried paneer tikka, crispy aloo, cheese paneer butter masala, katrani subz jhalfrezi and assorted bread basket. The food was really tasty and scrumptious. They provided quick service which was the best thing. The food was tasty and scrumptious. Recommend this place to visit with family and for vegetarian cuisine.

Vegetarian restaurant
Jain Nashta Centre, located on Chauraha Road in Udaipur, is a popular spot for a traditional Indian breakfast. It offers a variety of light and fat-free options such as poha, samosas, kachori, and tea at budget-friendly prices. Visitors can enjoy the authentic taste of Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh's favorite breakfast dishes.
We enjoyed a lovely early morning breakfast in Udaipur, it was raining, so we stayed inside. We had the starters platter for two Poha, which was good. along with jalebi. poha- jalebi as the main breakfast was nice, we were a bit puzzled though about the half empty plate... samosa & kachori was also good, but South Indian breakfast was very tasty. in last, we ordered Hot tea, which was absolutely hot & tasty. Service is very friendly, but a bit slow due to high demand. All in all definitely worth visit, also quite School and College students friendly.
Pawan P — Google review
This is one of the best places for breakfast. We tried poha, idlis, and other dishes, and the poha was particularly delicious and price worthy. However, it can get quite crowded in the morning. The hygiene could be improved, and the food tends to be on the spicier side. They also use onions as a garnish on almost everything.
Sharath G — Google review
Variety of Nashta/desi breakfast you can have here. I tried poha, dal kachori, pyar kachiri, jalebi, fafada, Dahi bada, aloo bada with kaadi, khaman Dhokla, fried idly, sambhar idly etc. You can also have tea at nearby thela who will serve you in jain nasta centre. Must visit at this place.
SACHIN R — Google review
The place is located near the Girls College and I have been there multiple times. The price is average, service is fast and food is great. My personal favourite is Poha, Jalebi, Khaman, Kachori. Imarti is very average. A great place to visit for breakfast!
Tushar S — Google review
I recently visited Jain Nashta Centre in Udaipur and was thoroughly impressed by their mouthwatering offerings. Every item on the menu was not only incredibly affordable but also bursting with flavor. I highly recommend trying their dishes if you're in the area. However, the only downside was the infrastructure, which could use some improvement. Nonetheless, the delectable food more than makes up for it. Overall, a must-visit for anyone craving delicious Jain cuisine on a budget!
Shubham T — Google review
Food taste is awesome. But they need to spend a few bucks on infrastructure. Update (Aug 2023) Tried few more items which we couldn’t in our last visit. Believe me, you can’t find a tastier and competitively priced food anywhere else. We tried idli sambhar, dahi vada, poha, jalebi, kachodi, Khaman/Dhokla and loved literally everything. Poha quantity is great even for ₹20. Jalebi was thin and crisp and was perfectly sweetened. Idli finishes too quickly so make sure to get them as soon as they are available. About infrastructure, owner told that some litigation is active on the property hindering any of their efforts. They are serving amazing food for literally nothing. You should definitely give it a try.
Yashwant R — Google review
Food was excellent We were on udaipur tour loved the taste. Famous dishes we tried :- Poha, samosa, kachori (onion and dal both) , chai tea, aloo Vada, idli sambhar as well. Every food was best and fresh. Lots of traffic in morning. So they were preparing fresh foods.
Ronak D — Google review
Best place for Poha and Dhokla in Udaipur. This is a small outlet which serve Poha at earliest of the morning. It's delicious and has such an amazing Indori taste. It's desi but tasty so do not expect luxury. You have enough space for car parking as its located on the main road. You can park easily. Google map is 100% correctly marked.
