Cafe du Soleil is a charming 18th-century mill restaurant located in Pound Lane, Canterbury. The cozy brick-walled interior creates a warm ambiance, and there's also a terrace for al fresco dining. Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine with French and Italian influences, the menu changes seasonally to offer an array of delectable dishes. Known for their Duck Four Ways starter and wood-fired pizzas, this hidden gem is perfect for a delightful dining experience.
Amazing food and service! Had the pulled duck burger which was incredible - so yummy, would 100% recommend. The pizza for 2 is very sizeable and delicious. The servers were all smiley and happy to help. The tiramisu was a lovely extra and much appreciated! Thank you!!

We could not get a table at another nearby restaurant. They recommended to us Cafe Du Soleil. Their loss and Cafe du Soleil gain! What a great restaurant on the river. It was a Monday evening, so not too busy. We had the large wood fired half and half pizza - Napoletana and Pepperoni. It was large but perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. We were stuffed after finishing it!

Delicious Italian fare in Canterbury. Gluten free menu available. We enjoyed the aubergine gratin, calamari salad (crispy and gluten free!), seafood risotto, and lamb dish — great flavors, perfect cook/temperature on the protein, all gluten free! Highly recommend.
Susan W — Google review
If you want a perfect warm welcome, fantastic service and excellent food we recommend here. We came spontaneously for some lunch and really enjoyed our meal. How lovely to walk in and everything just hits the spot. Looking forward to returning soon to maybe have the delicious sharing dish again or might try something else. Enjoy.
Nimy B — Google review
delectable food, generous portions, came for lunch menu inadvertently and had the beef carapaccio which had a lot of flavors like spicy, salty cheesy very delicious, and the the aubergine which is the eggplant also cheesy and warm and gooey and delicious, and had nudja Pizza was which a lot of flavor but overwhelming and not like the cross was delicious but like it was really salty but not in a terrible way. it's more like really, really strong and had the beef steak burger which was good but very heavy and the fries were okay and came with the tiramisu which had a deep roasty coffee flavor which was unique and came with a candle for wifey's birthday and overall super pleasant experience

Lovely restaurant Megan was my server, and was super helpful nothing was too much, food was delicious my visit was short notice as I had some clients cancelled at the last minute from my Canterbury Ghost Tour! We booked last minute. We had a sharing platter Buttered chicken and Chilli chicken and I had a pepperoni pizza! Service was outstanding and staff overall were very helpful! All food cooked to order all food freshly prepared and cooked!
John H — Google review
We had the share plater and what a large amount of delicious food. The steak was so tender and the chicken was simply delicious. Asked for more bread and was on the table hot out the oven. We did not have a reservation but the manager kindly got us in. We had constant attention and service was good humour and a smile. Nothing to was too much. Good atmosphere. Will be going back
Daniel B — Google review
Beautiful pizza, surroundings and service. You can get the pizza half and half if you get them large so had artichoke and nduja. Large pizzas are absolutely huge and so eye catching. Probably the nicest pizza I’ve had in the UK! The chilli oil and chilli mayo were also out of this world!! Will definitely be going again.

Café No.35 is a rising star in the city, quickly gaining popularity among locals for its lunch offerings featuring locally sourced ingredients with an international flair. The menu boasts tempting options like Korean fried chicken with Gochujang sauce, salmon tacos, and signature sandwiches. The cocktails are also noteworthy. On sunny days, guests can enjoy their meals in the charming walled garden. The café is family-friendly and accommodating to little ones, making it a convenient choice for early lunches.
Lovely atmosphere with innovative menu. My salmon with lentil and broccoli salad could easily have been served in a Routiers in Aix-en-Provence.

We came here for the first time today, and were highly impressed all round. Staff were friendly and welcoming, the interior was clean and bright, with a cute little garden at the back, as well as outside seating at the front. As for the food, it was top class. Our vegan and veggie breakfasts were delicious and healthy, and really well presented. I really cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful place and wish l lived closer so l could visit more often. Highly recommended 👌
Michelle — Google review
We went on 2x separate occasions but can only submit one review - excellent breakfast options, nicely cooked & tasty, decent prices as well. Lunch was a bit disappointing, with the salmon & lentil salad, as given the price was £16, the salmon was dry and no flavour to the meal overall. Could only eat a 1/3 of it, however the club 35 sandwich was superb. Friendly staff and delicious coffee, both hot and cold.
Simon B — Google review
Me and my family had lovely experience here. We stopped in for a drink and some cake - one of our group had a peppermint tea which was made locally and a lovely vegan croissant warmed up, another had a coffee and a gluten free lemon cake and I had a vegan biscoff and ginger milkshake which was divine. It was a lovely atmosphere and the food and drinks were delicious. I'd definitely go again and try some of the cakes! It's always lovely to have more than one dairy or gluten free option.
Louise S — Google review
Excellent lunch! We had the pulled pork wrap and the mozzarella panini, both were very good. The portion sizes are large so you’ll definitely be full. We also had a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows (both of which came with an extra cost but they were less than 1£). We came with our dog and they offered us a free pup cup! The waitress (whose name we didn’t catch) was very sweet! We recommend 100%!
Claudine M — Google review
Food was good. But found hair in my food. 😌 Luckily the waitress quickly changed my plate. It would have been good if a discount was offered for this mishap!

Taken straight to a table. Offers of choice where to sit too. I need gluten and dairy free options. All was catered for with no fuss. Food was delicious. The best homemade hash browns!
Nikki K — Google review
I've been to Cafe No 35 on several occasions and each time has been excellent. Food is exceptional and so much choice, and if you are a Vegan or Veggie, you are in for a treat! Beautiful courtyard garden is a hidden gem in the summer too. They have some great events, and the 'sip and paint' evening was great fun! Oh....and it's dog friendly!

A La Turka Westgate I recently had the pleasure of dining at A La Turka Westgate and I wanted to share my compliments on an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere, combined with the rich aromas, made me feel right at home. The food was exceptional! Each dish was vibrant and full of authentic Turkish flavors. lamb kebab was especially memorable, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The balance of spices and fresh ingredients truly highlighted the skill and passion of the chefs. In addition to the delicious food, the service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations and making sure we felt taken care of throughout our meal. Thank you to the entire team at A La Turka Westgate for an unforgettable dining experience. I look forward to coming back soon and recommending your restaurant to friends and family!

Lovely Turkish restaurant with great food! We walked in for brunch as we were just passing by and they happened to be open. We ordered 2 Turkish Breakfasts and it was delicious! Big portions and lots of food. Our waitress was so lovely and accommodating (didn’t catch her name but she had short blonde hair). The food also came out very quickly which was great. It’s a shame I didn’t get to try their full menu but I would definitely recommend their breakfast. Food is halal too which is a bonus.

This place made my visit to Canterbury even more special because of the amazing food we had. Absolutely loved our meal at A La Turka! The chicken kofte was juicy and full of flavour, the garlic mushrooms were rich and creamy full pf buttery flavour, and the chicken shish was perfectly grilled. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and friendly service – we'll definitely be back!

Food were good. Adana kofte was salty but still good. Salmon cooked perfectly. Server gave us chips instead of rice but immediately changed us into rice. I would definitely visit and try again

Hidden gem in a somewhat touristy area, great tasting food and excellent service. Highly recommend the vegetarian casserole, and the vegetarian dolma, which were of the sweeter variety with raisins. Spotted the staff shopping for produce at a local market stall so you know it’s fresh!

I had such a delightful time at this restaurant during my recent trip to Canterbury! For dinner, I ordered the mixed kebab with rice, and oh my, it was absolutely delicious—bursting with flavors that whisked me right back to my trip to Turkey! I was so impressed that I couldn’t resist returning the next morning for breakfast. The shared breakfast was perfect for two, incredibly tasty, and left us both so happy. Huge thanks to the talented chefs for bringing such authentic, mouthwatering dishes to life! I’m already looking forward to my next visit when I’m back in town

Fantastic food and impeccable service from the two Romanian gentlemen. Best pasta I've eaten out in years. Fresh flavours snd perctly cooked.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was good but could have been better, not enough seasoning on some dishes.

This establishment was warm and welcoming.. The food however was a "let down" or a "crash"!! My partner ordered a pizza which as seen in the photo, was delicious for him... However. My meal "a bowl of tomato sauce" with poorly cooked pasta and the meatballs were like if they were boiled and flavourless.. So uneatable that I lost my appetite and was given a full refund off the bill...

Karma was amazing as always. Very friendly, made us feel very welcomed and fulfilled our special requests regarding our dishes with a smile. Thank you Karma xxx

Lovely little place with really friendly and attentive staff, we were given options of sitting outside, front of house or a back dinning area. Upon sitting at a table we were given a complimentary snack of some sort of tasty pasta crisps which I need a recipe for, they were delicious! My partner and I went with a pretty basic option for our first visit of this restaurant and both had a bolognese, but it was absolutely lovely and pretty filling. The atmosphere here was great and the decor was really nice, will definitely be visiting again to try some more of their food!
Aimee B — Google review
The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and engaging. Regardless of our visit being at rush hour, the team of waiters handled everyone in a professional manner. Despite the fact that some of the customers were rude and ill-mannered, the staff kept their composure and standards. Overall a good experience, definitely coming back

We just tried to get a walk in table for 4 for my wife 2 daughters and I. We we're told that as we had not book it would be a 30min wait. Another couple waiting behind us with 2 children then asked for a table for 4 with no booking. They were then seated immediately. When my wife asked why the other couple could be seated straight away. The lady couldn't give us an answer. Maybe our faces just didnt fit?

Can't fault this delightful restaurant. Ordered drinks and food which was ready pretty quickly despite being busy. Food was great quality with a service to match with happy and conscientious staff. Really enjoyable

Food was good, bacon was a bit salty. Baked beans were good, not too sweet or salty, with lovely tomato sauce. Vibe is the reason we were there. Service was nice, care and made sure you were well served.

It was a good start to the day to have brunch at Refectory Kitchen. I enjoyed my pancakes and hot chocolate, largely because of the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They greeted me warmly with no wait time despite having a busy morning. Then patiently recommended food choices. Throughout the meal, they checked on me twice to make sure eveything was fine. To the pretty and efficient-working staff, thank you for your hard work!

We’ve been at the Reflectory Kitchen on a Sunday morning in August 2025 and had a tasty English breakfast. Opens at 8:00 h! Recommendation!
Jörg W — Google review
We went this on Sunday evening. It was a little bit crowded, we have to wait for 20 minutes. But it was worth. I ordered smoked salmon and avocado. There are boiled eggs, salmon, cucumbers and a lot of avocados on a toast. The taste of vinegar was excellent.

Went to The Refectory Kitchen for breakfast — staff were really welcoming and friendly. Got there early so plenty of tables, but it filled up fast! Great menu with lots of choice. I had the English breakfast (delicious) and my wife had the pancakes, which looked and tasted amazing. Very popular spot — we’ll definitely be going back! Parking is about five minutes away next to the train station. It’s in the old part of the city, so wheelchair access is limited with stairs at the entrance, though staff would likely help. There’s also an outdoor seating area for warmer days.

I had a great time eating Mexican food. I liked that I got one extra drink when I ordered two non-alcoholic cocktails at a 2+1 deal. The churros dessert was also delicious, so be sure to try it!

If you sit outside there is no Service. Tables were dirty and we had to ask twice to get it better. Complex oder process online. In my opinion that’s not worth the price of over 100 Pound for 4 no alcohol no starters …..

If you're looking for some good cocktails, then Las Iguanas is the place to go to. Our bar tender Daisy was on point in making our drinks. She was personable and so easy to talk to. The place is located inside the Whitefriars shopping center. They offer 2 for £13 cocktails excluding the Specialty cocktails. We had the Specialty Uncle Wray's Rum Punch and it was a nice blend of fruit punch and fire from the Wray & Nephew. Thanks Daisy, you rock!

Visited and sat outside as we had a dog. We were given menus and told outside QR code could be used to order. This did not work so had to go inside to ask if we could order. A lad came out and took our order. Drinks arrived. Seemed to be waiting a bit then our nachos and mains arrived at the same time. We said we ordered nachos as starters but the lady said that if you order outside all the food comes out at once and nothing she could do. We didn’t want to Make a fuss so accepted it. As you expect mains were cold by the time we had finished nachos. Table next to ours also ordered nachos as starter and had theirs first then main. I wanted to Make a point but food was nice and staff were nice so just paid and left. Used this chain before and never had an issue. So if you order make sure you tell them you want as starters and main. I thought it would be obvious but obviously not !!

Lovely atmosphere, great food. I ordered the slow cooked beef but highly recommend the seafood pasta. Really well done

Food was extremely good and fresh. The pizza was a good size for its price. However, the staff seemed to not care and only wanted to get things done which led to poorer customer service on my end. Another bonus was the payment. You were able to order online and also have the feature to “split the bill”. Great for teenagers when paying if need be and easier. Needless to say, the food was amazing and so was the tiramisu. Will be returning 😊

Very pleasant Italian atmosphere, excellent and courteous service. The food is authentic and delicious, the dough is properly made, although the portion of the filet labarque was small, but everything else was excellent. The ingredients are fresh, in short, it is worth dining there.

Walked in without a booking and was pleased to be able to get a table for myself and my friend. Our waitress Leila was lovely she was very warm and welcoming, food arrived very quickly after ordering and was delicious. After our mains Leila asked if we would like to see the pudding menu, myself and my friend both chose the Chocolate Etna. It was amazing, one of the best puddings I’ve ever had. Great experience at ask Canterbury will definitely be back!

Amazing time. My boyfriend and I frequent Ask Italian every few months as our spot and it’s always amazing. We never reserve a table but they always make space for us to come inside for something to eat. Our server last night was Leila and she was absolutely lovely. Above and beyond in my opinion. As a server myself I find myself slightly more judgy of services when I go out so it’s lovely when the staff do that bit extra. The starter was the new pesto dough balls and they were amazing. Our mains were also sublime, I went for the sake pasta dish I’ve had a couple times and it never misses. My partner tried the new pizza with goat cheese and I couldn’t help myself from stealing some - it was delicious. Dessert was amazing also with a Biscoff cheesecake and a very fun chocolate bomb dessert. Leila poured the toffee sauce ontop and the chocolate melted delicately over the ice cream. Overall was an amazing date night and we will be back soon.

The food was lovely and the portions were good that we couldn't actually finish. We had the pesto pasta and garlic bread, pizza and chips and shared an ice cream. It all seemed freshly made and the wait wasn't too long. Staff were friendly and helpful. Families with children were there and it was quite sweet to see the tables being laid out and the families coming in happy. I would recommend it for good food and it was nice and clean there. Didn't visit the bathroom so can't comment on that.

Came here today for a meal with family. Overall very good service, the waitress came to serve us quickly and the food did not take too long to arrive. My only complaint is that I ordered a pollo della casa (which was a chicken and mushroom pasta) and there was no chicken in it. Pollo della casa means chicken of the house. Where was the chicken? Clearly not in this house. Luckily the garlic bread managed to redeem this, it was covered in cheese and very garlicy. Overall decent restaurant, and would probably come here again.

We have visited many times before over the years, even gave the grandchildren a treat there once, but I have never written a review before. The standard of the food is always very good and I love the venue, the river views, the atmosphere and the decor. Over the years, the level of service has varied. When it is not so good, it's always down to a lack of staff. Whether the manager can't get them or doesn't have the budget for them, I don't know. However, because we can, we now visit in the early afternoon. It's usually fairly quiet then and service is good. Unless there is a tragic change of circumstances, we will remain loyal customers.

Delicious food in a cosy restaurant next to the river with a lovely view! Tip: Request to sit next to the window. All pizzas were amazing and staff were very helpful and friendly.

My husband and I came in for drinks and an appetizer. I loved the old building the pizza express is in. We did the 2 drink deal and enjoyed the garlic dough balls. The cocktail was delicious. Our server was friendly. Toilet was up stairs.

the food was amazing, we got seated quickly and the atmosphere wasn't too loud, the server was lovely and very friendly

The food here was lovely and fresh. Service was amazing. There were 7 of us in total including 3 little children, and our waiter Silas took such good care of all of us, was super thoughtful, attentive, made fabulous espresso martinis and had such great initiative, especially with the kids. He was also extremely professional and lovely to us and guided us through the menus seamlessly amongst the toddlers' chaos! So thank you! Pizza express was such a lovely vibe with colouring books and pencils ready to keep your little ones busy until the food arrives. Highly recommend!

I've been here a few times now with my partner and every time the food, the drinks and the staff are absolutely lovely. We especially wanted to give credit to Liz and Amy who served us today. Every time we've been in, Liz has been the absolute best, so kind and welcoming. Amy was also just an absolute ray of sunshine, giving stellar service today!

This was a very pleasant restaurant. We hadn't booked but the waitress found us a good table without hesitation. The food and service were excellent. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, serves food and the staff are friendly and professional.

Amazing food, great menu and lovely staff. I’ve been a few times to this restaurant and have always been impressed. The staff were phenomenal. So friendly and good with my daughters. We all really enjoyed the food and the new app means you can earn rewards each time you visit. A lovely dinner and all round experience.

Whether you're a vegan or a meat-eater, you can enjoy their selection of wraps, soups, salads, and cakes. In addition to their healthy options, the friendly staff ensures that customers can still indulge in comfort food favorites like burgers and hot dogs.
The food was delicious. Loved that the full English included veges. The garlic mushrooms and tofu were particularly tasty. Recommend getting a juice or smoothie and your coffee elsewhere. Milk steamed to very high temp which curdles some plant milks such as soy 😅 We came back a second time for the food. Tasty cakes to take away as well 🍰

Recommended by our tour guide and indeed it is healthy and delicious. Four stars list though for the attitude of the Indian (?) cashier with glasses. Before cutoff for all other food and she BLUNTLY said she could only do one dish and rang it up right away without asking if wanted anything else - I could have gone for a pastry but I guess no thank you… rude enough that I wouldn’t myself come back

It's in a very central location, near the cathedral, under beautiful arches. Very beautiful spot. One girl at the counter was very helpful, some other a bit less. Food was ok, not the worst, not the best. I got my order slightly wrong, but it wasn't the end of the world, I ate it anyway. The soup of the day in my opinion was a bit acidic.. even if I only had 4-5 spoons, I felt it coming back up few hours later. Maybe was just not a lucky one!

It is a family run enterprise. Great friendly staff and proud owner. Food was out of the world. Tomato soup tasted divine. Mediterranean platter was scrumptious. Recommend to vegan and veggie lovers.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a minute. Gorgeous food bonus that it’s all so healthy and flavoursome ! Can’t believe I had to go all the way to Canterbury to find out there is a branch in London also :)

It is such a shame; this used to be one of my favourite cafes in Canterbury. Whilst the food is still tasty, the portion sizes for the price are stupidly small. I paid £11.60 this weekend for a buddha bowl to take away and was given about half of a standard portion that didn’t even cover the bottom of the container, and went less than half the way up the sides. The quantity was probably worth about £5. The staff were absolutely run off their feet and the service was incredibly slow. Really disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot continue to recommend this spot.

The Veg Box is one of the first places we ate at as a family of three since our son was born, and though I was a little apprehensive given his minute attention span, we couldn't have enjoyed out lunch there more. The staff were so kind and accommodating, the food was absolutely delicious (the pancakes were insanely good, and the salad buffet was phenomenal - a big word to use about salad, but even my partner who is definitely not a natural herbivore really loved them!) and the general vibe of the place is super relaxed, so even when our son was testing out his lungs nobody made us feel awkward. Fantastic selection of food and drink, great portion sizes and really quick service, we really couldn't have asked for more - maybe more pancakes because I could have eaten them forever - but really we couldn't recommend enough. And even though they were clearly very busy, the staff were all doing an amazing job of still smiling and being super friendly, which I think is never easy when under pressure, so big props (and many thanks) to them!

I had the Sri Lankan curry with rice and fermented veg. It was so delicious and had a great depth of flavour. The place is very nice and the service is lovely. Will definitely eat here again if passing by Canterbury again.

Nestled in the heart of Canterbury, Nando's Canterbury is a vibrant Afro-Portuguese restaurant that specializes in flame-grilled chicken slathered in their signature spicy chili sauce. This location stands out for its quick service and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. For those looking to enjoy a meal with a view, the upstairs seating offers picturesque sights of the historic streets below.
Had dinner here, and overall, it was a nice experience. The food was good, but the sauces were amazing—definitely the highlight. The place had a nice, cozy vibe, and while it was busy and buzzing, that actually added to the atmosphere. A great spot for comfort food.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nando’s – Canterbury A proper peri-peri paradise! Nando’s Canterbury delivers exactly what you’d hope for — bold flavours, a buzzing atmosphere, and that unmistakable Nando’s charm. The restaurant is beautifully laid out, blending rustic textures with vibrant Afro-Portuguese design touches. Whether you’re tucked into a booth or by the windows watching the Canterbury crowds go by, it feels both cosy and energetic. Food? Spot on. My butterfly chicken was juicy and flame-grilled to perfection, with just the right kick. Sides were fresh (hello spicy rice and halloumi), and everything arrived piping hot. Staff were welcoming and efficient, happy to guide you through the spice scale if you’re feeling brave or indecisive. Whether you’re here for a quick bite or a full-on feast, Nando’s Canterbury serves up flavour, friendliness, and a feast for the eyes — and always leaves you planning your next visit.

Nando never disappoints. First time in Canterbury with our in laws and they really enjoyed! Please try the corn! It's amazing! Chicken was juicy as always, the waiter was lovely and helped us with the pram! The AC was too cold for us and they kindly moved us to another table so ponits for that. Toilet has baby change and no parking as this one is on the high street. We parked near the shopping and walked 12min.

Had a lovely lunch at Nando’s today – yes, even as a vegetarian! The Spiced Chickpea & Spinach wrap was full of flavor, and the sides were fresh and satisfying (you can’t go wrong with peri-peri fries and garlic bread!) with other food. What truly made the visit special was the wonderful service from Nimisha. She was kind, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Thanks to her and the team for a great experience – definitely coming back! Once again thank you so much Nimisha.

Had the boneless platter, which came with 4 sides. Very tasty. Also had the garlic/chesse pita bread starter, and washed done with a few beers. Would prefer the beer to come in a bigger option than a 330ml can.

Really friendly staff greeted us as soon as we arrived. Even though it was a busy Saturday payday weekend and there was a short wait for a table, the host was very quick and efficient. Ordering at the till was simple, and I was really impressed with the allergy menu. It was clear and easy to read and I also learned that much of the menu is gluten free, which I hadn’t realised before. I’m so grateful to the server for their helpful guidance. The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious. I especially enjoyed the view from upstairs overlooking the high street—it added to the experience. Overall, a lovely visit and I’d highly recommend it.

I had the pleasure of having lunch here earlier this week with my toddler, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, attentive, welcoming, and refreshingly child friendly, which made all the difference. The food, as always, was of a consistently high standard. A special mention goes to Kasper, whose thoughtful attention and professionalism ensured we had a relaxed and pleasant afternoon. Truly a five star experience. We look forward to returning soon.

Amazing Service from Lori at Nando’s! Had a fantastic visit to Nando’s, all thanks to Lori ! From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and super attentive. She took the time to explain the menu, helped us pick the perfect spice level, and made sure everything was just right throughout our meal. Lori checked in regularly without being intrusive and had such a positive, upbeat attitude — it really made the whole experience that much better.

Pizza Hut Canterbury is a popular chain offering delivery, carry-out, and dine-in options. Known for its variety of pizzas, wings, pasta, sides, and desserts. The staff is praised for their friendliness and efficiency in serving even during busy times. They are known to accommodate large group orders with helpfulness and professionalism. Customers appreciate the great toppings options and recommend the Chicken Supreme pizza. The stuffed crust pizza is highlighted as a particularly good deal at 10.99 pounds.
We have been using this Pizza Hut regularly for well over a year now. Every month we collect our online ordered pizzas at 1.30-1.45 pm and they are always ready. Always fresh, hot and meticulously made with care . We have had pizzas from other Pizza Huts in the past, notably Bluewater and they have been AWFUL and very expensive so we have boycotted them except for the one at Dover Road! The staff are always very warm, welcoming and friendly especially the gentleman that is there on a Thursday during the day. Thank you very much.
Sue H — Google review
Thought we would treat ourselves to a couple of pizzas, one deep pan and one stuffed crust, so disappointing. The stuffed crust was doughy and the pan pizza was the most greasy based pizza I have ever eaten, complete waste of money. Even had to put it on kitchen towel, the base almost tasted like the ones they would use for garlic bread. I will never return and would never recommend the food. Edit- I had already contacted the customer care team and just offered a voucher and said that’s all they can do.
Ed F — Google review
Took advantage of the large pizza at £9.99 collection deal so of course you can't argue with the price. The pizza's were pretty good, not greasy, the garlic dusting didn't haven't much flavour so we'd skip that next time and sauce / toppings were nice. Bit difficult to find somewhere to park if you're driving for the collection deals, side roads nearby are the only real option. Noticed that some of these reviews here are clearly for the high street restaurant so just ignore those. With these deals, I would recommend and buy again.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Pizza Hut. I ordered two Sizzlers pizzas, but when they arrived, they tasted completely different from what I was expecting. The flavor was off, and the pizzas seemed rushed or made incorrectly. When I called to express my concern, I spoke to a staff member named Alex, who was rude and dismissive. She didn’t take my complaint seriously and seemed more interested in brushing me off than actually resolving the issue. This experience was far below the standard I expect from Pizza Hut, and I will be thinking twice before ordering again.

Popped in at 9.45pm on Saturday night and was warmly greeted by the young lady who was very helpful. Great deal of any pizza any size for £7.99. Food was quick to arrive, freshly cooked and lovely. Would definitely drop in again.

I love Pizza hut, no much to say honestly. Service was good same for the pizza. I will let the pictures talk for me😁
The D — Google review
We ordered 2 Sizzler pizzas from pizza hut today and they tasted both different when we tried it. When we called the restaurant, a lady named Alex was extremely rude about the whole situation. She delivered a new pizza in exchange for the old one and then called us saying we ate a few slices from it. I don’t understand how can someone figure out they taste different without eating it. But i think this lady would have some super powers hence according to her we shouldn’t have eaten it and reported it before. She also mentioned that they will never deliver to our address. Also this kind of behaviour is so unprofessional, rude and unwelcoming. No wonder you have such bad reviews on your page. I’m just giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe she might be having a long day. But this is not the way you handle your customers. I am disappointed. This is the worst review I would have given someone but I felt so bad about the whole situation i had to write about it. We used to love this pizza from Pizza hut but reconsidering coming here again.
Pantone P — Google review
Very underwhelming experience - we arrived at 2 to have the lunch buffet, which finishes at 3. The pasta was empty when we arrived and was not filled up again, despite us asking a member of staff and them saying it would be 10 minutes. New pizzas came out frequently, but were barely warm and very greasy. The tables around us were left dirty, the toilets were grubby and the handles were falling off, the place needs some love and attention. I tried to find a waitress and for a good 10 minutes all the staff had disappeared, leaving a long queue of people waiting to be seated at the door. The only good thing was that you get a discount if you have a blue light card.
