Fattoush, located in the German Colony of Haifa, is a popular restaurant offering a variety of Middle Eastern dishes with an Arab kitchen influence. The restaurant's attractive interior features intimate rooms with unique decor, including olive trees adorned with colorful lights. The menu includes traditional favorites like the eponymous Fattoush Salad, a refreshing mix of chopped tomato, cucumber, onion, and mint topped with crispy toasted pita pieces.
Best. Meal. Ever. Served generously, with absolute fresh, divine flavors, surrounded by a great, peaceful garden setting and sweet music. Wonderful gastronomic crossings, you'll find the best version of each Oriental and Mediterranean specialty proposed here. Go ahead and enjoy !!

Excellent refreshing drinks, especially after visiting the gardens. Salads are so large I would recommend sharing. Humus amazing. Breads fabulous. Stop and enjoy the excellent staff and great atmosphere. You won't be disappointed.
Winton J — Google review
Among the many similar restaurants on this street, Fattoush is probably a better choice among what I tried The rice and chicken dish with yoghurt was superb, so was the leafy salad (sorry forgot the names) The Magluba wasn't as good as the chicken version, the hummus was huge but just ok, and the knaffeh was a bit dry but came with ice cream
Ilya C — Google review
Unfortunately Arab food we were looking for was not here. Salad was not fresh, veggies were chopped in advance and was sprinkled with deep fried in a very poor quality oil pieces of Arab flat bread. Kebab was served almost cold as the boiled vegetables, which had no taste at all. Hummus is hummus, it was ok, nothing more. Service is friendly but it can’t help when the food is such mediocre.
Olga R — Google review
Amazing surprise! Very nice comprehensive menu with veg, fish, meat choices. Nice garden surprisingly quiet. Excellent food and smiling waiters and waitresses

A nice arabic food in Haifa. We visited with 3 for the weekend. Food was excellent. We sat in the garden and nice place to have dinner and rest. Workers are so polite. Service time is quite logical. Kunafi dessert is really nice that you feel homemade taste with a different flavot
Nuri B — Google review
A great spot for dinner with nice outdoor seating and tasty food. I ended up getting the chicken fattoush, and it came with a small bowl of sourcream/yogurt to put on it. The prices aren't bad either, about 70₪ a person. If you are in the German Colony I would 100% recommend stopping by!
Ezra D — Google review
Very special and trendy place! One of the most amazing venues in Israel. I've never seen a place that's so well decorated and designed, with every single detail well thought of and touched! Every space has a cute twist and design what makes the place so special. I'll be careful with talking about the service, drinks and food. They just opened 6 weeks ago so will give them a chance to get better. When we came to sit down,no one told us that tonight it was a Saturday night (I don't know if Evey night) it's self service from the bar. So we waited for ten minutes for service until understanding this. The food that we ordered was very good and was freshly made in an open kitchen in the outside terrace. That I needed to go out and get myself. the drink verity is good (beer, whiskey, wine, cocktails, ect) but there's no drink menu (seriously?!?) Just ask the bar tender... That's not cool. What if I want to try something new? To conclude: Great venue, good food and drinks, they need to work on there concept and service. And pay a visit to the toilet, they are very cool! I'll be back to check if they did. Enjoy

Italian restaurant
Restaurant
Raffaello is a premier Italian restaurant that truly embodies the essence of authentic Italian cuisine. With pasta crafted on-site using imported ingredients from Italy, diners can expect nothing short of excellence. The inviting atmosphere features beautiful wooden furnishings and a bright interior, making it an ideal spot for enjoying innovative dishes like pizza topped with pear, truffle, and blue cheese or salmon pappardelle paired with spinach and beets.
Excellent italian restaurant, the food tastes great and the portions are quite large. The service is very good and kind. One of my favorite restaurants in the North and in especially in Haifa. I've visited the restaurant more then once and it was a great experience every time. If you're looking for a a great italian restaurant with reasonable prices - very recommended!

Firsts were expansive and small portioned but tastey. Gnocchi was very well made great sauce, Crudo also had awesome delivery and punch but they were both small for a starter and price. We had tried three pasta dishes, I wont bore you but all were sub par, should be the main forte, disappointed.
Moav W — Google review
Great food and service. We didn’t have a reservation but they seated us. The fish and pizza were amazing! Yummy
Ronit ( — Google review
Delicious food, nice atmosphere. Service was a bit too pushy on ordering extra drinks/dishes we weren't interested in. Perhaps depends on who's shift is it. Skip the cocktails, they're very light. Focus on the wines. Really recommend this restaurant overall.
Lin M — Google review
Great service (thanks to Batia 💕), nice atmosphere, acustica and background music needs improvement, clean, alcoholic beverages with plenty of choices as well as in food menu, comfortable seats but not enough space in between tables and passages. Inside and outside seats. Disabled and children friendly. Located inside a small mall with elevator, parking and other shops/stores. Nice to walk around. Not for budget. Better make reservations. Recommend for celebrating with family and friends.
Ronith — Google review
It wasn’t our first visit to this restaurant, never been disappointed. Everything from the starters to the main dishes to the desserts was very good. The waitress was very polite and attentive, however we were a bit disappointed by how crowded the place was, almost sitting back to back with a stranger. Anyway, we had a good time and for the great food we are coming back
W . — Google review
This is one of the place in Haifa where the Ambience, service, and food was good and even the price was reasonable compared to the places I have been. I appreciate the whole service team. Only thing which was missing is menu and booking not in English. The food was so yummy 😋 I would highly recommend this if you like Italin food with good Ambience and service

Location: Southern Haifa, at the end of Flieman street, inside Kastra mall, second floor. Parking: Kastra area offers many free parking spots, hard to find it fully occupied. Staff: very nice and very friendly. Restaurant: great atmosphere and a great experience to enjoy great Italian food. The place serves variety of delicious Italian meals including amazing pizza, pasta and ravioli. I recommend the ravioli :) The place is super crowded so make sure to reserve a table in advance, otherwise you will need to wait lots of time. Overall, definitely in the top Italian restaurants in Israel, very recommended.

Bistro
Sinta Bar is a popular urban bistro bar located at 127 Moria Street in Haifa. Known for its high-quality meat dishes, the restaurant sources fresh cuts from local carts and ages them on the bone for a month before roasting them in a charcoal oven. To ensure a taste of their renowned burgers and steaks, it's advisable to make a booking, especially on weekends. Guests have praised the exceptional service and recommended wines provided by the staff.
Wow, wow, and once more-wow! This restaurant was way over our expectations. The service was incredible. We were served by a lovely woman names Lian, who recommended us 2 delicious wines. The food was on another level. For entrees we had an amazing white fish Ceviche accompanied with bread. For mains we ordered entrecôte and beef fillet. We asked for medium doneness, and we received the perfect medium. It was so delicious we had to get another dish (sirloin). We were so full so we gave up the dessert but they were kind enough to surprise us with an amazing magnum ice cream like dish as you can see in the picture, on the house! Overall, with such an amazing experience and a wonderful vibe, we will **definitely** come again. Feels super fancy, yet genuinely affordable. Thank you Sinta-Bar.☺️😉

This was, hands down, one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order, waited patiently… and then was told they “accidentally” gave my food to someone else. Fine, mistakes happen, right? Well, they did it again. And again. Three times they gave away my food — after apologizing and assuring me they were “aware” of the issue. At that point it’s not a mistake, it’s just gross incompetence. I ended up waiting over an hour to get food that was not only late, but wrong. As if the delays weren’t enough, they couldn’t even get the order right in the end. And the management? A joke. The manager was more interested in laughing and chilling with the staff than actually doing their job. Zero accountability, zero urgency, and absolutely zero respect for their customers. This place doesn’t deserve your time, money, or patience. Go literally anywhere else.
Samuel M — Google review
Visited twice with prior reservation. First time everything was amazing, the food tasted perfect and stuff was very attentive and helpful. Steak was literally the best I ever tried. The atmosphere was very comfortable, with plenty of space around the table, soft background misic and sim lights. Made an impression of high level restaurant and generally was a very pleasant visit. Second time visited on St. Valentine day was much less pleasant experience, even with reservation made a week ahead of time we got seated in a very uncomfortable area next to the bathroom entrance and the kitchen door. The table was basically in the way for anyone going to the bathroom or kitchen, so my chair was constantly kicked, pushed and moved by both guests and stuff trying to pass since the place was very cramped. The food order got once mixed up and once partially forgotten and arrived cold. Couldn't change the table or have any other solution from restaurant even though whole meal was accompanied by smell of the bathroom when the door was opened, sounds of people using said bathroom (not very appetising background) and shouts from the kitchen that were often more loud than our own conversation. Dinner felt like eating shawarma in the corner of a train station with all the shouting, commotion and smell. The stuff was noticeably tired and overwhelmed by amount of people. The food was okay, but nowhere near the first time, felt overpriced for the taste and amount. Overall was a very disappointing experience. Good luck with visiting, I guess, because it can be amazing, memorable experience or the absolute opposite. Won't go here on a holiday anymore though.
Irina D — Google review
I tried the place for delivery and dine in. Delivery was not that good. But dining in experience was amazing. The steaks were amazing with the requested wellness degree. The salads were amazing especially ceaser salad. And the desert was amazing and well made. The stakes where very good cuts and their flavors were amazing and very tinder. I recommend the place but make into your account its very expensive.
Omar A — Google review
We had a disappointing experience despite arriving on time for our reservation we ended up waiting 15 minutes for our table. The service throughout the evening was poor; several items we ordered were forgotten, and it was difficult to get the attention of any staff. We eventually gave up on ordering dessert altogether. Although we were seated in a non smoking area, nearby customers were smoking, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The food itself was decent, but overall, the experience felt overpriced for the quality of service and environment provided.
Guy N — Google review
Nice place. Lots of meat options, and a good variety of other dishes too. Good drinks, plenty of room. Service can be slow sometimes, but overall it’s not bad.
Sergey P — Google review
Not the first time here - always full of people, always delicious, excellent service - this time we had a stunning waitress who always smiled. This time, they messed up a bit with the fish I ordered—too much salt. Of course, they offered to replace it, and it was replaced. In conclusion - a great place to spend time with friends, family - but you also need to prepare a wallet. If you want to arrive during an event at the stadium - it is better to arrive by public transportation or look for parking far away and arrive on foot. Enjoy
Igal S — Google review
TL;DR Stylish Meat-Centric Spot — Good Vibes, Mixed Food, Slightly Pricey Located right next to the Sami Ofer Stadium, this restaurant offers a stylish and spacious setting with a warm, modern design. The semi-open kitchen adds a nice touch, and the acoustics are surprisingly good — you can actually enjoy a conversation without shouting. The menu leans heavily toward meat dishes, and it’s clear that the bone-in options are the stars of the show. While they’re definitely on the pricier side, they seem to be the safer bet if you're looking for something satisfying. We tried a variety of dishes. The carpaccio was fresh and well-prepared, and the burgers were solid. Unfortunately, the sirloin steak was a letdown — a bit tough and lacking in flavor. On the plus side, the starters were pleasant and paired nicely with the overall vibe. Free parking is available on the nearby streets, which is a definite bonus in the area. Bottom line: A nicely designed place with a good atmosphere and decent food, though not everything justifies the price. Stick to the bone-in cuts if you go.

Bistro
Nestled along the picturesque waterfront of Haifa's lower city, Venya Bistro offers a delightful dining experience that beautifully marries the charm of maritime tradition with contemporary flair. With stunning sea views on one side and the vibrant energy of urban life on the other, this bistro is an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Whether you're in the mood for a leisurely dinner or simply want to sip on a cold beer while enjoying light bites outdoors, Venya Bistro caters to all tastes.
Homey yet upscaled Israeli food in a cozy atmosphere in Haifa’s most vibrant neighborhood - a real keeper! This is the kind of restaurant you can go to every night and know that the food will be excellent without fail. Some of the standout dishes were the cauliflower tabbouleh, the crab gnocchi and the basque cheesecake with homemade strawberry jam. The one fault with the cheesecake is that a basque is meant to be exceedingly creamy, while this one was slightly too firm. But it was still a delicious dessert and I’d have it again! In short, a lovely neighborhood bistro with great service and reliable food. I’d recommend booking in advance as it’s a popular place.
Dan Z — Google review
Let’s start with the fact that the food was amazing… every single dish was delicious. On top of that, hospitality was exceptional, stuff and charming owner. The atmosphere is perfect, and the location in the port, super romantic… we’re looking forward for next time
Liat K — Google review
Nice restaurant with great atmosphere. The range of dishes to choose from was okay, I don’t think it fits everyone. The food was well made and served beautifully. My complaints; my dish, which is the wide pasta with asparagus, bacon, pesto and Parmesan. It came really oily and my other one is of course the pricing. Overall, you can visit there if the menu is to your taste and I think you need to preorder your sitting there.
Victoria P — Google review
Incredible quality food for seafood lovers. Very fresh and tasty. The staff are always very nice and never abbrasive. Food arrives quickly even when busy. One of my favorite restaurants in Israel.
Rachel A — Google review
Wow what a meal! I cannot recommend enough ordering the focaccia and the tuna carpaccio as a starter. The scallops are also an amazing bite (the scallops are seared and drenched in a delicious salty and acidic sauce). As mains we got the shrimp and ceab bisque (which was amazing) and the potato dumplings. It was all so good!
Isabella B — Google review
If you could describe food as sexy this is the right place to do it. Amazing freshly cooked food with a creative twist. Friendly and welcoming staff, we were offered a free shot which we had with the coolest staff member.

This place is exquisite! Probably my favorite place to eat on my trip to Haifa. The scallops were absolutely amazing and everything else was delicious as well. The bartenders were great and made the experience that much more enjoyable.

Seafood restaurant
Talpiot Market is a historical building located in the Hadar HaCarmel neighborhood in Haifa, along Sirkin and Lunz Streets. It houses a variety of restaurants offering delicious and original dishes made from fresh ingredients provided by local fishermen. The market is known for its exceptional seafood, with everything being freshly sourced from land and sea. One of the best seafood restaurants in Israel can be found within the market, where diners can enjoy a stellar meal prepared with classic flavor combinations.
In the middle of the Talpiot street market we had dinner at this small but wonderful restaurant. The service was exceptional, offering advice on the food and wine, showing interest in the guests and sharing a glass of complimentary ouzo with us. The food was delicious and original. The menu is changing every day according to what the fishermen provide, so everything is really fresh and every detail is being taken care of. However, the serving size was a bit too French (small) for us, but this is my personal taste. Add 25% more and we are in business. Also, please note that this is not a "cheap place", so be ready to pay for the terrific time you're going to have.
Sharon N — Google review
Though food was acceptable even good, this is first time in my life - kinda personal record of size of the portions. To tell it was hilariously small (for the same mediocre price of normal portions) it actually hardly tell anything. It was extremely, despicably small... Smaller I saw anything... Bottom line, never...
Alexander F — Google review
I usually go a lot to this area but never sat down at this specific restaurant. It felt more casual with all of its sophistication in the wine and food. They have a sommelier on hand, always gracious, always attentive with vast knowledge and wanted by most all the vineyards. We got to taste wine that tingled the senses, fruity, aromatic and absolutely wonderful. The food a little piece of heaven, tasting wondrous, spicey, exotic ranging from amazing starters to grilled fish, all catering to your palette. In short, come by, have some wine, good food and a great atmosphere. After that, just walk over to the other side of the street and have a drink and great food as well.
Ofir F — Google review
A stellar meal in one of the best seafood restaurants in Israel by far. Everything served to you is freshly drawn from land and sea (the restaurant is literally IN the Talpiot market) and carefully prepared with utmost attention to classic flavor combinations. It’s a bit unorthodox - the waiters just keep dishes coming if you want them to, and they’ll choose what they want unless you ask for a specific dish. While everything we had was delicious, there were a couple of dishes we didn’t get to try and next time we’ll probably ask for them especially. Lastly - DO NOT SKIP DESSERT. The lemon tart we ordered came with the most fantastic sage ice cream and quinoa crumble and it was an absolute highlight. Service was friendly and helpful and we even got free shots of ouzo! I’d recommend booking in advance if you want to make sure you get a good table.
Dan Z — Google review
Seafood fresh and tasty. Well explained by waiters what each dish will be, excelent servive, atmosphere of market but not noisy too much. Dishes are small and expensive but overall great experience!
Yossi K — Google review
Balanced and good menu, very good fish and seafood. A wonderful place for a sunny day to have light seafood meals and wine. Incredible service and kitchen.
Vladimir M — Google review
A very nice market restaurant. The dishes are according to what the see ofered that day. Really delishes. The resaurant got about 200 different wines and the owner (Ilan) can recommend according to your taste. It is a little bit expensive. First dishes costs around 10 to 20$, 40 - 70 shekel. For main course we got a lobster which cost 320 shekel, around 90$.

Abu Shaker is a renowned hummus restaurant located in downtown Haifa, Israel. It is known for serving high-quality hummus, which is considered the best in the country. The restaurant offers a variety of options including vegetarian dishes and meat-based hummus. Customers can expect generous portions at affordable prices. The cozy and simple ambiance adds to its charm, and the fast and friendly service enhances the dining experience. Visitors often recommend trying the Mashawsha and hummus with minced beef.
Delicious! Everything was so goooood ❤️ Especially the hot sauce - it was the best I have tasted. The portions were generous. Atmosphere was nice. The service was very good. Overall an amazing experience! Must go

I ordered a real selection of unique varieties and felt like I was at a big banquet in one person - and everything was delicious from tabbouleh to hummus or pita. I owe a lot to a very special service person who was eager to help, helped explain the enigmatic names of the hummus and suggested appetizers whose names I didn't know but had picked up on the table next to me. I felt super and would love to return! 🤌🏼 Definitely a humMUST! (Just too bad you can't pay by card) 💳

I recommend this place with great pleasure! It's the perfect haven for hummus lovers. Both the food and the vibe are a solid 10 out of 10. I will definitely come here again when I’m in Haifa next time.
Dmitriy S — Google review
They have great Hummus . All fresh and tasty. The Hummus paste just melts in your mouth. It's known to be as one of the best Hummous places in the city and Haifa is the city for great Hummus. The place is clean and the food is super fresh. It's an oriental restaurant with the conservative design of this kind of restaurants. The service however is fast and friendly. If you want a good and fresh Hummus place this is where one should go. It is located in Hameginim Ave. Close to Paris square where the Carmelit is located. The Carmelit is the tiny but nice funicular train which operates in Haifa. So the location is good, close to many other restaurants and pubs in the downtown area of Haifa. It's all about freshness and great taste.

Nice place to enjoy authentic Arabic hummus in downtown Haifa. This family small business is clean, few seating places, great service and the food is extremely good 👍 #haifa #hummus
Duha Y — Google review
This is easily the best hummus in Haifa. I highly recommend the Mashawsha and the hummus with minced beef, but there are plenty of vegetarian options as well. They serve big portions, and it is definitely possible to share just one plate of hummus between two people. The place itself is small, simple looking and located on a noisy street in downtown Haifa, which only adds to it's charm. The service is fast and friendly and the prices are ridiculously low. You won't be disappointed!
Sharon N — Google review
The Hummus itself is good, but you can find better places in Haifa. They lost points for the rest of it. The pita is bad :( flat and chewy, it's a shame really..the pickels are okay I guess, but they can definitely do better. Bottom line: If you're in the area and craving for Hummus, get it here to go

Abu Zeid Restaurant is a popular dining spot in Bat Galim, offering a diverse menu featuring fish, seafood, and meats. The restaurant is known for its quality salads that are served upon seating. Despite its unassuming exterior, the interior exudes coziness with nautical-themed decor. Guests can enjoy friendly service and a great selection of Arabic starters including garlic bread, hummus, and tahini.
I am not local but always love fresh seafood. Came here for the fish as highly recommended by a local. It did not disappoint!!!! The waiter recommended bass. It was fabulously fresh, delicate and delicious. There is no fishy smell or taste. The meat is firm, fresh with a good balance of smoky char taste. Really yummy! The salads were generous. A little too generous to be honest. Dips were good. I didnt enjoy the salads as much. Definitely will want to come again. Come visit if you are in this area. Eat the grilled bass!!!!!

Place with great Arabic food, definitely the star of this place is starters package with amazing garlic bread and regular bread, hummus, tahini etc. Actually there are so many starters that you almost don't need main. Mains were good, however meet for our taste was overcooked, the Home seafood was reach and big.

What was good: This restaurant is located "a stone's throw" from the beach, and although it looks very ordinary from the outside, but it is very cozy inside. It's nice to be here. Relatively Nautical interior. Friendly staff. My mom took a plate of 1/2 shrimps and 1/2 squids in sauce. Her friend - the fish Lavrak. My wife and I shared a plate of seafood in a sauce. White wine and a beer. And everything was just deliciously delicious. The kitchen works great here. ... What was "it happens": My wife ordered white wine, they brought her red (was normally changed). For a dish where there are crab legs in their shells, ticks were brought only after being asked. As well as napkins(Wet napkins before leaving they brought normally). Plate with shrimps and squids was a little bit small. ... What made me not to come here again: APERITIF POLICY. I have been in many restaurants in the center of country where I live and here every time we came to a place where they bring you many small plates with aperitif snacks(salads, sauces, bread, hummus, etc.), was the rule: if there is an order of the main course, that snacks are free, if there is no order - you pay for these snack plates. The waiter said about some conditions, and there are no complaints about him and the restaurant. Most likely, we just didn’t understand some words, because we got used to it as it always was in another places... but this does not change the fact of such a condition, which I do not like: There were four of us. Me, mom and her friend ordered the main course but my wife didn't(We shared mine). And we had to pay for those appetizer plates(each of us). And plus another price for one of us not ordering the main course. This is not a cheap restaurant. It is very tasty, a good place and I understand such prices, but with this condition, I, unfortunately, will refuse to come here again. This is not pleasant to me.

Shawatina is a popular restaurant located near the Carmelite Monastery and Stella Maris Church, offering stunning views of the harbor. The dining room features exposed brick and floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a picturesque setting to savor traditional Middle Eastern cuisine. Guests can enjoy an assortment of family-style salads and appetizers before indulging in house specialties such as grilled meats and fresh fish.
This place is amazing. Sea views, and large quantities of delicious fresh salads can be brought to your table as soon as you arrive. we were a group of 6 and we shared a couple of mixed grills, which were delicious. The best bit was the flatbread under the meat which had absorbed all the meat juices 🤤 highly recommend coming here, especially if you're hungry

Arabic Mediterranean restaurant with a nice view. The mains we ordered were good and the shared salads as well. The salads are not included in the price so I have to say this place is too expensive for what you get. We enjoyed it nevertheless and the service was great.

Very nice restaurant in a beautiful location overlooking the bay, city and sea (prime touristic location near the cable car and monastery). Beautiful interior decor and and outdoor seating. Pleasant (French) music. Authentic and tasty food in good sized portions, great service. High prices but also high quality, great experience 👌
Doron B — Google review
Very nice place, I was with a friend I had not seen for a while. We enjoyed the food, very good vibes for conversation. Friendly waiters, delicious food. Coffee kanaphe on the house; particularly, the kanaphe was a good one.
Zuly S — Google review
Good, but not cheap. This restaurant has many good points - see the accompanying photos. It has good food and beautiful views of the sea. The prices are reasonable, but they do not include salads, which are included in many other restaurants. On the other hand the assorted salads, which cost 35 NIS (about $10) are attractive and good. I was disappointed that the goose breast on the menu was not available, so I ordered a seafood pasta dish, which was quite good. There was some confusion about whether my dish came with a side dish. My waiter said it did, but offered only potatoes or French fries. That didn't appeal to me with pasta. In any case, no side dish arrived, and I enjoyed the salads I had ordered extra. After the meal I asked another waiter, just to know for next time, whether my dish came with a side dish. He said it doesn't, but brought me potatoes. I ate one, though I was stuffed, and it was good. I was pleased that the meal came with complimentary Arab coffee and pastry.

Awesome spot. You have a nice view on the ocean. Wait staff are super friendly and welcoming. I had hummus, pita, this delicious tomato sauce and a tabouleh. All the food was delicious. The waiter server me dessert for free which I really appreciated. It was also delicious!

Nestled in the prestigious Carmel district of Haifa, Villa Carmel Boutique Hotel is a charming establishment that exudes elegance and comfort. Dating back to the 1940s, this polished hotel features an airy restaurant and bar, along with a serene terrace perfect for relaxation. Guests can indulge in rejuvenating treatments at the full-service spa or unwind in the sauna and spa tub after a day of exploring.
Wonderfully beautiful breakfast at the Villa Carmel's new restaurant. Yogurt with fruit and granola and date honey. Edan, the manager of Villa Carmel restaurant, has been absolutely lovely. He makes the delicious breakfasts even better. We feel almost like family! Definitely a place to eat breakfast and lunch!
Lisa M — Google review
Villa Carmel and I have a very long relationship, I have always recommended them to people I love and I always enjoy coming here to use the Sauna and Jacuzzi area and facilities at the top of the Villa. Unfortunately, my last few experiences were not as good as I would have expected: the rooms weren't so clean, the service wasn't the best and the facilities weren't even working the last few times I was there. This is very unfortunate because I really adore this place and wish to come back many more times, so hopefully this will improve 🙏 I can say for example today I arrived for a massage+breakfast. When I got there at 8:15, the doors were closed, no one was there and no one answered the phone. After standing outside for about 15 min I remembered that the restaurant should probably be open and then I headed that direction. No one was there and I waited until approximately another 10 minutes until the chef finally arrived and tried to help. He said that the massage will start at 9 sharp and because of that I couldn't have breakfast before the massage as I planned. I waited at 5 min to 9 for the massage and it finally started around 9:10. The massage was o.k and she finished around 8 min to 10am (it was supposed to be a 60 min massage + 15 min body peeling which did not happen ) and then she said she has other massages after me so I should try to hurry up. The breakfast was good and the chef was really nice so that's why overall I'm "OK" with this experience... Anyways, hope will be better next time.

Room OK in size, shower (no bath) is very small as well as the balcony, room was a bit dirty and very warn dawn, there was a water leak from the toilet, the TV didn't work and was replaced. All of that after the made a mistake and gave me not the room i ordered (i ordered specifically the room with bath and big balcony). Breakfast is not in the hotel as advertised but in a a small walk to a coffee house. On the good side they let us stay until 4pm without extra pay and reduced the original price because of all the above. They are originally over priced and not worth it.

Very nice and cosy hotel, in every corner are some small vintage things! I like it so much! Amazing room in dark color with the bath! Jacuzzi is on the roof top! Very nice place! Totally recommend!
Luna K — Google review
we stayed for 2 nights and payed around 200$ per night. the room we got was unkempt - the wallpapers were torn at some places, the shower head was broken and the room smelled of mildew. on the first night we asked to move to another room and got a bigger, cleaner room. when we turn the AC on the second night, the same smell appeared and it was awful to breathe it. we just went to sleep and checked out first thing in the morning.
Ehud V — Google review
The hotel as a huge potential as it has a very European and pitoresque feel to it but for a 5 star hotel you'd expect rooms to be totally dust free as this caused us not to be able to sleep relaxed. We had to change rooms because the first had even more dust. To have a nice carpeted room is cozy but it must be vacuumed properly on daily basis. The finishing touch must be better maintained (spots and cracks in bathrooms) If this is taken into consideration and something is done about it, then it'd give it indeed 5 stars as staff quite friendly and aiming to please.

I lived in room 5. There is a painting picture on the wall. A girl’s back , I had a nightmare. The girl was standing in front of my bed with green face and asked for a sunglass. I woke up at 4am with sweat body couldn’t sleep anymore. I even say the girl is smiling through the mirror near the balcony. So horrible

Vegan restaurant
If you find yourself in Haifa, make sure to stop by the Hummus Bar, a delightful haven for vegan cuisine that beautifully captures the essence of Middle Eastern flavors. The menu is packed with an array of creative dishes that are both visually stunning and delicious. During my visit, I indulged in the Eastern Kebab, which was not only a feast for the eyes but also incredibly tasty!
Excellent hummus, amazing non-meat options and very good prices. Medium sized portions, excellent quality and good location in Haifa. Excellent for vegetarians and perfect for a casual meal without the crowds.
Paul S — Google review
After visiting on day one, I got very sick. Gout. Sore joints. Autoimmune headache and collapsing thyroid. On my second visit, I realized they had served me a gluten dish despite all parties being very clear that I get gluten-free bread and a gluten-free dish due to allergies. On the second day when I came back for lunch and realized this... my server laughed. And walked away. It does a little good to be vegan when it's just a buzzword, and empathy is something you lack. Do not eat here. They do not care. And the service did not exist the fort time anyhow. 🙄
J B — Google review
The place is nice and has a lot of potential to be great, but there are some major flaws that I personally can't stand and they can't be neglected especially in these days due to the COVID-19. I will begin with the "Good stuff" first: 1. The place is 100% Vegan. 2. The variety of dishes/meals is pretty good. 3. The food is very tasty , has really nice texture and flavor and it's served very nicely. The "Bad stuff": 1. We've ordered water and we didn't get it, we asked to get it and it was brought to us without the glasses. we asked for glasses and the waitress went away and brought glasses to a table that just came in. (It's not a major turn off, I understand that the waitress has a lot of things to deal with and its acceptable). 2.The forks and knives that we got were dirty. 3. The glasses that we got were beyond dirty they were disgusting. 4. The water can that we got had water with a bad smell of fish.

Great place 100% VEGAN in Haifa, if you are in the area would totally recommend, the prices are good and the food is fine.. the service was super good and the dessert was actually one of the best ones I had! The hummus was really nice and smooth, but I’d prefer if it was served warm.. the beyond burger with cheese was as usual super good and satisfying! The decoration and design of the place is beautiful, between an American dinner and a hummus place.. And in summary would totally recommend, keep up the good food and work Hummus Bar!
Sivan E — Google review
It may look like a fast food joint, but the food served here is very high in quality! A good place for impressive vegan dishes, but even their simplest hummus dish is one of the best in Haifa. Family business, and it shows in the very friendly service.
Lior E — Google review
This place has so much potential. For a 100% vegan menu, the options are excellent and delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant suffers from what plagues so many other restaurants in the area: a lack of ambiance and cleanliness. The street on which it is located is filthy and attention to hygiene is low. This place deserves to be located in a cleaner, classier part of town.

Seafood restaurant
Nestled in the vibrant city of Haifa, Dolphin restaurant is a beloved gem for seafood enthusiasts. This charming eatery boasts a nostalgic ambiance reminiscent of the 70s and 80s, where time seems to stand still. The highlight here is undoubtedly their impressive lunch menu featuring an array of fresh salads that are both delicious and plentiful—perfect for those who love variety! Dolphin specializes in fish dishes, with standout options like tender red mullet that’s lightly fried to perfection.
Dolphin restaurant is one of my favorite restaurant in the world. They specialise with seafood and fish. The small salad plates are so good. The Bavarian cream cake is one of my most amazing favourites retro desserts. The place looks like your in a restaurant at the 80’s and that what makes it unique and magical.

One of a kind restaurant! Seems like nothig here changed since the 70's including the waiter, the food and the interior, but hey, if something THAT good, why to change anything?! 😃 One of my favorite fish restaurants! Nothing fancy, but super delicious. The salads variety (and quality) is overwhelming. Especially worthy to go for the business lunch! Definitely a place to come back. Highly recommended!

The food was decent. We ordered fried crabs, oyesters, and catfish. The oysters and crabs were fresh, but the catfish was overly salty. Regarding service, one of the two waiters was arrogant, while the other was exceptionally nice.

The food is fresh and home made with pride. The sales crisp, fresh, delicious, light dressing (Olive oil, lemon). Had the red mullet, tender, lightly fried with a dusting of flour so that the skin has a perfect crispness, but not too crunchy. It was Perfection. The service was excellent.
