Hotel
Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon is a luxurious hotel with various dining options, an outdoor pool, and a spa. The hotel offers stunning views of the sunset from its Lobby Lounge and Sunset Terrace. Guests can indulge in the Western High Tea set featuring delectable sandwiches, burgers, cakes, pastries, fruit mousses, and macarons complemented by freshly brewed coffee and tea.
From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were even offered a welcome drink while we waited. Every team member—from the front desk to housekeeping—was friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool and the incredible service that came with it. The staff at the pool area were attentive without being intrusive—they made sure we had fresh towels, checked in regularly to see if we needed drinks or snacks, and even helped us find the perfect shady spot during the hot afternoon sun.

Chatrium Hotel Yangon –Afternoon High Tea Set Review I recently had the chance to try the High Tea Set at Chatrium Hotel Yangon, and it was a truly delightful experience. The tea was served in the Lobby Lounge, offering a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful views of Kandawgyi Lake. The staff were very attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The High Tea Set included a good variety of both sweet and savory items. The pastries were freshly made and beautifully presented — especially the macarons and fruit tarts, which were delicious. The savory bites, such as mini sandwiches and quiches, were flavorful and well-balanced. I also appreciated that the portion sizes were just right, allowing me to enjoy everything without feeling too full. The selection of teas was impressive, offering a mix of classic and aromatic blends. I tried the Earl Grey, which paired perfectly with the desserts. The presentation of the set was elegant, with a classic three-tier tray that added to the afternoon tea charm. Overall, Chatrium Hotel’s High Tea is perfect for relaxing with friends or celebrating a special occasion. The quality of the food, excellent service, and serene atmosphere make it one of the best high tea experiences in Yangon. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again.
Moethu A — Google review
The hotel breakfast buffet was enjoyable and had a good variety of dishes. The food was fresh and tasty, with options for both sweet and savory preferences. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience pleasant, especially Alex, Stella, Mya, and David. Overall, it was a satisfying start to the day.

I just had the most delightful high tea experience at Hotel Chatrium Yangon. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was just perfect—elegant yet totally relaxed. The high tea set itself was a feast for the eyes (and the stomach, obviously!). Everything was presented so beautifully, and the treats were genuinely delicious. Think delicate, savory bites and little sweet masterpieces. It was the kind of afternoon that just makes you feel pampered and happy. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the service, and a huge shout-out has to go to Ma May Thuzar Win. She was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. She had this wonderful, genuine smile that instantly made us feel comfortable, and she was happy to answer all our questions about the different teas and treats. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying every moment. Excellent service can elevate a great meal into an unforgettable memory, and Ma May absolutely nailed it. If you're looking for a luxurious, delicious, and utterly charming way to spend an afternoon in Yangon, the high tea at Hotel Chatrium is a must.

Overall, the staff are friendly and very accommodating, always wearing smiles on their faces. The food is beautifully presented and tastes delicious. We especially enjoyed their pork chop, sweet and sour pork, which really stood out. The atmosphere is cozy, elegant, and lively. l would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to returning!

Hi-Tea at Chatrium Hotel – A Lovely Experience Had a wonderful hi-tea at Chatrium Hotel with my mom and child. They both absolutely loved it! The food was delicious with a nice variety of sweet and savory items. The ambiance was calm and elegant—great for a relaxing afternoon. Service was polite and attentive, making us feel very welcome. Overall, a great experience for the whole family. We’d definitely visit again!

Amazing hotel! When visiting Yangon and finding a place to stay, this hotel is the one I recommend. The hotel is similar to a luxurious villa. There is a large area of land with beautiful trees and elegant decor. The entire building, including the rooms, corridors, swimming pool, reception are clean, tidy, and has a nice scent to them. This hotel also has trustworthy security(they'll assign you the card for your room and only by that card can you access the elevator and your respective room). The meals they offer are delicious (they offer morning buffet too!) The service and hospitality makes you feel like a king! Absolutely recommend this!!
Jasmine — Google review
Among all the high tea sets I’ve experienced, this one stands out as my favorite. The selection of pastries is generous, the sweetness is well-balanced, and the flavors are delightful. It’s both satisfying and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it.

A Delightful Experience at Lotte Hotel Yangon Lotte Hotel Yangon truly offers an unforgettable dining experience, combining exquisite cuisine, enchanting live piano music, and outstanding hospitality. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who ensured that every detail of my visit was perfect. The event facilities were excellent spacious, clean and well organized. The staff were professional and supportive .The location and lake view added a premium touch to the seminar atmosphere. Highly recommended for corporate events and business functions.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying tea time at the Lotte Hotel and it was quite the experience. The cake was absolutely excellent, with a rich, flavorful taste, and the plating was beautiful—definitely a treat for the eyes as well as the taste buds. However, the Americano coffee left a bit to be desired. The taste was rather light, and I feel the coffee could have been stronger to match the high standard of the other offerings. The venue itself is spacious and comfortable, providing a welcoming atmosphere for a relaxing break. The staff were very friendly and attentive, offering great service throughout. Parking was convenient, and although the price is on the higher end, it’s expected for an international hotel. Overall, a lovely experience, though I would recommend improving the coffee.

From the moment we arrived, Lotte Hotel Yangon truly exceeded our expectations. As someone from Myanmar, I was impressed by how the hotel blends modern luxury with touches of traditional Burmese elegance. The location beside Inya Lake is perfect—the lake view, especially at sunset, is absolutely breathtaking and adds a peaceful charm to the whole experience. Whether you’re a local looking for a staycation or hosting guests from abroad, I highly recommend Lotte Hotel Yangon. We’re already looking forward to coming back again.
AI K — Google review
Good location and nice rooms, but terrible service. I stayed there for a week during Thingyan. The pool staff did not want me using the cushion at the pool because the did not want to get them wet. I had a meeting with some guests at the pool; I could not order drinks for my guests because I extended my stay and they did not have my credit card info attached to the new reservation. I had to go all the way back up to my room to get my credit card to order the drinks for my guest.
OWP P — Google review
Deeply Disappointed – Lotte Hotel Yangon Fails to Respect Religious Diversity As a Muslim traveler, I must express my profound disappointment with the way Lotte Hotel Yangon handles cultural and religious inclusivity , particularly regarding the basic rights of Muslim guests. It is truly disheartening that an establishment claiming to operate at an international standard appears to lack even the most fundamental understanding of religious and cultural sensitivity. The staff - especially at the gymnastics and aquatics centre - displayed an alarming lack of awareness and professionalism. As Muslims, we must pray five times a day, no matter where we are -work, school, or even while traveling which is a non-negotiable obligation in Islam, irrespective of location or circumstance. During our visit, we were using the gymnastics and aquatics area. When it was time to pray, we quietly moved to a corner of the changing room, far away from anyone’s path, and prayed for less than 5 minutes. Shockingly, one of the staff members seemed unhappy with us and complained about it. That felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. We were not disturbing anyone, we were simply practicing our religion in a peaceful way. Lotte Hotel Yangon should either provide a proper prayer space or at the very least allow Muslim guests to pray quietly without being made to feel uncomfortable or unwanted. This kind of treatment is unacceptable at any hotel—especially one that calls itself “international.” I hope the management takes this seriously and trains the staff to be more respectful and understanding toward guests from different backgrounds. Until then, I do not recommend this hotel to Muslim travelers or anyone who values religious freedom and basic respect.

Nestled just 200 meters away, The Envoy Restaurant & Bar offers a delightful fusion of European and Asian cuisine. Its standout feature is the spacious balcony, providing a serene escape from the bustling streets below—perfect for sipping on refreshing cocktails or enjoying a cold beer. Guests rave about the affordable yet tasty drinks, particularly the Envoy Rose and Green Candy cocktails.
The cocktail is really nice and inexpensive.. The food is okay.. I ordered Beef tenderloin salad ( quite too sweet for salad. The beef a bit chewy but not too bad) Chicken breast with mash potato and white sauce is okay.. The chicken is quite dry.. The caramelised banana is great with ice cream and crumble.. Cocktail... I order envoy rose and green candy.. I like them both... Over all.. The price is very cheap compared to other similar restaurants

Absolutely great. We came in an I busy time. There was a dance group upstairs, really fun to watch. The place is quite nice with a lovely balcony. My bf ordered some nice beer a d I had a stunning gin with rosemarin, so lovely. The pumpkin soup was very nice, my club sandwich quite good too, but we were blown away by the incredibly good Burmese curry. That was just perfect , no words 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 great staff, nice food, nice ambience.

We had lunch here. Good food and staff are great. The prices are mid-range making a much better deal than the local western restaurants. A bit noisy. Some of this dishes are excellent, beetroot salad is worth a try.

Hotel
Mercure Yangon Kaba Aye is an informal hotel that offers warm rooms and apartments, making it a perfect choice for a comfortable stay. The hotel features an outdoor pool and a restaurant with a bar, providing guests with ample opportunities to relax and unwind. Visitors have praised the hotel for its hospitality, with many mentioning the friendly staff and genuine warmth received during their stay. The spacious rooms come well-equipped with amenities such as kitchen facilities, making it suitable for families or groups of friends.
Extremely clean place including hallways, staying unit, gym, pool and restaurant. All staff and genuinely kind and pretty conversant in English. I felt like staying at a favorite cousin’s home, a bit sad to leave in the end!
B V — Google review
The hotel’s security staff is highly unprofessional, often displaying hostile attitudes and treating guests like potential thieves. While most of the other hotel staff warmly welcome customers, the negative experience with security overshadows this. Guests visit the hotel to spend money and enjoy their stay, not to be treated with suspicion. Many other hotels provide a far superior experience compared to this one.
Theint A — Google review
Mercure Hotel has completely failed in its duty to protect and respect its guests. As seen in Julia Sett’s video, her mother and sister suffered mistreatment and injustice when the staff handed over their personal belongings without consent. This shocking behavior shows that the hotel values money over ethics, safety, or basic human dignity. A hotel should stand as a place of trust, where guests can feel secure, but Mercure Hotel has proven the opposite — it betrayed the very people it should have protected. With no manners, no ethics, and no professionalism, this hotel cannot be trusted. ❌ Do not come to Mercure Hotel. Staying here only puts your safety and your rights at risk.
Kana J — Google review
A friend of mine recently stayed at this hotel while trying to protect her family from a violent father, and the experience exposed serious privacy and security failures. Despite booking under a different name and making it clear that their location needed to remain confidential, hotel staff accepted a bribe from the abusive family member and revealed the exact room number. This reckless action placed them in immediate danger. A hotel that sells guest information to anyone with enough money shows complete disregard for safety and professional ethics, and no one seeking a secure place to stay should trust this establishment.
Paing — Google review
a good hotel that has a big room. That is clean and high quality. Also has great staff that are kind and respectful. This hotel is a great place if you wanted to stay in yangon

Mercure is in a great location. The staff are all extremely professional and have great customer service. Everything is always clean and just great all around.
William F — Google review
This hotel doesn't value privacy of its customers, and confiscated the customers' properties from their rooms way before the check-out time. The staff received bribes from an outsider and did as that person said so. So irresponsible!

Restaurant
Rangoon Tea House Golden Valley is a serene spot to enjoy a local breakfast in Yangon, open from 8 am daily. The menu offers classic Burmese dishes and a delightful seasonal fruit plate with various fruits, along with local yogurt and honey. This tea house serves 16 types of Burmese tea and inventive Burmese-inspired cocktails.
Rangoon Tea House in Yangon is the perfect spot if you’re looking for a high-quality restaurant to try Burmese cuisine. The food is absolutely delicious, served in a beautiful and stylish setting. In addition to Burmese dishes, the menu also offers Chinese and other international options, along with a great selection of cocktails. Everything I tried here was exceptional, both food and drinks. The service was a bit slow, but the overall experience was still fantastic. I can wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone visiting Yangon!

5 stars Absolutely loved my experience at Rangoon Tea House! The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, with a great mix of modern and traditional Burmese style. The food was delicious — full of flavor and clearly made with care. I especially enjoyed the tea selection and the thoughtful presentation of every dish. Service was friendly and professional throughout. One of the best places to eat in Yangon — highly recommended! There is also a smoking section by the outside table eating area.
Sarah M — Google review
A nice place for all day dinings. Variety of food from Chinese dim sum, Burmese food, and international breakfast. They are famous for tea and tea leaves. Cheesecake is also recommended.
Nuch S — Google review
Probably the best Burmese food restaurant you’ll have in downtown Yangon. They also have Indian cuisine-influenced food including bacon & cheese samosa, which I can’t get enough of, and chicken biryani. I also had crispy pork bowl and it was divine. Finished the entire bowl! Spent ~90k mmk on my meal but that was definitely for sharing! I wasnt able to finish the biryani. Preferably, you visit this place with family or friends and enjoy the food because the portions are definitely for sharing. :)
Janno — Google review
This is a fusion-style restaurant offering a mix of Burmese local dishes, Indian cuisine, and items similar to Cantonese-style tea house fare. They play traditional Burmese music in the background, giving the place a nostalgic and cultural atmosphere. The restaurant is housed in a two-story wooden building with a spacious layout, creating a grand and open feel. It has a classic charm with a touch of local character. Aside from being a bit noisy, the overall environment is quite nice — I would rate the ambiance between 4 and 4.5 stars. As for the food, the portions are quite small and the prices are on the higher side, so the value for money is relatively low. I'd rate the food around 3.5 stars. If the pricing were more reasonable, it could deserve 4 stars. The service is decent. The staff speak English, and there’s an English menu available. However, the Wi-Fi is basically unusable. Service overall can be rated 4 stars. In summary: Food: 3.5–4 stars (due to small portions and high prices) Service: 4 stars Environment: 4–4.5 stars (minus some points for noise) Overall: 4 stars

And incredible restaurant in central Yangon. I had heard a lot about this place in blogs online and it lived up to expectations. I went in the evening and vibe was chill, low mood lighting, art in the walls, wooden decor. The cocktail list was long, I tried several and they were all delicious. Menu was modern take on Burmese food. Highly recommend the pork noodles and tea infused cocktails. Staff were attentive and friendly, service was quick. Learned a lot about the history of the restaurant and of the city while there too!

Cocktails are stunning! Artistic local creations! Ambiance is spot on! On world charm. Perfect spot to visit with friends, family, a romantic treat or by yourself! Food is tasty and staff are friendly!

As a foreigner in Myanmar amidst some uncertainty, Rangoon Tea House was a comforting gem in the heart of Yangon! The tea and food here are absolutely top-notch — easily the best I’ve had in the city. I especially loved the mohinga — rich, flavourful, and authentic. The ambience is stylish yet relaxed, and the service was warm and welcoming. If (and when) I return to Myanmar, this will definitely be one of my first stops again!

Plus, WiFi connection is good too. One thing I like about the hotel is that there's a good book in your room to keep yourself amused and engaged in reading. The buffet breakfast is cool as well. As far as I'm concerned, the staff are friendly, helpful, hospital and nice. My family and I stayed here 2 days and we all enjoyed our stay. Surely come back to this Hotel whenever I get to YANGON. Highly recommend to others to stay here too.

Everything is good and the breakfast definitely perfect for the price at this Hotel. I slept 2 nights in the dorm, where I must say was not really a good sleep because my roommates were listening all the night their phone without headphones... so it was noise the whole night.. and one of the other guys woke up at 4 and switched on the light and started his morning music either so sleeping was not given to me... but it's not the mistake of the Hotel, just the rudeness of the other guests. And I repeat the breakfast is very very good! Fresh and good!

Rooms are basic, small, & quaint, but clean, quiet & comfortable. Staff is welcoming & do their best to help travelers. WiFi worked great. Breakfast was better than expected. Centrally located and within hiking distance from train station. As far as "hostels" are concerned, this is an excellent choice. No frills, just good accommodations, and great staff.
Joseph B — Google review
First of all it was a good hotel. Advantages are located in downtown area. Near cinema, various kinds of shops and variety of street food nearby. Quite and feel safe. Disadvantages are room space are narrow. The photo may describe as double room. Price range from 19000 single room to 35000 three beds room, so not so budget at all. Include morning breakfast, usually a fried rice or fried vermicelli and half fried eggs. Sometimes Montgingya. May find Difficult parking and rooms are needed redecoration. Toilets are clean. Hot and cold water available. No bathtub. So four stars for me. But not for everyone.

Agga Youth surely knows how to match your need. They have a dorm-like, private with shared bathroom and private with bathroom arrangement. Its location makes it super quiet at night assuring you to sleep as good or even better as you're at your own place. Breakfast is good too. Just try to stay so you can have your own personal experience about their hospitality.
Dwi S — Google review
Really clean and modern rooms, super comfy bed! Good air conditioner, mini-fridge, TV, towels and toiletries provided. Amazing all you can eat buffet breakfast (eggs, toast, rice, noodles, fruit, juice, tea, coffee) on the rooftop restaurant.
Phoebe B — Google review
The location was great. The rooms were clean. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. However, the 3-bed room and the single room we booked both didn't have windows (luckily the smell was alright). Also, the beds were super hard and not comfortable.
M W — Google review
Agga Youth Hotel is situated on the middle block of 12th street in Lanmadaw township. It's quite near if you are entering from the nearby end of Anawrahta road. It is a reasonable priced hotel with quite much storey with restaurant which offers buffet for 6000ks per person on every Friday and Saturday. Easy to reach, near to cinemas and malls and markets. I believe it would be a nice stay if you choose. I deduct two stars for it's size and car parking.

Lotus Bed And Breakfast is a cozy guesthouse with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Despite its location on a main road, it offers quiet and comfortable rooms equipped with AC, fans, and ample charging points. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the local area, providing recommendations for nearby cafes and dining options. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast with six different options. While the WiFi may be occasionally unreliable, the overall experience at this affordable accommodation is highly praised by visitors.
Highly recommend this place. It was our first few nights in Myanmar and the hosts made us feel welcome and were very helpful every step of the way. The rooms are nice and clean for the price. We also used the laundry service which was very well priced and of good quality. A really lovely bed and breakfast for a great price.
Gerrit G — Google review
Small place with just a few rooms. Often fully booked. One of the cheapest places for foreigners to stay in Yangon. Great breakfast and many options. Recommended. 😁
Staffan F — Google review
Great stay at a lovely place. Good location. Breakfast options are good, filling, and delicious. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, helping us book extra nights when we ran into some travel issues. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I will say that some of the doubles don’t have windows but didn’t bother us too much. Would definitely come back.
Michael C — Google review
You must stay here! I have stayed at many hostels in my life, but this is by far the best experience I've had. The staff is so kind and accommodating, and available at all hours of the day. The breakfast is huge! And very yummy. The rooms are the cleanest I've seen in Myanmar, and very quiet. I absolutely adored my stay here and would love to see everyone again soon. It's also in a prime neighborhood for restaurants and sightseeing. I highly recommend it.
Ava B — Google review
Only the best from this place. Free amazing breakfast. Laundry service quickly! The dorm rooms are huge! I have never had so much space in a dorm ever! The beds are comfy and have a huge shelf and lantern. It is quite a walk to China town but just order a grab and all is good. The staff basically helped me plan my entire time in Myanmar. Only the best!
Anthony C — Google review
Very good, especially considering how affordable it is. Despite its location on a main road, its very quiet, with no noise seepage from other rooms either. Staff are very helpful, with good local knowledge to help you find cafes and food options (there’s a fantastic and ultra cheap 24 hour cafe a few streets away). Rooms have AC and a fan, with good charging points and space. Beds are comfy and clean with a nice desk and bedside table, so space to work if you need it. Breakfast is good as well, especially the generous portions. If I was nitpicking the steps up from the street are a little steep and there is no disabled access. Otherwise, a surprising and very pleasant option in this part of Yangon.

- Initially only booked for 3days but ended with 4weeks and this speaks for itself. If u are looking for clean room, nice people and reasonable price, this is the place. - Strategically located on the main road of Mahabandhola, about 15minutes walk from Sule/downtown or u can take townbus plying in front of the hotel bus stop. - There are many groceries shop nearby or even at the ground floor of the BnB itself for your basic needs. - There are many delicious breakfast options with good price if u lazy to explore outside food. - Staff is struggling at times to communicate but they will try their best. No worry so much as the lady boss, Thandar is super friendly and always there to help u. - Mosquitoes may sometimes unavoidable, talk to the staff. - Balcony on each floor for smoking is good place to meet other friendly guests. - Internet is a real challenge not only at this place but the whole Myanmar. Thandar has done a lot to improve and hope for the better in the near future.

My friend and I stayed here for her birthday, and it was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. The beds were clean, convenient shelves by each bed, freshly cleaned showers, and the breakfast was amazing! The staff came out with a birthday cake for my friend, unplanned by me. I would rave about this place to anyone!

Good cheap option in central location. Rooms are clean, even if decor is a bit suspect... Be warned you have to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the reception. If carrying heavy bags may be worth asking reception for some help. We stayed in twin room with balcony overlooking the street below. Would recommend booking this if available.
Stu M — Google review
We were lucky to get the front room that comes with AC and big windows overlooking the quiet street. The bathrooms are pristine clean and the staff is very friendly and informative, happy to help out. Location is great too, within walking distance to all major sights in the downtown and good public transport options to key train and bus stations. Totally recommended!
Urdax U — Google review
Well our room didn’t have a window and the hot shower never really got above lukewarm, but those seem like minor quibbles in light of the price and location and especially the kindness of the staff. Very friendly guesthouse right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to all sorts of things and a cheap taxi ride away from everything else. If you are looking for a good base to explore Yangon from, this is it!
Christoph S — Google review
We really enjoyed this guesthouse in downtown Yangon. The facilities are pleasant, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing--spitting you out right in the middle of downtown city life, within reach of many things you might have wanted to come see anyway. Also, breakfast is actually good. What a relief! Some rooms are on the 8th floor, and if you're not much for stairs that can be a drag. Even the lobby is on the 4th floor. So definitely not wheelchair accessible. We were on the 8th floor, and the floor is open to the outside, so it never really got quiet at night. But the views from there, and the atmosphere they give is pretty incredible!

I had a very fair priced room with super basic facilities. Nothing special but a decent accomodation. The location is quite central, everything is in walking distance. The staff is very kind, helped me to reserve a bus + taxi to my next destination. Would come again.

Small, or maybe compact is better adjective, hotel in downtown Yangoon. A bit hard to find. Lobby on third floor of building upstairs. Friendly. Standard omelet, toast, juice, banana, ok coffee breakfast, friendly staff. AC works limited cable channels, my room no windows, small, but OK ventilation. Hot water+ room made up daily. Very close to Central train station.

Nestled in the heart of Myanmar, Hotel Rose Hill offers a delightful blend of comfort and convenience for travelers. Guests rave about the immaculate rooms, which are well-equipped and feature cozy amenities, including charming balconies that add a touch of relaxation. The friendly staff at the welcoming front desk ensure that your stay is pleasant from start to finish.
Rooms are not bad. I liked it but the mini bar is almost non existent. TV doesn't really work, only radio works. Food is more than ok. Breakfast is good but the banana samosa is super weird. The major letdown is Front desk. They had our room ready but made us wait like 40 minutes. I mean it's not the check-in time yet. I get it but since they had it ready wouldn't it be nice to give us a few minutes earlier. Wouldn't that be a great service? Receptionists also are not the friendliest. It would have been great if they can improve the front desk service. Other than front desk, overall service is fine but the first impression (front desk) made it 2 star.
Nyan Z — Google review
Quiet and has a good view. But make sure to book in advance for daycation. Always full on weekends. Rooms are really neat and tidy. Great for quick romantic getaways. ;) Oh it has limited parking space on the second floor.
Zaw H — Google review
receptionist are bad behavior and then they don't welcome with smile, hospitality, sweet voice and sweet smile. but HK department have good response, best work.. overall, I really didn't like this hotel
Phyu K — Google review
Room rates are cheaper due to the hotel honey have room service, no additional add in to the hotel such as Spa, Swimming Pool or bar. And the kitchen is closed quite early during the evening like 8:30 PM. It is good for budget trip and looking for a quiet place. If you are lucky and if u can discuss, you will have a good view to the Inya lake.
Zawmyo L — Google review
I Used to spend time there . But last few months I was Spending some days for staycation . The first thing is a reception service not too warmly received but quite not happy with the attitude of the receptionists . Bell boys are okay . Room service charge for asking a plate from kitchen is insane. Molds in the bathroom ceiling . Exhaust Fan unit is covered with dusts. Towers are all used up at this points and some are torn down and you can see stained spots. And then there is dust everywhere under the bed . Only thing to recommend is their breakfast which is quite the opposite from the rest of the hotel . Well made food and good service. Spacious parking lot . TV is quite useless , you can’t get any channel , not a smart WiFi connection type . And WiFi connection is insufficient for normal browsing .
Sai P — Google review
The Receptionist are not very welcome,to be honest they are rude. When I called and asked that I don’t understand the hotel rules they didn’t explain politely back to me. They think they work at Burj Khalifa or something but their levels are just 7eleven . Besides that hotel rooms and prices are pleasure
