We only stayed one night but a very pleasant stay it was. Added peace and removed the rush to return to the east side of the island the same day, well worth the money. Good clear instructions text of how to enter the hotel and room. Room was welcoming and clean, a mixture of old and new. with a cold bottle of water in the fridge. Good bed and bedding helped with a good nights sleep. Breakfast was adequate but the experience was added to by eating it in a very peaceful courtyard garden setting. Good location for the Old Town. Owner was very hospitable and a good host. Will stay there again.

This is a really lovely little hotel in the heart of Paphos old town. The hotel has a stunning courtyard dining area. The food is exceptionally good and the owners and staff are very helpful. We only stayed for one night but would certainly recommend it to anyone

We spent four nights in Casa Mespilea. Wonderful experience : a beautiful garden full of flowers for breakfast and diner, a menu of chypriot specials home made, a pedestrian district full of cafes and restaurants nevertheless very quiet. Don’t miss the Casa Mespilea experience, far away from the crowded and trivialised hostels on the beach promenade ! And don’t forget to have a chat with the owner Costas whose French is perfect : he will be helpful ! Something else - very important : this place is very convenient for family with babies 👶🍼🐥

The apartments are romantic, beautiful, unique, the bedroom is separated from the bathroom by a wall. When taking a shower, you feel like you are in a tropical forest. The apartments are clean, spacious, with the necessary amenities for your stay. The air conditioning worked well. The room is quite dark, but this added a kind of mystery, coziness to the rest after long days in the hot sun. Doors with shutters, behind them is the hotel's inner courtyard, with lots of greenery, plants, cozy lights hiding the restaurant tables in the courtyard. The night was quiet and peaceful, although musicians played in the courtyard restaurant in the evening, but they stopped playing around 11 p.m., so it did not interfere with sleep, and hearing live beautiful music in the room only adds to the wonderfulness. There are many restaurants, cafes, shops around the hotel, because the building is in the old town, in the heart of the city. You can also go up to the roof terrace, from where you can watch the sunset. The owners are also very helpful, caring, provided all the information, contacted quickly. Parking is available in the parking lot below, which can be reached by a nearby elevator. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from there to the apartments. The only downside is there is no swimming pool, it is a bit far from the sea, the pier. If you want to get to the sea, you will have to walk about 30-40 minutes or use a taxi or your own car.

My husband and I had three unforgettable days at this hotel. The restaurant is of exceptionally high quality, and the staff is attentive and welcoming. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed. I recommend the room number 05. I was given 02, but the a/c does not work well, and the ceiling fan is very noisy. So they switched me to 05 which is quite nice. The bathroom has a door and the a/c works very well . Fan is a bit noisy but good. It’s larger and has a window with double paned glass. The position of the room is slightly farther away from the restaurant guests. So privacy and lots of light. The bed is really comfortable with high quality sheets. This room is priced the same as the other Deluxe Double Studios, so no reason not to ask for it. I am grateful to the staff for moving me to this room. Best to read all of the reviews.

Avoid! Deceitful profile on Booking.com. It shows photos of different rooms so you don't know what you're booking. The room had cockroaches and insufficient curtains. The parking keys were out of battery. There was nobody to help on site and the person on the phone was very impolite.

The location of this guest house is very good – it’s close to the beach, and you can even see the sea from the balcony. The air conditioning in the house works perfectly, and the view is beautiful. However, I had some unpleasant experiences. The bed I slept in had bed bugs, which left me with bites on my arms. At first, I didn’t realize what it was, but the next day it became clear. The bathroom was also very dirty, especially the floor, which was not cleaned properly. Overall, the place is not in the best condition. That said, considering the price I paid and the fact that the location and view are really nice, I would say it’s just an “okay” option.

First of all cleaned of room, it was disgusting everywhere drops form I have no idea but it wasn’t just water, and random paint on roof and handlers even in shower paint (probably to cover rusted). Even the handler for water was so dirty from drops, I wouldn’t let people stay in that place especially if they are customers. Second was rudeness of owner. I called him that there a smell of cigarettes which should be already from past and it was in walls and furnitures. His decision was that it is my personal issue, he suggested to have ac on, well it smell even more. At the end he said people try to scam him, this whole accommodation is a scam. The owner is a totally disgusting person. I didn't know how to turn on the boiler and the heater wasn't working. I called the number provided on booking. The person yelled at me, called me a problem (yeah, customer = problem and not King) and afterwards called me a f--er. The bathroom is pretty dirty, same as his mouth. Thinking of going to the police and demand a full refund after my stay. Disgusting. Cypriots are really rude from my experience, the bus drivers are really not nice. From what I remember from my trip to Greece, Greeks are much much nicer

Well, the location and views are great. Here’s the end of the positive things As all other people stated on Google, the owner is kinda rude, doesn’t care about people, not knocking on the door, just entering even though I paid for it. Apart from it, there aren’t any lockers which means you have to carry along all your belongings if you don’t want to leave them in the guesthouse. It’s not a problem if you stay for one night, but for longer it’s a problematic thing. On your last day, you can’t leave anything either, so if you have a flight at night, once again, you carry along your stuff. The second thing is the bathroom. It’s just disgusting (see pics) + all laundry is made in the common kitchen. Finally, all the duvets don’t have any covers which mean that you sleep under the previous guest’s duvet because it’s not changed. AMAZING! You sleep under sweaty quilt 🙃

This place is amazing and you should definitely stay there. The rooms are spacious, cozy and clean, the staff were extremely nice and It's location is really convenient. The hotel is near King's Avenue Mall, some restaurants, the harbor and transportation can easily be used by buses. Both pools weren't crowded and the gaming room is good! This place is a must!

Great rooms (apartments) with a washing machine, kitchen appliances, etc. Located near a shopping mall (about a 3–5 minute walk). Quiet area. Since the hotel is not very large, the pool is a decent size.

Staff were so friendly and attentive, the whatsapp service for booking facilities was really convenient and efficient. Facilities and pool were excellent. The apartments and surroundings are spotlessly clean. There are lots of restaurants and bars around the apartments, slightly out of the way if dining down by the harbour which is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car. Would highly recommend downtown park if visiting Paphos.

We loved staying at ‘The Palmiers’. The apartments are well looked after, clean and modern, with everything you need, a great location and the pool is a bonus. We felt well looked after by the staff and everyone was really helpful and friendly!

It is certainly not a luxury apartment and a little bit far from the centre, but great value for money and the host is such a lovely and kind person. And also the apartment is spacious, has everything you need, the bed is comfortable altough some of the fascilities are heavily worn (rusty table, dirty shower curtain). The neighborhood is a little bit noisy but with closed windows it is bearable. To use the AC you need to pay 5 EUR / day which is alright. In case of a seview room you also get a nice balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. All in all I would recommend this place.

This was my first time in Cyprus as a solo tripper and I'm so glad that I have chosen Kyriakos Court as my temporary home. Everything what you will need is in one place: bus stop (to Coral Bay and to Paphos Kato Main Bus Station), shop (Lidl) and most famous places to visit in Paphos. Apartments are cozy and well equipped, you'll find everything you'll need - from kitchen gear to beauty necessities (hair dryer, straightener) and even if you'd miss smth, you can ask for the host easily - he's very sincere and attentive person, probably the best tourist information center in Paphos :) I highly recommend Kyriakos Court for solo trippers, for couples, for families too.

Arrived in pathos and the apartment we booked was a disgrace, so we decided to move, I called Mr Kyriakos and he gave us one of his apartments, it was lovely, clean, tidy in a great location, one thing to remember, there are 2 air conditioning units in the apartment, they will cost you an extra €60 but worth it as it's so warm at night, great apartment, great owner, would come back to this apartment.

I’m very disappointed !! First of all, we chose this hotel because of the modern rooms (compared to other hotels in the area). We paid 86€/night. For 3 nights, they did not cleaned the room ONCE. We had new towels just ONE time. When I contacted the service they said “we do not offer everyday cleaning. Are you not leaving tomorrow ?” I did not asked for everyday cleaning just ONE cleaning. Despite that, on the weekends it’s very noisy, music is coming from the clubs and bars just next to the hotel. Lots of young guys screaming and laughing. I think it depends on which room you have. Some are in front of the street some are on the back. Ask for the back rooms. Also we did not have any shower gel, just shampoo. For 86€/night we expect some shower gel at least. Also you’re in front of a church so expect to get awaken by the bells. Enjoy your stay :) …

When we arrived late after midnight, we found out that the entry code given to the building was not working, while the owner already knew the code was wrong earlier that day. We almost stayed the whole hour outside trying desperately to contact them and could not get it solved. Eventually another traveller who also stayed there opened the door for us. We had very limited sleep that night due to this incident.

It was the 1st staying for us in the city center ( quite beautiful neighborhood) and we loved it . Cafes, restaurants, taverns are 5 min walking distance. The room is beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Nice balcony. But, there is no teaspoon to mix your coffee, no glass to drink wine, no knife to cut a melon, no plate, no tool to open a wine... No place to eat breakfast... It would be so easy and cheap to fix it.

Stayed here during Easter in April and didn’t get a chance to review, we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of these luxurious apartments, they were not only clean, but there was everything you could think of available. Not to mention the lovely welcoming staff that also prepared us with drinks and snacks on arrival.

Unfortunately, we didn’t even get to stay at the hotel due to circumstances beyond our control. Our flight was canceled because the airport was shut down, and when we contacted the hotel immediately to explain and request either a cancellation or a date change, we were met with complete indifference. They showed zero flexibility or understanding. No option to reschedule, no refund, not even a partial one. Just a cold, automatic response and full charge, as if nothing had happened. We strongly advise others especially fellow Israelis to stay away. Don’t fall into the same trap. Our money went straight into their pocket, and sadly, not a shred of basic customer service or empathy in return. Save your money, your nerves, and your vacation book elsewhere!

I'm already planning to come back for a proper holiday — and next time, ill make sure to enjoy all the amenities, especially the pool!
