Nestled just 200 meters from the ferry terminal on the enchanting island of Capri, the Capri Inn is a delightful B&B that offers an inviting escape for travelers. This charming establishment features three stylish rooms, each adorned with wood floors and marine-inspired accents, complete with private balconies that boast breathtaking views of the sea and Vesuvius.
Can't recommend this beautiful hotel enough! It was the perfect location for my quick 36hrs in Capri. It made it seamless for me to get there quickly from the ferry and easy to get to / from the funicolare for the planned excursions I wanted to do. They were very flexible in letting me drop my bags off early (my room ended up being ready in advance so I was able to fully check in!) and store them after check out. They also helped arrange porters so I never had to worry about hauling my luggage to/from the hotel. And the view from the balcony is unreal... photos don't do it justice. 100% recommend booking a stay here that you'll remember forever!

Fantastic location and views for this hotel, the hosts were very accommodating, they give you clear directions about what to do in the island during your stay. Breakfast was served in the room, ours was facing the sea, which made the experience even more pleasant. It's conveniently located near the port, the bus and the funicular. There is a nice little beach right across the hotel, going down the steps. The only thing is that the hot tub in the roof top was not on (early April).

Incredible view with a beautiful updated room! Staff are so welcoming and provided all necessary information with wonderful recommendations for our stay. Would be so lucky to relive this stay at Capri Inn.

Very convenient location walking distance to the marina, rooms are spacious and clean, with amazing water and Mountain views. Great breakfast as well!

Ran by lovely friendly people. Amazing view from balcony Large, clean and comfortable room with a view across to Vesuvius from your bed!
Crocket — Google review
Best service I had on Italy. Host gave me straight away map of Capri and ideas what to do in two days. Lovely view to the sea on the north side of the island to eat breakfast. Room was very clean. Close to the port so easy way to move. Just know that the port might have long queues to bus and funicular so going around the isle from here might take some time. Island boat tour goes close from here and is worth to do.
Kalle P — Google review
The hosts were responsive and accommodating! Fantastic location near port, bus stop, and tram. Amazing morning view and nice simple breakfast. We handled our large luggage from the ferry port up the ramp and up a flight of stairs. We were advised there was porter service in advance. If you are physically fit, its not terrible. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic position just a short walk to the Marina. The room was spotless, breakfast plentiful. Hosts were exceptionally helpful especially allowing an early check in. But the most amazing part was the view! To sit in the balcony and look out- perfect!

Nestled in the enchanting island of Capri, Villa Calypso is a charming retreat that perfectly blends classic elegance with stunning natural beauty. Just an 8-minute stroll from the historic La Certosa di San Giacomo Monastery and a mere 5 minutes from the bustling Piazzetta, this delightful villa offers guests breathtaking views of both the Mediterranean Sea and lush forests. Each room at Villa Calypso features private balconies where you can soak in the picturesque scenery while enjoying your morning coffee.
Amazing suite. We had the king suite I believe it was called and it was so much space, very nice old school design. Wonderful view of the water and mountains. The terrace is huge and the bathroom was huge. The Service was great. It’s a short walk from the check in area at hotel Regina Cristina and a short walk from the main plaza in Capri, about 10 minutes. We loved that it was away from the noise. Highly recommend.

Located very close to the center of Capri with a wonderful garden and view. In our suite Brigitte Bardott had stayed once and was so sweet. The view to the Tyrinthian see was amazing. I think that only the breakfast should be upgreated
Nantia K — Google review
A little hidden gem. Views amazing - very clean. I wish the room service breakfast offerings were a bit better and included some of the cold cuts or something. The bath was extremely slippery and taking a shower was as close to a potential hazard as one could get. Rain shower head could use some love and replacement as well. All in all, very happy - quiet and clean.
Lukas J — Google review
Although a little dated, the rooms are quite comfortable and offer great views. The staff is very pleasant and happy to help. Breakfast offered at the property 5min away has a fair selection (we opted to not have the room service in the morning).

This villa is adorable! Our suite was large and spacious. The patio was great and the views are beautiful. We would stay here again without hesitating. Our host (Rafaela) is amazing. She brings your breakfast/coffee and sets it up on your patio each morning. Such a lovely experience and host!
Robert G — Google review
Lovely stay. Loved our room. Had a wonderful view from the private outdoor porch. Raffaela was super kind. It was a short walk to most places we wanted to go to. We went to Capri during the off season and there wasn't many people, but there is also less open. Villa Calypso only had one other person staying during our stay. But I would imagine many would stay here when it's not the off season. Great location, and a lovely time.

Super Clean, Lovely continental breakfast on your own balcony each morning, ideal location very close to Capri centre but still far enough away to have the quietness and privacy too… Fab views off the balcony, No complaints, highly recommend
Conor M — Google review
Very nice location with terrace and sea view. The breakfast was very good, and the cleaning lady was very nice. The only thing to say is that the rooms look like 3 stars, not 4 as we paid. We travel a lot and this was no way a 4 star room. But still we give 3 stars for the great sea views.

B&B Punta Vivara in Capri is a beachfront bed & breakfast located just a short walk from the shopping hub of Piazzetta. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the sea from their balconies. The management is praised for their helpfulness in arranging activities and providing assistance whenever needed. The location is convenient, with easy access to the marina and public transportation. Guests also appreciate the delicious breakfast served at the B&B.
I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at Punta Vivara… this review is long overdue and I’m sitting here a year later wishing I was back there. The amenities are clean, comfortable, and private. The view is exceptional. The breakfast is delicious and so thoughtfully curated. Chiara and Antonello, the couple who owns/manages are running this BnB in their family home and treat you just as that- family. We opted to do their homemade meal on the balcony overlooking the marina and it was exceptional— homemade, private, and picturesque. I cannot recommend staying here enough. Thank you Chiara and Antonello! I wish I could return to your magical home this summer… someday!!
Julie P — Google review
We love Punta Vivara! The view is absolutely stunning - looking out from your balcony onto the marina and the bay is a dream. I've never seen anything like it. We had a very positive experience, too, with the management - they helped us get a scooter, a boat ride, maps, anything we needed at any time. Breakfast was delicious, too. I highly recommend this spot for a stay!

Excelente staff, location and room service. Breakfast was amazing, my cousin is celiac and they had so many GF options for her. Would highly recommend.

This place is incredible! The location is spot on- short walk from the marina and the tram (to access the rest of the island). Not to mention the amazing view. Our hosts were super friendly and made our stay wonderful. We hope to be back one day.

This place was incredible. The owners were really nice and breakfast was pretty good. The views were spectacular and the bus stop was really close, but you could get to Marina Grande or the beach just by walking. It was a bit difficult to find the way there but it was worth it!
Victoria A — Google review
Few minutes walking from the Marina grande (main station of the ferry, bus, taxi, funicolare) and the beach. Great atmosphere. Kind owners. Few missing things to make it a perfect place: 1- The owner must be more professional and let the guest alone. 2- Put more marks (arrows) on the street to help guests find their way. 3- Keep the coffee hot for the breakfast (thermos). 4-keep the bed cover clean.

Casa Maddy is a laid-back guesthouse in Capri offering modest rooms, some with partial sea views. The accommodation is clean, modern, and comfortable with a welcoming host who provides helpful tips for exploring the area. Guests appreciate the beautiful decor and intimate atmosphere of this property. It's described as a great value option for those looking to stay in Capri on a budget.
12/10 recommend staying at Casa Maddy! The rooms are lovely and convenient to town. Maddy is next level. She goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. She gave us lots of guidance and advice on where to go, what to do, and how to get there. She’s extremely communicative and helpful leading up to the trip and during. She even helped us get a reservation last minute at a restaurant because we didn’t plan well enough. She provides breakfast each day that was delicious and goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. She is welcoming and kind and made our Capri experience great!

Maddy is an exceptional host and runs a wonderful B&B. Casa Maddy is just a few minutes walk to the town center and is a lovely property with an even better host. Maddy helped coordinate several things for us, including transportation, dinner reservations, etc. She cooked us an outstanding breakfast each morning and truly made our stay in Capri wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Jason K — Google review
Terrible experience, we got to this place not knowing that we had to climb some 300 stairs, We tried calling the host but no answer. We couldn't climb all the stairs with our luggage so we had to leave to a different hotel! The host refused to return our money she never regretted for not letting us know about the situation.

Best B&B in Capri :) amazing view from the rooms. Maddy is the loveliest host and provides you with everything you need, she booked our boat tours and restaurants for us and gave us the best itinerary tips. Breakfast freshly prepared every morning makes you wake up happy and location is just few steps from Capri downtown so Thank you Casa Maddy for making our stay lovely and memorable :) we’ll be back
Umberto M — Google review
Casa Maddy is very clean, modern, and comfortable. Maddy makes you feel welcome, and is very kind. She helped us book reservations for dinner, and recommended local spots in Capri. Being an American in Capri can be a little intimidating. Maddy is the type of individual that is happy to share her home (capri) with you and is happy to have you as a guest. It was a privilege to stay here. Thank you Maddy for your positive and encouraging attitude. We will never forget our stay with you. We hope to see you again.
Norman S — Google review
Maddy was a wonderful hostess, very focused on her guests’ satisfaction, not just at Casa Maddy, but also during their time at Capri and Anacapri. She is extremely knowledgeable about the island and where to spend time to have the best possible experience as a visitor!!!

The best! Do yourself a favor and go to casa Maddy. Everything was perfect- the hostess, the beautiful room and the location. Maddy was so helpful and nice, she took care of everything we needed and was happy to help. Very clean and stylish room with an amazing view. It was a pleasure and we will definitely come back❤️

Maddy was a brilliant host, she was so helpful from the beginning providing information on how to find the B&B once arriving in Capri, what to do, where to go eat.... GREAT GREAT VALUE ADVICES! The accommodation is absolutely beautiful! It’s so fresh, yet homely. It really is as perfect as the pictures! Capri is absolutely heaven on earth! After a long journey that took me from LA to Naples, I finally arrived on the stunning island of Capri. To reach this picturesque destination, I hopped into a cab for a ride to the port and then boarded a ferry. Once there, I discovered La Terrazza, an exceptional dining spot that truly stands out among Capri's culinary offerings. The ambiance is breathtaking, with views that make every meal feel special.
Had a wonderful time here on 6/04/24. Place was quiet cos it’s off season, and initially we weren’t sure if we’d eat there , but the waiter went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable - turned music off, set up a table for us overlooking the sea and set up a heater for us. Food was very good- had a steak, tasted like it was barbecued, and some eggplant parmigiana , just what we wanted. The experience was phenomenal eating under the stars looking out over the ocean. The waiter Farak really was just friendly without overbearing and did whatever he could to let us enjoy the spot.
Paddy H — Google review
The restaurant is located in the rooftop of a hotel. Lovely views over the sea and the port of Capri. We had an amazing experience, food was delicious, and service was outstanding, our waiter, Farak, was very welcoming and made the evening even more pleasant.
Esther L — Google review
We just ate here tonight (7/2/23) as we are staying in the Relais Maraseca which is the hotel it’s on top of. It’s a rooftop bar/restaurant on the 4th floor and it was amazing. Smoked a cigar and had great cocktails while watching the goings on of the harbor. My wife got pasta with zucchini and I had the swordfish, both were great. The wait staff was fantastic, it was quite empty but I think it’s because it either just opened or people don’t know about it. Either way that’s why I’m putting this out there, do yourself a favor and check it out! The view alone is worth a drink. Cheers!

The Grand Hotel Quisisana is an upscale hotel that offers a luxurious experience with its breakfast options and three restaurants, as well as pools and a spa featuring a hammam. Over the years, it has been frequented by Hollywood legends like Greta Garbo, Ingrid Bergman, Audrey Hepburn, and many others. The hotel's ground floor restaurant is highly regarded for its breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings which include a refined cuisine using fresh local ingredients.
We stayed at the hotel for three nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt like pure luxury. The property is absolutely high-value, offering comfort, elegance, and breathtaking surroundings. What made the stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality was beyond five-star service—always ready to help with a smile, anticipating our needs, and making us feel at home while still providing world-class care. The concierge team, in particular, was so helpful and made everything smooth and effortless during our stay. The attention to detail, the warmth of the team, and the top-quality service made our stay perfect. This is not just a hotel; it’s an experience in true excellence. I can’t recommend it enough and would definitely come back.
Fatma A — Google review
Let’s not be ridiculous – this hotel is nowhere near the standard of other Leading Hotels of the World!!! I had issues particularly with the ladies at reservations, who were frankly rude and unprofessional. I repeatedly asked to speak with the manager, Mr Antonio D’Alisa, but never received a response despite several follow-ups. Is this really how a returning guest should be treated? Or the level of service one expects from a five-star hotel? The style is dated – even slightly tacky – and they simply do not deserve to be part of such a prestigious hotel programme. So if you’re used to top standards, avoid! I will also be sharing this feedback with Leading Hotels of the World directly. In line with the most basic principles of top-level hospitality, not being given the opportunity to speak with the manager is entirely unacceptable
Alessandra V — Google review
Terrible experience with the reservations team. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager Antonio D’Alisa, but was never allowed. They refused also to share his email address. As a returning customer who has also organised a business event with over 250 guests at the property, this is both unacceptable and unbelievable. It’s hard to believe they are members of The Leading Hotels of the World — I have never experienced such terrible service at any other hotel in the group.
Mustang M — Google review
We enjoyed the beautifully restored room for the night visiting from Sorrento. The room was well appointed with luxurious robes and slippers and amenities. The coffee and breakfast delivered was superb. Honestly I would come back just to stay in the room. We were impressed with every aspect except the pool which was sublet and they were not very nice. The service, concierge and everything else was perfect.
Denise S — Google review
Hotel needs modernization. Stuck in the past, with very a poor gastronomic offer , a lack of restaurants, and shameful high prices. The breakfast was very limited, and there was no coffee maker in the room. The quality and value are terrible. If the hotel price was different, it could be accepted it, but given its high rates it is entirely unaccepted, Either they modernize and invest, or when their regular elderly guests die, they'll go under. A typical hotel living off past glories. The owners need to be told that if they want to charge like a luxury hotel, they have to provide service as such, to begin with.
Review — Google review
Old fashioned gem in the heart of Capri, with an inviting terrace for a little coffee break to make island memories. Try the torta caprese with vanilla ice cream, along with a coffee and a lemon infused local Birra Capri beer.
Caspar I — Google review
If you’ve ever wondered what a hotel looks like after 49 years of zero investment, welcome to the Quisisana. It’s not so much a five-star hotel as it is a living, wheezing museum of bad taste and bad management. The furniture, fixtures, and fittings are literally collapsing around you. The “luxury” hairdryer proudly mounted on the bathroom wall looks like it was stolen from a 1983 gym locker room. At €3,000 a night for an average room, you too can enjoy the unique sensation of not wanting to touch anything in the bathroom without a hazmat suit. During the day, the lights in the lobby are turned off, not for “atmosphere,” but because the owners are clearly running this place on a candle budget. And don’t bother asking about restaurants: the hotel doesn’t have one anymore. Yes, you read that correctly, Capri’s so-called grande dame can’t even manage a properly functioning restaurant. The location is spectacular, the footprint enormous, the potential limitless. And yet the ownership has achieved the impossible: turning prime Capri real estate into a depressing relic. Don’t be fooled by the “tradition and authenticity” excuse. This isn’t heritage preservation—it’s stinginess dressed up as romance. If you want to see how to actually respect history while delivering modern luxury, look at Belmond Caruso or Le Sirenuse. The truth? The Quisisana is being kept alive by the same loyal clientele who don’t know any better—average age, 75. The hotel will die when they do, unless someone with an ounce of hospitality knowledge intervenes. Until then, this place is nothing more than a ghost of glory past, running on dusty chandeliers, broken fixtures, and the fumes of Capri’s name.
Brian M — Google review
We have been staying her for years and it needs a total refurb they still have the old jacuzzis coming out from the sides the beds round the pool are plastic and you sit like sardines and its veery hot even with umbrellas the owners were not their usual friendly selves last year food at lunch is lovely and sitting for a drink outside is very nice watching the people but the rest is drab and old fashioned you cant even get a strawberry or raspberry on the buffet without being charged also an omelette we now are staying at La Palma and they have amazing beach club they take you down by lovely air conditioned coach

Hotel Caesar Augustus is an elegant villa hotel located in Anacapri, Italy. The hotel offers a fine-dining restaurant with stunning bay views, a luxurious spa, and an infinity pool. The history of the island is intertwined with the hotel's story, as it was once the dominion of Rome after Octavian Caesar interpreted a favorable sign upon landing in Capri.
We stayed at Caesar Augustus for two nights on our honeymoon, and it was an incredible experience. We wished we had stayed for more. While Capri was quite busy, staying in Anacapri at Caesar Augustus was quiet and amazing. Our room overlooked the sea, offering absolutely breathtaking views. The gym was outside, and though it was small, it had brand-new Technogym equipment. Antonella, who managed everything, was amazing and helped us coordinate a private dinner. The pool area was also fantastic, with great sun coverage, an infinity pool overlooking the water, and excellent poolside dining. Breakfast and dinner were both wonderful, and our room, complete with a balcony, was perfect. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.

Outstanding Honeymoon Experience at Hotel Caesar Augustus ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional in Every Way My wife and I just returned from our honeymoon at Hotel Caesar Augustus, and it exceeded every expectation. This hotel truly understands what makes a stay memorable - it's all about the people and the experience they create. Obviously stunning and breath-taking views everywhere but a few more things to share. Staff Excellence Across Every Department The entire team deserves recognition. From the moment we arrived, every interaction was exceptional: Concierge: Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with local recommendations Front desk: Professional, warm, and always available Housekeeping: Rooms were immaculate daily with thoughtful touches Transport & baggage: Seamless service that made arrival and departure effortless Pool & F&B staff: Attentive without being intrusive, always with genuine smiles What made the biggest impression was how the staff genuinely welcomed us getting to know their names and learning about their backgrounds. This personal connection meant the world to us and created such a warm, authentic experience. Unparalleled Setting & Ambiance The hotel's location is simply breathtaking. It's a tranquil oasis perfect for couples seeking romance and relaxation. The sunsets from the hotel's bar and restaurants are beyond incredible - truly some of the most spectacular views we've ever experienced. The pool area is stunning, and the gardens below create a serene atmosphere. We loved how the hotel maintains its peaceful ambiance with gentle reminders to respect the tranquility - it really enhances the experience for everyone. Dining Recommendations The hotel's dining is excellent, but we highly recommend asking the staff for authentic restaurant recommendations in Anacapri for at least one evening. Their local knowledge led us to some truly special meals that we'll never forget. Final Thoughts Hotel Caesar Augustus is more than just a place to stay - it's an experience. The combination of exceptional staff, breathtaking location, and attention to detail creates something truly special. Respect the peaceful atmosphere, connect with the wonderful team, and you'll have an unforgettable time. We can't wait to return!

My favorite hotel in Capri, probably one of the best views on the island. The service and location are excellent. The rooms are a bit dated, as the hotel itself is older, but I believe renovations are planned soon. My only wish is that they offered a shuttle service between Capri and Anacapri, as the hotel is located in Anacapri. That said, they were extremely helpful with our departure: during check-in and check-out, they provide a complimentary shuttle to and from the port, load all your luggage onto the ferry, and even assist with tickets. This was a huge help, as managing luggage on the ferry can be a challenge.

This place is GORGEOUS!!! We didn’t stay here, but came for dinner and drinks and you can tell it is super clean and well cared for. The staff was amazing to us and we felt very welcomed. The location is great for views but not ideal for walking to and from the main city of Capri. If view is your priority, this place is probably it!

Perfectly magical experience! From the moment we arrived on property the staff was welcoming and attentive to every detail to make our stay a lifelong memory. The hotel and grounds are exceptionally maintained. We had breakfast and dinner at the Caeser Augustus every day. There was no need to search for other dining on Capri because we knew anywhere else would be disappointing. An experience of exceptional elegance and quality.

Incredible views, exceptional service, and beautifully clean rooms right in the heart of Anacapri, away from all the crazy tourist traps. The food was out of this world, with a fantastic aperitivo to start every evening. A special shoutout to Pasquale for providing outstanding service all week you truly made our honeymoon stay unforgettable! The shuttles were always clean and made it easy to get around, with the perfect distance to all the top restaurants. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite hotels ever. The service was impeccable, the food was so fresh and delicious, and the views were stunning. Absolutely one of the best highlights of our vacation.

This hotel is the absolute best hotel we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel completely at home. The room was amazing, the food was great, the view was incredible, and most importantly the staff were all so professional, polite and kind. Our story was abit exceptional because we left our camera on the boat to Capri. The moment we reported to the hotel, the front office manager Laura responded so quickly and efficiently and within a few minutes was able to contact the boat captain and found the camera. We are truly grateful and thankful to the team of Hotel Caesar Augustus for making our stay a most perfect one. Thank you Francesco the friendly hotel driver who drove us to and from the hotel, Mr David at the Conceirge who helped us with a last minute restaurant booking, the kind and helpful doorman, front desk crew and all the people at the breakfast restaurant. Much love, best wishes and best of health.. hope our paths will cross again. Mr Yeo

Jumeirah Capri Palace is a luxurious 5-star hotel located in Anacapri, offering a perfect retreat away from the town's hustle and bustle. The hotel features a luxe spa, two pools, fine dining options, and even a private beach. Guests can enjoy the free outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool, and an award-winning spa with various wellness facilities.
Great location as you can get a shuttle to the entrance of the hotel which isn't the case for some other 5 star hotels in capri town. Good service generally, very pleasant and polite but several breakfast staff failed to understand very simple requests whether in the restaurant or for room service. The rooms are generally pleasant with several different themes some being nicer than others. It took several changes before finding one that suited us. Good gym and the outside pool area is really nice and tranquil with good sun exposure all day. Negatives : Water temperature at the hot tap in the bath was capped at 38c degrees! No sauna in the spa, only steam room. There was a wedding reception one evening and we weren't informed. Zuma and A-ma-re hotels closed early for the season and we weren't informed prior to booking the room. Therefore the only restaurant on site was a 2 star Michelin restaurant. The food/snack menu in the bar was rather uninspiring. Tried the 2 star Michelin, wasn’t impressed. To start with its set in the same room where you eat breakfast which takes the shine off it a little. I chose a soup from the a la carte entree menu, ir coat €75 for this soup, it was nice but it was very simply, blended tomatoes, which felt underwhelming at €75 😂

A pleasant and luxurious genuine caprese experience, from the beginning to the end. The hotel is a refurbished palace located near the downtown of Anacapri (the high part of the island). Curated gardens and impeccably decorated facilities make the stay aesthetically appealing. The rooms amenities were nicely arranged daily. The staff is truly attentive and professional. The breakfast at L’olivo restaurant (two Michelin star), would say one of the best I ever tried, with fresh fruit, french and Italian pastries, variety of cheeses/deli and also a la carte menu. Totally recommend it, exceptional hospitality and top-notch service.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful and the location in Anacapri is ideal. The staff and the service were exceptional. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and this was without a doubt the best hotel experience of our trip. Some highlights included the fact that we did not touch our luggage as soon as we stepped onto the island, the shuttle service was incredible, the reservation at the beach clubs and restaurants were so easy, and the fact that they helped with the queue for the chairlift was amazing! We even received a happy honeymoon cake upon check-in and our room had an amazing view! We absolutely loved this hotel and would love to come back again!

The best few nights of our trip! Celebrated our anniversary and extended for an additional night. Incredible breakfast! Gorgeous views. Private and serene. Lorenzo and entire staff helpful, fun and kind. We had a blast! See you next year ❤️❤️

From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. Every staff member—reception, housekeeping, restaurant team, and especially the attentive pool waiter—went above and beyond to make our stay truly five-star. We even extended our Capri trip just to spend a night here. The pool is gorgeous, the Michelin-star restaurant is unforgettable, and the private shuttle made getting around effortless—they even drove us to the ferry right on schedule when we departed. If you’re looking for genuine luxury and warm hospitality, this hotel is a must. We can’t wait to return!

My second visit and again was extremely impressed with the staff. Special mention to Federico who oversees guest experience at the pool. I enjoyed my time by the pool so much that I chose this hotel to visit for a second time. Fabulous location! Beautiful relaxing pool. Beautiful breakfast. Very friendly drivers!

Truly a Palace – Unmatched Service From the moment we booked, the service at Jumeirah Capri Palace was absolutely outstanding. The concierge took care of everything—from our arrival at Naples airport to making sure our check-in was seamless. The word Palace is no exaggeration—this place is stunning, and the service is honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. Everything we needed was handled with genuine care, no stress, and no pressure to tip—just heartfelt hospitality. The management clearly sets a high bar, and the entire staff reflects it. Breakfast is served at their 2 Michelin star restaurant, and we had dinner there our first night—unforgettable. We left feeling like royalty. If you’re heading to Capri, don’t think twice. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We had the chance to photograph a wedding at Capri Palace, and the ceremony on the rooftop was absolutely breathtaking. With such an incredible view over Capri, it felt like the perfect place to say “I do.” The setting was elegant yet full of character, creating a truly unforgettable atmosphere for the couple and their guests. Capri Palace is simply a dream for a wedding celebration.

Hotel Mamela in Capri is a modern and elegant hotel ideal for a relaxing vacation. It offers upscale rooms and suites, some with stunning sea views. The hotel features an outdoor pool, bar, free Wi-Fi, and a private garden. Its unique architecture showcases the beauty of Capri Island with arches, vaults, stuccoes, and marbles.
We loved our stay at Hotel Mamela. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and walk in closet. The hotel has a beautiful updated pool area and breakfast area. The staff were attentive and helpful. I could easily see Mamela being a 5 star hotel rather than 4.

Our stay at Hotel Mamela was unforgettable, and we will always treasure it because everyone went above and beyond to welcome us on our honeymoon. My family has always loved staying at Hotel Mamela, and twenty years later, the current generation who works there is just as stellar. The rooms make you feel like you are a movie star. Special mention to Francesco for arranging a beautiful tour of the Blue Grotto for us and helping us choose a once-in-a-lifetime dinner! You can easily stay in the pool overlooking the whole island all day, and the breakfast is perfectly fresh, overlooking a gorgeous view.

Great location…can walk anywhere just about! Hotel was very nice especially and the pool over looking Capri….most other hotels don’t have a nice pool and this one was really great…so relaxing and can spend the whole day by the pool and has the restaurant there also. Really enjoyed this hotel. Stayed with our family and everyone loved it. Service is excellent!

Capri's Best Luxury Hotel. I've stayed in many boutique hotels around Europe, particularly in Italy. It can be hard to find a truly special hotel, but Hotel Mamela is a perfect example of that special place to stay in Capri. To me, it's the perfect balance between luxury, location, and comfort. It’s just a 5-minute walk on a charming, tree-lined lane from Capri’s main, lively piazza. The hotel’s design and overall vibe is chic, warm, and inviting, with lots of beautiful, comfortable, indoor and indoor spaces to relax or celebrate special occasions. The views of the famous Capri Faraglioni rocks and the sea are incredible — especially from the lounge-restaurant-pool deck and many of the rooms. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The hotel management has clearly taken time to consider what guests may need, further enhancing my stay. Breakfast with gorgeous views provided a delicious variety of food for any traveler's taste, or dietary needs. The final feature that puts it into the top for me, is the hotel staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and went above and beyond. You can tell they care about creating a special experience for guests. A special thanks to Rosie! 🥰 In conclusion, if you're visiting Capri and want a luxurious, yet down-to-earth place to stay, this is it. 👍 A few travel tips for Capri: 1. If you want to explore Capri town upon arrival: use luggage porters! The hotel can also arrange this. It's reasonably priced, and totally worth it. 2. If you're going directly to your hotel, a taxi is a very good option. They are located near the luggage porter area.

Nice and clean, but poor communication and unresolved issues The hotel was nice and clean, and overall the facilities were well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that made my stay frustrating. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly, and I was unable to sleep because of the heat. Although staff members came in multiple times, the problem was never resolved, and there was a lack of clear communication or follow-up. Additionally, while the hotel offers transportation, the drop-off point was about an 11-minute walk from the actual property with no signage or directions provided. If it weren’t for Google Maps, I would have been wandering around the island trying to find the hotel. These experiences really took away from what could have been a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Stayed at Hotel Mamela this summer, what looked to be an amazing property was a disappointing experience. During the trip the A/C in the room was not functional, the staff continued lies about the repair status, so we went entire trip with no A/C in a room that was over $1k/night. The two ladies at the front desk were very rude when I had asked to kindly speak to the manager (Francesco Gentile). For the broken A/C, after asking multiple times on the status we were finally provided a plug in fan. The room plugs didn't work, after asking the third time for maintenance staff to come take a look, the guy finally showed. He came in and yelled at me in Italian that the plug doesnt work and never returned. At the end of our trip Francesco apologized for the issues (there were multiple) and offered a partial reimbursement for the issues. Two months have since passed and they have not provided any reimbursement. The staff continues along with Francesco to make excuses and dodge email and any calls related to the issues. This was our engagement trip and was very frustrated with the staff's and management's handling of the situation. What is a beautiful property was tainted by the staff's handling of the many issues.

I just got back from a one week stay at this glorious hotel. Everything was wonderful about this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was good, the pool was good, the staff was good. The reason I gave this a 4 store was because of one particular member of the front desk team, Alexandro. He was extremely incompetent in every way. One example, I was having a dress delivered to the hotel (most hotels leave items in your room, but they do not). When I came in at end of day (they delivered in the morning), I asked if it had been delivered. He said no. I asked him to double check as it was supposed to. He briefly did and said no. I had to go all the way back to the store, have them call the hotel and confirm they delivered it in the morning with the hotel, then walk back to the hotel only for him to say he still didn't know. One of the women at the desk interrupted and said yes it was there (and literally right behind where he was standing). He never once apologized for wasting our time etc. Another example, we checked out and gave him our key before we left. We got a message shortly from someone else at the front desk after asking if we had left the key. We said yes and told them we left it with him. I have many more examples but bottom line, he should not be working there as he does not know what he is doing. Secondly, we asked the concierge to help us make several reservations for dinner, beach clubs etc. They could not get us any. We ended up getting our own. Also, one of the other hotel concierge actually helped us get into one we wanted. I don't think they have any pull anywhere which does not help if you want to get in anywhere in Capri. BUT, I would definitely stay there again, I would just avoid Alexandro and make my own reservations as the hotel itself is definitely lovely.

Extended stay hotel
Nestled in the charming suburb of Matermania, La Reginella is a delightful seasonal hotel that offers breathtaking views of Marina Piccola Bay. This cozy retreat is surrounded by lush gardens and traditional Caprese homes, providing a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. While the uphill walk to reach this gem may seem daunting, the stunning vistas and welcoming neighborhood ambiance make it all worthwhile.
1) Room - SHORT ANSWER: comfortable and airy, LONG ANSWER: The beds were comfortable, and the room had easy wifi access as well as an Alexa system. A small refrigerator was included as stated in the description, which I appreciated, as I needed it for my medication. A coffee maker and TV were available, although we didn't use them during our stay. I loved the option to allow natural air into the room with the locking, shuttered door, and windows. There was a small, private porch area for our room with lounge chairs where we could look out at the sea. 2) Bathroom - SHORT ANSWER: big and luxurious, LONG ANSWER: The bathroom was about 2/3 the size of our bedroom and easily the largest hotel bathroom I've ever encountered. It included a tub that could probably fit two people along with the shower option. It also had a TV that could be viewed from the tub and a vanity. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap were all available, as well as shower caps. Location - SHORT ANSWER: lots of climbing and beautiful views, LONG ANSWER: Unless you are staying right on the beach, everywhere in Capri is going to require a lot of stair climbing. The payoff is that the views will be spectacular. There is a restaurant situated just above the hotel, a mini-market just down the street, and the main square of Capri is a short walk away, where you can take a bus or enjoy the shopping. Overall, you will be nicely situated to get around the island from this location. Service and Breakfast - SHORT ANSWER: worth the visit in and of itself, LONG ANSWER: The service here is wonderful. The breakfast buffet includes dishes that are handmade, and it feels like it is prepared by someone who truly enjoys running a hotel and wants to provide an unforgettable experience to its customers. The owner let us leave our luggage after checkout so that we could explore the island further before leaving on the evening ferry. Bonus points from an avid animal lover for the presence of a sweet, tennis-ball-obsessed spaniel and a very sleepy hotel cat. We loved our stay and would have happily stayed longer! We can not recommend this place enough!

It was a really nice staying experience. Definitely worth the price. The room was really spacious and clean. They even have Alexa in the room. Highly recommend.

Delicious and extravagant breakfast included with incredible rocks and sea view, plus added bonus: Lot of seagulls around :). The person at the reception was very helpful, really saved us from being stranded by giving us weather and ferry schedule prepone/ cancellation updates.

I would like to start by saying my 1 star rating for this place is not for the hotel but for the manager Alex. I’m sorry to be blunt but he is racist and has issues with brown skin (non white) folks. After the 1st night, when we went out next day and came back after a long day, only to find that rooms are not even cleaned. Try to connect to him and find out and his response, “I’m not sure what happened! Not even a simple sorry”. This hotel is pretty far from the super market and main square, we are tired after a long day, asked for water and he is like sorry can’t give you. All locked here but should be in your rooms. When he knew clearly that rooms were not even cleaned and there was no water left in the freeze. How cheap is this guy who can’t even give water to his guests who are paying premium to stay at this hotel. When asked politely in the evening to just have access to the lobby and terrace area by the breakfast, his response, no you can’t sit there. Told him so many times that we are not going to touch anything, we would simply just like to sit there and enjoy the view. What’s the point of staying is this place when the manager is so rude and doesn’t even let the guests enjoy the view. Last day we asked for 30 mins additional time for check out, so instead of 11 we said can we check out at 11:30? His response, I don’t care and need these rooms empty by 11. Shocking. This guys needs customer service 101 training. He claims to have 30 years of experience but our interaction with him made us realize he has no customer service experience. We have traveled to 30+ countries and stayed in many hotels but never had such experience from a hotel manager. I’m sure he is going to reply back and dispute it all with his lies but I’m truly hoping hotel boss reaches out to me so we can share our experience and interactions with Mr. Unprofessional Alex.

Hotel Villa Brunella is a refined retreat in Capri, offering bright quarters and a rooftop restaurant with captivating views of Marina Piccola and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Located on Via Tragara, it's within walking distance of Piazzetta and Via Camerelle. The outdoor pool is perched above a cove and shadowed by Mount Solaro, providing an ideal spot for relaxation.
My family and I just spent a week at Villa Brunella and it was absolutely amazing!!! The location is perfect, located a very short walk from the hustle and bustle of Capri and very private. The villa is beautiful, with an amazing pool and large but cozy rooms. The restaurant at the hotel is delicious. The best part is the staff. Everyone is amazing: kind, accommodating, helpful. We got great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They made us feel at home in Capri and shared their beautiful island with us with open arms. Grazie a tutti and we already cannot wait to come back.

We booked Villa Brunella in Capri last minute, and it ended up being one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had last year—and we’ve traveled a lot worldwide. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Our room was sparking clean, beautifully maintained with high quality amenities. We didn’t have a room with views, but that wasn’t much necessary since the Garden with views was just 5 steps away & we enjoyed it everyday. The hotel restaurant was outstanding—every meal was fresh, high-quality, and made even more special by the breathtaking views. The complimentary breakfast each morning was another treat, with fresh, delicious options that started each day perfectly. Villa Brunella in Capri truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and would absolutely stay again!

This little slice of heaven was one the best hotels I’ve stays I’ve had in years! The staff is next level, Francesco and Pepe were so lovely and made sure we had everything we needed! The view from every spot is absolutely breathtaking and it’s a short walk to the main square so it’s a quiet calm feel escaping the rush busy areas. I have already recommended this hotel to very discerning friends headed to Capri in a few months!

We had one of the best stays of any trip at this hotel. I had an incredible stay at Gatto Bianco in Capri, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions for exploring the beautiful island. The staff's genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit. They took the time to ensure all my needs were met, whether it was recommending local restaurants, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to see how I was doing. The hotel itself is charming, well-maintained, and perfectly located for exploring Capri, but it's really the staff that made the experience truly special. I can't wait to return and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, friendly, and attentive hospitality experience!

This place was perfect for us, and the staff was very warm and inviting. It is not the fanciest, but tasteful and we lived the quirky details. The breakfast was very pleasant, and the waitress was friendly and brought us cappuchinos right away. You cant do better than the location which is central of where you want to be in Capri. Not too far from what I call millionaire's mile (aka all the gucci, prada, dolce stores). If you are looking for the most expensive and bougie hotel, this is not the one for you... However if you are humble and want to stay in a nice, central hotel with great staff... stay here!

Ercília O — Google review
The well located, well priced, unassuming, charming and somewhat hidden Gatto Bianco turns out to be T.H.E. hotel where the whole first Capri movie star/jet set vibe was created almost as soon as it was built and opened in 1947 as the only real hotel on the island. Immediately, film crews arrived, and into the Gatto Bianco came Sophia Loren, Clark Gable, Bridget Bardot, the Prince of Wales (later the abdicated king), the Shah of Persia, and on into the 60s with Jackie O and O himself, along with the rest of the oversized sunglasses crowd.  The plain door in the photo was Jackie's suite, when she raced away from the paparazzi and entered the hotel through a secret entrance and up into her suite. There are other grander hotels now, but none with that decades-long history of movie stars - who continued to stay there for decades and as far as I know, may still. It's still sparkling white, super comfortable, airy and pretty, with cool, cheerful tiles throughout, multiple shady and sunny secluded terraces, and Capri blue easy chairs here and there if you want to take time out from the sun and teeming hoards of tourists with a good book. Kind, knowledgeable and friendly staff (it's still owned and very much run by original family), ready to help with luggage or advice. And the elusive eponymous cat, whom I thought must be dead, did finally slither through. Can't recommend highly enough. Magical.

Stayed in February and had an adequate time for a good rate. Owner Alex was very friendly and helpful and offered a good map of the island with advice on where to travel, what to see, and where to eat. Hotel itself needs a little sprucing up. Room was big and airy with a door out onto a patio overlooking the ocean (lovely!) but in need of some major updates. Bathroom was drab and there was hair from a previous guest all over the shower and the floor. With some updates and some cleaning this place could be very charming!

With its modern interiors adorned with white hues and vibrant tiled floors, Luna Hotel captivates visitors not only with its aesthetic but also with its lush gardens and expansive outdoor pool that provide breathtaking views of the iconic Faraglioni rocks.
I just went on honeymoon to Capri and we loved Hotel Luna! The location has an amazing view of the Faraglioni, especially with the deluxe rooms, and it was nice to be tucked away just a short walk from town. The rooms were nice and had stylish tiling. I highly recommend staying here, and a room service breakfast with a view of the sea is impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely the best. Luna Hotel made our trip to Capri 10000x better. Luna offers a bag service which is £20/bag to take your baggage from the ferry to the hotel without any worry. We arrived in Capri before check-in and this allowed us to explore Capri without dragging our bags across the hilly landscape and rough roads. Additionally, the same service is available when you need to leave, leaving you the freedom to explore without worrying about your baggage. My wife and I stayed in the standard room and it was furnished far beyond our expectations. Everything was very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a place to eat, look no further than the Luna Rooftop Restaurant. We had some of the best seafood and service, and a view of the sea to top it off. While at dinner, the room keeping made our bedroom up! Lastly, you can enjoy a complimentary breakfast with the same great service as dinner. The breakfast includes fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, yogurt, granola, pastries, charcuterie meats and cheeses, breakfast meats, and more. Don't worry, you can also order an espresso beverage or two as well (cappuccino is a must-have). The front desk was also very accommodating, speaking very good English and Italian, of course. Overall, the Luna Hotel was one of our favorite hotels we stayed at during our trip to Italy. I hope that this review finds you well so that you can also enjoy one of the best hotels that Italy has to offer!

They have a very low presence on social media so we were a bit skeptical while booking our stay here but what can i say, it felt like we found the best place to stay in Capri. The rooms are great with amazing view of the faraglioni rocks. The staff and service is also great and everyone is very friendly. It is only 5-10 minute walk from the main capri square at the top. They also have a decent sized swimming pool and it is perfect for spending your mornings. We cannot wait to come back again.

I liked La Luna hotel. However, I was disappointed by a few things. Pros: The location is absolutely perfect. It is right next to the center of town with all of the high end shopping, but it is slightly tucked away so you feel like you are out of the hustle and bustle as soon as your step on the property. The views are gorgeous, especially from the sea front rooms- you have a front and center view of the Faraglioni rocks. We had a garden view room, and we could still see the sea and the rocks over to our right, which was nice. The rooftop bar is a very nice place to get a drink. The pool area is beautiful. Cons: The service was underwhelming. - This was our first time on Capri, so we didn't know about the logistics of arrival, how to use the funicular, and transport bags. The port of Capri is absolute madness. I thought it would be easy to just catch a cab, but the line was at least 100 people long. When I called the hotel to ask what to do, the person over the phone was not very helpful. Additionally, nowhere on their website or on my confirmation email did it give instructions as to how to get to the hotel. We eventually figured out how to use the funicular (pro tip: you actually have to wait in line to buy tickets, and then wait in a DIFFERENT line to get on the funicular, and it is not easy to do this with big bags because there are some steep steps at the end). It would be nice if they helped make the arrival process more seamless, or at least provided instructions. - Another issue was our check out. We were supposed to leave on a Friday, but we noticed looking at the weather that the wind speeds were going to be very high, so we were worried about our ferry back to Sorrento that day. On Thursday morning, we asked the front desk if they thought the ferries would be cancelled on Friday, and they said that most likely they would be cancelled. Because we did not want to miss our flight, we checked out of the hotel early on Thursday to get back to Sorrento before the high winds. This was the right decision, because they did end up cancelling all of the ferries on Friday. They would not refund us for the Thursday night when we did not stay over. Also, I don't think that they would have informed the hotel guests that the ferries would be cancelled if we had not asked them, and we would have been stuck in Capri another night and missed our flight, so I though that was a bit unprofessional. I think there should be a policy where hotel guests are warned about the potential for inclement weather affecting their travel plans. Our hotel in Positano was very proactive about warning us about storms and helping us make alternative travel arrangements, which Luna did not do. - The rooms are nice, but not 4 star hotel nice. I think they need an update. - The restaurant was just okay. All in all, I would consider staying here again if I came back to Capri, but I would rank this more of a 3 star than a 4 star hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and I really think it's great place to stay to experience Capri. The view from the oceanside of the hotel is really excellent. It's very quiet and serene with a lot of green space. By far my favorite staff/customer service experience of any place we stayed in Greece or Italy during our long honeymoon. This place has warmth and charm that is not seen or experienced anywhere else. It's really a perfect location on the island as well. It's also worth mentioning that the breakfast experience, the pool, and the nearby spaces to walk around/explore were all really excellent.

Excellent location, great service, will pick your bags and drop them off at port for you. Pool is big and nice. Rooftop bar has a great view of the water/rocks. Rooms were bigger than it seemed in the pics. Bathroom was spacious too. Our garden balcony had a partial view of the ocean. I really can’t criticize anything. Great value for money too.

Stayed 5 nights last June. The staff was fantastic. The waiters in the restaurants were so kind to me. The desk attendants were very helpful with recommendations for dining and hikes. I loved eating lunch by the pool and the way the waiters would remember my wine order. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I will be back.

I’m very disappointed that I can’t recommend this hotel. While the location is spectacular and the views are very special, my compliments end there. The staff was not welcoming or friendly in comparison to what we experienced at other properties in Italy, our room had several issues, and we were not given the level of service I’d expect for a hotel with such a price point. We weren’t greeted, told about the hotel, given a basic tour or telling of the property. Our elevator key didn’t work, nor did our phone, so ordering room service meant physically going down to the restaurant to place an order which completely defeats the purpose. The concierge didn’t respond to emails and I didn’t feel like I had any help on what to do or where to dine on the island. If we ever return to Capri, I’d gladly stay somewhere more boutique and expensive to feel like we are welcomed guests and not a nuisance.

Canasta is an elegant lodging located in a charming area, just minutes away from popular attractions and the fashionable shopping district. The hotel offers colorful tiled rooms, a large swimming pool surrounded by private gardens, and a comfortable lounge area. Guests can enjoy a stroll to the romantic beach of Faraglioni or relax at the hotel's outdoor spaces. With traditionally Capri decor, immaculate housekeeping, and attention to detail, Canasta provides an inviting atmosphere for travelers.
I have stayed in hotel Canasta more than 5 times and have already booked my next year stay as well. The owner Pietro is amazing and booking is easy. Every time we have wonderful stay in the hotel. It is rather small, but has the perfect location in just a few steps away from the main shopping street and Piazetta which makes it perfect for us. The pool is great as well and the restaurant has very delicious food and great wine selection. I highly recommend this hotel.

There are not enough good things I can say about Hotel Canasta. They hosted my entire wedding party and were extremely friendly, accommodating, and understanding. Excellent service, great, clean, simple rooms. Wonderful upstairs balcony. Amazing place to stay/ house friends and family at a very fair price.

I had a two-day stay with them. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I liked everything. I thank them especially the receptionist Alberto and the employee working in the restaurant Mahdi. He was helpful and cheerful. I have only one criticism. On our second day, we were planning to have dinner at the hotel overlooking the view. The restaurant manager received us and told us that the restaurant is booked and we cannot receive you. I was asked to leave. To another hotel for dinner. I do not pay a high amount for a hotel that prevents me from sitting and enjoying the rain and eating the meal, especially since you are a hotel guest. The first priority is always for the hotel residents and not very passers-by. This thing bothered me. The breakfast meal is wonderful and I asked for eggs and they did not hesitate to provide them to me. I thank Alberto and Mahdi.

My absolute favorite hotel in Capri. I feel at home there. I love the staff, the hotel is extremely clean, the maids clean your room a few times a day. Family owned place with a great pool and beautiful rooms.

We stayed at Hotel Canasta to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and we loved it! It’s quiet and tucked away but close to everything in Capri. The staff is so wonderful and personable. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great little patio with a view. I really liked the breakfast, a nice combo of sweet and savory options and coffee service. We also found the price extremely reasonable compared to other options in Capri. We’d love to go back!

I stayed at this stunning hotel with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the city center and close to the Gardens of Augustus. The service was outstanding, and the hotel itself was beautiful. They even offer a 10% discount at the Villa Margherita restaurant. However, I found the breakfast to be somewhat limited.

Apartment complex
Nestled on the prestigious Via Tragara, Villa Mariuccia Capri offers a delightful retreat for travelers seeking apartment-style accommodations in this enchanting island paradise. Just steps away from the stunning views of the Faraglioni, this charming villa features six modern apartments that can host between two to six guests. Each unit is designed with a blend of contemporary comfort and traditional Caprese allure, making it an ideal choice for those desiring a more intimate and self-sufficient stay.
We stayed here for 6 nights and we were so happy with our choice. The view is unbeatable and offers a good location. Carrying your luggage from the piazza can be a pain as the journey is mostly uphill. Splurge for a porter if you want to save yourself the headache of schlepping your luggage. The room we had offered an amazing view of Marina Piccola and that alone was worth the booking.
Kevin E — Google review
We spent there three nights and everything was perfect. The location is very close by walk to the main attracionts and the view from Bea apartment is stunning. The host has been very kind, helpful and always available for support.

I promise this is not spam. This is the best place to stay in Capri!! AMAZING service, amazing views, our room was perfect, and the absolute best location you could ever ask for. It is near the famous Fontelina Beach Club and Restaurant, and it is also only a 10 minute walk to the town square. I can’t recommend staying here enough.
Nic M — Google review
Our time at Villa Mariuccia in Capri was an absolute dream. The host's hospitality truly shone through, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself surpassed all expectations – it was surprisingly spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortably equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location added another layer of delight. While a short walk (be prepared for some stairs!), it offered easy access to the charming Marina Piccola beach clubs like La Fontelina and Da Luigi. But the true star of the show was the nearby Belvedere Tragara. The panoramic views from there were simply breathtaking, providing a picture-perfect postcard moment of the iconic Faraglioni rocks. Admittedly, the three-day cleaning schedule wasn't ideal for our short three-day stay, as well as the sheer amount of insects and mosquitoes but it's minor details in the grand scheme of things. Another issue was it’s distance from the center of capri it is like 15 minutes away by walking which can be quite a pain in urgent situations, but if u have luggages definitely just pay the €16 per luggage to and from the port or just €8 from the piazza. Overall, Villa Mariuccia gets our recommendation! The host's attentiveness, coupled with the apartment's comfort and beautiful location, made our Capri experience unforgettable. We can't wait to return someday!

Stayed here for four nights and it was just such a beautiful time! This villa is so stunning, more stunning than I can capture in the photos. It’s in the most beautiful part of the island, such a quiet street surrounded by 5-star hotels and incredible restaurants and views of Capri. The villa itself is well-equipped with everything you could need for a really comfortable stay. There’s the nicest balcony out the front with views overlooking the island. The host was also very lovely, attentive and gave a lot of wonderful tips on how to enjoy the best the island has to over. I highly recommend staying here, I would love to return one day.

I can not describe how beautiful is this place. Capri the most amazing place in the world. If you want to see the Haven in this world you must visit 5he Island. Villa itself very clean & well maintained. You have most of the daily living essentials in the premises.
SIA L — Google review
The apartment we stayed in didn’t match the photos as advertised. So we were asked to move to and apartment with a better view. When we arrived to the new apartment it had dead swatted mosquitos everywhere and stank of cleaning chemicals. The smell of chemicals was so intense I couldn’t sleep. Also the surrounding outdoor seating area had weeds everywhere and was completely unkept. I asked the receptionist if she could give me a discount as I didn’t think it was worth the full price. Her response was “I’ll pass it on my manager” Her manger never got back to me, I’ve been waiting since last September. Avoid this place like the plague it’s a complete rip off with terrible customer service.

Super suspicious hotel. My credit card on expedia was expired so they messaged me they could not do the pre-authorization. So I updated my new card on expedia. They claimed they cannot take it after unfortunately and to contact them. They start messaging me on WhatsApp asking me to send my credit card information there or over email. When I tell them no I don't feel comfortable doing that and they are welcome to call me to give it to them over the phone, they refused. They said it's "insecure" giving it over the phone... I have never ever heard of that unless they know someone is listening in on their phone conversations. They kept on insisting I send it to them over WhatsApp or email, which is the most unsafe credit card practice I have ever heard of. I refused. They refused to let expedia give it to them over the phone too. I cancelled. I want to be clear I was more than willing to give them my credit card information over the phone or over a secure online encrypted platform, but definitely not emailing you my credit card information for you to just have it sitting there for anyone to see. Expedia was actually baffled at this and they straight up told me to not give it to them over WhatsApp or email. Place is super shady. I would stay away.

Nestled in a charming location, Casa di Capri Suite offers an intimate and delightful retreat with only three rooms, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. The welcoming owner creates a warm environment that makes you feel right at home. Guests rave about the delicious homemade breakfast served each morning, which is truly a feast for the senses. Enjoying your meal on the terrace while soaking in stunning views adds to the experience. Although there are some stairs to navigate, many find it worth it for such a peaceful escape.
Ernesto was a wonderful host. This is a ridiculously convenient location for a bnb. The spread for breakfast each morning was a feast. The views from the porch were lovely. The bed is comfortable. The water is hot and plentiful. There is nothing to dislike and everything to recommend it to the next guest. When we come back to Capri we will stay here again. A lovely rental apartment.

This bnb was perfect for our stay in Capri! It is in the perfect location to get to all of the restaurants and shops. The breakfast provided in the morning was an added bonus. Ernesto was a great host and wanted everything to be perfect for us. Wonderful view! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Capri! No complaints.

Beautiful, small and quaint place. Suited in great location. The owner was lovely and very welcoming. The rooms were good size and clean. The breakfast was a feat. All home baked. The cook was so lovely. There are only 3 rooms. We occupied 2, sitting in the garden felt as it was our own little villa. Very relaxing. The only downside was too many stairs and long passage way to get to it. Travel light is otherwise they will carry your baggage’s for €20. Highly recommended

We had a hard landing at Casa di Capri. The directions we received via What’s App mentioned a luggage porter from the ferry area but didn’t mention the second porter if you couldn’t carry slight incline with 12 steps and more smaller steps. Adding on to the lack of explanation, the hotel actually has two properties on opposite ends of the main square. We had no idea and we didn’t receive any warning. We had to pay the luggage porter twice as they first took our luggage to the other property. We thought this was fair to pay them for the total job they did. Luisa however did not apologize for the lack of communication or offer to pay. We stood for about 20-30 mins at the porter station and the guys ended up telling us this isn’t the first time they had confusion over the two properties. Be very aware of this. In general the property was too small. The room was very small for two people and two suitcases. We had to ask for a large blanket to be removed from one of the two cabinets so we could store some items as we were staying 3 days. Also they only hotel to give a done comforter which was overkill in August. Makes it harder to store the blanket with the limited space. The only highlight was the breakfast cook. She was very sweet and a good cook! Plumbing for the shower and sink needs to be looked at. Old building and slow drain. Also small ants in the bathroom. We told Luisa we were checking out early and we left by 9am after breakfast. There was no request for feedback or even a thank you for staying three nights at top prices. Location is close to the town square but at steeper incline and more steps than the other properties we checked out while visiting the island. Overall it was a disappointing accommodation and I can’t recommend for any traveler coming to Capri from abroad. Perhaps if you are more local but questionable if the rate makes sense. There was no staff there during the day. The last night we checked if the patio was unlocked at 10:00pm and it was. Not the best on security in my opinion. Bad value for money overall. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the hotels.

(Translated by Google) Simply: every time I return to Capri, I will do so starting from the possibility of staying here again. If you don't need a hotel, this is a very elegant and welcoming accommodation, quiet because it is "high" - at least for Capri - and one step away from everything. Nothing is really missing [you get up to the Nespresso machine including capsules] and there is a terrace with a view that alone would be worth the trip.
