Honestly? I don't want you to know about this place, in case I can't get a room next year because they're too popular! I have never felt more welcome anywhere. The breakfast is incredible. The rooms are immaculate. There is peace. The garden is a delight to see and smell. The pool is perfect. Pamuk the dog and his very cool owners are the best hosts a woman could ask for. This hotel is very close to food, drink, markets, tuktuk rental, even the best hamam (Heaven Hamam). I was lucky to get a last minute booking here and I feel truly blessed to have stayed with them. As a first time visitor to Turkïye, the Hania has made me want to return every year. Spacibo!

It wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience—visually stunning and bursting with flavor. The entire stay felt unreal, like a privilege we stumbled into amidst Side’s ancient wonders and sandy shores. There’s no doubt in our minds: whenever we return to this captivating region, Side Villa Hania will be our only choice. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this gem.

Very unclean dust & hair everywhere. Run down. Small bugs unsure if ants tiny like tick lice flea. Silver fish insects in bedding. No maid service. Cold as no blankets covers. No change of towels. No cleaner. Never the same staff on reception if manned at all. No kettle. Basic unkempt uncared for. Holes punches in doors. Broken fire alarm. Rubbish left in stair Wells. Broken wood left outside rooms. Doors open to unused rooms. Broken glass patio doors. Pools empty other pool green in colour sunbeds & other stuff floating in pool. Bathroom awful stains skids black loo brush. Had to clean room & bathroom. Thankfully bought 3 packet of anti bac wipes with me. Bed hard lumpy. Yet dip in middle so rolled into middle. Very uncomfortable. Shower soap dish rotten. Shower head corroded limescale. Stayed 1 week. Stayed out of room as much as possible. Out early back after dark late due to state of room.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Initially, they do not want to give you a room with a sea view that you paid for, if you insist, they will move you, but you have to pay more. Hygiene is at a very poor level, towels and bed linen were changed only once in 10 days. Food in the restaurant is desperate, it's the same every day, there is almost no meat, only potato and rice. The hotel has 3 stars, it doesn’t deserve any. The staff is rude, they take your plate as soon as you take the last bite. They spoiled our whole impression of Turkey!

The staff steal your money out of your room and management tell you to use the safe in room which isnt attached to anything with wire cut. The hygiene is disgusting, flys in the food and everywhere, the wifi is shocking and only in the reception where everyone is trying to get it. There is no customer service as all they say is 10minutes or later. No hot water for showers. Pool is filled with sand and hair wasnt clean in 2 weeks broken tiles and hazards everywhere. We were there they dont clean the rooms or change the bedding at all. The rooms smell, the staff are all young and don't care. If i could i would give it no stars. You would be better of sleeping in a bin. Honestly avoid this place if you dont want to ruin your holiday.....

So happy and relieved that we are leaving this disgusting place! Also they should mention that if someone coming from country that doesn't have roaming here- they will laugh at them and tell them to cancell booking without any help just after you travelled 2000 miles to get here. I have all evidences for any interested person and I'm happy to share them with anyone who ask. It's so smelly that I'm disgusted to sleep in bed! I will make sure I complain about this everywhere I can so maybe one day they will become bankrupt, because this hotel shouldn't be licensed to rent rooms for people. Small crampt rooms. Falling apart. Arrived with dinner plate outside and it was never picked up. Staff fed up and dispondent. 1st room we checked into the air con filters was filthy, shower pipe broken and then the door handle fell off!

Our stay was just a night, but everything was amazing, especially the generously large breakfast in the lovely garden. The little bungalow has everything one needs to get a good rest - a comfortable bed and an AC. The host is a very friendly and welcoming lady who loves animals and has great suggestions about the area. Watching her chickens and a couple of cats roam around the garden was wonderful. A bonus is that the bungalows are located a bit away from the main Side drag, and it is less crowded and quieter, and more down-to-earth than the main tourist area, which feels very commercial. On the other hand, Tuana Bungalows is homely and has a bohemian touch with a garden full of flowers.

Side is a beautiful town, with plenty of beaches. The Center is full of stunning historical sites, and calm people and animals. The location of the Hotel is great!

We ended up cancelling our booking here because of a few issues. Firstly, there's a rooster living in the garden, so a restful night's sleep for a light sleeper would be impossible. The wifi doesn't work in the rooms. It's also cash only, which wasn't clear at the time of booking. Not a huge problem but it required further cash withdrawal with ATM fees. When I asked for a one night stay instead of four, as a trial for the unexpected noise, I was then told it would cost 25% more, even though when I checked on the website there and then, a one night stay would have still costed the lower price. It looked a lot nicer and cleaner on the website, but in reality very disappointing.

Good location I booked from app otelz, when I came they told me it's mistake and they can give me another small room because that one is more expensive. Everything was old and also no so clean, wather in toalet was broken,wather at shower no to hot At night was cold because I couldn't close window. After cold night I told about this the nice lady she made me hot tea and she ask about 10 lira😀. finally they fixed the window and gave me extra blanket, Next night was more comfortable .I think They shouldn't rent a rooms at winter time.

Nice, budget friendly place to stay in Side. Stayed in a double room for a couple of nights with air-conditioning. Rooms were overall clean and tidy. The main issue was the wifi did not reach the room where we were staying. The staff that served us were very lovely, Location is central.

I stayed 3 nights in here. It was absolutely nice experience for me. which has good location to the beach, center and kindly staff. Also, far away from the city loud. You can easily walk to Apollon Temple and other Ancient Theater. This place may be a good location for your memories.

We had an awesome time at antonios. The owners are such lovely people, who care a lot about the well being of their guests and offer their help whenever they can The food is homemade and they cook different dishes each day. The rooms, although small, are cozy and the beds are relaxing. Additionally the hotel is located in a district with lots of bars and restaurants, more than enough places to go shopping and multiple beaches.

A super friendly family runs the hotel. The location is extraordinary and the rooms are very clean. If you want to feel like home and stay between the ruins of ancient Side and be close to the beach and at the same time dont mind staying in a room which is a bit old but with a super reasonable price, this place is highly recommended!

Lovely little quaint oldie worldie motel, beautiful view over the sea towards Antalya from my room and gorgeous little garden area to sit for breakfast. Owners very nice and polite family. And you are surrounded by Roman ruins in the village which are amazing. Only a short walk to the harbour and beach. The only few things that let it down were the shower was terrible, one of the lights in my room was broken as was the aircon, there was no TV in my room but there were in the rooms either side of me, and breakfast was mostly the same things and more what you would eat for lunch rather than breakfast. That said I would probably come here again as it is so pretty.

Here you have everything you need when you return from the surrounding consumerist battlefields - a cozy, nicely appointed room with a balcony, spotless bathroom, comfy bed and good WIFI, excellent breakfast and highly recommended optional dinners. I would have never dared to visit Side, had I not come across the useful trip reviews of Antonio's that convinced me I would be well taken care of and survive what is otherwise unbridled tourist hell. çok teşekkür ederim!

It’s not a massive resort like Maxx or the Mandarin Oriental; instead, it’s a charming boutique hotel made up entirely of private villas. The architecture and design are absolutely stunning, and every villa comes with its own pool and garden, giving you a real sense of privacy and luxury. One of our favorite spots is the Beach House, their beachfront club - it has such a relaxed, stylish vibe and the atmosphere is just spot on. The beach itself and the cabanas are also top-notch. The service can occasionally be a bit inconsistent, and we noticed a few minor hiccups with the food, but nothing that couldn’t be improved with a little fine-tuning. All in all, if you're heading to Antalya, Bijal is without a doubt the place to stay.

The food was great and unlimited. The included drinks were very reasonable in quality. The staff were wonderful. The hotel overall is very nice. We booked with on the beach. When we arrived the twin/double room was extremely small for 2 ladies, I couldn't even put my suitcase on the floor. I then upgraded for £38 where the room was much nicer and more spacious unless you are a single mother with a small child - don't entertain the economy rooms. My friend is vegan and they catered to her needs brilliantly - the kitchen staff was amazing! Good alcohol choice and the desserts were lovely. When you arrive you receive a welcome pack which explains times of food and rules. One of the rules was that towels on sun-beds unattended for "reservation" is not allowed - yet the hotel staff allow guests to do this at early hours of the morning so when you come down after breakfast you can not get a sun-bed. Should you try and move a towel you will get physically threatened by guests at 9.30AM and nobody cares. I didn't think this was very fair and forced us to spend most our holiday at the beach. I recommend you not to attend the welcome meeting as it is a sales man offering you trips etc which sounds nice but you will be sat there for 2+ hours. The bar staff was incredible. One last improvement would be for the bedsheets to be taken out the washing machine a bit sooner and get them on a washing line as every day they smelt of damp and please stop the electrical/light cut outs, every day we experienced this and was very frustrating in the middle of drying your hair or doing makeup.

The restaurant staff were very kind and there were a lot of sorts of meals. The house keeping was very terrible. Couple days no room cleaning at all. The whole hotel needs a lot of cleaning. The rooms were too small. If you want to go to the beach then you need to walk between 6-7 minute, there is no bar at the beach hotel offers only a coffee and cold water. There were problems with electricity in couple days at the evening we did not have it for 3 hours, no compensation from staff. If you want to extend your staying in room on leaving day be careful with paid sum. They asked 30 EUR but I actually paid 40 EUR with card (TRY 1500,00). The hotel location was good if you want to go for shopping.

Additionally it says the working hour of the pool are 10:00-18:00. But expect to get kicked out of it at around 17:30. Food was bad. I'm not talking about taste, I'm talking it's undercooked (chicken meat can't be separated from the bone, chicken meat being pink), cheese getting left out to sit at 25°C for 3 hours, then used again and again, only fruit available was watermelon and honeydew. Cakes are usually just sweet, no flavor or anything (some are an exception, but they disappear first). I didn't eat anywhere outside of the hotel and my stomach got wrecked by it's food, even probiotics didn't help. Not sure is it the hotel's policy, or just waiters choice, but they treat Turkish guests much much better than foreigners. In our 10 days they offered us a drink only once. Meanwhile for Turkish families, they carry around food and drinks. I'm a guy in early 30s, I can go up and down the stairs, but at least help the seniors who barely walk (hint, they didn't). Especially for dinner, they start to pack things up way to early. Dinner goes from 19:00-21:00. Even at 20:00 most of the stuff is packed up, you can see them hurrying to finish it early. The beach wasn't bad, but the only thing they offer there are water and coffee. Overall. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Would say it’s definitely more than a 3 star and more like a 5 star!! Amazing hotel, room was spotless and clean and stocked up with water in a small fridge. Food was good, had a range of different foods and had different dishes everyday. The staff were very friendly. A small hotel, however there is very much a friendly/family vibe which makes the hotel atmosphere so much better. A convenient location i’d say as the beach is 10 minute walk, outside is a gym, salon, spa and a bazar. When you come outside the bazar there’s a strip of more shops with such friendly people. Would love to come back to this hotel, when I visit Turkey again.

Thos hotel has exceeded my expectations by far! Rooms: new, refurbished, well designed, comfortable. I had a desk, a coffee table, two armchairs inside and two on the balcony on the top of regular hotel furniture. Blackout curtains were great. Everything spotless clean, cleaning ladies beyond nice. I noticed complaints about cleanliness in earlier reviews, but in my stay the whole place was shiny clean. Buffet: perfect! Great choice of healthy food, always low fat protein, a lot of fresh vegetables. Very diverse choice of hot dishes, fresh vegetables, salads, pickles, bread, desserts, fruit. So much food - basically, smth is available at any time of a day. I checked in at 11:30pm, the dinner was over - but they kept a portion of food for me. Service: so nice, caring. Mustafa, special thanks for your help with everything! The DJ, the chief, the waiters, the reception staff - all very nice and caring people. Every day I was happy to meet every one of them Gym is a little old, but so well equipped. When has a hack squat (never saw one in a gym). It’s very easy to get to the beach with a short walk. They have water, coffee on a beach as well, a lot of available space. Felt fantastic in this hotel, better than in some 5*!

The staff was really nice and helpful, they had a wide selection of food like chips, chicken nuggets, spaghetti, pasta and some authentic Turkish dishes and a wide range of desserts too. They have a market right outside the hotel where u can buy loads of stuff they also have a hair and nail salon right outside the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean as well they are a little small but it wasn’t really a massive deal to us, the shower was clean but small.

Hotel was really good and staff was really hospitable and friendly. Meryam was lovely! Really tasty breakfast with lots of warm and cold options. Good location and easy to access public transport. Hotel also provides a free bus to the beach which also picks you up. Lots of activity options you can take look at reception with pick up at the hotel.

Family run hotel. The owner, his wife and son are all great, friendly and engage with all their guests. Had a lovely time, loved the pool, was well kept and cleaned on daily basis as well as the rooms. We only booked bed and breakfast as we enjoy exploring and trying the local restaurants and cafes. I ordered iced latte/coffee and few times and that was great, very tasty (not included in the package). Food needs improving and could have done with some more fresh fruits such as watermelon and a larger variety. The rooms could do with refurbishment but overall was great. Enjoyed the ambience and all the staff were very helpful and kind. They all took good care of us and always smiled and greeted us on daily basis. We could see that theybwere passionate about their business. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and friendly hotel for a short break. Thank You to All for making our stay a memorable one. Got to hotel late evening to be greeted by a man who with a card saying do's and don'ts passed us a key left us to it. No one se there just this man with his arm in sling ans limping. Lugged the cases up 2 flights of stairs. Room very very basic, 'tatty.". Fridge dodgy wiring to it and dirty. Never used it. Bathroom, corroded tap and shower screen, again needing a good clean, black mold along the bottom inside and out. Balcoy door did not lock, spoke to Manager and he said they would replace, sent a man up to show how to "bang it shut and pull the handle up, so you could 'jam it'. But that was a waste of time as, when we came back to the room, housekeeping had been in and left it open anyway. 3 hangers between two of us. Kept our belongings locked in our cases all week. Spend all our days away from the hotel. The pool was a green sludge and when we asked about it, was pointed out of the hotel and told "beach". Spoke to Manager about the door and he just started introducing me to them as his "Sister". (Don't know if this is code to them as complainer). Good points - Bedding and towels were clean and good wifi Would not stay there again

Winner hotel when visiting Side, Antalya. They go that extra length to make you feel at home. Definitely wanna come back. They put on danish gangster music when we asked for it, which made us have the best day at the pool ever! Sweetest personnel, good vibe and best of all - family owned. Come support this place instead of getting scammed by all the tourist traps. Wanna recommend this place to everybody. Thanks for having us ❤️❤️❤️

Staying here at the moment, nice family run hotel on the edge of town, it's about 45 minutes steady walk to the old town and harbour Rooms are clean, the food is really nice and the staff are really friendly and attentive so I will definitely do a revisit hopefully next year

Just back from a week there. Could not fault this hotel. A lovely family run business, where the staff could not do enough for you. There are no lifts, so if you struggle with stairs, not for you, unless you book the ground floor prior. Would definitely recommend if staying is Side :)

A simple but heartwarming family run hotel with the most friendly staff. The manager is very welcoming and kind, the staff are always willing to help, the hotel has a good size pool with a bar and decent breakfast selection. I recommend staying here for a peaceful relaxing holiday or as a base camp to travel and explore around Side. For myself I can't fault it as its centralised where I wanted to visit around Side. Can book tours at the hotel and get picked up, daily beach drop off and pick up as well. There's souvenir shops, restaurants, supermarkets that are all close by and an excellent dentist just around the corner.

Don't be misled by these high reviews. The hotel owner lives in his own hotel. You'll be very disappointed with the cleanliness, breakfast, rooms, and the distance to the city center/beach. We stayed here for a week and neither had breakfast nor spent any time at the hotel except to sleep, which was also uncomfortable due to the beds and an old electric heater in the shower that looked like a bomb. We also booked a transfer with the hotel, which was terrible. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. We wanted to change rooms at the beginning because we were unhappy with the room we got. The hotel owner was very difficult to communicate with at that time. He eventually said okay and promised a new room the next day, but nothing happened. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable stay for me.

We stayed here in October for a week, having half board . For us, everything was perfect. The hotel and the room were clean. In our opinion, the food was excellent (breakfast and dinner). They personalized wife’s dinner because she does not prefer spice food. Also, the breakfast was enough and tasty. All staff were respectful and smiling. Thumbs up for the owner of the hotel. Every time there to help you.

Everything was more than perfect!! Hotel is really peaceful and clean, and the food is amazing (especially breakfast!!). They were super helpful from the moment I arrived until when I leave. Normally I don’t like pools but here I swam each day. Rooms are just like in pictures, super clean, and wide enough. Hotel’s location is good, it’s not too far from beach and in fact there’s a shuttle to the beach. It is also close to markets and restaurants. My wife and I spent a 28 night stay at the Anka Butik Hotel while organising business in the area. We were warmly greeted by the owner Adelet who showed us to our deluxe double room. (3001) The room was equipped with everything you need for a stay including kettle, hairdryer and ice cold A/C. The pool is small but kept clean and welcome for a dip on a hot day. Every morning we were served a Turkish breakfast with breads, cheeses and meats, omelette and unlimited chai. The staff were friendly and accommodating and happy to chat even though there was a language barrier. The location is ideal for many local restaurants. The beach is just 20 min walk away although there is a free shuttle bus in the busier season. Highly recommended if you intend to visit Side.

Service at this hotel goes above and beyond of what you would expect. The hotel owner and staff make sure to personalize your stay and your experience. The breakfast is an amazing spread of jams and other local delicacies. It's not advertised on some of the other third party websites but it has a fully equipped fitness centre. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

This hotel is one of the best spots i have been to. It's calm and really clean . The rooms are beautiful. The food is excellent. The service is perfect . The breakfast was very good too (even if i was suprised at the checkout when they told me to pay for every coffe we took during the breakfast). Mr Adalet the owner and the manager of the hotel is always there , very helpfull always there to listen and i can say that he is very efficient. I would like to go there a second time.
