A nice place in the center of the city. I ordered a steak with no taste at all. Waiting for the steak for almost one hour, and the place was not even full. For sure I am not gonna visit again.

We went there in a nice sunny Saturday and there was an amazing atmosphere! It was very lively and the most filled restaurant there. The food was very and and the service was very nice as well! The portion sizes were large and for me that is a good thing 😊 the drinks were also very nice. Would definitely visit next time I’m in Esbjerg.

First of all great stuff! Young, stylish, quick and friendly of course. The place has its spirit and it’s valuable for me. Tasty food with big portions. Non alcohol dark Bier is not easy to get but they have it and it’s so tasty! And even coffee was good. Espresso as it should be. Highly recommend to visit!

Dronning Louise in Esbjerg was very nice to visit. The staff is very friendly and it has an incredibly beautiful style. It looks very luxurious inside. We sat on the terrace and had a nice Danish beer, and a cocktail (Dark 'n Stormy). The terrace we were on was very well heated by patio heaters.The staff was interested and I got 1 of the staff members to give a small presentation about Hertog Jan, a typical Dutch beer. The cook turned out to be Dutch as well, so he already knew some Dutch beer brands. All in all a perfect experience and recommended.

Very nice,busy spot with a fairly large menu. Food was very good with very big portions. Pretty sure everyone struggled to finish things. We ordered the Stjerneskud-7/10, Meat and Veggie burgers 7/10, Ribs are very nice and tender 8/10, the star of my meal was the mussels in Cider soup 10/10. Very fresh, not too rich and the soup itself was so good, I used it to dip my chips in.

We love this restaurant so much, and that we have eaten there many times for brunch, lunch, and dinner in the past two years. The food is delicious, the service friendly, and the atmosphere is cool and cozy. My husband and I both appreciate the commitment to fresh, healthy and organic food, and have felt totally confident giving bites to our now toddler from when she was pretty young, not something we wanted to do in every restaurant we went to. I only deducted one star because it can be on the pricey side. Even with that, Rankin Park is one of our favorites for sure! We felt really glad to have such a delicious eatery nearby when we lived in Esbjerg (we moved to Fredericia but visit every time we are back). We miss having a place like this, with its creative and clear viewpoint towards fresh food being absolutely tasty. 😊

I had asparagus as one dish. It was almost raw. I returned one of the two pieces claiming it was raw. The waiter told me he will inform the chef. When it came to the check I had to ask the waiter what the chef said. The chef agreed with me but since I did not return the entire dish they did not feel to do anything the waiter replied. With a bill of 2.800 DKK for a party of 3, I would have expected that it would have been removed from the bill entirely. But for sure I paid the whole amount. Providing best quality with no compromise is not what I have experienced. Allthough the rest was a nice experience, with this attitude I would not recommend this place. At McDonalds I would have become a better reaction. So one star, not to be recommended.

Fine dining restaurant. So no big plates. Not inexpensive. True, but worth the price in my experience for 2.5 hours of the probably most spectacular view in town and several courses of well prepared food and drinks. Medium rare fried steak was super delicious. I couldn’t stop eating the french fries with morels in béchamels. The Chardonay (Bellevaux Reserve) and Bordeaux (Chateau Puy-Razac) were pretty much to my liking. The recommended Stauning Smoke (danish whisky) was astoundingly good. Mainly young staff. Very friendly and pleasant.

Decent place for any kind of eater. I'm vegan, so I had a falafel plate and a grilled vegetable spear. Sadly the grilled veggies were burned, beyond what is just "grilled seasoning". The falafels didn't seem like homemade ones, but they did taste well. The tahin dressing was bland and almost tasteless. Plenty of bulgur with the dish. The arabian flat bread is not worth going for, seems more like a dry tortilla than actual flat bread. The hummus was fine, nothing worth mentioning though. The hotel has physical keys for the rooms with a big wooden stick attached to them. Me and my colleague left the keys at the reception when we were leaving for dinner and once we were back, all doors were locked, and we couldn't get into the hotel. The hotel doesn't have staff during the night, so it took 1 hour for one of the guests to let us in so we can get the keys from the safe box. The service at the breakfast was also rude and un polite. Overall the hotel is average with very basic breakfast and a nice view. The coast where the hotel is not good for swimming but has an ok beach.

We stayed for one night in a suite on first floor and had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The room had full and unlimited view over the fjord. Spacious room with living area and light kitchenette. Large TV here and a smaller in the bedroom. Contemporary and yet classic newly refurbished rooms. Building condition and cleanliness very, very good. Room terrasse with chairs, table and sunbeds. Good food, friendly service, cosy restaurant. All in all a very memorable stay. Great location of a stunning part of the west coast of Denmark. Excellent service and location of the restaurant with a stunning view of the ocean. The restaurant was in my opinion overpriced and the service didn’t live up to the settings and my expectations. Beautiful rooms!

Lovely hotel with a delicious breakfast (best bacon I've had in a very long time!) and two restaurants serving elevated but not pretentious food. We stayed in one of their suites and enjoyed the room very much. Everything was in great condition and the floor heating in the bathroom was a nice surprise.

Really a truly wonderful hotel the rooms are light and airy like a Krøyer painting. We had a room overlooking the sea and the light was incredible. The restaurant approaching Michelin standard. the staff friendly and attentive Car charging his easy and reserved. The decor in the public spaces is excellent, and shows a real eye for design. Great coffee too from the all day café. Highly recommended!!!

amazing experience! This Vietnamese restaurant truly impressed me from start to finish. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and every dish was full of vibrant, authentic flavor. I had the Pho, and it was absolutely delicious—deeply aromatic broth, tender meat, and perfectly cooked noodles. I shared the spring rolls were light, crisp and tasty and also tried a Vietnamese curry, and it was beautifully spiced. On top of the amazing food, the service was a perfect 10—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a true taste of Vietnam. I ordered food for my family to take away to Riplay. Once I got there i noticed that i had got wrong hamburgers 😡 I was missing one hamburger and only got cheeseburgers when there should have been two hamburgers. How should I then feed my milk-allergic daughter? Unfortunately we're on tight schedule and can't drive back. It shouldn't be that hard! 😡

While we’ve seen the place get ‘not so great’ reviews in place, our experience was very much OK. As tourists a bit unfortunate the kiosk doesn’t allow language selection, nor are the order pickup numbers visualized. Waiting times were acceptable (at around 7pm).

Burgers tasted burnt, like firelighters and smoke. Didn't follow custom order wishes.

It's a small building and a lot of costumers. I've only been there twize so far, and there was no problem then. But now the fries, their like.. I don't know, but they don't taste good and salty like they are supposed to. They taste like they were made yesterday and heated up again. It's just not worth the price

I can only NOT recommend this place( i love McDonalds in general). Came here after 9, it was not open. On the door it says that it opens at 6 on Sundays. Nothing else written on the door. Came back after (at 11). Bought some food and coffee. They forgot to give us french fries, ok, no problem, it was solved fast. As coffee, we ordered two double espressos and instead we were given filter coffee in espresso cups? What? I love coffee and I can make a difference... definitely not coming back again

Vegetarians, check carefully what you order! I ordered a McVeggie burger, but the staff made my specifically marked burger with BEEF PATTY! 😬 That's not something you want to find from your take-away bag at home...

It was very difficult to change my daughter's diaper, because the table the use for it, was locked. So you have to get the key, and then open this very tight lock, which is way to big, so you have to push it open. And at the same time you're carrying a baby. Real easy. When confronted with it, they passive-aggressive told me, that it was just good that they had one, and I should appreciate it.

I would like to eat a good fried chicken, I have celiac disease and I have a hard time when I go because there are no good options for me. Chicken wings could be better

Superior customer service! I very stupidly threw my phone in the trash while I was there. One of their staff found it and gave it back to me. Also the food is a consistently high quality.

We went there with my girlfriend on a date night just to try this place as we haven't been there yet. We had such a great experience! The waiter was so friendly! This family run business is a go-to if you're in Esbjerg and you want to taste Italian cuisine. The pizza was incredible, everything was so fresh and tasty! We will definitely be back

Food is great but l don’t understand how or why they deliver different portions everytine. I ordered the pasta bolonegse once and it came in a really small container not worth the price. I was craving it yesterday so l ordered again and it came in a big box. The tiramisu also comes in different portion sizes everytime. I think they serve compared to how much they have left for the night. So sad

Ordered two pizzas through Wolt. One pizza was wrong and the other one was missing the extra topping. Called the restaurant twice and both times we were promised to be called back but never happened. Wolt luckily saved the dinner.

Well then i ordered my food i had about a 5 minutes walk before i got to eat the kebab box. I had never experienced in my life some more stale fries as i did here they were more potato then fries and were luke warm at best. My kebab tasted like it had been outside of any heat source for atleast 30 minutes so it definitely was not cut for a long time it also tasted kinda stale and were room temperature at the highest. It looked like he took it out of a bucket and poured it into my box

Worst kebab/döner in town oh wait in Denmark! If you are a Danish speaking customer they will give you the biggest smile of the year but if you speak English they will not care. They speak just enough English to sell but the attitude is just careless. Before the owner changed they were good so I wanted to give the new one a chance and get kebab from there for the first time after a long time and it was just tasteless. It had zero ZERO salt in it and when I asked for salt they acted like they didn’t even know what salt was and in after some careless behaviors he gave me an EMPTY salt box. Never going there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Try next door they are always busy and with a welcoming attitude…

Beware of as-ian thugs who claim "Denmark is their country now". Owner obviously knew them and did nothing as one grabbed my collar and threatened me. Avoid avoid avoid.

Been here couple of times and tried almost all the items.. very good döner kebab and salad box. Best part is the late night opening hours of weekend. It's almost open till 6AM in the morning. Very friendly staff and quite busy during evening hours. Easy to locate as it's there on the Skolegade few blocks down city centre. No alcoholic beverages are severed.

It was not a busy place, but then again, lots of take away and home delivery for pizza been done. Inside good space around the tables, but not the very intimate atmosphere. The quality of the pizza was very good. And the leftovers we could take home with us.

The food was impressive but not too cheap. That's down to the exchange rate I guess.
