By far the best place we've visited in france. Great restaurant, lovely staff, always there if you need anything, wonderful with the kids. The whole team just feels like one big family and we felt like we were part of it from moment we arrived. We were sad about leaving. Thank you all so much and we will be back next year

Horrible, worst experience ever. We had drink at the bar (drink without service, because there is no service in this hotel. Just you pay the price of 3 stars hotel but 3 stars its just the price. We had the owner to tell us at the restaurant its impossible to have diner in arrogant way because we arrived 5 minuts after the reservation. 8.20 pm, The owner with is old porshe believe is in st tropez and his hotel is worst than 1 star hotel in the rest of the world. No amenities no service. I cant explain how the room was so bad, no door toilet light turn on in the middle in the night when you move. Worker come less than 1m from us with all the noise and people's. No respect. So disappointed To finish AC make noise like a truck.

This is the worst welcome I've seen in a bar/hotel. I'm not sure if he is the owner or just responsable but we kindly asked if there was an ac socket near some table and he started talking about how difficult is to share things and non sense like that with a rude attitude. We did not stay and we left directly. I don't recommend to anyone to go there, at least in the bar/coffee place. Such behavior is a shame in a hospitality business.

Quiet, cozy place amidst the vineyards, and yet very easy as a starting point to lots of the nice places in the Ardeche. Very kind and supportive staff, in a quality setting. Too bad there is no WIFI in the rooms but the staff was kindly setting up a hotspot near the reception area in a separate room. I would have preferred a restaurant on-site for dinner.

We stayed 4 days late September at the Domaine Walbaum and wished we'd booked a week or more. It's one of the loveliest places I have stayed at. The owners are friendly and very helpful. Always available to help you and very respectful of your privacy. We felt at home almost instantly. The villa is beautifully renovated and has a lot of charm. Situated only minutes away from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc in a lavish domain, it is quiet and peaceful. The weather was beautiful, so we enjoyed the terrasse as well as the pool and desk chairs. The room was very comfortable, and had all the amenities you can wish for. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and everything functioned perfectly. The walk-in shower was large and the water pressure was excellent. If you enjoy wine, you should taste the domaine's selection, they are excellent. The restaurant was closed for the season, but the owners provided us with a list of recommendations in the area. Beware that many places tend to close for the season between the end of September and October. Breakfast was lavish, composed of fresh dairies, a selection of bread and home made cakes (some gluten and/or lactose free), fruit, and home made jam, marmelades and the local honey is amazing. The river Ardèche is only minutes away and follows the property on 2 Km. It's perfectly located to explore the south of Ardèche, to go hicking in the Gorges de l'Ardèche - or canoeing for that matter. The Domaine Walbaum is a rare gem, the kind you only share with your closest friends.

This is a true gem. I went with my family (young kids and in laws) and we all had a fabulous time. First the hotel has been completely renovated and has this perfect balance between modern amenities and old stones. The service is 5 stars without being pompous. The owners and staff were attentive to our smallest needs and always available. The location is also fantastic, it is surrounded with gorgeous vineyards. It is very near the village of Vallon Pont D'Arc, yet far from the craziness. We will be back in a heart bit. Absolutely loved every minute of it.

We spent one night at Le Clos des Bruyeres on a trip from Arles to Annecy and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well located to canoes on the Ardeche or driving to the attractions such as Pont D'Arc and the town. The pool and air conditioning were greatly appreciated in the heat and the area is stunning. The staff were helpful and made us welcome for our short stay. I would visit again.

Great location between the (original) Chauvet cave and the Pont d'arc. Very nice concept for an unusual accomodation with some room for improvement. The access road is unpaved and quite steep. There was not enough hot water to fill the tub (the tub was really big 😀). A map with the sights and restaurants nearby would have been nice. Nevertheless I can recommend to stay there for a couple of days if you are looking for an extraordinary hotel in that area.

I have decided to stay at this residence as my friends had their wedding at Bar à Vin which is directly at the same place . I booked it on recommendation of my friends and it costed 96 euros per night. We stayed for 3 nights and I had a studio which had a small kitchen. We arrived late at night around 10pm and the reception was closed , I called them about the arrival time and they told me it is ok and that they will leave the room open with the keys inside. Once we arrived to the studio , there was no bed linen ( no matrace cover, no bed cover) also no towels and no soap ! I was shoked . Then I entered the toilet and was surprised to read the instructions of the residence where there are 2 types of reservation and it looked like I booked the “location” one where I needed to clean absolutely everything!!! Under the bed, the bathroom , the kitchen , the floor and the dust everywhere and also to throw the trash ! I checked the emails of Airbnb and found all the rules plus the price you need to pay to get towels and bed linen and the warranty for 300 euros which will be sent back reduced if you do not clean properly. And the funny part Check-out is maximum at 10 am and checking in is starting as of 5pm. So basically you do all the cleaning and then the room needs to be empty for 7 hours . The whole group of the wedding (45 people) was staying there and we were all deeply disappointed!!! Some people paid the same price and they didn’t get a proper bed but rather a sofa bed which was not comfortable. We all just wanted to leave that place as soon and as clean as possible !

I am happy we only stayed here one night - it was not good at all and I expected more for the price we paid. You have to clean the room yourself and even make the bed upon arrival. The walls are really thin so you hear everything your neighbours are doing. I slept so bad due to all the noises.

Really nice as you are right in the centre of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. No private parking space... So not easy to get a space as you have a lot tourist during summer... The hotel provide a card to avoid the clients to pay but really hard to get a space in general in this village
