The garden of the place is truly wonderful. That said, it took quite a bit of effort to place an order or get the attention of the staff, which can take away from what should be a relaxing experience. As for the food, I found the burger bun to be quite average and not really in line with the overall quality of the venue. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the cauliflower gratin. With a few improvements, this could easily become a fantastic spot all around.

Meeting a friend for dinner on a Thursday, the Crown was accommodating a private wedding party, lively (but not cramped) bar and a good number of diners. I arrived very early but that wasn’t a problem, I was allowed to sit at our table with a drink and there wasn’t any pressure to order. Service was friendly and efficient with good recommendations, I even ended up having a dessert on this basis. The food was tasty with an interesting menu, no delays despite a reasonably full restaurant. Both of us also commented on how homely and friendly the atmosphere felt. It’s not cheap, especially if you tack whisky on the end, but a nice place for a date with a partner or meeting a good friends.

Very nice pub. We had a late lunch and everything was fine. Food was as expected (traditional, no surprises) and service was friendly. They also have a children menu.

A gem in Twickenham! The beautiful garden setting made for a perfect summer visit, but we’re already looking forward to returning in winter to enjoy the cosy indoor dining area. The food was absolutely delicious – we were spoiled for choice with the starters, having two as a main is highly recommended! The team was friendly, and the service was spot on. We’ll definitely be back! Had to include a picture of the cute robin in the garden.

Delicious food, fantastic service, but dogs are allowed to mingle with the guests. What kind of people do this? I'm not sure if I feel sorry for the idiot humans or the dogs as they sit and stand smelling all this great food but cannot enjoy it.

Absolutely love this pub! Incredible selection of food and wine, consistently good service and a brilliant location. The bar is lovely and busy on a weekend but if you prefer a more sophisticated and formal dining experience the restaurant is great. We had the sea bass and the chicken schnitzel and they were both amazing. Can’t recommend this pub enough definitely one to visit if you are in the area!

Fantastic lunch w old chums. The last time we ate here ( Apr 25) we were a bit underwhelmed. Today it was absolutely fantastic. Fab food. Excellent happy and efficient service and pretty good value. Good to see it’s back up to scratch. Looking forward to our next visit.

The staff are friendly and attentive. However, my friend and I found the food to be average. The chapli kebab was quite hard and tasted okay. The Nizami platter was okay. We didn’t like the Kasundi machi or the malai lamb chops. The chicken and prawns were good. For dessert, I had the gajjar halwa which was average. It’s not a place I would return too

Excellent Indian restaurant with excellent service. Juvella was super nice and attentive. Loved the chicken tikka, prawn poor tapas. And also the cheesy garlic naan was yummy!!

It was the aroma cloud - a heady mix of rich Indian spices - that literally led us to Tsaretta Spice by the nose! The chef is a true maestro of flavour, his command of spices was nothing short of artistic. Each element is chosen not merely to season, but to elevate - spices that sing in harmony, enhancing and exalting one another with graceful precision. We ordered the iconic thali, a vibrant tapestry of dishes drawn from the Indian subcontinent- a cuisine as richly layered as the history that shaped it. Indian cuisine is not a monolith but an evolving dialogue between civilisations: the opulence of the Mughals, the aromatic legacy of the Persians, and regional diversity that continues to define its soul. To cook with spices and herbs at this level is to possess an extraordinarily experienced and sensitivity palate - and not just to heat and flavour. Timing here owes nothing to the clock watching: it is about the eyes, the touch, the nose. The chef builds flavour as a perfumer crafts a scent-layer by layer, note by note, until the final composition lingers like a memory. We have since been several times for special or impromptu occasions, every time greeted warmly by the attentive staff who remembered us. Tsaretta Spice will always be a special treat for us to return to, and highly recommended to visitors and locals in the Twickenham area.

Delicious food, delightful friendly service and classy modern decor. Enjoyed tiger prawn dish, wonderful okra side and the best nan bread and rice. Also a great house red wine. Definitely coming back!

Very easily the most creative and interesting restaurant in Twickenham. They serve inventive Indian tapas in an nice open space in a great location. Because this is in the heart of Twickenham, despite the upmarket and hip decor, is devoid of any pretentiousness. Highly recommend it for both locals and visitors. Yet another reason to come to Twickenham, if the rugby, the river, friendly establishments, dog friendly people and great pubs wasn’t good reason enough.

Lovely food, drinks, service and ambience! We had the tapas meat starter between two and the chef special which was a delicious chicken tikka masala. The desert was amazing too! The service was fantastic, thank you for squeezing us in on a busy Friday night when we hadn't made a booking!

Small French Bistro in Richmond. Good choice of dishes, specializing in Breton Galettes . Lovely genuine atmosphere, friendly professional staff, not intrusive or rushed.... food nicely presented, good portion size and quality produce. Excellent value for money......highly recommend a visit.

We went there on a weekday afternoon. Only two tables were occupied, including ours. The interior is nice, but the tables were sticky, which was unpleasant. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. The service was good. Overall, we liked it.

Surprised to have set lunch menu at weekend. Excellent food with affordable price, £24.5 for 2 courses and 27.5 for 3 courses. The staff is friendly.

Amazing service from Magnon & Cedric on Monday night. I had a little birthday dinner here and they made it truly so so special. They gave me the table near the window when I said that it’s my birthday and I will leave before the next reservation and they also surprised me with this (photo attached). Absolutely wonderful, gluten free dinner. Fantastic gallettes - so tasty & unusual to find in London. Also other superb french dishes on the menu if you don’t fancy the pancakes. Highly recommend.

I came here for my birthday, service was spot on and my 1 year old had lots of fun. The seafood is spot on and the French onion soup is very good too so recommend that and the mussels and crab. Surprisingly the grape juice was also a winner - we're glad we got the large pitcher. A good alternative to those who can't/don't want to drink alcohol. My only issue were the mains, my partner ordered steak medium rare but it was more medium. I ordered the duck confit and it looked like it'd be deep fried too much, the outside was dry and stiff. Inside, it wasn't any better, as it was clearly overcooked and very salty! It was almost like eating cured duck. My potatoes were also overly deep fried, very oily. Even with the pickled veg, it was hard to eat. It seems the meat station failed this day as everything else was on point. Very disappointing considering the mains were not cheap. I recommend appetisers but avoid mains as they seem inconsistent.

I appreciate that they still offer set lunch on weekend. I ordered 3-course lunch - duck liver terrine, sea bream and the chocolate crepe. I enjoy all the dishes and the food are excellent. This is a hidden gem and we will definitely come back.

Great experience at the Beefeater. Lovely service and atmosphere. Portions are satisfying, the food is fresh and offers many pleasures to meat lovers. Pricing is reasonable. Family spot. I recommand.

This is my second visit to a Beefeater, the first time was far better than imagined so my expectations were high. However this branch is exactly how I imagined this chain to be. The restaurant was very busy and there was only one waitress serving. When she got to us she was cheerful and apologetic for our wait and took our order. Surprisingly the starters arrived fairly quickly, the chicken wings were crunchy and the mushrooms were garlicy. I found it odd that the mushrooms came with a BBQ dip rather than an alioli or mayonnaise. The main course soon arrived, the presentation was good and my steak was cooked the way I like it, my only criticism was the quality of the sirloin. The cut was very grisly and some parts of the meat were chewy while other parts were tender, my wife's comments were the same. We would have had dessert but no one came to clear our table, after 10 minutes of staring at dirty plates we just put on our coats and walked to the till to pay the bill. Lastly, the toilets: the gents were ok, looked clean and smelled fresh but my wife said that the ladies were grimey with a sticky floor and could do with a deep clean.

Went here in a summer afternoon. Slightly disappointed as we went to eat the 3 starts for £15 unfortunately there where no prawns avaible. We ordered potstoe wedges 4/10 (big chunk of jacket potatoe just cut up) , calamari 6/10 (unique calamari) & koreon chicken wing 8/10 (they where delicious but the sauce should of covered the wing). We also got 2-4-1 during there happy hours. Overall the service provided was lovely, the sitting area in garden is open and lovely space. Still need to come to taste the main food, would recommend.

Service was alright the wait staff were particularly friendly, but unfortunately everything else was very lacklustre. Table was sticky, the food came out incorrect at first, then some of the items were not great. The halloumi sticks were mediocre, the breaded mushrooms were cold and wet. The mac and cheese admittedly was excellent, however that was masked by how awful the ribs and wings both were. I'd consider going back but only when I'd forgotten how bad this experience was.

Took my daughter here for a birthday dinner the food was ok nothing special and there wasn't many staff so the service was bad .

Anna our waitress was amazing. Drinks arrived promptly, and she was straight back to take our food order. Which also arrived in very good time. Restaurant was very busy as Sunday lunchtime. Anna, still took the time to check everything was okay.

Food was good. I had arancini to start, perfectly cooked, crispy outside, soft melted cheese embedded in rice, yummy. Second course pizza Diavola, good but not special, could have been spicier. Food was let down by the service. I guess like so many other places they are suffering staff shortages. Took for ever to take order and then food was slow to arrive. We were late for a concert and had take away half eaten meals. The noise levels were above my threshold, which admittedly is low. Conclusion go for the food but allow plenty of time.

Food was good italian but was only warm when presented to us. Chap on the next table agreed. We only raised the issue when we paid the bill as we were due elsewhere. We received some money off which was welcome but the meal would have been marvellous 5 star if it had been hot. Hopefully when we go there again it won't be an issue. As I say otherwise we'll worthy.

Great restaurant. I had wanted to have dinner here for many years and the opportunity finally presented itself. I attended with a large group and the staff were very attentive. A lovely place to spend a hot sunny day. While I felt a bit like a dog with a chew toy trying to tug my lamb off its stick, the other food looked delightful. Just wish the meat had been tenderised because the flavours were great. Also would’ve named the dish more on the lines of a salad as the meat wasn’t quite the main star. I did lose one piece to the streets while pulling it off the stick and although it dampened my mood for a good ten seconds, I’m certain it made the dog that found it much happier. I wouldn’t write off another visit because of one dish and would definitely be open to visiting again. The staff were polite and the food came pretty quickly after ordering which was great because everyone was hungry. It’s also a nice place to grab a drink and catch up with some friends. It’s pretty local too which is super convenient.

We came here spontaneously one evening — quite late, just before closing — and what an amazing surprise it turned out to be! Despite the time, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel genuinely cared for. The service was flawless — warm, polite, and full of small thoughtful touches. You could tell they were doing their very best, even at the end of a long shift, and it honestly meant so much. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the aubergine with parmesan and prawns to start — both so flavourful and beautifully done. For mains, we had the steak and octopus, which were both tender, rich, and full of taste. Every dish felt like it was made with love and pride. The whole experience was just effortless and elegant, and we left feeling grateful, impressed, and already planning our next visit. Huge thank you to the team for making us feel welcome and looked after — even so late in the evening. You turned our night around and gave us a truly memorable experience.

A truly beautiful experience. Me and my partner went here for dinner, and we will definitely be going back. We chose to sit outside the front. Service was very efficient and fast. The food was absolutely to die for! It was incredible, truly. It is definitely worth it! The staff were also very friendly and smiley. Also - perfect portion sizes.

We started with the parmigiana and calamari fritti. The calamari was average, but I absolutely loved the parmigiana, the combination of aubergine and tomato was just perfect. I definitely recommend trying it! For mains, my husband had the ragù Napoletano and I went for the margherita pizza. Both were really tasty and well made. We were served by two different staff members, both of whom had such positive energy. The beer was ice-cold and great! We sat outside and had a lovely time overall.

The place is small but comfortable, with warm lighting that creates a cozy atmosphere. Cleanliness is well maintained, from tables to utensils. The nduja pizza and the black seafood pasta really stand out for their authentic flavor. The staff is friendly and attentive, keeping a good pace even when busy. The quality-price ratio is fair, though some desserts can feel a bit pricey. Bathroom were clean. Overall, a good spot for Italian food.

Attended prior to the prem rugbt final, so the restaurant was brimming with enthusiasm. A warm welcome and attentive service throughout. I believe it was the manager serving us and she was fantastic. The prawns special was first class. The antipasti was authentic and flavoursome. Wood fired pizza was beautifully presented, crisp and mouth watering. Will be returning with my wife in the near future.

used to be a very good place to eat and quality of food was good. Now, not good- it so obvious that ingredients have been cut down, and so has the quality. We had three Pizzas 1 a gluten free pasta that looked like the plainest thing on earth . A bottle of house Rose and two beers £138 inc service charge of 15%. i feel violated that i have been ripped off to be honest- not only that but when i mentioned that i wasn't happy with what we got and the sky high service charge , we were cussed by one or two of the staff from the back of the restaurant. It may well be that because of tax hikes and the rest that they have adjusted their mode of operation. fair enough, but please don't give me verbal abuse for saying so. i will never eat here ever again.

As an avid fan of Japanese cuisine I had a great dinner at Umi. The menu consists of a wide variety of different Japanese dishes which accommodates for all kinds of meal preferences. All the dishes we ordered were very fresh and were prepared with great detail. All dishes worked to create an authentic experience. In particular, the pork cutlet in the curry don was cooked to perfection with a crispy breaded surface and a tender centre. The sashimi had a umami flavour which is always a pleasant surprise in good quality sashimi. The establishment has a comfortable atmosphere and the high quality service provided by the staff of Umi ensured that we had a great time. I would highly recommend Umi as a go-to for authentic Japanese food.

Amazing sushi and the best hospitality in London✨💞 Every dish was absolutely delicious, and the sushi was incredibly fresh. I also had the katsu-don for lunch—it was the best I’ve had in London! I’m Japanese, and I can confidently say the taste is truly authentic. Highly recommend this place!

The most delicious food (sushi, rolls and bento box), as well as the best customer service in town. I have been coming for dinner over the years and will continue to support Bobby and the team. It was a takeaway for us this time, but the food was just as tasty and ready right on time.

We particularly enjoyed the Aburi Beef among the items we tried — it was definitely our favorite. The Lychee Sake had a pleasant aroma, but it was far too sweet for my taste, so I couldn’t drink it. We were kindly offered Miso Soup, which was quite delicious. Overall, we left satisfied and look forward to returning to try their sushi next time.

Dinner at Umi last week, very good food & ambience. The assorted Sashimi is fresh & savor melt in your mouth. Tempura is wonderful. With warm and attentive service, recommend this restaurant and remember to book the table in advance.

The food was very well-prepared. We had recently been to Japan, and it tasted practically the same as the food we had there. The staff were very polite and friendly. The food was served rather promptly, and it had a very relaxed and quiet feeling. One of our group was vegetarian, and their needs were well met. Would 100% recommend.

I went to 144 On The Hill on Saturday evening and had a lovely experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and the food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented and full of flavour. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout. I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxed yet classy dining experience and would love to visit again soon.

Well this was a great treat , garden terrace . The selection of cocktails was just what was needed, the team where on hand to assist with any questions we had, After selecting our cocktails we accompanied them with a delicious selection of light bites. I have to say the choices on the menu was great and we choose a good selection to get a taste of the flavours . The food was hot wee presented on the plate . Yummy! The service was efficient we even fit in another cheeky couple of cocktails. The atmosphere was pleasant friendly staff made us feel welcome. It’s a must visit.

We had a lovely meal at 144 On The Hill on Saturday 6th September. We were a family group of 8, celebrating our imminent golden wedding anniversary. We the food was just right, accompanied by delicious wines, in a beautiful setting. Most importantly, we were looked after so well by Tyler, who was efficient and professional with his service. One of the best restaurant experiences we have had in a long time. We will certainly go back when we visit Richmond again.

Went for a Friday lunch. Noticed the greeter looked my wife up and down. Thought that's a bit unnecessary. The restaurant was void of any diners, we were the only people there at 12:30. After an hour a couple of other parties arrived. The atmosphere was still not great despite the slightly loud music. The service from our waitress was excellent. The food did take a long time to arrive, was over 35 minutes. However all the food and drinks were wonderfully presented. Everything was very tasty too, really enjoyed my meal.

Super beautiful place for a morning coffee or lunch! Food only served after 12 noon, but you can choose to sit at the balcony or the outdoor area for a drink first. Good to bring a book and sit there to enjoy the river Thames view with the gooses swimming around.

Lovely pub to sit and enjoy a drink and some food by the river. Although it can be very busy on a sunny day over the weekend, there are a lot of seats available both inside and out. There’s a nice range of beers on tap and lots of other options too. The menu looks good with fairly reasonable prices when compared to other local establishments. I will absolutely be going back and would recommend this pub to everyone.

Sunday lunch at the White Swan. Enjoyed the roast beef traditional Sunday lunch. Veggies had a stuffed pepper and a veggie burger which they enjoyed. Service was very good in full and packed riverside pub. A few desserts like sticky toffee and a Belgian choc slice with veggie cream(?). Might have liked an apple pie or crumble following roast beef but very good, enjoyed by all.

Absolutely lovely location next to the river, this pretty establishment is popular and buzzing. We visited on a bank Holiday, and were very lucky get a table quickly although others were waiting around 20 minutes. The price of the food was fairly standard for a fullers. However, the quality could have been better. It was edible, although my scampi was all piled onto of the chips on a faily small plate, I suspect to make the portion seem larger. It was sufficient for me as I only eat small portions. However my friend was left feeling like could have eaten more. Although she did say the chicken was a bit dry. All in all I enjoyed the location and the food was satisfactory. I would say there is limited vegetarian options, only salads available, which I found a little disappointing, so ended up with the scampi which I dont normally eat but I begrudge paying over £15 for a salad. I would return and would say its worth a visit on a nice day

A truly lovely pub in a beautiful riverside spot. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a solid drink selection. We stopped in for a couple of drinks and were hoping to stay for dinner, but were surprised to find there were no vegan main options at all on the menu (besides a salad). A bit unexpected these days in the UK. In the end, we left to eat elsewhere, which was a shame given how much we liked the place otherwise. Hopefully they’ll consider adding something plant-based soon!

Celebrating our 36th Wedding Anniversary at A Cena in East Twickenham. We had a lovely meal, the food was beautifully cooked and presented, and most importantly it tasted delicious. The staff were friendly and made our celebration meal very special. They do a very good Negroni!

Delicious Italian home cooking in a unique space. We've walked past this restaurant all week and thought it looked very stylish. Went tonight for a fabulous meal.... tagiettelli with ragu, linguine and prawns, a moden tirramasu.... Perfect meal, friendly staff, very stylish, and not a chain!

3.5 Stars. The staff and atmosphere were lovely but the food was average and on the expensive side. Supposedly its one of the top ten Italian restaurants in London but there's at least 2 others in Richmond that are better than this. Not the worst but not the best.

Staff are lovely, and this pub is a great place to get a drink, chat to friendly people and listen to live music at weekends. BUT, it is owned by the private equity group TDR, so profit comes above quality - the food is cheap tasting and hugely overpriced - £16 for 6 dry cubes of "tandoori" chicken, a bit of lettuce with a very light sprinkle of tiny cubes of flavourless tomato, and a small handful of fries is daylight robbery. That and the rest... So, if you have to, go for the company and a laugh, but avoid the food (there are lots of other food outlets along church road that offer much better quality food and value for money) and try to find somewhere that isn't owned by a group registered in the Cayman islands. 😔

I was there for a birthday party and had the best of times. Sfaff were polite, food/drinks came quick, and they were also quick collecting dishes scattered around. The live band was really good/entertaining. Perfect for a Friday night. Can't fault our night there. We will definitely go back.

Such a delightful pub at cool street in Twickenham. Just passing by but stopped for a quick drink. Very decent variety of drink in cask and keg. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Inside and outside seatings but more enjoyable seatings in the back garden. Big screen for sports and good for big groups and get togethers.

Served by a lovely girl with curly hair in a ponytail and hoop earrings, I assume she was new from how her coworkers were talking to her, but she was brilliant nonetheless, perfect service from her. Especially in comparison when we first came to the bar and none of the servers came to us for at least 3 minutes

They’d forgotten my order of two burgers. So went to ask and was told they’d put it though again 15-20 min wait. Didn’t mind. Was offered two drinks on the house. What I don’t like is the fact there was a DJ in garden and the noise was so loud. It’s a Sunday afternoon and wasn’t expecting it. Couldn’t talk to the person I was with as we couldn’t hear each other. Asked at the bar if the dj could turn it down a bit. Was told he was already playing at his lowest volume and we were welcome to move inside the put out the front where it’s quieter. Why does everything pubs have such loud music on these days. I understand for Fridays and Saturdays as they are “party” days. But on a Sunday I do not expect a loud DJ in a small courtyard garden. Probably won’t be back.

Lovely pub, great food and really impressed by the staff. I have a disability, I find it hard to walk, and Matthew, a manager on shift, made sure I was comfortable and got my drinks for me. Lovely chap. I will be back again.

A delightful quirky pub on Church Street, right in the heart of Twickenham. Small bar but plenty on nooks and crannies to sit down. Lovely happy staff on hand to help. Good selection of keg and four cask ales on. Judging by the collection of beer mats above the bar, ales are changed on a regular basis. A great looking Sunday menu on offer. A lovely English country pub right in the middle of town!

This popular pub in the area is a great place to go. The food was okay, but the Sunday roast was really good. The service was excellent and attentive.

I’m a big fan of this local pub. I used to live just around the corner, and it truly felt like a second home — or even a cosy grandparents’ house. It’s surprisingly spacious, with chic dried flower arrangements on every table (even the cutlery boxes are lovely). The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the staff are friendly, smiling, and attentive — not overbearing, just genuinely kind and efficient. They regularly rotate seasonal beers, so there’s always something new to try, and the food is consistently good. You can watch sports on TV, play darts, enjoy a few board games, and there’s even something to keep the kids entertained. A proper gem of a pub.

Been coming here for years. Lovely atmosphere and great food. The new chef has certainly stepped up the game. I could not fault the food whatsoever. I even went to thank him personally. Staff are all lovely. I would highly recommend!

Lovely pub on one of the nicest spots on the Thames in Richmond. Service is very pretty good, the staff is quick and they attend you once you re at the bar . It’s really good on Sunday

Exactly what we had hoped for after our 14km hike in the park. 5 minutes from the park entrance and 5 minutes from the Overground Station. But nicely tucked away on a quiet side street. Definitely worth the wander off the High Street. A classic pub that has a good lunch menu (picture attached), and a good wine selection. The very attentive and welcoming host made us feel right at home. Once we made it obvious we were hungry AND open to some good banter, our lunch came as quick as his quips. Then we discovered that the Fish and Chips were prepared Gluten Free, a real bonus for a celiac like myself. There's an outside back garden for the sunny days and a cozy feeling inside for those damp and dreary days. Wander in, it's worth it.

Had an amazing time here, the food was incredible, in particular the sticky pork belly bites and the beef roast. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive all throughout the meal too. As cosy as a pub can get and a great place to watch the rugby too.

Stopped in at The White Horse in Richmond and was really impressed. The beer garden has a lovely atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed afternoon or evening. The food was excellent—fresh, tasty, and well presented—and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout. A great spot all round, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Good pub a short walk from the station. Decent food; Sunday roast is always popular. Very popular with families, particularly those with young children. Direct access to a small local authority playground through a back gate - plenty of slides, swings, climbing frames, and so on for young children to burn off energy. Reasonable prices.

This was highly unappetizing and raised questions about the food preparation and quality standards. While I informed the staff, the matter was addressed with a simple apology and replacement of the dish. However, I believe such an incident requires more attention to ensure that it does not happen again. Great Pub, Even Better Manager! Popped into the William Webb Ellis in Twickenham and had a brilliant time. The food and drinks were spot on, but what really stood out was the amazing service from the manager, Maja. Super friendly, on the ball, and made sure everyone was looked after. You can tell she really cares – makes all the difference. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this restaurant, it is fantastic for veg and non veg entrees. We ordered the tandoori paneer—which came out in a sizzling iron platter, the stewed lamb curry, appetizer sampler and veg momos. Everything was so hot and delicious, flavors were phenomenal and we ordered a second round shortly after! Service was great too, we will definitely be back next time we’re in Twickenham.

The food is delicious here, it truly is. The prices are great and in fact quite generous for the great portions you get. Although, the service was not bad it was just a bit slow in general even though there weren’t many people. Overall, the food is great.

Small, welcoming restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, friendly and swift service plus good food. The pappadams came with a good range of pickles and I enjoyed my Haravara Mix which was packed with vegetables and there were plenty of veggie options. Kingfisher beer on tap and overall great value.

I love Kathmandu Tandoori. Have been going there for years. The food is great and Santosh and his team always make us feel welcome. It's like going to see an old friend, who cooks you an amazing supper.

We tried the momos(pop the whole momo so the juicy goodness bursts in your mouth), few of the nepalese starters- the pork and chicken and the platter along with a fragrant garlic naan with some kingfisher beer to wash it all down. The Nepalese food has its own distinct taste, at the end you will really start to like it. The ambience is quaint and peaceful, it’s own charm.

Visited this place just to have some momos but the menu had so many items that we tried a few. Garlic chilli masala chicken was flavourful and the fish tikka was yum. I loved the Aloo chops (no pictures as we finished that first)

I was looking for a cocktail spot near Twickenham and came across The Shack 68. I visited one evening around 5 PM during happy hour and tried a couple of their cocktails, including a Margarita — which I absolutely loved. The place has plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, and by 7 PM they had live music, which in itself made the visit worthwhile. The staff were also really accommodating — when there was a slight delay with our food order, they kindly offered us free drinks. Honestly, what more could you want for a perfect evening? Great company, a delicious Margarita, and live music.

This is a pretty dance venue with friendly young staff, two good good dance floors and lovely decor. The problem is the prices and the management. I always arrived at Shack 68 by car and therefore was only able to buy one drink and one soft drink for myself although I often purchased drinks for others. However the prices were MUCH higher that other dance venues which obviously usually have a lower mark-ups particularly in soft drinks. The management always wanted my friends to buy more drinks however so in the end we found a new venue. I will miss having a glass of wine at Shack 68 and I will miss the lovely bar staff but in the end, perhaps it will be healthier to drink water, whilst dancing.

We booked the shack for our evening wedding reception. All our guests had a fab time and really enjoyed the darts. Terri & team were very accommodating and we were able to get in the day before to decorate. We’d absolutely book this venue again for a private party!! The food and atomsphere is very nice. More of a bar than a restaurent so if you want to go for an relaxed drinking outing very good. Some of the waiting staff could be friendlier.But all in all great experience recommend.Very nice that the chef offered me chocolate shots on my birthday as well.🙂

Great bar before the rugby at Twickenham. Will get very crowded on match day. Had a few beers and a burger....wjivh was very tasty indeed. Marquee at the rear gives more shelter with multiple tv's to watch games on.

Pre-England match hospitality was good. Waitresses were attentive and kept topping us up with drinks. Only disappointment was the stingy charcuterie starter for 5 of us that was only sufficient for 2 or 3. Steak was perfectly cooked medium rare.

I usually enjoy this restaurant and have had great experiences in the past. However, I recently ordered a paneer masala and took the leftovers home, and to my shock, I bit into chicken. As a vegetarian, this was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I hope more care is taken in the future to avoid such serious mix-ups.

Me and my friends was so impressed by the quality and authenticity of the food here. The chicken tikka masala was absolutely delicious, rich, flavourful, and perfectly balanced, without that overpowering use of food colouring you often see elsewhere. You can really taste the freshness and the care that goes into every dish. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Easily one of the best Indian dining experiences I’ve had, can’t recommend it highly enough!

Best of the best! My favourite garlic chilli lamb or chicken to die for! Food is consistently outstanding and the portions are plentiful without being too much. Really lovely curry. We ordered poppadoms, and they came with a great amount of dips. 2 of the dips we hadn't had before, and they were very tasty. The menu is quite extensive, which is nice, but I think it would be better if they refined it. All the curries tasted great, and the portions were good. Rice is quite small, so good to share with a naan, or get one as your own portion.

Absolutely fabulous delicious food, I so miss the exquisite flavours as have been away for months. The service is fantastic, treated like royalty 💕. This restaurant deserves its 5 stars. The chicken madras I had was superb and the right amount of spice. You don’t find this at most Indian restaurants. So refreshing! Not too hot and definitely not mild. High recommendation.

Just had a takeaway delivered via uber eats. Ordered a Tikka masala, pilau rice and garlic naan. It was absolutely perfect. One of the best curries and naan i’ve ever had. Delivered in good time. Would highly recommend and if i am ever down here again will definitely reorder.

Overall, it was a nice experience with lots of choice but there are two things to mention. Firstly, the size of the roast potatoes were too big and in my view should be half a size and have a crispy context to them. The second is what made this five style of you go down to a three star review is that we went to the bar and ordered the food when my wife told me how much it cost. It looked too much to me so we asked for a receipt and it showed they were charged somewhere in 12 / 1/2% gratuity but not only on the food but the drinks as well which meant we paid an extra £2 on top for buying and collecting our own drinks. which I think is unreasonable considering this is a pub not a restaurant. Which was Very disappointing and had we not asked for a receipt we never would’ve known. TIP ORDER DRINKS AND FOOD SEPARATELY AND SAVE 12.5%

We booked a table for twelve mixed rugby fans (Jocks ,English and kiwi) to watch the Rugby old firm battle , England Scotland match at Twickenham on Saturday 22nd February. We were warmly greeted by Dan and his very friendly and helpful team . The atmosphere was buzzing and full of excitement and trepidation for the match ahead. Although our beloved Scotland lost by one point the defeat was smoothed over by the fabulous friendly clientele and the drink flowed on served up by the Dan and the gang behind the bar . Proper hidden gem in the heart of Richmond, don’t listen to previous reviews about Sunday roasts, excellent food and incredible value for money!

Staff here is great! They have a tapas lunch special during the day. 3 tapas for £13.5 The Smoked chicken croquettes were good, the king prawn comes with lots of chorizo though it doesn't quite come together, and the trio of mushrooms (3 types of mushrooms cooked/boiled together) was okay though excessively salted. Still worth the money but not high end though perfect for us as a small lunch meal for 2.

The Angel and Crown, tucked away on Church Lane in Richmond is a simple gem of a place, part of the Fuller's empire. It is a small one and a bit roomed pub with a great range of cask and keg ales/beers/ciders to keep us all happy. Great staff offering great service. A most enjoyable place to visit.

Delicious food, ingredients of a very good quality. On the Sunday menu they even had tapas when I went. Don't expect the price of Wetherspoons though, you pay the quality but especially the location, very central and close to the river front. Me and my family bumped here by chance, but if I have to be honest, I would come back again and avoid the massive crowd on the other pubs by the river. The place is cosy and welcoming. The staff managed to find us a table but I recommend you to book in advance cause it seems you may not find a space otherwise (we didn't know that of course)

We always pop in for their Neighbourhood Nights menu, available after 5 pm from Sunday to Wednesday. It’s great value — two courses for £18 or three for £21. The set menu is a little limited, but that’s to be expected. This time I went for the calamari and the open chicken kebab, both very tasty as usual. They also offer a bottle of house wine for £22 on these nights, which is a bargain. The only downside is that a few times they’ve run out of the house wine, and the alternatives are noticeably more expensive. The interiors are lovely, the team is very friendly, and it’s dog-friendly too. Crowds can be a bit hit-and-miss — sometimes very busy, but this week it was on the quieter side. Overall, a lovely meal out.

The grilled chicken and halloumi were cooked perfectly, and the halloumi fries were amazing. Been to here for early dinner this week, from the moment we entered, the ambience and vibes of the place were so charming! We were greeted by ‘Amr’ who was amazingly friendly and hospitable. He was so keen to give us an extraordinary experience, gave us the best recommendations. The food was so delish, we loved the kofta, mini burger sandwiches, sujuk, chicken & they were our favorites. The French fries were so fresh. Can’t wait to come back to try the desserts and breakfast! Special thanks to Amr for making our first time here absolutely not the last! :)

We started with the calamari as a starter. For mains, we tried the Shakshuka Kebab and the Open Kebab. Both were good, but the Shakshuka Kebab was definitely our favourite – absolutely delicious. The ambiance and interior design of the place are absolutely wonderful as well. Amr was incredibly professional and at the same time genuinely warm and welcoming. He went out of his way to enhance our experience and make sure we left happy – and we truly did. At first, we were hesitant to dine here (as we’re not usually fans of chain restaurants), but thanks to Amr’s hospitality, this has become a place we would happily return to again and again without a second thought. Businesses are truly lucky to have people like him on their team!

I had such a great time at Megan's Twickenham. The perfect spot for catching up over drinks and sharing Mediterranean inspired plates. Everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor, especially the hummus and fried squid. The cocktails were a highlight too. It felt relaxed and easy, a place you could hang out at for hours. Also the service from Amr and his team was amazing.

Lovely people, lovely pub! Nuff said!!! The Turk's Head, at the north end of Twickenham is a lovely place to visit. A Fuller's pub of large dimensions. A great bar and superb, covered outdoor area. The staff are most welcoming and great at their job. Also, even the PDQ machine worked without a hitch (cradled). Fine beer and everything you would hope for from the Chiswick based Brewery (and estate guardians).

I really like this pub. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious alongside a lovely garden with outdoor seating . Although we ordered kids garlic bread and it wasn’t as massive as the low taper fade . The burger was a good size and very sigma tho .

Change of management here has definitely seen a decline. Claire and her team were highly visible and always on hand. Have only seen the new guy once or twice and you’d barely know the place has a manager. Whilst the menu has never been terribly inspiring, food quality has seen a downturn in the last few months. Waited nearly 50mins for a cold dry burger at last nights quiz. The usual cheery and enthusiastic staff seem to have been replaced with surly uninterested drones. Despite having table numbers laid out around the function room, big clear font on white placards on a stand, I got to watch my burger sail past as two different inattentive staff members carried around the room searching for our number. Only to ignore me waving at them. It was only when I got up and approached them that they took any notice. But no apology or any vague interest. If it had been worth my effort I’d have complained about the quality of the food. But I wasn’t sure anyone would be bothered enough to make a difference. What once was a great pub, now seems to be just another cog in a corporate profit machine. And for the price you’d expect better. We’ll eat before quizzing going forward.

Tried this place for the first time despite the mixed reviews. Service was friendly, which was a positive start. I ordered the Haddock and a Steak Sandwich along with some drinks. The Haddock and chips was good — no complaints there. Unfortunately, the Steak Sandwich was disappointing, especially at £14.50. The onions weren’t caramelised as expected, and it was served on standard sliced bread (not bloomer as per the menu), which really brought down the experience. Will not visit again.

We stayed at the Petersham Hotel over our wedding weekend, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The front desk team was friendly and accommodating, and they helped make the whole process seamless during such an important time in our lives. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable—exactly what we needed to relax but also host my bridesmaids on the day of the wedding. We’re so grateful to the Petersham for playing such a big part in our wedding memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and celebrate!

Amy and the team went above and beyond to create bespoke arrangements that made the day feel truly personal and special. Beautiful hotel, lovely grounds and nice rooms. The room however didn't feel worth the premium price tag. Worth a visit for the building. Unfortunately a bit let down by unfriendly blunt reception staff. It is also a bit of a joke they attempt to charge an 'optional service charge' on checkout as it's £200 per night minimum as it is and in my opinion there was no service above a normal hotel to warrant any service charge.

We had a delightful birthday weekend at The Petersham! Every member of staff is fantastic, the rooms just lovely, breakfast is superb and our Saturday evening event in the private Cellar Room was magnificent! 5 stars doesn’t do it justice!

Pathetic food quality and quantity. Ordered 3 boxes and hardly have any meat any of the box. Cold and hard chicken and even more harder. I wanted and come return the food if I was not working. I had a very disappointing experience at this GDK branch. The manager's behavior toward the staff was shockingly rude and aggressive. It created such a negative atmosphere that my friends and I felt extremely uncomfortable and didn’t even want to finish our meal. No one should be treated that way, especially in front of customers. Management needs to seriously address this kind of conduct if they care about both their staff and customer experience.

I have been visiting the German Doner Kebab store in Twickenham regularly, but my experience has been inconsistent at best. The food is very hit or miss. Some weeks the meat and chips are dry, while other weeks they are excessively oily and greasy. Considering the store is often not busy, the lack of consistency is disappointing. On a positive note, the lady at the till is polite and accommodating. However, customer service overall leaves much to be desired. On two separate occasions, one staff member has been dismissive and unprofessional. While I was waiting by the counter to order, he insisted that I use the order pad instead, repeating that it would be quicker. I explained that I did not mind waiting, yet he continued to push me away from the counter. This behaviour comes across as lazy, unaccommodating, and a clear sign of poor listening skills. It is clear from numerous other reviews that customer service is a recurring issue at this branch. Unfortunately, my own experiences confirm this. Until consistency in food quality and a genuine focus on customer service are addressed, this location does not meet the standard expected.

Good customer service and a nice area to sit and eat - not like a typical takeaway shop. I ordered the donor durum wrap meal and spring rolls to share. It was nice but my wrap had more salad than chicken in it. They got part of my cousins order wrong. I'm not clamouring to go back, it was ok.

Simply shocking experience. Kitchen staff are too busy talking and being rude whilst I’m waiting for over 15 minutes for my food. I came in during my lunch break last month and the staff that work in the kitchen of this branch are absolutely appalling, the manager needs to seriously look into this matter further.

Very disappointed. I used to love GDK. The kebabs used to be the best in town, absolutely delicious, but I stopped going to GDK a while ago because quality & taste had gone downhill. However, I decided to give it another ago today. What a disappointment. The kebab was one of the worst (if not the worst) I ever had. The chicken was super dry (it looked like extremely thin streaky bacon), there was next to no sauce and hardly any lettuce & cabbage. The toasted waffle bread, which used to be so good, was thick and barely toasted. Terrible kebab!!

We have ordered from German Doner several times and they consistently come short in terms of the amount of meat and salad they provide yet still charge for extras. They used to have an option to add extra beef but now that option has been removed from deliveroo so be warned that you will basically get maybe 3-4 strands of doner meat and barely any salad. They also never answer the phone. Customer service is weak at best.

Tonight I went to Regans, and I must say the food we had was 10/10 if I could give 10 stars I would. Firstly the staff here at regans are very friendly; always ask how you are and have time to talk. The food was delicious, including the battered mars bars for dessert! I would highly recommend this shop, and advise you to visit in store you won’t be disappointed at all. Thank you Regans team, see you again soon! You really bring a friendly atmosphere to the local community!

So disappointed, the order arrived warm at best, the mushy peas were inedible, absolutely disgusting. The haddock was thrown away as it was full of bones, every mouthful. Best avoided, which is a real shame as it used to be brilliant. Avoid!

I’ve found my new favourite chippy! Over the weekend, after having eaten their battered cod, chips and koftas, I can confirm their food is absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! Their CURRY SAUCE is a MUST try, I’ve never had anything quite like it!

I'm sorry to say but am not impressed at all, My chips were dry and Rock hard they are the worst possible chips I've ever had and my sausage in batter was basically sausage in oil. Never again will I get chips From here. I thought since I live 2mins behind you and have done For 25yr I'd give you ago. But I think i will Stick to Mario's in Isleworth.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering a mixed kebab to sample the different meats, along with a chocolate milkshake. The kebab was truly delicious; each piece of meat was tender, flavorful, and simply melted in my mouth. I highly recommend trying this dish to experience all the wonderful flavors. The chocolate milkshake was equally amazing, with a perfect consistency that allowed me to enjoy it throughout my meal without it becoming too thin. The venue itself was clean and beautifully designed, and I particularly appreciated the theme they had chosen. The seating was also very comfortable. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and certainly plan to return!

Sunday treat with mum and my partner. Fantastic grill. Portions are very generous. Food cooked to perfection. Half-pound burger was a challenge I only just managed to finish ! Roast lamb dinner was exceptional according to my partner. The restaurant was very busy but the staff kept the service running perfectly. And they are so friendly and professional. The quality of this establishment cannot be overstated. I am new to the area, in fact to the United Kingdom, and this may be the best fish and chips I have ever had. The fish is fresh and I did not suffer the regret that usually follows a meal of fried seafood. Staff were friendly and, while I did not try the local delicacy of curry sauce, the meal paired nicely with homemade pickles and salsa.

We hadn’t been back to the Fish Bar for a while due to previously poor service. Recently, we decided to give it another try, but unfortunately, had a similar experience. While it was understandably busy, the woman working there was noticeably rude—not just to us, but also to other customers and delivery drivers. It really affected the atmosphere and made the visit quite unpleasant.

Outstanding value. Been here a number of times and today was my first time to eat in. Haddock is super fresh and very well cooked.

Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Service at KFC Twickenham Dear KFC, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I experienced at your KFC Twickenham branch on 23Dec2024. Upon placing my order, I was left waiting for over half an hour for basic food items, despite the shop not being particularly busy. The lack of attentiveness from the staff, specifically Fabiha and Rownok, was glaring. Neither of them seemed to prioritize addressing customers’ needs or ensuring efficient service. Ultimately, I was forced to leave the premises without eating, as the prolonged delay was unreasonable and frustrating. I requested a refund, but this experience left me both hungry and deeply dissatisfied. Such poor service does not align with the standards I expect from KFC, a globally recognized brand. I urge management to investigate this incident thoroughly and take appropriate measures to ensure better customer service at this location. Customers deserve timely service and respectful attention, and my experience indicates a serious lack of both. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions being taken to address this issue. Just ordered a meal. Driver forgot the drinks or store team. When I rang up about the drinks. Rather than replace them the lady on the phone tells me to make online complaint. The simple thing to do would to be refund or replace drinks. Completely wasting the customers time and any future orders. Reading the other reviews seeing same issues !! KFC-This is the last KFC one must visit - poor food, poor service - unprofessional members of staff (excluding the manager) I was served by a member of staff who I had to repeat my order more than 2-3 times and he still got it wrong and then I was approached by the manager who politely apologized and requested to correct my order, just before leaving his restaurant for the day and instructing his staff correct my order. The pictures I have attached above are of a “Big Daddy” burger which is missing all of its BIG DELICIOUS ingredients, so I approached another member of staff “Medhama” (one must see her for a classic example of atrocious service)only since the manager had left the restaurant at that moment and gave her feedback about the appalling level of service and the poor-poor quality of burger presented to me. She believes that nothing is wrong with the burger without even looking at it and did not want to apologize or rectify the problem. Staff lacked ownership and basic courteousness. I have been to KFC’s in different locations and this has gotta to be the worst dinner experience by far.

First of all if you close at 12pm pay an extra half an hour to.your staff to clean the place otherwise they starting cleaning at 11.30 with bleach and etc and without washing hands touching and selling food so I have to eat dangerous for my health food ! Second I know u make most of money by selling drinks coz u actually selling ice(tap water) for £1.50 per cap but spicing your food too much so make me to buy u drinks can end up not bying your fast food at all !

This is my 5th time buying from this fastfood this 10 pieces spicy wings meal and it's unbelievable they keep giving me this tiny pieces almost the sice of my thumb. Seven of tiny pieces and only three of the sensibly sized ones. If you order 20 pieces, they'll give u one sachet of ketchup and one mayo and when you ask for some more they give one additional each. It's annoying! No wonder their ratings are very low and the workers don't seem to be keen on hygiene!!!

So we have been regular customers for years, however haven’t been for maybe a year or so. We have enjoyed what is normally fine cheap pizza and therefore recommended it when 5 other friends joined. This time it was truly horrible. Overcooked, barely any of the toppings we actually ordered on any pizza. We had to do a guessing game figuring out which one was which. We might have identified 3 anchovies total across 3 pizzas (only supposed to be one with anchovies), 2 walnuts hidden under a stale lid of cheese (however none of the cheeses it was supposed to be; blue cheese etc) and when we called the staff member claimed there was lots of mushrooms, these mysterious mushrooms seemed to have been completely sacrificed to some sort of oven-demon burning the almost non existent toppings over the gooey weird dough. Like what has happened to you guys, Village? You used to be quality! We called them and tried our best to explain what was happening and asking for a refund or something as it was so bad and the man hung up on me. Please just change your ways, guys, as we miss the nice village pizza we used to have!

Let me be very clear. This was a great pizza find. A great dough base with plenty of toppings. 10/10! The one and only issue was the way the pizza was cut/sliced. My car key would have done a better job. All in all, a really great find!

Because it tasted nice and the toppings were plentiful, despite the gastric pain I knew would ensue. Three years later, I chance an order with my friends. We order 4 pizzas, two were okay and the second two DID NOT have the plentiful toppings I’d expect when my colon hurts tomorrow to make it worth it. We called and in a very friendly way asked for a refund, only to get hung up on. Goodbye, good riddance, going to practise self care on my gut by never ordering here again.

You’re better off looking directly across the road, walking over to Waitrose and getting a decent pizza, with toppings (I’d recommend the prawn and chilli) for a fiver. Great atmosphere, good food. Great access full all locations. This McDonald’s has a very functional drive through with a turnover of over 600 cars/day. The meals come out fairly quickly so get ready to enjoy.

BLESSING was an absolute blessing: she welcomed me, helped me with an order when the machine was playing up, then when I dropped my sauce after she had cleaned the floor so thoroughly, she then offered me a takeaway pot! This lovely lady needs (as a minimum) promotion, but really she's destined for better things... 💫✨

Regular stop off for me when driving out of London down the M3 in the evening. Food is as you expect and service is quicker than many Mcdonalds these days but certainly not fast food as it used to be. The big problem here is the car park layout which at busy times tends to fill up with the queue for the drive thru. If you want to eat in, it is sometimes easier to park on the street.

Absolutely horrible service. I encountered a manager at the drive thru because the scanner wasn’t working. I was first dealing with the crew staff until the scanner was not working as I wanted to scan my McDonald’s app. I had no problem, up until the manager came to assist. Rather than sorting the problem, he had a go at me for taking too long (scanner was not working). He started then becoming very rude, telling me what I shouldn’t do and just to move on and not scan my app. I said no and then he refused to serve me. I refused to move my car and later the McDonald’s manager had no choice but to serve me. Absolute horrible experience. Young Indian/Hindu/Punjabi who was wearing a turban and a Bangal on 6/09/2025 at around 22:35:32. I did not expect to have this customer service by one of the managers. He treated me like a nobody as if I wasn’t a paying customer. He easily was able to tell me that he will not serve me. Pure rudeness. I feel such disrespect to have experienced this by a young man who is in a managerial position.

Avoid. Rude staff and badly stocked shop. Ordered a pizza for takeaway and was met with an incredibly rude reaction when coming in to pick up. They were also missing the drink from my order - no warning prior to pickup. There are at least 3 other pizza places down the same street. Avoid this dive and go to any of them. You’re likely to get a better meal and better service. I won’t be using these lot again.

Best Pizza in the area. Always delicious, fresh tasting and fast with the delivery. The only place in the area that closes way after the rest which is perfect for me when I finish work and need something to eat but haven't had the time due to working. If I could give more stars I would.

Average pizza at the average price. Main advantage is having the latest local opening time of any pizza take away. I think the pepperoni quality could be better, but it tasted odd to me.

Worst place ever. I was waiting an hour and half for my delivery. Contacted the takeaway several times and they kept saying it was two mins away but didn't show. beat periperi chicken pizza going however one day they sent me a pizza with no tomato sauce. after the last year of using them at least twice a week, this new guy turns around and says he wont do anything for me. i couldnt understand why not. he told me his chefs had put it on and i have photos to ahow that there was no tomato sauce on there. i had just finished two 8am until 12 midnight shifts and was hungry and tired and he hung up on me three times. i waited until he said the normal guy would be back and that owner told him not to offer me anything ao after wasting £15 on a pizza i did not eat and after a year and a half of service i am not going to be ordering from them again. i feel really insulted.

I called them to order 15 Inc pizza and the guy said is 17.99?! And i asked wky is that mutch? Hé said delivery 7.99! I never heart funniest ever! If they gonna Say you have to order £15.00 i can understand! But delivery each cost 8 pound? Thats morden to mutch i think! Never again!

We ordered a take away. The dishes didn't appear to have any sauce, so were utterly tasteless. The so called crispy chilli beef didn't seem to have any beef, just soggy bits of previously crispy batter in a seet and sour sauce, not as listed, but the only sauce we got, apart from a seperate little pot of sweet chilli sauce. Everything was soggy which may be a result of it being delivered and sitting in lidded boxes for too long. It was very poor. Wouldn't recommend it.

The food is like a warm hug, and there are so many to choose from: from meat to vegetarian dishes. I can see that the food is prepared fresh as well. I’m a regular customer because the meal portions are worth the price-and they’re so affordable!

Ordered for 7pm arrived at 6pm sent it away but first told to keep it warm 😮 who does that? If I say I want food at 7pm should be there at 7pm not an hour earlier when there’s no one to eat it, food is now not as good had to throw most of it away was not worth the money spent £38 😤 so will not be ordering from them again!!! 😑

My wife and I tried the mixed seafood starter for 2, through to satay chicken, ribs, also pancake rolls, prawn toast and dumplings. Everything greasy, lukewarm, tasteless! I can honestly say it was if not the worst Chinese meal we've had, it must be the second worst! Took a bite of Everything we bought then binned the rest 🤮 Will definitely not return. People who've rated this establishment 4.3 must have coving and no sense of smell or taste.

As take-away chinese go, I have always been satisfied with food I have bought from here. They do a good home delivery service too. I can recommend them.

The worst Chinese food I've ever tasted, ribs tough and tasteless, satay chicken dry and over cooked or from yesterday, well and as for the see food starter! Words fail me! But if you like sugar on your crispy seaweed ( you can eat it as dessert) fresh fish should not smell fishy or taste as vile as the crab claws did. Will not be using this place ever again.

We ordered from Lucky Garden online. The website said we'd get our food at 20:19 at 20:30 we were told the food would arrive 30 minutes after the order time. It is now 21:08 and no food has arrived. Update to review: our food arrived at 21:15. The servings were large and the food pretty good. The Vegetables and Beef Ho Fun were best. I also appreciate the owners response to my earlier complaint.

Update: Rating has been reduced to 1 star due to OVERCHARGING I previously rated this 5 stars, but overcharging is a practice I find completely unacceptable. I ordered a large mixed doner in pitta bread which was listed as £7.00 on the menu on the wall. I sat down, the food arrived quickly and exactly how I wanted, with chilli and garlic. I finished the meal and paid with a £10 note. But I was only given 50p change. I told the worker the doner in pitta should be £7.00, as it says on the menu. He mumbled under his breath that they are charging £1 extra for eating in (although this was not written anywhere in the menu or in the shop). And even if this was the case, the meal would total £8 and not £9.50. I pointed at the menu on the wall and asked him to just look at the price listed, but the worker didn't check and just repeated loudly the price is £9.50. At this point I decided to leave the shop. I took a printed menu as I was leaving and the price was confimed as also being £7.00 for large mixed doner in pitta. The food was tasty. But overcharging and the bad attitude of staff has left a very sour taste in my mouth. 🤢 I won't be returning here any time soon. Original review: Me and my family order from here regularly. Staff always friendly and one of the few restaurants that remained open for takeaway during lockdown. Always well cooked kebab and tasty. Have tried the lamb and chicken doner and shish and all are fantastic. My only complaint is that they don’t accept credit card - only cash. But everything else is 5 stars!

The man said he will provide another free one with a starter and coke…did they honour this? Called me and asked me to cancel my own Uber eats order as the items I wanted were unavailable. This charged me over £20 extra and I’m unable to get my money back from Uber or the vendor. They knew exactly what they were doing. Absolute fraudsters and thieves.

Never order from here! It was our first time trying Parma Pizza and so we ordered pizza and garlic bread for delivery m. We called the store and the person on the phone had broken english. We specifically asked them for green chillies on the pizza, we repeated our order twice so they understand. Our pizza was then delivered, and to our discovery, we found that the pizza had mixed peppers and no green chillies. We did not even ask for mixed peppers. We told the delivery man about it and he told us to call the store. We called the store up and told them the issue and all they said was "oh sorry, bye" and cut the phone. Extremely rude and bad service!! We were left with no choice but to eat the wrongly delivered pizza, which was very oily and the garlic bread was soggy. Absolutely disgusting! Definitely not a good impression on a new customer! I wonder how they're still in business with that terrible service.

today september 7th at 1:00pm i saw a deal at Parma pizza in twickenham heath road. this deal says buy 1 pizza and get one free.so i call and order my pizza . arrived there i was surprised that the 2nd pizza is not free. it's dishonesty. i will never order from them again. never. they just lost a customer. really not be recommended.

Been using this place for a while. Previous comments seems really at odds. Personally good folks, always have a smile and a laugh. Pizza is good. Price is great when you collect. These guys work 7 days a week 365.

If I could add zero stars to this "restaurant" I would. Pizza arrived 2,5 hours after placing the order , which means that it arrived with a 1,5 hour delay. Pizza quality was completely horrible. When we contacted the "restaurant" for the delay they were always rude and were lying that the delivery guy will be at our place in 10 minutes,something that never happened. They also lied to Hungryhouse that they let us know of the delivery delay and that we agreed on that, something that never happened. Places like this sould shut down ! Don't even bother ordering. The whole experience was horrible.

Got one BBQ base meat feast and one chicken tikka and sweetcorn the pizza was one the best I’ve ever had the dough was freshly made the pizza had a very authentic taste I would 100 percent recommended anyone in the area to go and try it for themselves. I was also a couple pounds short the staff were really friendly and let me off from there customer service to the taste of the pizza was one of the best in London

Pizza night was a success! My husband and I fancied pizza tonight and we decided to get a kids pizza for my toddler even though he hasn’t been eating much lately. He was so excited when he saw it and DEVOURED the entire thing. Safe to say both pizzas were gone almost immediately, the taste was spot on. Service was 10/10. Even though the queue was long, the guy at the front took the orders quickly and efficiently. We were in and out in half an hour, including order and cook time. I can’t fault the place. Would definitely recommend!

Made an order today the staff were very nice I ordered for a big party they got 15 extra large pizzas to me in under 1hr they were all steaming hot and the pizza was 10/10 will defiantly be going there again the prices are very cheap and very affordable

First time ordering the food was 10 out of 10 banging pizza had a perfect medium crust the workers were friendly and had a very positive atmosphere. For the price and quality in this economy it’s one of the best I’ve seen will definitely be going again

Negative experience at this place. Refuses to take customers orders despite available delivery drivers, the guy working there can’t be bothered and makes the atmosphere more likely hostile than what a Pizza shop would be like. Very unapologetically rude. I therefore DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I was on rush to supply food for a children's party because another order to another company was cancelled. They did the job quickly and the food quality was very good . They managed to provide 7 large pizza in 20 minutes. No problem at all.
