Waited ages for very cold chewy fries and a soggy cold burger. No napkins in holders, when I asked i was huffed at and handed 3 dodgy ones from the top of the bin. I understand its busy with school.holidays but there are more staff than customers !

I was genuinely impressed how eating a 5 piece chicken select for £9.69 made me feel. Not once in my life have I ate something (with the missing Frank's Red Hot Spicy Mayonnaise I ordered) and had the desire to throw myself into a deep fryer. Chips were terrible, sauce was missing (should be illegal), milkshake goated, chicken selects goated, depression maximum. Staff are nice - McDonalds and atmosphere are juxtapositions. While ordering my food I hope to see no one familiar as I can't face having to explain why I'm in a McDonald's car park at 13:40 on a Thursday. Probably come here again.

When going to McDonald's you don't really expect a whole lot. However the service at this one was simply terrible. The girl who served us acted as if she didn't have a voice unless it was to talk to her friend. We ordered table service which took longer than several other orders after ours. She then came to the table with the order. I had ordered pancakes and porridge plus other stuff. As she walked away I noticed she only brought over 1 spoon with it. Aswell as I didn't have any syrup for the pancakes or milk for the tea. So I went up to the counter to ask for some and she acted as if we had asked for the world. She said, sorry we don't have any knifes so you'll have to just use two forks. But she just kept turning around and whispering with her mate there like the situation was funny. If you go here, maybe go to the drive through, but check your order before you leave as they probably missed something.

Extremely loud beeping noise coming from kitchen made eating here unbearable. It was also infested with flies. Chips were nice and hot/fresh. Wraps badly put together so everything fell out. Customer service poor but that’s what you expect from McDonald’s and I don’t blame them with the beeping noise.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Rude Behavior and Service Delay Dear She Name Mads In Worcester Mcdonalds I am writing to formally complain about the behavior of one of the staff members at the McDonald’s location. The individual working in the delivery packing area was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made inappropriate comments and refused to provide the delivery even after we had been waiting for 45 minutes. If this behavior does not improve, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the owner, as this experience has been very disappointing.

This morning I purchased a regular coffee at the drive-thru, it was given to me in a small cup, upon opening it to put the sweetener in, the cup had been filled to the brim and it spilled out and scolded my legs. The last three times I've been in to sit down to eat my order has been wrong. Definitely won't be visiting again any time soon, absolutely rubbish, only got one star because you can't give less.

Just had one fish bit and chips, and the chips were greasy and the fish bite if you call it that was about the size of my index finger. It was all batter, and charged 3.20 for the fish alone. Apoorling. Won't go there again.

Well the delivery man was very professional and polite, but as for the food the fish was OK but not could be said about the chips , that bad I put them in the bin . Very disappointed as I can't afford to buy fish and chips, I bought them as a feel good food but it turn out not to be the case

Fresh Fish !!!, Ours definately was not fresh when I bought it on Sunday. What gets me with shops like this is that they gain a great reputation for doing everything right, then throw it all out the window by serving something that they deem "It will do". Apart from being over the top prices from a normal greasy chip shop, I was gobsmaked at the awful taste and quality of the fish, awful is a bit of an understatement but when you have driven 20 miles home you would expect something thats claimed to be fresh, FRESH. This was always my port of call when coming through Kiddy but looks like a new chip shop is calling on the horizon from now on.

Funniest café experience for a while... All tables were complaining and it wasn't even busy. The staff were LOVELY but there seemed to only be two on. The coffee machine was out of everything. All of the tables were full of rubbish, we even walked around and cleared them to help. One couple demanded a refund after the waitress dribbled in their food. Pmsl... The floors and tables are filthy. Basically it's understaffed. Have been waiting a long time for lunch. There was almost an assault by an elderly lady over chips which ended up being COLD lol. Now there's an angry queue at the till where there is no staff because she's filling the coffee machine up. I do feel sorry for the staff. Food came, half cold. No knives available. Just realised the kids meal was wrong. Queue being turned away now for the food wait being an hour. Two more tables just walked out for refund now. First world problem so we're all laughing, but wow. Cheap enough though. Come on Morrisons.. support your staff better.

Ordered fish and chips and wanted to order a slice of cake the plates were washed but wet and not cleaned properly so didn’t bother. The table were not clean had to wipe with tissue. Regretted ordering while I waited uncomfortably in the cafe. Cafe deffo needs improving. Don’t think il be visiting anytime soon.

2 x Big breakfasts. Cold hard egg and beans, bacon which was just a lump of fat, awful mushrooms. Dirty crockery and mugs. Thoroughly depressing and disappointing for the best part of £20 Even have to order yourselves on a screen so can’t rate the service.

We popped in for a quick bite to eat today not the first time and it's always been okay apart from the drinking chocolate never works it just give you water but today was bad, ordered food and hot drinks went to the hot drink machine and the cups where filthy woman in front said she washed hers in the boiling water machine used for the pots of tea all the knives where filthy not one was clean they had dried food on every one and I mean every one of them, so no knives for us, sat down the tables where dirty not clean, we told a member of staff about the knives, we was told yes they have had several complaints about the cutlery being dirty and sorry about that, but if that was the case why are they not double checking making sure it's all clean, makes no sense to continue putting filthy cutlery and cups out, we did sanitise or forks with some hand sanitiser just in case. Food was not nice, I left most of it really did not enjoy any of it, very bad experience will definitely not be returning to Morriston cafe Kidderminster. 🙁 Staff seemed pleasant but the place is dirty if its lack of staff or just neglect I don't know but don't really care as it's one I'm going to pass on next time or any time for that matter when in Kidderminster.

Arrived after 2pm. Approx 40 customers in there. Told the wait for hot food was ONE HOUR! Decided to have a sandwich, cake and cup of tea. Only 4 varieties of sandwich available. Had to ask for plates for the cakes as the only two available were dirty. Lots of tables hadn't been cleaned from previous customers. Eventually found a table. After opening the sandwiches, noticed that the sandwich bread isn't buttered. Very dry sandwiches! Poor quality bread. Extremely basic.

We had pots of tea and cheesecake; delicious!

Had orders from Stef’s multiple times now and they are absolutely deserving of a 5 Star review. Delivery and collection been spot on, food is always hot still when arriving and then staff are friendly and polite when collecting. The pizza and burgers are top notch from here! You will not be disappointed. Fresh and great sizes. A little more expensive then others places but you get what you pay for and this is worth it.

Stefs Pizza & Grill is an exceptional top notch takeaway. It is very well run, has a wonderful menu and a 5* food hygiene rating. Their food is always freshly cooked in front of you and tastes so delicious. All the staff are wonderful, so friendly, welcoming and very efficient. I am so very grateful to be able to get such lovely takeaway food from Stefs as lately I've been working away from home. I'd recommend their signature chicken kebab, or the signature chicken rice box because the grilled chicken is marinated to perfection 😋 I only wish there was a Stefs Pizza and Grill in my hometown in Bedfordshire. Positive review time! So this review isn't based on one meal, it's based on 12 months+ of ordering. Over our collective year, me and my partner have had Stef's many of times and tried a few different items from their wonderful menu, the staff are always polite, kind and friendly! What an expert team! Food - now food is always important when we have a takeaway otherwise what's the point right? I can appreciate that Stef's can be a little pricey, however the food is worth it! The chips are always 10/10, we typically order the chicken burgers in which I would rate them highly, however tonight I went with the double cheese burger with bacon whilst my partner ordered the double chicken burger with bacon, both. Burgers were great! There was a small issue in which I would like to note, the amount of sauce on the double cheese burger was so much, I was unable to hold the burger in the bun, every time I took a bite it pushed the burger out the other side, then when I turned the burger round to bite the other side it slid out the original way 🤣 it was a challenge to eat, so if any negatives, a little too much sauce, ultimately it was a great burger! Pizzas, their pizzas are always beautiful, the options of BBQ sauce was a hit for me as their BBQ base is luxurious! Really enjoyed their meat feast pizza with a BBQ base, the cheese is just melted to perfection and the base cooked thoroughly so no soggy/stodgy base. Overall for an eatery, it's very good! But be warned, their standard beef burger is quite a thick burger, so a double cheeseburger is huge! Really is a challenge to eat and put weighs the bun to burger ratio! Definitely worth a go! Service is always fast and reliable. If they say collect 7:45, collect it at 7:45 it will be ready!

Spent £30 on a take away. 2 rice boxes & 2 sides. A bit expensive. Get that. Then what really pisses you off. They made you wait for 2/3 mins for the garlic bread wasn't ready. The girl must have checked the receipt half a dozen times & then contents. Apologies for the wait. Very nice. Then you get it home & side of chips & pop missing. Ring up to say as it's clearly marked on the rice boxes. Sorry sir another 15/20mins to get it delivered. Drives back down to collect. Don't worry that the meals ruined & rices boxes going cold. Oh sorry here's a bottle of coke for your trouble. What a joke. Never again. Appalled by the service

We have been using Stefs since we moved into the area 3 years ago. We ordered a meal each on the app as usual for delivery on Wednesday. We ordered at half 7. Delivery service and quality has always been great. Delivery has never been as long as the time they enter onto our order. At half 8 when our food should have been here by. We rang to be told our food was on it's way. Bearing in mind we live a mile away. At 9 we rang again as our order hadn't arrived. We found the driver who we hadn't seen before looking for our home..food was hot, so I'm guessing we were lied to the 1st time we rang up. I ordered a ckn tikka pitta which was ok but the pizza my husband ordered was burnt. Such a shame as this has now put us off stefs. Not sure what's happening as stefs always spot on. I hope it improves.

First time eating from Stef's, definitely wont be the last. Website was easy to order from with great choices. Food arrived at the time stated, driver was really polite. Food was outstanding, fresh and full of flavour. Very impressed.

£8.99 and waited for 30 minutes. Hardly any fries and they were cold. Feels like an injustice really. Step up KFC Kidderminster because you’ve just lost another customer. Will be going to Maccies on Hoobrook because at least they’re on it with their value for money and service.

Absolutely dreadful... everytime ive order from here the order is wrong on this occasion the they actually did the order correctly but it arrive stone cold and half empty!!! £25 for a box meal a burger and a few chips and cold popcorn chicken it's extortionate and it's absolutely terrible never again!!!!!!!!!

At this point, I've had a Zinger Double Down every day it's been available (3 days, I'm somewhat of a connoisseur now) and this was the best of the bunch. Quality hot wings too, good amount of parking, plenty of empty tables. One of the Colonel's finest eateries.

Regardless that an online order was placed, and you go through the drive threw to collect the order, you get told to wait in the parking lot for 30mins plus. This is to ensure their stats show what a great job they are doing turning orders through quickly when in fact their parking lot is full of people waiting for their orders! We waited for almost an hour for our order!

Second time I’ve ordered from kfc in Kidderminster via Uber and both times food as been cold and both times items missing.asked uber driver where is my missing item and the reply was ask kfc.decided this time I’d phone and ask for my missing items(1.5 litre bottle of Pepsi) and was told I’d have to come and collect,was unable to collect due to looking after my child could they redeliver missing items to be told no id have to collect them.appalling customer service,food cold again and out of pocket from missing items.thanks kfc Kidderminster! This place was terribly run. Staff were unmanaged and unable to do their job effectively as a result. It took over 20mins to get my order, and that's after I went up to check they'd not forgotten it somehow.

so i ordered several items from here and a kebab and chips for my self and there was hair in my food. I went in to explain that my food had hair in. They was trying to tell me there wasn’t I also have photo evidence. They was multiple people I tried communicate with and they was very rude actually made me feel very uncomfortable for addressing my issue. I was embarrassed to explain it as it was. I’m just really disappointed in the situation and was treated awfully.

I second what other people have posted. The staff ARE friendly - in spite of being busy. The battered chips ARE awesome! I had half and half - the plain ones were very good but there was a marked upgrade with the battered ones. The portions ARE generous, too generous in fact. I probably managed ¾ of mine (all the battered ones and ½ the plain ones!) All in all it was superb. I chose this eatery based on the Google rating and it didn't let me down. Highly recommended, and well worth driving to.

They get your order wrong then blame you. It’s annoying as they do cook good food but as you will see in some reviews, they deal with customer issues terribly. We had a wrong item in our order and they were adamant it was what we asked for. They replaced the item but it’s not good enough. If you make a mistake, apologise and get it right. In the end it was correct but stone cold. Zero customer care and can’t take criticism. Well, here’s some more you can deal with.

Disappointed, Went to Foley’s expecting golden cod and crispy chips, but curiosity got the better of me and I ordered the chicken kebab. Bold move. What I got was less “succulent grilled delight” and more “carbon tribute to the chicken that once was.” The kebab was so burnt 🥵

Had a couple of meals from here recently and both were spot on. Highlight being the battered chips. Crispy yet fluffy in the middle, not greasy at all. Highly recommend. Only one thing I wish for is that you delivered but I understand the reasons against this.

Foley's gives me that Friday night treat feeling...even if it's a Monday. Big fan of this place. The battered chips are spot on, service is solid, and the prices are fair. It’s not somewhere you’d take your wife on a date, but honestly, if it's a night in with a take away you're after then consider this place. A genuinely great chip shop.

Busy local chippy food is nice good service and good selection of food can get busy of a lunch time and evening sits on a very small retail park on site 3 other businesses so parking at the front & at the rear of the premises.

This chippy must have changed ownership since i last used it. I bought a Donna Kebab for lunch with all the salad, i may as well have gone to Greggs for a salad sandwich. Although there was plenty of salad,the meat and sauce was lacking, i felt robbed when the price was over £8. I could have easily eaten two of them, whereas i could not manage one in the past. I have now changed my chippy to one that gives you a good serving of everything and is cheaper, will not be giving this chippy my custom in future..

Pleasant staff who were friendly. Everything was cooked well, but just simply not as good as fish and chips nearer to the coast that we are used to, ie the fish didn’t taste as fresh and the chips were so/so and the onion rings batter was quite fatty, which coated your mouth and want very pleasant. So, it was OK but not great.

Great traditional chippy that also does really good kebabs. Owner is a joy, thoroughly nice chap. Always greets his customers with a smile and is only ever too happy to help. Works really hard to deliver great food and customer service. Very highly recommended.

I have just had mini fish and chips. I have to say, they were the best fish and chips I have ever tasted. Don't know what oil they cook them in but there were beautiful plus the fish was amazing and it was piping hot . Thank you.

Living fairly local I have tried several Chinese takeaways in the Kidderminster and Bewdley areas and in my opinion King Wah is the best one I have tried so far. I have been in several times and each time the service has been very good with food to match. Usually busy which tells you something !! Give them a try !

Curry sauce was squished inside the bag and split all over the other food, kung po was tasteless and bland. Other chicken was dry. All round the most disappointing takeout Ive ever had! Worse when calling to complain I was told that 'are you a regular with us' and I replied that I was not, the owner replied 'well there you go, we all do it differently'. No apology, no refund. Terrible customer service

Lovely Chinese takeaway. Everything was delicious, piping hot, and we had some chicken wings and prawn crackers for free. Super reasonably priced too. We will definitely be back!!

I recently moved to Kidderminster and have been looking for a decent Chinese takeaway, and after trying a few others locally we tried King Wah, which was the best by far. Food was tasty and hot, and the chicken balls were nice and crispy unlike other places we've tried. Will definitely be ordering here again.

I’m ngl the food is always cold and stale, and you nearly always get told to park at the front when there’s no where to park, so you’re blocking people or parking in areas you should and everyone ends up mad. I understand you can’t physically make the car park bigger, but I’m sure everyone else, myself included would rather wait in the queue at the windows instead. I get told to park up even when it’s not that busy, the manager needs to sort this out it’s not working and people are getting fines. Also I do the food for thoughts survey on the receipts to get the Big Mac n medium fries for 2.99 but every single time at ONLY this Maccies the receipts are always printed bad so you can NEVER read the code to get the discount. It’s a good deal as a treat with the cost of living so it’s disappointing you can never get one at this store. I know it’s not a nice job and some of the staff are really nice some are rude is what it is in retail, but I’m not blaming the staff it’s the food and everything else that’s wrong with this place, it’s honestly shocking quality every time. Honestly if you want to enjoy your Maccies go 10 mins down the road to the one at Worcester road instead, the food is nearly always nice and hot, and their receipts are always printed clear plus plenty of parking and waiting bays and they have click and collect bays which is a bonus.

If you use the drive through and they tell you to park and wait, don’t move from the window. There’s only 2 waiting bays and they are often full. There’s only other place to park is on yellow lines, if you do, you’ll get fined £60

Whilst mistakes were made with our order, the food was good. The annoying thing is the scarcity of customer parking. We ended up having to pay for parking in the nearby shoppers car park.

They really need to sort out the staff there opened the wrapper the chicken mayo burger was all over the place and fries and nuggets were cold terrible. I was there during no rush hours, so it went quickly. Easy ordering via app. Friendly staff. Fresh products taste okay. For me, onion is very strong: smell and taste, when I remove it, my fingers the smell of onion remains even after thorough washing 🙃

Terrible, a deserted (see photo for how busy they were) 'restaurant' at lunch time on a Saturday should have clued us in as to what the local think of the place, but with hunger pangs to sate we ignored the obvious. From paying to receiving 2 very mediocre luke warm 'meals' took over 20 minutes, totally unacceptable. Burger King should either close the location or give the franchise to someone who actually cares.

Staff tried their best to be efficient, however, they're coffee machine was on the blink and spent most of time apologising for delays. The food gave us all an upset stomach and we felt sick the whole night.

After going her a few times I thought I would give them one last chance but they disappointed again! The last time I waited over 30 minutes to get my order and had to leave without one of the things on my order because it took so long. Tonight I waited 15 minutes, they didn't remember what my order was and I came home to find my burger that was supposed to be the new cheesy chicken burger, is a small piece of chicken with just salad and mayonnaise (pictured) the fries are like warm and I only live 3 minutes away and they were warm from the time I got them after having a cheeky few in the car! Very disappointed again!

I have ordered from this chip shop for a number of years with good food. The food that was delivered today was disgraceful. I order two large fish. Each being the size of a mini fish with the batter almost completely missing due to it being stuck to the paper. The chips had clearly been cooked in oil that was under temperature as they has turned to one lump of mash in the bag. The mushrooms had been cooked so much they were tiny and dried up. I called the restaurant for a refund and was told that while she was the person in charge she was not in a position to offer it. She offered to replace the order as long as I collected it myself. The whole order cost £40.38 with delivery. The people there should be ashamed of themselves of what they have cooked and offer to the public.

A great chip shop that does Gluten free battered fish. Price is average. Service was excellent Parking not brilliant but a car park is nearby worth the effort. There are seats inside and outside. Portions are a nice size

Stunningly good chips and fish. Never tried this place before, and only ended up there as the chip shop further up the hill was closed (9 pm on a Friday????) But goodness me, what fabulous chips!! And the fish was equally good. Also tried the chicken kebab, which was quality. Recommended.

Came down for the kidderminster v reading game from reading and was absolutely delighted with the service! Chips were delicious, didn't need any sauces or dips because they had so much flavor. Chicken was juicy and the coating was lovely, and my dad got given an extra sausage. Lovely meal, and the owner made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend :)

Reality Vs expectation. Look at the pictures before. With previous management when they were fined $15,000. It was a disaster. Now with new management it's extremely inconsistent. They still don't care about providing a high level and consistent product. You raise concerns with them about specifics of different items and frankly they don't care. Recent order, had bacon sticks. Designed to have crumbled bacon across the whole stick. Instead they used some old bacon found from the back of a store cupboard which was probably months and months old, previously used when Papa John's had a bacon pizza special. This just tells you everything. They really think they can keep making shortcuts and cheat and get away with it.

There is nothing else to say but wow! I recently heard about the new management at Papa Johns and it is safe to say I am more than impressed with the quality and service provided. The food arrived very promptly after ordering and the service couldn’t have been more helpful over the phone. Definitely recommend to everyone and will most certainly be ordering from here again in the future!

It is a shame that when forced to explain that you have a chronic condition and there is an immediate need to use the toilets, the three members of staff relied on one to repeat 'for customers only', when there are just two teenage girls sat in the place. Disgusting attitude from the staff.

I recently visited Subway and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Don't like to give bad reviews, but had one of the worst beef currys I have ever had . The beef was slimey and chewy and not edible , most of it went in the bin . That said the sevice was brilliant...but cash only ? Don't think I would use again

Very polite girl behind the counter. Meal was very nice. Place looked lovely and clean. Shall return. Edit: Sadly disappointed by the way the owners have treated their minimum wage counter staff. Going to China and leaving her unpaid is unacceptable. Shall not use this place again. Profit above people let's it down.

Horrible food, nearly cold, burnt prawn crackers, very greasy chow mein with slimy meats. Only went here because Four Seasons was unexpectedly closed. Never again.

Ordered food for the family and collected ordered plain noodles drove 15 mins to pick it up then back home to discover the plain noodles were not plain they had onions in now when does plain mean it still has onions in it so phoned up they said if I drove back they would change there mistake then I said what about mine it's going to be cold when I get back and they said no cus that's not their problem will never use again they were rude on the phone was disgusting service

Mouth-wateringly good, and great value too! The service was excellent, fast and friendly, and our order was ready in no time at all. The quality of the food was superb. There was no shortage of meat in the hot and spicy beef and chicken dishes we had, and the banana fritters in syrup made a gorgeous ending to an excellent meal. I'll be back for more!

Special chow main no vegetables and chicken not good 😐 no taste

I've driven past so many times, called in for the first time the other day and was really impressed with the service and food. Large portions and really tasty, I will definitely try again, it may even replace my current takeaway.

Ordered from Uber eats 30th July, usually food is really good, this time it was awful. Ordered large cod that looked like it had been left out all day, have since had food poisoning, so must have been off. We won’t be ordering from here again.

Just received my cold old kebab gristle with warm chips covered in salad - sorry! Threw it away.

Had cod and chips £8.50. Had to wait for the chips to be cooked.. Got it home and the chips were hard and not cooked properly.fish was small and very tough.. Never again... What a waste of my money... Avoid at all costs....

Stopped off on the way home. Absolutely spotless inside very friendly easy to read and understand menu. Great choice of food perfect portion sizes for prices. I had mixed meat and chips all perfectly cooked best chips I've had in while very tasty kebab meats were also very tasty and not greasy. This place is definitely worth a visit the food and service is 5 STAR 🌟

Mate all I have to say is very poor quality of food and the customer service is nonexistent and my order was wrong like super wrong and while eating I’m feeling sick and my belly hurt (asked for a simple salt and vinegar on my chip and they even forgot to do that )
