My room had a fantastic view of the city skyline and the Shanghai Conference Centre. The service was impeccable, especially at the Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge. The five daily food presentations were a culinary journey, and the added perks like complimentary pressing and the 2km private limousine service truly set the standard for luxury. Also had a wonderful evening at the Ritz Bar a really great vibe! The location is unbeatable for shopping and exploration, directly connected to a massive mall and a short walk to the Jing'an Temple metro station. The pool is a bit modest for the property's size, but the spacious gym and spa area with sauna and whirlpool are excellent. A minor note: the lobby vibe feels more like a bustling mall than a grand, opulent hotel, but that’s part of its unique, energetic character. A legendary Shanghai experience!
