Deli

Bakery
Sherman's Deli & Bakery is a NYC-style deli that offers kosher fare from morning to night. The old-school, spacious dining room features retro decor and pictures of celebrities who have dined there, while the airy patio provides a view of the mountains and tall palm trees. The place is known for its delicious sandwiches and breakfast options, as well as its tempting pastries and cakes on display.
Sherman’s is a true Palm Springs gem. I came for the famous pastrami sandwich and wow—absolutely incredible. Juicy, smoky, stacked sky-high, and perfectly balanced with fresh toppings. Easily one of the best deli sandwiches I’ve ever had. The vibe is classic old-school deli, full of character and warmth. The service was friendly and efficient—even with a packed house, the staff were attentive and kind. And don’t even get me started on the dessert display… a full-on paradise for sweet tooths. From chocolate eclairs to fruit tarts to giant layered cakes, everything looked like it came from a vintage New York bakery window. I had to stop myself from buying a dozen pastries to go. Whether you're here for lunch or just dropping by for a slice of cake and coffee, this place hits all the right notes. A must-visit in Palm Springs!

My wife and I made Sherman's Deli and Bakery our first stop in Palm Springs after seeing it recommended everywhere and it absolutely lived up to the hype. When you walk in you are greeted with a huge display of bakery treats, pies, cakes and pastries that all look incredible. My wife grabbed a slice of banana cream pie and a slice of custard pie and loved both so much she finished them before I could even get a picture. She said the flavor was phenomenal and I trust her review completely. For lunch I ordered the hot pastrami New York style sandwich and it was a showstopper. The sandwich was piled so high with pastrami I could barely fit a bite but the flavor was spot on, juicy and rich without being overwhelming. The pickle on the side gave the perfect crunch and the fries were crispy and well seasoned. I used their Beaver’s deli mustard on both the fries and the sandwich and it tied everything together perfectly. The only tweak I would make is to have the bread toasted for a little extra crunch but even without that it was an easy eight or nine out of ten. My wife ordered the Sherman's traditional Cobb salad with chicken and enjoyed it as well. It was a big portion with fresh ingredients and plenty of flavor, nothing over the top but a solid and satisfying salad. Service was excellent. Our waitress was genuinely kind and attentive which made the whole experience even better. Sherman's is a great spot for lunch or a hearty brunch and an ideal way to start a day in Palm Springs.

Phenomenal! I went 2 days in a row. Breakfast once, then lunch. I almost went 3 times, but wanted to try other spots. Roast beef, corned beef, pickles, latkes, pretty much everything! This place is next level. The photos around Sherman's are so cool. It's preserved for the "Palm Springs" era, but still modern and nicely kept. Mitch the waiter is a boss! Very cool guy! It's worth going just to see Mitch! The only downside is the coffee is miserable. The Bloody Mary is ok, but not much flavor. Also they have gluten free bread. Top of the line! I love this place. Way to go Sherman's!
James F — Google review
Always a busy spot but service moves pretty fast. A staple diner in Downtown Palm Springs that serves sandwiches and specializes in cakes. This place has that classic diner vibe with service to match — friendly and quick. I ended up getting the French Dip and it was exactly what I needed. Warm broth to dip in and filled with meat! Overall, great local spot and popular for a reason.

Historic Palm Springs Restaurant . Since 1958 Great Customer Service and Incredible tasty selection s . The Fried Chicken Special is Amazing ! Half a Chicken with soup or salad and mashed potatoes with gravy . Soo Very Good. The Sandwiches are also Amazing ! Love this restaurant . High Quality Ingredients make for some very satisfying meals .

There’s a reason this place has thousands of positive reviews! Classic NY/Jewish deli! So many nostalgic foods on the menu - matzo ball soup, latkes, blintzes, lox, gefilte fish! Massive deli sandwiches. Food was great. Service was good even though they were super busy, and there wasn’t much of a wait (maybe 5-10 minutes). The cake and pastry case is massive. Good cakes and pastries, plus Jewish classics like B&W cookies, hamentashen, rugelach.
Olivia H — Google review
My first time going to Sherman's and it will not be my last. The meat in the sandwiches were amazing and so fresh. The portions are huge so you could definitely share.
Joy W — Google review
In Palm Springs looking for good grub, look no further. Sherman's is one of my favorite spots. It's an old school New York style deli that opened in 1963. Everything is delicious, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a bakery on the premises serving more deliciousness. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. This location gets busy on the weekends, but the service is always friendly. It's definitely worth the wait and definitely worth a visit. Try the pastrami sandwich, one of my favorites. I'll see you there, bon appetite!

Breakfast restaurant
American restaurant
Cheeky's Palm Springs is a modern eatery known for its creative breakfast and lunch sandwiches, bacon flights, and specialty cinnamon rolls. The restaurant is part of the vibrant dining scene in Palm Springs, offering a variety of culinary experiences. From swanky steakhouses to casual spots with comfortable patios, there's something for every palate.
Nice place. Mostly outdoor seating with some indoor seating. Place gets pretty crowded, which means it’s really popular. So you must get there early so you don’t have to wait online to get in. A bit on the pricey side for breakfast. Party of three with one meal each, copy your tea, each and one cinnamon roll and a side of turkey bacon, $100 bucks including tip. The food was tasty, but nothing to really write home about. Service was very good, atmosphere, open air outdoor seating was great for an early morning meal. Although, seating can get very crowded with minimal spacing between chairs. All in all, it’s worth a try at least once, so that you can make up your own mind about the place.
MOPt — Google review
Amazing place to get breakfast. We were expecting a wait but alas, we were seated right away. That was a good sign of things to come. I had the breakfast quesadilla and my friend had the buttermilk and corn pancakes. Both excellent choices but I suspect the whole menu is delicious. They have flight of bacon! I feel obliged to get them and had not regrets. The fresh orange juice was also a great choice. Service was friendly, the atmosphere jovial and the music at a volume that did not hinder our conversation. I'm ready to go back on my next visit.
Pablo Z — Google review
What a painfully average experience! I came today, sat, waited about 10 minutes for water, another 10 for a menu, and another 20 to get an order in. It wasn’t busy. There were empty tables the entire time. When I did get service, it was an extremely underwhelming experience, even an awkward exchange one could argue. No smiles on the servers faces. The flies are bad outside, same with the leaf drop, the heat doesn’t help either, there were no indoor seats but we wanted to try cheeky’s cuisine nonetheless and unfortunately the service did not make up for these minor environmental outdoor dining factors. The food, was not bad, was just nothing special whatsoever. Nothing struck me, nothing had crazy flavors, nothing was truly appropriately priced based on portion, nothing was plated pretty. Our server mentioned that one component of the dish we had ordered, was out of stock after we had ordered it..however he didn’t offer any substitutions, and when we did ask for a substitution, his suggestion was totally outlandish and strange. Feta on a Mexican dish suggestion..hmm. Good luck Cheeky’s.
McKenzie H — Google review
Had breakfast here with a large group and it was good but nothing profoundly great. I ordered the bacon flight and it was okay. It was just bacon covered or dipped in different seasonings / toppings. The fruit plate was nice though ! I would highly recommend that the restaurant consider investing in fly fans for their tables. We noticed another table over had a fly fan for their table and we asked if they had more, but ends up they had brought their own … the flies were a bit annoying if you’re sitting outside.
Kelly S — Google review
My favorite restaurant in Palm Springs! We went with a big group and the service was excellent. Fast, friendly and super attentive. The food was amazing, I honestly can't wait to go back to try more dishes. We had a few people with gluten allergies and our server was quick to accommodate everyone. The cocktails were by far the best we had all weekend. Overall, such a great experience from start to finish!
Júlia P — Google review
Upon walking in, we were told to see ourselves. I told would be brought my ears. The waitress eventually got back to us, realizing that there was no menus and we had not had our order taken for beverages or food or anything. This is after approximately 15 minutes. The restaurant was not busy. We very awkwardly switched service because she forgot about us and that was kind of the vibe the rest of the time. The food was pretty good. Wasn’t the best. My girlfriend says it was average and nothing to write home about so we’re gonna add that. My Son Kept having leaves fall in his food. And there was a lot of flies. Low energy energy
RyderzontheStorm — Google review
Ordered the Huevos Rancheros with the eggs cooked medium over and they stuffed up the order and made them severely runny and under cooked. Asked them to fix it and they brought a plate back freshly made but with the eggs STILL UNDERCOOKED AND RUNNY! Amazing servers but I think the kitchen was either ignoring the request or just didn’t care. The drinks were good and great staff service, but the kitchen on the other hand…
Ryan S — Google review
Seated quickly, but only to be met with a constant fight with flies. I was accosted by flies the entire meal. And what a shame because the outdoor sesting is so inviting. Ordered a mimosa and it was so disappointing. Super tiny and it was just barely ok. Food was meh. I had to send the bacon back to be cooked more and the buttermilk and corn pancakes couldn't be more icky. They do mean corn. Like actual corn kernels. The server was so blase throughout our entire visit...not friendly at all. Not sure how this restaurant could be considered as having a jovial and friendly staff. I wouldn't ever visit again.

Restaurant
Copley's on Palm Canyon, located in Uptown Palm Springs and part of the former Cary Grant estate, is a romantic restaurant known for its elevated American dishes. The celebrity chef Andrew Manion Copley brings his expertise to the sublime cuisine, which includes options like Muscovy duck breast, seared Scottish salmon, lobster pot pie, and tandoori chicken breast. The restaurant boasts a star-studded history as a hangout for Cary Grant and attracts personalities like Anderson Cooper.
Our first visit to Copley’s was a pleasant surprise. We sat outside in January surrounded by heaters, plants and people. I did wish I had dressed a little warmer. Our server was efficient, helpful and even a little fun. The food was fantastic. Imagine my gluten-free delight when the Caesar Salad came with croutons made out of pineapple (« traces of tropical »). As the former home of Cary Grant, the inside is filled with different nooks and crannies. Overall a very special evening.
Tammy B — Google review
We are regular visitors to Palm Springs and look forward to new dining experiences each time. Copley’s has been one of those places we’ve look forward to. We visited last night, New Year’s Eve, and the experience fell flat, especially at $99 USD each … Our reservation was for 9:30 pm and we were finally seated at about 10:00 pm. Not a big deal really, as long as the hostess is somewhat apologetic. My wife checked in at 9:25 pm and then when she went to inquire about our table to the same hostess, the hostess asked if my wife again if she was checking in. It made us feel overlooked. The table was nice and everything folks say about the ambience at Copley’s is accurate - it’s magical! I had the salmon, which was very good. My wife had the pork chop, half of which was fat. There was no choice in dessert, which seemed to be an afterthought. Overall, the food was average. Mostly we noticed inconsistency in which servers treated guests. Some had smiles and conversation, others simply had dishes dumped in their table or dirty dishes whisked away. For us, there didn’t seem to be a genuine concern for how we felt about our meals and experience. For those reasons, I wouldn’t consider returning since there are so many other fantastic options on the Palm Springs strip.
Antonio V — Google review
Wonderful place. The food is really really good. No matter what you choose it will be great. It's a great spot for a date night. And they got a good no-alcohol beer. I don't drink, but if you do they have other really good mixed drinks, my wife got one.
Doug N — Google review
Lovely experience. There is a charming entrance which nicely sets the tone for the dining experience. We choose to eat inside as we were there off-season and it was still a bit warm out. The wait staff was attentive and the manager stopped at the table to say "hello". The picture doesn't do the salmon meal justice as my companion had already taken a bite. We split the meal and it was delicious. Although the bread was $10 for three pieces, I ordered it anyway. It was fine but not anything special. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
Barbara S — Google review
I was really hoping to love this place but it was a little off. There was a large wedding party seated in the courtyard and the staff had trouble keeping up with the rest of the guests. Our server was very apologetic, but the lapses were hard to ignore. For example my wife and I ordered glasses of wine with our entrees, which were slow to arrive, but the wine didn’t show up until we were almost finished eating. We noticed neighboring tables having the same experience. We ordered a ceviche appetizer and it was delightful and right sized for two to share. My entree was the daily special short ribs. The meat was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. My wife had scallops with shrimp timbale. She thought the scallops were lacking a good sear and the shrimp was underwhelming. We had a cremé brûlée desert with after dinner drinks. The appetizer and desert were the highlight of the meal.
Tom L — Google review
My wife and I hosted our rehearsal dinner at Copley’s in late September, and we cannot recommend them enough! The staff was absolutely wonderful and took amazing care of our group of 32. Shannon, the General Manager, was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was on top of everything from timing and menu coordination to last-minute changes with our group. The food and drinks were incredible, and the atmosphere made the evening even more special. We couldn’t have had a better experience and can’t wait to go back!
Paul B — Google review
My main plate (the branzino) was pretty good. But my cucumber side salad was a different story. The cucumbers and tomatoes were not fresh. They were a bit rubbery. Sure sign of being in cold refrigeration for way too long. Normally that wouldn’t a big deal for a $75 meal (entree + 1 cocktail) for 1, it was very disappointing.
Esteban G — Google review
We had a great experience at copleys. We each had the corn chowder soup to start and my wife had the Lamb and I had the short rib special which came with lobster mashed potatoes. The Lamb was flavored perfectly and was amazing. The short rib was great and you didn't even need a knife it just melted apart with a fork. The lobster mashed potatoes were very good and something different then I've had before. Their cocktail's were great as well as their crembrule. It was a little cooler outside so we sat inside and it was a very neat place to be inside or out. Our server DK was great and very attentive.

Nestled in a charming countryside setting, Farm is a beloved French-inspired eatery offering farm-to-table dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients. The cozy patio, adorned with lush greenery and floral arrangements, creates an idyllic oasis in the desert. The menu features traditional Provencal cuisine with popular items like savory crepes, duck confit, and wagyu top sirloin steak. For breakfast enthusiasts, the restaurant offers a delightful selection of Provençal fare.
Such a quaint but lovely little breakfast nook the servers were fantastic and the food was amazing. We ordered three different dishes and each was unique and Delicious. The servings are large. Highly recommended

For our final lunch before heading home from our anniversary weekend we stopped at The Farm in Palm Springs. The restaurant had plenty of great reviews and a relaxed garden style setting that drew us in right away. I ordered the Andouille omelet but asked to swap the sausage for bacon and the server was happy to make that change. The omelet came out perfectly cooked, moist but not runny, with plenty of bacon and creamy avocado on top. I paired it with their roasted potatoes which were excellent. Big crispy chunks with just the right bite and a touch of salt. My wife ordered the chicken BLT and enjoyed every bite. Her only note was that she might try it on sourdough next time instead of the wheat or rye but she still loved the flavors and the crisp bacon. The simple side salad was fresh and the Cholula hot sauce worked perfectly with my omelet. Service was friendly and very attentive, even making sure our dog had water on a hot day which we really appreciated. Overall The Farm delivered a solid brunch or lunch experience with great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful service. We left completely satisfied and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable breakfast or lunch spot in Palm Springs.

Lovely atmosphere. I’ve sat both inside and outside and both are great, outside is a series of little patios and courtyards. Food is good but not great. Service was great and our food came very quickly after ordering. Expect a 30-60 min wait - they’re always mobbed.
Olivia H — Google review
Wonderful brunch food and always a wait on the weekends. They don’t take reservations so best bet is to get here early to put your name down. The ambiance is in quaint, old-fashioned comfort vibes like your at a French grandma’s home. The food is French focused with crepes and various omelette. Food is presented nicely and made well. Overall, good spot and best of luck getting in on the weekends!
Sky T — Google review
I Came in around 11:00 am on a Tuesday for breakfast. It was about 10 min wait. There's misters for the outdoor seating which help on hotter days. Once we oredered, The service was very quick to receive our food, which was surprising since it was pretty busy. The food was very good and tasted fresh. The bananea was more on the sweet side and felt like a dessert but was still good. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place for anyone in the area looking for a really good breakfast spot.
Vincent T — Google review
Incredibly fast service, wonderful high quality food with excellent customer service! Right on a busy street but when you’re inside it feels like a quaint little patio! All outdoors but feels cozy and comfortable even in the heat! Make sure to go and give your name ahead of time as wait times can be around an hour.
Megan B — Google review
The place had a really cool vibe and the service was excellent. We ordered the chicken sandwich, which was super tasty, and the crepes were delicious too. One of the nice things about this spot is that it has another bar area next door where you can hang out and grab a drink while waiting for your table at the restaurant.

Wonderful cozy eclectic place with delicious french staples and more. The smoked salmon omelette was delicious as well as the salad and roasted potatoes. Our server even offered gluten free toast which was delicious. My friend also enjoyed her smoked salmon crepe and ice tea.

Palm Greens Cafe is a breezy eatery offering a thoughtfully curated menu of health-conscious global dishes and breakfast options. While not entirely vegetarian or vegan, it's a popular spot known for its extensive menu and great food, frequented by celebrities like Suzanne Somers. The restaurant excels in the morning with comfort food choices such as French toast, breakfast tacos, and biscuits and gravy.
So happy to find another great lunch spot in Palm Springs! Plenty of plant-based/vegan options here! Food was fresh and delicious. I had a vegan gluten-free Caesar Salad and a Mushroom Patty Melt. So satisfying! Service was excellent and the vibe is casual and relaxing.

Good food and nice vegan selection. Service was quick as well and the portion size was decent. Glad that they have a vegan date shake. That’s said, the staff can be a bit polite, humble, and attentive. When we asked for the table, we were asked several times if everyone was here. It’s fine to ask, but an interrogative style is not needed. They messed up with our order (eventually fixed), but there was no acknowledgment of the miss. The food is pricey, like $ 7 USD for a tofu ads-on. And the 20% tip was self-applied (we would have tipped the same or more, but nowhere did we read that for a party of 5, there is a 20% service charge).
N N — Google review
We needed an early lunch for the road, so got take out here. I ordered the lasagna and it was not good at all in my opinion. First, it looked gray and flat. I promise I took that picture in the sun and tried to make it look as good as possible. Second, it was small, especially for $20: there were only two layers of pasta, so it wasn't thick, and it wasn't that large a slice. Third, it tasted about as good as it looked. (I didn't realize it was gluten free, but that's probably why the pasta was especially disappointing.) I will say the biscuits and gravy were redeeming (despite being not a great take-out food). The root vegetable hash tofu scramble was bland: I suspect the tofu was flavored only with a bit of turmeric and salt, perhaps. We added two packets of cholula and then added salsa to give it some flavor.
Jacob P — Google review
Tried this restaurant a few weeks back because they have some vegan options. My husband got the açaí bowl. He enjoyed it. We really went because I saw they had vegan biscuits and gravy. When the server bought it to the table I was hesitant because of how it looked. I was pleasantly surprised on how good it was. It wasn’t really hot though. It was like warm, almost cold. I didn’t finish it because of that and really didn’t want to send it back. Had it been hot I would have really enjoyed it.
Jessica J — Google review
highly recommend for my veg friends! lots of vegan/vegetarian options. tried the vegan french toast, tofu scramble, tempeh bacon, vegan sausage patties, and a matcha smoothie and it was all excellent! and the outdoor seating area is adorable.
Stacey R — Google review
Being that my husband is a vegan, we rather enjoyed dining at this funky little eatery. It offers healthy, unprocessed options for both of us, and I enjoyed a truly delicious grass-fed burger with a scrumptious broccoli coleslaw. The decor is a somewhat drab interpretation of a vintage Palm Springs mid-century cafe, and the air conditioning is on the swampy side. But the food more than makes up for the decor and dank air! We got the impression that there were more locals than tourists at this spot. I returned another time to order take away and waited and waited and waited some more at the counter to order, with no one in front of me. There was only one waiter serving many tables, so I appreciate that they were probably short staffed that day. I ended up leaving since no one came to take my order. Still, 4 stars for a terrific menu and great food.

Sushi restaurant
Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey is a chic and intimate restaurant that offers a fusion of Japanese seafood dishes, sushi, and whiskey-based cocktails in an upscale setting. The chef, Engin Onural, brings a unique twist to traditional sushi by incorporating unconventional ingredients such as black truffle zest, coconut flakes, and fried potato threads into his original creations.
I did the chef’s tasting menu at Sandfish and honestly… I’m still dreaming about it. From the moment I sat down, I knew I was in for something special. I started with an off-menu cold sake that set the tone beautifully, and by the third course, I was gifted a complimentary pour of Japanese whisky. A lovely table next to me even offered me a taste of their cab which is proof that the vibe here is all about connection and generosity. Now let’s talk about the food. I’m actually speechless. Every dish was curated to perfection, thoughtful, delicious, and gorgeously plated. My favorites? The tostada and the octopus. Unreal. The chef is truly a genius. The ambiance? Impeccable. Music was a vibe. I dined solo and never once felt out of place or uncomfortable. The staff made me feel right at home, encouraged me to take my time, and created an atmosphere that was warm, relaxed, and memorable. I wish I remembered my server’s name (he mentioned his girlfriend Lexie, who happened to be dining next to me!), but I hope he sees this—thank you for everything. If you’re thinking of going, don’t hesitate. Trust them. Let go and let the chef take you on the ride. You won’t regret it. 💫

Sandfish sushi and whiskey had great reviews so we were able to get a table a handful of days ahead of time but not until 8:15. We were sat in the patio which was fine because it was a nice night despite the crazy wind. There was a fun DJ playing and he kept the vibes up for sure! We saw our server once in the beginning when she took our order, and then we didn't see her again for an hour until it was time to pay. We probably would have ordered another roll and another bottle of sake had we had anyone approach us at any time but after being there for about an hour, we were ready to leave. NOW..... Fair warning, the food is good... But this is not Nobu despite what the prices show. The rolls were good but for $27-40 PER roll, I would have expected something a little bit more. The ahi tuna sashimi was absolutely phenomenal some of the best I've had, but still overpriced. You know the TINY little pink bottles of sake you can get at any sushi restaurant for $12? Here it was $32!! So for $10 basic edamame, $34 for five pieces of tuna sashimi, 2- $29 rolls And a $32 small bottle of sake we're looking at $150... There is much better sushi in San Diego for half the price. The best part of this place was the DJ and the sashimi.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Best Sushi in Palm Springs Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey is a stylish Palm Springs gem with creative rolls, fresh fish, and a sleek, modern vibe. The cocktails and whiskey list pair perfectly with the inventive menu, and the service is friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it’s a top spot for sushi lovers looking for something upscale and unique. ***They have the pickled wasabi which is my absolute favorite and you need to ask for it on the side. They also own the Tailor Shop right down the street for after dinner cocktails!

The food was absolutely delicious. A bit pricey, but I suppose it’s fair since they’re bringing the fish out to the desert? Our server was excellent, the ambiance was very nice, and I’d highly recommend.

My friends and I are doing a girls trip and decided to try this spot! We were skeptical at first as the reviews were iffy and were in the desert, but we are so glad we came! This place is DELICIOUS!!! It’s pretty small and reservations are recommended. There is seating indoor, at the bar, and some outdoor seating ad well. We went for HH right at 1700 and just walked in. There was only bar seating was available at that time. The service was great, the food was fantastic, and it was a nice cozy vibe. I’d definitely come back again!! Food/drink review: Passion fruit margarita (5/5) Super delicious! It was on the stronger side, but great balance of flavors. Edamame: (5/5) Simple, but delicious! It wasn’t too soggy or too hard. Brussel sprouts: (5/5) These were roasted and had great flavor. I love Brussel sprouts and these were yummy! Crispy salmon balls: (3/5) These were just OK. Ratios were off. There was way too much rice and not enough fish for my taste. Tuna tataki tacos: (5/5) Honestly surprised how much I enjoyed these. The crunch was perfect, sauce and fish paired very well together. If they weren’t on HH menu I wouldn’t order as they are very expensive. Hosomaki rolls: Overall, they were pretty good! Our favorites were the salmon one, ended up ordering two of them. So tasty! The venue and sand fish rolls: (5/5) During HH, you can pick two rolls and get 4 pieces of each. Honestly a great deal for how delicious these rolls were. Again, we got them on HH, regular price is crazy. Salmon/tuna nigiri: (5/5) OMG. The nigiri was melt in your mouth delicious. It was like butter! I could have eaten an entire plate of these.

For our main anniversary dinner my wife and I chose Sandfish and it could not have been a better decision. We had seen the photos and reviews beforehand and the vibe looked perfect. The restaurant feels stylish and inviting and the service from start to finish was outstanding. We started with the tuna tataki tacos and they were incredible. The tuna had amazing flavor with a little hint of citrus and a satisfying garlic crunch. My wife and I were almost fighting over the last taco because it was that good. We also ordered spicy edamame and miso soup which were both excellent. The miso broth tasted fresh and full of depth and set the tone for the rest of the meal. For rolls we followed the recommendations of our server, an older gentleman whose name I wish I remembered because he was fantastic. We ordered the Sandfish, the Experiment, and the Lollipop. My wife devoured the Lollipop which combined crab, tuna, and mango in the best way possible. I had the Sandfish roll which came with spicy tuna, fried potato, teriyaki sauce, green onion, and a touch of black truffle. Every bite was loaded with flavor and I honestly considered ordering a second one even though the rolls are generously sized. The Experiment roll was also delicious and made for a fun mix of flavors. We added a cucumber salad to share and it was light, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Everything about this dinner hit the mark. The fish quality was excellent, the flavors were creative yet balanced, and the service was warm and attentive. Sandfish delivered exactly the anniversary dinner we were hoping for and more. We will absolutely be back and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional sushi in Palm Springs.

Amazing happy hour and just amazing in general. We took our servers advice on several items and couldn’t have been happier. Who knew something as common as miso soup could be elevated to that level? My husband’s order of Hamachi Kama stole the show! And just take a look at the brownie in the photo! Our new favorite spot in PS

For how much we paid we were very disappointed with the food. It was mediocre and did not reflect the recent reviews/Tiktoks. The presentation of the food was amazing but the flavors did not reciprocate.

Coffee shop
Peninsula Pastries in Palm Springs has become a must-visit spot for food enthusiasts, drawing people from all over the Coachella Valley and beyond. Despite some caveats like odd hours and a minimum credit card charge, this bakery is known for its world-class pastries and breads made with imported French flour and butter. The tiny bakery, located in a strip mall off Palm Canyon, offers an array of delectable treats that sell out quickly each day.
Get here early because the line can get long. However, the wait is worth it. I travel a lot and this place is one of the best I’ve had. I recommend the Butterscotch Pecan Twist! Authentic ingredients and very well made.

First time visitor. Best pain chocolat and choquettes that I've had in many years!! Not good for the waistline but I'll be back!
Jesse S — Google review
We don’t have many in the desert but, it’s the best French Bakery in the desert. Bam! That sticky bun is worth getting a few dozen but you’ll also be out a whole paycheck. Keep in mind they aren’t open much, I think they’re close M-W, but it is a bit pricey but well worth it. I wouldn’t go here for a coffee even though they have an espresso machine. Just go for the pastries, a loaf of bread, and maybe a slice of cake for dessert.

Quite busy, lots of regulars, friendly proprietress, yummy pastries and good coffee and we returned within the hour to buy more. The texture of the kougn and pain chocolat were soooo good, the napolitan dud not disappoint and i eish i would have bought 3 of the pear chocolat

Quality ingredients, clean atmosphere and great service. Baguettes and pain au chocolat were excellent and the prices are very reasonable.

Such a great place to get delicious pastries. Per the wonderful lady working the counter, the pastries are made in the French way-with french butter and generally lighter than American pastries. I found all the flavors to be phenomenal, not too sweet, and great light textures. The raspberry cheesecake was my fave ❤️. Def go and get a COUPLE of things to share....or not.
Eric L — Google review
Cute little shop with authentic French pastries. You can taste the quality of the ingredients used. Price is reasonable, and the owner is friendly. We purchased a chocolate croissant and baguette to go. Those treats didn't even make it out of the parking lot; we devoured them in the car, and had to return for more!
Elizabeth R — Google review
Excellent pastries. We tried the almond croissant and the butterscotch pecan roll/twist, which apparently is their best seller. Both were good and the twist was especially good. Prices are perhaps on the high end and yet the pastries are fairly large. You can easily split a pastry. We found the person working (not sure if it was the owner) there very friendly. She greeted each customer with "bon jour" as they entered. It got fairly busy, but the service was fast. There is a minimum $12 purchase for using a credit card. They prefer cash which is what we did.

Bar Cecil, a trendy bistro that opened in 2021, has quickly become a sought-after dining spot. The restaurant draws inspiration from the eclectic style of British photographer and artist Cecil Beaton. The menu features indulgent dishes like caviar-topped deviled eggs and Wagyu tomahawk steaks, as well as classic options such as roast chicken and steak frites. Chef Gabe Woo adds his own twist with unexpected touches like seasonal chutney on smoked pork chop.
Superb dining experience top to bottom. The attention to detail even makes it to restrooms. The cuisine, wine and cocktails all hit the mark. Curry mussels were so good I asked for a spoon to finish off the sauce. The icing on the cake was the guidance and service of Josh and co. Rarely can a server make the experience feel so natural. Hats off.! I’ll be back.

I had the most wonderful birthday dinner at Bar Cecil! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely perfect. My sister and I loved every dish we tried, and our server, Jonathan, was so friendly and attentive—we adored him. The pacing of the meal was spot on—we were able to savor each course without ever feeling rushed yet never waiting too long. Every detail at Bar Cecil is beautifully considered, from the ambiance and décor (yes, even the bathrooms!) to the little touches that make it feel truly unique. Bar Cecil is a gem, and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making my birthday unforgettable!

We arrived a little earlier than our reservation, and as soon as the doors opened, the staff was ready to welcome us—we were the very first ones called in, which I loved. The space is beautiful, with amazing artwork and a great vibe. We started with a bottle of bubbles and some mussels, which were absolutely delicious. At that point, we honestly wanted to stay for dinner (we didn’t even realize they serve dinner since we’re from out of town), but unfortunately, we already had reservations next door. We really loved this bar—it truly feels like the place to be in Palm Springs. Our server, Lorraine, was so kind and attentive, which made the experience even better.

Cute place. Hard to get a reservation. Great drinks and cocktails! Beef tartare could have used more seasoning but not the worst I have had. Steak frites was also good. Chocolate chip cookies and deviled eggs were great!
Christopher P — Google review
We stopped in here for drinks at the bar, and we were lucky to get seats. This restaurant is very difficult to get reservations because it is hugely popular with locals and tourists alike, but the bar always has open seating, if you are willing to show up to wait before opening at 5 PM, or if you come later in the evening, waiting a while for a seat. They are happy to serve the full menu at the bar for you, as well as their really great drinks. Service is always excellent. Prices are a bit higher than average, of course.

Bar Cecil is pure Palm Springs magic — stylish, lively, and full of character. The food is excellent (don’t miss the pork chop or shrimp cocktail), martinis are top-notch, and the vibe is effortlessly chic. It’s busy and buzzy, but worth the hype — a must-visit spot! We got lucky and walked right in on a Monday night. $$$ Must try; Shrimp cocktail Steak tartare Smoked bone-in pork chop Green beans Martinis

I was able to get a reservation on a day on the dates of my trip. I have had this bookmarked for a couple of years. Leading up to this I had heard lots of talk about the deviled eggs with caviar. I don’t think they were the best thing on the menu because the eggs overpowered the caviar. The cocktails were very good, not a bad drink wine or liquor based drink. I don’t drink manhattan-like drinks but even I was satisfied with the “rob roy.” The escargot was good, very garlicky and tasty. The cacio e Pepe was delicious. The halibut was outstanding and the most memorable item. The restaurant is beautiful. Overall I think the experience gives you that Palm Springs “good livin” experience if you have the chance to check it out I would recommend.

Bar Cecil, Palm Springs – Stunning. The oysters (with frozen mignonette!!) set the tone — cold, briny perfection. The red curry mussels were silky with a spicy kick, and the deviled eggs hit that perfect comfort note. The duck liver pâté… yum. Then came my “surf & turf”: pork chops and halibut. The halibut was the standout — flaky, buttery, and beautifully balanced. Finished with the pavlova — not for the faint of heart, but absolutely worth it.

Boozehounds Palm Springs is a trendy restaurant that welcomes dogs, offering a unique dining experience for both humans and their furry companions. The establishment features an enclosed patio where dogs can join their owners at the table, complete with a doggy door for easy access. The menu offers a variety of cocktails and Southern California plates with Asian/Filipino influences, including options like garlic noodles with galbi and chicken adobo.
First time visiting Boozehounds and it was a great experience! The vibe was awesome—everyone was so friendly, especially all the dog lovers. The service was excellent, and they even gave us a free snack for our furry babies—just one simple ingredient: chicken breast. Our pups loved it! The food came out quickly and the portions were perfect for brunch. Plus, they have a dog menu as well. We'll definitely be back!

We came in on a Monday for lunch and were seated right away. For lunch, they do bar ordering with limited table service but our food came out quickly and was exceptional. They have a full water and treat station for the dogs as well as a fun dog menu. We tried the watermelon gazpacho for our two dachshunds and they loved it! There’s plenty of space for tables to keep dogs separated from other groups and the outdoor patio was shaded and cool. It was quiet during the lunch hour but they advertised fun events like drag shows that I’m sure make the restaurant a blast. We will absolutely be back

Very nice happy hour spot. Super cute art deco design and furniture. Good happy hour special and fantastic waiter. They also have an outdoor spot if you want to bring your dog. Food was good except for mini egg rolls which were beyond small and over priced for 3 little roles

Wow. The best “Benny” I’ve had in a long time. I ordered with a side of bacon because this is a meatless Benny. I should’ve trusted the chef and let the roasted chickpeas be the star of the show. Glad I asked for protein on the side so I could try the dish on its own! First time here. I’d suggest calling ahead if you’re with a dog and by yourself. The front signage asking to go through the “doggy” door appeared to be misleading when I arrived. Lovely staff. Amazing food. Cozy and comfortable for dogs. Turns out chefs in Palm Springs can actually cook. This is my new favorite place, after condemning Palm Springs as a culinary desert. PLEASE visit. This place is delicious and made for fun.

Nice spot for cocktails and small bites in Palm Springs. If you’re looking to get out of the heat and enjoy a cocktail hour then this is a great option. The vegan food options on the menu were diverse in selection which I appreciated. Everything came out quickly and tasted good. I enjoyed the cocktail as well. It was well balanced, refreshing, and hit the spot! The overall aesthetic of the place is very mid century chic and somewhat moody. It’s the type of place where you want to dress up a little for cocktail hour, which makes me happy. I’d happily go back next time I’m in Palm Springs!

Great vibes, super friendly and sweet staff, and great food options. Loved that they have a dog menu. She had to be carried out because she didnt want to leave and come back home. Safe to say she approves of this place too.

Boozehounds…Heard great things and was super excited to try it. Unfortunately, it did not meet the mark or come even close. Super cool restaurant when you walk in. Interestingly/unexpectedly, there were no less than four bachelor/bachelorette parties when we walked in. Maybe that was my fault but not the vibe we were looking for. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful explaining the menu. For drinks, unfortunately, they had no available draft beers, and of the cans, they were out of the amber, had two IPAs, and the “plain” beer they did have was mango flavored. I got the Siren’s Call cocktail which looked great on paper but was extremely unbalanced and not my favorite. For food, we had everything come out at once, which again maybe was our fault, but it took FAR longer than it should have…and came out cold. Something to flag- the portion sizes were super confusing. The Brussel sprouts were an appetizer and a HUGE portion, whereas the lumpia (chicken spring rolls) were also an appetizer but were five small pieces and came out cold. On the bizarre side, the sweet chili dipping sauce came out in a plastic condiment cup instead of a normal cup or ramekin which seemed out of place for everything else that was presented on the nicer side. We ordered the garlic noodles which were good, but not super garlicky and adobo chicken protein we added was dry and not broken up well (some was shredded and some was in clumps). Lastly, we got the tteokbokki (very thick, chewy, mozzarella stick-sized noodles) which was in a fantastic sauce but odd general texture. Uncommon to have an Asian dish with cheese, but overall good flavor. We asked to see the dessert menu and instead we’re brought the check which was an odd way to end the meal. Overall, really disappointed with the drinks and food. Staff was friendly enough, but that’s not going to make up for cold food and lack of flavor.

We held our full, 100 person wedding reception at Boozehounds back in April. We could not have envisioned a better venue! Cameron, Chef Aric, and DJ Chris absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were all incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond. The space works exceptionally well for a reception, as you can flow from the cocktail hour on the patio, to a sit down dinner in the dining room, to dancing in the atrium. Received a ton of comments that it was the best “wedding food” anyone has ever had!

Creperie
Restaurant
Gabino's Creperie is a charming spot located on Palm Canyon Drive, offering a delightful selection of French-inspired crepes. The menu features both sweet and savory options made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Some popular choices include the chicken pesto, BBQ chicken, Buffalo chicken ranch, and veggie crepes. While there is no indoor seating available, customers can enjoy their crepes at a few outdoor tables or opt for delivery.
This was my favorite meal in our entire week in Palm Springs. We went to Farm, Tac/Quila, Alana’s, and a couple other places. It’s easily the best crepe I’ve ever had, though, it is a bit different than the traditional crape with soft and stretchy exterior. The partially crunch yet still pliable exterior is an exceptional vessel for the flavorful inside. Tourists and locals alike will be happy with a visit to Gabino’s. Enjoy!

A great spot and we saw plenty of locals. Worth visiting if you're closeby! There is outdoor seating but there lot's of flies when we visited which is why it gets four stars. The crepes are messy, but that's because they're absolutely stuffed which I love. I got the Buffalo Chicken crepe.
Jon K — Google review
Insanely good food. The chicken pesto was so delicious, definitely a recommended crepe. The chicken Caesar and buffalo chicken were also delicious. I have no doubt that everything on the menu is top tier. Guess Guy Fieri brought some attention to this spot and for good reason. Highly recommend.

Gabino's is a required stop when visiting Palm Springs. My go to order is the BBQ + Pickles. The crepe is crispy not soggy and every bite is better than the last! My friend said it was a flavor explosion and she's not wrong. The owner, staff and customers are all so friendly and now that they've expanded their days and hours, there's no excuse not to stop by!

I don’t even remember how I stumbled upon Gabino’s, but I’m so glad I did. This place is now officially on my checklist for every visit Palm Springs. The concept of savory crepes is unique, and Gabino’s has truly mastered the art. I got the barbecue crepe and my wife had the pesto, and both were absolutely incredible. The crispy, cheesy exterior of the crepes is such a perfect touch. It’s so satisfying it almost brings a tear to your eye. Yes, the wait can be a little long, but once you have a crepe in your hands, it’s completely worth it. The flavors, textures, and craftsmanship make this spot unforgettable. I love this place and will be telling everyone I know to check it out. A true Palm Springs gem!

Gabinos is located in the alley behind Kreem and offers several delicious savory crepé options. I ordered the chopped cheese for pickup and it was excellent. The service was friendly, the food was hot when I picked it up and packaged well for the car ride. Pick up orders and typically not accepted during peak season - but trust me, Gabino’s is worth the wait!

I was driving my way back from Phoenix I stop by to try this crepes because I see it on tv with Guy Fieri , my opinion 2 stars maybe 1 , it’s not delicious , may be if you don’t have a good food taste o don’t know how to cook delicious food it’s going to be good for you, try it and have you own opinion
Armandini C — Google review
This was one of the best meals I've ever had! Gabino's has a limited menu of homemade crepes, salads and drinks (cold brew mattes and homemade lemonades). They only serve savory crepes, so there are no sweet dessert type options available, but what they do have is simply amazing. The crepe batter is fried with cheese, which gets all crispy and delicious and adds a perfect contrasting texture to the soft and slightly chewy crepe. I tried the chicken ranch and the chicken pesto varieties which were both 10 out of 10. I would love it if there were other meat options as well as vegan crepe and sauce options. The staff are a group of super cool, really down to earth, helpful dudes. The prices are good for the portion size, the food is incredible. The ambience is beautiful and welcoming... If I lived in Palm Springs, I'd be here every single week. Overall 9/10 due to lack of vegan options, desserts and limited hours. Don't forget to ask for extra Special Sauce!

My boyfriend and I decided to take the drive out to sunny Palm Springs to have lunch at Livs located at the Palm Springs Art Museum. Everything was phenomenal! We arrived around 1pm and was seated right away on their patio, our server Giselle greeted us right away and recommended us some amazing cocktails. We had the Mai Tai and their Margarita both were delicious. For food we ordered the Lobster roll which was amazing and had a generous portion of lobster. My boyfriend had the chicken curry sandwich and my daughter ordered the Livs Burger which I must say was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! We finished it off with some chocolate chip cookies, and a cherry almond latte made with their house made syrup and it was delicious!! Afterwards we took a stroll around the museum because it was family day and they had arts and crafts/activities for the kids which was a fun way to spend our Sunday! I definitely can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu! Livs is such a hidden gem in Palm Springs and definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area! Highly recommend ☺️

This is an absolutely fabulous place to have a meal! The parking is easy (covered garage or lot to right in front of it on the right side of the museum) and the staff and food made for a great experience. We love the space with the bright welcoming colors and the option to sit inside and outside. When I booked in June and saw that there was patio seating I thought “who would sit outside!?” but then when we went down into the patio space it was cool and lovely even on a very hot day. We did end up sitting inside, which was very comfortable. The food had great portions, at first we thought they were small, but they were just the right size. All the cocktails and drinks we had were delicious and the server was very kind to work with us on making sure we knew what vegan options were available for one of our party. We love that you didn’t have to buy a museum ticket to dine but it got us thinking about how much we want to visit the museum anyway! Will definitely be here again and look forward to even dining on a night of village fest.

We were looking for a place to eat near the museum and found one with a LIVS yellow sign. We charged our Tesla nearby and walked to the restaurant for brunch. The place has a fresh yellow concept with a nice fountain at the front entrance. The lobster roll is delicious, with crunchy bread and a tasty signature sauce. The cheese blintz is a great option for a sweet breakfast. Service is good, I love this place!

Wow Palm Springs. This cafe is running to the top of the eat out in CA list. The restaurant is right in the Palm Springs Art Museum and boy oh boy is it a winner. Who doesn’t love a chef owned restaurant. I had the pancakes, imagine a whole new gourmet approach to the simple pancake. Imagine dining right next to a Henry Moore sculpture outside on a stunning patio full of art? Yes yes yes run don’t walk and try the newest world class dining bistro in the desert resort of Palm Springs. Art, ambiance, fab food, the chef’s wife is a doll and the food is BEST IN TOWN. I obviously want everyone to try this place! It’s fantastic!!!
