Along with Archontoula this is as traditional as it gets. The food is absolutely amazing. The barrel wine is phenomenal. I can't say enough good things. There may be a wait but it is well worth it. Get the Chick Peas and the Γουρούνοπουλο and thank me later. Beautiful setting but would be equally worth the visit if it was on a mountain. Wonderful experience.

Don’t miss this place if you’re in Milos. One of the most authentic spots on the island with real traditional food and great local vibes. The menu comes in a handwritten notebook and everything is made with local ingredients from their own farm. Try the melitzanokeftedes and the gourounopoulo, both are amazing. They also have a nice variety of Greek craft beers. Go a bit early because it gets really busy, but it’s worth the wait. Real Greek food and real people.

The cheese tarts are delicious, the fried cheese looks better than it tastes and the smoothie was alright. The place is cute but there was a lot of people. We had to get up and grab our server to get the bill after waiting for 20 minutes after he came to take our empty plates. It was also a bit expensive.

We went to O! Hamos to have our farewell lunch before leaving Milos. Although there was a waiting time, hostess managed to organize a window table for us almost instantly. Piglet and fried artichokes were delicious. Orange cake straightaway went on the top of our list of favorite desserts All staff was so friendly and welcoming specially the hostess who was so charming and lovely. What an amazing place. Everything was perfect - from food to the ambiance, clay dishes, handwritten menu with the restaurant history, spectacular view... We had the piglet and spicy baked cheese with some olives and orange pie. They also have great house wine. Excellent presentation overall.

Very good food. All dishes were very nice, especially the chickpeas and the salad. Zucchini balls didn't have a lot of flavour and the goat was probably a little over done. On the whole an enjoyable meal. Happy to recommend O!Hamos! Tavern.

Service by Alex was excellent and very attentive. The food was a bit too salty, and unfortunately there was no fish of the day available, which was disappointing. However, the location is beautiful - right on the beach with the moonlight facing you, making for a lovely atmosphere.

Service was great! Went at noon and got seated right away. Swordfish is a must! My octopus was OK, expected a little better in the quality of the octopus. The view and the ambiance is unbelievable! 5 out of 5 in atmosphere!

Nice place by the sea with a great view and fresh seafood. The setup is simple but feels authentic. The octopus and fried fish were really good, and the service was friendly even when busy. It can get a bit crowded, so better to go early. Overall, a solid 4-star place — good food, nice atmosphere, and worth a visit when in Mandrakia.

A nice quaint restaurant with beautiful views over looking an old fishing village. Food was good except the fried Kalamari. The kalamari was drenched in oil and was not to enjoyable. I recommend getting to this resturant by Taxi, Car or ATV it's quite a long way down.

A wonderful dinner with a beautiful setting. We ate out on the deck to enjoy our lovely meal. Server and host were welcoming and made us feel like family walking in. We enjoyed everything got for dinner including the sun dried octopus and meatballs. Amazing spot for a scenic dinner.

Best spot for lunch under a sunny day. Strongly recommend you to bring all sunshine protection you have if you want to sit outdoor near the sea view. Food:4.5⭐️ 5⭐️ Fried Calamari - super fresh and the most satisfying seafood we had in Milos 5 ⭐️ Fried cheese - crispy 4.5⭐️： Dried octopus was rather tender with stronger flavours than fresh octopus 3⭐️: Swordfish tasted and looked like chicken. We don’t fancy about the rice at the side at all Staff 5⭐️: friendly and speedy response Atmosphere 5⭐️: outdoor area is not fully shaded but the view is excellent and highly enjoyable. But some customers did change to shaded area from the nicest sea view spot as it was too hot and strong sunshine.

After visiting the fisherman houses we stopped by the famous Medusa for lunch, we were early enough to get a table straight away. We tried both the sun-dried and vinegar octopus. The sun-dried octopus was a little tough and didn’t have a lot of flavor. We liked the vinegar octopus much better. We also had a Greek salad. Noting noteworthy about the salad. Service was ok, but a bit snooty. The views are of course amazing!

The menu and pricing suggest a fine dining experience, but the quality of the food fell short. The grilled calamari, for example, was an odd mix of grilled and fried pieces—lacking the clean, smoky flavor that makes properly grilled seafood shine. The presentation and execution felt more akin to a casual takeaway than a refined coastal eatery. Portions were noticeably small, which might be forgivable if the dishes delivered on flavor—but they didn’t. The chicken breast was especially disappointing: bland, dry, and tasting faintly of boiled spinach water. The cheese spread, advertised as a Greek selection, was closer in quality to a supermarket variety pack than anything artisanal or thoughtfully sourced. To be fair, the service was genuinely lovely—attentive, polite, and welcoming—and the location is undeniably beautiful. However, these positives don’t make up for food that is overpriced and underwhelming. In the end, Nostos feels like a textbook tourist trap: appealing from the outside, but lacking depth where it matters most. If you’re seeking authentic, high-quality Greek cuisine, you’d be far better off walking just a kilometre further. There, you’ll likely find a local taverna serving generous, flavorful dishes that live up to both their price and their promise.

Fantastic! One of the two best meals we had in Greece! My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic salad and shared a grilled grouper fillet. Service was excellent. The staff even showed us the fresh local fish selection inside where we could choose which one we wanted cooked. Beautiful location on the water!

We loved it here! It was recommended to us by our Airbnb host and we are so glad we decided to try it. Great service and delicious food. The calamari cacio pepe and prawn pasta were our choices after reading a few reviews and WOW, the best. The calamari was different than anything we’ve ever had. It looks like it’s a piece of fried calamari on pasta but it’s actually half of the calamari cut in pasta like strips in the sauce. Delicious!! The prawn pasta had great flavor and the prawns were huge. If we were in Milos longer we would definitely be back!

A pleasant meal however for the cost we were expecting better. We ordered the split pea dip with bread which was probably the favourite. The octopus lacked flavour and the prawn pasta had an odd flavouring. And for the price 4 prawns wasn't really enough. The sea urchin pasta was tasty but was a very small main. The service was professional and the setting was nice.

Excellent breakfast !!!!! I thought that the store was famous for the sweets and ice cream but breakfast was really delicious !! Also “Akis” the waiter was so kind and helpful thanks to him we find a table and he treat us great 🙃! I recommend this spot !

The ice cream here is unreal, they nail every flavour like you are eating the direct food. Must try! I had the Ferraro Roche and it’s some of the best flavours I’ve ever had that taste true to what it was

Had lunch at Gyros of Milos. The restaurant opens at 1 and was already busy. Nice outdoor area to sit. Big menu with vegetarian options. Home made Chips were amazing, came wrapped up in paper with sauce. Vegetable patty gyros was fresh and full of flavour. Pork sub (in a roll) was also good but not as good as the pork gyros. Reasonably priced for Gyros (4-6€) with different sizes. Recommend if your looking for somewhere cheaper to eat in Milos

What a fantastic place! It’s not flashy — it’s simple and authentic, with a great variety of traditional food. We came back twice, and if I lived in Milos, this would definitely be my go-to spot. The waitstaff are attentive and accommodating, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming.

Gyros of Milos looks the part with its waterfront setting, but the food falls short… okay gyros, light on the meat and not quite worth the hype. We checked this place out on a fellow traveller’s recommendation, expecting one of the island’s best gyros but it didn’t quite deliver. Food (3/5): The gyros was fine, tasty enough, but noticeably light on the meat compared to others we’ve had around Greece. Flavour was there, but it just didn’t hit that satisfying, hearty mark you expect from a good gyros. It’s set up more like a restaurant than a quick takeaway joint, which maybe explains the smaller portions and slightly more “refined” presentation. Service (3/5): Service was fine, no issues there… but a bit off-putting that staff were smoking right out front, near where the food’s prepared. Atmosphere (4/5): Good location right on the port, with a nice, touristy buzz. Great spot to sit and people-watch or enjoy the view, even if the food doesn’t quite match the setting. Overall: An average gyros experience in a great spot. Not terrible, just nothing special and definitely not among the best we’ve had in Greece. Rating: 3/5 ⭐️ Nice view, average food. Our first Gyros in Greece and it did not disappoint! Perfect location in the port and initially we doubted the authenticity of the gyros as being a tourist trap- but we were wrong! We ordered 2 pork gyros with everything, they came out quickly while still being hot, fresh and full of flavour. We still rate these as being our best gyros we had on our holiday. Highly recommend going!

Small bakery a block away from the main road, though there are two Artemis Bakeries - apparently they’re the same though the one on the main road has a slightly different selection and more cakes. This is a grab and go spot, though it seems connected to a market where you can buy other pantry items. I got a slice of the orange cake and a sesame cookie. The cake was really good! Very sweet, tastes of orange and honey. Worth trying. The sesame cookie wasn’t very good.

Artemis Bakery looks the part with its welcoming display and delicious-smelling pastries, but while the flavours are nice, the fillings are light… good, not great. A bright, inviting bakery that catches your eye the moment you walk in. The counters are full of tempting pies, sandwiches, and sweets, and the smell alone makes you want to try one of everything. Food (3/5): We went for the chicken pie, the sausage pie, and a turkey sandwich for something fresh. The sandwich was exactly what you’d expect, simple and satisfying. The pastries were tasty, with a lovely light sweetness to the dough that we enjoyed, but the fillings were minimal. The chicken pie, for instance, had a thin layer of filling and felt mostly pastry. Maybe it’s the Aussie in me, but I like my pies properly packed. Flavour was there, just not enough of it. Service (4/5): Friendly, welcoming staff who made a good first impression. Atmosphere (4/5): Clean, cosy, and attached to a small shopping mart, which is handy if you need to grab a few bits and pieces. Overall: A pleasant bakery with nice flavours and good service, but light fillings kept it from being memorable. Worth a stop for a quick bite, but not a must-visit. Rating: 3/5 ⭐️ Looks great, tastes fine, but could use more substance inside the pastry.

Amazing bakery, surprised they have rate only 4,4 cause it should be definitely 5 stars! I’m very picky so trust me this place is gold 😍 Will be coming back every day on this trip to Milos, don’t even wanna try other bakeries on this island after this one. So much choice, amazing pizza, onion/cheese pie, great coffee (!!), baklava is perfect, not too sweet. Prices are very reasonable, we paid 14 euro for a lot of things, took food for lunch as well. Thank uuuuu 😍 Made my morning so good. P.S I saw some people gave 1 star only because someone in the bakery wasn’t smiling to them with all their 32 teeth, but come on, it’s not fair at all. Our experience was good, the workers made us feel good and welcomed, also very patient cause I always take so much time to pick what I want 😁 Everything is great!

I would say that the the tastes are overratted and it's not value for money. We got 5 dishes plus ouzo and we paid 100€ without leaving a beautiful memory behind taste-wise. The atmosphere is perfect as you sit next to the sea and the stuff is polite always there with smile and kindness. The toilets do not smell well but its OK. Overall I would visit it again. Too gourmet OK, expensive dishes OK, no memorable taste NOT OK.

A local recommended me this place and I must say this is the best resto in Milos - I went back twice! The service was really good and friendly! My favourites are their cocktail (some spicy one that they recommended), fried calamari (so fresh and had the right amount of chew), spring roll (just wow). Seafood pasta and linguine with shrimps both had fresh seafood as well, but would be better if they use handmade pasta! Coffee was not bad too. They also have a complimentary lemon dessert at the end.

This place is amazing! The service was awesome and the food was fantastic! This was our favorite restaurant on the island and our favorite of the entire Greece trip! The fresh fish ceviche was so good and the flavors were amazing. The fresh fish ceviche was so good and the citrus flavors were perfect. Over the few nights we ate there we had the fresh red fish and it was cooked to perfection and seeing them serve it table side and boning it was great. He did a great job. We also got the mussels and they were so good. The cream chicken dish was very good as well. Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations. We were a party of 4 and we're always seated pretty quickly. The service was great and we also had wines or cocktails and they were just as good. We sat outside by the docks and enjoyed the wonderful evening views. The prices are very fair for the amount and quality of the food. We would highly recommend and will be back when we visit again!

Best food we had on the island, everything was great! Although pretty expensive it is most definitely worth it. Views of the beach were amazing. We had a reservation but if you don’t you will most likely have to be put on a waiting list. Service was fast, but the (perhaps) restaurant manager was extremely rude to the staff, constantly cursing them out and ruining the atmosphere.

Some dishes were enjoyable — the fried anchovies and cod were both nicely done. The octopus was a bit disappointing, and the sauce for the zucchini fritters wasn’t quite the right match; I think tzatziki would have complemented them better. Overall, a decent meal with room for improvement.

This is my favorite restaurant on the island! I’ve been here several times this summer, and every single time the food has been delicious and the service exceptional. I’ve tried a variety of dishes – grilled squid, fresh fish, fried calamari, zucchini balls, risotto – and everything was absolutely tasty. If you are a group of friends, make sure to ask about the catch of the day and order it to share… simply amazing! And they give us free desert :)

We ate at Barriello on our last evening in Milos and had a wonderful dining experience. The service was easily the friendliest of all of the restaurants we went to over our 2.5 week honeymoon. The food was unbelievably good. We had the Greek salad, the wild mushroom truffle rigatoni, and the chicken with ravioli - everything was incredible and I wish we had room for dessert after! I also love that the restaurant has its own farm and most of the produce used in the salad and pasta was grown there. The sunset views were also so lovely. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Milos!

Such an amazing restaurant. Firstly the view is sensational. Very hard to beat apart from maybe Oia in Santorini. The staff were very professional and happy to engage with you. We met the owner Takis towards the end of the night and he was such an awesome guy. The food is quite honestly fantastic as well. We had the cheesecake and octopus for our starters and then the gnocchi ragu and chicken for our mains. Unfortunately, we couldn't fit in dessert. I would recommend that you either get their early just after opening at 6pm or you make a reservation as it can get very busy here. Cannot recommend it enough though.

Outstanding meal, delicious flavours, beautifully presented, warm hospitality. If i could give Barriello a 6 I would. Now all other restaurants are going to have to measure up to Barriello's standard. Thouroughly reccomend the savoury cheesecake and the traditional pie.

The owner is so helpful and welcoming! We had to wait a while but the sunset view was worth it and we were able to have our wine close to the view while we waited for our table (beware of mosquitos) We had cheesecake to start, the mushroom pasta, and shrimp pasta. We even came back another time to dine again. Don’t miss these two dishes! They changed my life (avoid the pulled beef, it was mid).

Best meal of our Milos trip! The service was lovely and more upscale, as was the delicious food. Definitely a finer dining experience. Amazing sunset rooftop view. The owner and staff were very attentive (for Europe) and he personally spoke with nearly every table. You can feel his passion for the food and his business! We had the catch of the day (superb) and the Iberico pork, octopus appetizer. It was all delicious. A foodie find for sure.

Barriello was THE Best meal we've had in Greece during our entire trip. The cheesecake appetizer was unlike anything I've ever tasted, the flavors were incredible. Our mains were cooked absolutely perfectly. The meal was filling, I just wish I had room to enjoy desert. Astakas is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner with an incredible sunset view – definitely go at dinner time to enjoy it fully. The restaurant itself is very good, with a nice selection of dishes. We ordered the mussels (very nice), the prawn pasta (also tasty), and a fresh fish from the daily list, which was excellent. Overall, a lovely dining experience in one of the best sunset locations in Milos. Highly recommended for a special evening.

The setting is stunning right by the water. The food was also very good but unfortunately the service was bad. I’d still recommend based on the setting. It was very quiet when we arrived (only a couple of tables sat) we were told all the tables by the water were reserved which would be fine but most of them remained empty after we left. The service was slow to begin with, it was very slow to get our starters and only one of the two arrived, after a notable time I spoke to one of the waiters and was told that the Eel I ordered was not actually available that day so the original waiter took the order but somehow the kitchen or anyone else didn’t query it. I was asked if I wanted something else instead by my original waiter but the issue didn’t seem to be taken very seriously and not so much as a sincere apology. The mains then arrived moments later before my partner had finished her starter and before I had even been brought mine. Again trying to get anyone’s attention for the bill took a long time. The stuffed squid starter was excellent, would recommend. The anchovy starter was fine. Breaded fish main was excellent, highly recommend. The tomahawk pork steak was very dry throughout. This was a bit of a let down as we had made the trip especially for dinner. Good for gluten free.

We were staying near by and had a wonderful lunch by the water. The view was beautiful and the food was even better. The stuffed squid and eggplant dip were good. The risotto with squid and octopus was amazing and creamy. Great for a fancy lunch, sunset dinner, or just a few drinks while visiting Klima.

Beautiful place for dinner at sunset! It gets crowded so come early or make a reservation. We were told there would be an hour wait but it ended up being 30 minutes. We tried the grilled squid, sea bass, and shrimp pasta and all were delicious. The sweet kitties wandering around were a great bonus.

Outstanding Greek Seafood restaurant right on the beachfront at Klima, Milos. We stayed 3 nights in Klima and also dined 3 nights at Astakas Restaurant because the food was so delicious the first night and the ambience unbeatable with excellent attentive service. One waiter remembered us each night and looked after us so well, even recommending where we can buy koufeto, ( white pumpkin and almond dessert/jam) which features in one of Astakas desserts. Book ahead otherwise you may need to wait a while for a table. Highly recommended their house white whine ‘ Pirigo’, sea bass with greens, shrimp, bream baked in paper, baked vegetables and their yoghurt mousse dessert with koufeto. Lots of gluten free options. Highly recommend for local Milos authentic seafood!

We had dinner here and watched the sunset. You can’t ask for a more picturesque setting. The colorful fishing village is charming and the tables are right next to the water. If you want a table in the front way along the sea wall, you’ll need a reservation. The service and food were amazing too. I tried the grilled octopus, because, why not, and it was great! The shrimp were huge and delicious too.

Must go to restaurant if you come to Milos. So good, i had to come twice during my trip. The food is amazing. Steamed mussels, grilled squid, grilled shrimp, grilled octopus. And quality wine at a good price. I recommend Reservations a few weeks ahead of time. Nicolas and Alex provided 5 star service and gave good recommendations.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST RESTAURANT IN GREECE. We ordered the lamb orzo and osobuko… and OMG It just falls off the bone. Not over seasoned. It STAYED MOIST, not tough. Just perfect. I literally stopped eating halfway to write this review. If I could give them 6 stars, I would give them 7 stars. I wish I was here for another day just to eat at this restaurant. Also saw the stuff tomatoes and that looked soooo good too.

Atmosphere (4/5): Set right in the heart of Plaka, this is a great place to unwind, enjoy a meal, and soak up the street buzz. Ideal for people-watching and a relaxed evening. Overall: A well-rounded restaurant that ticks all the boxes, good food, pleasant service, and a prime Plaka location. We had a dinner at Avli last night and it was absolutely perfect. The restaurant is so nicely decorated and has a special atmosphere. The waiter was so attentive and friendly. We even got free wine. The food was so incredibly good and the portions decidedly large. We have rarely eaten so well. Thanks for thos amazong evening. We will definitely come again. We recommend the restaurant to everyone. Don't miss this!

We were absolutely blown away by this place. Absolutely fantastic food, we are tough critics and the flavors had us rolling. We started with the alvi salad - fantastic combination of flavors with the proscutio, cheese and lime balsamic. My husband got the lamb shank and I got the shrimp saganaki with mastia chihos and feta. Absolutely insane. Most tender, delicious shrimp I’ve ever had in my live, so fresh and whatever they did to the sauce was amazing. Creamy, delicious, full of flavor. Literally had me lapping up every bit with bread. Fresh feta was over the moon. My husband loved the lamb shank, it was also fall off the bone tender. We loved this place so much we plan to return tomorrow to try something new during our stay.

AMAZING dinner at Avli in Plaka village. Instantly greeted by friendly staff. We sat outside on the cobble stone street which was very cute and a huge vibe. We ordered Greek salad, 2 x appetisers and 2 x mains. Lots of vegetarian options which was great as I am vegetarian. The homemade chips was insane, best I’ve had on the island. The seared artichokes were unreal. The vegetarian lasagne !!! No words, it was absolutely delicious. The boys ordered the smoked lamb and orzo which they loved. Everything was spot on and you could taste the freshness and care in the dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for some good, nourishing and amazingly tasteful food. We dined at 7pm and it wasn’t too busy but I can imagine it would get a lot busier.

We sat here for a while waiting for our ferry back to Athens and we loved it. We'd gotten breakfast elsewhere and I kind of regretted it because this place was so much more affordable and had a lot of great options. Perfect for a snack or a full meal.

I ate frozen yogurt with strawberries and kinder bueno topping and it was THE BEST. We have searched for this in Paros and here and it was worth the wait! (A very good amount of topping 👀)

Club sandwich was dry and just tasted like mayo. The fries did not even have salt as a seasoning. Greek omelette is average with only the taste of pickled olives being the main flavour. Açai berry blast is disappointing with no taste except milk. Coffee is good

We had a fantastic dinner here on Thursday night. From the moment we were warmly welcomed by ‘Poseidon’ (when 3 of us arrived around 8pm without a booking) to being very well looked after by the friendly & professional Flivos and the whole team throughout our stay. Although it was very busy the service was efficient & responsive, and we really enjoyed every dish😋 The chargrilled octopus with fava, fried calamari and fried cheese with honey & sesame were definitely some of the best we’ve had in our 4 years of cruising around more than 80 Greek islands😊 We also enjoyed delicious fried zucchini sticks & a caprese salad (for a change!), with ouzos to start and a lovely bottle of white wine. The rising full moon completed a most memorable night in a lovely setting and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you to everyone at Malion🤗

Enjoyed multiple wonderful and memorable meals here. Having drinks to an ABBA night was one highlight! Our waiter Fivos is a great ambassador of Greek graciousness and hospitality.

We dined here two nights in a row and it was the best food and atmosphere of our entire European vacation. We ordered the fresh catch (red snapper) of the day, and Fivos and Nikos took exceptional care to ensure that our meal was perfect. We would dine here again in a heartbeat!

We ordered Mushrooms a la creme for starters, delicious. My husband ordered lamb chops, I ordered snapper. The lamb arrived 20 mins before the fish!! My husband had finished his dinner before mine even arrived. I asked twice where it was and was told "its coming now". Really upsetting as the food was well cooked and tasty. Neither of us really enjoyed what should have been a lovely dinner. If the food had arrived together I would be giving 5 stars. No reduction on the bill so no tip left.

Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for flavorful wood oven pizza or seafood. We took a chance on this place because we read the reviews and the more recent reviews after change in management said the food was good. Thankfully, we were not disappointed! Hope their ratings go up. The atmosphere is beautiful especially right after sunset. Food was delicious - we had a pizza and seafood risotto. Service was friendly and attentive.

Cycladic cuisine at its best! This restaurant is offering evolved cycladic cuisine based on local products and local food tradition. I chose beef for my meal but vegan solutions available as well. They have a big yard and I enjoyed the space between tables and the fact that I didn't feel packed as in other places in the island. Free parking space available. PS. Have a look at the stone mill in the entrance of the restaurant, it's made of stone excavated from the island.

We took the Chef's cooking class and it was really really fun. The dishes were vegetarian, but VERY delicious. Really loved how the Chef's took time with us and never rushed us through. There were 5 of us and it was ALOT of food. But it was soooo good. Definitely something you should do. THANK YOU CHEF VASILIS!!!!

Great Surprise by the Roadside At first, I was a bit unsure since the tavern is located right along the road, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! Everything was excellent — the food, the service, and the atmosphere. The dishes were delicious and generously sized, and the wine list was impressive. I’m really glad I gave it a try!

This is a typical Greek meat taverna where the food is truly excellent. We had both the veal stew and the lamb — they were incredibly tender and full of delicious flavor. Prices are average for the area and the service is very friendly. Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic, tasty meat dishes in a warm atmosphere.

Wow, The food is incredible! We ate here yesterday as it was recommended by our host and it happens to be across the street. The menu and caters to those of us with dietary restrictions, one of us is gluten free and one both gluten and dairy sensitive. The food is so good we went back today. Yes, it really IS that good. We’ve had 3 dishes with eggplant these two visits that have just knocked my socks off. Tonight we had a delicious goat dish and an eggplant and beef special that were both succulent and perfectly cooked. New favorite, must experience restaurant. This chef puts love and expertise into their amazing food. Wine was also perfectly paired. A real Greek gem. 10/10

Awesome spot for dinner, have been twice. Best thing about the menu it has ‘must have’ next to the food they suggest to have and it did not disappoint. Yamas We had Traditional pork Gyros, Chicken pieces on the spit & feta cheese wrapped in pastry, honey and sesame.

An authentic Greek food experience. The only thing that let this restaurant down was the service. The waiter was very serious, on his phone talking to people or smoking our entire time which was a shame because the food was EXCELLENT! We had the lemon lamb, lemon artichokes and fava bean dip. All were tasty and tasted like yiayia made them. Perfect location too.

This was our last dinner in Milos and truly one to remember! The food was fantastic and the service was great. We were even lucky enough to have @pafi_luvs come by as entertainment! Would highly recommend!

We ordered the greek salad and the muscle saganaki. Both were absolutely amazing and the muscles were delicious and fresh. The only issue we had was being sat behind a tree so sadly not being able to enjoy the view as much as i would have liked but theres nothing they can do about that. Otherwise the experience was perfect and very affordable.

A gem on Milos! It was such a nice touch to see the chef gather fresh spices straight from their garden, and you can taste the difference in the food. The food is here is incredible! We had some of “Mama’s Favourites” or the “Must Haves” from the menu and it was so worth it. Everything was delicious but a couple of our dishes had potatoes and they were definitely a stand out, the best potatoes I’ve ever eaten! Everything was fresh, very reasonably priced and possibly the best food we’ve had in Milos!

We loved our dinner here. We arrived just after opening and the staff warmly greeted us. The pork belly was divine. The cheese pies were also among our favorites on the islands. We went with a different salad than the traditional Greek and really enjoyed it. We also loved the after dinner chocolate biscuit. We wished we would have bought several to go.

Home made gem! By far, one of the best restaurants in Milos and beyond, the quality and freshness of the food was a stand out! The slow cooked pork was the best I’ve had in all of Greece, local gem, reasonably priced, a definite must! Don’t waste your time and money going to the tourist traps, eat local and support this gem!

We ate at Zygos 3 times during our trip! The staff were so friendly and nice. One night, we went late around 9pm and it was extremely busy we had to queue, which was no problem at all because we knew how good the food was but they gave us free wine whilst waiting for a table which was so kind. Each member of staff work so hard here and still remain happy and friendly. The food was phenomenal, so fresh and tasted amazing. We really recommend the feta cheese with honey, the meatballs and the lamb chops. They even give you free homemade dessert at the end, which also tastes incredible. We had to keep coming back here for the amazing food, service and atmosphere!

Vibey Greek tavern on the outskirts of town. Cute outdoor terrace for seating, a family ran Resturant. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. A good menu with veg options and lots of yummy Greek dishes. Everything we ate was super fresh, delicious and could tell was cooked with love. We arrived around 7pm and it began getting quite busy around 7:30-8 so go earlier if you want guaranteed table! The hot honey feta was to die for. They gave us a complimentary desert at the end. Great portions and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good quality Greek dishes and friendly service!

Amazing restaurant, food was yummy and the staff was so adorable and kind! Would go everyday 😍 There’s a free dessert that was given to us when we paid, it was delicious! The restaurant is cute and traditional, many locals seem to go!

Great good, great people running the restaurant and all the kitties are a bonus (and great dinner entertainment!🤣) must try the fried feta with honey, variety of sausage, and of course the pastitsio! Gets busy, especially after 8PM but they are efficient and quick, plus will leave snacks for the line up out front 🥰 we went twice during our stay in Milos, and can't wait to be back soon!

This was our best food experience in Milos! Everything we were looking for, from the great tavern atmosphere to amazing food and fair prices, while drinking and eating amazing local delicacies. The place was crowded but for some reason people queued for the outdoors tables while the one inside was free which we took, as the place looks great and it’s much better than outdoors in our view. We loved everything, the octopus was really fresh and tasty, and the service was great too. Heavily recommended.

Cozy, lively spot in Triovasalos. We came at 9:30 pm the place was still buzzing. Service was super quick, plates kept arriving at the table. We shared grilled sardines, taramosalata (fish roe dip), tzatziki, and grilled shrimp, they were all fresh and flavorful, The waiter was very friendly and suggested raki, and it paired perfectly. Highly recommended!

There was no cucumber in the tzatziki. It was the first time we encountered something like this among the tzatziki dishes we had here. The grilled octopus wasn’t well cooked, it was tough. Overall, it was an average experience.

Amazing dinner, view, service, and prices!! Everyone goes to the same few restaurants in Milos but there are some real gems like this one that are so nice. One of the best meals we had on our trip.

It was honestly the best dinner ever! We spent one week in Milos and this was by far the best spot to eat. Everything was delicious and also very reasonably priced compared to most places on the island. It was the perfect happy ending to our day. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Absolutely positive and highly recommended!

This restaurant is at a very good location looking over the bay. Park your car around free parking areas. There was a live Greek music at Saturday night and it was very lovely. Music started around 21.00pm. İ mean the meal portions are really big and especially the meat portions were very big. We have tried swordfish, octopus on fava, bruschetta with cheese and fig and honey fried cheese. Cyclades salad was very different with the watermelon in it. The servers are great really they did everything asked very quickly. Go for atmosphere and for the music. Also when you ask for check, they give some drink like limoncello as as free and it was nice.

Great greek food and ocean views. We wanted to repeat a couple of days later. However, they let people smoke even when they close the terrace because of wind, which ruins the experience for us.

We had a beautiful meal at Petrinos. 3 of us shared all of our meals for the ultimate experience. The grilled squid was an absolute stand out! Grilled Shrimp, Lamb, Chicken, Salads, everything was absolutely amazing and one of our favourite meals! A must visit!

What an amazing little gem of a place in Adamas! We tried the fish soup and the tomato rice gamists for mains. Delicious! The salads were super fresh and zesty. Marina who served us was super efficient and friendly. Would definitely come back!

Amazing view right by the sea, with great friendly service. I really enjoyed the pork T-bone steak 🥩 very tasty and definitely something I recommend. On the other hand, the fish 🐟 was a bit bland, especially with the boiled vegetables. I think it could have had more flavor if the vegetables were grilled instead.

We had a lovely lunch- everything was fresh, delicious and really generous portions. The atmosphere was lovely and the service extremely friendly. The added perk was the location- a pleasant shaded terrace just by the water with the view of the marina. Recommended!

We had such a wonderful experience at Petrinos Aegean Restaurant! Absolutely enjoyable Dinner at Petrinos! We ordered Octopus in Vinegar, imam eggplant, moussakas (which was a generous portion) and the tomahawk pork. Everything was delicious! Def recommend. We stopped in here on our last night in Milos. The menus had a wide variety of options for us to choose from. The weather was cloudy and a little rain came while we were eating dinner. We were lucky to get one of the last seats under the covered area. We ended up ordering pizza, pasta and salad. Surprisingly, the service was good since it was busy. The food came out in a reasonable timeframe. The best part was the food was very good. Everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend this spot in the port area.

Excellent sports bar. Large TV's, patio and covered seating. Right near the port. Large portions, quick service if you are looking for something other than traditional Greek cuisine.

-avocado toast: 6/10, topped with scrambled eggs and prosciutto, the avocado was brown and not enough imo, the egg and prosciutto added nice fullness and came w a side of salad -montecristo sandwich: 9/10, French toast with cheddar cheese, ham, bacon and mayo, this was amazing the French toast bread was soft delicious it was so soft and fluffy, I added a side of egg to make the perfect breakfast sandwich also came w side salad -crepes: 9/10, look how loaded it is w strawberries, added Nutella on the side, fresh, soft and fluffy crepe -waffle: 8/10, you can get the waffle with toppings, this time got it plain and it was soft, delicious and fluffy -side of fried eggs: 🍳 came out hot & the yolk was super runny (which is my fav), added perfectly on the sandwich or even as a side dish -bread: 9/10, came complimentary, was good starter, got side of jam to add with the butter -orange juice: 10000/10, Greece is known for fresh oj, which is my absolute favorite, I hate store bought, this oj was freshly squeezed Overall, we stopped in for a quick breakfast before catching the ferry. it is right by the port so if you run late you can see the ferry pull in and quickly run over, however they are quick here and are very sweet.

Our ferry out of Milos was cancelled due to the wind, and everyone here was so nice and let us sit at the cafe while my husband waited in line at the travel agency next door. Great location, incredibly nice staff. We had some espressos and bread, and everything was great.

Food was okay, our server was not in a very good mood, giving us attitude. She only looked desperate to get her tip even if the service was very poor. I always tip 15-20%, this time I only tipped 10% as it was very poor and felt pressured to do from the waitress. In my 2 week stay i haven't experienced that in 4 different islands. In conclusion, food was good but not the service.

Found Egoist whilst waiting for our morning ferry to arrive. The Greek yogurt honey walnut power bowl was delicious. The continental breakfast was good but basic. Coffee was ok but have had better. Overall it’s not a bad place to sit and wait for a ferry and have a bite to eat.

you must try the cocktail milo’s oasis! Staff were really friendly. The chocolate crepe was amazing. It’s kinda expensive but they have a good selection of items in the menu. We enjoyed a lot our time in there.

Came here for happy hour on the first night and got pink aperols. Divine and cheap for 7€. Came back 2 nights later to get happy hour again and food. Drinks AMAZING, food absolutely divine- highly recommend the lemon chicken pasta (yum and fresh). Greek mojito is also just as nice. The service is sublime, the staff are kind and attentive- if you’re looking for a satisfying meal or drink fix, this is the place!

Had the worst experience in a coffee shop in Greece , the 2 staff members looked like they didn’t want to work and there attitude towards customers was disgraceful. There coffee and sandwiches I purchased was disgusting , tasted stale and the coffee was not made to what I asked for .When I went back to tell them about my coffee they looked at each other and swore in greek how ever unfortunately for them I understood what they said. The place I can’t even call a Coffee shop needs barista and customer service training . For them there business relys on us tourist for only 6 months of the year and they could not be bothered .

Café Aragosta was close to our hotel in Milos, so we visited it every morning for a small breakfast. It also has quite a neat outdoor area. The selection of coffee and other drinks is good. They have also sandwiches with different toppings, typical Greek pastries, and various other snacks such as granola bars. It would be nice if there was a larger selection of vegetarian Sandwiches. The staff was neither noticeably friendly nor unfriendly, but rather neutral. The prices are good and reasonable for what you get. All in all nothing special. For anyone staying nearby, it is a good and quick option for breakfast. However, from our point of view, there seem to be many comparable cafes in the city.

At around €4 each, the value is hard to beat, especially given the location. They also do juices and other light bites, which looked good… when available. Maybe it was just a bad moment for her...I won't be back to find out.

This cocktail bar is located just in front of the harbor and it's terrase has a beautiful view on the yachting harbor. The bar offers a relaxing athmosphere and is inviting to sip a longdrink after a typical greek dinner. Prices are elevated, especially for greek conditions, but this bar is there for tourists. We enjoyed the stay.

Really nice spot for sundowners although a little pricey compared to other bars on the island. You’re paying for the view. Very nice relaxed atmosphere and the cocktails were very good

A beautiful bar with excellent stunning views over the harbor, boats, ferry and sea. The drinks were definitely worth the money, although a bit more expensive. We were given some nuts to nibble on with our drinks. We were served very courteously throughout. Card payment is possible. From me a clear recommendation due to the exceptionally beautiful location and view.

One of the best views in town and very chilled atmosphere. Only give 4 start for the location. Drinks are overpriced, Prosecco was served almost flat and staff looks bored to death when serving (which they might as well be)

Yummy piña colada, was a little disappointed they didn’t have the lemon pie available though! Absolutely stunning view and I thoroughly enjoyed the sun dried pineapple on top of my drink.

Simply sensational. The location is extremely close to the port and to some of the most beautiful attractions. The room was very clean, totally quiet and super comfortable. Anita is an amazing host, very kind and considerate, she helped us a lot in many ways and we thank her. We will be back very soon!

One of the coziest places I stayed during my two-week trip to the Greek islands. We booked a two-bedroom room that was very spacious and impeccably clean. The room showcased beautiful Greek architecture and colors, creating a delightful ambiance. The location was perfect—centrally situated among all the beach spots we visited by car, and within walking distance to the center at night. The highlight of our stay was Anita, a fantastic host. She provided us with all the necessary information, booked an amazing fish trip, and gave us excellent recommendations for the best bars, restaurants, and beaches. Additionally, parking was available, which was a great convenience. I've been daydreaming about returning to Milos and staying with Anita again, and I know it will be very soon. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place!

Very nice apartment!!! Really well located! Everything new and well cared. We felt like home! Anita the hostess is a very polite and warm person that makes your stay unforgettable!

PROS: Great rooms and comfortable rooms. Nice Balcony in a quiet area for relaxing and enjoying some drinks at the end of the day. CONS: Walking distance to City Centre. Rough towels, as believe they are hand dried.

This is our first time here on Milos ans and choose Anita Rooms & Apartments was really the best for us! The room we are it's very confortable, clean, spacious , there is all we need for a very good stay, the cleanliness it's very good. They really care about the guests Anita is very kind and available to give us all we need! I would recommend this place to stay in Milos!

Anita is very knowledgeable on where to go in Milos and the room is great. Location is perfect (with a car). Daily cleaning is also very much appreciated.

The place is great. Apart from the center so there's no noise. Anita is super nice and helpful. The room is big and comfortable. The only thing is that the bathroom is little and the shower wets the toilet and the rest of the floor of the bathroom. We had a very pleasant stay in Anita's!

Good takeaway gyros shop right in town. big portions and fresh fillings. Their chips are AMAZING. Hand cut and seasoned perfectly. Veggie options include falafel and a vegetable patty gyros. Falafel lacked some flavour but the vegetable patty was great. Reasonable pricing around 5-6€. Service is good. Seating options minimal.

Food (4/5): We shared the chicken gyros portion, and it was delicious, tender, flavourful, and very generous. Easily enough for two people or one seriously hungry traveller. The menu had plenty of solid Greek options too, all reasonably priced given the prime location. Service (4.5/5): Friendly, fast, and efficient. Food came out quickly even though the place was busy, which always earns points. Atmosphere (4/5): Busy and energetic, right by the port, which makes it a convenient and fun stop. Great for a relaxed lunch or casual dinner before heading off to explore. Overall: Good food, fair prices, and friendly service—exactly what you want from a casual Greek eatery. Rating: 4/5 ⭐️ A reliable go-to for a quick, tasty feed in Milos.

Note there is the Yankos gyros take away place and then an actual Yankos sit down restaurant- we ate at the restaurant and it did not disappoint. We stumbled upon Yankos hungry after a morning boat tour, in a prime location by the port and were quickly seated for a lunch service. We ordered the mixed grill for 2 and were advised it would be a 20 minute wait- a good sign of the freshness of what was to come. After enjoying a cold mythos beer the mixed grill arrived and we couldn’t believe our eyes. The mixed grill was a huge portion with a wide range of different meats, pita, chips, veggies and sauce. The waiter smiled and wished us good luck with finishing the plate. We struggled to finish everything and were very satisfied with the meal. The only thing we would recommend is ordering / asking for more tzatziki as the sauces provided don’t go very far with making your own pita gyros on the plate. Would recommend visiting for an authentic Greek restaurant that serves the classics in a perfect location.

Went here twice during our stay and were not disappointed either time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we were very happy with the food (came out fast and fresh). The tzatziki spread and feta with honey were excellent. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the island

Cheap and delicious gyros that were very well portioned. We had both a chicken and pork gyros both equally delicious with homemade chips inside. You can’t go wrong and for the price was an absolute win! We also got the Greek salad the feta was super creamy and yum! Will be going back!

Came here 3 times in 2 days! A solid feed for a great price. The souvlaki is reliable, well-flavoured, and hits the spot every time.
