We visited this pizzeria today, encouraged by the many positive reviews. We ordered a traditional Margherita pizza and a calzone. Unfortunately, both dishes fell short of our expectations. On the positive side, they were properly baked and the dough itself was acceptable, though nothing special. However, the toppings were overly salty, which made the flavors unbalanced. What disappointed us the most was the service. The staff were unfriendly, and we felt very uncomfortable throughout our visit. It wasn’t just one person, but several members of the staff who behaved this way. This is the first time we have experienced such treatment as guests in Italy. Overall, it was a huge disappointment.

The pizza was excellent, well made with very creative flavor profiles. The service was, unfortunately, not friendly (or accurate) from the time we entered the restaurant until we left. The atmosphere of the restaurant is vibrant, and I can see why the locals like it and why it was recommended to us. I hope that we were simply visiting on an "off" night and that others will feel more welcome than we did.

The best gluten free pizza so far! Light and bubbly dough. I’m Coeliac and haven’t had a reaction, they really understand cross contamination in Sicily. They also gave me loads of gluten free bread that I didn’t ask for and we ordered gluten free fried seafood that was also safe. So delicious and hope to come back before our holiday is over.

One of the best Pizzas I have ever eaten! The combination of Salsiccia and Salami Piccante is just out of this world! The dough is perfectly crunchy, not too thin and not too thick, plenty of tomato sauce and all other toppings!! Highly recommended Pizzeria in Sicily!!

Pizza was unbalanced, base was ok but far too much cheese made it feel like one of those dense frozen pizzas you get from a chip shop at 3am. The outside seating area smelled of cigarette smoke, even tho no one was smoking. Also a table had brought their huge dog which I was initially delighted about (I love dogs) but it would not stop yapping and they didn’t seem remotely interested in controlling it, and the staff didn’t seem to care that it was scaring other customers away (other table next to us just got up and left because of this dog). Also took them ages to bring our bill, despite us pushing the ‘contro’ button. We had to go inside to ask for it. Prices reflected everything in hindsight.

The most tasty Pizza I've ever had in Italy! Canollo was a dream, perfect presentation, creamy, generous portion, perfect for 2 people sharing, tasty. Very good bear selection, very good quality bear. Great service, paying attention to every detail. Young, fresh, atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The best pizza I have had in Italy, absolutely incredible! Dessert was delicious too. The only thing that let it down for me was the starter. We chose a fried bucket but it was just a collection of things from the freezer, nothing fresh at all! Felt a shame when everything else was so amazing! However, the place is stunning, the service was great and the pizza, cannoli and lemon cake was incredible so would 100% visit, just avoid the friend bucket!

A true gem in Noto! The pizza dough is unique with authentic Sicilian toppings, and the tiramisu served in a coffee pot with coffee-infused chocolate is unforgettable. Excellent service, easy parking, and they were kind enough to accommodate my dog in a quiet corner. Can’t wait to return!

I didn't expect such good food !! We tried two pizzas - and both were truly good, with strange but successful combination of flavours. The costini with shrimp was truly good ! The crown jewel was the tiramisushi. We ordered for the good pun, but it was quite good! Truly not expecting this experience on a restaurant in front of a main road.

We had our first Italian dinner ever here…and it was so good we returned the second evening again. Very nice staff and fantastic pasta and pizza. Try the Cacio e Pepe! 🤤 - Thanks for making us a Limocello Sprizz even when nobody in Sicily would do that. 😂

Great food, pizza and service. We seemed ro be the only tourists in the place, lots of families and large groups here (5+ people). I had the ham potato and gorgonzola pizza and it was fantastic. The gorgonzola sauce was not overpowering but just perfect. The dark crust seems to be just slightly richer and more complex in fllavor than the other style crust. It was excellent but not better than a traditional crust. All in all a great place for dinner near Noto

There are some fantastic restaurants in Noto, but navigating the city streets and parking brings some challenge, and especially during a 48° heatwave! After finding Quadrilatiro on the outskirts of Noto, I have the answer. As is common practice amongst my nationality, we arrived at 7:30 just as the restaurant opened. I imagined that we'd be the only guests until much later, but the place filled up surpisingly quickly with locals. We'd come early because we couldn't tell online how well they accommodated a gluten-free diet (senza glutine), and expected to move on elsewhere. But we should not have been worried. Pasta options and the full choice of pizza were offered. There appears to have been a lot of effort devoted to developing their dishes and menu, which diners benefit from. All four of us chose pizza and were rewarded without something out of the ordinary. I had the Pizza Bronte that has pistachio pesto. Simply extraordinary! Explore So did we enjoy it? Well, we only have two nights left and booked the last one to come back. So I'd say yes! (And I had the seafood soup on the second visit - see photo).

While we got our fries and drinks early on, it was frustrating to wait so long for the main items. The food was just okay, not worth the lengthy wait in my opinion. The piadinas are super delicious, nice portions and good quality of ingredients for just 5€. The Negroni (6€) was also excellent. Extremely friendly staff and a nice ambiente. Definitely a place to visit when you're in this area

Wow! You will NOT be hungry after you eat one of these burgers! We were the only ones there on a cold, early spring morning… but I’ll bet this place is packed in the summer season! It’s perfect beach food! Only steps away from the lovely Mediterranean, its good, real food made by real people… not a tourist type place.

we love this. we used to always come here for a cocktail and this time we decided to try their food. it is very tasty, with adequate portions and very reasonable prices. the atmosphere is nice and easy going, just in the middle of the square and half way through a nice sea side walk

After a 4 hour hike in the Riserva Naturale Cavagrande del Cassibile I was hungry and believe me getting 195cm satisfied is a big task. This gem supplies all the needed goods for this mission. Amazing hamburger. Will definitely recommend.

Really like the “beef kabob with cheese”. It is so tasty and soft. We like the onion added to it. It makes it more flavorful. We love it. The portion is also very generous. We only spent 15 euro to satisfy 2 adults. I also tried the horse sandwich. It is delicious as well.

Truly one of the best pizzas I have had. One of the few places in Sicily where you are confident about the staff and quality of food (and that it is not another tourist trap). Freshest of ingredients, most delicious pairings of ingredients on a pizza, friendliest staff and wholesome atmosphere. It is worth to come back to Sicily just for the restaurant.

The owner let us use his phone to call the rental company and let us stay inside because it was late and very cold outside with a lot of wind. Molto Grazie!! Very generous owner, they also let you fill your bottle of water for free if you take the hike to the cassibile lakes, which you must do. Very beautiful.

Fantastic authentic local food. The antipasto was one of the best I've had in Italy - lots of delicious local foods. The lamb in particular was some of the tastiest I've ever eaten. Fun and different place, puppies chilling around the place. We got paninis, which were really big, good taste. The guy at the place is very kind, good service. You can have a snack here, before, after, or bring it to the waterfalls.

Overall pretty good experience. We ordered one pizza, one calzone and two drinks and came to just under 30€ which is a bargain considering the quality and amount of food we got. The „Jupiter“ pizza was very good and accomplished what it was supposed to. The calzone on the other hand was very very big. A lot of dough but also a lot of filling which really caught us off guard guard considering it just cost 6,50€. The only real downside I could see was that the atmosphere and the overall design of the outside tables left a little to be desired. The little patio it was in has so much potential which I feel like they don’t make it enough use of with the plastic tables and chairs. Overall though like I said worth the visit, good food, good prices, good service.
