The taste of the food hasn’t changed over the years and still has the same familiar flavor. Among the cafés around Vakil Bazaar, I think this place offers the best quality. The preparation time was reasonable, the music fits the concept, and they regularly make changes to their menu and décor to keep things from feeling monotonous.

The Joulep Bistro overlooks the historical Vakil Mosque (Lawyer Mosque). The surroundings are the nicest you'll see in all of Shiraz. The shops are modern with a Midwestern mountain flare (if you're familiar with the US). They sell Qashqai items there. The bistro itself has amazing music and a great menu of food items. On hotter days, I'd recommend the ab doogh khiar mast. Great for people watching and a must-see when you're in Shiraz.

The lunch and dinner menue is a bit limited and seems more veg oriented. They have good breakfast options as well. But highlight is their signature drinks and sweats. We tried the tea with Istanbul baklava and it was great. Overall a good experience. They usually have no place so it's a good idea to have reservation pre hand as you come in evening and then come for dinner or lunch. I would recommend for an evening or breakfast.

The first thing that catched my eye was the athmosfere so you can expect a cozy yet modern place i tasted some of their drinks and foods i gotta say it made my Five star rating easy as a waffle like their quality of breakfast . It is expensive(because of the size) but very normal and because of the big size it has it is a bit hard to eat. If you are going there alone,the size would bother you.

And instead of the black soft drinks that we had bought, they put Encore Fanta water I wanted to say that if you have time, go there and be aware of the type and quality I personally called this an unbiased judgment and I was very surprised Really considering that it is more expensive than everywhere, but their quality was lower than the worst pizza shop (Original) امروز بر حسب اتفاق رفتیم رستوران جیوانا و پیتزا سفارش دادیم و به پیشنهاد خودشون بهترین پیتزاشون را انتخاب کردیم. واقعا میتونم بگم افتضاحترین پیتزایی بود که تو این سالها خورده بودم واقعا واقعا واقعا افتضااااااح بود نون افتضاح طعم اصلا نداشت.فقط به زور سس. با وجودی که پیتزای خیلی از رستورانا انقدر خوش طعم هستن که اصلا نیازی به سس نیست میتونم بگم 90درصدش فقط پنیر پیتزای بی کیفیت بود. نه طعم داشت نه کش داشت.فقط چرب بود و محتوای داخلش با وجودی که گرونترین پیتزاشون بود و مثلا بیف بود ولی توش فقط و فقط کالباس رنده شده بود قارچ کلا خیلی کم واقعا باورتون نمیشه چقدر این پیتزا افتضاح بود که تو این سالها که خیلی جاها را تست کردین همچین چیزی نخورده بودیم و اینم بگم پرسنل و آشپزای کاملا آماتور و تازه کار دارن و وقتی برید خودتون با چشم میبینید انقدر آماتور هستند که حتی نمیدونستن پیتزا و نوشابه و خرید های ما را بذارن توی پاکت و دونه دونه میخواستن تحویل بدن. و بجای نوشابه های مشکی که خرید کرده بودیم آب انکور فانتا گذاشته بودن خواستم بگم اگر یوقت خواستید برید اونجا در جریان نوع و کیفیت باشید این را من شخصا قضاوت بی طرف گفتم و شدیدا تعجب کردم واقعا با توجه به اینکه گرونتر از همه جا گرفتن ولی از بدترین پیزا فروشی کیفیتشون پایینتر بود

The decoration is nice and the space is well lit and of course the food is great. You can order anything in the menu to go or delivered at your door. The price is reasonable and they accept all the local credit cards.you can use the free wifi up to a limit. One thing I notice which is refreshingly nice is the way they care about their cutomers up to a point where you can ask them almost anything and they put their best effort in to it to make it happen for you in every possible way they can. If you happened to be in Shiraz and crave for some Fastfood, Lemon is the place to go.
