Excellent espresso and pour over. They have a spirit triplette espresso machine and really know how to use it. I got a light roast espresso macchiato, which was excellent, and one of their very single origin drip coffees. I was very happy with both. My partner got an interesting espresso/lime soda drink which I loved as well. It had an almost savory aftertaste that was interesting.

It’s located on the second floor, which is easily accessible through the back door. This was my first time here and we absolutely enjoyed this place. The staff was extremely friendly and the coffee was incredible. After having lived in Thailand for 10 years, this is one of the more off the beaten path coffee shops in Chiang Mai and definitely worth a visit

Had the pleasure of trying the hot V60 HUAYCHOMPHU at Gateway Coffee Roaster in Chiang Mai. The coffee was great, full of flavor, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I absolutely adore the decor of this place! It’s housed in an old building with a charming wooden facade that blends perfectly with their decorations. The coffee is fantastic too. I tried the Brown, which is their Mocha, and it was delicious. Their other specialty coffees are also superb!

Located in the second floor of an old corner house. Arrived 5 min early and was asked to wait outside though they have prepared everything. The filter coffee was good but not particular in Chiangmai. The decor is old fashioned and the summer sunlight is bright from many windows and the balcony. You should take care of those waitress’ mood, to avoid someone staring at you vigilantly.

Nice shop with ample seating. Small selection of beans to choose from. The v60 was really nice, made with beans from Chiang Rai. There's also a balcony which would be nice to sit at, but it was too hot whilst we were there. Staff could've been a bit more engaging, didn't say anything about the coffee other than point at the options available. They were friendly enough. My partner loved the flat white. 4.5/5.

After arriving in Chiang Mai, I went to the first cafe. The flat white and banana muffin I ordered were not too sweet so I ate them. I like it. When I walk through the narrow alley to get to the cafe, I see an unfamiliar cafe in the alley. Although it is a small cafe, people who like the atmosphere of an old cabin with wooden interior can enjoy the atmosphere and taste of coffee. The flat white had a nice, smooth coffee taste that I hadn't felt in a long time.

Honestly, Americano was tasteless and boring, I ordered the light roasted beans it should be some interesting flavors but there was nothing, only the taste of bitterness, quite disappointed

I liked that the coffee was served with a separate carafe for pouring into the cup — most places usually serve filter coffee directly in a single cup. They also offer a wide variety of coffee beans to choose from. However, the beans I selected were a bit too bitter for my taste. Unfortunately, they don't accept credit cards, which was inconvenient.

The Nine-One mocha is my favorite drink ever, but other coffee is good too. Not a lot of options for the sweet or breakfast. The shop has a nice ambiance and the staff is friendly, also good service. My favorite seat is outside, it's always calm and quiet. It always has a black cat just jumped out of nowhere when I sat there sometimes. It's happened quite often actually. I guess he/she came from a different side of the wall. Cute but weird.

This is among my favourite cafés in Chiang Mai since so many years before Covid! We are so lucky this has survived and grown despite Covid. Staff is super helpful and a huge asset to this place. This is very well done place and have a wonderful indoor air conditioned area as well as outdoor seating as per preference. I love both but with winters it is so good to sit in partial shade and be able to work and concentrate. Food is awesome - strongly recommended is the package with one food item and coffee or drink to go with. I love their pan fried omelette and hot as well as iced americanos both are awesome. This roaster came for the first time. Looking at the score of 4.4, it belongs to the middle and lower coffee roaster. But generally speaking, the coffee of the roaster is not too bad. Unless there is a human error on the day. I tried the blended beans. The name is Ocean blend which is recommended from the coffee shop Light roasted A cup of 90 baht, blended beans, is also not cheap in Chiang Mai. The overall acidity is good, but the bitter taste destroys the overall acidity balance. But it is also an understandable style. As far as this price is concerned You can't give full marks, but it's also a high score.

If you like coffee, try this place. Basic coffee menus, done very well. They are a roaster as well, so beans are available for purchase. Its a grab and go place with outdoor bench seating.

I came here looking for a place to work but there’s a discrete sign at the cash register that prohibits working from laptops or bringing in outside drinks/food. The place doesn’t have a lot of atmosphere it’s more of a grab and go kind of establishment. There’s some seating but it seems geared around it bean roasting and selling business. A hot latte costs 75 baht. #BeatTheGrind

Barista looks a bit blunt, but his coffee skill is guaranteed. Dealing with different types of bean and he will recommend rely on taste.

I can picky when it comes to my coffee, and this place is one of the best! The espresso pulls are really smooth and not bitter. The coffee shop is simple but nice and chilled with two AC units. Combined with a few games it has, it’s a wonderful place for a coffee break.

I came in for a morning coffee and was very impressed. The americano was very good and the coffee beans were very good and fresh. The place is nicely set up and decorated and the service was great. Prices are pretty reasonable. Although it’s a little small it was nice. They also serve some homemade baked goods which looked pretty tasty.

Another good coffee shop to try in Chiang Mai. Their coffee is good and made very well. They have good desserts, a couple of different cookies and some croissants. We chose one of each. The one near old town has a bit more seating than the one near Nimman, which is why we chose this location. This coffee shop has a bit more choices than some of the other coffee shops we have rated. This is probably our second favorite shop in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended.

I visited because Google reviews are good, and I thought the seats would be very comfortable. I visited around 1 o'clock and had lots of customers, but I was able to sit in a comfortable sofa seat. The atmosphere of the cafe is nice, the staff are friendly, and the coffee is delicious. The air conditioner temperature is also appropriate, so it was comfortable and not cold during the stay. You can park left side next to the cafe and the toilet is also inside the cafe, so it's easy to go. The sofa seat was as comfortable as I expected.

I went to this café because the reviews seemed decent. There were only a few customers—just 2 or 3 tables occupied. I ordered the most expensive set meal on the menu, priced at 249 baht. Personally, I feel it’s overpriced for the portion size, quality, and the location. It really shouldn’t cost that much. I brought my laptop to do some work, but I’m not sure if it was the owner or the owner’s friends—everyone there seemed to know each other. They were talking very loudly, and the topics of conversation were quite inappropriate for a public space. I think this will be my first and last visit to this café.

The name says it all. It's a beautiful artisan cafe that serves delicious coffee and food. The coffee is very reasonably priced and delicious. The staff are great and keep the shop pristine as guests come throughout the day. The interior is one of my favorites because it's filled with antiques from all over. They have free WiFi and plenty of seating for groups too. I found that there's a good mix of local Thai and travelers from the hostel that's attached. It really is a great place to hangout and wait out the heat of the day.

So many varieties of beans to choose from! I went with the Baristas recommendation as I found it hard to decide! The place smells amazing as soon as you walk in. Lots of seating available with decent music playing. Coffee was good, would be keen to return to try some more. The only thing I'd change is, when ordering a v60 I prefer it to be served in the original glass, with a smaller cup on the side. But this is me being picky.

I ordered hot coffee but I got ice coffee for the first time visiting. The staff service is excellent and friendly. A lovely coffee shop for tea time. I ordered brownies, chocolate cookie cake and lemon Madeleine. The dessert are delicious but feel too sweet for the kid. Also tried affogato under this hot weather. Ordered hot black for my dad and he really enjoyed the coffee. The place is not in the city so the atmosphere is comfortable as not too crowded. I highly recommend the place if you are looking for a place spending longer time.

I tried flat white and dirty for the drinks. Flat white is great, but the dirty feels too much milk and you can not really taste the coffees. I was recommended to try their blue berry crumble cheese cake, but it was not good sadly. The AC room is workable if it’s not crowded.

What a stunningly beautiful place! I couldn't believe how quiet it was when I was there. So so beautiful. I had the lemon espresso drink for 100bht (roughly 2.5 euro) definitely worth it for such a luxurious and refreshing drink. Food was absolutely delicious. Spicy so if you don't like that definitely ask for mild! Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Lovely extra touches aswell such as mosquito repellent at the outside tables.

Best in chiangmai. Drinks are nice, there is a waterwheel inside, and some walkway near their massage area. The cafe you shouldnt miss when in chiangmai. Love it.

Khagee Cafe is a hidden gem in Chiang Mai. Their carrot cake is the best I’ve ever had – moist, flavorful, and just perfect. The bagels and canelé are also top-notch, and the coffee is consistently smooth and well-balanced. A must-visit for anyone who loves quality pastries and a calm, cozy vibe.

A lovely spot in Chiang Mai. The atmosphere inside is calm and cozy—. Their pastries are delicious, especially the carrot cake (highly recommend!). Coffee is well made, and the hot chocolate/cocoa is rich and tasty. The whipped cream is a bit dense, but if you like it creamy, you’ll love it 100%! The only downside is there’s no dedicated parking, so you’ll have to park along the street. On rainy days, getting in can be a bit messy. But once inside, the warm smiles and kind service from the staff make you forget the hassle right away.

I came to this place because I had heard good things about their scones. The scone was good, though a little cakier than I prefer, as I tend to like a heavier buttery scone. The matcha was excellent though … really smooth and flavorful. Love it! Definitely recommended.

Quaint little place just at the back of Hotel Mayu near a badminton centre. Presumably for the parents to wait after they drop their kids off for a badminton session... The coffee was really lovely, the food is also nice as well. If you live nearby in one of the hotels or u are coming to Mayu mall and looking for some coffee or brunch food then i think its definately worth the short walk over to get some coffee

Another peaceful cafe with good coffee and dessert. The smoothie bowl was cool and could be better with more crunchy granola or cacao nibs. Hot flat white was delicious with moderate price of 70 Baht. The banoffee pie was delicious; it's a big one. You should probably go with someone to finish it.

Very good coffee! If you are a coffee fan, you should definitely visit. They are experts about it. Don’t miss the banana pie, the best I have ever had. It comes warm and it is delicious. The place is very quiet, which is great if you need to concentrate to work, because it is far from the street, a little hidden. But in the morning you might find it a little crowded.

Welcomed by coffee aroma as soon as we opened the door. Nice place for a chat with friends over coffee and cake. We had two cappucinos, a tiramisu, and an Earl Grey with lemon cake, which comes with lemon sauce. All lovely. (Total - 380 baht)

We visited on a week day, having cycled a short distance from our accommodation. I really loved this place. Back in the UK this would be a smash hit. And you'd pay double at least for the privilege! Staff were so nice, warm and welcoming, showing attention to detail and information requested from my order. Such a beautiful setting right by the river side, with ample outside seating and a lovely surrounding. The coffee was beautiful (I tried the Lychee Pour over, and an espresso chaser!) and we even stopped by again for a Leo beer when I experienced a puncture later that day. We will take some beans home for sure.

Only had a vanilla latte and two Italian sodas but they were good. However, the atmosphere stole the show. Set in the start of the hills along a stream it is both tranquil and fun. It has a place for kids to play and has numerous interesting feature. Definitely a good place to take the family or go just by yourself.

This is my favorite Hong Dong Coffee shop. However, today Thursday June 12 at 3-5pm we had bad service from a single barista woman. She confused my drink at made it incorrectly. As usual I always buy coffee for take away. Once again this woman made a big mental error. She FINE ground 2 X 500 gram bags of beans when we specifically pointed at the chart and said we would like “course” cut beans for our French Press at home. Very disappointed in this woman barista who was working alone today. Too many errors in 1 simple transaction. Management please assist with some corrective training for this woman. We will return again to this shop and we will be hopeful for a return in good service.

Our 2nd trip here 😊 From the main road it looks like an abandoned factory so we were not sure if they were open 😅 It's a rather large cafe with an in house roastery for their coffee beans. There is a large coffee plant nursery to the far left of the building. Many sections within the indoor area and another outdoor area covered by large bamboo clusters. I like this area as the river flows behind the cafe. A koi pool is at the outdoor area and the toilets are near here. Lots of bean varieties . Small menu concept . Coffee was very good. What a nice and sprawling location in an old warehouse...has a garden , a large coffee roasting area with roasting and barista classes...the coffee is delicious, aromatic and comes from northern thailand mountainous regions of chiangmai, Chiangrai and Mae Hong Song ...and Laos as well ..light, medium, medium dark and dark roasts...come by for a coffee beverage or some fresh roasted coffee beans fir your favorite coffee machine ...

Great coffee and various choice of local beans (didn't know there is thai geisha!) Price is not cheap (geisha poor over cost over 300) but we can choose different beans after sniffing the ground beans. Definitely recommend if u r serious about coffee.

This coffee roaster is a fantastic spot for quality drinks. The light roast coffee is excellent, with bright, complex flavors. Their es yen is perfectly balanced and refreshing, and the matcha is smooth and rich. The team is very professional and passionate about coffee making, which shows in every cup!

We’ve been spoiled in Thailand for good coffee but this is the *best* cold brew I’ve ever had (and one of the cheapest!). In Dublin I would regularly spend 150 baht or more for a coffee that wouldn’t come close to how good this was. Staff are fantastic, there’s free coffee tasters available as a welcome drink and the design could be something from Copenhagen. A beautiful cafe to spend some time.

Our next coffee stop : Ministry of Roasters. Such a superb in-store experience! They even have a whole education wall about aromas that you can take your time to explore. We ordered two cups: Palad and Palad’s Wife (different blends, different beans). Really enjoyed both, each had a distinct flavour profile, and you can truly taste the character of the beans. Plus, the milk texture was just perfect. Definitely will be back for more! ☕✨

The coffee here is exceptional! Fun and delicious. The magma was our favorite. Smooth, strong, creamy. The demon and Elwood were both fun drinks that had a cocktail feel. Exceptional. Clearly so much thought and soul has gone into every aspect of this place. What set it apart for us though was the complete absence of pretense (both staff and clientele) one often finds at higher end coffee shops, particularly in the nimman area. The feeling is craftsman, not hipster - soulful, not hiso. Nevertheless the design and aesthetic generally is top shelf, with a relaxing color palate and a warm modern farmhouse meets cold modern industrial yin/yang vibe. Staff is kind, welcoming, gentle and deeply absorbed in their work. The care and focus they put into each drink was obvious in both presentation and taste. There is a roasting / cupping area you can view from the cafe if you want to see the process it takes to serve such tasty coffee. Thanks so much for having us, we love coffee shops and this was a special experience.

Additional 30 baht to choose your beans too… Drinks Rating: • matcha latte 3 out of 5 stars • americano 4 out of 5 stars Total cost: ~265 baht The matcha is supposed to be UJI matcha from Japan. The milk was overpowering and the matcha was underwhelming. Can find better tasting matcha elsewhere! Conclusion: come for coffee, not matcha 🙌🏼

Pricey but unique and delicious coffee. Recommend: Sompetch and Overland (did not disappoint and left us wanting more. Our absolute favourite was the Sompetch). DON’T Recommend: Greenland and Woodland (they’re nice but not worth the price and are really just desserts in drink form and you can get much better desserts and drinks like this elsewhere for a fraction of the cost). If I’m not mistaken there are 4 locations around Chiang Mai (we went to 3 locations) so check what is closest to you and you may want to try other locations if one has run out of the flavour you want.

Going here has been on my list since day 1 of coming to Chiang Mai and so excited to be able to go. The ambiance was better than I saw on pictures and the same goes for the food. Brunch was enjoyable and their coconut cream pie is worth coming back to.

This place was gorgeous! Very peaceful atmosphere and wonderful food. I had a great chicken pesto basil bagel sandwich with a virgin mojito. And then an amazing apple pie. Probably the best dessert I’ve had in Thialand! I had a cinnamon dolce latte and wow! What a just fantastic experience.

Service was fast and friendly with smiling staff. They offer a variety of desserts. The restroom was relatively clean despite the large crowd. We visited on a Sunday, and the place was packed with tourists. Conveniently located in the Old town.

Saw it in Instagram photos expecting an amazing place. I thought it was cute but a little run down. Desserts were good but lot of selection missing. Some waitresses cou have been nicer when directing to the tables. Outside seating was okay but definitely could have nice tables and seating and lighting. The fish feeding is a nice touch for people to participate in. Prices are little expensive but it is for tourists.

Great cafe with a great mission. We shared a pennywort salad, which was very nice, and a fritter dish. I also liked the peanut butter chili noodles. My son enjoyed the vegan grilled cheese. Lots of people socializing during our visit and there is a mix of inside and outside seating. Small play area for kids and some games available. Good wifi. Nice place to grab a vegetarian meal. Would love to eat here again!

We visited in October 2025 as a couple. The place has good vegetarian, gluten-free, and non-spicy food options. The price is decent for the quality and quantity offered. The service can be improved as we have to order and pay at counter, but the ambience is charming. Its located on a main street, and so there is easy access to taxi and parking. There are also games to play in indoor sitting area and shop to buy near the cash counter. It is a romantic family-friendly and cat-friendly place to eat authentic Thai food.

We had a disappointing dinner there recently. We ordered the lentil soup, chickpea curry, a potato appetizer, a roti, and rice. The potato dish was not bad, and was the best value as the portion size was reasonable. Unfortunatly, the rest of the food was not good. We did not enjoy the flavors at all. We rated the food low because the portion size was very small, and the cost was much higher than what we pay for larger portions of better food elsewhere in Chiang Mai.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to! The food was incredible and catered to my and my wife’s dietary needs. The restaurant and food told a story so not only was the food delicious, but it was also a great leaning experience. The staff was so kind and took good care of us. We were so full after eating!! I loved this cafe! The staff is super friendly and nice, the environment is very cozy and comfortable, and the food is delicious!! I totally recommend the Rainbow Pad Thai - so far, it's the best pad thai I've ever eaten. It's so good! I also recommend the Energy Burst (a smoothie made with mango, lime, banana, and pineapple!) - it's delicious and refreshing! Not only is the food good but also very beautiful! They really put an effort in delivering the best service! And they offer both breakfast and lunch options! The cafe also has a little book in each table where you can write and see what other people have written, creating a sense of community. And they also have a thrift shop where you can buy products and souvenirs! I got myself a straw cleaner. The cafe is also work-friendly. Their tables are large and are great to work on a laptop or take notes in a notebook. Even though not all tables have power outlets, it's fine because you can leave your computer charging where there's an outlet while you eat and appreciate the food! They also offer outdoor seating where you can lie down. I haven't tried it myself yet, but it seems very comfortable! I'll definitely check those seats when I come back! I had a great experience at this cafe, and it's one of my favorite cafes in Thailand. I would totally recommend visiting, trying their delicious food and drinks, and enjoying the cozy environment!

I am vegetarian and my wife has celiacs, and it was nice to eat at a place where we could both trust that we wouldn’t get sick from the food. The food was wholesome, healthy, and delicious. It was also nice to read about their mission and know that by eating delicious food we were also supporting a humanitarian and eco friendly cause. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Free Bird Cafe is a landmark for expats and tourists alike here in Chiang Mai and has been for many years now. If I said ALL of the positive things that I would like to say about Free Bird you would be reading something akin to War and Peace! In a nutshell, the food is healthy and fabulous - And I am not a poster child of healthy food! The wait staff are friendly, helpful and efficient... and you will enjoy heaps of beautiful Burmese smiles from the moment you walk through the gate. The atmosphere is retro Thai/Burmese "Summer of Love" hippie... so get ready to relax and enjoy the complete Free Bird experience! And DO NOT FORGET to visit the "pre loved clothing" area inside the shop! I can't tell you how much of my favorite clothing and boots and shoes that are in my closet came from Free Bird! And if you want to clean out your own closet before you go, please do! The items sold/purchased there help keep the Burmese refugee lifeline Free Bird runs ongoing❤️💕! And lastly please note that during The Thai " high season" Free Bird also has an "Open 🎤🎙️ mic" on Friday night. Stopped in for a simple Thai tea w/ milk. Hipster ambiance and decoration. Comfortable seating, and air conditioning. The restrooms were quite clean as well. The only negative I’ve noticed here across several visits is the behavior of other foreign clientele, but that’s not something to blame the business for.

There aren't many places that I just want to sit in all day - My Secret Cafe in Town was one of those rare spaces. The music is comforting. The tables and chairs are comfortable. There are enough plugs around the cafe to suitably work out of if you're a digital nomad. Coffee was a 8.5/10. Food was a 9/10. Service staff was attentive, efficient and friendly. Not all spoke very fluent English but those who could stepped up almost immediately. My husband and I got here at 11am to start our work day and stayed till 8pm. We just didn't want to leave! It was cosy and they had fairly reliable WiFi (at one point, the cafe was full, so the WiFi speed did drop considerably, but came back up soon after). We got in for brunch. Their bruschetta is delicious. I built my toastie and it was perfectly made. We had their passion cake (dairy and gluten free), not a favourite for me but my husband inhaled it. We had good coffee. Not the best we have had in Chiang Mai but definitely one of the better spots. We had their bread and olive oil for an evening snack - their baguette of choice is spot on. A good selection of beer, and liquor for a sundowner and 2 different house wines (red or white). For dinner, we had their homemade curry noodle. I got mine with chicken. IT WAS SO GOOD. I inhaled it. Bathrooms are great. I will 1000% be back!

Nothing stood out for our family. Coffee was very average, food was below average. Only the Mediterranean baguette was passable. Soy based coffee tasted funny. Waffles was soft and chocolate sauce tasted weird, tasted medicinal according to my kids.

What a gem! The first day I came here I ordered the latte with chili honey - the coffee here is amazing! I also ordered the pork stew - no exaggeration to say it was one of the best stews of my life! So simple, yet so delicious. I enjoyed it so much I came back the next day and ordered the glass noodle soup. They also have a dessert that looks just like a kitchen sponge! It’s so realistic I thought they were making a joke of selling sponges in the dessert window lol! I had to buy it and it was fun and tasty.

I went on Sunday, and there were like a touring spot, most of the tourists are local though. I meant too many people, I never seen one in Chiang Mai has so many customers. And of course it’s not quiet at all, and sometimes your devices got logged out because too many people are using its internet. Also not enough charging places, overall it’s not right place for digital nomad. But the coffee maker looks handsome and tall lolll

OMNiA, basically my second home in Chiang Mai. The dedication on customer services is not like anywhere else. always suggests coffee beans to suit your style and a + for serve drinking water before. People might have heard that this place has a good coffee but why order green tea latte? The only lesson I ordered the green tea latte here because the green tea here is not the actual green tea. It’s the green tea that made from jasmine! Hahaha you heard it right. It’s also quite a favor as well. I really enjoyed the green tea latte here ❤️

Great coffee and a cool little hipster environment to work from. There’s a large table with stools you can sit at with a power point next to it. The bathroom is clean and tidy inside the premise and a hot latte with set you back 65 baht. The barista was quite polite and had a great command of the English language. #BeatTheGrind

No signage other than a small name plate near the door made it interesting to find. Nicely decorated with the roaster tucked away at the back. Utilitarian in design with uncomfortable but functionally trendy seating. Not a place to sit and work all day. There were two menus on offer. One with next to nothing on it. The other was a little more comprehensive. There was a poor selection of tea on offer when we visited and no fruit juice. The coffee used Thai beans. A good roast profile with a good flavour. The flat white had a decent body but there was an unusual after taste. I really wanted to live this place but I've had better elsewhere in Chiang Mai. I think I just visited on an off day.

One of local girl I’ve met during my stay in Chiang Mai took me there for coffee as I’ve been complaining about how I couldn’t find a decent coffee which has no coconut or extra things added to it. Apparently the owner is “drip king of Thailand” , not sure if that’s true but the coffee is excellent. You can choose your choice of beans and the artist will craft it for you. Highly recommend if you are town.

Gallery Drip Coffee is a hidden gem located on the first floor of the Chiang Mai Cultural Centre. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the coffee is exceptional – full of rich aroma. With seating available both inside and in a lovely garden setting, it's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a cup. While the Cultural Centre's exhibition wasn't particularly impressive, Gallery Drip Coffee is definitely worth a visit for the coffee alone!

A little cozy cafe located next to a musuem and a monument. Great for a little break during the day. There's both indoor and outdoor area. Wonderful vibe and environment. They also have some desserts to pair with your coffee, although their selections are limited. I ordered the apple crumble and give it 3/5 as it tasted nice but the crumble is soggy. For their coffee, they have a variety of beans for you to choose, offering different characteristics. All their beans are Thai's. I recommend to order the drip (filter) coffee as I think it gives you the opportunity to taste the actual characteristics of the beans and a balanced profile. The staff are lovely and will help you recommend to your desire. On top of that, for those who are drip fanatics, they may not follow all the rules completely, so don't expect a scientific result. It's more of a casual brewing. Lastly, you will be looking to spend around 80-140THB for the drip coffee which is a very good price. In conclusion, the Cafe is quite nice offering a good coffee and vibes. You can read books indoor or enjoy the scenery and architect outdoor.

I discovered this café in Chiang Mai after reading about it in a magazine back home in China, which called it the “Pour-over God.” The café is located on the first floor of a cultural arts center, offering a beautiful environment and the chance to visit the museum after your coffee. The menu is more extensive than the magazine mentioned — they serve pour-over, classic coffees, and even decaf options. The café is very comfortable, with air conditioning, WiFi, and plenty of power outlets, making it perfect for working or reading. I tried two local pour-over coffees. The flavors were generally balanced, with one having a pronounced fermented note at lower temperatures. I spent a relaxing two hours here reading and enjoying the ambiance. The staff — both the male and female baristas — were highly professional and attentive. A lovely spot for a peaceful afternoon in Chiang Mai, and I would definitely come back!

I patronized this cafe on a weekday afternoon in October 2024. Cute little cafe with mean-looking coffee makers. Here for a respite from the sweltering hot sun since it was near the Three Kings Monument. We had a THB 80 iced latte, Thai-style, which was sweetened and slightly savoury. An interesting exposure.

It is located inside the Chiang Mai museum. We went early in the morning when they just opened. They serve some amazing drop coffees with beans from northern Thailand. The lady making the coffee was so nice to brief us in the history and the various beans and where they source it from. We loved the mocha drip, it was so good.

Local drip coffee cafe, run by a family. Located in the museum, nice decoration and friendly staff. Made fresh coffee and can recommend nice drink. I ordered iced flower tea and it really helped refreshing. Coffee taste is also good. There are quite a lot of people keep coming in during lunch time. Highly recommend to visit & try the drinks. There are few cakes menus as well and cold brewed coffee.

My friend and I stumbled upon this shop while roaming around the neighborhood, and we were pleasantly surprised by how high end it was. Both the iced latte and hot americano were really, really good. I also tried the affogato and it was the best I've ever had. I don't know what kind of ice cream they're using, but it works so well with the espresso. And the final sips, after the ice cream has fully melted into the espresso, were truly sensational.

Absolutely sensational cafe. While it might be on the higher end price-wise, you certainly get what you pay for. The high quality beans create a coffee experience that is unlike most other cafes in the area or even city. I particularly appreciate that they were able to really bring out the chocolate notes of their drinks. At the same time, the atmosphere of the cafe makes it the sort of place that you could easily catch up with a friend or read a gripping novel.

Sensation Coffee Roaster’s hot cappuccino is a delight. It's creamy with just the right amount of microfoam and served at the perfect temperature. While I find their iced americano a bit too sour for my taste, the cappuccino is a wonderful blend of flavors. Let me update this review after I tasted their hot Mocha. I recently tried their hot Mocha, and I have to say, it didn't meet my expectations. When I order a Mocha, I expect a balanced blend of coffee with a hint of cocoa, where the coffee remains the dominant flavor. Unfortunately, the cocoa taste overpowered the coffee, leaving me feeling like I might as well have ordered hot cocoa instead. If you're a fan of a stronger coffee profile, this may not be the right choice. Also, it's worth mentioning that this café doesn’t offer dark roasted beans, which could be disappointing for those who prefer a bolder coffee experience.

Very good house blend roast coffee; they can extract the finest taste from coffee beans. We ordered the orange espresso and house blend beans cappuccino. This is the top coffee spot in the area. The bakery also offers good options to go along with the cup. The staff is very nice and can provide detailed information. We confirm that this shop is recommended.

Something magical about this place because I was mysteriously pulled in while walking past the cafe. ❤️ I knew it was going to be good as soon as I saw the design, the architecture, the old wood, and the coffee bar inside. I was immediately greeted by the manager who was very helpful and informative. I don't usually choose coffee bars, but this one is special. After 5 minutes of learning about their slow drip process and the different coffees they offered, I chose the Ethiopian bean. They take their time and bring you what you need to enjoy the coffee. The Ethiopian blend was amazing. Exactly as described. I drank it without any sugar or cream. I had to have the chocolate croissant. The seating is comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxing and great for meetings, couples, or by yourself. You don't hear a lot of street noise if you sit inside. I can tell that it would be fun to sit outside in the evenings when it's cooler and you can watch people walk by. I definitely found a great cafe and will come back. I highly recommend this place if you are picky about coffee and want to experience something different than your average coffee shop. The cost is worth the visit. You are paying for quality and ambience as well as for great service.

This cafe is perfect. Their knowledge about coffee is incredible. They use fresh ingredients. The pour over is great, they really want you to enjoy the experience of drinking it. They use fresh coconut milk in their drinks. And the ambiance is unmatched.

Perfect hidden gem in Nimman. The coffee & drinks are delicious, a bit pricey but worth it. I come here nearly every day, it’s such a good spot to chill out and/or bring the laptop. Plus under every seat, and even outside 🙌🏻 can’t comment on the food (gluten allergy) but I love this place. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cafe with delicious food, dessert, and drinks. We tried the Mac & cheese, Cuban sandwich, and Caesar salad. Everything was delicious. The mango yogurt cake and carrot cake were delightful. Their coffee flavor is superb. It is beautifully decorated indoor and outdoor. Will definitely be coming back again. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A good coffee shop but the price a bit high for the drinks, i think their drinks were not that good compare to the price. We like the cakes we had tried here which are mango cake and taro cake. The decoration is quite attractive, suitable for young or teenager to visit and take picture.

Hidden in a peaceful green corner, Caramellow is a true dessert sanctuary! The choux cream was perfectly crisp outside and overflowing with fluffy, dreamy cream inside. The coconut cake? Light, moist, and just melts in your mouth. Bonus: the homemade shortbread is dangerously addictive. Coffee was solid too. A must-visit if you love sweets in a cozy, quiet setting!

The café is beautiful and offers a nice variety of food options. It does feel a bit high-end and more geared towards the “Instagram crowd” who come for photos, rather than for a relaxed meal. Our experience was okay overall — the staff weren’t very warm and came across as a little aloof. Tip: If you sit outside, pick a shaded table to avoid bird droppings and keep clear of areas with ants.

This has to be one of Chiang Mai’s best hidden gems! AMAZING PLACE! I didn’t even care to record the actual inside of the cafe as it does NOT compare to the outside. Food was so good, staff are very attentive, they have the button system so just buzz for attention and they do accept card!! I stayed here for over 6 hours. Getting some work done. They have pretty good wifi too. I WILL BE BACK!

Solid breakfast option, service could be better. Excellent coffee. Food decent. - we had to ask a few too many times for small things that should not be necessary if attentive, like a tea spoon, napkins, milk with americano. The place was near empty, but staff seemed distracted a bit by other things - had the big breakfast set (good), fruit bowl (good), Daeng mango smoothie (very big but too cold and watery), good morning bowl (nice but too mushy) - very good coffee (flat white, cappuccino, americano)

We came to Bella Goose Cafe at the Hill for breakfast while traveling, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a stylish and elegant design. The menu is huge and has something for every taste. Our breakfasts were delicious and nicely served, and the service was fast. We arrived around 7:30 am, and it was quiet, but by 8:00 more people started coming in for breakfast. The cafe also has its own merch corner, tasty coffee, and good music. Overall, Bella Goose Cafe at the Hill is a great spot for breakfast in Chiang Mai, and we definitely recommend it!

This place is incredible. We found it on our first day, and we came back every day. They have single origin pour overs, and their Berry Berry Bowl is delicious. Everything is good, too. We've tried about ten of the menu items over several days and haven't found anything we were disappointed with.

Best cafe in the Pantip area. Their large cappuccino is our go to coffee experience . Our favorite morning meal is their morning bowl or smoked salmon and avocado toast. Comfortable seating and soothing easy listening music plays in the background.Manager Hope and her staff are awesome!

I still haven’t been here in person, but have ordered many times over the years. Most recently, I ordered the BG club sandwich and a pumpkin spice latte. The sandwich was seriously delicious!! The thin crispy chips and salsa that come as a side are perfection. And considering that this is the 4th time I’ve ordered the pumpkin spice latte in the past 2 weeks 🙈, I’ll just say it is SO good! Some other repeat menu items that I like to get are the Bacon Chicken Ranch wrap 😍, Southwest Salad (with Smokey mayo chicken), the BG Club sandwich, Avocado Biscuits, and the Salted Caramel latte.

Excellent food and drinks, quite a few vegetarian selections too. The buttermilk was very good though it was so big I couldn’t finish. Ample free parking across the street. Our group were quite happy with this venue.

Great little coffee shop, only 3 tables inside and very small seating outside. However, they do offer many different types of coffee and various unusual coffee blends, something for every taste. They offer chocolate brownie and another small chocolate cake plus a biscuit, the lack of variety in the cake department is a shame as this lets them down in my opinion. The staff are great and very helpful and efficient.

This is a great coffee shop with great service. The staff are amazing and very friendly. But most importantly, they make a great coffee. I read about this place online and decided to visit. There are lots of shops around this area, but this coffee shop is tucked away in a small spot. It is comfortable and very quaint. I didn’t get any good pics of our coffee, but it was well done.

There are only few seating, small space but well use. Creative and delicious cold brew coffee drinks, we both like our drinks very much. Definitely will be back next time in town.

I was a bit sceptical about how this was going to turn out when it comes to flavour. It's a rose water infused drip coffee and a touch of sweetness. At 155 Baht expensive. The flavour sensational, well balanced.

Hidden Gem for Brunch Lovers in Nimman! I discovered this cozy little brunch spot near Nimman after reading glowing reviews from international guests—and it did not disappoint! I ordered a cup of local coffee, which was decent, and an avocado sourdough toast with added scrambled eggs. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and totally my style—especially considering the great value for the price. Although the restaurant is a bit tricky to find, it’s well worth the effort. If I’m ever in Chiang Mai again, this place will be on my must-visit list! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying brunch in a relaxed setting.

Super Fluffy crunchy on the edge pancakes with fresh fruit are a showstopper light sweetness and topped generously with vibrant seasonal fruits. Perfect if you’re craving something sweet without feeling too heavy. The scrambled eggs with avocado toast and salmon on the side is a standout. The eggs are soft and creamy, the avocado perfectly ripe, and the smoked salmon adds that extra boost of peanut butter Chocolate protein shake putting a cherry on top. Zucchini toast is an exquisite menu to try out on a side note.

If you ask any real local person they’d say this place is the best place for brunch! Ive been coming here for years and the food + service have always been top notched. My to go is the parmesan scramble egg because it’s super rich & creamy so much so that it melts in your mouth sometimes. You wouldnt be able to find a better egg than this. Their veggies and tomatoes are fresh & sweet too. Other bake goods are also nice. Their scones have the half scone half biscuit texture which for me is really addictive haha Anyway, it’s the most perfect place to start your day in CNX!

This Cafe we chose was tucked away in an alley. We went inside, were greeted with smiles and seated with a menu. The staff served us lemon infused water and we ordered two open sandwiches along with a pot of chai latte and an americano. The fig Sandwich was tasty and the avocado sandwich was really good too. The chai had a rich flavour and came with a small honeyjar. The americano was tasty. The staff was always attentive and refilled the waterglasses. Although the food was delicious and the service really good, considering the interiordesign and state of the cafe its having hefty prices.

This time I must say they improved a lot! I was here several years back when it was more packed with tourists and expats/normads. Their food are super good! They have great selection for non-coffee drinker however, their matcha is not that great but well... they had other choices. The portion is huge! Highly recommend the open sandwiches, their smoked salmon is not too salty. Highly recommend it but the price is a little high. However if you want great breakfast, then here's the place to go for.

Upon arrival, we were greeted politely by the friendly staff. The chicken breast avocado, vegetables egg benedict and french toast was extremely well done, everything was nicely grilled and seasoned. The fruits on the french toast was sweet and the toast has a great texture to it. The shashouka was slightly dry but the sour dough was tasty with a nice crunch. The butterfly pea drink was good too. I highly recommend this place, best cafe in Chiang Mai in my opinion. Will definitely visit again.

I walked by this cafe before but didn't notice it at all until I was finding a brunch place nearby and came across this on Google. This cafe got quite a unique style yes definitely first can tell from the name. They offer both inside and outside sitting areas (outside might be ideal but not in hot summer days as now from beginning of May). An attentive menu with wide variety of options. I saw not just tourists but many locals came as well so I guess this cafe is famous among people. Love the vibe here and definitely come back when I visit Chiangmai next time.

Awesome breakfasts! Wow. The eggs Benedict is delicious with fresh vegetables and redefines a benedict! The omelette was fabulous. It is a little bit pricy if you compare but the menu and food is epic! It has a lovely little garden that is so peaceful and the birds sing in the morning and it has a really funky interior with circular windows that make it look like a spaceship! We love this place and I’ve been many times

This was our first stop upon landing in Chiang Mai. The cafe is adjacent to an art gallery and offers sunny alfresco seating as well. We loved the range of locally blended teas and seasonal juices on offer. The avo smash was a nice portion but we supplemented it with a side of mushrooms too. Their omelette is done Thai-style with lots of basil and though the exterior seemed a little overdone upon serving, the insides were still smooth and flavourful. Staff were all friendly and polite.

Beautiful Spot, Disappointing Food Quality I visited today with a friend after high recommendations, and while the venue is absolutely beautiful and highly photogenic, the food was a big letdown. Our items were stale and tasted old. My friend’s scone was dry and crumbling. My House Roti was mainly whipped cream and didn't taste fresh. The quality was far below cheaper street food options. We left both plates unfinished. Sadly, I won't be returning unless the quality of the pastries and desserts drastically improves

Very good coffee, friendly service, clean and bright on Nimman soi 9. They sell coffee capsules too. The desserts were goof. Parking was next to the shop and you have to pay 60baht. The area is cute to walk around.

Review the café, not the hotel. Food itself was quite good overall. Staff can improve in the service itself though and even make a buck out of it. Adapting small things that are not on the menu won't hurt really

The baristro has many branches in Chiang Mai , but this branch ( The barisotel by the baristro) only have 2 rooms at upstairs. The room is clean and the facilities are complete.The coffee shop is great place with good coffee ,friendly staff and location is good in Nimman 😄

I’m quite sure they put expired milk in my drink. I got it for takeaway and only tasted it minutes later, so I couldn’t report back to the workers. Shame, the café looks new wave and minimalistic, their roast selection is also wide and original.

Randomly ordered coffee by choosing the signs “looper” and just know that they have smock for coffee, this very impressed me and taste was good actually I’m coming for weekend and not much people here Overall, not bad for the novelty for the decoration of the shop. The theme of the cafe is focused on a bar (including coffee mugs that are used as alcohol mugs) I like this actually. the staff here are secretly not taking care of customers much. But it's not bad service.

The small coffee shop that provide 4 kinds of signature coffee and normal coffee. They also open for cocktail 18:00till late. The price is a little bit high but good taste 👍🏻

Looper is a high end cocktail bar without any of the pomp. The bartenders are friendly, creative, and more than happy to chat for hours about all things cocktails... Especially gin. Their gin selection is fantastic. We went with a group of 4, all of whom had different tastes and palettes, and everyone was very happy with the diversity, quality, service, and (repeating myself), creativity. Drinks aren't cheap, but aren't any worse than any other dedicated cocktail bar in CM either. The only downside is it's on a TINY street that everyone drove past before we found it. Definitely coming back!

It is famous for its blue water cafe in Chiang Mai. It is a place with many tourists and is always crowded. It was close to Ban Kang Wat, so I stopped by a cafe to take a break after looking around Ban Kang Wat. Perhaps because it is a place with many tourists, the price range is very high and something is busy. The blue water was not good when I saw it, but when I took a picture, it looked prettier and cooler. The interior seats were cool but Sofa is not clean, and the guests were full but quiet.

I ordered a simple thai coffee and my partner ordered a fruit tea. We like both of them. We didn't order any food but we definitely enjoyed the DJ playing. It was a jazz r&b hip-hop vibe which I enjoyed dancing too for a while. Although their place seems to be using chemical or paint on the pond, i enjoyed just sitting and getting away from city.

Flight to CNX was early in the morning so I needed a place to hang out before hotel check-in. Chiang Mai cafés really know what's good! I haven't visited anything like this so this was a delight. There was a busker early in the morning, which was a nice surprise since you'd expect them to perform in the afternoon, during peak hours. Best selling point really is the view. I recommend it for sightseeing and photos. Everything else is mid. Latte was okay. Their croissant just felt like bread with air. Flies can get so annoying too. Still a great experience, though.

Drinks and desserts are delicious, with a good variety to choose from. Live music adds a great vibe, especially in the evening. The scenery is beautiful – the pool view and surrounding greenery make it a perfect chill spot. Definitely a must-visit café when in Chiang Mai!

Drinks: 8/10 Atmosphere: 10/10 A breathtaking coffee store with great great atmosphere. It has a whole lake in it and seatings are around the lake. The view is amazing to take good photos or just sit there chilling after a long hot day. It was a bit far from the centre but totally worth it.

The setting of this café is perfect. 90% Chinese visitors. The drinks and shakes are excellent. But do not eat! Why? Okay I ordered a pizza Hawaii. It took very long before it came and it was cold. Also it was not crispy at all and soft like a fried egg! Totally the wrong bottom they used. And not long enough in the oven. And very strange herbs on it. And very little toppings. So we gave it back to the kitchen and they just put it in the microwave and heated it! Disgusting. It was worse than before. They not have a chef in the kitchen with any knowledge! So I did not eat it and ordered waffles. I thought they can not do anything wrong with that.... but oh no they did not put it long enough in the waffle iron and for that reason they did not get the nice brown color on the outside, not being a bit crispy and not well done dough in the inside. So we gave up and returned it to the kitchen without eating it. We hope that they get a real chef in the kitchen soon, because it is a very nice place. Not good to disappoint so many people with substandard quality food! And I used to be a chef myself, so I know what I talk about! My wife ordered pineapple fried rice, which was not nice at all as well! Also also weird herbs in the rice and the pineapple was not tasting nice! My friend had rice with beef, which was not nice as well. So very disappointed in the food. There atmosphere with in every corner photographing Chinese girls was nice.....

I ordered 2 cups of coffee for take-away, which were Transit Number 8 (Dirty Latte) and Soft Latte. The Transit Number 8 was good enough, but the Soft Latte was quite a fail because I felt that they didn’t use ice cream / soft serve but more likely whipped cream. The price for a cup of coffee is little bit above the average cafes in Chiang Mai. I didn’t go to their dining area, which was in a unique design (as many people reviews), but I very much liked their front store set-up and design. Really felt like I was in Japan.

Been meaning to review this place for years but never got around to doing so until someone asked me where was my most memorable coffee experience and I have to say THIS !! Hands down!! Everything from decor, service, coffee selection, taste, smell, even temperature is a perfect 5star+ The coffee was brewed perfectly and the infused milk was NOTHING I’ve ever tried before. The rose/ orange/ whatever else they used were paired amazingly well with coffee. Who would have guessed. This was such a random find on my trip to Chiang Mai but it’s moments like these which stays with you for a long time.

This cafe is smaller than I thought. Pictures made me think of here quite spacious. So many students are studying here. Here is like a more for local students studying cafe. Coconut pie is well known here, and it mostly consists of layered cream. Coffee is not bad... and not amazing...

Cute cafe perfect to get some work done. There are some students also which adds a good vibe. The drinks are good. Capuccino, coffee and even matcha are good. They do have oat milk. Coconut pie is to die for - the best I tried in Thailand! (I’ll miss it!) The brownie was good but coconut pie even better.

A hidden gem hide away from busy location like old city. This is more likely a local neighbourhood area and this cafe seems popular among the people live nearby as well as some tourists as you can see during the day time. Many student/local will just chill with a drink there and starts using the laptop for hours! They offer cheap and good lunches and coffees but personally I am a serious coffee drinker... I will say their coffee just average. The Barn green plants decorations of the exterior seems became the main selling points of the cafe. The interior of the cafe seem simple and the decorations seem little disorganised and such as cleverly using the space and some of the plants already dried up but still on the pots and it's really look miserable!

Prices for the drinks are in the average price range. There is an indoor and also outdoor section in this cafe. More seats indoors and there are charging points. You can do your work in aircon comfort. However, I feel that the lights are quite dim and may be straining for the eyes if you work on your laptop in the evening.

A pretty decent cafe for coffee and cakes. Selection isn’t aplenty but it’s sufficient. Come at around 11am to get to select your seats, it gets packed with students from noon onwards. We had the lemon tart which is tangy and appetizing (would like it more if the tart is a bit more crunchy). Cappuccino was smooth & fragrant (no coffee art though) but the milk toffee nut is SUPER sweet (we only drank a sip). Overall, good experience for a quiet place to hide from the sun.

A good place to stay all day and study. Tea is made with teabags, as is usual in cafes here. Good presentation, and a menu complete with breakfast and lunch options. Wi-Fi available. A cute cat wanders around the cafe. Outdoor and indoor seating. A/C equipped. Clean restroom.

Good vibes. Great spacious design. Good, creative coffee. Friendly and helpful staffs. Down side, there’s only 1 mixed toilet which is really annoying. If you want to spend your time here, maybe an hour chat is cool, over the afternoon when things aren’t busy. My personal view, best to take away. Chairs aren’t comfortable. It’s really for quick chat, photos and nicely presented coffee. Still give it 4-star for product quality and services.

Amazing coffee! There's an unassuming entrance, but I was blown away once I walked inside. Very cool, trendy vibes here with chill music. Coffee options are excellent--lots of cold brew mixes and single origin options. I really enjoyed my coffee and also ordered a carrot cake, which had great icing. Really can't go wrong here, I'd recommend anyone who loves coffee to check out one of the Graph shops around town. Prices are slightly higher, but it's a great coffee experience and I look forward to going back.

Wow what a cafe! Little bit out of old town Chiang Mai but worth the trek. We caught a Grab to get there. Very funky on the inside and interesting coffee menu. We tried the Holiday and Magma, both were yum! Would suggest trying some of their drinks from menu rather than a classic coffee. The atmosphere is very nice and good place to sit.

Pricey but unique and delicious coffee. Perfect air conditioned escape from the outside heat and hidden away from street view behind a wall creating a lovely secret hideaway. Recommend: Sompetch and Overland (did not disappoint and left us wanting more. Our absolute favourite was the Sompetch). DON’T Recommend: Greenland and Woodland (they’re nice but not worth the price and are really just desserts in drink form and you can get much better desserts and drinks like this elsewhere for a fraction of the cost). If I’m not mistaken there are 4 locations around Chiang Mai (we went to 3 locations) so check what is closest to you and you may want to try other locations if one has run out of the flavour you want.

I love Graph Cafe and this one is the most beautiful one. The decoration is super cool. Go to the upper floor and check it out. Matcha is good, coffee is also good and they also have delicious pastries. They do have oat milk

Good and relax atmostphere with great taste of coffee. In front if the shop may look like it is not open but try to open the door first, it is open!! 😅 Ice chocolate taste really good, not too bitter and not too sweet Brownie also great to have it with our drink Filter coffee, staff really take their time to ensure it will be right for us and yes it is great from the smell. Very reasonable price for speciality coffee. Really impress of the good cafe. 👍

This cafe is located on the corner of an alley in the ancient city☕️ The environment is very comfortable. It's a sitting in a daze for an afternoon. Or an afternoon break Where is the coffee? Up to the middle Latte is not good. American-style medium-baked beans Generally up But the price is also above-middle. Good environment, high score Coffee is so-so. Don't expect high. Just think of it as finding a place to sit.

This place deserves 5 stars. The drinks are really good, you can see the person behind the bar really cares about making a good coffee/matcha/houjicha etc. The staff, however, are quite rude and have no apparent desire to maintain good customer relations.

This is a really nice place! Very interesting people show up. This staff is super friendly. You got excellent service and even better coffee. It’s the real thing. They have live music and DJs in the evenings. A wonderful place to hang out. There are also a couple of artisan shopping opportunities. Great Shop on the first floor.

Indie cafe with budget-friendly prices and a laid-back vibe, feeling like hanging out in someone's backyard. Unfortunately, the smell of marijuana was a downside, as they sell it and allow people to smoke in the cafe.

Wonderful cafe. Love the minimalist mid century decor. The dark blue and wood is a vibe. Very nostalgic. The baristas are kind, friendly and genuine. I was recommended to try the Downtown and it hit the spot for a sunny day. Paired well with a lemon tart. My son always getting his hands on things took apart a price sign yet the staff were very understanding. 2 thumbs up, keep up the positive vibes!

It’s a very nice cafe with lovely garden feel outside and chilling vibe inside. Had two signature coffee which are both tasting really good. One of the best coffee we had in this trip, it’s a place that you would like to spend few hours just chill.

Great espresso tonic with an interesting cinnamon aftertaste in the tonic. The coffee is excellent, and the salted glass rim adds a fun twist — just like a margarita. Everything was spot on!

Graph has seriously amazing coffee. Each beverage takes you on a journey and is crafted with so much care. It doesn't matter which Graph you walk into, they're each as good as the last. I recommend Graph for first dates, coffee dates with friends and couples. I had a great tasting matcha. Though they made a mistake getting me a ice matcha, it was changed to hot. All’s good. Many Graph in Chiangmai. This one feels cramp. Again all’s good if u don’t mind the bar counter feel….

Love this place! I discovered GRAPH in a small coffee shop in Chiang Mai old city in 2017, and was happily surprised to see it expanded in 2023. The nitro coffee creations are like nothing I've tasted before and are a mixture of lots of combinations to suit anyone. My favourite was downtown! Refreshing with a hint of chocolate flavour and coffee. The resident kitty is also another reason to come. I think if there is one coffee shop to visit, GRAPH is one of them! You won't taste coffee like it.

GRAPH serves up some interesting concoctions that are different from what typical cafes have to offer. Tried their coffee with craft soda and seaweed - it was delightful! I love how they offer coffees in 2oz, 4oz and 6oz sizes for people like myself who just wants a little sip to get through the day. Lovely atmosphere, especially in the cool mornings with lots of sunlight in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. ✨☕

Fine dinning in garden elegance. This beautiful open setting beside the Ping river is the place to come for a relaxed culinary experience. The food is excellent although a on the higher end price-wise. Whether sitting inside or out, the views make you feel you’re at an exclusive country club.

If you’re here for view and atmosphere, you wouldn’t be disappointed. Drinks are decent, nothing special. BUT. The food is terrible for the price. I ordered the lunch set B, scallops w fried spaghetti. The scallops are dry and rubbery. My partner ordered fish and chips, not the typical British style, but the fish is also dry. I would expect things to be at least decent for the price…

Little piece of relaxing green paradise whenever you need to destress. Located beside the Ping River, this historic place used to be the private residence of the British consul. The menu is only in English; and even though this place feels posh, it’s not even close to what you’d have to pay in Singapore. A chicken club sandwich for US$6. Comfy lush spacious seating throughout the massive grounds, whether outside on the lawn or inside with air-conditioning. One could spend half a day reading, writing, or reflecting. Ideal for alone-time, couple-time, or even families. This isn’t a place to rush. Be prepared to rest and relax here. The place welcomes it.

Beautiful place, stunningly beautiful garden. The staff was friendly. Family Friendly can bring your kids and friends. Worth the price to visit. The food was great. Definitely will come back here again. Recommended.

Hands down, without a doubt, the BEST coffee shop in Chiang Mai (and all of Thailand) for focus, work, writing, whatever it is. It’s not loud and bustling, more like an old, welcoming library with a beautiful porch half-alive with plants.

Good workable cafe located in the 2nd floor. There are many good tables and ok chairs as well as power outlets. It’s an optimized working environment. I tried their hot cappuccino and it was good, but their iced latte was not so good. If you are planning to get some work done in this area, it’s a good place to hop in and GSD.

Cutest hole in the wall ever! Super quiet and mellow place to work. On a side note, you can tell they actually do a really good job taking care of the small aquariums in the cafe. Peach tea was 10/10 as well ❤️

Looks nice if you're willing to pay for bad coffee/drink to save your spot. I came here three times to work because the place is quiet and closes a bit later than other cafés. Had ice coffee first, then tried the orange coffee, then iced matcha the third time, all of them tasted pretty bad, every time it seems the drinks were cut with water which is just ruining the drinks. Either way, it's a good place if you're willing to pay 80 baht for a placeholder drink just to work from here, just don't come here for coffee. Noting, I was told you cannot leave and come back and will need to buy another drink to be allowed back in, so if you want to get a phone call don't get out on the street 😅 Edit: Changed from 2 to 1 star as although I gave it points for the nice ambiance, there are so many places nearby or in the old town that are comparable and offer good coffee, this place doesn't stand out in any significant way

Another one very amazing café. 3 floors so wel design with a very interesting style of furniture. The Coffee test very good and fruitcake so delicious. The staff make me so happy when they walk up and down.

It's a hidden but beautiful place! The coffee it's ok, but not great although the house specialties are nice, I tried the cinnamon one and it's cold and nice! If you want specialty coffee this is not for you, but it's a very nice place to spend a few hours, relaxing or working a little bit.

A highly instagramable cafe with nice staff. However the coffee and the food were rather average (for example the scone was quite sticky and served with cheap quality chemical-like jam)
