Coffee shop
Stationery store
Chrome Yellow is a specialty coffee shop and roastery located in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. The modern interior features stylish decor, including fiddle-leaf fig and monstera plants, subway tile, whitewashed brick, and vintage elements like a Ducati motorcycle. The cafe offers a curated selection of coffees roasted in-house as well as a food menu created by chef Jarrett Stieber. Visitors can enjoy the industrial-style vibe with counter seating and an outdoor patio.
It is my ritual to try out espressos from local coffee shops in new cities. This is possibly the best in Atlanta. My espresso was perfect - chocolatey and sweet. It was clear that they dial in their brew every morning and take pride in their craft. My only complaint is that the music was too loud, but I guess that is par for the course nowadays. I had to sorta shout to talk. But they were playing alternative/indie folk so it wasn't intolerable. Bonus: They use cute notNeutral cups.
Soumik G — Google review
Best coffee roaster in Atlanta! I always pickup a bag of beans, their blends are unique and their roasting process is fine tuned. The espresso drinks are always on point and their salted caramel is amazinggg. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great place to hangout and work, I admire this cafe. Parking is a little difficult at times but if you don’t mind walking you’ll find something in the neighborhood.
Mohammed T — Google review
This is an amazing specialty coffee shop. I came by today to try the espresso and I tried a South American blend with chocolate notes and it was made perfectly. The baristas here are very friendly and highly trained. They had a small bit of parking and some spaces to sit and work or have a meeting. I definitely hope to return.
Andrew C — Google review
One of the best, longest standing coffee shops in ATL. Great location if your driving thru on I-75 , just 3-4 min off interstate. Parking can be tricky but the coffee, espresso, drinks and fresh pastries are always on point! Nice merch area too!
Jeremy H — Google review
Great cortado and sea salt caramel latte. Love the flavor profiles of their whole bean coffees too, like butterscotch + peach cobbler + chocolate, and stock up every time I visit.
One B — Google review
My absolute favourite coffeehouse is Atlanta. Not only is the coffee and all other beverages delicious, the staff is extremely warm and welcoming. I have been going consistently for 2 years and I won’t stop. The interior design is exquisite and it is the perfect place to work, read, or meet up with friends. Extra bonus: people tend to look very stylish there. Go and enjoy!
Alfonso V — Google review
Chrome Yellow is my go-to coffee spot in Atlanta. It is such a cute spot to meet friends or study. Coffee is so yummy and I love their pastries. The only difficult thing is finding parking, but there are usually spots available on side streets nearby.

Coffee shop
East Pole Coffee Co is a hidden gem in Atlanta's Armour Yards complex, offering a unique industrial ambiance with both indoor and outdoor seating. The cafe takes pride in roasting its own single-origin green coffee beans, ensuring top-notch quality. Their pour overs are a highlight, featuring a rotating selection of high-quality brews. Additionally, the cafe offers house-made seasonal syrups that add an extra layer of flavor to their espresso drinks.
Great coffee shop. I tried the pour over and had a coffee from Ethiopia. The bagel I had with cream cheese was also really good. I enjoyed the inside space and really appreciated the two hours of free parking. This is a great spot to come work or have a meeting for one to two hours on weekdays. On weekends I think it’s limited to one hour.
Andrew C — Google review
East Pole is a delightful coffee shop. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside. The parking is validated for one hour on the weekend and two hours during the week. I got a whole milk Latte and hubby got a cortado. Both were very tasty. The bathrooms were clean.
Kellie — Google review
There's so many things about this place that I want to love. I think as a study cafe, it works if you get here early enough when it's not packed or peak hours. This East Pole location doesn't have too much seating. There's a few tables in the back, coffee counter seating, and high table chairs. There was a couple of outlets upside down by the high chairs at the windows. I came on a warm, sunny day so it was nice to sit at the pink metal tables outside. The cortado had a beautiful presentation and just enough of a caffeine hit. The guy at the counter was super nice when I asked him for recommendations and very conversational. Even when it was busy, I felt welcomed and was intrigued by his questions.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – A Perfect Spot to Savor Coffee & Relax East Pole Coffee in Poncey-Highland is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere from the entire staff. The space strikes the perfect balance between cozy and functional — plenty of tables, chairs, and even a small bar area where you can set up your laptop, chat with friends, or just unwind with your thoughts. The coffee menu is excellent, offering a nice assortment of drinks with flavorful house-made syrups that elevate every sip. I tried one of their specialty drinks, and it was clear they take pride in both quality and flavor. On top of the great coffee, their pastry case is full of tempting treats. I couldn’t resist ordering a homemade chicken empanada — absolutely delicious with rich, savory flavor and a perfect crust. For those who love to enjoy coffee al fresco, there are a few outdoor tables that make for a lovely spot to soak in the neighborhood vibe. The whole experience felt calm, unhurried, and genuinely enjoyable. I’d never visited before, but my doctor actually recommended it as a great place for coffee, a pastry, and some decompression time — and they were absolutely right. I left feeling recharged and happy, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
Chris L — Google review
I had a wonderful experience at this space, thanks to Hannah's warm welcome. Hannah was exceptionally kind and patient with everyone she interacted with. Christa also made our visit enjoyable, graciously preparing our coffee with a smile. The environment was calming and relaxing, perfectly complementing the staff's friendly demeanor, and ample seating was available. We indulged in a cheese scone, which I would rate a perfect 100 out of 100, and while the vanilla latte wasn't quite to our taste, it might suit others. My sister and I, as two children of God on vacation, had an unforgettable time. Thank you to the lovely ladies for making our visit special!
Onika B — Google review
Visiting Atlanta, and staying close to Emory University, I asked Gemini for coffee shops on the way to my downtown destination. Highly rated, East Pole arrived at the top of the list. It was easy to get to on my 8:00 a.m. Monday drive. Parking was convenient, and when I walked in, I was greeted by such a wonderful, smiling staff. While I got my coffee to go, I noticed that if there was ambient music, it was definitely non-intrusive. I have a hearing impairment, and many coffee shops and restaurants are difficult and harsh for me. I would have been totally comfortable enjoying my coffee peacefully inside. Now, the coffee. I ordered a hot, light roast, and it was wonderful! Just what I was looking for in a quality, enjoyable cup in the morning! I should be here at least another two or three days, and East Pole will be my morning destination to start my day! Thanks to the awesome staff! (I’ll get your names tomorrow ;)

i love matcha and can confirm this place has good matcha and is a great vibe to come and work. they aren’t blasting the music like some other coffee shops hahah. enjoying my matcha 🍵

Super cute spot! The coffee is beautiful and the workers are so sweet and make really cute latte art, but I was not a fan of the coffee itself.

Coffee shop
BRASH Coffee is a small cafe that operates out of a converted shipping container in the Westside Provisions District. They are known for their craft coffee and roasting their own beans. The original location has limited seating inside, with additional outdoor seating available. The cafe encourages patrons to stop by for a quick coffee before continuing on their way. BRASH Coffee sources its beans from farms and is particularly praised for its Pacamara varietal from Las Delicias Farm in El Salvador.
I thoroughly enjoyed my cup of coffee from Brash. I also ordered a warmed sesame twist with Gruyère cheese which was very good. The barista was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy to find, but I made sure i didn’t stay more than 10 minutes.
Pat A — Google review
I'm very cute coffee shop in a shipping container. Got a small iced mocha for $6.36. Friendly staff, cute decor. Coffee was alright but the place is very cute.
Elizabeth S — Google review
Brash is the best! Great service and always friendly staff - sure the location is tight inside, but it is a shipping container! Lots of outdoor seating
Jeremy H — Google review
Nice coffee place. Espresso was a little too bitter, however still it was pretty good. Served in plastic cups only which doesn't help the atmosphere.
Rushan — Google review
Had ordered a matcha which tasted genuinely like milk. Was really excited to try this place after seeing it for the first time near the belt line, but employees were very rude- like who says hello 15 seconds after the customer comes in when they weren't serving any customers and was right at the counter on their phone. Maybe the coffee is good but really was disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
Grace J — Google review
Rude staff. I've never had coffee from Brash, but I attempted to walk into the Westside Provisions District location at 5:30pm on 10/18 and the guy working let out a huge sigh. They didn't even speak.. I looked at the menu and left. Mind you I try not to patronize food service establishments near closing time (6pm) because my daughter works in food service and I understand the prep that is involved with closing. I was not going to order because I'm caffeine sensitive and I don't drink coffee in the evenings. I wanted to see the menu..but to be bold enough to look a customer in the face as they are entering and sigh is enough to guarantee that I will never have a cup of Brash coffee..I understand people are human and they may have experienced a long day but if you can't put on at least a cordial face for a customer, you shouldn't be working with the public.
G. F — Google review
Love! Fabulous mocha and delish cinnamon sugar bagel. Lots of beans and merch too
Norah — Google review
Very small cafe / coffee shop in a converted freight container. Friendly staff. They only had one coffee on drip and one on espresso. I think the parking deck nearby has free parking, otherwise there is 10 min street parking if you’re just picking up. Not much seating space due to the size. I had the Miguel Menendez coffee, which was an El Salvador bean. For me, the flavor profile definitely included plum and slight zest (like an orange peel). There was also a hint of sweetness and a pleasant, smooth aftertaste texture left in the mouth. Highly recommend the coffee here.

Coffee shop
Dancing Goats Coffee Bar is a popular cafe located near the Atlanta Beltline, offering a sleek and modern atmosphere. As the first business to open at Ponce City Market during its renovation, it has become a beloved spot for locals. Owned by Batdorf & Bronson, this coffee shop serves an array of classic and unique coffee drinks, including seasonal creations like turmeric-ginger cappuccinos.
Very impressed with Dancing Goats. First their coffee is delicious. I tried their new pumpkin pie iced coffee latte and I was blessed with the most balanced flavors. Delicious tones of dark roast and subtle pumpkin that was not too sweet or too prominent. The service was also spectacular. The barista was great, he told us about a few fan favorites and their fall flavors. This spot is really big it has indoor and outdoor seating. Both equally attractive to college students and working peeps alike. It was pretty busy when I passed by and even then we got our order under 5 minutes. Very happy with my experience here I will definitely return!
Daniela S — Google review
Cool coffee shop by Ponce City Market. Small inside but they have tons of outdoor seating on their patio. Great to have parking in a lot as well.
Chris W — Google review
Stopped by this morning to grab an espresso for the first time. I really like this location and especially love the outdoor spaces to sit and hang out. This is a huge plus. The espresso was sour and bitter and was not the best I’ve had however. I’m sure if you’re enjoying a sweetened latte or iced drink you may not be able to notice but I could immediately tell the shots were not pulling properly when I tasted the espresso straight. Random note…The bathrooms here were super nice. Probably the nicest coffee shop bathrooms I’ve seen lol. 😆 I just wanted to note I was impressed. They also sell a lot of cool specialty coffee stuff like V60s, filters etc…
Andrew C — Google review
This place looks like it’s going to be great. It’s got nice vibes, a cozy indoor space, and a pretty outdoor covered patio that’s perfect for lounging or catching up with a friend. But sadly, the coffee just doesn’t live up to the setting. Tried it with an extra shot, and still—no flavor, no depth, no kick. Just bland. For a spot that feels so dialed-in vibe-wise, the coffee itself was a letdown. Come for the ambiance if you’re looking for a chill place to sit, but I wouldn’t come back for the coffee.
Sam — Google review
I love dancing goats coffee! I’ve been to all locations in Georgia, i love the atmosphere here the most but they are always out of pastry. My go to spot is the one in midtown right next to the midtown marta station, they are awesome too!
Dee — Google review
Really like the ube cookie, blueberry scone (less sweet which is great for us), and cranberry walnut scone. Didn’t get the chance to taste espresso drink due to maintenance but the matcha latte was good.
Xiaoran Y — Google review
Came in as soon as they opened and they greeted me great! They answered my questions about the coffee and even recommended some things I never knew about. I loved the experience and the smells.
Edwin B — Google review
Great coffee. Good Urban outdoor space. I'm in here once a month or so, as it's on my path and the coffee is worth going a little out of the way. Originally, I came here for the Bohemian blend, which is only available in a few places. It's a great roast that is both robust and smooth. Mostly, I drink straight espresso shots. The espresso shots here are particularly smooth and consistent. In addition to great coffee, they have a decent shelf of pastries. Also, they have a well crafted selection of roasted coffees. Of course, they have a bunch of mugs that are entertaining as we all need another steel tumbler. Their outdoor area is spacious and pleasant. There's a large screened area with fans and some other lounge chairs nearby. If you're really picky about your coffee, this is worth going a bit out of your way.

Coffee shop
Con Leche Coffee is a charming, low-key spot in Reynoldstown that offers locally sourced empanadas, breads, pastries, and chocolates. The tiny retro coffee counter features a colorful geometrically painted ceiling and no indoor seating but has an outdoor gravel area with benches for a quick grab-and-go experience.
During my visit to Atlanta, I instantly connected with the staff at this standout coffee shop. As a graphic designer, I immediately appreciated the clever logo—it creatively resembles a coffee machine while seamlessly incorporating all the letters. And let me tell you, this place did not disappoint! The coffee was smooth and flavorful, and I paired it with an empanada that was just as delicious. Everything about this spot was amazing!
Sorenmy V — Google review
A friend and I just arrived from the ATL airport. On our way to a wedding rehearsal north of Atlanta, we decided to stop by this cafe! We ordered the following: *Drip Coffee - 10/10 warm, just the right amount of caffeine to pick me up *Latte - 10/10 *Empanada- Chorizo 9/10 this was recommended to us by our cashier and it is certainly Good! It was warmed up for us and was fluffy. *Egg Cheese bagel - 6/10 not warmed up so some parts of the egg were rubbery There is very limited seating (all seating are located outdoors - just enough for pairs) and parking. However for a quick stop to grab food and caffeine, this place was lovely! The interior is colorful. God bless you all.
Michelle C — Google review
Best coffee in Reynoldstown. The run group I'm part of - Dry Run* - meets there every Wednesday at 6:30 for a 5 mile run. We run out and back on the beltline and afterwards have coffee at Con Leche. Great tasting coffee! The food looks great too. They only have outdoor seating (very nice patio!) and unfortunately no restroom though. If you're working remotely and live in the area, you can get a membership to get coffee at a cheaper price. Forces you to walk and you get coffee, win-win in my view. *Dry Run can be found on the gram in case you want more info.
Bram V — Google review
Super friendly and welcoming staff. First time checking this place out, and will certainly return for seconds! Kind invitation to order a delicious iced coffee, on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. What I liked most about this location, was being tucked away in a quaint neighborhood. My favorite type of spot! The place was just small enough to grab your cup of joe, and head out to the patio or front porch area to sip away. After hanging out on the porch for a little bit, and feeling like there was too much cat hair for one to bear, we decided to walk the neighborhood instead. Just what I needed.
Sorry J — Google review
Come in, order and grab-n-go from the counter, and leave environment. I wish we could have hung out inside; it felt very comfortable and had a great ambiance! One of the best iced caramel lattes that I’ve had! Thankful that they had exactly what I wanted! People who worked there were no-frills kind and genuinely seemed to want to provide a great experience to each patron.

What a great and cozy spot! Props to them for making proper cortado. I love their use of compostable materials. They have seasonal drinks and empanadas as well. Service is friendly

Almost gave up on coming here because I was struggling with parking. There is 2 designated spots for the cafe, and lots of street parking, my timing was just bad. But im so glad i pushed through and found a spot! Shoutout to Zane for seriously being so kind! I was already anxious from running late cuz I cant park for shit but they answered all my questions and even the dreaded question of "which one do you like more". They were beyond kind and knowledgeable! I could tell they were passionate about the drinks and food which just added to the experience. Kind of impossible to have a bad time here. I got the seasonal carmalized fig espresso tonic (as reccomended by Zane thank you!) and a bean and cheese empanada. The drink was refreshing and light and the empanada was comforting and extra delicious with the chimichurri sauce (once again reccomended by Zane!) I even went back in to get another one to take home. Anyways I know i probably wouldn't have that much hospitality close to closing so really appreciate it!! Quality of food and drink is always important but customer service will truly make the biggest difference! Thanks again Zane! Will definitely be back!!

They finally have matcha! I got the strawberry matcha latte with oat milk. They have good snacks too and a very nice outdoor patio space to chill out.

Before taking a stroll through the neighborhood, on a beautiful morning, I dropped by to grab a cup of coffee here. To my surprise, I was met with such a passionate, knowledgeable barista (hopefully that is the proper term). Addison was a pleasure to be serviced by. I’m a newbie to the world of coffee, and I’m kinda in the ‘winging it’ stages, whereas I go to a coffee shop, and just order what I see. However, today, I was taken aback by the well informed gentleman, who really took the time to educate me on some key points in the “world of coffee.” I cannot quite recall some intricate details that were shared, to reference here, but I will say, I’ll begin to draw from my new knowledge as I continue on my coffee journey. One thing I forgot to ask — if I should have enjoyed the coffee in its pureness without diluting it with a bit of cream & sugar?! I can’t say that I enjoyed the coffee, to fault of my own… however, next time, I’ll try it straight. All in all, it’s a great addition to the downtown area, and I look forward to my next visit. Would absolutely recommend to others that might be in the mood for a charming specialty coffee shop, with great staff who care!

I was here in ATL for work and noticed this little gem here on a Sunday afternoon. It was not until y flight back home Friday morning I decided to give SPILLER PARK COFFEE a try. I ordered their iced Costa Rican coffee with a splash of half & half. Accompanied by the Avocado toast with a runny egg over it. I must say the toast was delicious with the touch of radishes and zesty lime from the avocado. Overall would come again and recommend this place to anyone on the area.

Came by when I needed some time to kill before heading to the airport. The guys here know what they are doing and are super kind! I (mistakenly) tried the avo toast with two fried eggs. The sourdough brioche had a really nice chilli butter on it, so good. Ingredients are so fresh and the flavors are phenomenal. Also had the sage brown butter latte made with homemade pecan milk! Never tried pecan milk before, gonna try that at home. I’m definitely coming back for it next time I’m here. Thanks guys! I really appreciate y’all.

While working in the area, now considered Tech Village, I spotted Spiller Park Coffee and decided to give it a try. I love the setup of this location. There are a few seating options, but it wasn't busy during my visit, so I had no trouble finding a seat. Being a matcha girly , I opted for the summer special, the Field of Dreams. This drink consisted of sparkling matcha lemonade and Georgia's own Montane sparkling water. It was definitely refreshing, priced at $8 per drink. The customer service was great; both baristas greeted me upon arrival. Since this location is downtown, parking can be a nightmare. However, there is paid street parking and LAZ parking lots near Mitchell Street. Overall, my first visit to this location wasn't bad. This area is redeveloping, so it's a great addition for cafe enthusiasts like me!
Djillisser K — Google review
Cortado is overheated, the milk is poorly whipped, the beans are very dark roasted or burned during preparation. Replacing the barista could have solved all the problems except the beans. I was hoping for good coffee from the pictures.
Victor K — Google review
First off, hands down the best iced caramel latte (caramel shake shake) you will EVER have! I am a coffee/iced latte fiend, and try all locally owned coffee shops every where I go, but nothing compares to Spiller Park. The ingredients are freshly made from the caramel to their food- and the food is amazing!! I love a good avocado toast, biscuit with a runny egg, or grilled blueberry muffin. The people I see everyday here are just as amazing and why I often find myself bringing my laptop to work remotely and stay all day. I felt like a “regular” after just a few days. Thank you to Addison, Kat, Ola, and Lee. They are just as excited to see me every day as I am to see them. They make the “morning coffee run” experience the best way to start my day. If you are looking for a great coffee spot/cafe, Spiller Park is where it’s at. Period.

If you're looking for a quaint coffee shop in the heart of Decatur, then Rev Coffee is your go-to spot. The cafe serves up house-roasted beans, plus sandwiches and pastries, and the atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly.
Always passed by this cute but busy coffee shop. I like that there are plenty of parking in the back even when there is a line for coffee. Shop is clean and inviting. They offer coffee and pastries, I had the ham croissant and chocolate muffin they both are good. Seating can be difficult if you are planning to sit and work for long duration. There are outside seating. The coffee we had were good. Overall I like this cozy and neighborhood vibe. Staff were friendly.

I wanted a change from Dunkin coffee and to sit down and finish my book. This place was perfect. I ordered a light blend hot coffee and a cranberry walnut muffin. They even warm it up for you. Amazing!!! My definite go to now on the weekends. Expect a long line but it moved quickly. There was plenty of seating and made for people to just hang out and enjoy with a variety of types of seating. Very pleasantly pleased. Drove past this place every day and never knew it was a coffee shop.

Was looking for a local place near our hotel and came across Rev online. Great atmosphere, very good coffee and food was delicious. Had a pastry called the Bird Nest. Flaky pastry with an egg in the middle, aoili and hummus with a touch of heat. Even better warmed up. Highly recommend this place.

After visiting Rev for many many years I arrived one morning right when it opened at 6am. As I stood and waited for my usual oat milk latte (made to perfection except for 100% of the time) I could not believe what I heard playing. I was like - “it can’t be…wait - is that Banned….? Holy crap! They’re blasting Banned in DC by the Bad Brains!” Here’s my official apology to all the coffee shops around the world because Rev Coffee is the coolest coffee shop anywhere!

I love the artsy vibe of this place. The cold brew is my fave, the matcha is not the best, pretty tasteless. But the bacon egg and cheese biscuit or spinach quiche are great food options.

The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with rustic decor and plenty of natural light—perfect for relaxing, studying, or catching up with friends. The staff are friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about making sure their customers are taken care of. The coffee is always outstanding—rich, aromatic, and perfectly brewed. They brew and sell beans from different parts of the world. Overall, Rev Cafe delivers on both quality and experience. It’s the kind of spot you’ll want to return to again and again for great coffee and a warm, inviting vibe.
Mustapha L — Google review
This place is pretty cool, however, I have to find a different coffee shop. Very pricey but the staff is great. The reason I give it 3 stars is because of the ONE restroom for ALL to use. DISGUSTING! Humans sit in this cafe for hours on hours and the rest room looks worse than a port-a-potty. Of course they will have to use the latrine. Doesn’t matter what time of day either. It’s gross! If you don’t want to clean it yourself, HIRE someone. You can literally pay someone $25 to clean the restroom and it will only take an hour. The thought of the restroom makes me wonder how sanitary the whole place is. And no I have NOT seen anything out of the way, however, a restroom that looks worse than a truck stop doesn’t help the imagination.

Atmosphere was as cool as it gets. It feels like a dive bar meets art gallery meets cozy corner. Lots of people working/reading/chatting. The coffee was great and the service is so kind! There is ample parking and seating. I got a cappuccino in a mug and the texture was awesome and the espresso delicious.

PERC is a coffee roaster with multiple locations, including in the Highlands and East Lake in Atlanta. The Highland location offers a small-town charm with its retro order counter and surrounding quaint shops, providing an escape from the busy city. Signature drinks like the Morning Jacket cater to big city tastes. Meanwhile, the East Lake location is bright and airy with ample seating indoors and outdoors. Both locations offer creative coffee options such as the Cold Fashioned.
Good friendly service great recommendations. I went outside of my normal and got something that was on the menu and it was highly delicious. My partner got a latte with marshmallow and graham cracker and that was also good.

A friend suggested we met here. Since I had never had matcha I decided to give the "Matcha Daze" a try. Oh, my goodness - I'm hooked. So creamy, with vanilla and lavender goodness. The matcha flavor is kind of weird, but also oddly delicious and very addictive. On the way out I picked up some goodies to take home - also soooo good! The cookies and creme donut was surprisingly light and fluffy, not heavy at all. And the croissant thing, with blueberry filling, was scrumptious - so crispy, flaky, and just sweet enough. So very good. The staff were super nice, even with all my matcha questions. The place is clean, bright, and has a super fun vibe. Highly recommend!

First time here today. I had the Good Times Latte and it was delicious. The toasted bagel was good and I appreciated the cream cheese being whipped. The service, food, and vibes are really cool! It was $11 for the bagel and my latte which is a great price-point. It’s next door to my sauna facility which is really convenient after I complete my sessions. I will definitely be back!

I was really excited to try this place since there is a cars and coffee meet that happens once a month. Unfortunately, this might just be the worst matcha I’ve ever had . It tasted like water downed milk . My husband’s latte also did not taste good. We also had the egg n cheese bagel and Crunchwrap , which were actually really good.

Super cute coffee shop that actually was the first PERC location. Docking a star because I ordered a raspberry cream cheese danish but as of 10/7/2025 they don’t have a pastry warmer? Seemed odd since they also make hot food and was annoying because if I knew they couldn’t warm my danish, i wouldn’t have bought one…but otherwise was a great experience. Can get fairly loud so be mindful if going to do work.

I love perc for a fun, creative latte and a yummy breakfast. A bit on the pricier side but between the delicious food and drinks and the lovely staff and space, it’s worth it. Their seasonal flavors are the best, I recommend options like their good times latte, the root beer latte, and the yogurt bowl.

Really fun coffee shop! The coffee flavors they have are incredibly good, but they don't have a lot of options. They have a lot of made fresh food which is kinda crazy for a coffee shop and tasted pretty good! It's always a happening spot and great to catch up on some work, or just chill in the bright fun filled ambience. Good Times latte is the move.

Specializing in bold beans from Ethiopia, Kenya, and Latin America, this outfit has been operating since 2014.
I consistently feel invigorated and motivated when visiting this outstanding roaster, renowned in Atlanta for its exceptional coffee. Their menu's innovation is matched only by the superior quality of their coffee blends and beans. The Americano coffee is fantastic. The flavor is deep and complex. The place is super cute. They didn't have any food when I went, but if it is anywhere as good as the coffee, then I am sure it would be tasty as well. Two thumbs up!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Super great coffee and wonderful service! The guy making the coffees had such great energy and a happy spirit! Even when it got a little busy for him, I half expected the joyous vibes from him to drop, but they didn’t! He greeted every customer the same and I could tell he really loved what he did! The coffee was super yummy, the vibes of the shop are super cool, and the cinnamon roll was really scrumptious too! Highly recommend if you’re in the area! Visited from Kentucky

I'm not from Atlanta but have been here a couple of times while visiting family. Just wanted to comment how incredibly smooth and delicious their coffee is. They roast their own beans which I love and I especially love and appreciate the staff their. Never underestimate the power of being kind to your fellow citizens of this planet. Especially in the morning before having your fix of caffeine. They are very special people and I so appreciate their kindness. Sometimes that's when people are the grumpiest but their smiles and kind words make it all better.

I just want to give a shout-out to my two favorite baristas at RADIO Coffee—Percy and Jay. Honestly, if it weren’t for them, I probably wouldn’t even come to this coffee shop. They’re personable, remember my order every time (I’m here at least twice a week, if not more), and always make me feel welcome. No one else makes my cappuccino quite right—it’s always missing something, either the texture or the flavor. Percy and Jay get it perfect every time. I also love how they give great suggestions and get creative with seasonal drinks. Please bring those back this fall—limiting the menu only pushes customers to explore other coffee shops. And most importantly, please keep your baristas happy, because they’re the reason your customers are happy.
Ginger G — Google review
The energy in here can be very passive aggressive. I typically like their coffee but this last time my husband came we did not feel welcomed if you know what I mean….i asked a question about why they gave me a 4oz drink in a 16oz cup and was met with irritation. The drink was $6 and wasn’t very tasty. If you didn’t want me to come back you got your wish.
Cidney W — Google review
The coffee is high quality. Let’s say that up front. This place is really grab and go as there is one table to sit, and the environment isn’t necessarily set up for folks to linger. The low rating is for the service. The most unwelcoming and rude staff of any coffee shop I’ve been to in Atlanta. Gave it a few tries. Won’t be coming back.
Adilene V — Google review
I’ve really tried to give Radio Roasters a fair chance, but this last visit sealed it for me. Every time I go, I feel unwelcome. The staff, particularly the male employee, consistently has an attitude. He groans, rolls his eyes, and doesn’t greet us when we walk in, even though I’ve seen him greet other customers. It’s off-putting and makes the space feel uninviting. On top of that, more than once I’ve ordered something listed on the menu and visibly displayed right in front of the register, only to be told it wasn’t available. No explanation, just a dismissive “we don’t have that.” I wanted to support a local coffee spot, but I’m done trying. There are too many great places in town that actually make customers feel welcome.

Banjo Coffee is a great place to get coffee. They have a wide variety of drinks, and the staff are very friendly. The space is also really cute and comfortable.
Best veggie sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit I’ve had anywhere! All the coffee and tea drinks are top tier. The pastries are all locally made or made in store. They are so delicious! Literally everything is good here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The perfect coffee shop.

Cute spot tucked off in Avondale. The veggie sausage burrito was really good especially with the green salsa. Had the lavender iced latte and was ok just wish it was a tad sweeter. Come early if you want to sit in the spot as it isn’t that big but fast service for to go. Would come back for the burrito 🌯
Destiny B — Google review
Over the last three days, we probably hit this coffee shop more than eight times since it was the closest spot to our training. Every single time I ordered the same drink—a cortado—sometimes hot, sometimes iced. And every time, it was spot-on: perfect consistency, rich flavor, not drowned in milk. When I asked for an iced cortado, they made it without hesitation, no pushback at all. In other places, I’ve had baristas try to swap it for an iced flat white or cappuccino, but here they just did exactly what I asked for, which I really appreciated. Can’t say anything about the food since we didn’t order any pastries or meals, but the staff was super friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. They even remembered names, which was a nice touch. The vibe overall was great—chill spot to sit down, read, work, or just hang out with friends. It’s definitely not a grab-and-go type place. You can actually slow down and enjoy your coffee in a really nice atmosphere.
Filipp N — Google review
The coffee is better than the tea lattes, in my opinion. I am really intrigued by the breakfast burrito. I really want to try it. The staff was very nice. Just we went on a Saturday at like 9:30 and it was packed and loud because it is a small space.

I love this spot! I’ve gotten the avocado toast with eggs (huge portion, maybe split?) and I’ve also gotten the breakfast burrito before. My favorite drink is the iced chai latte and I love the iced vanilla latte too. The baristas are always so friendly, and the ambience is great! There’s outdoor seating too. It is on the pricier side but it’s a good ethical cafe.

Usually we go to Radio, but wanted to try something new in Decatur. Now, I can only speak to the (black) drip coffee, but it was piping hot when she handed it to us (never a good sign). Unfortunately both varieties of drip were bitter and burnt in both smell and taste. The location itself was good for working, but it was freezing inside and not exactly the warm coffee shop vibe I was expecting based on other reviews. I’m sure if you enjoy baked goods or burritos with your blended coffee it’s an enjoyable experience. For anyone who cares about the quality of your basic drip, go to Radio.
Julia L — Google review
This coffee house was within walking distance of our Air B&B, so it became our morning routine. It's a bit aloof for me in its aura, but the beverages, food and staff are approachable (think Starbucks pretentiousness housed inside a friendly clubhouse). Many things are made fresh (we tried the yogurt bowl and cappuccinos) while a few seemed to be obtained from outside sources (e.g. the croissants and other assorted pastries). Definitely worth visiting! Just an FYI, parking can be a challenge, so you should be prepared to park nearby and walk a short distance when it's crowded. Bon appetit!
Colin B — Google review
Nice shop, chill vibe! The customer service was awesome! Ordered a latte and iced mocha. I was hoping the milk for the latte was steamed a little longer and less foam. It was boarder line a new wave cappuccino. The iced mocha tasted water down. I had my wife and daughter tried it, and they both agree. We love supporting small businesses. We'll give them another try when we're in the area.

Portrait Coffee is a newly opened coffee shop located on the West Side of Atlanta. The community-driven establishment aims to support and empower local entrepreneurs, such as the owner Khalid. The shop offers a welcoming atmosphere, fantastic coffee, and a cozy spot to work or relax. Visitors are greeted warmly by the friendly and helpful staff in this clean and tastefully designed space.
This has been one of the best coffee shops I’ve visited in Atlanta so far. The coffee was top notch and worthy of taking home a bag of beans. They offered a small selection of pastries that can be heated upon request. The indoor seating is somewhat limited, but comfortable for doing work or holding a conversation. The outdoor seating was my favorite, and many types of people used it as a community space. Absolutely stop into Portrait and enjoy some great coffee and atmosphere.

We stopped here on our way through Atlanta. The coffee is so good. The atmosphere is chill and yet lively with conversation. We purchased a pound of beans and look forward to brewing them at home. We were hungry so decided to get a couple pastries and let me tell you … they were incredible!! We ordered the cinnamon roll and the cardamom roll. They were buttery and flavorful and the icing on the cinnamon roll was perfectly sweet.

I love supporting a place that not only serves excellent coffee but also uplifts the community. Highly recommend stopping by—you’ll leave both caffeinated and inspired!

Portrait Coffee is the most incredible coffee and community blend in the city of Atlanta. Not only is the product they provide great, the relationships I’ve built from being a regular at their establishment has truly been a blessing. From the owners of the shop, to the employees, and other regular customers, the people who make up the Portrait Coffee community are creatively gifted, forward thinking, purpose driven, and kindhearted. They even allowed my brother and I to host an event at their establishment at a discounted rate to help us push our business further and that is just one example of the generosity they show. I am extremely grateful for the time my brother and I have spent at Portrait Coffee this year and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great place to be productive, community friendly, and sip quality coffee. 🙏🏽💪🏽💯

This place is really cozy. The barista was friendly and answered all my questions. The coffee beans are light roast but they do have a dark roast pour over. Parking is in the garage down the road. They've got 3 different espresso roasts: regular, half caff, and decaf. We ordered a plain latte and a drip. Both were very good. One of the best lattes I've had. The vibe is so comfy in there. Exposed brick, taxidermy displays and couches. They also had some delicious looking pastries.

Chattahoochee Coffee is the perfect coffee shop to study or work remotely. There is a very nice, spacious atmosphere with Wi-FI to work while enjoying some delicious coffee beverages. There are a great variety of drinks, and the baristas are friendly and prompt. I do wish there was a greater selection of pastries or snacks, as food choices are very limited. Overall, it's a very relaxing, clean, warm, and welcoming coffee shop!

This little coffee shop is so cute! They have all the usual coffee options plus a fun fall menu. I didn’t catch the barista’s name, but she was super nice and quick with my order. I love checking out new coffee spots, and this one did not disappoint! The spiced apple latte was delicious, and both the chocolate croissant and blueberry muffin were really good too. There’s plenty of seating if you want to hang out or get some work done. Parking was a little confusing to figure out, and I think you have to pay for it after a certain time, but overall such a great spot!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chattahoochee Coffee Company is one of West Midtown’s best-kept secrets. Tucked right underneath the Walton Westside complex with easy validated parking and that perfect urban-meets-nature vibe, the location can’t be beat. Step inside and it’s pure rustic-cozy - exposed brick, warm wood beams, and plenty of natural light. The coffee lineup is killer: from bold pour-overs to silky lattes, every cup is dialed in. Fresh, flaky pastries and honestly priced very reasonably—huge win. Whether you’re knocking out emails at a big communal table, unwinding between classes, or sneaking a quiet moment before a meeting, the Wi-Fi is fast, outlets are plentiful, and the vibe stays chill. This a the spot that makes you want to linger.

A quiet, reserved coffee shop residing in midtown Atlanta. If you want to get some work done, this is the place for it. It's on the smaller side and conversations carry, but the coffee prices are adequate for a city cafe. I haven't seen too many people fill the space up at once. Parking isn't ideal and can be a hassle a times. I would recommend this for coffee lovers.

The lady that worked on Monday November 3 2025 with black and red hair - was extremely rude. I paid $7 for a matcha tea that was chunky and spilling everywhere. When I told her I didn’t like it she said she couldn’t remake me a drink unless I paid for another drink. I’ve never been to a coffee shop that has done that! WiFi wasn’t working and really just tainted my mood unfortunately. Great seating but bad drinks, WiFi and service. She needs to be re-evaluated as an employee. So disappointed!

Academy Coffee is a unique coffee counter located in Virginia-Highland, sharing space with Kinship Butcher & Sundry. Known for its mixologist approach, Academy offers specialty beverages such as the Bee Sneeze and Blue Steel that can't be found elsewhere.
We had such an amazing time here trying all the different drinks! It was awesome to see how some cocktail philosophy + coffee + milk can create some truly special drinks. I'm really glad to see them using some of the best roasters and truly special coffee. Owner was amazing to talk with, and really enjoyed diving in deep on coffee/roasters/etc. that can be somewhat niche. Academy is truly building a special experience and brings everything great about specialty coffee to the Atlanta area.

Really sweet neighborhood coffee shop with wonderful sandwiches and a small market. The only drawback is there's only one dairy option (whole milk) -- for the prices, skim or 2% should definitely be an option. The sausage on the sandwich is very good - recommend.

So amazing!! Their drinks are so delicious and they offer such brilliant and unique specialty drinks! My friend and I spent a joyful afternoon in VA-HI and we kept coming back for more from Academy Coffee! Two cute but small window seats inside this little place, and some outdoor seating is available too, but the specialty coffee and tea options make this a standout coffee stop. (Hint hint: grabbing coffee from Academy and then walking over to Virginia Highlands Books is the perfect combination.) The baristas were lovely here too!

A buddy of mine had mentioned this place to me and as we are both big into coffee I had to give it a try . I've got to say I wasn't disappointed, I ordered a flat white which was extremely rich and creamy. An absolutely delicious drink. I had also ordered I am Salsa and this drink, this drink went so well not only with evening that was going on in the drink but it complimented the flat white perfectly. If I had not been given an address I might have overlooked it. I had walked passed it and had to do a double take to make sure I was at the right spot. Definitely want to try their lunch another day. Both drinks were amazing. Atmosphere seemed pleasant but being that it doubles as a butcher shop it kinda threw me off . However definitely stop on by and give them a try. The goal will be to go through the summer menu as it looks like they do special drinks for a season or through rotation.

Cute spot in Virginia highlands, super packed on Sunday. There's two spots in the window to sit and otherwise no seating inside, couple spots outdoors. They have some cute merch, and they sell fresh meat, wine and produce as well. Iced mocha was average, not much taste, $6.

You wouldn't guess that a little coffee shop sharing a space with a butcher/sandwich joint in a cozy corner of the Virginia Highlands area would be the some of the best coffee in the city. But it is. The space is small, yet very relaxed, even during a Saturday brunch rush. Everyone behind the counter is moving, coffee is being weighed to scale, and the La Marzocco machine is churning away. I was lucky enough to catch the owner, Connan, working behind the counter. Within minutes we were nerding out about chai espresso drinks like old friends. You can tell he lives and breathes this stuff—and it shows in every sip. His passion for high-quality ingredients and exacting preparation is what gives Academy its soul. The dirty chai is the best I’ve had. Silky smooth, a nice burn and pleasantly spiced, with a bold espresso kick that doesn’t overpower. It’s comfort and energy in one cup. Academy Coffee isn’t trying to be like anyone else, and thank heavens for that. It’s a one-of-one kind of place. Thoughtful. Delicious. Intentional. It's what happens when coffee meets dedication.

Disappointed at the lack of non-espersso options and lack of pour over. Cold brew kind of made up for it. Looking forward to trying the beans I got, seems like a place that knows how to roast coffee Inside was very much a utility deli vibe, nicer than a real deli, but no place to sit. Outside was beautiful and a great vibe

Opo Coffee is a trendy and meticulously designed space that's perfect for both socializing with friends or getting work done. While parking might be a bit of a challenge, the ample interior space makes up for it. The attention to detail in their coffee preparation is evident in the well-crafted cappuccino and floral, light pour over. This relatively new establishment has quickly gained a reputation as one of the best in metro Atlanta, especially known for its Cortado.
OPO Coffee — What a gem of a coffee shop. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the two baristas—exactly the kind of energy I appreciate. I believe this is a local spot, and it absolutely feels that way in the best sense. The space is thoughtfully designed—fresh flowers, well-placed seating, and a mix of styles that make it feel cozy without being cramped. It might seem small at first, but once inside, you realize it’s just the right amount of space. I ordered a latte, and it was spot on—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. For a first visit, this place left a great impression. Huge shoutout to the team at OPO Coffee for not just serving up a great cup, but for making it feel personal. I’ll definitely be back—for the coffee and that human connection. Cheers, BN

Went in for an iced coffee and was pleasantly surprised by all of the people enjoying the nice seating areas and relaxed atmosphere. Barista was super friendly and helped me with my selection. I will definitely stop by anytime I’m in Decatur!

First thing I have to mention is how friendly the staff are here. I’m from out of town so this was a really nice way to start the day!! The shop is also super cute and spacious! The coffee was absolutely delicious and the biscuit breakfast sandwich also a hit. Thanks for being a bright spot in my morning!!!

Delicious drinks, especially the chai. Staff is super nice and the space is great for working or hanging out. Plenty of seats inside and outside on the patio. There’s no designated parking lot but street parking is easy to find and free.

Great coffee, great people, and a great patio. They have an excellent selection of coffee beans, and I always grab a few bags to go do a little at-home brewing.
Ronie V — Google review
Their tea is really good. It is brewed from loose leaf and if you get it for here they give you a really nice setup. Haven’t tried their coffee but it looks like they roast it here so I bet it’s good.

I am pretty disappointed about this place. I usually don’t say anything about Drinks made wrong but I’m paying customer. The day I decide to ask to have my drink corrected, I get a cold response. blamed for not ordering the right thing. Cappuccinos are not that difficult to make. When I spoke to person in charge, it was the same guy that was on barista. He tried to brush off his bad behavior and horrible customer service with “every place makes drinks differently” as well as saying he was distracted with other orders. He made me another attempted cappuccino to try to rectify things, and it was the same. There’s only one barista in this place that actually is a master at his craft and exceptional with customers. I cannot say that for the rest of the staff, and behavior like this starts with the owners. Take your business elsewhere.

One of our clients who lives close by suggested to check you guys out! I wish I could give him a free year of service!!! This place is phenomenal! Great coffee, eats, and such a cool vibe! I was surprised to see the roasters and the shipping office! So dope! I’ll see you every Tuesday and Friday..when I’m in the area! Maybe more!

Bellwood Coffee in East Atlanta Village is a charming spot that coffee and plant lovers will adore. The cafe has partnered with The Victorian Atlanta, a creative plant shop, to create a beautiful space where visitors can enjoy delicious drinks, browse through an array of houseplants, and soak in the inviting ambiance. Founded by coffee enthusiasts Joel and Charles Norman, Bellwood Coffee offers a delightful selection of beverages such as the Ethiopia Duromina blend with flavors reminiscent of Fuji apple and oolong tea.
I love this shop so much. It is a unique experience to be able to look at hundreds of plants and small-batch candles while having your daily cup of coffee. My go-to is an iced latte, with oat milk and their vanilla bean syrup. I believe their syrups are made in-house. Always delicious Their espresso is very smooth and never sharp. The baristas are nice and helpful, making suggestions if you’re unsure of what you want to order. The Victorian employees take good care of their plants as well. Considering the amount of plants inside, it is consistently the cleanest coffee shop I’ve visited. They have bar seating at the counter and a few small benches and chairs scattered around. Outside is plenty of seating though. They have a nice small patio and a large table closer to the street.

I've heard people talking about this place for a while, but only recently visited with some work friends. Its such a lovely space! We went on a sunday around 10am so it was very much popping and nearly at capacity. Even so the open space filled with natural light, lush greenery and beautiful ceramic planters made it feel open. I didnt purchase any of the plants but I did buy a rather suggestive planter shaped in the male form. Looking forward to my next visit. Coffee did its thing and I had a little pep in my step to carry me through the day

So enjoyed this discovery today. Breathing in the air filled with beautiful plant life seemed to add to my energy force. What a delightful concept! The lovely young lady behind the counter made my day with her coffee art as well. Very chill. Very positive experience. I will likely return!

My favorite coffee spot in Atlanta! The coffee and lattes are delicious, staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely thanks to the plant shop. My favorite latte is a hot Sunday morning, but their seasonal specials are always worth trying! They also have fun merchandise available.

I happened to be dropping my cat off at East Atlanta Animal Clinic and I saw this plant and coffee sign for the store. I had a few extra minutes before the bank around the corner opened so I stopped by for a cappuccino for myself and to grab a drip coffee for my wife. Both were really delicious and well prepared. The drip coffee was from Honduras. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The store is a really unique setting with great indoor plants and clay pots with unique designs. Lots of nice places to sit and chill and this great atmosphere. Conveniently locate other stores and restaurant, businesses so very convenient for hanging out with friends and doing other things. It's a clean space and the bathrooms are really nicely kept up. I highly recommended

Ash Coffee is a cozy neighborhood coffee shop that attracts a diverse crowd, from parents with strollers to young adults seeking face-to-face conversations. The highlight of the menu is the thick Vietnamese egg coffee with blowtorched foam. The display case offers an array of breakfast options, including giant cinnamon rolls and spicy bacon and egg sandwiches. The ambiance is enhanced by natural light streaming in through plant-draped windows.
This places has a cool decor and a nice vibe. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was great and the coffee was amazing. It’s a nice place to do some work or chat a bit with friends.

Got their ice coffee and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. My sister got the vegan version and her vegan sausage was ice cold in the middle, mine was alright but a bit overpriced for what it is. I like the vibes, staff is friendly coffee was decent. Outdoor seating and parking not too bad.

This coffee shop is so cute! I have never tried working here since it’s always packed, rightfully so, but am usually able to find seats outside. I love the vietnamese coffee, it’s one of my favorite drinks here and a specialty. I recommend it hot so you can actually taste the condensed milk and how creamy the froth is.
Kaith L — Google review
Great little coffee shop tucked back in the neighborhood. Unique selection of speciality drinks and a good layout of vegan baked goods courtesy of flour & thyme. Spent some of a rainy afternoon there and the vibe was cozy and perfect inside, enjoyed an espresso tonic that was delicious and served in a funky glass, then went back up the counter for iced tea and a vegan cinnamon roll. Good prices and friendly, patient staff. A gem in this neighborhood.

Ash is such a great local spot! Delicious coffee and treats (some a little pricy) and a fun shop to look around as well, perfect if you need a unique gift. Parking is street only but I can usually find a spot. There are some tables outside too if that’s your thing! I recommend trying one of their seasonal drinks, they’re always so creative and yummy.

The cheesecake was incredible. We enjoyed the key lime tart and the jasmine iced tea. It was very refreshing on a hot day The matcha was not the best matcha I have had. I am not sure what it was missing, but it was missing something. The other thing that they can't help is that the chairs were uncomfortable. The atmosphere was cute, but they were selling chatchkes. They took up a lot of space in the building that could have been used for more seating. Parking was incredibly hard to find. There was no parking lot, and it is in a residential area.

Great coffee, great vibes, great food and a fun shop inside. Been here a few times and today I got a chai latte + ube syrup and Italian sandwich. My wife always gets the vegan sausage biscuit. Yum and perfect place to yap or work

A wonderful find. Slightly off the beaten path from the popular Virginia Highlands shopping and entertainment area of Atlanta. My first time there, suggested by a friend, was delightful. From the wide variety of pastries ranging from sweet to savory to the seemingly curated array of unique books, games, greeting cards and sundry gifts for yourself or others an atmosphere permeated the premises. There's outdoor seating as well and free street parking.

So since I've been in Atlanta I've been trying a few coffee shops in the Atlanta Area. This is def in my top five. Service was great! Food was so good. I got the vegetarian quiche and coffee was superb and strong. I got a lavender latte. Only thought would be more plugs. Not many plugs in the area for the amount of tables other than that lovely view and it's a cute little park across the street. Def should come.

Hands-down, the best coffee and best biscuit I’ve had in Atlanta. And I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops and had a lot of biscuits. It was so good that we went twice in one week, after getting the rec from a friend. My boyfriend preferred the scone over the biscuit, but the biscuit was definitely my favorite! The egg was super soft and it was perfectly prepared. The icing on the cinnamon roll was delicious. The staff was extremely kind and helped us pick our baked goods, her recommendation was accurate! The quiche (potato and bacon) was yummy but I’ll always choose a biscuit over a quiche (my preference). There was a line but they were very quick to get our food and drinks out. Even with so many people coming in and out it was still a relaxing environment!

Absolutely adore this place! I love everything about it. Decaf and a coffee cake muffin while meeting deadlines couldn’t have been a better way to polish off the work day! Go here!
Blue S — Google review
Espresso shots are not pulled consistently. Each time I go I am disappointed by the quality of the espresso considering it’s nearly $10 per latte. Wild to charge so much and then still have a tip screen asking for more money? With a latte that expensive and the pastries pushing $7/each, can you not afford to pay your employees? Why are you still asking the customer to tip? No wonder we get sass from the employees. The floors and tables are never clean and all summer I saw flies in the pastry case. It is interesting they don’t have a score posted from the health department. I noticed the past few visits they kept the whole milk sitting on ice rather than in a fridge? I can’t recommend this place as the coffee quality is poor and the overall space is gross.
R B — Google review
Amazing place with one of the best nitros and seasonal latte I have tried recently. We tried rosemary latte and nitro, both were 10 out of 10. Briskets and scones are also delicious, I highly recommend to have your blueberry scone heated up! Service is very good, I received all the info about coffee I needed and asked for. 😉 Highly recommend!
Aleksandra B — Google review
Cool space. Lots of people working on their laptops. High ceilings so it feels super spacious. The blueberry oat bar is magical. Great place for a coffee.
Chris W — Google review
We just came out of the coffee shop and the experience was terrible. The staff was not friendly and unhelpful. I ordered 2 drinks and a pastry. We were only rung up for one drink (it was my bad for not catching that on the screen) and a pastry and the total was $18. When waiting on our second drink the barista asked what else we were waiting for and it was then that I was informed we were only charged for one drink and they didn’t seem to care to help us figure that out. Also cherry on top, there was a hair baked into our pastry. We were so excited to check this place out knowing it was queer owned but we left so disappointed.

Got the iced matcha and iced latte with oat milk. The latte was good, with a strong, roasted coffee flavor. The matcha was not good at all — it tasted mostly like milk with a very faint matcha flavor. Also asked for no ice with the matcha — the amount of drink I get with this request varies from place to place, but here, there was a gap in the drink from where the ice would be. The location is nice — right on the Beltline and next to Krog with a nice outdoor shaded seating area
Shanru — Google review
I live nearby, so I walk over to Brash pretty often. The staff are super nice and they are great at espresso, which is what I usually order. I also appreciate the longer hours compared with most other coffee shops nearby, because I often want a coffee in the late afternoon. I just have two suggestions: I would love to be able to get a vegan food item (I have never seen a single vegan item here), and the matcha could definitely be improved — they premix it into a concentrate and then it just sits in a clear plastic bottle, which is a pretty poor way to store a product that is sensitive to light, heat, and air.
Cat K — Google review
A great coffee stand walk up right on the beltline! Great for to go coffee or pastries. Dog friendly as there is no inside seating but ample outdoor seats. This place beats the hell out of the line at Little Tart inside Krog Market Nextdoor. Delicious coffee as always from Brash!

I'm back after taking yesterday to visit another really good coffee shop nearby no name given. Daria is here with her bright smile and pleasant demeanor. Drip coffee was ready at 7am and the fresh pastries were being delivered as I was at the window. This is the Brash Coffee I know and love! Today Brash is unprepared and unpleasant 2 areas they usually receive a 5 for. No drip coffee with some lame explanation and about a 30 minute wait. I'm retired so no biggie at first. Finally get my coffee and requested a pastry to get yet another response that the delivery hasn't arrived. And don't expect an apology from the one staff member instead an unapologetic cross look which I'm no fan of. I live in the O4W so I'll give a second try tomorrow. Too many great coffee shops in this area just saying.

I heard good things about the espresso martini So I went after work and it was great I thought it would come in a coffee cup but they actually used stemware and garnished it. One amazing coffee shop if you are ever in Atlanta. It’s not very central but worth the drive. The coffee shop has some amazing things to buy which I believe is all local artist around the area. The thing I loved about the place is the big area of a place to come and do work. They have power outlets everywhere to keep your laptop going. I had a great mocha with one delicious spinach patty. This place is very cute and gives cool vibes on the inside! I got an Irish cream iced latte and it was delicious. The only thing that prevented me from giving it five stars is the fact that the tables weren’t cleaned at any point during the time I was there and the coffee is a bit overpriced. My iced latte was about $8 which is more than comparable places for a medium sized drink.

Decent coffee and beverage options. Food is good. The folding chairs are uncomfortable. It’s usually really busy so it may be hard to find a power outlet. I would suggest they run power out to their big dining table. *•Has been addressed by Hodgepodge* As someone who likes to hunker down for a few hours to work, the biggest complaint for me is the room temperature. If you like your coffee shops on this cooler side, this is not the place for you. I was breaking a sweat after an hour, drinking only iced beverages. It’s kind of stuffy in here, and there are not fans to circulate the air. I found it rather uncomfortable and couldn’t focus on my work.

It's great that they have vegan options (plant-based milks, vegan cookie, pineapple banana bread, spinach patty), but I was not at all impressed with my drink. I got a hot soy matcha latte. I’m on a personal mission to find the best chai latte with oat milk in Atlanta, and Urban Grind has officially made the top of my list! The chai was perfectly spiced, creamy, and balanced—not too sweet, just how I like it. What made the visit even better was the owner’s presence and attentiveness. It’s always special when you can feel the care behind the counter, and the service here was warm and welcoming. Whether you're a coffee person or a chai lover like me, Urban Grind is definitely worth a visit. I’ll absolutely be back!

Chai Latte, Chai Latte, Chai Latte. Did I mention the Chai Latte? IT IS SO GOOD. The balance is amazing and it is not overpowering in the sweetness and so savory. Genuinely one (if not the best) Chai Latte's I have ever had. The vibe inside is so homey and comfy! Tori and Ash are amazing and so friendly as well, definitely a hidden treasure of a coffee shop!
Angel S — Google review
I came in and ordered a chai latte, but was really disappointed with the experience. It took about 15 minutes for two simple drinks to be made, and when I finally got mine, it didn’t taste like chai at all. Just overly sweet and artificial. I went back to the counter to mention that it was way too sweet, and when I asked if I could exchange it for a simple drip coffee, the worker said they couldn’t do that. Another worker stepped in to “remake” the drink, but all they seemed to do was add more milk or water, which didn’t really fix the problem. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and not worth the wait.

The establishment pays homage to Captain Richardson, San Francisco's first whaler, through an aromatic blend that takes customers on a journey from India to Central America.

This charming cafe brings a rustic, country vibe to the heart of the city, with wooden beams, vintage decor, and a welcoming atmosphere. It offers a great selection of fresh pastries and breakfast options, though the breakfast sandwich with sourdough bread I tried could use a bit more flavor. The bustling cafe also features a small shop selling mugs and trinkets, adding to its unique charm. With cozy indoor seating and a greenery-filled outdoor area, it’s a perfect spot to relax, chat with friends, or enjoy a quiet moment. Despite being busy, it’s a delightful escape worth visiting.

Tried San Fran coffee the first time today. I had a lot of people recommend. I loved the atmosphere of the shop. The brick brings a warmth and there was free parking right across. The service was friendly and everyone was kind. There was enough seating as well. I enjoyed my coffee. It was decent. I got a mocha. I also got a breakfast sandwhich with bacon. A bit expensive as the bacon is an upcharge of $3.50 (maybe San Fran prices 😂), and it was a bit bland. If it had an aioli or something it would really pull it together. I would definitely come back to do writing here.

We were visiting Virginia Highlands and staying nearby. The coffee and food were AMAZING! So good that we came each morning for breakfast. Although it gets busy, they are surprisingly fast. Stopped by **Read Shop by The Merchant** around 4 PM for a late afternoon coffee. The atmosphere was lovely — warm lighting, quiet music, and that perfect cozy bookshop vibe. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my coffee was excellent. The only disappointment was that there were **no bakery or pastry items left** by the time I arrived. It would’ve been nice to have a small snack with my drink. Still, it’s a beautiful spot to relax, browse a few books, and unwind for a bit. I’ll definitely come back earlier in the day, next time!

Tiny but taste packed cafe! I tried ice lavender latte with almond milk and my wife tried Americano, Peach turnover. Staffs are kind and atmosphere is very cosy to stay. We had outside patio in nice weather. I enjoyed shining with coffee.

If you're a fan of books and coffee this is a quaint little store to sit down and enjoy some beans and reeds. If you're a fan of stumptown coffee then you know what you're getting. It would have been nice to see some housemade syrups for a shop like this, But at least they picked the more quality syrups.

One if my absolute favorite coffee shops. The staff are so friendly and know their coffee. Their rotating specials are always good, but my regular order is the honey oat vanilla latte. If you like pumpkin spice and chai, definitely try that special! It's a small but cozy space, with some outdoor seating. Great selection of books, stationery and gift ideas.

We decided to stop by this spot while searching for a nearby coffee shop on Google Maps and found it by chance. Glad we did! My wife loved the aesthetic, and it made for some great photo moments. The place had a nice selection of books you could flip through while enjoying your coffee, which added a cozy vibe. ☕️ They also had outdoor seating with a nice view—perfect for sipping your drink and relaxing. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re in the area. 👍🏽 Time Spent: Around 45 minutes Wait time: 10 minutes Fee: under $20 for 2 people Clean: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Crowd: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cafe Comma, located in Vinings, is a cozy spot with a cool vibe and great coffee. The cafe offers unique signature coffee flavors like charcoal coconut and frothy orange dreamsicle, perfect for those looking to try something different. In addition to their specialty drinks, they also have a delicious selection of desserts including pistachio ricotta cake and raspberry danish.
This place lives up to the hype! Easily the best matcha I’ve had. The cafe is small, but there’s enough space to sit and enjoy your order. There were plenty of drink and food options with dairy alternatives available. We didn’t try any of the pastries, but they looked good!

A charming little cafe! This is a nice place to get artsy and tasty drinks. There’s a free parking deck and WiFi, so it’s easy to come here to get some work done except for the fact that there is not much seating inside. The interior is filled with gorgeous plants and a simple aesthetic. I got the charcoal coconut latte, which was so refreshing and delicious. I would absolutely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a new cafe in Georgia!

I saw this coffee shop advertised on instagram and it really caught my attention so I decided to try it today with my 8 y.o daughter. She absolutely loved the avocado toast, the bread is soft and delicious. I tried the salmon toast which was also so so good! The drinks are also next level!!! So happy we found this place! The young ladies working there are very sweet and polite which makes the experience even better!!

I love this place. The drinks are always on point! Not pictured my delicious cheese & strawberry danish. Plus if you love plants you’ll also enjoy. I keep coming back your only issue will be what should you order that day.

Ordered a matcha tea latte and a blueberry muffin. My husband ordered the drip coffee and bacon cheese bagel! The matcha was good, but very milky and was a little disappointed the only two milk options were whole or oat. Definitely recommend having your pastries warmed as my muffin was cold like it came from a fridge. Husband said the bagel was good just very cheesy. Overall the place is very clean and the staff are very nice as well as efficient! Would go again!

Drinks: I ordered a hot matcha lavender latte and while the taste was ok, the drink was SUPER sweet and lukewarm. The barista said the matcha comes pre-sweetened so the sugar level is not adjustable. I think quality matcha should never come sweetened. My friends enjoyed their pistachio cold brew and lavender latte, so maybe their coffee drinks are their strong points. I believe the drink prices are pretty fair. Food: We ordered the smoked salmon toast, honey almond toast, and brie and apricot toast, all of which tasted good. Each order is a single slice of thickly cut toast ranging from $7 - $14. In my opinion, it's super overpriced for one slice of toast and I would not order again. Atmosphere: The cafe is filled with beautiful plants that thrive in the floor to ceiling windows. It has a lot of plywood box seating that wraps around the windows as well, which allows for flexible seating. There are six small tables, like the ones that go over the arm of a sofa for a laptop, that you can move around. On the interior, it's not really a place to sit and work at or really even eat at unless it's a quick bite. The exterior had about three patio tables next to the parking garage side where you can sit two people at each table. Essentially, the atmosphere is good for quick chats and waiting to pick up your order, but not so much for groups looking to hang out. Service: There were about seven people waiting outside when the cafe opened at 8 AM. The barista who opened unlocked the door and walked back to the bar without saying a word. It wasn't rude, but just not really the friendly vibes you expect from a local coffee shop. While ordering, the baristas seemed knowledgeable, but not friendly. Overall, service was ok. Nothing bad and nothing great to make it stand out. Parking: Parking is free with 15-minute spots outside the door and additional spaces in the parking garage.
Tian — Google review
The vibe inside the cafe was honestly really nice. I liked how everything felt cohesive especially the plants, they made the space feel alive. The service though... kinda hit or miss. The person with green hair and tattoos was sweet and helpful, but the girl with the short brown hair in low pigtails gave off a weird energy. She just seemed like she didn’t want to be there and she has no brightness talking to guests at all. The wait felt longer than it should’ve been considering how empty the place was, but that part was understandable as I noticed they were using espresso machines with the portafilter, so that can slow things down. We didn’t enjoy our drinks though, but maybe we can try something else on the menu next time. Also, the menu is small and placed kinda low, so it’s hard to see unless you’re right up close. I could see that slowing things down if there’s a line. Overall, the aesthetic and layout were cool, but there’s definitely room to grow when it comes to the service and setup.
Ps 9 — Google review
This is a top tier coffee shop in Sandy Springs. Although it's definitely out of my way (at least 30 min drive), the drinks are high end and delicious. Averaging around $7/$8, each drink I've had was delicious. Just from the names of the drinks, they serve a lot of sweet drinks if you go for their specials or non coffee items. There's free street parking too! For brunch, I got the salmon lux sandwich with the honey lavender crème . The lavendar crème on top is no joke- it is sweet, frothy, smooth, and with a strong lavendar floral taste. The honey at the bottom needs to be mixed and def adds a lot of sweetness. This is a very sweet drink btw. The sandwich was also pretty good with the mini salad on the side and topped with onions and capers. The bread however is so thick. The brunch line at busy hour can be a horror story but it does die down. There is a bunch of wooden small tables and boxes to sit on. I wouldn't say it's a cute brunch or study cafe to sit in. There aren't that many outlets, maybe one in the corner and couple by the walls. Grab a sticker and come support this lovely cafe. They also sell their own merch. The staff was super sweet even when they were taking in a rush.

STEREO, located in Inman Park, is a versatile establishment that transforms from a cozy café during the day to a trendy cocktail bar at night. The space features stylish leather seating and an outdoor patio for enjoying beverages like mint iced tea, oat milk matcha, or housemade flavored sodas. With its spacious layout and vinyl listening area near Krog St. Market, it offers a relaxed atmosphere for the 'grown and sexy' crowd to enjoy unique tunes.
Suchhhh a cute place + helps that my sister and I went on a perfect day to sit with your door open. I also had one of the BEST lattes I’ve ever had. It was so creamy and smooth and tasty…. I still think about it everyday. The service was okay! Docking off one star off because they didn’t call our names when our order was ready and we didn’t know which was which.

Saw this place on TikTok and had to come during the cocktail hours. On TikTok it seemed speakeasy vibes and moody which is what I wanted but with coming in, the music was a bit louder than I’d like, to the point I couldn’t hear my friends but when overlooking at the volume level this place is actually pretty nice. Love that the drinks were Asian esque. You cannot beat the price of drinks at all. Also if you’re here after 9pm, next door has pizza for $3! Also to note, you can’t sit on the couches unless you’re a big party, we were there for an hour and no one was sitting on it. Although the couch only seems to fit three people, it’d be nice to be able to sit on it.

Coffee shop by day and a laid back pub in the evenings. Although the locals consider it gentrified, I found it as a place that appealed to my global aesthetics. You know a spot where climate conscious people of the world would congregate. And the environment is charming and DJs playing classics. A place you can hangout and not worry about gunshots. It is about the environment and nothing more. Ideal for creatives.

Stereo ATL – Atlanta’s Hidden Hi-Fi Gem I had an incredible experience at Stereo ATL. The vibe was effortlessly cool—very laid back and chill, which made it the perfect place to hang out and soak in great music. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit feel personal and relaxed. But the real star? The sound system. Absolutely phenomenal. If you’re even remotely into music or audio quality, this place will blow you away. Every note, every detail—crystal clear and immersive. Highly recommend if you’re in Atlanta and want a unique, high-quality music experience in a relaxed setting. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to.

Stereo is a versatile gem—perfect for a daytime study hang or evening music-fueled rendezvous. Its sound‑focused design, quality drinks, thoughtful space, and vinyl-centric energy make it stand out in Atlanta’s scene. Casual daytime reviews highlight the airy space and breezy garage doors—ideal for working or unwinding, makes this spot a must‑try experience.

Great staff, always a pleasant experience on the occasion I stop through with friends. The coffee itself, while always well prepared, is demeaned by the choice of beans. The dark roast from Radio is less than stellar. Despite competent steaming, competent dialing, etc, the best coffee itself can be is mediocre. Because of this, I usually grab a Chai Latte when I visit. The open air features of the shop are extremely pleasant when the weather allows it, and I am not aware of a shop comparable in that avenue. The music selection is by and large dynamic and pleasant. A great variety of genres and artists without ever becoming outright disruptive.

i love this place! we go almost weekly. their coffee is great and their biscuit breakfast sandwiches are PERFECT! i love the vibe of the shop, too, especially when vinyls are available to purchase on the weekends. however, the customer service lacks consistency. there’s only one person who actually smiles and makes it feel welcoming. the others look like you’re bothering them by placing orders. they chat and enjoy each other but when it’s your turn to chat, it’s a different story. i’ll still continue going back but i just wish the customer service was better :/

It’s very cute. However very congested and tight with little to no seating inside. They have set drinks and they don’t allow you to add or change the set drinks. This place is very good for regular Coffe or iced Coffe. Do not show up expecting to make changes to thing. I bought chai tea but it tasted very watered down. Very good customer service. Danishes look amazing. Not a second visit spot.

PERC always has delicious coffee and the staff was super friendly. Stopped by yesterday, a Sunday, and got there just as a few people were leaving and scored a table. Great little spot with cool shops nearby. Pastries were good, but it's really all about the coffee. Never a bad cup.

Coffee is delicious!! The food selection is limited and a bit pricy but still quality. Definitely recommend trying any of their signature drinks. We tried the banagram latte and the happy camper. Prevail Union | ATL is a chic coffee spot in West Midtown with grand pillars and high ceilings, offering cozy leather booth seating and an airy ambiance. The café serves signature drinks like the fig latte sweetened with housemade fig syrup. While it may be low on outlets, the comfortable seating and spacious layout make it a great place to work or relax. They offer alternative milk options for those with allergies and also sell unique chocolates like vegan coconut milk chocolate.
We went on a Sunday morning, so street parking was free! I got a small latte, which was absolutely delicious and one of the best lattes I've ever had. It was also served in a real glass cup, which is always a bonus for coffee shops. The environment was alright. It IS in the lobby of an apartment building or hotel, so it's not super cute/personalized to the shop. There is, however, plenty of seating including sofas and booths. The service was quick and friendly as well. It seems like a great place to get some work done (free and fast WiFi!) or catch up with someone. I would definitely recommend!
Nikita G — Google review
Prevail Union is a beautiful coffee shop in the lobby of an apartment building. It has very comfortable seating including booths, tables and chairs and an outside couch. Now on to the coffee! I got a latte and hubby got an espresso. The espresso had a nice crema and the latte was rich with a rich espresso and foamy milk. There are bathrooms in the mailbox area.
Kellie — Google review
I should’ve started with the lower reviews first because those were unfortunately spot on even four years ago there are complaints of everything tasting only like milk and that’s still the case. My partner and I both ordered a PSL he got whole milk and I got oat and that’s literally all you could taste is milk. I then asked for a cappuccino and same thing WARM MILK. Recipes need some fixing because seating is nice but coffee is bad
Maria A — Google review
Great coffee here! Some interesting flavors, nice staff and lots of seating to hang/work. I didn’t think it was too difficult to find, paid parking on the street nearby.
Harris — Google review
I was over in the area, and needed a morning coffee. So I decided to check Prevail out. Looked like a nice spot, with good reviews. I can definitely see why. I ordered a vanilla honey latte, and was very happy with what they made. Not only that, but the place itself has tons of comfortable spots to sit if you want, and even space to do some work if you need a space like that. The only downside was the parking situation. It was either a garage (I think paid?) in the building, or paid street parking. Both not ideal if you just want to run in and grab a quick coffee.
Eddy G — Google review
Quaint little cafe attached to a residence. They have validated parking (2 hour) in the parking garage directly attached to the building. Barista took a few minutes despite no line — this is a chill cafe. Obv not recommended if you’re in a hurry and just need to pick up coffee. The drip coffee itself was fine but nothing to write home about. Decent quality beans and drinkable black. I did really enjoy the goat cheese quiche cup. The HVR latte was lacking in honey but the vanilla and raspberry were noticeable.
Dhruv P — Google review
Fig latte: w/ half whole milk and half oat milk Fig latte for the win! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I saw that fig latte on the menu. I had never seen or tried anything like it but I tried it and it was great. Not too sweet but you can definitely taste the fig. In addition to the coffee this spot has super cool vibes and seating areas. I’ve been here a few times and their baristas are very nice. Mesha helped me the first time and Alyssa helped me another time. They were both really great! I am glad that we have a new coffee spot in the area.

It was my first time at this cozy yet spacious coffee shop that I had been wanting to visit for a while. As soon as I entered, the barista welcomed me with a bright smile. Many people were focused on their laptops, studying. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and a chocolate chip cookie, both of which were delicious! I’ll definitely be back soon. Harbor Coffee is a great addition to Inman Park! The baristas are nice and the restored warehouse location is pretty spacious. I tried the Peachy Keen latte (peach, cardamom, and cinnamon) off of the seasonal menu and really enjoyed it! The only tricky aspect is close parking, but if you’re just stopping in from the Beltline it’s perfect.

The coffee here is good, but the shop can get pretty busy and there are very few seats—only a couple outdoors. They do have biscuits from a famous place I think and pastries from Collette Bakery. The cinnamon roll is my favorite in Atlanta. It’s great for grab and go unless you can go early.

Friendly staff is what makes this place work (stark contrast to the other coffee shop in our neighborhood, where lifelessness must be the primary hiring criteria). Solid drip coffee, pleasant atmosphere, clean, and bright. I hope the summer hours (close at 4) remain in place. If you know the wonderful Yogi Berra quote, “No one goes there anymore; it’s too crowded,” you’ll understand the pros and cons of this cafe.

Refuge Coffee Co. Midtown, located in Clarkston, is more than just a coffee shop; it's a community project that provides job training and employment opportunities for the local refugee community. Housed in a former garage and operating out of a 1983 Chevy van, this nonprofit sources its beans from Savannah-based roaster Perc Coffee. The cozy cafe offers solid and tasty drinks alongside nice pastries, with outdoor seating facing the museum and cozy booths inside.
The coffee was good and served its purpose. The service was decent and no complaints. The shop was close quarters and seemed hard to move about. I would recommend anyone who visit if you want a quick coffee drink!

Refuge Cafe is in a great location, right in the heart of Midtown, steps from the High Museum. I’ve been there a few times and the coffee and drinks are solid. The atmosphere is nice enough, especially if you’re just stopping by for a quick break. That said, it’s not the best place if you’re trying to get work done. They don’t offer their own WiFi, and instead direct you to use a public network, which didn’t work for me at all, especially in their outdoor space. I also wish there were power outlets in the outdoor seating area. I had to cut my visit short once because my laptop died. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a quick drink or meetup, but probably not the best option if you’re planning to work remotely.
Vahid S — Google review
I got a maple cardamom latte, and I had to throw it away after one sip. This is the only coffee I've ever bought (and I've bought thousands) that I physically could not drink. The one sip I had probably had the same amount of sugar that the entire drink should have had. I love cardamom, but the flavor was WAY too overpowering. They also did not strain the cardamom out of the drink, so I got a mouthful of cardamom grounds/pieces, which was quite unpleasant. I'm sure some of their other drinks are great, but I would not recommend this one. The environment was cute, and the service was fast and friendly. It seemed like there were a few people working there too.
Nikita G — Google review
I've found my new spot to get some work done. What could be better than having a coffee place near a museum? It allows you to blend work with the pleasure of exploring an excellent exhibition. The customer service was friendly and exceptional. What's even more satisfying is that you're contributing to a meaningful cause by supporting refugees. They offer living-wage, full-time jobs, job training, and mentorship for our refugee neighbors. Additionally, they create a safe and welcoming environment for people to gather, enjoy conversations, and savor their coffee. It doesn't get much better than this 🙏🏿🧘🏿‍♂️
Bernard N — Google review
The atmosphere is a winner for this location. If you enjoy Woodruff Arts Center and The High Museum, this is the spot you'll want to grab some coffee, tea or a warm pastry. The outside patio is in direct view of the High Museum. Inside seating is also great to bring your laptop or catch up with a friend. This Coffee Company also benefits local refugees and always provides welcoming service when I visit. If you're a coffee lover, the taste and quality of this coffee won't disappoint. I love their Blueberry muffins to go with my iced coffee. This place is worth the visit and you'll enjoy the bonus of taking photographs around the creatively designed High Museum. It's also footsteps away from Colony Square in Midtown.
Art D — Google review
Cuteish coffee shop - an aesthetic like if you converted a chipotle into a cafe. Basically would only use this place as a way to get coffee, not to sit around and work. I came here to work and they offer no WiFi? There’s so much workspace, but they want me to connect my corporate laptop to the free unencrypted WiFi next door? PSA to anyone coming to work here: Using public WiFi without a password leaves your data exposed to hackers, making it easy for them to intercept and steal your data. The summer drink offerings were fun though.

Was really curious about this shop as there were not a lot of reviews but dang it’s good! Space is really cool with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We had gotten to Toast and wanted to get an açaí bowl on a Saturday morning but they were unfortunately out of açaí. We ended up getting a smoothie and some drinks. The smoothie was alright but the drinks were really good. However, it was quite pricey for what it is. Normally I’d give this a 3.5 stars and maybe even bump them up to 4 because the drinks tasted good. However, when we were paying, I was in the middle of clicking the email option for the receipt and typing when the employee clicked no receipt on her end and just finished the transaction. This was a bit annoying as I was actually hoping for a receipt.

The menu offers a great selection of baked goods, coffee, juices, pastries, empanadas, and other Mexican drinks and snacks.
I visited this coffee shop for the first time since they moved from Sylvan Road to Murphy Ave. in West End Atlanta. They're now inside of Create ATL, an eclectic, create co-working space for creative businesses in Atlanta. It's a very cool and cozy atmosphere for lounging, relaxing, and catching up on work. Whether you're looking for a good cup of coffee in the area or want to check out a dope event space, this location is certainly worth the visit. While you're there, grab a warm pastry and check out some of the interesting books on display. I love cold brewed coffee with a splash of oat milk, and this place did not disappoint. The barista was kind enough to offer any needed adjustments to my drink, but it was perfect the first time. Thank you! I'll see you guys soon for sure.

Found my forever coffee shop. Spent last week looking for a space for study, and was disappointed. Then today, found this space, perfect for those times where you’re sick of working/studying from home. Wonderful atmosphere, large, & open. Felt a connect with my Tia Magdalena, drinking my cafecito at Cafexito :)

Found this gem of amazing humans who make the best oat milk shaken espresso ever - where coffee actually tastes like coffee. Cheese danish is yummo. Stop by and enjoy the warm vibes and beautiful plants. Will be back!!

Made a quick stop since we were in the area and I am so glad we did. I had the Horchata Latte which was a perfect combination of both things I love! They had pastries and I was told they have churros and empanadas on the weekends and soon they would offer them everyday. If you are in the area, you must stop by and try them out.

Really cute vibe at their new location on Murphy Ave with an attached co-working space! I got the Iced Oat-chata Latte, absolutely delicious 😍. I'll definitely be back to try some pastries and other breakfast goodies.

Awesome new coffee shop in the community that has plenty of seating and plugs as well as great tasting drinks. Went in for the first time today and met the owner who was really sweet and welcoming. I definitely encourage everyone to check it out, you won't be disappointed!
Anthony F — Google review
The owner and staff are very friendly, and speak both English and Spanish. The cafe is very spacious and nicely decorated. While I personally don't drink coffee, my wife says it's great. They also serve limited but delicious pastries, empanadas and other Mexican drinks and snacks. I'm definitely going make this cafe a part of my regular rotation.
Rodney S — Google review
I am glad that I found this cafe that opens around 8am. There’s no other restaurant or cafe nearby that would give me coffee and something to drink so early. It’s a nice little cafe that offers morning beverages and basic breakfast bakery stuff like bagels and cream cheese. They also carry some Mexican products like hot sauces and soft drinks. The only problem I thought was lack of options to eat. I was hoping to get sandwiches or something more filling.

Coffee roasters
Service establishment
Firelight Coffee Roasters is a micro-roastery based in Atlanta, established in 2014 by owners Ryan Harlan and Todd Johnson. Their roasting facility, located in the Strongbox West coworking space, not only houses a small Ambex machine but also features a tasting room and cafe. Emphasizing sustainability and accessibility, Firelight offers specialty coffee beans for sale online from their English Avenue roastery.
I tried their coffee today at Buckhead village district, Hermarket. I really enjoyed their coffee. I ordered caramel latte and it was perfect. The taste of their coffee beans is special. Also, their barista was very nice and passionate about coffee. I believe if this coffee roasters opens a coffee shop it will be a remarkable place for people to sit and enjoy their coffee.
Noora M — Google review
Firelight’s coffee is so freakin’ good! We get bags for using at home and for our church to use. Friends and family who have received bags have said that this coffee puts their regular Dunkin’ and Starbucks to shame! My favorites are the essential blend, Costa Rica single origin, and the Hollow blend (fall exclusive). The owners are super nice too! You can find their coffee scattered around different coffee shops in Atlanta and beyond. Inman Perk is one example in Atlanta. Our you can just buy a bag at their website. Best coffee in Georgia at least hands down!
Joseph P — Google review
Fantastic experience! Very quiet atmosphere, and absolutely love the style of roasting they use. Bought some to brew at home, and will definitely be returning for more!
Mark S — Google review
Their coffee is delicious! I opt for their rotating subscription every month which includes a blend and a single origin, both of which are quite tasty for my brew method. Its a shame their cafe closed though. I never had a chance to visit their cafe as it was only open at select times due to covid. Hopefully their business is still strong for a subscription only business. I appreciate Todd Johnson for his diligence in managing my subscription too.

Friendly genuine caring baristas. All coffee beans are roasted right there. Delicious coffee, lattes and coffee beans. While their current hours are limited (Mondays and Thursdays only 9:30am to 1:30pm) it's worth the trip for your morning fix. My personal favorite is an oatmilk maple latte, lactose free and not too sweet.
SarahBeth G — Google review
Don’t come to the location on wheeler street. I don’t think it’s meant for walk in customers. Google maps shows it as a location that’s open to customers but i don’t think that’s the case. Maybe this is where they roast their beans and sell for wholesale business only? Anyway, just a heads up! Looks delicious from other peoples reviews though :)
Mimi G — Google review
Incredible roasts, so fun that we have this great local option; can also sign up for subscription coffee service for you or a friend as a gift. Plenty of outside tables if you want to order to go and be distanced. Cozy shop meets industrial area.
Lydia S — Google review
Since moving away from Atlanta earlier this year, I consistently desire to have another cup of Firelight. Top notch roasting is proven in every cup. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The cafe is secluded enough giving you a private, cozy feel. The people are friendly and generous giving you the warm welcome feel. The quality customer service giving you the "I belong" feel. From perfecting your order to having knowledge of coffee, their actions prove they care. They even have K Teas and Cabbagetown Chai. Now that I'm visiting again, Firelight is a must on my list of pit stops! This place gets an all around A+!

Café Intermezzo - Midtown is a delightful European-style coffeehouse that has been enchanting visitors for nearly half a century. This family-owned gem, celebrated for its philanthropic efforts and rich history, offers an extensive menu featuring an array of beverages, pastries, crêpes, and sandwiches. The café's inviting atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for both romantic dates and late-night gatherings.
Beautiful cafe!!!💕💕💕The overall atmosphere is very cozy, with lamps and gorgeous chandeliers. The servers were super nice. When you come in immediately, theres a nice gorgeous lady that greets you at the front and helps you choose the perfect table. Absolutely no wait time. Your food and drinks come immediately. The food tasted so fresh and amazing. I would rate everything an overall 9/10!!!

Arrived with no reservation, asked to sit outside and were sat promptly. Outside seating has plenty of room for single, paired, or even small groups. Would be a cute spot to pull up a book and eat a nice breakfast while enjoying the city around you. It was a peaceful meal— service was quick and the food was definitely good! This spot is certainly joining my “go-to” for local breakfast spots.

Amazing! So convenient for a very late night dinner (past 10pm). I did miss the parking lot and parked at AAA Parking (don't do that! $21 for 12 hours or 1 day as the only options!). I should have used street parking by going straight instead of turning right or just use their provided lot. And they validate parking(amazing!). I just didn't know they had one as the last time I was there I was a pedestrian coming from GSU Campus. I will definitely be back for coffee/tea, another cheesecake and try the pasta or the breakfast! Maybe another burger too? So many options! 🙈😋

Tonight was our first time at Café Intermezzo in Midtown, and it was such a wonderful experience thanks to Ethan! We stopped by for an after-dinner treat and were immediately impressed by how patient and kind he was. He took the time to walk us through the cheesecake and torte cases, explaining each option and helping us even though we were being a little indecisive. We ended up trying the tiramisu cheesecake and the berry cheesecake tart—both were absolutely delicious. But what really stood out was Ethan’s outstanding service. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made us feel so welcome and truly elevated the experience. Because of him, we left not just loving the desserts, but the entire cafe. We’ll definitely be back!

Every single time I’ve gone in the last decade or so, I’ve tried a different cake/cheesecake slice. And every single time, I’m left feeling perfectly satisfied. The ambiance exudes “European decadence”, from the intricate bathroom detailing to the delicate cursive script written inside the coffee cups. Moreover, I always love how many people are also here near midnight with a slice and coffee in-hand, especially on those random weeknights. Absolutely one of my favorite spots in the city, and it checks all the boxes to be considered a must-visit spot for anyone.

Nice brunch place with good food and good coffee options. We had the hot chocolate, McCafé alpine, chicken brioche, spicy tortellini, smoked salmon. Food was fresh and service was excellent! Good spot to grab a nice breakfast and not too pricey!

Love love love Cafe Intermezzo! I came this time for the dessert and coffee. I had the White Chocolate Amaretto cheesecake and it’s amazing! The staff is very kind. I had CeCe and she’s so attentive and sweet. Everything was a 10/10 I’ll definitely be back.

Food - Exceptional! Service - “Latisha” The Best Ever! Atmosphere - Awesome! Had an incredible night in the ATL! Dropped the kid off at her high school prom at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center then we left to roam the city for several hours. Had some of the best pizza since visiting Italy at believe it or not, Mellow Mushroom on Peachtree Rd, but that’s another review. We luckily discovered the Cafe Intermezzo! Everything about the place was top notch! Our service was fantastic, Latisha offered us several options and suggestions, we opted for the Chocolate/Peanut Butter cake along with a Vanilla Hot Latte and a Cappuccino. The cake was heavenly! The drinks were also very good. Thank you Latisha for taking care of us “First-timers”, you made the difference!

Coffee shop
Chattahoochee Coffee Company - Riverside is a modern coffeehouse with a cozy atmosphere and stylish woodland-themed decor. It's located within a gated community, offering scenic views of the Chattahoochee River. Visitors should note that access to the location is restricted for nonresidents on weekends, but they can ring in for entry on weekdays. The designated parking area requires a fee, and while it may seem pricey, the experience of sipping coffee by the river makes it worthwhile.
I had the opportunity to visit this beautiful location recently, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was great as well as the views from outside. There are seats along the River for a calm and picturesque experience as well as plenty of indoor seating if the weather isn’t comfortable. There are decent food items as well, and the coffee was great. Keep in mind, this is in a gated community so you will need an entry code to be able to access the coffee shop. You will also have to pay for parking as well.
Holly G — Google review
This Walton property has given emphasis and space for some of the best coffee ☕️ in Atlanta to set the tone and backdrop for an incredible experience offering a place to plan, think, read, do a devotional, etc. lots of history of people and place here at this amazing complex on the Chattahoochee River. 🪶🦉🤝🐸🐺 Beth with Walton Properties (who also works with us) hosted us with excellence as we worked on planning details of one of our ministries. The sites, service and seating make this, literally the best coffee shop environment in the city. They have changed their policies and you now need a parking pass in order to visit. I’m told they also have the option of paying a monthly fee to essentially become a member yet you still have to pay parking. Overall, just an absolutely epic environment, and well worth a visit 💯👏🏽🐺
Rand E — Google review
Nestled at the back of the gated Walton apartment community, the coffee shop has beautiful scenery of the Chattahoochee River, just steps from the shop. However, they are now MEMBERS ONLY! Membership is $15/month and there is a $5 fee to park. In addition to access, members a $15 credit each month to use in the shop. Definitely worth it, just making sure everyone is aware before pulling up to the apartment gates.
Star M — Google review
After having read stellar reviews about this place, my husband and I ventured into the city to try it out. Unbeknownst to us, access to the location is exclusive only to members. At the gate, we were told how to become members (it’s a $15 per month charge for access and parking to the coffee shop and premises). Once we visited the leasing office and received paperwork confirming our newly attained membership, we proceeded to checking out the coffee shop. The food menu offers key Venezuelan items: empanadas, tequeños and pastries/sandwiches. There was an extensive coffee menu and holiday specialty coffee list, too. The facilities were beautifully maintained, modern and very clean. There is plenty of indoor seating offered as well as free Wi-Fi. Once outside, we immediately were surrounded by a vast green space, offering lounge chairs, picnic tables, and an open space to enjoy. The sound of the Chattahoochee River was a plus! We will definitely visit the coffee shop again to try more food items as well as to enjoy the space and to unwind in an oasis which seems incomprehensible to be situated in the middle of a busy city. Definitely a must see!
Norelia P — Google review
Great place for a GOOD coffee and a view! 🤩 Amazing atmosphere, great service and many options for drinks and pastries. Also, they have a Venezuelan breakfast and lunch Menu 🇻🇪 with Gluten free options. A big plus, they have options for non-dairy milk. They have a lot of sits and tables indoor and outdoors. Parking fee is minimum and it completely worth it!!
Carmen M — Google review
Been coming here for a couple years now & have never had a bad experience! The coffee is always perfect and the Venezuelan snacks are amazing! They recently transitioned to “membership only” access & it is definitely worth getting! Cozy spot to get work done & a beautiful view of the Chattahoochee river!
Mollie M — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely love this spot! The coffee is rich and smooth ☕, the pastries are fresh and delicious 🥐, and the view of the river is just stunning 🌿🌊. It’s the perfect place to relax, sip, and enjoy nature while treating yourself to something sweet. A little slice of calm by the water ✨

PROS 👍 The coffee is fantastic Food is excellent The location is gorgeous. Nothing pairs better than nature and a good cup of coffee! CONS 👎 The internet is very slow Cell service is limited Service can be slow Limited accessibility. Membership only, and have to pay for parking separately (2 hr limit). This is a wonderful place if you’re looking to enjoy a break, read a book, or soak in nature. But it is not ideal for remote work/study.

Cultivate Food and Coffee is a trendy, European-inspired cafe in Atlanta that offers a unique blend of farm-to-table brunch specialties and exceptional coffee. The cafe's aesthetic atmosphere combines the charm of a European cafe, an art gallery, and The Great Gatsby era. With a diverse menu that caters to various dietary requirements, including vegan and gluten-free options, Cultivate is the perfect spot for brunch with friends who have different tastes.
The place is beautiful and a gorgeous spacious vibe. The service was top notch and what you get is affordable. There is good parking immediately near the restaurant but it will be difficult to find a spot when it gets really busy as there is another restaurant right across the way. The chicken and waffle was delicious but I hope they bring back the charcoal aspect of the waffle. They said they took it away because people complained (come on people, we only have one life to live, step outside your comfort zone, will ya?!) that it was too odd. That was a bummer but it was still delicious and had that yummy burn that I only get from hot food (and I can handle my heat trust me). The coffee was good. The Oat Milk honey one was delicious. The golden latte could have a little more balance with honey and cinnamon (but that’s a personal preference) and I did a rose cappuccino that was beautiful to look at but the rose was pretty strong. It might have just been the day but I would definitely come back just to see what else is on the menu.

Love that they have vegan options. Usually slammed packed with long lines. I was able to get in and out and had super quick service. Food is always good. Tried the vegan hash. Outside of needing a sauce for all the potatoes, it was delicious. Seasoned well. I shall return and recommend you trying them out.

Wow. Wow. Wow! What a hidden gem. Lively ambiance. Really nice staff. But the food and coffee really is the star. Had their pistachio cold foam brew, one of the best drinks I’ve had in a long long time. Their pesto wrap was also good! Also we came here because they serve halal chicken so another plus. Hundred and ten percent recommend!
Zoya — Google review
Overall, it's a good, quality menu. Lots of vegan options for those in need. The place is definitely always busy on the weekends. You grab a menu upon walking in, order at the counter, take a number, then you can seat yourself. Coffee came in a clear glass, which was refreshing. I had a chai latte, and it was really good. For meals, I had the French toast, and my wife had the salmon hash. The French toast was underwhelming, but edible. Needed more flavor. My wife said her salmon hash was delicious, and I can concur after I tried a bit. I appreciated the service being so prompt, especially to be that busy. Parking is in the small lot outside, and in the deck behind. Make sure to scan the QR code in the restaurant to validate, so your parking is free.
Craig P — Google review
Great experience at cultivate! Truly enjoyed the service. When you initially walk in you stand in line, and wait to go to the counter to place your order. So you will grab a menu when you walk in Peru's over the menu so you can find exactly what you want, and know exactly what you want before you get to the counter. The line is long, but it goes fast. Once you have made your order and paid for your food at the counter, you will take your number and go find a seat in the restaurant on your own. Then they will bring you the food out. We ordered pretty quickly after paying. We stood in line for about 20 minutes, paid for our food and additional 10 minutes and then went and got seated. Our food probably came out about 15 to 20 minutes after we place our order which was not bad at all. I had a creamsicle smoothie, it was not to my liking however someone else may like it I added whipped cream on top and that was pretty good but the drink itself just melted and got watered down really quick so it wasn't tasty. I had the basil leaf lemonade. It was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed that I probably should have gotten that to begin with. One guest had a french toast and the vegan scramble.. the French toast was delicious with the glaze and just enough confectionery sugar on the top the toast was very soft but yet crunchy around the edges which made it even better, and also the vegan scramble was delicious. There was absolutely no issues with that and I enjoyed the vegetarian scramble and the potato cakes. The potato cakes were phenomenal! Cooked to perfection. The veggie Scrambler was delicious as well I would have enjoyed some type of sauce to go with it it's kind of dry a little bit because it's just egg scramble with lots of veggies and cheese but you still need some type of sauce especially if you don't have enough cheese in the scramble. Other than that our service was great we were there probably a total of an hour and 45 minutes so that is not bad for a visit. This was our second time attending this location.
Theda J — Google review
My wife and I went there on a mid morning Sunday. It was quite busy when we got there but we were seated within 15 minutes. The food was amazing; everything tasted so good and fresh. The standout thing was their customer service. Every few minutes someone showed up to our table asking if we needed anything. When we had an issue with one of our dishes, they let us keep it and gave us another item on the house. I would go there again indefinitely just for the exceptional customer service.
Amin K — Google review
Let me start by saying - we have driven over three hours on numerous occasions to have Cultivate Food and Coffee. Why - well it's probably the closest health conscious, clean food with organic options near us. (Hint Hint! Pick it UP Columbia SC!) and two - the place has great coffee, great food, great atmosphere, great vibe and we absolutely love it. It's been a minute but I'd venture to say that the lines are still long. Trust me - you shouldn't care. Long lines has nothing on the food and atmosphere. Did I mention that the coffee is really really really really really good? The restaurant is kept surprisingly clean for the volume of customers. Don't get me wrong - if the restaurant isn't clean - I'm not going back - I am very picky, so I expect clean - but they do a great job of not letting it fall through the cracks when it's flooded with people. And every time we've gone it has been flooded with people. We are due for a visit and we will update you with our latest experience soon. In the meantime - I have no other reason but to tell you this place is GREAT and deserves our long trip from Columbia SC to Atlanta GA. A worthy visit 100% of the time thus far.
Nikki R — Google review
Clean, modern cafe look with plenty of seating for small and large groups. The service was really really good, everyone was friendly! It's somewhat fast casual (you order, pay, then sit down). The house blend coffee was enjoyable: cranberry and nuttiness were the tones I picked up on. However, I did not enjoy the food here. The goat cheese croquette were too big, and it felt like too much raw cheese and little fried breading. The jams on the side were good and made it a sweet and savory dish, but I felt like they didn't pair well with the croquettes (would be great on just toast). The vegan hash was undersalted and kinda lacking in flavor. The "guac" on the side was too tangy/sour and the vegan eggs were just there, not contributing much to the dish. The potatoes were nicely cooked but again underseasoned.

Condesa Coffee is a nice coffee shop. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I got a latte with whole milk and hubby got drip coffee. The latte had lots of microfoam and was rich with espresso. They had ceramic cups, which I prefer. The drip coffee was whole body and rich. There is plenty of street parking as well as a parking deck. They have two bathrooms.

A great little indie coffee shop of the sort I frequent on my travels. Pleasant staff, cool/quirky/artsy space, lots of seating options. Cortado was delicious, and the aesthetic made-to-order sandwich was the crowning touch- hot savory food at a cafe is a major plus for me. Condesa is the next block over from the main parking for the MLKJr National Historic Site parking (a short walk from the visitor center), so that makes an a nice combination or a place to reflect afterwards on what you've learned.

Located in Inman Park, this independent coffee shop is perfect for studying or catching up on work. They serve Intelligentsia Coffee, pastries, and desserts in a colorful and spacious space. The coffee shop also has plenty of outlets to get your work done, as well as light fare and sweet treats.
I came here with a friend upon her suggestion. Not only is the surrounding area so incredibly gorgeous (classic Inman Park), but the coffee is absolutely divine. One of the best Almond Milk Lattés I’ve had! Plus, they source baked goods from Alon’s, which is a huge win!

5 stars and still underrated. Idk the story, but consistently the best coffee shop in Atlanta (been visiting since 2016,) and I hope it sticks around and stays true to itself. Their lox bagel & dirty soy chai is potentially my favorite breakfast - one of the best for purchase in this city for sure. Appreciate their calm baristas. Can come here to work, or catch up with a colleague.
Ansley U — Google review
Similar to other reviews, the service and coffees left a LOT to be desired. The baristas felt burdened to take our order, and then upon thanking them for our lattes, no one could be bothered to respond with a simple “you’re welcome” or head nod, any sort of acknowledgment. They weren’t busy, there was no excuse. We both ordered flavored lattes, both of which had no flavor whatsoever. It truly felt like a waste of money. It’s sad, because I remember this being such a lively and yummy spot. It appears a lot has changed, and I implore you to try anywhere else in the area if you’re looking for good drinks and good service.

This place sucks. They don't open on time. Employees are rude. Food/coffee is mediocre. On Sat morning, I went and they opened 15 minutes late. Dark and dingy space. Only one employee working. So of course the service was slow. Terrible attitude, rude. What's the point of owning such a business? I will never return. The next morning I went to Harbor Coffee instead. I saw About 10 employees working in the bakery, kitchen and at front counter. and the place was busy. Employees were polite, the food and coffee were very good.with fast service.
Michael P — Google review
Charges a “large order fee” on two items. Harbor Coffee is right around the corner and is better in every way, and the prices are better. Kind of dirty. Employees play loud music from their phones and this guy was passed at the bar. Is this a dive bar or a cafe??? Pic taken at 10:30am
Joe V — Google review
Employees were clearly burdened by the existence of customers. It’s a chore for them to take your order and make your drink. Also doesn’t seem clean. I’m still in complete awe as to the exasperated tone of the barista man. Worst service I’ve gotten anywhere all year, and not even close. If I ever come back, it’ll be to make Would not recommend. TLDR; go down the street to a Donnie’s Donuts instead. The food is much better, staff are SO amazing. I tipped at Donnie’s, didn’t even taste the coffee and certainly didn’t tip at Inman Snark because the barista bro was so shitty.
Jack M — Google review
This place has its highs and lows for sure. The space is a really good size. Plenty of tables for large and small. Wasn't decorated much or made to feel warm, but that's alright. Although there was no line, the staff seemed bothered to take my order and were quite unpleasant. I ordered a latte and avocado toast and it was $22. I didn't get a receipt so I'm not sure what costs what. The avocado toast sure wasn't anything to look at! And most avo toast I've had has a few other toppings. But, to my complete surprise it tasted really good. The latte was good as well. Overall, seems kind of hit or miss to me.
Jessica N — Google review
Came in for a couple breakfast sandwiches and the guy who helped me could not have been less pleasant or professional. Pretty sure he didn’t bother to wash his hands or put on gloves before making the food either. I won’t be back because of him.

Taproom Coffee & Beer is a coffee shop in Atlanta's historic Kirkwood neighborhood that offers excellent espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos along with a carefully curated draft beer lineup. The coffee shop also partners with East Pole Coffee Co. to provide the best coffee in the area.
This coffee shop has been a neighborhood staple for years now. It just keeps getting better. The coffee is fantastic, and their caramel latte, not too sweet, is my go to all year long. Don’t sleep on the specials though, as they always have something good to try seasonally. The baked goods are wonderful, locally sourced in the neighborhood (like Julie’s Pies’ quiche!). As of late, they started selling toasts - including an avocado toast which is anything but basic. There’s parking (free which is seldom a thing these days) too. But maybe equally as important is the staff. They remember their customers and are attentive and friendly. It’s clear they genuinely enjoy being there. I can’t imagine how hard it is to compete with the big names but for me there is no question- best coffee shop around!

My Saturday routine includes a stop at Taproom for their nitro iced coffee. I really really enjoy it. The service is always fast, coffee has a nice smooth taste. Parking can be tricky if you get here during peak hours but you will find a spot. There’s a public lot next to it which gets pretty packed around 10am but you should still be able to find street parking. I always get the coffee, they have pastries which I’ve gotten in the past. They’ve been pretty good but I come here for the coffee!! Employees are super nice and friendly, lots of people come through with their kids!

Great place for espresso. Lovely inside and out. Very nice pull, but thought the taste was a bit bland. Think they rotate beans, so maybe another day would have more interesting flavor.

Atmosphere: The shop was nice and open, but I went right before the remodel, so the walls were bare. Can't wait to see how they decorate. Drinks: I got the s'mores latte, which was very good. I thought it would be a little sweeter, so I had to add sugar, but I have a very sweet tooth, so it's probably fine for most people. I also got a chai latte with vanilla, and that was great. No added sugar needed :) Food: I got the Gruyere twist, which was delicious. It made for a perfect little breakfast.

What a lovely neighborhood staple! Good vibes all around - great place to do work, have a meeting, or just socialize over a coffee. Employees are always so sweet, the coffee is on point, I love how they serve their hot tea, and I always get a quiche! We also host our Kirkwood Business Association Meetings here (first Tuesday of the month at 9:30-10:30am - come join!) and they are incredibly accommodating. Just love this place!

Cool spot for coffee in Kirkwood and great vibe, good coffee and place to hang.

I went to Taproom for the first time this week. It was interesting to see the owner walking around picking up plates/cups, talking to customers, etc. You can tell the business is her pride and joy. Really nice to see how much she cares about her business. The latte was good, but the Gruyère twist was excellent! The atmosphere is really mellow, especially after the breakfast rush. The seating is very comfortable.

Taproom Coffee has completely revamped, and it’s better than ever! The coffee was fantastic — perfectly crafted and smooth. We tried the basil, pesto, and sun-dried tomato toast, and it was absolutely fabulous — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. There’s tons of seating, including a cozy lounge area with a couch and plenty of tables if you want to work or catch up with friends. The building itself has such great character, and there’s plenty of parking nearby, which makes it super convenient. The owner, Ashley, is the heart of this place. If she’s there, you’ll definitely know — she’s incredibly personable and makes everyone feel welcome. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and her coffee shop. Highly recommend stopping by Taproom Coffee — whether you’re looking for a great cup of coffee, a chill workspace, or just a warm neighborhood vibe. This place truly has it all!

Coffee shop
Momonoki is a Japanese restaurant and cafe located in a suburb of Atlanta, offering a variety of Japanese dishes such as ramen, poke bowls, katsu sandwiches, and small plates. The airy and contemporary space provides counter seating for a relaxed dining experience. In addition to its signature drinks and ramen options, Momonoki also features a brothless ramen choice for hot days.
Such a fun place! Very hip and trendy with indoor and outdoor seating. Digital menu (scan on your phone via QR code). Paid street parking and also a paid parking garage. The BEST croissants you’ve ever eaten. Fun drinks. Excellent Ramen. Great Sando! The service is wonderful. A lot of the dishes are made fresh to order so leave some extra time…it’s not super quick but definitely worth the wait! A little on the pricey side, but again, great quality food and worth it!

I absolutely love the atmosphere at Momonoki! This place has quickly become one of my go-to spots, and I've returned several times because it consistently delivers on both food and ambiance. The brown sugar latte was delicious, and I highly recommend trying their sesame latte - it has this amazing balance of savory and sweet that keeps you coming back for more. Their drink menu offers unique flavors you won't easily find at other coffee shops. Good Lord, the desserts here are incredible! I tried what I believe was a crème brûlée croissant, and it was absolutely satisfying. If you have a sweet tooth, their dessert selection is lovely with such unique varieties that are hard to find elsewhere. But Momonoki isn't just about coffee and sweets - they also serve substantial meals. Their lunch menu includes options like teriyaki and ramen, offering very filling and satisfying dishes. It's rare to find a coffee shop that successfully pulls off this dual concept of café and restaurant. The layout is fantastic with two floors, giving you plenty of options for where to sit and study. They also have a beautiful covered outdoor area, so whether you prefer inside, outside, or upstairs, there's a perfect spot for you. How many coffee shops can offer that kind of variety? The space is filled with natural lighting and offers a variety of seating options. I particularly love being able to study outside in beautiful weather while still having the comfort of being covered. The wheelchair accessibility is also a great feature that makes this space welcoming to everyone. Parking was easy - plenty of options both on the street and in nearby garages. This might have been because of the time we visited (it's located in a college area), but it was convenient nonetheless. Overall, this is an ideal spot for college students, professionals meeting with colleagues, or friends looking to enjoy great food in a wonderful atmosphere. The professional setup and variety of spaces make it work for studying, casual meetings, or just relaxing. Momonoki truly goes for the "double kill" - excellent coffee shop vibes combined with quality restaurant offerings. The unique drink and dessert selection, substantial food options, flexible seating arrangements, and welcoming atmosphere make this a standout spot in Atlanta. I keep coming back, and I'm sure you will too!

A huge disappointment for me. This is the first spot I visited when I finally came back to Atlanta after 7 years. I missed the tsukemen so much but it turned out the noodles all broken, mushy and chucky (in the picture). The flavor for the dipping sauce also changed a lot. Really can't describe how much disappointed I am now.

I am disappointed to write this review. Came here very excited due to high reviews. Ordered with provided QR code on table and had to pay and tip ahead of time. Friend #1 waited about 10 minutes. Friend #2 waited 35 minutes for the same chicken sandwich. I, on the other hand, waited 50 minutes for a salmon bowl which they proceeded to bring me the wrong dish (miso ramen bowl). After that it took about 8 more minutes to get my salmon bowl. Food was okay but not worth that wait time. If I hadn’t paid prior to ordering, I 100% would’ve walked out. On a positive note, the manager at least gave us a free pastry and offered a discount. Blamed the slow service on new servers despite ordering online.

I recently visited Momonoki | Momo Cafe with the hopes of getting some work done while trying something new, and it certainly did not disappoint. Upon entering, I was immediately drawn to the beautiful pastries and the impressive drinks the barista was skillfully preparing. Depending on the time of day, it can get a little hectic, and there may be a bit of a wait for drinks, but I didn’t mind at all that day, especially since I was so intrigued by the unique beverages being crafted. The barista recommended a delightful combination of matcha and YUZU, paired with a matcha cookie (*chef’s kiss*). It was absolutely delicious! Afterward, I decided to head upstairs to do some work, where I was treated to a fantastic view of the highway. The upstairs area has limited seating, so I’d recommend arriving early if you want a spot. However, I did experience a bit of disappointment when I got upstairs, as the area wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped. I understand that this space can sometimes be neglected due to the rush of people downstairs waiting for a table, but after mentioning this to a staff member, she promptly took action to tidy up. Her effort to ensure everything was in order made a big difference, and she continued to check on us throughout our visit, bringing water and keeping the space neat. Despite the initial setback, the attentive service and the fantastic food and drinks made it a great experience overall. I'll definitely be returning!

Strawberry croissant with cream filling is soooo good. Will come again for this! The matcha croissant and choco citrus croissant are good as well. Black sesame latte is not sweet. They have outdoor sits with music. Very organized and tidy setup.
Fiona Z — Google review
it's a combo ramen/ coffee shop separated by a partition. they stay you in the ramen side and you order via QR code and pay that way too, which makes it easy to get on and out fast. most of the seating is outdoors in a covered patio. indoors there are a lot of people working on their laptops, so they don't seem to care of you're there for awhile. the ramen was good but it's served with "wavy noodles" which I'm used to only seeing in dried packs of ramen, so I'm not sure if the noodles are actually made in house. I prefer the shops with the choice of thick or thin noodles, the wavy also makes it hard to "slurp" the noodles because the broth gets everywhere from the range pattern. while I didn't ask for more broth, since the menu is a scan and pay, I imagine it's not something they do (additional noodles or broth). the ramen had good flavor, and I was able to order a coffee from the coffee shop at the table so that was nice that it's not separate from the restaurant menu. it liked like the coffee shop was super busy when I arrived and left. Ramen and a coffee were over $35 (incl 20% tip) they had a number of other dishes that aren't ramen I wanted to try, and would come back to try those, but I'd likely go somewhere else for ramen that has more options for noodles.
Bunny A — Google review
I tried the Strawberry Cream Croissant at Momo Cafe. It tasted old and a bit over-baked, which was disappointing. Also, paying over $9 for one croissant was wild. The staff were polite but not very friendly—no chit-chat, just business. On a positive note: next door, Momonoki serves up a tasty Chicken Katsu Sando (but that too was a bit overpriced).

Very cozy in cute neighborhood. Pricing is great! I tried a recommended Pistachio latte and egg and cheese on flat bread breakfast sandwich. Yum!

Breakfast sandwiches were flavorful and the lavender and honey iced latte was very good as well. The iced chai tea latte did not mix too well with vanilla syrup
Ciatta C — Google review
The ambience inside the shop is great. It’s aesthetically pleasing. I sat on this for a bit because I didn’t know if I should leave a review but alas, here I am. I got a hot latte. Just a standard latte nothing special to it. I expected it to be pricier than usual but 7 bucks wasn’t terrible. Still too high for coffee. Now I’m not a connoisseur of coffee so I don’t know the lingo the vernacular that goes into the coffee business. So I had a question. A stupid question that I even admitted may sound dumb. I was under the impression that ‘drip’ was a special kind of coffee. Like a house special. So I asked the lady with the short hair what that meant. And she mentioned filtered coffee. This is when the issue started. She just shrugged her shoulders and looked at her co workers while giggling and doing that maneuver with your hand to imply this person is dumb. Her entire demeanor was dismissive, and I tried to be as cordial as possible. Like I said, I even preemptively said it was a stupid question. There’s no need to be so rude to the people who are signing your pay check. I get tired of certain businesses in Atlanta acting like they are the ones doing their customers a favor. No. Humble yourself. That attitude is going to make sure you are a cashier for someone else for the rest of your life

The person at the register was rude. Words, chosen, demeanor, body language and tone of voice. My croissant was delicious. One young lady that worked there was pleasant and friendly. I didnt care for my cortado. The manager had another made for me but it taste the same and was brought back to me in the same cup. So maybe they just reheated it and told me it was remade. I know if was the same cup because my order was written on the side.

Drip is a nice coffee shop in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of inside and outside seating. The wait staff did acknowledge me saying he would be right with me and he wore a mask. I ordered my oar milk latte and had a seat in the comfortable chairs. I got a large oat milk latte which was fine. The coffee could have been a little richer. They have an all genders restroom which was neat and clean There is plenty of street parking but I went on a wee day. Not sure how much parking there would be on the weekend or later in the afternoon

One of the best neighborhood coffee shops. Hal runs a great, inviting business. Always welcoming. Delicious sandwiches for a quick pickup or chill eat in lunch. I love going in for a flat bread breakfast sandwich. Go see Hal and his staff, you'll love them. Update - the Ham and Gouda on flat bread is so good. Caffeine yourself awake, at Drip.

This is my neighborhood coffee shop and I stop by every so often and usually have a great experience. I walked by and last min decided to grab a few breakfast sandwiches to-go. I walked up to the counter and politely said, "Sorry, I've got a few sandwiches to order to-go" as I was ordering 4. The front counter person proceeded to take my order and after my second sandwich gave me side-eye and started giving me attitude as if I was inconveniencing him. He then said, "you know you can call these in.” It wasn't in a helpful tone but very rude. He rolled his eyes multiple times taking the rest of my order. He then turned around, never said thank you or anything else to me and never gave me the buzzard that tells you when your food is ready. I felt extremely uncomfortable and really wanted to just cancel my entire order.

ParkGrounds is a coffee shop with breakfast all day that your dog will love. The outdoor area has been updated to be safe for all patrons, and the inside is also great for a quick cup of coffee or breakfast.
Today was our first time at Park Grounds. The staff and customer service was excellent (side note: great customer service is often hard to find). The breakfast we got was really good and delivered hot. The coffee we had was also delicious. Our experience just made me happy on a slow, quiet Sunday morning. We will definitely be back soon.

Been waiting 33 minutes for my food and counting. Was told “just a few more minutes” when I asked for an update. This has happened twice now. Will not be returning. Update: We got our food all of it except a sausage patty was lukewarm. Only 4 other tables at the restaurant were occupied. Edit/Response: (1) We were not told by the barista that it would take about a half hour. We would have left if so. Maybe there was a miscommunication. (2) I worked in food service and know that the time on the ticket is not always the time the food was served to the customer. If management found the right ticket, it may explain why most of the food tasted like it had been sitting out a while when we got it. As I mentioned earlier, we will not be returning. I hope future customers don’t have the same experience we did.

This is my spot. Been eating here every weekend for about 12 years. Love that it’s a chill spot that still holds old Reynoldstown charm and hasn’t had a full fancy make over. Food is good and people are great, take a moment and say hi to them 😉. Butler fries an egg just perfect… just enough that the yolk isn’t solid and dry but also isn’t running all over the place. Stop in every Friday after dinner just for my weekly cookie… year after year I have seen some faces come and go, but it always feels kinda like my Cheers where I can walk in and they just know my order. Yeah the dog park is gone, get over it … humans ruined that for everyone. Leave your blazers, and loafers at home hold the charm and vibe… these newbies in town classing up the crowd make me uncomfortable 😛 Come in, be a decent human and relax… don’t ruin the vibe for everyone else.

El Tesoro is a charming eatery that offers authentic regional Mexican cuisine and drinks in a rustic setting with a spacious patio. The restaurant's name, meaning 'the treasure,' reflects the culinary treasures found within. Run by Cristina Lugo Soto, a talented home cook from Guerrero, and her daughter Mayra, El Tesoro is known for its delectable tamales featuring flavors like pork with green salsa, chicken with chipotle salsa, and rajas with mushroom and squash.
While the outdoors-only seating can be weather dependent, this is an excellent spot for a lovely Fall lunch! We were there as a large group for a weekend brunch, and despite the long line, it was worth it. The family-friendly space, the freshly prepared tacos and the margarita pitchers… yep, we’ll return for sure!

My wife and I have been trying to come here and we finally came. Parking in the neighborhood a little off for free and walked up. Didn’t see dedicated parking. There were four people in front of us and 20 people behind us in a line outside, which moves as fast as the person in front of you orders. I was surprised to see no inside seating, only outside seating. There was a covered outside seating space and other seats with little umbrellas and rotating fans. Plenty of seating for a multitude, but I’m sure the weather really affects business conditions. I figure the tacos must be great if people are waiting in a line patiently. Steak Taco- was lacking some wetness/sauce and flavor Barbacoa Taco- a bit dry, ok Mahi Mahi Taco-I like how they fried the fish, just needed a bit more flavor to push through. Veggie Taco-good cream sauce that I wish was vegan instead. The sauce made the tortilla shell wet and unable to pick up. Had to eat with a fork. Pulled Pork Taco- just OK. Needed sauce unique to this meat with more flavor and elevation. Chicken Tamale- 10/10 best item we had. It tasted like a Mexican cornbread dressing. We could have ordered four of these instead of the tacos. Charro Beans- 10/10 great taste. pork skin in the center, but it’s easy to remove so this wasn’t a big problem, good skins so a person who eats pork would probably want to order a side of skins. I really like the atmosphere, open seating, ability to chat with friends in the open air when weather conditions permit, free neighborhood parking, fast food, and great service. The servers/food deliverers really were some of the coolest servers we’ve ever had, chill and easy-going with a good spirit. The tacos just weren’t memorable. Not saying they were bad, just not memorable. I couldn’t recommend any one of the tacos I ordered today Unlike I could recommend the tamale and the Charro beans.

Mexican restaurant with old school Atlanta vibe. In a Saturday afternoon, it was a solid 30+ min wait in line to order food, then prob 20 minutes to receive it. Overall food was good - a tad spicy for my tastes. Food decently priced but the alcohol is pricey - $25 margarita is high! While you’re in line, a server does walk by to take drink orders. Chips ($4.50) so come with a decent amount of salsa, which I appreciate. The mildest one was still a bit spicy for me Great outdoor seating (no indoor seating). Tons of dogs!
Shannon E — Google review
My only complaint is the wait time. We waited around 45 minutes to place our order, but it’s understandable since it’s a popular spot and it was a Saturday night. The place is dog friendly and kid friendly, which is always a plus. The food was totally worth the wait for sureeeee! I had a quesadilla with a side of rice and beans, and even though the place looks a bit gentrified, the flavor was authentic and way better than I expected. The prices are reasonable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and there’s plenty of seating. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Best place for Mexican in Atlanta. Their menu has a great variety of burritos, tacos and mulitas. And has vegetarian options available. The margaritas are really good and they have a wide selection of drinks available. There's plenty of seating available. Don't be discouraged by the sometimes long line, it's worth it. Pro tip: while you wait you can already get a drink at a bar at the back.
Bram V — Google review
Great outdoor space when the weather is good! Tons of drink options, beer, NA, and others. Food we got was good and served quickly, seems fresh - bathrooms where a wreck, otherwise place was cool vibe

Had a great time at El Tesoro. The vibe was super cool and the margs were strong, although I'm not sure they were actually skinny as we requested. I had the chicken tinga bowl which was good but not phenomenal. The server who delivered our food seemed a bit indifferent as well which took a little away from the vibe. We'll come back but I'll likely try something else and sit under the heaters in the tents as it's getting a tad cold.
Melissa S — Google review
The atmosphere here makes El Tesoro a tesoro (treasure). You just get a really great feeling the moment you arrive. The line is long but worth the wait. There’s a lot of options to choose from. I noticed there are no tacos al pastor here. Overall, the food is good. The drinks are great. My friends enjoyed their Micheladas. The outdoor seating really ties everything together. We were told that they put heaters outside when it gets much colder. So no worries if you decide to come in the Winter!

Nestled within the historic Southbound restaurant in downtown Chamblee, Moonbird Coffee is a hidden gem known for its unassuming exterior and exceptional coffee offerings. The cafe features a variety of classic and seasonal drinks, including lavender lattes and spicy Mexican mochas, all made with beans sourced from the local roaster, CoffeeM. The cozy ambiance, characterized by accent brick walls, adds to the urban loft vibe as patrons savor their expertly crafted beverages.
While today was my first patronage at Moonbird Coffee, it was not my first time at Southbound. However, this morning’s atmosphere was 100% coffee shop: friendly greetings, delicious coffee, plenty of space to sit, cozy design - passing train included. Yes we were not ready to have to leave at 11am, but that just means we’ll be back!
Bailey W — Google review
The people running the place are nice and accommodating. The coffee tasted good. No complaints in those areas. The breakfast burrito was really small for how much it cost. Seriously it cost me almost $12 for a small latte and a breakfast burrito that was maybe the size of my palm. I wish the owners the best because they are good people. I really want to iterate that the people taking orders up front are not at any sort of fault. I just cant justify coming here with these prices unfortunately.

Surprised the coffee shop was very spacious. On the second floor on top of restaurant Southbound. It was a nice quite place people can work on their laptops. Even though downstairs was very busy and loud, but upstairs was like another world - cozy and peaceful. Very nice.
Jenn Z — Google review
Love the accent brick walls throughout the building, adding an urban loft feel to your coffee sips. Things you should know: I. PARKING The coffee shop is within downtown Chamblee, but luckily you don't have to parallel park. There's a free private parking lot out back ~ easy. II. SERVICE Personable and welcoming. They'll make you feel at home. Keep in mind they close at 11:30 a.m. so don't wait to get your coffee kick in. III. QUALITY The pastries are made fresh inhouse ~ I got the ginger lemon scone. It's light and not too sweet. If you want something sweeter, go for a muffins. The coffee is standard, but I loved getting the option of 3 to 4 shots in my iced Americano. Not many locations ask in that way. IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of available seats, but they fill almost up around 10 a.m. People camp out here to work/study so don't feel judged if you want to do the same..!
Chelsea C — Google review
A quiet, cozy mix of trendy and quaint tucked away in Chamblee. The coffee shop, occupying the bar of South Bound's upstairs event space, feels a bit like a concept that hasn't come into it's own. Even so, it seems to be an effective partnership keeping the building busy before the restaurant opens. We noticed they have a projection screen set up where the stage would be during private events. It was a nice touch (cartoons for the kids!), but detracted from the quaint appeal of the decor and interrupted a lovely brick wall. If I might be so bold, I'd suggest removing the screen and simply whitewashing the brick for a more aesthetic effect. Of course atmosphere alone won't sustain a cafe. My wife and I tried the Mexican Mocha, a blueberry muffin, and a sweet potato pie. None of it was disappointing, but the pie was a particular pleasure. Also, the warmth of cayenne pepper or chili powder in the latte was perfect for a cold Autumn morning. Overall, the cafe menu is simple & streamlined. They cover all the essential bases, and don't waste time with a big variety of speciality drinks. Unfortunately, that simplicity doesn't jive with the ornate setting. Moonbird is a grab-and-go coffee bar in a big, cozy, sit down space. Happily, the coffee is delicious so it's a minor complaint. If we lived in the neighborhood, this would easily become my daily haunt. I don't know that it's worth driving across town for. If it's a bit of a hike for you, maybe plan your visit so that you can enjoy the main restaurant as well.

I visited this coffee place for the first time this past weekend after wanting to try it out for a long time. It’s so adorable. Every little thing from the exposed brick, the mismatched wooden chairs, to the train views... tied together so well to create a cozy and intimate setting. Perfect for the enjoyment of a smooth cup of coffee. They also offer a few pastry items. I tried the sweet potato pie and have to say it’s the best I’ve ever had! Please try it if you get the chance.

Octane Coffee is a popular spot located near Georgia Tech, offering a variety of coffee drinks, pastries, and snacks in a stylish brick-lined cafe. The West Midtown location boasts high ceilings and an industrial vibe, attracting a steady stream of patrons who appreciate the top-notch Americanos, single-origin coffees, beers, wines, and delicious sandwiches. I like the industrial look of this coffee house. Paintings and decors on the walls also gave it a nostalgic sense. I ordered a cappuccino with mocha add-on. The coffee was dark but creamy, just the way I like it. Not too sweet, with the perfect touch of Expresso taste. Some people bring their laptops here to work, while some simply chill and hang out. The staff seem very used to having the customers spending a couple hours in the store, and are very friendly. Overall, it is a nice place to visit and enjoy a cup of coffee.

The quality of the beans is among the best of the best, you can order any coffee you want, from the menu or one on off the menu. This is the coffee spot to come when visiting Atlanta. Great service, good pastries, and a bar for alcohol drinks.

Delicious coffee and really cool atmosphere! Important for me, they have non dairy options. Nice assortment of pastries/bagels and a couple of breakfast options. From the outside it doesn't look like it would be this big. Seems like a cool spot to study, they have beers in tap and liquor too.

Excellent espresso drinks at a reasonable price! The coffee beans used by Octane are so flavorful and balanced.... all the espresso drinks are excellent! The place is cozy and service is great!

I came here for a quick pick me up and bite after an interview. The shop had a great vibe. The espresso and bagel I had were great. The service though could have been better they completely forgot about my food and when I asked for it was hard because it had been sitting in the toaster. Great coffee and food but I didn’t get a feel for equivalent customer service.

I’ve been going to Octane for years now. They make beautiful lattes. Yesterday I had a cappuccino which was made very well. Their prices are sky high. There are tons of specialty coffee shops in Atlanta now so I’m surprised their prices haven’t come down a bit. That aside, there coffee is smooth and delicious.

I live this place and visit once or twice a week. Their known for coffee but also have a limited draft beer selection and cocktails. Ambience is chill with good music and plenty of space. Parking is free if you use their parking app at the entrance, and the staff is always friendly. Great place to get some work done, meet with friends or study!
Gonzalo C — Google review
Ever since Revelator took ownership the food has become awful. Octane used to have one of the best breakfast burritos in town. Now they have 5 lettuce leaves and some burnt toast with a sliver of avocado :( Coffee is still good but don't plan on getting food here anymore.

Cafe Lucia is a trendy coffee shop perfect for those looking for a picturesque spot to enjoy espresso drinks and tea. Housed in a historic building with vintage vibes and exposed brick, it's an ideal place to capture some Instagram-worthy moments. The menu offers a variety of options, from breakfast items like French toast and bacon, egg, and cheese croissants to specialty drinks such as lavender lattes and white chocolate iced coffee.
Nice and cute cafe. Beautiful natural lighting and comfortable booths for 1-2ppl or bigger booths plus tables and lounge area and patio seating. A wide variety of foods, mimosas, coffees, and more to choose from. Quiet enough to study or meeting up for a good catch up with friends. The food is fresh and made to order. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and fruit. You have to clean up behind yourself and place plates in a buss tub by the register. Overall was a great first time and I look forward to going back soon!

Unfortunately a disaster I ordered for pickup on seamless app. When I arrived my order was not ready. I sat in the couch area and observed how dirty the place was. I asked to add additional items. The guy cashier had to ask three times to get my order, though he wrote it down. I ordered the PBJ French toast on the app. He said they no longer make this and cannot give me a refund or substitute. I paid for side of bacon, I did not receive even after asking before I left that it was in the order and he confirmed. A half hour later my to go order was ready. I went back to work only to find out no utensils, napkins, or condiments were given.

Such a bummer. This place was great a few years ago. Unfortunately it’s very dirty and run down now. We ordered a simple vanilla iced latte and there was a lot of confusion from the barista in how many shots of espresso went it. Tasted mostly like milk. They did remake and it was better but still not good. Husband ordered a mocha frappe that just tasted like crushed ice. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and tacos and they were both nearly inedible. Really trying to support this local biz but the restraint is dirty and falling apart. Sad to see in such a vibrant Smyrna downtown.

I absolutely love Cafe Lucia! The customer service is amazing, the food is the best and I love their drink options— from their sweet lavender matcha to their strong mimosas. 🤭 Try their egg bowl and sweet potato pancakes. You will not be disappointed. Please note that while there are vegan and vegetarian options, there are NO vegan or vegetarian MEAT options. That’s the only thing that I hope changes soon.
Cierra B — Google review
I was excited to try Cafe Lucia as a new customer, especially with my daughter enrolled next door at The Bunny Hive. I walked in about 15 minutes before her class, hoping to grab a quick bite while she played. The place was empty, so I asked how long bacon would take. I was told 5–10 minutes, so I settled for a smoothie instead. That’s where things went downhill. After pouring the ingredients into the blender, the staff member just walked away ,didn’t start the smoothie, didn’t say anything and began helping a DoorDash driver instead. I understand everyone is a customer, but why not multitask? Start the smoothie, let it blend while assisting the driver, then finish mine. It would’ve taken seconds. Instead, I stood there watching my one simple item sit, unfinished. When the cook eventually came out, I asked for a refund. She didn’t offer to make the smoothie even though it was literally ready to go. I left without breakfast, frustrated, and now late. It was such a careless experience. I won’t be back. There are too many other places that value your time and business.

Stopped by here for some breakfast. It looks like there was a local event in the area getting ready so I did have to park in the back. The inside has a nice warm environment. A staff member was patiently waiting for me as I looked over the menu. The food came out nice and hot! I did get the hot chocolate which didn't quite satisfy me fully taste wise. I can't describe it. It wasn't bad, but it didn't wow me. The French toast was also pretty good! Overall a nice little place to stop by for some coffee, smoothies, and sandwiches.

LOVE. THIS. PLACE. If you're into artsy/quirky but charming decor, then this is it. Their menu is large and has enough options to satisfy tea drinkers, coffee drinkers, and enough breakfast options ranging from healthy to hearty. I really enjoyed everything I ordered: specialty Lavender latte, avocado toast, and sausage stuffed pancakes. If I lived here, I would make this my breakfast/lunch spot.
Malorie M — Google review
I go into this cafe all the time. I work in this square and I went in there to get my usual blueberry lemonade. The girl there put too much ice in it. So when I told her there was too much ice, she put her FINGERS in my drink to remove the ice AND HAD THE NERVE to give me the drink. I was completely baffled what she did and told her to make a new drink. She rolls her eyes, dumps out the drink and makes a new one and places the drink down without a top, walks away and began whispering about me with another employee in front of my face. I have never had that kind of customer there before but that girl was so rude and unprofessional. I complained and asked for my money back, of which they did. I love their lemonades but the customer service was terrible and I will not be going back!

Waller's Coffee Shop is a quaint coffee shop with an outdoor seating selection that is dedicated to people studying or working. The coffee girlfriend had a good experience and generally isn't a coffee fan, while each got a biscuit and agreed they were good. The indoor seating has plenty of options but seems to be more dedicated to people studying or working - seriously quieter than any library they've been to!
Enjoying my chai tea latte with oat milk at Waller’s Coffee Shop, and it’s the perfect cozy spot! The vibe is eclectic but welcoming, and the barista is incredibly sweet and personable. Definitely a great place to hang out and get some work done for a few hours. One of the best parts? It’s super dog-friendly! They even have a walking path so you can take a stroll with your dog. I can’t wait to come back with Praline—her agility class is right across the street, so this will be our new go-to spot!

Waller's Coffee in Decatur is such a gem! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfect whether you want to relax, catch up with a friend, or get some work done. The vibe feels both modern and cozy at the same time, making it a spot you’ll want to stay in for hours. The coffee is excellent—smooth, rich, and clearly crafted with care. You can tell they take pride in serving a quality cup. Definitely one of my favorite coffee spots in town!
Aracelis S — Google review
I’ve been here so many times and it’s always an excellent experience. Not only is this a superb coffee shop with amazing locally roasted coffee and freshly baked handmade pastries and other goodies, but it’s a music venue as well. The owner is a tremendous human being.
Ren D — Google review
I wish the world had more places like Waller’s than corporate places like Starbucks. The employees are friendly and personable. The vibe in the space is eclectic with lots of comfortable seating. Could easily lose track of time here reading one of the books on their shelf or with friends playing one of the many games on the shelves. Oh, and of course, my iced salted caramel latte was lovely 🥰
Nicole L — Google review
Chill, leisurely coffee shop in Decatur. It's kind of lowkey and gives off countryside vibes. The parking lot isn't paid and the place was pretty dim with only natural light coming in. I got a cold brew with lavender syrup, but I didn't like it :( It was too bitter with a synthetic or fake aftertaste. The girl working was really nice and gave me a coffee sleeve with their logo. There's a few outlets on the wall, but it is are to find or sit near. This place was not for me; however, I did like how so many people brought their dogs and how they had an entire shelf of board games! I think next time, I'll come by and just get a different drink lol.
Maggie H — Google review
Waller's coffee is okay. I got a latte, and my hubby got drip coffee. Both of us were not impressed with the coffee. My hubby liked the vibe, I did not. I found so many cobwebs, dust on the furniture, and the speakers. Many of the reviews mention the open mic nights and the bands that play there, but we didn't hear a band. There was plenty of parking, a bathroom, and plenty of seating both inside and outside. The latte was mediocre: there was not much of an espresso flavor, and the foam was weak: not a rich micro foam that I expected on my lattes. There were backed goods and various stuff for sale.
Kellie — Google review
We visited for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. Cozy indoor space, relaxing outdoor space. Delicious bevys like my chai latte and an iced mocha. Plenty of sweet treats and wonderful service from Sky. If we're in the neighborhood again we'll be sure to stop by.
Lili R — Google review
Such a cute place. My 3-year-old spilled a bit of her cup of steamed milk and the barista could not have been sweeter; he offered my girl a replacement cup of milk and complimented her on her good manners. She talked about it for the rest of the day. I was here back in Dec 2024 as well, and it was just as nice. Eventually, we’ll make it for an open mic or music event.

Buena Gente Cuban Bakery has gained popularity with its iconic pink food truck, but now it's preparing to open a permanent location in August. The bakery is known for serving the best Cuban sandwich in Atlanta, featuring roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard pressed to perfection. In addition to their signature sandwich, they offer traditional Cuban pastries like pastelitos and empanadas as well as desserts such as flan and arroz con leche.
Wow! The pastries (pastelitos) are so flaky and delicious that I cannot wait to go get more. I tried each of their sweet and savory pastilos and their vegetarian friendly empanadas (spinach with Swiss and vegan chorizo and chickpea). Holy....!!! Every single thing was amazing! I also got 2 ham croquetas but my friend ate both before i could have a taste they were SO good. I just randomly happened upon this place but knew it was gonna be good when there was a line of customers patiently awaiting their turn and not upset about the wait. The Cuban coffee... such a great way to feel alive. Expect a line, get there early, and be ready to do that little laugh when food tastes so good that you just can't help but giggle.
Millie — Google review
My go-to Cuban sandwich spot. the Medianoche is incredible and don’t forget to add some guava pastellitos and a croquetta as an appetizer while you wait. My one wish would be indoor seating. the vibe is a little plain inside and eating in the parking lot isn’t the most comfortable way to enjoy a cafecito. If that was fixed it’s 5/5 perfection
Alex T — Google review
This Cuban bakery captured my heart in an instant. I’ve always loved a good Pastelito and had only had the traditional Cream Cheese & Guava kind in the past. Interestingly, they also had guava-only and CC-only filling options; the warm, flaky, buttery Guava Pastelito was simply overflowing with gooey jam that felt so nourishing to the soul. The fruit’s natural flavors were accentuated by an addictive sweetness, and the jam provided a smooth textural contrast to the crackly puff pastry that it was encased within. The Cortadito - a traditional double-shot of espresso with steamed milk - was absolutely divine and, honestly, a coffee lover’s dream-come-true. Truly, this was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. Per others’ recommendation, having it made with real sugar at their suggested level was splendid. I’m also planning to come back to try their Key Lime Pie, Flan, and Tres Leches - coincidentally, three of my all-time favorite desserts. If you’re looking for the best way to start the day, you have to go here!

The food here is beyond amazing! This is also an upscale bakery offering Cake Boss level cakes. The space is small but comfortable, with outdoor seating as well. This well worth the drive. The vibe was so good we sat and ate and drank our Cuban coffee while watching the steady stream of customers come in and pick up their custom cakes, and others come in to grab some pastelitoes and other treats.

Finally! A Cuban spot that does pastries. Yes the flavor is good and its fresh. Authentic in my opinion. Price is too high (spent$70.00 plus $5 in tip) but expected when there is not much competition with Cuban pastries or authentic Cuban food in GA. Also they had no seating available this morning and you can’t eat inside but it was well worth the trip. I will be back again!

10/10. Spinach and Swiss empanadas are literally heaven sent. The iced coffee con leche is IMMACULATE 🤌🏽💋
Jennifer B — Google review
We arrived for Sunday after church Cuban sandwiches and pastries. The atmosphere was pleasant but no place to seat and not handicapped accessible. I am Cuban and know what true Cuban food taste like. The pastries were excellent. The Cuban sandwiches was vary fatty. What irritated me the most was the service. I ordered the papaya shake. The shake did not taste like papaya. So i mentioned it to hostess so she would argued with me. She said the fruit is not always rip. I said then don’t sell that type of shake. All I wanted is switch to another shake, she went to the manager. The manager was indifferent and told her to switch it.

I just have to say, WOW! My husband and I just had an amazing lunch. We've had Miami's best, however this for Atlanta was really good! Will be coming back very soon. The food, the service, and location were spot on. The only complaint I have is they run out of everything early, so go early to get the best in Atlanta. We couldn't wait to eat them.

Bloom Coffee Co. is a charming coffee shop conveniently located near the campus, offering an array of unique latte flavors and delectable pastries. While some breakfast items may not meet expectations, the coffee and pastries are frequently praised for their quality. The well-designed space provides a comfortable atmosphere for visitors to enjoy their smooth and clean-tasting coffee along with delicious food options such as Five Daughter's Donuts. Additionally, parking is easily accessible with guidance from the friendly baristas.
This place is truly exceptional! The warm atmosphere, outstanding service, and delicious coffee and snacks make every visit a delight. The fresh flowers are such a thoughtful touch, adding to the charm and making the experience even more special. Highly recommend stopping by—it’s a gem you don’t want to miss!

The latter and mini donut were quite tasty. I was surprised by the nice balance of flavor between the Sakura and Matcha in the latte. Those flavors are delicate and matcha could overpower the Sakura easily. The vibe was nice, and shop was cozy. It is hidden though, I’ll say. The parking is actually behind the shop, not the parking garage in front of it. Just a heads up.

The Hidden Coffee Gem Atlanta will always surprise you with its hidden coffee spots. Imagine casually driving through a neighborhood and stumbling upon a place like Bloom Coffee Co.—that’s exactly what happened to me. The space is beautifully designed with a clean, minimalist vibe that instantly makes you feel relaxed. I ordered a latte and a cronut (Mini Cream Cheese Sticky Bun), which was the perfect combo—just enough and incredibly delicious. What really stood out was the warm and friendly customer service. Between the great coffee, cozy atmosphere, and welcoming staff, this spot quickly became one of my new favorites. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place to work outside the house or simply enjoy a beautiful space. Cheers, BN

This coffee shop is an absolute treasure! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a cozy, welcoming vibe that made me want to stay all morning. The atmosphere is relaxed and charming—perfect for catching up with a friend, reading a book, or just enjoying some quiet time with a great cup of coffee. Their drink selection is fantastic. I ordered a chai tea latte and it was perfectly spiced and creamy—honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. I also tried a maple latte and was blown away by the smooth sweetness and balance of flavors. You can tell they put a lot of care into crafting their drinks. Although I didn’t eat anything from the bakery while I was there, I was so tempted—especially when I saw they carry donuts from Five Daughters Bakery! Everything looked incredible. I ended up taking two donuts home and I can’t wait to enjoy them later. Another thing I loved was the convenient parking. They offer parking passes, which made the experience stress-free from start to finish. No circling the block or feeding a meter—just pull in and enjoy. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. It’s always a good sign when the people behind the counter seem to truly love what they do—it definitely showed. This place is a gem and has quickly become one of my favorite coffee stops. Whether you’re grabbing a drink, treating yourself to a pastry, or just soaking in the cozy atmosphere, this spot delivers every time. Highly recommend!

I love blooms coffee! First time visiting here. Fresh coffee & lots of house made special seasonal latte options. I tried love portion which is latte + vanilla + rose and sea salt maple latte and both were amazing. I saw 100 layers or donut was must try but it was all sold out for today :( Server Sophia was super nice & friendly. Free parking pass is available. I definitely want to come back!

Great first time experience. The inside is cute and comfy. A good amount of tables and a few couches. I ordered a Chai tea latte with lavender and it was tasty. They have a good variety of hot and cold drinks as well as pastries and other food items. They offer a parking pass as well. I definitely recommend!
Rikkia H — Google review
I was on the hunt for a new coffee shop to get some work done and shake up my usual routine, and Bloom turned out to be just the spot. First big win: free parking. That alone already earns major points in my book. I started with the Cobbler Latte and a delicious pastry. While the pastry hit the mark, the latte was a bit too coffee-forward for my taste—it had potential, but the flavor felt a little overpowering. Luckily, the staff was super helpful and kind enough to let me swap it out. The Coconut Matcha Cloud—wow, what a refreshing upgrade. Light, smooth, and just the right balance of coconut and matcha. Highly recommend it! The vibe of the place was quiet and perfect for getting work done. It felt like a bit of a hidden gem, tucked away just enough to feel like a getaway. The only downside for me was the restroom—not the best experience there. But honestly, everything else made up for it. If you're looking for a chill, welcoming spot to work remotely or just sip something different, Bloom is definitely worth checking out.
Bria R — Google review
I think you should give Bloom Coffee Co. a try! Here’s why.. First the customer service is top tier! I love when you can go in an establishment and the staff is warm and personable. I wish I could remember the two young ladies I interacted with but 10/10. Customer service is not a lost art here like most places and that helps them stand out. Additionally, I had the Vietnamese Iced Coffee donut: has a glazed in the outside w. cream layers inside. This was my first time have a cronut croissant + donut) and I was impressed. While I couldn’t taste Vietnamese Ice Coffee specifically, the cronut was pretty good! It is superrrrr sweet though — I found it balanced my shaken espresso! Which was also good!! One of the rare times I actually finish my whole coffee. The atmosphere was chill and I really enjoyed the music. There were a good amount of people in without feeling smothered. And they have two cute tables out front if you’d like some sunshine. I’ll def be back!!

Biggerstaff Brewing Company is a new brewery located near Staplehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. The establishment prides itself on taking both its food and beers seriously. During weekdays until 3 p.m., it operates as a vibrant coffee shop with a beautiful patio on Edgewood Avenue. The venue offers ample indoor and outdoor seating, making it suitable for families and pets.
Great food and beer! Went for lunch with 4 adults and 2 kids and everyone was happy. Was counter service but were very helpful getting tables set up. Had beer samples too, even though the bar portion was closed. Had the pork sandwich and was great, packed with juicy flavor. Kids loved the brisket and others loved the burgers. I really liked the stout and had 3 different types of IPAs. Nice outdoor area as well.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating! There is plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, which makes the brewery very kid and dog friendly. The venue is spacious and warm with a coffee shop on one side and beers on the other. I had to dock a star on the food because it wasn't super impressive, just good. We ordered the fried green tomatoes, chicken jerk egg rolls, BELT sandwhich, wings, tuna poke, and the burger. The sour beers are great, but the IPAs are all too similar (maybe a little boring?). My husband and brother weren't fans of the tap selections. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch here! Highly recommend!

The cheese sauce that comes with the pretzel is a 10/10. It’s so good I was almost the girl, sitting alone, eating cheese sauce with a spoon. The pretzel was done and I had a lot of cheese sauce remaining. I have no shame. I think a server had an idea of what was about to go down because he offered to get me bread for the cheese sauce. A+ for considerate staff. The bread was also really good. The beer was on par with the Atlanta craft beer scene, and the melon salad was delicious. This brewery is a short walk from the east side beltline, so it’s a great place to start a daytime bar hop. We all know that’s what the beltline is used for on the weekends. Parking can be free if you get a spot on the street. Per Atlanta’s standard, triple-check for parking signs (not all street parking is free). There are various lots where you can pay for parking in the near vicinity.

I got the summer squash bowl with tofu. It was yummy and filling but a little too heavy on the farro. It would have been nice to have some fresh greens with it. I also got their house-made pineapple kombucha, which I really enjoyed. They have a great patio area, and the staff is friendly. I would love to try their coffee some day. Nice to see vegan options on the menu.

UPDATE: changing my review to two stars since I returned for food and was very disappointed! My friend and I both ordered the loaded poboy which was disappointing. Other two friends ordered the brisket sandwich and burger and they were not pleased either. We also had to wait 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Very disappointed. Old review: Love the drinks! Will certainly return for food.

Enjoyed the new England IPA (aka "Hattie"). The pimento cheese plate & the basket of fries were good. The pickle plate wasn't what we were thinking but it was all right. Great atmosphere. Cool addition to the neighborhood. Worth a trip.

Awesome brewery stop on our belt line brewery crawl! Beer was great, atmosphere was good, and with both good beer and good food options you can make an afternoon or date night out of this spot. Got the chicken salad sandwich, was encouraged to add bacon and was not let down. The sandwich and carder salad were perfect after a long hike ride. There were a plethora of fun games to play at the table, although the one detractor was the Extreme Cheapskates show playing on the huge TV which showed a lot of unappetizing food scenarios. Was a little off-putting but didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Will definitely return!

Biggerstaff brewing Co makes an excellent oat milk latte and Americano. We went there on a whim since we were headed towards another coffee shop in the same block. We decided to try Biggerstaff instead. We were pleasantly surprised. The batista greeted us and asked us if we had been in before. He pointed out all the amenities and invited us to have a seat, and he would bring our drinks. The Americano Coffee was flavourful and the latte had perfect foam on top a rich, earthy espresso. They have bathrooms, games and it's part of a bar/restaurant.

Located near Ponce City Market on the Beltline, Three Heart Coffee Roastery is a charming spot known for its traditional coffee drinks, beignets, and watermelon shaved ice. The roastery's printed floral storefront has earned it a place on the list of cutest cafes in Atlanta. Run by veteran Matt Mullins, this roastery offers superbly expressed coffee with a Nordic influence and great attention to nuance and supporting flavors.

I used to live in New Orleans and loved Beignets so I got some of them here and well it was the worst decision I've ever made....! My husband had a bite and just spitted it right out. I wouldn't know what their coffee is like but if you are planning to get Beignets and you know how they are supposed to taste don't even bother to try them here.. Save your money, time and taste buds.
