Nice restaurant with lots of Italian goods, nice waitress but that's about it. We ordered sandwiches to go, and when we unpacked them at home we were a bit disappointed. The layers of the ingredients were very very thin, I had the Molisano sandwich and there were just small bits of pork, which was supposed to be spicy, but I did not really taste anything, it was very bland. Cheese was good, peppers too and this was topped with thin layer of cabbage. If there was more meat (properly spiced) and more cabbage, it would have been an amazing sandwich, but this way all I could taste was bread as this taste owerwhelmed the other ingredients. My husband had Emiliano sandwich, which was better, as there was mortadella and it has its own unique flavour, but this sandwich was also very thin. Overall I think the price does not match the quantity of the ingredients.

Recommended by Google, what a brilliant place for brushcetta, Italian sandwiches and hot food. Great and polite service, reasonably priced. If your looking for something just that bit different try it.

Food “correct” meaning that you will forget about it before you leave the premises. Pasta e patate - a culinary disaster, probably added to the menu for a joke. Polpette al ragù quite good, if it weren't for the fact that I got a wasp in the package - maybe a local version of “protein extra”? They add €2.2 service per person to the bill, but the waiter won't stoop to bring it anyway - the tourist has to go and pay on his own, after all, the vacations are the perfect time for extra exercise. Service? Let's just say that it's cooler than beer from the fridge. In general, if you want to feel like an intruder and not a guest - this place will be a hit. Otherwise - run away somewhere else

So so. Extremely touristy place. Portions are quite small. The parmigiana melanzane was tasty.

So, we intended to share some pictures but the food was so awesome that we devoured it without a trace 👀 If you are vegetarian and you want something else that pizza, this is definitely the place. We had an amazing bean soup, a super sandwich called Liguria, also the Gnocchi di patate alla sorrentina with a non alcoholic beverage that we don't remember the name of but it was awesome! We've been here twice! And if we lived at Riva we would definitely be regulars. Thanks!

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The seafood risotto is the best I’ve ever had — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and simply unforgettable. The black truffle pasta was also incredibly delicious. But what made the whole experience truly perfect was the warm and friendly service from Miky and Adel. They made us feel so welcome and turned a great meal into an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended!

Food – absolutely fantastic. The lady who runs the restaurant immediately shows she’s done this her entire life and oversees everything with care. The seafood pasta I had was the best pasta I’ve ever eaten. The portion was too big to finish. The quantity and variety of seafood were unbelievable. The taste is unforgettable. Service by Hazem — extremely efficient, funny, kind, talkative. We are very satisfied with the service. If I could — I would give 6 stars.

Great Italian restaurant. Attentive Nonna “Sandra” who keeps an eye on everything. The wait was made more pleasant with a glass of Prosecco. Our waiter Bahaa was funny and very attentive to our needs. The food was delicious, the spaghetti with seafood is highly recommended. We came back again the next day.

The service was excellent and the atmosphere was beautiful. We made our reservation by phone and the staff — Baha’a, Hazem, and Mike — went above and beyond. I truly thank them from the bottom of my heart. The shrimp risotto was absolutely incredible, my favorite dish by far 👏🏻

Delicious meal in Riva to celebrate our engagement earlier in the day. We didn’t tell Dorin our waiter until after we’d paid but he was super friendly and attentive non the less. We asked him for advice on which wine to choose for our meal and the Chardonnay he recommended was absolutely delicious. The menu has plenty of choice and the restaurant gives you a good traditional Italian experience.

It's a pity that we couldn't get into the restaurant because of the dog. There is no information at the entrance that it is open until 2:00 PM. I understand that the staff did not want to serve us, but we did not feel welcome there. The view is really beautiful, but that's all we can say about visiting this place.

Mr Ivo provided the best and most authentic Italian meal we had in over two weeks holiday. We had five courses and first class food…the Carpaccio was the best I’ve ever had. The steak tartare was delicious and the antipasti board was amazing. I had the red wine cooked spaghetti which was unusual but delicious. The desert we shared, the tiramisu, topped off an amazing meal. The local wine (their own) and the balsamic (their own and we bought some….i would like to have bought more) was the best my wife and I had ever tasted. To top it off, the view, service and atmosphere just made for wonderful evening

We stayed at the hotel for two nights for a wedding and loved it! Beautiful view, wonderful, attentive staff, huge bed - but the best part must have been the food. Our dinners were lovely and breakfast was the best we've had during our travel to Italy. The Pool is small, but this didn't bother us. Highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

A Magical Dining Experience in a Cave! We had an absolutely outstanding dinner at Ristorante La Berlera last night. Dining inside a cave-like setting was already a unique and romantic experience, but everything else—from the food to the service—exceeded expectations. The beef ribs were melt-in-the-mouth perfection, full of rich flavor and cooked to absolute tenderness. The shrimp was incredibly fresh, and the battered fried vegetables turned out to be a surprising highlight—crispy, light, and bursting with flavor. Truly a gastronomic experience from start to finish. Our waitress was exceptional—she not only provided warm, attentive service but also recommended wines and dishes that we might not have chosen ourselves, and they turned out to be fantastic. Every suggestion she made was a pleasant surprise, and clearly reflected her deep knowledge of the menu and local wines. If you're in Riva del Garda and looking for a memorable meal in a stunning location, La Berlera is a must. We’ll definitely be returning!

This is the best restaurant I’ve been to in Riva! The location is picturesque and the outdoor seating area is outstanding. It’s the most wonderful place to have a meal. The staff are extremely courteous, polite, friendly, and attentive. I don’t have all the names of the kind staff but Federico was especially lovely, attentive, friendly and also very funny! My friend and I absolutely enjoyed every moment of our time here. We had the beef dish upon recommendation by one of the staff. It was an off-menu item and absolutely incredible! The food was so tasty, perfectly cooked and the prices are so reasonable too. I love Riva del Garda and this is restaurant is my favourite. To the chef, all the beautiful staff, and especially Federico, I cannot wait to come back!

This was another restaurant in a street full of restaurants but this restaurant was full while the others were not, so we decided to dine there. We had a meat mix grill, a fish mix grill and a Penne Norma. Food was very good and well priced. Service was good and attentive. Very recommended.

The best gluten free pizza we had during our visit in Italy. I can only recommend this place. Gluten free and vegan / vegetarian options for the pizza. Also it's a dog friendly place.

This is a very popular place and it really shows! Staff, food, the service, dessert all are 10 out 10! We arrived with a small baby and pram and were very quickly seated even though the place looked full. We had a lovely table with plenty of room for our pram too. Affordable prices and the food was delicious. The bavarian menu section is definitely worth a try! Great selection of wines too!

I do not recommend dealing with a hotel. They are uncooperative. There is no elevator. There are no cleaning materials such as shampoo. The room is small, the breakfast has limited items and is not varied. The checkout time is very early at 10:30. We asked them to keep our bags until our flight time, but they refused.

We booked Antiche Mure for a night on our way from Gardaland to Bolzano. For the amount of money that we paid for a "chalet", I have to say that we definitely overpaid. Room was infested with mosquitoes as someone left the bathroom window open, which we thought was weird, but then we realised why. As soon as we closed the window and killed as much mosquitoes as possible, the room started smelling horribly of sewage. Now we had 2 options. Either sleep with the blood sucking bugs or close the door of the bathroom and hope that the smell doesn't seep in the bedroom. We chose the latter. The chalet has a big room with a very dodgy inefficient AC, no coffee making facilities, a crooked sofa bed and a 21" TV/ monitor 😀 Parking is at an extra €10 which i didn't mind paying because it's a lockup garage. Reception was closed at 5pm and so had no way to tell them about our room issues. Breakfast was ok. Definitely would not stay there again.

We have stayed here on 2 vacations. Small and off the busy path, but an easy walk for the bus stop. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. Rooms are very clean and modern. Great place to rent bikes right across the street. Very close to harbor and pedestrian street.

In Antiche Mura we have organized, from Germany, the dinner for the 50th wedding anniversary of our parents. Thanks to the dedicated and helpful team, this evening has become an extraordinary moment for our family. Everything was prepared as requested, with heart and soul. Flowers and a cake were provided for us. The quality and finesse of the food at Antiche Mura are outstanding. The price-quality ratio is excellent! The staff is friendly, concentrated — and also willing and able to accommodate special requests, such as allergies. Many thanks for this great evening!

The beds were not the most comfortable, but the rooms were clean, and the service and friendliness were 10/10. The little garden area between the rooms is also lovely. If you stay here, you must also eat at the restaurant — a 15/10!! The location is nice because it is just outside the old citt area — a 2 minute walk — but much more quiet.

Came to eat the burgers whilst visiting the town on holiday. Casual restaurant and easy to get a seat by walk-in. All portions were huge! Recommend, good value for money and food was a nice break from Italian pizza and pasta.

I had the pleasure of dining at the steak house restaurant L'officina del panino recently and I must say it was an incredible experience. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, the service was top-notch and the food was absolutely phenomenal. The steak was cooked to perfection and was incredibly juicy and tender. The sides were all delicious and enhanced the overall dining experience. I particularly enjoyed the attentive service provided by the staff who were always ready to assist and ensure our dining experience was exceptional. I highly recommend the steak house restaurant L'officina del panino to anyone looking for a fine dining experience with amazing cuisine and exceptional service.

Service was excellent. I was taken through what vegan choices were available. Was told the kitchen could do a vegan burger not included on the menu, which was pretty good! I think it should be included on the printed menu though! And it would've been great to see more vegan options (and deserts) but this is a meat-heavy place so maybe too much to hope for! Great place for steak and meat. You get to choose from the dry aged selection in the counter, the chef cuts and prepares it in front of your eyes in the open kitchen. So worth it !!

Excellent place for dinner! There is free parking available about 10 minutes downhill. The view is absolutely amazing and the staff is wonderful. The food is great and there are also many vegetarian options. Dinner starts between 19:00 and 19:30.

For a rifugio was it perfect and beautiful view kind service was a nice place!

We haven’t been greeted in the best way. We called ahead to ask for a table for lunch and we were told it would’ve take time to get one but it was possible. Knowing that, once we got there, we just informed the waitress we were the people that called ahead and we were there happy to wait and she replied “I don’t handle the bookings and carried on clearing the table” bit rude if you ask me but we stayed, eventually got a table. Drinks arrived after the food. Food was dry and warm ish. Which, when it comes to pasta, let’s be honest, it’s not great. They eventually redeemed themselves with the service. They were very stressed from the busy shift they just finished yet this doesn’t justify being unwelcome to new customers. If you think you can’t handle it it’s best to don’t tell people that call head that you are still serving food.

My wife and I stopped for drinks on the terrace during a hike through the area with our dog. They have a surprisingly large menu with some really nice local craft beers. Friendly staff.

Very friendly staff, the typical dishes were delicious. We had strangolapretti and the penne alla rabiatta. We got to try the new version of the strudel with chocolate and pumpkin and it was awesome, a must try! Also the view is amazing.

Starter of cured meats was good , for my main I ordered the Beef which was tough and chewy , not melt in the mouth as we have in Ireland. Service was good but our table in the corner with babys pram pushed in front by nearby family not ideal !

I found this restaurant on the map set among olive trees in an old fort. The atmosphere was amazing seated under grapevines and the food was brilliant! I ate the best tiramisú I have ever had. The staff was attentive and was able to move us to an inside table when a huge storm started! We also bought olive oil from the manager, grown right there and hand pressed which was a very special souvenir to bring home! I would definitely recommend this place and come again!

Lovely setting just out of town. We sat in the pretty courtyard under the vines. Food was tasty and service friendly. Felt like we were out in the countryside surrounded by vines and olive trees but it was just a 5 minute drive from the lake!

The staff's behavior was shockingly unprofessional and discourteous - a stark contrast to the Italian hospitality standards I've come to expect.The Incident: Upon arrival, we were offered a table that was visibly unclean. When we politely requested to be seated at a different table, we were met with hostile resistance. Rather than addressing our reasonable concern about cleanliness, the management chose to escort us out of the establishment. Apparently, basic hygiene standards that would be unacceptable elsewhere were deemed perfectly adequate here.Overall Impression: The aggressive and unwelcoming attitude displayed by the management raises serious concerns about their overall approach to customer service and quality standards. If this is how they treat potential customers, one can only wonder about the attention they pay to food preparation and kitchen cleanliness.Recommendation: I strongly advise avoiding this establishment. There are countless other restaurants in the area that will treat you with respect while serving quality food. Save your money and your time for a place that values its customers.Would I return? Honestly I would give 6 stars if I could. The most exceptional food and service, second to none. To visit Riva Del Garda and not eat here would be one of life's biggest regrets.

Good food and wine in a pleasant out of the way setting, but not the best value.

Exquisite aged Italian beef. The carpaccio and steak tartare were excellent. Tomahawk ribeye and porterhouse steak grilled on local beech wood were buttery, smokey, and perfectly tender. Who needs pasta when you can eat like this?

Had the most amazing meal here tonight. The staff were so engaging, attentive and efficient, the food was the best we have had all holiday here in Lake Garda (and we’ve had some amazing food) as was the wine. We sat in the most beautiful room watching a wild thunderstorm through huge glass doors that were open, it was like a scene from a movie. At the end of the night the staff went out of their way to get us a taxi. Highly recommend this restaurant, If we come back to Lake Gard this will be in top of our list to revisit.

We stayed at the hotel and for a week and then decided to try the restaurant. This was truly the best meal we had during our stay in Riva del Garda. the wine recommended was very good and suited the meal perfectly. The meal was simply amazing, from starters through to the desserts, just be warned that the portions can be quite large, especially if you choose a starter, the rib steak and a dessert like I did :-D the team was great and Michele is a perfect host. Quality of this ingredients and meal was simply amazing. Price-wise it was quite high, but also suitable for the quality delivered. Highly recommend and the setting is also very nice and doesn’t feel crowded at any point.

Even if dinner here is of course a little more expensive, it is absolutely recommended! It's worth spending a little more especially if you like vegan food. I chose the "Stif" menu and was particularly impressed by the beetroot tartare!

Maybe even the best food I've ever had, vegan or non-vegan! Definitely worth going to, whichever diet you follow, if you want to experience the vast potential of plant-based cuisine (the future of food). More than worth the money. They feed you VERY well. The appetizers of the mini savoury "introduction" and house-baked bread with local olive oil were unexpected and delicious. I probably exaggerated just because it's so rare to be in a restaurant like this where I can eat everything! Staff attentive and very friendly. A small criticism: dishes slightly too salty, but overall, highly recommended.

Dining at Officina Verde was an amazing vegan experience! They offer tapas-style dishes and recommend each person having at least 3 dishes. Our meal for three was over €100 excluding drinks, which was quite expensive. The flavors were excellent and the quality of the food was amazing. The sea salt peanut dessert was a revelation, and their vegan burrata was nothing short of perfection. The service was exceptional, attentive, and welcoming. Worth a must-visit for anyone in the area!

A great multi-course / tapas vegan restaurant with a lot of options to choose from. It was really delicious, we had the latin menu (3 courses) which cost 35€ / person. You should definitely make a reservation beforehand.
