I went to this KFC as I was messed around with delivery from the other across town at the A1 services.
They were fast and very efficient at taking the order, waiting about 5-10 mins for the food which is no problem, it all tasted fresh.
I would recommend.
20 minutes at the drive thru before I went in to ask for food, 5 over cars came and went in this time. Staff were giggling with each other so I asked for refund. Turns out the 20 minute delay was over waiting on fries. The manager was great refund me and give me the food as well. We didn’t eat the food as the chicken was rock solid.
I cannot argue with a fried chicken.
The colonel's secret recipe is as good in Washington as it is anywhere else.
The food arrived without too much of a wait and we received exactly what we ordered, which is a rare thing. I filleted myself RIGHT up.
I would be happy to navigate my way through the labyrinthine roads of the Galleries to come here again.

Good, compact, cozy KFC, with drive-thru. Shame there is no outside seating! Food is always excellent. Staff are polite.
Not the best place we've been to .Could only use self service with no option to be served by someone. Asked for table service and had to fetch ourselves, then when it came all food was warm not hot .luckily not from that area so won't be going back
When you’re asked to park up and your food is brought out and you ask “is everything in the bag” and they say yes. And you get home and you’ve got the wrong order and why can kfc staff NEVER put dips in the bags. Outrageous.

During my recent visit to Ritz Fish & Chips, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality of the staff, even though it was late in the evening. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. The fish and chips were absolutely delightful—crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. It's always refreshing to encounter such dedicated individuals who genuinely care about their customers!

Lovely hard working people, just the food quality wasn't great. Soggy batter and chips that tasted like they had been sat for a while. Would possibly give them another chance as maybe I just got unlucky but would advise going somewhere else for now. Will update as needed.

Ordered on the app, arrived at the drive through… waiting only for the car that pulled up next to us to be served before us. Got our food and sat in the car park to eat it in the car. Only to witness about a dozen RATS running about the car park… 🙃 very off putting and after reading some reviews it seems this has been an issue for a while which hasn’t been solved. Will never come back.
This was a great experience food was good preparation was fast staff were very friendly and helpful to me and others. It was very clean and Halloween displays were amazing well done to all involved.

Washington Peel has to be the worst drive through in the region. I mainly visit for a morning coffee and even a simple coffee order is getting beyond comprehension of some of its staff. Who actually trains these people? I’ve given it the benefit on too many occasions over the years and just when you think it may be getting better it delivers incompetency at its best, sort yourselves out Washington Peel 😡

Waited 10 minutes for a frozen cherry lemonade. Only 1 raspberry and white chocolate pie available. Ordered a chicken sandwich and when I arrived home they had given me a plain beefburger.

Absolutely appalling restaurant!! You can bet your life on some of your order being missing when they EVENTUALLY hand you your order. So now due to this incompetence I have to travel all the way back to get my missing items meaning the items they did get right are going to be stone cold. Word of advice stop bitching about your manager and concentrate on your customers.

Despite the negative reviews, I have been to this place multiple times, and they have never disappointed me. The quality has always been amazing. I had an "Pepperoni Pizza" and requested it to be a bit crispy, it was served exactly how I wanted. The chips were fresh, and they even gave me free sauces 😋

We always order from here for pizzas and kebabs. Meal deals are great value for money food is always on time hot and fresh. Staff are lovely and friendly too.

Pizza was really nice. Sauce had a great tangyness to it. The cheese Burger was really good and the kebab meat was decent. Chips were a bit of a let down, soggy and just below average kebab shop chips.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from someone who claimed to be manager that spoke with on the phone! My son is allergic to mayonnaise/garlic etc and we asked for a wrap without sauce! They give us a wrap with sauce I rang and then was hung up on because the person I spoke claimed to be a manger yet it was the manger that served me!

First up is Chicken Ku Bo, first time I've had this and it was delicious. Quite sweet and spicy. Good mix of veggies, meat and nuts giving it a crunchy texture. Also got egg fried rice and noodles with beansprouts.

Stuck to basics, Chicken curry with fried rice. Chicken was soft and mushy an unusual experience, definitely not a 4.6 star rating and more expensive than other takeaway's.

I tried a piece of each and had to bin the rest as it was vile! Had a horrible flavour, soft, weird texture and a nasty smell. I’m not fussy with takeaway pizzas, but this was rank.
Mo is a super nice guy. Always lovely with the kids. Always get a kebab and never had a bad meal.
Food came cold half cooked rang up to complain and got a load of verbal from person on phone. Will never go there again please save your money and go else were

Rick's Fish Bar is a charming, family-run chip shop that embodies the traditional essence of fish and chips. Known for its deliciously crispy battered cod and perfectly cooked chips, this eatery offers a nostalgic experience with its old-school frying methods using lard. While the food is undeniably tasty—especially the curry sauce with just the right amount of spice—the portion sizes can be a bit tricky; regular chips may leave you wanting more, while large portions might be too much.
A braw chip shop. Appears to be family run in the old skool way by using lard for frying. Chips are very tasty. The Large cod was excellent, well cooked batter was crispy and tasty (and the perfect golden colour.) The jumbo sausage my other half had was nicely covered in crispy batter. The only downside was the peas were cold (and they'd only just opened.) The curry sauce is just on the right side of nippy. The regular portion of chips is just too small, and the large is too large. Probably go for 1 regular and one large next time and then split the large to give the regular a few extra.

Not great but not super terrible. Ordered 2x large fish and chips. Portion size was ok. Chips were cooked good. Fish batter was as pale as my relatives. Did not look appealing but cooked. Lack of seasoning no salt or vinegar. Overall underwhelming and not worth another visit. Its amongst the highest reviewed in Washington with some saying its the best chippy in Washington but I hope that's not true as otherwise I'll no longer be enjoying a chippy tea.

Rick's seemed like a decent place for a carry out.
It took a very long time to get served, mostly down to them preparing "Phone-in" orders.
They don't accept cards either, in spite of the online ordering.
The food we had was worth the wait, all the same.

I placed a big order for a sheltered housing scheme for a event they were having. All the food was delicious ! Everyone enjoyed it so much and the night was a great success . Also Rick was kind enough to give us a discount on the order and even carried it to my car !

Just moved to the area, I have used Ricks Fish Bar several times. Staff always very pleasant and efficient. Food is excellent, delivery first class never had to wait to long for the food to arrive.
Lovely place,well run by friendly people. Awesome pizza,mini fish and chips is a bargain and delicious. My go to takeaway when in the area.

Pizza is unreal. Proper homemade dough and lovely toppings. Even the margarita is outstanding.
You also need to try the garlic mayo. 👌. Proper garlic mayo. No other place does it like them.
Only problem is the kebabs aren't on the same standard as the pizza. Still ok, just not as outstanding as the pizza.
Proper old school pizza shop. No website but can order through Just Eat.
The owner and family are proper down to earth. Service with a smile.

I just want too say, ive known this owner since he actually, opend this shop, more than 25 years ago, and he is a good man, yet, i rang him and asked him if i could have a pizza, too my home that i own, and will pay in 24 hours, and he said he could nor? £15 pound, for 24hours, after over 25 years of ordering and knowing this person. It just sums up, the way, people are today?? Absolutely unbelievable, but this is the town we live in, today, and this is the way, people are, no trust, suspicious, and careless. Spent £26 on a meal deal. The chicken kebab was inedible, it was that awful cubed processed chicken and the pitta bread was like cardboard. The other half got a chicken Kiev pizza which was more tomato than anything else and definitely didn't have any garlic on it. When he tried to pick a slice of pizza up all the topping slid off into the box. Absolutely awful, a complete waste of £26......definitely WOULD NOT recommend.

Went in and had no folks how the hell am I meant to eat my food but in end I used my fingers for my chips and they were nice and fresh
Recently moved into the area and my old favourite takeaway doesn’t deliver to my new address so I had to find an alternative, a friend recommended this place to me and WOW!! This place is 10 times better then my last takeaway. Cheap prices, excellent food, lovely service! I order the veggie burger (it’s been hard to find vegetarian friendly takeaways since I moved to the Washington area) and it’s delicious! Every meal I’ve had from Manhattan pizza has been cherished, and left me full and happy. 10/10
Very very well made unique and authentic pizza. The deep pan inferno is my favourite and always excellent with a great service delivery. Cooked to perfection and garnished to taste. You won't regret it friends, I guarantee 💯

This nanbab was bloody delicious! Delivery was nice and quick too. Massive portion will keep me fed for a few days at least. Nice fresh salad, great quality chicken and kebab meat and really tasty sauces.

Ordered from here and was disappointed with the food. Pizza was dry and had far too much garlic on it. The parmo burger was ordered without salad but came with it on which meant have the bechamel sauce and cheese came off when taking it off. The curry chips were the best part but still just okay.
For the price that these are there are far better options in the area.
Tonight's service was abysmal. Ordered at 8pm, delivery expected at 9pm, food arrived at 10pm. Food is burnt, cold and stuff is missing. The taste has left a horrible after taste and nothing but disappointment. I paid nearly £40 for two garlic bread specials, ham and mushroom pizza, garlic sauces and drinks. Tonight's service has cost the place a customer.
Absolutely delicious. Reasonably priced, great service, very handsome and polite delivery driver. Too dark to see what he was driving, but he can come back any time.
3 orders in a row incorrect.
After the first mistake of no nan bread that I paid for I called and was told that I would get discount on next order. That didn’t happen.
Second order was again without the nan bread and I was told to call next time rather than use the App. When I placed the order it was more expensive so I called and was told by Raffi to order on the app and he would look out for it and fix it.
I got the delivery and there was no sauce for my kebab.
Now looking for a new take away. Customer service is non-existent.
Food tastes amazing! Ordered from here quite a lot and has always arrived on time if not earlier. Only complaint I would have is the delivery fee as its already a little pricey

Now onto the food, for 41 pounds i was expecting a piping hot pizzas, fresh cheesy chips and tasty sauces. Instead however, we received pizzas that had just been in the fridge overnight, chilli sauce which tasted of watery tomatoes and cheesy chips which were burnt. Could not make it past 2 slices pizza and could not not get the chips out of the box. Do not recommend even for the starving vulnerable people out there. You will die. Guess it’s time for a bowl of frosties and match of the day👍🏼
Phone operator is amazing no questions are unwanted. Food is 10 out of 10. Burgers are unreal even better dipped into masala sauce ! Open the resteraunt again I wouldnt hesitate to be a regular
