FINALLY, Hizon's ( and the cafe inside named Za's) are open for dine in! Their cakes and pastries are still the best and consistent! Got their two of their Ensaymada, one with cheddar and one with quezo. Their Dinner rolls and Raisin bread are sooooo fluffy and good! Foods from Za's are still yummy and consistent all these years. Had my all time favorites like Spaghetti with meatballs, Club sandwich and Grilled Pork Chops with Apple sauce. This is one of my comfort food place and food is soooo worth it! The staff have and are always nice and friendly.

I find the prices high for their products in reference to the taste. The ensyamada is 150 pesos for one piece. 360 for 6 pcs small egg rolls. They taste good. But nothing super special IMHO.

narrow streets and limited street parking .. not a big problem if you will do a quick order and takeout. The mocha cake which costs php1600 is their best seller. Other types of cakes like the chocolate cake must be pre ordered.

Extremely unsatisfactory service received from the staff especially from Ms. Grace. There was a misunderstanding between their order taker and the kitchen and they tried to blame it on the customer even if it was their shortcoming. We were asked to pick up our order that moment but when pick up arrived, they insisted that our order is not yet for pickup at that time. They did not apologize nor admitted to having said misunderstanding and even threatened to cancel our order. Very disappointing considering we've been long time customers of Hizon's. Maybe they're already drowning in orders kaya wala nang paki sa isang order or isang customer. Considering pa that we even bought multiple items. Will not buy again and will not recommend to buy anymore. As for the food, it's as expected. It's a shame we're turned away by the brand's service.

The place gives you a homey feel, with a touch of class that is not over bearing. With a lot of history. Food is great but what I love is the sweetend yam sweet potato side dish. Esyaimada priced is quite expensive but forgivable due to it's fluffiness and rich cheesy flavor. Will come back to try other viands

Purchased from your stand at American Women’s Bazaar SM Aura. Chicken empanada was stodgy; adobo bread was mushy and sweet. Sorry but it was NOT a pleasant experience overall eating these 2.

They don't have dine-ins now. Oy take out. The lucban longanisa was good. They didn't have quezo de bola when we went so you may want to call them and ask first. (If that's what you plan on buying)

I sometimes stop by M Bakery to pick up cakes or muffins. My favorite is definitely the Vanilla Cheesecake (₱305)—it’s absolutely delicious. The crisp cookie-like crust at the bottom paired with the buttery aroma from the cheesecake itself makes for an amazing combo. The whipped cream on top isn’t too sweet either, which I really loved. That said, the muffins and some of the other desserts are on the sweeter side. Another downside is that the shop is small and doesn’t have tables inside, so you can’t really sit down and enjoy your cake and coffee leisurely.

Finally had the chance to visit M Bakery. I've been eyeing this place for a time. The real star for me? Their Pistachio Kadayif Chocolate Pudding Parfait. 💚 Inspired from the viral Dubai Chocolate. It’s so light, creamy, and just addictive—I swear I tell myself I’ll only have a few bites, then suddenly the cup is empty. 🤤 The place itself is small and cozy, but there aren’t a lot of tables and chairs, so it’s kind of a “hope you get lucky” situation if you want to eat there. Most of the time, I just grab my treats to go and enjoy them somewhere else. Still, between the friendly staff and how consistently good the desserts are, I always end up coming back.

I think this was the first branch of M Bakery in Manila. I love the cupcakes especially the vanilla ones. They are also known for their banana pudding, which now comes in different flavors. The icebox cakes are okay too, but some are a bit too sweet. I am curious to try the scones. Has limited dining space in the store. It's connected to the mall but also has a separate entrance on the side.

I tried the Calamansi Cheesecake for the first time ,zesty, creamy, and surprisingly refreshing. The Pistachio Kadayif Chocolate Pudding Parfait was a standout. It had a distinct, elegant flavor that stayed with me long after the last spoonful. And the Pistachio and Chocolate Ice Cream? Incredibly creamy , better than many so-called “gelato” shops out there. This place is a dream come true for dessert lovers. I can’t wait to come back and try everything else on the menu. Highly recommended! 🍰🍦✨

The classic banana pudding was good, a little bit sweet, so the small size was a good amount. The kadayif in the chocolate pistachio chocolate pudding was soggy so I didn’t find it to be good, but my husband said it had a good flavor. I would recommend it to be assembled at order and for there to be chocolate chips or chunks as the chocolate flavor was lacking.

One of Manila's beloved dessert shop. Come for the cupcakes and stay for everything else. They make wonderful desserts for all you dessert lovers. Must visit when in BGC.

Needless to say we are ordering all birthday cakes from here onwards. Ordering was easy, just call the numbers indicated and tell them what you need, they can easily get your instructions. Thank you Costa Brava it was simply delicious.

It is a takeaway place for whole cakes. They have a pop up store for cake slices and our favorite is the ube cake and caramel slice. The best in the country!

Will still choose Estrel's over Costa Brava. Estrel's is cheaper, thicker and tastes way better. Don't understand the hype. Ordering is easy tho and fast.

Customer service did not instruct me that I need to go inside the village. We with other customers need to wait outside the store that has no reception nor signage of the pasteleria.

I called in the morning and they IMMEDIATELY picked up. The woman who answered was very polite, her tone was friendly, and she was quick to take my order considering that it was a Sunday. They had it delivered right away after I paid. Will definitely buy again! Just hope they set up an online store so people without telephones can still contact them.

My favorite Marshmallow cake with a coconut and citrus flavor. Just the right sweetness. The best in the world! I also love their caramel cake, chocolate cake and ube cake.

We ordered for the birthday cake last week, we drew the design and wrote down the dedication which cost a total of P1,760 plus P440 deliver fee. The total is P2,200. Guess what was delivered to our place? An EMPTY birthday cake. It ruined our family celebration. (picture attached) We were truly unsatisfied with your service, uncooperative, and neglected communication. We asked for refund, however, you mentioned that you can refund the amount paid for flower decorations. We even asked to even add at least delivery charge to the refund.... But still, only P800 for your mistake??? We feel that it is very unfair that we spent a lot on it, ordered it 5 days in advance, called everyday for update if you got the design, did our best to make communication work out on our end, and in the end a disaster. How could you let this happen? How could you give an empty birthday cake when we paid extra for each flower and mentioned the dedication? We are very disappointed that our order wasn’t taken seriously. We hope other customers won’t experience the same situation.

I love their breads and pastries! A cute pastry restaurant serving rice meals and merienda meals. Adequate sitting capacity. Good service of staff. The food is ok but not that appetizing. Perfect for small meetings. Still I have reason to comeback. Road side parking only.

🌸Food - this place is a combination of Asian foods which are Filipino, Japanese, and Korean food. But we went here for breakfast and tried their rice meals. I ordered their bangus and it's okay for me. For me their palabok is really good. And after that, you can order desserts either cakes or Korean ice creams. They also have milktea bit they only have 2 flavors. They have a variety of breads and pastries that you may wanna try or bring pasalubong to your loved ones before going home. I bought rhe pineapple pie, macapuno pie and it's okay too. 💮Staff/service - they are a bit friendly and the service was timely. There were enough numbers of staffs and they also have guard at the entrance so you'll feel secure here. They could still improve their connection with their customers. 🌸Place - When you get to enter the place, their breads and pastries will welcome you. They also have comfort rooms and this place allows you to connect with their Wi-Fi which for me is a plus so you can stay here just like in coffee shops. They also have two TVs inside the shop which allows customers to feel at home. 🌺 Recommend - 👍

Mae San is one of my mom's favorite bake shop. Some of their breads are good - I like their chiffon. However, some of their breads such as cheeserolls and ensaymada are always dense (coarse texture). And has bitter after taste even though there's still 5 days left before expiry date.

I recently visited The Tattooed Baker with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired in several areas. Service & Staff The staff seemed inattentive and lacked basic training. They were unable to follow simple instructions and were unaware of the ingredients in their pastries—an important concern, especially for customers with allergies. Their customer service was equally disappointing; interactions felt indifferent and disengaged. It felt very robotic. Be more authentic and sincere. Develop a sense of communication and connection. Coffee & Sweeteners I requested 3 packs of Equal (a standard sweetener I’ve used for years in the U.S.) and was only given one. When I asked again, the staff still didn’t provide the requested amount. Even more puzzling, the Equal they provided didn’t dissolve in the coffee at all—it simply settled at the bottom. This raised concerns about its authenticity or quality. Food & Drinks The beef tapa was quite fatty and not to my liking. The coffee was average—leaning slightly on the weak side, but not outright bad. It's just not remarkable. On the other hand, the pastries weren't sweet, and that's a plus. Rye Bread: As someone who eats a lot of rye bread back home in New Jersey, I was excited to find it on offer here in Manila. The Tattooed Baker had rye bread, which is a rarity in this part of the world — so that alone was a pleasant surprise. That said, the style of rye bread here is quite different from what you might be used to in North America. Instead of the dense, hearty texture I expected, the bread was very light, fluffy, and full of air. It almost felt like a hybrid between rye and a softer white loaf. It’s not bad by any means — just very different. If you're looking for that hearty, dense but firm, chewy not fluffy, grainy or course rye typical of a New York deli, this might not hit the mark. But if you’re open to a lighter take on a classic, it’s worth a try. Ambience & Facilities On a more positive note, the ambience is inviting, the napkins are large and handy, and the bathroom is clean, which I appreciated. However, the air conditioning was weak, making the indoor environment uncomfortable, especially in a tropical climate. Overall Rating: (2.5/5) While the café shows potential with its clean environment and decent aesthetics, the lackluster service, questionable product quality, and mediocre food unfortunately outweigh the positives. There's definitely room for improvement—especially in staff training, attention to customer needs, and quality control.

My experience here was great. I ordered the English breakfast and a Spanish latte. My food was filling, fresh, and probably one of the best "western" meals I've had in manila so far. It's abit on the expensive side but worth the visit and try!

I always wanted to try this place since last year. I passed by it whenever I was on my way to the office. The smell of the coffee outside made it even more tempting, but I was just disappointed by the taste. Spanish Latte – 2/5 Almond Croissant – 5/5 (flaky and not too sweet, which I liked) On the pricier side. Overall, it was okay. I slightly enjoyed the ambiance early in the morning before going to work, but that's it. 🥲 [I might go back just to try other pastries.]

i’ve wanted to try the tattooed baker for a while cause i hear good things about their pastry. food was mid and a bit pricy for the quality. we got a few items: the shrimp aglio olio was bland and needed a bit more of salt so we requested for more parmesan, halibut off the menu was good though and the pistachio praline chou that i got was nutty, a little too sweet but otherwise okay. so i think their pastries are pretty promising, but my company didn’t like their pistachio croissant roll either on a different day. on drinks, nothing hit the spot. their coffee is also bland at best and the mulberry cantaloupe could tone down on the sourness to make way for more cantaloupe foam so the flavors mesh well. ambiance was fine, you see a lot of people really coming and going with paper bags of the tattooed baker. seats were alright too. service was alright overall, but there was one male staff who looked sad or was just not in the mood for that day.

Love the large serving sizes! The french toast was great. Di nakakaumay! We would visit again to try their pastries. :)

I think all their pastries would be good. Breakfast is so so for it's price. Spanish coffee is a bit milky as you can see it's pale in the picture you can barely taste the coffee. If you want, pastries go here.

Great food and ambiance, was able to avail of the security bank platinum card promo during weekdays and its a great deal. The food was delicious, the area were cozy and the staffs are all nice. Special thanks to Chef Mikay, Chef clarisse, ely, mayrie and mavel for the wonderful dining experience.

I really don't know why it's so hard for them to have a good customer service. They literally need yearly customer service training esp. QC branch. Pasig branch is much nicer (in my experience). 3x I experienced dedma or no reply anymore after I request for a well-torched topping (since we don't enjoy it not being "sunog the top"). They only reply well when you're not paid yet. I even showed them how the sunog top looks like (based on my previous order from Pasig branch) so kokopyahin nalang diba. Pero no, they make sure they will not give you the satisfaction. So hard for them to be nice. My parents love their cake so much but really hate the process of ordering--everytime!

Ive tried their cakes and honestly I will just give it 2.5 stars but after seeing the owner's rant on The Pastry Cart's IG account, they deserve 0 stars. She has absolutely no clue when it comes to customer service and public relations. My friends were talking about how she rants and complains about her clients on IG. How unprofessional and what a marketing disaster! It clearly shows she can't take feedbacks and constructive criticisms from her clients well. To compare her client's frustration because she refuses to take phone calls, to suicide and depression, is insensitive and arrogant to the highest degree! POSTING A SUICIDE HOTLINE?? REALLY NOW??! i'm completely disgusted with what I read on the company's IG account! I could not believe what I was reading!!! Will never support your product!!!

The quality of the cakes have changed over the years. The cakes were dry and not like it used to be. We ordered again to see if maybe it was just a fluke. But we were disappointed again. Maybe they changed bakers?

Tried their Cereal Milk Cake and Tiramisu, both did not disappoint! You can taste the quality of ingredients, definitely unlike mainstream mall cakes.

Stopped by before heading home to grab a few items for breakfast the next day including ensaymada, silvana and yema ball. They also had plenty of other items in the cabinet including cakes. The items were still good the next day. The ensaymada was nice when it was toasted a little. The yema ball was also quite nice but the silvana beat them both since it was just creamy and delicious. Not a bad place to pick up some sweet treats for dessert or later on.

Really wanted to like the cake we ordered - unfortunately i was severely disappointed from the first bite. We got a marjolaine cake because they said it was a chocolate sans rival. I think that description itself set us for disappointment as we were expecting the usual crunch of sans rival. So when we had our first bites, we simply regretted spending an absurd amount of money for this kind of cake. However, the service is very friendly and accommodating. I just dont think i will be giving their cakes another chance.

The Molo soup was quite salty for me. The Cordon Bleu was quite tough and not creamy. Had these last Sunday lunch. Maybe for others, it is just right. I should go for the pastries next time which all look delicious.

Sugar House in Rockwell Power Plant Mall is located in P1, they have an assorted line of bread, pastries and cakes. They also serve good coffee and they have great staff that are friendly and very attentive. I recommend this cafe if you like to have a quiet place to stay.

I saw a hair strand on their chocolate chip cookie jar. It costs 240 pesos, not worth the price for unhygienic products.

I’m happy with your great after sales. Yung iba kasi after delivering the food basta paid na, hindi na ineentertain. Also, super sarap ng cakes niyo. The mangoes are super fresh and sweet! Di lang yung sa top pero pati yung mangoes in between. Yung sponge cake itself is also fluffy and soft, mamon-like! We love how creamy the frosting is as well. Overall, yung tamis is balanced lang kasi yung sweetness is from the mangoes itself and nagcocompliment yung creaminess ng frosting. Sainte Anne’s cakes are worth the hype and worth the price! 💛

It would be a five if it was cheaper because it didn’t seem like it had anything fancier except that the food tasted good for me. One of the most authentic Thai restaurant I've tried. The bagoong rice is so good, a complete meal in itself with meat, mangoes, cucumber, onions and chilies. The squid dish is also yummy, cooked just right. Not a fan of the curry but I heard it tasted good as well. The pad thai, hmmm... although it has that authentic thai taste, it still doesn't remind me of the ones served in Thailand but still a must try if you visit their restaurant. Overall, a good visit, the ambiance in the restaurant is cozy, a little of the fine dining feels but not over the top that you feel you need to dress up to eat here. The staff are very attentive so another plus on my book. Will definitely visit again!

630peso. The cost-performance wasn’t great. The waiter could have asked if we preferred all fried noodles or a half-and-half option with both boiled and fried noodles—this would have let us choose our preference in advance.. Also, it seemed like they assumed they were entitled to a tip, as they didn’t bring our change or the receipt... At this level of service, we could easily find better restaurants nearby—even without going to Greenbelt.

So far, the best Thai restaurant I’ve tried. Every dish bursts with refreshing and explosive flavors—authentic yet elevated. The service is superb, with staff who are attentive and warm without being overbearing. Whether it’s your first time or your tenth, each visit feels like a culinary escape to Bangkok. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is very popular—especially on weekends during lunch and probably also dinner—so it’s hard to get a table unless you arrive early or make a reservation. The food is truly authentic Thai, and you can ask for your preferred spice level, including Thai-level spiciness. If you do, the flavors genuinely bring back memories of real Thai cuisine. We tried the Tom Kha Gai (spicy coconut soup with shrimp), which was wonderfully aromatic, and the larb made with minced pork, seasoned perfectly with herbs. We asked for it spicy, and it really delivered—the heat was exactly how it should be. For dessert, we had the fried bananas with coconut ice cream—pure ambrosia. The only surprise was the price: the dessert cost as much as a full-sized main dish. We also ordered a double espresso to go with dessert, and it was very good, though the cups were quite thick. I think it would have tasted even better served in more delicate porcelain. The service was impressively efficient—something you don’t often find in Manila. The only downside is that the tables are placed very close to each other. Since the restaurant is rather small, it's always quite noisy, which slightly detracts from the overall dining experience.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item, a spring roll instead of a summer roll, and the staff was so generous and hospitable that they returned the item and swapped it for the item I wanted, which wasn’t even on the menu I realized afterwards! They did not even charge me for my mistake! The food was delicious, but nothing can compare to the absolutely extraordinary treatment from the staff. I was welcomed in from the start, and checked on with a time update on the food, and given a complimentary drink and specialty nuts after they sent back the original order. I cannot express enough how professional, and more importantly kind, the staff was. Exceptional service — thank you so much Will and Bobby, and the rest of the team!!

Quality/Price ratio is not optimal. I think it's a little bit pricey. Overall food is good but I find it a little bit expensive.

Location was excellent. Walking distance from the mall, so if you would like to go shopping after a meal it’s convenient. It’s a buffet but they bring the food to you unlike regular buffet places. Which I think saves them food cost and food waste that I agree. Food was good but it’s taking a very long time from the time you order and when it’s brought to your table. My recommendation is to order ahead so you’re not waiting for a long time. When we asked how many servings per plate since there are 13 of us. The server said two to three orders should be sufficient. As you can see from the photos it is a small serving. So it is not enough. I love a private dinning room if you have a big party. However, when they close the door you have to wait for the server to come back if you need anything else. Is it worth over 2k per person to dine? I don’t think so especially from traveling in different countries and experiencing buffet at other hotels. Ambience was impeccable and so is the cleanliness. Restroom is clean but very small for such a big hotel. Valley parking is available.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy service and the overall quality of the food. The prices were fair, especially considering it's a hotel restaurant. I found the seating to be clean and comfortable, though it did feel a little old. For portion sizes, the soup is a generous serving for one person, and the fried rice could easily be shared by two to three adults. However, the three-combination platter was a real disappointment. The roast pork lacked the crispy skin I was hoping for, and the char siu was far too fatty. The only redeeming part of the platter was the roast duck, which was just okay.

We had their yum cha lunch buffet. dimsums were yummy but service is slow, you have to keep following up your orders. Highly recommend their siomai, shrimp rice roll, barbecue honey pork buns, roasted crispy pork belly, stir-fried dishes, pork & century egg congee.

Service is slow though waiters are very polite. Maybe not enough waiters during lunch(?) It took more than 5min for the first waiter to arrive to our table to give us the menu and good 20min for our food to come out. Good thing we were not rush. If you have time to spare it’s a very nice ambiance place.

Food is ok especially their friend chicken. Every part is juicy even the breast part. It's not dry at all. But portions are small for its price and service is sloooooow. Food takes forever to arrive. To be fair, it is December 25 so they are probably understaffed.

This is one of the fanciest dimsum places I’ve been to in Manila. I’m glad that they have vegetarian options like the crystal veggie dumpling which was pretty good. Definitely would come back again.

Great food! After a miserable experience at a Chinese restaurant of another hotel, Shang Palace at Makati Shang delivers. The sweet and sour pork is one of the best we’ve tasted. The pork is crunchy amidst the perfectly well-balanced sauce—tangy, sweet, savory. The surprise is the crunch provided by the pecans! It was not on the menu but I ordered salt and pepper fried tofu and it was spot on. I liked the big square cuts of the tofu and the hint of spice. The yang chow fried rice was exceptional too. Rice was soft, not too oily and perfect amount of meat and veggies. We also ordered the steamed lapu lapu which was fantastic. The fish was flaky and tender and the soy sauce was elegant in its simplicity. I think we’re coming back for more!

Wonderful fine dining restaurant, with two choices of set menus, attentive and friendly service, and a small and tasteful interior decor. All of the food was very tasty, and there was an extensive wine list to choose from as well. They also have a sister restaurant in Greenbelt too (Sala Bistro), if you are looking for somewhere more casual, but I would recommend coming here for the full experience.

Thanks to Sala restaurant, we were able to enjoy a perfect year-end dinner. The Carpaccio and octopus we ordered as starters were very fresh and tantalizing. Although we thought the portions were small, it wasn't an issue. The steak was well-cooked and perfectly grilled. The pasta could have been better if the tomato flavor was stronger, but it was still delicious in its own way. The Lavender Crème Brûlée we ordered for dessert was uniquely delightful and provided a pleasant conclusion. The chocolate tart was also delicious. The staff kept our ordered wine chilled, ensuring we could enjoy it continuously and served it at the right moment. Unlike other restaurants, the service water here had a pleasant citrus fruit aroma. I highly recommend visiting during the year-end, as the Christmas decorations are very luxurious and beautiful.

A quaint little place near the hustle and bustle of greenbelt. Prices are a little higher compared to the more common places in the area but the quality totally makes up for it. Staff are attentive and professional. Great service from everyone. The foie gras terrine is awesome (make sure you ask for extra bread). The lamb cutlets also fantastic! Pigeon is succulent and not at all dry. The overall ambience at Sala is intimate and cozy as the restaurant only fits about 40 people. The fitout is modern and tastefully done. Make sure to check out this hidden gem!

The place to be for fine dining. Small, intimate, super delicious food, excellent ambience very elegant and discrete, attentive service by experienced staff, it has never let me down with all business guests I have had. An amazing fine dining and my place to be in Manila when it comes to a special dinner night out. Around $100 per head with wine pairing and you enjoy a 4/5 courses degustation menu. I prefer a la Carter as the choices are one better than the other. Congrats to the chef and John, the guy running the place.

Nice ambiance to dine in. Lunch time is not that busy. We went there without reservation. We ordered Beef Bourguignon. It looks like a small portion but it was filling. Beef was tender and it also has chunks of cured pork (not sure thou). Fish and chips were not bad. The fish they use is grouper. It was meaty and less batter. We checked the price in the previous months, the increase! The staff were amazingly attentive to you. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

Had such a delightful dining experience at Sala Bistro! The ambiance is very shala yet cozy, perfect for a special night out. The Minced Lamb Kebabs were juicy, flavorful, and came with baba ganoush, fatoush salad, tsatsiki, and fried potatoes—everything on the plate complemented each other so well. The highlight for me was the Slow-Cooked Lamb Shank with green beans and parmesan mash—fall-off-the-bone tender and paired perfectly with the creamy mash. Truly a place worth visiting if you want premium dishes with rich flavors.

I really liked the food in the restaurant, the chefs are great! Superfood salad is the most delicious salad I have ever eaten in my life, honestly! The service is excellent, the waiters are friendly, the prices are like in a good establishment of this level. I will definitely come back here again to try other items from the menu!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Spice Cafe, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot. Such a wonderful experience at City Garden Grand Hotel. The room is spacious, and clean. Bed is firm and confortable. Pillows are heavenly with choices from firm, soft to duck pillow. Buffet breakfast has so much choices. And best of all Staff are so attentive, from doorman to reception, services are top notch. Even offered to take our photos. The best café I have ever visited! The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and approachable, especially Jayson, who assisted us during our dine-in. He greeted the guests genuinely with a warm smile, which made us feel even more welcomed.

Absolutely delicious. Got the popcorn chicken, which were very crunchy on the outside and juicy inside and one of the best burgers I ever had. Tasty and easy to eat, good portions. The ice cappuccino was also good. It was pricey but really worth it. The service is great, super friendly and helpful staff. I felt very comfortable there.

The food here may be flavorful and impressive for a vegan spot, but the service is a complete letdown, despite a service fee added. This place is NOT a five-star by any measure. For the record, there were only two tables actively occupied, ours and another one across ours. Staff only appeared to take and deliver our order, then vanished. No water refills, no table check-ins — nothing. I had to get up myself to find the water jug before a staff member, too busy gossiping with her friend, reluctantly stepped in. The other customer was also left unattended. I witnessed a guest walk up to the counter just to pay with his card because the staff ignored him. When we asked for the bill, the server dropped it off and disappeared again. It took forever to track someone down to settle the payment. It’s a shame — the food was ok, but the service is shockingly poor, even with the 10% service fee added. Come here for the dishes, but expect to be frustrated by the staff.

it was my first time having full plant based meals. i was with my co workers when we visited. kind of pricy but worth every penny, i think, given that its not easy to prepare such meals 🙂 staffs are very welcoming too. will definitely visit again.

Love your wide selection of menu! We had a quick overnight stay at Makati and before heading back, we decided to try this restaurant. Hope you could add photos to your menu so that customers can visualize the food before ordering, but nevertheless, food is good good! 💯 would recommend, even non vegan can enjoy!

I’m a big fan of Green Bar and consider myself a regular. I’m a vegan and this is my favorite restaurant in Metro Manila. Their pastries, especially the donuts, are always good, and the staff are friendly. Prices have been going up, which is understandable because of their location but still a bit disappointing :(. The lighting is dim at times, which is probably part of their aesthetic but not my preference. This is why I gave the atmosphere 4 stars. I enjoy all their food and drinks and highly recommend the Nacho Fries, Gyro Fries, Chickpea Omelette, Sausage Egg Muffin, Rice and Shine, BBQ Seitan Bowl… aahh so hard to choose! I just love eating there :)

Great vegan & vegetarian food in Makati, glad I found this one. I go out of my way to go to this restaurant every week as they have tasty food - tacos and salads are filling. Wide Breakfast options (like their spin off a McMuffin), pastries aren’t that sweet, and they have smoothies and other drinks too. Staff are really kind too. I highly recommend!

Great pastries and coffee at reasonable prices. I go for the simple ones like ensaimada and croissant, pain au chocolate, whichever is freshly made or just came out of the oven, which will always be the best ones. The place is full most of the time but worth the wait esp if you want a regular hang out for that morning or afternoon merienda. If in a rush, not a great place to go. (And headsup, there is a cashier there that cant seem to correctly manage queues and wont apologize even if she skips you over. )

The Bakehouse baguette was phenomenal — crispy on the outside and soft inside. The butter croissant was flavorful and top-notch, one of the best I’ve tried. The Americano was strong and bold, exactly the kind of coffee I love. The ambience was chill, comfy, and very pleasing to the eyes. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy quality pastries and coffee!

One of the prettiest bakeshop around, those on display are edible they're just so pretty. Ensaymada was good, chicken pie was the bomb. Coffee was strong just how I like it. Sandwich was good but the hard bread (think it was sourdough) was not to my liking. We go again after walking!

Have always wanted to try this place because I always see their beautiful pastries here on Google Maps. They definitely did not disappoint and we were lucky enough to find a spot inside. The atmosphere was great and we were able to have a productive two hours inside the cafe. Their staff were also very nice and calm. Lemon Meringue Tart — LOVE the meringue and if you like sour desserts, this one is for you! Chorizo Focaccia — Not soggy at all and the bread itself has great quality Pasteis de Nata — a must add-on to your order, small but such a staple Fell in love with Bake House Manila and we would love to go back here, and hoping we will also get a spot!

Anyone who loves breads, cakes, and assorted pastries should not miss this place! They also have great coffee with dairy free milk alternatives ☕️ opens as early as 7am in the morning, a perfect place to unwind alone or with company. Though the cafe only has limited seating available. My personal favorites are chicken pot pie, bacon and egg danish, croisssants!! I love how flaky and warm it is when they serve it to you as you dine in. Complimentary water and wifi are also available on-site. This hotel bakeshop is even more affordable than other cafes in BGC area! They have wide variety of cakes too! They also offer granola, cookies, chocolate bars, and reusable cups for sustainability 🙌

Food: Coming from a Filipino palate, we found the flavors quite subtle. We tried the ₱700 breakfast all-in set, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. The mushroom soup was bitter and bland, the salad was fresh though, and the arroz a la cubana was just okay. The wagyu burger steak was bland as well. We needed to ask for salt and pepper so our food would have a taste. We had to put A LOOOOT of salt and pepper lol. Even the iced tea remained bland despite adding the sugar syrup. For its price, we were hoping for more flavor. Service: The staff were friendly and approachable, which added to the experience. Service was smooth and accommodating. Ambience: The overall atmosphere was pleasant, but the indoor setup felt more suited for evening dining due to its dim lighting. If you're looking for a bright, refreshing breakfast setting, I’d recommend dining al fresco instead. Additionally, the temperature inside was quite warm, so a bit more air conditioning would make the space more comfortable. Overall: While the service and ambience were good, the food was milder than expected for the price. If you enjoy bold, well-seasoned flavors, you might find it a bit subtle.

After lunch at a nearby restaurant, we walked to this lovely café. Since we were with our furbaby, we had to sit outdoors-which was okay. The weather was a bit cloudy, a bit windy-just perfect to be sipping Caramel Cortado and enjoying Manchego Cheesecake. Our choice was the perfect dessert combination of both sweetness and bitterness.

The atmosphere is quite relaxing and homey. Was looking for a place open early that served a hearty breakfast and found this place. I tried their wagyu sandwich and while it was good, the portion size was waay smaller than I expected for the price they asked (600 pesos). The sauce on the side was refreshing paired with the meat. Was disappointed with the fries though. For the price they’re asking and the fact that they’re a deli, I expected more than the typical refrigerated fries you can buy at the grocery. Tried the Salcedo Swing by Yardstick that seems to be an exclusive item to the area. It was…interesting. Not something I would usually order because I prefer plain drinks. The pistachio syrup they used tasted a bit like something you’d expect from a cocktail instead of coffee. Eventually got used to the aftertaste and it kind of grows on you.

It was one of those rainy afternoons when you just crave something cozy — we were looking for a coffee shop and found ourselves at Cartel Coffee & Deli. I’m glad we did! They offer coffee, food, pastries, and even wine — perfect for any mood. Since I don’t usually drink coffee, I went for a glass of white wine instead, while my friend had his cup of coffee and a slice of their chocolate cake. I didn’t get to take a photo of it (regret that 😅), but I tried the cake — and wow, it was so good! Rich, not overly sweet, and perfect with either coffee or wine Definitely a nice spot to unwind, whether you’re in the mood for caffeine or a little sip of something else.

Service and ambiance are good. Food is great. But giving 1 star and I will not be coming back because of their overly strictly enforced dress code. I came in collared shirt, khaki dress shorts and closed shoes and was informed they have a strict no shorts dress code, despite no mention of this when we made our advance reservations and I cannot seem to find it on their website either. The worst part is that usually in such cases the restaurant staff will just inform you for future reference. In this case, they insisted I wear pants and even insisted to lend me pants to change into. This was a first for me and was highly unusual. Even more unusual is that the strict dress code is enforced in the tiled "fine dining area" but the wooden area does not require the same dress code and the areas are not even separated by any barrier whatsoever except by curtains which were not even drawn out. Literally the table just behind us which happened to be in the wooden area did not enforce the dress code but since we were in the tiled area the dress code is strictly enforced. The whole concept and principle of this to me seems highly illogical and the fact that they insist a customer to change into pants and even bring you pants to your table to change into is both insulting and arrogant. I would've appreciated a lot more if they had accommodated for this instance and informed me for future reference rather than force me to change into pants in front of my guests. Furthermore, this was a normal Sunday night with just 3 other occupied tables across the entire restaurant (tiled and wooden areas). Advice for the restaurant - (1) if you will strictly enforce a dress code, inform your customers when they make an advance reservation and make this clear in your website, (2) if you didn't do this, do not insult a customer by forcing him to change into pants in front of his guests and just give notice for future bookings (3) if the restaurant has no clear barriers but you have different dress codes for different areas, apply a single consistent dress code for all areas.

Compared to the taste of the original Spanish food, it is at a level that is not inferior at all. Every single dish is delicious. A dessert of banana sput and a cup of espresso provides a pleasant ending to the dinner. A place I visit every time I come to the Philippines.

Had a great experience here. Service was good and the quality of food is great. Interesting dishes like the huevos rotos with sisig, 65 deg egg and shoestring potato was delicious. We also got the short rib and the croquettas. Petite in size with a good bechamel filling. Would definitely go in the future to try other dishes. Small but decent wine menu especially for Spanish wines with age.

We got the triple dipper with calamari, egg rolls, and wings. The calamari and egg rolls were really good, wings were just ok. Calamari and egg rolls were well seasoned and breading was on point. Great to see that this branch maintained their quality. I’ve been to the Chili’s in Rockwell and Greenbelt recently and it was horrible. They also have released new menu items, and the Fried Mozzarella is back!

I was surprised many people still eat here. We just had a hankering for fajitas and fish and chips When the kids were much younger, this place was in our regular restaurant rotation. They loved the old timer burger and the chicken crispers. Also, they used to be the only restaurant open during Holy Week. The Greenhills branch needs a face-lift. The Interior really looks and feels old. The table arrangements also need to be reorganized. Another thing they should improve on is the air-conditioning. There are areas that are too warm, and they have no electric fans to offer. And an area that is so much cooler. The food was good. As expected from Chili's. My daughter did mention that everything in their menu had the same ingredients. I said, it'sto cut down on food inventory plus they serve a very specific type of cuisine, which is tex-mex. The staff here are wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly. But the food took too long to get served and getting the food bill paid was torture. It's like they dont want you to leave. I was watching our server punch in our request for the bill. It was like watching paint dry. Oh well....

Dined here for a business meeting and the service was excellent! I haven't dined in a Chili's restaurant that has poor service. Most of the food was tasty and delicious but I only gave this 4 stars because the shrimp Alfredo pasta was a bit dry. The ribs, sampler, quesadillas, and the pesto pasta were fab! Definitely dining here again!

Great food especially the Tartufo pasta and Mushroom Truffle pizza. The Diablo pasta was also good but a bit spicy for my liking. The serving time was a bit slow about 40-45 minutes. But it was also because it was lunch time when we get there.

We got one of Cara Mia’s bestsellers- Pistaccio Cioccolato, which was dark chocolate with crushed pistachio nuts. The body of the cake was solid chocolate, and it was good! But the cake itself was a letdown. It was bit dry for our taste. Btw, there was no available birthday candle at this branch, so we had to buy elsewhere. We ate the cake at Amici.

We tried the pizza, It was better than most in the area. They have real italian sausage which I've never seen available on a Filipino pizza before. The italian sausage piece were small, but it was delicious! They have many flavors of ice cream and cake on display and available!

It's still the same. A good place to gather as a family :) Got the ribs and veg and mushroom sides. The mushroom is good, but Veg is so so. Ribs are typical, ready-made ones ;) Pizza and ice cream are good too ;)

We went there during lunch time. Expect that a lot of people are waiting. The food are great, we ordered the carbonara and pizza. Im not happy about the serving time, because they served the pasta so late. They just give limited bread unlike the other branches. I hope they will improve the service coz the food here are delicious.

We went there to eat and try their food, but unfortunately, no one accommodated us—we had to find our own seats. Service – Were there only two servers? The place is small, but their service was still very slow. They barely looked our way when we tried to call them. Food – The portions were small for the price, and the food wasn’t that good either, though it was still edible. We won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

If you want proof of expectation versus reality, come and eat here. Hahaha. Roasted beef serving does not even stand a chance on its menu photo. The truffle pasta is tasteless, we even asked for parmesan, pepper. (Served through a plate instead of allowing us to do it. Lol), miso soup, 80 pesos, placed in a cutie bowl. The food tho is good. However, it is not aligned to whats on the menu--the price is also is too much. First and last try.

Their pricing is steep considering the quality and quantity of their food. We ordered a caramelized miso salmon and gyudon bowl, truffle pasta, kani, and tiramisu crepe. The food was bland and serving is lacking. We had to serve ourselves to a table. They wont serve you water unless you ask for it. We had to call in twice for the bill before it was given. Overall, for me, it’s not a restaurant that Id come back to again.

We bought a box of macarons since we’re canvassing macarons from different cafes in Metro Manila. This set is disappointing since most are too sweet and some have flavors you cannot distinguish unless you looked at the website to know what the flavors are. I personally liked the earl grey since it wasn’t too sweet; I probably knew this was the earl grey one since it’s the only ~tea~ flavor. The mango did not taste like mango. The toffee caramel and the chocolate were so overpowering and really sweet.

Wildflour probably offers one of the best dining experiences for an afternoon delight. The sandwiches are well made and we really enjoyed the garlic parmesan butter we ordered, and the bread is refillable. Ambience was great, there were not much people dining at the time we ate, as this place is very notorious for its pricing. But overall I felt the value is there, while it is indeed pricey, the portions flavor are big to match its hefty prices. Had a great time as usual. Will definitely come back.

First time to eat here at Wildflour. I love the Cozy and relaxing ambiance of their store. I love the taste of Original Roasted Chicken, not dry and juicy inside. The hummus and steak also taste good, it didn't leave a strong after taste on your mouth. Love their salads, you know it's fresh. Their food is good for sharing. They offer a 50% discounts on their breads at 7pm.

Wildflour Greenhills hit different with that 50% off BPI promo last month 👌🏽 The food’s always solid (steak and squid ink pasta were faves!) Not an everyday place, but with a discount like that? Definitely yes.

PROS: Food was great. Large portions. Nice plating. Service was exquisite. From receiving to billing. The place looks awesome. Albeit the bakery should really be facing the front or at least visible from street level. It’s in the back, man! CONS: Most of the food was 86 around 1PM lunchtime. So yah bummer. Mar 2023: First time in this branch...delicious food as always. Service staff are very friendly and nice. Cozy ambience and adequate seating 😊 July 2025: I took my daughter out for a delightful lunch, eagerly anticipating a tasty meal. We ordered Parker House roll with garlic and parsley butter, soup, salad, sandwich combo and roasted chicken. After just 10 minutes, the rolls arrived, warm and fragrant, setting a promising tone for our meal. However, as we enjoyed our first bites, we couldn’t help but notice that my soup, salad and sandwich took another 10 minutes to arrive. By that time, I was nearly halfway through my food, I realized that the roasted chicken was still missing—over 30 minutes had passed since we placed our order! I reached out to two servers for an update, but unfortunately, they never returned. Frustrated, I decided it was time to speak with the manager. She approached us with a friendly demeanor, assuring me that our chicken would be on its way shortly. According to her, there had been a mix-up with our order slip. Eventually, the chicken did arrive, but to our surprise, it was already cold. The experience sadly left us feeling that the service here was much slower compared to the Rada and QC branches, which we’ve always enjoyed. It was a lunch filled with potential, but the execution didn’t quite rise to the occasion.

Very nice dessert place! Specialising in match flavours, mostly ice cream. We were really saddened that they were out of hajjicha, but the matcha ice cream was very nice. We got the matcha milk float which was great, also the matcha Sunday with beans which was nice but a little weird. Staff were very nice and spoke great English. The seating and atmosphere was also great. The prices however are on the high side.

Tried their Tsujiri Milk Float with Matcha ice cream. Man, I can easily tell that this is one of my top 3 matcha faves. The matcha taste really hits the spot! Not too earthy, not too sweet, just perfectly crafted for both matcha and non-matcha lovers! It's super rich and creamy, and the texture slightly changes as you finish your drink because the ice from the drinks slowly melts. Such an awesome experience!!!

I recently visited Tsujiri and had a great experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ice cream was delicious. They had a great selection of flavors, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was also pleasant and welcoming, making it a great place to hang out with friends or family. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the prices were a bit higher than what I expected, but overall, it was worth it for the quality of the ice cream and the overall experience. Highly recommended!

First time to try matcha dessert because i'm not a fan of matcha. Surprisingly, i enjoyed it! The taste of matcha is so good! We tried the matcha choco float, matcha halo halo and matcha ice cream. The place is small but just enough to really have dessert. One of the best dessert shops i've been to! Price is relative to the quality of food. Will definitely come back and bring more friends❤️

This branch is really nice. Bought some assorted pasalubong. The cashier was really friendly during my visit. She is the nicest one I have meet in this branch. I hope she got recognized for her professionalism and friendliness. The store was open and welcoming.

Don't choose this store for delivery! I ordered through red ribbon hotline and the store assigned was Waltermart Makati. I ordered at 2:50pm and after an hour, I followed up many times without having the number of rider. I cannot contact the store. And my order just arrived at 5:30pm! Imagine more than 2hrs for a celebration cake within Makati area which is just max of 15mins via motorcycle. If you will order via hotline, please make sure that it will not be assigned to Waltermart Makati. Mas okay pa mag order via foodpanda o grabfood kahit na may additional cost. Which I did, I ordered instead sa foodpanda, at mas nauna pa sya!

This place seems lost as a nice bakery is the last thing you'd expect on busy P. Ocampo street. Becky's kitchen specializes in cakes and baked goodies such as brownies, lemon squares, food for the gods, Cherry fudge bars, etc. They also have cheese cakes but I think their best cake is the potato cake. This place can get busy so ask for your number from the guard as soon as you step in. This place is also cash only and has only street parking to which only 2-3 cars can fit in at a time. My all time favourites here are the prune walnut cake, the potato cake and their lemon square.

This store is old and nostalgic in a sense, the staff here are accommodating and polite, however the price of their products are quite expensive. Parking is difficult. The team at Becky’s is friendly and approachable. The brownies are absolutely superb — rich, fudgy, and full of flavor. However, I had high expectations for the chocolate fudge cake and, unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet them.

Such affordable pastries and cakes, They taste so good too! I love the architecture of the place, how an old house turned into a bakery. The smell inside the establishment is also amazing! Recommend giving it a visit when you roam around Manila. Their chocolate fudge is a must!

Its been more than a decade since i was here. Dropped by to get my all time favorite walnut brownies and the swiss chocolate cake. Prices have always been reasonable and still are. If ever you are in the area, come here for the sweets! To add, i do appreciate the guards ensuring the max number of people to be let inside, thus the chairs for those waiting outside.

I first noticed this place a few weeks ago and I thought it’s a restaurant, judging from its name. It sparked my curiosity and eventually I was able to visit the place. Surprisingly, it’s basically a cake shop. We went on a Saturday noon and there’s a queue outside, which made me more interested. They only let about 3-4 customers in at a time. There were cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other pastries displayed. I don’t encourage you to purchase their products via Grab as the driver also need to line up with other customers and wait. The cake shop doesn’t offer dine-in options; it’s all take out. I can only imagine eating their ensaymada on one of their tables, with a cup of hot chocolate to complement.

It’s sooooooo hard to get in touch with this place to order!!! Is the owner like 1,000 years old?! They don’t accept orders via text messages or FB Messenger. I have to place a call everytime i want to order. So fine, i did. I called thrice on a Monday, apparently they’re closed. I called a month later and ready to place my order, Trina gave me a cellphone number that isn’t registered in Gcash. So i told her that. She said, “Tawag nalang po kayo ulit.” Because she has to check. I called back again a couple of hours later. She said that their Gcash is full and can’t accept payments anyway. “Tawag nalang po kayo ulit bukas”. OMGGGGGG. I have to CALL AND CALL AND CALL AND CALL THEM?! SAYANG SA ORAS. When i could’ve placed an order for 2 minutes via messaging service. As opposed to wasting almost 1 hour of my life going back and forth with their old ways, why don’t they just allow messages?! What’s so wrong with that? Even their address and contact details for pick up they have to dictate to me pa one by one. I initially wanted to order 200 pcs of their bottled good to include in our giveaways. The staff just said, “Tawag ka nalang po ulit.” Ano ba tong tindahan na to? Ayaw mag benta? Lagi nalang hinahabol ng mga customers? If they owe an answer to a customer’s query, customer pa dapat mag fofollow up ulit ng question and not them chasing the customer (yes, the word used in banks is “chase” when you need to give feedback to the customer)?! What a waste. Stuck in their old ways. PS: I called the next day and spoke with Irene. All orders are placed, confirmed and i asked when the items can be picked up. She said i can have them picked up anytime. So i booked a Grab rider and he was there in 15 minutes. Grab rider called me to say that the items weren’t ready and there’s a bit of a waiting period. This restaurant is old in structure and even in its ways. It needs to be revamped if it wants to go on for the next years. What a WASTE OF EVERYONE’S TIME THAT THE STAFF OF BECKY’S KITCHEN JUST DON’T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT. PS: I tried to order another batch weeks later this time volume naman more than a hundred bottles. Same situation. Sobrang hirap mag place ng order. Took DAYS of texting with one of their staff back and forth, with no definite instructions on how i can pay because “Hindi alam kung aling Gcash ang mag receive ng payment,” so i’m stuck here 1 day before pick up date and i still don’t know how i’m supposed to pay for the tens thousands worth of order? Very inefficient.

This is one of few places where the food is just so good, like a home-cooked meal, made with choice ingredients. I love their meat dishes and salads. Thank you, Cibo. :)

Got budoled into ordering their steak and it didn’t disappoint. Also ordered their prosciutto pizza, appetizer (the one with spinach mushroom dip) and the Margarita’s choice pasta (which I forgot what its called!) and their grape shake. What’s great about it is that they have an ongoing 50% off promo with Eastwest Bank Credit card so we only had to pay about Php 2,800 for everything! Servers are polite and very attentive and very approachable. Kudos!

Tried Mary Grace Magnolia as I craved for a seafood pasta. To my dismay, i was served a very soupy seafood pasta. You can see from the pictures that it looked like i am eating ramen. I had to request more parmesan cheese to mellow down the soupy texture and use my bread to absorb some. For a pricey seafood pasta, i dont think its worth it. Will try other branch if this is still the case.

Said to be the favorite place of titos and titas. Just like other Mary Graces, the place looks cozy and home-y. Food is flavorful and tasty, yet a bit pricey. Service is quite good, since they now have buzzer to easily call the attention of the staffs. They also have washroom in the second floor branch, which gives some convenience to their customers.

Love Mary Grace! Great food and you’re getting what you pay for! This branch was clean and the servers were very attentive, and they took care to serve the dishes as requested. We ordered a brownie to share just because we were already hungry when we got to the restaurant, and while we were choosing our actual meal. They brought the brownie out and asked if we wanted warm or iced water. We ordered the chicken and fish perfect plates, which came with a desert of the day each. We received a tiramisu and a banana-something cake (it was my first time trying it and I’m not super sure we’ll order it again). We also ordered a nonalcoholic sangria and a Mexican spiced hot chocolate—both delicious. Always recommended!

There are two Mary Graces inside Rob Mag. One is outdoor and one is located in the second floor near travel club. The one near travel club has a spacious interior and seats outside too, but service can be very slow. We did have problems with getting out receipt (and orders) before, but can say that service has improved since then. We had a variety of cakes and pastries and can say, that at least with Mary Grace, the food is always good.

My daughter tried their new beef salpicao which she craves sadly it's not worth the P800+ price tag. The meat is a little dry. The classic carbonara that i have ordered tasted a little bland and watery. I'm not sure if it's a branch problem or their food quality is getting lower. Their pastries are good though.

This branch is an enigma. Staff seems competent and friendly - only when you can grab their attention. The whole time we were there, there was this incessant bell/chime which I assume we're Grab Food orders but they let it blare away and is actually quite annoying. The food was....well....a shadow of what I've had in other branches. Why? I can't think of a reason why that would be. But it is. Their placement is prime - a 2nd floor dining area that opens to the mall, and a ground floor entrance that caters to the driveway facing Doña Hemady street. But location - although it's a prime thing for restaurants and cafes - isn't the whole ballgame. They need to up their game in other areas like service and food quality too.

Great atmosphere for alfresco dining. Their infused water is the best. Have it with ice on a cool summer evening. Forget about food. I'm gonna rave about their infused water. Keep hydrated with their super cool infused water. I don't even know what's in there but I know it's great! I order food as a front since I can't just sit there and get some water.

Yesterday afternoon, I had the urge to have coffee shake gelato again for dessert. This is the precise time to prepare a coffee gelato shake at Caramia Glorietta branch. Customers are given a time frame of 7-10 minutes. Unlike at Caramia Robinson's Manila branch, when you order a coffee shake, they tell customers that it will take 15-20 minutes, but honestly, they prepared the coffee shake in almost 2-3 minutes. I'm just comparing the services of two Caramia branches. Sorry.

SEA SALTED HONEY CRUNCH (whole cake) @ ₱910 has white chiffon, light mocha cream filling and sea salted honey crunchies on top. cake slice is priced at ₱170.

Cakes doesnt taste like what they're supposed to taste. Pistachio cake doesnt even have pistachios and cant even taste rum in the black forest. Bland. Also, they "verify" pwd ids even though that isnt necessary since it isnt mandated and no ordinance said that verification in DOH site is required. Please inform your staff! Aside from that, service is poor because we bought 2 but they gave us only 1, and we had to go back to ask for the other.

Ordered this creme brûlée cake and it's super good. My new fave. Not as sweet as the midnight dream. Love the four layer soft sponge cake and the vanilla and buttercream filling! Especially the crunchy burnt egg custard topping. ❤️

The cashier was clearly in a bad mood — it showed on her face and attitude from the start. I asked a simple question, and she intentionally ignored me. It was obvious she didn’t want to deal with customers. What’s the point of having staff if they act like we’re a bother? Just plain rude. I also reached out to the CaramiaCares email, hoping to give feedback properly, but I haven’t received any response. It’s just discouraging to feel ignored both in person and through your customer service channel.

They served honey on a broken glassware! Anyway. Food was good. A step up from the usual wildflour restaurant. But the serving size was small. Carbonara was excellent. Lamb Ragu was okay. Beef short rib was tasty as well as the N’duja pizza. Service was pro active. Though not sure why they didn’t notice the broken glassware

We had the Clams al Forno, Bone Marrow al Forno, N’duja Sausage Pizza, Carbonara, Rack of Lamb, Homemade Arancia Soda, and Tiramisu. It was really good! I liked the Bone Marrow and Lamb the best. The Bone Marrow is huge! we couldn’t finish it even though we were a party of 4.

One of the best pizza I've had in Manila so far. It's so fresh and made with great Italian ingredients. It's a reasonable size for one person or to share on a date if you just want to drink and eat a little. The indoor place is cozy but small so very crowded at the time we fit in (around noon on Saturday.. So you can make your reservation through the website ) but they have outdoor seating as well. They offer you a bottle of water, with gas or regular water. They give a breadstick as an appetizer while we wait for our order, it was delicious. The only problem in the Philippines is that they always have a little messy or confused service, but they are always friendly and attentive in their own way during or visit.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday dinner here. The reservation was easy and they communicate with you before you arrive. The food was great, I particularly loved their mushroom pasta and prosciutto pizza was lovely as well. They gave us a complimentary tiramisu for the bday celeb 🥹 thank you! I love the cozy ambience during dinner time and service was excellent.

Food was good, not great. Very pricey. Would only probably eat here when there's a credit card promo. The bone marrow would've been easier to get to if it was cut in half like every other restaurant does. Pizzas, pastas and risotto were just ok. Having a single bathroom is such a pain. Came back countless times just to use the toilet. Place is a bit too tight. And too dark. Parking is a problem. It was also hard to call the attention of the servers even though there were a lot of them.

Their deep dark classic chocolate cake is not so sweet. It’s okay, although not that exceptional as I’ve read from the other reviews. The bar was set so high so maybe that’s why I was disappointed. The design kind of looks cheap, but for the amount I guess you should not expect that much.

Hmm. Sorry but their cakes taste cheap. I felt like the cakes I've tried in different bakeries are much better. There is something about their bread or the base of the cake that I don't like. I forgot what it was but I think it's the texture. I love cakes and pastries, and I can't count how many cakes I've had in my life which I never get to review. This one, this one is unforgettable in a bad way because this is the first time in my life that I called something "second-rate". Argg.. should I say sorry? This is my honest feelings though. I'm not good in english or grammar, and I don't know the exact word but it seems to me that "tinipid" or they skimped their ingredients that's why it's bad. It's also the reason why I called it cheap.

Always look for Death By Tablea. I'm a sweet tooth so Tiramisu doesn't hit the spot as much.

Chocolat along Emilia St., Barangay Palanan, Makati may not look too enticing from the outside, but their cakes are quite delicious, that we usually buy entire cakes to enjoy at home with family & friends, & we usually come back for more. Our favorites are: = Tiramisu = Red Velvet = Chocolate Carrot Cake = Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting = Deep Dark Classic We not only enjoy eating them, but we also give them as gifts to family & friends. We like their Tiramisu Cake more than the ones made & sold by larger cake chains, that we usually buy their Tiramisu Cake more frequently for our consumption & as gifts. When we buy their Tiramisu Cake, we usually request them not to put their cocoa topping anymore. We usually enjoy their Tiramisu Cake that way or we add our own topping (like coffee powder or our own brand of cocoa powder). We've been buying their Tiramisu Cake regularly for the past couple of years; however, we just noticed when we bought recently this October 2019, Chocolat retained the price, but they reduced the size of the cake. The cake was shorter by about an inch. While we understand that they reduced the height to retain the price, given that the cake is flatter now, it is not as appealing to give as a gift; as it looks like a taller cheese cake or a taller chocolate mousse cake, instead of like a Tiramisu Cake. We still enjoy their Tiramisu Cake, but we may stop giving them as gifts because of the smaller size. How we wish that Chocolat had kept the size & just increased the price; in this way, people who would receive their Tiramisu Cakes as gifts would not feel slighted that they were given a "short cake". Especially since the Tiramisu Cake is supposed to be a specialty cake.

Cafe Mary Grace at SM Manila offers a generally pleasant experience with its cozy ambiance. It's a great spot to relax, though be aware that the open layout means noise from ongoing mall programs or videoke promotions can easily permeate the cafe. I've previously suggested the addition of a glass door or walls to help minimize this sound, as it can be disruptive, especially if you're hoping for a quiet, meditative moment. On this visit, we were once again delighted by the service from Mel, who has consistently provided excellent service over our many returns to this branch. For our meal, we started with a salad for sharing. The balsamic vinaigrette was a definite highlight for me, as I prefer it over Caesar dressing, and it was indeed very good! While enjoyable, I still find the salad at Cafe Ylang Ylang to be superior. We also had the pumpkin soup, which was good, and the strawberry shortcake. Initially, there was some hesitation to serve the shortcake, but they eventually provided it to us. A big plus is the cleanliness of the toilet facilities, which is always appreciated. Despite the noise issue, we'll definitely be returning to Cafe Mary Grace. I truly hope they consider adding walls or a door to improve the acoustic environment, allowing guests to fully enjoy the otherwise lovely atmosphere.

You know every time I had a great meal at any Mary Grace Cafe especially at their Newport World Resorts or SM Manila branches, I always leave my plates "clean"- not even a tidbit of bread or pasta or a piece of salad greens left on these. That's how I appreciate how delightful it is to dine in at their resto!

Felt that the cream in-between the crepe sheets was stale. Was not overly sweet which was good. Coffee is alright too. The crepe cake did not deliver for the price paid I think.

It should be a happy moment to see Paper Moon and Pepi Cubano merged in one store! You may be expecting food nirvana in one place...Sadly it was disappointing. The verdura sandwich tasted like freshly thawed vegetables with melted cheese...the ube crepe looks promising but they ran out of decaf coffee...what a sad occassion to eat this seemingly delightful cake with plain water...oh life!

I love xocolat, especially back then in the katipunan branch. Passed by today to get a slice of the tablea cake but I must say the serving size for it's price is a bit too small for me.

While the staff was pleasant, I was disappointed to find hair in my carrot cake. Despite ordering via Grab and contacting the store prior to leaving reviews on Google and Grab, my concerns were dismissed, and no alternatives were offered. The presence of hair in the cake raises serious questions about the store's overall cleanliness. Furthermore, Grab provided no assistance and does not appear to have a system for vetting its suppliers.

i celebrate my birthday here at CHOCOLAT - San Juan... so, delicious i will really and sure to visit here, even there is no occasion at all.. Try it you will never regret eating their watery, melting, sweet, natural, chocolate cakes.. YUMMY!!! :-)

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. In the hospitality business people make the difference, and this place is lucky to have the people they have. The bellmen, front desk staff, bartenders, housekeepers, pool attendants, etc. were so impressive. Made it really feel like home. We lost our new iPhone in a Grab, and the bellmen were so incredibly helpful to us trying to get it back. It could have been a sour note in our vacation, but it turned out to be a blessing. Rooms are nice, food in the rooftop restaurant was average at best, breakfast buffet was great, the pool and bar were outstanding, and the location was excellent. But you should stay here because of the staff. We will definitely be back.

Great location in terms of distance to and from various restaurants. The rooms are also very spacious and the water pressure in the bathroom shower and bidet were strong! The staff were very helpful as well and the breakfast buffet was commendable. Just a downside would be the smell of the lobby when it’s been raining. Other than that, will most likely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at City Garden Grand Hotel in Manila. Everything was perfectly smooth, from check-in to check-out, the service was excellent and the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. A special thank you to Mr. Alvin John, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference and truly reflected the high standard of service at the hotel. The rooftop pool and restaurant were also highlights — great food, beautiful atmosphere, and stunning city views. Overall, I highly recommend City Garden Grand Hotel for anyone visiting Manila. We stayed for four nights . Fantastic service, dining, bar, pool area and breakfast. The room and bed was very spacious. Rooms were serviced daily and well stocked. The staff were all very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a stay for those looking for a holiday in this area.

We stayed at this hotel for four days. We chose it mainly for the swimming pool since the pool at our previous hotel was under construction and unavailable. Unfortunately, the pool here is quite small, and the swimming pool and restaurant share the same space, which makes the area very busy and not enjoyable, especially since the restaurant is open to outsiders. On the positive side, the room is spacious, and the lady who checked us in was kind enough to accommodate my request by giving us two queen beds instead of one king. A star goes to the housekeeping team as they were very generous with restocking the room and to the front door staff who were approachable and helpful. Minus stars for the front desk lady who acted as if I had stolen the weighing scale! I didn’t want to bother anyone to pick it up, so I went downstairs to return it myself. At checkout, she kept asking if I was sure I had returned it and said she had to confirm with the night shift staff if I actually did. She even asked me to wait. I told her she could check the security camera since she didn’t seem to believe me! It’s not my fault that their communication sucks, and it’s offensive to talk to me as if I’m a thief. Would she have acted the same if it were a foreigner? The hotel is located at a busy intersection, but there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is a plus.

Its a treat that i got to visit this resto/club place. I believe you need to have membership or he invited by someone who has one. Got pad thai and sahimi amongst other things, but the trick is to get off the menu spam chips. Sorry dont have pics of that, but give it a try Otherwise super chill and artistic interiors.

The interior design is truly impressive. Feels like stepping into a beautifully curated grand home. I had the Ikura Pasta (₱1,230) which was perfectly seasoned. The Greek Yogurt Smoothie (₱480) was also refreshing. The bibingka was also soft and had the right level of sweetness. Grateful to the generous member of our group who made this visit possible. Service was warm and attentive throughout.

What a simply amazing and fortune experience we had. A rare opportunity to attend this exquisite restaurant and we thought it was magnificent! From the very first entry through to the dining room and even the restrooms. The service was phenomenal and the dishes were a vast assortment to choose from. We selected mainly from the Asian. All cooked to perfection with lovely tastes. We enjoyed a classic cocktail and sodas. We topped it sharing a couple of deserts. I'm so happy I chose this as my work anniversary cake! Unlike other low carb/keto desserts this cake does not have a pinching sweetness to it. It is super yummy, even when compared to regular cakes. the ganache is heavenly.

Wide array of good baked products and desserts. My personal favorite is their brazo de Mercedes. Thick filling and perfectly fluffy with a bit of crunch. Sooo yummy. The empanada and ensaymada are both good but I find it too small. 1 won’t be enough. The place is clean and the ambiance is nice. Most of the service crews are friendly and accommodating. The interior is instagram worthy. They also sell packed pasalubong/goodies. There is a parking space in front of the building but don’t forget to have them validate your receipts so you won’t have to pay the hourly rate.

A comfy, chill, and very cozy place. It's a great spot to eat and converse with people since the ambiance is nice and the music played is just in the right volume, or even quieter. Good staff service as well. Also, their Brazo de Mercedes is a must try! It's just the right amount of sweetness. I will totally recommend this place to anyone.

Great tasting pasta, pastries and main course. Try the Calos its one of the best in town. M&T is located in O Place in Greenhills 2nd floor near Ortigas Ave and is open until 10pm. For those using the parking area, don't forget to have the ticket validated at the restaurant. no validation and the fee is 300 pesos.

Nice place to meet and catch up with friends. Food Presentation is good but can improve on taste. The plate i ordered was a bit oily for my taste - the bbq liempo would have tasted better if marinated longer. Our French Apple Pie was yummy. Good match with our good coffee. Staff are pleasant and courteous.

The Matcha Truffle is heavenly. For a locally made truffles —- these babies were a bomb!

Their staff in MOA are so disrespectful. This afternoon, I went to the counter to inquire about the drinks on their menu, but they just dismissed me even if there were only a couple of customers ahead of us. One of them even made face, like the customers were nothing but nuisance to the store. When it was finally my sister's turn, it was as if she was being discouraged to order beverages -- she was told that she'd have to wait 10 minutes for the drinks, and true enough, their staff took around 10 minutes to finish preparing *each* of the two drinks we ordered. So disappointing. Even the beverages themselves were not on a par with the quality we've come to expect of this brand.

The shop was easy to find. And the line was manageable if you came early. We went there just around 9am then amazed at the number of people lining up. They are quite strict to two person inside the room as it was a bit cramped. The dream. Cake was totally worth it. It has the hard chocolate top and melt in your mouth cake. It wasn't even that sweet just the right amount. However the parking area was limited only to two vehicles and it was difficult to find one around the area specially during weekdays and rush hours. It's best to stick to deliveries if you want convenience.

Kumori Japanese Bakery & Cafe I love their cakes and pastries, their cheese tart and their Hanjuku are my favorite, it's a must try, it melts in your mouth. Though it's pricey compared to other bakeshops. I cannot recommend their Coffee & Dark chocolate Mocha, their coffee doesn't match the excellence of their pastries and cakes. I haven't tried their other drinks though. We ordered hot Americano, Cold Dark Chocolate Mocha and Bellagio Chocolate. They have more selections of Pastries and Cakes compared to the Landmark Branch in Makati. They only have 2 tables with 2 chairs and 1 table with 3 chairs, a total of 7 pax capacity. Their staffs are polite and attentive. They are located in the basement of SM Makati in front of the supermarket. Escalators and elevators are available. Parking slots are available at Glorietta and Park Square. MRT Ayala station is nearby. There are several shuttle services and buses in One Ayala Terminal beside SM Makati.

Ooh lovely cakes and a variety of Japanese cheese cakes, and breads too. I love coffee cakes and couldn’t resist their Mocha Cream torte which is layers of cashew meringue topped with coffee cream. A bit on the sweet side but really yummy. Their carrot cheesecake, banana charlotte were so artfully beautiful, I dithered over my love of coffee. In the end coffee won (also my belief tjat made of meringue, this is almost carb free😜) so the rest for some other time😋 This is just a stall in the Landmark food court so it’s mostly for take out or eat at the common tables. There was quite a variety of breads but I avoided those because am doing a carb free diet.

Greatbakes sweet and cheesy goods in the lower floor of the small mall. Delectable breads and buns in many flavors. Similar to many other Filipino bakeries elsewhere, their breads are of excellent quality and abfun treat to enjoy.

KUMORI'S HANJUKU 💗 is perfect Located at the entrance of landmark grocery store, Kumori is a good buy for merienda, pasalubong or gift. Love their every kind of bread, soft and tasty even eating it the next day. Hanjuku, their cheesecake is my favorite. It is a perfect dessert and a good gift idea since it is nicely packaged. Better check their promos too. They usually offer buy 1 take 1 bread, which is really a good deal. I have never tried their cake yet but looks good in the eye and in camera. Maybe soon. 😊

I only visit the place for the Hanjuku cheese. There is also the chocolate, which I haven’t tried and the ube cheese that now i tasted. It depends on your liking on how you prefer to eat it by either not refrigerating it for an hour then eat it or eating it when refrigerated. I prefer both ways. The cheese is the original and is very good but the ube cheese is heavenly on your mouth. If you happen to pass by you better try the Hanjuku.

I ordered an Oreo cheesecake from your pasig branch and it was super sweet, we don’t like it. This is not what your oreo cheesecake tastes like before. It’s so sweet and we can’t even finish a small slice, good thing that we sliced it super thin per person. We didn’t finish even half of this cake. We were disappointed, we don’t know if it’s just holiday season that’s why your cake was not that good this time.

But they cant process my delivery order even if I pay all in advance. They said i can only use customer service numbers for deliveries which I did in front of their counter but no one answering either on 3 of their contact numbers. Staff said they cannot help me in any way. Went home disappointed.
