While driving home from Rochester, Minnesota to West Michigan, we were on the hunt for a great local breakfast spot — something with character, not just another national chain. That’s when we found Rosie’s Café, and let me tell you, it was worth every mile of the detour. Located just outside of town in a quiet neighborhood, Rosie’s is small, charming, and absolutely packed — a sure sign that locals know what’s up. We actually missed our exit and had to backtrack through town about five miles, but it gave us a chance to see the area and build anticipation. When we arrived, the place was buzzing. It's not a huge space, so there isn’t much room to wait inside, and the communication on whether to seat ourselves or wait could have been clearer. That said, the staff was friendly and handled the crowd like pros. We were seated within 10–15 minutes, which flew by. Once seated, we were greeted quickly and warmly. The menu had tons of great options — everything from classic breakfasts to local favorites. We had a few questions and custom requests, and our server was super accommodating. Despite how busy it was, the service was attentive and upbeat. The food? Hot, hearty, and absolutely delicious. Generous portions, great presentation, and flavors that made it clear everything was made with care. We left full and happy, no question about that. One highlight? Their homemade cinnamon rolls with house-made icing — you can take a half dozen to go for under $17. Of course, I grabbed six… and asked for one extra with icing on top for the road. No regrets. Rosie’s Café is a small-town treasure with big flavor and genuine hospitality. If you’re ever passing through this stretch of Wisconsin, make the stop — it’s worth it. Thanks, Rosie’s! The food at The Café was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was excellent, and I would definitely come back again for the food alone. The service, however, felt a little rigid. Our waitress was polite and professional, but she stuck strictly to the basics and wasn’t very engaging. I felt like she could have been more attentive and helpful in guiding us through the menu or checking in. Overall, a great place to eat, but the service could be warmer to match the quality of the food.

Worst experience this past weekend. We have been customers of this place for over 20 years and have never had an experience like this weekend. We ordered 2 cheese omelets, one with ham and one with bacon, and an additional side of hollandaise. This was a pick up order to go and at pickup, the employee told my partner that one omelet was missing the bacon and asked if he was fine to take just a cheese omelet....he said that would be fine. When we got home, neither omelet had meat in it and when I called to see about a fix for this, the employee was rude and extremely argumentative with me? ("well, I told that guy that we would make a new one and he said no, so what do you want me to do about it?"). Our bill was $36 and no one could explain to me how our bill was this much. One staff even did the math...$11 per cheese omelet, $4 something for hollandaise and $0.75 for the to-go boxes (that's only $27.50, so how did my bill add up to $36??). I assume we were charged for the additional meat that we did not get, and staff was obviously aware of this! The price that we were charges for an incorrect meal is insane! When I reached out via FB, the manager/owner/FB page manager let me know that I would need to provide proof that our meals were missing the meat in order to fix the issue 😂. We will never return to this restaurant. What a sham and a shame.

We had business in La Crosse over 2 days time and this restaurant was closeby. Being from Chicago, we are used to great sub places. The sandwich ingredients were very fresh, there just wasn't a lot of anything. I think on 2 regular turkey subs, there were 4 slices of cheese, and maybe 3 slices of meat- 4 at the most, very thin. The bread looked great, but had the soft, yukky texture of a hamburger bun, rather than the crisp, flaky texture we are used to in Chicago. Three sandwiches cost us just over $30. We were all hungry about 2 1/2 hours later. Nice clean restaurant. Friendly staff.

I ordered Lindys online and accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery. Once I realized this I called them and they were able to deliver our sandwiches quickly. Our order was accurate and the sandwiches were great! I was impressed by how quickly everything was made and delivered!

Did not like the way I was treated whatsoever. I used to be a loyal customer but not anymore. In my opinion When a sign says close, that’s when the store should close not beforehand. I got there at 2:40 and they treated me as if I was a burden because I came so late or so close to closing time. I really liked Lindy’s, but thankfully, there were other sub shops.

We just moved here from Texas in the beginning of the month and I’m glad I’ve already found my favorite sub shop! They’re sandwiches are totally different from the subs I’ve had back home and from the east coast but still really good! If you haven’t had their potato salad you are missing out!!!

I love it here and the subs are amazing. They have never disappointed! Their Wisconsin cheese soup is my absolute favorite. I’m so happy lacrosse location has stayed open. Made me very sad the Onalaska one didn’t make it. Highly recommend

Pretty tasty pizza, the 20” is gigantic! Went there today for a pick up, lots of pizzas already made for customers to buy by the slice. I would like the crust a bit more crispy so next time I’ll ask for it to be cooked a little longer. The guys working there were very friendly and personable! Would recommend!

We’re just passing through and this pizza joint is better than most places in my town, fast friendly service and the foods really good, I’d post pictures but it was that good.

We ordered a full pizza. That was delicious. I dont know how the large slices are but the whole fresh pizza was great. The two young men working were so helpful and very accommodating. They were friendly and very good at their jobs. The restaurant was a little dusty and needed cleaning near the bathrooms, but the great customer service and pizza made up for it. Very reasonable price.

Decided to try this place out and got 3 pizza slices. 2 cheese and 1 macaroni & cheese. Wasn’t the biggest fan of how they had the pizzas out in open with no covering or warm lighting. She got the slices then heated them back up briefly in the oven. The cheese slices were decent, but wasn’t big fan of Mac pizza. The pizza was also really greasy which was not pleasant.. overall decent place to try but I’d order the pizzas fresh and not by slice unless they just came out oven.

Great tasting by the slice pizza and incredible value. I took my wife and three kids here for lunch and I was very surprised with my low total bill. Incredibly cheap price for great tasting pizza. Lots of different pizza slice options make it satisfying for everyone in my family. Definitely worth the stop.

Stopped at Burritos House for the first time per lots of recommendations. We got a steak burrito with everything on it and Chorizo Tacos. Super fast service and the food was very tasty and reasonably priced. We will be back!

Usually I knock a star for cleanliness in the store. If I'm giving it a 5-star rating, that saying something. The menu is what you'd expect with food prepared fast ala street cart. Everything is great on the menu. My go-tos are Trotas, Tacos, or a Quesadilla. Burritos are offered. I think your stomach space is better spent on other offerings. The Tortas are amazing. When you watch them make your food, you'd think that the bread is light and airy. But when you pick it up, there is some serious heft and body to the bread. Highly recommended, most likely the best place to get a Torta. The tacos are amazing as well. Protein, cilantro, and onions laid on top of a flour tortilla. You're going to do a double take when you see the price of the taco. However, the quality of food and amount you get is worth it. The protein selections are great. Favorite protein choices are chorizo and steak. There are other options available, even meatless. Try the sauces when you eat here. The fire sauce is just amazing. The green sauce is a great compliment. Which every one you pick, you will be happy. Fair warning, the fire sauce BUILDS on the heat factor. It's so good, you can't stop eating. Service is fast. Food is even better. Prices are great. La Crosse/Onalaska area has a ton of Mexican style restaurants, Burritos House is probably in the top 2 for one of the best in the area.

I came in March 10, 2025. Got some breakfast. It was nice to find this restaurant not attached to a Long John Silver. I didn't know A&W cooked breakfast. The food was good. The pancake was a big size. I got eggs also. Everything tasted great. The service was ok. It seems as if everyone was "standoff-ish". But there were regulars who came in that got extra attention. I hope to visit another A&W while doing my travels through the Midwest.

Really good. We were caught off guard that it is sit down and be waited on. It is not like MacDonalds fast food. You have a waitress here. Plan to eat there tomorrow before we leave. Best fresh hamburger bun ever! Not much to say, it is my favorite fast food. It also has a fantastic breakfast. You can’t beat the price. It is a very great place and feel like we are going back to the 70-80s era. The food is just well cooked with heart. The restroom could use a little modernized. But the staff is just amazing.

I stop here on occasion with family for a meal or a treat. Today, I stopped with my dad. The food and atmosphere are always really good, but the service is always exceptional. Today, Nazihah was very polite. Also, the prices are very reasonable.

Couldn't wait to post a FANTASTIC review of this place. I was greeted IMMEDIATELY upon entering, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was "homey". I took my food to go, but I will enjoy eating here when I do. The food was hot when I got it because it was made after I ordered, and the taste was amazing. I ordered my burger with no onion, and guess what... no onion! These are the best onion rings I've found in a fast food establishment so far, and did you see how big that shake was? And yes .. I needed the spoon.

Was made to wait 20 minutes for cold tenders and soggy fries while two guests came and went before I even got my drink, paired nicely with a flat root beer. You'd think a root beer branded restaurant would be able to keep their drinks carbonated. Just go to Dairy Queen

Take it a road trip and seen the a&w. Had to stop because ours had closed. Was looking forward to a frosted mug, but didn't get them. Food was good, and so was the root beer. Another road trip in mind.

CASH ONLY - food was solid but not spectacular, could have used more seasoning. Portions were between small to average but at least the prices were reasonable. Onion rings were very good and the ice cream was the best part! Food rating averages out to around 3.5-4 stars out of 5. The service was quick and friendly. Our order was ready in less than 5 minutes and everything is brought out via roller-skates. 5 star service. We sat at a table outside and brought our dog with.

I've been meaning to come here and try the food for some time, glad I finally did. I had the super burger and cheese curds. The cheese curds were some of the best I've had. This was a disappointment to sat the least. We travel all over the country and like the idea of drive in. We know what to expect at a drive in. The management here needs to take a break and review the manner in which the food is served, and the customers are addressed. Eliminate the word NO from the service staff. NO additional tray. Only one tray per vehicle. Where are the rest of the vehicle passengers supposed to hold their drink, their burger, their fires, their onion rings? Provide an additional tray so we do not have to hold everything or depend on the driver to hand everything back and forth to the rest of the passengers and then take it back to place it on the ONLY tray we were allowed to have. After all, the place was anything but full. I am sure there was another tray inside that would have solved the issue. But, NO apparently was the word of the day. NO credit cards. Make it easily noticeable for those of us not carrying cash, which is the vast majority of todays population. Charge me the unfair percentage if you must but eliminate the cash transaction, and make it clear as we drive up. We would have paid for refills and would have purchased 2 desserts. NO free refills. This has become the norm and the exceptions to the rule stick out like a sore thumb. Yes, there is a cost associated with this but we are already charged an exuberant for the small portion of the burger, fries and onions, and the drinks arrive in very think glassware that may look like a good quantity but it is not. We ended up having to leave the car and get cash fm an ATM. NO credit cards. Once the food was delivered, we ended up leaving our car and eating at a table. NO extra tray. We left disappointed with the experience.

Great gyros!!! I definitely recommend if you enjoy traditional gyros. Very impressed with the chef salad. Reasonable prices. Portions are generous, I enjoyed having leftovers. Not impressed with the delivery, but that has nothing to do with Pizza King. Pizza King is great. Door dash deliverd and left my order outside while raining. My very nice neighbor saw this and brought my food in. She should get the tip that went to door dash. Also that was the action of one door dash worker, not all delivery people are like that.

Ordered takeout from the counter. 2 pizzas, a sandwich, and gyro. Took about 20 minutes so wait time no issue considering they were fairly busy. The staff was friendly and the food was very good. Definitely stop in if you are in the area.

It's been a while so I went back to try new foods. I got the gyros and chicken/bacon wrap. Gyros was very small and didn't have much in it. It did taste good, but very limited on what it has. The chicken/bacon wrap was pretty good and moist. Average size wrap. Not too big, but not too small. The chicken wings were amazing as always. Big sized wings and it's my favorite.

I ordered steak and eggs and it was good, but the steak was small and very fatty, I wish they could’ve made a better piece of meat for me but overall it was a fairly decent meal. The service was good and the waiter was attentive. One critique though, they gave me the check before I was even remotely done eating, I hadn’t had time to order they’re legendary dessert :( 7/10

Great stop with the family! Perfect size portions, the food tasted fantastic, and the coleslaw and meatloaf was fantastic! The kids loved the pizza, French toast, and chocolate chip pancakes! The server and staff were also fantastic! A very nice atmosphere for A family stop! A great place to stop when in Lacrosse!

Went there for lunch and ordered the corned beef hash skillet with over easy eggs. It arrived with one of the eggs cooked over easy and one over hard. Corned beef hash looked like it would be crispy but it was actually pasty like they added water to it or something. Maybe they popped it in the microwave before bringing it to me. Toast on the side was soggy. Customers were mostly elderly. These folks deserve better tasting food than what was served. Won't be back.

Me and a friend each had the house special breakfast plate. Everything was good and prepared like we asked. The pancakes were especially tasty. We were well satisfied with the portions and total cost for both specials with coffee was around $19. Service was quick bathrooms were clean.

Food and service were great. Hadn't been here in awhile. Had an issue with the bill and our coupon. The hostess argued with my Fiance about how to handle the tax on the bill with the coupon. She kept saying that is how the owner taught me and would not listen. Doubt we'll be back unfortunately.

I normally make Mobile orders before I get to a drive thru restaurant because I don’t wanna sit and wait. Once I pulled up to the drive thru they told me to give them a minute but had me waiting 7min before they did take my order which it was just a simple mobile order. Ordered Burger King off door dash and it defaults to this one based off location and every time something is missing. My fiance and I did not receive one of our drinks, both of our fries, and gave us the incorrect sauce for our chicken fries. It's not hard to read the receipt and look for the correct items to put in the bag

We put our order in at 8 pm. They close at 9. We got a confirmation the food will be ready at 8:30. We go at 8:20 to pick up the food and the place closed, there’s one dude inside not coming to the window and not answering the phone… why did they confirm our order and then just close and make it so we drive there for nothing? If you closed, don’t take an order.

Rude women manager worked Sunday night gave me cold fries when I came into the store and when I asked her to make me new ones she got upset and then preceded to give me less than a full box of fries.... It was supposed to be enough to feed a family of four. It wasn't! Also the chicken was dry and overcooked. Other experiences.ive had with food here have been good until this one.

Stopped in to get 2 five piece chicken dark extra crispy. What i got home to was 2 five piece dark original with the skin of the chicken wet and falling off. I called up to kfc and told them what was going on. The man on the phone said he was the manger I hope not with how rude he is to customers that's paying their money for some half done chicken. After listening to him call me a lie I refused to deal with it I let him know I was calling the corporate office and I did. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO SPEND ANY MONEY AT THAT KFC.

I had a few bad experiences here in the past but today I went though the drive thru, placed my order handed them my card and the food was ready before I even put my wallet back in my bag, got it home, the chicken was piping hot, crispy and delicious. Super impressed tonight.

Dining area smelled just like a sewer - plumbing issue? The food was dry/tough as if it had been sitting out forever. Workers were friendly, so the service was good at least, but the rest of the experience was horrible.

Good folks, we were from out of town and they suggested having a brew at Jimmy's up the street and they would walk it over we had the T-Jo special and it's good. It came so hot and so fresh. I highly recommend this local small business

Well, we have had every pizza orders nightmare. We gave TJs pizza three weeks to refund us and still have not seen anything. FINGERNAIL IN THE PIZZA! A whole fake nail with flowers on it. I have a text from them admitting it was the person that cut our pizza. GROSS... WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. It's a shame. I was Terry's old neighbor in Onalaska before he passed. He would be so modified. If I could post a picture I would. Again, we never even recieved our money back. Yet they acknowledged the nasty fingernail.

The broasted chicken is fantastic. I don't know what spices they used but it was absolutely delicious. Where we live there isn't anyplace that has broasted chicken - let alone chicken that tastes this good - and cooked properly. We'll have to try their pizza next time.

Truly the last of the great "LaCrosse Style" pizzas. Read that as thin crispy crust, excellent toppings (that sausage!) and lots of well blended cheese. It's the pizza I compare all others to. Ha! Call it my Platonic ideal 'za! Physically a hole in the wall restaurant, with walls adorned with evocations of the local high schools and the area in general, I love coming to this place.

We left Angelini's before even sitting down due to shoddy customer service and came to this little gem. This Mom 'n Pop shop delivered! The staff were friendly and the food was good. My husband is picky and he enjoyed the Buffalo wings and his pizza. The jalapeño poppers were fantastic and hit the spot. I highly recommend this pizzeria.

I personally like a lot of cheese on my pizza. The pizza I got here didn't have a lot of cheese. They were very generous with the sausage. But I didn't taste much of the onion or mushrooms I ordered on it. Crust was crispy. Sauce was goid.

I placed an online order with a confirmation email at 7:54. Hadn't gotten the food after 45 minutes so I called at 8:40 and was told the driver left 5 minutes ago with our order and we were first on the route to drop off (I live about 10 minutes max from the store with good traffic). It's now 5 after 9 and I still haven't gotten my $35+ in sandwiches, drinks, and chips. Super unhappy and honestly really ridiculous that it's been over an hour and I still haven't gotten my food. Checked outside the apartment doors thinking maybe it was left but nothing. Update: I just called again at 10 after 9 and was told that the driver left over 30 minutes ago and that I'm probably the last to get my food dropped off now since he's still not here....

Consistently disappointing. I live close and often will order JJ on a day off, but it has become and ongoing game to see how badly they mess up the order every time. Want your sandwich cut in half? Want the bread removed? Too bad, Jimmy John's does not care: despite it being a part of the online ordering process, this location ignores it every time. Every. Time. "Subs so fast you'll freak" certainly does not apply to this location. Currently at 45 min wait for our two sandwiches (5 min away) and I'm just hoping they show up with my chips this time. I never expect them to cut it in half anymore, I just ask for it to see if they still fail simple requests. Atmosphere is rough. The music was absurdly loud inside, and the staff was very distant. I had to wave to get their attention to ask for napkins (none set up, none offered) and had to literally SHOUT for it when they finally came over. Honestly, just go somewhere else and let this place die.

The last time I ordered from this specific Jimmy John's I never received my food and they kept my money, never refunded me. I haven't ordered from them since. Which is a shame because I do like their subs, this store can't be trusted however.

We’ve tried ordering from this location a few times unfortunately because we have limited options around our neighborhood. They have NEVER gotten our order correct and they are always super rude about their mistakes. After this last time the service was so unbelievably terrible I think we finally learned our lesson and won’t give them anymore business. Absolutely terrible.

This was my second time ordering from Jimmy John's on Losey Blvd horrible I waited over an hour to receive my food then I unwrapped it the bread was soaked in liquid so the whole sub was soggy!!!! GROSS nobody wants to eat a soggy sub. I called to talk with a Manager a female said that's me ....I asked what is your name.... She just kept saying hello hello acted like she couldn't hear the conversation horrible especially when you spend 27.00 for a sub and tip.

Terrible service, very rude. Sandwich was literally thrown together and I specifically asked for no cheese and guess what was added…..bread was hard and barely any mayonnaise on my BLT. Will not come back to this location again!

Delivery took an hour and I was given expired pasta salad. When I called to ask for a refund I wasn’t given one nor offered new salad. Amazing waste of money

There are so many better choices downtown the food quality was terrible. Not worth the money in my opinion. I will never be back and this was my first time trying it. Maybe it is good when you are very drunk but sober not a great experience. I also believe the one woman working there maybe was making fun of a homeless person I am not really sure not the environment I want to be in.

Usually I love qdoba. But I literally got a bowl that was maybe a third full and yes I ordered through DoorDash but come on? It wasn’t even worth the money at this point.

Showed up just before 7 pm on a Sunday night for dinner. We wanted a quick bite. However, that is far from what happened. There were only 4 or 5 people in line ahead of us, so we figured we would be served soon. We saw the main worker in front, and they were taking care of customer in line and all the online orders. It quickly became apparent that the online orders were more important than the customers waiting in line. We waited over 30 minutes to start our order. The worker stated that they were a person short but never apologized for the weight, and he wasn't even working with intent. We finally saw another worker come from the back, and she took more dishes in the back to wash. Food tasted good but was lacking the meat we ordered, seemed skimpy. There were plenty of other issues that happened this was by far the worst fast food experience I have had. We should have gone to a sit-down restaurant, we would have gotten faster service. Plenty of other people walked out, but we thought since we waited 20 minutes and were next in line, we were in it for the long haul.

My past experience is at this restaurant have been good which is why I went back when I had the opportunity. This one however, was quite different. The help struggled to keep up and seemed very unorganized. The station was messy. The food was poorly executed and the burrito bowl I had lacked the type of cohesive flavors I was expecting. It was so disappointing overall that I will not be going back.

Very slow customer and the manager on lead was very rude to the black couple in line behind us and was acting all nice to me and my family in line. Also another person in front of us was already waiting for 30 mins to get her order in but the people working inside only were making online orders. Most of the people in the line were concerned about getting their orders correct and were still wondering if their items they paid for were even in stock for the workers to get for them.

Ordered takeout and order was incorrect because of ticketing error, and even though what I had got wasn’t on the ticket, they were still nice enough to fix it without issue. Thank you so much! <3 Edit: I decided to check my email receipt when I got home bc something didn’t feel right, and it turns out it wasn’t a ticketing error it was a ME error. I forgot to confirm editing my order and you guys covered for my screw up. I’m so sorry…but thank you for being cool about it. Appreciate you!!!!

We went here at 9 pm on a Saturday and there were no other customers in the store. There was about five or six workers just sitting around on their phones. One sitting at a table playing on his phone, drinking soda and loudly belching and two more in the back arguing. There was food and garbage over pouring out of the garbage cans all over the floor and the counter. This place was absolutely disgusting. We don’t plan on coming back anytime soon unfortunately.

Ordered a simple spicy chicken sandwich meal with no pickles and a pumpkin spice shake fries were cold lemonade was watered down and I had pickles in my sandwich. I understand it’s mainly high school kids that work at fast food but this is ridiculous it literally says no pickles on the receipt. The managers need to do better at training there employees

My family and I eat at Culver’s a lot but I only recently discovered they have Rubens (my favorite sandwich)!!! I will admit I only focused on the hamburgers and never even looked the menu over. Well the Ruben was DELICIOUS!!! No more butter burgers for this guy. Thanks Culver’s!!!

Culver's is unbeatable! The gentleman who took my order was full of personality and very friendly. We had a brief conversation, and he wished me a safe flight back to Boston. A woman also approached my table to take my tray and offered me a refill. The service at this location was top-notch! It seems that management puts a lot of effort into training and caring for their employees. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss combo with cheese curds, and I also enjoyed the Flavor of the Day, "Totally Reese's."

The service at this Culver's is "amazing." I have never successfully receive an order that doesn't contain at least one wrong item. Food is ok. Its a Culver's, no significant difference from any other average Culver's. The cleanliness of this Culver's is slightly below par for typical Culver's. Table is often not cleaned. Spilled drinks will stay on the floor for extensive periods of time.

I routinely have bad experiences at this Culvers, but go anyway because a good friend knows the owner and until recently I didn't have the below problems. Now I have to relay my negative reviews and go over manager's heads because they simply refuse to be respectful, get orders right (I swear, they are deliberately getting them wrong, like no top bun on a chicken sandwich, mayo that looks like spit when I clearly said no mayo, either smothering the burger with not-fresh veggies or making them so poorly even a double burger looks like it's going to lean and fall over.) Burgers with cheese not melted. Burgers with mustard when I didn't ask for condiments. Onion when I say no onion. Not spicy when I ask for spicy. Spicy when my friend asks for non-spicy. The ineptitude is far beyond a normal bound at this particular location. The biggest disappointment is the custard. Wow people. If someone asks for vanilla custard in their shake, you arrange that. If someone says hey I am really trying to find a balance, you arrange that. You do not reward DAILY repeat business to polite customers with a bunch of melted foam and whipped cream with no custard, and the other for someone else, pulverized with chocolate mix when the request has been "make a slightly thicker chocolate shake with more vanilla by adding vanilla custard, willing to pay extra" a common when Roman is working. Tempting to just throw it in his face, because it would splash -everywhere- (due to being melted foam upon delivery, and not thick as requested), after asking for a thicker shake. Not a huge request for a regular. It splipped. Should have made it thick, not soup. Use brain. Add less chocolate stuff (a lot less unless you want to wear it), spike the shake mix with vanilla custard, blend. Magic, rocket science. Honorary Doctorate for working a blender. Further complaints will just go directly to the owner. Further profits will go directly to another business owner. Terrible customer service... I've frequented all three of the major culvers in the area and this is the worst by far, purely by staff. The thousands they owe me in screwed up orders, I cannot count. Now the owner gets to hear about it and my review will stand so long as the bad service does. Don't go here unless you want to take a "very bad risk." Oh, they forgot the dogs pup-cup again, too. I often order burgers with just cheese for my pup who isn't long for life... and believe it or not, they **** that up too. Good lord I genuinely hate Karen's, but, the people who work here need restructuring BAD. The restaurant is clean, but the people who work in it are not...ever see that movie Waiting? You've been warned. You can plan on waiting around thinking about it because they take forever every time at this one. Check your bags BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY. ^Most honest input you'll ever get or read. Hilarious, disappointing, disgusting and true. If they chose to employ people who cared a tiny bit about work ethic I am sure the food here would be just as delicious as any other culvers. Until then!

Not having a Culver's in our area, this was our first visit to one. All the good reviews are correct. Great quality food for a reasonable price. Thanks to Duane for explaining their order process.

I went to go get some food for my girlfriend so I walked there because it was not far and the doors where locked no problem they asked me to come through the drive through on the intercom and I ordered outside the staff was super amazing and inviting I understand that there are rules and regulations for closing the lobby at a certain time so it was amazing that they still let me order food was made fresh and tasted amazing the staff were well mannered the whole experience was amazing the facility looked clean no complaints at all and taco johns is better than taco bell all day I highly recommend you go here.

Great food... Taco Johns is the BEST fast food restaurant in the US. Tacos are full of meat, cheese, and whatever else you want. They also have taco specials every Tuesday...

Bryan the store manager just got off the phone with....he refused to explain where the roach came from or refuse to replace my food. Already query with the health deparent and corporate......he said that it's old news about my loss and the food. I should have said something before leaving the restaurant.......believe me the food here sucks. And this out a very BAD taste in my mouth. NEVER again!!!!! This isent fair at all

Stopped in after 9 pm. At the window, he let me know the food was going to take a few minutes as the food was made fresh.

Both the food and service was good. The meat was fresh and juicy, not dry like it is at other places.

Staff here is always nice. Been stopping by for a year and they are always fast and kind.

Low they arent professional i order 3 nacho crunch beef burrito 3 oleys and got only 3 bean burritos and wouldnt fix there mistake so one star it is

They used to open at 5.00 am which was great i work 3rd shift. But now the open at 8:00am. They are also very slow in the drivethrough, I can't figure why though there's never any cars there anymore. I can't see how they can still be in business there's never any customers anymore. Ever since there manager justin left.

I went there a few weeks ago and had a great experience. We had Frisco burgers and they were legit on point. We won a couple days ago, and it was a very different experiments. Unhappy face, the fries were ridiculously salty usually we ask for no salt fries so I guess that's my bad, fries were fresh so they would've been good! The burgers (lil double)were alright but nothing special. It's a budget meal at $7. Also what's up with the diet Dr pepper. Last Saturday the day of this past order the pop didn't really taste right.

Ordered at the drive thru, had to correct almost everything she put after I told her. Got a single Frisco when I asked for double, set me up with small combo when asked for large, had to remind her for soda in end for combo. Fries cold, not good.

Under new ownership I'm told. Contends for the best pizza I've ever had and I've traveled the world. Wonderful balance of flavors and thin crisp crust in the Al's Special we ordered. Clean and bright eating area and kitchen. Price extremely reasonable for what you get. We'll be back every trip to LaCrosse.

Great pizza and a cozy place to eat-in. While we were there, a woman came in specifically to pay a $5 tip because she'd forgotten to tip the driver earlier in the evening. That shows that the business has great customer loyalty! However, the swearing and physical altercation between the two gentleman was sad and disheartening. I know they're aware of these reviews, so hopefully they'll read this one and show more patience and love for one another.

Good quality pizzas and appetizers, way better than any of those pizza chains. Always prefer supporting local, independent places whenever possible. Al has been making pizzas for decades and knows what he's doing. Overall a great neighborhood pizza joint.

Delivery was 30-45 minutes, arrived 72 minutes after order. Pizza was lukewarm at best. Have told many people how good the Pizza is, hopefully it doesn't happen to them and make me look bad.

It's nice to have something made that you can tell hasnt been scientifically made by corporate hands. That being said, I've only had a calzone from here. It was good though, perhaps could of been filled a bit more with ingredients but still was delicious. I'll be coming back.

You know, this has gotta be the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. They always have an attitude when you go there to order very bad customer service. If you don't like your job, don't work there. You don't need to get attitude with a customer just because you're short-staffed and then telling people before you even order that you're gonna have to wait. You have to wait at every restaurant you go to order at. This is not the first time this has happened either. This happens all the time at this Dunkin' Donuts. You can't even go to your local Dunkin' Donuts to enjoy a coffee without getting a attitude from Dunkin' Donuts, workers.

The kids and I went to this location after our haircuts next door and we waited at the counter for 20 minutes and not one of the employees working even acknowledged us, they were more focused on the window, than the counter. I had 3-4 employees walk straight by us and out the door with orders but didn’t even look at us, did not even say “hey, sorry we’re backed up, short staffed, etc” nothing. I gave up and went elsewhere. The owners of this location or the managers need to do better, be better.

As unfortunate as this is to make this review it’s well overdue. I love Dunkin, but every single time my family orders from here it’s an awful experience. I always place mobile orders for our convenience and Dunkin’s… but every single time we are asked to pull forward and wait. After pulling forward, 5 cars passed in the drive thru getting their orders while we were still waiting for our mobile order. Just 3 drinks, no food. We walked inside to grab our order due to no one coming out even after the drive thru was cleared. Our drinks were clearly made awhile ago due to the condensation sitting on the cups. So while all of this is always an ongoing issue, so is the inconsistency of our drinks!! My latte tastes like garbage today. It’s literally a brown latte and the other latte we ordered is white. Why is there so much of a difference? Mine looks like an iced coffee with a “splash” of milk. Not what I ordered. Due to these kind of experiences, we no longer want to continue to come to Dunkin. Just a waste of time and money at this specific location. You’re better off going elsewhere for your coffee.

I have never written a review before but I feel the need to as it’s been an ongoing thing. This is the closest coffee shop to my house and I’d rather go across town than engage with the most rude and condescending staff here. Every time I order something, I don’t make up my own drinks by the way I just go off the menu, the man that works there consistently either cuts me off or rudely corrects me, and just acts like I’m doing the biggest inconvenience by simply ordering??. The people that work the window sometimes are pleasant, or just open the window and don’t talk to me, and then gives me my food and I’m not sure if I should just drive away. I’m not saying yall have to tap dance and use confetti poppers I’m just saying some basic customer service would be nice. Makes me sad because I love dunkin but probably my last trip for a hot minute.

Unless you want to wait 20 minutes for the mobile order you place before leaving your house, then I would avoid this location. I have given this location several chances to improve over the years and they have not. The customer service and attitude of some of the workers is beyond unacceptable. I understand we all have rough days sometimes, but this is habitual when I have come to this location. Today was my last straw and I actually left before my order could be walked out. I had made my online mobile order at 8:04am, gave them about 10 mins before I left my house. Then sat in line for another 10 mins, just for them to have me pull to a different parking spot to wait for my food. That is not the point of a mobile order. By the time I decided to leave this whole fiasco from the time I placed my mobile order was reaching 25 mins. If you want a better experience, just hit the McDonald's down the road. I parked in their lot, made my mobile order, had it within two minutes. If you want coffee, we have way better local restaurants with drive thrus as well as bakeries with exceptional donuts and other pastries. I like to go here now and then for convenience but this has solidified that it'll be my last resort.

Guy working there was super rude when I asked for 3 dozen and wanted to select them. "Probably don't have enough", but I was looking at them. They were really low on doughnuts for it being 1030am. Glad I don't visit often.

The manager on duty was incredibly rude while taking my order, even walking away while taking it. He also appeared to be the only person in the store. He proceeded to ignore me to take a drive-thru order and make it . And when he did take my order he was, once again, quite rude.

It takes more than 10 minutes to get a singular taco that is either old or soggy, with poor service. I’d rather this building be shut down than running- I could run a better Taco Bell operation out of my own house with absolutely no experience than any employee that works at this dump.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an order through Doordash and went to go pick it up right away as Taco Bell is a 2 minute drive from my house. Boyfriend grabbed the order and bag felt light, so we checked it in the car. Not only was it the wrong order, but everything was cold like it had been sitting there for a while. Food shouldn't have been cold as we just placed the order 10 minutes before. Boyfriend goes back inside to ask them if they can remake it and they tell us no, that they don’t have everything to be able to remake the order. On top of receiving the order and it also being cold and not the right order, we ordered some soda - one zero sugar, and one regular - and they marked diet on the wrong soda. I have diet detector testing strips to be able to test soda to make sure it’s actually diet, so this is how I know for sure that it was marked wrong. Very disappointed with Taco Bell. There is always some issue with our order when we order from this store, but it’s never been something like this. Glad we ordered through DoorDash because we wouldn’t have gotten our money back otherwise. I don’t know why service at this store is so hit or miss, and most of the time terrible. I love Taco Bell, but not the employees at this store.

I was very disappointed in how they took 25 minutes to make my food when people who got there after me got their food first. The workers chose to serve the drive-through customers for a whole 25 minutes. DISGUSTING. Fast food restaurants are supposed to be quick.They weren’t even fully stocked, so i had NO ice in my drink. My baja blast is not supposed to be warm. Please fix this right now.

Absolute worst taco bell I've ever seen. The employees are rude as he'll. I saw them preparing food without gloves. No beard net, no hair nets. It takes literally an hour to get your food sometimes. Or they lie to you about being outnof items just because they are lazy as he'll and dont want to make the food.stay away from this place. Spend your money elsewhere

The people who work here seem genuinely nice, but it typically takes forty minutes for even simple orders. I'm guessing it's likely due to what seems like a massively high turnover rate but that just my opinion based on what I've seen.

The person at the window in the drive thru does not seem sober. We sat at the drive thru for like 10 mins listening to the employees through the mic before she finally said something even with us talking. Then provided to repeat questions we already answered and the ordering process took like 20 mins for a meal and two tacos. Then try to give us the wrong order. We got our back and there was food and meat all over the bottom. Like bro wtfffff!!!

I had an annoying debate with the worker about how my sandwich was made. I wanted a foot long flatbread but they started making my sandwich the short way, giving me a 6 inch flatbread. They argued with me how that was the way they were meant to make them. They snapped a bit and then shifted the food to be an actual foot long sandwich. Is this the way its suppose to be? Is this how they make foot longs with regular bread too? not making it along the bread hinge but fold it the wrong way? I will not be coming back. i eat here out of convenience but no more. I cant come in during the day, the day time workers seem confused or impaired, and the night time workers always seem intoxicated or something else.

Went in today and the sandwich was fine. But what I'm more concerned about is where the hell is management here? There was only one employee taking care of the whole store, and while she was doing the best she could and she had a positive attitude, why is it that all responsibly falls on one employee working? From the sounds of other reviews, it's a common occurrence to be only one employee working. And the employee said she didn't have a time known for when someone else might be coming in. Shame on management, I'm not coming here again to support this location.

Ordered a Philly CHEESEsteak for pickup and they forgot to put the cheese on it. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have the time to drive back and have them remake the sandwich. Called them, and they refused the refund. Guess I'm just eating a steak sandwich then.

the lady that was working today (10/19) refused to toast my flatbread. when i told her that i have had it done before she said “that’s not something we do here” then got an attitude when i switched bread because i wanted it toasted.

I ordered on line and my order was wrong. Like they gave me steak instead of chicken. I didnt find out my order was completely wrong until i got home and when i called I was told a manager would call me in the morning because I couldn't go back there and get my order fixed. No manager called. The sandwiches were so small and barely had any meat or cheese on them and I ordered extra meat! Won't be back to Subway. I don't recommend ordering online from this establishment.

Ordered online and I ordered a footlocker on Italian herbs and cheese and it came on white bread

Walked in and headed towards the arcade games, just to be told I need to show my ID or leave. Just wanted to try some games and maybe order some food, but still told I needed to show my ID (left it in the car).Even though there are kids running around the place and I did not want any alcohol. They have advertisements on the radio about their games and food so I had assumed it wouldn’t be an issue to come in without an ID.

Had a fun experience and great atmosphere. We didn’t do axe throwing but did feel it was a bit pricey. But would highly recommend if you are looking for a unique experience. Food is delicious! Beer options are extensive. We waited a bit with almost no crowd which we thought was funny but otherwise good visit! :)

Was last here on 4/24/25 and it was VERY worth it. They have a Wii that you can rent controllers for. I played Guitar Hero World Tour with my friends and the other arcade games. I had a blast!

Amazing place filled with amazing staff, great food, great vibes and home to some of the best karaoke nights! There's something for everyone here whether you like arcade games or singing your heart out or working on your axe throwing skills!!

One bartender here, Sammi, is without exaggeration the complete opposite of what a bartender should bring to an establishment. Instead of elevating the atmosphere, she poisons it by being rude, dismissive, and at times openly hostile toward patrons. Her professionalism seems selective at best which often creates an uncomfortable and unpredictable experience for guests. It’s hard to understand how someone so unfit for customer service is trusted to serve patrons. Beyond her demeanor, her actual service is equally disappointing, as she frequently forgets drink orders, and is slow to pour and return them regardless of how she’s tipped, etc. She isn’t just unpleasant; she slows down service for everyone. I can’t see how keeping her behind the bar is anything except bad for business. Your average guest probably doesn’t want to spend their evening feeling like an inconvenience… especially when the rest of the staff is welcoming, attentive, and professional. This contrast only highlights how out of place she is behind the bar. Having recently returned to town for school, I’ve seen no improvement in her demeanor or performance. Her lack of etiquette, professionalism, and basic social skills are second to none among the staff. Driftless Arcade and it’s patrons deserve staff whose attitude and service doesn’t leave customers regretting their visit to the bar.

I love the atmosphere and vibe of this place. The staff are always super nice while I'm there. They have great food (Kevin makes fantastic smash burgers) here at a fair price. I would recommend to friends, family and visitors to La Crosse.

Food was good, not a problem. Main concern is why there is almost no customer service in McDonald's anymore. They utilize kiosks so you can order food yourself, which is interesting as I would find that to be a last-resort deal when there is a line. But no, nobody was at the register and it was kinda odd to walk in without seeing someone in uniform looking your direction. Do what you need to do obviously, just found that weird. Another thing I noticed was that the tables in the restaurant were dirty as a whole. I understand if you are understaffed or too busy to deal with that, but they had plently of staff and it was relatively slow. Could've been better, not a big deal.

Just grabbing a snack before heading out of town and don't feel like stopping. McDonald's is almost too expensive. $14 for 2 Cokes and 2 large fries. The fries are really good.

We were shorted a hashbrown during drive thru service. 2nd time I've ordered decaf coffee that was cold and wondering if I got the remaining of the pot. Y'all need to keep the decaf as fresh as the regular. The food was ok, eggs were mushy. Nothing seemed really fresh or hot.

Insane prices. Probably a 20% error rate on your order via the app. Impersonal, anti human, dystopian interior that makes it a sad experience when you try to get your missing items. Feels like McDonald’s has contempt for their customers.

I was on the fence today. I bought chicken nuggets and some apple pies. My nuggets were placed perfectly in the box. I've never had that experience before. I was impressed. But my apple pies..they were from 1:35pm. I got my order at 4:45pm. So with the good came a little not so good.

I've been here several times. The staff has always been friendly, especially to my kids. I've never had my order mixed up. I typically go inside to order. They do prefer you use the kiosks to order, so if you like to order at the register you may have a bit of a wait.

I went to go get some food for my girlfriend so I walked there because it was not far and the doors where locked no problem they asked me to come through the drive through on the intercom and I ordered outside the staff was super amazing and inviting I understand that there are rules and regulations for closing the lobby at a certain time so it was amazing that they still let me order food was made fresh and tasted amazing the staff were well mannered the whole experience was amazing the facility looked clean no complaints at all and taco johns is better than taco bell all day I highly recommend you go here.

Both the food and service was good. The meat was fresh and juicy, not dry like it is at other places.

Low they arent professional i order 3 nacho crunch beef burrito 3 oleys and got only 3 bean burritos and wouldnt fix there mistake so one star it is

Staff here is always nice. Been stopping by for a year and they are always fast and kind.

Stopped in after 9 pm. At the window, he let me know the food was going to take a few minutes as the food was made fresh.
