First and foremost, the customer service is 10 out of 10 Customer Service is EVERYTHING to me !!! If you are looking for the BEST BURGERS ON THIS SIDE of Earth this is the place to go!! Rebekah my waiter is/was amazing came to my table several times even sat down was talk to me while I was enjoying my BIG JUICY BURGER Lauren the owner is sweet she also came to my table sat we talked I told her how simply amazing the food is!! Top of the menu says …if you’re in a hurry, you’re in the wrong place… Gotta respect them letting you know it’s going to take a while- and it does. 35 minutes to get our burgers. They were excellent. The chili on my chili cheese fry’s wasn’t hot so I couldn’t eat them. Staff was attentive. This is a dive bar in the best way possible with a good play list.

I’m in town for a work trip and spent the afternoon downtown in Augusta and worked up a mean appetite. When talking to locals everyone said I’d have to grab a burger from here so I listened! Walking into the place you get a nice hole in the wall/dive bar restaurant vibe and it is just so right. There’s a jukebox to play some tunes while you sit down to enjoy the ice cold draft beer to accompany your food. Their “world famous cheese burger” in fact lived up to its reputation. I recommend the “all the way” add on to your cheese burger as it really makes the flavor pop. They use a flat grill and it’s right behind the bar so your mouth can water while you wait for this slow cooked food to come out to your table or bar stool. The burger was cooked thoroughly to perfection and I had their onion rings instead of the fries. The cook was a young man, named Aiden, that you could tell cared about his work and engaged with me the entire time. Great experience all around for me, and I recommend anyone in the area to make time to visit here for atleast a beer and a bite to eat with a side of side bar chat with Aiden.

Love this place. Nothing fancy, but delicious and a t hrow back to awesome simplicity. Great staff and the owners Lauren and James were super personable and a true delight. Our servers Gabby and Eli were also outstanding. Just a wonderful experience. The best burgers around!

I'd give it an 8.5 out of 10, the only points off are that it took quite a while to get my food, some people who got there before me seemed to be a little impatient that their to go orders were taking longer than expected (they do have a sign thay says if you are in a hurry for your food you're in the wrong place). Its a typical bar type scene, maybe a little rough around the edges for more genteel folks, maybe not a good place for a 1st date😁. The food was good, better than I expected. The burger all the way had great flavor, a big thick patty. The only complaint I would have food wise is mostly my fault. I guess I should have said medium, because my burger was cooked well done, which takes a some of the juicyness out, but the waitress didn't ask. The fries are your standard frozen crinkle fries, but they were cooked like they were supposed to be, not greasy, floppy or hard and overdone. Overall I think if you have the time and want a great burger that will fill you up for a good price and don't mind the ambience to be a little rough around the edges, this place is a downtown Augusta institution that is a bit of a locals only secret. It's busy even at 2 pm on a weekday, for good reason, even with the wait.

I can't believe I have never been here in all my years in Augusta. I'll definitely be back. I cannot say enough nice words about Lauren and Eli. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The food is delicious! In ways, this place has a "Cheers" feel.

This place has a relaxed atmosphere and pleasant staff. We were there for lunch and were told to save room for dessert! There were a lot of good-looking options on the menu. I was looking for a vegetarian option and was happy to see some options for substitutions on their sandwiches as well as salads. I decided on a pimento cheese black bean burger with chips and a BIG piece of chocolate chip banana cake for dessert. The black bean burger had wonderful flavor and was cooked just right. I love pimento cheese and would have liked a little more on my burger, but was happy with my selection. The chips were just standard kettle chips. Others in my party said the pasta salad was really good. We got the full piece of cake to share and it was definitely plenty to share! It was a great dessert choice and is highly recommended! Overall, this was a fun place to check out if in Augusta!

We stopped there for lunch and had a very pleasant meal. The live music was cool, and our server was very dedicated and friendly. The large beer selection was nice, and the Cuban sandwich was phenomenal! Good cakes as well!

We tried the Lumberg Club and the chicken and waffles here! The club was pretty good, but the chicken and waffles were better. I really enjoyed them! The waffles were made of cornbread and served with raspberry butter. I also took the lemon delight cake home, and it was a great dessert for later. The only negative part of my experience was the wait. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, after I ordered, I had to wait around 25-30 minutes for my food.

Stopped in at The Boll Weevil Café & Sweetery and had a great experience. I started with a cup of their house favorite Tomato Apple soup (fire-roasted Fuji apples and carrots in a tomato base). While it wasn’t quite creamy as described, the flavor was still excellent, especially with the fresh grind of black pepper and sea salt. The K-Rock Italian Club on a very fresh ciabatta roll was delicious, and the pasta salad made a perfect side. Karmun’s service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and really added to the meal. The only small drawback was that my plate was a little warped and wobbly, but it didn’t take away from the overall great experience.

After reading the reviews we had to visit. I had the chicken salad. We’re from England and the chicken was shredded and in some kind of sauce, almost like a coronation chicken, not what I expected but nice enough. Service was rushed, I felt like this lunchtime the waiter was just trying to serve as many people as he could. As he cleared our plates he told us he was bringing the bill. Not quite the leisurely experience we are used to but glad we visited non the less.

Tasty dinner and dessert. The shrimp and grits were tasty and very filling. The cake was also very delicious 5/5. Highly recommend coming for the dessert.

The building is old so it has character. I ordered the grilled Jerk Chicken Salad. It was AMAZING! It has clementine orange slices which really complimented the spiciness. My spouse ordered the Jerk Chicken Sandwich and he loved it! Said bun was homemade, soft, and flavorful. They have a variety of desserts made at the bakery next door which are fabulous! Prices are reasonable considering quality of food.

The service was decent. We had lunch here and it was basically a buffet style service with a series of different southern staples, such as mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, meatloaf, chicken tenders and other items. The quality of the food was decent (somewhat home made) but the cost was a bit high for what you got. Desserts are also priced differently. The chocolate cake was pretty great. Overall I had a good meal but I probably wouldn't come back since the prices are higher than I like to pay for this quality of food.

Honey From the Rock is literally one of Augusta's best kept secrets. The food is always well seasoned, taste amazing and fills you to the core. The sad part about this little secret is that it is only open Mon-Fri from 11am to 2pm, but if you can catch them open you will not regret your experience.

Small Christian cafe connected to a great Christian bookstore. Very good service and great drinks. Definitely stop in here!!!!

Fresh. Hot. Flavorful. Good variety. Good price for two pieces fried chicken , two sides, sweet tea, roll or cornbread. Very helpful and attentive staff. Somewhat difficult to find using GPS. It is along side the Christian book store- facing Washington. Parking is limited. Worth going out of your way if passing through Augusta. Sweet potato casserole is more dessert than side dish.

Worth a visit if you're looking for a hearty lunch. The food is consistently good. Meals are served cafeteria style and portions will leave you full. Prices are higher than fast food, but cheaper than most traditional sit down (average plate runs around $11). Their website is easy to navigate and it lists the menu (rotates daily). Service has always been good. My only complaint is their limited hours (11am-2pm) but that's just the way they do business.

This was my first time here, and to be honest with you, I love the place. It's been there since 1879, and the inside is all original. It is a work in progress but I love the way it looks right now to be honest with you. The people were very courteous. The menu, it's very generous. And there are a ton of options on there for drinks. They serve lemonade t in water for free. I thought that was a very nice touch, but all the sandwiches we tried. There were 6 of us, and we each got something different. And every one of them was incredible. The taste was amazing. And I will absolutely go back here. Anytime I'm in town for a lunch. It was that good

Amazing to find a place as old as this, still working and still offering tasty sandwiches. The German potato salad was delicious and the cucumber Dill salad was also tasty and very fresh. A place to repeat.

Stumbled upon this wonderful German Deli. We love German cuisine. The corned beef Reuben was amazing paired with the German potato salad. The Bratwurst and cucumber dill salad was also to die for. Ms. Luanne Hildebrandt walked around and said hello to all the guests. Such a great family, we loved seeing all the photos and reading about the history.

This was our first time trying Hildebrandt’s the service was phenomenal its a family owned business so you can feel the culture in the atmosphere. The food was great highly recommend the potato salad as your side. The location is a little hidden but its worth a try!!!

Hildebrandts is what every deli should feel like; quaint and filled with local history, the sandwich shop produces some of the best reubens I've ever had! It's more than a delicatessen, it's a place to celebrate food.

Delicious food and cute, little cafe. The service here is great and they will always make sure your order is correct. There are so many fantastic sandwiches to choose from, but definitely don't skip the german potato salad.

I absolutely LOVED coming here growing up and decided to stop by for lunch recently and was super excited to see they now have birria tacos! We were able to sit at a booth right when we walked in. Waitress was quick to bring chips, salsa and to get our order. The food was great!! Birria was delicious and the consomé was rich. Burritos El Patron was also ordered and was enjoyed! Cheese dip, chips and salsas were also delicious and all were gone shortly after getting to the table For dessert, we ordered both the vanilla and strawberry tres leches cake slices. Out of both, we preferred the vanilla but each was enjoyed and not a crumb left. This was a great lunch break and we will be back again!

If I could give them 0 stars I would omge. I had hair in EVERY single last one of my dishes ! My cheese had hair my tacos hair hair and my rice had hair in it , I had to complain 3 separate times about this. And then when my food came back out because they had to remake it, was cold. I didn’t eat hardly any of my food and by hardly I mean I bit into my taco and was disgusted so I stopped eating and my whole meal was left. They then tried to make me pay for my hairy food 😭 ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Coming from Brooklyn, NY and being mixed ethnicity myself, I wasn't sure what to expect for Hispanic style food in Augusta but this spot is okaaay. Cleanliness was not the greatest, Service was alright and the Food was decent. Tho the price point was great for the amount of food you get. The Papas Locas was on point. Sopa and Tacos were a little dry and under seasoned but the Gordita and Birria was alright. Disappointingly both salsa's (verde and roja picante) weren't hot. At. All. Not sure if I'll come back but it's a good spot to satisfy a craving.

Waitress was hard to understand and it was difficult to tell if she understood us until the food came out, but our drinks were never empty; and She had an easy smile and seemed very pleasant. Cheap spot, waiter bugged me until I was ready to order then the burritos we ordered came out with almost no beans and lots of lettuce. Flavor was mediocre for everything except the salsa and chips. Horchata was too sweet and not rich enough. I do no recommend this place unless you’re low on money in which case it’s quite inexpensive. We spent $26 on a drink and two burritos.

The food overall tastes good and authentic. Only the flan was a little disappointing. But other than that it was all good. Servers don’t speak English as much. But get by with what you want to order and everything was served quickly and was tasty.

The first things I use to rate a Mexican food place are the rice and beans. Both were good. I ordered the steak fajitas, and they were ok. Only issue was the steak was in very tiny pieces, not strips. Almost like ground beef. They tasted good, though. Chips and salsa were quite good. It's hard to find excellent Mexican food away from the Southwest, but this place is better than most around here.

Recently visited Augusta on a business trip and New Moon was recommended as a breakfast spot within walking distance of where I was staying. The atmosphere was calm but a little to the left of my liking. Service was nice but very slow and they weren’t busy so no sense of urgency. The food was decent and amount given for price fair but overall nothing spectacular. I would be willing to give the place one more shot as my kid loved their homemade blueberry pop tart and the coffee was great but perhaps next time I’ll be more discerning about what I order.

Lovely cafe for a warm coffee and breakfast sandwich. Fun vibes with a cute loft to hang out in. I enjoyed every bite and the served was lovely! The coffee is locally roasted and they make their own pastries. Much better prices than the local hotel breakfast!

This was an awesome place to jump start a Sunday. Real cool and vibing scene. You could easily go there to study, work, or meet up. The menu is unique while seems to have something for everyone. The wait wasn't long and the food was fresh! Now I know, I will be back! Oh and the patio outside is great for people watching.

Cool breakfast spot in the main part of Augusta. Very eclectic decor and ambience. The menu items have unique and funny names but they have a cross sample of your traditional breakfast fare. Their bowls and home made baked goods are very good. The home made ‘pop tart’ was excellent. Parking is easy, even during the busiest times of the day. If you’re a breakfast person you won’t be disappointed.

I love new moon so much. the food is insanely good, the coffee is wonderful. I love all the staff, and just being in new moon feels welcoming. I highly recommend it for coffee and working, or a lunch with friends. my personal favorite -> turknado with potato salad. You also should try the blueberry lavender lemonade!

I love this cafe in Downtown Augusta. They are consistently great. Consistently great service, food, and coffee. My usual is a large cappuccino and a pastry of some sort. Today I had an almond croissant, and it was amazing. It was flaky, buttery, slightly sweet, and warm & buttery inside. It may just be my new favorite!

If you're a fan of fast-casual Mexican spots like Qdoba, Chipotle or Freebirds, Diablo's Southwest Grill is a solid pick. I visited their location at 3668 Wheeler Rd (Suite #4) in Augusta and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a chicken bowl, which starts with rice and beans and builds up with your choice of meat, veggies, toppings, pico de gallo, and salsa. The flavor was excellent, and the portion size made it a great value. What really stood out to me was the complimentary chips and salsa that come with your order—something most places have done away with lately. Diablo’s even offers a small salsa bar with three kinds of salsa and lemon wedges for extra flavor. Service was quick and efficient, with minimal interaction beyond placing your order at the counter. The setup is no-frills: walk in, order, pick up your food, and seat yourself—either inside or at one of the outdoor tables. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Diablo’s. It’s a budget-friendly, tasty option for a casual lunch or dinner.

Diablos continues to be the best option for quick serve Tex-Mex fare in the CSRA, and this location is no different. For around $12-15, you can customized your own burrito, quesadilla, rice bowl, tacos, or salad to your liking with a variety of freshly grilled meats, veggies, and other toppings. Service was very quick and the staff were friendly. My meal was served with fresh hot chips, and a side of chipotle ranch and salsa for free. Definitely recommend their chipotle ranch especially if you choose chicken as your protein. Overall a great option for a quick meal and in a convenient location as well.

Ate here with my husband after hearing multiple people rave about how Diablo’s is allegedly better than Chipotle, and we were both honestly very disappointed with our food. The chips and queso were amazing (better than Chipotle or Moe’s, actually), but both of our burrito bowls were so aggressively mediocre that we didn’t finish them. My chicken was also kind of rubbery. Our bill at Diablo’s was a little cheaper than it usually is at than the other places, but this is definitely a “you get what you pay for” experience. Their nutritional facts are also really hard to find online, and not very precise at all. I get that not everyone cares about this, but I’m in the middle of a cut so tracking macros is essential to me even for a cheat meal like this. Chipotle gives the exact macros for every ingredient so even if you customize a bowl, you know exactly what you’re consuming. Final verdict: Chipotle is just vastly superior - except for their queso, but you can’t have it all, I suppose 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ordered food for our office here at Aspen Dental for lunch and everything was delicious and nothing was missing or out of order. one of the staff members Brandon, even went out his way to help bring the food out to the car. Awesome customer service!

Was very pleased with my visit at Ruth’s for the first time. For my entree I got the he-man breakfast which comes with 3 eggs, choice of meat, grits or potatoes, and pancakes. This is as local as you can get for Augusta. I don't know when this place was first open, but it sure felt like this place hasn't changed in 50 years. The service was good, and people were friendly. The food didn't take too long to come out and it tasted ok and the price was reasonable. I appreciate the local vibe of this place.

A wonderfully reliable space that could have been featured on "Diners Drive Ins and Dives" . This is the sort of place you dream of on a road trip or a lazy Saturday morning. The service is warm and friendly. I felt welcome and well attended to. The food came out remarkably fast and was delicious. Some of my favorites were the country fried steak, the Hashbrown Casserole, the eggs and the plain pancakes. If you're driving by, or in the area and want to treat your pallet, Stop by Ruth's, she's a home away from home!

Stopped for some breakfast. Wasn’t terrible I got two eggs grits and some coffee for total of 11$ the grits were kinda sweet which isnt my thing but they were still ok not overly sweet. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice

We were helping our son move to Augusta last weekend. When we wanted a good place for breakfast, we asked his girlfriend, who is local to the area, to recommend a place. She suggested Ruth's right away! There were 7 of us and they accommodated us with one large table. Wow, the food was delicious! I haven't had such good hash browns or bacon anywhere! Our server, Heather, had such a good sense of humor and was efficient and friendly. I will definitely return when we are in the area again!!

In town for a quick visit and decided to try this spot out. I had a breve vanilla latte and a turkey sandwich. Every thing was great. The staff was inviting and friendly. The cafe was clean and quiet. I will definitely be back.

What a great place! The girl that was working the coffee bar was absolutely flying through orders and each one came out correct and good. Love the cozy little nook that you can sit in. Even got to watch a couple of regulars come in and get greeted by their barista, just overall a really great experience!

I was recommended this spot by a friend that lives close by. Great service, friendly staff, and great food and coffee for a reasonable price. My husband and I came with our dog and they were kind about us walking him through the café to get to the deck seating with him. We both got plain lattés, a quiche and a toasted turkey sandwich that had a spicy aioli. Amazing.

Great spot! Hasn’t been well maintained, but this coffee shop has more nooks and crannies than any other coffee shop in the area! Great for studying and talking one on one. Their breakfast sandwiches are great, and the African Sunset Tea is marvelous!

I ordered a plain black coffee and it was good and flavorful, no burned flavor or excessive sourness at all, just a perfect balance. The croissant was interesting and with an egg wash on top. It was delicious but felt slightly too full inside, not airy enough. When I came to order, it felt kind of rushed. The lady tried getting through my order as quick as possible even though there was no line. Other than that everything was perfect. The place is cozy inside, though it feels a bit cramped. Nice outdoor seating area...

We absolutely love Buona! They have some of the best local roasts for a solid plain coffee and then they also have so many tasty eats. Can’t go wrong with the quiche or a bakery item! They have seasonal drinks, Wi-Fi, and lots on indoor outdoor seating available.

Even though it may appear that they don't have a lot of parking, they have their own dedicated parking lot behind the store. They have apparently been a part of Augusta for several years now. The prices leave a lot to be desired, but the ambiance is nice and cozy on the inside and you can sit outside if you like. They have plenty of coffee options, and some limited food options. What we had was good, and we may visit again. Just be prepared to pay higher than Starbucks prices for some of their items.

Ordered online No issues with order, prompt service when I arrived Food was 10/10 Sweet and sour chicken, chicken lo mein and fried rice. Portions are much larger than I thought they’d be. No complaints

The portions are enormous, the prices relatively low. If you're dining in, keep in mind that seating can only accommodate 4 or 5 to a booth seat with no table seating. They also struggled to get each person's order out at the same time. If your group goes family style, it works okay with dishes being strung out. The dining room was run down and not completely clean.

The story writes itself…small place, side of a busy highway...the warmest service and huge servings of the best food…I mean the BEST…unlike most Chinese food places, you taste the flavor or each vegetable…carrots, onion etc. each individual flavor. Call ahead bcuz they are always busy unless you can wait (like I did) but well worth it.

I called ahead for a takeout order they had it ready pretty quickly. Super high health rating. The food was fantastic and didn’t leave me feeling gross after. I will be ordering from them again!

Every time I visit this cute donut shop I get the feeling that I'm just going to visit my friend who made donuts just for me. Customer service is always on point. Every suggestion i get I take. They know how to bake. My favorite had to be the regular glazed donuts. Better than any donut I've ever had and trust me I've had plenty lol. These pillowy puffs of heavenly clouds covered in rich glaze hits the spot every time. They go perfectly with there fresh coffee drinks. I just love this place and can't wait to spread the word to my co - workers. If anyone wants to bring me some donuts please only Belair from now on. Good job! ❤️

We came in to meet with Mark to learn about his business (and of course sample the inventory XD) and they did not disappoint! These donuts are so fresh (baked each night for the next day) and there is such a variety that there is something for EVERYONE. They also have great coffee that they get from another local business that is 10/10. Definitely beats those franchises ANY DAY!

This place is awesome. I moved here from the Midwest and I was missing chocolate long johns, and I found them here. They dipped the donut fresh in icing, toasted my bagel, and had plenty of options. I went at 9 am and they had all kinds of donuts with a bunch of filling options. The service was so great, the employees were very kind and attentive. I'd definitely come here time and time again!

Got a chai latte hot with vanilla. One of the best I've had in a long time. The filled donuts are filled as you watch and have a lot of filling. I love the raspberry and the lemon so far. The red velvet is good as well. It has become my mew Saturday morning breakfast stop.

Best donuts in the area. I love that you can mix and match and select your own filling and frosting. I love a maple donut filled with Bavarian cream, but most commercial donut shops don’t make them. Belair donuts does! Their coffee is also very good. I got a raspberry chocolate cake latte today, and it was incredible.

Had a chance to stop by this amazing place today and pick up some yummy goodness. I really like the staff, the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and when I told him it was my first time there he gave me the complete rundown of things. That apple fritter I have is huge, I can't eat this thing in one sitting. It is soft and has plenty of apples in it. I will return for another after I finish this beast. Thank you to the lady behind me that suggested I try the ummm fried glazed croissant (forgive me, I forgot the name). Oh my goodness I could eat a dozen of those things. I had the 3C sandwich which was a bit of a let down. The flavor was really great but the first bite of the chicken was downright disgusting, I thought I had found a bone. I pulled that piece out to only repeat it again. The roll is great and the cheese and chipotle flavor compliment the sandwich really well but the piece of chicken I had really destroyed that experience. I'll try it again in the future, hopefully the sandwich can redeem itself. Next on my list is to try is the breakfast burrito. When the gentleman working the counter explained it I was torn between that and the chicken sandwich. I'm still rating this place a 5/5 for the customer service and the sweets. I'll be back to experience more of the menu though. Keep up the great work. Round 2: Went back the next day and ordered some more yummy goodness. This time I had the bacon breakfast burrito on tomato basil...... I regret buying one. Wish I had purchased 3, it was so good and did not disappoint. I was contemplating going back for more after I left. Great staff again this morning. I was greeted as I walked in at 6am by the staff. I bought some of these bad boys today too. I ate one then went to bed after a long night. I hope my wife and son didn't finish them off. Keep up the great work, I'll be back to try the chicken sandwich eventually. Next on the list, more breakfast burritos.

Great sandwiches. Great fries. Everything is flavorful and the sauces just add the perfect extra touch. The fries are seasoned and over the top amazing, crisp too. Tried coming earlier but it was closed with people inside, very confusing as their hours were open until whenever they decide to close. Definitely will go back.

Took a while for my food to come out. (35 mins) But man it was good I had the wings n fries. The fries were hot & crunchy..wing were juicy. I’ll try another flavor next time I go.

Today was my first and last time at knuckle sandwiches. I paid over $20 for a sandwich soggy fries and a funnel cake that looks like spaghetti. It’s so thin that it’s crunchy. It’s not even like a cake I had so many people tell me this place was amazing. Well, my experience absolutely was not

We stopped for lunch on our way to Charleston from Atlanta. I got the wings, and my husband got the Knuckle Sandwich. The sandwich, fries, and ranch were really good. Wings were way overcooked. It was REALLY hot inside, and the music was obnoxious and too loud. Maybe take it to go.

Quaint little restaurant the food is always a 10:10 I've been here a couple of times the funnel cake was good too. If you want a really good sandwich and you're downtown this is the perfect place for that.

Great little place. Glad I found it. Excellent Philly Cheese steak and fries. LOVE the Thai ranch sauce they have. Excellent server from the young lady working today. The dining room is quite small, so I decided to take mine to go. Will definitely mark this as a repeat when I’m back in the area. 🏳️‍🌈

The sandwiches were good, I wish I could taste the bacon a little more. We really liked the fries, wish there were more. Things are a little spicy, even without the jalapenos. We got 3 sandwiches and 3 sodas, it came to $53.19. There's very limited seating inside, 4 tables for 2 unless you grab a chair from another table. There are a few outside too. No issue with service, the girl was very nice.

Unassuming coffee joint in downtown Augusta GA. You can't tell much about this place from the outside and it's located on a small back street. But when you enter, you'll see ample space with a cozy cafe vibe and plenty of seating area. I didn't read their reviews before coming here and just by chance ordered their hot Vietnamese coffee. During the wait for my coffee, I heard four other orders of the same thing being made. Then when I read the reviews, I found out this place is pretty well known for their Vietnamese coffee. Ample of street parking outside and nearby. There aare some pastries and sandwiches on the menu as well.

Ubora now has breakfast sandwiches! Tried the sunrise and it was great…obviously, because I forgot to snap a pic before I ate it! The staff are friendly, coffee is great and roasted in house. I always have a great experience. Love this local downtown spot! Plus—Veteran Owned!!!

Great tasty maple latte here! They were able to make it less sweet for me, have great pastry and sandwich options but unfortunately they seem to run out of breakfast sandwiches by around 9:30 or 10am. Otherwise great service!

Tucked away on Jones Street is a coffee house roaster/purveyor that makes a mean cup of hot chocolate. My wife loved it. I had a medium roast coffee with cream and sugar. They placed the cream and sugar. I would have preferred to mix my own. The coffee was still very good. I'll be back for certain. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy your cup or drink of choice without loud music making you crazy. Both drinks with a tip came to a little over $6.90. Stop in and give them a try, you won't be disappointed. I found a new roast from them, Ethiopia. Wonderful blueberry notes.

I study here a lot and the staff are always friendly. I've accidentally stayed a couple minutes past close sometimes and they've never been pushy about leaving and I appreciate that hospitality. It's very different from the new coffeeshop that I visited the other day, Emil's, that has a very rude owner who I've watched harass and chase customers. Love Ubora, would definitely come again!

From the moment I stepped into Ubora Coffee, I was transported to a bygone era of North Augusta's historic charm. The coffee shop's entrance offered a view of old-timey red brick buildings, across the street there is a closed leather company from days past, which perfectly complemented the vintage vibe of Ubora. The interior of this coffee shop was impressively spacious, reflecting their dual role as both a café and a coffee roaster. My favorite coffee shops roasts their own coffee beans in-house, and this detail always adds a unique touch to the ambiance, some what of an industrious vibe. I indulged in an iced mocha latte that was perfect. Accompanying my beverage was a bagel sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese. I was super hungry I had been camping for two days so this sandwich at the time seemed like the best thing I had ever eaten. What truly made my visit memorable was the service. The person who took my order was incredibly helpful, they didn't mind how long it took me to order I tend to ask lots of menu questions ie what your favorite and stuff like that. Ubora Coffee is not just a coffee shop; it's an experience. It's a place where the past and present converge to create a warm, inviting atmosphere, complemented by delicious coffee and food. If you're passing through here stop in here for a bit. Ubora is a must-visit for any coffee enthusiast.

My wife and I are coffee fanatics and always on the look out for new coffee bars, we are completely in awe of everything Ubora offers. The cabin vibes surrounding the interior remind me of vacation while the richness of the coffee reminds me of Heaven on Earth! They have a saying about striving to make perfection in every cup & I believe they truly do! Amazing coffee, amazing food, amazing customer service! We will be back!

I've been eating here since I was in 10th grade ! The food here is always hot and fresh , and the restaurant and bathroom is always clean !

Read the reviews and seemed great. Placed a lunch order to go…rice was OK hardly anything in it but the rice. The general TSO chicken was of poor quality. Could tell it was frozen and even seemed maybe In freezer a long time and the meat was dark meat, not white. Sauce was thick and had an odd taste to it. Not fresh at all. Threw 95% of it out. I’d rather pay higher prices and have better quality food. Was disappointed. 😔

This is a really good place to eat. The food taste amazing and is always ready within the time frame they give me when I do a pick up order. The prices are decent, customer service is great. Love coming here when I'm in the area.

I moved to Augusta 6 yrs ago and have tried All the Chinese restaurants in my area, Happy Garden is the best out of All...Question why everyone here puts Diced Ham instead of Roasted Pork in their rice?

I love this place already!!! I think they know me now. They kinda know what I will order but I switch it up since they are fairly new. I like to try out different dishes and see if I like them!!! The guy and girl that works the front counter go beyond the call of duty. While dining here today they brought everything to me, even refills and to go bags, which I always ask for. I'm kind of a creature of habit when it comes to food and I think they have picked that up already. I love being waited on hand and foot!!! Any place that does this gets 5 stars easily!!!!

I'm from Brooklyn, so what I consider to be tasty Asian food is sometimes different. I ordered Beef Chow Fun for the first time in my life based on what the dish was comprised of and pictures of other dishes patrons had uploaded. I had broccoli added to mine. Well I was NOT disappointed. The flavor was savory and fresh! My food was hot, the beef was tender and the bean sprouts were not cooked to death. I would definitely order it again, and try other dishes! The dining area was clean, but I got my food to go. Customer service was good as well, cashier was polite.👌🏾 It was pricey though, $14.50 for the dish $15.50 with broccoli added. (BTW They charge for yum yum sauce.)

We come here from time to time for dinner. They make excellent and flavorful Chinese food. The prices are very reasonable, and the small size is an excellent and filling amount of food for one person. We've had several things here, and they have the typical Chinese faire you come to expect from places like there but they also have other things like Pad Thai and Singapore noodles that you don't normally find at Chinese restaurants. The food is always good, but best eaten when fresh and the restaurant itself is kept very clean. There aren't usually too many people in the place since most folks order take out, so if you're going to eat in you'll find that you'll typically be able to get your food quickly.

Service was fine. Quick and pleasant. I asked for no cheese because of an allergy. Got my salad, drove back to the office only to find it has cheese. Waste of $11. Spinach is wilted too. First time trying it, last time too I guess /:

I have been wanting to try this place for a while; I finally did today & it was great! I got a roast beef wrap with bacon, bleu cheese, spicy mayo & lettuce with pasta salad. It was very good. Though it appears simple in concept, you can tell the recipes/combinations are really well thought out. I’ll definitely be back again!

Roly Poly is hands down my favorite place to grab lunch in Augusta. I have literally never had anything bad from their menu, although my favorite is a tie between the #55 and the #30. The ingredients are always on-point and so, so flavorful. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is excellent. I never have to wait more than 15 minutes to get my food, and the sweet tea is always fresh. I try to go there on a weekly basis because I get withdrawals when I can't get my fix, haha! Even though the restaurant is a chain, it feels more like a locally-owned mom-and-pop shop because the management and staff are so down-to-earth and accommodating. If you're looking for a good meal, GO HERE!

Been going to Roly Poly for years. They are quick and the food is delicious. Prices are reasonable as well. My personal favorite is #39 Turkey Applejack. Comes with honey mustard which is the perfect pairing!

Every time I go to Augusta, Georgia I must visit Sunrise Grill. I’ve eaten almost everything on the menu. My favorite is the pancakes and the smash burgers. Great service with a wait of about 15-30 minutes to be seated. Well worth the wait.

Very good and filling. We stopped here for brunch on our way back home to Charleston. My husband loved the sweet potato pancakes. Pure southern hospitality and good food!

First I must say the prices here are very good, compared to other breakfast places. Or server was great! You could tell she loves her job and takes pride in customer satisfaction. However, if you are a person that cooks with seasoning and loves it when your food has a great taste, then this is not the place for you. Their style of cooking is more for aged folks with high blood pressure and diabetes. We changed our order because it didn't have any taste, then we just felt like we should have gone elsewhere because what we changed it to, wasn't much better. My daughter loved the continental omelet though. I tasted it but had to add ketchup and black pepper and Texas hot sauce to satisfy my taste buds a bit. Go for the price, but if you are a food lover and eat for the taste, go elsewhere. Oh, the toasts were good!

I got to experience this seafood restaurant on a drive from NYC to GA. Loved It ♥️chicken/fries, shrimp/fries & whiting/fries. Everything was fresh and all the 4 orders cooked just right. Next time if I'm ever passing thru this section on Augusta, GA. I'll be sure and stop into this spot again. Also we were able to sit in restaurant enjoy our meals.

New owners are taking the service to the next level. Boss was courteous and helpful explaining types of seafood and flavors. As someone that cooks a lot I was excited by the quality and speed. Will be back to supply my next family gathering!

This place has delicious seafood, but it's not the kind of place you want to eat at. It's not really a "sit down" kind of place. I've gotten takeout from here several times and it's always good. You can order food cooked or buy raw seafood and it's reasonably priced. The dried jumbo shrimp is my favorite.

This place gets even worse everytime I go asked for bbq sandwich with skins as always and no skins… went back in to purchase and from just last week they have went up to 75 cents for that small cup. Should be ashame but won’t get my money anymore.

We happened upon this place as we were looking for a place to eat for my husband's birthday. It had great photos on Yelp so we decided to try it. I had the Nashville Hot Catfish with French Fries, my husband had the Ribeye with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, and my mother in law had the ribeye with seasonal vegetables. Everything was delicious!

We are from Ky and used to having pit smoked BBQ. Been in Augusta 33 years and tried several BBQ places. Perry's is the ONLY good one we've had. Restaurant appearance could be better, but the food is great!

I love Perry's. It's been a staple in the hood since I was a child. The food is good and the service is fast. I have a lot of favorites but my favorite order is the BBQ sandwich with extra skins and mild sauce on the side. The mix of the crunchy skins and the softness of the shredded BBQ is like joy in your mouth.

Old time BBQ is not gone. We "The Three Amigos BBQ Hounds" found this place in South Augusta on Old Savannah Rd. Three generations making the real deal on hickory smoking BBQ racks. Better than Scott's in Hemingway SC I know cause I been to both. . Super nice folks. Hash is very good. It is a take out BBQ place.

Tried it today for the first time. Worst bbq I've ever had. They need to rename the pulled pork sandwich to bbq soup sandwich. The sandwich was floating in a bbq sauce that tasted like ketchup in the container it was served in. Has to be eaten with a fork or spoon. I did manage to find a small piece of pork not covered in slop and it was bland and terrible. No wonder they drench the thing in bbq sauce or should I say ketchup. Soggy bread mixed with that slop on it was terrible. Ate about 3 bites and had to throw it away. The potato salad was okay but I paid for this as a separate side dish that had about 3 tablespoons of potato salad in the container. Don't waste your money. If food has to be drenched in a disgusting bbq ketchup sauce to give it flavor, your food sucks.

I ordered through door dash. I got the Cuban and the fried cheese. That Cuban. OMG. It was huge and it was delicious. I don’t even like pickles and I ate every inch of that sandwich up. I have to get another one asap!! The fried cheese was also very good, it was my first time having that style and it was surprisingly good. I will definitely be trying more items from this place. It was amazing.

We had a really enjoyable dinner at La Casa Latina. The restaurant has a relaxed, tiki bar vibe with just a couple other tables while we were there, so it felt cozy and casual. I had the steak and onion entrée and my husband ordered the octopus sandwich—the bread on the sandwich was really good and both dishes were nicely presented. Our daughter had a pineapple juice, which she loved. The sauces on the table were a highlight—creamy cilantro, mayo ketchup, and a spicy green one—all fantastic and full of flavor. Food came out quickly (about 10 minutes for the appetizer and another five for the mains), and everything was beautifully plated. Portions weren’t very large, and drinks felt a bit pricey, but for what we got the price overall was fair. There wasn’t a kids’ menu, but when we asked about drinks, our server kindly offered juice selections. Service was warm and attentive enough that we felt taken care of, even though we didn’t get refills on our drinks. Overall, a flavorful, family-friendly experience and we’d happily go back!

First time here but not my last. Everything was so amazing. I ordered an empanada, arepa, and the Mexican burrito. They were out of horchata so I ordered Tamarindo. Empanada came out piping hot, and the flavor was perfect. Arepa was delicious. Mexican steak burrito was good, and I’ll know next time to request no tomatoes. Love the decorations and atmosphere. Love the flags they put on the food when bringing out the dishes. Loved my visit, will be back to try other menu items.

The sauces on the table were amazing (creamy cilantro, mayo-ketchup, and a spicy green one) and paired perfectly with everything. Service was friendly, fast, and attentive, and the restaurant stayed busy the whole time, which gave it a fun and cozy atmosphere. Our favorites: the garlic chicken with rice and sweet plantains, delicious empanadas (both chicken and beef), and the mofongo, which was excellent. Every dish came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. We were also the only non-Hispanic diners during our visit, which told us everything we needed to know about the authenticity of the food. We’ll definitely be back — Augusta is lucky to have such a gem for Latin American cuisine!

I have been to this restaurant several times and I love it! The food is always amazing.. sometimes the food takes a minute to get to you but everything is always hot and fresh so I do not mind the wait! I crave the rice and beans! Idk if it’s squash or some kind of pumpkin in the beans with potatoes but it’s so good!!

This weekend we placed a rather large order from Casa Latina, and the food was absolutely amazing! The portions were very generous far more than expected and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The team was also incredibly easy to work with, making the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend!

Went there for dinner. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. My wife and I ordered tea with the meal which by the way was good. We rated the food, service, and atmosphere a 10 out of 10. We were happy. When the waitress brought us our bill, I thanked her for the good service and gave her a 20% tip which brought our bill around $55.00 dollars. I looked at the bill one last time while my wife was finishing her tea. I noticed that we had been charged $4.00 for two refills. Two dollars for each of us because we had one tea refill each. I asked the waitress if that was right and she said yes. I wished I would have known before I gave her a tip as I would have subtracted $5.00 from her 20% tip. I hope that four dollars was worth it as you lost two customers! We won't be back!!

The staff is always attentive and inviting. The fish (clean/raw) is always a nice portion. I'm addition to the size of each, the price point has always been reasonable. Definitely a staple in the community. My go-to spot in Augusta!

We stopped on our way home from a funeral in Columbia. What a delightful treat, as the fish was chosen and fried to perfection! I am from Georgia and will have to drive 2 hours to come back—it would be worth it. I got black bass and Nile bream!

Nice place, I thought that they served just fried foods, but they got fresh fish bream, and all kind of fish, brass sitting on ice big old plump 🍤. The lady told me whatever kind of fish you want that they have they can clean it and fry for you right then. I ordered the fish with the flounder and fried shrimp, it came with french fries and you can get potato salad or coleslaw, fried okra etc. The only thing I wouldn't put the cold potato salad in the tray with the hot food, that doesn't make sense.

The best in the city. Great prices can't beat them, customer service, and the food is delicious. I drive from 20-30 away to get the food.

Smoothies are great and the guys are super nice. I was excited to try some food. I used door dash and one of items was missing. When I called I was told they would make it. I had to ask the door dash driver to go back and get it and gave her an extra tip. They should include a picture of what the vegan Mac and cheese is because it was not what I expected. The vegetarian meatloaf was extremely salty. I'm disappointed with the food but would definitely return for smoothies. Will update when the sandwich finally arrives. This was a lot of money only to have to make something different to eat. Got the Dizmo sandwich I was supposed to get the first time which is supposed to be eggplant mozz and tomato. What we got was peppers and onions with mozz.

Food taste great I just wish the falafel was a lot crisper, bc of all the toppings that was on it, it make it soggy. I was thinking it was going to be crispy like a regular falafel but unfortunately it was a soft falafel pancake. The two smoothies I had were awesome 👌🏽

I finally made it to this vegan spot. Greeted upon entry, customer service was great, authentic juice #3 to be exact. I tried the vegan spaghetti, mac and cheese and cabbage. My only problem was I didn’t have any more left. If you are in Augusta ga and want authentic vegan…this is the spot for you. Can’t wait to return! Almost went back today…🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

If you are looking for healthy food, vegan food, vegetarian food and the food of the God's. This is the place for you. Embrace yourself for the experience you didn't know you needed. P.S. They are both gracious and generous with tastings of their offerings.

These people lied to us blatantly after we ordered on Doordash and waited for an hour with the dasher still waiting on our food. We called them and asked and they told us “oh our cook was in the bathroom but your food has been ready” and confirmed the name on our order. Then our dasher (who’d been waiting 45 mins) went in and found out they straight up lied and were still making our order. And proceeded to wait another 20 minutes. And then after waiting 2 hours and being lied to we had to cancel the order with DoorDash. Horrible company.

I & My husband decided to stop by & see what Vegan options that had. They had veggie options so I decided to get the veggie meatloaf & butternut squash which is soooo good. I got collard greens & corn which was good as well. The smoothie I got was MLK BLVD which was sooo good as well. I love the fact that everything is made fresh. The energy & vibes was amazing. Customer Service was top tier. We will definitely be back soon!

When you step into this restaurant, you are transported into a place that feels so ethereal. I mean, they have smoothies, hot and cold food, desserts, salads, herbal supplements, coconut water, body wash, almost everything! I ordered a tempeh broccoli stir-fry and it was PHENOMENAL! Let me just say, the way it was presented and the different flavor combinations were absolutely out of this world. Five stars from me and I'm pretty picky!! I also ordered a #19 smoothie. Also, PHENOMENAL!! I know, your probably thinking, "how can this be?". I thought the same thing, too! There was a perfect combination of almonds and dates, you really can feel the love! I would recommend this establishment to everyone I know who is interested in bettering their health and still like to eat out. You cannot go wrong here. Thank you guys so much for the amazing food medicine I received today. My gut feels amazing after devouring this delicious food.

This is hands down my favorite Mexican spot! Every time I come, I have to order the birria tacos or the pizzabirria—both are absolutely packed with flavor and never disappoint. The trio dip is a must-have to start; the queso, guac, and salsa combo is perfect for sharing (or just enjoying all to myself!). The atmosphere is always welcoming, and I love that I can bring my kids and have a great dining experience. If you’re looking for delicious, authentic flavors and a great vibe, this is the place to be!

Had a great breakfast here this morning. I had Avacado Toast with bacon and egg. My husband had the Fajita omelette. My toast was good and made even better by tomatillo sauce from the salsa bar. Their house salsa was a great compliment to the meal as well. The fajita omelette was big and filling. For the same meal at other establishments, the portion size at El Ray makes any meal a bargain. The service was great and we never had to ask for anything. We've decided to give dinner a try as well.

Sat in the drive through for 17 mins. Ordered a fish filet sandwich meal and a kids cheeseburger meal. Got home. (I live less than 5 mins away)The fries were cold. Not like Luke warm, but cold. The fish sandwich was barely what you’d even call a sandwich. (Will post photos) For $22 I expected a little better. Hopefully management sees this and makes improvements.

My grilled chicken sandwich was on a diet. It was half the size of the bun and it was pounded down to nothing. Waited forever to even get it. What happened to this place? It used to be so good.

I waited over an hour in the drive thru. When I finally got to the window I waited another 15 minutes. They said they were waiting on my fries and to please park and they would bring it out to me. I parked and waited another 20 minutes. I finally went in to ask about my food they handed me the bags. When I checked to make sure everything was there I noticed the fries were cold. When I asked the manager why the fries were cold she said everything was made to order. I said fine but then why were the fries cold? She offered to give me a refund or remake my food, but I would be put in the back of the line.

I called ahead to place my order, the lady was semi-professional on the phone. Seemed like she was a little rushed though. However that wasn't even the worst of it. the burgers tasted Old they weren't really fresh at all. Kinda tasted like frozen patty's and the fries were ICE cold and also very old. no salt or anything no seasonings

I don't even like writing reviews but my experience was so horrible that I have to write a review and will never be going back as long as they have the same manager. I love and brag about Gary's chicken biscuits and have been going for a long time. This review is not about the food, but the customer service. The manager was so rude and disrespectful and would not just admit that she messed up by throwing away the biscuits (which I saw with my own eyes) before fulfilling all the breakfast orders. I waited patiently for at least 20 mins watching several people that ordered after me get their order and then was offered a bun. When I said I didn't want a bun, I was told that they had to fulfill orders before me which was a lie and also knowing the biscuits had gotten thrown away. When the employee who took my order tried explaining that I had been there for a while, she still didn't want to listen and tried to offer me a biscuit from an order that had been sitting there leftover. I agreed but said can I get my money back too and was told no and that it was my fault for refusing a bun. I explained that all she had to do was just admit that she messed up and was wrong instead of trying to justify a simple mistake, but she continued to argue with me. So, I got my money back and will never be going back. Its sad because Gary's breakfast is one of my favorites and I was really looking forward to it this morning.

11/12/23- Well.i returned for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed. THE STAFF( ALL ladies) were working like grandma's in the kitchen. My breakfast was served with soo much love. It was uhhm uhmm good. So I had to change my stars. 1o/ 3/22 I really wanted to like it. Maybe my expectations were too high. I assumed it was a great mom and pop old fashioned handmade burger but it taste exactly like Wendy's may have stolen their exact recipe. My fries and burger were made fresh but I could only take a few bites. I love food. Maybe the breakfast is better. The window clerk was very nice.

24 min to get a carry out. Its seems Garys is going along with the big chains to serve drive thru first. Might as well go to them because at least I’ll get my food faster. 30min lunch gone waiting just for food.

Generally a lot more people however it was nice to have so much attention from our amazing servers Makayla (In-Training) and Adriana (Trainer) the menu had changed since our last visit and unfortunately the ribs were no longer offered as a regular menu item (bummer) However the wings, fries, burger, mac/cheese and collards were all on point. Special shout-outs to Laurie at the bar for one of the best lemon drops I've ever tasted (cheers) Maybe just maybe ribs will be on the menu next time!

We love having so many local restaurants right in our backyard. Definitely an amazing menu and staff. Highly recommend.

Came here to eat and listen to Hardwire a Metallica tribute band. Food was great and the band was awesome!! They played for us like we were royalty.

I had an amazing time at Southbound Smokehouse. The view of the Savannah River from the patio is stunning, making for a perfect dining atmosphere. The food was outstanding—especially the pulled pork and the smoked chicken. They have a great selection of draft beers that complemented the meal perfectly. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great BBQ and a relaxing environment! Beautiful setting. The atmosphere was really nice, especially for a smokehouse. Nice bar area and lots of outdoor seating. They were sponsoring a race that I ran, so the full menu was not available yet. The only food I tried were the biscuits they made for us, but they were really good. I would definitely eat here if I were in the area again. 1 year later, same race. After the race heavy rain set in so I hung around until the kitchen was officially open. Had a spicy Paloma and a couple of pulled pork breakfast tacos. Hadn't noticed all the photos on the wall during my previous visit. I enjoyed hanging out. The drinks and food were good and it was a nice place to watch a game (Barcelona versus Real Madrid this day).

Everything is always awesome! The staff is great and the drinks are cold! But the chicken finger basket I just ordered was 17.50 before tip, and it’s only a 4pc. So 20 bucks after tip for a 4pc chicken finger 😭 other than being taken back by that, vibes and food are great!

This place was amazing. The food was fresh and beyond exceptional. Our server was fantastic, attentive, and knowledgeable. If your looking for a good restaurant with amazing smoked meats , burgers, and sandwiches this is the decision you should make. We basically tried the entire menu. Awesome!!!!

2024-11: I think it's safe to say this is my favorite Chinese place in the area. The people are super nice and grateful for your business and the food is delicious and consistent. I would suggest if you want delivery, to call them directly and put an order in to give them your delivery business instead of one of the Fee-For-Everything-And-Inflated-Prices Apps. 😊 (Plus they are faster and more considerate than a lot of the delivery app drivers - as a rule.) Let's keep this business around. 2023-06: I've eaten from here several times and everything has always been tasty and the orders have always been correct. Their prices are pretty decent for what you get. I always call the restaurant directly for delivery. Will return.

First time trying, definitely did not disappoint. Food was hot, fresh and made with quality ingredients. I’ve had lots of Chinese around the area and it’s been by far the best. I got the lunch sesame chicken, it came with pork fried rice (which is my preference), big portions, couldn’t even eat half for less than $10!

It's take-out chinese so, it is going to taste the same as all others. Same for pricing and portions, pretty sure they all follow the same templates. What makes this place stand out is that they might be the only place that actually gets my orders right every time! As a result they are my go-to.

This is one of our usual spots. We love their egg foo young, you get 4 patties with an order and the gravy is perfect! Fast, friendly, and easy pick up when we go. Small establishment with limited seating.

Always a lot of food, and it is GOOD! I order online and it is always ready within 15 minutes of my order time! They are quick and friendly!

I will never buy your food again. My husband and I brought sesame chicken home and rice to eat and you had put chicken feet in my food. You don't have bones in your meat chunks of sesame chicken we could not eat it

It's a small family owned joint, which I like to support, got the old school menu photos, kids running around, I love it. but they deep fried the chicken on a stick, you gotta grill those puppies with teriyaki sauce my ninjas!

Ordered vegetable lo mein and lemon pepper flat wings extra crispy. I received a dish full of unseasoned noodles with a few veggies and plain wings not extra crispy. Thanks but I won’t go back especially paying $15 for this!🙄😔

I just could not believe the egg rolls that was served to me, this is a hot mess. I had to put them in the trash, please just take a look at the pictures, first of all they're near burnt and after first bite, also tasteless. I also ordered shrimp 🍤 fried rice and just ate it because I was hungry and didn't have time to go anywhere else. But I will 🚫 not be returning to this restaurant.

Main China has been my favorite chinese resteraunt in the area for 4+ years. They truly have the best tasting food in the CSRA! Their service is top notch and their food is amazing! They have wonderful combinations and prices. I recommend Main China to everyone.

Best Chinese we have had in years, hands down! I had given up on finding a place with great Chinese food in our area, but we decided to try this spot on our way home and it did not disappoint. I got the General Tao chicken and it had a lot of flavor, it was fresh and hot, and it had a bit of a unique twist that made it stand out above any other place I've had. Great food, great quality. We'll definitely be back, probably again this week 💜

The saag paneer was very disappointing. It was a watery liquid, it's not supposed to resemble a drink. The paneer was ok but just done in a lazy way with huge blocks. Google "Saag Panner" and compare to the photo, it should not be served under that title. As far as saag paneer goes you are better buying a frozen entry at a grocery store. Naan portions are very very small and they charge $1. Rice was just ok. No dine in, which is fine as long as you are aware of it. The vegetable sambosa was good. The chicken biryani that a friend ordered was ok, chicken was flavorful but not fresh. Overall I would not return.

Ordered a chicken biryani and honestly it doesn’t even deserve one star. No spices, no flavor. Just colored oily rice with very dry chicken pieces. This was priced at $15 !!! Are you guys serious ? Not even worth a penny. Guys don’t fool people in the name of biryani because this is not it. Won’t recommend it to anybody. Disappointed !

These guys are a great find in Augusta! I tried their nihari and chicken 65 - Nihari was amazing, very authentic and delicious! All the meat was very tender and just melted in the mouth! Loved every bit of it!! It reminded me of Nihari just like in Pakistan! Chicken 65 was okay, felt like it was a bit too salty but everyone taste buds are a bit different In either case 5 stars for them! everyone at the counter was great also!

WhenI walked in I was immediately greeted. Everything looked nice and clean as well. I ordered the butter chicken with garlic naan and veggie samosas. She gave me regular naan instead of garlic but that’s was ok because the food was delicious. On my way now for some more veggie samosas😂

My family and I LOVE Lahore Express! If we could eat here every day we would! By far the BEST Pakistani cuisine in all of Agusta! Food is delicious and flavorful! The staff is so kind and very accommodating of food allergies.

My sister ordered a pizza and this is what we received - the middle is completely wrecked. It looks like it was dropped. To make up for this, instead of quickly making a new pizza, we were offered two sloppily folded slices. This is disgusting. It looks like it was dropped!

If IDGAF was a pizza restaurant Roma’s Pizza would be it!! I’m an old school Roma’s pizza lover from back in the day when they were in the Regency Mall. I’ve always loved their pizza! I even rocked with them when they moved from the mall to Wrightsboro Road and then when they moved to Walton Way Extension on Agerton Lane. I’ve been living in Florida for 20 years now and was in Augusta visiting family and broke my diet just to have a taste of yesterday and Roma’s pizza was what I wanted. Unfortunately, I WILL NEVER EVER patronize Roma’s again!! Have you ever eaten something that was so bad that when you got finished you felt guilt for eating it, because it really belonged in the trash? I placed an online order from my hotel room and gave the restaurant ample time to prepare my order. I ordered the Appetizer sampler which consists of 3 each; meatballs, fried ravioli, cheese sticks, and bone-in wings, a slice of deluxe, and I needed 2 more cents to be able to order online, so I ordered a chocolate cannoli. When I arrived the guy at the counter knows NOTHING about my order. I tell him what I ordered, says he’ll get it ready, just need to heat the pizza slice. I get out to the car and check my order, no meatballs or cannoli. I go back in. A different guy waits on me. I tell him what’s missing from the sampler along with the cannoli. He never says a word! I get my order back to the car I go and check. Basically the meatballs were just thrown in. I get back to the hotel, the food isn’t even hot, nor is the slice of pizza. I couldn’t eat ANY of the cheese sticks and if you’re wondering why, look at the photo - they were cooked last week!! The meatballs, I could’ve put someone’s eye out if I hit they with them. They were hard as rocks!! The ravioli was barely edible and missing and 90% of its filling. The wings - nothing special at all. I had to heat the pizza slice. The toppings were cooked but since it wasn’t heated properly in the pizza oven, the cheese just sat on top. The slice looked like it was just pulled from the refrigerator. And there was so much soot on the bottom of the slice that it was ridiculous. They must NEVER clean out the pizza oven!! I can’t tell you how disappointed and disgusted I was!! I threw away most of the food. The cannoli was soft and cold. I didn’t even bother. It went straight in the trash. I would’ve rather have given the $30.88 to someone on the street than this damned place. Roma’s had the best pizza back in the day but that day has come and gone!! NEVER AGAIN and I’ll tell everybody I know to never set foot in that place. As far as the staff - they don’t give a damn!! There’s no one there who takes pride in what they do nor who they represent!! I don’t know who owns this place cause it can’t be a relative of the original owners, if so - they’ve failed their forefathers! Do yourself a favor and get a Little Caesar’s pizza! And BTW, I hate Little Caesars, but I’d rather eat anything they have than the crap that’s coming out of Roma’s Pizza.

This place is a joke. Girl that is at the cash register cleaned the tables with windex with black gloves and swept the floor she was not courteous. The staff not friendly pizza would make you throw up undercooked. Whom ever the owner is needs take a look at his/her establishment. Horrible customer service and food the worst food I purchased totally 30.00 Had a unsweetened tea that was soured after the fact I told same girl she informed us that she did not know if she had any tea. She brought the pizza and plates to the table with the same black gloves on. Good thing health department don’t walk in this place . Very very dangerous to serve people like that and to clean tables with a window cleaner glass plus is not acceptable.

Went in on a Saturday to pick up a carry out that I ordered online. I was surprised with of quick my order was ready. I picked up my order got to my destination and it wasn’t even cooked all the way. The toppings looked fresh still. I came to the conclusion that the workers cooked it so fast that the dough cooked but not the toppings. I won’t be going back, customer service was whack and after looking around and seeing who was working, it all made sense. Hire people who care about your business and not just looking to get a check.

Well I liked the restaurant's decor and atmosphere. That's where it ended. The pizza was terrible. It was a soggy, droopy, and greasy mess. I took three bites and decided it was best for my health to cut my losses and leave. Very disappointed.

Great service and very friendly staff. I host a family-fued style game every Tuesday from 7PM-8PM and the food always smells so good. I had to try it, and I'm glad I did! Their pizza is delicious!

Service was moderate. Didn’t go above and beyond, but didn’t treat us like McDonalds customers. Was however severely disappointed in the portion, and burger quality. Patties were small and burnt, asked for pickle, and got a singular chunk of a sliced dill. As you can see, my sides left nothing to be desired. I remember coming here as a kid, and they gave generous portions. I guess years of generous portions results in the skimpy ones you receive today.

What a huge disappointment. I’m from out of state and I got off the highway. It has a catchy name. I figured OK I told the cashier this is my first time eating here she offered no suggestions. Nothing I asked a customer who was waiting what is good to eat here they suggested the double burger but meanwhile, I was waiting for the cashier to come back. She came back I ordered and then she walked away again. I’m thinking is your party going on in the back or something cause this happened several times while trying to place an order so I ordered finally let’s go use the restroom and it was occupied. There was a strong, strong, strong smell of marijuana coming from the bathroom to my surprise. It was one of the employees getting high in the bathroom. I never leave comments Good or bad but this place definitely put an impression on me. Then I got my food and my double burger was smashed so thin like a Smashburger I couldn’t tell if the meat was thicker or the bun was thicker. It was smashed that bad. So needless to say, the customer service was lousy the food was so so with a catchy name I had to ask for salt pepper and a napkin. I got two out of the three I got the salt and the pepper first impressions mean a lot. I will never be back nor will I ever stop another one.

Very hit or miss. Some times the food is very good, good portions. Other times you get next to no food. I ordered the 2 quesadilla tray, so the quesadillas were my entre. They gave me like, half a teaspoon of chicken in each dilla. Like i get it if i ordered the side quesadilla, but this is my main food! Im still hungry:(

The cashier was on fire today! I wish I had her multitasking skills. My receipt said the Manager was Porsha. We dined in during lunchtime, and it was busy. We were given the correct order promptly, and they made fresh unsweetened tea for us and brought it out to our table. We love the Christian music too 🩷 Thanks for the fresh yummy food and great customer service!

The manager is beyond nasty. She has an awful attitude and shouldn't be in this field of she's going to treat customers rudely. This is the second time I've been to this location and had to deal with her. I paid for something and didn't get it. When I called them on it, you'd think I was trying to steal food. I showed her my receipt and told her I didn't receive my item. The attitude was RIDICULOUS! I'm Calling corporate and told her I would do so. Of course, she refused to give me her name.

In three separate occasions, today marking the third; I have order chicken fingers (3), and when I receive my box, there’s either one chicken finger in the box, or like today, zero chicken tenders in the box. You guys can cook the food well but don’t understand “chicken tenders” and how to actively place them in a box and give them to me. It has slipped out of possible outcomes I guess.

My daughter, 3 grandkids and myself stopped at this location for lunch on our way to North Carolina. Food was great and the service even better. Especially Tom, who was just the sweetest and so helpful! He is clearly a national treasure and should be fiercely protected at all cost!

I went to Drive-thru to place my order and as posted in the picture of the receipt, I ordered Spicy Southwest Salad. I parked my car and about to eat it an hour later. I poured the dressing without any doubt I was so hungry... and... on my first bite, I had weird tasting something off the menu... Blue cheese...!! They gave me Market Salad instead of Spicy Southwest Salad. I am not a big fan of blue cheese and get sick sometimes after having it, some kind of allergic reactions on my skin. It wasn't a busy time at all and I only saw 2-3 cars behind me. I called the store immediately but nowhere to connect to a real person. Tried to reach management by pressing #4 as directed, but it said their voice message box was full and cannot take any more messages, which means nowhere to escalate the issue to the store. It was a bit of frustration that I couldn't even reach any of the staffs in the store. Chick-fil-A is my favorite go-to food especially when in hurry and their salad is pretty fresh and satisfying. However, this was very disappointing service they messed up my order, which could possibly lead to serious allergic health problem when consumed fully. After posting this review, I learned this store has a great history of messing up orders.. sad and will never go back to this location. Hope anyone from the management see this and take an action to improve their service.

I have so many great things to say. I arrived at the store tired and hungry from the gym. Upon walking in, I saw a handsome young man named Tucker. He was incredibly kind and greeted me with a warm smile. I was immediately made to feel at home. He gave me my food quickly and was polite and courteous. Overall, the experience here was unlike any other chick fil a I have been to in that it genuinely felt welcoming and warm. Tucker was an amazing server and deserves a raise immediately.

Chick fil a in general is a very peaceful environment. When it comes to service, they are top notch. The food is excellent and cooked in a clean environment. The staff do their best to ensure people leave the restaurant with a smile on their face.

My family and I stopped by here for breakfast while in a road trip and we were greeted by the sweetest smiling face Ms. Maria, she was helpful as we navigated having 3 kids (ages six and under) - putting the placemat on the table for our baby while allowing our middle to help her. Her hospitality and kindness was the best way to start our day!! The food and service were all 5 Stars!!!

WHATEVER SUPERVISER WAS ON DUTY AT THAT TIME DID NOT CARE AND HUNG UP ON ME. WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS? THIS IS WHAT YOU GET OUT HERE....RUDENESS AFTER YOU STOLE MY MONEY.

We haven’t gone to Krispy Kreme in a while and wanted to get some donuts. But while I was in the drive through the lady taking our order was being so rude. Rushing us to pick donuts, had an attitude the whole time she was taking an order. Wouldn’t give me time to choose which ones I wanted and in all just wasn’t a good experience. I get work can be frustrating but you should be kind to the customers that give you business. When we got our dozen donuts they were smushed and had finger prints in them.

I like Krispy Kreme! I was flabbergasted to discover that they don't make the donuts on site. That's a HUGE PART of the KK experience. Hot fresh donuts. These things were shipped in from a truck. I was dumbfounded when I found this out. I have yo give this a subpar rating on that strength alone.

Where is the customer service? The donuts were definitely not hot and ready though the sign was lit, but whatever. Cold donuts are aright too. I had only one. The inside was dirty and the customer service was non existent. No decaf coffee. Opted for reg coffee and it was like I was asking for her paycheck. The coffee was not good. They were not exactly rude but they definitely not doing jobs they enjoy. I hope they all find the right employment and I hope this place finds better employees. I will visit another location but it will be awhile. Updated review when I go back. Hopefully to different staff.

The older lady with the braids has the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered. She talked to a customer for 8 minutes while I was in line waiting for my stuff. Mind you the customer had already gotten her stuff and they new the had a line behind them but didn't care. Then when I got up there she was just as nasty as ever to me when I asked why I couldn't get anyone to answer the drive thru .. Just find a job your happy with if you dont like the job your at , plain and simple.

It was okay. My donut was torn and I didn't care for that. Be gentle with the delicate donut. Krispy Kreme is a staple in the world so I expect a whole donut. That's all. I'll be back so I guess we're good.

So I tried to give this place another chance this morning after several instances of them being rude. I walked in and started to order I was then asked how many donuts…I don’t know I’m looking for what I want, so I say I’m not sure. They say is that all? I say no, then the guy walks off. The lady Ludmila then asked is that all you wanted I said no, she said- how many donuts do you want so I just picked the 2 donuts right in front of me because they kept rushing me and Ludmila was very rude and very poor customer service. This place is also expensive.

There is no bigger fan of Waffle House than me…… But this Waffle House is completely and utterly a dumpster fire. Hair in my hashbrowns Saw a guy walk in… sit down… and took 14 minutes for someone to come up and greet him or take his order… Watched a waitress named Megan with a pink hat get mad at a customer because he said he got sausage instead of bacon. Absolute nightmare.. Drive down the road and go to another one…. All employees were arguing and getting wild. Megan kept yelling at people and being horrific. She was especially mean and terrible to A nice lady named Cathy. Just watched another guy… 15 min at the bar… still does not have a drink.

The staff was wonderful! The food was great, and the restaurant was CLEAN🫧✨!!! I had my 1 year old and 2 year old with me and Miss Kay was so sweet and funny with them. She was the highlight of our morning. She was attentive and looked ahead to meet our needs before they arose. Even my son reached for her every time she walked away from our table. 10/10 experience. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Really bad experience this morning. Our waitress was Tameka. She only gave us half of our order and never came back over to our table to check on us. We got the cooks attention and he got us there other half of our missing food. We just asked for boxes bc at this point we were ready to go. No to go syrup or plastic wear that we asked for. On top of that she tried to give my husband a thin hard as a rock waffle. All around bad experience. Her response to all of our missing food “this is crazy” as if it was someone else’s fault.

Always great service, but that cabin that come on the burgers have got to go! It makes the burgers entirely toooooo salty! That strawberry crunch waffle topping is not good either. Otherwise my weekly visits are flawless!

Was there with a group of 6 just after 10 pm. I need it to be said that our server KY was AMAZING. All there people working there were wonderful and needed a raise after dealing with a prom earlier and a large group of 30 just after A+

It's waffle house... but staff (Snaxx and Maddie) were great and attentive, even while training. Good experience overall and food was... I scraped my togo bowl.

The order was incorrect. My cousin had to go back because it wasn't right after his food was sitting there done and uncovered. The waitress got his order wrong because she was too focused on her kid. I get parent have to do what they got to do. But to have to drive back because your order is wrong was wild. We're from Ohio and was on vacation...this was pretty bad.

Place was packed with Sunday after church crowd. There were only 3 ladies running the show and they were hustling! They got our food out in no time, cleaning tables, cutting lemon, getting refills. The new lobster rolls were DELICIOUS as was the fried okra. Great job! Highly recommend!

I decided to go grab a bite to eat before my sons basketball practice. I requested 2 of the 2 piece fish and fries for 5.99. Once order was taken I was quoted a price of 10.84. I thought to myself that price isn't right so when I arrived at the window I asked did you get me for 2 of the 5.99 meals . She responded with not greatest of attitude yes I gave you a deal. So I said ok I just wanted to make sure I'm paying the correct amount. I receive to food and go to McDonald's which is maybe 5 min away and start to attempt to eat my food. When I open the tray the smell is not inviting at all so I break the fish in half and smell it. The fish smelled horrific. It smelled spoiled and its not the fish im used to when I eat captain D's. I then call to explain the situation to the manager or coworker acting like the manager. There was no apologies for my inconvenience and no empathy whatsoever after I explain what I've observed. I further express that I just want a refund because now this has messed my appetite up. She proceeds to tell me if it's been 10 minutes She can only replace it because they won't be able to find it in the system. I explain to her I just left so she says to come on back. I get there and I tell her I just want a refund she says they can replace it but they can't refund when I payed cash and provided receipt. I then ask so is this Capatin D's protocol to deny refund after 10 minutes she then speaks to her manger and says 30 minutes. It went from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Make it make sense. Whole time every staff member standing around looking crazy like I did something wrong. Suddenly all eyes are on me like I'm tne problem. Whole time you all sold me some bad fish. Customer service was horrible from the staff to the Manager and to make matters worse this is the 2nd time I have receive spoiled rotten fish from this establishment. Its been a year and I thought I would give them a try in hopes that I wouldn't be disappointed. Only to arrive and leave with the same dilemma. I will never return. I will definitely share this experience with everyone I know and everyone I come across never to come to this establishment.

Been loving this place for years! Was in town and Decided to check out this location and was highly disappointed with how the staff handled the food. The cook from the back I’m guessing she was a manger due to her collar shirt was VERY unpleasant with my food. She was AGGRESSIVELY THROWING it on the food trays to the cashier in the front. This place needs better management quick! I didn’t appreciate that all at and I will not be back.

Very good catfish... fried whiting is good too. Comparinf to other fast food places, the staff here is ultra polite and nice! Prices are very reasonable.

Stopped by tonight with the wife for takeout, never greeted, just stared at like we didn't belong.wife ordered her selection while I was looking at menu, the girl behind register was obviously frustrated I was not ready to order, not sure why as there were no other customers in the store. Was told my order was 43.00 and some change, tapped my card and no receipt, went to restroom, came back waited on food, when she said hear you go throwing my bag on the counter I asked for extra tartar sauce to which she replied, I gave you some already, telling her I needed a few extra she threw them on the counter. I asked for my receipt at that time and was told the receipt printer don't work... we'll how do I know what I paid $43 plus for? So we left taking our food. At home, potato was undercooked, food was very salty, couldn't eat anything, threw it out, oh, and I had 5 of those little starter sauce cups in there, still would not have been enough if the food was edible, lucky I asked for extras, never again, don't recommend this place to anyone.

Elayne Cruz was wonderful. She was very kind and helpful when we ordered. She even brought out a correction on my meal that I didn't even notice. She came to check on us to see if we needed anything else. Will definitely be back.

Had a great experience at Captain D’s! The restaurant was very clean, the food was hot and delicious, and the service was top-notch. Davin was especially courteous and helpful — he really made the visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I just ordered a zenzation salad from Zaby’s…the most disgusting salad ever! Limp and wet! $23 for wings and salad and it was gross!

I ordered the wings and things mild sauced Wings- were cold as if they came out the fridge Chicken tenders- were cold and dried out Toast- old and hard like a crouton Fries- cold and old Soda- coca cola was flat For $15 this was a horrible fast food meal. Dining room and drive thru was empty so I would have expected food to be fresher than this

It's unfortunate for the customer that chooses to come inside versus going to the drive-through because they are completely ignored. Since I had plenty of time while waiting on my extremely complicated order of shrimp and fries (which was pretty good, btw and the Zaxtail sauce is interesting) I just listened to the crew argue and cuss and talk about the worst stuff in earshot and happened to hear my exact order placed two more times in the drive-through. So, I calmly asked what the wait was, to which the cashier turned around, said something, the cook tossed a box angrily in the window, knocking it open, then she closed it, bagged it and handed it to me. I mean...I guess 13 minutes is acceptable for dine-in now? 🤔 Every few months, I give this specific location a shot, and it's always something unpleasant that occurs: food takes forever, dining room is filthy, rude employees... hopefully, it'll get better because Zaxby’s food as a whole is pretty good, so you WANT to go, but the obstacles involved could be on a survival game show.

I went here to get my aunt a salad and the 2 star review is simply for the service I was given. I pulled up to the box and I was not greeted. I actually had to greet my cashier and at that point he just said order when you’re ready didn’t even say hello. This is rude and management should have a headset on so they can actually manage the employee’s unless I’m mistaken on the responsibilities of a manager.

Food here is trash! If you want good Zaxbys go to Wheeler Rd. Their food never looks like this! Ill never go back to this one! Mind you those are supposed to be bbq boneless wings (lol) 👎🏽

This zaxbys should be ashamed! I got a grilled Cobb salad for $11 with no cheese, no onion, no bread….. and then they don’t even give me any chicken but what looks like pieces of left over chicken…. I will not be back. I would definitely recommend if you go here and go through the drive through to check your food before leaving.

Fruit was rotted. Tried a strawberry without looking and almost threw up, looked down to see multiple fruit rotted. Why even serve this? I tried calling twice to rectify the situation before having to leave a review but I wasn’t able to reach anyone. Very disappointing especially when you have to pay extra to have fruit as a side.

I initially placed an order with Ashton which included a small vanilla shake, but he did not include it on the order. This was no issue because the other workers corrected it at the window. My issue is that I was not informed that they were out of toppings until after I payed for the milkshake. Also, the shake wasn’t even filled to the line.

I absolutely love this place!!! Always such amazing service and so attentive. My family and I love coming to eat here because everything is so delicious and always tastes fresh. Definitely recommend.

Amazing speed and accuracy but the Kale salad has changed and the person collecting orders was not very helpful. Still the best place to eat though on the run.

I came with my four year old son and even though they were very busy we received excellent quick quality service and hot fresh tasty food. The location is always bustling it is well staffed, clean, always hot fresh chicken and waffle fries (my son says ummmmmmm dewishush daddy), fresh squeezed lemonade and yummy strawberry milkshakes. (my favorite). They have an indoor play area that he likes to play in before and after he eats (they keep it clean and in good repair :-)

Update: Kinda disappointed I keep getting half empty boxes of large fries. I love this CFA. Since the Washington Rd location has closed they've kept up with the higher influx of customers.

We stopped here getting back on the interstate for coffee and a quick breakfast. The food was good, about the same as any other Dunkin. My cold brew tasted more like iced coffee than cold brew, but I still drank it. And the folks working there weren't rude or anything, but I wouldn't say they were friendly or courteous either.

We stopped at the drive thru to get hot coffee on our way. Made the mistake of not checking the temperature before driving off. It was LUKE WARM. Who does that? It is really a brea b a trust to serve offer like this in a drive thru when people are in a hurry and cannot return. Really really wrong. Warning for those who stop Here for coffee- check what you are getting. Also… weirdly… there are no donuts on the drive thru menu at all… what is that about? They did have some and we got one but now I am worried that they too, like the coffee, was old and sitting around.

I go here every day. This is the third time this week that my coffee looks like this. Please do better.

They have ice cream now and they charge the ice-cream separate from the cone so a double scope was 5.69 then 3.29 for a dipped waffle cove that was nasty.. I could have gotten two waffle cones at Brusters for that much. Was very disappointed. Ice cream was good. The cone was just bad.

Ordered drive through. The cashier kept talking low and we had a hard time hearing her. Completely messed up my order. The refused to take a $50!! I will not be back!!

I ran a little experiment. My wife is pregnant and she really enjoys the munchkins. She prefers specific flavors as one tends to do. This location on Wheeler road always tends to act extremely surprised, shocked, puzzled, and confused when a specific flavor is requested. This request is always denied and you are simply given what they have left. The answer is always "no" when asked if they have the ability to make more. So I tried to get a certain flavor, just the one, for a month. Which they never had. Each time my request was denied and their ability to make any other flavors was also absent. Four other locations in the dunkin chain in this area were able to preform this request without question and without attitude when asked. Which leaves me with only two logical conclusions. Either this location has managed to hire the laziest people alive or whoever is in charge of supply at this location. Has gone rouge, AWOL, and turned themselves into a loose cannon. Hellbound on the mission to complete internal self destruction of this doughnut establishment. Long story short, drive another five minutes to get to a better location.

TO THE MANAGEMENT at this Location: PLEASE Replace the faulty Air Ovens at this store. Items are not getting done properly, left still COLD on the inside and burned on the outside. *Roasted Pepper Chicken Wrap, remade twice; this item was still in FROZEN in the center, both times, 2nd time burned on top. (Item Returned) *Ham & Cheese Croissant, 2nd remake; 1st one was fridge cold in the center. This is the 2nd one, burned to a crisp on top (pic shows burned parts in the bag), and STILL COLD in the center. On a good note: 1- Donuts that were made today @ 4:30AM, were still soft @ 3PM. 2-The young man who dispensed the order, did all he could, (within his reach), to make things right. He was very nice, handled the issue promptly and professionally. In spite of the problem not being something he, or any of the staff caused, He exchanged the product for a different item, with best efforts to make my experience better, and was also very apologetic about it. Bottom Line: Don't put the employees through this nonsense and get the ovens fixed, calibrated or REPLACED. #UnacceptableFood

Hands down the worst experience at a Huddle House. Placed an online order through the huddlehouse.com website... said our order would take 25 min, no problem. At 25 min, kept getting told 5 more minutes, 40 minutes later waited again. When our order was ready it was all either incorrect or severely undercooked. The fries in 3 of our basket orders(fried pickles, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks) were all undercooked & soggy; the egg whites on my husband's eggs were so undercooked they were clear in many areas, the butter pecan prailine Pancakes I ordered w paid toppings not only didn't have either of the paid toppings but didn't have a single pecan and soooo much more on the other items we ordered. As I was still in the parking lot, I walked in and gave all the food back, then requested a refund of the nearly $70 I spent. I was told that because I ordered online, (through their own company), they can't refund my order. I have to contact the CORPORATE OFFICE which of course isn't even open on weekend and ZERO ability to speak to someone...

The food was good and my waitress was friendly. The price was reasonable and I enjoyed my meal. The service was a little slow but they had a lot of people today and overall it was a very good experience.

Just left and checked the 3 orders when I got home (I started to check it before the left, as is my usual habit, but I was running late to work), so I was quite surprised to see that no cheesy eggs or turkey sausage were in my French Toast Platter, no hash browns were in one order, but I had 2 cups of fresh fruits! I called the number on the receipt but it's no good. I'll return and see what happens. TBH, they were very busy. The place was clean and quiet, the staff were very friendly and professional. We had a grilled chicken sandwich and an order of ribeye steak. The food was ok but the waitress dropped one of our drinks on the floor next to us. Thankfully nobody got soaked but it was a bit careless and almost ruined our dinner. Service in general was also a bit slow paced, with a lot of wait between drink orders, food orders and general refills. I guess since there was only one waitress (and two grill operators) working, it was the be expected. Food was ok given the circumstances but not the best of course.

Great food and service. Johnovan is a excellent server. The $5.99 combo's are a good deal.

The waitress we had was having a bad day, but she was very nice and apologetic. The food was good as usual. Thank goodness!!We had a waffle combination, strawberry pancake combo and hash browns with everything. Delicious!! Coffee wasn't strong enough, but at least it was hot.

Our waiter Freddie was AWESOME! His customer service skills are superb!!! The restaurant was nice and clean. The food was awesome. The menu is extremely extensive. There are many different choices above that of Waffle House. Eat here and you shouldn't be disappointed. Thank me later.

NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a bacon cheese steak sandwich. Double meat, double bacon, and chunked hash Brown's. Then I ordered 2 sweet teas, and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. THIRTY THREE DOLLARS! I thought that was ridiculous, but ok. I get home, and was thoroughly disappointed. There was no double meat OR bacon on my sandwich. I should've knew something was off when the lady asked me to pay before my food was even cooked. I told myself I wouldn't come back here a year ago. I know prices are up everywhere, but C'MON! And they have the nerve to NOT give me what I paid for. Oh, and she didn't even give me a reciept. I think they're making up prices as they go along.

My server was great. She greeted me when I walked in the door as soon as I sat down. I got my coffee. I had my food in less than 10 minutes. She was nice to me and she didn't keep asking me if I was okay if I needed anything. She left me alone. She was a great server. Thank you very much.

I went with my 3 kiddos (5 & under) tje staff sat across the room "welcome" friendly but awkward. We picked a seat and we're greeted by the server. We received 2 sets of silverware, which was odd. And the whole meal only has the 2 to divide between the 3 of us eating. I ordered coffee but got water. Honestly probably for the best saved me from having to try coffe yhst I sqe sitting ehen I walked in... and the whole hour I was there. For $3.50, I probably dished a bullet on that one. I just got a mcdonalds large coffee after for 2 bucks. Asked for medium meat for my steak meal. Small steak, mostly fat/chewy, very over seasoned and I askex for medium - was more full on dead burried and died again. In between orders the cook was out sitting with the servers in the corner chatting eating a meal. Also very weird to me as that's NOT norm in any restaurant or food establishment. Not offered syrup for the waffles for the kiddos or sauce for my meat. The server was super nice to the kiddos. Had a chat with my lil guy about games he was pretty awesome and gave us tips on where to get some more for a good bargain. Left him. Good tip for little ones during the meal.

I'm here visiting for the holidays, the Waffle house was very different from the one down the street!! The staff were very friendly and the services was great! Shay was my server he did a wonderful job.. kept my drinks full..😊i will definitely be returning when I'm in town!

It is a chain, but this was much better then other establishments we have visited before. The staff was awesome! Sarah was great with smallish human, who said the chocolate chip waffle and bacon was scrumptious. Solid like it and it was fast from hubbs.

This one surprised me. The area led me to believe it may be ghetto but it’s quite the opposite. The staff are welcoming and Savana took my order right away. Bryan made it rather quickly but with so much effort that I knew it would be delicious! I watched a server (sequoya) tend to a special needs individual in a way that made my soul smile! {he even did a dance for her}. I highly recommend this Waffle House if you are up late in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Update: This location had been remodeled, and it's really nice. He also repaved the parking lot. I'm glad that I was able to revisit to see the changes made. Whoever remodeled this restaurant did a great job. Update: On July 16 2022 I completed an official review/complaint to Waffle House website and I was contacted by the owner and he informed me that they were aware of one of the issue and he was glad that I used the resources like Google contributions and waffle house's official site to voice my concerns. This feedback allows them to better serve customers. I look forward to seeing see renovations and shout out to that waitress for her professionalism dealing with that rude customer. I wasn't a fan of this location, but the waitress/ server was exceptional and very professional. She kept her cool when this lady came in with an attitude that also had on eye lashes that looked as if she was about to fly to go see Jesus. I'm not sure who made the coffee, but they don't need to make it anymore. The food was good, but the owner needs to replace the yellow teeth colored ceiling tiles and throw the old rags behind the store into the dumpster.

I recently saw photos shared by someone who works at this Popeyes showing severe mold in the kitchen area, including around prep surfaces and storage zones. The photos were taken this week (July 2025). I was shocked to see how bad it was, this isn't just a cleanliness issue, it's a serious health code violation. I have eaten here before and had no idea. I don't want to harm anyone's job, but I do believe customers deserve to know whats going on behind the scenes. I hope someone inspects this location soon and ensures it's safe for the public.

I was there picking up an order for DoorDash. The order was not ready when I got there and I ended up waiting 18 minutes for the food. I was in a DoorDash best to be easy to identified. The employees were clowning around and taking their sweet time moving like pond water while customers were piling up in the lobby. When it comes to cleanliness I was getting sick to my stomach because you can smell the old grease that they were using to fry the chicken and fries and whatever else they use the grease for. From standing at the counter looking at the kitchen and the warmers and shells where they keep the chicken, it was nasty! There was caked on grease and food all over the warmers or shelves or whatever you want to call it where they grab the chicken from to place in the boxes. I don't know how people can with good conscience see that and still eat from there. Again like I said they were taking their sweet time with no sense of urgency. And it's unfortunate because at the time when your late picking up orders from DoorDash even if it's not your fault Because of the merchant We were penalized. Like I said my overall impression I would not personally eat there!

The food was very good and the staff was very nice and had a very short wait. I decided to eat in the restaurant because I don't like to eat in my car. I'm not sure what smelled so bad but something smelled terrible. I started looking for a clean table. I finally cleaned my own table but couldn't stand the smell, the filth, dirty windows, dirty floors and a nasty counter and table with ceiling on it. Door torn off trash can holder. Disappointed tbh. Asked for a large Mac and cheese, left a whole gap left. Was stingy with the gravy. I asked and paid for 2 bbq sauces, didn’t get any. Didn’t even put a straw in the bag. The sandwich was good though and drink too. Idk where to complain about the driver but they didn’t follow instructions either.

I ordered a chicken wrap and they did add on the extra sauce I asked for, but they gave me a chicken strip the size of chicken wing. I can't believe I spent 4 dollars for that. I will never go back to this Popeye's again

I went there for a ghost chicken sandwich and they didn’t have any chicken patties. They said at all, so I got chicken tenders at three piece and when I looked in the box, it was very tiny and promising you like my finger I went back to the window and said you want me to pay $12 for three tenders that looks like a kid could not even eat this they would still be hungry. She said we don’t have any more tenders. That’s why I gave you that well if you gave me that why didn’t you say this is scraps or something? The service was not good to me so she said well. I have hot tenders spicy tenders. I said OK I’ll take those. She didn’t even offer those. She gave me the spicy tenders. The tenders was so big and delicious. It just goes to show that if you do not check your food at the window, you will get anything check your food before you leave the drive-through or there and I was upset that it’s a chicken place. They don’t have any chicken pattiesand the price was ridiculous.

It don’t matter how many chances you give these folks. They gone 9 times out of 10 mess up your order. Only reason this place is open is cause the seasoning is the only thing that’s right. Nothing on my receipt says red beans and rice but somehow that’s wtf I got.

They forgot the side of greek fries for my order. Also, I dont know if I'm tripping or what, but some of this food already looked chewed up. I trashed the salad, i wasnt taking no chances. First and last time getting this place. Update: My complaint was handled promptly and with respect. I can appreciate a business who listens to their customers and fix any issues that may arise. Definitely suggest trying it out. Other reviews says the food is pretty good.

The quality of food here has improved a lot. The new owners are so nice and welcoming. One of them came out and talked to us and asked us how everything was. Very nice people, they said they took over the restaurant 2 months ago and so far they’re doing rather well. We will be back for sure …

Ben and the staff here are amazing. Five star customer service and 100 star food quality. I got a chicken Shawarma, my fiancé got The big Greek, I got Greek fries and our daughter got a chicken Gyro with Greek fries. The food is so colorful and flavorful and delicious we will most definitely be returning. Ben rocks!!!!

This place is amazing. New owners have made Pita more enjoyable. Better experience and a way better food quality. Today we ordered Greek fries that were special fries and they were special. Alhamdulilah for having a halal place locally to enjoy eating out when you’re on the Go.

I ordered the doner plate, steak shwrma plate, and In general, the taste is so so. I liked the greek fries a lot! But the main dish had gyro sandwich. a lot of sauces that actually disturbed the taste and hide the taste of the meat. I think the meat was not freshly made.

Great food with good portions! I got the spicy 🐔 and it was great! Unlike Diablos, the spicy 🐔 was actually a little spicy. My friend got a white meat 🐔 Quesadilla, and we both agreed the chicken was better tasting than Moes and Diablos. Prices are similar to Moes and Diablos.

First time. Ordered online. It wasn't busy. Food was ready when I got there. Staff was nice. I didn't eat the food right away but it still tasted good. I like all the topping options. Ordered the mini burrito and quest with chips.

They refused to make a fresh order of steak after the guy behind the grill stated that it was made hours ago. The attitude he displayed as if he didn’t cared.I asked to taste it before I made my order and the steak was cold and not even at room temperature. I visit this location frequently and if the steak has been sitting for a while it will be difficult to chew. This how you can tell that the meat is old. I will take my business to Diablo’s for now on!!

Off the Bridgestone vendor service: I'm unsure as to the proper portion sizes but it is my opinion they have consistently decreased. I'll be able to judge more precisely if more insight can be provided here. Personally, I find some employees do an excellent job at portioning by spoon, some leave a lot to be desired, even skimming off the top in cases. Also, as a costumer on opening, I experienced aged chips on the first batch, which leads me to suspect they were re used and not fresh. I am a regular costumer, but recently experiences have been less than desired. Please clarify.

Picked up at the drive up window. Nice and friendly staff as usual . I ordered the original Chick-fil-A with waffle fries and lemonade. The bun was stale and the chicken breast had a large piece of rubber skin under the batter . The worst sandwich from a Chick-fil-A I ever had . I called Chick-fil-A and made a complaint. Chick-fil-A sent an E-mail coupon for a replacement sandwich and side dish . I thank Chick-fil-A for listening and sending the coupon .

Great service! Im a dental student and i was having lunch with my classmates. A nicest chick fil girl walked out and offered to refill our drinks! Which was nice. I will come back again!

I order 3 large chilli's from here and all 3 were mostly the juice and hardly any beans in them. And I order a large Lemonade but it was top off with ice when I got it. I took 2 drinks and it was gone. Why do these people do that to there customers.

This is by far my FAVORITE Wendy's location. The staff are always pleasant and professional. Service is prompt, my wait time is minimal, and my order is always correct.

We ordered take-out from Marco’s yesterday. The pizzas were ready early and hot and delicious when we got them home! We always enjoy Marco’s, but the special they are running now is AWESOME! Consistently delicious food is what you get from this location! 🥰

I ordered 3 pizzas today at 3:30 pm. I ordered a Deluxe pizza with black olives. Raw onions,bell peppers and mushrooms just dumped on top. A few pepperoni and minimum sausage which also seemed uncooked. I will upload the pictures. I would like a response.

Ordered my pizza on the app, then drove straight there. Surprised my customized was hot and ready after only 10 minutes. Great job!!!

Been there a few times now. The pizza is pretty good. Better than some of the other "chain" places.

I have ordered from this place since 2017 and the last year the food quality and preparation has been substandard. Tonight we ordered 2 medium thin crust pizzas where the crust was soggy and the topping looked like they were thrown at the pizza. Not sure if there has been a change of ownership but the quality is very poor compared to a couple years ago. Won’t order here again
