I visited Best of Crete Deli on a Wednesday and had the Veggie Gyro Deluxe Platter with Green Beans and Orzo Salad. The meal was excellent, packed with flavor and freshness. The Veggie Gyro was topped with Hummus, Cucumber Sauce, and Feta, making it incredibly delicious. The portion size was so generous that I could only eat half. The Green Beans and Orzo Salad were equally tasty.
It looks like not much more than a hole in the wall, but this place has a lot of history and seems to still be run by family. They were very friendly, and the gyro, pita bread, and hummus were all delicious.

The best Gyro meat in Charleston WV. This quaint little deli has been a family ran business over 40 years, it's tucked away in a neighborhood and the food is always excellent.They have daily lunch specials that are not on the menu. Check them out if ever in the area. They also sell the Gyro meat by the pound, so you can take some home with you!!

If you want true authentic Greek Food in Charleston…..THIS IS WHERE YOU GET IT!!!! I cannot stress this enough, they are definitely my favorite! Literal perfect! Not a huge dining area but pick it up and take it home. You will thank me later - trust me!

The Veggie Gyro was flavor packed w/fresh Veggies and w/Hummus, Cucumber Sauce and Feta. SOOOOOOO AMAZING and big that I could only eat half!

Today, I visited Trivillian's Pharmacy and Soda Fountain for lunch. I enjoyed a delicious bacon cheddar burger while my companion opted for the hotdogs. We both ordered the fries, which were also excellent. The overall experience was fantastic, as this establishment serves one of the finest burgers in Charleston. The fries were equally impressive, and the interior decor has a charming 1940s-50s ambiance.

Stopped in for lunch. Old fashioned drug store type diner and soda fountain. Only place I can get a good egg salad sandwich, fresh cut french fries, and a malt. Limited menu but everything on it is very good. Yes it's a pharmacy too and a small gift shop. We'll worth the stop for lunch.

They have three specials advertised on their website.. they do not honor them and won’t change website claiming it’s expensive (it’s a static picture takes 2 mins). Prices are nearly double. Be better.
Went to Trivillian's Pharmacy and Soda Fountain for lunch today. I got their bacon cheddar burger, and my uncle got their hotdogs. We both got the fries. Everything was perfect! That’s surprisingly one of the best burgers I’ve had in Charleston. Same with the fries. And I dig the interior. It’s got a 1940’s-50’s vibe to it. I’ve only eaten here once in my life, which was so long ago that I barely remember it. So it was almost like going for the first time all over again. I went back the next day and got their egg salad sandwich,’which was great as well. I’ll definitely be back… often lol.
Got X-RAYS today and noticed this little gem. Talk about nostalgia, this place is so cool, love the art deco era architecture of this place. Food was fresh off the grill and hot, everything made to order, not sitting under a heat lamp. French fries a phenomenal! BURGERS too. Will definitely be back, won't wait for my next x ray to drop on bye. Very cool place. Sent pictures of this place to my sister in Texas and she can't wait to come here for a visit to try this place out.

Excellent customer service from both the diner and the pharmacy staff. Upon entrance I was greeted by a kind woman behind the counter of the diner. I dropped off a prescription for my cat at the pharmacy. They were very knowledgeable and helped to explain how to administer the medication. I highly recommend this business! (The hot dogs and shakes are amazing too!!)

Tudor's Biscuit World is a popular counter-serve chain known for its signature biscuits and classic American dishes served from breakfast to dinner. The pictures don't give the food justice. We have always loved this Tudors and their biscuits are huge and fluffy. We got hotdogs for lunch, which, for a true West Virginian, it's chili, mustard, onions, and coleslaw. Don't say yuk about coleslaw on a hot dog until you try it. They are well known for their breakfast items. The Mountaineer is Canadian bacon, egg, hashbrown, and cheese. The Thundering Herd is the same but has sausage, not Canadian bacon. I always got the Mary B, which is bacon,egg, and cheese. I always get scrambled egg on mine.

I'm from Texas and have never been to a Biscuit World but I do love biscuits so I had to try. I kept low expectations and didn't know what to expect. It felt like a McD's from my childhood, definitely dated, but certainly not bad, especially once I tried the food. Wish we had these in Texas. It will be my go-to on my days off while I'm here as they have breakfast all day.
Tudor Biscuit Breakfast! While on a road trip to Charlotte North Carolina we made a stop to. Little breakfast spot that the drive through was staying full! We walked in and it was empty, so we order from Josh who was amazing! He brought out our food and drinks quickly which made me 🤔... somebody back there knows how to cook! Everything was fresh and well made. Tasted awesome and was full of flavor. The biscuits were perfect and huge! Listen... if you are in West Virginia and get a chance to try them DO IT!

This was buy far my least favorite Tudor's. They served my meal on a Styrofoam plate and I ate with a plastic fork. Most of there other raisins have you real dishes and actual coffee mugs for dining in. The servings were smaller(I assume too make it fit the Styrofoam plate). The food was good though there's just want what I am used to getting at my local place.
Fast food place. Clean. We didn't use the restrooms so can't speak about them. We had biscuits and gravy and a breakfast burrito. They were both excellent. We asked about other places to eat and sites to see and the staff was helpful.
When she says here's your delicious food at the window that is exactly you get everytime. The is my favorite Tudors out of any I've been too. Y'all deserve a praise and a raise!

Grazianos Pizza offers a rustic selection of traditional Italian dishes like pizzas, pasta, and hoagies. While it may not be the healthiest option, it is incredibly convenient for a quick lunch on the go. With a wide variety of pizza toppings to choose from, including BBQ Chicken, Meat, Margherita, Veggies, and even Stuffed Pizza options, decision-making can be tough. The prices are clearly marked and one particular highlight is the Cheesesteak pizza.
My girlfriend and I stopped here for dinner after spending a few hours in downtown Charleston. The pizza 🍕 slice are huge!! I got two and wa completely stuffed. The pizza has a perfect crunch to the crust and a nice fold. The cheesecake was really good too. Would give 10/10 if I could. I definitely will be back for more.

Although they closed June 30, 2025, this place is amazing. We went there twice on the last day they were open and they were so kind. We got 2 of the last 5 pizzas and Mr. Graziano made, and man were they delicious.
He even took a photo with us! Shout-out Mr. Graziano and the team at this location. They're fantastic!
Not the healthiest choice but it was super convenient to pop in at lunch time, get a slice and eat it in the van as I drove on to the next destination. Lots and lots of options for pizza and pasta that was ready to heat, it was a tough choice.
BBQ Chicken, Meat, Margherita, Veggies, and even a Stuffed Pizza. Prices clearly marked and my eye was drawn to the Cheesesteak pizza. Warmed up and placed in a box, it was a great snack / lunch.

The cheese - week old breast milk, and the sauce - a flavor reminiscent of bandages hastily unwrapped in a back alley. Chef Mic was working overtime. The atmosphere? Dingy and threatening. As a couple walked in, you couldn't help but notice the lady's black eye, and when they departed, an employee cracked a joke about abuse, a tasteless cherry on top of their unfortunate food, making it a perfect metaphor for the entire regrettable experience. 'to-go container - a surprise bonus - discovered a piece of plastic wrap entangled in the pasta, just the icing on this unappetizing disaster cake.'
My favorite pizza in Charleston. Love their NY style crust, has just the right amount of thickness and is always firm and has a great fold. Sauce is savory and is not sweet like some other pizza places. Always a great experience ordering from here!
Ok. I had their pizza and wanted to try their lasagna and I finally had a change to go back and all I can say is great food at a great price. I paid about $12 for all of this... I know right!! Well come try it.

The food tasted good and the people were very nice. I rarely eat here due to the high prices. The food is good, but it does not keep me coming back. Not to mention the crazy wait times. I really don't understand. With this being said, I could not leave an accurate atmosphere rating. I apologize. However, the times that I visited the place were upkept and had the counter stock well stocked.

One thing I love about Chick-fil-A is that they treat customers the way they should be treated.. with respect. Always polite, I love the way they make lanes take turns in the drive through, keeping things stable & fair. There is order, routine, not chaos. The food is always good, always fresh. Price may be a little high to some but for the quality and overall easy experience its worth it. We are here weekly. Great staff, zero complaints 👌
This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. We only come here when we are in town for Dr appointments so there’s really no reason for this location to be this bad every time the once or twice month that we stop. The drive thru is run poorly, no one knows what a kids straw is. They apparently haven’t had them in who know how long. That is an operator issue. The operator needs to make sure that whoever orders product orders kids straws. With the amount of kids meals and food ordered for kids to not have kids size straws is absurd. Every other Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been has had them. They also have a problem not paying attention to how an order is supposed to be made. Giving a gluten free bun instead of a multi grain? There’s a massive difference. An order of large fries having seemingly less in the box than a medium? Why all these problems? Do better Southridge Chick-fil-A.

So the Buffalo wings were some of the best I've ever had. Cooked right with plenty of meat and not a bunch of chewy fat. Buffalo cause was great without being overly tangy. Service was great as well. I wasn't a big fan of the pizza. The sauce had an odd taste to it and the crust could definitely had stayed in the oven a bit longer. Basically wings get a 5 but I'd put the pizza as a 3.
A $10 sandwich should not look like this. This was supposed to be a ham panini but was just a slapped together ham sandwich with grill marks. You get a pickle and bag of chips, but the pickle was as sad as the sandwich. For the price the quality should be a lot better.
The pizzas and the calzone were excellent. I love thin crust pizza and they have a great crust and sauce. Friendly staff, clean restaurant with plenty seating upstairs.
Pizza and anti pasta salad were both very good. Too small inside to eat, so we are outside on their deck since it was a nice day. Service was ok, not too friendly. I said thank you twice when she brought out the food, but I didn't get acknowledged.

First time ordering here. I ordered 2 pizzas and wings. I wasn't thrilled with the thickness of the pizza crust. It may have been the thinnest crust I have ever had. The wings were really great. I think if the pizza crust could be ordered thicker, then that might make a huge difference for me. We will probably try them again.
Food was EXCELLENT. We got mozzarella sticks, pizza, and wings to share with our group and not a morsel was left behind. Definitely recommend and we will absolutely be back if we find ourselves in the area again!

This place is a dump, it should be zero stars for its trashy place and ridiculously clueless workers. My son and I went to pick up a pizza from this place and they forgot to make it, so we waited an additional 35 minutes for them to make what we originally ordered. After getting tired of waiting the 2 men working there couldn't explain why they hadn't even started our pizza order. Only 2 customers were seated as guests during this time. The 2 men working were absolutely clueless.
If I could give this negative 5 stars I would. The first time I ever ate at this establishment will most likely be the last. Waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas, they forgot my mother in law's sandwich, and my sister in laws wings (even though they didn't forget mine which is weird? Everythingwas ordered at the same time) It was overall an underwhelming and weird experience. Found out after this experience, that night the cook and the only waitress on duty quit. Overall, pizza wasn't anything special and the boneless wings were eh. Owner was rude when we explained politely that they charged us for food we never received
Waited over a year, came back to this establishment and the same EXACT thing happened. We thought it was under new management. Waited an hour and a half AGAIN. The table that was there before us ended up leaving before they even got their food. We heard the manager even arguing with that customer too about how he can't keep people hired and how it's " not his fault". Our orders came out one at a time. My family member didn't get her food by the time we were all ready to leave. She asked the manager to just put it in a to go box for her. He came back out and said he wouldn't even make her food. The manager got VERY confrontational and aggressive with a family member after she asked to simply see the check so she could pay. He refused to show her the check, kept on saying " I wouldn't overcharge you, do you think I'm going to rip you off". Don't waste your time at this mediocre establishment unless you want to be hungry, angry and verbally abused.
I moved away in 2013 and have just come back to the area. The Anchor's Admiral Deluxe pizza was on my list! I called in my order, went to pick it up (a 25 minute drive btw) and found the building has gone through a transformation. The new owner is a great guy, very personable. The staff was very polite and obliging. I was told of the previous owners passing, I'm so sorry for the loss. When I got home and tried a piece of pizza, it was SO good! It's the taste of Charleston that I was missing. If you were a fan of the old place, give the new place a try. Same great food, I promise :)

While they were still curbside only, my husband and I placed an order and the order we received was not correct. Food was still great but we did make them aware of the incorrect pizza. We were just able to comeback and order again and they went above and beyond to make things right. Food was still great regardless. It's looking good inside and cant wait to come back and bring the family.
Top large, juicy chicken wings bathed in sweet chili sauce along with homemade potato chips and famous dipping sauce. Menu looks great and I hear pizzas are popular. Great potential by beautiful river setting for future dining fun.
Under new ownership and they've done a great job cleaning up the restaurant. Still working on getting everything situated, but it will get there. Really looking forward to the outdoor seating with their river view.
I ordered the Morgantown calzone and the tomato pie. Both were fabulous and I can't wait to try more from their menu.

Stopped here for the first time after seeing this place on a local YouTuber. We wanted hoagies so no pizza this time. We did order cheesy bread, too. The hoagie was great. It was warm and tasty, and the bread was soft. The cheesy bread was also good and plenty to leave leftovers. Excellent service and very friendly people.

Nice staff, and quick service. Pizza is VERY basic. It’s like if Gino’s and Little Caesars had a love child. It’s not bad, and for a quick last minute dinner if you’re not passing by anywhere else locally I would suggest it. Other than that, it will not be a staple place when there are many other much better pizza joints in Charleston. The crust was reminiscent of pillsbury dough pizza crust, and the sauce was more like a herby marinara dipping sauce crossed with a spaghetti sauce. Cheese was good and they’re generous when you order it with extra cheese. Overall an OK pizza.

While visiting WVA my wife and I stopped by this Tudor's Biscuit World to try some of their food. We don't have any of these restaurants on the west coast so, this was a first time for us. Their menu has lots of choices that will please anyone's palette. The coffee was great and free refills with indoor dining. The employees were nice and the service was quick, a great experience and good prices.
The store did not seem very busy, but staff seemed excessively overwhelmed and distratcted, turning back to customer mid-sentence to other staff or customers. I don't mean to say they were 'rude', just distracted, as if each was dealing wtih a hundred crisis. (take a deep breath, everything will be OK, remember to smile, customers will invariably mimic your attitude).
I was really looking forward to a fresh cup of good coffee and an apple turnover. I was denied both :( Turnovers out of stock, and the coffee was mud. I've yet to find one place in Charleston that consistently has good coffee.
Ordered a Rocket with a side of gravy. So good! Huge buttermilk biscuit, gravy was tasty, crispy hash brown, a true masterpiece. Highly recommend Tudor's for eating like a king, on a budget.

Always remind me with my childhood. This branch has a special and kind staff. We have placed a decent order and had to do some amendments and staff were so patient. Did an online order with 2 cheese dogs and a cheeseburger. App worked great, no issues.
I show up and they inform me they’re out of cheese. Ok no problem. I get home and find that they completely omitted my hamburger patty altogether. I have a bun full of toppings. My wife and kid then let me know their hot dogs have barely been warmed up. I’m not even sure they had a char mark from the grill on them.
I tried to call the store over the next 30 minutes and not a single person could answer the phone.
If you’re going to charge $40 for a couple hotdogs and a hamburger… i do expect them to be made properly. Not a good experience.
The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because it was edible. The place was filthy to start and we were the only ones in there. The workers were more concerned about their personal life than doing their jobs. Talking on the phone and then just disappearing into the back and leaving everything on autopilot. The music was blasting, its a restaurant not a club, turn the music down. The price of their food is ridiculous, $13 for a cheeseburger, $8-9 for a hotdog and $7 for a grilled cheese. Our fries was a regular ($6) which generally feed two people but they barely fed one. Won't be back to this 5 Guys or any if this is the prices they're gonna expect people to pay.
This was only the third time I've been to Five Guys. This store has met the expectations I've had since my first visit. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the menue. The employee that waited on my wife and I helped me pick a meal her and I could share. He was excellent at his job. Thank you for the continued awesomeness!
Listen it's absolutely 100% truth that you can go to 10 other places and get a lot cheaper Burger..... But that's what you get a cheaper Burger you won't be full you won't be happy five guys is always 100% excellent as you order it can't be beat 100% real beef cooked as you order. The food was wonderful but the prices seemed a little high for the portion size. My family (3 people) got a burger and shake each and paid just under $50. The restaurant is small but inviting. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the food was good. I just wouldn't recommend this establishment for a cheap meal.

Slowest delivery I’ve ever had from this place, normally they are really good. I work 2 miles away and ordered a sandwich 40 mins ago and it just now arrived. It used to never take this long. People are friendly and food quality is great but delivery has slowed.
In Charleston, W VA we had JJ's deliver to our hotel in the City Center. In a few minutes the delivery came by a young man on a bicycle, He met me in the lobby and was very professional. The food was delicious and the Customer Service was top notch! This prompts us to try our own JJ's new in our city of Henderson, KY.
Food was good and no issues. Service was slightly slower than I'm used to at JJs but still got the food after about 5 min. People were friendly. Got the spicy chicken wrap.
Great quality food but the actual restaurant atmosphere is kind of dirty. You can tell they put more effort into the kitchen than the eating area.
Ordered for delivery to our hotel. The delivery person was on a bicycle and delivered fast and friendly! Our 2nd time to use Jimmy John’s and we wish we had one in Henderson, KY!

Don’t bother. I used to be a regular customer but every time I’ve been there in the last two years either the food is wrong or the service and atmosphere is absolute trash. I’ve waited 30 minutes for food in the drive-through when nobody else was even there. The self order kiosks never give receipts. Food is wrong. Etc.
Today I tried to get a late lunch. I walked in and there’s a lobby full of people, but nobody working the counter. Eventually, somebody walks up and says oh I have to get somebody. She proceeds to wander around without asking anybody for help. Meanwhile, half the staff in the back is yelling at each other, loud enough for all the customers in the lobby to hear.
This place needs a whole new staff.
While i haven't had much issues with the food and typically went to this one. Some of the workers will leave a bad taste in your mouth if the food won't. Came here to get some of the happy meal toys we had been collecting. Drove up to the speaker, asked them the numbers they had. And they told us 4 different ones. We then told them we wanted one of each, the guy told us to pull up, and we did. We sat there waiting. Them looking at us over and over, passing by, and repeating. Never opened the window. We waited. Nothing. We pulled up to the next window. They asked us was we some other order, we said no, we had 4 toys. She took our card and went and paid it, had a sour look on her face. They gave us the toys and we left. Got home, found it was 4 of the same toy. Called them, the woman claimed we never asked the numbers, well guess what, we did. We asked if they would save them since we did. And she said "Yes" but was in a snarky rude mood. This was a lie. She never did. We called the next day as we had planned. And the manager asked who old us they would hold them because no one did. We went over, and all the ones we asked for was gone. But that's totally ok, because another McDonald's with wonderful employees had the ones we needed. If you want good customer service, this isn't the place.
I ordered a medium mocha frappe, but received a small mocha frappe. Any other time i would have taken it back and had them to correct it but they were so slow and backed up in the drive thru that I just said forget it, but still wasn't happy with the downgrade considering i paid for a medium sized frappe. So my advice is if u have to eat here, I'd check your stuff before pulling off away from the window.
The bathrooms were clean, the restaurant was clean, the food was hot and came out quick. We lose a start because there wasn’t a changing table. I’m not docking them because they can’t help it but there seemed to be a lot of people on drugs wandering around the building, but we didn’t have any issue with them.
Not only have they left out my creamy chili sauce before, but today they have not only charged me for the 4 piece mc crispy strip meal, but gave me the 3 piece.

I placed an order for over $100 and one pizza was supposed to be a bbq chicken pizza with extra onions, they put so much cheese on it you couldn’t eat it, they forgot my pizza bread and when I called they didn’t believe that I didn’t get it. I informed the lady that we ordered there quite often but no more, she just said whatever. My wife called and ask for the manager and he hung up on her when she complained about her pizza. Apparently this establishment is going downhill.
I walked in to order pizzas for 23 kids and several parents, cash sale, employees seemed more interested in hacky sack in the parking lot and said it was too big of an order! I gave them 3 hours advanced notice! Still wasn't enough time said the "manager" so called, I ordered one pizza two days ago and took 2.5 hours to get it! Nobody was available to complain to! Gino's happily excepted the order and we'll be giving them our business from now on! Hussons you need better employees and owners that actually gives a hoot about doing good business!
First time ordering from here. I ordered a medium pizza with Xtra cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms. I did feel like it didn't have extra cheese, but I liked everything else. I also didn't realize how big their pizzas were. My medium was huge. I will be trying their Sicilian style next time, which states more cheese, more sauce, and thicker crust. The staff were super nice, and they have a rewards program for free food.
1st time here and just found probably the best pizza now in Charleston area. We got the plain cheese with extra cheese on top and it was most delicious and fresh made. The crust has a wonderful flavor as does the sauce and cheese also. I think this will be our go-to place for pizza from now on. BTW: the crust was so moist and delicious that we ate the entire slice. Resturant was super clean and has plenty of tables to relax and enjoy your pie. Very friendly staff and service!! Folks, you've got to try this resturant.

A calm spot inside of the Capitol market with a kind staff and eclectic menu. I had aChai with a double shot of espresso at the baristas recommendation. The spices and the espresso worked together so well. I highly recommend this shop if you're in the area

This has become one of our favourite coffee spots in downtown Charleston! We love that they have locations in Capitol Market and the Library! Great prices and unique drinks! My husband and I love the Aztec Mocha (we ask for extra cayenne)!

I ordered online for a delivery and ordered 2 Large Sweet Teas. My husband and I noticed it tastes fruity and has some floating white stuff at the botton of my cup? I was confused but its a horrible sweet flavor. I decided to call down to the store and ask if its just raspberry tea or something but instead whoever answered the phone hung up on me after telling me they dont serve sweet tea. Very rude, I was just confused on what the floating white stuff in the bottom of my cup is and if its safe to drink.
It's fast food, I don't expect much, but come on. Can't the fries and nuggets at least be warm when you serve them to me? Also when was the last time the oil was changed, because the cold nugs and fries tasted a little off.
1. Ordered an iced coffee through the app, that's it. Simple order. Waited 21 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of me...for an iced coffee.
2. Got to the windows, it's not even ready. I watch as two very dirty unwashed people, one with armpit hair peaking out from under his open jacket and tank top underneath. The two worked together touching the cup no less than 30 times for no reason. After 5 minutes they managed to put ice in a cup. One of them put caramel syrup in the cup and walked away. The dirty armpit hair one picked it up, filled it with milk and handed it to me. Zero coffee in the iced coffee. I said I dont want that and drove away. Just pathetic.

The only upside to this location are the prices, but it's a steep price to pay for in quality & time spent. Easily anytime I've gone through their curbside, it's a 20-minute wait for just a meal. The reason I started just doing curbside in the first place was to save gas in the drive-thru from how long the waits are at times for sub-par food that's not even fast. Just head next door to MacCorkle Ave McDonald's location for all-around consistency.

Joke of a location. They are currently advertising a KFC famous bowl and a drink for five dollars. They argued with me through the loudspeaker, and when I pulled up to the drive-through to show them a picture of what the board said, a cashier and then a manager refused to honor the price. She said it was priced wrong, and I asked that since it was priced wrong on the board, if she would honor that. She said no.

Ordered a 12 piece hot and spicy wings on 8/22/2025 my fault to not check before i left. Box contained a mix of whole wings, sections, original recipe, and crispy. Food was cold as a pups nose and totally flavorless, most of it wasn't even suitable for the garbage can. Do yourself a favor if you're hungry enough, pick some leaves of a tree and eat before wasting your money at this restaurant.
I mean I called ahead from the hospital and then when I finally found on a back street on a one way.....huge pain in the... Anyways the guy working the counter had no clue of this order until a manager informed him while attempting to fill the order. Worst part is counter man was super rude and made this experience my last one at this KFC. Sorry guys but your staff sucks at this location. But the food was good so I guess I probably shouldn't complain so much.
Never order here for lunch if time is limited, i ordered 20 minutes before i wanted to pickup because i know how bad the wait always is and i still had to wait 20 minutes which blows half of my lunch time.
Theres always an insanely long wait, the place always looks run down and dirty, half the time things arent available, and the food is average. How the franchise owner allows this is beyond me and how they have not had problems holding on to this store blows my mind its the worst run chain restaurant I have ever personally come across.
Was treated with an attitude from the moment I pulled into the drive through. When I notified Tiffany (who was kind) at the window she made it known it was the GM of this store was who had taken my order. I won’t be back to this location considering your management is extremely unprofessional.
Only the second time going here in 7 years. The first time they shorted us a biscuit. This time on my particular order I ordered 12 nuggets, got 6. I was supposed to get 3 honey mustard and one comeback sauce (paid for the 2 extra) and didn't get a single one, instead got 9 packets of honey, 2 grape and 2 strawberry jam. I thought the jam was catsup (same color packet) to put it on the cold potatoe wedges so they had to be thrown away. Instead of mashed potatoes and gravy, I got just gravy. Last time at least the biscuits were fresh, this time so cold and old they crumbled, couldn't even pick them up without a spoon. For 37.00 and an hours trip, we will not go back at all ever.
I went late at night to get dinner for my girlfriend. No one was there except for the staff and I went through the drive thru. After I paid they told me to pull up to the door even though I was their only customer. It was sketchy. In the end they did not get our order right and the Fries were cold.

If you haven’t been to Tudor’s, do yourself a favor and try them for their biscuits and sweet tea! This location has a very friendly staff, smallish dining area and a drive thru! Their breakfast sandwiches are named, I got the “ miner”…it has a hash brown, cheese and bacon! A few of my very favorite things!
Great food! Decent Price. We ordered breakfast wraps which were very filling. Thankfully we had cash, they were not accepting cards. We went through the drive thru, which needs updated - rough pavement, old menu board, narrow space.

I don't get to WV often so whenever I go, I have Tudor's at least once. On this trip it was 3 times in three days. They have almost 42 million types of biscuit sandwiches and wraps so I try something different each time. Haven't been disappointed yet!
I'll never eat biscuits with any sort of satisfaction again. This phenomenal flavor experience has ruined all other biscuits. Soft, fluffy, and full of flavor. Welcoming building and people. Parking seemed a little scarce, and the constantly exploding traffic cones were off-putting, but easily avoidable as they flash exactly 3 times before they detonate, and really don't do any actual damage.

Picked up what was supposed to be around 27 dollars (sales tax included) of produce, the old woman at the counter proceeded to over charge me almost 15 dollars. Got home, did the math on prices and immediately took the product back and confronted her at the counter about the over charge. After ruffling through the bags she began to point out prices all of which were different than what the tags said, even printed price tags she over priced by 40 cents. She had an attitude the entire transaction and refused she did something wrong. It went so far that she had admitted she charged 2.49 a piece for 3 peaches when the tag on the bin had 2.99/lbs. Overall awful experience, I still wasn’t refunded the full amount.

We purchased produce there and we were overcharged 13-15 dollars. We were talking in the car about them being expensive, and then when we got home and totaled everything up, we realized we got overcharged. No big deal right, we'll just call the store and get everything figured out. My boyfriend called the capital farmers market and the number for the purple onion. however he couldn't even get an answer from them. I call them, get ahold of whoever was speaking. I told her that we were just there and that we bought produce- didn't get any further than that before i was being "put on hold." i guess she meant to hang up when i was put on hold because i could hear her talking to someone and then what sounded like her checking someone out. i was then hung up on. i tried to call the store 5 more times without getting an answer.
we ended up going to the place we bought them from to return the products at that point and we went in with them, and i do no know what happened during the transaction. she didn't refund the entire amount. she also from what my boyfriend said she had to say, condricted herself with the prices. when it says 2.99 lb for peaches, it shouldn't be 2.49 per each peach when we didn't even get a pounds worth of peaches.
in all, they overcharge, customer services doesn't really exist if you can't answer the phone to find out what the customers issue is, and just in general seemed like a rude person.
Paid for all beef hot dogs and not only were they not all beef they had the wrong stuff on them , reckon the guy in front of me got mine , hope he enjoyed them lol

It's literally chick-fil-a. I would give them a four star but I know it's not their fault that they do not have the blueberry cheesecake milkshake. My quest are finding this milkshake is still ongoing because the one at quarter tree doesn't have it in this one doesn't have it so I will drive to Ohio to see if I can find it. Plus they treat you nicely and they give you extra sauce if you're in uniform.

Wendy's on Washington Street is not far from the West Virginia State Capitol building in Charleston, West Virginia.
I was driven here by a friend of my late identical twin brother who died in April 2025. He ate his last meal at this Wendy's before his death, after a hard fall on the sidewalk that caused brain bleeding. I was told he only msnsged a few bites of his last meal.
I went three or four times to this Wendy's, and usually, I ordered the bacon hamburger with three hamburger slices, sauce, bacon, lettuce, onions, and bun. The bun could have been slightly toasted so it would not fall apart. I don't drink Coca-Cola, so I ordered a water. Although the first triple hamburger had a warm bun, the second time, the bun felt ice cold, and it was not toasted, so it fell apart as I was eating. You must get plenty of napkins because your fingers will be coated with sauce while eating.
If you go in the morning before 10:30 AM, you can order a breakfast special: biscuit with egg, cheese and bacon for only $1. My coffee was $1.89 and a friend's large Cherry Coca-Cola was just $1.00. A real bargain.
The cashier failed to give me the correct change, so I had to tell her that she owed me $1.00. I was not given a paper receipt from the cash register. Count your change so you won't be cheated.
The inside is quiet and austere, and it is well air-conditioned. The tables were not all cleaned, and there was water dripping from the ceiling onto the floor in one area. The toilets are clean, but I did notice some homeless people coming inside to have a drink while cooling off or using the toilet.
Credit, debit cards, and cash are accepted. There is plenty of parking and a drive-in window for take-out orders.
The prices are almost half of what other sandwich places charge. If you want a filling meal, Wendy's is fine. But, like many fast-food businesses, you are getting too much fat, sodium, and calories, and sodas such as Coca-Cola are filled with excessive sugar.
Ordered baconator fries and there were 3 strips of bacon not cut and the cheese is completely solid. Took out 1 fry and almost all the cheese came off with it.
Came through today the 6th and only ordered two biggie bags. nothing was wrong until we had went to the pick up window and got handed our drinks, no ice. we haven’t been told there was no ice and we didn’t ask for ‘no ice’ beverages. when we asked if we could get ice she looked at us with a blank face and said ‘we don’t have any ice’ in a condescending tone like we knew already (wasn’t told at the speakers) and tried to cover it with slight ‘kindness’. we even had to ask for our second drink, a strawberry lemonade.. which she made into a regular, after pouring out the other drink she was gonna hand us. idk just not good customer service. i understand being out of things but your team needs to communicate that with the customers and not expect them to know telepathy..
Eh, I would advise not going to this location. Stopped in to wash up and grab a bite to eat. But the bathroom was filthy and out of soap. Checked with the next bathroom and it did not even have a soap dispenser. Ended up just leaving and going somewhere else. I don't want to eat with filthy hands, but I sure don't want to be eating food if it has been made with unwashed hands.
Very rude and deranged staff, most of them seem like drug testing should be more involved with this location. Waited 15 minutes and they never took the 1st order at the speaker, I pulled around to pickup the door dash since literally the store was at a standstill and they weren’t taking orders. Then I was directed to pull back around and check in because they have only 3 ppl on shift although they seemed to have a full staff walking around aimlessly. I get to the window after finally getting checked in and I hear them say “it’s door dash they can wait” bout 10/12 minutes go by and I’m finally receiving the 1 cheeseburger and 3 frostys that have already melted. As being a previous employee I know the clam grill doesn’t take 10 min to cook a patty and the fries take no more than 3 min to deep fry. What transpired tonight was pure laziness, carelessness and neglect. DO NOT RECOMMEND
This Wendy's location has THE rudest employees. I had a mobile order that included 3 orders of chicken nuggets. When I went to pull off after being handed the bag, I noticed there were no sauces. (I put ranch for every nugget order) so I asked the lady if I could have 3 ranch. She gives me this rudest look and says "I'll give you two." I asked "for 3 orderd of nuggets?" And she shut the window in my face. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. If you want friendly staff members, go to the Kanawha City location.
There was no soap dispenser in the ladies restroom and flies were heavy in the back where they prepare the food. Sodaspilled all over the floor and there was not a trash bag in the trash can

Despite this challenge, she efficiently managed her multiple roles as other customers came and went. The store's exterior and dining area were clean; although the bathroom could have been better maintained. The food was served hot while the drinks remained refreshingly cold.
I have yet to catch her name, but there is a little older lady that has given me my drive through orders multiple times. Every interaction with her has been all smiles. Shes charismatic, and helpful every time. My food is always yummy, and service has been great every single time.

Other than it can sometimes take a long time to get your food, this is a solid Pizza Hut. The food is always fresh and the staff is extra helpful. There is plenty of parking around back and inside has ample seating. If you are ordering to go or having it delivered, always check your order for correctness. They often substitute between pan or hand-tossed without telling you (you pay extra for pan crust).
Definitely my favorite pizza place. It feels so nostalgic going here, and reminds me of good times. The workers are always polite and kind. The food is absolutely delicious. And this place even has a salad bar!
$30.00 down the drain. Pizza was under cooked and just not good, no amount of air frying or microwave would make it taste any better. I’ve had better gas station food, never again.

It was very slow when we dined in. Our hostess turned out to also be our server and our cashier. When we were checking out. She did a great job juggling the three positions as a few other customers came and went. The outside and dining area of the store were very clean. The bathroom could have used some work. The food was hot and the drinks were cold. That's pretty much all you can ask for after a good service.
I called to place an order and the girl hung up. I called back and was placed on hold. FOR almost 20 minutes!!! (See attached photo) There’s no excuse for that. If you’re too busy to take an order say so. Anywhere else I could’ve had a complete order in that amount of time. Super bummed.

We ordered fish dinners with corn & cole slaw. Some of the fish could had been chicken. We were not sure because of the texture. The fish used to be flaky and better. But we understand inflation & cost of goods. Overall we were pleased. But miss the good old days of large flaky fish filets and sufficient side portions. We are just glad they are open to serve up childhood favorites. Close to the interstate & gasoline. Near hospital and other medical services. Clean and safe. Employees are always so kind and caring. They keep us coming back to be quite honest. Overall we had great meals. Lots of nostalgia when you dine here.

I believe this was honestly an off-day for the business. They appeared incredibly short staffed, the employees were arguing amongst themselves over the productivity of what appeared to be a new hire, HOWEVER. the food was absolutely flawless. We would definitely come back just hope they can get some people hired.
I went to the drive-thru and sat in lawn 25 minutes before I even got to the speaker. 25 more minutes to get to the window problem is once you get in line you can't get out because of the curbs and the way the thing is designed. I would have been better off to have gone in. However, when I received my food it was hot and delicious! It was actually worth the wait believe it or not. I think that long wait was an anomaly and I just caught them in a bad time. Very courteous and apologetic for the wait.

Usually a very good place to eat. As long as you go during peak hours, you’ll almost always get fresh & tasty food. But if you go at 1:30-4:30 pm, your chances of a good meal go down from like 95% to 50-60%. A lot of places are guilty of that though. I rarely have a bad meal here. I always like getting the fish, chicken, and shrimp platter, like from the pics. 👌

Came here to pickup a doordash. Typically a lot of places close the inside around 8PM, so we went to the drive thru. The man told us we could not get the doordash that way because they didn't want their drive thru "jammed up" with dashers and we had to go inside. Making us have to backup to park. Luckily no one was behind us or we would have been forced to wait til all the other cars went through because of how poorly designed the drive thru is. When i went in and expressed how difficult they made it for us, and told him I probably won't accept orders there again, as they made it difficult on us. Dashers are timed you know? He decided to say "That's fine with me". Long John silvers was a place i liked as a customer also. But, i will take my business elsewhere. Because "That's fine with me" and you won't have to be "Jammed up" with me as a Dasher. As apparently Dashers must be quite the inconvenience to you.

It's no wonder Tudor's was named the best in the state! Consistent delicious. Hubs and I got a Rocket- steak, egg, cheese and hash brown on a cathead biscuit (IYKYK).

The chicken tenders and French fries were my favorite! I heard good things about the burger. All and all would highly recommend. We were in town for a week from Pittsburgh...I hope Biscuit World decides to open their next location in the South Hills 😀 Thank you so much to the fantastic staff!!! This is my first time eating at this chain restaurant. I think they are only in Wesr Virginia but I am not sure. I ordered the miner biscuit, the one with hash browns, cheese and bacon. It was super fresh and was only $5.49 which is unheard of where I’m from. I am glad I stopped here.
The food here is amazing every time, service is good they’re very attentive but not many workers, and the environment is really nice but when I visited the bathrooms they were pretty nasty. All in all a really nice tutors with amazing biscuits.
This is one of the strangest five star recommendations I'll give in the Charleston area. This is the Tudor's location I get the most success out of in the greater Charleston metro area. They have quick, reliable service and a good product. Their food is consistently good, and of consistent quality. Their staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere has a homey feeling that might just be nostalgia. The management has done an outstanding job with this location; thus, this is my preferred location for breakfast on lazy mornings. They're cheap, quick, and friendly.
Isn't this place supposed to be like a W. Virginia icon? I don't get it, I was not impressed. The biscuit sandwich I got was so DRY. Popeye's has better biscuits by far. If you're going to call yourself "Biscuit World" then your biscuits better be top-notch. Definitely wouldn't return.

Sbarro is an Italian fast-food chain that specializes in thin-crust pizza slices, as well as pasta dishes and salads. It is renowned for serving the best New York-style pizza among all chain pizzerias. Whether in airports or malls, customers have consistently enjoyed their meals without any disappointment. On a recent Sunday after Christmas, when local pizza places were closed, one customer decided to order a whole pie from Sbarro at the mall.
Consistently good food here when I go. This 5 star is more so for how many years I’ve been coming and never had a bad experience or bad food. Everything from the sides to the pizza is just good for any pizza chain and it’s ready right now. Hard to beat that.

For a chain pizza joint, Sbarro’s is consistently the best NYStyle pizza on the market. I’ve had them in airports and malls alike, and not been disappointed once. Sunday after Christmas left us with no good pizza places open locally, so we decided to order a whole pie from the mall. Paired with the Mike’s hot honey, it was delicious. Quick (it was ready in less than 15 mins) and the service was friendly. Best of all it was surprisingly affordable; less than $15 for a large pie.
Don't offer to sell whole pizzas if your employees don't want to make whole pizzas. Not a single person waiting in line and I have to wait for them to finish prepping other hot food before they'll make my pizza. I was given a 20 to 30 minute wait time. It should not take 20 to 30 minutes for one large pizza when you don't have any other orders. I'm a paying customer, standing here now, put food prep aside and make my damn food.
The employees are always quick to ask how you are doing and how they can help you. Employees are nearly dressed and keep their clothes clean (a miracle when working in food!). Every food item I have tried from here has been wonderful, but the spinach and tomato pizza has to be my favorite. They also have the best garlic butter around!
Mall going down hill but sbarros still has that great pizza and their 3 meat Strombolis.

I paid $24 for a meal I never got to eat. Two slices of mushroom pizza had hair in it. I didn't eat after finding the hair. They didn't offer money back. They are rude not friendly at all. I'll never eat there again. I did a review no one even contacted me after the review.
One of the crew members pushed my side salad down with her hands. I politely told her I didn’t want the salad and she should be wearing gloves if she’s touching food. Brought it to the attention of Area Manager DANA. She was rude, rolled her eyes, and acted like it wasn’t an issue, stating that crew members on the salad bar don’t have to wear gloves. I said, But she is actually touching the leaves…. Nasty. Dana finally pulled the salad out to be replaced after arguing with me for 5 minutes. Contacting the Health Department and Sbarro Headquarters.
I've made it my mission to try every pizza joint here in charleston. This is one of the bad places. The pizza was mediocre. I will never eat here again. It is on par with the $5 pizzas at 7/11 so dont waste your money. If I'm going to spend $14 on a pizza I would rather go to Sohos or Pies and Pints. The cheese had an aftertaste as well that we did not prefer.

This gyro pita is my favorite thing to get there! It's always fresh and delicious. It's just a fresh combination with their tahini sauce, spinach and lettuce, tomatoes and banana peppers. It always hits a spot! Service is usually speedy and the place is always clean.

I stopped in today for lunch and hadn’t been in for awhile. I chose to get one of their rice bowls. I had to pay an extra $2 because what I ordered was a signature salad but with rice. I said ok. When I went to the area where I was to tell them what I wanted on it, I just told them to add whatever it came with. The woman sloppily placed old brown guacamole and brown lettuce on the rice bowl. Then proceeded to squeeze a ridiculous amount of dressing on it - not even sure what the dressing was. I said I’m sorry that is way too much and she put her hand in the mixture and pulled out some cheese slices she had put on it. Then added “fresh” cheese slices back to it and topped it off with the chicken that was to go on it. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left without my food.
I understand that life is tough right now but I was nothing but kind and paid extra for this type of service. Not to mention I tipped the staff before I received this service. I’m not sure what is going on this lady’s life but coming to work with that attitude isn’t helping anyone. I will not be returning to this location. Lesson learned.
homegirl working today was being rude and when she was done with my quesadillas, she yelled here you go and proceeded to slam it on the counter. Her attitude was terrible. please do better. there was barely any mozzarella or chicken, and was mainly bread in my meal. She was rushing to do it.
I love Pita Pit, BUT…
Why can’t they fix the drink machine after 2 1/2 years? Why are they always out of key ingredients, like feta, tzatziki, sour cream, even pitas one day!! It also, might be time to replace some light bulbs - it’s getting dark in there. Lastly, is it too much to ask for a bag for my pita?

This place was not good. I was looking for a healthy choice while on the road. I thought this might for the bill. I reviewed their menu online before going in and decided on a rice bowl. The girl at the counter had no idea what I was talking about, even after I read it to her off the menu. I left with a container of chicken, lettuce, some old veggies and about a cup of gryo sauce. It was disgusting.
Great Menu with alot to choose from, something for everyone. Lunch or dinner selections available, sandwiches/pitas, variety of chips and sides, as well as desserts, snacks, and drinks. Dine in or carry out, easy going laid back atmosphere. Fresh ingredients, made to order meals, friendly staff. Orders usually quickly ready, with exception of around 3:45 - 4:00 on weekdays, due to school crowd rush. Orders still filled quickly, just expect a few minute delay. With those exceptions great place, atmosphere and fast service with great food.
Overall first experience was horrible. The cook/cashier had a horrible unsocial attitude towards us. Wasn’t very welcoming and just made us not even wanna eat there. Speaking of eating, the food was charcoaled so badly it wasn’t worth even a penny, she didn’t listen at all. when told to Barely put sauce on the wrap she just poured the whole thing on it. I’m not the one to complain but when you gag on something you had high hopes on is just rediculously disappointing. This place I won’t be visiting ever again. I may sound ridiculous but for us it was horrible. Others may have had better luck.
I've been to alot of pita pits and they are normally good places good people except this location. Upon ordering I had to keep asking what , I have a hearing problem so I read people's lips but when you look down and talk I can't hear you . It's also very disrespectful you should always look at someone then talk. He kept getting more and more frustrated that I couldn't understand what he said until I told him I couldn't hear at this point he was just beyond frustrated when he gave me back my debt card he threw it at me and it landed in the floor no sorry or nothing didn't own up to it and clearly didn't pick it up. I'll attach a photo of him so try not to go when this guy is working.

There was a very sweet lady upfront I didn’t get her name! She’s from a different store just working there! She’s took all three of my family’s orders with the nicest attitude! Our food came out extremely fast. Asked for sauce and a bag her an another coworker were happy to help! She even had a conversation with me! Very professional and she told us goodbye! This lady deserves something haven’t been treated that well in a long time eating out was here at 5:30 pm on August 24.

I'm not really sure what's going on with South Ridge but these fast food joints are going downhill very very quickly. The food is garbage the service is absolutely terrible. People just do not care about any more. this Will cause a problem down the road when no one has a job and there's no place to go out and eat. I've been in this industry for a long time and this is the worst that I've seen it ever and places like this one and other fast food around the area is definitely going to go under because of the food markup with no improvement to the food and service is just absolutely gone out the window and they're dirty dirty places too It is hard to know how they pass health inspections to be honest with you and that's without even going back where they cook this is just out in the open it's disgusting I wish these places would do better because they will not last very much longer
Everything was fresh and hot It didn't take a long time. The calling the ingredients on all fast food is really gone downhill I'm much rather pay more money for a better quality product. I don't make those decisions though and if they made a better quality product and they charged more people probably wouldn't come eat it so. It's like they say you're looking for the best that you can get for the least amount of money.

I originally asked for our order to be eat in and before the order was ready, I asked them to go ahead and put it in a bag as I was working doing a delivery service and had an order come through and had to leave. They acted like I had asked them to cancel our order and get a refund.. they were a little rude and the manager kinda just threw the bag on the counter when it was ready. The food was good but the fries were old.
The food is always fresh for BK, the employees are friendly, they don't scoff when you ask for a packet of ketchup like some other places.. I like BK.
I’ve never ate at a Burger King when you order coffee to go with 3 sugars in it they reach you 2 and say we don’t put it in there well guess what I won’t be stopping there anymore no napkins either what do u suppose to do use your finger to stir hot coffee just sad

Manager must be ineffective to let this all persist.
Good deals (especially, using the app) on the food and well made and tasty, but this waiting and waiting is for the birds. It's not "fastfood", but, "painfully slooooow food". It's upsetting and not a very good customer experience. Expect to get upset with this place if you go here.

Wendy's, a popular fast-food burger chain, offers various sides like chili and baked potatoes. They showed impressive efficiency today with their prompt and excellent service. I opted for their latest creation, the Italian mozzarella cheese burger, with additional sauce, along with the new garlic fries. The burger was absolutely delicious! However, while the fries were enjoyable as regular french fries go, they lacked the bold garlic flavor that any true garlic enthusiast would appreciate. Bring on the abundant garlic goodness!
I usually stop here for late dinner and have a terrible experience so much that I drive across town to a different location. Today was different and went well everybody seemed nice. I think the later shift at this location needs replaced.

The new English muffins were a good choice. We wished the part were a bit bigger. They were still tasty. The Service was outstanding. The little nook eating area is a good place to see the shops and traffic.
So normally I’m a huge Wendy’s fan but I’m very disappointed with my order tonight I got two things of cheese fries both look like the picture. Normally would be fine but I paid extra to get extra shredded cheese and extra to get extra of the liquid cheese on both order of fries. There was no extra on either and no cheese sauce it looks like a slice of cheese was slapped on and melted. Mind you I’m pregnant and pissed now and will be taking me business to a farther distance Wendy’s so when I pay for extra I may actually get it $12 for cheese fries with no extra cheese is ridiculous.
Nothing was clean or sanitize. Everything was dirty. The complete order was not in the bag. The receipt was not even in the bag as they said it was and repeatedly I asked to have it inspected to make sure everything was in the bag because everything was shoved into one bag the sandwich is flat like somebody sat on them. They had only barely any ingredients on them like they were trying to save ingredients. Fries felt like they sat there forever, and the pictures that I am posting is what I get with a dirty nasty store I won’t go back to here. Rude rude I even asked about a hairnet so that way I didn’t get hair in my food, but apparently they said that’s not their protocol to wear a hairnet when I tried calling, they keep hanging up the phone like they’re too good enough and they know they did something wrong
The food is usually good, but the service is so bad. I had a mobile order and said my name at the intercom, I get to the window and I hear the girl behind drive thru tell someone I "told my name too fast" and it wasn't ready. The audacity to tell the customer they are at fault for the food not being ready is unreal; the point of me saying my name at the intercom is to tell you I'm here. They then proceeded to hand me my order with the wrong drink for the kids meal, and a completely different sandwich than what I had ordered.
This Wendy’s is depressing. Most of the time, the condiment counter is disgusting. The employees all wear an expression on their faces that scream they hate their jobs. They are rude! They argue with each other about helping their guests. The managers hang out in the back until they see a huge line up front. Online orders are supposed to be quick, but the employees are always surprised when they see one. I thought going through the drive thru would be an upgrade, but the lady handed me my food, didn’t say a word. I said thank you and she turned around, walked away, with 0 acknowledgement. Everyone that I know has the same experiences when they go here. I used to work at Wendy’s. I know there is a higher standard than what this location delivers. This is just unacceptable.
Went through drive through tonight and ordered a burger, fries and chili. We're out of American cheese, we're out of spoons, we're out of crackers. Since there was no ketchup, hot sauce or napkins in the bag and no receipt. I'm assuming they're out of those too. Someone needs fired for letting things run out and not restocking.
The most horrible Wendy’s I ever sheen to!!! Worst service from workers who are very rude and like to be snappy with customers! When I went to the counter with my daughter who they were trying to argue with they ignored me completely! So apparently they like to pick on people younger than them! Consistently delicious!! I honestly don’t even care much for the typical Mexican sit down type food, but something about this is different, I guess because you can get EXACTLY what you want. Everything is always very fresh and just very delicious. It’s always quick, easy, inexpensive and tasty!

Our food was ok. The chicken did taste bland and not seasoned very well. We came at lunch rush so empty tables were not clean and the floor was very dirty too. The staff were working very hard, it just seemed like they were short staffed.
A regular weekend place to eat for me and my people. I prefer this majorly compared to chipotle. The food and atmosphere is just better. The staff is more friendly and they care. They remember us when we go and treat me like a regular. I like that. The spicy stuff is actually spicy also but not overkill. Though it can be borderline and require some water to level out the heat but I really like that. The lids on the cups can take some getting use to. Never grab from the top on them. The chips are good but I prefer the ones from other places. They are not bad it just isn’t my cup of tea. I love and desire everything else though from the tortilla, meat, cheeses veggies and the like. No way to have a bad meal here honestly. I miss the fancy shmancy soda fountains however. Buts that ok it won’t stop me regardless.
Ordered delivery and after 2 hours of waiting I called to ask where my order was and they we’re extremely rude and said they don’t know where my order is and they don’t know if they made it so I waited and called again and spoke to the manager after being hung up on two times and my food was hidden on a couch in my facility it was called and the guac was old and brown

I had to take a moment to shout out an absolute gem of a human being—Karlie at QDOBA! Not only is she super friendly and professional, but she went way above and beyond during my recent visit.
I came in with my two young kids after a long, hectic day. One of them accidentally dropped their drink all over the floor and immediately burst into tears (we were all having one of those days). Without hesitation, Karlie rushed over—not just to clean up the mess (which she did quickly and with a smile), but to check on us and make sure everyone was okay.
Then, to my surprise, she brought over a replacement drink and a little cup of queso “just to cheer them up.” It was such a small gesture, but it completely turned the mood around. My kids were smiling again, and so was I.
She handled it all with such kindness and grace. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, not just doing her job. In a fast-paced world where that kind of empathy is rare, Karlie stands out in the best way possible.
Give that girl a raise—seriously. She’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to this QDOBA. Thank you, Karlie!
The larger man starting the order line is rude and mumbles. I was asking about sauces and pointing to them, he held up his hand and grumbled something, then "that's (???) sauce". Not certain, I pointed to another sauce and he raised hand again, I barely recognized " don't (??) over ??? that's ??? sauce" . I held my hand to my ear, leaned over and asked "What?" He finally enunciated enough to understand, "Don't ??? over the glass that's ??? sauce." Frowning and looking away almost all this time. Whatever the sauce was I just said that's fine, declined anything else from him so I could move to the next staff, who was polite and spoke clearly, completed the order. I chose not to stay, but food was fine.
They always act like only one person is allowed to work the line (make orders). They place priority on online orders, even though there is a 15 min wait time before they have to start making one. One of the male managers usually hides in the back during rushes and doesn’t help much. When he does he’s rude.
The food is great but the workers (not all but about half of them) act like they don’t want to be there. The female managers are great (this is coming from a guy btw).
It was an absolutely terrible experience. I went to use the bathroom and someone was in there for a long time, after knocking I did not hear anybody and started getting concerned. About 10-15 minutes later an employee came out and starting talking bad about me in front of customers, including me. She started yelling and cussing at me after I said it was me. Then proceeded to say “you could’ve used the other one” (still yelling) when the other one was OUT OF ORDER. Her name was Alexis (if the manager wasn’t lying to me). I came back in to get her name and cooperate’s number, he refused at first to give it to me and threatened to call the cops, then my girlfriend asked and he gave it to her. I then got on the phone with the General Manager Lindsey to report this issue. Don’t hire employees that are going to take breaks in the bathroom that long. GIVE your employees breaks.

McDonald's is a beloved fast-food institution that has stood the test of time, famous for its iconic burgers and crispy fries. During my recent visit, I was greeted by an exceptional staff member named William, whose warm smile and friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. The highlight for families is undoubtedly the play area—yes, McDonald's still offers a fun play place! My kids had an absolute blast exploring it.
William was amazing give that man a raise had a great smile, friendly personality, and just made me feel a million times more welcome. I had my kids there, and found out that they STILL HAVE A PLAY PLACE, HECK YEAH, kids LOVED IT, definitely recommend this McDonald's especially if you have kids

I ordered McDonald's tonight around 9:30 for my wife and kids and get home with it to see my burger missing one bun and being upside down mayonnaise everything and it looked to be spit on. This is unacceptable. Even the worker when I went back was off put by the food. Mistakes like this happen way too often here with the night shift. I will not be coming back here they've had too many chances. Do better
This McDonald’s is a standalone location in the South Ridge Shopping Center parking lot. It’s a fairly large building with a clean, modern exterior and updated signage. Inside, the restaurant features a good-sized dining area with a mix of seating styles — from high-top stools and traditional booths to comfortable, padded armchairs with a fun striped design that added a touch of style to the space.
One standout feature is the indoor kids’ play area, which is quite large — a rare sight these days, especially post-COVID. It’s a great bonus for families and adds value to the location.
The cleanliness was acceptable overall, though it could’ve used a bit more attention in a few areas. What really hurt the atmosphere rating, however, was the employees standing right outside the entrance smoking as I arrived. This is a huge turnoff — it feels unprofessional and unhygienic, and it immediately leaves a negative first impression. If not for that, I would’ve rated the atmosphere a 4 out of 5.

Service was better than expected. I had an issue using my McDonald’s app to redeem a free iced caramel coffee. One of the employees noticed I was having trouble, stepped in to help, and after trying to resolve it, simply gave me the coffee for free. She was friendly, helpful, and understanding — it’s always nice when a team member goes out of their way to assist a customer, even if the issue is with the app and not the store.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffin and a large iced caramel coffee. The McMuffin was decent — warm, with a good balance of flavor. Pretty standard but satisfying. Unfortunately, the coffee was way too sweet — so overpowering that I couldn’t even finish it. That knocked the food rating down for me.

Sure — it’s a decent McDonald’s that offers the basics with a bit more style than average, especially for families with young kids. But I really hope McDonald’s — and fast food places in general — start enforcing better standards about employee visibility during smoke breaks. It really impacts the overall experience.
This McDonald’s is awful, they always have horrible customer service, are rude and will never make food right during the evening/night shift. We’ve complained many times and they don’t do anything about it or even fix your food so there’s no point in saying anything anymore. They’ll argue with the customers even the night shift manager will. This is what a spicy deluxe looks like there with extra pickles I added the ranch. No tomatoes or lettuce is ever added on it but we pay extra all the time they’re a rip off at night. We’ll be moving on to the one at Jefferson from now on.
I stopped to get my daughter a mocha frappé one evening, and rather than going through drive through, I walked in to order. Stood at the counter for over 20 minutes, along with several other customers.. before a single worker there would even acknowledge us. I understand the drive-thru being their main concern.. but it wasn't that crowded. The other customers began getting frustrated ( understandably so ) and said something to a worker. We were told they'd be with us in just a minute. Ended up standing at the front counter waiting for a frappé for almost an hour. 54 minutes to be exact. The apologies given were passive-aggressive and empty. Rude, unprofessional behavior. I've walked in to order once since then, and similar to last time.. it was a ridiculously long wait. If a business is short staffed and doing their best.. I'd never say a word because I understand.. but when multiple employees are walking by, going out to smoke, wondering around.. and several customers are standing their waiting to be acknowledged, let along take their order.. I have an issue with that 🤷 Mostly stick with Chick-fil-A nowadays. Customer service is amazing there. I think this Mac Donald's can do better.
No AC in the kids area when it’s 95 degrees outside. The lobby and tables are ALWAYS filthy every time we visit. No soda machines and no napkins. No condiments in the lobby either. We will find another location from here on out.
On Sunday, 8/31/25 in the early afternoon, I visited this location. It was a complete terrible experience. To begin with the wait time was to get my meal was about 45 minutes. Then my burger had a hair on it, my fries were very salty (overly salted) and were just dumped in the bag and the ice tea had no ice.
I occasionally stop at this location for breakfast and I've never had anything but positive experiences. Matter of fact, I no longer buy chicken biscuits from the Chick-fil-A nearby because this McDonald's makes them so much better.

Couldn't believe this Wendy's and so glad I got a snap shot! If you look closely you will see a manager and other crew chatting while a full dining room awaits. There was no eagerness to get orders out and especially not to be waited on. I was third in line and the other person at the counter said she had been standing almost 5 minutes and never even greeted. Everyone was working in slow motion I'm sure half the workers were high. I waited another 5 minutes while waiting on a friend in the restroom and then we exited!
To start the only person working in the kitchen was the manager and one guy on the grill. Meanwhile there was only like 7 people in the restaurant who where all waiting for food. It took me 20 minutes after ordering to get my food. And then they served me cold fries 🍟. My sandwhich was fine.
I drive for door dash and had to pick up an order there today. I had my arms full with two drink carriers and two bags of food. I ordered a large chocolate Frosty in the drive through today. They botched the order by giving me a small Frosty. I told them I ordered a large Frosty but since they only charged me for a small they refused to correct their mistake and said I would have to drive around and get back in line. Politeness and professionality is completely lost on these losers. I will never be back.
I don't come her often but when I do get out here I always order the same item. Every time I ordered a large combo they never fill up the fry container. It's usually never busy yet can't get the order right. I can't stand half ass service. I bet when they take their meal break they make sure to get every drop. Wish people would treat people the way they would want to be treated. It would go a long way.
My drive through order was incorrect. The biggie bag meal was missing the French fries and I asked for sour cream and chives for the potato and didn't receive that or ketchup for the fries in the other meal.

This crew is on the ball and have been for a long while. The food is always hot and fresh, store is always clean, staff friendly. Even when they're busy, they're fast. Kudos to this team and management.
I'd like to see Burger King have a $5 meal deal like most places do, where you can get a taste of a few things. They have deals, of course, a couple sandwiches, but, from what I can see, their meal deals are not all-inclusive. It's nice to walk in a place, and say you want 'the meal deal' and it include a drink, a sandwich, fries, maybe a couple chicken nuggets, etc.
Despite the lack of a proper meal deal, this Burger King location always wins, far above the other choices, in food temps, freshness, taste, cleanliness and service - management and this crew make it all happen.
Our very last visit to this location. Ordered 2 whoppers, cheese sticks and 8 chicken nuggets. The nuggets were so old you couldn't even bite them and the sticks were hard as a rock. When you pay for something it should be fresh.

Picked up breakfast today for the first time in years. Check out the pictures of the biscuits. One looks good but boy does the other look nasty. Certainly not of the same pan and the overcooked thinner biscuit is much older. Gravy is okay. The steak biscuit is not the same product they sold a year ago- weird shaped patty. Eggs and tater rounds were ok. Not a breakfast to brag about, that's for sure.

Had a dollar hamburger assembled wrong and the bottom was charcoal burnt. I took it in to complain and the employee went to a manager and I over heard...is that the burger that was made upside down? Good grief! They knew they were passing a poorly made and burnt burger out the window. See attached photo. Seriously this was totally wrong on many levels. I will never try anything ever again at a Hardee's. Even the corporate office did not acknowledge my complaint. I did however get my refund at the counter when I complained.
Loved the atmosphere as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I know the person was just hired and that was her first day. The other employees were gladly assisted by the GM. They worked together as a team and you could tell that was a everyday routine for them. I highly recommend it to others.

Honestly the best pizza place around, not because there Pizza is the best it's good but nothing crazy. What makes this place different is the staff.
The delivery driver drove to me not once, not twice, but 3 times to ensure that we got my son's pizza box.
My son has a few special needs. Basically it meant a lot to him that we supported him by getting him HIS pizza box that he made for a school fundraiser. The delivery driver made damn sure we did too, there were some mixups back at the store which totally makes sense I am sure they were slammed, not complaining, but praising how on what must have been a hectic night the driver and the staff made sure we got that darn box.
We usually get the same driver who drives a truck and is husky not sure his name, but my kids love him. He always is friendly, just a super cool human being.
Anyways just saying that the staff at this store is top notch and if there Upper management does not give them a reward in the next 30 days they should be fired and hire new upper management. Lol halfway joking but I will check in to make sure they got some kudos for making box night a success at least at my house. If you guys did not do anything for them, I will. I will also give them the option to get a new job where they will be appreciated at another local place as I know a good bit of GM's in this area.

I think it's a little cheesy that the first photos on there review our professionally taken. I feel like the only photos that should be on reviews are taken by the people leaving the review. With that being said, my family loves to eat here. My favorite is the Pepperoni Magnifico. It's a little on the greasy side but it's delicious. My wife loves to get their pizza bowls. She gets the Philly cheesesteak, it's kind of her go-to. The cheese covered breadsticks are delicious. The staff here is always incredibly friendly and super helpful! They clean up quickly after customers and take very good care of the grounds. While delivery is always an excellent option, I would recommend dining in.
At Patrick st in Charleston WV on 5/23/25, I drove to the pickup window, waited for almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged, and when the lady came to the window and asked if I had ordered, I replied that I wasn't sure if they were still open so I hadn't ordered yet. She mumbled something, sighing for effect and walked away and never came back. That rude grunt has been there for a few years and every single time I've had to deal with her she's been totally nasty and inconsiderate. After tonight I won't have to worry about that ignorance again because I'll never go back except maybe to just mess with her for the sole purpose of getting on her nerves and it would be hilarious and fun for me
Highly unprofessional on the inside. When I came in, there was a worker being terribly discriminative towards a deaf co worker and belittling them the entire time I was in the store while other customers where also inside. As a person who has deaf family members, this was highly disrespectful and quite frankly unacceptable. I’m not sure of the deaf co workers name, but the rude workers name is Coop from what I gathered from conversations during my visit.
Decided to try the Medium Garden Specialty Pizza this evening. I'm so glad I did!! When I was handed the box I thought, WOW, this is heavy!! The toppings are plentiful, they definitely DON'T skimp like other places I've been to! The toppings were also fresh and delicious!! Also, ❤️❤️❤️ the Chesses, especially the Feta!!😋😋😋😋

Usually a good place to eat, but today, what an experience. My wife and I ordered our meals, and was enjoying our fish, when my wife showed me something that she pulled out of the fried batter. It was a hair, but no ordinary hair from someone's head, it was a nasty pubic hair. Of course, I have a pretty good stomach, but on the other hand my wife does not, she rushed to the restroom vomiting her food up, and I had to make several stops on the way home vomiting. The clerk offered to make us another meal, but I declined, we did receive a full refund. You better make sure your cooks keep their hands out of their pants and wash them periodically throughout the day. Stopped here weekly, but not no more. Don't want to even give them a star, but I have to, to post anything..

I went through the drive thru after dark and the top part of the menu wasn't lit up and you couldn't see which sides came with the meals.
I asked the person taking my order what sides were available and she said "there are at the top of the menu". I asked again, saying that I couldn't see them, but she kept saying "look at the top of the menu". She never did tell me and I ended up not getting what I really wanted. It would have taken 10 seconds to let me know what was on the list. Sometimes it just takes a moment to change a bad experience into a good experience
My very first time ever visiting this place.. we was at the dmv for 2 hours.. and me being 31 weeks pregnant.. me and the old man stopped for a bite to eat.. I order the 4 piece chicken strip. With Mac and cheese and baked potato n Dr pepper the pop was flat no taste the chicken was dry and hard.. It's ok place to get a quick bit to eat to go. But I dine in and I seen a few things that could use some improvements. I would say that the macaroni and cheese is not macaroni and cheese. More like yellow soup with noodles. Do not recommend.

Horrible horrible my fiancee is a door dasher and we went their to pick up a order around 12:45 am . Taco Bell accepted the door dash order but when we got their they said that they were out of beef. The customer was contacted and asked if they could just put chicken in place of the beef. The manager said he couldn't do that his higher up bosses wouldn't allow that. 1. Why did they accept the order. 2. I'm sure the price difference wasn't that much so I don't understand.

Our order was not correct. We had to go inside to have them remake it, and no one was at the counter. Our daughter ordered a power bowl with chicken no tomato or beans. First of all... I love me some taco bell. So on a loooong road trip, I was definitely willing to get off the road for some crunchy taco supremes. We ordered inside & took it to go. There was barely any meat on the tacos. My husband went for a cheese quesadilla. Was pretty surprised to find hardly any cheese. We debated for a few minutes after a few bites bc we were starving, but decided to go back in and "inquire" (that's my nice word for why did you risk your life by shorting a menopausal woman on her tacos). Apparently that is the correct amount of meat & cheese you can expect for both items at this location. The server told us if you just get a cheese quesadilla, "you don't get any more cheese." Not sure what the reference was to... as we only expected to get cheese that hopefully covered at least half of the tortilla? 🤷♀️ I mean... low expectations for a few bucks, but maybe more than 2 tsp?? 👎👎
Aside from my grilled cheese burrito, my food was basically NON EXISTENT! My chalupa and taco both had basically no filling inside of them (picture of the inside of my chalupa for reference). Now the restaurant will not answer their phone.

I usually do not complain but when a taco comes with 1/4oz of cheese and you pay 55 cents per taco for extra cheese and don't even get the amount that the taco comes with let alone the extra you pay for something is wrong. Not to mention the amount of lettuce is wrong as well. Then when you call the manager just wants you to bring the food back even if you are on a lunch break. We frequent this location often (1x week at least) and overall it’s a good location. The service is quick and the staff are usually pretty nice. The food as with all fast food establishments is hit or miss. It’s not uncommon to get one good and one badly made menu item if ordering more than one. I miss the meximelts, and often order a cheese roll up add beef. The last couple times I have barley gotten any filling. When ordering extra sauces on items I usually get what would be deemed the bare normal amount. Due to this we have started ordering sides of the sauces; they’re sometimes cheaper and you get significantly more. Another example pictured is the potato soft taco. We ordered light lettuce, extra sauce and cheese. As you can see there is barley any of either and plenty of lettuce. This seems to be rather normal for Taco Bell these days.
All of the workers are so kind here! Their bathrooms are so clean and beautifully done as well!!!

There are not many Hardee's where I love so i try to go whenever I get a chance. Thisnonebwas located in Charleston and it was served hot and juicy. Although the staff looked at us crazy but we eat some decent food. Try the mushroom burger. The chicken tenders were juicy and tasty. Decent spot for a reasonable price.
Go anywhere else. Pulled into lunch drive thru. Lady couldn't take order. Pulled to window with coupons. Was left there. No one at window. Finally had to leave. This has to be the worst service ever. Left coupons on window. They are useless.
Absolutely terrible. We waited 26 minutes for our food, and it wasn't hot at all. We waited about 12 to even order our food, and an additional nearly 30 minutes for our food, none of which was hot or fresh. We ordered 4 of the bag meal specials, 3 of which had chicken tender wraps. After a few minutes of waiting, they informed us that they were out of tenders, prompting most of us to adjust our orders. Eventually, after 17 minutes, we were told that our food would be ready in "two minutes," as they had just dropped the fries. I was flustered and went outside for 10 minutes, came back in, and our food still wasn't ready!!!! I work in a steakhouse and the food there doesn't take nearly as long. Our food was very dry, old, and not worth our time or money.

Today’s date is September 17 2025 I was there at 12:03 AM. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and a strawberry milkshake and asked if she could put very little milk so they would be thicker. She proceeded to give an attitude. Then, when I got up to the window, me and my wife sit and watched how she was throwing stuff around, slamming our milkshakes down and shaking her head like it was so hard for her to do her job and when she came to the window was extremely rude I myself Will definitely never go back to that location again.
Went through the drive thru and Hailey was my cashier. She's very courteous and personable. Greets with a smile and says thank you have a good day.

Stopped by for quick lunch and they were busy. However we were waited on very quickly with a smile. Food was hot and fresh.
After employee messed up the 4th sandwich in a row for us she told me it was her 2nd day working there my grandmother could work at subway and she wouldn’t mess up as bad as this employee did lack of work ethic and care for a job
Closes too early. I jad to run to Kanawha City, and rush to redo my order. Why do you close the downtown Charleston rosteraunt at 9pm. It's ridiculous. Nothing is open late anymore. Yall never quit fake COVID hours.
Very good customer service! Our party of 9 were helped out very efficiently and with great care. Very clean and all the food was fresh. Highly recommended by WVSU tennis team.

Sarku Japan is a popular chain that serves customizable Japanese teppanyaki-style dishes and sushi. The food is of high quality but can be slightly expensive; however, it is definitely worth the price. It is recommended to order double chicken and ask for additional teriyaki sauce if not offered. Located in the mall's Food court, Sarku Japan offers a convenient mobile app that allows customers to skip the line at the register.
This place is excellent. Other restaurants keep downsizing their portions and quality, but Sarku absolutely does not. Unless I'm super hungry, this is always two meals in one. They have lots of options besides chicken like beef and shrimp so you can mix and match meat types. This is the only reason to ever go to the Charleston mall.

They denied me service bc I didn’t buy a meal from them, and all I wanted was a side of sauce.(mind you I eat here every other day) I even offered to pay for it if I had to while they stood there laughing at me while denying me any service. I won’t be eating here anymore.
If no stars was an option it would be that … I got the nastiest shrimp and vegetables ever made ! The shrimp he cooked in 30 secs literally.. vegetables were hard as if they been sitting since they opened (under a light at that) 🤣 . He came from the back so I don’t know if he was doing something back there he wanted to get back to so badly 😭 then I get a poppin HI- C and it was just as nasty as the food ! I think all the good people quit and the owners run it . And we all know the owners never know how to do the job .
Food is great but their service and attitudes suck! I went through and ordered a meal and the portion was very small. This has been a downward trend for the last couple years of their servings getting smaller and smaller. I went ahead and finished the meal but still have plenty of vegetables left. I went back to the counter to ask if I could buy an extra portion of chicken because I was still hungry. After standing there and giving me a look for a moment, she finally told me no you cannot buy a side of chicken. I told her it says 4 oz of chicken 2.49 on your board. She tells me again, no you cannot buy any more chicken unless you buy it as extra meat when you're buying the original meal. I was left with the option to purchase a whole new meal again. I was unwilling to do that to add a little bit of extra chicken. This is not the first time they have been rude or unwilling to help. She also appeared to be looking at me and laughing as I walked away.

I emailed customer service as you suggested in all I got was a canned and templated response basically saying oh I'm sorry you had a bad experience. And then at the end asks me to download the app for customer loyalty.
That did nothing.
The mall now has a $5 fee to park, a significant increase since previous years. This place used to be amazing, but has drastically gone down hill!! The flavor isn't there at all and we even got extra sauce. The teriyaki chicken and rice was unbelievably bland. I will not be returning.
Sarku Japan in Charleston, WV is a no-nonsense, authentic chicken teriyaki eatery located downtown Charleston on the 3rd floor Food Court of the Town Center Mall. Their menu selection is small in variety choices which allows them to freshly prepared everyone of their wonderful meat dishes right in front of you!!!
One of the only places that gives you enough fill you up. And it's delicious.
Easily worth the price
Great food, fast, friendly service… entire family loved it for take out when we were staying at the embassy suites. Highly recommended!

Amazing is an understatement! We tried the zucchini and jalapeno poppers and both were delicious. We order the chicken Philly specialty pizza with garlic sauce as the base, and it was AMAZING! The Crust was fluffy, yet thin and crunchy. The BEST pizza we have had in years.
Everyone was super nice, and the place is really cute. It's small, but very clean and very friendly. We cannot wait to come back and try other pizzas. The Crust on the pizza Rocks.

Passing through on vacation, felt like pizza and took a shot on Vinny's. Incredibly good pizza! Very generous toppings, sauce was savory, crust was minimal. Had a little mix up with the toppings, otherwise service would've been a 5 as well. Kind of a little hole in the wall, but the pizza we had was top notch!
Just amazing food! I mean everything we’ve tried has been so delicious. The size of their breaded wings were unreal! Not to mention so crispy and taste amazing! My husband is one of the pickiest eaters I know and was greatly impressed. If you are in the area you MUST try this place. They are incredibly friendly and you can tell they put a great deal of work and passion into their food. Even though today we were blown away by the wings I just want to add that their pizza is very good too. We had a ton of toppings and the crust was still crispy. Hope you will try them because you will NOT be disappointed!
I’ve only ordered out via DoorDash but the food is amazing. The meatballs are juicy and well seasoned, eggplant fries are what we keep going back for! Amazing! I’ve had great subs and pizza here, very fast service, great portions and a good price.
First time trying them and WOW!!! I had the 8 inch Meatball Sub and Bacon Cheese Fries.
The Meatballs were SOOOOO flavorful and melt in your mouth tender and the sauce was DELISH and the Cheese gooey and DELICIOUS!!!
The Bacon Cheese Fries was KILLER, the fries were perfectly cooked with an AMAZING seasoning and topped with YUMMY bacon and cheese sauce!!

Don't be deceived by the outside appearance, the food was very good!! We got strombolis and a pizza. They were delicious and loaded with toppings. The owner was also very friendly. Highly recommend if you want delicious pizza and friendly service!

The Alfredo pasta was phenomenal. The meatball sub with its expertly seasoned meatballs house red sauce, was truly exceptional I think I've found my new go to spot will definitely be returning
